- 0:04[SPEAKER_04]: Guess what?
- 0:04[SPEAKER_04]: The person wants to get that problem solved.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_04]: I remember having to literally carry a water on our head.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't see a sink or fridge once I came here to the U.S.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_02]: I used to always say, man, I grew up low income, I grew up in a project.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_02]: But you just said, I'm like, nah, I ain't had that type of poverty.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, okay, people can make money off social media.
- 0:23[SPEAKER_04]: I remember YouTube coming my first shake was like $300.
- 0:25[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, oh, oh, within 62 days, I grew over a hundred thousand followers on TikTok alone.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_04]: I hit my first 10k month on my six month.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_04]: And then I hit $30,000 profit on my seventh month.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_04]: And I was 21, oh, life.
- 0:37[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I can't grow for anything.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_02]: Take it when you get my life, I can't hide it.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_02]: What am I doing right?
- 0:43[SPEAKER_02]: What am I doing wrong?
- 0:44[SPEAKER_04]: Our were them prioritizing two things.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_04]: If you do the master these two things, you can make any video go viral, infinitely.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_04]: The first thing is...
- 0:54[SPEAKER_02]: I know you want to watch this next video, but listen, if you are an entrepreneur, business coach, business consultant or a small business owner who has a story and wants to learn how to create multiple strings of income from your story.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_02]: I need you to text me right now.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_02]: My book.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_02]: to six, four, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_02]: That is my personal number.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_02]: I have been an author for over 12 years, I've written 10 books, four of them have been best sellers, and I've sold over 100,000 books, but I've also helped a lot of my clients, take their expertise and put it into a story, then create multiple streams of income from that.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_02]: So I wanna help you do the same thing.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_02]: So text my book to six, four, six, six, eight, seven, four, one, five, two.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_02]: I, let's go back to the video.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_02]: All right, so welcome to another awesome episode of Inside The Vault with Ash Cash, the greatest money mindset show on the planet.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_02]: Everyone wants followers, but almost nobody knows how to turn attention into real money.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_02]: See, we're living in a time where people can go viral overnight, but still be broke in the morning.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_02]: Today's guest didn't just chase views.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_02]: a level most people only talk about at just 24 years old, he built a seven-figure business using nothing but a phone, content and strategy growing to over six million followers in just two years and helping over a hundred creators break past a hundred k with some even hit in the millions.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_02]: But the real question is this.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_02]: What did he figure out that everyone else is missing?
- 2:56[SPEAKER_02]: Because if you don't understand how to monetize attention in today's world, you're leaving millions on the table.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_02]: In this episode, we're breaking down the real system behind content, influence, and income, and trust me.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_02]: Well, he's about to share my completely changed.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: How you see social media, business, and leverage forever, ladies and gentlemen, please, inside us.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome, my brother, Sharif Caesar to the vault.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_02]: Man, what's up, brother?
- 3:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yo, yo, what's going on, man?
- 3:28[SPEAKER_04]: That was a good intro.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_04]: That was a best intro, man.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_02]: That was a good intro.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_02]: I appreciate you, man.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_02]: I'm excited about...
- 3:33[SPEAKER_02]: This episode because I think the biggest thing that most entrepreneurs, most business owners, most people who are trying to build something is they do not know how to monetize influence.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_02]: Like a lot of people, they want to go viral, they want their attention, they want people to
- 3:56[SPEAKER_02]: to see them, but they don't understand how to grow it, but then also how to build that build the money.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_02]: And so you have sort of mastered that, you've done it for yourself, you help others do it.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_02]: So I want to dive into that, right?
- 4:08[SPEAKER_02]: But before we even start there, for those who don't know, who is, should we see?
- 4:13[SPEAKER_04]: I appreciate that.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so a little bit about myself is, um, y'all know my name is Sharif.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_04]: I go by room Ellen King.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_04]: That's the alias I go online.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_04]: And I actually, I grew up in what I call the definition of poverty.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_04]: I was actually born in a small city in Ghana, which is an Africa for the people who don't know.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_04]: And I remember growing up there, it was crazy because I remember having to literally carry water on our heads.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_04]: Right, I remember the trenches living back there, having to carry water on it has just to get clean water.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_04]: We literally had to carry our heads.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_04]: We had to literally go get it from a well that we would drop a rope with a bucket of cash to it.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_04]: We would drop it in there, we would pull it back out and carry it miles and miles to our home and dump it into a large bucket.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_04]: And on that bucket, we have flies all in it.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_04]: It didn't matter.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_04]: We still have to drink that water.
- 4:54[SPEAKER_04]: We just take the fly though.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_04]: I'll just take it out.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_04]: Now, remember the bed I used to sleep on was infested with, um, it was investor roaches.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_04]: It was investor with bed bugs, right?
- 5:01[SPEAKER_04]: I remember you walking our room.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_04]: I was sleeping on a twin-sized bed, four-sized bed with my mom, and our room was literally just covered with a bunch of red dots all on the wall because it was a bunch of bed bugs there, right?
- 5:11[SPEAKER_04]: So the bed bugs was killing them.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_04]: So it left all the blood all on the walls and stuff like that.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_04]: So it was infested like that with the mattress.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_04]: Now, remember even when I wanted even my first pets, I had to catch one of the mice.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_04]: That was literally inside the room.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_04]: I caught one of them and I put it in the box.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_04]: My second pet was a bird that I literally went and found.
- 5:27[SPEAKER_04]: I used a sling shot, hit it down, ate it, I was eating some of the birds, and I would literally, I would either eat them or I'll put them in a box as a pet as well too, and I was literally how I grew up for the first about 10 years of my life, right?
- 5:40[SPEAKER_04]: But I would say this though, the thing was, at that time, I didn't understand what's poverty.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_04]: It was just, day to day, I'm living like that.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_04]: Every member of my family is living like that, my friends living like that.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't until I changed, I came to the US and I was like, whoa,
- 5:53[SPEAKER_04]: That's how I was living, like it was crazy.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't see a sink or a fridge once I came here to the U.S. And then now you're in the U.S. Did things change for you immediately or like what was that journey like coming to the U.S. and like knowing that level of poverty?
- 6:13[SPEAKER_02]: You know like we're like what like what was life life when you guys are?
- 6:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, honestly, it makes him silly when I came to the US.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_04]: I wanted to go back and actually at some point, I even wanted to commit suicide, right?
- 6:23[SPEAKER_04]: As such, the young age, I remember I was getting bullied.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_04]: It was like, think about it now, it was silly by the time as a kid.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_04]: I was getting bullied for being a dark skin.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_04]: I remember the kids would just make fun of me every single day.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_04]: I had an accent, right?
- 6:34[SPEAKER_04]: They were like African booty scratcher, all the names.
- 6:37[SPEAKER_04]: They would turn a light off.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_04]: Like, oh, where did Sharif go?
- 6:40[SPEAKER_04]: He just see flow and teeth.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_04]: I got all of that.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_04]: and I'll really just go crying out to my dad like I want to fight these kids like if you fight them I'm sending you back home right and I'm like hey I kind of want to go back home but it will be a disgrace if I just get sent back home right because I'm I don't want to get laughed I get sent back home so I feel like I was not in any position I just had to kind of deal with it until later on I eventually learned to kind of grow past that right when I found my own my own lane and I grew a lot more confident right in myself.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_04]: And that was when I was able to kind of conquer those things and then instead of like I remember I just at the time my first few years being here for maybe like five years I just wanted to be like everybody else.
- 7:16[SPEAKER_04]: I just want to be like the average person.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_04]: I want to blend in.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_04]: I remember I went and I grew my hair out and I got dreads all right my dreads is live for much the finger my tip that's about finger
- 7:25[SPEAKER_04]: All the way down to my elbow.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_04]: I had wrist super zoom along someone to blend it with Americans, right?
- 7:30[SPEAKER_04]: I remember I tried everything possible to get rid of my accent because I had a thick accent.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm watching all the American shows.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_04]: I'm doing everything possible like they can't not know.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_04]: People ask me, are you ever gonna like, no, I'm African American?
- 7:40[SPEAKER_04]: I hated it so bad.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't like anybody to find out.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_04]: And then just years later after I got rid of all that, I regretted it like I wish I still have my accent.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_04]: Then I was like, I wish I didn't change so much about me.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_04]: For sure.
- 7:52[SPEAKER_04]: Because I realized the people I was trying to fit in with with the people I didn't want to be like anymore, right?
- 7:57[SPEAKER_04]: I realized that my these are all low vibration people.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_04]: Nettidies people are are on a level where I want to be, right?
- 8:05[SPEAKER_04]: I just want my whole life.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_04]: I just want to be just like the average person.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_04]: Why do I want to be average at some point, right?
