Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #288: The Dance Between Rigidity and Flow
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to tea side with amen. Back. Let's go go
- 0:06Speaker 1: into it right now.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Go, We're back. We almost didn't even we almost never
- 0:10Speaker 2: even left. So at the end of the last video,
- 0:14Speaker 2: I'm talking about a situation I don't even remember where
- 0:18Speaker 2: I was at with it, honestly, out rigid. Oh talking
- 0:22Speaker 2: about bodybuilding. I was talking about how I went and
- 0:24Speaker 2: started a new workout. Right, we get these ideas in
- 0:28Speaker 2: our heads that this is the way that we work out.
- 0:30Speaker 2: I since two thousand and three, have done power lifting
- 0:34Speaker 2: bodybuilding type moves always. It's but I'm at a space
- 0:39Speaker 2: in my life that I have an awareness. The reason
- 0:42Speaker 2: I was like that because I felt like I had
- 0:44Speaker 2: to protect myself. I had to be the one to
- 0:46Speaker 2: protect myself. But the conversation was that we have you
- 0:50Speaker 2: ever seen a bodybuilder running, because they're very rigid. They're
- 0:54Speaker 2: not there's not a flow with things. They're very there's
- 0:56Speaker 2: a lot of stiffness, And that's kind of how I was.
- 0:59Speaker 2: So now I'm starting this whole new workout and it's
- 1:02Speaker 2: with kettle bills and it's like such a flow. Oh
- 1:06Speaker 2: my God, Like where has this been all my life?
- 1:09Speaker 2: But the whole thing is I wasn't ready for it
- 1:11Speaker 2: because I was too much in the defense and needed
- 1:15Speaker 2: to protect myself. And now I feel like this is
- 1:18Speaker 2: about a flow. So anyways, while we're working out, I
- 1:21Speaker 2: have gotten freaking mosquito bites everywhere. But this is funny.
- 1:28Speaker 2: My left ankle has probably like six bites where I
- 1:32Speaker 2: actually have swelling around that ankle. My right ankle zero,
- 1:37Speaker 2: not a single bite nothing. I haven't looked at it,
- 1:41Speaker 2: and it's been waking me up at night, like aggressively.
- 1:44Speaker 2: This is last night. I had to wake up and
- 1:45Speaker 2: put Jill on it after I scratched it vigorously. So
- 1:50Speaker 2: while we're sitting here in between breaks because the last
- 1:52Speaker 2: video didn't want to stop, is like, no, we're still
- 1:54Speaker 2: going to hang out. I grabbed the book. We've grabbed
- 1:57Speaker 2: this book in numerous times, The Secret Language of your Body,
- 2:01Speaker 2: And I look at left ankle and we're talking about
- 2:04Speaker 2: this stuff in the videos and this is the stuff
- 2:06Speaker 2: that I'm doing, but it just goes to show you
- 2:08Speaker 2: I'm doing it, but there's still stuff that I'm not doing.
- 2:11Speaker 2: So it's getting my attention. Difficulty tuning into yourself and
- 2:14Speaker 2: listening to your own counsel. Believe that you have to
- 2:18Speaker 2: be a slave to others, especially to your children, your partner,
- 2:22Speaker 2: or your work, not spending enough time nurturing yourself and
- 2:25Speaker 2: discovering what is important to you.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Mother, I don't even know what.
- 2:29Speaker 2: To say about that, because you talk about hitting the
- 2:32Speaker 2: nail on the head. You couldn't have hit it.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Any book is so right on with everything. It's never
- 2:40Speaker 1: been off for me. I reference that book all the time,
- 2:44Speaker 1: Secret Language of your Body by Nssegaal, and that the
- 2:49Speaker 1: guidance it gives you as far as emotional, what emotion
- 2:57Speaker 1: is attached to whatever is happening? Beb what happened?
- 3:03Speaker 2: You froze?
- 3:03Speaker 1: So I kept talking.
- 3:05Speaker 2: So, oh, I thought you were just frozen. So I
- 3:07Speaker 2: just kept talking.
- 3:09Speaker 1: So what were you talking about?
