• 0:39
Hey guys, welcome to the basement.
• 0:40
Welcome to the live stream. Horns up.
• 0:42
There's a old saying in the. World of the stock.
• 0:45
Market that volume precedes price and with.
• 0:48
UFD We. Are seeing massive amounts of
• 0:51
volume right now. We're going to dig into that
• 0:54
here in just one second. But what that means is when the
• 0:57
volume picks up up in a big way, oftentimes, look, there's no
• 1:02
guarantees. You know, this is not financial
• 1:04
advice. I'm not a financial planner.
• 1:07
But oftentimes when you see big upswings in volume.
• 1:11
That is followed by. Big upswings in price and we are
• 1:14
seeing some very interesting data when it comes to volume
• 1:19
trading on. UFD, we're always focused.
• 1:22
On the community. But when something like this is
• 1:24
happening, we've got to. Take a look.
• 1:27
This was from yesterday. I saw that the.
• 1:29
UFD volume spike on. HTX look at this.
• 1:33
Chart down here below. Here's a chart of volume since
• 1:36
  listing. It's interesting to say.
• 1:38
The least? Shout out to Wag Me Wham for
• 1:41
catching this. 1st So what they're.
• 1:43
Showing here on this chart, and this is apparently just from
• 1:46
HTX, is a massive upswing in volume, but we can see it even
• 1:51
more if we go to an up-to-the-minute.
• 1:54
Up to the second data. Here on coin market cap and
• 1:59
where we see. Currently, we're trading just
• 2:02
below. $26 million. Let's get the.
• 2:05
Let's get the. Markers out here in.
• 2:08
Market cap OK 20. $6 million, but our volume, right?
• 2:16
Here, over the last 24 hours is. $20 million.
• 2:22
So of our $26 million market cap, we've seen $20 million in
• 2:27
volume. And then if we go down here.
• 2:30
It shows us the. Volume to market cap over the
• 2:33
last 24. Hours is at 80%.
• 2:36
Now look. I'm focused on you.
• 2:39
I'm focused on the community. But I do.
• 2:41
Look at the chart. One or two times a day.
• 2:44
It'd be a waste of my. Time to spend my whole day.
• 2:46
Staring at the chart it. Never does any good, but when I
• 2:49
do look at it and when I. See data like that.
• 2:52
And and I do. Know from watching it over the
• 2:54
last. Six months, we've never seen
• 2:57
such and this has been going on for a few days on coin market.
• 3:00
Cap as I. Remember, I mean this.
• 3:03
  Could be. Something's going on.
• 3:05
  I'm not. I don't know what's going on.
• 3:07
Maybe you guys. Can send me?
• 3:08
IDM tell me what's happening, but what I?
• 3:10
See is a big. Big move up in volume and look
• 3:15
over my what? 30 years of following.
• 3:17
Stocks and other financial instruments, it was always.
• 3:21
Said that volume. Precedes price, so we'll see
• 3:24
  what? Happens.
• 3:25
It's very, very interesting. Again, the most important thing
• 3:28
is you, the community, what we are doing right now and we are
• 3:31
killing it there. Let's go out.
• 3:33
Here and take a look at some social.
• 3:35
Data that we're getting. And we can see this one came
• 3:44
from. As the Duster UFD holds the
• 3:46
  third. Position and mentions according
• 3:48
to Lunar crush social statistics among all pump dot fun ecosystem
• 3:53
coins. So here we are #3 again, right?
• 3:57
  There's a good. Old UFD. #3 that's.
• 4:01
The size of our box. And when we compare.
• 4:04
That to. The size of fart coin.
• 4:08
I mean, we're almost. Pretty much at 50% of the
• 4:12
social. Mentions that Fartcoin gets and
• 4:14
we know that Fartcoin, although it has been in a bit of a
• 4:18
downtrend itself. But their market cap?
• 4:21
Is what like, let's go look, come on Dusters, let's go on a
• 4:25
little field trip. We'll go back out here to coin
• 4:29
market cap and. Let's see here, put in fart and
• 4:34
see what comes up. Bark coin?
• 4:38
Nope, that's not it. Here it is.
• 4:41
Bark Coins current market. Cap is 90, I'm sorry, 920
• 4:47
  million. Dollars so.
