- 1:46little area of it. We don't know, but we're gonna keep trying
- 1:51because we got the big mojo here at the radio ranch. Roger Sills, your host. It is the, second
- 1:57day
- 1:58of Julio,
- 2:00July.
- 2:01Special day today, but I'll tell you about it in a minute commemorating
- 2:05important things.
- 2:07Morning, Paul.
- 2:09Unknown: Critical stuff.
- 2:11Big stuff.
- 2:13Big stuff. Big freedom. Big patriot stuff.
- 2:16Unknown: Big freedom.
- 2:18Yeah.
- 2:19Kinda.
- 2:20You wanna do your part here or you want me to just roll on?
- 2:24Unknown: He's gonna do his part and he'll do it.
- 2:26Unknown: Stick with the Stick
- 2:28with the script.
- 2:30Unknown: Our website is thematrixdocs.com,
- 2:34thematrixdocs.com.
- 2:37Yes.
- 2:38And
- 2:39a free conference call is the platform we use so people can join us live on the show.
- 2:45And those
- 2:46links are on
- 2:48thematrixdocs.com.
- 2:51Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:52You know, it's a shame that, doctor Schroeder's video didn't have more penetration.
- 2:57The the movement was fairly small back then. Of course, that bombshell information of the bankruptcy was,
- 3:04you know, kept as under wraps as possible. We didn't have a lot of the Internet stuff that we've got now, so it couldn't spread. And it's just kinda gotten shoved along the side and forgotten. Everybody's going, you know, what's happening? Why have we been in this way for forty years? Folks, you've been in Babylonian
- 3:20servile voluntary
- 3:22servitude,
- 3:23the English
- 3:25form variety of slavery.
- 3:27We've collectively
- 3:28been in Babylonian captivity
- 3:31ninety five years.
- 3:33Almost a century.
- 3:35Almost
- 3:36a century where the original Israelites were only in Babylonian captivity seventy years. Why isn't this little stupid thing working here?
- 3:45Okay.
- 3:47Let me mess with something here. I guess not.
- 3:50Alright. Anyway, so that's,
- 3:52why are my headphones not on today?
- 3:56I guess so. Okay. Anyway, that we we've been longer than than the original Babylonian.
- 4:02It's,
- 4:03it's
- 4:04startling when you start understanding that stuff. You don't feel like you're in slavery. Financial
- 4:09maybe.
- 4:11But so,
- 4:13anyway, that's where we are. July 2 is the commemorative day for me personally
- 4:20is the day that I landed in Argentina
- 4:24on the move
- 4:26portion for was down there for a month, visited, took nine months to get back, got back on us. The day that I entered Argentina was this day, right, for the July 4. I remember it very well
- 4:37and all those things. So here's another commemorative date, eighteen years ago, by the way, I believe that was.
- 4:44So now as I told Paul, there's very few times that I have to rip myself away
- 4:51from, well, something I'm watching to come do the radio program,
- 4:55and especially lately since we hadn't had a morning show in a while.
- 4:59Well, I started last night on the latest Tucker episode.
- 5:03I don't know. Probably some of you might have already watched it. I don't know when he dumped it yesterday.
- 5:09And Tucker's gotta be one of the hardest working guys in the Patriot movement, folks. I'm a tell you him and Alex.
- 5:15Unknown: Gotta be.
- 5:16Unknown: So,
- 5:17I watched it last night in lead up. You know, he does his little monologue thing for a while, and then he introduces the guest. Well, the guest, and some of you are gonna gonna wanna go watch this. I'm sure there's a guy named Steve Baker.
- 5:29Now that may not be a household word in our community, Steve Baker or name,
- 5:35but, he's the guy that here as of a cup about a year or so ago,
- 5:41he's the one that went back. He's continually
- 5:43on this January 6 thing for years now,
- 5:46and he's the one that spotted the pipe bomber and the gate and all that stuff where they hadn't hadn't done anything on it in five years, and he,
- 5:54kind of identifies somebody. And then the next day, the FBI's got a got a culprit. You know? The black guy who's kinda autistic.
- 6:03So, anyway, that's why I'm watching it. I've just gotten into part of the early parts in his story, and some of the tidbits he's bringing are just really fascinating.
- 6:13Here's one for you, Paul.
- 6:15You may have heard that after
- 6:18oh, who's our FBI director got in there, the Indian guy That's Patel. Who I've lost, yeah, I've lost a lot of a lot of faith in. Anyway, he came to congress and said there was 240
- 6:30some 41 FBI agents
- 6:33that were at the, confab that day on January 6. Remember that? You may not. A lot of details and stuff.
- 6:40It turns out
- 6:42that those were 241
- 6:44FBI agents that they called
- 6:46to come to the thing
- 6:48that weren't didn't show up till 04:00 or after.
- 6:52So he wasn't talking about the active agents in the crowd or do anything.
- 6:57They were lying again and deflecting
- 7:00over to 240
- 7:01agents they had called to come in and came and showed up with all traditional new FBI little things in one, the FBI in the back and their hats and all their identifying,
- 7:11merch.
