  looked into different animal tracks. When we were talking about the the attacks that

  unspecified animal attacks up in North Carolina with Branda Hamilton, I was showing you

  guys the difference between dog tracks and cat tracks. Well tonight we've got the

  Honey Island swamp monster tracks. These things are anomalous to say the least.

  Okay, and the beast is described as looking like a sasquatch kind of,

  but the tracks are webbed, webbed feet. They look reptilian in a way,
• 4:15
  and some people say that they've been disproved and they're actually alligator tracks.

  Okay, so we're going there right now. Let's see. Let me give

  you guys an overview of exactly what we're talking about tonight. The Honey Island
• 4:30
  Swamp Monster inhabits the dents and remote Honey Island Swamp in southeastern Louisiana. It's

  an elusive bipedal humanoid covered in shaggy hair or fur, with glowing yellow or
• 4:41
  red eyes, and it has enormous size and strength. It looks like a
• 4:45
  bigfoot, but the webbed foot castings appear to be more reptile like. Sightings
• 4:50
  have occurred since at least the nineteen sixties, and there have been numerous accounts
• 4:55
  of sightings and encounters with the Honey Island Monster by fishermen, hunters, and
• 5:00
  swamp dwellers. Some believe the Honey Island Monster could be a hybrid or a
• 5:04
  mutant creature resulting from genetic anomalies or environmental factors. Now some people claim they
• 5:13
  think that the Honey Island swamp Monster is a primate that escaped from a circus
• 5:18
  back in the day and just adapted to the swamp environment. But what exactly

  is this we're going to find out today. I have remote you this as

  okay, so tonight we're gonna be talking about the Honey Island swamp Monster.

  Now, have you been to Louisiana. I know you have because Jamie's from

  there. Uh have you done any cryptid research down in Louisiana. I've been

  all over Louisiana. Uh, I've been to Uh have not actually been to
• 7:16
  Honey Island yet. Yeah. Yeah, I grew through there. Uh,

  across the Pearl River there, New Orleans. I crossed it there whenever I

  going to New Orleans, Vampire and uh. But I've been to all everywhere

  else around there, all the you know, your major step like on the
• 7:39
  west side of Louisiana, you got the Bean River, Bean Fame. Farther
• 7:44
  up north, you know, around Canada Lake Big Hood, Uh, all
• 7:48
  the way to what is that? I but you all these names. I'll

  tell you. I butt your mom so uh some national for It's pretty cool,

  but there's a lot of equiding there. We've been all over the place.

  Now, the Honey Island swamp monster, it's what actually brought me to
• 8:16
  that Pearl River there. It's like probably about forty miles from New Orleans.

  And Dana holy Field it was her grandfather that got the whole thing started.

  And of course I know Dana holy Field and I've talked for I've had her
• 8:31
  on hill. Uh. But yeah, we we've been all over the weekend
• 8:37
  of course. Oh yeah, okay, so I've been to Louisiana. I
• 8:43
  when I went to Louisiana, I was in New Orleans, and I was
• 8:46
  very much aware of the vampires like you. You've actually done some vampire hunting
• 8:52
  down there and studying the vampires. Uh, that's a real thing. But
• 8:56
  also we hear about the rugarou okay, and that's a that's a type of
• 9:01
  like a werewolf. All right, yeah, it's uh okay, it's some
• 9:07
  people say, of course, come from France and we got to look through.

  But the name transformed once got to Louisiana. Uh so they call it
• 9:16
  the ruger. Well the RUGERO. This is funny thing is it's supposedly they

  used it to people that was you know, the plant stuff like that,
• 9:28
  you know, religious beliefs that they used to They would tell kids will get
• 9:33
  you toosally somebody that's been cursed, and there's a story about a one hundred
• 9:37
  and one day. It will be cursed for one hundred and one day.

  Now, the funny thing is this cracked me up about all the rugaroo.

  It's supposed to be character frogs. Now you're in the swamp and all these
• 9:52
  frogs. I thought that was funny. But even even the the funniest thing
• 9:58
  is these things are not supposed to be able to count pas well. So

  one way to protect yourself anyone, they said, for thirteen pennies outside of
• 10:09
  your house. So the ruguru will stop and counting, and he can't count
• 10:13
  past twelve, so he just stay there he's counting, And I mean,
• 10:18
  you know that that to me, that's probably about the most that's I mean,
• 10:24
  what would you think you went outside or in the middle of the night,

  you look out and you see this big wearbul he's sitting there scratching his
• 10:30
  head and he's counting penny and he keeps getting stuck on thirteen. You know,