• 4:49
Again, well well above. 30X where are there we go where our
• 4:56
  market? Cap sets.
• 4:57
So it's really incredible. I mean, it points out to us and
• 5:00
we know that our community and hey hats.
• 5:03
Off to Fartcoin we're. Happy for them.
• 5:05
We're great what they've great for.
• 5:07
Them what they have achieved? No.
• 5:10
Doubt about it. But when we compare.
• 5:12
If our if. Our market cap just.
• 5:14
Saying was half of fart coins. Let's say our market.
• 5:18
Cap was less. Than half 400.
• 5:20
  Million. That would be what?
• 5:22
About A13X from where we are right now.
• 5:25
Just to be it. Half the market.
• 5:27
Cap of far coin. And and again, we're happy.
• 5:30
I'm happy when far coin goes higher and higher and higher and
• 5:33
  higher. It's.
• 5:33
Been pulling back. Lately as well.
• 5:36
As the. Entire meme coin sector has but
• 5:39
none the less. If our market cap were to go to
• 5:42
400 million. Again, less than half.
• 5:44
Of the market. Cap of far coin.
• 5:46
We'd be up 13 X. And, you know, look.
• 5:50
All respect to far. Coin, I'm repeating myself.
• 5:52
But this is so critical. I'll put our community.
• 5:56
I'll put. What you're doing day?
• 5:58
In and day out, up against anybody and don't forget.
• 6:01
  Guys. Very important, very important
• 6:05
these challenging times and overall it's been a challenging
• 6:08
market in crypto and in the meme coin sector.
• 6:11
For the last what? I don't know, 2-3?
• 6:13
Once feels like forever. I'm with you.
• 6:17
But the good thing that's happening day in, day out is
• 6:20
  during. These hard.
• 6:21
It's easy. To quote UN quote build a.
• 6:24
Community when the markets booming and everything's doing
• 6:27
  great. But is that really?
• 6:29
The community is that. Really sustainable strong growth
• 6:34
when it's happening, when the markets taking off like.
• 6:36
  Crazy. I would say no.
• 6:38
I would say that the. Real growth the.
• 6:40
Real forging of a solid community, Luke and Nets.
• 6:45
Told talked about. This when I talked with him a
• 6:47
couple months ago when he was a guest here on the show.
• 6:50
Really. Even yesterday when I was.
• 6:53
Talking with Kyle. Chassis he somewhat.
• 6:55
Brought the same thing. Up as well, like the real
• 6:58
community is built. During Unfortunately, the
• 7:02
reality of the situation is it's built.
• 7:05
During the difficult time, So what we are doing, what you are
• 7:09
achieving day in and day out. Is a big, big deal.
• 7:13
  Let's go. Look at another.
• 7:14
Piece of data here. Oh, this is.
• 7:17
The great One UFD top voices in the last 24 hours.
• 7:23
This was from yesterday. But hey, look.
• 7:25
Look who's yes make. Sure, we got the right.
• 7:29
  Yeah. Look who's number one.
• 7:33
Susie, hold on, Let's. Give her a call.
• 7:36
Susie, did you know? You were #1 I think.
• 7:39
This was yesterday on. The on social mentions.
• 7:41
OK, that's all. So then I think it's really
• 7:44
funny. I have seen my little.
• 7:51
  Picture up there. OK.
• 7:52
Well, congratulations on on behalf of myself and the entire
• 7:56
  duster. Community.
• 7:57
We'd like to congratulate. You, Susie.
• 8:01
This is a fun piece of data though, and I think this was as
• 8:04
who put. Yeah, as put this one out and
• 8:07
it's from cookie dot fun. And guess who's at the
• 8:09
forefront? We got Mr. Ape out there, DJ.
• 8:14
Litmus gotcha Ghost, Nate shacks, Obi Wan, Tom Franny and
• 8:19
looks like crypto art down there as well.
• 8:21
So congratulations. To keep up the good.
• 8:24
Work in that regard guys. This I thought was.
• 8:26
Interesting as well this post came from OB, he said with
• 8:32
  social dominance. UFD has always.
• 8:35
Ranking in the top you can be. Assured that are repricing.
• 8:39
Will be violent patients dusters Vala.
• 8:43
  Hala. Awaits.
• 8:44
And for those of you who don't know.