- 8:10[SPEAKER_04]: Because when I start getting older, I really start to think about my family back on my, okay, I'm trying to build these average people.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_04]: And when it got to the time to even get a job, I'm one of the first few my friend groups to get a job, and they'll the, I don't want to work, and even eventually when they all start to work, and he'll, I don't want to do any hours, and I'm like, I'm striving, I'm doing extra hours, I'm doing overtime, even when I was on school, I'm like,
- 8:30[SPEAKER_04]: Why did I have her strive to be like these people and they're lazy?
- 8:34[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, no ambition Yeah, they just have no Purpose and like they don't only want to find their purpose.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like and then I was that's how I realized everything was just so silly Like well, this is just me as a kid and then that was when I started being a lot more ambitious like I got to be better than all these people
- 8:50[SPEAKER_04]: right, like better in the sense of I want to accomplish more.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_04]: I don't want to because I has felt for years and years I want to be like these people.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_04]: I know what I want to go above and be on.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_04]: For sure, for sure, for sure.
- 8:59[SPEAKER_02]: And what was it?
- 9:01[SPEAKER_02]: What was the first journey that you took that started to, to now help you make money, right?
- 9:09[SPEAKER_02]: So to be, you know, a man like to, it's funny.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, in hindsight, I used to always say, man, grew up low income, I grew up in a project, you know, had roaches and rats.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_02]: What you just said, I'm like, nah, I ain't had that type of topity, you know what I'm saying?
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: And so, you know, but also to be someone who went through all of that and to make, you know, you know, seven figures at 24 is crazy, which is a blessing.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_02]: What was that first thing that you got into that was, you know, income producing for you?
- 9:49[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so the first thing I actually got into was content, honestly, why should I guess a little bit about me is I've always had an entrepreneur mindset because even when I was in Ghana, I remember I was literally like I said like the birds I was killing right I was selling them I was making extra money off of that and I remember you could go to you could go to and find metal scraps take it to a young guard it will weigh it and it will give you money for that right I remember I was making candy you can heat up.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_04]: You can heat up caramel or condense milk actually.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_04]: You can heat up condense milk and you can make into this kind of candy Then my mom will help me make that I'm back in Ghana and I used to do all of that to make a little extra money So fast forward when I came to the US around the age of 15 or load
- 10:27[SPEAKER_04]: I found out you can make money, you know, online and stuff like that, you know, even before I even had a job and I was okay, let me I'm interested in this right and the first thing at the time, no now we got Instagram We got all types of stuff like that, but the time was as YouTube everybody was on YouTube making money on YouTube so all the people that was living life of Freedness was on YouTube.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like huh, okay.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_04]: I'm interested.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't anything serious, but I was interested
- 10:49[SPEAKER_04]: So I start picking up the camera.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_04]: I start recording, but I was just now being a cool kid in the school.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_04]: So I can't like anybody find out if I'm doing this content.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_04]: Otherwise, I'm going right back to the bottom right now.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_04]: I can't let him know I'm laying.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_04]: You know, and I remember it.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_04]: But just say like the people who are doing YouTube with seek wish.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, yeah, oh my god, this school that I least grew up in if you did anything outside of the ordinary you are lame Anything that was actually even normal because even you would get bullied for Doing after school activities like oh, it's only from lame kids right the table you sat You was lame.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I was like if you're not hanging around with their own race you was lame Right I was lame.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_04]: So I was always hanging out with the Mexican is white kids and then like all you lame You know, just by that's just how it was at least the school that I went to
- 11:32[SPEAKER_04]: So, if you're doing something outside the regular stuff, right, like say you're doing content, something they call it, they find it cringe, you're like, oh, you're lame, right?
- 11:40[SPEAKER_04]: So I didn't want anybody to know because I felt like I was finally getting out of that at least in the early stages and then I was doing content.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_04]: I remember it was summer going into my sophomore year or so and I was doing content over the summer doing content because I was like, I have been studying it for so long.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, okay, people can make money off social media.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, let me see how it is on post and content.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_04]: I just got $300, I didn't have to go clock in, right?
- 12:06[SPEAKER_04]: Because knowing that somewhere, I went and got a job.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_04]: And I was like, I was getting maybe like, my check would be like $150.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_04]: I just got $300 from one check from YouTube.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, this is, this is really possible, right?
- 12:18[SPEAKER_04]: And I made myself a promise.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, if I can make a dollar off of this, even a dollar, I know what's possible.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_04]: I now know that it's possible to make money from the internet.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_04]: It's possible to make money online.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_04]: And I will never stop, right?
- 12:30[SPEAKER_04]: So I started doing now as post and content, but it wasn't consistent because I was working on it on a five and I was still in school, right?
- 12:38[SPEAKER_04]: So eventually I kind of do star.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_04]: It was just like extra money.
- 12:41[SPEAKER_04]: I'll get a couple hundred.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_04]: Every month might that's something.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_04]: And that tried e-commerce.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, gosh, you got, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 12:53[SPEAKER_04]: Then I tried e-commerce, wait, drag it back a little bit or, okay, okay, I bet, cool.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_04]: Then I tried e-commerce and then we e-commerce.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_04]: It was like drop shipping.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying Etsy, I don't know if you familiar with Etsy with print on a man.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying all these little things.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_04]: Nothing was really making me a significant amount of money.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_04]: It was just like a little bit, right?
- 13:10[SPEAKER_04]: But it was still keeping me that entrepreneurial mindset, right?
- 13:12[SPEAKER_04]: That grind.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_04]: And I kept doing that up until,
- 13:15[SPEAKER_04]: I got my real estate license after graduate in high school right after I got the real estate license They were just saying that top agents I was in there were all doing content right they were all posting on social media They posted on Facebook so I'll lie.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_04]: I have some experience with social media now granted when I was doing the content It was entertainment like I'm vlogging my school.
- 13:34[SPEAKER_04]: I'm doing pranks my little brother.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just like okay, like
- 13:36[SPEAKER_04]: Now, I want to ship into an area of finance, of business, and stuff like that, you know, because I'm a different person, right?
- 13:44[SPEAKER_04]: I like different things.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_04]: So I started doing content about that, and literally, so it was like, because of the brokerage that I was working at, and within, within 62 days, I remember 62 days, I grew over 100,000 followers.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_04]: So I don't take talk alone.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_04]: Then I'll lie, huh?
- 13:59[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I can, you know, gritty swallows are here already monetizing.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_04]: I remember with them before I even launched a business.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, before I even launched a product of service to my audience other than selling low ticket ebooks.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_04]: I hit my first 10k month on my six month.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_04]: And then I hit $70,000, not $70,000, $30,000 profit on my seventh month.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_04]: And I was 21.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, life.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I quit my job right before I had just quit my job because I got my first shake from the tick talk and stuff like that was from a brand deal.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_04]: They paid me like $1,000.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_04]: I quit my job very next day.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, yo, I'm going.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_04]: I just got $1,000 for this.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_04]: I'm getting $1,000 every, I'm getting $1,000 every two weeks.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I'm saying?
- 14:36[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_04]: I'm out of here.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_04]: And then I'm so glad I took that leap of faith because that very month I hit 10k month The following month, I hit 30k month profit and ages who was up from there But it was all because of the real estate.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_04]: They tell me hey the top ages are doing content So I knew I had to get into content.
- 14:54[SPEAKER_02]: Wow wow
- 14:56[SPEAKER_02]: And so now fast forward, you've been able to build, I mean, as of now, you have over seven million followers across all social media platforms.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_02]: You've helped other people build their platforms as well.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_02]: What is the secret?
- 15:14[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what is the secret sauce?
- 15:16[SPEAKER_02]: How does somebody build their platform to build to get a lot of followers?
- 15:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, so I feel like the first thing is a lot of people make the mistake of starting their videos with a born hook, right?
- 15:29[SPEAKER_04]: They start their video with a born hook and I always tell them this right with when somebody's scrolling on the free page to algorithm They see their first couple of seconds and then they scroll
- 15:37[SPEAKER_04]: They're not watching in the very beginning to end, right?
- 15:40[SPEAKER_04]: So the thing is, everybody has different intros, right?
- 15:43[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like, if your intro is starting off with, hey, guys, what's a good morning?
- 15:46[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody cares about you.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_04]: That's the first time seeing you, right?
- 15:49[SPEAKER_04]: They're either watching it for a few different things, either they want information, they want entertainment or they want value.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_04]: You're not providing none of that by starting off with, hey, guys, right?
- 15:56[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, guys, I'm Ash.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody cares about Ash.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_04]: That was the first time seeing it, right?
