How Hollywood is CRUMBLING and Righteous Entertainment is Rising — Kevin Sorbo Interview · Man in America Podcast

Seth Holehouse: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Hullhouse. So today, I'll be sitting down with Kevin Sorbo, who you probably know as Hercules for his famous television series, but he's actually someone that refused to quiet down in Hollywood with his conservative Christian and patriotic beliefs. And now he's not really part of Hollywood anymore, as you can imagine, but he's actually working to build the new parallel economy of entertainment. And it's quite incredible.
• 0:28
So I'm looking forward to this conversation. And he also told me before he said, Seth, make sure you ask me about that time I met Obama. He's like, I have a funny story to tell you. So we're gonna be getting into all that and more. So folks, before we get started, though, make sure you're following me on Telegram and Truth Social and Gab at Man in America and Twitter at Man in America US.

You can also catch every episode as a podcast if you just wanna listen. The links to my podcast and social media are all in the description below, or just search for Man in America in your favorite podcast app and make sure you leave me a five star rating. It really helps me to reach more people, and I appreciate it. Also, folks, much of the world is going through a process that experts are calling dedollarization, and China and Russia are leading the charge. So what does this mean?
• 1:10
Well, the US dollar is a fiat currency, meaning it isn't backed by anything of value. The only thing that really gives our dollar value is its demand around the world. But now, and especially under the corrupt and incompetent Biden regime, the world is losing faith in the dollar. It's very close to losing its status as the petrodollar in the world reserve currency, especially now that the oil producing nations are abandoning The US for China and other BRICS nations. But what happens if the dollar loses that sacred status?
• 1:40
Well, the value of our dollars, our life savings, IRAs, stocks, bank accounts could literally be wiped out in a matter of months, weeks, or even overnight. And look, I'm not a financial adviser, so please do your own research. But I believe that now more than ever, it's a good time to consider transferring at least a portion of your wealth into physical gold and silver. Real world assets have stood the test of time. And look.
• 2:05
I wanna be really clear with you, though. You don't buy gold and silver to get rich. You do it to protect and preserve your wealth. There's a reason why nations like Russia are backing their currency with gold and why the elites and central banks and country banks are buying up physical gold and silver like we've never seen before. But they don't want you to know that.
• 2:25
They want you to lose everything when the dollar crashes. So now it's time to protect your financial future. And for this, I'm so confident in recommending Doctor. Kirk Elliott. You can buy gold and silver directly, even in small amounts, ship it to your front door, or you can transfer your IRA into physical gold and silver with zero taxes or penalties.
• 2:45
So if you wanna learn more about this, open up a new tab right now and go to goldwithseth.com, or you can call (720) 605-3900 to speak to someone right now. Kirk Kelly's team of advisors will answer all of your questions and take care of you every step of the way. Again, that's (720) 605-3900 or goldwithseth.com. All right, folks, let's go ahead and jump in with Kevin. All right.
• 3:11
So joining me is Kevin Sorbo. So Kevin, thank you so much for being here today. It's it's such a pleasure to have you on.
• 3:17
Speaker 2: Well, thanks. I appreciate it. It's good to be here as well. And I always, you know, my mantra is I love and Hollywood loves me. And I like to constantly get the message out there for common sense.
• 3:30
  So here I am.
• 3:31
Seth Holehouse: Well, so I first wanted to start with, you know, at one point, you were a childhood hero for a lot of young guys and probably a lot of, you know, women also, you were their hero in a certain way as well as Hercules. And, you know, you had a big career with Hollywood and but now you're you're very much so a very prominent, you know, person you're speaking out about, you know, with conservative values, which doesn't really fit the Hollywood narrative. So what did that do to your career? Like what was that process like when you decided that you're ready to speak up? I mean, did you know that you're gonna have to make some big changes or describe that process for us?
• 4:08
Speaker 2: Well, you know, I always, I always kind of spoke up. I mean, I never really backed down from anybody on set saying certain things. I would never do it in front of other people because I said, you know, there's no reason to get this out there. But I would always challenge people individually. And I started getting more vocal certainly on the Internet.
• 4:25
And my wife started warning me. She goes, know, they're going to get rid of you. And I said, why can't I have an opinion? Why do I have to have the exact same opinion of everybody who's on the far, far left of Hollywood? And sure enough, about eleven years ago, my manager and agent called me and said they couldn't work with me anymore.
• 4:38
And they said because of, you know, my being a Christian, being a conservative, that's like a double leper in Hollywood. You can't do that. And I was blown away by it. And I looked at him. I said, wow.
