- 0:00Speaker 1: Hanging with the faces betting on the game. No Oman's
- 0:10Speaker 1: gonna tell us not be. We're here just drinking. Be
- 0:21Speaker 1: make nano baby, I'm hanging with the fillers, Busting with
- 0:28Speaker 1: the Boys.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Bro.
- 0:34Speaker 3: There it is.
- 0:36Speaker 1: We are rolling. Ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to another episode
- 0:39Speaker 1: of Busting with the Boys. It is episode two fifty one.
- 0:42Speaker 1: You're seeing the bags under the eyes, you're hearing the
- 0:45Speaker 1: drawing the voice, and that is because the boys just
- 0:47Speaker 1: got back from Vegas. It was an electric time. We're
- 0:50Speaker 1: gonna talk about that. We're gonnait the weekend recap. We're
- 0:52Speaker 1: gonna have a twisted question of the week. We have
- 0:54Speaker 1: the poopiest moment because we all know the algorithm. In
- 0:56Speaker 1: the first five minutes, we got big time merch big,
- 1:00Speaker 1: big time giveaway opportunities. As we approach the inevitable Black
- 1:04Speaker 1: Friday season, it is a time for you to take
- 1:07Speaker 1: advantage of insane deals and we are going to incentivize
- 1:10Speaker 1: all of you with a couple of tears for you
- 1:13Speaker 1: to enter it a chance to win some pretty amazing stuff.
- 1:16Speaker 1: And for the first time ever in the history of
- 1:17Speaker 1: Busting with the Boys, there will actually be a god take.
- 1:21Speaker 1: We'll have our direct take Overly Direct Take Direct TV
- 1:26Speaker 1: overly Direct Take. That was tough to read right there
- 1:28Speaker 1: for a second, but let's get right into it. But
- 1:30Speaker 1: before we do that, we're going to talk about the
- 1:32Speaker 1: presenting sponsor of this show, the most durable, reliable vehicle
- 1:35Speaker 1: on the road. That is the Chevy Silverado and the
- 1:39Speaker 1: Chevy z R two family. It's the first family of
- 1:42Speaker 1: Silverado's of the make and model that have a full fleet,
- 1:46Speaker 1: a full line for you. They got the ZR two.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I believe they have a diesel. They have a bunch
- 1:50Speaker 1: of vehicles that look incredible to Chevy Heavy Duty ZR
- 1:53Speaker 1: two joins the franchise to make this Chevy ZR two
- 1:56Speaker 1: the only truck brand with a full line of trucks
- 1:58Speaker 1: ready for wherever your offered adventure takes you to. We've
- 2:00Speaker 1: talked about the multimatic DSSV dampers, the rugged mud terrain tires,
- 2:04Speaker 1: and up to fourteen camera views. We've talked about Will's
- 2:07Speaker 1: vehicle that talked about how beautiful it looks, how sleek,
- 2:10Speaker 1: how it's a head turner. I got a king from
- 2:11Speaker 1: the way I slept last night. Thank god he's not
- 2:14Speaker 1: here today because my neck would hurt a lot more
- 2:16Speaker 1: seeing that vehicle drive up and down the road. Dude,
- 2:19Speaker 1: Chevy Chevy Silverado Zer two and wait and the Silverado
- 2:23Speaker 1: hd Z two a family with commanding and unstoppable grit.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Head over to Chevy dot com and check over Chevy,
- 2:28Speaker 1: checkout Chevy Silverado and the Chevy Family of Chevy ZR
- 2:33Speaker 1: two is the official truck of Busting with the Boys.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Due the incredible partnership, incredible partnership that we have with Chevy,
- 2:40Speaker 1: they have been great to us. They treat us well,
- 2:43Speaker 1: They let us creatively figure out where we want to go.
- 2:45Speaker 1: And the reason why I bring that up is because
- 2:47Speaker 1: today you're going to be watching a legend of relationships,
- 2:51Speaker 1: a legend in the marketing space, and that is Dana White.
- 2:55Speaker 1: We were able to sit down with him for an
- 2:57Speaker 1: hour and a half hour ten our fifteen and I
- 3:01Speaker 1: saw a couple of tweets when I put out that
- 3:02Speaker 1: we had Dana White on the episode, like if you
- 3:04Speaker 1: get more than thirty minutes, you were winning, because that's
- 3:05Speaker 1: usually how much he puts with people. Dana in the
- 3:08Speaker 1: last year has become an individual to me that I truly,
- 3:12Speaker 1: I truly love this man.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Dude.
- 3:13Speaker 1: I think he is like one of the best human
- 3:18Speaker 1: beings I have ever met in my life, without a doubt,
- 3:20Speaker 1: top three. But I will get into that at a
- 3:23Speaker 1: different time. I want to talk to you guys about
- 3:25Speaker 1: Black Friday, because that's the thing that's truly coming down
- 3:27Speaker 1: the pipe. We we live in the barstool world, and
- 3:30Speaker 1: you've seen the last couple of the last couple of
- 3:33Speaker 1: weeks really just a week of the back and forth
- 3:36Speaker 1: of Riggs getting salty, sending a tweet, Will doing a
- 3:40Speaker 1: great job of handling it on the on the burdens
- 3:42Speaker 1: he always does, and he goes on busting with the
- 3:44Speaker 1: He goes on barstool Radio, has a conversation with Riggs.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I think Riggs did a really good job of staying stoic. Hey,
- 3:50Speaker 1: I thought it was lamb. I thought it was lame.
- 3:52Speaker 1: He's being objective, He's not putting a lot of emotion in it.
- 3:54Speaker 1: But you look at the texters obviously emotion he hands himself.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Well there, now here's what I'll say to you. I
- 3:59Speaker 1: would love for every single person in the world to
- 4:03Speaker 1: spend a million dollars on Busting with the Boys gear.
- 4:05Speaker 1: It helps us, It helps the boys it's incredible. But
- 4:09Speaker 1: there's also so many great brands, so many phenomenal brands
- 4:13Speaker 1: of different genres at the barstool world that when you
- 4:15Speaker 1: are when you listen to the show and you are
- 4:17Speaker 1: a Tier one, two or three and you want to
- 4:18Speaker 1: get our merch, give them a look too. Go check
- 4:21Speaker 1: that stuff out. Because team, team, team, that's what we
- 4:24Speaker 1: preach here. That's why the boys in the back have
- 4:26Speaker 1: the relationship they do with us. Am I, Mitch and
- 4:29Speaker 1: Jack's boss. Technically, yes, yeah, I am a half owner
- 4:32Speaker 1: of this business, but are we not fucking boys When
- 4:35Speaker 1: we have to have the hard conversations. We have the
- 4:36Speaker 1: hard conversations. Mitch got drunk on the job last week.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Were we have to have that conversation, right? Sometimes Jack
- 4:41Speaker 1: and I go at it over Tennessee and Michigan all that.
- 4:44Speaker 1: There's back and forth. But that's the relationship you want
- 4:46Speaker 1: to build, because that's what this podcast is all about,
- 4:48Speaker 1: the locker room mentality, having the tough conversations, having good
- 4:51Speaker 1: times with the boys, not keeping this ridiculous hierarchy that
- 4:54Speaker 1: a lot of businesses like to do. Because in this world,
- 4:56Speaker 1: when we all are motivated to pushing the wagon in
- 4:59Speaker 1: one direction and it's gonna work out for everybody. And
- 5:01Speaker 1: relationships are number one. You're gonna learn that when it
- 5:04Speaker 1: comes to Dana White in this episode. Now, I want
- 5:07Speaker 1: to pull this up real quick, so just give me,
- 5:09Speaker 1: give me a hot second, because I think when we
- 5:12Speaker 1: talk about selling merch and we talk about Okay, Will
- 5:15Speaker 1: and Taylor were in the NFL for however many years,
- 5:17Speaker 1: they've made this much money, why would I go and
- 5:19Speaker 1: buy their stuff? Other than the fact that they have
- 5:21Speaker 1: amazing stuff this year, where the heck is it? I'm
- 5:26Speaker 1: looking for a text that will sent me because we
- 5:29Speaker 1: talked about this. I'm pretty sure you guys know, but
- 5:32Speaker 1: I need to see it.
- 5:34Speaker 4: What's happening.
- 5:35Speaker 1: It's about what's happening on giveaway, hitting numbers, all that. Yeah,
- 5:40Speaker 1: text that to me real quick, because I want to
- 5:41Speaker 1: make sure the boys. I want to make sure the
- 5:43Speaker 1: boys and gals listening to the show have a better understanding.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Oh God, you're gonna put it on that okay, Yes, yes,
- 5:51Speaker 1: Jesus Christ, it's up there. Huh yes, yes, there it is.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Pop that little piece in there. Hello, la one, Oh
- 6:08Speaker 1: it's where do you have me? And your name is Daddy?
- 6:10Speaker 1: I mean I respect that. I mean, your text is Daddy,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and then just got a text from Sun. Got it? Okay,
- 6:19Speaker 1: So listen o boys, And I know that took a minute.
- 6:21Speaker 1: That's probably it's probably frustrating. But when you look at
- 6:23Speaker 1: Black Friday and Busting and the Barstool world, we know
- 6:27Speaker 1: Dave Portnoy looks at this, he looks at how hard
- 6:29Speaker 1: each brand goes, and so we have an understanding of that,
- 6:32Speaker 1: and we also know it's a big, big opportunity for
- 6:34Speaker 1: us to take Bust into the next level and expand
- 6:36Speaker 1: more and more. So Black Friday, we're gonna have twenty
- 6:39Speaker 1: percent off the entire store. So that's not just Busting,
- 6:42Speaker 1: that's the entire store. I gave you the spiel about that,
- 6:44Speaker 1: dude for the boys. Merch tea, merch, golf, merch, hunting, merch, hats, beanies, hoodies, teas,
- 6:50Speaker 1: and new merch. You see the new merchant wearing right here.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Shut out Barstool outdoor. We put a little camel on
- 6:54Speaker 1: the thing. I hope everybody loves and respects it. We
- 6:57Speaker 1: didn't reach out to them, but I hope they're okay
- 6:59Speaker 1: with the fact that we are you using Camo stuff
- 7:01Speaker 1: where we'll see this bustin University Dad sweaters. Dude, this
- 7:06Speaker 1: this thing fires me up. This thing fires me up.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Everybody knows me knows I love Dad Sweaters. That stuff
- 7:12Speaker 1: is badass to me. And then obviously I'm gonna pop
- 7:14Speaker 1: this on actually right now because I'm a big fan
- 7:16Speaker 1: of this too. Beanies, when we say one size fits all,
- 7:20Speaker 1: we truly mean it. Okay, your boys got I think
- 7:23Speaker 1: seven and three as that's me right here, and we
- 7:25Speaker 1: got a little room in there. We got that cozy
- 7:26Speaker 1: boy season with the beanie going on.
- 7:28Speaker 5: Mitchie.
- 7:29Speaker 3: It fits me, so you know it.
- 7:31Speaker 1: And if you follow me on Twitter, you see that
- 7:33Speaker 1: he was wearing a hat this past week that was
- 7:35Speaker 1: truly essentially being waterboarded for hats. He was going through hell.
- 7:38Speaker 1: It was he was. It was like a it was
- 7:40Speaker 1: an attack on that hat and it was it was
- 7:42Speaker 1: making it. Also Stephen bond Ep you see his hat.
- 7:45Speaker 1: He's got the Saint Louis Golden Arts the Arts thing
- 7:48Speaker 1: going on his hat, his his hit damn head so
- 7:50Speaker 1: fucking small that it's like I think it's on the
- 7:52Speaker 1: last little thing. It's like, literally I've never seen someone
- 7:55Speaker 1: wear a hat like that anyway. So this is. This
- 7:58Speaker 1: is where we incentivize you thinking about not just me
- 8:02Speaker 1: and will not just the brand of Bust with the Boys,
- 8:04Speaker 1: the boys who work here, the production team, the boys
- 8:07Speaker 1: sitting in the back of the bus, not just those two.
- 8:09Speaker 1: That team is going to get twenty five percent of
- 8:12Speaker 1: the sales for a bonus, twenty five percent of everything
- 8:16Speaker 1: we sell Bust on Black Friday, I think the entire
- 8:19Speaker 1: month of December, correct the month. Whatever you're getting twenty
- 8:23Speaker 1: five percent, I'll have to offer see that. Also, every
- 8:26Speaker 1: dollar over the target is getting split up and distributed
- 8:30Speaker 1: to everyone at Barstool behind the camera. So that's not
- 8:34Speaker 1: just Busting with the Boys, that's entire Barstool. I'll let
- 8:37Speaker 1: Dave say what the number is. If we reach that number,
- 8:40Speaker 1: barstool is happy, and now we give it to people
- 8:43Speaker 1: that work endlessly. You see the boys in the back
- 8:45Speaker 1: this fall, and I can just talk for these guys.
- 8:48Speaker 1: This fall, we've stood up another show, so we're running.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Busting with the Boys are our main flag. We go
- 8:53Speaker 1: bet the bus that we film on Tuesdays, and we
- 8:55Speaker 1: go slip some picks that we film on Wednesdays. These
- 8:58Speaker 1: boys were a smaller crew. These guys are working hour
- 9:01Speaker 1: like hours on hours and hours, and we're hitting the
- 9:03Speaker 1: fall tour and all that stuff. We're hitting vlogs. We're
- 9:06Speaker 1: putting out more content this fault than we ever have.
- 9:08Speaker 1: So these guys their bandwidth, their battery is low, and
- 9:11Speaker 1: they are grinding. This is a huge opportunity now, I
- 9:14Speaker 1: will tell you will and I we we hook the
- 9:16Speaker 1: boys up, gave him some raises. Actually this fall we're
- 9:18Speaker 1: giving some bonuses. We're doing some other things in the
- 9:21Speaker 1: world to give them bonuses on our end. But this
- 9:23Speaker 1: is an opportunity for you guys as well to you know,
- 9:25Speaker 1: help the boys out in ways that I know they'll
- 9:27Speaker 1: find and be very grateful for. We're doing giveaways, they get,
- 9:32Speaker 1: oh yeah, sorry, that's that's what we're going to talk
- 9:34Speaker 1: about today. So that's that's basically what we're on. Black
- 9:37Speaker 1: Friday is such a big deal to this world, to
- 9:41Speaker 1: this business, and we we put a lot of hard work.
- 9:44Speaker 1: I know, Gee, he's our big guy on the in
- 9:46Speaker 1: the merch category. He does a great job of not
- 9:49Speaker 1: just putting up the next big the next thing that okay,
- 9:52Speaker 1: hopefully this sells. He puts time, he puts effort into
- 9:54Speaker 1: these things and it's merched that I I truly like
- 9:56Speaker 1: to wear. It's stuff that when Will and I started
- 9:59Speaker 1: this show, it was like, we should have merch that's
- 10:01Speaker 1: like truly badass, that truly is like, Oh I like that. Hey,
- 10:05Speaker 1: where'd you get that? I was at the airport. We
- 10:06Speaker 1: were in New Orleans. Lsuvlogs out now, but I flew
- 10:09Speaker 1: into New Orleans and I had the dad hat no
- 10:12Speaker 1: I had for the boys. For the boys had classic
- 10:14Speaker 1: og hat. Some guys like man, I love that he
- 10:16Speaker 1: started talking about this YouTube channel that he has. It's
- 10:18Speaker 1: for the boys type of mentality, and I'm like, hey, man,
- 10:20Speaker 1: take the hat and it's those little things. That's like,
- 10:22Speaker 1: all right, We're turning in the right direction with our merch.
- 10:24Speaker 1: We love the fact that people love to wear our merch.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Now listen, everybody loves to giveaway. We're gonna hit a
- 10:29Speaker 1: giveaway for you right now. Okay, this is tears. There
- 10:32Speaker 1: is going to be five tiers in this situation, and
- 10:34Speaker 1: then an honorable mentioned type of thing. Then there will
- 10:36Speaker 1: be a god tier. I'm gonna talk about the tears
- 10:38Speaker 1: first and then I'll hit you with the god teer.
- 10:40Speaker 1: So Tier one of the top Spender is going to
- 10:44Speaker 1: be going on a fall or spring tour stop with
- 10:47Speaker 1: the boys. We're gonna fly out there, you're gonna get
- 10:48Speaker 1: a hotel, you're gonna hang out, live, show, vlog, all
- 10:52Speaker 1: the stuff you guys see that we do, you're gonna
- 10:54Speaker 1: be able to be a part of. And that's awesome.
- 10:56Speaker 1: Tier two, you're gonna be able to sit on the
- 10:58Speaker 1: bus or any show if you're choosing. If you started
- 11:00Speaker 1: watching Slips of Picks, so you started watching Bet the
- 11:02Speaker 1: Bus and you really love those shows. You love the
- 11:03Speaker 1: gambling aspect of the world that we live in. That
- 11:06Speaker 1: you can pick between any of those that you want
- 11:08Speaker 1: to do and come and sit on the bus or
- 11:10Speaker 1: any of those shows. Tier three is going to be
- 11:12Speaker 1: a signed jersey from not just Will, not just me,
- 11:15Speaker 1: but from both Will and I. Tier four is going
- 11:19Speaker 1: to be up to six tickets of the game of
- 11:22Speaker 1: your choosing using the game Time app. Game Time has
- 11:24Speaker 1: been a sponsor for us. We talked about relationships, they've
- 11:27Speaker 1: been They've been great to us. We're going to use
- 11:28Speaker 1: the game Time app. We're gonna give you six tickets
- 11:31Speaker 1: if you're choosing to a game, and I'm gonna less
- 11:33Speaker 1: you know right now, it's not going to be the
- 11:34Speaker 1: super Bowl. Don't ask for the super Bowl. Those tickets
- 11:36Speaker 1: are crazy, all right, boys, insane, So regular tickets, you
- 11:40Speaker 1: guys will enjoy that. That'll be awesome. Then, So this
- 11:44Speaker 1: is the last year. This is Tier five. I meant
- 11:46Speaker 1: to say, I said in the honorable mention, but tier five,
- 11:48Speaker 1: after these tiers are filled up and everyone's slotted. I
- 11:52Speaker 1: know people, as I've seen from the last Black Fridays,
- 11:54Speaker 1: people have really fought for, you know, getting to that
- 11:57Speaker 1: next step and kind of getting edged out by a
- 11:59Speaker 1: dollar here, three dollars there. You know, sometimes it's a
- 12:01Speaker 1: close margin. So after those tears are eaten up, the
- 12:05Speaker 1: next twenty top spenders are going to get a personal
- 12:09Speaker 1: video from either Will or I. I know we've done
- 12:12Speaker 1: this in the past. There was like five hundred, and
- 12:14Speaker 1: we're gonna do top twenty from either Will or I.
- 12:16Speaker 1: So ten for me and ten for Will, and we're
- 12:18Speaker 1: gonna pump those out as quick as possible. Now, the
- 12:22Speaker 1: god teer, now this is this comes with a price,
- 12:26Speaker 1: and either is a back and forth of whether or
- 12:28Speaker 1: not we should do it. The reason why it comes
- 12:29Speaker 1: to price is because it's at my house, and it's
- 12:33Speaker 1: very personal and there's a lot of close friends there,
- 12:35Speaker 1: so there's it's like bringing a stranger into your house
- 12:38Speaker 1: for the first time. For me feels a little something,
- 12:41Speaker 1: but I do think this would be truly an epic experience. Now,
- 12:46Speaker 1: the god tier is going to be you and a
- 12:49Speaker 1: partner will be flown out to Nashville, Tennessee, and you
- 12:53Speaker 1: will partake. You will compete in the third annual Beer
- 12:59Speaker 1: Olympics against individuals like Burt Krusher, individuals like Shane Gillis,
- 13:03Speaker 1: guys like Midland Hardy, possibly Jake Paul, possibly Jake Paul.
- 13:10Speaker 1: The Paul Brothers will be there. I'm hearing Burt Kreuscher
- 13:13Speaker 1: called me. We've talked about it. You guys have seen
- 13:15Speaker 1: the clip on Twitter where they want to be a
- 13:17Speaker 1: part of your Olympics next year. These types of guys,
- 13:19Speaker 1: and I don't know the Paul Brothers, but the guys
- 13:21Speaker 1: that are coming to this house are close friends of mine,
- 13:24Speaker 1: all right, We've through this podcast have established a relationship
- 13:28Speaker 1: and it's it's awesome because it's truly like the biggest
- 13:32Speaker 1: bro experience of all time that you walk away from sore, hurt, bruises, hungover,
- 13:40Speaker 1: just tough. It's like, why would you ever put yourself
- 13:42Speaker 1: through it? It's the vibe you get to relive those
- 13:44Speaker 1: college days with all these great dudes. It's a phenomenal time.
- 13:48Speaker 1: The price on that hold your breath for a second
- 13:52Speaker 1: is twenty thousand dollars if someone spends, which is an
- 13:55Speaker 1: ungodly amount of money. If somebody spends twenty thousand dollars,
- 14:01Speaker 1: you and a partner will come and spend time with
- 14:04Speaker 1: the boys that starstated crew at Beer Olympics twenty twenty four.
- 14:09Speaker 1: It's gonna be an awesome time. Now, the way you
- 14:11Speaker 1: get answered into this, and I'd be very clear here,
- 14:15Speaker 1: you were going to take a screenshot of your purchase.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Once you do it during the Black Friday weekend, you're
- 14:19Speaker 1: gonna use hashtag busting Black Friday, hashtag busting Black Friday
- 14:24Speaker 1: with a screenshot of your purchase, and you're gonna post
- 14:26Speaker 1: it to Twitter. The boys. I'm sure it'll be Garrett.
- 14:28Speaker 1: We'll siphon through those things. He will find all of
- 14:31Speaker 1: those purchases and put them where they should be on
- 14:34Speaker 1: the tiers. Now, let's say you're the Tier one guy,
- 14:37Speaker 1: but you don't really feel like going on a Spring
- 14:39Speaker 1: Stops tour. You really want to come on the bus,
- 14:40Speaker 1: or you really want the jersey, you really want the tickets.
- 14:43Speaker 1: Then it's first come, first serve. Well, not first come,
- 14:45Speaker 1: it's top top guy gets to choose first. So if
- 14:47Speaker 1: Tier one guy wants the Tier three prize, well, then
- 14:50Speaker 1: Tier two guy gets to pick between the top one
- 14:53Speaker 1: and then two, four, and five. You understand what I'm
- 14:55Speaker 1: trying to say. Am I making clear sense? There? Whoever
- 14:58Speaker 1: spends the most gets to choose, whoever spends the second
- 15:00Speaker 1: most gets to choose after that, so on and so
- 15:03Speaker 1: forth until those tiers are eating up. Do I expect
- 15:05Speaker 1: this God's here to get fulfilled? I don't know. I
- 15:08Speaker 1: would say it's fifty to fifty. I know we have
- 15:09Speaker 1: a couple of fans out there that truly are are
- 15:12Speaker 1: like that, not only financially but about the brand that
- 15:15Speaker 1: way as well, which we love you for. And if
- 15:16Speaker 1: they want to go ahead invest in that type of
- 15:18Speaker 1: thing for the experience, I would love it. I think
- 15:20Speaker 1: we'd have a phenomenal time with you. It is going
- 15:22Speaker 1: to be it's it is truly incredible. It's truly incredible.
- 15:26Speaker 1: But that is that's the Black Friday. Is there anything
- 15:29Speaker 1: Boys in the Back that I'm missing?
- 15:31Speaker 4: No, I think you're good. I think you hit it all.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Right.
- 15:34Speaker 6: It'll be more stuff that comes out through the week,
- 15:35Speaker 6: just be falling on all socials because there'll be probably
- 15:38Speaker 6: crucial detail stuff that might get swapped here and there.
- 15:41Speaker 6: But for the most part, this is yes, the concrete giveaway.
- 15:46Speaker 1: The concrete giveaway. And we're not We're not about adding
- 15:49Speaker 1: one or two more tiers.
- 15:50Speaker 4: Why not.
- 15:50Speaker 1: We're kind of like that, why not? Kind of like that?
- 15:52Speaker 1: But these five tiers.
- 15:54Speaker 4: One thousand, who knows you he'll live with Taylor for
- 15:57Speaker 4: six months.
- 15:58Speaker 1: You spend fifty thousand, you get to have Jack for
- 16:01Speaker 1: one night. Okay, that's what happens. Yeah, Jack, do you agree? Uh? It?
- 16:06Speaker 1: It depends because you want the money.
- 16:09Speaker 4: I don't think all that money is going to meet
- 16:11Speaker 4: And I what if you know that.
- 16:16Speaker 1: This is a is a weird line, right, It's called prostitution.
- 16:19Speaker 1: It's a weird line to toe. We probably don't want
- 16:21Speaker 1: to learn that on the show.
- 16:22Speaker 6: You know, if if a guy spends you know, sixty k,
- 16:27Speaker 6: you know what I mean, you can have you no
- 16:29Speaker 6: like I'm saying, like the like then I have to
- 16:32Speaker 6: follow through with that, and you know, I know I'm
- 16:36Speaker 6: not against you know, look.
- 16:38Speaker 1: At him, look at him, just not at a whole
- 16:40Speaker 1: right now.
- 16:41Speaker 4: But Ice ice swing for one team. So I don't
- 16:44Speaker 4: know if that's gonna.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Work right well, right, I gotta try everything twice though.
- 16:47Speaker 6: Just follow us on socials and you will see if
- 16:49Speaker 6: we add anything else.
- 16:50Speaker 1: All of us on socials. You can find out if
- 16:52Speaker 1: you can have Jack for a night spending sixty thousand dollars. Yes,
- 16:55Speaker 1: that's what we're doing. I'm busting with the boys. I
- 16:57Speaker 1: want is a camera on you guys. I want to
- 16:59Speaker 1: picture you looking at a black and white video right
- 17:03Speaker 1: now that somber music you hear back in the commercials
- 17:06Speaker 1: in like the twenty nineties. For twenty five cents a day,
- 17:09Speaker 1: you can save this individual. When you spend on Black
- 17:13Speaker 1: Friday and you hit the number, you are not only
- 17:16Speaker 1: getting great merch, a great opportunity for yourself, but you're
- 17:19Speaker 1: able to help these fine gentlemen back there pay their bills,
- 17:22Speaker 1: electric utility, auto insurance, home car everything. That's what you
- 17:27Speaker 1: do when you press the purchase button at store dot
- 17:30Speaker 1: barstoolsports dot com slash bust them with the boys. That's
- 17:34Speaker 1: what happens. These men take a step up to their
- 17:37Speaker 1: inevitable goals financially, spiritually, personally. You're helping these guys. I
- 17:42Speaker 1: wish all of them were sitting back there, sad faces
- 17:45Speaker 1: sitting there. Oh please, may I have some multi vibes.
- 17:48Speaker 1: But they right there, look at them. They're sad boys.
- 17:51Speaker 1: And you can help them by just spending a little
- 17:54Speaker 1: bit at the store dot barstool sports dot com. That's
- 17:58Speaker 1: all you gotta do. You clip that fill and turn
- 18:00Speaker 1: into black and white and put the music on. Now
- 18:04Speaker 1: off one one, Yeah, yeah, what do we want to
- 18:08Speaker 1: get into? I think I don't know if we've gone
- 18:10Speaker 1: long enough for an ad read. I know that people
- 18:11Speaker 1: hate the adareies, but we love the ad reads. Definitely,
- 18:13Speaker 1: we can do an ad read. You guys get to
- 18:15Speaker 1: hear an ad read, and we get to talk about
- 18:17Speaker 1: Lucy Baby, get to talk about nicotine. These are my words.
- 18:21Speaker 1: This is not Lucy's words. When you take nicotine, it
- 18:24Speaker 1: has been proven by the biohackers you are getting. It's
- 18:26Speaker 1: a stimulant. It helps you with multitasking, it helps you
- 18:29Speaker 1: with cognitive function. It really it's a summer saying the
- 18:33Speaker 1: ped for the common man. That's what nicotine really is.
