- 1:55[SPEAKER_03]: All right
- 1:56[SPEAKER_03]: I don't really have any news updates or anything today.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_03]: I just saw a notification earlier that the Browns have scheduled a head coaching interview with Jesse Mentor for Friday.
- 2:06[SPEAKER_03]: Mentor is the defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_03]: So that is the next head coaching candidate schedule on the list as far as I know.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_03]: So that would be the most recent update to the head coaching tracker.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_03]: and I think that pretty much it guys.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just I'm just bouncing in here real quick today to talk about everything you guys have sent in and all these questions.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_03]: So let's kick this one off.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_03]: Here is that long message I've been talking about for a couple of weeks now.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_03]: It feels like and this is from Zach.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_03]: Alright, so Zach writes in and says, hey guys, I have some point slash counter points that I hope can all be discussed on a show soon.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_03]: Well here you go, Zach, we're doing it.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_03]: He says there is a lot to unpack, but I truly feel like this can generate a lot of discussion in talking points.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so let's hear what he has to say, said he's been listening for about four years to the podcast.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_03]: We appreciate you staying tuned in to the show here at the Dawks podcast.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_03]: So his first point, Zack says, I agree with Andrew Barry getting another year.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_03]: Joshua originally had me convince to clear house drafting and for agent acquisitions have been terrible throughout his tenure, just one good draft, but if you step back and
- 3:17[SPEAKER_03]: All decisions are made together, for example, Kevin Stephanski, Paul D. Pidescent, has them all have a major say.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_03]: It was mentioned on the last podcast that a new head coach means Shador Sanders has no guarantee to be the starter, because the new coach would want his own guy, case in point right there.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_03]: Apply that same logic to Kevin Stephanski.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_03]: If a new head coach would come in and say, I want Mendoza, and Andrew Barry would work to get him hypothetically speaking, you think Kevin Stephanski couldn't, wasn't doing the same thing?
- 3:46[SPEAKER_03]: You think Andrew Barry would take guys without consulting his offensive minded head coach kind of felt like it.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_03]: I talked about that on the last podcast there's that the other day.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_03]: We had an offensive-minded head coach and Andrew Barry completely just devalued the offensive side of the ball, very interesting dynamic that we had going on in Cleveland, but he continues on here.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_03]: He says, I feel like I can almost bet that Andrew Barry was like, hey Kevin, what do you need or can you make a work with this guy or that guy and he was operating based off what his head coach was telling him he could get the job done with, cough, cough, Dylan Gabriel.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, fair point.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_03]: What about Paul D. Padesse that you think he and his analytics couldn't have been overriding 95% of the natural instincts saying to take player A's that a player B cough cough Dylan Gabriel.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, do you know what?
- 4:35[SPEAKER_03]: Second one.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_03]: Pause this whole thing right there.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_03]: I've talked about that and I do.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_03]: To an extent, I do to an extent think that.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_03]: The analytical approach because all these teams use analytics and I've talked about the whole analytics thing before You've got to have analytics.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_03]: You have to use analytics, but you can't solely use analytics and the Browns were using analytics as their primary evaluation tool I don't think you can do that.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think you should do that You need to be able to evaluate football talent without the analytics
- 5:12[SPEAKER_03]: And then bring in the analytics to either confirm or deny the evaluation you've come to, based on your football knowledge understanding and scouting.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm talking about A.B.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_03]: is telling the evaluators to scouting department, all that stuff.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_03]: The Browns from what I understand from Paul D. Podesta's history and baseball and his methodology, it is analytics first and foremost over everything.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_03]: So yes, I do think there was a lot of that going on so Zac goes on and says already think has on what inside with the guy They have on their payroll for a decade and they thought so highly have to bring them into a sport in which You had no previous experience.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_03]: This is my conclusion Andrew Barry would have been the scapegoat for Paul D. Padesse and Kevin's Kevin's to fanske
- 5:57[SPEAKER_03]: If he would have been fired, Andrew Barry's name was on the picks, trade, signings, etc.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_03]: But pull back the curtain and look behind the scenes at who he was taking guidance from.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_03]: And the coach he was deferring to slash trusting in, he didn't even get to choose his own head coach when he came to Cleveland.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_03]: Give him one year without the analytics genie and with a new competent voice in his ear that he has a say in, and let's see what he can do if he is bad, then I am on board with moving on.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_03]: So I appreciate the message, a lot of stuff in there.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_03]: Overall, your point, Andrew Barry deserves another year to see what he can do.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_03]: We don't really have a, I mean, we don't have a choice now, he's, that's what they're doing.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_03]: So we have to, we don't have to be on board with it.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_03]: But I think if we want to have some hope going into this next season, we can look on the bright side and say, look most recently, Andrew Barry did a great, had a great draft, had some great free agent signings.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_03]: He's done some good things.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, just bringing in Devon Bush two years in a row and the Malik Collins this past season, those are some great free agent signings right there that really helped this team and then obviously the draft.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_03]: So,