• 8:46
Vala Hala. Is the like Viking heaven?
• 8:49
OK, so there and this is a different way to.
• 8:50
Look at what we just looked at. But there, here we are guys,
• 8:54
  right? There's our bubble.
• 8:55
There's the old UFD bubble. Hold on.
• 9:04
Susie was coming through there. Yeah, here we are.
• 9:08
All right, here's the UFD bubble.
• 9:10
  Draw that Valhalla thank. You.
• 9:14
Thank you, Susie. There's the UFD bubble right
• 9:17
  there we are. OK.
• 9:19
All right, guys, keep it up. We're doing great, everything's
• 9:21
wonderful. Now let's look at something else
• 9:24
that you can really pat yourself on the back with.
• 9:28
I found this fascinating. I had no idea the statistics
• 9:32
involved here. This comes from Bastille and
• 9:37
  Bastille. Tells us that the.
• 9:38
Reality is 98.4% of the pump fun tokens, and yes we were launched
• 9:45
on pump fun, never make it to Radium.
• 9:48
That means they never get out of the pump fun ecosystem.
• 9:52
They never bond. I think it's called.
• 9:54
  There's a thing called a bonding.
• 9:55
Curve anyway out of. The 1.6.
• 9:58
Percent so. You know that means if you if
• 10:02
you were to line up 1000 people or 1000 coins, only 10 of them
• 10:08
basically no 16, I'm sorry, would do this 1.6% that do
• 10:15
Here's how they performed. OK, so there were. 40. 3000
• 10:19
graduating tokens 35,000 never made it to 500 K market cap
• 10:25
we'll skip down here 3 only 369 ever made it to a 10 million to
• 10:32
50 million market cap that's less than 1% only 64.
• 10:39
Out of out of all. Those so .146% so that.
• 10:44
Would be like. One in 1000 or 1 1/2 and 1000
• 10:51
made it to a 50 million to 200 million market cap.
• 10:54
That would be us. We did that.
• 10:56
  Only 23 point O. 5:00 So that would be a 5.
• 11:02
Out of 1000, made it to 200 million to 1 billion market cap
• 11:06
and that would be us as well. Guys, we hit 2. 140 million and
• 11:11
at one point then? Later, we also hit. 400 million
• 11:15
in market cap and only two made it above a billion.
• 11:18
We did not. Make that cut.
• 11:20
But only only only. 23. OK, here we go. 23.
• 11:25
  Out of 44. 1000. 23 out of 44. 1000 made it above 200 million
• 11:31
and we are part. Of that group.
• 11:34
  We accomplished that. We are.
• 11:36
Accomplishing what we're accomplishing day in and day out
• 11:40
in this community. Building, right, building solid
• 11:44
building blocks. The, the, the, the community is
• 11:47
stronger than ever. What you're doing is working
• 11:50
right now more than ever, and day by day.
• 11:53
Day by day. We continue to prove it.
• 11:55
  Prove it to ourselves. Prove.
• 11:57
It to the to. The crypto community.
• 12:00
And prove. It to the world that we are here
• 12:02
to stay. And each day we're getting more
• 12:05
and more people joining us and. Quality.
• 12:09
We are quality oriented, quality people who are going to.
• 12:12
Stick around and keep UFD as one of their main priorities, their
• 12:17
main focuses. It is a big.
• 12:19
  Deal. Because you know what?
• 12:23
You know what dusters? It's been a few days.
• 12:27
There's only. 999 million UFD beans, do you see that line?
• 12:31
Do you see that number? Look at that.
• 12:34
Look at that. OK, Dogecoin can make.
• 12:37
More coins, OK. Other cryptos can create that
• 12:40
and that would be like if this. Right here is.
• 12:43
Limited in size OK cannot get any bigger and as you.
• 12:47
Fill this up. With diamond hood.
• 12:49
Dusters we do get to a point where.
• 12:52
We hit a bean. Shortage when they're talking
• 12:54
about volume, $26 million market cap and 20,000,000.
• 12:59
Trading OK if once. And and it's happening.
• 13:03
  Little by little by. Little.
• 13:04
But as we continue. To fill this.
• 13:06
Up with diamond hood. Dusters, holders, whatever.