- 18:36Speaker 1: If you don't use nicotine, feel free to smash the
- 18:39Speaker 1: thirty second forward button if you do. Today's sponsor Lucy
- 18:43Speaker 1: has something for you. Lucy Nicotine, gum pouches and breakers
- 18:46Speaker 1: all have three things in common. No tobacco, powerful nicotine
- 18:49Speaker 1: and delicious flavors. Lucy has personally sent me a bunch
- 18:53Speaker 1: of producty try, and I've really been enjoying the Breakers. Now,
- 18:56Speaker 1: the Breakers, you think about ice breakers, right Jack, he
- 18:58Speaker 1: was saking a photo in the back. Maybe that's what
- 18:59Speaker 1: you we're doing about the icebreakers. But they have a
- 19:01Speaker 1: small little bead in there that when you crack it,
- 19:04Speaker 1: it's a surge of flavor. It's a surge of flavor,
- 19:07Speaker 1: just riproorn around that mouth of yours, adding some tastes
- 19:10Speaker 1: of saliva, putting a little bit of a boost into
- 19:12Speaker 1: your day. Now, they're nicotine pouches which post up in
- 19:16Speaker 1: your lip and chill there release a sweet, sweet, sweet nicotine.
- 19:19Speaker 1: I basically just said that, but a lot better Breakers
- 19:21Speaker 1: have something with that. No other pouches do a little
- 19:24Speaker 1: capsule on each one, like I just said, but way
- 19:26Speaker 1: better if you break it with your teeth and release
- 19:28Speaker 1: a nicotine. It's way faster. Nixte pouches said that way.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Better visit Lucy dot Co. That's Lucy dot Co and
- 19:38Speaker 1: use promo code bustin b us s I and for

- 19:55Speaker 1: fine print. Lucy products are only for adults of legal
- 19:58Speaker 1: age and every order age verified. Warning this proaucting things. Nicotine.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Now I do love the nicotine.
- 20:07Speaker 1: I do, and I've had my wars with nicotine. I
- 20:09Speaker 1: will tell you it is so addictive. People say it's
- 20:12Speaker 1: hard to get off than anything else in the entire world.
- 20:14Speaker 1: I went to battle with it. I lost that battle.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Someday I'll quit again. But for right now, my cognitive
- 20:19Speaker 1: functions higher than ever, the stimulus higher than ever, my
- 20:22Speaker 1: multitasking is higher than ever. I've had zero sleep. I've
- 20:25Speaker 1: had zero sleep in the last forty eight hours. Seventy
- 20:27Speaker 1: two hours, and here I am on this bus on
- 20:30Speaker 1: a Monday morning trying to essentially produce whatever kind of
- 20:34Speaker 1: endorphin I have to give to you. And that's why
- 20:36Speaker 1: Lucy's gonna help you possibly do the same. Now, let's
- 20:39Speaker 1: talk about the weekend, because that is where the boys
- 20:43Speaker 1: we shipped off the Las Vegas, Nevada second home for
- 20:45Speaker 1: Jack and I. Jack and I was able to experience
- 20:47Speaker 1: show off our house, Red Rocks, casino and hotel to
- 20:50Speaker 1: the boys in the back. Everybody had a great time.
- 20:52Speaker 1: It was amazing. We got there Thursday. We'll joined us
- 20:55Speaker 1: on Friday, so we get there on Thursday. What's the
- 20:57Speaker 1: first thing we did? Jack say, baby, because there's nothing
- 21:01Speaker 1: better than sitting with the boys, whether you're betting five
- 21:03Speaker 1: dollars or five million dollars and trying to piece together
- 21:06Speaker 1: a better hand than the blackjack dealers sitting right in
- 21:09Speaker 1: front of you. It's disrespectful how good at math they are.
- 21:12Speaker 1: It's disrespectful that I have to watch him put five
- 21:14Speaker 1: cars down and all of a sudden they just look
- 21:15Speaker 1: at me as if I'm supposed to know the answer
- 21:17Speaker 1: in the basic math category. And for that you have
- 21:20Speaker 1: to beat them. Thursday had to go for us. Jack,
- 21:22Speaker 1: it went well, it went well for you, It went
- 21:24Speaker 1: well for me, It went well for you. Not so
- 21:26Speaker 1: go hot for me at first. Right, you're boways down
- 21:29Speaker 1: about five k. Early early often I was taking punches,
- 21:31Speaker 1: taking body shots Rocky Boutboa. Right, I'm in Russia. The
- 21:35Speaker 1: blonde hair, handsome boy with all the technology is really
- 21:38Speaker 1: putting work on me now saving grace. Here he is
- 21:42Speaker 1: the king Dana White. Now, I'm gonna backcheck a little bit.
- 21:47Speaker 1: When I met Dana White in February, it was awesome
- 21:49Speaker 1: just to meet the man because I respect him from
- 21:51Speaker 1: a business standpoint and the way he handles his business.
- 21:53Speaker 1: He came on the bus well at the super Bowl
- 21:57Speaker 1: and gave us thirty minutes. Essentially, was like, he's only
- 22:00Speaker 1: got thirty minutes. He's got to get back to Vegas.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Blah blah blah blah. We sit there, we have a
- 22:04Speaker 1: great time. He enjoyed us. For whatever reason, he saw
- 22:06Speaker 1: something and will and I that he thought, I want
- 22:07Speaker 1: to be around this a little bit more. Invites us
- 22:09Speaker 1: out to power slap. March eleventh, Jack, we all go
- 22:12Speaker 1: out there to power slap. It was a great time.
- 22:15Speaker 1: That power slap is the number one most viewed sport
- 22:20Speaker 1: by five x ten x of all sports combined on
- 22:24Speaker 1: the TikTok space on Instagram. That's how big of a
- 22:26Speaker 1: deal power Slap has become in this year. And it's
- 22:30Speaker 1: not even been a full year of power Slap. Yet
- 22:32Speaker 1: we go see it. It's a great time. I end
- 22:34Speaker 1: up gambling with Dana. I've told that story before. I win,
- 22:37Speaker 1: I win, I win, I win, I win, I win,
- 22:40Speaker 1: I continue to win. We're talking about hundreds of thousands
- 22:44Speaker 1: of dollars over trusting an individual over an untrustworthy game,
- 22:49Speaker 1: and so I go back in August and I lose
- 22:53Speaker 1: hundreds of thousands of dollars. There was a vag that
- 22:55Speaker 1: was going to come out. I still thought it was
- 22:57Speaker 1: going to come out, and then Jack was like, I
- 22:59Speaker 1: don't know if we can put that out, man. That's
- 23:00Speaker 1: just it was so sad. My heart hurt, my body hurt.
- 23:04Speaker 1: It was one of the most painful experiences I've ever
- 23:09Speaker 1: had doing something, breaking bones, tearing acls. That shit probably
- 23:14Speaker 1: hurt the most because you essentially asked for it. People
- 23:18Speaker 1: tell you you're going to lose eventually, and you did. Now,
- 23:20Speaker 1: why do I bring that up? Because that night Dana.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I went back two weeks ago when we want a
- 23:25Speaker 1: whole bunch of money, and Dana was like pressing me
- 23:28Speaker 1: to pressing me to do is say, hey, come on,
- 23:30Speaker 1: let's get back on the horse. You gotta try it.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Bah blah blah. And I'm i myself, having a family,
- 23:34Speaker 1: kids and all that, like thinking financially, like I can't
- 23:37Speaker 1: go through that again because I don't want to put
- 23:38Speaker 1: myself my family in position. It's like being stupid and
- 23:41Speaker 1: end up being a thirty for thirty broke guy. He
- 23:45Speaker 1: loosely presses me and like a confident way and like,
- 23:47Speaker 1: just get back on the horse. We don't bet that
- 23:49Speaker 1: much money. Blah blah blah. We end up winning a
- 23:50Speaker 1: whole bunch. He comes Thursday after I'm down, Jack is
- 23:55Speaker 1: sowing to the moon. I believe you were up five
- 23:57Speaker 1: thousand dollars at that point. Yeah damn near close, right,
- 24:01Speaker 1: So Dana goes, hey, how much do you want to win?
- 24:03Speaker 2: Now?
- 24:03Speaker 1: Usually when I win or I play with Dana, it's
- 24:05Speaker 1: like if I can win sixty thousand dollars, that's great.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Because you do two. You do a thirty thousand dollars bet,
- 24:09Speaker 1: you win that twice, You get out and you've been
- 24:11Speaker 1: in the wars. You go back and forth a little bit,
- 24:13Speaker 1: and you and literally nine times out of ten, I've
- 24:15Speaker 1: won that war, Dana. He's like, all right, thirty, Yeah,
- 24:19Speaker 1: not as much as you usually do. I respect that.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Let's get after it. Before I can place a bet,
- 24:23Speaker 1: He's like, give me thirty. He starts going to war.
- 24:26Speaker 1: He's down like two fifty three hundred, but it's quick
- 24:28Speaker 1: because there's so much money flowing back and forth. He
- 24:30Speaker 1: ends up getting up and winning the thirty. He wins
- 24:32Speaker 1: the thirty, pays off his marker, hands me thirty thousand
- 24:35Speaker 1: dollars in chips. That's the kind of guy we're talking
- 24:38Speaker 1: about right now, hands me thirty thousand dollars in chips,
- 24:41Speaker 1: and it's like, yeah, but Taylor, he's a billionaire. He
- 24:43Speaker 1: has so much money as this and the other. He
- 24:45Speaker 1: doesn't have to do that stuff for people. There's a
- 24:47Speaker 1: bunch of billionaires, billionaires out there that have an attitude
- 24:50Speaker 1: of me first. And what you'll see in this podcast
- 24:53Speaker 1: is that Dana is relationships over money, and that is
- 24:57Speaker 1: it's easy for, you know, a guy who's struggling with
- 25:01Speaker 1: their bills to say that because we all like to
- 25:03Speaker 1: Enavilab saying, we will choose relationships over money an individual
- 25:06Speaker 1: that has three commas in the bank account. I'm just
- 25:08Speaker 1: saying that, to put things into perspective, has to make
- 25:11Speaker 1: so many sacrifices to essentially make the one percent of
- 25:14Speaker 1: the one percent of the one percent of humanity. For
- 25:16Speaker 1: him still to sit there and choose relationships over people.
- 25:18Speaker 1: To me is he's an anomaly of a human being.
- 25:22Speaker 1: He's the one of the best human beings. So what's
- 25:25Speaker 1: Dana's rule, Jackie, After you play and you win, get out,
- 25:28Speaker 1: get out immediately.
- 25:29Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 25:29Speaker 1: So we're sitting there, we're hanging out, and at this point,
- 25:32Speaker 1: like it's not just Da Dana's relationship, Like he's dapping
- 25:35Speaker 1: Jack up, He's dapping Will up. He's dapping, he's dapping
- 25:37Speaker 1: all the boys up, as if we're all close friends. Right,
- 25:40Speaker 1: we're hanging we're talking, having a good time. He sits
- 25:42Speaker 1: there and he says, fuck it, give me thirty. Now.
- 25:45Speaker 1: This man goes down seven figures. He is down seven
- 25:51Speaker 1: figures at the table because he broke his rule. And
- 25:54Speaker 1: right as he was getting in, I told him, I said, hey,
- 25:56Speaker 1: you're breaking your rule, and he fights it out, yeah,
- 26:01Speaker 1: because he.
- 26:03Speaker 6: Like, do you want to run through all of the
- 26:06Speaker 6: stories that you want to leave?
- 26:07Speaker 4: Because I can't remember.
- 26:08Speaker 1: If he talked about We kind of touched on it,
- 26:10Speaker 1: but we didn't say like numbers or anything. He talks
- 26:12Speaker 1: a little bit about then the no, I appreciate you
- 26:14Speaker 1: saying that I'll speed up the process. So he ends
- 26:17Speaker 1: up going down that much money, comes back and winning
- 26:19Speaker 1: sixty and he's like kind of wipes the brow, like,
- 26:21Speaker 1: oh shit, that was that was a bit of a deal.
- 26:24Speaker 1: He leaves. It's like four or five in the morning.
- 26:27Speaker 1: I stayed up with him because it's like, yo, I
- 26:29Speaker 1: know he came out here to gamble with me, and
- 26:31Speaker 1: you gotta you want to be there for support, even
- 26:32Speaker 1: if I am tired, I'm exhausted. The boys are running
- 26:34Speaker 1: on fumes. It is what it is. So I stay
- 26:36Speaker 1: up all night with him. He leaves. The next day,
- 26:39Speaker 1: the boys we go to UFC UFC headquarters. We do
- 26:43Speaker 1: a podcast with him, and then after that all the
- 26:46Speaker 1: boys like we go to F one. F one is
- 26:49Speaker 1: an absolute spectacle. Those vehicles are incredible, and we have
- 26:53Speaker 1: an opportunity to partner up with a company called dur Cell.
- 26:55Speaker 1: You might know them from your batteries. They they have
- 26:58Speaker 1: They sponsor a team there. We went and saw the
- 27:00Speaker 1: experience down at the strip. We were doing the taps,
- 27:03Speaker 1: the lights tapping up and you have thirty seconds. The
- 27:06Speaker 1: faster you do it, the higher your score. I don't
- 27:08Speaker 1: know who won, but I know that if you if
- 27:11Speaker 1: you're good at that, you're probably great at life. If
- 27:13Speaker 1: you have the reaction time to do that, you're probably
- 27:16Speaker 1: an awesome dude. But I'm not sure who won, Jay,
- 27:18Speaker 1: do you remember? Do you remember who won?
- 27:20Speaker 4: I don't.
- 27:20Speaker 5: You don't.
- 27:21Speaker 4: I know I was up on that board.
- 27:22Speaker 1: You were top three for sure.
- 27:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I can't remember who won that.
- 27:25Speaker 3: I didn't. I only got to go once, but I
- 27:28Speaker 3: was drunk.
- 27:29Speaker 1: You were drunk.
- 27:32Speaker 3: I want to talk about that.
- 27:33Speaker 1: We can talk about that, so, but I want to
- 27:34Speaker 1: talk about the F one experience.
- 27:35Speaker 5: First.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Let's talk about the F phone experience. First, we go
- 27:40Speaker 1: and do the fhone experience. It was awesome. We simulated
- 27:42Speaker 1: UH and the cars was a lot harder to drive
- 27:44Speaker 1: than you think they are, and it was a lot
- 27:46Speaker 1: of fun. So we got We got to do that,
- 27:47Speaker 1: and then the next day we went into a drone
- 27:50Speaker 1: show for dura cell and that was cool too. Man.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Drones are essentially the new fireworks without the bang, and
- 27:55Speaker 1: it was came up, you know. They spelt out doro
- 27:57Speaker 1: cell about fifteen times. They turned into a boat, they
- 27:59Speaker 1: turned to two with a car, and it's the transition. The
- 28:01Speaker 1: seamlessness of drones is a it's a really cool experience.
- 28:05Speaker 1: They had a very we'll say, very exclusive party there.
- 28:09Speaker 1: We will say it was smaller numbers, big personalities. Yeah
- 28:14Speaker 1: it was. We'll say it was a time. Well, we
- 28:17Speaker 1: had a blast. But yes, let's get into we are
- 28:19Speaker 1: on the weekend recap. Here's all painted. Come, do you
- 28:22Speaker 1: mind to paint it or do you want to talk
- 28:23Speaker 1: about it first? Okay, we're at breakfast the next morning.
- 28:27Speaker 1: After Dana goes down those seven figures, he comes back
- 28:29Speaker 1: and wins and uh, we're hanging out having a good time.
- 28:33Speaker 1: There's a fan there. I believe it was Jim God.
- 28:38Speaker 1: I hope it's Jim. It starts with a Jay and
- 28:40Speaker 1: his wife named Hannah. I think he's They live in Nashville,
- 28:44Speaker 1: and is a is it either a police officer or
- 28:46Speaker 1: he's boys the police officer because he tells me about
- 28:48Speaker 1: the police officers coming to my house all the time
- 28:49Speaker 1: after my alarm goes off and they're there in five minutes,
- 28:52Speaker 1: Like literally, the police are so quick to my house
- 28:55Speaker 1: when there's an alarm going off and it's happened like
- 28:57Speaker 1: seven times since I moved in. But they hang out
- 28:58Speaker 1: for like twenty minutes. So apparently his boy was talking
- 29:00Speaker 1: about it. They buy us six shots of Crown Royal. Now,
- 29:06Speaker 1: I'm not gonna take a shot at ten am in
- 29:08Speaker 1: the morning when I've got work to do, so but
- 29:12Speaker 1: I know that these shots have to be taken. The
- 29:14Speaker 1: boys are out, everyone's like, I'm not taking it. Like,
- 29:17Speaker 1: I'm not taking it. Jackson next to me, I'm not
- 29:19Speaker 1: taking it. JPC next to Jack, I'm not taking it. Steven,
- 29:21Speaker 1: I'm not Mitch or R Garrett, I'm not Mitch. Go's
- 29:24Speaker 1: I'll take one. And it's like, okay, brother, you're gonna
- 29:27Speaker 1: take one. So I say, I think to myself, what
- 29:30Speaker 1: an opportunity to test one of my guys when they
- 29:33Speaker 1: know we have a full slate today. Hey, Mitch, I'll
- 29:36Speaker 1: give you a thousand dollars if you if you take
- 29:39Speaker 1: those shots. How long did you think about it for?
- 29:41Speaker 1: You went took a tuosie.
- 29:43Speaker 7: I thought about it for I was still I was
- 29:46Speaker 7: so stuff from the great breakfast we had, and then
- 29:49Speaker 7: I was like, I need to go for a walk
- 29:51Speaker 7: and think about this.
- 29:52Speaker 3: Took a tuosy came back.
- 29:53Speaker 7: I'm like, thousand dollars, one thousand dollars, I've taken six
- 29:59Speaker 7: shots at.
- 29:59Speaker 3: A night befo or why not?
- 30:02Speaker 1: So you sweet the shots.
- 30:03Speaker 7: I took the shots, but I feel like you're painting
- 30:05Speaker 7: it in the.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Sense of let's just test my guys.
- 30:11Speaker 1: I gotta ask you this besides that comment, and have
- 30:13Speaker 1: I not said everything exactly correct so far?
- 30:16Speaker 3: Yes? Okay, sorry, I mean that that's a big comment.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Though it's a big comment.
- 30:21Speaker 3: Twist the story a little bit.
- 30:23Speaker 1: So I give him a thousand dollars. We walk up
- 30:26Speaker 1: to the room at a thousand dollars, chip boom, give
- 30:28Speaker 1: the coin flip think he flips in there, he catches it,
- 30:30Speaker 1: he leaves. I said a time on my phone. I
- 30:32Speaker 1: go gray myself a little bit of pump. Hit the
- 30:34Speaker 1: glutes today and got a little pump. Set a timer
- 30:37Speaker 1: for one hour. Around the hour it hits, I go, Mitch,
- 30:40Speaker 1: how we doing, brother, He's not so great. We end
- 30:43Speaker 1: up actually meeting up in Mitch's room. Will is not
- 30:45Speaker 1: even there yet, and we get there and I go, Mitch,
- 30:51Speaker 1: we need to talk about it, like you're getting drunk
- 30:52Speaker 1: on the job when we have a whole lot of
- 30:55Speaker 1: work to do today. How do you feel now? I
- 30:59Speaker 1: will say it was a joke. I was kidding, that's
- 31:03Speaker 1: what you wanted to hear, because I thought about going
- 31:05Speaker 1: into the whole process again. But there's a vog that's
- 31:07Speaker 1: going to come out where you guys will literally be
- 31:08Speaker 1: able to see all of it. But essentially Will and
- 31:10Speaker 1: I or I started. I put Mitch in an absolute
- 31:14Speaker 1: blender about essentially the horrible horrible Bosses thing where the
- 31:17Speaker 1: guy pours in the scotch at eleven am and makes
- 31:19Speaker 1: him drink it. That's basically what I did to him.
- 31:21Speaker 1: We go, we knock it out. He's Mitch's in a blender.
- 31:25Speaker 1: So now he's drunk and he's got anxiety, a tough combination.
- 31:29Speaker 1: Through the roof, I text Will, I said, hey, we
- 31:33Speaker 1: missed to do six shots for one thousand dollars. When
- 31:36Speaker 1: he when you get here, when you see him, give
- 31:38Speaker 1: him shit about being drunk on the job. So I go,
- 31:42Speaker 1: we go downstairs, you guys got down there before me
- 31:44Speaker 1: for whatever reason. But I walk over there and he's
- 31:47Speaker 1: just tearing into you, viscrating you. Where I'm watching my
- 31:51Speaker 1: boy question life for a second, he's he's having a
- 31:55Speaker 1: tough time.
- 31:56Speaker 4: That bus ride over to uh the fan zone.
- 32:00Speaker 1: Oh my god, you were interview. The interview was the
- 32:04Speaker 1: interview with Dana.
- 32:06Speaker 6: It was I felt awkward. I was like, is this
- 32:08Speaker 6: a joke at this point or is this real now?
- 32:10Speaker 1: To be honest with you, I felt the same way
- 32:12Speaker 1: at the way Will was going at him, because he
- 32:14Speaker 1: did start raising his voice and kind of coming at you.
- 32:17Speaker 1: But I have the text of it's like, lol, I
- 32:20Speaker 1: was planning on doing that. Haha, I'm gonna get him
- 32:23Speaker 1: good now. Shout out Will for being a method actor,
- 32:25Speaker 1: really jumping into the role being a horrible boss.
- 32:28Speaker 7: I was stressing out, like to the point where I
- 32:32Speaker 7: asked each Jack, JP and Garrett, I'm like, yo, am
- 32:35Speaker 7: I all right?
- 32:35Speaker 1: I know they told us he was to the bathroom
- 32:37Speaker 1: before the day. Upon They're like yo, Mitch's literally asked
- 32:39Speaker 1: us if he's good.
- 32:40Speaker 7: And they're like, yeah, bro, you're fine, like don't worry
- 32:42Speaker 7: about it. And I'm like, oh, he's he's coming. I
- 32:46Speaker 7: know Taylor's joking, but Will is like seems kind of pissed, which.
- 32:49Speaker 1: I'm glad Will did that because I did come out.
- 32:52Speaker 1: I instigated the thing, and then to come at you
- 32:54Speaker 1: after that, it's like, obviously it's there's some joke there,
- 32:57Speaker 1: but I'm sure you there's a piece of you. I
- 32:59Speaker 1: was like, is he serious that?
- 33:00Speaker 2: Oh?
- 33:00Speaker 1: I guess he really trying to put me in the
- 33:01Speaker 1: spin zone. Will coming in that hard, not even being
- 33:03Speaker 1: a part of it, stealed the we'll call it a prank,
- 33:06Speaker 1: sealed the prank for us, which I really I really enjoyed.
- 33:08Speaker 1: So Mitchie's in a blender. And then that evening we
- 33:11Speaker 1: go or not evening. That afternoon we go to UFC
- 33:15Speaker 1: headquarters and do the podcast with Dana that Dana's has
- 33:18Speaker 1: zero sleep, six am, five am, whenever he left the
- 33:21Speaker 1: night before. He's ripped oning around. We get there, he's
- 33:24Speaker 1: signing howlerhead whiskey, He's uh, he's you know, chat everybody up.
- 33:28Speaker 1: He's on the phone. People are grabbing left and right,
- 33:30Speaker 1: and it's like we're supposed to start at two thirty
- 33:32Speaker 1: two thirty five. He has two forty hits and you
- 33:33Speaker 1: get it, man. The guy's the guy's grinding through it.
- 33:35Speaker 1: He's got he's got no sleep, ends up sitting down
- 33:38Speaker 1: and I go, hey, how much time do you have?
- 33:39Speaker 1: And he goes, just rip it, man, as long as
- 33:41Speaker 1: you guys need. Once again talking to the character of
- 33:43Speaker 1: Dana White, we end up having the interview you're about
- 33:47Speaker 1: to listen to. We end up having an incredible conversation
- 33:51Speaker 1: with this man, his mindset, the way he approaches it.
- 33:53Speaker 1: The Theo vonn podcast where uh Peloton, he starts go
- 33:57Speaker 1: rip it into Peloton. He's he touches on the bud
- 34:00Speaker 1: light stuff that we all that we've all seen, they
- 34:03Speaker 1: had the Dylan mulvanything right. Proud boys are up in
- 34:06Speaker 1: arms about it, and he's like, this is a great
- 34:07Speaker 1: partnership for us, and he starts to go into why
- 34:10Speaker 1: it's an incredible partnership for us. So I think you
- 34:13Speaker 1: guys are truly going to enjoy the interview that's here. Like,
- 34:16Speaker 1: as you're sitting here anticipating this podcast, you're going to
- 34:19Speaker 1: hear in about twenty thirty minutes. A great partner for
- 34:22Speaker 1: us is Duke Cannon. Dud Duke can has been around
- 34:23Speaker 1: for a while they've They're coming out with a little
- 34:26Speaker 1: holiday collection as well. Dude, products that men actually like.
- 34:29Speaker 1: Give the boys something they deserve, like a big ass

- 34:38Speaker 1: in the USA. American maid, let's support, our support our
- 34:41Speaker 1: boys out here. These gifts aren't going to break the

- 34:49Speaker 1: for the holiday season, they had the big ass lump

- 35:06Speaker 1: so good, good, good stuff. They got good stuff there,
- 35:08Speaker 1: and it smells amazing. The biggest brick of soap is
- 35:10Speaker 1: like three times bigger than your regular soap, and you
- 35:13Speaker 1: put it in a little pouch. It's incredible. Oh literally.
- 35:19Speaker 1: In this ad read it says, talk about some of
- 35:21Speaker 1: the big ass bricks of soap names and sense, and
- 35:23Speaker 1: then in parentheses not all of them. Well, guess what
- 35:26Speaker 1: I go and beyond for.
- 35:27Speaker 4: Me is because there's other sense they have.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Right, all they have? That's right, dude, perfect Listen when
- 35:34Speaker 1: if you are a Christmas guy, like we pretty much
- 35:37Speaker 1: all are, if you getting the regular president is a
- 35:40Speaker 1: difficult task, but getting the stocking stuffers is a pain
- 35:43Speaker 1: in the asspro because you just got to what do
- 35:45Speaker 1: you usually just go to Target, grab a couple of soaps,
- 35:47Speaker 1: grab a couple of mouth washers, and throwd in there
- 35:48Speaker 1: and say, hey, have a good time, have some Q
- 35:49Speaker 1: tips on the boys, Like that's not a fun deal.
- 35:52Speaker 1: But this right here perfect stocking stuff for type of mentality.
- 35:55Speaker 1: And you're doing your boy favor. If he stinks he's
- 35:57Speaker 1: got that bo you're doing him a big favor. Find
- 35:59Speaker 1: their holiday soaps and gifts sets at Target, Walmart, or
- 36:03Speaker 1: Dukecannon dot com. So we do the interview with Dana.
- 36:08Speaker 1: It was great, It was fun. Just like I said, man,
- 36:10Speaker 1: I I cannot tell you how much I love that.
- 36:13Speaker 5: Man.
- 36:13Speaker 1: It's it's honestly weird how much I'm gonna talk about
- 36:15Speaker 1: this podcast, But it needs to be said. After that,
- 36:18Speaker 1: what do we do f that we went to the
- 36:20Speaker 1: fan zone, We go to the fan zone. That's the thing,
- 36:22Speaker 1: right with the lights. We we did all that and
- 36:25Speaker 1: uh that night we get back. We grab a little dinner, boys,
- 36:29Speaker 1: grab a little sushi, talk about playing a little bit
- 36:32Speaker 1: we played. I think I did I win? Yeah, I want, yeah,
- 36:36Speaker 1: I want a little bit, but not much.
- 36:38Speaker 5: It was.