- 7:11[SPEAKER_03]: What he does with the salary cap, with the contract structuring and everything, those are points in favor of Andrew Barrack.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_03]: I think he does a good job in those areas.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_03]: It's not all bad.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_03]: Whenever I said clear house with these guys, it's not because everything they do is bad in my opinion.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_03]: I thought Kevin's the fan ski.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_03]: I have said this a million times.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_03]: I think he's a good coach.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_03]: I just don't think he's good enough to have continued success in the NFL unless he's willing to adapt and change his offense.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_03]: which he was not.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_03]: So had to go.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_03]: Again, I said this was the long one.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_03]: So Zack continues on here.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_03]: Point two.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_03]: He says the point keeps being made that the head coaching vacancy is not desirable generally speaking and the vacancy is so much more appealing to defensive mind coaches because the defense is so good.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_03]: He says I think this is actually a desirable job.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_03]: Overall, Elite Defense, some young exciting talent are offence and the sixth pick in the draft obviously is not pick one or two, but it's still pick six.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_03]: Let's not scoff at having the sixth pick.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_03]: That is still desirable and as a bonus, a new state of the art domain about four years if you can succeed here.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_03]: And to kind of circle back to the Dishon Watson point that has been made brought up multiple times in the drama a new head coach would have to face with that.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_03]: I like Shouldor and I'm hopeful he can be a long term answer, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't curious whether or not.
- 8:33[SPEAKER_03]: to Sean Watson could actually look functional with a competent offense head coach slash offensive coordinator on a recent podcast was brought up how for example kubiac has had Donald looking good say anything you want about the district to Sean Watson drama but be as objective as possible think about it it's dramatic but I'm not convinced that Kevin didn't contribute to the failure.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_03]: to be honest.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_03]: What if it just takes a new offensive mind to come in here and boom, he's balling.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_03]: Think about it.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_03]: If that or think about it, if that is a true that exists, if Kube I could come in.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_03]: Now, Kube ax is not coming.
- 9:06[SPEAKER_03]: We're not interviewing him.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_03]: As from the reports, I've seen most recently, Clint Kube Ick, the offense coordinator for Seattle, Steve Hawks.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_03]: has already conducted all the interviews for head coaching jobs that he's going to do.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_03]: Now, I don't know if that was definitively like I'm done taking interviews all together or if it was just I'm done interviewing until after this playoff run.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_03]: We're trying to go in a super bowl.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not real sure the finality of that, but
- 9:33[SPEAKER_03]: The Browns haven't been linked, not even rumored links to Clint Kubiak in any way.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_03]: So Zach goes on and says, but to finish this point, I feel like this would actually peel more to an offensive coach when someone takes anything over, they want their finger prints on it.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_03]: They want their identity on it.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_03]: They want their hands in the mix, like you said, everyone has an ego.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_03]: This would be a prime spot for an offensive mind to come in Coach Fan and Judkin, Samson, Bondsh, a door, guys with serious potential.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, holes need to be filled, but especially with Hazelm saying there will be heavy investment into the offense this year.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_03]: I think this job is truly poised for an offensive coach to come make his mark.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_03]: I think it makes the job more exciting, more enticing and more challenging and a desirable way.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_03]: If a new guy can come in here, get his hands in the mix and make the offense for a middleball, imagine how highly regarded he would be.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, man, we would build you the statue.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_03]: That's what that's the joke, but I mean in all there's an all-seriousness.
- 10:24[SPEAKER_03]: If a coach can come into Cleveland, the state of this offensive roster of the way it is and make them competitive immediately in 2026, I think we would all be tickled to death now.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_03]: To go back to the Deshawn Watson thing, and this plays into my my takes on Mike McDaniel.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_03]: coming in here for the Browns.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_03]: Now I have no idea how the Mike McDaniel interview went with the Browns.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what was said obviously or any of that kind of stuff.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_03]: But I
- 10:54[SPEAKER_03]: In my mind, whenever I'm just thinking about how things could play out, what if Mike McDaniel came in here with a sales pitch?
- 11:01[SPEAKER_03]: Because obviously, you just got fired as a head coach.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_03]: You're not looking probably to take a step back and be an offensive coordinator somewhere.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_03]: If you get an opportunity to just step right into another head coaching job, another opportunity like that, that's probably more desirable.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_03]: Now, I'm just speculating here.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know for sure that's just my opinion.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_03]: The sales pitch, what if Mike McDaniel came in here and told Jimmy Haslam and Jerry Barry, I can make the Sean Watson work.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_03]: I can make it work with him.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_03]: Give me this year to show you guys that I can do that.