  I don't know where that came from or you know what it's all about

  on that, but they say put price out there, he'll get it,
• 10:43
  you know. He can only count so far. But yeah, it's your

  modern day dogment, you know what people see around here. But there's more
• 10:50
  religious background to be especially with the you know around when and people that have
• 10:56
  been cursed obay know something to do or they hunt down people that don't do

  their own religious you know uh thing. And I'm not really familiar, but

  you know it's supposed to be. Oh yeah, okay, super well that

  that is. That's right. So from what I from what I understand and

  down in Louisiana, down in New Orleans especially, uh, and yes we

  do. It's the lugaroo and the rugaroo from what I understand and uh,

  down in down in Louisiana there is it is very spiritual. It's not just

  in the three D Okay, So we're talking about shape shifters, Okay,

  like vampires can be shape shifters, right and uh and so that's it does

  have a religious connotation because there's a lot of voodoo going on down there in

  black magic, right man. Yeah, definitely, Uh, the energy as

  soon as you get in there, Like I stayed at French and the Saint

  Pierre first were all the blues player and stuff like that. The very first

  moment I got in there, and you know, the parking is poor,

  so I had to pay like fifty bucks to park this parking place. And

  I finally get to the Saint Pierre. It's raining, it's nasty. And

  as soon as that starts, going into my room, the woman unlocked the

  door. And the time, I was on the telephone to a friend of

  mine, and I walked into the room and I'm on the phone to her

  and I'm like, yeah, I just got in my room and this footprint

  up here, a bare footprint on the floor. What bear barefoot? I

  mean? I was like, what the heck, I'm like, a footprint
• 12:46
  just here. She's like, what is it yours? I'm like, that
• 12:50
  was not fun. And my shoes on, you know, I just come
• 12:52
  in the room. I said, you heard me, just come in here.

  So I got it. I said, here, I'll take a picture
• 12:56
  of it. I put my foot next to it, show them, you
• 12:58
  know, sides compared to what this here. Then all of a sudden,

  the door pops. My door pops though, and it was kind of crazy.

  So but so that right there, said the whole tone, right from
• 13:11
  the get but my whole advanture down there, of course, the uh you
• 13:20
  know, the the Vampire Lord. I had to check out everything. Yeah,

  uh yeah. Okay, look, the audience is having a little bit

  really dig into this one tonight two. Now, not only is there the

  Honey Island Swamp Monster in that area, but we also have in the same

  area the let's see, I've got a map of some of the scary paranormal
• 14:13
  stuff. Okay, and by scary I mean just paranormal. Okay. So

  we have like the Myrtles Plantation. Now, that's a very well known,
• 14:20
  famous haunted house in Louisiana. Have you have you made it to the Myrtles
• 14:24
  Plantation yet? No, but it is definitely on our schedule. Uh man,

  that's somewhere I want to go. It's supposed to be a birthday present
• 14:35
  Jamie daughter to stay there at one of them places. And I think the

  Myrtles Plantation is one of our choices. Okay, perfect, All right,

  then we got the Honey Island swamp monster. So this is just a little
• 14:46
  map so you guys can see where we're talking about in Louisiana. There's also

  something called the Grunch. Okay, we're going to get into the grunch tonight

  because that's a new one for me. I've never heard of the grunch before,
• 14:58
  Matt, have you No, I've never heard of it until you mentioned

  it. But okay, somebody noticed on that map brought up. Look at
• 15:05
  the Honey Island. Honey Island located wildlife preserves. You notice that anywhere you
• 15:15
  have activity, a strange activity serve, or some sort of a government controlled
• 15:22
  area, there's always something close to most of your area. Yeah, that
• 15:30
  Honey Island is nothing, but so that's right. Yeah, Well, Matt,
• 15:37
  where you and I go and do our research and a lot and we
• 15:41
  do the same research in the same areas with the same people and stuff.

  We're out there together. You know, some of our research areas, not
• 15:46
  all of them, but a lot of them are national parks and state parks.
• 15:50
  And for some reason, there's a lot more activity of these federal lands
• 15:56
  that are owned by our government than just people's you know, private property.

  For some reason. I wonder why that is. We know what, but
• 16:06
  we know why. That just just for just for the people that's out there
• 16:11
  listening areas that you want to look at if you want activity, if you
• 16:15
  actually want to go out and look for activity. I'll give you a prime
• 16:18
  example. There's a place right now I'm getting ready to investigate. And then

  State Mississippi. First thing I noticed was deer. We're out by the interest.

