- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellancap and Tamra Jeedge.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
- 0:14Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Tamra and Teddy.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Just kidding, We're in a fucked up mood today. I
- 0:22Speaker 1: was up all night long. My heart was racing out
- 0:25Speaker 1: of my chest, so was mine. I was like, what
- 0:28Speaker 1: the hell is wrong with me? I even took a
- 0:30Speaker 1: bin a drill because I took a govey, which my
- 0:33Speaker 1: gomty knocked me out, and so I felt drugged and
- 0:38Speaker 1: my heart panting at the same time that anymmense. And
- 0:42Speaker 1: then I had the worst headache all day yesterday. So
- 0:45Speaker 1: I was laying there my head was hurting, and I'm
- 0:48Speaker 1: like I was couldn't even get up to go get
- 0:50Speaker 1: the freaking advil or something. So then I just suffered.
- 0:53Speaker 1: And I think at four o'clock I stopped looking at
- 0:55Speaker 1: the clock.
- 0:56Speaker 2: I know, I didn't actually fall asleep until it was
- 0:59Speaker 2: like time to get Dova up.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Why is it when you're going on vacation, you're so
- 1:05Speaker 1: you have so much shit. Maybe it's just me, like
- 1:08Speaker 1: I overthink and overplan and do all the stuff. It's
- 1:10Speaker 1: like I don't have a moment to myself.
- 1:14Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, you've got a million things to do.
- 1:16Speaker 2: And for me, it was just like I watched this.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Did you hear about the influencer the girl who passed
- 1:23Speaker 2: away from cancer?
- 1:24Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:25Speaker 2: And then once I start researching it, I can't. I'm like,
- 1:28Speaker 2: what is My therapist has told me to stop looking.
- 1:30Speaker 3: At these things.
- 1:31Speaker 2: My heart breaks for her family, and then I start
- 1:34Speaker 2: thinking about it, and then I'm like, don't go on
- 1:36Speaker 2: your phone, and then I try to put my.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Phone away from it. I can't imagine just from you know,
- 1:43Speaker 1: when you got diagnosed and started going scrolling. Now, my
- 1:46Speaker 1: algorithm is a lot of cancer patients.
- 1:51Speaker 2: Yeah, mine is too, but mine is also now the
- 1:54Speaker 2: gummy worms that make noises.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Well, did you did you hit the cummy words?
- 2:00Speaker 2: No, it's like a rashpberry that's like ASMR and.
- 2:04Speaker 1: It's oh that would drive me nuts. Did you hear
- 2:09Speaker 1: that my Space is making a comeback? No, I don't
- 2:13Speaker 1: even know my login. Well there you'll probably, I'm sure
- 2:16Speaker 1: you have to have a new one. But it's something different,
- 2:20Speaker 1: like it's like there's maybe no algorithm or they're saying
- 2:23Speaker 1: that it's like something different than what we have with
- 2:26Speaker 1: Instagram and stuff like that.
- 2:28Speaker 2: So you're saying that I shouldn't keep the same name
- 2:31Speaker 2: which I had originally, which is Cheeky three thirty.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Oh, cheeky three thirty. That's a good one. How did
- 2:38Speaker 1: you come up with that? I don't know. It's just
- 2:40Speaker 1: the brilliance of being eighteen. And you sound like Stassy
- 2:44Speaker 1: in her newest interview, well, guys talking about her chilldn't
- 2:48Speaker 1: if you guys saw it, but she's talking about her
- 2:50Speaker 1: children's names and she says, well, I like that they're
- 2:53Speaker 1: different because mine's different and it made me a star.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I feel like you and I are going to have
- 2:59Speaker 1: completely different.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Takes on this.
- 3:01Speaker 1: We are your friends with her, right, yeah? Well one,
- 3:03Speaker 1: I'm friends with herself.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Of course I'm biased, and you guys know how I'm
- 3:07Speaker 2: biased with Kyle.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I'm biased with Camera. I'm biased. I like her, but
- 3:10Speaker 1: I've never in my life met I'm not met, but
- 3:13Speaker 1: seen somebody's so sure of themselves. Well, this is what
- 3:17Speaker 1: I think it is, and I could be wrong.
- 3:20Speaker 2: I mean, after watching one hundred and fifty hours of
- 3:23Speaker 2: House of Stassy and then watching all the commercials, and
- 3:27Speaker 2: then watching the direct TV ads, and then watching like
- 3:30Speaker 2: I feel like.
- 3:31Speaker 1: I didn't three days, three three days. Well I didn't
- 3:34Speaker 1: three days. Two fingers up. That's how brain dead I
- 3:38Speaker 1: am right now.
- 3:40Speaker 2: But I've decided that, like there's a way some people
- 3:44Speaker 2: talk to themselves so that they can like amp themselves up.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I've decided. I mean, granted, Instagram.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Totally is going to disagree with this take, because Instagram
- 3:54Speaker 2: yesterday I put everybody's thoughts on House of Stacy and
- 3:57Speaker 2: it was not no bueno.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Really, Okay, this is what I will say about it.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I think it's refreshing in a different way to edit
- 4:07Speaker 1: reality TV. There was a lot of fourth wall being
- 4:09Speaker 1: broken and stuff like that, and her and her confessional,
- 4:15Speaker 1: I mean, it just seemed different. She talked us through
- 4:17Speaker 1: a lot of things, not like you know, housewife confessionals.
- 4:20Speaker 1: But then she's so annoying, but you want to see more.
- 4:24Speaker 2: You get addicted to her, and it's then all of
- 4:28Speaker 2: a sudden, you're like riding the ride with her as
- 4:31Speaker 2: you're going along and I'm like, why am I on
- 4:33Speaker 2: this roller coaster?
- 4:35Speaker 1: If she mentioned Chris Jenner's name or the Kardashians one
- 4:40Speaker 1: more time, I was going to throw something at the TV.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I was it in the contract because they're on Hulu too.
- 4:46Speaker 1: You have to keep mentioning the Kardashians.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Well, she was somehow manifesting her way onto the Kardashians.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Now, by the way, rest in piece, Amanda.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Do you think she got fired or quit?
- 4:58Speaker 1: I think she quit. I don't think they were done
- 5:01Speaker 1: with her. I think she quit. I think that she's
- 5:03Speaker 1: got such a good thing going with her business that
- 5:06Speaker 1: it wasn't a good fit for her business. Everybody wants
- 5:09Speaker 1: to rip it down, and I think she knew well enough.
- 5:12Speaker 1: I don't think she's a type person that would lie.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Her statement was good. It was three pages long. Very well.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Have you just met her on National TV or on
- 5:24Speaker 1: social media?
- 5:25Speaker 2: I know, I mean come on now, I mean I
- 5:28Speaker 2: read the whole thing, and that's difficult for me, especially
- 5:31Speaker 2: with the font size.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Good thing you can zoom in. I was like, damn it, No,
- 5:37Speaker 1: not on my Instagram. It doesn't do that, do it.
- 5:41Speaker 1: It doesn't doesn't work that way on the Instagram.
- 5:45Speaker 2: But all right, so let's get into a house of Stassy. Okay,
- 5:49Speaker 2: there's eight episodes. We decided to recap them all.
- 5:53Speaker 1: We're just gonna talk a little bit about it. What
- 5:55Speaker 1: is your relationship with Stossy? How did you meet her?
- 5:58Speaker 1: Give me the background my relationship. I don't know how
- 6:01Speaker 1: biased you're going to be. Okay, well, let's put it
- 6:04Speaker 1: this way.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Stacy and Hartford and Bow were the only people because
- 6:09Speaker 2: it was during COVID that were at Dove's first birthday party.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Okay, did Stacy reach out to you when you got sick?
- 6:20Speaker 1: I have no idea who reached out to me and
- 6:21Speaker 1: who didn't. Okay, but I know she's reached out.
- 6:25Speaker 3: I mean she reached out to me when I posted
- 6:26Speaker 3: for her show.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Would she say just.