- 7:13Just just that little piece. So, anyway, he's getting into a whole lot of, details.
- 7:19One, a military group that's above the seals
- 7:23and and the rangers are stuff that nobody even talks about. I've never even heard of them.
- 7:29K?
- 7:30And and that's what he says that nobody's ever heard of these guys. They don't even relate to themselves
- 7:35internally.
- 7:36So, anyway, fascinating
- 7:38interview as soon as we finish today.
- 7:41I'll be right over there finishing that one up, I can tell you, right now.
- 7:46So good morning to the group.
- 7:48How are you doing? It's, the, Thursday edition. Oh, Thursday.
- 7:52That means Paul's got the double duty today. No. Not today.
- 7:56Unknown: No. Is Tuesday.
- 7:59Unknown: Today is Tuesday? Am I that bad off?
- 8:02Yikes.
- 8:03Okay. I guess I am. Yeah. I think you're right. Yeah. Because yeah. Okay. Sorry. My bad. I'm just totally spaced. I thought I heard Rick come in Rick is Thursday.
- 8:15Unknown: No. No. No. No. No. I'm that bad off.
- 8:19Okay. Apparently, I've got brain baker or something like that. Gonna be 45
- 8:24degrees here Uh-huh. Today.
- 8:27Uh-huh. Today is Thursday.
- 8:29Unknown: Oh my I thought so. I'm usually not too bad on the days. I mean, I am about to be turned 78 here. You gotta cut me a little, like, a little edge. You know?
- 8:40Unknown: Is
- 8:41Unknown: well, where where the hell Regardless, we're gonna find out. I hope we'll find out. I don't know, man. Things are getting so bad over there where Paul is, Paul English.
- 8:50It gets ridiculous. They I don't know if they arrested a guy or they just won't let him come into England, an American lawyer
- 8:57who wrote something on a social media post, and they won't let him come to England?
- 9:03They, you know, they they arrested,
- 9:05or or detained and really hassled George Galloway,
- 9:08a former member of parliament, and his wife coming back.
- 9:14They're going around the houses and ripping people's air conditioners out
- 9:19by the roots by the roots, Paul. I'm telling you.
- 9:22So
- 9:23it's pretty pretty interesting over there, man. I'm I'm sure sorry for those folks.
- 9:29And it's getting
- 9:30we're getting to a boiling point on this whole thing. It's coming. How how
- 9:35You see it coming.
- 9:36Unknown: How can they do that?
- 9:39How can they do that? Go
- 9:42onto a person's property and
- 9:44damage or rip out their air conditioning?
- 9:48Unknown: Ash Paul? They did. What authority did they do? Ash Paul, there are bunch of damn tyrants over there, man.
- 9:54But that's what I heard. Not only one,
- 9:57two units,
- 9:58and told the guy who was on the 1st Floor say, well, listen. Just open your door and your windows. Yeah. Let all the Muslims come crash in. You know? It's just unbelievable.
- 10:10Unbelievable. I'm glad here we don't have air conditioning or heating,
- 10:15really. So I don't have to worry about that.
- 10:18Unknown: Morning. Anyway yeah. Yeah. Rick, you were trying to say something, buddy. Good morning to you. Good morning. I think Mark's here, and maybe he might have, had a chance to look at Jerry's info.
- 10:30Unknown: Oh, I hope so. Mark, are you with us? I don't hear an argh.
- 10:34Unknown: Argh.
- 10:35Unknown: Well, he might be working in the background just having monitoring.
- 10:39I don't know. But if you're able to crash in, Mark, we'd love to hear your voice. It's been months.
- 10:47Excuse me.
- 10:51I just love those sinuses. Thanks, mom.
- 10:55Yes. Let's see. What else, what else is going on that we can,
- 11:00can yak about? We got,
- 11:03I hadn't heard too much news. It doesn't seem like.
- 11:06The
- 11:07whole Iran thing is listen, folks. They're talking about the Iran thing
- 11:13going on until next spring.
- 11:16Unknown: Oh,
- 11:17Unknown: folks, if the Iran blockage thing and this thing doesn't get straightened out that these damn Netanyahu and his and his wacko bunch got us into,
- 11:28folks, it's gonna be it's gonna be real difficult lifestyle.
- 11:32This thing goes on another
- 11:34what would that be? Like, eight, nine months?
- 11:37Folks, it's it's it's getting real serious. Okay? Well,
- 11:42Unknown: if if the Iran thing continues on and fuel is a problem,
- 11:46things like that,
- 11:48I think I'm covered because there is a significant
- 11:52standing dead
- 11:53tree in the backyard
- 11:55of my house that's gotta be cut down. I'll just cut it and split it, stack that stuff, and it's already standing dead. It's already seasoned.
- 12:05It may not be Oh, that's good. It may not be great firewood,
- 12:08Unknown: but it will burn. So Do we know what kind of tree it is?
- 12:12Unknown: Yeah. It's some kind of an elm tree, but but it's it's
- 12:17it's
- 12:18lousy firewood,
- 12:20Unknown: but Mhmm. Any wood is better than no wood at all. Do you have a do you have a little fireplace in there? You're gonna put a wood burning stove in, an outlawed wood burning stove or what?
