- 0:22Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable and snuggle deep
- 0:28down in your bed. Take a deep breath in through
- 0:34your nose and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth.
- 0:47Take another deep breath in through your nose and slowly
- 0:54and gently breathe out through your mouth. One last time,
- 1:01deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out through
- 1:09your mouth, and relax. As your breathing now slows down
- 1:18and comes back to its normal rhythm, each breath you
- 1:23take relaxes you even more deeply, and you feel so
- 1:29peaceful and so calm. Now, imagine yourself walking out in
- 1:37a large open field, and sitting there in the middle
- 1:42of this field is a very large and very magnificent,
- 1:47brightly colored balloon just for you. It's a hot air balloon,
- 1:54and it has a large wicked basket for you to
- 1:57stand in and to steer your ballue anywhere you want
- 2:01to go. This is your own personal flying machine, made
- 2:09especially for you. So you walk all around it and
- 2:15take a really good look at it. Notice the colors,
- 2:22how bright and vibrant they are, and they are your
- 2:25favorite colors too. Notice its shape, Notice how huge it
- 2:34is now that you are so close to it, It's massive.
- 2:41Can you see any rising on it? Maybe it has
- 2:45your name on it, after all, it is your balloon.
- 2:51As you look at it, you can hear the sound
- 2:54of the hot air rising into the balloon itself. It's
- 2:58kind of like a sing sound as it fills up
- 3:01and gets ready to fly. When you are at the controls,
- 3:07How does the balloon feel when you touch it run
- 3:13your hands along the basket. Does it feel rough or
- 3:18does it feel smooth? As you run your hands along
- 3:26the basket, you feel where the little door is, so
- 3:31you open it and climb inside. You lock the door
- 3:35again and look around the basket itself. It really is
- 3:39very large. It even has a little seat for you
- 3:44to sit on so that when you are flying you
- 3:46can see everything all around you. And it even has
- 3:52a little table with a picnic basket on it filled
- 3:56full of all your yummy favorites that you.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Like to eat.
- 4:02Speaker 1: You sit down and take hold of the controls, and
- 4:06very gently, your balloon begins to rise slowly upwards. It's
- 4:14like it's just floating upwards because there is very little sound,
- 4:20just a gentle hissing of the flames creating the hot air.
- 4:25This is how the balloon rises. Hot air rises up,
- 4:30but cold air sinks.
- 4:35Speaker 2: You are the pilot.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Now, you are in the pilot's seat, and you can
- 4:40go anywhere you want to go. And you are now
- 4:44cleared for take off by your safety crew on the ground.
- 4:49You didn't even see them, you were so excited by
- 4:52your balloon. Your balloon gently rises higher now and a
- 4:59little bit faster, higher and higher, until you are gliding
- 5:04right up into the air, flying higher and a little
- 5:10bit more, a little bit higher, but only as high
- 5:15as you choose to fly, and knowing that all the
- 5:20time your safety crew on the ground is keeping you safe.
- 5:29Speaker 2: As your balloon.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Floats slowly and gently through the air, you continue to
- 5:36pilot it and choose which way you wish to go.
- 5:41Take a look around you as you fly. It's a
- 5:45perfect sunny day with not a cloud in the sky.
- 5:49Speaker 2: The sky is very.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Clear, and you can see for miles and miles.
- 5:58Speaker 2: You look below you.
- 6:00Speaker 1: And see fields of different colored greens. Some of them
- 6:04are yellow filled with corn. Maybe you can even see
- 6:08a purple colored field that will be a lavender field,
- 6:12I expect. There are many different types of fields in
- 6:17many different colors. Can you see them. Can you see
- 6:23the beautiful colors of nature? Just take a moment to
- 6:32feel the thrill of this flight, always remembering you are safe,
- 6:39you are loved, and you are protected at all times.
- 6:44Oh and don't forget to eat your lunch while you're flying.
- 6:52So now you are going to fly your balloon anywhere
- 6:57you want to go, just for the fun of it,
- 7:01if you choose to, and if you choose to fly
- 7:06yourself to a place that fills you with happiness and joy,
- 7:11there's no reason to go there. You're going there just
- 7:15because you can't and because you want to. It might
- 7:21be somewhere you've already been before, somewhere that you love
- 7:26to go, or it might be in an imaginary place.