- 3:11Speaker 2: I don't even know where we're at.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Well lying, and you're like, it was so right on,
- 3:16Speaker 1: and I just rolled with that.
- 3:17Speaker 2: So and it is it is, and will just go
- 3:21Speaker 2: with that. Is it was so accurate and so it
- 3:25Speaker 2: had pinpoint accuracy. And it's oh, I know what I
- 3:28Speaker 2: was saying. I when I get with the kids, it's
- 3:32Speaker 2: just like when I had the little one staying with me,
- 3:35Speaker 2: my granddaughter staying with me for a whole weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday,
- 3:39Speaker 2: and I don't take time for myself. I'll make sure
- 3:43Speaker 2: and entertain the child the whole time at sacrifice to self.
- 3:49Speaker 2: I do with everything. I'm in tune is oh? Is
- 3:52Speaker 2: something wrong? Are you? Is everything okay? In tune with everything,
- 3:56Speaker 2: but not being in in tune with myself all the time.
- 3:58Speaker 2: It's good that this is happening because I'm going through
- 4:01Speaker 2: this growth and I do a lot of these things
- 4:02Speaker 2: a lot, but then then I'm not. And it's like,
- 4:06Speaker 2: we can get so irritated by the mosquito bite, but
- 4:09Speaker 2: that's not the message. It had nothing to do with that.
- 4:11Speaker 2: It had to It's what it's doing is getting my
- 4:13Speaker 2: attention back to my own physical vessel, bringing me back
- 4:17Speaker 2: into myself because my patterns are running around like that.
- 4:22Speaker 2: I feel like there's it's just a lot of growth
- 4:26Speaker 2: to be able to be in this space and to
- 4:28Speaker 2: witness this. But it's like the mosquito bites have been
- 4:32Speaker 2: quite annoying, but it's just recognizing where it's getting me at,
- 4:35Speaker 2: and it's getting me like on my low back right now,
- 4:37Speaker 2: on the left side, but it's left sided stuff, so
- 4:39Speaker 2: it goes right back to the same thing, the same
- 4:41Speaker 2: part of the conversation that I read and.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I was going to say that too, is it's not
- 4:46Speaker 1: just the bite, it's the inflammation. You already said annoying.
- 4:51Speaker 1: I was thinking, it's something's irritating, right, there's a few
- 5:00Speaker 1: oponents to that.
- 5:01Speaker 2: And it's nagging. It's even nagging my it's nagging for
- 5:04Speaker 2: my attention. It's like a little kid constantly pulling on
- 5:07Speaker 2: my my shirt. That's what it feels like.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Yep. And so this is all an opportunity for BEV
- 5:15Speaker 1: to when she looks at this book, she could look
- 5:18Speaker 1: up those other things too, and she would get guidance
- 5:20Speaker 1: from that. I do it too, I look up I
- 5:23Speaker 1: reference that. That is my go to book for any
- 5:27Speaker 1: physical discomforts, and so looking up all the aspects that
- 5:33Speaker 1: you can think of that pertains to that. Like I
- 5:35Speaker 1: just said, inflammation, annoys, irritation, you're saying nagging, Like what
- 5:41Speaker 1: are those mean to you? And I'm asking this rhetorically
- 5:45Speaker 1: for the audience, what you would take that? And then
- 5:49Speaker 1: what is nagging in my life? Who's nagging me? Who
- 5:52Speaker 1: am I nagging? What is trying to get my attention?
- 5:55Speaker 1: What's pulling at my shirt trying to get my attention
- 5:58Speaker 1: like the little kid. What's the irrits or who am
- 6:01Speaker 1: I irritating? What's annoying? What's going on in life that's
- 6:05Speaker 1: feeling annoying? Annoyance? The inflammation a lot of times has
- 6:11Speaker 1: to do with anger, and so am I getting angry
- 6:15Speaker 1: about something? Is something? Am I perceiving something as being
- 6:19Speaker 1: contributing to me being angry? And it could be It
- 6:23Speaker 1: could be anything. It could be the way a picture
- 6:26Speaker 1: looks on the wall, or it could be your significant other,
- 6:29Speaker 1: or it could be your boss. It could be what's
- 6:31Speaker 1: happening in the world, what you see on social media
- 6:35Speaker 1: when you're scrolling through trolls, when they're you know, spewing
- 6:38Speaker 1: off their crap and you're reading it, that's annoying, that's irritating.