- 36:38Speaker 1: It was a smaller hands type of night, small hand
- 36:41Speaker 1: step of night. But I had that little thirty piece
- 36:42Speaker 1: of data toss me uh the night before, and Jack
- 36:46Speaker 1: is truly putting on a clinic of how to win
- 36:50Speaker 1: money and how to bet, when to stay, when to hit.
- 36:53Speaker 1: He was he was Himothy Will was in there. It
- 36:57Speaker 1: Will Will was not a big cards guy, but he
- 36:59Speaker 1: was enjoying himself. Got a little too aggressive at the
- 37:01Speaker 1: wrong time and and it went downhill. I think he
- 37:04Speaker 1: was down five at one point. Now we got the
- 37:05Speaker 1: boy right, don't don't get a twisted We got the
- 37:08Speaker 1: boy right towards the end of the night, and so
- 37:10Speaker 1: we're hanging him doing our thing. The nelte boys show up,
- 37:13Speaker 1: Steve Will do it. Who you know, after you hear
- 37:16Speaker 1: the story, you'll Steve and I have become great friends.
- 37:18Speaker 1: At this point. I really enjoy him. I think Drewski
- 37:21Speaker 1: was there. Yeah, yeah, Drewski popped up around eleven at
- 37:26Speaker 1: eleven pm. Guys, just funny, man, it's just dudes. You
- 37:28Speaker 1: really don't know. I think Bradley Martin was there. Who
- 37:31Speaker 1: what's the girl's name that does the podcast with him?
- 37:33Speaker 1: What is her name?
- 37:33Speaker 4: Sarah?
- 37:34Speaker 1: Okay, we don't like Sarah. No, okay, the way you
- 37:37Speaker 1: said Sarah, I didn't know Sarah.
- 37:39Speaker 4: I think I don't know her last name. They're just
- 37:40Speaker 4: they're like jim Influencersky Jimmy.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Yeah, I know brad is and yeah, he he loves
- 37:44Speaker 1: the chat. He was doing the stream the night after
- 37:47Speaker 1: the night I'm talking about right now, and he loves
- 37:48Speaker 1: the chat. They do a good job of essentially being
- 37:51Speaker 1: with the our fitness influencer and they have got a
- 37:53Speaker 1: massive brand because of it. So you're around all these
- 37:55Speaker 1: people that are neverably in the same game that we
- 37:57Speaker 1: all are. It's a good networking experience, even if it's
- 37:59Speaker 1: not the same kind of brand that we're doing. It's
- 38:01Speaker 1: great to be around them and learn about the personalities.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Dana walks in. We're having a good time. I'm wondering
- 38:06Speaker 1: am I gonna go? Or is he gonna go? He
- 38:08Speaker 1: starts and brother, it was hell. It was hell now
- 38:14Speaker 1: when we were at you. When we went to the
- 38:16Speaker 1: UFC headquarters, Dana, he kind of took me to side
- 38:18Speaker 1: and say, hey man, you didn't have to stay all
- 38:19Speaker 1: last night, but I appreciate you doing that, Like that's cool.
- 38:21Speaker 1: That's a cool bro move of you. And so thank you,
- 38:23Speaker 1: thank you, Just saying thank you. Dana goes down twice
- 38:28Speaker 1: as much as he was the night before, and it
- 38:30Speaker 1: isn't all out war. It is, you know, slowly but surely,
- 38:34Speaker 1: the boys in the back they start trickling off. Drewskie
- 38:37Speaker 1: out of here. You know. Everyone kind of starts to leave,
- 38:39Speaker 1: and it's really just me Dana Hunter, who if you
- 38:43Speaker 1: guys don't know who Hunter is. His story. We talk
- 38:45Speaker 1: about history a little bit on the podcast with Dana.
- 38:47Speaker 1: I fucking love that man, his boy Skip, his other
- 38:51Speaker 1: boy Marty, and we're kind of watching our boy go
- 38:54Speaker 1: to war. And we're up till eleven a m. The
- 38:58Speaker 1: next day, we're up till eleven am. So I didn't
- 39:00Speaker 1: get sleep the night before, eleven am the night the
- 39:03Speaker 1: next day and he's down two. I'll just say the
- 39:08Speaker 1: word number two and you can probably piece it together
- 39:10Speaker 1: from there, he comes back from two down ten thousand dollars.
- 39:17Speaker 1: He's literally one hand away from being up twenty thousand dollars.
- 39:22Speaker 1: And this is right around seven am. He loses that one,
- 39:24Speaker 1: he loses another one, and it just spirals to where
- 39:28Speaker 1: it's ten thirty in the morning, eleven in the morning,
- 39:30Speaker 1: and he's down five hundred thousand dollars and he's like,
- 39:34Speaker 1: looks the deal. He goes, I have to go to
- 39:35Speaker 1: a meeting. I have to go to UFC. Now go
- 39:38Speaker 1: ahead and put a hold on this. I'll be back
- 39:41Speaker 1: later to win it back. So he postpones the war
- 39:44Speaker 1: to essentially go to his other wars that he has
- 39:46Speaker 1: to go take care of. We grab breakfast, the boys,
- 39:49Speaker 1: We go watch the little college football Michigan Yikes, which
- 39:52Speaker 1: I'll probably talk about that little bit after we get
- 39:53Speaker 1: into the weekend recap. After the weekend recap, and then
- 39:57Speaker 1: I go upstairs around twelve to fifteen, twelve thirty, grab
- 40:00Speaker 1: a forty five minute nap, and then we went and
- 40:03Speaker 1: met with some people, went to that little club, met
- 40:05Speaker 1: with some people about potential sponsor stuff. They were awesome,
- 40:08Speaker 1: they were a great time. I'm not going to say
- 40:09Speaker 1: the sponsor right now, because there's nothing set in stone.
- 40:11Speaker 1: And but I will say it would be a phenomenal partnership,
- 40:14Speaker 1: but it not. It would be incredible. Had a good time,
- 40:17Speaker 1: Mitch might have fell in love.
- 40:22Speaker 3: No, I didn't fall in love, but I had a
- 40:25Speaker 3: good time. I think that.
- 40:28Speaker 1: Sounds worse yet and fall in love yet. But I'll
- 40:31Speaker 1: say this Spring's not too far away, right, Yeah, I
- 40:36Speaker 1: love it. I love it, And well, you know what,
- 40:38Speaker 1: we'll see what happens come super Bowl. When we get
- 40:40Speaker 1: back in Las Vegas. I think it's the next time
- 40:41Speaker 1: we'll be there. We go to that, then we go
- 40:43Speaker 1: to the Drone show and the only thing I'm thinking
- 40:46Speaker 1: about is sleep. The only thing at this point I'm
- 40:48Speaker 1: thinking about a sleep. I was like, we've done We've
- 40:50Speaker 1: We've done what we've had to do for Dura Cel.
- 40:53Speaker 1: We did the vlog. The boys want to go to
- 40:55Speaker 1: a magic show, and I'm just like, did I not
- 40:57Speaker 1: say it? Like noon, I a the and then I
- 41:00Speaker 1: can get some sleep ton I'm gonna get some sleep
- 41:01Speaker 1: tonight and the boys all gonna go to Measure. I
- 41:03Speaker 1: was like, hey, we I'll drop you guys off. Now
- 41:04Speaker 1: I'm going back to the Red Rocks. I'm gonna get
- 41:06Speaker 1: some sleep. I could feel the boys were a little bummed,
- 41:09Speaker 1: were you guys not? Yeah, bummed about me not going.
- 41:17Speaker 4: I knew you had you needed to sleep with for
- 41:19Speaker 4: sure you didn't do, but which.
- 41:22Speaker 1: I did not do? Fine, yeah, I but I might.
- 41:26Speaker 1: I want to say my full intent was to go
- 41:28Speaker 1: get sleep. Yeah, my full intent was to go get sleep.
- 41:31Speaker 1: So I take the bus back to the Red Rocks
- 41:33Speaker 1: and as I'm sitting there, I I, uh, I didn't
- 41:36Speaker 1: say this part, but I got a little squirrely during
- 41:38Speaker 1: Dana's second night fight with the with the tables, and
- 41:41Speaker 1: I wanted to go play a little bit myself. That
- 41:43Speaker 1: thirty that Dana helped me out with that's gone. I
- 41:46Speaker 1: lost that that that and I got this yere and
- 41:48Speaker 1: I was like, let me get the hell out of here.
- 41:50Speaker 1: So I'm I'm now even and sometimes even's w I
- 41:55Speaker 1: called my wife, She's like, oh man, you didn't win nothing.
- 41:57Speaker 1: That's crazy. Usually you win. That's uh, that's wild. Then
- 42:00Speaker 1: I kind of feeled to myself, Hey, maybe I should
- 42:01Speaker 1: go just play a couple of hands, see if I
- 42:03Speaker 1: can like win you know, five or ten, kind of
- 42:04Speaker 1: move on. He come out a little net positive, but
- 42:07Speaker 1: there's a piece of me that's like, wouldn't it be
- 42:09Speaker 1: sick if I was able to win Dana his money back?
- 42:13Speaker 1: And that is where the night of the most incredible
- 42:16Speaker 1: gambling experience of my life started. I go to the
- 42:18Speaker 1: I get to the Red Rocks. I go into the
- 42:20Speaker 1: high Roller room. Who's sitting there Steve will do It,
- 42:23Speaker 1: smoking a marblow red and drinking some pink Martini with
- 42:26Speaker 1: a sugar salt with a sugar rim. And we're sitting there,
- 42:29Speaker 1: he's playing a little bit, and I'm like, hey, you
- 42:30Speaker 1: mind if I jump in. He's like, nah, yeah, go ahead, buddy,
- 42:32Speaker 1: do which you want. And one of us says, wouldn't
- 42:35Speaker 1: it be sick if we won Dana's money back? If
- 42:39Speaker 1: we won him five hundred thousand dollars? And we get,
- 42:41Speaker 1: you know, we get all excited. Maybe, hey, what if
- 42:43Speaker 1: it does happen? What if it does happen? And so
- 42:45Speaker 1: we both pull out ten thousand dollars. He pulls out
- 42:48Speaker 1: from his credit line. I pull out for my credit line.
- 42:50Speaker 1: We have ten thousand dollars to play with. We're playing
- 42:53Speaker 1: one thousand dollar hands, a lot of money, but like,
- 42:56Speaker 1: you know, very conservative, you're trying to win five hundred
- 42:58Speaker 1: thousand dollars. There are a couple of shoes that ten
- 43:01Speaker 1: thousand dollars is twenty five thousand dollars, and it's like, okay,
- 43:05Speaker 1: well maybe I can take this other ten I'm gonna
- 43:06Speaker 1: go pay off that credit line. So now I'm even
- 43:08Speaker 1: I don't know, I don't owe the hotel anything. And
- 43:11Speaker 1: so Steve and I are there. We nickel and dime
- 43:13Speaker 1: slowly and slowly to the point where I'm up like
- 43:16Speaker 1: seventy thousand, Steve's up forty five thousand, and it's like, okay,
- 43:21Speaker 1: we're getting to a point here where we might actually
- 43:24Speaker 1: be able to, you know, make a press to win
- 43:27Speaker 1: the five hundred thousand. It's still it's still a dream.
- 43:29Speaker 1: It's still like a non reality. It's truly impossible to
- 43:32Speaker 1: do that. But we keep playing. And here's the cool thing.
- 43:36Speaker 1: There was a point where I was doing well and
- 43:38Speaker 1: Steve was not. Just how the cards were going. I
- 43:40Speaker 1: give Steve five thousand dollars, I give Steve ten thousand dollars.
- 43:43Speaker 1: Then there's a moment where I start going down. Steve
- 43:45Speaker 1: Bink gives me five thousand dollars. We're truly playing this
- 43:48Speaker 1: table as a team, and it's like vibes are high.
- 43:52Speaker 1: He's he's hype, I'm high. Bradley sitting in the middle
- 43:55Speaker 1: of talking to the chat getting chirped about eating ice cream,
- 43:57Speaker 1: staying and he needs to eat a hot dog, but
- 43:58Speaker 1: he doesn't eat the hot dok because he don't want to.
- 44:00Speaker 1: It's chirped on by the whole entire world where it's
- 44:02Speaker 1: a unique experience that we're all kind of in right
- 44:05Speaker 1: now and we're figuring out a way for the greater good,
- 44:08Speaker 1: not because of me, not because of Steve, but for
- 44:10Speaker 1: Dana to win. This man five hundred thousand dollars. Now,
- 44:14Speaker 1: I tell him. I was like, man, I got to
- 44:15Speaker 1: get to sleep. I've got some sleepers. I have to
- 44:17Speaker 1: be up at three thirty in the morning. I've got
- 44:19Speaker 1: to get up at three thirty in the morning to
- 44:20Speaker 1: catch his five am flight to get back to Nashville.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Boys got kids, I got a wife. I want to
- 44:24Speaker 1: go home, and I want to be a product member
- 44:26Speaker 1: of our family while I get back. So I was like,
- 44:28Speaker 1: we got to press a little bit. I lose a
- 44:31Speaker 1: couple and then I put a twenty five thousand dollars handdown.
- 44:35Speaker 1: I put two twenty five thousand dollars hands downs. Excuse me.
- 44:38Speaker 1: One's a double nine and two, and then one is
- 44:41Speaker 1: two eights, so I get so I obviously double that,
- 44:45Speaker 1: and I split the two eights. So we're talking about
- 44:47Speaker 1: one hundred thousand dollars right now on the table. Then
- 44:50Speaker 1: I get a ten on the on one eight and
- 44:54Speaker 1: I get a three. Well, those of you who played cards,
- 44:57Speaker 1: you know you always double eleven, regardless of where you're at.
- 45:00Speaker 1: I double. I want to double. Here's the problem is
- 45:04Speaker 1: I have now bled out the entire amount of money
- 45:06Speaker 1: that I have won to try to get Dana his
- 45:09Speaker 1: money back, and I am now scared that I have
- 45:11Speaker 1: to go reach into my own credit line and possibly
- 45:14Speaker 1: come out negative from this experience. When the whole goal was, Hey,
- 45:18Speaker 1: win a couple bucks, get out here turns into winning
- 45:19Speaker 1: data money without thinking be without me even having the
- 45:23Speaker 1: opportunity to say, all right, give me twenty five. Steve
- 45:26Speaker 1: takes twenty five thousand dollars of his own ships. Steve
- 45:29Speaker 1: will do it. Takes twenty five thousand dollars of his
- 45:32Speaker 1: own ships, takes it and puts it right next to
- 45:34Speaker 1: it to double. That's the kind of guy that that's
- 45:37Speaker 1: the kind of guy he is. That's the kind of
- 45:39Speaker 1: guy that's who we're fighting for. Is Dana dealer has
- 45:42Speaker 1: a six flips over a five, flips over a two
- 45:47Speaker 1: flips over a three. When number we have now eleven
- 45:52Speaker 1: two is we're at fourteen. The next card a king bus.
- 45:57Speaker 1: Steve's on a chair, jumps in the air. I catch
- 46:00Speaker 1: him like a ballerina, and we are jumping up and down,
- 46:04Speaker 1: so excited that now it has become a absolute reality
- 46:09Speaker 1: that we can win. Dana has money back. I give
- 46:12Speaker 1: Steve fifty. We are now sitting good. We start playing
- 46:15Speaker 1: a little bit more. It gets to the eleven thirty
- 46:18Speaker 1: range and I go, I pull Steve over. Mike Man,
- 46:20Speaker 1: if we really want to do this, we've got two
- 46:22Speaker 1: press and either lose it all or make this money
- 46:25Speaker 1: for Dana. We played one hand where I had fifteen
- 46:29Speaker 1: thousand fifteen thousand, and Steve had fifteen thousand and fifteen thousand,
- 46:32Speaker 1: so sixty thousand dollars on the table.
- 46:34Speaker 3: We'd lose.
- 46:36Speaker 1: We win the next one, and we win the next one.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Now we are right in that four fifty range, right
- 46:44Speaker 1: around the four to fifty range where It's like, if
- 46:46Speaker 1: we just win one more hand, think about where we
- 46:49Speaker 1: came from here. We both took out twenty thousand dollars
- 46:52Speaker 1: and paid that off, and now between Steve and I
- 46:55Speaker 1: we are at four hundred and fifty thousand dollars with
- 46:59Speaker 1: a chance to make Dani White his money back after
- 47:01Speaker 1: going to war two nights in a row and being
- 47:03Speaker 1: the position he was. So we put one more hand
- 47:07Speaker 1: down fifteen fifteen, fifteen fifteen cards are dealt six sixteen fifteen,
- 47:12Speaker 1: fourteen thirteen. Those are the cards that Steve and I have,
- 47:16Speaker 1: the dealers showing six. The dealer puts down six more cards,
- 47:23Speaker 1: six of them, and bust at twenty two. We lose
- 47:29Speaker 1: our fucking mind because, like I just said, twenty thousand
- 47:35Speaker 1: dollars in, we're now five hundred and ten thousand dollars up.
- 47:39Speaker 1: We have truly lost our mind. And it was so
- 47:44Speaker 1: incredibly insane. And I don't think I think if Steve
- 47:48Speaker 1: and I go in there and play, we don't win.
- 47:50Speaker 1: I think I think we don't win. I think we
- 47:52Speaker 1: both end up busting out if we're playing for ourselves.
- 47:55Speaker 1: Something about karma, something about energy, something about helping people,
- 48:00Speaker 1: good people, even in categories where we all know Dana
- 48:03Speaker 1: White doesn't need help. That was the reason why we
- 48:06Speaker 1: won that money. So we're sitting there, we had the
- 48:08Speaker 1: five hundred thousand. They have these little these blue chips
- 48:11Speaker 1: that say twenty five thousand dollars. Those equal out to
- 48:14Speaker 1: five hundred thousand dollars with ninety five hundred left over,
- 48:18Speaker 1: and it's like, well, hey, what do we do with this.
- 48:20Speaker 1: Let's put it on one more hand. We'll see and
- 48:22Speaker 1: if we win it, we'll split it. And look at us.
- 48:23Speaker 1: We're both walking away with around ten gram We get blackjack.
- 48:27Speaker 1: We got blackjack boys. Hey, we got blackjack boys. That's
- 48:34Speaker 1: the kind of night we were dealing with. Now, I
- 48:36Speaker 1: don't understand where the enthusiasm is at because this is
- 48:40Speaker 1: a hype story. We know the story, but how insane
- 48:45Speaker 1: is that?
- 48:45Speaker 4: It's insane? It's insane, Yes, insane.
- 48:50Speaker 1: It should have never happened, never in a million years,
- 48:54Speaker 1: could not be done again. So we FaceTime Dana. We're
- 48:57Speaker 1: losing our minds. We've won it. We go hash out
- 49:00Speaker 1: and I go to my room and try to sleep.
- 49:02Speaker 1: I barely sleep, and Steve calls me and say, hey,
- 49:04Speaker 1: Dana's gonna be here in a little bit. I think
- 49:05Speaker 1: it'd be cool we were both here to give him
- 49:06Speaker 1: the money. So I go. I was like, hey, I'll
- 49:10Speaker 1: send a timer for when I have to leave for
- 49:11Speaker 1: my flight. Call me when he's about ten minutes out.
- 49:13Speaker 1: I'll do whatever he calls me. So like two thirty
- 49:18Speaker 1: in the morning, so I get like two hours of sleep,
- 49:20Speaker 1: hour and a half of sleep, and I cruised down there.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Dana's ecstatic. Dana's you know Dana. We all know Dana
- 49:27Speaker 1: doesn't need help with us for his finances, but there's
- 49:30Speaker 1: been numerous occasions where Dana's helped me in the gambling space.
- 49:34Speaker 1: He's helped Steve, And it was a very cool opportunity
- 49:37Speaker 1: for us to help Dana out and just kind of
- 49:40Speaker 1: do something for him that a lot of people wouldn't
- 49:42Speaker 1: do and kind of show Dana like, here, you're our boy,
- 49:45Speaker 1: and we're not just here for you cause you're Dana
- 49:48Speaker 1: White and X Y and Z and now I feel
- 49:50Speaker 1: like it was a big staple moment for all three
- 49:53Speaker 1: of our relationships, and it was it was the fucking
- 49:55Speaker 1: best man. It was just the camaraderie. It was work
- 50:00Speaker 1: and for something that doesn't like not that you don't
- 50:02Speaker 1: really have a whole lot to gain in in that
- 50:03Speaker 1: specific space. It was so awesome to be a part of.
- 50:08Speaker 1: And he was he was thrilled. Man, he was. He was.
- 50:10Speaker 1: He's like, you know, calls me, He's like, we're a
- 50:13Speaker 1: family now where this or that? Like like he was,
- 50:17Speaker 1: he was so appreciative. And I just thought it was
- 50:20Speaker 1: the coolest experience ever.
- 50:21Speaker 5: Man.
- 50:21Speaker 1: I thought it was so damn cool. But yeah, that's
- 50:25Speaker 1: that's how the weekend ended. I am so bummed. We'll
- 50:28Speaker 1: probably cut this part out, but I'm bummed one of
- 50:30Speaker 1: you guys weren't there to film it because it would
- 50:33Speaker 1: have been sick.
- 50:34Speaker 4: I know, well when you left, you said you're going
- 50:36Speaker 4: to sleep.
- 50:37Speaker 1: Yeah, but you guys came in the room. Yes, yes
- 50:38Speaker 1: I saw what I was doing. Yeah, yes, I was
- 50:44Speaker 1: cooking a little bit. When you saw me, I was cooking?
- 50:47Speaker 3: Was I not?
- 50:50Speaker 5: I was cheffing?
- 50:52Speaker 1: But yeah, I would have been sick if you guys
- 50:53Speaker 1: were there. I'll probably try to get that film from
- 50:54Speaker 1: Steve and see if we can add that to the
- 50:56Speaker 1: uh to the deal. We can't put him on YouTube,
- 50:59Speaker 1: can't we brutal? Brutal? But yeah, that's the story. Boys,
- 51:04Speaker 1: and it was. It was awesome, And I literally tweet out,
- 51:08Speaker 1: you know, greatest gambling experience of my life with Steve
- 51:10Speaker 1: will do it. Blah blah blah. Who comes to the
- 51:12Speaker 1: body bag? I'm Michigan man, my boy Dana Dan Dave
- 51:15Speaker 1: Portnoy is like, you know, reached into his cool gambling
- 51:19Speaker 1: tweet guy simulator and pulls this one out, which is
- 51:21Speaker 1: on a hilarious chirp. And when I saw at six
- 51:23Speaker 1: pm the night after, I was like, oh, I don't
- 51:25Speaker 1: even know what to say to this. Just a good
- 51:27Speaker 1: body bag by him. But let's talk about body armor
- 51:29Speaker 1: for a second.
- 51:30Speaker 3: Dude.
- 51:30Speaker 1: I love here. It is right here, It's in my hand.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Look at that body armour. Bing Bang Boom Bust with
- 51:35Speaker 1: the Boys is brought to you by body armour. From
- 51:36Speaker 1: sports drinks to sport water, body armour keeps us hydrated
- 51:39Speaker 1: all day long, whether we're talking washing or even playing sports.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Body armor is our go to choice, real hydration, real ingredients,
- 51:46Speaker 1: packed to the electrolytes, vitamins and nothing artificial. Body armour
- 51:50Speaker 1: has great tasting flavors like strawberry, banana and blue raspberry.
- 51:54Speaker 1: The best athletes in the world hydrated body armor like
- 51:57Speaker 1: Ronald Ronald Acuna Junior, Christian McCaffrey, Taylor Lawan, Alex Morgan,
- 52:02Speaker 1: and Will Compton and much more athletes and the latest
- 52:05Speaker 1: athletes are joined the team. Joe Burrow. By the way,
- 52:07Speaker 1: let's get a moment of sounds real quick for Joe Burrow.
- 52:11Speaker 1: Heartbroken buddy, keep hydrating using body armor. Do I have
- 52:15Speaker 1: to say anything else about Go to this website?
- 52:18Speaker 3: Yep.
- 52:18Speaker 1: Body Armor is available in stores nationwide. Head over to
- 52:20Speaker 1: body Armor to the body Armor Store now on Amazon
- 52:24Speaker 1: and get yours today. Body Armor Store on Amazon and
- 52:27Speaker 1: get yours today. Dude, Joe Burrow tough sledding for the
- 52:32Speaker 1: boy there. Man. I wonder if the Bengals are actually
- 52:35Speaker 1: gonna get a massive fine. They're probably gonna get in
- 52:37Speaker 1: big trouble, right.
- 52:38Speaker 3: They said they can get in.
- 52:40Speaker 7: I saw something and I think there's a little over exaggerating,
- 52:42Speaker 7: but like how popular sports gambling is that like they
- 52:46Speaker 7: could be in become like a lawsuit because the amount
- 52:49Speaker 7: of money that's probably put on them. The Bengals didn't
- 52:52Speaker 7: report anything about an injury, so like they could get
- 52:54Speaker 7: in massive.
- 52:55Speaker 1: Trouble, massive trouble. You saw Dave's when he put one
- 52:58Speaker 1: hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
- 53:00Speaker 6: To sixty seven thousand to win a million and then loss.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Sixty seven thousand to win a million. But that was
- 53:05Speaker 1: for them to it was the futures bet to win
- 53:06Speaker 1: the Super.
- 53:06Speaker 4: Bowl Super Bowl.
- 53:07Speaker 1: But I think he made a tweet the night of
- 53:09Speaker 1: the Thursday night game, which is I still believe in
- 53:11Speaker 1: the Bengals, and I think it was like one hundred
- 53:13Speaker 1: and thirty thousand for Bengals money line maybe. And when
- 53:16Speaker 1: Joe gets hurt, it's ten to seven in that game,
- 53:18Speaker 1: like you're looking at probably the Bengals being able to
- 53:21Speaker 1: pull that one off obviously is not going to be
- 53:22Speaker 1: the score that it was before Joe got hurt. But
- 53:25Speaker 1: it just sucks, man, And yeah, U tactically the wrong
- 53:29Speaker 1: move for the Bengals not to say anything to essentially
- 53:31Speaker 1: get a competitive edge over the Ravens, but man, that
- 53:35Speaker 1: sucks and seeing him try to throw the ball on
- 53:37Speaker 1: the sideline was just brutal. Seemed like it was a
- 53:40Speaker 1: It was a tough weekend for all gamblers. Slips some picks.
- 53:43Speaker 1: I think the best record we have right now is
- 53:45Speaker 1: Chet Savage and the Mule are at five hundred five hundred.
- 53:48Speaker 1: After that game, the Giants go off. The guys go
- 53:52Speaker 1: off against the Commanders. All of a sudden, they can
- 53:53Speaker 1: score points. We're talking about they score seventeen points a game,
- 53:55Speaker 1: barely the twenty eighth in the league in scoring, and
- 53:58Speaker 1: all of a sudden they want to put up a
- 53:59Speaker 1: but Jillian against the Commanders. The Commanders can't put anything together.
- 54:02Speaker 1: Sam Howell has three interceptions. That is wild, bro wild
- 54:07Speaker 1: that they were able to do that, that is just crazy.
- 54:10Speaker 1: But yeah, man, that is a it was a it
- 54:13Speaker 1: was a wild week. He should we talk about the Titans?
- 54:17Speaker 4: We can what do we do tank?
- 54:21Speaker 1: I think so. I think that's the that's the answer.
- 54:25Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean Houston lost, Houston beat the Cardinals.
- 54:32Speaker 4: Yeah, you're right. Yeah, I don't talk about it.