- 6:29Speaker 2: Like thank you so much, appreciate it, you know, like
- 6:31Speaker 2: glad you guys are covering it.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Yeah? She is beautiful. She is beautiful.
- 6:37Speaker 2: And this is what I can say from knowing her
- 6:39Speaker 2: before we get into it, and then I'll try to
- 6:41Speaker 2: put my non biased hat on it and just recap
- 6:45Speaker 2: the show.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Okay. She is.
- 6:49Speaker 2: Never been anything but nice or kind to me or anyone.
- 6:53Speaker 2: I've seen he around, like, we've been to multiple RAMS
- 6:56Speaker 2: games together. I've seen her with fans, I've seen her
- 6:59Speaker 2: with friends, I've seen her with every and she is lovely.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Is she kind of fancy? She has.
- 7:07Speaker 2: She just has good style unlike me, Like she would
- 7:10Speaker 2: never wear these shoes with the outfit I have on
- 7:14Speaker 2: right now, like she would have on some kind of like.
- 7:16Speaker 1: She has like she loves period pieces. Yes, she has
- 7:21Speaker 1: like kind of like old elegance about her. And she
- 7:24Speaker 1: looks like she's very tall.
- 7:27Speaker 3: She's about our height.
- 7:28Speaker 1: She is. She looks so tall and clothes just looks
- 7:31Speaker 1: so good on her. Yeah, no, she's She's not super tall.
- 7:36Speaker 2: But and then the reason I actually met her, other
- 7:40Speaker 2: than through casually because of vander Pump Rules and Housewives
- 7:45Speaker 2: and all that stuff, is because Bo, her husband and
- 7:49Speaker 2: Edwin are like mega rams fans and they go we
- 7:53Speaker 2: used to go to all the games together.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Wow.
- 7:55Speaker 2: And so then that's that brought us kind of all together.
- 7:58Speaker 2: And you know, so seeing them fight has been a
- 8:01Speaker 2: hard thing for me to watch.
- 8:04Speaker 1: So well, I mean I understand it. I don't think
- 8:07Speaker 1: it's fighting. I think I related to it a little
- 8:11Speaker 1: bit with me and Eddie, And you actually see like
- 8:15Speaker 1: a little bit of that I think on the show
- 8:17Speaker 1: who Knows what They're going to show where I just
- 8:20Speaker 1: feel like overwhelmed all the time and worked and my
- 8:25Speaker 1: mind is not so much on him. It's more on
- 8:28Speaker 1: all the shit I have to do. Yeah, I mean
- 8:30Speaker 1: I get it. I get it, and I don't think
- 8:32Speaker 1: it's anything. And I'm sure it's laid on thick for
- 8:36Speaker 1: the cameras. I don't seem to be worried about them.
- 8:41Speaker 2: I feel like I mean, even yesterday, he posted a
- 8:45Speaker 2: carousel of pictures on his Instagram, and Stasse commented, like,
- 8:50Speaker 2: excellent choice.
- 8:51Speaker 1: You know something like that. There's like a flirtation back
- 8:53Speaker 1: and forth. Yeah, on Instagram.
- 8:56Speaker 2: So unless it's all for show, I don't imagine it is.
- 9:00Speaker 2: She doesn't seem like that type of person. Also, she's
- 9:02Speaker 2: kind of an introvert.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but I can like on the show, she doesn't
- 9:07Speaker 1: seem like an introvert. No, but I can tell like
- 9:10Speaker 1: for him, like it's hard for him just to stay home.
- 9:14Speaker 1: He needs more, he needs more. I think he also
- 9:19Speaker 1: knows what he was getting into.
- 9:24Speaker 2: I mean, well, he worked when they were together. When
- 9:27Speaker 2: he came on the show, he stopped working.
- 9:31Speaker 1: On what show? Vand Pump Rules? Oh I didn't know that.
- 9:34Speaker 1: See I watch Vandon Pump Rules. I might have seen
- 9:38Speaker 1: a couple episodes, but I didn't watch when she was
- 9:40Speaker 1: on it. In the earlier days. Yeah, so, I mean
- 9:43Speaker 1: I saw the relationship back to then. Did she did
- 9:47Speaker 1: he work? Brought him on the show as her boyfriend?
- 9:51Speaker 3: I know?
- 9:51Speaker 1: But did she meet him like through because he's like
- 9:54Speaker 1: a casting guide? Like was she?
- 9:56Speaker 3: I think they just met out.
- 9:58Speaker 1: I don't remember this, and I heard he was like
- 10:00Speaker 1: trying to be an actor too.
- 10:02Speaker 2: I think that him and Rob, who are both on
- 10:05Speaker 2: the show, they were actors together at the same time, gotcha.
- 10:09Speaker 2: I think they used to live together or be roommates
- 10:11Speaker 2: or the only reason I remember Rob is because of
- 10:16Speaker 2: Shane West and Rob used.
- 10:19Speaker 1: To be like best friends. Do you remember the Sane West?
- 10:22Speaker 3: No, Oh my gosh, of course not.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I say this softly, but I kind of want to
- 10:29Speaker 1: punch that Taylor girl well that I don't know, not really.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Guys don't come for me, but she do you know her?
- 10:39Speaker 3: Here's the thing.
- 10:39Speaker 2: I've been at birthday parties and stuff with her, and
- 10:42Speaker 2: I casually know her.
- 10:43Speaker 3: I know her as well.
- 10:44Speaker 1: As annoying on the show. Why is she so annoying? Well?
- 10:48Speaker 1: I think she.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I think they're all doing the most do less. I
- 10:53Speaker 2: think they're all might say that about me, I know,
- 10:56Speaker 2: but like I think they're all doing the most. I
- 10:58Speaker 2: think they all are funny and they're own right.
- 11:00Speaker 1: The tone of her voice, I don't know what it is, Taylor.
- 11:04Speaker 2: I don't know what it is, but it starts off
- 11:06Speaker 2: they have a Halloween party, and the biggest thing that
- 11:09Speaker 2: stands out for me is who the fuck writes a
- 11:14Speaker 2: letter and then reads it out loud to someone?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Maybe she's not good communicating And did you think that
- 11:22Speaker 1: was good communication? No? I don't, but I don't think
- 11:27Speaker 1: she's most stable person. This is Georgiecy's sister, her sister.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Now is that her real hair color?
- 11:37Speaker 2: Because well, her mom has the same hair color, So
- 11:39Speaker 2: it's either the same hair color or the same box, same.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Box, right, I think the same box. They look a lotike.
- 11:45Speaker 1: And then I found out that Stoscy has a chin implant.
- 11:49Speaker 1: You did not know this? Where have you been living
- 11:52Speaker 1: under a rock? Yes? I didn't want to show back then.
- 11:56Speaker 1: And then BOE's the one that said it. He's like,
- 11:58Speaker 1: that's pre chin or something. Don't put that in there.
- 12:01Speaker 2: So everybody knows because she was first on Amazing Race
- 12:04Speaker 2: when she was sixteen years old.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Didn't know that.
- 12:07Speaker 2: Yep, she had like jet black hair. She was kind
- 12:10Speaker 2: of like, oh they did a flashback. Yeah, yeah, so
- 12:14Speaker 2: she was on Amazing Race before vander Pump Rules, then
- 12:17Speaker 2: she had the break. Do you think that the break
- 12:21Speaker 2: was needed? And like it's what we needed to get
- 12:23Speaker 2: her back on TV.
- 12:27Speaker 1: Because I didn't really watch, I would say yes. I mean,
- 12:32Speaker 1: do you think she is different now than she was before?
- 12:37Speaker 2: I think she has always had a I don't know
- 12:40Speaker 2: if this is the correct word, but I think she
- 12:42Speaker 2: has always had like a polarizing.
- 12:47Speaker 3: Way of talking, like.
- 12:49Speaker 1: She was a villain, right, she was a villain on.