• 4:47
You know, they made a lot. I mean, seven years in Hercules, five in Andromeda. And then up until that point, probably shot about 25 movies with them. And I said, you know, this is amazing. I'm still working actively with you guys.
• 4:58
I'm still doing well. I'm out there. And yet you want to get rid of me because, you you, the industry of Hollywood, screams for tolerance and freedom of speech, but we all know it's a one way street. And, I was okay with it. Hollywood doesn't owe me anything.
• 5:12
You know? And I love the business. I kept it going. I have very many contacts. I formed Sorbels Studios.
• 5:17
Please go to sorbelsstudios.com. And since then, I've shot over 40 movies. And I've directed a half a dozen of those and, got more coming down the pipeline. And it's fine. I'm not going to back down.
• 5:32
They won't attack me. That's fine. It's sad to me because I don't harbor that kind of anger and hatred towards somebody with a different point of view. To me, it's like, well, that's what you believe. Let's talk about it.
• 5:40
You know? But they don't have that. They just come at you with labels, and they come out with anger. And, what a horrible way to live life is what I think. You know?
• 5:48
Just every day it'll look like that.
• 5:50
Seth Holehouse: Why do you think of all things right? Like, maybe if if, say, you had your your ties to terrorist organization or maybe you were, you know, running around in a Ku Klux Klan outfit, but why is it that in Hollywood that being a Christian conservative, why does that make you a leper there?
• 6:07
Speaker 2: I have that's a great question because I have no idea. It makes no sense to me. All I can think can think of is the sixties sort of changed things in Hollywood. Hollywood was pretty conservative up until up until then. And then you had the free love, the hippies, the Vietnam War, the riots, you know, racial inequality, the change, you know, the fed the the, you know, getting the Bible out of schools.
• 6:30
So I think the beating over the head constantly with the movies and the TV shows that Hollywood puts out, I think it just sort of generated generations of people believing that way. And there was no middle middle ground at all. You know? It's it's like my brother served twenty three years in the army, and he was in Saudi Arabia his last two years in the service, training troops to go in Iraq and Afghanistan. He's a heavy Christian kid, and he would talk to the Muslims and say, what do we need to do to have peace with you?
• 6:58
And there was no middle ground. He's they said, you are the infidel. You have to become Muslim or you are the enemy. It was as simple as that. And he just he just shook his head.
• 7:05
Two years of talking to people and getting that same reply. And that's where you get out of Hollywood. And it's it's incredible to me. You know? I get plenty of people that I shoot movies with that come up to me and say, hey, thanks for being a voice for us.
• 7:17
And I go, why don't you be a voice for yourself? They go, well, I don't want what to you happen to me. When I said, well, look, I'm still working. Granted, I'm not doing big budget movies, but I'm doing movies that are pretty much opposite of what Hollywood's doing. Walt Disney said in the 1950s that movies and television will influence our youth.
• 7:33
So he said that over sixty years ago, and he was right. And so I'm trying to do movies that have hope and love and redemption and faith and laughter. Hollywood's not doing that. They're doing anger and hatred and violence and sex, and it's just nonstop. And I'm going, well, why can't I have you know, do a little bit to sort of fight back that powerful machine?
• 7:53
And that's what I'm gonna keep on doing.
• 7:55
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. Well, you you mentioned the sixties, and I think that I didn't realize it at first. I I wasn't alive in the sixties. But in looking back, you know, I grew up hearing Imagine, you know, John Lennon. But people don't really realize.
• 8:05
If you look at the lyrics of that, it's really the past communist anthem anthem. And if you go back into the origins of a lot of what was happening in the sixties, a lot of it really has communist roots.
• 8:15
  Speaker 2: And, you
• 8:15
Seth Holehouse: know, the communist were were very open in their goals that controlling Hollywood was a really important thing because they understand the power of, you know, culture. It's like what Breitbart said that, you know, politics is downstream from culture. Right? And so if they can influence the culture there. So, you know, you mentioned that you're, you know, you're kind of really going against the stream now, which I like to look at that as almost like a parallel economy that's built that's building.
• 8:38
Because I think for for such a long time, these monolithic industries, you know, say the music industry, Hollywood, you know, education system, they really owned everything. But as more people are leaving, there's this parallel economy building. And, you know, even I know your wife is really involved in homeschool networks, which I think have probably been booming in the last couple of years, not only because of the COVID nonsense, but also parents realizing my kid is actually being taught to hate their identity, to hate their sexuality, to hate their country, and we're going go and build our own thing. Are you seeing that within what you're working on, that there's more and more people that are leaving Hollywood and coming over to actually work on projects that will help humanity instead of destroying humanity?