• 13:10
You want to call them. You get, you get up to here, we
• 13:13
get it up to. Here and there's only.
• 13:15
Let's say we've got. Let's say we have out of nine.
• 13:18
199 million beans. Let's say we have. 700 million
• 13:22
of them in the hooves of diamond hoove dusters.
• 13:25
People who aren't. Going to sell then There's only
• 13:28
  that. Little bit up there.
• 13:30
And they? Try to pump through. 20 million
• 13:32
to $40 million in volume. There will be a shortage.
• 13:36
Of beans right the the scale will tip and it could be a
• 13:40
beautiful thing and remember this cannot get any bigger some
• 13:45
of the other crypto some of the other meme coins.
• 13:47
They can make this jug as big as they want.
• 13:49
They can make that. 990, 9,000,000 number go from being 1
• 13:54
billion to 2 billion to 4 billion to.
• 13:57
Whatever they what? I think whatever they want
• 13:59
depends on the coin. We're stuck.
• 14:01
Which is a good. Thing, right, That was one of
• 14:03
the very first things that got. Me sold.
• 14:06
On, on, on continuing. To to to support.
• 14:10
  Unicorn. Fart does.
• 14:11
  Was that? This is finite.
• 14:14
It's not like this, right? You can, you can have as many of
• 14:17
these as you want. Just call up your friend Jerome
• 14:20
Powell at the United States Federal Reserve and say, Jerome,
• 14:25
print some money. They're printing it all the
• 14:27
time. Go out and look at the M2 money.
• 14:28
Supply so. This is a big.
• 14:30
Deal and this. Will deliver us to.
• 14:35
Valhalla, Valhalla. We got to shake the beans
• 14:43
dusters every single day. Yeah, they can print dollars and
• 14:46
  do Infinity. I'm a.
• 14:47
  You know here. I'll just.
• 14:48
Pull it up right now. I was.
• 14:50
Going to save this for later but this is worth us.
• 14:52
Looking at right now. Here we go, the Treasury
• 14:58
Secretary. Scott Besent said this over the
• 15:00
weekend. He says the US is never going to
• 15:03
default on its debt. OK, as debt limit deadline loom
• 15:08
to the darn, So the Treasury. Secretary says hold on a minute
• 15:13
here. All right, I'm going to close.
• 15:16
That. OK, sometimes Fox News does
• 15:19
  that. That.
• 15:20
Uh oh, can you see me? Oh, no, hold on a minute here,
• 15:24
guys. We got some technical problems,
• 15:26
then we're going to get back to that.
• 15:29
  There we go. Share.
• 15:30
  OK. All right.
• 15:33
  And go back. Here.
• 15:35
I'm coming back. Don't you worry.
• 15:37
OK, here we are. Sorry guys, they had a.
• 15:38
Little stream yard issue there. So the Treasury.
• 15:41
OK, we are limited. Gold and silver are.
• 15:44
Limited Unicorn fart dust is limited.
• 15:47
Finite can't make any more. They can print as many dollars
• 15:50
as they want. Scott percent over the weekend.
• 15:51
Says don't worry, the United States government will never.
• 15:55
Default on its. Debt, what he's basically.
• 15:57
Saying is. We'll devalue the dollar.
• 16:00
Into Infinity we can. Print as much as we want.
• 16:03
Sure, we'll never default. It's just a matter of.
• 16:06
What's the dollar? Going to be worth and if we.
• 16:08
Use the. U.S. dollar is the.
• 16:10
Unit of measure. Which we've all.
• 16:12
Been tricked into doing for UFD for anything right for a gallon
• 16:17
of gasoline, for an ounce of silver, for one of one UFD coin
• 16:22
right We think in terms of dollars we use.
• 16:25
The dollar as the. Unit of measure.
• 16:28
OK, well then as more and more money is printed.
• 16:31
As we go forward, right? The things that you measure in.
• 16:36
Dollars will go. Quote UN quote up in price.
• 16:40
That's the way it. Works if you keep.
• 16:42
Printing there's only look. Here's a good example for you.
• 16:46
This is great. And you can use anything that's
• 16:50
  finite in nature. Over here.
• 16:53
See if I can hold this with one hand, this could get ugly.
• 16:57
Over here, over here. Right, there's not.
• 17:00
There's a limited number of beans over.