- 12:51Speaker 2: She was the villain, but she was also the victim,
- 12:54Speaker 2: like there was things that were happening to her all
- 12:55Speaker 2: the time, and then she would lash out. So it's
- 13:01Speaker 2: hard to say because I mean Jack's was her boyfriend?
- 13:05Speaker 1: Did he date everybody on that cast? He dated Stossy
- 13:08Speaker 1: for a very long time. Wow? Wait, he was with
- 13:12Speaker 1: Stacy and then cheated on Stossy with Kristin. Yes, he's
- 13:20Speaker 1: a real piece of it.
- 13:21Speaker 2: And then it caused all this rift between Kristin and
- 13:25Speaker 2: Stossy and it just was a whole big mess.
- 13:28Speaker 1: I'm assuming now that people are seeing her, she you know,
- 13:32Speaker 1: kind of packed her bags and moved on up and
- 13:33Speaker 1: she's got more money than she did when she was
- 13:35Speaker 1: in vander Pump Rules. Yeah, I think, Well, she has
- 13:39Speaker 1: a very successful podcast. Okay, she.
- 13:43Speaker 3: Is clearly the bread winner.
- 13:45Speaker 2: And as we see later on when Katie Maloney gives
- 13:49Speaker 2: her the punch, she all of her friends are on
- 13:52Speaker 2: her payroll. According to Katie, if she said it in
- 13:55Speaker 2: a joking way or not, then I went down the
- 13:57Speaker 2: rabbit hole and started looking at how many friends I
- 13:59Speaker 2: had that weren't on the pay road.
- 14:05Speaker 1: I mean that's good and bad. Sometimes it's bad to
- 14:08Speaker 1: have because.
- 14:09Speaker 3: Then you have all these people saying yes to you.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Yeah, but you also sometimes have friends that you're employing,
- 14:16Speaker 1: and then when things don't go right, then you usually
- 14:20Speaker 1: lose the friendship.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Well, I have a question between Bo and his sister.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Let's just break down but little bullet points. Would you
- 14:32Speaker 2: be upset if you were Stacy and your husband had
- 14:36Speaker 2: his sister's name tattooed on him and not yours.
- 14:40Speaker 1: It's weird, Teddy, unless she died, it's weird. God. Well,
- 14:48Speaker 1: I kept trying to tell myself.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Maybe it's because they didn't meet until she was he
- 14:53Speaker 2: was twenty one years old.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Or whatever it was.
- 14:55Speaker 1: I lived with him.
- 14:56Speaker 2: I know it's weird, But then did they ever show
- 15:01Speaker 2: us if she got his name back?
- 15:03Speaker 1: What do you mean, like if she got tattooed his
- 15:07Speaker 1: name on her body. I don't know, but I think
- 15:10Speaker 1: that's weird too. I know, but why didn't they tell
- 15:12Speaker 1: us that part?
- 15:13Speaker 2: I thought that would have been like if you and
- 15:15Speaker 2: I got initials of each other and I was the only.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Of each other. Yeah, I mean, we have.
- 15:22Speaker 3: The same initial t J.
- 15:23Speaker 1: But if I got a TJ on.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Me and it was for you, and then you were like,
- 15:28Speaker 2: I'm not kidding?
- 15:30Speaker 1: What the fuck? I mean? I just think it's weird.
- 15:35Speaker 1: And I don't really expect anybody to get their name tattooed.
- 15:39Speaker 1: I mean, like if Eddie said I'm gonna get a tattoo,
- 15:41Speaker 1: I wouldn't be like, oh, get my name place, because
- 15:44Speaker 1: I always feel like sometimes that's like the kiss of
- 15:45Speaker 1: death too.
- 15:46Speaker 2: Well. I've told this story before, but my dad had
- 15:52Speaker 2: a ginormous tattoo of my mom on his shoulder when
- 15:56Speaker 2: he married her, and that like this big it's it's
- 16:00Speaker 2: still there, but guess what it is now.
- 16:02Speaker 1: It's no longer my mom. It's a mom's face with
- 16:05Speaker 1: Jesus on it. What, Yes, it's like, well.
- 16:11Speaker 2: My mom with like a beard, like it's oh my goodness.
- 16:17Speaker 1: Okay.
- 16:19Speaker 2: But anyway, would do you think that Stacy had the
- 16:22Speaker 2: right to be upset that her name wasn't tattooed on
- 16:24Speaker 2: his body?
- 16:25Speaker 1: I don't know that I'd be upset. I'd just be
- 16:27Speaker 1: like creeped out about it, Like, what the actual that's weird.
- 16:32Speaker 1: I think that person's dead. It's weird.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I think it would be weird if I had my
- 16:36Speaker 2: sister's husband's name, if I had Michael on my arm,
- 16:40Speaker 2: I think it would be weird.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Do you think what did you think of the crossover
- 16:43Speaker 1: with Jesse from Warm and Wives?
- 16:46Speaker 2: Well, I think that there was more scene, more filmed
- 16:49Speaker 2: that we didn't get to see call stuff, and but
- 16:54Speaker 2: that was during all those scandals. But Jesse saying Sheena
- 16:57Speaker 2: tried to get on the show.
- 16:59Speaker 1: Are you shocked?
- 17:00Speaker 3: I am not shocked.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Has Sheena spoke out about this?
- 17:04Speaker 2: Well? I saw she for some My algorithm sent me
- 17:07Speaker 2: to one of Sheena's interviews the other day and she
- 17:10Speaker 2: was teasing that she was going to talk about it.
- 17:11Speaker 2: So I think that, oh, she's probably speaking out about
- 17:16Speaker 2: it as we speak, probably probably right about that. So
- 17:22Speaker 2: and then it's we get bo getting Georgia's name, and
- 17:27Speaker 2: then we see a little bit from Vander prompt.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Oh, the flashback of her.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Flashback of Vander is that when he.
- 17:33Speaker 1: First met his sister. Like, was that? Because I didn't
- 17:36Speaker 1: watch that show either.
- 17:38Speaker 3: I didn't watch Vander Pumphilla either.
- 17:39Speaker 2: But all I know is that I just saw an
- 17:41Speaker 2: interview saying that Jesse from Mormon Wives and her guy
- 17:46Speaker 2: are like the best couple ever.
- 17:48Speaker 3: That Stossy said that.
- 17:49Speaker 1: I know. I saw that too. I'm like, but what
- 17:53Speaker 1: did you Okay, so the Drag Birthday episode two, what
- 17:56Speaker 1: did you think about Georgia and Georgia living at Stossey's
- 18:01Speaker 1: house and how weird that they have basically have the
- 18:03Speaker 1: same name.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I think it's different to crash in somebody's house, like
- 18:07Speaker 2: stay at somebody's house.
- 18:09Speaker 1: They're staying in the same bed. Don't you think it's
- 18:11Speaker 1: like a casting call? Basically?
- 18:13Speaker 2: What it is like, everybody come into town, we're all
- 18:15Speaker 2: filming this eight weeks.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Let's hunker down and say, well, I'm going to tell
- 18:19Speaker 1: you to get out, move out. You have to move out.
- 18:22Speaker 2: You're gonna have to brush your dead skin cells out
- 18:24Speaker 2: of the bed, and then I'm gonna have to shine
- 18:26Speaker 2: light on it to see.
- 18:27Speaker 1: I mean, did you see that that happens?
- 18:29Speaker 2: I did, but I I mean, I she has a
- 18:32Speaker 2: beautiful house, but I cannot imagine having that many people
- 18:36Speaker 2: living there.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I was confused, because, yeah, she does. I like that
- 18:40Speaker 1: like Spanish style old house. When they show the outside,
- 18:45Speaker 1: it looks like it's a mansion. Is it like a
- 18:47Speaker 1: It's in the Hollywood Hills, so it's I lucked it up.
- 18:51Speaker 1: I thought it looked like it was ten thousand square feet.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Because it's multi level, like I think there's an upstairs
- 18:58Speaker 2: and a downstairs and a middle floor.