- 16:00[SPEAKER_04]: So what you have to do is you have to start with something that's actually going to grab your attention.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_04]: right so that's the biggest thing I see a lot of people making that mistake with their content they start with hey guys right what they should do instead is start off with the pain point start off with a negative hook start off with something that is actually going to intrigue the person to actually want to check out the rest of the video I always hope you would think about your own scrolling pattern when you go to a video and then it's a random person saying hey guys you watch the variant no you don't
- 16:25[SPEAKER_04]: right it's like you can really solve the problem right then and there by knowing hey what's my scrolling pattern I don't watch it if it's not intriguing and treating within a first couple seconds.
- 16:33[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, boom, so why are you starting to get off with hey guys All right, so So Exactly, nobody cared right so it's like once you have the brand and yes, of course, some people will stay because you're not the brand And they recognize with face right
- 16:45[SPEAKER_04]: But what they need to start doing is start with a pain point with an issue of problem because guess what?
- 16:50[SPEAKER_04]: What did I say?
- 16:50[SPEAKER_04]: We want to make content that actually converts.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_04]: How do we attract people who want to pay us?
- 16:55[SPEAKER_04]: And we start our video off with a pain point.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_04]: Guess what?
- 16:57[SPEAKER_04]: The person wants to get that problem solved, right?
- 17:00[SPEAKER_04]: So we start with a negative hook, something about an insecurity or something a problem that they're facing right now.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_04]: We start with that problem.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_04]: That's instantly it's something that's going to make you get way more views 10, 20,000 won views.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 17:10[SPEAKER_04]: Because it's started with an, uh, we start with an issue of problem.
- 17:13[SPEAKER_02]: start with the issue of problem and then I want people to remember, not the cut you off, but you said start with the issue of problem.
- 17:22[SPEAKER_02]: Should I identify the person I'm talking to or if I start with the issue of problem, it will automatically identify the person, right?
- 17:38[SPEAKER_02]: No, hey, no, hey at all.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_04]: No, if you're entrepreneur or if it is it like like give me an example give a specific issue that that person is phasing right so for example With the negative hook structure right you will never get a proof of business funding unless you learn this
- 17:55[SPEAKER_04]: Right, so the issue is they're trying to get a proof of funding about some you will never get a proof for business funding Unless you learn about these three sites right unless you learn about these three strategies, right?
- 18:06[SPEAKER_04]: You see what I'm saying So now we start we know the person won't funding right and then we start with the issue, which is they want the funding.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they're never gonna get it unless they learn this
- 18:13[SPEAKER_04]: Guess what somebody hear that.
- 18:15[SPEAKER_04]: They want the funding.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_04]: They're gonna stick around to the very end because they know They need this funding and they know like hey, if I'm never gonna get a proof of funding.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, right down into this thing Yeah, for example, your LLC would get blacklisted unless you learn this right something of that story So it's like I don't want my LLCs to get blacklisted.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so guess what I want to check out the video right so that's also
- 18:34[SPEAKER_04]: to that negative hook structure, right?
- 18:36[SPEAKER_04]: It's not telling people to stop doing something that they will never achieve something, right?
- 18:41[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like those are things that invokes a person to actually want to check it out.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_02]: Because like, logically though, too, their mind is like, who, like, what did you tell me?
- 18:51[SPEAKER_02]: Exactly.
- 18:52[SPEAKER_04]: Exactly.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_04]: And they automatically, right?
- 18:54[SPEAKER_04]: But then, I want you to remember this thing.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_04]: The algorithm prioritizes two things.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_04]: If you do the messages, two things, you can make any video go viral, infinitely.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_04]: Can you get somebody to watch the video from beginning to end?
- 19:07[SPEAKER_04]: The second thing is rewatches Meaning can you get somebody to rewatch the video?
- 19:11[SPEAKER_04]: I want you to think about those five-second videos So seven-second videos.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_04]: What do they have in them?
- 19:16[SPEAKER_04]: Right?
- 19:16[SPEAKER_04]: It's text on screen.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_04]: The one that perform well It's text on screen and the video is five-seven seconds and there's long text in the caption as well too Or just on screen.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_04]: So what's what's happening is they getting one hundred percent watch time because it just takes five seconds The text on there takes 20 seconds to read.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_04]: So guess what?
- 19:32[SPEAKER_04]: I just got four times the watch times
- 19:34[SPEAKER_04]: Right because of the fact that it recycles right now the issue is and then yeah, and then recycles the issue is those other videos Do not comfort with people if you want them to buy with you right unless you have millions of millions of millions of views Me a lot more traffic right so now the question is how?
- 19:50[SPEAKER_04]: how can I replicate this model where they talk in head video?
- 19:53[SPEAKER_04]: Because talking at convert way higher, there's like a 10x difference.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm gonna show you a strategy that you can utilize or any of the Macarure lies where they can create the same loop effect with a talk in head video.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_04]: I'll call it my list of crystal framework, right?
- 20:09[SPEAKER_04]: So,
- 20:09[SPEAKER_04]: the first thing they want to do is start off with a with the hook right so for example I had a video where I said five things you five things you need to do if you want to be rich right or five things needs to be successful the video was good it was cool we got a hundred thousand views and everything like that too you got this framework but I doubled down on just a hook and I changed the hook and I made the hook even more powerful right I always tell people to use what I call the stack strategy with this framework right
- 20:34[SPEAKER_04]: the stack strategy meaning what are two hook structures that I can stack together.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_04]: The first type is the starting with the issue problem.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_04]: So the negative hook, I ask you a question about an issue or the second one is list to go style format.
- 20:48[SPEAKER_04]: So making a list of something.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_04]: That's why people will be like five websites that you need to go to if you want to get funding for a business.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_04]: Live, credit builders needs to answer account, right?
- 20:56[SPEAKER_04]: Those ones simple, straight to the point
- 21:00[SPEAKER_04]: They okay.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_04]: How can I amplify them?
- 21:03[SPEAKER_04]: How can I make them better with this stack strategy?
- 21:04[SPEAKER_04]: You want to take a negative hook, start with an issue problem, stack it with a list style framework.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_04]: So now here's an example.
- 21:11[SPEAKER_04]: I did the video.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_04]: It would like five things need to if you want to be rich, right?
- 21:15[SPEAKER_04]: Instead, the second time around, the first time I got a hundred KV was the second time around.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_04]: I got three million views with the structure.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_04]: What I did was, I said, you will never be rich unless you learn these five habits, but it's tell you, right?
- 21:26[SPEAKER_04]: So I said that a boom is stopping from scrolling.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_04]: That doesn't mean they're going to watch the video from beginning to end, right?
- 21:31[SPEAKER_04]: It just makes them more intrigued to watch the rest of it, right?
- 21:33[SPEAKER_04]: So now the second thing we're going to do is we're going to add an interest peak, right?
- 21:36[SPEAKER_04]: What this does is it peaks the person's interest, right?
- 21:39[SPEAKER_04]: Makes them actually want to stick around the rear end.
- 21:41[SPEAKER_04]: Somebody's simple that I always say is the last one is my absolute favorite.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_04]: The last one is the worst.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_04]: The last one is the best.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_04]: So something that relates to the video, right?
- 21:50[SPEAKER_04]: Or the last one, you don't want to miss it, right?
- 21:52[SPEAKER_04]: Whatever it is to make them more intrigued to check out this last one, or maybe a random number of doing the list, maybe like the fourth one is the best.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_04]: So now I say, you would never be rich unless you learn these five habits about to tell you.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_04]: And the last one is my absolute favorite.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_04]: Now, we list off one, two, three, four.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_04]: All right, we get said the last one and then what I do is this is that loop effect right because now we have a hundred percent retention Yeah, remember I said there's two things you to master hundred percent retention and rewatches.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, how do I get the rewatch here's what you do You tell the person to check the comments down below or check the caption because what happens is the video ends So now it instantly recycles and then they're not done though, right because their itch is not scratched it They still have more even on the last one
- 22:33[SPEAKER_04]: So now they go to the caption and they're reading the caption to read what this information is or the comment section.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_04]: And now they'll be doing a loop around two, three, four, five times.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_02]: As they're reading it.
- 22:43[SPEAKER_04]: As they're reading it exactly.
- 22:45[SPEAKER_04]: So what's happening is that I would like, this is a long video.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_04]: We got 100% watch time and we're going to rewatch this.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_04]: Now guess what, let's push it 100,000 people.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_04]: Let's push it to a million people.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_04]: Let's push it's three million people.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_04]: And that's how you create that loop effect and get it to keep pushing, even with educational content, even with value content.
- 23:01[SPEAKER_04]: and then guess what, something a little evil trick about, even add as a sprinkle on top, something, sometimes what I would do is I wouldn't even put the caption in the comments, right?
- 23:09[SPEAKER_04]: So I wouldn't even put the information there.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_04]: So now people are doing this, they're kind of like, yo, what, where's number five?
- 23:14[SPEAKER_04]: Where's the last one?
- 23:15[SPEAKER_04]: This guy never puts it there, right?