• 17:03
Here there's. Unlimited amounts of this okay,
• 17:07
unlimited so if if. This was all the money dollars
• 17:10
  in the. World and this.
• 17:11
Is all the beans okay? Well, then it would.
• 17:13
Just pretty much. Stay at the same relative value.
• 17:17
But no. You can make as many of these as
• 17:20
you want, As many you can print. As many as you want.
• 17:24
You can't print. As many as as of these the same
• 17:27
thing. Could be said with this I just
• 17:29
happened to have a beautiful ounce of silver.
• 17:32
That I got from first Mint. Look at that.
• 17:34
  Silver's beautiful. I love silver.
• 17:36
I think the price was up big earlier today too.
• 17:39
That's from First mint in Las Vegas, NV.
• 17:42
They sponsor my gold and silver. Content, but the same can be
• 17:46
  said. Yeah, it's.
• 17:47
True here, right there's. Only so much of this in the.
• 17:50
  World period this. Can be.
• 17:52
Printed to Infinity. It's a very important concept
• 17:55
for all of us to understand. Thank you for listening.
• 17:58
All right, let's move on. We got a lot more to talk about.
• 18:02
We did the pump fun OK. Russia.
• 18:05
Well, we got. News out of Russia, but let's
• 18:06
say thank you to our sponsors right now.
• 18:08
I want to say thank you to channel sponsor Ledger and I
• 18:10
want to pull something up. That I thought was really cool
• 18:13
that Ledger put out. This morning.
• 18:17
Hold on. Here, here we go.
• 18:19
They got a little. Quiz and guess who made the cut?
• 18:24
Guess who our friends at Ledger included in their quiz?
• 18:27
  They. Put out so you're.
• 18:27
Thinking you're a real 1 when it comes to Solana self.
• 18:30
Custody. Let's put that to the test.
• 18:33
The only true self. Only true self custodians can
• 18:37
score. Four out of four prove your IQ.
• 18:40
IQ Flex. So it's a kind of like a self.
• 18:43
Custody quiz that they put out. And there's question #1 and here
• 18:50
is question #2 and guess who made?
• 18:53
The cut. I thought this was great.
• 18:56
Which of the? Following SPL tokens are
• 18:58

• 21:22
Bitcoin bomb while the US debates all right, subur I can
• 21:28
  never pronounce. That spur subur.
• 21:32
Russia's largest bank. Which is a majority owned by the
• 21:35
state, has begun marketing a new class of bonds whose payouts are
• 21:39
  indexed. To the US dollar.
• 21:41
Price of Bitcoin and to movements of the dollar against
• 21:45
the ruble. Opening an officially regulated
• 21:47
onshore route into the world's pre eminent cryptocurrency for
• 21:51
  qualified Russian investor So Russia.
• 21:54
  Is basically. Issuing Bitcoin cryptocurrency
• 21:58
index bonds. The world is adopting to crypto.
• 22:03
OK, the world. You know, I've always said
• 22:05
silver and gold were the original.
• 22:07
  Forms of cryptocurrency. And now?
• 22:09
Digital cryptocurrency right before our very.
• 22:12
Eyes is being adopted in the United States and.
• 22:15
All throughout the world, it's getting very, very.
• 22:18
  Interesting. Let's.
• 22:19
  Do duster of the. Day.
• 22:21
  The day's. Duster of the.
• 22:22
Day is a constant stream here we.
• 22:26
  Go. And.
• 22:30
Make sure we got the right. There we go.
• 22:31
Constant stream OK and constant stream is.
• 22:34
Living up to their. Name doing constant post about
• 22:38
Unicorn fart dust there he asked Agent Nyla to send 12 million
• 22:43
UFD to me. That's not how it works, says
• 22:47
Nyla. But really doing a great job
• 22:50
getting out some wonderful. Artwork here this is.
• 22:54
This this wormhole leads to an alternative universe and you got
• 23:00
people saying unicorns are a myth.
• 23:02
Farts are prohibited. Where no one loves Unicorn fart
• 23:05
dust the alternative universe so thank you constant stream we.
• 23:11
  Appreciate you. We appreciate.
• 23:13
Everything you're doing and I want to read a little.
• 23:15
Quick little paragraph. That came to us from our friend
• 23:19
  Constant. Stream.