- 19:01Speaker 1: And they kept saying and seeing, what's a lot of
- 19:04Speaker 1: people in this small house. There's a lot of people
- 19:06Speaker 1: in this small space. So I'm like, but when you
- 19:09Speaker 1: look at the house, it looks ginormous. Well, it's because.
- 19:12Speaker 2: It's on the side of a mountain, so that has
- 19:15Speaker 2: it pokes out and it looks really long and big.
- 19:17Speaker 3: I mean, it is a.
- 19:18Speaker 2: Nice house for the amount of family that they have
- 19:21Speaker 2: without their additional siblings.
- 19:23Speaker 3: It's a perfect size house.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly.
- 19:37Speaker 2: So in this second episode, bo is talking about how
- 19:41Speaker 2: he feels like a nineteen fifties housewife.
- 19:44Speaker 1: He is, sorry, I mean, but here's the thing.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Nineteen fifties housewives look chipper and excited to be doing their.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Joy, and they have aprons on where's your apron? Like
- 19:56Speaker 1: he looks les mes like he's like.
- 20:01Speaker 2: So miserable, and it's like, dude, no, if you're an
- 20:05Speaker 2: if you want to compare yourself to a nineteen fifties housewife,
- 20:08Speaker 2: you got to play the game. You got to pretend
- 20:10Speaker 2: this is the best day of your fucking life.
- 20:12Speaker 1: But you notice, like every time she will call him
- 20:15Speaker 1: or they do not show her with the kids very often.
- 20:18Speaker 1: I will say that I think that's on purpose. I
- 20:20Speaker 1: do too.
- 20:21Speaker 2: They all live in the same house and podcast in there,
- 20:24Speaker 2: and like, I mean, come.
- 20:25Speaker 1: On, yes, but every time she calls him on the phone,
- 20:28Speaker 1: it's always him going Harvard hard no, yes, oh mess
- 20:33Speaker 1: her like she can't he can't even talk on the
- 20:35Speaker 1: phone because the kids. And I'm like, are they that
- 20:38Speaker 1: crazy that you can't take a phone call?
- 20:41Speaker 2: Well, I and especially because we know that there's potentially
- 20:43Speaker 2: a nanny there.
- 20:46Speaker 1: But I think this is meant okay, And that's another
- 20:48Speaker 1: thing he's bitching about being a stay at home dad
- 20:51Speaker 1: and they have a nanny there, Like I would love that.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Well, I think you can also, you know, I love
- 21:00Speaker 2: bo but I think you can pick up some I
- 21:02Speaker 2: mean as much as I hate when people to say hobbies. Yeah,
- 21:06Speaker 2: but like he could get it really into working out,
- 21:09Speaker 2: or he could get really into watching old movies, or
- 21:14Speaker 2: you know, like he could be on sub stack. He
- 21:15Speaker 2: could do like whatever he wants. But he's he's continued
- 21:19Speaker 2: to tell us that this is not enough for him.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Does he have a big following on social media.
- 21:25Speaker 2: I think it's growing. I mean I think it's probably
- 21:28Speaker 2: a couple hundred thousand, but I don't actually.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Know, like he can make money on social media.
- 21:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I've seen him do ads before.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Oh that's good, that's easy.
- 21:37Speaker 2: But I also think he's really funny in real life,
- 21:40Speaker 2: and we don't see him being that funny on the show.
- 21:43Speaker 1: Like he's really he's that seven hundred and twenty thousand followers.
- 21:47Speaker 1: He can make a killing on social media. Well, that's
- 21:50Speaker 1: what she's saying.
- 21:51Speaker 2: She's saying, we need to monetize, our family needs to
- 21:53Speaker 2: monetize what we're doing.
- 21:55Speaker 1: It's just not what he wants to do. I mean,
- 21:57Speaker 1: but I get that, like just what you have a
- 21:58Speaker 1: big following on I am not that one that just
- 22:02Speaker 1: picks up the phone. Heather de Bro's great at it
- 22:05Speaker 1: just pick up the phone. It just starts talking. And
- 22:07Speaker 1: I'm like, no, hate the way I look, hate the
- 22:10Speaker 1: way I sound like I find every reason not to
- 22:12Speaker 1: post something like that.
- 22:15Speaker 3: I'm not that way.
- 22:16Speaker 2: So I don't know, like I just try to post
- 22:20Speaker 2: whatever's really happening in my life because there's not much happening,
- 22:24Speaker 2: and I just like gives me something to do.
- 22:27Speaker 1: I can't. I don't know why, it just can't. It's
- 22:29Speaker 1: just not who I am. I mean, of course I
- 22:31Speaker 1: do ads and things like that for products I like,
- 22:34Speaker 1: but I'm just I wish that's one thing I wish
- 22:37Speaker 1: I could do if I had to do a New
- 22:38Speaker 1: Year's resolution, be like be more active, be more engaging.
- 22:45Speaker 1: But I can't.
- 22:46Speaker 2: I mean, it's you either liked doing it or you don't.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I mean, it's not a big deal, but I think it.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Grows your Instagram and it helps you get like Bethany Frankel,
- 22:54Speaker 1: the stuff she does.
- 22:55Speaker 2: I just I mean, I couldn't do that, but I
- 23:00Speaker 2: won't do that. Yeah, I mean, she really is a lot.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Then they're at Hamburger Mary's and Bo talks about Rob
- 23:08Speaker 2: and the fact that they're fighting over football game.
- 23:11Speaker 1: Is Is that the same Hamberger Mary's that we filmed
- 23:14Speaker 1: out for Emily's birthday party?
- 23:15Speaker 3: No, that's the one in weeho oh.
- 23:18Speaker 1: We went to the one in Long Beach.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 23:20Speaker 2: So I love that it's a conversation between two straight
- 23:24Speaker 2: men and a gay bar about football.
- 23:27Speaker 1: We like, remind me what the football text was. I
- 23:31Speaker 1: feel like I watched it a week ago.
- 23:32Speaker 2: So Bo is a Rams fan and Rob is I
- 23:38Speaker 2: don't remember what fan.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Kind of fan, but Dodger fan.
- 23:41Speaker 2: No, No, he he won, they won the Super Bowl
- 23:47Speaker 2: whatever year this week. Okay, so his team won and
- 23:50Speaker 2: against it? No, No, okay, I think it's something blue.
- 23:54Speaker 2: But I don't know football.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I don't know footballs. I have my blonde wig on today.
- 24:00Speaker 1: I really don't know football's.
- 24:02Speaker 2: I guess Rob was kind of poking at Bow about
- 24:05Speaker 2: his football team winning, and then got mad at Bow
- 24:09Speaker 2: for not congratulating him for his football team winning.
- 24:13Speaker 1: When I say his, it's not like either of them
- 24:15Speaker 1: played football on the team. It's kind of riveting TV,
- 24:18Speaker 1: isn't it. But it's like, can you believe this is happening?
- 24:25Speaker 2: Then we get to But I mean, I think we
- 24:28Speaker 2: can tell that Rob and Bow still love each other.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I think so, Garry. You'll see throughout the episodes
- 24:35Speaker 1: like they have kind of an up and down relationship. Yeah.
- 24:39Speaker 2: And I think it's you know, I didn't realize this,
- 24:42Speaker 2: but like Rob lives in like Texas.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Now, oh so everybody flew in for this. Everybody came
- 24:52Speaker 1: in that she's trying to do because she referenced the
- 24:54Speaker 1: Kardashians so many times. Do you think that that's what
- 24:57Speaker 1: she thinks she's doing. She's going to have a family
- 24:59Speaker 1: show and it's going to be just like the Kardashians.
- 25:04Speaker 2: I mean, I think that she's starting. I mean, I've
- 25:07Speaker 2: never seen so many commercials for one human being.
- 25:13Speaker 1: For Karistan or Karstan whatever. You no what I'm saying.