- 11:34[SPEAKER_03]: Because if you remember, this is the last year to Sean Watson's five-year contract with the Browns.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_03]: Now that contract, the cap hit, all that stuff is going to be around for a while.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_03]: He will be active.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_03]: He will be on the active roster on the active depth chart in 2026.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know, I am, wow, I was not impressed with the Sean Watson last year in 2024.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_03]: There were moments in 2023 where I was like, okay, the guy can still play quarterback.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_03]: And it's been very difficult for any quarterback to have success in Kevin's defense.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_03]: He's offense over the years.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_03]: Now,
- 12:20[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously there's a caveat there.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_03]: They haven't been the highest level of quarterbacks to begin with.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_03]: I accept that.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_03]: The only one who really took off in that offense was Joe Flacco and he's like a 27,000-year-old veteran who's been doing it, who's been in an offense like having something askees forever because it's an older offense.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_03]: So there's there's definitely some things there.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, man.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_03]: Like
- 12:48[SPEAKER_03]: The Sean Watson's here, he's going to be here in 26, and there's going to be a potential that he is playing quarterback for the Browns.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think we can lie to ourselves and say that's not going to happen because you can't cut him.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so the last point here from Zach, and then we're finally through this message.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_03]: I told you guys, this was a long one, it's why I've been holding off on it.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_03]: He says, Josh,
- 13:12[SPEAKER_03]: Me, you were not enthusiastic about John Gruden in a past episode and said something to the sediment of not wanting a head coach that has been cycled through bounced around multiple times.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_03]: But, you were receptive to the idea of shorts being looked at for the head coach vacancy on one of the last podcasts.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_03]: Totally understand of Gruden isn't your guy or even on your radar just pointing it out.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, man.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_03]: I get what you're saying there.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_03]: The difference to me, John Gruden.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, cycle through bounced around multiple times hasn't worked out well in the most recent opportunity he was given and he's not even being floated as an option in this head coaching cycle.
- 13:52[SPEAKER_03]: This is the most
- 13:55[SPEAKER_03]: outlier head coaching cycle we've had in years I believe correct me if I'm wrong in the chat in the comments and everything I don't believe we have had a head coaching cycle that now we have nine head coaching vacancies nine of them.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_03]: Because, and I guess I should have said this at the top of the show, another bit of news, you guys all know it's not news anymore, happened yesterday, but everybody knows Mike Tomlin just stepped down as the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers after 19 seasons.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_03]: 19 years almost damn near two decades in Pittsburgh and they will now be looking for a new head coach.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_03]: Three out of the four AFC North teams are looking for head coaches.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_03]: This cycle and the only one that's not is the freaking bangles was Zack Taylor that goofball.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm how managed to keep his job.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_03]: You got Kevin's defense.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_03]: He's a John Horrible and Mike Tomlin just go boom immediately
- 14:57[SPEAKER_03]: And yet Zack Taylor still down their coaching and Cincinnati and I dare you to find me a Bengals fan who's happy about it.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't seen one yet.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't seen a Bengals fan online who's happy about Zack Taylor and that coaching staff remaining intact and Cincinnati.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_03]: But to get back to your point here, Zack, to wrap up this thought.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_03]: The difference to me between John Groot and Jim Schwartz is a couple things.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_03]: He has not been cycle through multiple times in a head coaching role.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_03]: He's done it once with the lions.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_03]: And he is a current active defensive coordinator in the NFL for our current team.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_03]: That's the difference.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_03]: He is in the building.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_03]: He's coaching this team.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_03]: He's already involved.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_03]: This is already his team.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_03]: so it we're not going outside higher and bringing this guy into our organization he's already here it would be an elevation of a promotion to head coach for him.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_03]: So that's why that's why I would be more receptive.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not saying I want Jim Schwartz to be our head coach.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_03]: but I would be more receptive to that than trying to go out and hire a guy like John Groen.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_03]: And we got, excuse me, we got tons of other coaching things to talk about, so I'm not gonna expound too much here as that about this because I will definitely get into more stuff as we go on.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you for the message.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry I put it off for so long, but we got to it here today.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_03]: This episode is sponsored by Kaoshi.

- 16:53[SPEAKER_03]: Will Miami beat Ole Miss?

- 17:54[SPEAKER_03]: And I read it, and the next one who did that is Jalen says,
- 17:58[SPEAKER_03]: Hey there, first time writing in from Toronto, Canada, another Canadian, he says big fan of the show.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_03]: It's great to hear from fellow Browns fans since I still have not met another one here in Canada.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I hope you watch the show when Kenny Mac is on here hosting with us because Kenny Mac, the president of the Ottawa Browns backers up there, he is your guy in Canada.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_03]: He says, um,
- 18:21[SPEAKER_03]: I know you mentioned you're rooting for the Panthers, but who do you think will actually win the Super Bowl and who do you see representing the AFC and NFC now?