- 6:42Speaker 1: So what are you giving your attention to is what
- 6:45Speaker 1: how you would decide where this is coming from? And
- 6:51Speaker 1: if you want to go a step further, And this
- 6:53Speaker 1: is this is what I tend to do for myself,
- 6:55Speaker 1: is go a step further. What does this remind me of?
- 6:58Speaker 1: Does this remind me of a person who raised me?
- 7:03Speaker 1: Is it reminds me of the little boy on the playground,
- 7:06Speaker 1: who pulled my hair, who was annoying and irritating and
- 7:09Speaker 1: just a jerk. Right, So I like to go back
- 7:13Speaker 1: to go, Okay, where what is this reminding me of?
- 7:16Speaker 1: And other experiences in my life? And I'll go back
- 7:19Speaker 1: as far as I can just thinking about those things,
- 7:23Speaker 1: and it's a wage for me to go, Okay. Well,
- 7:26Speaker 1: if I'm recognizing this coming from way back, and I
- 7:30Speaker 1: just keep experiencing it over and over and over again,
- 7:33Speaker 1: how can I shift my perspective about how I'm seeing
- 7:36Speaker 1: this so I don't keep getting annoyed, irritated, frustrated, angry
- 7:40Speaker 1: and all the things. And then then I work from
- 7:43Speaker 1: there forward. Okay, when this happens, I get irritated. How
- 7:47Speaker 1: can I shift that within myself so I can perceive
- 7:50Speaker 1: it differently so I don't get irritated. So that is
- 7:55Speaker 1: typically my process when something physically for sure happens, or
- 8:00Speaker 1: just in general, an experience happens, and then I sit
- 8:03Speaker 1: with it and I'm like, Okay, I got to clean
- 8:05Speaker 1: this up. I don't like the way this feels, I
- 8:08Speaker 1: don't like the way I'm perceiving it. How can I
- 8:11Speaker 1: change me so I show up differently, so I'm not
- 8:15Speaker 1: allowing that in to make me feel that discomfort and
- 8:21Speaker 1: keep moving forward, take the notes, and then when it
- 8:25Speaker 1: comes up again, it doesn't get my attention like it did.
- 8:29Speaker 1: So I hope that helps.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Yeah, I think, I mean, I think it's going to
- 8:32Speaker 2: help everybody. It really helps a lot. We need these
- 8:35Speaker 2: kind of tools. It need is kind of a different
- 8:39Speaker 2: kind of word, I guess, but it's experiencing them because
- 8:42Speaker 2: there's so many that they are beneficial. They really are.
- 8:45Speaker 2: You know, I use your word fulfilling too, because my
- 8:47Speaker 2: days have been fulfilling lately instead of using because the
- 8:52Speaker 2: tendency has automatically used the busy word or whatever, and
- 8:54Speaker 2: it's like that only keeps you in the space of
- 8:56Speaker 2: being busy, and it's like that's not where I want
- 8:59Speaker 2: to go and fulfill it is. So it's so open
- 9:04Speaker 2: for so much more and it feels good, just like
- 9:07Speaker 2: when you think about awful. I was listening listening to
- 9:10Speaker 2: a thing the other day and I was talking about words.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Awful wasn't wasn't a bad word Once upon a time,
- 9:16Speaker 2: It wasn't like awful, like that was awful. You think
- 9:18Speaker 2: about it's awe fully, it's not. It's like it's like
- 9:22Speaker 2: to be in awe of something, to fully be an
- 9:25Speaker 2: awe of it. And it's like, we if you go
- 9:27Speaker 2: start looking at some of this stuff, because I haven't
- 9:29Speaker 2: really explored a whole lot of it, but the words,
- 9:33Speaker 2: the words have been changed. There was something that I
- 9:35Speaker 2: saw recently that said that Greacius wasn't intended to be
- 9:39Speaker 2: something that was bad. And then you think about that, like, well,
- 9:43Speaker 2: I'm gonna go a totally different direction that you talk
- 9:46Speaker 2: about using your words, and that's creating spells and all
- 9:49Speaker 2: this other stuff. And so it's just like being aware
- 9:51Speaker 2: and like kind of doing some research back to a
- 9:54Speaker 2: lot of stuff and then exploring things. Of course, you
- 9:56Speaker 2: can bypass all of it with just telepathy, So there
- 9:59Speaker 2: is that.