- 7:31So begin to fly yourself there. Now, let your balloon
- 7:35be lifted not just by the heat, but with your
- 7:40very own joy. How magical this is for you to
- 7:46be flying your own balloon. And also, if you choose to,
- 7:53you can bring your balloon down lower so that you
- 7:56can really see this beautiful place you are going to.
- 8:02And if you find a safe place to land, you
- 8:06can do that too if you wish. Maybe you would
- 8:14also like to explore on your own Two feet too,
- 8:19So for a few moments, take the time to endure
- 8:24your flight. Take the time to be a really, really
- 8:29good pilot, But most of all, take the time to
- 8:35endure your balloon ride and to see everything that you
- 8:39can comp How wonderful was that? What did you see?
- 11:32Speaker 2: Where did you go?
- 11:36Speaker 1: Did you walk around on your own two feet or
- 11:39did you stay flying in your bloom up in the
- 11:42sky on your travels? Did you find any knowledge that
- 11:50you can bring back with you to help you in
- 11:53this life? Take one more minute just to notice how
- 12:04you feel right now? Is the pleasure and happiness that
- 12:11you feel right now?
- 12:14Speaker 2: Can you feel it.
- 12:15Speaker 3: In your body, your mind, in your spirit, just being
- 12:24here in this amazing place you've chosen, just for the
- 12:29enjoyment of it, just for the pleasure, And you feel
- 12:34so very.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Happy right now. But now it's time to start coming back.
- 12:46So you climb back into the pilot's seat and you
- 12:50use the controls again and you begin to make your
- 12:55way back home, back to the green field where you begin.
- 13:02Your balloon gently rises and you fly your way back
- 13:07through the sky, remembering again how safe you are, and
- 13:14you're flying back, flying back, flying back to the beautiful
- 13:23green field. Just take your time, there's no rush. You
- 13:37look for a safe place to land down below, bringing
- 13:43your magnificent balloon slowly, slowly, slowly back down, and your
- 13:52wonderful balloon touches the ground with a gentle bump, smoothly
- 13:58and easily, and you feel so relaxed, so peaceful and calm,
- 14:06but so very happy. And it's now that you realize
- 14:13you're back in your very own bed, and you feel
- 14:17very sleepy now, so tired. After all, you've had quite
- 14:23a busy day flying your very own hot air balloon,
- 14:29and you begin to feel a gentle wave of sleepiness
- 14:33starting at your feet. You can even feel your toes
- 14:39coming to sleep, and it feels all warm and tingly
- 14:44and ever so soft. You feel this soothing, gentle wave
- 14:51of sleepiness as it comes up your calves and your shins.
- 14:57You can feel it going up your thighs and you
- 15:00think your legs have gone to sleep. Well, I already have.
- 15:05And you feel very tired now, so sleepy, but so
- 15:10very very happy, and it feels like you don't want
- 15:15to open your eyes, but that's okay, because you really
- 15:19don't want to open your eyes. And this beautiful wave
- 15:24of sleepiness travels all the way up your body, down
- 15:29your arms, and into your hands, making your body feel
- 15:34very very heavy, very very tired, very very sleepy. And
- 15:45this gentle, warm wave of sleepiness travels up your face
- 15:52and over the top of your head and down the
- 15:55back of your neck. And you feel so tired, so
- 16:02sleepy now, and you feel nice and warm and snugly
- 16:11under your beautiful soft quilt and fluffy squitchy pillow. So
- 16:19just have a little sleep now, and when you wake
- 16:22up in the morning, you will feel so wonderful and
- 16:27so refreshed. Night night. Now, Imagine that you are standing
- 16:40in front of a very large, old wooden door, and
- 16:46this door has a big brass handle on it.
- 16:50Speaker 2: When you reach out and you turn the.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Handle, after all, you are very curious because you want
- 16:56to know what is on the other side of it.
- 17:00The handle turns with a little squeak, and the big
- 17:03old door opens with a big groan.
- 17:06Speaker 2: But it opens up into.
- 17:08Speaker 1: A very beautiful room, a room filled with books and
- 17:12tables to sit.
- 17:13Speaker 2: And read them.