- 18:29[SPEAKER_03]: I read this message and I, for the life of me, cannot remember.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_03]: When I said I'm rooting for the, oh, you know what it just dawned on me.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_03]: Now I said I was rooting for the Panthers because of the voice mail that we got or the message we got whatever it was from the guy who I'm having trouble remembering went to school with I think maybe went to high school with Mitchell Evans.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_03]: the tight end for the Panthers, the rookie tight end out of Notre Dame went to the Panthers, and I said, I'll root for the Panthers because your boy is on that team and everything like that.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_03]: So that's where that came from.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_03]: As far as who do I think is going to represent AFC and NFC?
- 19:08[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I, speaking to the Panthers, I know they took them to the brink, but the rams are still my favorite to win the Super Bowl.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_03]: I really think,
- 19:17[SPEAKER_03]: that team while they damn near got beat in the wildcard round.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_03]: I still think they're going to be tough to beat because at the end of the day, they won.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_03]: They still won that game.
- 19:27[SPEAKER_03]: I expect these divisional round games to be close, kind of like the first few games were wildcard weekend.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_03]: And I would say for NFC, I'm still putting my chips in on the Rams.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_03]: And for the AFC,
- 19:44[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I know people keep saying they haven't really played anybody tough, but the Patriots with Mike Vrable and the way Drake may as playing, and that defense.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_03]: I'm having trouble seeing them get beat.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_03]: I really am.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think the Broncos have what it takes to get to the, to the Super Bowl this year.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_03]: You know, the bills would be my probably second.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_03]: I'd say either the bills are the Patriots.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_03]: I can see working out either way with those teams.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think the Texans can make it.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_03]: CJ Strauss, something's wrong with him.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_03]: they're not going to, you don't get to play the Steelers every week.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_03]: Let's just say that.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_03]: But anyway, so thanks, Jalen, for the message and he says, thanks.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_03]: Go Browns, go Raptors, and go Jay's Wolf Wolf.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_03]: Next message here is from Andrew, this is from Andrew in Newcastle, UK says I want to talk about bringing back Devon Bush.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_03]: While he has played excellently this past season, I think he should move on or he says I think we should move on from him if J.O.K.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_03]: will be back my rationale is I think Bush will justify, I will ask for a significant pay raise and I think the money he'd be asking for would be better spent on the O line or a receiver if J.O.K.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_03]: is back
- 20:55[SPEAKER_03]: I'd be more than happy with him and swissing her as our linebackers.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_03]: I would too, I do not, again, if I had to bet one side of the other on this, if this was a calcium bet and you could just say, will J.O.K.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_03]: play for the Browns in 2026?
- 21:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yes or no, I'm taking the no.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_03]: I'm putting my money on the no side of that and expecting a pretty good payout because I just
- 21:22[SPEAKER_03]: while there's hope and optimism and all that kind of stuff for J.O.K.
- 21:27[SPEAKER_03]: to be able to come in and play again for the Browns.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_03]: Those neck injuries, man, the track record, the history of those severe neck injuries for NFL players, they just don't vote well for the future career for any extended career for these guys.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm hopeful, obviously, the J.O.K.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_03]: can play.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_03]: I just don't think it's going to happen.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_03]: I want Devon Bush back.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_03]: I do and he is already said.
- 21:53[SPEAKER_03]: I think Mary case said she spoke with Devon Bush and he said, yeah, I'd like to be back next year.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_03]: They want to play for Jim Schwartz.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_03]: He's got just want to play for Jim Schwartz.
- 22:00[SPEAKER_03]: They want to play on this defense.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_03]: If we just get this off into the side of the ball fixed, we've got a culture, we've got a
- 22:11[SPEAKER_03]: in the making here.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_03]: I want to say, yeah, we've really succumbed to this losing thing, but you saw how they ended the season.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_03]: They came out and they were fighting.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_03]: They're like, we're not losing to the steel.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_03]: They're probably losing the bangles we're doing this.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_03]: And I'd like to keep as much of that defense intact as possible.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_03]: So we'll see how things go.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_03]: free agency.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, here we are halfway through January.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_03]: We are not too far away from these things.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_03]: Our last message from the website before I hit up some of your voicemails.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_03]: This one is from Cain.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_03]: He says, what's up dogs, Cain from Dublin, Ireland?
- 22:43[SPEAKER_03]: Just been doing my own mocks and keep thinking about O'Line and wider silver in the first round or double tap wider silver in first round.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_03]: Do you think there is any wider seaver out there that realistically could be traded for?
- 22:55[SPEAKER_03]: Brandon Iyuk is one that comes to mind, but with his injuries, would he be the wider seaver one we need?