- 12:30Unknown: No. I'm there is nothing in there yet, but
- 12:35There may be. I think that would behoove me.
- 12:38Uh-huh. I do too. In there. I do too. I do too. I got a of I got a lot of rehab to do to the roof.
- 12:45A good third of the roof is like in
- 12:49so disrepair, it's gonna have to be stripped off and re shingled,
- 12:53and I'm working on getting shingles
- 12:55for it.
- 12:57But
- 12:58seeing as I've gotta rip the roof off anyway,
- 13:02I mean, that's the perfect place to put a stovepipe.
- 13:05Unknown: So I think let's do it. Well, hopefully, we'll get y'all snuggled in bug like a bug and rug down there as the saying goes. And folks, if you hadn't you're just stumbling in,
- 13:16you hadn't been around for a while, we're moving Paul. We're on the escape from New York tour. We're at the first part of it now. It lasts,
- 13:23it's gonna last another couple of weeks before he gets actually out of there, it appears.
- 13:28But, anything you can do to help us, there's a a set of ways to get, funds to Paul there at the website underneath my picture. I guess you've enlarged that and updated it.
- 13:39Yeah. And all that stuff. And we had, we had, wow, we had about $350
- 13:45came in yesterday when when Annie's challenge was met, and Rich came came up dug deep and came out of his pockets a little bit on it. And so we make a little bit of progress. We're gonna continue to make some more, but we have to. I mean, this isn't this is a tango cake. You know? That that means you got to. You got to go to Oklahoma and get out of there. We want you out of there. I told you yesterday,
- 14:10mentioned about the, I don't know if it's a book or a paper or something, but some lawyer wrote it, and the title of it, thought, was very apropos. It said, New York, the state of the law forgot.
- 14:23Yeah.
- 14:24You know, I'm a look title of a paper.
- 14:27Unknown: I was gonna look for that book. Thank you for reminding me. I'm gonna look for it right now.
- 14:33Unknown: New York, the the state, the law forgot.
- 14:38Jurassic
- 14:39Park of sorts. Well, we wanna get Paul out of there.
- 14:43And,
- 14:44and we're kicking around
- 14:46kicking around, go ahead and signing up for, Alex Jones' affiliate program. Let's talk about his stuff a little bit on here. But a lot of times, I'm begging y'all to say something. Nobody has anything to say, so we'll just fill that with Alex Jones product promotion.
- 15:02And the reason I say that is you were having the scrap for, you know, a little bit of funds to get,
- 15:08to get mister p down to,
- 15:10okay.
- 15:12And he Alex was saying the other day, they got one of their affiliates just making $20
- 15:17plus a month.
- 15:18K? I mean, it may be hella vocation for somebody. Okay?
- 15:23But, if we could nail even a little bit out of that, it wouldn't take too much of just compile and
- 15:30and and we can buy things or if you we need things to come up technically or things that can improve what we do. We'll have some cash here. We don't have to go in and pillage on y'all.
- 15:40Beg your all that stuff, which I hate doing. I don't want I don't I just gotten where I just don't care about money. You know? I I I don't care. There's nothing I want that that I gotta have,
- 15:52that I gotta have extra cash for, none of that stuff. I just
- 15:57as I've said on here numerous times, to me, less is more. K? The less I have, the more happiness I've got because I got less things infringing on me from all this crap that I owe stuff to now.
- 16:11So, anyway, but that's just me. You may be different. You may want the big house on the hill, live up there by
- 16:17Guggenheim and whoever else,
- 16:20but, not for me. Thank you. More problems.
- 16:23I don't want money to be my god. I don't wanna worship my god, and I want him to help me. I want him to continue to put his hands on me and help guide my life where I can accomplish things like we're doing this right here.
- 16:38Okay? Because these are the things that matter.
- 16:41These are the things of substance.
- 16:44K? And they are the things that blow my dress up, so to speak, Paul. Was that Alex Borres
- 16:52Unknown: that wrote that?
- 16:54Unknown: I have no idea. I didn't hear him give a name. I just heard the the catchy title of what he was say doing.
- 17:00Unknown: Okay. Well well,
- 17:02the big g's AI says,
- 17:05New York, the state the law forgot is a colloquial colloquial
- 17:08phrase
- 17:09that generally refers to New York's complex, overlapping, and sometimes bizarre collection
- 17:15of outdated dormant or highly specific statutes that govern daily life.
- 17:21It highlights scenarios where either the letter of the law is ignored in practice,
- 17:26or where state regulations
- 17:28differ drastically from
- 17:30common sense expectations,
- 17:33and
- 17:34Unknown: I'm not able to find an actual book of that time. Okay. Well, I I I heard it just mentioned. I thought it was clever, and I thought it applied to Paul and where we are with that whole
- 17:45thing.
- 17:47So I mentioned it. Anyway, he's quite clever. And
- 17:51here's here's another Steve Baker was just talking about his arraignment.