• 9:25
Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. You see it constantly. I think one of the blessings of COVID is the fact that two million more kids are now being homeschooled because people are starting to wake up, and COVID made them wake up to see how horrible our public education system is and how huge the indoctrination is starting from grade school on up through the universities. And we started with my oldest child after second grade. We said, you know what?
• 9:47
We're out of here. We're not going to do this. And we were supposedly in a more conservative area of California. We in a different county. We were like an hour and a half north of LA.
• 9:57
But we saw the same thing sort of happening there as well. And we just said, this is ridiculous. And what you mentioned, Andrew Breitbart was a dear friend of ours, and I question how he died, but that's a whole another story.
• 10:07
  Seth Holehouse: You and
• 10:08
Speaker 2: I both. But it's a battle that's raging as battles can keep going on. I get stopped all the time through hotel lobbies, airports. People say, it isn't even Hercules or Andromeda anymore. It's we love God's Not Dead and Let There Be Light and Soul Surfer.
• 10:23
Please make more movies like that. Well, we need you people out there to support these movies because trust me, the theater owners don't care what they show. They wanna sell popcorn and sodas. So if it's not successful opening weekend, it just disappears. But we gotta you know, we're up against these 203 hundred million dollar movies like Avatar and Avengers that have a hundred million dollar advertising budget.
• 10:43
I'm doing $3,000,000 movies. That's catering budget on those movies. So I'm we just gotta keep battling what we're doing. And you wanna get back to public education. I think I've I've always said we gotta get rid of it.
• 10:54
It's just we gotta get out of the hands of the government because anything the government does is the negative for the rest of the world. Right? And and I do mean the rest of the world because as America goes, so does the world. And if we lose our country, you know, God for God, you know, defend us what's gonna happen down the road because it's crazy what's going on out there right now.
• 11:13
Seth Holehouse: It it really is. And I guess that's a good, you know, kind of segue. What what do you see that's happening? Because I I obviously, I, you know, I share those beliefs, I've talked a lot about this on my show that I really believe that America is the last bastion of freedom and that if America falls, we will have a thousand years of darkness ahead of us. And we'll have, you know, if you look into the predictive programming of Hollywood, all they've shown us in the future is Blade Runner, Hunger Games.
• 11:36
But they're not showing us this beautiful future. They're painting this picture of, I think, where they want us to end up. So what kind of battle do you see that we're facing right now?
• 11:46
Speaker 2: They do want us to end up looking like that, you know? These are the people that are for the murdering of human life. I mean, 65,000,000 babies have been killed since Roe v. Wade. And you look at the pro choice people, what's your choice?
• 12:00
Death or life, I guess. They're the party of murder. They love child sacrifice. They do. There's a sickness there.
• 12:07
And there's an indoctrination with that as well. I just did a narration of an animated abortion called The Procedure. And it's a real the words are from the actual technician who was in there with the sonogram watching this go on. That wasn't a part of his job requirement. He got dragged in when the normal guy, the other guy who handles abortions, was gone.
• 12:29
He was horrified of watching this baby rip apart limb from limb. And that's out there right now. I'm going to send the video. I hope you guys can put it out there for us. But I mean
• 12:37
  Seth Holehouse: Oh, absolutely.
• 12:38
Speaker 2: This is the party that loves anger, loves hatred. This is a party that that screams about every time there's any kind of a shooting. Gotta get rid of guns. And these A list movie stars come out and say, let's get rid of these guns. Those A list movie stars are the same ones in movies where they're killing 100 people with guns.
• 12:53
Yeah. So maybe they should stop making movies like that and start walking the walk instead of just going out there and saying, do as I say, not as I do. And that's the mentality they have because they do live in a very strange bubble. And it's just like Washington, DC. And as you said with Andrew Breitbart, you know, politics runs downstream from culture.
• 13:11
Who wants a culture? Hollywood does along with the mainstream media. And we got to keep fighting back because I'm not going to give up, and I know you're not going to give back either.
• 13:20
Seth Holehouse: I also think a lot of these same celebrities are surrounded by bodyguards with guns.
• 13:24
Speaker 2: Of course they are.
• 13:24
Seth Holehouse: You know what mean? It's almost like, you know, they don't want a wall on the southern border, but they're going to have their own 15 foot wall surrounding their estates. And it's like Martha's Vineyard is a perfect example of that is, you know, do as I say, not as I do. Right?
• 13:38
Speaker 2: It's amazing. Yeah, we're a sanctuary city. It's all posturing. It's all just look at how amazing we are. We care about people so much more than you do, you horrible, horrible conservatives.