- 10:00Speaker 1: There's that. What what I say is, I was listening
- 10:05Speaker 1: to podcasts just this morning and they were talking about
- 10:09Speaker 1: how to create create a business while you're still working,
- 10:14Speaker 1: and they were he used colored blocks like legos too. Okay,
- 10:21Speaker 1: give you a visual of your time. He's like, okay,
- 10:24Speaker 1: so there's twenty four hours a day, so this color
- 10:27Speaker 1: of blocks represents your time that you're sleeping. This color
- 10:33Speaker 1: your time you're sleeping, the you know, the time it
- 10:36Speaker 1: takes you get ready and eat breakfast and eat dinner,
- 10:39Speaker 1: like that's your time. That's for the that for those activities.
- 10:47Speaker 1: And then you have your eight hours of work time
- 10:49Speaker 1: or four hours of work time, your hour lunch, and
- 10:52Speaker 1: then your other four hours. So that hour lunch is
- 10:54Speaker 1: a different color block, so all your work hours are
- 10:58Speaker 1: the same color for your jaw. You you're eight to
- 11:01Speaker 1: five ninety five whatever that looks like. He said, Now,
- 11:05Speaker 1: look at the time he looks takes these other and
- 11:08Speaker 1: it's called free time. And if you take these blocks
- 11:10Speaker 1: and look at these blocks, and it's let's say they're blue,
- 11:14Speaker 1: and you have you take let's say you have four
- 11:19Speaker 1: hours in a day, so that would be your lunch
- 11:22Speaker 1: and maybe a couple hours in the morning, a couple
- 11:24Speaker 1: hours at night, or however it's divided for you. And
- 11:28Speaker 1: your free time right now is probably consumed by Netflix,
- 11:33Speaker 1: scrolling social media, hanging out with friends, just doing kind
- 11:40Speaker 1: of brainless activities so to speak. Those weren't his words,
- 11:44Speaker 1: those are my words. And how can you turn this
- 11:49Speaker 1: into your business that you want to create? And I
- 11:54Speaker 1: loved that he said this. He goes the business you're creating,
- 11:58Speaker 1: that time should be orgasmic. That should be filling you up.
- 12:04Speaker 1: That should feel like amazing and sitting with you know,
- 12:13Speaker 1: maybe you get together with your friends, and either time
- 12:15Speaker 1: you get together with your friends, you're doing the same
- 12:17Speaker 1: thing over and over, like it's just on repeat. You know,
- 12:21Speaker 1: you're gonna get together, you're gonna sit and drink, you're
- 12:24Speaker 1: gonna watch the game, you're gonna hang out, You're pretty
- 12:26Speaker 1: much gonna have the same conversations every time you get together.
- 12:30Speaker 1: That is not orgasmic. So the time that you're that
- 12:34Speaker 1: is right now, your free time. Turn that time. If
- 12:38Speaker 1: you're building a business, that time you're spending on your
- 12:42Speaker 1: business should be orgasmic. I love that word. When he said,
- 12:46Speaker 1: I was like, that is so true because when when
- 12:50Speaker 1: I think about when I think about the daunting task
- 12:56Speaker 1: of having a business, you know, being a solopreneur, you're
- 13:00Speaker 1: doing all of it. You're doing the bookkeeping, you're doing
- 13:03Speaker 1: the creative part, you're doing the teaching, the coaching, like
- 13:06Speaker 1: there's so many components and you're doing it all on
- 13:09Speaker 1: your own. And it's like, oh my god, Okay, I
- 13:11Speaker 1: gotta I gotta get some emails out, I gotta do
- 13:13Speaker 1: some social media posts, I gotta do lives, I gotta
- 13:17Speaker 1: set up a class, I gotta write, I have to
- 13:21Speaker 1: or I get to I get to do these things.