• 23:22
He says well Dang that's awesome.
• 23:23
When I when I told them that they are the.
• 23:25
Duster of the. Day, I'm honored.
• 23:26
I'm a little embarrassed about my little.
• 23:28
Outburst the other day. So yeah, I think.
• 23:30
Constant stream joined the community and and posted a few
• 23:35
things and said gosh nobody. 'S nobody's responding.
• 23:38
To me and I. Really applaud.
• 23:41
The constant stream for pointing that out, because then what
• 23:44
  happened? Was the community showed.
• 23:45
  Up and I. Think it's a great.
• 23:47
Lesson for all of us and the importance right the welcome
• 23:50
  wagon. We can't forget.
• 23:52
How important it is? For us to.
• 23:54
Welcome new. People to the UFD.
• 23:57
  Community new. People are just.
• 23:59
As important as P as us that have been around from the very
• 24:02
beginning and and and people that are narwhals that have
• 24:06
millions and millions of. Share of of.
• 24:08
Tokens. I'm sorry, beans are just as
• 24:11
important. As those of us that have.
• 24:13
Two beans OK sometimes. I just feel like.
• 24:17
A ghost waving my hands in front of people's faces and never
• 24:20
seen. It's been like that for me for a
• 24:22
long time. So thank you for creating this
• 24:24
beautiful environment. Honestly, there's not much to
• 24:27
know about me. I'm 32 years old.
• 24:29
I'm from a small town called Inverness in Florida, and I've
• 24:32
been here my whole life. I'm a psychonaut.
• 24:35
Who likes to explore? All corners of the universe.
• 24:38
I just hope I can. I can't live up to my name and
• 24:41
keep a constant stream of Unicorn magic coming out.
• 24:45
Well, constant stream. You can do it right.
• 24:48
We all go through our. Highs and.
• 24:49
Lows, our cycles, everything else we are.
• 24:52
Focused on discipline and we are focused on good attracts good,
• 24:57
right and that's. Real easy, right?
• 24:58
So. You know, some days you want to
• 25:00
post a whole whole. Lot other days.
• 25:03
Look when you don't. Feel like it?
• 25:04
That's when discipline kicks in. And maybe you only post a few
• 25:07
things that's true for. All of us guys, but the key is.
• 25:11
That we remain committed and that we have grit and
• 25:15
determination and that's what we are seeing in this community.
• 25:18
And that is just one of the things that makes us different
• 25:22
but constant stream. We appreciate you, OK?
• 25:25
We appreciate. You and I want all you.
• 25:27
Dusters out there, reach up do. You feel your horn.
• 25:31
Is there a horn up there? Is there?
• 25:34
Does it feel that? Remember, we are the horniest.
• 25:36
Community in crypto. Unicorn horns all.
• 25:39
Right, let's all together. Pick up that golden.
• 25:42
Horn and help me install it There we go on constant stream.
• 25:49
  Congratulations. Let's touch on the.
• 25:51
Economy for a second. Because when the economy.
• 25:54
Of yesterday. We got some bad jobs numbers
• 25:57
tomorrow, although the ones. Yesterday were from ADP.
• 26:00
Tomorrow we. Will get the official.
• 26:02
May job numbers from the Bureau of Labor and Statistics.
• 26:06
It could be a crazy day. In the markets, OK, the economy
• 26:10
is slowing down. You know how hard?
• 26:11
It is out there. That's why a lot of you.
• 26:13
Are are, you know, the dollar, the, the financial systems, it's
• 26:17
like rigged. Against a lot of people.
• 26:20
And it's getting more and more difficult.
• 26:23
I just want to point out one thing that's going on because
• 26:25
  we. All need housing, right?
• 26:27
Think about it, you all of us need a place to sleep.
• 26:30
Everybody needs. Housing and housing has.
• 26:31
Gotten so expensive people. Can't afford houses anymore?
• 26:37
But. Now we're getting some crazy
• 26:39
data coming out about what is happening in the housing market.
• 26:43
This is from the Kabisi. Letter.
• 26:46
You know, they're one of my. Favorite.
• 26:48
Sources for economic related news and this is breaking US
• 26:54
home values saw month over month declines in 61% of the US
• 26:59
counties in April. This percentage has.