• 13:48
And who gives the most money out to help people? Conservatives do. And I keep telling these people, if you think that socialism and communism is so great and wonderful, why don't you move to these countries that haven't? Nobody's taking boats from Key West to Cuba. Have you noticed that?
• 14:00
Nobody's rushing the border in America to get into Mexico, and there are reasons for that. And do we need border control? Yes. We need border control because we this president, this so called president, has let 4,000,000 people and counting into America, and we have no idea who they are. They're finding prayer rugs all over the place.
• 14:18
And they're oh, they call me now. They call me, you know, I'm I'm I'm against Islam. No. I'm against people that are terrorists. I don't care what party they're affiliated with.
• 14:26
I'm I'm against anybody that wants to destroy America and kill it because this still is the greatest country in the world. But boy, we're destroying it as fast as we can. It's pretty sad, and it's pretty sick.
• 14:36
Seth Holehouse: Yeah, I know. It is. And, you know, so looking back at the celebrities, it's interesting because it's almost like they receive their talking points every morning together, like the mainstream media does. And it's like every, you know, a list celebrity you see, they all hate Donald Trump. They all love the vaccine.
• 14:52
They all vote left. They all you know, they they campaign with with, you know, Obama and Hillary. And so I guess the question I have is that is that I mean, it's not a coincidence. Right? What do you think is behind that?
• 15:04
What is it? Is there something that that's orchestrating? Is it the the talent agencies? Is it the money? I mean, how is it that they all have the exact same perspective?
• 15:14
Speaker 2: Well, it's certainly all about money. They say it's not about money. I mean, they they scream that they're for socialism. I mean, you know, these are these A listers, these people worth hundreds of millions of dollars. They can afford to be a socialist, but they don't live that kind of a lifestyle.
• 15:26
Let's face it. I I tell people all the time, you look at China's government. China's government is capitalistic. Total capitalistic. They rule their people under communism, of course.
• 15:35
But, the the hypocrisy is really what I got tired of, and that's why I I started speaking out more. At at this, The obvious hypocrisy, not only of movie, you know, the Hollywood industry, but the people that live in DC as well. And it's all about power. It's all about there is a great reset going on right now. And people better fight it because it's going to get to that point ten years from now, twenty years from now, thirty nine, we let this keep going.
• 15:59
These are the same people that were forward and are oh my god, what did we do? They'll finally wake up. And when you think of the 18 to 30 year olds right now that voted, it was something like 64% of them believe in communism. How is that even possible? Seriously, how how can they even think that way?
• 16:16
They need I would love to ship them all off. Like, go spend a year in Russia. Go spend a year in Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, and then come back after a year and think that, okay, that is the way to go or that's insane how they got to live. Because it's just people are crazy and want to get out of those countries. I know plenty of people from Cuba that have gotten out.
• 16:36
And they look at what's happening right now in America. They're going, this is the same thing that's happened that's gone wrong with Cuba. And, it's just it's I I don't know. I'm gonna keep battling. I love Reagan's quote when he said the greatest words to fear are, hi.
• 16:49
I'm from the government. I'm here to help. And he's so right with that because it's so, so true. And you wanna talk about Trump. I know I know the president.
• 16:57
I golfed with him down here. I was there at at Mar A Lago when he announced his candidacy again. What did he do that I mean, before he announced himself six years ago to run for president, seven years ago now, the left loved him. They had him on with talk shows. They put him in TV and movies.
• 17:13
Seth Holehouse: He was on an Oprah.
• 17:14
Speaker 2: Once he decided on a side, they just went crazy on him. In the press, no president has been attacked more than he was every single day, every single day. And what did he do? He made us energy independent. He meant gas would be a buck 80 a gallon right now, by the way, if he was president.
• 17:30
There would there would be maybe a million people, if a million people across the border over the last two years, not 4,000,000. I think it would be less than that. I think his four years, it was 1,500,000.0 or something like that. We'd have the wall. The wall would be done by now.
• 17:44
We had, we wouldn't have the inflation we have going on right now. We wouldn't have all these countries laughing at us. We're laughing. You can you can hate Trump all you want, but you you gotta give the guy credit for what he did. Lowest black unemployment ever.
• 17:56
Lowest Hispanic pop unemployment ever. And those are bad things. Every liberal that says I hate him, but what do you hate about him? Well, he's arrogant. Yeah.
• 18:04
Like, Obama wasn't arrogant. No no president's ever arrogant. But I said, what policies did you hate? And they can't even think of it. They just love their labels.
• 18:13
You're a Nazi. You're an anti you know, you're anti whatever. You know, they want to throw things anti Semi. You're anti this. You're anti that.