- 23:16[SPEAKER_04]: That's what, more engagement for my video, and they're still staying there.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_04]: And then they'll come back to that video to see if I ever put it.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_04]: Right, it's never there.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, yeah, yeah.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_02]: Man, that's genius, that's genius.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_02]: And so,
- 23:28[SPEAKER_02]: And so now you're in the algorithm, this thing goes viral, are you also putting more content in your page so that, like, how do you, how do you convert that to cash?
- 23:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like, that is the attention.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_02]: How do I start making money from it?
- 23:50[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, sure, that's a good question.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_04]: So that's just one of the frameworks, right?
- 23:55[SPEAKER_04]: One of the many frameworks I have.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_04]: So that one is good, of course, to get people to check the comments, they're gonna follow you and stuff like that.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_04]: You get in the views up there.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_04]: So now that our goodness I can pushing you there, right?
- 24:04[SPEAKER_04]: So these people are gonna start seeing your page now, right?
- 24:06[SPEAKER_04]: So you're doing different content.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_04]: Sometimes before you get to the last one, right?
- 24:09[SPEAKER_04]: What you can do is you can tell them, hey, give me a follow if you want to learn x, y, and z, right?
- 24:13[SPEAKER_04]: So you want to build those follows up, right?
- 24:15[SPEAKER_04]: So they keep following you.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_04]: It takes the average person to five to seven pieces.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_04]: Now, 7 to 10 pieces of content before they even want to inquire with you, right?
- 24:22[SPEAKER_04]: If what they even want to purchase a product and service, I mean, check out your product and services, right?
- 24:25[SPEAKER_04]: So what we want to do is want to build that trust factor, right?
- 24:28[SPEAKER_04]: These content is going to show a person that we are educated in the thing we're talking about.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_04]: We actually know where we're talking about.
- 24:33[SPEAKER_04]: And we're giving free game that they can actually implement and get some top of result.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_04]: right so that's what the free content is for right but now what we need is we need to of course make sure we have CTA is right a call to action.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_04]: If you have the call to action reach out to me for x1 and z right so you make dedicated videos for call to action or you give some videos where I was my favorite is to do a video on giving value is great crazy value and in the middle of the video I have my call to action.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_04]: The reason why is the reason why I don't do it the end is because a lot of people make the mistakes of putting their CTA at the end of the video.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_04]: What happens is the end of the video is when you have the most drop off the person have consumed it They literally consume all the value.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_04]: They're ish ish ish Why would they want to hear it for your CTA right less people gonna stick around to the very end?
- 25:14[SPEAKER_04]: So what I'm doing now to double the amount of leaves I'm getting is I'm gonna say in the middle of the video Right, so in the middle of the video as I'm still giving them information like before I tell this next thing before I get to the next thing
- 25:25[SPEAKER_04]: I want you to comment this word, I want you to DM me, I want you to DM me, this word, I want you to give me a follow whatever it is because you're going to get way more people to hear and see it.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_04]: It's kind of like being an unerome, like pitching, right?
- 25:35[SPEAKER_04]: If there's more people who are seeing the offer here in the offer, more people are going to take advantage of it, right?
- 25:40[SPEAKER_04]: So now more people are going to be in the middle of the video rather than the end of the video.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_04]: So now I'm doubling them on a people who's actually going to hear it, right?
- 25:46[SPEAKER_04]: And the thing that's actually going to get them to convert now, all right, because we're and it's time I'll say it's a we're going to a trust deficit.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_04]: Right, where there's a lot of people not trusting anything because they've Invert the ready by you know programs and stuff like that or because the AI as well to write is so much fake stuff You won't need subconsciously they've seen all this fake stuff.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_04]: They don't know what to trust Yeah, so here's where the content actually really get them to convert right so now we're talking about building a bread and not just valley, right?
- 26:13[SPEAKER_04]: The value along is not going to be good.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_04]: It doesn't get a lot of traffic to show them that you know what you're talking about because you have to show them what you're talking about.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_04]: The next thing is the connection content, right?
- 26:21[SPEAKER_04]: How you connect with the audience is to showing your story, telling them exactly who you are, exactly where you come from, and exactly what you've been through your struggles, right?
- 26:29[SPEAKER_04]: So being a little bit more vulnerable.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_04]: If your AK would be vulnerable,
- 26:32[SPEAKER_04]: you can have an infinite, you can have a personal brand that have a cult-like following, right?
- 26:36[SPEAKER_04]: Because these people know who you are, they know your struggles, even though they wasn't there, they can resonate with it, right?
- 26:42[SPEAKER_04]: So now we're talking things like a silent storytelling, why tell people, take a few different pictures in your gallery and then put the story behind it.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_04]: year X right I was doing this right and it showed the journey progressively through all the entire video make it 30 seconds to 60 seconds and then add some music to match the vibe of what you're talking about no put hype music if you're telling a story of going through so I'm the trenches going through something sad right you see up to like you have to make sure that the music itself invokes a type of feeling right if I'm seeing something upbeat
- 27:14[SPEAKER_04]: and it's something sad.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not really going to fill it.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_04]: You see what I'm saying?
- 27:17[SPEAKER_04]: So I'll make sure that it's sad music or something that just kind of matches the vibe.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_04]: And that's how the content is was going to connect with the audience, right?
- 27:24[SPEAKER_04]: You do it a gap video.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_04]: We call the gap videos.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_04]: Where you're telling them, I remember when I used to be in this situation out here, right?
- 27:31[SPEAKER_04]: And you just talk to them.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_04]: That's the kind of content that's going to connect with the audience.
- 27:36[SPEAKER_04]: You can even do what a carousel post where you just put maybe four to five different slides or sometimes even 10, just swipe through, you're telling your story.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_04]: But you need to make sure you have visuals with it because the visuals was going to really tell that story.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_04]: So that's the kind of content that's going to get them to trust your values.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_04]: And of course, push in them.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_04]: And of course, this is making them convert because they
- 28:04[SPEAKER_02]: Are there, so this is what I've heard, right?
- 28:05[SPEAKER_02]: I've heard that you should have different types of content, right?
- 28:11[SPEAKER_02]: That you should have viral content, you should have value content, you should have authentic content, and you should have like lifestyle content.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_02]: Specifically, a lot of online folks that are selling things on a lot, I only see a lot of lifestyle and a lot of like, you know, not even offensive like like testimonials and things in that nature.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_02]: How true is that as far as like needing the different types of content and yeah and like you talk about different types of content.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, 100%.
- 28:48[SPEAKER_04]: That's a great question.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, you definitely need different types of content.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_04]: I would say as far as the people that has really dropping just value, I mean, they're that's really just dropping a lifestyle content.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_04]: You have to think about your ICP, who are you targeting, right?
- 29:02[SPEAKER_04]: What problem we're trying to solve with them?
- 29:03[SPEAKER_04]: If it's something of like making money for maybe people with a non-fab job, right, and they just want to of course quit their job.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_04]: Like the lifestyle will always sell, right?
- 29:11[SPEAKER_04]: Because those people are just thinking about the outcome, right?
- 29:13[SPEAKER_04]: Like where they want to be.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like less value is more of like,
- 29:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yo, this is the life I want to live, because they just, they don't want to pay for the value, they want to pay for like their end result, right?
- 29:22[SPEAKER_04]: So if you're targeting that's a bit demographic, yeah, lifestyle all day, like I know people who do that all the time, they're cranking crazy numbers, right?
- 29:29[SPEAKER_04]: Because there's selling to people who are working on a five and just want to get out and just learn some type of way of making money online, right?
- 29:35[SPEAKER_04]: So lifestyle is not important if you're talking to a higher level person, right?
- 29:40[SPEAKER_04]: It's not as important, right?
- 29:43[SPEAKER_04]: Unless like doing it too much is not important.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_04]: It's not important to like overdo it If you are doing maybe like business owners, right, or I'll somebody will look more higher level Because it affect that they already know it.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_04]: They just want you.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_04]: I want to know if this is the right person for me Do like the value they're giving and their story, right?
- 29:59[SPEAKER_04]: So the different type of content that there is though, it's of course value content
- 30:03[SPEAKER_04]: I, you know, people differentiate the viral content versus value content, but my value content is my viral content because I structure it correctly.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_04]: If you can do that and your value content is your viral content, that is the ultimate cheat code because a lot of people would make the mistake of why they're not making money off their viral videos is because they posted their dog, it wasn't some random thing that went viral like why I ain't make no money because you're random.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_04]: right like yes is good for you know building more character right okay good but we do some silly stuff and you think you make money off that that's not what's going to happen right but if you did a valley based video and you were viral with that that's wasn't going to make a lot more money right so my viral content is my valley content right i don't post random stuff if i'm posting something else that's a little bit out the norm is cuz i'm trying to build connection content right so connection content
- 30:51[SPEAKER_04]: Value content and a little bit of lifestyle to overdo with the lifestyle for the average person who I recommend and And story content right those are the key ones that I would recommend and of course actually not the last one Of course social proof right social proof can be in a form of life style as well But yeah, social proof will be the last pillar right you need to do for content the reason why social proof
- 31:15[SPEAKER_04]: alone is so important is because in fact that people can see real results, who you've helped not just yourself, right?