- 25:16Speaker 2: It's not Karstas not just on Hulu, it's everywhere, Like
- 25:21Speaker 2: she's on a direct TV ad. She's on this at
- 25:24Speaker 2: like this for one single person. Like it's one thing
- 25:26Speaker 2: when we saw all the Mormon wives on different ones, yea,
- 25:29Speaker 2: but this is one single person on Hulu.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Is really pushing for the advertisement. Is that what you're saying.
- 25:36Speaker 2: Either way, people are riveted watching her. She's trying to
- 25:40Speaker 2: keep her world her world.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Yeah, and I think she will seems.
- 25:45Speaker 1: She sounds like, seems like she's a smart business woman.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Yeah, I think so.
- 25:50Speaker 2: But we see the rekindling of Katie and Stasi, But
- 25:54Speaker 2: first we see Katie with Ariana.
- 25:57Speaker 1: Were you shocked that Ariana came on or more shocked
- 26:03Speaker 1: Katie did. I'm not shocked that Katie did. I mean,
- 26:07Speaker 1: I just thought that now that she's got her boyfriend,
- 26:10Speaker 1: who is in some band that my daughter loves, like,
- 26:12Speaker 1: I don't know the name of it, who says three
- 26:15Speaker 1: words the entire age. He's on all late episodes. I
- 26:18Speaker 1: feel like he came to every event. What is what is?
- 26:21Speaker 1: What's the band he's in? I don't know. He's in
- 26:24Speaker 1: a I want to say nine inch Nails or something.
- 26:27Speaker 1: It's not that something else, it's something. It's kind of
- 26:31Speaker 1: a big deal. He's the band that he's in is
- 26:33Speaker 1: a big deal.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Sleeping with syn just like nine inch Nails, just like them.
- 26:39Speaker 1: But I was shocked that he came on. And you
- 26:42Speaker 1: can tell he's like super shy. Yeah, and and Katie.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I feel like, just is she always been like this
- 26:51Speaker 1: mature and this like not she just doesn't seem like
- 26:56Speaker 1: the typical reality girl.
- 26:58Speaker 2: She doesn't like invoke a ton of emotion, but she
- 27:03Speaker 2: does like she gives you a singer like she gave Stacy. Okay,
- 27:07Speaker 2: like they sit down together, you can tell like she's
- 27:09Speaker 2: got like a presence about her. I think, yeah, like
- 27:13Speaker 2: there's and she's like that in real life too, where
- 27:15Speaker 2: like you just you're kind of she's very tall for
- 27:17Speaker 2: the record, and or she felt really tall next to me, and.
- 27:21Speaker 1: We'll story tall next to her boyfriend too. Yeah, now
- 27:27Speaker 1: we met. I met Arianna, me and you at the
- 27:29Speaker 1: MTV Music Awards that one night. That's the only time. Afterwards, member,
- 27:33Speaker 1: we went to Lisa's restaurant. Yeah, it's the only time
- 27:37Speaker 1: I've ever met her.
- 27:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I I saw her the other night.
- 27:41Speaker 2: She didn't talk to me. She like you, I must
- 27:45Speaker 2: have done something to her. I don't know what, but
- 27:51Speaker 2: I'm sure at some point we talked about scannedaval.
- 27:56Speaker 1: But probably any who do you think about Georgie like
- 28:00Speaker 1: complaining that she's being treated like a nanny while she
- 28:05Speaker 1: is in Stossy's house.
- 28:08Speaker 2: Well, I think this is where lines get blurred when
- 28:11Speaker 2: you have somebody staying at your house.
- 28:13Speaker 1: And no, it doesn't if you don't have a job
- 28:16Speaker 1: and you're staying in someone's, especially your sister's house, do
- 28:20Speaker 1: everything you can to help out clean the house, watch
- 28:24Speaker 1: the kids. Don't bitch about it. You ain't working. Well,
- 28:28Speaker 1: we don't know that she ain't working. I don't shoudn't
- 28:31Speaker 1: have a job yet because Stassi she had like three
- 28:33Speaker 1: dollars in her bank and.
- 28:34Speaker 3: I think that was Stossy's point.
- 28:37Speaker 2: But Katie and Stossy's friendship is kind of coming back,
- 28:44Speaker 2: but it's already affecting Christina and Taylor.
- 28:47Speaker 1: Why because Toossi said so many bad things about her
- 28:50Speaker 1: to them that they're like, you know, like, oh, you're
- 28:53Speaker 1: just gonna go do that. Well, I do do think
- 28:55Speaker 1: that you can have a friendship with a you know,
- 28:58Speaker 1: a reboot, whatever you want to call it. You can
- 29:01Speaker 1: do fix things because they were best friends for a
- 29:04Speaker 1: long time for a long time. I think they just
- 29:06Speaker 1: both needed to make an effort.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Like they are both in completely different stages of their life.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Katie is dating, you know, a rocker, and Stossy has
- 29:16Speaker 2: two kids. And she's trying to set off a TV
- 29:19Speaker 2: show and become Chris Jenner. Like I said, Chris Jenner again,
- 29:23Speaker 2: Chris Jenner's let's drink every time we say Christian.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Well, between Chris Jenner and Kara STOs or whatever they
- 29:31Speaker 1: mentioned so many times is so good.
- 29:34Speaker 2: And then at episode four they have a staycation. Yes
- 29:38Speaker 2: it's lesbian night, and Taylor confronts Katie about her payroll comment.
- 29:46Speaker 1: Do you think that that's that big of a deal.
- 29:49Speaker 1: I mean the.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Fact that Katie's comment hurt the people around Stossy more
- 29:53Speaker 2: than Stossy I think says it all.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Yeah, and is she paying Taylor? Yes, so it's also true. Correct. Well,
- 30:04Speaker 1: then I think that protests too much. Well, I think
- 30:08Speaker 1: it's a Taylor issue. For one.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Taylor lives in New York. But she does the pod,
- 30:15Speaker 2: used to do the I don't know if she still does.
- 30:16Speaker 2: But she does the podcast with Stossy. Used to live here.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Oh, is she no longer on the podcast? No, she
- 30:23Speaker 1: might have her own podcast.
- 30:24Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Or she's on one, please, I'm serious. She's on like
- 30:28Speaker 2: she was on like serious radio. She she's still on
- 30:31Speaker 2: the podcast. Okay, her name is in the title. What
- 30:34Speaker 2: is the title of the podcast. Let's give them their flowers.
- 30:37Speaker 1: It's Stassy with tay okay or something. Thanks guys or
- 30:43Speaker 1: something like that. Old let me give them to credit.
- 30:50Speaker 1: I'm just gonna make up a name. You're gonna make
- 30:51Speaker 1: up a name. Yes, it's to teas in a pod.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Go look at Google. Let's give it a listen. Well,
- 31:08Speaker 1: and of course then we have we have the Kryshale cameo.
- 31:12Speaker 1: I know there's a lot of cameos in this.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Yeahs.
- 31:15Speaker 1: What's the other girl's name, one that's married to doctor Philson,
- 31:20Speaker 1: the one that was on the oh Morgan Morgan, Yeah,
- 31:23Speaker 1: she was on. I like her.
- 31:25Speaker 3: I like her too.
- 31:25Speaker 1: I don't know her, but I like her. She's funny, I.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Think, I mean, I think Stassy surrounds herself with people
- 31:31Speaker 2: that have a general sense of humor.
- 31:33Speaker 3: That's what she likes. She so, I think she's playing.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Uh so, does she still friends with you? I was kidding.
- 31:42Speaker 1: You might be the cue one, but I'm a funny one.
- 31:47Speaker 2: And then one thing Stossy knows how to do is
- 31:51Speaker 2: like produce.
- 31:51Speaker 3: She knows how to produce a show.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Yeah, she was on with Panda purpoles for like a decade.