• 18:20
I'm going, this is a man. I love when people said I got labeled that, you know, I was against gays and all that. And I said, how am I against gays? I've been in the business for forty years. You won't find one gay person that I've ever worked with saying he was horrible to me.
• 18:33
He was mean to me. Because it's not true. It's not true at all. But they love their labels. And just because you're on the right, right away, you're all these negative things.
• 18:41
And that's because of the press.
• 18:44
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. They they control so much of the narrative. And they've, you know, just they've, I think from the childhood, they're indoctrinating people and their people just look to expert. They look to the Fauci instead of look to their grandmother for advice on
• 18:56
Speaker 2: how That's my new swear word, by the way, instead of the other F word in the golf courses, when I hit a bad shot in golf, I yell Fauci now. So this is my new f word.
• 19:06
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. You know, now with with Trump and and I, you know, I've you know, I have a few my qualms with him, which I think we all do, that's how it's supposed to be. Right? It's like, well, you're the person I elected, so I have my things that I, you know, want you to do that, you know, that's one thing. But as a whole, though, I I I couldn't agree more with you.
• 19:22
I mean, he not to mention, he, I think, almost single handedly collapsed the CCP through his tariffs. I mean, they they had to get him out of there. It's no it's no wonder they were so involved in our election in 2020 Of course they were. With COVID. They they they wouldn't have survived if they kept him in there.
• 19:36
You know? And he's brought you know, bringing was bringing jobs back. He's actually going after the fentanyl and opioid crisis, which is just that's a whole other big story. But just, you know, what are your thoughts on, you know, 2024? Can he actually do it not from the perspective of the support from the people, but look what happened in 2020.
• 19:54
Look what happened in the midterms. Look what's happening with Maricopa right now. It's like, I want to to believe. Like, I would love nothing more than to see him at the helm again, but it's like, gosh. We I feel like we spent the last two years trying to fix elections, and we saw what just happened in Maricopa.
• 20:07
Speaker 2: Because it's corrupt. Here's a simple way to fix the elections.
• 20:11
  Robert Kiyosaki: No more mail
• 20:11
Speaker 2: in voting. Yeah. The Democrats love mail in voting because they know they can cheat their butts off over and over again. It is watch Dinesh D'Souza's movie on that, the 2,000. It's in there.
• 20:22
You see in video, you see the same people stuffing hundreds of ballots into all these different drop off zones. Give me a break, people. This is America. You get rid of it. Why does it why do the same states have the same problem this time around that they had two years ago?
• 20:35
Exactly. Same problems. Florida's got four times, what, four times the population? Maybe even more. No.
• 20:40
It's got, like, seven times the population of Arizona. Florida here, we knew who won in the first day. There was no seventeen days of counting ballots. It's, it's the you tell me that woman in Phoenix beat Carrie Lake? Are you kidding me?
• 20:55
I know. There's no bloody way that happened. Just same with Biden. Yes. I am an election denier because it's absolutely ridiculous that a guy that stayed hidden the entire time in the basement of his house never went out and campaigned.
• 21:08
Trump would go out 50,000 people show up. Biden went out maybe 20 people show up. And this guy got 15,000,000 more votes than than than Trump did. Are you serious? Here's a guy that can't put two sentences together.
• 21:19
Follow me on Twitter. Please tell people go to K Sorbs on Twitter. I posted Fetterman and Biden in 2024. It's a no brainer. That's what I said.
• 21:28
I mean, come on. Fetterman, really? I know. Is what Pennsylvania wanted? I mean, this is it's we live people are laughing at us.
• 21:39
People just laughing at what this country's doing. You got a president who can't even put two sentences together. And I think Trump's one of his biggest mistakes in that first debate was constantly cutting off Biden. I said, let him talk. Yeah.
• 21:51
Let I know they jacked him full of b twelve and whatever else to keep him alive for a little while, but let the guy just talk. And, you know, right there. You know? Mean, look and look at his look at his his sidekick with Kamala Harris. Really?
• 22:05
  It's like
• 22:05
  Seth Holehouse: I know.
• 22:06
Speaker 2: You know, her her speeches are absolutely amazing. You know? Today is like, well, it's today, and today will always be today. So remember, today is today. You know, like, what?
• 22:16
These are words of wisdom from
• 22:17
Seth Holehouse: Kamala It's it's almost like you look at that, you look at Fetterman. It's almost like they're trying to rub it in our faces now. It's like, yeah. Okay. They had Obama.