- 31:21[SPEAKER_04]: So if you have a lot of testimonials, that's all social proof, right?
- 31:24[SPEAKER_04]: You can do different forms of social proof.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_04]: It could be a screenshot or even more powerful a video with the person as well whether that's the resume call.
- 31:31[SPEAKER_04]: Those are going to be the most powerful ones, right?
- 31:33[SPEAKER_04]: I've literally dropped just zone recordings and made like,
- 31:38[SPEAKER_04]: $50,000 overnight because of the fact that it's just so powerful, right?
- 31:43[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like literally those Some of videos and they don't need to get a lot of views that you need to get to the right person and they see by oh You got this person results.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_04]: Cool.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_04]: I'll only close like 5 10k offers inside the DMs because they see such powerful testimony videos more
- 31:59[SPEAKER_04]: Right, so even that.
- 32:00[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_02]: And so what's your thoughts on the best way to monetize, you know, social, right?
- 32:08[SPEAKER_02]: Because now you have the attention, you know, I know you mentioned, you know, e-books and digital products.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_02]: Um, is it, is it, is it digital products, is it ebooks, is it, um, you know, coaching programs, massive classes, like, like, what's the, what's the, the best way to, to monitor, yeah, the best way to monetize, I would say is by having your own offer, I have in a high ticket offer.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I would say is the best way, but not everybody can offer a high ticket offer, right, or offer the best type of thing to monetize, right?
- 32:45[SPEAKER_04]: And all it depends on your following and it depends on your experience, right.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_04]: So if you're really, if you're real expert at what you do, I'll say sell it in offer for for a 3 to 5k 10k or more, right.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_04]: That's why I recommend right sell it offer and that's coaching is what I'll say right group coaching.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_04]: If you want to do one of one coaching, you can maybe I live more high to get, but I would say do group coaching is what I would say the first thing because you can teach one to many Right, so and that's a lot more scalable than only doing one to one right you can put a ticket for that for a three or five K and that would be a good price point right and maybe one of one up so 10 15 K right
- 33:22[SPEAKER_04]: So that's why I would tell people to do if they're an expert at what they're doing, right?
- 33:27[SPEAKER_04]: But of course it depends on your industry because somebody like credit pair, I wouldn't tell them to go so, you know, two to three, two to three k from credit pair, like the average person from credit pair may be able so for only like $600, right?
- 33:38[SPEAKER_04]: So don't even charge a thousand, it's what I don't think, I think each other around like $600, who knows I'm like credit pair.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_04]: And of course, if it was don't funding, it depends if you take a percentage or if you're going to do a flat fee, you know, if you
- 33:51[SPEAKER_04]: And then, um, if it's a person who is not super valuable, but they have a lot of audience, we have volume, then sell a low ticket program, right?
- 34:01[SPEAKER_04]: So a low ticket maybe like something like an ebook, it can be something like a, um, a guide, right, it can be a template.
- 34:08[SPEAKER_04]: You can say something like, because you have a lot of value, you have a lot of volume, but you don't have a lot of value, right?
- 34:12[SPEAKER_04]: You're not expert, you're not really good at what you do.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_04]: So you can say something that is,
- 34:15[SPEAKER_04]: So you can package your information and say something super low cost, right?
- 34:20[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like you're not selling your lack of knowledge for $5,000, right?
- 34:25[SPEAKER_04]: You're gonna sell it for what it's worth, which is $27, but if you're somebody with low following low expertise, right?
- 34:32[SPEAKER_04]: I would say you need to make sure you're of course getting that brand up as soon as possible.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_04]: And of course you can either get better at what you do or you can build a brand up and then of course sell from there because
- 34:43[SPEAKER_04]: If you are trying to sell low ticket and you have low followers, right, how much money do you think you're going to make for me?
- 34:48[SPEAKER_04]: You got thousand followers trying to sell twenty seven out of e-books.
- 34:51[SPEAKER_04]: How much money are you going to make that right?
- 34:53[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to get one, two, three sales.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_04]: You see, I'm saying even if you sell to all your followers off a hundred percent conversion thousand people, you know, get a thousand bucks.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_04]: You're still not making a significant amount of money.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_04]: You see what I'm saying?
- 35:03[SPEAKER_04]: So at that point
- 35:04[SPEAKER_04]: Learn that skillset, you know, or build up the following so you can, you know, price higher or or, you know, charge the same price for more or increase your skillset as well, too, right, so you can, of course, charge more.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_02]: You, you started, you know, mentoring other people, right?
- 35:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_02]: Talk a little bit about that process.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_02]: What is the biggest mistake that, you know, one of, you know, one of your students or you see people doing, but then also on the flip side, give me a success story of somebody who has blew up their, their account and what was the steps that they took to do that.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, the biggest mistake I would see pretty much everybody making is honestly like the biggest thing is thinking consistency alone is what is was going to make you grow right I wouldn't say particularly my students, but I would say like anybody in general right so the reason why I say that is because people think that all you need is consistency, but you need quality.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_04]: Right, so if you're posting trash content or trash content and you're not implementing strategies to get better at it, right, that is what I would say like, for example, we like, you know, some of our students, they would have had in the beginning of the joint program, I'm not seeing them on none of the calls, right, I'm not seeing them watching, I can see who's actually watching the modules, but they're posting consistently, right.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_04]: And I'll lie you know like you understand that if you just keep posting trash content on top of trash content You're not gonna get anywhere right so then of course you made them flip the their mindset and then of course they happen on a call And of course they grew but they wasn't able to go in the beginning because they just all I joined the program.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just gonna you know just post still consistently a lot of people just
- 36:38[SPEAKER_04]: Post consistently, but you don't know what you don't know.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_04]: You have to find a real strategy like I said what I talk about with the hooks the structure because if you post a trash content You don't know what's going to work right so it's like yes, you can post 10,000 videos and eventually when I'm going hit Eventually, but how many times you can keep posting that same content and you just waiting for luck because real content that goes viral and converts It's not look it's strategies right so it's like you don't post 10,000 videos and hope one in the hit post a hundred videos
- 37:04[SPEAKER_04]: right and in one of them two three four five of them is going to hit if you have the right strategy or post 30 videos like one of my students which I can tie into.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_04]: She posted her first 30 videos she drew on my program.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_04]: She grew over 90,000 followers.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_04]: All right, she joined at a thousand followers, right.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_04]: If they go to like on my page, I have posted on my page.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_04]: where she joined, I met her at a mastermind, and she was like, is this real?
- 37:26[SPEAKER_04]: Like, can I really grow my following, she was joining?
- 37:28[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, yo, I made a video with her.
- 37:30[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, hey, if I don't help you grow, and I was doing a vlog at the time, I'm like, if I don't help you grow, I want everybody to be watching, do not buy my program.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_04]: Don't pay me a dime.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_04]: Well, unfollow me.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_04]: I'll subscribe to me wherever you're watching this on.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_04]: Don't pay me a dime.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, right and it might you want I could play the video too, but uh, but I'll told her I might go like Don't pay me a dime if I can help you.
- 37:51[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not that confident like this stuff is not Look the strategy.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, right, so she's like okay.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trusting you.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_04]: She was like I was gonna ask somebody in the program If this is a real
- 38:00[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like the person who is going to act, we help them grow 100k followers in three months.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_04]: So what are we talking about?
- 38:04[SPEAKER_04]: You can go ahead and ask them, I believe you, I just got to see it for myself.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to see.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_04]: And yeah.
- 38:11[SPEAKER_04]: So I caught an all-in video and yeah, with them.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_04]: Within our first 30 posts, we helped to grow from 1,000, 1,100 to be exact.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_04]: It's at 92,000 followers within our first month.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_02]: You mentioned something about, you know, the amount of, you know, posting things at that nation.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_02]: I've always seen other people talk about clip farming.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_02]: I've seen Gary V. Say, I think you need like 25 pieces of content every single day.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_02]: What's that right number?
- 38:44[SPEAKER_02]: Like how much, how much content should I be posted on a daily basis?
- 38:47[SPEAKER_04]: 25 is crazy how that's what my magic number is what I've seen for our successes right the stats based on you know our program is people are posting at least
- 39:03[SPEAKER_04]: Once a day consistently, that's the magic number to grow fast, say, 100k followers in a few months would be too post today, two to three post today.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_04]: That is the magic number.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_04]: You don't need to do 25 a day, it's insane.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_04]: It's going to help if you have quality, but you're going to get burnt out like, I can't even do 25 a day right now.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_04]: Unless I'm clipping to someone like much of content.