- 17:56He went through an arraignment.
- 17:58I won't spoil the whole story for you, but he's in there on the judge the day after the election.
- 18:05November
- 18:06fifth or sixth of
- 18:09of twenty twenty four,
- 18:11and the judge that hated Trump and all those guys comes in. He's he they're trying to trap him. They charge him with four misdemeanors,
- 18:19and they're not even felonies.
- 18:21So because they're misdemeanors, he just pleads guilty to them and stops what they were trying to use them for on him. And so
- 18:28he he said the judge came in. He ripped up everyone. No. No. No. No. And he said, what else is And no First Amendment defense in this courtroom.
- 18:39That's the old don't bring that document up in my courtroom.
- 18:46Guess what, Steve? You're a fourteenth amendment citizen, buddy. That's why that's happening.
- 18:51We can't get our information to anybody where they'll understand.
- 18:56Alex Jones.
- 18:57The the the the Bloomberg attorney say, nope. Nope. They're we're gonna take Alex Jones' name. We own it,
- 19:03and he doesn't have access to the thirteenth amendment.
- 19:07And
- 19:09he comes on talks about it on the show. I've already mentioned it innumerable times. Nobody ever explains why.
- 19:16Nobody ever explains why the Bloomberg,
- 19:19attorneys obviously know what the scam is
- 19:22because they're excluding him from the thirteenth amendment because he's always told him he's a fourteenth amendment citizen.
- 19:28He's always agreed with the two questions.
- 19:31He applied for passports and didn't differentiate.
- 19:34He did all that. So guess you don't have access to the thirteenth
- 19:38because that's for state citizens, Alex. Sorry.
- 19:42We're not gonna tell you that. We're talking about it on the air. We'll never mention it. Nobody knows the damn reason why,
- 19:49but it's only in front of thirty, fifty, a 100,000,000 people or so.
- 19:53Nobody knows the answer.
- 19:55Do you ever ask anybody ever ask why? No. Guy in a courtroom, you don't have access to the First Amendment. Oh,
- 20:02why?
- 20:03Why? Why? Why? I feel like a two year old kid. Why, daddy? Why?
- 20:09Roger. Oh, and you wonder why I get so effing frustrated
- 20:14at times?
- 20:16Nobody brings up doctor Eugene Schroeder's work. He's public work. Why are we in this damn shit? Cause we've been in Babylonian captivity for ninety five years.
- 20:26Nobody knows it. Nobody talks about it. It's just under the bridge. Gone and forgotten, Larry.
- 20:33Gone and forgotten.
- 20:35No.
- 20:36Not gone.
- 20:38No. Not forgotten.
- 20:40We talk about it. We're gonna continue to talk about it. And one of these days, Larry,
- 20:46one of these frigging days,
- 20:48we're gonna get to somebody of importance who's gonna listen and resonate with this material. Don't know which day it's gonna be. I get up. I feel like Mel Fisher. You know? Remember, we've talked about old Mel Fisher.
- 21:01You know? Today's the day. Today's the day. Maybe today's the day. I don't know. Every day, that's my hope, though. Yes. Larry.
- 21:10Unknown: Yeah. Good morning.
- 21:12Getting back to the the the Iranian war,
- 21:16I was curious to find out how much it cost The United States and Israel
- 21:22to execute this war,
- 21:24and I've got some statistics here. So The United States spends
- 21:29approximately
- 21:30435,000,000
- 21:31per day
- 21:33specifically
- 21:34to enforce its naval blockade,
- 21:37and that consists of 15 US warships
- 21:41which are deployed to secure the gateway, which is the Strait Of Hormuz.
- 21:46In the broader war context,
- 21:48when factoring in the entirety of the broader campaign against Iran, which is called Operation Epic Fury,
- 21:55The total burn daily burn rate for the US military has historically peaked
- 22:01between 800 90,000,000
- 22:02and 1,000,000,000 per day during periods of heavy missile exchanges and airstrikes.
- 22:10It costs approximately $600,000
- 22:12a day to run a destroyer,
- 22:16and and that's because
- 22:18firing multimillion dollar interceptor missiles to shoot down low cost Iranian drones
- 22:24creates that major expense. And then I asked
- 22:28I don't think much does Israel
- 22:31spend on the war? Nothing.
- 22:33Nothing.
- 22:34Well,
- 22:35they have a $49,000,000,000
- 22:37annual budget
- 22:39to sustain their multi front war efforts.
- 22:43And so this translates to
- 22:46an average of roughly a 134,000,000
- 22:49per day across all
- 22:52operations,
- 22:54though active strikes against
- 22:57long range Iranian targets caused massive spending spikes.
- 23:01I also wanted to find out where Israel gets its military funding.
- 23:06And Quote for lies. They get it through
- 23:09yeah. Well, yeah, a combination of domestic
- 23:12national revenue and heavily structured
- 23:15foreign assistance,
- 23:16and that translates into The United States assisting them.
- 23:21Unknown: Very costly.
- 23:22Like Ellison. The United like Ellison.