• 22:24
Obama was really polished, and he was grooming Very well spoken. To be the ultimate person who could come in. I think he's still running things, but, you know, here you have this is almost like they're saying, okay. Let's just see how bad we can make it and still get away with it. And, actually, it reminds me, you told me to ask you about your story of meeting Obama, which I I I wouldn't let us
• 22:44
Speaker 2: finish without that. Was a good one. I was I was at a golf tournament here in Florida. And as I was walking back, we had, like, the pairings party the night before the tournament was gonna be the next morning. I was walking back to the bungalow they gave us, the same beautiful golf course.
• 22:58
And the bungalow one was all these Secret Service guys. And they see me as I walk by. You know, I was gonna talk to them anyway. I saw them. I go, who the heck is here?
• 23:06
And they're like, oh, man. God. Hercules, dude. We love you, man. We love you.
• 23:10
They're all that 35 years old. You know? They were all, like, nine, 10 years old when the show was on the air. And so, I said, who's here? And they go, well, 44 is there.
• 23:18
So Obama's here? And this was, like, four months before the election twenty twenty. I yelled Trump twenty twenty, yelled it really loud. And the next morning, go into the gym, and there he is in the gym. And I thought the Secret Service guys would stop me from working out, but maybe they can't do that now once he's president.
• 23:33
They're there to protect him, but maybe you they they can't whatever it was.
• 23:37
Seth Holehouse: They didn't stop Hercules from lifting weights.
• 23:39
Speaker 2: Yeah. But a couple more people came into. But, anyway, I was doing my cardio. I finished my cardio, starting to lift weights. And then one of the guys, the president would love to meet you.
• 23:46
And I said, wow. Obviously, he doesn't read my Facebook or Twitter feed, but okay. So I said, don't be a jerk. No reason to be a jerk. Shook his hand.
• 23:54
President, mister president, pleasure to meet you, sir. And he goes, yeah. Hercules. You know? He's and we started talking.
• 23:58
I said, are gonna be golfing at the tournament? No. I'm golfing with Michael Jordan. Said, I know Michael. Say hi to him for me.
• 24:02
I've golfed with Michael. And then I said, so what's your handicap? He goes, well, I'm golfing now more because, you know, I'm not president. And I said, dude, you golf more than any other president ever golfed while you're president. And he laughed.
• 24:13
I said, look, I don't blame you. If I was president, I love golf. I would golf every day. You can still do work. You can have the press come along with you, hit the ball, talk some business, hit the ball.
• 24:22
I mean, you could get work done. And so I said, so what's your handicap? Don't lie to me. He says, oh, I don't lie. I put my hand in his shoulder, I said, mister president, you're a politician.
• 24:31
That's all you guys do is lie. And everybody laughed, but I was dead serious when I said it. I didn't have my phone with me because I'm sure he would have done a selfie because I've got a selfie with Al Gore, I've met with Clinton. I've met both Bushes. So it's pretty I met President Ford when he was still around, so it was kinda cool.
• 24:51
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. I can't say I've met Obama in the gym before, so that's an interesting one.
• 24:56
Speaker 2: Oh, it was pretty funny. Well, look, I had golfed with President Trump back in 02/2005 for three days. We were at a charity event.
• 25:03
  Seth Holehouse: Wow.
• 25:04
Speaker 2: And I hadn't seen him since 02/2005. And so in 2020, before the election, I was at Mar A Lago at at an event, and he had just gotten, acquitted for the second Russian inclusion ridiculousness. And, he came walking, everybody stood up, applauded, applauded. And he had retweeted me 10 times that year. He loved my tweets.
• 25:24
So as he walked by, he sees me, and he goes, Kev, love your tweets. And then that's how his assistant came up and said, Mr. President, I'd love to golf with you. And so I've been golfing with him since. So it's been kind of fun.
• 25:36
So but yeah. Because, you know, I I posted some pretty humorous things. You know? And I said one of the things with COVID going, said, if you wanna get rid of COVID, tell the Clintons that COVID's got something on them. It will magically commit suicide.
• 25:50
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. With with two bolts to the back of the head.
• 25:54
Speaker 2: Really, it's really quite sad.
• 25:56
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. You know, one question I have is, you know, are the the people that are in Hollywood that are so outspoken or whatnot, are there obviously, we see it in the Kathy Griffiths, etc. But are there a lot of people that are in Hollywood that are just closet conservatives? Like, how many people do you think are actually stuck in an industry looking for ways out?
• 26:16
Speaker 2: We had a group that was formed by some pretty big heavy hitters back in 02/2004, right around there, called FOA. It's disbanded now, but FOA meant Friends of Abe for Abe Lincoln. And it was a way to get conservatives in Hollywood to get together in secret meetings, you know. But it got infiltrated by these by liberals that want to see what was going on. But we grew to about 2,600 strong.