- 31:57Speaker 2: I feel like eight years or ten years or something
- 31:59Speaker 2: like that, a long time if you life, Do you
- 32:01Speaker 2: think that Bo threw Stassy under the bus during these arguments,
- 32:08Speaker 2: Like there was a moment where he kind of like.
- 32:11Speaker 1: I think he puts his little digs in there. Yeah,
- 32:14Speaker 1: for sure, I think that his whole thing on the show.
- 32:18Speaker 1: He's just annoyed with his life. Yeah, he's bored with
- 32:23Speaker 1: his life.
- 32:24Speaker 2: But he's also filming the show now, so it's like,
- 32:28Speaker 2: I want that's where I wonder if some are.
- 32:31Speaker 1: I wonder are theatrics. Yeah, I want to know if
- 32:33Speaker 1: he's still working in this staffing business. Yeah, I want
- 32:37Speaker 1: to know if he's in casting.
- 32:38Speaker 3: It's casting?
- 32:40Speaker 1: Oh is it casting? Staffing? Same thing, different different business,
- 32:45Speaker 1: same thing.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Oh my gosh.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Then they at the end of the staycation, Katie and Christina.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Hash it out.
- 32:53Speaker 2: The staycation is really just a new place they can
- 32:55Speaker 2: all fight because they're sick of being in Stasi's house.
- 32:59Speaker 1: Yeah. What about the Rob and the Georgie girl? Do
- 33:02Speaker 1: you think that they are I mean, they definitely don't
- 33:04Speaker 1: have a brother's sister chemistry, but do you think that
- 33:07Speaker 1: they had something going on?
- 33:09Speaker 3: I don't think so.
- 33:10Speaker 2: No.
- 33:11Speaker 1: I think I think Rob likes brunettes. I think I
- 33:15Speaker 1: think she's brunette under that red box.
- 33:17Speaker 2: But still, I mean, I'm brunette under this blonde wig,
- 33:20Speaker 2: but like that's still with a wig.
- 33:23Speaker 1: But I think he likes brunettes.
- 33:25Speaker 2: I think he is always with a certain, you know,
- 33:29Speaker 2: type of girl that he's liked. And he just has
- 33:33Speaker 2: a friendship with Georgie. And I think Georgie doesn't know
- 33:36Speaker 2: anyone here, like she just moved here, she just got
- 33:39Speaker 2: a divorce. So now we're at the end of friends
- 33:42Speaker 2: giving and Stasi wonders whether putting her relationship on reality
- 33:46Speaker 2: TV is worth it.
- 33:48Speaker 3: She's kind of like crying, getting upset.
- 33:52Speaker 1: You went four years for a girl, you know it's
- 33:55Speaker 1: worth it. And if you're crying, you know you're doing good.
- 34:00Speaker 1: But when she asked herself, what would Chris Jenner do?
- 34:04Speaker 1: I just went Okay. Her obsession with the Kardashians is
- 34:07Speaker 1: a little bit weird. Maybe she wants to be mentored
- 34:10Speaker 1: by Chris Jenner. I feel like this is a contract thing.
- 34:14Speaker 1: She has to mention the Kardashians so many times. Hulu too.
- 34:19Speaker 1: I mean, and she is executive producer of the show.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I mean, this is a big deal that she got
- 34:24Speaker 1: this show.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Yeah, and it's a lot of I mean the amount
- 34:27Speaker 2: of people talking about it, regardless of what they thought
- 34:31Speaker 2: about it. Yeah, it's a lot. So it's done what
- 34:34Speaker 2: it's supposed to do.
- 34:35Speaker 1: And we know what would Chris Jenner do. We know
- 34:38Speaker 1: the answer to that.
- 34:39Speaker 2: Yeah, we know.
- 34:40Speaker 1: Anything to monetize the situation. Yeah, like it's worth it.
- 34:45Speaker 2: But then Stacy talks to Morgan and denies needing a therapist.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Honestly, I kind of feel the same way.
- 34:52Speaker 2: I felt so depressed after my therapy yesterday.
- 34:56Speaker 1: Girl, That's why I stopped.
- 34:58Speaker 2: I was on like, I was in a pretty decent
- 35:01Speaker 2: mood in the morning, and then I had therapy and
- 35:03Speaker 2: then I was like, yeah, so.
- 35:06Speaker 1: That's that's what I was doing last year, and it
- 35:09Speaker 1: was like months into it. It's so depressing after each
- 35:13Speaker 1: you know, session, and then I started filming and then
- 35:17Speaker 1: you got sick. I'm like, I don't want to talk
- 35:21Speaker 1: about my feelings. I just want to suppress them and
- 35:23Speaker 1: bury them.
- 35:24Speaker 3: But I don't have a choice. I have depression, so I.
- 35:27Speaker 1: Have to keep doing it, but I dread.
- 35:30Speaker 2: It, and then I'm depressed afterwards. I know, when does
- 35:33Speaker 2: it start working?
- 35:35Speaker 1: I don't know. I think I just stop. It's not
- 35:38Speaker 1: that I stop my therapist. I love her.
- 35:40Speaker 2: She's amazing. Like I see her face and I'm excited.
- 35:43Speaker 2: But I always tell her I wish I wasn't here
- 35:45Speaker 2: right now.
- 35:45Speaker 1: Oh, I would do the same thing. There's so many
- 35:47Speaker 1: other things I'd be doing if I wasn't here with you.
- 35:50Speaker 2: I'm like, I dreaded coming today, but I knew that
- 35:53Speaker 2: fine of two hundred and fifty dollars for canceling last minute.
- 35:56Speaker 1: It's really gonna way on exactly.
- 36:01Speaker 2: But then Stacy's upset about Bo's new job opportunity, and
- 36:05Speaker 2: bo I would be upset the bow didn't tell me,
- 36:08Speaker 2: not necessarily about the opportunity.
- 36:10Speaker 1: Oh, during the Christmas tree thing. Yeah, well, he's afraid
- 36:14Speaker 1: of her. And I saw her on Instagram. I don't
- 36:18Speaker 1: know if she was doing a podcast or whatever interview,
- 36:21Speaker 1: and she said, I like that. I like people afraid
- 36:25Speaker 1: of me. I'm not a pushover. She's like, oh, I'm
- 36:29Speaker 1: going to use that. I don't give a shit. If
- 36:31Speaker 1: you're afraid of me, you should be afraid of me. Yeah.
- 36:33Speaker 2: I think she leans into it. Where like some people
- 36:36Speaker 2: are going to push away from it, she leans into
- 36:38Speaker 2: it just to push our buttons, like how can nobody
- 36:41Speaker 2: get under her skin? But then when she does have
- 36:44Speaker 2: like a breakdown it did you.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Like did you like how she was putting the ornaments
- 36:49Speaker 1: on the Christmas tree? Going oh, okay, yeah, have a
- 36:55Speaker 1: good meeting?
- 36:56Speaker 2: Like yeah, And then her friends are like sitting on
- 36:59Speaker 2: the couch and he's like, I'll be back in forty
- 37:04Speaker 2: and she's like, where are you.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Going with ready the Christmas tree?
- 37:08Speaker 3: He's like, Oh, I didn't tell you.
- 37:11Speaker 2: I have a job, and if you're just something we've
- 37:13Speaker 2: been fighting over for the last three months, but I'm
- 37:16Speaker 2: just yeah, it's today.
- 37:17Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm like, not good.
- 37:19Speaker 2: You have to just you have to just tell the
- 37:22Speaker 2: person right away when it happens, or else you start
- 37:25Speaker 2: to get resentment.
- 37:26Speaker 1: We do see that Georgie gets apartment, and it's so
- 37:30Speaker 1: weird that Georgie and George Georgia is that I don't
- 37:33Speaker 1: know the two g's end up roommating together, but I
- 37:37Speaker 1: don't feel like they really like each other. Well, they're
- 37:39Speaker 1: they're kind of fighting the entire season. Well, they're polar opposites. Yeah,
- 37:44Speaker 1: they're polar opposites.