- 17:15Speaker 1: The tables even have little lamps on them so you
- 17:17can see clearly. Although the room is very well lit,
- 17:24so you may not need the lamps, but they do
- 17:26look ever so nice though. It's a beautiful library. Stepping
- 17:35into the library, you can see that it was easily
- 17:38twenty feet high, and the old line with very old
- 17:42and very large books, and you cannot see where this
- 17:46magnificent room ends. It stretches out before you further than
- 17:50the eye can see.
- 17:51Speaker 2: It's huge, it's so vast and.
- 17:54Speaker 1: So deep, but at the same time it feels really cozy,
- 18:00even though it's so big. And you notice that there
- 18:06is a table right in the center of the room,
- 18:09and you feel drawn to it, so you happily walk
- 18:13up to it and sit down. You look around and
- 18:18all the books, and you wonder just how many are
- 18:21here in this room. You think it must be trillions
- 18:24and trillions. That's a lot of books. As you sit there,
- 18:33a lady in a long cloak and little round glasses
- 18:36on the end of her nose comes up to your table,
- 18:41and she has a book in her arms, a very
- 18:43big red book. It doesn't look as old as the
- 18:48other books though. She smiles at you and places a
- 18:52book in front of you, and you smile at her
- 18:55and say thank you very much. She tells you that
- 18:59this is a very special book, and it's just for you.
- 19:04She tells you that this book is magic and it
- 19:08can take you to any planet that you might want
- 19:11to go.
- 19:14Speaker 2: She tells you that you.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Can go and see the whole universe if you want to. Now,
- 19:20wouldn't that be fun? The lady who is the chief
- 19:26librarian tells you that all you have to do is
- 19:30open the pages, and on each page is a picture
- 19:34of a different planet, and that when you find one
- 19:38that you like, all you have to do is look
- 19:40at it, memorize it, enclose your eyes, and when you
- 19:46open them, you will be on that planet. How cool
- 19:51is that? The librarian gives you another big smile and
- 19:58then trots off and disappears in amongst the books and shelves.
- 20:04You look down at this very large red book and
- 20:08you see that it has your name written on it
- 20:10in lovely golden ink, and you open the book.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Feeling very excited. This book is yours.
- 20:19Speaker 1: There are many pages in this book of yours, and
- 20:23each page is different from the one before.
- 20:28Speaker 2: You look at the first page and you see the moon. Yes,
- 20:31that's right, the moon.
- 20:32Speaker 1: That shines down on our planet. As you look at it,
- 20:40you see that something is moving on the page.
- 20:42Speaker 2: How odd.
- 20:52Speaker 1: It looks like tiny specks of dust are moving around
- 20:56on the surface of the Moon, and you wonder what
- 20:58it is. How interesting We turn to the next page
- 21:05and see a different planet. This one is full of
- 21:09what looks like bread dust. Really, maybe it's the planet Mars,
- 21:14who knows. Again you turn the page and see another
- 21:20different planet. This one looks all squashy, like marshmallows. I'm
- 21:27sure you might have been there before, you know, but
- 21:31still you wonder who on Earth may live there. You
- 21:35turn page after page, seeing many different planets, all looking
- 21:39wonderv so inviting to you. Which one will you decide
- 21:44to visit? Which one do you like the best? Remember,
- 21:49you can go to any planet you want to, So
- 21:53think for a moment and look at all the pictures
- 21:58and choose just where you would like to go, what
- 22:02planet you would like to visit? Okay, which one did
- 23:02you choose? Did you see the one with all the
- 23:05balls bouncing everywhere? Or maybe you saw the planet that
- 23:09only has unicorns living there, or the planet with the dinosaurs. Oh,
- 23:14that would be fun. So just for a few moments,
- 23:19close your eyes and wish to be on the planet
- 23:22you have chosen, and when you open.
- 23:25Speaker 2: Them you will be there.
- 23:29Speaker 1: Spend some time exploring it. Find out who lives there?
- 23:34Does anybody live there? Is it an empty planet? And
- 23:38if people do live there, or beans or animals or
- 23:41whatever lives there. Find out what they like to eat,
- 23:47where do they sleep? Do they sleep in a bed?
- 23:51Speaker 4: Like you?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Go and have some fun and just explore the m Well,
- 26:49that was fun, wasn't it. What did you see? Where
- 26:55did you meet? Where did you go? M that you
- 27:01had a lot of fun.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I would have.