- 39:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you need a strong team for that right, too.
- 39:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I would say the right number honestly is just two two a day one a two a day right if you want to grow fast a two a day if you want to grow consistent one a day I'm I'm going to give you my my Instagram right I want to say that Between the last
- 39:53[SPEAKER_02]: two or three years.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_02]: Uh-huh.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I've been stuck at 282,000 and 287,000 subscribers.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_02]: Like I can't grow for anything.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_02]: Take a look and take a look at my live account on it.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, a lot of account on it.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_02]: Take a look at my Instagram.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_02]: And so I've been stuck between 282,000 to 20.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_02]: So take a look.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_02]: What am I doing right?
- 40:16[SPEAKER_02]: What am I what am I doing wrong?
- 40:18[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, cool.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_04]: So in a live account audio, we're going to check it out.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_04]: All right.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_04]: Um, so first of all, let me, you, you tell me, right?
- 40:25[SPEAKER_04]: If, yeah, if you, if I just scroll to your account, I just met you and I actually, what do you help people with through your content?
- 40:31[SPEAKER_04]: What would you tell me?
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_02]: So I hope.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_02]: entrepreneurs, small business owners, write and publish a book that can help to make six or seven figures.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, cool.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_02]: And, but I also am a podcast as well.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_02]: So, I also help amplify voices of people who are on my podcast.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_04]: Got it, got it, cool.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_04]: So, what I would say I'll bet to.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_03]: is if you listen to everybody else you're going to have so I'll put that count on it.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to check out the count.
- 41:01[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, look at the content and I'll give you some feedback right.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_04]: So let me see what's a part of it.
- 41:06[SPEAKER_03]: I knew I was different, but at the same time, I never thought there was anything wrong with me.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_03]: I thought there was something wrong with the rest of the world.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_03]: It was probably about a year ago.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_01]: I was a quick.
- 41:17[SPEAKER_04]: I'm trying to find your podcast clips.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 41:19[SPEAKER_04]: Come in.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_04]: There's on a podcast.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, replace my child.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_01]: I have all this fear.
- 41:22[SPEAKER_01]: I have all this worry.
- 41:24[SPEAKER_01]: Get out of your head and get in the game.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's up to church as a little girl.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine seeing your father in a pool pit.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_01]: There it be and be the value at 70 billion dollars.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_04]: Do you think the perfect all right so the first thing I'll say off of just the podcast clips alone right is good hooks as is good for what they're saying But there's no there's no text hook to refer them that right Instagram came out research is said the average person on their platform right about 50% of them
- 41:57[SPEAKER_04]: watch the content on mute right and they don't even listen to it right so what they what that means is they need to be able to read it right so I'm seeing some of your visual hooks coming in a little bit later and I'm seeing some that is you know that's hopping on there right so the visual text hooks.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_04]: that are there.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_04]: They must be a lot stronger.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_04]: You can utilize the same exact framework where I said the negative hook, or utilizing the issue of problem starting with that.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_04]: That's what I recommend.
- 42:25[SPEAKER_04]: You start utilizing for that, right?
- 42:27[SPEAKER_04]: Like for example,
- 42:28[SPEAKER_04]: If I go to my page, you see I had a podcast clip, and I can click to myself, and is that 700K views right now, I post it less than a month ago.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_04]: Why?
- 42:36[SPEAKER_04]: Because I use the negative hook framework, right?
- 42:38[SPEAKER_04]: And there's here's an easy play, right?
- 42:39[SPEAKER_04]: I've been teaching a lot of people with this.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_04]: You probably see it all in your timeline, and it's going to dumb.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_04]: Here's a hack.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_04]: Use the use the, you just gotta call.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_04]: Use the exposed framework right so exposed framework is something I came up with about a couple years ago when I realized my heal people are nosy They love to see who got exposed.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_04]: Wait guys, but my what if I can incorporate that in my content right, so now I started putting He I'll be talking on myself and I just put that on the caption on screen the text on screen.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_04]: He exposed how to do x1 is he
- 43:10[SPEAKER_04]: She exposed man exposed social media expert exposed right when people read that expose Where it's a power word first of all second of all people when they see expose subconsciously They want to know who got exposed right so you start leveraging that and inside your hooks Did a read that expo X this person expose this right on how to do this is this so when they read that They know exactly what is it getting exposed?
- 43:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I feel like a hack when people feel like they get to put on to something that shouldn't be put on
- 43:39[SPEAKER_04]: So first of all, they read it because even the people who are not listening, they can read it.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_04]: Right, and a research that came out They said the average person reads fast and they hear now.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_04]: I re-super slow.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_04]: I can't agree to that, right?
- 43:51[SPEAKER_04]: But the research says that.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_04]: So what you got to do is when you're re-affirming what you're talking on the video that person can just read a quick line to know exactly what the video is about Exactly what they're gonna learn.
- 44:01[SPEAKER_04]: They don't even got it Listen to you on how they can just read that and that's instantly gonna make the video more better, right?
- 44:06[SPEAKER_04]: especially if you
- 44:07[SPEAKER_04]: If you utilize the exposed framework right so that's what I'll say off that off of seeing a couple of these ones Yeah, yeah, is that Is that you know, you utilize an exposed framework and it can be better text looks right and another thing I will see you're doing Are you at the one having your team edit the clips?
- 44:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, so the unfortunate thing is with the with these clips
- 44:29[SPEAKER_04]: You don't need.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I guess not an unfortunate thing, but the good thing is you don't need all these extra things flying all around I've literally seen podcasts what they have stuff no flying around.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah Simple scales fancy fails, right?
- 44:41[SPEAKER_04]: Right mean by that it is like if you have all the fancy stuff on your content It's not going to hit how you want it.
- 44:47[SPEAKER_04]: It's not necessary right is really not all you need is text on screen Yeah auto caption and what I call retention editing
- 44:54[SPEAKER_04]: removing all of the dead times out of there.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_04]: You don't need stuff flying around.
- 44:57[SPEAKER_04]: It's taken away from the actual person speaking.
- 45:01[SPEAKER_04]: These are speakers.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_04]: We don't need to add all these visuals.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_04]: If you are going to add a visual, what I would recommend is, instead of having an overlap the whole entire time, have it literally a small section on the video.
- 45:13[SPEAKER_04]: So if the person text is right here, which is always recommended, because the average person read, they're going to look at the middle of the screen.
- 45:20[SPEAKER_04]: So we have the text right here on the person, they're frame proportion, looking really good, and then the our visuals is below that, right?
- 45:28[SPEAKER_04]: So it's simple, not super fancy.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_04]: That's going to do way better than all the stuff.
- 45:33[SPEAKER_04]: And of course, the clip hook got to be good.
- 45:35[SPEAKER_04]: So the verbal hook got to be good, and the text hook got to be good, right?
- 45:39[SPEAKER_04]: And of course, the clip itself can't be too long, and it can be too short, right?
- 45:42[SPEAKER_04]: But it has to be long enough to keep them like, to make them like, this is a powerful message, but not too long way they learn
- 45:49[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_04]: So that's what you got to do clips.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_04]: And I'll show you an example right here, right where I click this on a podcast.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_04]: Let's see right here.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_04]: You see.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_04]: Right, so text, nothing crazy, so got 700,000 views and on the last few weeks, right.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_04]: So that's what I'll say.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_04]: Now when it comes to your actual videos itself, let me see this.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_04]: So this is more of what I'll call like more.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_04]: filler content, right?
- 46:35[SPEAKER_04]: So it's just like just I'm just informing you, right?
- 46:39[SPEAKER_04]: So it's nothing crazy.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_04]: So I can't remove that, which is there's nothing wrong with that.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_04]: You can do filler content.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_04]: I do filler content here there.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_04]: So you already know what I'm saying.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, the start with the pain poor start with the issues start with the key thing they're going to learn in that video, right?
- 46:53[SPEAKER_04]: So that's what's going to help you get way better views on the content of that, too, right?
- 46:57[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_02]: Right, the yo, I mean, like that right there, you lost me and it's funny because I just think that and I'm glad that you said that because I'm going to immediately change it because I just feel like Because you talk about the trust factor when I'm when I when I do content, I'm pretending as if I'm talking to like one of my whole ways.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_02]: or homegirls.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, yo, yo, you never said so like that, and that's why I'm doing like the whole thing thing, you know.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_04]: Let me say this.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_04]: If you want to utilize that format, right?