• 27:01
Tripled over the last. Few months according to
• 27:04
Reventure outside of 2022. Such an elevated share.
• 27:09
Was last seen during basically the Great Financial Crisis.
• 27:13
However, the difference. Between 2022 and now.
• 27:17
Is that the? Current housing inventory is 2
• 27:20
1/2 times higher, all while there are 30, almost 34.
• 27:24
Percent more sellers. Than buyers the biggest
• 27:28
difference in at least. A decade.
• 27:30
Is the housing downturn about to begin?
• 27:33
I think it. Is I think that.
• 27:37
It minimum best case scenario for housing is that housing
• 27:42
prices are going to remain the same for a while and that will
• 27:45
have big inflation. So in nominal number terms,
• 27:49
people's incomes will will you know, housing prices are here,
• 27:52
incomes are here right now that housing prices will remain the
• 27:56
same, but because of big inflation, incomes and.
• 27:59
Wages will go up. That's what I suspect.
• 28:02
Will happen over the next 10. Years we could see right, a real
• 28:06
decrease. Also, we could see wages.
• 28:09
Remain the same or maybe even go up and housing prices go down,
• 28:12
but the housing market showing signs of weakness, showing signs
• 28:16
of being sick is not a good sign.
• 28:19
For the overall US. Economy and I mean, you know,
• 28:23
  it's about time. I don't know about.
• 28:25
You right, a lot of you are younger than me.
• 28:28
I'm 55 years old, but this is true for anybody.
• 28:31
Who's trying to secure housing, and in particular for trying to
• 28:34
buy housing prices are out of. Control.
• 28:36
I can't believe. What they sell houses.
• 28:39
For in my neighborhood, I'm like who are and and it's not, you
• 28:43
know, I'd look, I live in Saint Louis.
• 28:44
How compared to California? East Coast, it's cheap here, but
• 28:48
  even here. I'm like, what?
• 28:51
Who's who's buying these places and where are they getting the
• 28:53
money to do it? I mean, it's really quite crazy
• 28:57
and that's why. A lot of you guys.
• 28:59
You know, been the frustration that I think most.
• 29:02
Americans feel maybe you're. One of the lucky ones.
• 29:04
And if you are, congratulations. But most Americans are feeling
• 29:09
  like financial. Stress.
• 29:11
Right now, what is it? I think like more than two.
• 29:13
  Thirds. Of people are living.
• 29:16
  Paycheck to paycheck, OK. That's.
• 29:19
Not good credit card. Debt is through the.
• 29:23
Roof. Student loan debt, car debt, you
• 29:25
  know all the. Debt.
• 29:27
And then there's this other thing called buy now, pay later.
• 29:30
  Right. Which is hard really.
• 29:31
For the statisticians to, to, to, to.
• 29:34
Assimilate all together but it's like it's not credit card debt.
• 29:38
It's you can buy now and pay later and people are now buy now
• 29:41
  pay. Never is what they're.
• 29:43
Calling it right people that are using this once your credit.
• 29:47
Cards are maxed out. You go to the buy now, pay later
• 29:50
and they're jokingly calling it buy now.
• 29:52
Pay never so. Lot of big massive change going
• 29:56
on in our. World right now.
• 29:58
  Look, we are UFD. Focus.
• 30:00
Let's bring it back to. UFD we are good, attracts good.
• 30:05
Don't forget that. Guys, that is at our core.
• 30:08
We are tokenizing. Is it real?
• 30:11
  I know it's. Real, right?
• 30:13
Can you tokenize a community? Can you tokenize fairness?
• 30:18
Can you? Can you tokenize honesty big
• 30:21
one, the big big one. Can you tokenize integrity
• 30:25
  right? You guys look have.
• 30:27
Acted with integrity from day. One, I have acted with integrity
• 30:31
from day one. Nobody's perfect in this world.
• 30:33
Nobody expects anybody. To be perfect, but.
• 30:36
You know we may not. Know a lot about a lot of
• 30:38
things, but we do know right from wrong and at the end of the
• 30:42
  day, this community will attract.
• 30:44
More and more and. More and more good.
• 30:47
People. I'm experiencing it the dusters
• 30:51
  that. I meet the people.
• 30:53
That I. Interact with when I.