- 54:35Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't want to talk about it. The AFC
- 54:37Speaker 1: South seems like it's going to be controlled by the
- 54:39Speaker 1: Houston Texans and the Jacksonville Jaguars. They played this week,
- 54:42Speaker 1: so that'll be an interesting dynamic. I think the Texans
- 54:44Speaker 1: are at five and four now, and then the Jaguars
- 54:47Speaker 1: are seven and three correct, seven and four sixty four
- 54:55Speaker 1: and seven three. So this is a big game between
- 54:58Speaker 1: Jacksonville and Houston is s gonna ride at the top
- 55:00Speaker 1: of that of the AFC South Colts five hundred. Just
- 55:04Speaker 1: a weird squad. They're still in the fight. I don't
- 55:07Speaker 1: I don't get it. Shout out Quentin Nelson. Love him
- 55:09Speaker 1: to death. Hope he's all pro again. But damn bro
- 55:12Speaker 1: that's yeah, three and seven, three and seven, And now
- 55:17Speaker 1: sitting back not being a player and being a fan
- 55:21Speaker 1: and being a fan of the Titans, obviously they're not
- 55:23Speaker 1: going to tank that. They're not sitting there up in
- 55:25Speaker 1: upper management going oh, let's tank, Let's try to go
- 55:28Speaker 1: get this receiver. Let's just try to try to get
- 55:29Speaker 1: this offensive lineman. But for the future of the franchise,
- 55:34Speaker 1: it's probably better that they lose games. It's better they
- 55:37Speaker 1: lose games and have more draft capital so they can
- 55:42Speaker 1: go and get it. Because you know, we were talking about,
- 55:45Speaker 1: you know how it's tough to protect Will Levis right now,
- 55:48Speaker 1: and the offensive line was having a tough time yesterday.
- 55:51Speaker 1: I know a couple of the boys who have been
- 55:53Speaker 1: playing actually pretty good ball had a really tough time.
- 55:55Speaker 1: And if you're like, all right, let's go out and
- 55:57Speaker 1: get a tackle, we got to go get a tackle.
- 55:59Speaker 1: Nick's been hurt, he had the shoulder, he's out for
- 56:01Speaker 1: the season. We don't know what we're doing at left tackle. Well,
- 56:04Speaker 1: you look at the free agent market next year. Who's
- 56:06Speaker 1: going to be a free agent that's worth getting. Jonah Williams.
- 56:12Speaker 1: Jonah Williams Now no, jordanh And I had him back
- 56:15Speaker 1: and forth because I said something about in a podcast
- 56:17Speaker 1: how the Bengals need a left tackle and he DM
- 56:19Speaker 1: ME is like, I hope you're kidding. And I was like,
- 56:21Speaker 1: we'll tell your girlfriend to stop texting me type stuff,
- 56:23Speaker 1: as if the Bengals were their girlfriends, and I was
- 56:25Speaker 1: I was kind of joking. But you know, he I
- 56:28Speaker 1: think he's not even on the He's not on the
- 56:29Speaker 1: Bengals anymore. Right, He's hurt, He's hurt. I saw another one,
- 56:34Speaker 1: Dwayne Brown, Tyron Smith. Dwyn Brown's been in the league
- 56:37Speaker 1: for so long, Tyron Smith, but both great players. For
- 56:39Speaker 1: Tyron Smith for sure, a Hall of Famer, Daye Brown
- 56:41Speaker 1: might also be a Hall of Famer as well. But
- 56:42Speaker 1: you need to get guys in there that are like studs,
- 56:46Speaker 1: and do you go draft because you also need to
- 56:47Speaker 1: help a receiver and the defense hasn't hasn't been playing
- 56:50Speaker 1: that great either, So it's just tough and looking at
- 56:51Speaker 1: it with the critical eyes. Fucking hard.
- 56:53Speaker 3: Man.
- 56:54Speaker 1: It's hard because you want I want the Titans to
- 56:56Speaker 1: do well. I want them to crush it.
- 56:58Speaker 5: But it's.
- 57:00Speaker 1: What's the best thing for the Titans tanking, which they're
- 57:04Speaker 1: not gonna do. If they're not gonna try and do
- 57:06Speaker 1: at least they might still do it.
- 57:08Speaker 6: But I am We're three and one at home. We
- 57:09Speaker 6: have the Panthers next week or this week.
- 57:12Speaker 1: You'll beat the Panthers.
- 57:13Speaker 6: It seems like a pretty reasonable game to win. And
- 57:16Speaker 6: then we just have a bunch of divisional games too,
- 57:18Speaker 6: stacked in the last month of the game, I mean
- 57:20Speaker 6: of the season, so.
- 57:22Speaker 4: Who knows.
- 57:23Speaker 1: Tough, Yeah, Panthers, you win that game that gets you
- 57:27Speaker 1: farther and farther away. Offensive lineman or Marvin Harrison Junior?
- 57:30Speaker 4: Who do you want offensive lineman?
- 57:32Speaker 6: You saw in the last two weeks how many times
- 57:34Speaker 6: will has been pressured. You don't need our rookie QB
- 57:38Speaker 6: taking that many hits, feeling like the non confidence factor. Two.
- 57:43Speaker 6: You want to have them a little bit of time
- 57:45Speaker 6: to set up back in that pocket. We'll see obviously
- 57:49Speaker 6: Marvin Harrison Junior will be a stud, but can't do
- 57:53Speaker 6: anything if your quarterback can't get the ball out.
- 57:56Speaker 1: Interesting take Rock Bowers. No, there's stiff, like if you're
- 58:00Speaker 1: losing games the way you are right now, these are
- 58:02Speaker 1: all options which you get these like franchise type of dudes.
- 58:05Speaker 1: Martin Harris Junior, like, we got the we got the
- 58:07Speaker 1: game this week, and that dude's scary good, scary good.
- 58:13Speaker 1: It's a it's a lot, man, you know. I mean. Cardinals.
- 58:17Speaker 1: I think they're down towards the bottom of the list
- 58:18Speaker 1: right now. I think they're gonna do a whole lot better.
- 58:20Speaker 1: You saw the way Kyler Murray was kind of dished
- 58:21Speaker 1: it out. They end up losing to the Houston Texans,
- 58:23Speaker 1: but I think they're gonna have a better They're gonna
- 58:26Speaker 1: do better as the season goes, and I think they're
- 58:28Speaker 1: gonna win win more games than they lose from here
- 58:30Speaker 1: on out. Who else is the bottom of the pack.
- 58:34Speaker 1: Bengals are kind of dead right now. I can see
- 58:36Speaker 1: them just dropping a whole bunch of games now with
- 58:37Speaker 1: Joe Burrow being out for the season torn ligament in
- 58:39Speaker 1: the hand. That's tough. Panthers yep, they'll stay at the bottom.
- 58:44Speaker 1: Giants the bipolar, most bipolar team in the league. After
- 58:47Speaker 1: last week, Bears. Who the Bears play because they were
- 58:49Speaker 1: they were in a fight, they end up losing. They
- 58:54Speaker 1: played somebody last week, I forget who it was.
- 58:57Speaker 3: Lions.
- 59:00Speaker 1: That was a good game, and the Lions Dan Campbell,
- 59:02Speaker 1: that's coach of the year right now in our heads, right,
- 59:04Speaker 1: gotta be coach of the year. And he's in an
- 59:06Speaker 1: absolute slugfest with the Bears now division rival. Who knows
- 59:11Speaker 1: how much that plays a factor. If the Boys are
- 59:13Speaker 1: sleepwalking a little bit, I don't know. Patriots, they're gonna
- 59:16Speaker 1: stay towards the bottom of the list. So now you're
- 59:18Speaker 1: looking at that, you know you want you for sure
- 59:20Speaker 1: want to be in the top ten. You're gonna be
- 59:21Speaker 1: in the top ten, brother, if it keeps going the
- 59:23Speaker 1: way it is. But it's hard because the Bucks they're
- 59:26Speaker 1: gonna win games. Commanders, they're weird, but they're gonna win games.
- 59:30Speaker 1: The Jets, I don't know what the fuck the Jets
- 59:32Speaker 1: are doing right now. They got quarterback issues up the ass.
- 59:35Speaker 1: They benched Zack Wilson yesterday. They bring in was it
- 59:37Speaker 1: Boyd Boyle bring him boil. He didn't do a whole
- 59:40Speaker 1: lot better either, right, Zach Wilson is being Zach Wilson. O.
- 59:44Speaker 1: They just announced it. Yeah, and it's like, now, this
- 59:48Speaker 1: Cinderella story of Aaron Rodgers coming back after a torn
- 59:52Speaker 1: achilles in December, it's like, don't don't you gotta win
- 59:55Speaker 1: unless you win this week against the Dolphins and puts
- 59:59Speaker 1: you in a position fight for something like what are
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: we coming back for? Other than how insane of a
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: story that would be. But I think it's even better
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: if we just see him come back and practice on
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: the football field. And as a Jets fan, you sit there,
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: You're like, man, I can't wait for next year, because
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: that's where you get when he gets towards the bottom
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: of this list. I've been three and thirteen, I've been
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: to and fourteen. I haven't been there as a fan watching,
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: But as a player, you want to win every game.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: The boys are gonna do everything he can to win
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: every single game. But for the greater good, you got
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: guys that are gonna start getting older. Jeffrey Simmons is
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: the study's gonna start getting older. What happens with Derek
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Henry the end this year? He's a free agent. Is
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: he stay Probably not. He's probably not a Titan next year.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: You know, you see them and not using him as much.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: I think he ran the ball thirteen times for thirty
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: eight yards. Couldn't get into that fourth or fifth step
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: you have in troubles on the offensive line. Treylan Burks
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: has been hurt. DeAndre Hopkins has a big game a
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: few weeks ago, and DeAndre Hopkins is a study. He'll
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: continue to be a stud. I hope he's on the
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: team next year. But you know, you got to get
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Levis protection to get the ball to Hopkins. But you
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: don't want just the one guy being Hopkins because Treylan
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: Burks the last two years has shown that he's got
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: to stay healthy. It's a it's a tough world. We're
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: living in a Titan fans, which we essentially have to
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: uh instill our trust and ran and hope to God.
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: We use the phrase cook goes up and coats up,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: cooks up a nice five star meal during the off
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: season is a wild deal out here, bro, It's a
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: wild deal. Let's hit the twisted question and then let's
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: jump into some college football, specifically just Michigan. Are we
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: really twist the question.
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, we can do mine. Mind might be a
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: quick one.
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: But all right, twisting question is brought to you. Go ahead, bum.
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: Is the.
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: We don't have.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Break take cool?
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: All right?
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Twist question is brought to you by Twist the Tea,
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: the smoothest hard, hard iced tea out there for perfect parties, tailgaming,
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: holiday seasons right around the corner. Do you wake up
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: in the morning, you're off work, snows on the ground,
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: Why not grab a twisted tea and get spicy early
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: dude college game days, keep it twisted with twisted tea.
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: Grab a refreshing twisted tea today. Go ahead, and Mitch, Now,
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: we had a little trouble last week. Did you reach
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: out to the internet or did you?
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: Is this you Jack reached out to the internet for me,
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: but I also thought of one or found one.
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: But I would like if Jack pulled.
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: Up the tweets as well.
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: The internet man.
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: All right, so the one I found or thought of
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: or whatever? Would you rather? Would you rather be able
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: to see ghosts but not interact with them, or be
- 1:02:40Speaker 7: able to interact and talk with them but you can't
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: really you can't see him.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: I think that's an easy answer. I'd rather be able
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: to interact with them and not see them, because if
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: you're just seeing ghost and you can't interact with them,
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: that's just more scary than anything else, like what are
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: they up to, what's the what's their motive? Why are
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: you over here? Kind of just poisedly drag your little
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: gowned across the floor as I'm trying to go to
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: bed tonight, you know, with conversation. Yeah, it's a little
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: nerve wracking that you can't see him, But at the
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: same time I'm able to, Hey, what are we up to? Brother?
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: We come in peace or we guys got a bit
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: of an issue here. Don't even grab the holy water
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: in the cross and start doing an extracism or what.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: So for me, that's that's an easy boy right there.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: That's simple about you, Jackie.
- 1:03:19Speaker 6: What you're doing, was it talk to ghosts and not
- 1:03:22Speaker 6: see him or see ghost and I talk to him essentially?
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: What was your answer?
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: I would rather not see them and be able to
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: interact with them.
- 1:03:28Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, yeah, right, because if you can see them
- 1:03:31Speaker 6: and not interact, there's kind of like a weird creepy
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: factor there.
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: If you can just talk to him.
- 1:03:35Speaker 6: I bet majority of ghosts are pretty good people, spirits,
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: you'd like to think so, yeah, I mean, you know,
- 1:03:40Speaker 6: there's always bad seeds, but I do think that. Yeah,
- 1:03:44Speaker 6: I'd rather I'd rather get some knowledge instead of just
- 1:03:47Speaker 6: like imagine if you just saw a ghost but you
- 1:03:49Speaker 6: can't interact with it, communicate and just like sitting in
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: there and it's like that to me.
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: Is off putting.
- 1:03:54Speaker 6: I'd rather have someone hearing someone talk and not seeing
- 1:03:58Speaker 6: them seems like an easy answer.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: Yeah, was there anything that grabbed your eye from the internet?
- 1:04:10Speaker 4: Uh?
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: Give me, I got time. This is what I have
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: to do today, Mitch. What how do you feel like
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: getting drunk on the job?
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: Not very good about it. I mean I'm still sort
- 1:04:26Speaker 7: of like wondering if Will and I are okay?
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: No, you and Will are fine. Don't worry about that
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: at all. It would be a ridiculous thing because at
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: the end of the day you still wit to Did.
- 1:04:35Speaker 4: You draw that? That might be a good one.
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: What's up if you if you could transform into an animal,
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: would you rather be a pet like if amesticated animal
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: or a wild animal? And that comes from Hayden Understore
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: ClOH eighty two on Twitter.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: I would rather be a wild animal. I think be
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: in domesticated animal. If I'm a predator, I'm a wolf
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: or a polar bear top of the food chain type stuff,
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: or just a bear. In general. There's the issue of
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: scavenging for your own food and making sure you have
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: to stay alive, and it's.
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: And think about disease. Like you there's no vets out
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: in the wild.
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: If you're domesticated dog or something, you're getting fed, you know,
- 1:05:13Speaker 6: two square meals a day. You're sleeping whenever you want.
- 1:05:16Speaker 6: If you get sick, you're going to the doctor immediately.
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: Right That's what the good owner did?
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: You make a dog in your house?
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: Yeah, Like I would not want to be there right
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: now because I'm war with my dog. No. I I
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: think about what if you get a bad dog owner?
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: How much animal abuse? What do we hear about on
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: the daily, So you're a good dog owner. I unfortunately
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: am a good dog owner, even though I'm having a
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: hard time with my animals right now. So they're getting loved,
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: they're getting affection, they're getting their resources they need when
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: they're needed. But man, I think about, like, not all
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: people are good and I don't get to choose that.
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: So if you're put in that position like you just
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: got to be a dog getting beat up on or
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: getting neglected or whatever. And that's tough for me out
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: in the wild. Your boy's making his own rules. I'm
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: out there. I'm able to, you know, rely on myself
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: and myself alone. And if I would be able to
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: be a part of a cool wolf pack rip around,
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: I ain't gotta be the alpha wolf. I may hang
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: out for a little bit. Let me chill with the boys.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna hang out. You want to listen to me,
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: I'll help you hunt. I'm a great role player in
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: that situation. I'm a social guy. So probably some sort
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: of social pack animal. You gotta be a predator, yeah,
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: or it could be sick. Orca would be sick. That
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: might be the most perfect one to pick.
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: Yeah, that's literally the biggest apex predator in the ocean.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: Yeah, except for the megal of don you just don't
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: see him. Yeah, but I think Orca is great. You're smart,
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: you are great at hunting. You're rolling with a pod
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: the whole time. That's a great pick. I'm taking Orca.
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: Good pick, great pick. What are you going to be?
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: Are you staying with domesticated.
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: No, probably wild animal?
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: Yeah right, yeah, there we go.
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: But yeah, orc it too.
- 1:06:57Speaker 6: I mean i'm my Twitter followers, now, I'm work a gang.
- 1:07:00Speaker 6: I run deep in the work the world.
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: Hell yeah, brother, I might go domesticated.
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: Yeah, even after all that, Yeah.
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: It might just be like a golden retriever or something.
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: Just be the goodest boy.
- 1:07:12Speaker 6: You'd be like so many stipulations. It's like, do you
- 1:07:16Speaker 6: have a good home for you're domesticated? Are you a
- 1:07:18Speaker 6: dog or a cat? Or are you like simple as
- 1:07:20Speaker 6: like a beta fish just sitting on someone's shelf.
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: Right, well, you get to pick no.
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: I mean this is a hypothetical question, so we make
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: the rules.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: We're making the rules out here. Who who had that question?
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: That was Hayden Cloe shout out Hayden Kloe, Hayden underscore
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: Cloe eighty two. Good for you, brother, good pick good pick.
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: Appreciate you guys interacting with the boys on the social medias.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: But yeah, dude, yeah for sure, wild animal for sure.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: I just you just that way. Even if you're in
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: a tough position as a wild animal, you can kind
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: of figure your own way out of it. As a
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: domesticated animal, you're at the mercy of how good your
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: onerous and that is. That is tough. It's almost as
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: tough as having symptoms of add and if you do,
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: if you lack focus and no productivity, your brain is
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: constantly wandering. If you need to check out proper Wild

- 1:08:52Speaker 1: I might take one of these. Actually, because you guys
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: heard about my weekend. That was an awesome time. That
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: was a good time, a riperrrn time. Speaking of riperrn times,
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: this weekend, I will be traveling to ann Arbor, Michigan.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: I'll be bringing Mitch Carsley the booze bag himself. We
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: will be headed out to ann Arbor. He is a
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: We know about Mitch, we know the kind of front
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: Runner fan he is, so probably wearing Michigan gear when
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: we're there, at least he should absolutely be. We've been
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: granted with sideline passes. Shout out Dave, Dave abloff Man.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: They are going through a whirlwind of issues up there
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: with the allegations all that stuff. They're running around trying
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: to figure it out, and I know Dave is super
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: busy trying to clear the name of the University of
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: Michigan because they've done nothing wrong with their just allegations.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: So shout out Dave for that. Man. We're gonna go
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: check out the game, do a little bit of a
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: loog last minute trip too, because I will. I asked
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: you about what a month ago, if it was a possibility.
- 1:09:45Speaker 7: Yeah, and I told you that. I said I was
- 1:09:47Speaker 7: gonna be in town for Thanksgiving. So we were gonna
- 1:09:51Speaker 7: go last year, but something last minute. It was way
- 1:09:53Speaker 7: too last minute to kind of figure it out.
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: But this year, yeah, we did College Game Day and
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: that was that was very cool. We also got the
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: College Football Show, Barsol's College Football Show's gona be out there.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: Text a day of the minute, this out there, Like, Hey,
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: I want to be a part of that. He hit
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: me back, said, we'll find a place for you. So
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: I'm fired up on that. That's gonna be awesome. Big
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: EV's gonna be out there. We have ourselves a nice
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: little bet about that game. If he wins, if if
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Ohio State wins, he's able to do some bullshit like
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: I think it's like do his fantasy draft at my pool.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: It's like, all right, Bud, you could actually just came
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: and did that. But if that's what you want to do.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: And at Michigan wins, he's got to put on I'm
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: gonna make it. I'm gonna give a tail law on jersey.
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: He's got to got to put that thing on. And
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: then seeing the victors in it, which I'm gonna love
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: him squeeze into that tight little jersey is just gonna
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: make my heart sing, gonna absolutely sing. So that game though, man,
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: it's it's scary, it's scary, but I have full confidence
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: the University Mission's gonna be able to pull that thing off.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: Those guys are dialed and JJ. The last couple of
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: weeks not the best showing that Penn State obviously, I
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: mean he was actually only seven for eight with like
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: sixty four yards. Is actually not a bad showing it
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: off for the amount of times he threw the ball.
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: But this past week against Maryland one eight right through
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: his first pick since he did against Bowling green Gate
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: gives him four picks on the year. But here's what
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: I'll say about that is Maryland was the trappist the
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: trap games. If you go back to August when we're
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: reviewing all these games in the season, what did I say,
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: I say, Mission's going twelve to zero. The scariest game
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: on the schedule is Maryland. He's gonna beat Penn State
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: the way they beat Penn State. Essentially, then you can
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: go to Maryland or they yeah, they went to Maryland,
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: and then you're you're gonna be sleepwalking. Everyone's talking about
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: the game already. College game. He releases a week early
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: when I think they usually released week up that they're
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: going to this X, Y and Z spot. They said, Hey,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: we're going We're going to an arbor for the game
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: of two teams that are eleven and zero buying for
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: a playoff spot and a Bay ten champion Beay ten
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: East contender. So all eyes were already on the game.
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: They squeak it out. Who cares like, throw that one
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: to the win, throw the stats the wind on that one.
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: We're in ann Arbor. We have Ryan Day's number. I
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: like Ryan Day. I do. I'm getting to meet him
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: in the spring tour in Columbus. I enjoyed being around him.
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: He's a good guy. This week though, fuck Ryan Day,
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: but fuck Columbus, Ohio. And the weird thing is, I
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: know I go off every year Michigan State plays Michigan
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: or Michigan plays Michigan State, and I say, oh, fuck
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: you guys, blah blah blah, and they bring up you.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: I was one and three and they get a forty
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: three rushing yards. I don't like Michigan State. I think
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: the a's a shitty school. I think it's a shitty program.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: I don't like them. They're disrespectful. William Golsen punched me
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: in the face one time. That's never sat well with
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: me since then. I just do not like them. There's
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: a level of respect that I do have for a
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: Hoa state. Am I gonna boast and kind of build
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: it up a little bit more? Yeah, because we're playing
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: the game of social media. Baby, I'm gonna talk about it.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: But if you listen to this show, if you're a
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: Tier one, you've stuck with us in this hour before
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: the Day of White podcast, you know, listen. I respect
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: Oho State, I do, but fuck Oha State. Do we
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: have anything else? Oh? And also we got to talk
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: about Nebraska Iowa. Nebraska five and six right now, five
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: and six. When Will said nine and four season I
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: said six and six. I sat here in August it
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: said six and six. Now they've dropped three in a row,
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: four in a row, and they were up fourteen zero
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: vers Wisconsin. Everything was looking good. Young Perty was out
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: there slinging it around, and it just didn't go their way.
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: Now they gotta go play an Iowa team who's already
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: clinched the Big ten West. It's tough, bro, It's so
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: tough for me to sit here and tell these people
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: that Nebraska's gonna win this game. But I am. I'm
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: gonna sit here and tell you we need this for
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: so many reasons. One will's wellbeing Nebraska whether they win
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: or lose. They're already training in the right direction because
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: they won one more game than it did last year.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: But we need to save Matt Rule because Matt Rule
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: is becoming the quote guy, the guy that just says
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: the quotes and it sounds super awesome and it makes
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: the big headlines, but they're not winning games. We need
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: a couple of dubs out of Matt Rule. We need
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: to get into a bowl game because if we get
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: into a ball game, you get that monkey off your
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: back of being like, you know, looked at us a
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: super shitty program, and now you're able to say, hey,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: we've made a We've officially made a ball game. We're
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: training the right direction, and watch out for us in
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: two three years. That's what we need for Nebraska. And
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: I like Matt Ruhle. I think, you know, maybe he
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: was colluding with ruggers in Ohio State trying to steal
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: Michigan signs. But you know that'll all come out. That's
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: I'll steal allegations. So I think it's gonna go. Uh.
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: I hope it goes Nebraska's way. I really do, because
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: we look out for the boy and his well being.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: I think all if it all works out, we might
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: be head of the Big Ten championship as well. The
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: week after that win, Michigan wins. Yeah, boys, we need
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: to uh a couple more things, a couple more things.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna get you out of here real quick. Happy Thanksgiving.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: Have a hell of a Thanksgiving. It's a great time.
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: The day after Thanksgiving, we're jumping into Christmas. My family's
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: already just completely disobeyed me and jumped into that. Uh. Yeah,
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: let's see what we're thankful for. I'm thankful for Jack
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: taking that elf. Someone spend sixty thousand dollars to take
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: him down. That's what I'm thankful for right now. Go ahead, Mitch.
- 1:14:56Speaker 3: I was gonna say, actually something legit, but if you
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: were going to no, no.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: No, I'll say something else after.
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: Go ahead, Mitch, I'll get real.
- 1:15:03Speaker 7: I'm thankful for obviously this being our job, like just
- 1:15:08Speaker 7: being able to come here and kind of escape like
- 1:15:11Speaker 7: the like what's going on in your personal life, because
- 1:15:14Speaker 7: the last six months my personal life has been a
- 1:15:16Speaker 7: bit of in shambles, So being able to come here
- 1:15:20Speaker 7: and kind of forget what's going on and just kind
- 1:15:21Speaker 7: of hang with the boys and shoot the ship and
- 1:15:23Speaker 7: do the stuff that we do and travel everywhere like
- 1:15:26Speaker 7: you can't. You're not gonna be able to do this
- 1:15:28Speaker 7: at any other job. So I'm super super thankful for that.
- 1:15:30Speaker 7: And also just like another friends and family, like being heavy,
- 1:15:35Speaker 7: relying on the friends and everybody's like by my side
- 1:15:38Speaker 7: these This year just been a rough year for the kid,
- 1:15:42Speaker 7: but like in just the family, you know, you can
- 1:15:45Speaker 7: just pick up the phone, call them whenever, just say
- 1:15:47Speaker 7: what's up, checking in on you, just kind of stuff
- 1:15:49Speaker 7: like that. So thank for you guys, and you you
- 1:15:53Speaker 7: like the bust and boys themselves, and also the friends
- 1:15:57Speaker 7: and family.
- 1:15:57Speaker 3: So happy Thanksgiving.
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: Here's what I'll say about that, man, I have seen
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: the last helpless as two years be here now became
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: September Sotember twenty twenty two. Here's what I say about
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: you is when you came in, we already had a
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: really good core group of guys that all had a
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: great relationship. And watching you take the time to integrate
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: into this group and not just kind of bull dozing
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: your way in and you know whatever, which is not
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: your personality. You've done an amazing job of navigating a
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: new workspace and becoming a critical part of this team.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: And we do appreciate you obviously you can always lean
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: on the boys. We love you to death. And so
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: I'm I'm super grateful for what you're grateful for, because
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: this is what it's all about, brother, keeping the locker
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: room alive, Jackie.
- 1:16:40Speaker 6: I'm thankful for the obvious suff friends, family, family, specifically
- 1:16:44Speaker 6: my younger brother from Hawaii. He came back last week
- 1:16:47Speaker 6: and we got to surprise my mom for her birthday,
- 1:16:50Speaker 6: which is really special. Sho had no idea. So he's
- 1:16:54Speaker 6: in town. My older sister who lives in Tampa with
- 1:16:58Speaker 6: my brother in law, and my niece are coming in
- 1:17:01Speaker 6: town this week so and it's her first birthday. We're
- 1:17:05Speaker 6: having a birthday party this Saturday. So really so really
- 1:17:08Speaker 6: excited to be around them. And then I'm most thankful
- 1:17:12Speaker 6: for ugly Christmas sweaters.
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: Oh very nice Pa.
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: In the barstools store.
- 1:17:18Speaker 6: And also help the boys in the back pay for
- 1:17:21Speaker 6: Christmas gifts because we get a little extra added bonus
- 1:17:24Speaker 6: if you know, if it goes well.
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: So Christmas sweater, what a beautiful Yeah.
- 1:17:31Speaker 6: Just thankful for life to be able to get up
- 1:17:34Speaker 6: every day and breathe and walk nice.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: Yeah. I'll tell you what, Jack, You've showed a lot
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: of growth, not just in the last how long ever
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: long I've known you, Bet, specifically these last six months
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: you've been you've been crushing it. The emotions, the consistency
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: of your emotions, I will say, has been so much better.
- 1:17:52Speaker 4: Thanks man.
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: It has been an awesome thing to see. From a
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: I guess a a churity standpoint, You've really you've grown
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: in a big way.
- 1:18:00Speaker 6: Day by day Because they're they're slip ups, brick by brick.