- 27:06Speaker 1: But now it's time to return to your own planet,
- 27:10to your very own home. And you find yourself in
- 27:15your very own bed, and you're feeling, ah the tired
- 27:20and sleepy now, so very sleepy. Your eyes are closed,
- 27:27and your body is feeling very heavy now and relaxed,
- 27:33and you can feel yourself sinking into your beautiful comfy bed.
- 27:42It feels wonderful as if you were lying on a soft,
- 27:45fleecy cloud. You have had a very exciting visit to
- 27:53another planet today, so it's no wonder you're feeling sleepy now,
- 28:00and you are feeling so very sleepy, so nice and
- 28:04warm and relaxed, so tired, and you begin to drift
- 28:12off in a very happy and peaceful sleep, and your
- 28:18body is resting now, so peaceful, so calm, so very
- 28:25very relaxed, and you are going deeper and deeper to
- 28:32the best night's sleep ever.
- 28:35Speaker 5: Your body has already gone to sleep, and your mind
- 28:41has now followed your body into a beautiful, RESTful sleep.
- 28:50So rest now, a good, peaceful night's rest, and when
- 28:57you wake up in the morning, you'll feel so refreshed
- 29:00and renewed, so.
- 29:03Speaker 2: Un late and so very very happy.
- 29:07Speaker 1: Good night. Now, imagine that you are in your own bedroom,
- 29:16and you are looking at your own bed, and you
- 29:20see sitting up on your bed a very large orange
- 29:25teddy bear, and you wonder where it came from, because
- 29:29you haven't seen it before.
- 29:30Speaker 2: It's not yours.
- 29:32Speaker 1: The teddy bear has a beautiful necklace around its neck.
- 29:36There's a very large crystal hanging from it. It's very
- 29:41sparkly and shines ever so brightly. The teddy bear has
- 29:48a bright green floppy hat on its head with a
- 29:52big purple flower on it. It looks very colorful. And
- 29:57it's just there that you hear a voice, Hello. Startled,
- 30:03Do you look around the room. You can't see anyone.
- 30:06The voice speaks again, Hello, it says. You turn to
- 30:12look at the teddy bear on your bed, and you
- 30:15realize that it was the bear that spoke to you.
- 30:19The orange teddy Bear is smiling at a wonderful smile and
- 30:24has big, beautiful blue eyes. Did you just speak to me,
- 30:31you asked the teddy bear. Yes, the teddy bear replies,
- 30:36I have come to visit you and to invite you
- 30:38to come and have some fun with me today. Oh wow,
- 30:43that sounds just great. The teddy bear tells you that
- 30:49it is called Alex. You know that Alex could be
- 30:54a boy's name or a girl's name, so you get
- 30:58to decide your new friend, Alex Orange teddy Bear, it's
- 31:04a boy or a girl.
- 31:10Speaker 2: Alex stands up off the bed and.
- 31:13Speaker 1: You see that Alex is very large, indeed, almost as
- 31:17big as you.
- 31:19Speaker 2: And Alex tells.
- 31:20Speaker 1: You the sparkling necklace is very magical. It can make
- 31:25the wearer able to fly. How cool is that?
- 31:33Speaker 2: Alex pulls out another necklace from my pocket.
- 31:36Speaker 1: We don't know where that pocket is, but it's there,
- 31:40and hands it to you. You put it around your
- 31:44neck and you wonder what will happen next, Alex opens
- 31:50the window in your bedroom and steps out onto the
- 31:53window sill and then just jumps out. Oh my, come on,
- 31:59shouts Alex. It's your turn to jump. So you think
- 32:03to yourself, well, if Alex can do it, so can I.
- 32:10So you too, climb up onto the window sill, and
- 32:13well you just jump. Oh my goodness, me, you are flying.
- 32:22You don't know how you're doing it, but you are flying.
- 32:27Speaker 2: And you fly high up.
- 32:28Speaker 1: Into the clouds, following Alex and then swoop down just
- 32:32as Alex does. Oh this is so much fun, Alex says,
- 32:40while you're swooping in out of the clouds, they can
- 32:44both fly to a very special place.