• 30:54
Was in Las Vegas in real life, the people.
• 30:57
That are the new. People that come it the the bar.
• 31:00
Gets is rising. Higher and higher and nothing
• 31:04
  beats quality. Nothing beats quality.
• 31:08
OK, we also. Have the quantity, no doubt
• 31:11
  about it. Right.
• 31:12
But we when we have a community with people.
• 31:14
Like Emma Bear. The Bean, Tony, the Rizz.
• 31:19
  And look, I can't say everybody's name.
• 31:21
Please don't be offended. Look at yourself.
• 31:23
You know, if you can look and you can think right now like I
• 31:26
do, the right. Thing I'm an honest.
• 31:28
Person. I don't RIP people off if you
• 31:30
can say that your name's in there as well, OK, You matter.
• 31:35
You make a different cause, Georgie.
• 31:40
  Oh, boy. Crypt.
• 31:41
Wizard. I could go on and on.
• 31:43
You know Saff, OH. Elizabeth Grace, I mean.
• 31:49
  And. Again, we are raising.
• 31:53
  The bar in. Crypto.
• 31:54
That's why so many people. Are watching us that's.
• 31:56
Why so many people look when I was in?
• 31:59
At the Bitcoin conference. In Las Vegas, it was a Bitcoin
• 32:02
  conference 30,000. People.
• 32:04
It was crazy, OK, and it wasn't. Like when I walked through the
• 32:09
crowd the the. Seas were partying like, oh.
• 32:11
There's Ron from Unicorn Fartos. No, and I didn't expect it.
• 32:15
Right, but. People would come up to me over.
• 32:19
And over and say hey. Ron, they would.
• 32:21
All say basement Ron. I don't know why I thought it
• 32:23
was Ron's basement. They'd say basement, Ron.
• 32:26
But yeah, they're. Like we love you.
• 32:28
We love UFDI. Mean I I will I.
• 32:31
Will repeat the story. One more time.
• 32:33
There were two guys they. Grabbed me as.
• 32:36
I was walking through the big lobby, thousands of people and
• 32:41
and they were like basement Ron and these were professional
• 32:44
guys, right? They're like, we love you, We're
• 32:46
part of your. We're part of we're.
• 32:48
Dusters blah blah blah. And then as I talked to.
• 32:51
Him and I spent like 20 minutes talking to him.
• 32:53
Nicest guys. They work for one of.
• 32:55
  The. World's biggest financial
• 32:57
services companies. One that you know, one that you
• 32:59
recognize. I didn't ask their permission to
• 33:01
say their company name, so I won't.
• 33:04
But I can tell you, and I swear on everything in the world,
• 33:07
  everything that. That these.
• 33:10
Guys work for. One of the biggest?
• 33:12
And they're like, keep up the good work.
• 33:14
Your community is awesome. OK, I heard that same thing over
• 33:18
  and over. That's you.
• 33:20

• 33:32
Example of what crypto? Can be in an.
• 33:35
Environment where? Yeah, there's other great.
• 33:37
Crypto projects, no doubt about it, but there's also been a.
• 33:40

• 33:45
Difference in the world. OK, keep.
• 33:47
Up the great work. Hey, don't forget.
• 33:49
  Let me. Where is it?
• 33:50
  Wrong finger. Don't forget.
• 33:52
Right there. You see that hanging from the
• 33:53
  ceiling? Not the elephant.
• 33:55
That's the elephant in the room for the United.
• 33:58
States which is the national debt.
• 33:59
That's not what I'm talking about, but don't forget if you
• 34:02
want. To look at a cool.
• 34:03
Way to store valuable. Things check out Dirty.
• 34:05
Man safe. I got 1 hanging right there and
• 34:07
you should be able to see it says Ron. 10 is the discount
• 34:10
code. It's a great way to to.
• 34:12
Save things and the. Ground, kind of like the pirates
• 34:14
used to do. And people are still looking.
• 34:16
For the Pirates treasures. But if it's the crypto an option
• 34:20
  right? People.
• 34:21
Always want to write. That phrase thing down, I'm just
• 34:24
saying, you know, storing it in the ground is is something that
• 34:28
  you you could consider. So.
• 34:30
All right, guys. Have a great day.

• 34:35
basement and I'll see you soon. Bye bye.