• 26:39
So that's 2,600 people in the industry that that were weren't afraid to come out in terms of just being around fellow conservatives. And they were agents and camera guys and, you know, directors and actors. I mean, it was a producer. It was a big group of people. And it was kind of funny when we had these meetings where, okay, we're gonna invite you 30 members.
• 26:59
You bring 30 you each bring one member that is interested. And you would show up at these things and go, you're two? Know, it was like this special secret code. Oh, man. Everybody's afraid to speak out, you know?
• 27:11
And I got to say, I wasn't afraid to, but I told you I got real vocal then about twelve years ago with it. My wife warned me, but I got to a point where I just didn't care anymore. I got tired of the hypocrisy. Because you see how the hypocrisy is so huge in DC as well it is out there. And I don't know.
• 27:30
I just I decided to keep fighting with it. I'm still very good friends with some pretty big heavy hitters out there that are liberals. We have different points of view. We still golf together. And it should be that way.
• 27:39
And I don't know why it can't be that way. Why That's amazing. I think the the constant press and the constant, you know, beating everybody over the head, it's just made this bigger divide between both parties now, which is which is pretty ridiculous.
• 27:52
Seth Holehouse: It is. It is.
• 27:53
Speaker 2: Because I thought you talk about the election. I kept thinking, how bad does that have to get before somebody in the left goes, I'll tell you something. I get I gotta vote for a conservative this time because this guy's a clown. Yet they still
• 28:05
Seth Holehouse: Look at Elon Musk coming out, you know, saying that vote Republican. I mean, tides are turning, though we don't see it affecting the ballot box because, you know, I think it was Stalin who said it doesn't matter who votes, matters who counts the votes.
• 28:16
Speaker 2: Right? Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. Well, and they even said, you know, it was either Stalin or Brezhnev that said, we don't have to beat America.
• 28:25
America will beat itself eventually. Trust me, they will turn into a communist country. Yeah. And all fifty, sixty, seventy years later, we're we're well on our way. We're already a socialist country.
• 28:35
  There's no question.
• 28:35
Seth Holehouse: Oh, I couldn't agree more.
• 28:37
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. You know,
• 28:39
Seth Holehouse: communism Khushkov who said, you know, we we defeat America without firing a single shot.
• 28:44
Speaker 2: That okay. That's who it was. I was saying, I knew it was one of those wonderful leaders of Russia. Yeah. That's brilliant.
• 28:50
But Stalin, who what, killed about 40,000,000 people in during the world his reign in World War II and everything, he's the one that said, a single death is tragedy, but millions of deaths is a statistic. It was pretty sad.
• 29:07
Seth Holehouse: Yeah. And then you go into the education system, think it was Lenin who'd said, Give me a child for four years, and I will plant a seed that will never be uprooted. I mean, they
• 29:15
  Speaker 2: know
• 29:15
Seth Holehouse: exactly what they're doing.
• 29:17
Speaker 2: He said the best way to control a population is through the education system. And he also called, the older adults, you know, twenties and beyond as useful idiots.
• 29:26
  Seth Holehouse: Yeah. Yeah.
• 29:27
Speaker 2: He even termed it. Exactly. And we got people in this country going, I'll sign up for that. Can I be a useful idiot? More than proud to wear that badge.
• 29:36
Seth Holehouse: I'll take my sixth booster, please. You know? Oh my gosh. Cover me harder.
• 29:41
Speaker 2: Exactly what it I've been having heart problems since then, but that's okay. Know? Athletes falling left and right in soccer fields over in Europe. I mean, it's what what is the percentage of young death right now? It's like four hundred percent higher or eight hundred percent.
• 29:53
  It's some astronomical number. But
• 29:56
  Seth Holehouse: I know.
• 29:56
  Speaker 2: I I
• 29:59
Seth Holehouse: mean, so with all this going on, though, do you have hope? Like, and if so, what gives you that hope for our future? Because it's pretty dismal if you look around.
• 30:08
Speaker 2: Yeah. I I do have hope because I see more and more people coming out and being louder boys. You mentioned like an Elon Musk. There there are more people like that that have power and control that are saying enough is enough of this. And I I honestly think we need to get rid of this whole ridiculousness of mail in voting, voting.
• 30:27
And it is not racist to show an ID. That is insane. I've I've talked to some some black actors African Americans. Sorry. I'm a Norwegian American, so please refer to me as that.