- 47:28[SPEAKER_04]: You can do that as an authority figure.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_04]: This, how you do it.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_04]: So you get somebody else to record you where you're looking off.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_04]: Sir, like how we have this podcast.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_04]: You could not even be here right now and I could be talking to somebody when there's no person here right now All right, so you want to film yourself or you want to have somebody film you right instead of by if you want to do Desperate content where you feel like you're talking to somebody look off to the side Not enough to be able to perform that much better if you're gonna have that conversational style Yeah, it's gonna instantly elevate your perceived value because they feel like you're giving somebody some information You give it somebody some game when nobody is there right so if you want to dust all the content it's just a format right you're formatting it wrong
- 48:02[SPEAKER_04]: But instead of doing like, you know, I'd be, you know, hey, literally, make sure to start the actual value of the video.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_04]: But you're somebody's recording you or you have a tripod.
- 48:11[SPEAKER_04]: That's point of towards you and you like, like, man, that's how you do the, like, you just get in the play.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_04]: They're subconsciously going to think you're giving somebody.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_04]: Somebody else that attention.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_04]: So they're there subconsciously listen one more likely than if you just like, you know, I this right.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_04]: And also the lighting of the video for some of them.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, well, it's a little bit grainy.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_04]: It's make sure that it's always on point.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, and even this one has all the fancy stuff.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, like that stuff is so unnecessary.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_04]: Literally just get straight to the video.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, like never ever have something is fly in front of your face, not it's just going to destroy the retention of the video.
- 48:45[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, it just takes the video.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_04]: So those are some things.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_02]: So fire my V a that's good.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_04]: Well, don't fire them like direct them out right because I would say this right cuz somebody we've been higher social media managers For you know doing their content, but guess what if the person's out of expert what they doing just gonna do what they think is right Right people literally I had a situation where I don't can't say the name right.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_04]: What is these guys?
- 49:08[SPEAKER_04]: They're pretty big and They I met them and they was doing some content and I know I yo you didn't say a hook in that video and they looked at each other I'm like what's wrong?
- 49:16[SPEAKER_04]: They were like
- 49:17[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, our videographer don't like when we use hooks on my yo Yeah, videographer.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_04]: Who's the expert?
- 49:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:30[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_04]: Right, so I'll tell him that and I'm like, I didn't say fire, but I'll like I how about this Yeah, if you feel so strongly about this, let's do two things right the first thing we're gonna do is We're gonna create his version of the video the second thing was we're gonna do it We're just gonna add a hook to that video, right?
- 49:49[SPEAKER_04]: So we're gonna do the same video twice one has a hook one has we know hook Yeah, split test that and let me know how that goes.
- 49:56[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I got a call the very next week
- 49:57[SPEAKER_04]: Oh my god, we got two million views in a video.
- 50:00[SPEAKER_04]: Our account has been dead.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_04]: But you're not using any hooks in your video.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_04]: You go to a video videographer.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_04]: So you're like, what are we talking about, right?
- 50:07[SPEAKER_04]: So it was like, sometimes like, yes, the editor can be good at editing.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_04]: But it's not me.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_04]: They know how to structure it for the actual algorithm.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_04]: They know how to edit.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_04]: We have the prompt them correctly.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_04]: It's kind of like,
- 50:17[SPEAKER_04]: It's an employee, so if you don't teach them the correct way, they're going to do the wrong thing, they're going to do what you tell them to do or what they're used to, right?
- 50:24[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like, if you can let them know, hey, do what you're doing, don't add this, just do this, they're going to do better, right?
- 50:30[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_02]: No, I love it.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_02]: I love it.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_02]: appreciate you, brother.
- 50:36[SPEAKER_02]: Talk about, because you gave us a lot of information here, right?
- 50:39[SPEAKER_02]: And I already know, and I'm glad though that you kind of immediately gave some action stats, because I think that, you know, people could just simply just watch this and, you know, kind of kind of get started, but I'm pretty sure.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_02]: that there's way more sauce than you have, you have a, you know, a, a, you know, webinar, masterclass, like something that could teach people how to do this.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_04]: Absolutely.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm actually putting together a free masterclass, right?
- 51:10[SPEAKER_04]: I'm doing a free masterclass where I break down the step-by-step, the whole time concept process.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_04]: And now I just had to create viral content, right?
- 51:16[SPEAKER_04]: We want to make content that makes
- 51:18[SPEAKER_04]: that that crafts in a irresistible audience right makes it make the content irresistible to the audience make some Stopstroll and make some actually engage with the video make sure for a stick around to the rear end of the video and I teach them the whole entire stuff in the after that on the on the end of the masterclass I clean and invite them to my five day
- 51:35[SPEAKER_04]: Masterclass or actually I'll call it my five-day bootcamp is what we're calling my five-day virtual bootcamp When you get spent five days with me or bring down the whole entire algorithm secrets right I see the people don't even know that actually I have been interviewed by meta meta Lily came to my high rise and interviewed me how my grown so fast right so they can teach
- 51:53[SPEAKER_04]: There are other people right so I'm giving them all the secrets because kind of like I have insider trading knowledge right because I'm asking them hey One new one new stuff is coming on all right.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_04]: What was about it happened right so I know the insights right because I have such a large following I know all of the insider secrets everything that's about to happen right so guess what
- 52:10[SPEAKER_04]: I, I'm teaching them all the secrets, all the algorithm hacks that's actually creating and there's just will content that tracks the right audience and get your message near across.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, it was a free to join the master class.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_04]: Of course, they get it invite to, you know, get tickets for the actual five day boot camp.
- 52:27[SPEAKER_02]: Man, so like so what I'm gonna do y'all is I'm gonna put both links in the description I'm gonna put the link to the free master class But I know some of y'all just want to take action cuz he gave y'all enough information already So I'm also gonna drop the link to the five-day bootcamp cuz and I'm I probably even have to join that too Because I really feel like the fact that I've just been stuck You know at 280,000 view, but here's the other thing.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_02]: Here's the question for you.
- 52:53[SPEAKER_02]: No, true it.
- 52:54[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I'm here.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_02]: And maybe
- 52:57[SPEAKER_02]: You know, one might not necessarily have, you know, something to do with the other, but like, even though I'm stuck at the true, the true 80 something like every time I go to my professional dashboard, it's showing, right, like I'm like a 1.4 million views though, right, like that my reaches that is that is that one particular post potentially like is that.
- 53:20[SPEAKER_02]: Um, and I'm moving in the right direction like how like how do I capitalize off of that the fact that I only have 280,000 followers, but my but my professional dashboard says my views that 1.4 million.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so what that Professional dashboard means when it tells you is 1.4 million is the collective of all of your content since you post it across your account, right?
- 53:42[SPEAKER_04]: So it's everything you've ever posted because it's still generating views, the algorithm is still pushing a little by little, but now you have hundreds even thousands of
- 53:50[SPEAKER_04]: So even if they're all getting 100 views each one of you each every day or every week is all going to add up because that's so much volume right so that's really just the compilation of posting all of all all these years right so the key thing is that like the key thing is that you're getting
- 54:06[SPEAKER_04]: You're looking at algorithm and you're seeing your own uptrend right if you're on a downtrend That's bad if you're on an uptrend that's good right, but you want to make sure you get in a lot of new viewers So 1.4 that's cool that's fine, but if you look at your average view if it's a little bit lower Okay, cool how can we bump that up?
- 54:21[SPEAKER_04]: I how can we bump up get more traffic from the newer videos because it could be some old stuff It got to be my name is some old stuff.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_04]: You posted that maybe he's might be in extra 10,000 views a day or something that's or and there's the you know you can go to a profession basketball.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_04]: It would tell you which one
- 54:34[SPEAKER_02]: Which videos if you want to show you it was show you which videos is actually bringing of use and you know, so you can see all those metrics Yeah, and then that's the other thing because I'm looking at them and I think I think most of it is You know, my pot, you know, most of it's my podcast the most of it's like random videos Yeah, so I see that I mean that and that's the I think that's the other thing is that I you know I don't do enough
- 54:58[SPEAKER_02]: value content because I do, you know, when you ask me that, you know, even as I've asked you to audit, you're like, you know, what do I do?
- 55:07[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, well, most of my page is podcasting.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_02]: But the truth is, the bulk of my business comes from high ticket selling people into my webinars where I teach them how to write and publish a book that could create six or seven figures for them.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_02]: I don't bathe advertising, but it's not like a, you know, maybe a,
- 55:32[SPEAKER_02]: A flyer or something of my, my whether there's no real value content, so I'm actually going to try.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to actually try To do the viral, the viral value, like you said, and then I'll follow up with you.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so when it comes to even the viral value to create a script for that.
- 55:50[SPEAKER_04]: I want you to think about what information do you teach in a webinar or what information do you teach in your program and take pieces of that and give them a small segment of that, right?