- 32:47Speaker 2: It's Alex's favorite place of all.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Alex tells you to follow, and you both fly and
- 32:56you swoop up and down, having tremendous fun in and
- 33:00out of the clouds, passing the birds, well.
- 33:03Speaker 2: The odd one or two birds. Anyway, After a little.
- 33:07Speaker 1: While, when you've been flying around just having lots and
- 33:10lots of fun, you see below you snow covered hills,
- 33:17gentle hills, all looking very beautiful and very fresh and
- 33:24very clean, with not a single mark in the snow.
- 33:31Alex swoops down and lands on one of the snow
- 33:34covered hills. So you swoop down and you land too well,
- 33:39you land with a bit of a bump.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Yeah, you're on a beginner. That it is flying thing
- 33:44really and this makes you and.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Alex laugh out loud behind a nearby tree which looks
- 33:53amazing with snow covered all over its branches, and it sparkles.
- 33:58It's like looks like there's little silvery bits in it,
- 34:01it's so shiny. Alex pulls out two snow sleds, one
- 34:07for you and one for Alex. Alex says that this
- 34:13is the most wonderful thing to do, and it's such
- 34:16great fun. This is Alex's favorite thing ever. So for
- 34:23just a little while.
- 34:24Speaker 6: The two of you will get to ride your sleighs
- 34:28all over the gentle snow covered hills and you will
- 34:32get to speak very fast down these hills.
- 34:36Speaker 1: How much fun are you going to have together? Lots
- 34:40and lots some climb aboard your sled and zoom off
- 34:45with Alex and just have lots and lots of fun
- 34:51with your new friend Alex, and just enjoy yourself and
- 34:55whizz along through the snow.
- 35:03Speaker 4: The us.
- 36:33Speaker 2: M Oh wow, that was great. Wasn't it.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Could you feel the cool wind whipping through your hair
- 37:48and on your face? Did you fall off your head?
- 37:52I bet you did.
- 37:54Speaker 2: Alex asks you if.
- 37:56Speaker 1: You would like to have a sleepover. Well, yes, of
- 38:00course you would. Who wouldn't. And you wonder where you're
- 38:05going to have this sleepover. So Alex takes you to
- 38:09his lovely white igly and an igloo. If you didn't
- 38:15already know, it's a house made of snow, bricks and ice, really,
- 38:21and Alex's house even has a front door.
- 38:25Speaker 2: So you go.
- 38:26Speaker 1: Inside with Alex, and you find that.
- 38:29Speaker 2: It's very warm.
- 38:30Speaker 1: Indeed, you see a lovely little fire pit in the
- 38:34middle of the room with bright flames dancing in his
- 38:37and you wonder why Alex's house isn't melting with the heat.
- 38:40But it isn't. It's a very special place. There is
- 38:47a pound of hot milk on the fire. Alex pours
- 38:52it into two big mugs, one for you and one
- 38:55for Alex. It's very tasty and it makes you feel
- 39:01all warm inside. After the two of you finish your
- 39:08warm milk, you're both feeling a little sleepy. Well you
- 39:15would with all that fresh air and all that flying
- 39:18and all that falling in the snow. What an exciting day,
- 39:22if hard with Alex, so much fun. But now it's
- 39:28time for bed, and there are two big beds with
- 39:33big fluffy quilts and pillows on them, one for each
- 39:36of you. You both climb into your beds and you
- 39:42snuggle down for the night, and you thank Alex for
- 39:46giving you this amazing day, and you thank Alex for
- 39:50showing you how to fly and how to ride your
- 39:53very own sled. Your eyes are closing now, feel very
- 40:00very sleepy, but you feel ever so happy. So you
- 40:06and Alex say good night to each other and close
- 40:10your eyes, and you breathe calmly and peacefully. As you
- 40:18begin to drift into a beautiful night's sleep.
- 40:24Speaker 2: You feel so.
- 40:25Speaker 1: Happy, so peaceful, and your body begins to fall asleep,
- 40:33and then so does your mind. Oh you're so very sleepy.
- 40:41Speaker 2: And remember.
- 40:43Speaker 1: When you wake up in the morning, you'll be back
- 40:46in your very own bed. But also remember you can
- 40:52come and visit with Alex any time you want him.
- 40:58You can ride your sledge down the gentle snow covered
- 41:02hills with Alex once again. You can play in the snow,
- 41:08and you can fly, fly high up into the sky.