- 1:18:03Speaker 6: Just remember that anyone listening, which I'm sure there's six
- 1:18:06Speaker 6: and a half people still listening right now who haven't just.
- 1:18:09Speaker 4: Skipped over to go other date interview.
- 1:18:10Speaker 6: But day by day you're gonna have good days, you
- 1:18:14Speaker 6: gonna have bad days, you know, two steps forward, one
- 1:18:16Speaker 6: step back.
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: Live by that it works.
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:18:21Speaker 4: Christmas sweaters though, by.
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: Them, by them, I love it. Thankfulness, thankfulness. First thing
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: I'm thankful for is uh my family. Obviously getting this
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: last year since February when I was essentially cut by
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: the Titans and having this transition of life. I have
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: seen the growth in the relationships I have with Taylor
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: and I have always had a phenomenlationship, but my kids
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: and I could tell with football there was a relate.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: There was a little a piece of our relationship that
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: was lacking, not in like a you know, not not
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: being around type of dad, but just not as president
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: as I should be. And so for me to be
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: able to, like, I guess see them warm up to
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: me in a place where I can feel good about
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: being the present father that I thought I was and
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: really realizing how I am now even if all the
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: traveling were doing. It's that That's probably what I'm number
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: one most grateful for by far. Those kids are do
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: to the best. They are the are the best, and
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: I'm doing my best not to get emotional about it
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: because we do need to transition to this podcast, but
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: it is there's nothing like being a dad, and there's
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: nothing like like I went and drop my kids off
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: today at school and we're a little late. We were
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: a little late today someone forgot to brush their teeth
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: and not going to say who it was, and we
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: took an extra five minutes and we end up being
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: in commntally to school. But as I was leaving, my
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: youngest daughter, who was born when I had my first
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: acl and kind of took the brunt of you know,
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: my lack of presence, turns around halfway and runs over
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: to me and hugs me, and to me, I'm like, dude,
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: it's just so great to see the intentional steps paying
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: off with the relationship, because that is the most important thing.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: Jordan Peters talks about it all the time. That's the
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: most important relationship you can have is with your kids.
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: So I'm super grateful for that. We're gonna get you
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: into this podcast real quick but quick announcement. Bet the
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: Bus and Slip Some Picks. Yes, we'll be coming out
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: on Wednesday. Where so tomorrow we're gonna film will and
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: I are both gonna be on Bet the Bus payoff
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Willie Louis locks both on Bet the Bus, and we're
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: gonna have uh, we're gonna film Slips and Picks. Slips
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: and Picks usually comes out on Thursday. People say, I
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: see the comments all the time. Hey, great show, we
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: love the show. It's an amazing show. Let's get some
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: numbers to reflect that a little bit. Let's get the
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: numbers to reflect that because it's an overwhelmingly positive comment section.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: But we need to get that thing up because the
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: boys we're actually winning some money, which is wild. First
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: year of betting and this has been awesome. And so
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: right after that, so Wednesday bet the bus slip and picks.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: Let's talk about sport clips for a second. Your hair
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: made grow fast, but after going to sport clip haircuts,
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: you'll wish they grew even faster. That's because sport clips
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: has the best seats in the hair and that may
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: or may not be because they happen to be right
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: in front of TVs playing sports all day every day.
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: We know, watching sports while getting a haircut sure beats
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: watching your reflection get a haircut, which is why sport
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: clips every day is clippers and curveballs, high tops and
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: hail Mary's and even waves and wickets. If you're into
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: that kind of thing. As sport clips, you can check
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: in with the pros and men's hair and totally check
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: out with pure uninterrupted relaxation. So yeah, come wash an
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: endless stream of sports on TV while getting an awesome haircut.
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: Sport Clips, It's a game changer. With that being said,
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: please enjoy this Dana White podcast.
- 1:21:40Speaker 5: I gotta be in a meeting at Red Rock.
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: He Yeah, speaking of you guys been on a terror
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: with the gambling.
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: Absolutely, we're gonna roll, We're gonna go.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: Yeah, he's on a terror. I don't know.
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: Man.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: After last night, that was the biggest comeback I've seen
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: in gambling history. That was unbelievable. It was You're You're
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: the sinse of black jack. You're the Sinsey.
- 1:22:10Speaker 5: I've been doing it for a long time, and I've
- 1:22:11Speaker 5: had many nights like last night and even deeper. I've
- 1:22:14Speaker 5: had some fucking wars man, and uh yeah, last night
- 1:22:17Speaker 5: was fun. And thanks for thanks for riding it out
- 1:22:19Speaker 5: with me.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: Oh yeah, absolutely, because I knew essentially, you're like, you're
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: coming just to gamble with me. And then like eight
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: o'clock hits and you call me, hey, my tooth is broken.
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: I'm thinking, hey, you don't have the time. It's all good.
- 1:22:29Speaker 5: I'm doing fucking Friday yesterday, and I fucking break my
- 1:22:32Speaker 5: tooth in the back, and uh, I got this this
- 1:22:35Speaker 5: great dentist in town here, Steve Wilson. If you ever
- 1:22:38Speaker 5: need a dentist there in town. So I fly to
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: his place. He fucking opens his place for me, gets
- 1:22:44Speaker 5: in there and whips my tooth back together and then uh,
- 1:22:48Speaker 5: I come and meet you, and we started going at it.
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: That was wild. Do you want to do? You want
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: to talk about numbers and what your situation was, Tell
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: me whatever you want. So this is this is what
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I saw, and I know we talked about it a
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: little bit. But Dana rule, and you can you can
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: correct me at any point. Is you play, you max
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: out the hands, you win two hands, and you get
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: the fuck out of there. Yep, no fans or butts
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: about it. That is the rule.
- 1:23:08Speaker 5: That's what you do.
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: So we come in knowing your number, knowing your number,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: You're fighting til you get to that number, and then
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: leaving we get my number. You go quickly, you get
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: your number, and then we're sitting there kind of just chatting,
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: hanging out.
- 1:23:20Speaker 5: I didn't really have a number last night. I so
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: I've been gone. I went out of town for a
- 1:23:26Speaker 5: little while, and I haven't played in a minute. So
- 1:23:28Speaker 5: I was excited to get together with him and play
- 1:23:30Speaker 5: fucking round. We get into a battle with his He
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: didn't know that I was playing for him when I
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: was playing, So I'm in this big battle too. Eighty
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: down to eighty, come all the way back and I
- 1:23:42Speaker 5: went his thirty and I handed it to him. He's like,
- 1:23:44Speaker 5: oh what, No, I said, no, I was playing for you.
- 1:23:46Speaker 5: That's you, buddy. You got it so pomp. So I
- 1:23:50Speaker 5: had h I started goof around a little bit. I win.
- 1:23:54Speaker 5: I'm up like eighty ninety one hundred in that ballpark,
- 1:23:58Speaker 5: and uh, I said, I'm going in again. He's like,
- 1:24:00Speaker 5: he looks at me, he goes, you're breaking your rule.
- 1:24:02Speaker 5: I go, I'm breaking all the rules tonight.
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: Yeah, did it happen fast than ninety hundred? Happened like fast,
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: and you're just kind of like, all right, I need.
- 1:24:08Speaker 5: Nothing really fast. Last night was kind of it was
- 1:24:11Speaker 5: it was battleish. I should have read all the fucking
- 1:24:13Speaker 5: signs that said the gambling gods are telling you to
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: get the fuck out of here right now. I didn't listen.
- 1:24:18Speaker 5: I had my conscience over here on my left side saying, hey,
- 1:24:22Speaker 5: you're breaking the rules. Go in, and it just fucking
- 1:24:25Speaker 5: you know. We would go, we'd get a little deep
- 1:24:27Speaker 5: and I get right there and almost be out. I
- 1:24:30Speaker 5: mean at one point we're like one hand away and
- 1:24:32Speaker 5: we were out. And and it was like I couldn't
- 1:24:35Speaker 5: win a double down last night to save my fucking life.
- 1:24:37Speaker 5: And if I got a twenty, it meant I was
- 1:24:39Speaker 5: gonna lose. I lost every fucking twenty I got last night.
- 1:24:43Speaker 5: Think about that, losing twenty. When you get a twenty,
- 1:24:45Speaker 5: you're supposed to be excited. When I got twenty, I
- 1:24:47Speaker 5: got to a point home where I said, I'm gonna
- 1:24:49Speaker 5: lose his hand.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: Right, and then Navy showing like a four and then
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: like six cards later twenty one, the.
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: First time doing it around Dana two like watching it happen.
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: That was kind of the theme of the night as well.
- 1:24:59Speaker 2: He's bow, oh, you're gonna fuck and beat me anyway,
- 1:25:00Speaker 2: even though I got nineteen or twenty.
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: That's just how it works watch Boys. And then he
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: ends up losing. He gets off because the funny thing
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: is too mister positive when he walks in, keep the
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: high energy, keep good, and then get down a couple
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: that like this motherfucker right here, go ahead and flip
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: it over. Yeah, yeah, there was one guy the last night. Tom.
- 1:25:16Speaker 5: You can you can literally say exactly what they're gonna
- 1:25:20Speaker 5: do when the cards turn this way. You know what's
- 1:25:23Speaker 5: gonna happen. Literally everything that I would say would happen
- 1:25:27Speaker 5: if I had a fourteen I'd get to ten. If
- 1:25:30Speaker 5: I had an eleven, I'd get the four for a
- 1:25:32Speaker 5: double down, you know what I mean, Just yeah, clockwork.
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: It was a It was a wild deal to the
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: point too, where we're pushing seven figures at one point
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: and down, up, down, and a buffet comes in, like
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: they literally like rolled in all all the little butler's
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: roll in with all the food and he takes a
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: nice little he takes a break, eats his food, and
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: he's like, I gotta get out of here pretty soon.
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: I can't do the late night because nothing reason. You
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: know what I mean, This a refel refeel day. Because
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: when I was back here in August for Power Slap,
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: I was on. I mean, I think I won seven
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: eight times in a row, and to the point where
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: it's getting numb that I was like, I don't think
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: if you're with me, I don't think I can lose.
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: And then then there's guys, there are the night different circumstances,
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: and I end up losing a whole bunch of money,
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: and the fact that you've taken it personal where you're
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: like we're sitting there, he's down. You know, we'll say
- 1:26:19Speaker 1: five hundred. I have no idea what the number is.
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: He looks at me, he goes, how about you down
- 1:26:22Speaker 1: We kind of talk about it a little bit, and
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: he goes, we're going to make back all that money.
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: No problem. You're in the middle of a war right now,
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: you're talking about the next war we got to go
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: go through. It's wild. But the way this all started
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: was us meeting at the super Bowl and then you're like, hey,
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: you guys should come out to Power Slap and the
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: explosion that has happened with Power Slap, Like, how does
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: did you expect that to go the way it has.
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: You knew is obviously going to be successful, but it's
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: gone to a crazy degree.
- 1:26:48Speaker 5: At this point, I looked at it, you know, and
- 1:26:50Speaker 5: I was like, holy fuck, this whole thing doesn't make sense.
- 1:26:53Speaker 5: How is this pulling these kind of numbers? And then
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: you start to think, well, what if I did it,
- 1:26:56Speaker 5: because I know I'm going to do it better than
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: anybody else can do it, what would that mean? And
- 1:27:00Speaker 5: then and then here we are ten months later, and
- 1:27:03Speaker 5: this thing is a fucking monster. Man, It's just an
- 1:27:06Speaker 5: absolute monster. And we sit here every day and we
- 1:27:09Speaker 5: look at the numbers when we when we when we
- 1:27:14Speaker 5: do an event, whether it was one, two, three, four
- 1:27:16Speaker 5: or five. And the stuff that goes gets posted socially.
- 1:27:20Speaker 5: It's just we watch it every day. So it was
- 1:27:23Speaker 5: two days ago. Aj, you know, our little social media
- 1:27:29Speaker 5: queen that runs all the social media for us. She's
- 1:27:32Speaker 5: hit me up and she says, uh, yeah, the Shena
- 1:27:35Speaker 5: post is at one hundred and five million right now
- 1:27:37Speaker 5: and this was how many weeks ago? Huh three weeks
- 1:27:41Speaker 5: ago it's at one hundred and five million. In three
- 1:27:44Speaker 5: weeks the Shena slap right and we're talking, she goes
- 1:27:47Speaker 5: it just went to one hundred and six while we're
- 1:27:49Speaker 5: on the phone. So then that night we had a
- 1:27:52Speaker 5: power Slap meeting. It was at one hundred and ten
- 1:27:55Speaker 5: we when we had the meeting that night about Powerslap.
- 1:27:57Speaker 5: So every fucking day the thing goes up millions millions
- 1:28:01Speaker 5: of years.
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: Is that where a lot of the money and stuff
- 1:28:04Speaker 2: is made is through more social so than the viewing
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: live on Rumble and stuff like that, because I think
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: a lot of people have like a idea that it's like, oh, how.
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: Can it be successful?
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: It's like this isn't that great of this and that,
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: But obviously through social media because.
- 1:28:18Speaker 5: You have no idea what you're doing, and you have
- 1:28:19Speaker 5: no idea what you're fucking talking about. All these all
- 1:28:22Speaker 5: you people that are fucking talking shitn't especially the media.
- 1:28:25Speaker 5: I love the me. If the media tells you you've
- 1:28:28Speaker 5: got something that that's gonna fail, it's definitely gonna fucking win.
- 1:28:32Speaker 5: The media the dumbest know nothing, do nothing, never fucking
- 1:28:37Speaker 5: build nothing motherfuckers on planet Earth. So when they say
- 1:28:41Speaker 5: it isn't gonna work, you got a fucking home run, man,
- 1:28:43Speaker 5: You know what I mean, Jump in and grind the
- 1:28:47Speaker 5: media these guys. Think about who these people are. When
- 1:28:50Speaker 5: you really think about the media, who are they, Where
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: did they come from? Why does their opinion matter? What
- 1:28:58Speaker 5: have they ever done, what if they ever created? What
- 1:29:00Speaker 5: have they ever built? Who's ever depended on a paycheck
- 1:29:03Speaker 5: from the media? Nobody. They are a bunch of fucking
- 1:29:06Speaker 5: zeros that sit around and write stories about people who
- 1:29:11Speaker 5: are actually doing shit. It's fucking fascinating.
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: Think about it.
- 1:29:18Speaker 5: It's not a fascinating concept. People who have never done
- 1:29:21Speaker 5: a fucking thing in their life ever sit around and
- 1:29:26Speaker 5: write about people.
- 1:29:27Speaker 1: Who are What got you to that?
- 1:29:31Speaker 5: Who gives a flying fuck what any of those zeros
- 1:29:35Speaker 5: have to say about anything.
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm right, absolutely fascinating.
- 1:29:39Speaker 5: So anyway, so no, we we we make money off
- 1:29:45Speaker 5: just like any other sports property. We make money off
- 1:29:47Speaker 5: our television rights, we make money off sponsorship, we make
- 1:29:51Speaker 5: money off video games, licensing, all that stuff. I am
- 1:29:55Speaker 5: leaving here when we're done, and I'm striving straight to
- 1:29:59Speaker 5: for Tita enter Rises and we're doing a huge fucking
- 1:30:02Speaker 5: story about Power Slap. But that's bj It is the biggest,
- 1:30:06Speaker 5: baddest sports fucking story of the year that nobody fucking knows.
- 1:30:11Speaker 2: I know that'll that'll be awesome to read about too.
- 1:30:12Speaker 2: It's like, from the business standpoint, what's been like, Uh,
- 1:30:16Speaker 2: I guess the most exciting thing on making on making
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: that business work with power Slape because you FC and
- 1:30:21Speaker 2: you know, all these other entertainment businesses, you can kind
- 1:30:23Speaker 2: of just see the success based on what the public
- 1:30:26Speaker 2: opinion is on it, right, Like you've got great power
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: like pay per view fights and everything else. Like, what's
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: been challenging or what's been fun about building the business
- 1:30:34Speaker 2: of Power Slap since you've acquired it?
- 1:30:36Speaker 5: All the things that I love. The negativity, Yeah, you
- 1:30:39Speaker 5: know when people come out and say this thing sucks,
- 1:30:43Speaker 5: this can't be done, you can't do it. That is
- 1:30:45Speaker 5: the ship that gets me out of bed every day.
- 1:30:48Speaker 5: And I love every fucking minute of it. And then
- 1:30:51Speaker 5: the end result in shoving it right up everybody's ass.
- 1:30:55Speaker 5: I fucking love every minute of it. Man. It's the
- 1:30:58Speaker 5: best and the only people I'm really talking to about
- 1:31:02Speaker 5: this thing. There's some guys out there that that we
- 1:31:05Speaker 5: consider friendlies and we do whatever. But the Sports Business Journal,
- 1:31:08Speaker 5: it's like in the sports world, they are the you know,
- 1:31:11Speaker 5: it's it's what everybody in the industry reads. It's what
- 1:31:14Speaker 5: all the sponsors read and everybody else. Monster. The other
- 1:31:18Speaker 5: thing that's incredible about this product is when we like
- 1:31:22Speaker 5: even the ads, you know, our sponsors, when we post
- 1:31:27Speaker 5: something that sponsor driven something, you know, UFC stuff does
- 1:31:31Speaker 5: like one point seven million views. Power Slap does fifteen
- 1:31:34Speaker 5: or sixteen million views. It's like, so right now this
- 1:31:38Speaker 5: year year to date, on TikTok, we're number one through seven, Yeah,
- 1:31:43Speaker 5: one through seven, power Slap. On Instagram we're number one,
- 1:31:47Speaker 5: NBA's two and three. Power Slap is number four, five
- 1:31:50Speaker 5: and six. NBA is like seven and eight, and put
- 1:31:53Speaker 5: to put it into perspective. The NBA is eighty million followers,
- 1:31:57Speaker 5: NFL is thirty million followers. Just hit two million. We
- 1:32:01Speaker 5: just hit two million followers. So we've done all this
- 1:32:04Speaker 5: under two million followers.
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: And yeah, I don't think people understand like how big
- 1:32:08Speaker 2: of a player. Just the social media platforms are, right
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: because you're talking about all the views and everything else,
- 1:32:13Speaker 2: and you get, you know, the money that's being paid
- 1:32:16Speaker 2: and the platform that you're given on like TikTok and
- 1:32:18Speaker 2: everything else. It's like, that is where money is, is
- 1:32:21Speaker 2: where everybody's attention is, and that's where you've done a
- 1:32:23Speaker 2: great job like capitalizing with the business.
- 1:32:26Speaker 5: That's not even getting into the fact that we're doing
- 1:32:28Speaker 5: four hundred and fifty million views in India, ninety million
- 1:32:32Speaker 5: in Russia, and the list just goes on and on
- 1:32:34Speaker 5: as I break it into all the different countries. So
- 1:32:37Speaker 5: it's like when you talk about you know, people like, well,
- 1:32:40Speaker 5: how do you monetize how that's what we do. That's
- 1:32:43Speaker 5: what we do. That's that's that's my specialties. You take
- 1:32:45Speaker 5: these you know how many times I've been offered people
- 1:32:48Speaker 5: will call me up and say, hey, would you like
- 1:32:50Speaker 5: to invest in this baseball team? Hey, would you like
- 1:32:53Speaker 5: to invest in uh, you know this, We were kick
- 1:32:57Speaker 5: we're looking at an NBA team one time, me and
- 1:32:58Speaker 5: the Fatida brothers, And the answer is no, I don't
- 1:33:03Speaker 5: want anything to do with that shit.
- 1:33:04Speaker 3: You know what I like?
- 1:33:05Speaker 5: I like taking fringe sports that people think can't be
- 1:33:08Speaker 5: built and think can't be and monetizing those and building
- 1:33:11Speaker 5: them up into you know, the UFC. It's easy for
- 1:33:13Speaker 5: everybody to look back now and go, oh, the UFC. Yeah,
- 1:33:15Speaker 5: fucking yeah, if you got into the UFC. When we
- 1:33:18Speaker 5: got into the UFC, it was power slab. It was
- 1:33:22Speaker 5: looked at right, like fucking power slab. It was actually
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: worse because it was actually illegal in some fucking states.
- 1:33:28Speaker 5: It was actually illegal to do. This is how bad
- 1:33:31Speaker 5: it was with the UFC. At that time, you as
- 1:33:35Speaker 5: a grown adult, didn't have the option to buy it
- 1:33:38Speaker 5: on pay per view. Porn was on pay per view.
- 1:33:42Speaker 5: The UFC was not allowed on pay per view. That's
- 1:33:44Speaker 5: how fucking bad it was. So to look at the
- 1:33:46Speaker 5: UFC now and go, oh, you have, of course two
- 1:33:48Speaker 5: million dollars for the UFC. Shut the fuck up. You
- 1:33:51Speaker 5: guys have no idea what you're talking about.
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: This thing was just hoping.
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: You know, at some point you fail and then when
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: they got a little moment to try and grab it
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: and capitalize on it, right about it and everything else,
- 1:34:00Speaker 2: it's like that's the shot everybody tries to take.
- 1:34:02Speaker 5: Well, it gets to a point with me where it's
- 1:34:04Speaker 5: just like, how many more fucking times are you gonna
- 1:34:06Speaker 5: doubt me? And what what what I'm capable of doing?
- 1:34:09Speaker 5: You know, we're doing the same thing right now with
- 1:34:11Speaker 5: throw one. We don't throw one. I've told you guys
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: a million times, you're this. We own ridiculousness, Nitro Circus,
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: SLS Skate League, Travis Pastrano's nitral Cross and uh we
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: we bought that company like a little over a year
- 1:34:24Speaker 5: ago and they're based in California. I'm building offices over
- 1:34:27Speaker 5: here right now. We're building them out. These guys will
- 1:34:29Speaker 5: be here in the next couple of months, and I'll
- 1:34:32Speaker 5: be involved in that. I'm already involved in the daily,
- 1:34:34Speaker 5: but we'll be really involved in that in the daily
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: when we when we get it over here, get it
- 1:34:37Speaker 5: out of California and get it here in Vegas and
- 1:34:39Speaker 5: our literally my office connects to their offices. So we're
- 1:34:45Speaker 5: gonna that's gonna be a really fun project over the
- 1:34:48Speaker 5: next couple of years.
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean I've shown them a bunch of interests.
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: I grew up on nitro, circus, supercross, all that stuff.
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: That was like the first love of mine before I
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: got into organized sports and all. But you talk about
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: the mindset and how your essential hate for mainstream media,
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: When did you learn about the ins and outs because obviously,
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: like this has been you've been in the business forever
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: of these these fringe sports and making them what they
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: are today. How did you kind of adapt to the
- 1:35:15Speaker 1: world with Internet and all that, Like, how did how
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: did your mindset change as you kept going?
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: Well, I love the Internet, I'm all about I love
- 1:35:21Speaker 5: that we can talk directly to our fans with no middlemen.
- 1:35:25Speaker 5: Nothing worse than than trying to, you know, do what
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: you do and going through a middleman. And you know,
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: everything that I really do right now is direct consumer
- 1:35:35Speaker 5: I go directly to our consumers and talk to the
- 1:35:38Speaker 5: people that want to listen. And realistically, when you look
- 1:35:43Speaker 5: at it right now, the two most hated people on
- 1:35:45Speaker 5: the planet right now are the media and politicians. Right Yeah,
- 1:35:50Speaker 5: nobody trusts them, nobody likes them. They know that most
- 1:35:56Speaker 5: of them are lying and there's never been a better
- 1:35:59Speaker 5: time for social media then now. And like I said,
- 1:36:03Speaker 5: in every way, shape and form and every business that
- 1:36:05Speaker 5: we own, I talked directly to our consumers. That's it.
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: When you you brought up politicians and you're on the
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: you're on uh this past weekend recently with Theovon and
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: he brought up like an RFK interview I believe it was,
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: and then uh Peloton reached out and said, hey, you
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: can't have him on there. And you you essentially went
- 1:36:24Speaker 1: on a rant like you did with us about hating
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: the mainstream media, how you can't tell people what to do.
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: You're telling me about that process last night with the
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: Pelotons and all these other bike companies. Like, when did
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: you learn that you had the power to essentially take
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: away from people saying what you can and can't do
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: in your business?
- 1:36:39Speaker 5: COVID? Yeah, I mean I knew it before then, but
- 1:36:42Speaker 5: where really you know, never well, you know, we went
- 1:36:45Speaker 5: through the whole UFC thing first, Yeah, I mean people,
- 1:36:49Speaker 5: you know, the mainstream media is shitting all over the
- 1:36:51Speaker 5: UFC and how it should be banned and this shouldn't
- 1:36:54Speaker 5: exist and blah blah, blah blah blah. Then then here
- 1:36:56Speaker 5: comes COVID. You got the you know, fucking goofy New
- 1:37:00Speaker 5: York Times and all these other fucking clowns, uh, you know,
- 1:37:04Speaker 5: coming out talking shit blasting me every day. They don't matter.
- 1:37:09Speaker 5: They don't matter, and they don't have the influence or
- 1:37:12Speaker 5: the power that they think they do. You know, and
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: you can come out and say whatever you want about
- 1:37:17Speaker 5: me and go do whatever you want about me. You
- 1:37:21Speaker 5: you determine your future, not people like this. It's like
- 1:37:26Speaker 5: that whole fucking cancel culture bullshit and all this stuff
- 1:37:29Speaker 5: that goes on. You just it's gotta say fuck you.
- 1:37:33Speaker 1: And it seems like you get a thrill out of it, honestly,
- 1:37:35Speaker 1: like people trying to come at you is your face.
- 1:37:37Speaker 5: Well, I don't know if I get a thrill out
- 1:37:39Speaker 5: of it, but it's it's what if you want to
- 1:37:41Speaker 5: pick a fight with me, let's fucking go. Yeah, let's go. Yeah.
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: Taking everything head on. Seems like you're a way about
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: doing everything that does seem.
- 1:37:49Speaker 5: Like guys that come out and do these things that
- 1:37:52Speaker 5: that do these stories on you. Right, who are you?
- 1:37:56Speaker 5: What have you done? And are you perfect?
- 1:38:00Speaker 4: You?
- 1:38:01Speaker 5: Never fucked up? Never made mistakes. Got any skeletons in
- 1:38:04Speaker 5: your closet? Of course they do, you know, of course
- 1:38:09Speaker 5: they do. Every We're all fucking human. We've all done
- 1:38:11Speaker 5: my New Year's Eve ins in it. Fucking did it happened?
- 1:38:15Speaker 5: No excuses, no fucking you know. I could have tried
- 1:38:18Speaker 5: to make up tenix. There's no fucking excuse. I did it.
- 1:38:23Speaker 5: I admit it, I accept it. Now. What I gotta
- 1:38:26Speaker 5: do is I gotta get up every day and I
- 1:38:28Speaker 5: gotta at the end of the day, you have to
- 1:38:30Speaker 5: live with you. Fuck everybody else and what their opinion
- 1:38:33Speaker 5: is of you. You have to know who you are
- 1:38:36Speaker 5: and you have to be able to live with yourself.
- 1:38:38Speaker 5: I got three fucking kids that I love more than anything,
- 1:38:41Speaker 5: you know what I mean, And I embarrassed them last
- 1:38:46Speaker 5: New Year's Eve. I embarrassed myself. I embarrassed my kids,
- 1:38:49Speaker 5: you know what I mean. So you got to get
- 1:38:51Speaker 5: up and you got to look in the fucking mirror,
- 1:38:53Speaker 5: say I fucked up, And how do I make sure
- 1:38:57Speaker 5: this never happens again?
- 1:38:59Speaker 3: Ever?
- 1:39:00Speaker 5: And that's it. I mean, You're you're only you're only
- 1:39:03Speaker 5: fucking uh. You know, the only one that you have
- 1:39:06Speaker 5: to answer to is yourself and the people that care
- 1:39:09Speaker 5: about you and love you and your you know, fuck
- 1:39:13Speaker 5: everybody else.