- 13:25Speaker 1: And on one side, you know, working all day my
- 13:31Speaker 1: brain is like push to max capast, not max capacity.
- 13:35Speaker 1: But it's a lot of brain work all day long
- 13:38Speaker 1: with what I do. And then to think that now
- 13:42Speaker 1: I get to go home and I get to eat,
- 13:45Speaker 1: and I get to do whatever home things I need
- 13:49Speaker 1: to do, and I get to work on my business.
- 13:51Speaker 1: That those hours that I'm working out are that time
- 13:54Speaker 1: that I'm putting into my business should be fulfilling, should
- 13:58Speaker 1: be filled. Orgasmics should be exciting. And I also know
- 14:02Speaker 1: that when I am teaching and when I am coaching,
- 14:05Speaker 1: I am like at the top of my game. When
- 14:09Speaker 1: I am doing those things, I am at the top
- 14:11Speaker 1: of my game. And that's where I would equ equate
- 14:15Speaker 1: to orgasmic. It's all the other stuff. Yes, they have
- 14:19Speaker 1: to get done in order for me to be in
- 14:21Speaker 1: that position to teach and coach, because I have to
- 14:24Speaker 1: have the students and the clients, and I got to
- 14:26Speaker 1: get those somehow, so I got to do the back
- 14:28Speaker 1: end stuff. But the goal is when I'm teaching and coaching.
- 14:33Speaker 1: That's my full like fulfilling piece, and that is the
- 14:37Speaker 1: orgasmic side of the business. And so if I can,
- 14:41Speaker 1: I can. It's a mindset shift just hearing that word,
- 14:45Speaker 1: just hearing him say those words, it's a mindset shift
- 14:48Speaker 1: for me to focus on the orgasm not all the
- 14:53Speaker 1: stuff in between.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Makes sense.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, yes, please, I'll have a lot of those.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Exactly exactly. And it's an automatical it's an automatical raising
- 15:07Speaker 2: of the virational frequency. It is, and that's the frequency
- 15:11Speaker 2: you'd want to be because that's a creative frequency, and
- 15:14Speaker 2: that's where you want to create from that frequency. Everything
- 15:16Speaker 2: is a creative frequency, but that's the frequency you'd want
- 15:19Speaker 2: to create from. That's what you where you'd want to be.
- 15:22Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, in that mind space of creating the
- 15:26Speaker 2: things that you want in your life, like really diving
- 15:29Speaker 2: into it, writing it out, like writing your story. What
- 15:32Speaker 2: does that look like? Spirit tells me the other night,
- 15:35Speaker 2: And I know it was a spirit thing, but it's like,
- 15:37Speaker 2: we so simple. If we we're creating a new world
- 15:42Speaker 2: right now, we are creating a new world right now,
- 15:45Speaker 2: what do you want in that world? Yep, that's all
- 15:49Speaker 2: I can. That's it's so simple. Well, I want green grass,
- 15:52Speaker 2: It's that simple. I want to have I want equality.
- 15:55Speaker 2: I want to see people loving and living with each other, graceful.
- 16:00Speaker 2: I want to see they'll going through the process. I
- 16:02Speaker 2: want to see animals being treated the way they should
- 16:04Speaker 2: be treated, honored, just the same as we should be honored.
- 16:08Speaker 2: We're all energies. It's like it's creating from that space,
- 16:10Speaker 2: but we make it so hard. Oh, but it can't
- 16:12Speaker 2: be that way, there can't be unicorns. Well, if your
- 16:15Speaker 2: imagination wants to see unicorns, freaking do it. Who cares.