- 23:25People like Ellison
- 23:26with all of his Oracle and CBS,
- 23:29and, he's the biggest contributor in the world to the IDF, Ellison,
- 23:33for whatever that's worth. It's, it's repulsive, folks. And this little this little parasite,
- 23:40this little frigging parasite,
- 23:43it's been sucking this out of us for all of these decades.
- 23:47Still doing it.
- 23:48And now they're about to get this NDAA
- 23:51and the intelligence bill passed
- 23:53where they're gonna merge with our government to the highest levels.
- 23:58They'll have a guy, a new position created at the top of each one of these hierarchies.
- 24:03He doesn't have to report to congress.
- 24:05He doesn't have to report to anybody.
- 24:08Get that? Do you get that? He doesn't report to anybody,
- 24:13and that's gonna be their guy at all those positions. Book it. Book it. Okay?
- 24:18That's what I'm saying. You read the tea leaves, folks.
- 24:22Unknown: Well, they can't do it except by treaty.
- 24:25Unknown: You know? They can they can do it legislation.
- 24:28No.
- 24:28Yeah. NDAA.
- 24:30Unknown: Yeah. But the National Defense
- 24:33Unknown: thing.
- 24:34Unknown: Yeah. The National Defense Authorization Act. Yes. Yeah.
- 24:38They they can't
- 24:40do that. They cannot surrender the sovereignty of The United States to a
- 24:45sovereign country
- 24:47without a treaty.
- 24:49Unknown: Oh, okay. Well, Paul says that, but I guarantee you there ain't gonna be no effing treaty, Paul. They're just gonna do it. They're gonna shove it up our barracks bag.
- 24:58Unknown: Yeah. Well, they're Okay. They're doing it administratively,
- 25:01and they're doing it by presumption.
- 25:03It's unconstitutional.
- 25:05The supreme court will will strike it down, or we'll just Oh, yeah. Like every
- 25:11Unknown: Yeah. Like, after anybody ever wants to believe anything from the freaking Supreme Court again after the birthright decision this week, by the way, which Trump is trying to executive overturn.
- 25:25Unknown: Mhmm.
- 25:26Unknown: K?
- 25:27So, yeah, that whole thing is a mess. It's just a total disaster.
- 25:33You know? Yeah. Oh, yeah. What what did he say? You can't have open borders and free welfare.
- 25:39Those two things cannot exist,
- 25:41or you can kiss your little country bye bye.
- 25:44You can't have open borders in a welfare state. Can't have it.
- 25:49They'll eat your ass up.
- 25:51Unknown: What we need is is a list of all of the lawmakers that have proposed or supported
- 25:57compromising
- 25:57the sovereignty of The United States to Israel,
- 26:01and we need to campaign
- 26:03or or do something to
- 26:07nullify
- 26:08their position in congress and just get them booted out. Recall them all.
- 26:12Okay.
- 26:14Unknown: Well, yeah, I mean, it just
- 26:16we tried recalling Gavin Newsom out there about the last year before last year. Remember that? Is that you, Rick? Who's trying to say something? No. It's Joe. It's me.
- 26:25Hello, Joe.
- 26:27Unknown: I'm on with what you're saying. I listened to video
- 26:31the other day.
- 26:32It's an interview of Mel Kay.
- 26:36Unknown: Yeah. She's sharp.
- 26:38Very sharp gal.
- 26:40Unknown: Went in she went into
- 26:42things that have transpired
- 26:45just before, during, and after the second World War. And I can't remember the name of the legislation,
- 26:51and the act that was passed,
- 26:54but this
- 26:57discussion hinged around basically
- 26:59the Dulles brothers
- 27:01and their colonies.
- 27:03Unknown: Oh, yeah. They're they're
- 27:05Unknown: interesting, but that that act that was passed, I think it was in '45,
- 27:10prohibited
- 27:12any investigation
- 27:15to
- 27:16the f FBI, CIA, and I don't know what else.
- 27:20I mean, it was very interesting
- 27:23discussion.
- 27:25Unknown: Comet?
- 27:26Unknown: They got 17 of them now, Joe. 17 intelligence
- 27:30agencies.
- 27:32Miss Yep. Julie.
- 27:34Miss Julie has appeared on radar.
- 27:37Yes, ma'am.
- 27:39Unknown: Yeah. Hi, Joe. I've seen all of her videos, and I bought her book, and it's
- 27:44I said
- 27:46Did I get her book or am I confusing her with somebody else? I either bought somebody else's book or I pre ordered her book. I can't remember. I think I bought her book. Anyway,
- 27:55haven't
- 27:58read it yet, but I'll tell you that she's amazing. I watched the same video that
- 28:03you watched, Joe. And it's correct. All of these three letter agencies and it's not just the three letter agencies in the District Of Columbia, it's all the nefarious
- 28:13NGOs like the World Peace Organization,
- 28:17IMF,
- 28:18Unknown: the World Bank. Excuse me, first all, it's
- 28:21Unknown: the International
- 28:22Organizations
- 28:23Immunity Act.
- 28:25Unknown: Yes.