- 23:02[SPEAKER_03]: And would we even be able to get him salary cap-wise?
- 23:06[SPEAKER_03]: Don't even care Kane about the salary cap implications of Brandon Iyuk, because I want nothing to do with him.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_03]: I was really big on the Browns trying to trade for Brandon Iyuk last year.
- 23:18[SPEAKER_03]: Right?
- 23:19[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I guess two years ago now, 2024, before the 49ers gave him that freaking boatload of money that he never played for.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_03]: And now they've avoided all of these guaranteed things from him.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_03]: He wants out of there.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_03]: They want him out of there.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_03]: He's dealing with the major injuries.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_03]: I want nothing to do with it.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_03]: I am.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you freaking T on Brandon and I you.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_03]: So nope.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_03]: No, thank you as far as any other wide receivers that realistically could be traded for.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_03]: I know we mentioned AJ Brown the other day.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_03]: not big on him with his contract his age.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_03]: He's almost 30s having some issues.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_03]: If you're having issues in Philadelphia with their offense and their quarterback, dude, you're not going to be able to play here.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_03]: And if you get to a point or this offense gets to a point where we have what would be really good for you.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to be too old to be good anyway.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_03]: So the guy and I talked about this the other day with Justin on the discord show when we did that on Sunday, Brian Thomas Jr. That's a guy that realistically I think the Browns could at least explore a trade for.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not saying that the Jaguars would even be interested in moving Brian Thomas Jr.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_03]: But I am interested in him because they just don't, they don't seem to have a role with him when Trevor Lawrence is the quarterback and Trevor Lawrence is their quarterback.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_03]: Mac Jones isn't even there anymore.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_03]: And when we saw Brian Thomas Jr. be a dominant.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_03]: just awesome alpha wide receiver one as a rookie and only like his what third or fourth year I think ever playing wide receiver like he's still very raw at the position he's still learning and he put up one of the best rookie statistical seasons ever and it was with Mac Jones he wasn't doing jack squat.
- 25:07[SPEAKER_03]: with Trevor Lawrence and then come this year and he's still didn't.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_03]: And some people that I've listened to that like to break down the tape and things like that and evaluate these players during the season were very adamant that listen, this is not a Brian Thomas junior problem.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_03]: This is a Trevor Lawrence BTJ chemistry problem because and I didn't do this.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_03]: So I can't speak from personal experience.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_03]: But the people I listened to that broke down the tape said he's open.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_03]: He's getting open.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_03]: It's just, they're not on the same page.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_03]: And I would be, I'd be willing to invest in the talent if I were the Browns.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_03]: Mess just me.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_03]: I just, I really like Brian Thomas.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_03]: So, and then I'm sure if you don't like Brian Thomas, then you'd be like, hey, I ain't wasting draft pick trying to trade for him.
- 25:52[SPEAKER_03]: Totally get it, totally get it, but I would, because I like him.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_03]: All right, let's shift gears and get to some voice mails and let's keep on.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_03]: Let's just keep on with the wide receiver talk here, and this one is from Matthew.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_04]: Hi, I'm Matthew, Chicago, Illinois.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_04]: I'm a new old Browns fan.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_04]: I've been joined the podcast a lot.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_04]: I've been wondering, what are thoughts on drafting Carnot T and Jigalbuline in the first round?
- 26:17[SPEAKER_04]: And then getting it too almond right after.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_03]: All right, Matthew, thank you.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_03]: So Chicago, Illinois, not rooting for the bears, huh?
- 26:22[SPEAKER_03]: Not rooting for the bears, and they're actually good this year.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_03]: Interesting.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_03]: So you're sticking with the brownies.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_03]: Appreciate that.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_03]: Appreciate the dedication, man.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, I love the idea of getting cardinal tape.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_03]: Jacobi Lane, I'm not in the first round.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_03]: And again, I know I keep saying this, but I've been doing these podcasts every day and everything else that I've been working on.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_03]: So I still haven't done prospect, film, reviews, and evaluations and things like that.
- 26:52[SPEAKER_03]: From what I gather, Jacobi Lane is not your first round type of wide receiver.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to get him a little bit later, maybe second, third round in the draft.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_03]: So no, now the guys in the first round and then I think I have a couple other voicemails talking about receivers about to say here, the guys in the first round that I want as a brown span.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_03]: And this is a no-like particular order because I am kind of differing my opinion on how I have these guys ranked.