- 37:47Speaker 2: I think they just this is their job and they
- 37:49Speaker 2: have to live together, and this is how it's going
- 37:52Speaker 2: to be. And they probably are two people that couldn't
- 37:54Speaker 2: be less suited for each other.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Yeah. Now I found out that Stossy's siblings are all
- 38:01Speaker 1: from different dads.
- 38:03Speaker 3: Oh, I didn't know that.
- 38:04Speaker 1: She said that at the house warring party when Stossy
- 38:08Speaker 1: and her mom get into this bad argument. Do you
- 38:11Speaker 1: think Stossi is hard on her family or she just.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Sick of the shit, Like I think she's put down
- 38:17Speaker 2: her boundaries.
- 38:18Speaker 1: I hate that word. I'm so sick. That is like
- 38:20Speaker 1: the buzzword.
- 38:21Speaker 2: You're really letting me have it today, any chance you get,
- 38:24Speaker 2: you're letting me have it?
- 38:26Speaker 1: No, no, not no. I'm just saying it's a word
- 38:29Speaker 1: that's been used so much now, like instead of fixing.
- 38:33Speaker 1: I'm not saying this towards you, but like certain people,
- 38:35Speaker 1: instead of fixing something, they're like, I have boundaries, have boundaries.
- 38:40Speaker 3: Well that's what my therapist says.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Oh so every therapist is saying, use the word boundaries. Yeah,
- 38:44Speaker 1: so therapists say boundaries. So I'm gonna say, put up
- 38:48Speaker 1: a fucking roadblock.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I think she just has some freaking boundaries.
- 38:54Speaker 1: But I don't know what I'm saying, Like, I don't
- 38:56Speaker 1: know the history with her.
- 38:57Speaker 2: Mom, Like there's always it's always been, always been bad,
- 39:00Speaker 2: kind of always wanted to be like a Toddler's and
- 39:03Speaker 2: Tiara's mom.
- 39:04Speaker 1: Oh okay, So she says that her mom enjoys watching
- 39:07Speaker 1: her struggle and doesn't even like her as a daughter.
- 39:09Speaker 1: Those are like some strong words. What I mean, her
- 39:13Speaker 1: mom also really comes at her. Does her mom want
- 39:17Speaker 1: to be a star?
- 39:19Speaker 2: Yes, that's what I meant by toddlers and tr It's
- 39:21Speaker 2: like she like she's living vicariously.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Through Stossy but like, but they don't get along.
- 39:28Speaker 2: But they don't get along, but I think they there's love,
- 39:31Speaker 2: clearly you love your mother. Yeah, I think there's just
- 39:34Speaker 2: she's been pushed to the brink. But she's doing this
- 39:37Speaker 2: because of her siblings and she you know, she doesn't
- 39:40Speaker 2: want to avidly fight with her mom, which she still
- 39:42Speaker 2: ends up doing I think a couple times on this season.
- 39:46Speaker 1: So I have a question setting up a dodgeball tournament.
- 39:50Speaker 1: Are you playing? Are you playing? For sure? You are? Yeah?
- 39:53Speaker 1: Me too? But I love Sassy's not because her face
- 39:57Speaker 1: is her moneymaker, and she faces her moneymaker.
- 40:01Speaker 3: What are our moneymakers? Our mouths?
- 40:04Speaker 1: Yes, it doesn't matter if we get to matter. I
- 40:08Speaker 1: have a face for radio and I'm fine with it.
- 40:14Speaker 1: We have a face for podcasting exactly. They played dodgeball
- 40:29Speaker 1: and then Rob spills the tea.
- 40:30Speaker 2: I feel like they're trying to bring Rob on as
- 40:32Speaker 2: the villain, but he's not a villain.
- 40:35Speaker 1: They're trying.
- 40:36Speaker 2: They're trying, like he's saying, Georgia and George g both
- 40:39Speaker 2: admit they don't like each other.
- 40:41Speaker 1: And it just seemed like a little bitch At that moment.
- 40:44Speaker 1: I was like, Bro, you broke the bro code, Like
- 40:47Speaker 1: shut up. But I feel like there's no real bro
- 40:50Speaker 1: codes on reality TV because you are paid to say
- 40:54Speaker 1: exactly what you've heard.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, especially if you're on a like an
- 40:59Speaker 2: ensembles like this, and then it kind of it all
- 41:03Speaker 2: leads the show all leads up, because we could talk
- 41:05Speaker 2: about this for hours, but the show all leads up
- 41:08Speaker 2: to the Queen Mary.
- 41:10Speaker 1: That's where I had my prom it is, yeah, all
- 41:14Speaker 1: you still have pictures somewhere. Yeah, Oh my gosh, I
- 41:18Speaker 1: can't wait to see this with my burnt face I
- 41:21Speaker 1: borrowed my neighbor's tanny lamp. There's just no thing that
- 41:25Speaker 1: was just a lamp that you plugged into the wall
- 41:26Speaker 1: and you put your face on it. I got like
- 41:28Speaker 1: second degree burns on my face and burnt my eyeballs.
- 41:34Speaker 1: I had We're sure you looked good? Oh yeah, I
- 41:37Speaker 1: had red blisters all over my face.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Nice hot.
- 41:40Speaker 1: I woke up in the middle of the night screaming
- 41:43Speaker 1: I'd go to the hospital.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Well, I can tell ouch, but I can tell you
- 41:49Speaker 2: this the one thing I don't want if something's going on.
- 41:53Speaker 1: So now we're it's all built up.
- 41:55Speaker 3: There's all this issues with.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Stassy and Bow, and it's it's a common couple struggle.
- 42:02Speaker 2: I think if the woman is working and the I
- 42:06Speaker 2: mean even though the man is working, it's a different
- 42:08Speaker 2: type of job. I think that this is happens in relationships.
- 42:14Speaker 2: But it's all building up, and then all of the
- 42:17Speaker 2: other girls decide they're going to have an intervention on
- 42:21Speaker 2: the fucking.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Boat with Stassy of all people. Yeah, like, are you nuts?
- 42:26Speaker 1: Because she's there afraid that she's going to be getting
- 42:28Speaker 1: divorced soon if things don't change.
- 42:30Speaker 2: So you know, when the perfect time to have a
- 42:32Speaker 2: confrontation with your friend is on a boat on her
- 42:36Speaker 2: celebration that you're done filming on the season finale.
- 42:42Speaker 1: I mean it is smart because then it was probably
- 42:45Speaker 1: the most dramatic episode of all eight.
- 42:49Speaker 2: Yeah, and I mean it ends with her kind of
- 42:52Speaker 2: crying on the floor. Basically, yeah, she's crying on the floor.
- 42:57Speaker 2: She ends with a message of revenge on her friend friends,
- 43:02Speaker 2: which kind of leads you wanting more.
- 43:05Speaker 1: And then well the finally we see that he gets
- 43:09Speaker 1: the tattoo. Right, is he not on the boat or
- 43:12Speaker 1: was that before?
- 43:12Speaker 3: That was before the boat?
- 43:13Speaker 1: That was boat? Right?
- 43:15Speaker 3: Emo Night?
- 43:16Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I forgot about Emo Night.
- 43:18Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean.
- 43:19Speaker 1: There's so much but oh sauce. He didn't go to
- 43:21Speaker 1: Emo Night.
- 43:22Speaker 2: He went to the second Emo Night, not the first game.
- 43:24Speaker 2: She went to the Emo Christmas or whatever.
- 43:26Speaker 1: Oh yes, yes, yes, the Christmas Emo Christmas.
- 43:30Speaker 2: So I can't believe we don't remember every little detailed
- 43:33Speaker 2: this entire show.
- 43:36Speaker 1: Well, Bo looked like he had fun at the Emo
- 43:40Speaker 1: concert whatever that was.