- 28:26Thank you. Thank you. Exactly.
- 28:28Unknown: Well Thank you. And To to Yes. If I may add one little tidbit here, did you all get out of that discussion
- 28:35that the Dulles brothers were not
- 28:38American citizens, but they were Swiss?
- 28:41Unknown: Yep.
- 28:42D I think it's d u l l e s brothers,
- 28:46Unknown: del Dulles. Dulles. Alan Dulles is the one that founded the CIA,
- 28:51and John Foster Dulles was the
- 28:55secretary of state under, I think it was
- 28:58Unknown: Eisenhower?
- 28:59Eisenhower. Yes.
- 29:01Unknown: And I remember this as a kid, as a child,
- 29:04them talking about John Foster Dulles. I never remember I do too, Joe.
- 29:09Don't remember
- 29:10Alan Dallas, but I do remember John Foster Dallas.
- 29:13Unknown: Yep. I remember those names being yep. Alright. Hold on. We'll get to May in a second. Joe, are you finished? Thank you for that. Yeah. Pretty much. And that was bring that up. I thought it was very interesting with the birthright citizenship and all that. Uh-huh.
- 29:27And that was passed in '45,
- 29:29the Immunities Act for Intelligence Agencies?
- 29:33As I remember, that's the case. Well, you can see them setting up the structure. Alright. You had a comment there.
- 29:39Unknown: Yeah. Dave here. Good morning.
- 29:42Just here's a little tidbit about the Dulles brothers.
- 29:46John F. Kennedy fired Alan Dulles,
- 29:49and then Alan Dulles headed up the Warren Commission.
- 29:54Unknown: Right.
- 29:55Unknown: I wield.
- 30:00Unknown: Yeah. You can't make this stuff up.
- 30:02Unknown: I think I believe they were responsible for the Bay Of Pigs.
- 30:06Yep.
- 30:07Right.
- 30:09Excuse me.
- 30:12So here we are.
- 30:16You want to
- 30:18dial up the fifth chapter
- 30:21of our buddies over there, Paul. We may need that. We'll see who else comes to the table.
- 30:27We hadn't picked that up again from the
- 30:30from the wonderful
- 30:32Sassoons, the Sassoon family of another
- 30:35Jewish extraction. I I you you gotta hand it. Whatever it is their religion or something gives these people a
- 30:44fanaticism
- 30:45to worship
- 30:47money.
- 30:49May be it it it's a talent or drive internally.
- 30:52I don't know.
- 30:54But their whole deal has to has to revolve around finances
- 30:58and currency and wealth.
- 31:00Amazing.
- 31:02Credit where credit is due.
- 31:05Although Probably. Most of them probably most
- 31:07of them probably stole most of what they've got or scammed.
- 31:11Yes, Lisa?
- 31:13Unknown: I I'm a little late joining in. Have you guys discussed the people? I think it was yesterday. There was a couple that climbed the
- 31:20Empire State Building, I think it was.
- 31:23Unknown: I hadn't even heard about top?
- 31:26Unknown: To the tippy top, and evidently, the Russians
- 31:29Unknown: what, Russ?
- 31:30Never mind. And and and they had a banner,
- 31:34and and it's a old saying
- 31:36that's attributed to Jimi Hendrix, but it's from the eighteen hundreds actually.
- 31:40If the power of love could conquer the love of power,
- 31:45the world would know peace.
- 31:47So, you know, they were allowed to get away with doing that. But They were Russian nationals,
- 31:52Unknown: like, said on the news, Lisa. Yeah. Russian. Okay. I didn't even hear about it. Yeah. Russian nationals, though, they called them.
- 32:01Unknown: Well, then whenever they're referring to people from another country, often they label them as nationals, Dave. I've noticed over the years.
- 32:09Unknown: There's nothing new. Yep. It's more and more prevalent.
- 32:12You know, they arrested them. They sent men
- 32:15in helmets climbing
- 32:17that tower to arrest them on their way down. They took them in custody while they were climbing down from the top, and all they did, they went up there to propose to each other.
- 32:29Unknown: Okay. Well,
- 32:31Unknown: that's pretty I had that banner, though, that they displayed up there now. Yeah. How'd they get that up there?
- 32:37As I said, you know, they were allowed.
- 32:40Absolutely.
- 32:42Unknown: And
- 32:43what did the bay oh, that banner said that that thing is the If the power of love could conquer the love of power,
- 32:51Unknown: the world will know peace.
- 32:53Unknown: That's probably true. Had a
- 32:56Unknown: poster on our one of our walls, and that's it says that it's a quote from
- 33:02who's the black apartheid guy in Africa? He got who was in prison? Malcolm X. Wife. Yeah. Mandela.
- 33:10Yeah.
- 33:12Mandela.
- 33:13Unknown: No. It goes back to because I went and looked the quote up now, and I can't think of the guy's name, but he lived from, like, eighteen o nine to 1880
- 33:22Unknown: or something like that. Black. I believe you, Lisa. I'm just saying my wife's got something that says Mandela said it. You know, it's one of his famous quotes.