- 1:39:14Speaker 2: No, And uh, I think it's I think it's cool
- 1:39:17Speaker 2: that you're talking about it, because my question is when
- 1:39:20Speaker 2: you are going through that, like, how difficult was that moment?
- 1:39:25Speaker 2: Because you're somebody, you'll stand up, you'll send in the
- 1:39:27Speaker 2: batter's box, you'll swing with the best of them. You
- 1:39:29Speaker 2: kind of seem like you can't, you can't chip the armor.
- 1:39:32Speaker 2: But when you're cut, you have these philosophies you go
- 1:39:34Speaker 2: by because everybody's human, Like you said, like, talk about
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: those times where it is like it is super difficult
- 1:39:40Speaker 2: things that you lean on. Maybe it's people, maybe it's
- 1:39:42Speaker 2: you have a mentor maybe it's a circle, maybe it's
- 1:39:43Speaker 2: just your family.
- 1:39:44Speaker 1: Like talk about the low part of it.
- 1:39:46Speaker 5: There's nobody but you. You find out who's who and
- 1:39:49Speaker 5: what's what when shit hits the fan. I say it
- 1:39:51Speaker 5: all the time. You know, you'll see the people that
- 1:39:53Speaker 5: will reach out to you see if you're good, and
- 1:39:56Speaker 5: the people who won't. It's all good, I'm whatever, But
- 1:39:58Speaker 5: the only one that you have to fucking worry about
- 1:40:01Speaker 5: is you, you yourself, because it's about you. You fucked up?
- 1:40:06Speaker 5: Are you? Are you willing to fucking accept the fact
- 1:40:08Speaker 5: that you messed up and you have to fix this.
- 1:40:11Speaker 5: You are the one that has to get up every
- 1:40:13Speaker 5: day and look in the mirror and say that I
- 1:40:15Speaker 5: did I do right? That I do wrong? How do
- 1:40:17Speaker 5: I make myself be every day? I have this Bruce
- 1:40:20Speaker 5: Lee quote everywhere in my house and the gym in
- 1:40:22Speaker 5: here and everything about how man every day when you
- 1:40:27Speaker 5: got out of Basically, what this quote says is every
- 1:40:29Speaker 5: day when you get out of bed, your stride and
- 1:40:31Speaker 5: your your your game plan should be to be better
- 1:40:34Speaker 5: than you were yesterday, right, And you will have hit plateaus,
- 1:40:38Speaker 5: but you must break through them and you must succeed
- 1:40:41Speaker 5: to the next level. And I fucking love that shit.
- 1:40:44Speaker 5: That is exactly how I live every day of my life,
- 1:40:47Speaker 5: whether it's my workout now, my health, my business, my relationships,
- 1:40:53Speaker 5: my family. How do you make sure that you're better
- 1:40:55Speaker 5: than you worry yesterday? And when you get into these
- 1:40:58Speaker 5: situations like I was in on New Year's Eve, it's like,
- 1:41:01Speaker 5: so you can do two things. You can run and
- 1:41:04Speaker 5: fucking hide, curl up in a ball and let the
- 1:41:06Speaker 5: world just fucking beat you to death, or you can
- 1:41:09Speaker 5: dig your fucking heels in, you figure out how to
- 1:41:11Speaker 5: you know, you have to figure out yourself, and then
- 1:41:13Speaker 5: you fucking you dig in and you fight. I literally
- 1:41:16Speaker 5: the day we got back from Mexico, I had a
- 1:41:19Speaker 5: quote installed on my wall. It says, may God have
- 1:41:23Speaker 5: mercy upon my enemies, because I won't. So let's fucking go.
- 1:41:29Speaker 1: Hey, yeah, it's.
- 1:41:31Speaker 2: A gambling creed to for bet the bus. May God
- 1:41:35Speaker 2: have mercy on the sports. But but you guys, I won't.
- 1:41:37Speaker 5: But you've seen these guys, uh, you know, who make
- 1:41:41Speaker 5: mistakes and fuck up and do whatever, and the world
- 1:41:43Speaker 5: comes after them and they just disappear and they roll
- 1:41:46Speaker 5: over and they bow down to whatever the fucking the
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: crowd mentality wants from you. You know what I mean,
- 1:41:53Speaker 5: We're at the end of the day, we all make mistakes,
- 1:41:56Speaker 5: and we're all human. But if you know who you
- 1:41:58Speaker 5: really fucking are, and you you know, you don't have
- 1:42:01Speaker 5: to explain yourself to the rest of the world. You
- 1:42:03Speaker 5: have to explain yourself and make things right with the
- 1:42:05Speaker 5: people that are in your inner circle and that of
- 1:42:08Speaker 5: your family. But at the end of the day, you
- 1:42:10Speaker 5: have to fucking stick up for yourself. If you believe
- 1:42:12Speaker 5: in you know what I mean. I see guys that
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: that take just a little bit of heat and the
- 1:42:17Speaker 5: fucking wheels come off the bus and they you know that,
- 1:42:20Speaker 5: they run and hide. It's building the UFC going through
- 1:42:25Speaker 5: COVID building slap. I'm not the run and hide fucking guy.
- 1:42:30Speaker 5: That's just not who I am.
- 1:42:31Speaker 1: And I will never be moving moving forward like it
- 1:42:34Speaker 1: seems like that's all you're focused on, is all that,
- 1:42:36Speaker 1: and you've really taken your health to like the next level.
- 1:42:39Speaker 1: You've seen it. When we first met you at the
- 1:42:42Speaker 1: super Bowl this past year, you were showing us photos
- 1:42:44Speaker 1: of you and Sloppy guy just kind of seem like
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: you're eating whatever, doing whatever, and you've.
- 1:42:50Speaker 5: Been singing it.
- 1:42:51Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, he always kind of a built cat,
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: but you you know there was.
- 1:42:56Speaker 5: Some back, sloppy, come on, sloppy going on. He knows photos.
- 1:43:01Speaker 1: But you talk about Gary bre never doing this podcast,
- 1:43:04Speaker 1: you talk about Gary Brecaman and how he has essentially
- 1:43:07Speaker 1: changed your life. How did you get on board with
- 1:43:09Speaker 1: a guy like that? How did that whole process happen
- 1:43:11Speaker 1: for you?
- 1:43:12Speaker 5: It's a girl named Kerry Case. I don't know if
- 1:43:13Speaker 5: you guys are probably too young. But Casey Casem used
- 1:43:16Speaker 5: to have a radio show called Casey Kasem's Top Forty.
- 1:43:19Speaker 5: Every week he broke down the top forty songs in
- 1:43:21Speaker 5: the country. He was also the voice for Scooby Doo
- 1:43:24Speaker 5: No Shaggy Shaggy on Scooby Doo. And you know, his
- 1:43:29Speaker 5: daughter and I have been friends for many years, and
- 1:43:33Speaker 5: she's she's hardcore, but she's kind of a hippie, you
- 1:43:35Speaker 5: know what I mean. She's into all the holistic shit.
- 1:43:37Speaker 5: I didn't believe in that stuff two years ago. I
- 1:43:39Speaker 5: thought it was all a crock of shit. Now it's
- 1:43:41Speaker 5: all I believe in. I'm one of these guys, show me,
- 1:43:48Speaker 5: prove it to me. You're telling me that it's this way,
- 1:43:51Speaker 5: but you have to prove it to me. So I
- 1:43:53Speaker 5: finally decide to hook up with this guy because he
- 1:43:56Speaker 5: was doing IVS. My son. We went down to Miami
- 1:44:00Speaker 5: for his twenty first birthday, so we needed IVY people
- 1:44:02Speaker 5: because we're down there doing whatever. And he comes in
- 1:44:06Speaker 5: with his team and he does my blood work. When
- 1:44:08Speaker 5: he walked me through my blood work, guy had no
- 1:44:11Speaker 5: medical history on me or my family or anything. He
- 1:44:13Speaker 5: told me everything that was wrong with me. And he
- 1:44:16Speaker 5: told me what was wrong with my parents, and he
- 1:44:17Speaker 5: was dead on right, and it was a really trippy experience.
- 1:44:21Speaker 5: And he basically said, if you listen to me for
- 1:44:25Speaker 5: the next twelve weeks, I'll change your whole life. And
- 1:44:28Speaker 5: I was like, I can do anything for twelve weeks,
- 1:44:30Speaker 5: so I went in. It didn't even take twelve weeks,
- 1:44:32Speaker 5: and four weeks I started to feel different and started
- 1:44:35Speaker 5: to feel better and some of the things that were
- 1:44:36Speaker 5: wrong when we started to go away and all this
- 1:44:38Speaker 5: other shit. And then I'm so in on this right now.
- 1:44:42Speaker 5: If this guy called me right now said fucking squirt
- 1:44:44Speaker 5: hot sauce in your eyes, and you know I would
- 1:44:46Speaker 5: fucking do it right. Yeah. This guy is a genius
- 1:44:49Speaker 5: and I've seen him help not just me, but so
- 1:44:52Speaker 5: many other people, including people that are close to me.
- 1:44:54Speaker 5: So he is the real fucking deal. And again, you
- 1:44:57Speaker 5: go out on the internet and you hear other people
- 1:44:59Speaker 5: you know ever talking about this guy's a scam artists
- 1:45:02Speaker 5: and this camera. Okay, then don't do it right. Everybody's
- 1:45:05Speaker 5: fucking telling you to fucking do this. Go see your doctor.
- 1:45:09Speaker 5: That fucking works out for you. Good luck to you.
- 1:45:11Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, because you had a Uh you had a
- 1:45:13Speaker 2: video recently too. Uh hey listen, not a doctor. I'm
- 1:45:16Speaker 2: not telling you guys do this, do that, whatever. But
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: you did this waterfast and now I'm fascinated from this waterfast.
- 1:45:21Speaker 1: What was eighty six I.
- 1:45:23Speaker 5: Did eighty six hours, but it's a seventy two hour
- 1:45:25Speaker 5: fast and basically it's all water. So this is actually
- 1:45:30Speaker 5: this was done by doctors. They they've got studies that
- 1:45:32Speaker 5: are done on this out of Boston where if you
- 1:45:36Speaker 5: water fast for seven days, it gives you an over
- 1:45:39Speaker 5: seventy percent chance of not getting cancer, Alzheimer's disease, and
- 1:45:44Speaker 5: many many other nasty shit. They've they've done a study
- 1:45:48Speaker 5: in animals and humans. So I talked to Gary about it,
- 1:45:51Speaker 5: and Gary's like, it's absolutely legit, and but you don't
- 1:45:55Speaker 5: have to do seven days. You can do seventy two hours.
- 1:45:58Speaker 5: And you walk me through how to do it, and uh,
- 1:46:01Speaker 5: what's crazy about is when you do it, you get
- 1:46:03Speaker 5: absolutely fucking shredded. You get so ripped. But that's not
- 1:46:08Speaker 5: even what it's about. It's about the inside is what
- 1:46:11Speaker 5: you're doing it for. So you know, there's all these philosophies.
- 1:46:14Speaker 5: And listen again, I'm no doctor and whatever, I just
- 1:46:16Speaker 5: regurgitate what I'm told. And this was from the doctors
- 1:46:19Speaker 5: from UH from Boston. So it's like cold plunging. When
- 1:46:23Speaker 5: you go into cold plunging and you put your body
- 1:46:25Speaker 5: through adversity, Right, you're in fifty degree water for three minutes,
- 1:46:29Speaker 5: your body starts to think it's dying, and your body
- 1:46:32Speaker 5: fights back. So your liver secretes this shock protein that's
- 1:46:36Speaker 5: incredible for your body, inflammation, anti age, all kinds of shit. Right,
- 1:46:40Speaker 5: you do that every day, you become absolutely addicted to it.
- 1:46:43Speaker 5: So when you do the water fast, basically what happens
- 1:46:46Speaker 5: is when you stop eating, your body starts trying to
- 1:46:49Speaker 5: defend itself. Are we starving? Are we this? Are we that?
- 1:46:52Speaker 5: So it starts shedding all the bad dead cells in
- 1:46:55Speaker 5: your body and it starts generating new cells, and it
- 1:46:59Speaker 5: starts to fight. Are we gonna starve? Are we going
- 1:47:01Speaker 5: to this? That? And that's how it fights cancer and
- 1:47:05Speaker 5: all these other nasty illnesses. How does that not make sense?
- 1:47:08Speaker 5: And then when you talk about fasting and you talk
- 1:47:10Speaker 5: about where we come from and how we've evolved, right
- 1:47:13Speaker 5: back in the day, they would go out and hunt
- 1:47:16Speaker 5: and kill something, right, there was no refrigeration, there was
- 1:47:19Speaker 5: no freezer. You went back and you ate the food
- 1:47:22Speaker 5: and you didn't eat again until you hunt it again.
- 1:47:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:47:25Speaker 5: Right, So these people would essentially fast until they hunted
- 1:47:29Speaker 5: again and and eate. How does that not make sense either?
- 1:47:34Speaker 5: And when you're sitting on the couch on a podcast
- 1:47:38Speaker 5: and you're fucking talking about this, you're like Jesus Christ,
- 1:47:40Speaker 5: I don't know if I could not eat for seventy
- 1:47:42Speaker 5: two hours, I mean two years Dana two years ago
- 1:47:46Speaker 5: would have said, that's fucking ridiculous. Why would I not
- 1:47:48Speaker 5: eat for three fucking days unless not without a deserted
- 1:47:50Speaker 5: island or something. You know. And then once you do it,
- 1:47:53Speaker 5: the level of clarity that you get it's fucking And
- 1:47:58Speaker 5: I hate even saying this in front of people, let
- 1:48:01Speaker 5: alone on a fucking podcast, because I sound like a
- 1:48:04Speaker 5: fucking hippie. But you get into this like zen state,
- 1:48:09Speaker 5: you fork like fucking I don't know, man, I don't
- 1:48:12Speaker 5: know how to explain it. You have to do it
- 1:48:14Speaker 5: to believe it. But fucking erga did it too. A
- 1:48:16Speaker 5: lot of the people here now at UFC are doing that,
- 1:48:18Speaker 5: are doing that?
- 1:48:19Speaker 1: Do you like it? Yeah? For first twenty four hours.
- 1:48:25Speaker 5: She just got off it too. I mean, yeah, So
- 1:48:28Speaker 5: I don't want to throw her personal shit out there,
- 1:48:30Speaker 5: but her weight, her whole life, she's been at a
- 1:48:33Speaker 5: certain weight. When she did this thing, she broke the weight,
- 1:48:36Speaker 5: the lowest weight she's ever been as a woman. Yeah,
- 1:48:39Speaker 5: you know what I mean, broke the barrier.
- 1:48:42Speaker 1: How's the first twenty four hours?
- 1:48:44Speaker 5: The first twenty it was. It was good for me
- 1:48:45Speaker 5: because I do the internet fasting anyway. So I've gone
- 1:48:49Speaker 5: like when I fly, I do the whole Gary berecast
- 1:48:51Speaker 5: system when I fly now too. So when you fly
- 1:48:54Speaker 5: like I went to Australia, I went to Abu Dhabi.
- 1:48:56Speaker 5: I just did it to New York. You don't eat,
- 1:48:57Speaker 5: you fast on the plane and there's these hydrogen uh
- 1:49:02Speaker 5: bottle water things that that that turned your water, you know,
- 1:49:05Speaker 5: your your bottle water into hydrogen water and you just
- 1:49:07Speaker 5: drink that the whole way and then when you land
- 1:49:10Speaker 5: you adjust to the time zone. It's fucking incredible. I've
- 1:49:13Speaker 5: done it three times now in crazy flights and.
- 1:49:16Speaker 1: Out where you're not getting the uh the jet leg.
- 1:49:19Speaker 5: So you don't get jet leg. Yeah, and is it
- 1:49:22Speaker 5: like a machine that I've been doing it?
- 1:49:23Speaker 1: You put it in there.
- 1:49:24Speaker 5: I just now I just bought one that's a leader.
- 1:49:26Speaker 5: These ones were small ones. Now I got the leader. Yeah,
- 1:49:29Speaker 5: this is how fucking crazy end of this shit I am.
- 1:49:31Speaker 1: Yeah, it seems like you were telling me about your
- 1:49:32Speaker 1: routine that you go through on a daily basis. You
- 1:49:34Speaker 1: do it like.
- 1:49:34Speaker 5: Religiously, religiously religiously, and I feel like I'm fucking in
- 1:49:37Speaker 5: my twenties again.
- 1:49:38Speaker 2: Many you got the jew You definitely got the energy
- 1:49:41Speaker 2: we started this podcast off.
- 1:49:43Speaker 5: Yeah, and you were with me half the night last
- 1:49:46Speaker 5: night playing fucking cards. And I was back in here
- 1:49:48Speaker 5: this morning and I'll be back in here tomorrow.
- 1:49:50Speaker 1: What times you get up this morning?
- 1:49:52Speaker 5: Well, I slept in late today. I got up at
- 1:49:54Speaker 5: seven thirty, so I.
- 1:49:56Speaker 1: Slept la He walked out of the Red side o'clock,
- 1:50:00Speaker 1: and it's like non negotiable. It's like, what are your
- 1:50:02Speaker 1: non negotiables in the morning for somebody who's listening, being like,
- 1:50:05Speaker 1: I love the energy a livery's at. Yeah, what are
- 1:50:07Speaker 1: the little things I can do now just for me
- 1:50:09Speaker 1: to kind of be better.
- 1:50:10Speaker 5: I have the pad in my bed that alkaline iss
- 1:50:13Speaker 5: your body. I come straight here. I do the coal plunge.
- 1:50:16Speaker 5: I do the steam, I do the oxygen therapy, I
- 1:50:19Speaker 5: do the red light, and then I do my workout.
- 1:50:21Speaker 5: And on the days, because I work out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
- 1:50:25Speaker 5: and then I don't work out again till Saturday, and
- 1:50:27Speaker 5: then every day is recovery, So I do recovery every
- 1:50:30Speaker 5: single day. So on days that I work out and
- 1:50:33Speaker 5: do recovery, it's two hours of my morning, and then
- 1:50:35Speaker 5: on days that I just recover, it's one hour of
- 1:50:37Speaker 5: my morning.
- 1:50:38Speaker 1: So when if you're somebody listening to this podcast falling
- 1:50:41Speaker 1: on a budget, what's like the number one thing to you?
- 1:50:44Speaker 1: If you're like, if you want to just change one
- 1:50:45Speaker 1: thing and do it consistently, what would that be?
- 1:50:47Speaker 5: And that is the hard part, And it's the thing
- 1:50:49Speaker 5: that kills me, is because I talk about this so
- 1:50:52Speaker 5: much because I want to share this with other people,
- 1:50:55Speaker 5: and I want people that are listening to know when
- 1:50:58Speaker 5: you're seeing that doctor and the s shit that you're
- 1:51:00Speaker 5: telling him is wrong with you, and they can't fix it,
- 1:51:03Speaker 5: and it never gets better, but they just keep adding
- 1:51:05Speaker 5: more and more pills to your fucking pile that you're taking,
- 1:51:08Speaker 5: and it makes you feel even shittier. There is hope
- 1:51:12Speaker 5: you don't have to feel this way. There are and
- 1:51:14Speaker 5: there's other guys out there, like Gary Breca. Right, there's
- 1:51:18Speaker 5: a guy. Will you go grab that book that's on
- 1:51:21Speaker 5: my counter, you know the one I'm talking about, right,
- 1:51:22Speaker 5: the books that I have. Nicole has one bringing in
- 1:51:25Speaker 5: here because people that can't afford Gary Breca. I always
- 1:51:29Speaker 5: tell people to watch Gary's podcast. He's at Gary breca
- 1:51:32Speaker 5: on on Instagram. And there's another guy that Joe's had
- 1:51:36Speaker 5: on that. Everybody tells me this book is incredible, and
- 1:51:40Speaker 5: I buy this book and I give it to people,
- 1:51:42Speaker 5: and I do this because I want to share this
- 1:51:43Speaker 5: with with people. But like like the pad that I
- 1:51:46Speaker 5: put in my bed, Gary says, you take your shoes
- 1:51:48Speaker 5: off and you walk in the grass and it's electricity
- 1:51:51Speaker 5: exactly from from from the Earth's and and then and then, uh,
- 1:51:54Speaker 5: if you don't have a coal plunch, jump in your
- 1:51:56Speaker 5: fucking pool when it's cold out, or or put some
- 1:51:58Speaker 5: ice in a bucket in a barrel in cold plunge,
- 1:52:02Speaker 5: cold shower, all these type of things that you can do.
- 1:52:05Speaker 5: The red light therapy, get out in the sun even
- 1:52:08Speaker 5: when it's cold out. Gary always talks about first Son
- 1:52:11Speaker 5: in the morning is the best and you know this.
- 1:52:13Speaker 5: So there's alternatives like this, and then there's this book.
- 1:52:17Speaker 5: This book is called Outlive. I'm gonna give everybody in
- 1:52:20Speaker 5: here one too. It I just bot ten more. I
- 1:52:22Speaker 5: never met this guy, don't know this guy. I make
- 1:52:26Speaker 5: no money off the shit. I make no money off
- 1:52:28Speaker 5: any of the shit. And in fact, I pay Gary
- 1:52:30Speaker 5: Breca full vote. Okay, I'm telling you this, and I'm
- 1:52:36Speaker 5: saying this to you because you can tell that's I'm
- 1:52:39Speaker 5: super passionate about it and it's real. It works. But
- 1:52:40Speaker 5: this is called Outlive. The Science of Art in the
- 1:52:44Speaker 5: Art of Longevity. Peter Atia, Sorry if I'm butchering your name, buddy,
- 1:52:48Speaker 5: Peter A. Tia m D. Everybody tells me that this
- 1:52:53Speaker 5: book is incredible, and even Gary. That's the other thing
- 1:52:55Speaker 5: that I love about Gary Breca. Gary Brekt doesn't shit
- 1:52:58Speaker 5: on other people and go no, no, no, Only my
- 1:53:00Speaker 5: stuff will do this. Gary's like, this guy is brilliant.
- 1:53:03Speaker 5: This guy's good, and this guy knows exactly what he's
- 1:53:05Speaker 5: talking about. Gary is that type of guy. So there
- 1:53:08Speaker 5: you go. Outlive. If you can't afford to do a
- 1:53:11Speaker 5: lot of this stuff, check out Gary's podcast and his
- 1:53:14Speaker 5: stuff and read Outlive by Peter Atiya.
- 1:53:17Speaker 1: I think this is a lot about Breca, the way
- 1:53:19Speaker 1: he doesn't the way he say he doesn't talk about
- 1:53:21Speaker 1: other people. I've worked with some people, like doing the
- 1:53:23Speaker 1: blood work and all that, trying to stay ahead of
- 1:53:24Speaker 1: the chains with football, and it seemed like most of
- 1:53:27Speaker 1: the people I worked with, if I brought up somebody else,
- 1:53:29Speaker 1: they're like, no, fuck that guy, because everyone at the
- 1:53:31Speaker 1: end of the day is trying to make money as well.
- 1:53:33Speaker 1: But I hear breck on you know the Rogan podcasts,
- 1:53:36Speaker 1: and you think about the rivalries within the game that
- 1:53:38Speaker 1: people are living, and he talks about Andrew Heuberman. He's like,
- 1:53:41Speaker 1: guy's awesome. Guy understands his shit, like he knows what
- 1:53:43Speaker 1: he's doing. So that says that probably says a lot
- 1:53:45Speaker 1: about him.
- 1:53:45Speaker 5: The first thing, honestly, other than when this guy started
- 1:53:49Speaker 5: walking through the blood work, first thing I noticed about
- 1:53:51Speaker 5: him other doctors. And he says, listen, it's it's not
- 1:53:55Speaker 5: listen when doctors go they don't study human biology the
- 1:53:58Speaker 5: way that they used to and everything he works with
- 1:54:01Speaker 5: doctors who work everybody who has other opinions. He's like, no,
- 1:54:04Speaker 5: that's it. He doesn't shit on anybody ever, Like, no, no, no,
- 1:54:07Speaker 5: not that guy. My way. Gary is the exact opposite.
- 1:54:10Speaker 5: It's one of the things that I extremely respect about
- 1:54:13Speaker 5: the guy. Yeah, so he speaks very highly of this guy.
- 1:54:17Speaker 1: When you when you talk about Breca and he gave
- 1:54:20Speaker 1: you like when you're essentially gonna die, he said you
- 1:54:22Speaker 1: had like ten eleven years to live ten point four.
- 1:54:25Speaker 1: What was like your first thought when you heard that?
- 1:54:27Speaker 1: Was it still in your mind, this is the guy's
- 1:54:29Speaker 1: a load of shit, like you have to show me?
- 1:54:30Speaker 1: Or was that like the wake up thing? Now?
- 1:54:32Speaker 5: It wasn't a wake up because I wasn't a believer yet.
- 1:54:36Speaker 5: Make me believe then I'll say, oh shit, I got
- 1:54:37Speaker 5: ten years left. So then after I started doing his stuff,
- 1:54:40Speaker 5: you know, you know what I believe. I believe I
- 1:54:42Speaker 5: didn't have that one. I think Gary was being nice.
- 1:54:45Speaker 5: I don't think I had ten point four years. I
- 1:54:47Speaker 5: was fucking bad, and I think that you know, there
- 1:54:50Speaker 5: might be a lot of people out there listening right
- 1:54:52Speaker 5: now that you know, when you're a man and you
- 1:54:56Speaker 5: got shit going on with you, you fucking deal with it.
- 1:55:00Speaker 5: My fucking legs are fucked up by this that try
- 1:55:02Speaker 5: to talk to a doctor. That don't fix you. It's
- 1:55:03Speaker 5: just like there's two things. Number One, I'm a man,
- 1:55:05Speaker 5: I gotta do what I gotta do. I gotta get
- 1:55:07Speaker 5: up every day and deal with life. Yeah, number one,
- 1:55:10Speaker 5: and number two, maybe this is how fucking fifty feels.
- 1:55:13Speaker 5: I'm fifty now, Is this how fifty feels? It must be,
- 1:55:15Speaker 5: you know, that's what you start to think. It is
- 1:55:17Speaker 5: the furthest thing from the truth. And now I tell
- 1:55:21Speaker 5: Gary all the time, I'm like, I feel fucking incredible.
- 1:55:23Speaker 5: I feel twenty. And he's like, no, you don't. You don't,
- 1:55:25Speaker 5: you don't feel incredible. This is what normal feels like.
- 1:55:28Speaker 5: This isn't incredible. This is normal. This is what you're
- 1:55:30Speaker 5: supposed to feel like. And it's all fascinating. He's a
- 1:55:34Speaker 5: fascinating dude. I hope that this dude lives to be
- 1:55:36Speaker 5: a fucking hundred because a lot of people need him. Yeah.
- 1:55:40Speaker 1: There's a book called Lifespan where a guy talks about that,
- 1:55:42Speaker 1: like if you can do fasting and do basic things
- 1:55:45Speaker 1: like and you can start to feel that normally you're
- 1:55:47Speaker 1: talking about like one hundred and one hundred and ten
- 1:55:50Speaker 1: is like the essentially the new seventy and like so
- 1:55:52Speaker 1: on and so forth. Seventy is the new forty and
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: all that.
- 1:55:54Speaker 5: Well, if you look at the generation before us, right,
- 1:55:57Speaker 5: you got Clint Eastwood right now, that's fucking ninety three
- 1:55:59Speaker 5: years old, still doing it.
- 1:56:00Speaker 1: He's a mayor of a town, still doing well.
- 1:56:02Speaker 5: He was not now, still doing still making movies, still
- 1:56:06Speaker 5: doing his thing. You got Gene Hackman still alive. I
- 1:56:09Speaker 5: don't know the state of Gene Ackman. I haven't seen
- 1:56:11Speaker 5: him in a while, but he's in his fucking nineties.
- 1:56:12Speaker 5: He's still alive. Bob Aram. I hate this motherfucker.