  They're looking back to the woods. They didn't care about the traffic going
• 16:36
  along interstact right then, So I'm okay, that's weird. You know what's
• 16:41
  in the wood that's keeping them, you know, occupied, when they could
• 16:44
  care less about a car going eighty mile an hour pass. Then notice the
• 16:51
  rest area close. So I'm like, uh huh. So then of course
• 16:56
  I tell my girlfriend came and I'm like, hey, look up that I
• 17:00
  guarantee it. Check this out. I'm like, look up national park campgrounds
• 17:04
  around this area. I said, I'm gonna tell you what they're gonna be.
• 17:07
  They're gonna be all closed. Brings them all up, every single one
• 17:12
  of them are clipped. Then I'm like, next step, okay. She
• 17:17
  said, oh wait, there's going open and she's like, never mind,
• 17:19
  the road to it is closed. I'm like, so they cut off all
• 17:22
  accents. Then I said, you know what, the next thing is going
• 17:25
  to be a control burn. Next time I went through there control bar.

  But so all this stuff is link together, all these wildlife reserve, campgrounds,
• 17:37
  all that stuff. So okay, you notice campground, park anything and
• 17:45
  it's closed or whatever, then you know there's probably something going on. Okay.

  So I said, we're on spring break this week, Matt. You
• 17:52
  know, my my little my little man, you and he I had to
• 17:56
  go do something with him because it's spring break, right and and mama's Mama's

  got shows. Okay. So we didn't really go anywhere other than I took

  them animal tracking on Monday. And uh and I know, I know I

  posted it all on Tuesday, like I was there on Tuesday. I was
• 18:11
  actually there on Monday. I don't tell anybody where I'm going, y'all,

  Okay, to my audience. Matt, you know that's a safety precaution.

  Okay, But but I was out there on Monday and uh at one of
• 18:21
  our spots where you've been and uh, and all the gates were closed.

  And you know it could be because it's easter. You know, Easter was

  on Sunday. But it was just odd that. I mean, it's a

  beautiful day. Uh, the weather's not nice. They could but they were
• 18:37
  also doing control burns, I think because I could smell the smoke after a
• 18:41
  while. But we got buzzed by a helicopter. It like buzzed right over
• 18:45
  our heads, like a low flying helicopter that day, Matt. As we
• 18:48
  hiked in because we had to hike in into this into this area. So
• 18:53
  that was weird. Yeah, no, because we have bigfoot activity there.

  All right, well, well let's let's get into the let's let's get into

  this honey Island bigfoot okay, because yeah, this is okay, this is
• 19:11
  federal land. There's going to be opsick, that's right, Cryptonville, thank

  you. We we bide by OPSEC on our teams, right, Matt.

  So, but that's a real thing. Okay, So this is on federal

  land. All right, it's more government land and the first sighting of this
• 19:30
  Honey Island swap monster, I think, I think it goes back along for

  a long time probably, But there was a gentleman who actually got some some
• 19:37
  castings back in the nineteen sixties, and and his I think it's his granddaughter,
• 19:44
  right, is her name Dana, because I have been I have been
• 19:47
  mistaken for Dana before. Somebody thought I was her, so I've never met
• 19:51
  her before. He had its first sighting and he made cast nineteen tipty For
• 20:00
  now, I know, as you're going to bring up these casts or whatever,
• 20:03
  the uh an alligator, I want the audience keep my alligator. Front
• 20:08
  feet have five peppers and they have clawed on the first three tips. Their
• 20:14
  back feet have four toes and they're on like the first couple of toes.

  It's clawed. Now he had supposedly the wildlife and conservation people look at these
• 20:26
  and they cannot determine what they were. So I can't tell if you can
• 20:33
  see the toenails or claw marks in any of those. Now, see,
• 20:38
  yeah, that's looks very similar to a lot of people are saying the alligator.

  It does, it does. Yeah, But I've also got that monkey.

  I forget what the name of it is. It's something, yes for

  there go now it It's got web feet and it's very similar to that,

  is it not? Now, most prims cannot swim, but that one can.

  And these reports of the Honey Island swamp monster they have web feet,

  but it could swim. It was stained the Holy Field. Her dad actually
• 21:18
  hit into the Honey Island Swamp Monster in a boat and it was emerged in
• 21:22
  the water. And there's been several witnesses that have talked about it running,
• 21:26
  jumping into the water, going underwater. So whatever, this bipedal creature is
• 21:33
  a swim unlike most primates. Okay, well that is so interesting because this
• 21:40
  is this blind target that they did. The data is really lining up of
• 21:44
  what you're talking about too here. Now, when I when I heard about
• 21:48
  the Honey Island swamp Monster, I was thinking, well, what if there's
• 21:52
  some sort of interesting reptilian hybrid sasquatch? Okay, now is that too far,
• 21:59
  Fetch Smith? Nothing is too part. I mean, look look at

  those tracks if you look back. Okay, I've been to the Everything Cheap
• 22:08
  and his tracks and David Sheeley's tracks are four toes. These are three toes
• 22:15
  with a possible like two claws. If you look at that crimate, that
• 22:21
  monkey that can swim that we just showed Butcher's name again, but that one
• 22:26
  extra toe like a do claw. It could look like a dow claw,
• 22:30
  but it does have web beat, and you know a primate with web beat.