- 33:32Unknown: He was a fraud. A lot
- 33:35Unknown: of people attributed
- 33:36to Jimi Hendrix
- 33:38as I said also, and, no, he's not the originator.
- 33:41Unknown: They were dropping acid at the time, so you gotta forgive them, Lisa.
- 33:47Yeah.
- 33:48And
- 33:51you may have been doing it too
- 33:53because I was.
- 33:55Those days are long gone.
- 33:57I've
- 33:58I long ago found
- 34:00what I was searching for, which is this.
- 34:03I don't need to go taking drugs to go look for truth in life because I found it.
- 34:10Trying to get it over across to all you folks and others that
- 34:15maybe haven't even been touched by this information yet.
- 34:19I know, there's a
- 34:21we got a whole lot of ground left to plow.
- 34:24It's getting more fertile by the day, the ground,
- 34:28it would appear,
- 34:30and we got a very powerful message. It's really exciting. I you'd think, and I would have thought for all these years still, I'm still of that optimistic mindset
- 34:40that one of these days is gonna be Mel Fisher. Today is the day.
- 34:45Today is the day we're gonna reach somebody.
- 34:47There's gonna be one of those, and we had it happen, just never panned out anything from it. Some of you will remember it.
- 34:54It's maybe about three or four years ago, Paul.
- 34:57That guy, all of a sudden, comes on and goes, do you know what you've got here? Do you know what you've got?
- 35:05I'm going, I oh, I do.
- 35:08Man, do you wanna be on Alex Jones? I know doctor Reba
- 35:13Labo. We work together on all kinds of stuff. We can do all this. And he was around for a day or a minute or two and never heard from him since.
- 35:22Thought, man, you know, I talk about Todd Callender, this
- 35:26dynamite guy on
- 35:28from
- 35:29Colorado.
- 35:30Didn't know he lived in The Bahamas. But, anyway, international
- 35:33lawyer, all this kind of stuff. Taught raving about Todd Calendar when he comes on the scene, and one of our good guys gets me set up with a private consult with you at two hours with Todd Calendar on the phone. Just me and Todd.
- 35:47Todd didn't get it. Well, what do you do when you lay this out and somebody just flat ass doesn't get it? What do you do?
- 35:56An attorney, especially,
- 35:59of some renown.
- 36:01So
- 36:02you that's why I say I don't get excited about any of these potentials that may be coming up. Uh-huh. You know?
- 36:09And
- 36:10we keep exploring
- 36:12and trying to press the envelope and see if we can get some of these people.
- 36:16But I never get excited about it,
- 36:19because of all these events,
- 36:21Jeff Rents included.
- 36:23Just all of these different events, and then the anomaly.
- 36:28This is what scrambles your brain. It's the anomaly
- 36:32Unknown: of Senator Westall. I
- 36:35don't think we're gonna make any headway at all with attorneys
- 36:38in general
- 36:39because,
- 36:40you know, just case in point, look at how
- 36:43how what a beating
- 36:45it took
- 36:47I know with Brent. Brent Winters just to get
- 36:50just to get his arms around him.
- 36:53Unknown: That's right. And and the other ones are kinda scared, I think. But the thing is is they're the ones that understand these concepts or we're supposed to think they do. We find out when we get to talking to them. Hell, they don't even know the legal concept behind the meaning of the word person.
- 37:10Unknown: That's right. But attorney. Attorney.
- 37:12Two hours with type calendar ain't shit.
- 37:15If Brent Witters took months to to get it,
- 37:18Unknown: two hours with type two He was he was already buying into a lot of the Anivan Wright stuff they were feeding him. He was already
- 37:28right up tied at the hip with
- 37:30Anne Vandersteel
- 37:31because she'd ridden back with him two hours from
- 37:35the tenth circuit argument he made in the car. So they were she'd gone and visited him in. He was already open to these concepts,
- 37:44Unknown: but he just didn't get our approach. And there was there was yet another disappointment,
- 37:51Anne Vandersteel.
- 37:52You know? I talked to her for a couple of hours. She got it. Yeah. Yeah. And then And then she fled it.
- 37:59She jumped right on to the Anne of Own Rights bandwagon.
- 38:03Unknown: Well, just right back into the whole stream again. So so folks, that's when I tell you how rare you are and how special you are to me. Is because all that right there and none of that took. Okay?
- 38:17Unknown: Sure.
- 38:18Unknown: Well, I'll just keep looking,
- 38:20and we'll keep finding folks. It's just slow,
- 38:24and I would have never
- 38:25believed
- 38:26believe it would unfurl
- 38:29Unknown: this way. Never. Roger, you can't have anything meaningful if you're willing to give it away. Don't you know?
- 38:36Unknown: Well, I do know, but the other side is I don't wanna charge people because I wanna affect change. If I wanna affect change, I know I've been in the patriot community
- 38:47long enough. You know, most of us don't have two damn nickels to rub together together.
- 38:52Okay? So if I'm charging people, I'm expecting to build and affect change. Well, that ain't gonna happen.
- 38:59So you gotta give it away.