- 1:56:16Speaker 3: Uh Bob Ara.
- 1:56:18Speaker 5: Right, let me tell you about Bob Aram. You go
- 1:56:20Speaker 5: back and research anything about Bob Ahram and me talking
- 1:56:23Speaker 5: about him. I can't stand him. Whatever, I have to
- 1:56:26Speaker 5: give him the respect. I'm at the Aces playoffs, so
- 1:56:30Speaker 5: that the the WNBA champions, the Las Vegas Aces. I'm
- 1:56:34Speaker 5: at the I'm at the playoff game. It's eight thirty
- 1:56:37Speaker 5: at night. Now, you got to pull up to the
- 1:56:39Speaker 5: stadium in the back and gotta walk quite away. I
- 1:56:41Speaker 5: look over across the thing. It's eight thirty. Bob fucking
- 1:56:45Speaker 5: Aram is sitting at the fucking ninety one ninety two
- 1:56:48Speaker 5: years old at the Aces game. I'm like, you gotta
- 1:56:51Speaker 5: be shitting me right. A week later, he's in fucking
- 1:56:56Speaker 5: Saudi Arabia watching the fucking fights in Saudi Arabia. He's
- 1:57:01Speaker 5: ninety fucking.
- 1:57:02Speaker 1: Two years he's moving around.
- 1:57:04Speaker 5: You gotta you gotta respect it.
- 1:57:06Speaker 1: You gotta respect it, right, respect.
- 1:57:08Speaker 5: But yeah, I'm saying, these guys from this generation now
- 1:57:10Speaker 5: are already living into their nineties and flying to fucking
- 1:57:13Speaker 5: Saudi Arabia to watch fights.
- 1:57:15Speaker 1: How long are you trying to live?
- 1:57:16Speaker 5: I don't give a fuck how long I live. I
- 1:57:18Speaker 5: want to quality of life. Yeah, I want a good
- 1:57:22Speaker 5: quality of you know what I don't want to Hey,
- 1:57:24Speaker 5: Dana is eighty six. He's still alive. Fuck, I'm sitting
- 1:57:27Speaker 5: in a wheelchairs rooling on myself in the living room,
- 1:57:29Speaker 5: you know what I mean?
- 1:57:30Speaker 1: Eighty six at the high Rollers.
- 1:57:31Speaker 5: I want to get working on his eight point three
- 1:57:37Speaker 5: million dollars that we've won over the last fucking twenty years.
- 1:57:39Speaker 1: Let's fucking go with that. I can get on board
- 1:57:41Speaker 1: with that. What's the lowest you've ever been? Down?
- 1:57:44Speaker 5: The most?
- 1:57:44Speaker 1: Yeah, Hey, that's a quick turn. We got positive, you know, Yeah,
- 1:57:48Speaker 1: that's the worst you've ever fell in your life. Yeah,
- 1:57:50Speaker 1: that's a good it's a good question.
- 1:57:51Speaker 5: Though, two million two.
- 1:57:53Speaker 2: Yeah, did you bounce back from it or that's what
- 1:57:55Speaker 2: you walked away? Maybe you came back from something lower.
- 1:57:58Speaker 5: Is Hunter here? Pull him in here?
- 1:58:01Speaker 1: If he's in here, I would love Hunter to be
- 1:58:02Speaker 1: on this podcast. He's such a legend.
- 1:58:04Speaker 2: Yeah, he just stays behind the scene, behind the scenes
- 1:58:07Speaker 2: appearance every now and then.
- 1:58:09Speaker 1: While Hunters coming. How much of a factor is Hunter
- 1:58:13Speaker 1: in this business? The way he operates and everything behind So.
- 1:58:16Speaker 5: You want to know something fucking crazy. He was an
- 1:58:17Speaker 5: intern here, No, ship was an intern. He was an
- 1:58:20Speaker 5: intern in like what department? Like, uh legal? And uh
- 1:58:24Speaker 5: yeah legal. He's a lawyer. Yeah, so he interned here
- 1:58:28Speaker 5: when he when he was in college a young kid,
- 1:58:31Speaker 5: and then he became a lawyer, and then he ended
- 1:58:34Speaker 5: up becoming my lawyer. And then when we sold the company,
- 1:58:38Speaker 5: I had to bring you know, I brought him in
- 1:58:41Speaker 5: as a is he here? He's not here?
- 1:58:44Speaker 1: It's a bad luck. It's a bad luck for I
- 1:58:46Speaker 1: really wanted him to.
- 1:58:49Speaker 5: I'll give you that talk about how oh he is here?
- 1:58:53Speaker 5: Oh okay, I was gonna say, we're talking about Grady
- 1:58:54Speaker 5: is and he's not at work today. And then he
- 1:58:58Speaker 5: ended up becoming my lawyer and h when we sold
- 1:59:02Speaker 5: the company, I was sort of rebuilding the executive team
- 1:59:07Speaker 5: in a few spots and I brought him into to
- 1:59:09Speaker 5: be my right hand man. Yeah, and he's fucking awesome.
- 1:59:12Speaker 5: Not you know, he's great at what he does, but
- 1:59:14Speaker 5: he's he's one of my close friends now too. I'm
- 1:59:17Speaker 5: very good friends.
- 1:59:18Speaker 1: He seems like he seems like the perfect yang to
- 1:59:20Speaker 1: your yang because you obviously it's.
- 1:59:22Speaker 5: Exactly what I was looking for. Yeah, what what you
- 1:59:24Speaker 5: can have here is to me, you know what I mean?
- 1:59:27Speaker 5: So Lorenzo, for Tita and I balanced each other out.
- 1:59:32Speaker 5: I needed I need to that other side of the
- 1:59:35Speaker 5: scale to balance out the way that I am.
- 1:59:39Speaker 1: Right because you're you're you're a thrill seeker, you're competitive,
- 1:59:42Speaker 1: you want you're fighting the good fight. Hunters a lot
- 1:59:45Speaker 1: that way too, from what I've seen. But he has
- 1:59:47Speaker 1: more of a he seems more cautious in a lot
- 1:59:51Speaker 1: of ways. In the simple, simplest fact is when we
- 1:59:53Speaker 1: get to the light analytical, because we'll sit there able
- 1:59:57Speaker 1: to hey, you man, you play, and I mean I
- 1:59:59Speaker 1: know he will. He's well, often he does his thing.
- 2:00:01Speaker 1: He's like, no, he's like, I'd rather own a casino
- 2:00:03Speaker 1: then play the game. And every time I play, is like,
- 2:00:05Speaker 1: you're a fucking idiot, Like what are you doing? And
- 2:00:07Speaker 1: I kind of feel bad about myself for a little bit.
- 2:00:09Speaker 1: I'm like, no, I'm gonna keep playing though, We're gonna,
- 2:00:11Speaker 1: We're gonna keep this thing rolling. But he's a he's
- 2:00:13Speaker 1: an awesome cat.
- 2:00:15Speaker 5: Owning a fucking casino is uh, you gotta go through
- 2:00:18Speaker 5: a lot of fucking bullshit to try to like a casino,
- 2:00:20Speaker 5: and you should. You should. So if you'd be fuck
- 2:00:23Speaker 5: that ship. I want nothing to do with that bullshit.
- 2:00:26Speaker 5: That's like a fucking running for office. So basically, the
- 2:00:28Speaker 5: government can come into your house at any point in time,
- 2:00:31Speaker 5: go through your safe, go through your phone, go through
- 2:00:34Speaker 5: all your personal fucking records, you know all this shit
- 2:00:37Speaker 5: the game. What people don't realize is the gaming industry
- 2:00:40Speaker 5: is incredibly regulated by the government, you know what I mean.
- 2:00:44Speaker 5: So when you go in there, like some nights, when
- 2:00:47Speaker 5: you're in there, you would feel like I always talk
- 2:00:48Speaker 5: about this back in the wild Wild West. You have
- 2:00:52Speaker 5: played enough now to see that sometimes when these fucking
- 2:00:56Speaker 5: cards flip. You're like, how is this evening numerically possible
- 2:01:02Speaker 5: that this could fucking happen this way. So, but I
- 2:01:04Speaker 5: think back in the cowboy days when guys were really
- 2:01:06Speaker 5: fucking stupid and had no education, hot headed, everybody carried
- 2:01:09Speaker 5: fucking guns. Imagine being a dealer or a casino owner
- 2:01:13Speaker 5: back in those days, and you see these cards flipping
- 2:01:15Speaker 5: the way that people had to die back then, you guys,
- 2:01:21Speaker 5: if you're fucking dealer because they thought they were cheating,
- 2:01:24Speaker 5: it's impossible. But the reality is when you play these
- 2:01:27Speaker 5: games and the way these cards flip, it is the
- 2:01:29Speaker 5: most regulated ship in this country. All these games are
- 2:01:33Speaker 5: square and on the up and up and and all
- 2:01:35Speaker 5: the cameras and the government is paying attention to everything.
- 2:01:39Speaker 5: It's very very regulated. So to get a license in gaming,
- 2:01:43Speaker 5: you gotta go through hell.
- 2:01:45Speaker 1: That's worth your time. Fuck that you're you're more build brands,
- 2:01:49Speaker 1: sell them, Move on.
- 2:01:50Speaker 5: On the guy side of the table. I would rather
- 2:01:52Speaker 5: play against you. Yeah, It's it's just my thing. It's
- 2:01:54Speaker 5: what I love to do. And you know, you have
- 2:01:56Speaker 5: people like Hunter and many other people like why the
- 2:02:00Speaker 5: fuck does this guy you doesn't need to get because
- 2:02:02Speaker 5: I like it. That's fucking why business other than every
- 2:02:09Speaker 5: night exactly, that's what I like to do.
- 2:02:11Speaker 1: When's the last time you didn't bet a max bet
- 2:02:13Speaker 1: in black jack?
- 2:02:15Speaker 5: It's just it doesn't exist. Oh, he counts cards, he
- 2:02:21Speaker 5: does this, he does that. I bet the same fucking
- 2:02:24Speaker 5: amount every hand. I bet the max every hand.
- 2:02:27Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't just bet the max every hand. You're
- 2:02:28Speaker 1: also a psychopath the way I was watching you, because essentially,
- 2:02:31Speaker 1: when you get down the way you were last night,
- 2:02:33Speaker 1: you have to rely on the doubles and the splits
- 2:02:35Speaker 1: to get you back on track. And there was a
- 2:02:37Speaker 1: couple of times, you know, we're looking at a pair
- 2:02:39Speaker 1: of twos versus a king and you're like, fuck it
- 2:02:41Speaker 1: in the classical line, let's gamble, and then you're doubling
- 2:02:44Speaker 1: whatever going after it, and it obviously worked in your favor.
- 2:02:47Speaker 1: Is it just a feel thing though?
- 2:02:48Speaker 5: Yeah, it's just you have to mix it up, you
- 2:02:50Speaker 5: know when when we're in this we're in this fucking
- 2:02:52Speaker 5: loop that we were in last night. Was it true?
- 2:02:57Speaker 5: Is it not true that I would tell you what
- 2:02:59Speaker 5: was going to happen?
- 2:03:00Speaker 1: So what we were just talking about.
- 2:03:01Speaker 5: Before it fucking happened, I told you what was going
- 2:03:03Speaker 5: to happen. So you know, yes, for the most part,
- 2:03:07Speaker 5: you played by the book, but overall you play by
- 2:03:10Speaker 5: your gut, and there's times when you have to do
- 2:03:12Speaker 5: shit that doesn't make sense because nothing is making sense
- 2:03:16Speaker 5: when you have the amount of twenties that we had
- 2:03:19Speaker 5: last night and we won none of them. When you
- 2:03:22Speaker 5: have the amount of double downs that we had and
- 2:03:24Speaker 5: we won none of them. If I had a fourteen,
- 2:03:27Speaker 5: I was absolutely positively getting the fucking ten. If I
- 2:03:31Speaker 5: had an eleven, we were absolutely getting the four, right,
- 2:03:34Speaker 5: I mean all fucking night. So when that kind of
- 2:03:36Speaker 5: goofy shit is happening over and at fucking one point,
- 2:03:40Speaker 5: I don't know if you remember this, but uh, fucking
- 2:03:44Speaker 5: what's his name? Orlando? Yeah? Played right John Orlando played.
- 2:03:50Speaker 5: He got fucking murdered. Then we started playing. We got
- 2:03:54Speaker 5: the same fucking hands that Orlando got, same cards, same
- 2:03:58Speaker 5: up against. Every thing was exactly the same. Yeah, Like
- 2:04:01Speaker 5: we were fucking caught in the matrix and it was
- 2:04:04Speaker 5: a it was a fucking glitch and the matrix it
- 2:04:05Speaker 5: was fucking crazy.
- 2:04:06Speaker 1: Well there was. He started playing, and sometimes you play
- 2:04:09Speaker 1: where you just have the cards down. I don't know
- 2:04:11Speaker 1: if you just enjoy it more the thrill of everybody
- 2:04:12Speaker 1: else washing and no one know what's going on. And
- 2:04:14Speaker 1: I would was sitting right next to him, like so
- 2:04:16Speaker 1: I could see the cards and he'd have six, like
- 2:04:19Speaker 1: a two and a four, and the dealer would be
- 2:04:20Speaker 1: showing a four and he would just stay no hit,
- 2:04:24Speaker 1: no rhyme or reason, and then the dealer would bust.
- 2:04:26Speaker 1: And is the crazy the goofy shit you're talking about?
- 2:04:28Speaker 1: So as you're taking that ten, all of a sudden.
- 2:04:32Speaker 5: Dead on, you're fucking absolute. So when you're in this
- 2:04:34Speaker 5: fucking loop and this ship's going on, I have the sex.
- 2:04:36Speaker 1: He gets the crazy.
- 2:04:38Speaker 5: Every time you hit that six, right, it's a four
- 2:04:41Speaker 5: to two, right you hit it, it's the fucking ten.
- 2:04:46Speaker 5: So most of the time when ship's going goofy, I
- 2:04:49Speaker 5: will stay on the six. I will stay on you know,
- 2:04:51Speaker 5: hands like that and the dealer normally. But how many
- 2:04:55Speaker 5: how many times you see it? Last night? I think
- 2:04:57Speaker 5: it was probably exactly five or six, and I think
- 2:04:59Speaker 5: I lost one mm.
- 2:05:00Speaker 1: Hmm, and the ones you want to just stay on six.
- 2:05:04Speaker 1: It was kind of like a look at this fucking move,
- 2:05:05Speaker 1: and the one you lost you kind of flip it.
- 2:05:08Speaker 1: The dealers will flip it over what Yeah, yeah, it.
- 2:05:11Speaker 2: Was so in the moment. He's doing his mannerisms at
- 2:05:14Speaker 2: the table too, with the card swipe and everything else
- 2:05:16Speaker 2: and the fight.
- 2:05:17Speaker 1: Yeah. And the thing that here's what blows me away
- 2:05:20Speaker 1: about you is we've had conversations about people when other
- 2:05:25Speaker 1: situations have happened, and ESPNS and these other companies are
- 2:05:27Speaker 1: calling you saying we want this guy out, and you're like,
- 2:05:30Speaker 1: all right, then we're out that type of how did
- 2:05:32Speaker 1: you become an individual or have you always been like
- 2:05:35Speaker 1: this where you're choosing people over business because you meet
- 2:05:38Speaker 1: people with money and there's a level of narcissism or
- 2:05:43Speaker 1: something where they are so solely focused on their success
- 2:05:46Speaker 1: that they don't care about other people's success. And it
- 2:05:48Speaker 1: seems like you were the exact opposite. I've been at
- 2:05:50Speaker 1: the table with you where you've handed me money. Just
- 2:05:52Speaker 1: last night's perfect example. Kyle from the Milk Boys. He's
- 2:05:54Speaker 1: down fifty, you're fucking around, you're on a hot streak.
- 2:05:57Speaker 1: You're like, hey, give me thirty, bing bang boom, here
- 2:05:58Speaker 1: here's thirty, and you kind of do that way, like
- 2:06:01Speaker 1: what is that company? Has that always been you or
- 2:06:03Speaker 1: is it because you're the position you're in now and
- 2:06:04Speaker 1: you understand people.
- 2:06:05Speaker 5: I don't ever choose uh money over people ever. Ever,
- 2:06:14Speaker 5: I don't. I don't know how to explain it, but
- 2:06:15Speaker 5: I will never choose. It's just like you know, this business.
- 2:06:19Speaker 5: The best example I can give you is going through
- 2:06:20Speaker 5: COVID is. No matter what goes on, we're gonna go
- 2:06:24Speaker 5: through a lot of hard times. We went through the uh,
- 2:06:26Speaker 5: you know, the crash in eight nine.
- 2:06:29Speaker 1: Uh.
- 2:06:29Speaker 5: There's been other things that have happened in our business
- 2:06:32Speaker 5: going up with one year we had every fucking main
- 2:06:34Speaker 5: event fallout or co main event with injuries and it
- 2:06:39Speaker 5: was a rough pay per view year. And you know,
- 2:06:40Speaker 5: we've had times that back in the day when we
- 2:06:43Speaker 5: didn't know if we were going to break covenants and
- 2:06:45Speaker 5: shit like that. We never laid our people off. I
- 2:06:48Speaker 5: will fucking I look at every day when I get
- 2:06:51Speaker 5: up out of bed and I go to work, I'm
- 2:06:53Speaker 5: going to war. There's people coming to fucking take shots
- 2:06:56Speaker 5: at us and try to take us down. Whether it's
- 2:06:59Speaker 5: the fucking media. Are these people of those people and
- 2:07:02Speaker 5: all these people that are in this building strap up
- 2:07:04Speaker 5: and go to battle with me every day? So the
- 2:07:07Speaker 5: UFC is this fucking battleship, right, and we're cruising and
- 2:07:11Speaker 5: we're fighting the fight every day. Some people have been
- 2:07:13Speaker 5: here for ten, fifteen, twenty years, right, And COVID was
- 2:07:19Speaker 5: the perfect example because we've never found I mean, we've
- 2:07:23Speaker 5: never been through a time that was as scary as COVID.
- 2:07:26Speaker 5: Are we going to die? Is the whole world gonna collapse?
- 2:07:29Speaker 5: Is this gonna happen? Is that gonna happen? Now? I'm
- 2:07:34Speaker 5: the leader in this organization, right, I am the guy
- 2:07:37Speaker 5: who is My job description is to run the business
- 2:07:43Speaker 5: through the good, the bad, the ugly, all this shit.
- 2:07:46Speaker 5: But I take care of my people. My people depend
- 2:07:49Speaker 5: on a paycheck every week for me. So the way
- 2:07:52Speaker 5: that I am what most businesses will do. You saw
- 2:07:54Speaker 5: it a lot through COVID. You see a lot when
- 2:07:57Speaker 5: they're going through hard times. The way that you stay
- 2:08:00Speaker 5: that you make it a lot easier as you you
- 2:08:02Speaker 5: start fucking getting rid of people. So you put bullets
- 2:08:05Speaker 5: on all these people, and you know, then your your
- 2:08:09Speaker 5: costs go down and you manage to business, you do whatever.
- 2:08:11Speaker 5: This is a fucking battleship and we're either all going
- 2:08:15Speaker 5: down together or we're not going down at all. That's
- 2:08:19Speaker 5: just the way that I'm fucking wired and the way
- 2:08:21Speaker 5: that I look at it. And when I look at
- 2:08:23Speaker 5: my employees, I expect a lot from them. Right. This
- 2:08:29Speaker 5: place is a fucking grindhouse. It's a hamster wheel. Every
- 2:08:33Speaker 5: fucking Saturday, we're putting on a fight. As soon as
- 2:08:35Speaker 5: that fight is over, we start promoting the next fight
- 2:08:38Speaker 5: on Monday. Right, So think about this, and this is
- 2:08:40Speaker 5: the way that I look at it. How many games
- 2:08:44Speaker 5: have they missed that their kids played? How many performances
- 2:08:48Speaker 5: have they missed that their kids performed in at school?
- 2:08:51Speaker 5: How many hours did they miss playing with their fucking
- 2:08:54Speaker 5: kids and all this kind of shit. These are the
- 2:08:55Speaker 5: things that I think about. And we hit some hard times.
- 2:09:00Speaker 5: Who hit a rocket roll? And that's it. You're just
- 2:09:04Speaker 5: a fucking number. You're you're, you're, you're a you're a
- 2:09:07Speaker 5: fucking number to the bottom line, because that's basically what
- 2:09:10Speaker 5: these companies do. They go down and they look at
- 2:09:12Speaker 5: the people and if you make the most money, you're
- 2:09:14Speaker 5: probably the one that's in the most risk, right, or
- 2:09:19Speaker 5: there's multiple people to do your job or whatever, And
- 2:09:21Speaker 5: what goes out the window is all the ship that
- 2:09:24Speaker 5: you've done for the company, right, all goes out right
- 2:09:27Speaker 5: out the fucking window. Fuck that ship, not with me.
- 2:09:31Speaker 5: I don't forget. I don't ever forget. I always remember
- 2:09:34Speaker 5: who was here and who did what, and and and
- 2:09:36Speaker 5: and then the people that I don't even know what
- 2:09:39Speaker 5: they did. I know what they did. You know what
- 2:09:42Speaker 5: I mean, because I know what we do here and
- 2:09:43Speaker 5: and I will never pick money over people ever.
- 2:09:47Speaker 1: I love that.
- 2:09:48Speaker 2: Let's talk about your one of your more recent battles,
- 2:09:51Speaker 2: UH sponsorship bud Light. Obviously you had to stand in
- 2:09:54Speaker 2: the in the batter's box. I was messaging you about
- 2:09:56Speaker 2: that on how you handle yourself when people are coming
- 2:10:00Speaker 2: after you, when you make a decision like that. Can
- 2:10:02Speaker 2: you talk about can you talk about that recent battles
- 2:10:05Speaker 2: possible but obviously talked about on Theo's podcasts. I thought
- 2:10:07Speaker 2: was awesome, Thank you, But yeah, share some light. I
- 2:10:11Speaker 2: would love to know what goes on, you know, when
- 2:10:14Speaker 2: you're when you're making that deal, especially when there's probably
- 2:10:17Speaker 2: other suitors in there. People call you a sellout and
- 2:10:20Speaker 2: everything else.
- 2:10:20Speaker 5: Yep, that's that's part of the gig too, when you
- 2:10:23Speaker 5: make when you make tough decisions and you make decisions
- 2:10:26Speaker 5: that you know. People don't know all the What you
- 2:10:29Speaker 5: have to understand is, it's just like when we were
- 2:10:30Speaker 5: talking about New Year's Eve. If you if you know
- 2:10:33Speaker 5: who I am and understand the way that I operate,
- 2:10:36Speaker 5: and especially at this point in my life and my age,
- 2:10:40Speaker 5: nothing is about money anymore. I've made money. Everybody thought
- 2:10:44Speaker 5: I was going to retire in twenty sixteen. I've made money.
- 2:10:47Speaker 5: I'm good like going through COVID. I got a really
- 2:10:51Speaker 5: nice fucking house. Okay, really nice. I could have fucking
- 2:10:55Speaker 5: camped out for five or six years however long COVID,
- 2:10:58Speaker 5: but that wouldn't have done any good for this fuck company.
- 2:11:00Speaker 5: It wouldn't have done any good for my employees, and
- 2:11:02Speaker 5: it definitely wouldn't have been good for the fighters. So
- 2:11:05Speaker 5: we didn't. We battled fucking through it. So if I
- 2:11:09Speaker 5: have made the decision to go with Anheuser Bush and
- 2:11:12Speaker 5: bud Light, there's a damn good fucking reason. I know
- 2:11:15Speaker 5: the inner workings of the beer business better than any
- 2:11:18Speaker 5: of the other fucking these guys out, these fans and
- 2:11:20Speaker 5: all this shit, and basically they went after Anheuser Busch
- 2:11:24Speaker 5: for being woke and doing what they did. I think
- 2:11:26Speaker 5: that you know, obviously, I've laid out all the reasons
- 2:11:30Speaker 5: on why I'm way more aligned with Anheuser Bush than
- 2:11:33Speaker 5: any other beer company out there. And for those of
- 2:11:36Speaker 5: you that haven't heard, sixty five thousand Americans are employed
- 2:11:40Speaker 5: by Aneaser Busch. Sixty five thousand Americans and a lot
- 2:11:44Speaker 5: of them are vets. That alone should be enough reason
- 2:11:48Speaker 5: for you to not try to put a bullet in
- 2:11:50Speaker 5: bud light in Anheuser Busch. Number one. Number two, they
- 2:11:53Speaker 5: spend almost a billion dollars a year with US farmers. Okay,
- 2:11:57Speaker 5: that should be a fucking reason you do it. All
- 2:12:00Speaker 5: the stuff that they do for first responders and vets,
- 2:12:03Speaker 5: and forty four million dollars spent over the last however
- 2:12:07Speaker 5: many years for their families. Every time there's a natural
- 2:12:10Speaker 5: disaster in America, they shut down the plant and turn
- 2:12:13Speaker 5: it into a bottled water facility and they ship out
- 2:12:16Speaker 5: and they've done something crazy like one hundred million bottles
- 2:12:19Speaker 5: of bottle water that they've sent out to Americans in need.
- 2:12:22Speaker 5: Give me a fucking break, Okay, I am way more
- 2:12:26Speaker 5: aligned with Anheuser Bush. So that's why I did that
- 2:12:28Speaker 5: deal with them. Now you're gonna have people who come
- 2:12:32Speaker 5: and and you have these guys that you know, consider
- 2:12:36Speaker 5: themselves patriots who love this country and everything else. Let
- 2:12:39Speaker 5: me just tell you this, if you consider yourself a patriot,
- 2:12:44Speaker 5: you should be drinking fucking barrels about light. Believe me
- 2:12:47Speaker 5: when I tell you all these other beer companies out there,
- 2:12:53Speaker 5: woke is what you're worried about. The woke is of
- 2:12:56Speaker 5: the woke. You just haven't fucking seen it or heard
- 2:12:59Speaker 5: about it. So Anheuser Busch is my partner for the
- 2:13:03Speaker 5: next six years, and I can't fucking wait, and I'm
- 2:13:06Speaker 5: looking forward to it.
- 2:13:07Speaker 2: Was anybody close to Anheuser Busch, like you know, obviously
- 2:13:10Speaker 2: when you look at whatever gets reported on their sales,
- 2:13:13Speaker 2: dropping everything else, a company like Modello comes to the
- 2:13:15Speaker 2: top like as a beer brain, like a Modello trying
- 2:13:17Speaker 2: to come to the table and sponsor up with the UFC.
- 2:13:20Speaker 5: Yeah, well, people can say that it's you know, oh,
- 2:13:22Speaker 5: it's about money. I was gonna get money no matter
- 2:13:24Speaker 5: what money was coming, you know what I mean? And
- 2:13:27Speaker 5: trust me, Anheuser bush didn't pay me some fucking crazy
- 2:13:31Speaker 5: number that maybe said, you know what, I'm gonna throw
- 2:13:34Speaker 5: every fucking thing that I'm about all of the values
- 2:13:37Speaker 5: that I believe in right out the window because I'm
- 2:13:39Speaker 5: gonna take this money. Yeah, there's there's stories that I
- 2:13:44Speaker 5: could tell you, but I won't. There isn't any fucking
- 2:13:46Speaker 5: amount of money that I will take to not When
- 2:13:50Speaker 5: you're getting into a sponsorship deal, you're getting into a relationship.
- 2:13:54Speaker 5: Who wants to be in a bad relationship, Nobody, Whether
- 2:13:57Speaker 5: it's with a woman, it's with your family, it's with
- 2:14:00Speaker 5: business partners, or it's a fucking sponsor. You want to
- 2:14:03Speaker 5: be with people that you were aligned with that the
- 2:14:09Speaker 5: purpose of a sponsorship is you pay me money, and
- 2:14:14Speaker 5: the money that you pay me, we work together to
- 2:14:16Speaker 5: build both of our businesses and make them bigger and better.