- 43:42Speaker 2: Yeah, but what about when Taylor and I Also the
- 43:48Speaker 2: fact that we haven't talked about this, the fact that
- 43:50Speaker 2: somebody on the show is named Teddy. I know, I
- 43:53Speaker 2: watched eight episodes just like binge them, so I was like,
- 43:56Speaker 2: every time I hear Teddy, I was like, huh. But
- 44:01Speaker 2: then Taylor and Teddy announced that they are naming their
- 44:04Speaker 2: baby Bo and Bo gets some like this is before
- 44:07Speaker 2: the breakdown, and Bo gets emotional about it, and then
- 44:11Speaker 2: Taylor's like, well, wasn't actually.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Naming him Bow because of you, grandpa, And it's kind
- 44:19Speaker 1: of weird Like Stacy, I mean, obviously she said she'd
- 44:22Speaker 1: name never name a kid after somebody or she likes
- 44:25Speaker 1: unique names, so she was never going to use that name. No,
- 44:29Speaker 1: now she had another. I don't know if they're going
- 44:31Speaker 1: to have any more kids.
- 44:31Speaker 2: What did you end up thinking about the show overall? Like,
- 44:35Speaker 2: do you think that there I thought proble. No, I don't.
- 44:40Speaker 1: I really don't. I think that it was dramatized for TV.
- 44:45Speaker 1: I think that he's absolutely fine. I'm sure he has
- 44:48Speaker 1: his moments that he's frustrated. He's frustrated because as somebody
- 44:54Speaker 1: that was a mom, stay at home mom for many years,
- 44:57Speaker 1: it's not an easy job. Yeah, at all. So I
- 45:00Speaker 1: think it was something for them to talk about. I
- 45:02Speaker 1: think it's something that people probably say to her on
- 45:05Speaker 1: social media.
- 45:07Speaker 2: And it's it's you know, it's there is probably an
- 45:10Speaker 2: underlying issue. Yeah, I mean I think there's always like
- 45:15Speaker 2: a power balance between couples regardless, Oh for sure. You know,
- 45:19Speaker 2: like when the power dynamic not not the power but
- 45:21Speaker 2: like the money dynamic switches, it's yeah, you know it's different.
- 45:27Speaker 1: But essentially the group of people.
- 45:32Speaker 2: Who can we take and who could we say goodbye
- 45:34Speaker 2: to for next season? So we've got Stassy bo, Katie, Christina, Georgie, Taylor,
- 45:39Speaker 2: Teddy Rob and Georgia.
- 45:42Speaker 3: Like, do we think everyone's in a set now?
- 45:43Speaker 1: I think everyone's good. I mean I think the Taylor
- 45:45Speaker 1: girl bugs me enough that you have to have somebody that,
- 45:49Speaker 1: you know, it's kind of annoying. You have to have
- 45:50Speaker 1: somebody that's little pretentious, you have to have somebody has
- 45:52Speaker 1: a big mouth. Like I think there's a good balance
- 45:54Speaker 1: on this cast. Did you think we saw enough of Katie?
- 45:58Speaker 1: I'd like to see more Katie.
- 46:00Speaker 3: Me too, I would have liked to see more of Katie.
- 46:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean her do we want to get to
- 46:05Speaker 1: know her boyfriend better? But is this a show where
- 46:08Speaker 1: we're going to get to know Katie? Is this more
- 46:10Speaker 1: show just about her family? Yes? She's going to come
- 46:13Speaker 1: up every season or if there's a second season. Does
- 46:16Speaker 1: that mean Katie's automatically on it? Is she? I don't know.
- 46:19Speaker 2: Well, I think that's what Stossy's saying at the end,
- 46:21Speaker 2: like she's like, listen, this is my revenge, Like I'm
- 46:24Speaker 2: going to have revenge on my friends for doing this
- 46:26Speaker 2: to me. So it's a stay tuned on who's going
- 46:29Speaker 2: to get the cut after what happened on The Queen.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Do you think that this is a launch to start
- 46:33Speaker 1: bringing back some of her Vanda pump Roule's cast, No
- 46:38Speaker 1: what what in their artwork for the show. It's just her, right,
- 46:44Speaker 1: it's just her. That's a choice.
- 46:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I think that. I mean it's the
- 46:48Speaker 2: house of Stassy.
- 46:52Speaker 1: I mean, and she's the star.
- 46:53Speaker 2: She's the star, and they're all playing their parts. And
- 46:58Speaker 2: I think had I not watched it all in one day,
- 47:01Speaker 2: I think I would have been more entertained than I was.
- 47:04Speaker 2: But forcing myself to watch it, I thought it was
- 47:06Speaker 2: good editing.
- 47:08Speaker 1: I loved it. I thought it was produced very well.
- 47:11Speaker 1: I got frustrated and annoyed all at the same time
- 47:14Speaker 1: and excited to see the next season. So it was
- 47:16Speaker 1: like a ton of different. I didn't hate it at all.
- 47:19Speaker 1: And when I first first watched the first episode, I'm like,
- 47:23Speaker 1: I'm going to hate this. I'm gonna hate this. And
- 47:25Speaker 1: then I'm like, WHOA, Okay, this is good. I mean
- 47:28Speaker 1: it really like when they break the fourth wall and
- 47:30Speaker 1: there's a lot of talk about, you know, she touched
- 47:33Speaker 1: down on her cancelation and she had her two new
- 47:36Speaker 1: friends from the villa there, and she talked about I
- 47:42Speaker 1: was a little afraid when she did that. I'm like,
- 47:45Speaker 1: just looks like you're doing it. I mean I think
- 47:48Speaker 1: that was a necessity.
- 47:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I think it was a necessity.
- 47:52Speaker 1: First I was like, girl, I don't know if there's
- 47:54Speaker 1: a good idea, and it came out being a good idea.
- 47:57Speaker 1: Like she she had to address it. I think I
- 48:00Speaker 1: think so too. Do you think she should have went
- 48:02Speaker 1: more deeply into it. I think no.
- 48:06Speaker 3: I think you have to speak about what you know
- 48:07Speaker 3: about and you're.
- 48:08Speaker 1: Just she saidn't. Yeah, she did admit like when her
- 48:12Speaker 1: early days on Bandon pump Rule, like she was a
- 48:14Speaker 1: totally different person. Yeah she's changed and that helped her
- 48:18Speaker 1: change and all those kind of things.
- 48:20Speaker 2: But the EP said season two will be the fallout
- 48:24Speaker 2: of the first season. So I think that means not
- 48:28Speaker 2: everybody will be back or there will be fighting coming
- 48:31Speaker 2: leading into it.
- 48:32Speaker 1: There is a say that again, the.
- 48:34Speaker 2: EP said season two will be the fallout of the
- 48:38Speaker 2: first season.
- 48:39Speaker 1: I assume that when she was crying on the floor
- 48:41Speaker 1: of the Queen Mary and then saying she's going to
- 48:44Speaker 1: get revenge. Yeah, and her friends. But that's again, that's
- 48:47Speaker 1: the thing. If you haven't watched it, it's worth watching. Yeah,
- 48:50Speaker 1: it is. I think especially people have strong feelings of
- 48:54Speaker 1: Simople are like, I think it's more about her than
- 48:57Speaker 1: the overall show because people like I hate it.
- 49:01Speaker 3: Yeah, there's I mean, it's one.
- 49:03Speaker 2: But that being said, it's one of the most commented
- 49:05Speaker 2: on on my Instagram, like when I talk about show.
- 49:09Speaker 1: Yeah, so they got exactly.
- 49:11Speaker 3: What they wanted.
- 49:12Speaker 2: Congratulations, thanks for tuning in to another episode of to
- 49:16Speaker 2: Teas in a Pod. Tama is heading out on vacation
- 49:20Speaker 2: and I'm gonna miss her dearly.
- 49:21Speaker 1: I know. No, I'm like, can't wait to get on
- 49:25Speaker 1: that plane and go to sleep. Oh my gosh. Well,
- 49:28Speaker 1: safe travels. Thank you. Chow Bi