  So, and the Wildlife is supposedly Department of Actual Resorts the wildlife there,

  so they could not identify the tracks. Now, some of them could
• 22:44
  be misidentified as out but from talking to eyewitnesses around all through the weekend,

  there's definitely they are seeing a five people preacher in that area. Whether the

  tracks line up to that were Smith, I didn't. Okay, we don't

  know, but there is a lot of people are seeing people in that area,
• 23:07
  and most of them okay than kind of links together. Well okay,

  well, earlier I had mentioned that some people, some locals just assumed,
• 23:18
  well maybe you know, because everybody there's always people that are you got to
• 23:22
  try to figure out what this is because you hear there's all these tracks.

  Well when when somebody case so Barry put posted something on my Facebook today that

  was like he's the one that posted this picture. Questioning, he said that
• 23:34
  it had been proven to be fake. Okay, like these tracks have been
• 23:40
  proven, Well there were alligator tracks. Well, I I think that that
• 23:45
  could be. I think some of these might be alligator prints. I don't
• 23:48
  know. They look they look kind of small. But however, I don't
• 23:52
  know if they've been proven. You know, I don't know because when when
• 23:56
  you're gonna hear my data for this target tonight, I don't I don't personally

  think that this could be like a reptilian mix with a sasquatch. I think
• 24:07
  that there's something. I think that it could be something you know, with
• 24:10
  like this monkey with web feet. You know, we hear about aquatic sasquatches,
• 24:14
  right, I mean I've I've heard of them, people seeing sasquatches swimming.

  Not to be confused with Otterman and the coushka okay up in Alaska and
• 24:25
  Canada. But we have we do hear about aquatic sasquatches, right man,
• 24:30
  Have you heard of that? Yeah? Well, it's like I was we

  were talking. Uh, look at a chimpanzee and the body proportions do not
• 24:38
  allow them to they can't swim. Uh for rella is they have to be
• 24:42
  taught to swim just like humans. So you have that one monkey web fit
• 24:48
  that actually swims on its own. So you got skunkcakes down there. Every
• 24:56
  this thing here, Now, if you could look how long that track is,
• 25:02
  the backfield part is a lot longer than what an alligators would be down
• 25:08
  there. You've seen the video, I've chased one across the road. I've
• 25:12
  seen them. They're out in the wild. Uhh Yeah, it could be

  misidentified as a possible you know, alligator, because their alligators all over.
• 25:27
  But the fact whether this track or this track, it's actually the one from
• 25:33
  you know, whatever they've seen out there. You know that don't mean that
• 25:37
  this bipeople creature they hopes or anything like that. There's too many witnesses,
• 25:42
  too many people seeing things. I've talked to people down there. Uh,
• 25:47
  they firmly believe in what they've seen. Uh huh. But a lot you
• 25:52
  know, some tracks is they're probably alligator misidentified. Yeah, but some of
• 25:56
  them could be the web primate. Okay. My question, Matt is have

  they found any human gigantic footprints or are they all four toad prints in the
• 26:11
  Honey Island area that have all been in the small fight with the four toad
• 26:15
  with the little do same way in the Everglades, the Everglades, you know
• 26:19
  out there in the Quadic area, they've got like a similar you know,
• 26:23
  the four toad truck. Now if you further go up, more of a
• 26:29
  big foot tight without the equality. Uh. You know most of them are
• 26:33
  five toad trucks. And they're all over in Louisiana. Like I said,

  all the way and all this stuff links together. It's funny because everybody's like,

  oh this area. You know, it's like, well, you follow
• 26:49
  the Sabine River from top of Texas all the way down through Louisiana, and
• 26:56
  it goes all the way down through Louisiana. And you've heard of the Sabine
• 26:59
  thing. But a lot of these primates, these bigfoot whatever, most of
• 27:03
  them are in the water a chimpanzee. And if they're on proportioned and it
• 27:10
  won't allow their body to supposedly you know, if there's submerged waters, sink
• 27:15
  or whatever that their bodies it won't allowed to float or whatever swim. Uh,

  Like I said, gorilla like us, we have got to beat on

  the swim. But these things. It was Saint the Holy Field's dad had

  actually hit uh hit. Supposedly this Honey Islands want monster and in this boat

  that was in a boat and had not come that he thought he hit a
• 27:42
  loft and all of a sudden they come up out of the water and it
• 27:45
  was covered in hair and it was submerged in the water. Like I said