- 16:19Speaker 2: It's your creativity, don't don't limit your creativity in any way,
- 16:23Speaker 2: shape or form. Allow it to flow and let it be.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Because to me, there's just we're in a process right
- 16:30Speaker 2: now that's so amazing and it doesn't have to be
- 16:34Speaker 2: so daunting and so hard. And you want to do
- 16:36Speaker 2: it from that space you're talking about. Yeah, you totally
- 16:39Speaker 2: want to do it from that orgasmic space totally. And
- 16:42Speaker 2: that goes back to where you started the conversation of
- 16:45Speaker 2: being a rigid bodybuilder compared to being in flow doing kettlebells.
- 16:51Speaker 1: It's the same. If you're being rigid is Oh my god,
- 16:55Speaker 1: I gotta do this, and I gotta do this, and
- 16:57Speaker 1: I gotta do this. And then I get to coach
- 16:59Speaker 1: or teach, whereas the flow is I get to do
- 17:04Speaker 1: the bookkeeping to see what kind of prosperity is coming
- 17:08Speaker 1: my way. I get to be creative to set up
- 17:12Speaker 1: the class and put the coaching, set up the coaching,
- 17:16Speaker 1: you know, the links to schedule coaching and all that.
- 17:19Speaker 1: And I get to work with my clients and students,
- 17:23Speaker 1: and I get to do a tea time podcast recording
- 17:26Speaker 1: with Bev and we get to have these conversations like
- 17:29Speaker 1: this is part of all the package. And and so
- 17:32Speaker 1: you know, how do you go from being in a
- 17:35Speaker 1: gym to talking about business? And it's rigidity rigidity, Like
- 17:40Speaker 1: I say, the word rigidity is what we're saying, you're
- 17:44Speaker 1: rigid in. This is what the world is, This is
- 17:47Speaker 1: what's happening, This is my life and it sucks to flow.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Is what do I want to create my world? Because
- 17:54Speaker 1: we all know it's out there now, it's very public
- 17:56Speaker 1: that you create your reality, you create your existence, You
- 18:00Speaker 1: create what you're experiencing, and you create how you show
- 18:03Speaker 1: up in it. So yeah, does it seem like sometimes
- 18:06Speaker 1: the world's go to hell and hand basket. Yes it does,
- 18:09Speaker 1: Yes it does. Can you do anything about it? I
- 18:13Speaker 1: can do something about me. I can show up in
- 18:15Speaker 1: a different way. I can treat people but different. I
- 18:17Speaker 1: can enjoy my life. I can be blessed with the
- 18:19Speaker 1: things that I have, the people in my life, the
- 18:23Speaker 1: things I'm learning, the things I'm creating, Like that's my package,
- 18:28Speaker 1: and I am creating what I want to experience and
- 18:31Speaker 1: how I'm perceiving the rest of the world. It shifts
- 18:36Speaker 1: and if I see like, oh my god, there's so
- 18:39Speaker 1: much chaos going on, well let's take a step back,
- 18:42Speaker 1: because we do know and it's been proven over and
- 18:45Speaker 1: over and over that through chaos, good things happen. So
- 18:49Speaker 1: then I'm like, Okay, well this is happening right now,
- 18:51Speaker 1: but what good's going to come out of it? And
- 18:53Speaker 1: that's what I want to see. There's got to be
- 18:55Speaker 1: goodness come out of this experience. That's what I want
- 18:58Speaker 1: to see. That's what I want to experience, and that's
- 19:00Speaker 1: what I'm waiting for. And so it is coming. Sometimes
- 19:04Speaker 1: it takes a while, but it is coming. And so
- 19:06Speaker 1: in the meantime, I don't let that be my focus.
- 19:09Speaker 1: It's not my focus. I can't control it, so what
- 19:11Speaker 1: can I control me? So now I'm going to be
- 19:14Speaker 1: in my world, creating my reality, doing things that fulfill
- 19:17Speaker 1: me and that are orgasmic. I'm going to use that
- 19:19Speaker 1: word a lot now, orgasmic and enjoy that process. And
- 19:25Speaker 1: I don't know how long I'm going to be on
- 19:26Speaker 1: this planet, so I might as well do the best
- 19:28Speaker 1: I can with what I have and enjoy it. And
- 19:31Speaker 1: we're meant to enjoy life.