- 41:14Speaker 7: So sleep tight now, fine night. Now imagine yourself standing
- 41:22on a beach filled with beautiful golden sand, and as
- 41:28you look down at it, it feels all warm and
- 41:32soft under your bare skin. Just feel the sensations in
- 41:37your feet.
- 41:39Speaker 2: How does it feel to you? Maybe it's to be itchy.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Maybe it's just soft. As you look up, see lots
- 41:49more sand. It's everywhere. It's so beautiful to see. And
- 41:57as you stand there, smiling to yourself, you realize that
- 42:01you can hear the wonderful sounds of the ocean in
- 42:03the distance. So you walk towards it, noticing how very
- 42:08blue it is. It's the same color as the sky,
- 42:13so much so that you can't see where the ocean
- 42:15ends and the sky begins. As you walk, you can
- 42:21feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. You
- 42:25can feel a gentle breeze moving through your hair, and
- 42:29you notice the smell of the cool, salty air. It
- 42:33feels so clean and fresh. Oh, it's so wonderful here,
- 42:37and you like it very much. As you continue walking
- 42:42towards the ocean, you notice the sand under your feet
- 42:48starts to get a bit fairmer. The closer you get
- 42:50to the ocean. Well, that way, the gentle waves of
- 42:54the ocean have been coming on to the sand, and
- 42:57you can see the little waves coming up and down,
- 43:00up and down, up and down. As the waves come
- 43:05and go, you see some things in the sand, like shells,
- 43:10pieces of seaweed, your own footprints, and you wonder where
- 43:15the shells came from. The seaweed, Well, where did that
- 43:19come from?
- 43:20Speaker 2: You wonder?
- 43:23Speaker 1: As you reach the water's edge, you begin to notice
- 43:26more of your surroundings. What kind of sounds do you hear?
- 43:34Can you hear the seabirds flying overhead? Can you hear
- 43:38the wind gently blowing? Can you feel the warm sun
- 43:44on your skin? What does it feel like? You turn
- 44:11and look back out over the sand and can still
- 44:15see your footprints that you're left behind you, But this
- 44:19time you see another set of footprints right beside yours.
- 44:25Speaker 2: You're mystified.
- 44:26Speaker 1: There is no one else around or even on the beach.
- 44:31Speaker 2: How can that be?
- 44:33Speaker 1: How can there be two sets of footprints in the
- 44:36sand and there is no one else there? You are
- 44:40very puzzled. It's there that you hear a little giggle,
- 44:47a happy little giggle, and very slowly, by special magic,
- 44:54a pony appears before you, a beautiful little pony with
- 45:00the cheekiest grin and the longest, floppiest ears that you've
- 45:04ever seen. And this fine looking pony is looking right
- 45:09at you. Well, some ponies are black, some are brown,
- 45:15some are town, some white, and some well there are
- 45:19more than one color. What color is your pony? Does
- 45:25it have a long mane and tail as well as
- 45:28long floppy ears. It's a little known fact that ponies
- 45:36can't talk if you know how to hear them, Sam,
- 45:43you introduce yourself in a very friendly way and ask
- 45:46your pony it to name. Your pony tells you his
- 45:50name is Brian, and he is very happy to meet
- 45:53you today. He tells you that he has magical powers,
- 45:58and one of them is that he can make himself invisible.
- 46:02That's why you could only see his footprints. Ryan thought
- 46:05that this was very funny. Indeed, Brian asks you what
- 46:10your name is and then asks you if you've got
- 46:13any carrots for him, as he's a tad hungry. Now,
- 46:17well you're telling me name, but you say you're very sorry,
- 46:19but you don't have any carrots, And Brian says, oh,
- 46:24but I think you do. Check your pockets please, So
- 46:29you do and outputs a nice juicy carrot for Brian. Oh,
- 46:34and he's ever so pleased, he says, thank you very much.
- 46:39Tony's a really good at eating carrots and really good
- 46:42at talking too, And they are especially good at taking
- 46:46children to places, and this one loves to do just that.