- 27:18[SPEAKER_03]: But obviously, Carnal Tate, Jordan Tyson, Mackay Lemon, Denzel Boston, Casey Concepcion.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_03]: Those are the five wider severs in the first round that I'm looking at for the Browns.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_03]: And if we are double tapping that position, I want two of those five.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I want.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_03]: I want two of those five.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_03]: If we decide not to go online in the first round.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_03]: And again, this is all predicated.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like I say this every show.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_03]: Mine's all hit it again.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_03]: I anticipate the Browns investing heavily in the online and free agency because you can get
- 27:55[SPEAKER_03]: high level quality starting offensive linemen in free agency.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_03]: You cannot get high level wide receiver one players in free agency.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_03]: The only thing you get in free agency at the wide receiver position are highly overpaid wide receiver twos and threes.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_03]: That's what you get in free agency at the wide receiver position.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_03]: So that's why I'm trying to save my premium high-level
- 28:21[SPEAKER_03]: for the widership or position.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_03]: It all depends on what we do in free agency, obviously.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_03]: And trades, if they go, and they trade for a Brian Thomas Jr. And they sign a Romeo dobs.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, now I'm definitely not helping on using both my first round picks on widership.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_03]: So things will change as the moves get made here in the off season.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_03]: But Matthew appreciate your voice male.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you for calling in.

- 30:31[SPEAKER_01]: Let's hear the first one right now.
- 30:52[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's going with Tyson, if that's the case with our first pick, and then what would it be looking at?
- 30:58[SPEAKER_01]: First, I can pick in the first round.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also gonna look around a little bit and see You know what other receiver could be a great, you know receiver from you know a big a big college not, you know, no division two college or anything like that Actually know all that goes
- 31:14[SPEAKER_01]: Um, yeah, I love the first five picks that you went with, that would be glorious if we ended up with that, uh, go Browns.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_01]: Woohoo.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and again, thanks for the voice mail, Justin, but, you know, like I said on that mock draft show and I'll put another one together here in the next week or so for you guys, my 2.0, but I really need to dive in to these prospects and see.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_03]: It's tough doing mock trash right now.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_03]: Let's just put it that way.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_03]: It's tough doing mock trash without knowing what we're trying to do in free agency and trade.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_03]: That's until the new league year officially starts on March, whatever day it is.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_03]: You know, that Tuesday or Wednesday and March, it's really tough, just really tough to get.
- 31:58[SPEAKER_03]: any sort of strong opinion on the mock drafts because we're doing it based on how things stand right now and how things stand right now is not even close to our things will stand when April rolls around.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_03]: If you guys got mock drafts and pick selections that you want me to look at, send them over.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_03]: I'll look at them.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_03]: I'd like to talk about some of this stuff on the show if I can and we'll go from there.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_03]: You can send it to bark at thedogspodcast.com.
- 32:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'll take a look at it.
- 32:27[SPEAKER_03]: Let's go over to, well, let's just do Justin's second voice mail here.
- 32:31[SPEAKER_03]: This one is talking about some coaching stuff.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_01]: Just going to keep getting on here and talking about, I think we should go for John Harvall.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_01]: He has the ability to really do something great here in Cleveland and has the ability to really do it.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_01]: So John, so Harvall, if you're out there any year in this, when you're taking the consideration to what team
- 32:55[SPEAKER_01]: because you're probably going to have your selection at any of them.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_01]: I just want you to think to yourself, do you want to go to another team and do kind of what you've done before in the past and you have a nice money that you're making and a good lifestyle or do you want to come to somewhere?
- 33:08[SPEAKER_01]: and do something great that's never been done before, because I think if you can do that and you have the ability to do it, you're truly going to remember to someone that's great.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_01]: So if you're out there, hardball, and you hear this, come to Cleveland.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's feet for the whole fan base out there.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_01]: We want you here, and we want you here, bad.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_01]: So let's go Browns.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_01]: Ooh, ooh.
- 33:28[SPEAKER_03]: So for me, Justin, everybody out there is a problem with John Harble.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_03]: is we, this is what Wednesday, Wednesday of the week that he was supposedly, you know, going to have his plan to take interviews and things like that.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_03]: I have yet to see, and maybe I've missed it, pointed out to me if I have, but I have yet to see a single report, even rumoring that the Browns are going to get an interview with John Harble.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_03]: For what I saw the other day, Diana Rousini said her sources are telling her that the three favorites in the John Harball sweep stakes would be the New York Giants.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_03]: Atlanta Falcons and the Tennessee Titans.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_03]: That's it.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_03]: Those are the three.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_03]: Browns weren't mentioned.