• 30:36
I thought we're all Americans, but we're changing that as well. So I want I want a national Ludovusk and Lesse dei from my Norwegian heritage. But it's it's we need to get back to a voting system that is legal and real. There's no reason why it can't happen. And we need the the people that we've put in office right now on the right to stop being rhinos and pussies, which a lot of them are, and and and get rid of the way we're voting.
• 31:02
We have to go bet one vote, one person, show an ID. There was a documentary. Some guy went into The Bronx or something. He interviewed, I don't know, hundreds of of African Americans. Do you have an ID?
• 31:13
And they said, of course, we do. You know, one guy actually blasted the politicians, blasted white America saying, we guys think we're idiots. And that's what black people need to wake up to say. The the Democrat party is saying you're too stupid to be able to get an ID. That's what they're telling you.
• 31:25
  Seth Holehouse: Oh, exactly.
• 31:26
Speaker 2: That's what they're saying. And, you know, who's kept them all in chains? The Democrat party's kept them in chains. And finally, guys like Charles Barkley are speaking up and, Shaq O'Neal, they're all speaking up saying, guys, for sixty years, we've been voting this way, and their lives are getting worse. Oh, exactly.
• 31:43
They're not getting better. It's getting worse. Education getting worse. When are you gonna finally wake up and go, wow. What is going on?
• 31:50
Oh, these guys that they say they're gonna help us. You think Al Sharpton really wants to, you know, help the black community? Because he's living like a very wealthy white guy. Exactly. And Reverend Jackson as well.
• 32:03
They make their money off of the turmoil and the downfall of the black community, and that's just as pathetic.
• 32:10
Seth Holehouse: Oh, absolutely. Not to mention look good into Planned Parenthood and, you know, the roots of Margaret Sanger and Eugenics. I mean, it's just like, it's all out there in the open.
• 32:18
Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I do a lot of pro life speaking. So anybody who wants to hire me for that, sorbostudios.com. Also follow me on Twitter ksorbs.
• 32:26
Seth Holehouse: Ksorbs, okay. And we have a few more minutes. I just wanted to give you the floor to tell us what you're working on right now.
• 32:32
Speaker 2: I've got three projects done in the can, ready to go. The first one comes out January 26. It's called Rise of the Antichrist. It's based on the Left Behind books.
• 32:41
  Seth Holehouse: Sounds good. Yeah.
• 32:42
Speaker 2: I directed it and starred in it. We got a great cast with Neil McDonough, Bailey Chase. My my wife is in it. Corbin Burnson's in it. I mean, it's just a wonderful movie.
• 32:50
We open a thousand screens of another movie I directed called Miracle in East Texas, true stories set in 1930. That's gonna come out around March. It's I I directed that one as well. I starred it along with Tyler Maine, John Ratzenberger, Lou Gossard Junior, a wonderful true story set, about the largest oil fund in the history of the world. That's not giving anything away.
• 33:09
The title already does it, Miracle in East Texas, but it was the largest oil fund in the history of the world right in the heart of depression. I'm in the Reagan movie with Dennis Quaid. That's coming out sometime next spring as well. Dennis Quaid plays president Reagan. I played his pastor in it.
• 33:21
And I just finished four other movies this year. Those movies were shot a year ago, and now people gotta realize it takes about a year to a year and a half for movies to get done with postproduction and everything. So I'm about to start I got three movies next year I'm filming, one in Dubai, which should be interesting, one in in Thailand, and I got one shooting in North Carolina starting January. So I'm staying busy. Once again, sorbostudios.com is a great place to go.
• 33:47
And, oh, I'm hosting a trip to Israel in May. So any of those who have never been to Israel, go to sorboisraeltrip.com. Sorbo israel trip Com. It's a bucket list event. It's twelve days in Israel following in the footsteps of Jesus.
• 34:01
You guys will love this trip. We did it three years ago, it was amazing, and we're doing it again now.
• 34:05
Seth Holehouse: Incredible. Incredible. And remind me one time, your Twitter handle is k Sorbs?
• 34:10
  Speaker 2: KSorbs. Because all my buddies call me Sorbs. It's K S O R B S. Not Sorbo, it's Sorbs.
• 34:15
Seth Holehouse: Okay. Great. Well, Kevin, thank you so much. It was such a pleasure to sit down with you here today and look forward to having you on again. It's just nice to have a fun, easy conversation like this about where what happened in history?
• 34:27
Speaker 2: January, let's say January. Let's try to talk again when we give a good plug for the movie coming out on the twenty fifth. Let's do
• 34:34
Seth Holehouse: it. I can't wait to see it. Thank you so much. Thank
• 34:37
Speaker 2: you. Appreciate Take care.
• 34:38
  Seth Holehouse: Bye bye.
• 34:38
  Speaker 2: All right.