- 19:38Speaker 2: I Concur you, Concur, thank you so much. Thanks for coming.
- 19:43Speaker 2: It's been a nice day, and this is.
- 19:46Speaker 1: This is what we have to say today. I hope
- 19:47Speaker 1: you got a lot out of it. That's right. I
- 19:51Speaker 1: like it. I like it.
- 19:52Speaker 2: I like all the words you're using. Thank you, Thank
- 19:55Speaker 2: you for showing up today.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Yeah you too, because you started the conversation about being
- 19:59Speaker 1: in the gym, So there you go.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Yeah, from flowing and it is, it's it's such a
- 20:07Speaker 2: different feel and I'm and I'm telling you, a little
- 20:09Speaker 2: went a long way. The small amount of a workout
- 20:12Speaker 2: I could fill it and I had some soreness. It
- 20:14Speaker 2: wasn't ridiculously sore, but it was enough to let me
- 20:17Speaker 2: know that. Yes, you did honor and fully activate the whole,
- 20:22Speaker 2: all the muscles, like all the body. So it was
- 20:25Speaker 2: it's nice nice.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Yep. That's on my agenda too, to get back into
- 20:32Speaker 1: the gym, the rhythm of moving my body and strengthening
- 20:36Speaker 1: the muscles, and that I've gotten away from it with
- 20:40Speaker 1: my schedule and all the fulfilling things, and so get
- 20:45Speaker 1: that back into the rhythm of moving my body. I've
- 20:49Speaker 1: been sitting way too much lately, and I know it
- 20:51Speaker 1: and I feel it, and so it's time for change again. Yeah.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Yeah, And that's where the change was good for me too,
- 21:01Speaker 2: because it's like I can do that at home. I
- 21:03Speaker 2: could do that pretty much anywhere. I could take kettle,
- 21:05Speaker 2: but I used to take weights when I go on vacation.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Can you some of the things that I can think about,
- 21:10Speaker 2: how what my life revolved. I didn't go anywhere without
- 21:13Speaker 2: making sure there was a gym there and there was
- 21:15Speaker 2: actually usable equipment that I could use at that space,
- 21:17Speaker 2: and that there wasn't I had another place to go
- 21:19Speaker 2: to nice. It was just my life revolved around that.
- 21:23Speaker 2: And so when your life doesn't revolve around those things anymore,
- 21:27Speaker 2: it takes a little bit to kind of find some
- 21:28Speaker 2: sort of a happy balance. Yeah, yep, because I was
- 21:33Speaker 2: out of balance before, just.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Leaning on one side more than the other.
- 21:39Speaker 2: I would say, it's a saying it's that's exactly it
- 21:46Speaker 2: leaning more forward instead of leaning back into like, sit
- 21:50Speaker 2: back in your seat and enjoy the ride type of thing.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Nice, all right, friends, So take some notice where are
- 21:57Speaker 1: you rigid in your life? And how can you create
- 21:59Speaker 1: more flow within it? And just take baby steps. It
- 22:03Speaker 1: doesn't have to be a big, huge, giant step, just
- 22:05Speaker 1: a little bit. They say to one one degree difference.
- 22:10Speaker 1: So if you're going in a straight line, you're traveling
- 22:12Speaker 1: down a road, but you do a one degree difference,
- 22:16Speaker 1: within time, you're going to be so far off of
- 22:19Speaker 1: where you were and you're going to notice the difference
- 22:21Speaker 1: and you're going to enjoy it more. So just stay
- 22:24Speaker 1: the course, even if it's just that one degree. Just
- 22:26Speaker 1: keep going, keep showing up, and keep doing the best
- 22:29Speaker 1: you can. And you're already doing the best you can
- 22:31Speaker 1: and don't let anybody else tell you any different. So
- 22:35Speaker 1: any final words.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Make your life magnificent. Man, all in your hands. It's
- 22:45Speaker 2: up to you, and do it from an orgasmic state.
- 22:48Speaker 1: There you go make your life orgasmic and then you'll
- 22:53Speaker 1: just be happy all the time.
- 22:55Speaker 2: That's right.