- 34:17[SPEAKER_03]: Browns have not been mentioned.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, we were one of the teams that reached out to his agent in this first hour or whatever after he was fired.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_03]: we've been keeping touch, we're trying to get an interview until a report comes out that says, John Harbour has granted an interview to the Cleveland Browns.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_03]: I have to start, like I can't hone in on John Harbour as the next I coach the Browns, cause it's very unlikely in my opinion right now.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_03]: Just like everything else with this show that we talk about, because this is a new cycle type of show.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_03]: This stuff can change, and it can change rapidly.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_03]: But at the moment, I'm not looking at John Harble because I don't think it's realistic.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_03]: I need to look at who I think the right coaching options are for the Browns realistically.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_03]: And that's why, again, my number one is Grant Udinsky.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_03]: Offends a coordinator from the Jaguars.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_03]: Number two is probably Nate Sheelhouse, past game coordinator from the ramps.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_03]: I'm all about getting the next up and coming give me somebody who we haven't seen before.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_03]: Give me somebody who's ready to come in here with some new ideas, some new philosophies, some new angles on the NFL.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_03]: because the old ways are dying out.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_03]: They really are.
- 35:41[SPEAKER_03]: You look at like the old way of coaches is gone.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_03]: It's gone.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_03]: You're Mike McCarthy's are no longer around.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_03]: Now your John Harballs are moving.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_03]: Your Mike Tomlins aren't here anymore.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_03]: The your peat carols are gone.
- 35:56[SPEAKER_03]: It's it's Sean Peyton.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_03]: That is still holding down the fort for that old wave of coaching.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_03]: And now you just got a whole new wave of these young coordinators, young, understaffer guys coming up through the ranks and getting these head coaching positions.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_03]: Some work, some don't.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_03]: But, and this is gonna lead into my next voicemail.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_03]: The last one here today, this one's from Kurt, who I'll just play it for you guys, cause Kurt heavily disagrees with my take on the head coaching position for the Browns.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_00]: Hey guys, Kurt from Jersey.
- 36:28[SPEAKER_00]: Josh, usually I'm in total agreement with you.
- 36:32[SPEAKER_00]: In fact, that's why I haven't called in in a while because you got my opinion covered, man.
- 36:37[SPEAKER_00]: Usually totally agree with you.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_00]: But the head coaching search, not so much, dude.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think we're in a position to go with an unproven, young head coach that,
- 36:51[SPEAKER_00]: you know, just has no experience.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_00]: We have way too many issues on our team to do that.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_00]: Especially, if you've got coaches like Tomlin and Harble available, like...
- 37:04[SPEAKER_00]: Now we got to go with that route.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_00]: We got to go with someone who has seen these issues, maybe not all these issues, but they've seen these issues maybe a quarterback issue or a bad-wide receiver core or whatever.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_00]: And we need the experience coach that could work through all our issues.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_00]: I think the Ravens and the Steelers, they could probably go with the young
- 37:33[SPEAKER_00]: contract hanging over our team and, you know, the cap space, you know, we need a proven coach that can come in and work through these issues because they've, they've seen these issues.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_00]: So Josh, you're off, you're way off on this one.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_00]: Sorry, buddy.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_00]: He love you.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_00]: Go Browns.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_03]: Roopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopoopo
- 38:00[SPEAKER_03]: I say this all the time and I'll just keep saying that I just because I have an opinion one way does not mean I'm right obviously doesn't mean you're wrong for having the other opinion.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_03]: I think that your conversation there would be much better received by Blake.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_03]: I think Blake is definitely more on your side of that spectrum that the Browns really need this roster really needs and experience done up a four type head coach.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_03]: The problem is I just talked
- 38:28[SPEAKER_03]: Forget about John Harble.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_03]: Just forget about him.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_03]: Forget about John Harble until a report comes out that even says he's remotely interested in the Browns because I haven't seen one yet.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_03]: And you cannot throw Mike Tomlin's name into any sort of conversation because he's still a coach for the Steelers.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_03]: Technically, he stepped down.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_03]: He was not fired.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_03]: He stepped down.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_03]: So the Pittsburgh Steelers still retain the rights to Mike Tomlin, meaning
- 38:54[SPEAKER_03]: If Mike Tomlin were to coach again, it would be a team trading for him.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_03]: So you'd have to give up draft capital to the Pittsburgh Steelers to get him the way the Broncos had to trade for Sean Payton from the Saints because he didn't get fired in New Orleans.
- 39:10[SPEAKER_03]: He stepped down.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_03]: They still retained his rights contractually.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_03]: So Mike Tomman is still part of that Steelers organization.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_03]: He's still his contract.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_03]: I don't want to say him because that sounds weird.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_03]: His contract is still property of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_03]: So we can't talk about Tomman.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_03]: I don't want to talk about Harball.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_03]: Who are you?
- 39:28[SPEAKER_03]: Who are we talking about then as a like a proven veteran head coach guy that can come in here and handle these options.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_03]: Number one, if you think that the Browns have all these terrible issues with the team and these players and the offense sucks and the contracts are terrible to work with and all that kind of stuff, why would a veteran head coach with options want to come here and deal with that?