- 55:59[SPEAKER_04]: So this, you know, this, the retention framework I showed with the list goes to our format.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_04]: That's just a small little thing that you don't have in a program that gets people a lot of success.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_04]: But I have, you know, way more superior information than everything that's so right.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_04]: So it's kind of like you want to think about
- 56:14[SPEAKER_04]: What is the main thing I'm teaching and how can I pull the piece of that so they know they can get some type of value from this right Yeah, so you want to make sure people know you know what you're talking about right because they want to know hey can I actually get Can I actually get some of a result from this right so it's like the thing you're teaching a webinar Do that and value format through the content so you can educate them and without them Maybe having comes your webinar you can educate them a little bit and other stuff this in your program.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_04]: You don't talk about the webinar
- 56:38[SPEAKER_04]: pull all those things.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe there's resources, how to publish their first book.
- 56:43[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe all the legal documents they need, all those things, separate video, separate video, separate video.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_04]: Don't try to put everything all the one video.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_04]: Stretch them out.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_04]: Do everything all in the video.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_04]: Like for example, maybe you might be like, I do a video on a five thing.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_04]: They should never do that they want, you know, publish a book successfully, right?
- 57:02[SPEAKER_04]: Something about that sort.
- 57:03[SPEAKER_04]: And then you're talking about all the do's and don'ts, right?
- 57:05[SPEAKER_04]: So like,
- 57:06[SPEAKER_04]: don't do this, don't do this, don't do this, and then if you want to know all the things you should do correctly, it's another video as a part two, follow me for part two, so you can separate them, come back, exactly.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_02]: Man, listen man, like I could pick your brain all day because like definitely to see what you've done and even watch you do it in real time is remarkable right the fact that you came you know literally from nothing from you know you know bed bugs and
- 57:36[SPEAKER_02]: You know, killing birds right to like really building, you know, a multiple seven figure business is remarkable seeing you do it for others is remarkable, you teaching us here today is remarkable, you know, is there anything that I didn't ask right like anything in this interview that I didn't ask was some type of gem that you want to leave with my audience that you like not ask they got to know this thing.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_04]: As they got to know this thing right here right they got to know about you know the biggest thing I like to say is like You know, we are leveraging AI everybody's leveraging AI their businesses and stuff like that If you don't leverage AI you will get left behind right in the way so a lot of hours so I actually just want to give a couple of gems on some AI tool They can actually utilize for their content process right because it isn't a save them a lot of time So I have to let them know that's right
- 58:23[SPEAKER_04]: So the first thing I would say is there's a website called social-mise, right, social-mise.
- 58:28[SPEAKER_04]: You go to socialmise.com and or social-mise.io, actually.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_04]: And you go there, you can actually find viral videos right on Instagram.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_04]: You copy the link of those videos, put into social-mise, and it's going to rewrite the whole entire video in your own tone of voice free, right?
- 58:42[SPEAKER_04]: So now you find it viral videos and you put into social-mise.
- 58:44[SPEAKER_04]: It's going to rewrite it for you.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_04]: Unlike a chatGBT, the difference with that is, chatGBT is you have to prompt it really good, right?
- 58:50[SPEAKER_04]: But this is a social media expert.
- 58:52[SPEAKER_04]: Right, so I want you to think of it like this.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_04]: If you if you want to get the best at something you're going to go to expert, this is the AI for that social media script thing, right?
- 59:01[SPEAKER_04]: So I was going to strip the content.
- 59:03[SPEAKER_04]: You just find our videos you put into the software as an alarm learn about you as you go, right?
- 59:07[SPEAKER_04]: And instead of giving it props.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_04]: for giving you ideas, it's just gonna feed you ideas from there, right?
- 59:12[SPEAKER_04]: It actually, who you are, what's your ICP, what's your target audience, what are you selling, it's actually all those questions and isn't a craft, your perfect profile for you as it gets a no like, you know, no you know you as time goes on and stuff like that.
- 59:26[SPEAKER_04]: So that's the first one.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_04]: The second thing I want to put them on to is that's for Rails, right?
- 59:30[SPEAKER_04]: So talking ahead of videos, right?
- 59:32[SPEAKER_04]: So that's a value content.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_04]: The second thing I want to put them all is with sub-magic, right?
- 59:36[SPEAKER_04]: Sub-magic.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_04]: That's going to edit their videos for them, right?
- 59:38[SPEAKER_04]: So it does about 70% of the editing.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_04]: They do the rest of the 30%.
- 59:42[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe like they do 20% of editing.
- 59:44[SPEAKER_04]: It put the text on screen and everything on that sort.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_04]: So that's another one.
- 59:47[SPEAKER_04]: Another one I recommend for them is Opus, right?
- 59:50[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure you know, Opus is Opus, you know, if you do any long form, you know, clip it up, let's just go to Opus clips.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_04]: Copy the link of the video paste into opus and isn't a clip up 10 viral videos for you and they will give them a viral trend So I mean a viral a viral graph so they can see which one is more likely to form which one is more likely to go viral and that's really good I've seen people literally give viral videos off of just opus alone right and then I'll say there's one more thing I want to put them on to right and see was which one have a couple different ways
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yes, this one.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_04]: People need to stop using, people need to stop spending hours.
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_04]: People need to stop spending hours creating carousels.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_04]: They waste a lot of time creating carousels.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_04]: What they need to do is actually use this AI app instead.
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_04]: They can go to Cloud, go to Cloud AI, and on there, you can actually press where it says Projects.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_04]: You press Projects, and you're able to create a new project.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_04]: You want to name that.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_04]: You can name it whatever you want, or you can name it.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_04]: carousel maker name it carousel maker and there it'll be an instruction right so they reach out to me on instagram wherever i'll give them a prompt and with a carousel maker is going to create all the carousels for them right so instead of acclid to spending hours and hours creating the carousels what is it to do is actually going to create the carousels for them as well too right so
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_04]: Actually, you know what?
- 1:01:11[SPEAKER_04]: That's something I'm going to drop on the masterclass where I give them a prompt.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_04]: They can use that too.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_04]: So instead of spending hours and hours creating caracos, they can just use this prompt.
- 1:01:19[SPEAKER_04]: It's literally just going to create the caracos for them, right?
- 1:01:21[SPEAKER_04]: Give them value on the actual, whatever they're selling or where they're promoting.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:01:26[SPEAKER_02]: Powerful, brother.
- 1:01:27[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm glad that you said that because, you know, I know.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, because we were talking about social.
- 1:01:33[SPEAKER_02]: I figured like,
- 1:01:34[SPEAKER_02]: The social media companies are already like using AI.
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_02]: So that's why they're merely to ask the AI question.
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_02]: But to your point though, I mean, I mean, the first one you gave is for me anyway, because I just literally said that I don't, you know, I'm not doing enough value content.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_02]: So now, if I can find one already, have AI scraping and rewrite it in my voice, and then now I could create that, that's excellent.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 1:01:56[SPEAKER_02]: And then open it, and all the other ones are fires.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_02]: Well,
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_02]: If somebody wants to follow you and they want to connect with you, where can they find you?
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you can connect with me on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_04]: I really be on Instagram for the most part, so really I recommend Instagram, but you just want to search up real melon and king.
- 1:02:16[SPEAKER_04]: They want to make sure they find that count with the blue check mark with two milliliters on Instagram because there's a lot of fake accounts of me.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_04]: There's a lot of fake accounts
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_04]: So, yeah, two million falls on Instagram.
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_04]: They can find me on Facebook.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_04]: You can search for a Sharif Caesar, but I said, you get better contact with me if you are on Instagram.
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_04]: But if you search for Sharif Caesar on Facebook, you see 1.9 million followers.
- 1:02:38[SPEAKER_04]: You can check me out in there as well too.
- 1:02:40[SPEAKER_04]: YouTube, it can search me up.
- 1:02:42[SPEAKER_04]: Ramellin and King, TikTok, Ramellin, that Ramellin and King will TikTok.
- 1:02:46[SPEAKER_02]: Now, fire fire fire, y'all listen, I need y'all right now.
- 1:02:50[SPEAKER_02]: I need y'all to hit that link.
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_02]: I need y'all to join the the the five day challenge.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_02]: I need y'all to join the free master class like when I tell you right you are given a purpose.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_02]: There's a reason why you do what you do.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_02]: You have this business.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_02]: You have this mission.
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_02]: You have this purpose.
- 1:03:06[SPEAKER_02]: But if nobody knows you exist.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_02]: If nobody is consuming your content.
- 1:03:12[SPEAKER_02]: Why are you even doing it?
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_02]: And so make sure you are tapping this is the most important thing.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_02]: If you're going to be online, you might as well be online to make sure that you are reaching the people that you need to reach.
- 1:03:24[SPEAKER_02]: So make sure you're a tap in with Shereef Caesar.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_02]: I am Ash Cash.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_02]: We're closing out the vault.