- 46:50In fact, Brian looks right out you are again and says, hey,
- 46:56are you going to stand here all day? Or would
- 46:58you like to go somewhere? Absolutely, you would love to,
- 47:03So you hop up on Brian's back, and as soon
- 47:05as you do, an idea pops into your mind about
- 47:08where you'd like to go. Maybe it's one of your
- 47:11favorite places. What someplace you've heard about but you've never
- 47:15been before but would like to do anyway, Maybe you
- 47:19just want to ride along the beach, or maybe a
- 47:22trip to the park or a store, or to a
- 47:25friend's house to pop in and see how they are.
- 47:27You can go anywhere you want to go. And it's
- 47:32then that you realize you're moving, when you can feel
- 47:36a gentle rocking of Brian's back as he silently clipplops
- 47:40clip plops, clip plops along the beach. But you can't
- 47:45hear any sounds he makes, though that's because you're on
- 47:48the sand. Remember when there's no sound. Give Brian a
- 47:53little rub on his neck, in his back, touching him
- 47:56firmly but softly, and you can feel how how warm
- 48:00his fairies, how very soft his fairies. And Brian is
- 48:06very happy trotting along with you on his back. He
- 48:09tells you that this is his favorite thing to do.
- 48:12He loves to help people feel happy. Now, Brian has
- 48:17four speeds. He walks, he trots, he gallops, and he
- 48:25has a very special speed called fly ponly fly. You're
- 48:32walking with Brian now, so you ask him for a trot.
- 48:36Brian obliges, and you notice how much faster you go.
- 48:41Notice how the scenery changes around you. Everything seems to
- 48:45be moving a little bit quicker now, and you can
- 48:48feel Brian's body weighing a little bit harder beneath. You
- 48:53want to dry a gallup, so you ask Brian for
- 48:56a gallop. Oh my, you are moving twice as fast now,
- 49:01so hang on. Notice how quickly the scenery is going
- 49:05by now, how Brian's strong body is moving faster. You
- 49:12can feel the wind whipping through your hair. Now, wow,
- 49:15this is so much fun. You and Brian are now
- 49:18both laughing your heads off. There is only one speed
- 49:23left for you to try now with Brian, so why
- 49:26not give it a go, So shout as loud as
- 49:30you can fly, Pony fly this time Brian's feet leave
- 49:37the ground and you really are flying. Woo.
- 49:42Speaker 8: Hold on tight now because you are zooming through the
- 49:45air at great speed, and you rise higher and higher,
- 49:49and the scenery is a blade as you fly past.
- 49:52But the ride becomes silky smooth.
- 49:55Speaker 1: And so quiet. Well you can hear is the sound
- 49:59of the wind and rushing past your ears. You arrive
- 50:06at your destination, your very favoritest place, Brian lands with
- 50:12a gentle bull. So just for a little while, go
- 50:17and explore this wonderful place with Brian. Now you're free
- 50:22to spend some time doing whateff you wish to do.
- 50:27Find out what it's like being here, what can you
- 50:32see being here? Take as long as you like to
- 50:35be here, and just enjoy yourself with Brian. Maybe you
- 50:39meet some of your friends, maybe they have ponies of
- 50:42their own too, Maybe you will all ride and fly together.
- 50:47So just for now, have some fun for a little
- 50:51while with Brian.
- 52:16Speaker 9: Us to have.
- 53:00Speaker 1: H Wow, it wasn't that amazing. Now it's time for
- 53:54you to return home. Can you find yourself wrapped up
- 53:58snuggling and you're very own bed? How did that happen? Remember,
- 54:04Brian is a magical pony. Brian is standing next to
- 54:09your bed. He sees that you're very sleepy now, and
- 54:14he tells you it's time for him to go home too.
- 54:18But before he goes, he tells you it was a
- 54:21great day to day and the best thing about it
- 54:25was that he met you, his new best friend. Brian
- 54:33takes a big breath and gently blows into your face,
- 54:38and I'll pop lots of tiny little sleep sparkles, and
- 54:42as they land on you, you begin to fall into
- 54:46the best I'd sleep ever. And you know you will
- 54:51come back and see Brian any time you want to.
- 54:57Because you're so sleepy now, you whisper night night to Brian.
- 55:03Very gently close your eyes drift off into a warm,
- 55:10peaceful and safe sleep.
- 55:15Speaker 2: Night night.
- 55:59Speaker 4: Mm hmmm, m m m.