- 39:49[SPEAKER_03]: I know you're saying we need that kind of guy who's experienced those issues before, but if you've experienced them before, why the hell
- 39:56[SPEAKER_03]: You would want to take the Titans job, where you've got a good, young, quarterback roster with some holes, but you've got pieces to work with, you've got a good, highly looked upon GM there and draft capital.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_03]: You want the Falcons job.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_03]: where they've got the pieces.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_03]: They just needed all put together in the right way.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_03]: You want the giant's job again.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_03]: They've got the pieces.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_03]: They've got those pieces.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_03]: You're like, why are you taking the browns job then?
- 40:23[SPEAKER_03]: So this is where I got a bounce back and forth between this being desirable job, this being an okay job.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it's undesirable.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_03]: I just think it's not as desirable.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_03]: Some of those other spots, which is why John Harble is not taking an interview with us, but those are the teams who take an interview with.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_03]: So I think you're kind of left with.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_03]: young up and coming coordinator guy or you know in like the Nate show house case the lower on the staff kind of guy.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_03]: That's the way the NFL is moving.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_03]: Unless you want to get like a mic McCarthy in here.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_03]: The only other option obviously is Mike McDaniel and I'll just be very candid with you guys.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I don't I don't dislike Mike McDaniel.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_03]: I'm.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not excited about the idea of him being our next head coach and I don't really have anything factual to like back that up the way why I feel that way.
- 41:18[SPEAKER_03]: I just listen guys, I've been a Browns fan for a long time and my
- 41:27[SPEAKER_03]: got tells me this.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_03]: And again, I could be way off base.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_03]: But I just got this bad feeling that if the Browns come out and they announced that they've hired Mike McDaniel as their next head coach.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to have a questionable 2026 season where we have some good moments.
- 41:49[SPEAKER_03]: We have some really ugly moments.
- 41:51[SPEAKER_03]: And we're wondering, did we make the right
- 41:55[SPEAKER_03]: Meanwhile, in the 2027 head coaching draft site or a head coaching cycle, we're going to see names like Grant, you didn't ski, be a hot top of the market name, taking the best interviews, kind of like a Ben Johnson, maybe not to that scale, but similar.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe a name like a nature house, maybe some of these these other guys that
- 42:20[SPEAKER_03]: We're like, well, they're just the coordinators right now.
- 42:23[SPEAKER_03]: They've, you know, maybe they need another year or two.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_03]: I'm telling you guys, if they're going to be a hot name on the head coaching cycle in a year, just hire them now.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_03]: Just get them in.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_03]: Now, I could just see that happen.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not saying it's gonna happen.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not saying I wanted to.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just saying, as a Browns fan, I'm not trying to be pessimistic.
- 42:41[SPEAKER_03]: I've seen this happen before.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_03]: We hire a guy because we're like, yeah, we're not sure these are these other guys are quite ready, so we'll just take this guy for now.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_03]: Or take this guy right now.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_03]: And then after years, if you really nice to get, and then I can hear all the brown fans right now on social media, we agree that you did skin the building for an interview and we didn't hire him.
- 43:01[SPEAKER_03]: I can just see it happening.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_03]: We did it with Dan Campbell.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_03]: Did it with Dan Campbell?
- 43:06[SPEAKER_03]: We hired Kevin Safansky instead.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_03]: We didn't like Dan Campbell's run game, physical, ground and pound mentality when he was in here interviewing for the job.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_03]: We wanted a more passing, happy, type of coach.
- 43:18[SPEAKER_03]: So we want with Kevin Safansky Dan Campbell get tired on and Detroit and you see how that's gone for them.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_03]: I got to love this time of season guys.
- 43:29[SPEAKER_03]: So, as always,
- 43:32[SPEAKER_03]: What do you guys think?
- 43:34[SPEAKER_03]: My opinion is by far, nowhere near the end of all, be all I want to hear what you guys have to say, what you guys think.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_03]: Let's just forward the sake of this conversation today and the comments and stuff.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_03]: Just let's take John a horrible out of the mix.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_03]: Let's forget about him.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_03]: We're not talking about Mike Tomlin either, so let's forget about those two names.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_03]: Who do you want, and who do you think will be then Brown's next head coach?
- 44:02[SPEAKER_03]: And why?
- 44:03[SPEAKER_03]: I see a lot of people all post something of social and say, hey, what do you guys think about so and so being the next side coach?
- 44:10[SPEAKER_03]: And I'll get a comment that just says no.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_03]: Cool.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_03]: Why?
- 44:15[SPEAKER_03]: Just tell me why.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_03]: You got unlimited, unlimited character space there and just type it out, tell me why.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_03]: I just I love hearing the reasoning from people and it just helps me understand where you guys are coming from as well.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_03]: So that's the head coaching search.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_03]: The tracker I did yesterday still pretty much stands as today except for the Jesse mentor head coaching interview scheduled for Friday.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_03]: If any other news came out while recording the Sypolygized for missing it.