- 2:14:20Speaker 5: If you are not aligned on most things, you are
- 2:14:24Speaker 5: not going to have that kind of a relationship, and
- 2:14:25Speaker 5: you are not going to have fun, and you're going
- 2:14:28Speaker 5: to be begging to fucking get out of that relationship.
- 2:14:32Speaker 5: So you should only do deals with people that you
- 2:14:36Speaker 5: are aligned with.
- 2:14:37Speaker 1: But what do you say to people that, like the
- 2:14:40Speaker 1: first you said last night, Power Slab has more sponsors
- 2:14:44Speaker 1: this year than UFCD in the first seven years. Right
- 2:14:46Speaker 1: when you're not in the position you are now and
- 2:14:49Speaker 1: you're fighting a good fight establishing the UFC. Were you
- 2:14:52Speaker 1: did you still have that same mindset? Well? Was there
- 2:14:55Speaker 1: not enough leeway?
- 2:14:55Speaker 5: Like, well, no, that's how you learn. Yeah, that's a
- 2:14:57Speaker 5: good point again, Like I was talking about my employees
- 2:15:01Speaker 5: and COVID or whatever. You don't know who's who or
- 2:15:03Speaker 5: what's what. You can be in the best relationship ever.
- 2:15:05Speaker 5: Right I could say, you know, Taylor's my fucking good friend.
- 2:15:10Speaker 5: Right then the ship hits the fan and I really
- 2:15:12Speaker 5: need Taylor. Is Taylor there for me?
- 2:15:15Speaker 1: I'm there?
- 2:15:19Speaker 5: Tell me everybody in this room hasn't been in that
- 2:15:22Speaker 5: position where you found out who somebody really was when
- 2:15:25Speaker 5: you really needed them, or when you hit rough times
- 2:15:28Speaker 5: or scary times like COVID and shit like this. You know,
- 2:15:32Speaker 5: that's when you find out who's who. And uh then
- 2:15:37Speaker 5: as you go on, you know, you live and learn,
- 2:15:39Speaker 5: you know, and uh, we've had some some good sponsors
- 2:15:43Speaker 5: and we've had some bad sponsors. What I don't like
- 2:15:46Speaker 5: is when you have a company or a group of
- 2:15:49Speaker 5: people can be a network. It could be anybody that
- 2:15:52Speaker 5: starts coming in and telling you what to do with
- 2:15:55Speaker 5: your fucking business. You need to do this, and you
- 2:15:58Speaker 5: need to do that, or we're gonna pull our sponsorship. Well,
- 2:16:01Speaker 5: you can pull your sponsorship and you can take every
- 2:16:03Speaker 5: fucking dollar of your money and roll it up into
- 2:16:05Speaker 5: a little ball and you can shove it right up
- 2:16:07Speaker 5: your fucking ass. That's what you can do, hey dog.
- 2:16:11Speaker 1: It's like one big motivational video in this guy like
- 2:16:15Speaker 1: hell yes, hell y video right now.
- 2:16:18Speaker 5: So imagine you're in the podcast business, right and you
- 2:16:23Speaker 5: have a guest and Peloton calls you, and this guy's
- 2:16:28Speaker 5: this guy, Robert Kennedy Jr. Is a is A is
- 2:16:31Speaker 5: a Democrat, and uh, you know this is America. Robert
- 2:16:37Speaker 5: Kennedy Jr. Has And I've never met Robert Kennedy Jr.
- 2:16:40Speaker 5: Just for the record, I mean, it sounds like I'm
- 2:16:41Speaker 5: defending him like I'm talking about a purse close little
- 2:16:43Speaker 5: friend of mine like Trump, that who I've known for
- 2:16:45Speaker 5: fucking many years and he's one of my very good friends.
- 2:16:48Speaker 5: I don't know Robert Kennedy Jr. I've seen his videos.
- 2:16:52Speaker 5: What about Robert Kennedy Junior? Would make your pompous, arrogant
- 2:16:59Speaker 5: fucking ass pick up a phone and tell somebody else
- 2:17:04Speaker 5: you better not like like, this guy's fucking Hitler or
- 2:17:07Speaker 5: some horrible fucking human being that walks the face of
- 2:17:10Speaker 5: the earth. He's a fucking Kennedy. He's a smart guy.
- 2:17:14Speaker 5: He has his own beliefs and his values. His podcast
- 2:17:17Speaker 5: has to come down. You sell stationary bikes for a
- 2:17:21Speaker 5: fucking living. You are a fucking clown. There is something
- 2:17:27Speaker 5: mentally fucking unstable about you that you have the balls
- 2:17:31Speaker 5: to pick up the phone and call somebody and tell
- 2:17:34Speaker 5: them to take another person, another fucking guy's fucking podcast down.
- 2:17:40Speaker 5: Really wrap your head around that. Do you know what
- 2:17:42Speaker 5: a fucking absolute pompous arrogant. I don't. I don't even
- 2:17:50Speaker 5: have the rest of the words for this fighter, like.
- 2:17:52Speaker 1: Let this man cook.
- 2:17:55Speaker 5: It's fucking mind boggling to me that you could be
- 2:17:58Speaker 5: that arrogant.
- 2:18:00Speaker 2: Yeah, and you gotta love it too, like in this
- 2:18:03Speaker 2: age like how not power has shifted, but this power
- 2:18:07Speaker 2: has been like you know, created, like into the people,
- 2:18:10Speaker 2: into the ones, like promoting the product. Like you hear
- 2:18:13Speaker 2: something like that and you just make a decision, get
- 2:18:15Speaker 2: him out.
- 2:18:15Speaker 1: Of the facility.
- 2:18:16Speaker 2: THEO is able to talk about it because he doesn't
- 2:18:18Speaker 2: feel like he's buttoned in some contrary. I know he
- 2:18:20Speaker 2: went through like a contrast contrasting dispute with the podcast
- 2:18:23Speaker 2: one network, I believe, but he's in a spot where
- 2:18:25Speaker 2: he's talking about it and people are getting held accountable,
- 2:18:27Speaker 2: more so publicly because they're trying to do this backdoor.
- 2:18:30Speaker 1: Hey, you gotta take this down. You gotta take this down.
- 2:18:32Speaker 5: It's like, no, fuck you, dude, right, And I don't
- 2:18:35Speaker 5: like cancel culture. And I'm not saying, you know, lit's
- 2:18:37Speaker 5: boycott Peloton or whatever. I know there's plenty of people
- 2:18:42Speaker 5: that like to ride Pelotons or whatever. My thing is
- 2:18:45Speaker 5: this is that you have to put it in perspective
- 2:18:48Speaker 5: and think about Robert Kennedy Junior, theo Van does the podcast,
- 2:18:53Speaker 5: a guy who sells stationary bikes. Who the fuck do
- 2:18:58Speaker 5: you think you are that you would pick up the
- 2:19:01Speaker 5: phone and fucking call and tell him to take his
- 2:19:05Speaker 5: fucking podcast down. It's fucking insane, but it just shows
- 2:19:11Speaker 5: you the mindset of what a fucking weirdo this guy
- 2:19:14Speaker 5: actually really is.
- 2:19:16Speaker 1: I just Peloton and UFC dead done well.
- 2:19:20Speaker 5: Peloton in UFC was never a thing anyway, So it's
- 2:19:22Speaker 5: not like this guy around too and they were in
- 2:19:26Speaker 5: my fucking gym and they're gone. We ripped them out
- 2:19:28Speaker 5: of it. They're gone that them out right after the
- 2:19:31Speaker 5: US before. We're doing now yeah too much e ms Echelance.
- 2:19:40Speaker 5: So Echelans fucking called me up. These guys are out
- 2:19:43Speaker 5: of Tennessee, Tnessee, YEP. And Echelance is now going to
- 2:19:48Speaker 5: replace the bikes in there, and they're they're going to
- 2:19:51Speaker 5: do a deal with Theobon.
- 2:19:55Speaker 1: You said you kind of broker that deal, right.
- 2:19:57Speaker 5: They called me here at every fucking bike company on
- 2:19:59Speaker 5: Earth call me the next day. These guys are from
- 2:20:03Speaker 5: These guys are from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Guy's a fucking solid guy.
- 2:20:07Speaker 5: Talked to him on the phone and uh and uh yeah,
- 2:20:11Speaker 5: they're gonna do a deal with Dale and he can
- 2:20:13Speaker 5: have fucking Robert Kenner Junior fucking and every other Kennedy
- 2:20:16Speaker 5: and anybody else in his fucking podcast that he wants to.
- 2:20:19Speaker 5: Because this is America. You can do whatever the fuck
- 2:20:21Speaker 5: you want to do when you own your own fucking
- 2:20:22Speaker 5: show on the internet.
- 2:20:25Speaker 1: Hell yes, I think I feel like after this this
- 2:20:28Speaker 1: like show comes out, there's gonna be like so many
- 2:20:29Speaker 1: more people just didn't listen to the Army like you're
- 2:20:32Speaker 1: making it like you're bringing paychecks to the back. Brother,
- 2:20:35Speaker 1: You're like Toby Keith when Curtsey the Red, White and
- 2:20:38Speaker 1: Blue came out every night eleven. That's you right now.
- 2:20:40Speaker 1: You're killing it.
- 2:20:41Speaker 5: But am I wrong?
- 2:20:44Speaker 1: Serious? For the proud boy and me is going a
- 2:20:46Speaker 1: little nuts inside right now, I'm getting fired up. You
- 2:20:48Speaker 1: got me going a little bit because it's I had
- 2:20:51Speaker 1: a free brother like you're able. That's why people come
- 2:20:53Speaker 1: here is to establish their dream and keep it going.
- 2:20:56Speaker 1: And for somebody Stationary Bike Guy wants to come and
- 2:20:59Speaker 1: tell you what to do about your own business. It's
- 2:21:01Speaker 1: a it's a crazy concept that people have, for whatever reason,
- 2:21:05Speaker 1: have this like arrogance to believe that they can just
- 2:21:07Speaker 1: tell you what to do with whatever you want. Because, hey,
- 2:21:10Speaker 1: because I've given you money for the show, you're not
- 2:21:11Speaker 1: allowed to have X, Y and Z.
- 2:21:12Speaker 5: And your hundred percent. You can't have your own fucking opinion,
- 2:21:15Speaker 5: your own beliefs, your own whatever. So I'm gonna take
- 2:21:19Speaker 5: the money away. So what they try to do is
- 2:21:20Speaker 5: they try to create this this this fear and this image.
- 2:21:24Speaker 5: Oh my god, Stationary Bike Guy fucking pulled his money away.
- 2:21:29Speaker 5: So the other companies go, should we be scared too?
- 2:21:31Speaker 5: Should we pull our money away. Fuck you, you know
- 2:21:35Speaker 5: what I mean. It's it's disgusting, it's fucking gross, and
- 2:21:38Speaker 5: and it's just it's so hard for me to wrap
- 2:21:42Speaker 5: my brain around how fucking arrogant one human being can
- 2:21:46Speaker 5: be and and think that he, you know.
- 2:21:49Speaker 2: Right, can make a call like that, uh, like off
- 2:21:51Speaker 2: the whole sponsorship and everything else with Peloton and the
- 2:21:54Speaker 2: bud Light stuff. It's like the Peloton thing happens, you
- 2:21:57Speaker 2: have a decision, You're like, oh, burn the boats, like
- 2:22:00Speaker 2: get Peloton out, YadA, yaha, YadA. I'm curious, like what
- 2:22:04Speaker 2: happens in your mind when you're trying to say because
- 2:22:07Speaker 2: you also have to stay fluid in some of these relationships,
- 2:22:09Speaker 2: like when something changes and happens, like you weren't with
- 2:22:12Speaker 2: bud Light for a while, the stuff goes down with
- 2:22:15Speaker 2: the with the cans and everything else, like kind of
- 2:22:17Speaker 2: keeping that, you know, still kind of being there for
- 2:22:20Speaker 2: if a deal does come back to you. Does that
- 2:22:22Speaker 2: make sense? It's like you don't bite your tongue on
- 2:22:25Speaker 2: the Peloton stuff. A lot of people would assume that
- 2:22:27Speaker 2: the people who you're aligned with the way they go
- 2:22:29Speaker 2: after bud Light when the Dylan can comes out and
- 2:22:32Speaker 2: everything else. I don't know if you had a statement
- 2:22:35Speaker 2: on it, I have no clue. I'd have to I'd
- 2:22:36Speaker 2: have to go back and look it up to make
- 2:22:37Speaker 2: this like.
- 2:22:38Speaker 5: A better question.
- 2:22:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I had nothing to say about it, right, But
- 2:22:41Speaker 2: when when the bud Light deal comes back around, Like,
- 2:22:43Speaker 2: how important is it to stay fluid thinking like, you know,
- 2:22:47Speaker 2: keeping a relationship open.
- 2:22:48Speaker 5: I guess and going into that I knew exactly what
- 2:22:54Speaker 5: we would have to face doing a deal with bud Light,
- 2:22:57Speaker 5: but it's it's more about, like I told you, guys,
- 2:23:02Speaker 5: I'll look at all the good things they've done. You know,
- 2:23:05Speaker 5: if you look at them as a whole as a company,
- 2:23:07Speaker 5: Anheuser Bush is a bad They've had some of the
- 2:23:09Speaker 5: greatest ads in the history of When I grew up, right,
- 2:23:13Speaker 5: I was a big boxing guy. Every fucking thing I
- 2:23:16Speaker 5: ever remember was Budweiser. Budweiser, the King of Beers. Every
- 2:23:19Speaker 5: fucking fight had had their you know, their backing, their
- 2:23:23Speaker 5: logos were fucking everywhere. You grew up on Budweiser, the
- 2:23:26Speaker 5: King of Beers. You know, it's very The.
- 2:23:29Speaker 1: Three Frogs Clyde Stale in the morning going through a meadow. Yes, wonder, hey,
- 2:23:33Speaker 1: where are these horses headed, and they know exactly where
- 2:23:35Speaker 1: they're headed.
- 2:23:36Speaker 5: With Americans, it's very nostalgic for us that that brand,
- 2:23:39Speaker 5: and if you dive deeper into the company and the
- 2:23:43Speaker 5: heart and soul of the company and what they are,
- 2:23:45Speaker 5: who they are, and what they stand for, I am
- 2:23:48Speaker 5: way more aligned with them than I am with any
- 2:23:51Speaker 5: other beer company that right now, six years from now
- 2:23:55Speaker 5: could be a different story, but for the next six years,
- 2:23:58Speaker 5: I am fucking excited and I cannot wait to be
- 2:24:02Speaker 5: in business with an hys pushing bud Light.
- 2:24:04Speaker 2: So I think it was obviously a great move on
- 2:24:06Speaker 2: their part because, like I've expressed you, it's it's just
- 2:24:10Speaker 2: impressive to kind of see all the business moves. Obviously,
- 2:24:13Speaker 2: I've followed you closer since we've had you on since
- 2:24:14Speaker 2: the Super Bowl, and so I'm always fascinated by a man.
- 2:24:17Speaker 2: I wonder how that's working kind of behind the scenes,
- 2:24:19Speaker 2: because you do such a great job. And that's probably
- 2:24:21Speaker 2: why bud bud Light like as they're getting back into
- 2:24:24Speaker 2: the fold and trying to align themselves and brain themselves
- 2:24:27Speaker 2: through people like yourselves who stand in the batter's box,
- 2:24:30Speaker 2: and like, yeah, I.
- 2:24:30Speaker 1: Don't get Look, I'm not a fucking CellID.
- 2:24:32Speaker 2: I'm pumped for these reasons, core values, leaning on all
- 2:24:35Speaker 2: that stuff. So obviously a very savvy move on bud
- 2:24:38Speaker 2: Light's part. But I'm just super fascinated by how how
- 2:24:41Speaker 2: your brain works, especially like you identify power slope, here's
- 2:24:44Speaker 2: how we're going to blow this thing up. Now you're
- 2:24:45Speaker 2: looking at entertainment businesses with nitro circus and ridiculousness and
- 2:24:50Speaker 2: all these things that kind of capture that where attention
- 2:24:53Speaker 2: can go or you see the potential in it. So
- 2:24:55Speaker 2: I'm just always like, I'm always impressed and fast and
- 2:24:58Speaker 2: fascinated by how your brain works. Because people, now that
- 2:25:00Speaker 2: we have this relationship with you, people are always curious, like yo,
- 2:25:03Speaker 2: what's danding, Like what's this? And that it's like yo,
- 2:25:04Speaker 2: he I mean literally what you see is him, And
- 2:25:08Speaker 2: so I'm always curious, like what's going on, you know,
- 2:25:11Speaker 2: behind behind that skull of yours?
- 2:25:12Speaker 5: I guess. So I appreciate it. But you know, I'm
- 2:25:17Speaker 5: going down to Texas for Thanksgiving. As soon as Thanksgivings over,
- 2:25:21Speaker 5: I'm flying up to Saint Louis and and I'm going
- 2:25:23Speaker 5: out to Anheuser Bush and I'm meeting all the people
- 2:25:26Speaker 5: and meeting the distributors and all the all the people
- 2:25:29Speaker 5: that that that uh that make that machine work. And
- 2:25:33Speaker 5: I'm so like into this whole fucking relationship right now
- 2:25:38Speaker 5: that I'm excited to go and I can't wait. I
- 2:25:39Speaker 5: can't wait to go do this and and meet all
- 2:25:42Speaker 5: the people that work there. And I'm really into this.
- 2:25:44Speaker 5: If you can't tell.
- 2:25:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, why wouldn't you want to be part
- 2:25:47Speaker 2: of an ownership group or own a team?
- 2:25:50Speaker 5: First of all, when you look at a lot of
- 2:25:52Speaker 5: these teams, there's no money in it until they sell,
- 2:25:55Speaker 5: you know what I mean. It's it's it's more of
- 2:25:57Speaker 5: a lot of these teams are about rich billionaires. It's
- 2:26:01Speaker 5: more of a status than it is a like a fun,
- 2:26:05Speaker 5: profitable business to run. I like growing ship. I like
- 2:26:08Speaker 5: taking something from nothing and building it into something. I
- 2:26:12Speaker 5: like the journey. There's not really it. And all these
- 2:26:15Speaker 5: teams are established out there, whether it's the NBA, the NHL,
- 2:26:19Speaker 5: the NFL, major League Baseball, it's about winning championships. You
- 2:26:25Speaker 5: have these multi billionaires who have these these teams and
- 2:26:29Speaker 5: every year it's about winning championships. I'm I'm more about
- 2:26:33Speaker 5: building the businesses and building the brands, Like I want
- 2:26:36Speaker 5: to take through one from zero to fucking who knows what,
- 2:26:41Speaker 5: what's possible. That's the type of stuff that I love
- 2:26:43Speaker 5: to do. That makes sense.
- 2:26:47Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, absolutely, Yeah, just a different game you don't
- 2:26:50Speaker 1: want to play.
- 2:26:52Speaker 2: Because I think it'd be awesome if you like, oh,
- 2:26:53Speaker 2: you know Dana he own owns the Raiders, You like
- 2:26:57Speaker 2: trying to go win a championship or something like.
- 2:26:59Speaker 1: That halftime show, Power Slap halftime Show.
- 2:27:04Speaker 5: Exactly when you're when you're.
- 2:27:06Speaker 1: Getting to the status you've you've gotten to and you're
- 2:27:10Speaker 1: navigating these waters of relationships. Like a relationship that I've
- 2:27:13Speaker 1: seen since I've known you is the Milk Boys. You
- 2:27:15Speaker 1: guys seem like you have a great relationship. You've built
- 2:27:17Speaker 1: something beautiful with happy dad and all that. Like how
- 2:27:20Speaker 1: did you guys relationships start and when did you start
- 2:27:22Speaker 1: to realize like, oh, these are these are dudes that
- 2:27:24Speaker 1: can align.
- 2:27:25Speaker 5: With We're super tight. Yeah, we're literally like like like
- 2:27:28Speaker 5: a like a family. And and basically I met these
- 2:27:32Speaker 5: guys through COVID. You know, they wanted to come out
- 2:27:34Speaker 5: to fight Island and Abu Dhabi during COVID and uh,
- 2:27:39Speaker 5: it was super organic. Once they got out there, we
- 2:27:42Speaker 5: all just sort of did our thing. We really connected,
- 2:27:44Speaker 5: we really liked each other. And uh, I love how
- 2:27:47Speaker 5: hard these kids work. These kids work their asses off.
- 2:27:50Speaker 2: Man.
- 2:27:50Speaker 5: They they they uh and and they're good dudes. And
- 2:27:54Speaker 5: we literally have zero deals in place, like there's no contracts,
- 2:27:58Speaker 5: there's no fucking oh you didn't do this, you didn't
- 2:28:01Speaker 5: do that. It's a relationship of respect, friendship, and we
- 2:28:08Speaker 5: do fun shit together. And I love the kids and
- 2:28:12Speaker 5: I do anything for them.
- 2:28:13Speaker 1: That's awesome. Yeah, it is. It's interesting to see that
- 2:28:18Speaker 1: because of how they started essentially with like pranks, right,
- 2:28:20Speaker 1: they were doing like pranks, going in right, professors, turning
- 2:28:23Speaker 1: on poorm without the microphone on. It was hilarious shit.
- 2:28:25Speaker 1: And then they've blown up into their own right, and
- 2:28:28Speaker 1: it's very unique. How just seeing your guys' relationship, how
- 2:28:31Speaker 1: it's all worked.
- 2:28:32Speaker 5: Well, it's what I'm fascinated right now with by all
- 2:28:34Speaker 5: these influencers. So you have all these groups of young
- 2:28:37Speaker 5: kids that are creating content in this new world that
- 2:28:39Speaker 5: we live in with social media and the Internet and
- 2:28:42Speaker 5: all that stuff, which has really just grown in the
- 2:28:44Speaker 5: last fifteen sixteen years right, and how these kids have
- 2:28:48Speaker 5: figured out how to be such good content creators and
- 2:28:51Speaker 5: how to monetize it all and you know, basically to
- 2:28:54Speaker 5: become these new age celebrities in the world that we
- 2:28:58Speaker 5: live in. It's impressive and im and I'm very fascinated
- 2:29:01Speaker 5: by it because I like, like I was telling you,
- 2:29:03Speaker 5: I don't want to own the Open A's. I want
- 2:29:06Speaker 5: to own power Slap and I want to own Nitra
- 2:29:07Speaker 5: Circus in the UFC when we did it, you know,
- 2:29:10Speaker 5: taking literally nothing and turning it into something special.
- 2:29:15Speaker 2: Yeah, esentially because clearly, yeah, the relationship like how it
- 2:29:19Speaker 2: has blossomed. But it's cool again, like identifying we're attention
- 2:29:23Speaker 2: and everything else is and then you find a part
- 2:29:24Speaker 2: you find partnerships and relationships to where you feel like,
- 2:29:27Speaker 2: you know, hey we can both grow these different things together.
- 2:29:31Speaker 1: Yeah that is that is cool. Yeah. We gotta wrap
- 2:29:35Speaker 1: up here in a little bit. I gotta I gotta
- 2:29:37Speaker 1: go to a throw one meeting that's right before we
- 2:29:40Speaker 1: get you out of here. A couple of things. One
- 2:29:42Speaker 1: well confident has expressed interest in gambling with you.
- 2:29:45Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, Taylor like puts me He's like, hey,
- 2:29:49Speaker 2: you gotta do it.
- 2:29:49Speaker 1: You gotta do it. You just gotta do it.
- 2:29:51Speaker 5: I don't know right now. Financially we're doing all right,
- 2:29:55Speaker 5: what have you won?
- 2:29:56Speaker 1: Oh? With you? We're over three hundred thousand dollars.
- 2:29:59Speaker 5: Okay, three hundred thousand, and that's five times. We played
- 2:30:04Speaker 5: five times because five power slaps came for every power
- 2:30:06Speaker 5: slap and one of them we lost. Yeah, we're still
- 2:30:09Speaker 5: over three hundred still over. Earlier on the on the
- 2:30:12Speaker 5: Milk podcast, I said we were at like four to twenty.
- 2:30:13Speaker 5: So I was wrong.
- 2:30:14Speaker 1: No, no, no, we were we were around four. We were
- 2:30:16Speaker 1: at four to fifty five. Okay, that night happened. God,
- 2:30:19Speaker 1: So now we're we're Nickel and domin our way back.
- 2:30:21Speaker 3: Got it?
- 2:30:22Speaker 5: Ok that makes more sense. I don't know why that
- 2:30:24Speaker 5: was in my head, but that's why. Yeah. So what's
- 2:30:27Speaker 5: going to be interesting now is we're going to play
- 2:30:29Speaker 5: tonight and who knows what else will end up doing before,
- 2:30:32Speaker 5: but what your number is at the end of this year.
- 2:30:34Speaker 5: And that's the way I look at gambling. Gambling is
- 2:30:37Speaker 5: he's building, he's building. Taylor is a business. He looks
- 2:30:39Speaker 5: at Taylor, lad, how I got to build this thing up.
- 2:30:42Speaker 5: Gambling is a war and every night of these little
- 2:30:44Speaker 5: battles in the war.
- 2:30:45Speaker 1: You literally go when you say we're going to do
- 2:30:47Speaker 1: it again tonight, which I want. I want to go
- 2:30:49Speaker 1: back back to Wargan. I think it's like the most
- 2:30:51Speaker 1: thrilling thing in the world. But the minute you said that,
- 2:30:54Speaker 1: Colt sweats.
- 2:30:55Speaker 5: Okay, I know, and it's atle sweater when we play.
- 2:30:58Speaker 5: He paced around the place. The anxiety goes through the
- 2:31:01Speaker 5: roof before he plays, and he's going crazy.
- 2:31:03Speaker 1: Because there's always there's always like one guy with a
- 2:31:05Speaker 1: suit on that goes Dana's on his way. And the
- 2:31:07Speaker 1: minute I hear a Dana's on his way, I'm like, oh, fuck, dude,
- 2:31:10Speaker 1: what if? What if?
- 2:31:10Speaker 5: What if?
- 2:31:11Speaker 1: I was telling you about my wife The night I
- 2:31:13Speaker 1: lost I had the only reason why I left was
- 2:31:15Speaker 1: to go catch my flight and I fly back and Taylor,
- 2:31:17Speaker 1: my wife, is like, uh, why'd you? Why'd you leave?
- 2:31:20Speaker 1: Like you should have stayed until you want it all back?
- 2:31:23Speaker 1: She's a gangs. Yeah, she's tex text me this morning,
- 2:31:26Speaker 1: so I didn't hear from you how to go? How
- 2:31:27Speaker 1: did we do?
- 2:31:28Speaker 5: And I'm like, you tell her that night took three
- 2:31:30Speaker 5: months off our life.
- 2:31:31Speaker 1: Dog, it was it was nuts. Thank God for Gary Breka.
- 2:31:34Speaker 1: Always late nights. You've been doing, dude, exactly. We appreciate
- 2:31:37Speaker 1: you coming on.
- 2:31:37Speaker 3: Man.
- 2:31:38Speaker 1: When is when is McGregor and Chaylor.
- 2:31:40Speaker 5: We don't have anything dialed then yet. If I if
- 2:31:42Speaker 5: I knew even a little bit, I'd say summer. If
- 2:31:45Speaker 5: I got to give you an answer, I'd say something.
- 2:31:46Speaker 1: Would you say, that is what yard line are we on?
- 2:31:49Speaker 1: Are we in the red zone? Are we close to
- 2:31:50Speaker 1: the goal line on getting that thing done? Yeah, that's
- 2:31:55Speaker 1: gonna happen. We love you, appreciate you, damn boys.
- 2:31:56Speaker 5: Thanks for having me.
- 2:31:57Speaker 1: Hell yes, okay, inspirational. That was awesome, man,