- 39:01And I don't wanna be stuck with trying to account for this and account for that. Okay. I was on somebody's show, and you paid me $5,000,
- 39:09Lisa. Who the hell do I have to give this 2,500
- 39:12to? You know, whatever, all that stuff. I just don't wanna mess with money. I don't like it. I don't really don't like it. I think it ruins people.
- 39:22I think you're either totally screwed up worrying about how to get more or totally screwed up worrying about who's gonna steal what you got from you. And your life is never settled.
- 39:35I want life with as few problems
- 39:37as possible so that I can just enjoy it.
- 39:40You know, I worked real hard in my adult life. I've made a lot of sacrifices.
- 39:45As I was telling Julie,
- 39:47yesterday, I've made sacrifices
- 39:49to get where I am. I didn't just delight atop some damn mountain in South America.
- 39:55I've gone through a lot of holy shit to get here. Okay? Because I knew what I was looking for because I understood this information years ago.
- 40:04And the whole thing about all this being free stuff
- 40:08is knowing what freedom is so that they're not constantly
- 40:12setting you up to mow you back down and steal
- 40:17what you've accomplished.
- 40:20Oh, put your money in this IRA over here. Do all this.
- 40:25I said, man, you do that, they're gonna steal it. I promise you. Look you look who you're dealing with. Look who these people are. They're rotten thieves.
- 40:34They can't stand
- 40:35to see a pile of gold
- 40:38or currency or anything else over there that they don't have their rotten little hands on. They can't stand it.
- 40:45I mean, it must be like they're sitting there just wringing their hands,
- 40:49looking at that big pile of currency and these pension funds. They're going, Trump. Trump, please please get this thing passed so we can go in with our private equity funds and start stealing all that. We can't stand it.
- 41:03Can't you just see him doing that?
- 41:05Of course, you can.
- 41:07Yep.
- 41:08So,
- 41:09anyway,
- 41:10hi.
- 41:11How's everybody on Tuesday? I mean, Thursday. I mean, hell, we don't even know what damn day it is. No. It's it's Thursday. That was my bad.
- 41:21Unknown: It's either the heat or the days have just kinda melted into one another because either I'm doing the show or unpacking or cleaning or chasing the cat or whatever.
- 41:32So
- 41:33Unknown: Doing something.
- 41:34Good grief. Oh, we have a we're here to free people actually from this mess,
- 41:40believe it or not. So if you're one of those people that heard about this and you're hearing me rant on my soapboxes,
- 41:47I'm am apt to do these days.
- 41:50We're really here for you. We love you. We want to if you've if you've got this information across your path that resonated with you, you wanna find out more, you either, a, don't believe it, b, I've gotta be some kind of a nut job, c, I'm lying to you. None of those things apply. He said, what we have here is a program that's a result of over a hundred years, one hundred years of research, illegal and historical nature of three men's lives.
- 42:16And we were able to put together
- 42:19how the Gordian knot was tied
- 42:23and therefore
- 42:24have been able to untie it for you.
- 42:28It's simple,
- 42:30really.
- 42:30It's very inexpensive.
- 42:32It's nonconfrontational.
- 42:34You don't have to hire an attorney. You don't have to go to court. You don't have to do any of that stuff,
- 42:40but you can be free from these
- 42:42blood thieving, slaving bastards.
- 42:45I sense somebody's got a mic open that wants to say something. It sounds like Larry
- 42:50is that guy.
- 42:52Yes, Larry.
- 42:53Unknown: Yeah. You mentioned, it's best to,
- 42:57not own a lot of stuff because it ties you down. Less is more, I guess, is your motto.
- 43:01Unknown: Yes.
- 43:02Yeah.
- 43:04Unknown: Yeah. Have you ever heard of Pavel Durov?
- 43:08Unknown: I have not. C
- 43:10Unknown: t u r o v.
- 43:13Unknown: Telegram.
- 43:14Telegram.
- 43:17Unknown: So, anyway
- 43:20Unknown: Hold on. Hold just a telegram. We have a telegram at the door.
- 43:26Everybody's supposed to go to telegram?
- 43:29Unknown: No. Pavel
- 43:31Daraf
- 43:32is the CEO of Telegram.
- 43:35Unknown: Oh, that guy. Okay. Gotcha. Yeah. Yeah. I've seen him interviewed. Got it. Short guy. I
- 43:42Unknown: thought she was, saying that there's a message
- 43:45incoming message.
- 43:47Unknown: Yes. No. She was saying he's the guy that originated Telegram.
- 43:50Unknown: Good guy. So, anyway, he was interviewed by Tucker Carlson. Are you aware of that?
- 43:57Unknown: I didn't see it, I don't believe.
- 44:01I'm
- 44:02but, no, I I was not aware of that.
- 44:05Unknown: Okay. Well, he is worth
- 44:07$15,000,000,000.
- 44:09That's with a b. $15,000,000,000.
- 44:13And
- 44:14here's what he told
- 44:17Tucker Carlson when he was being interviewed.
- 44:20He intentionally
- 44:22avoids purchasing because Tucker Carlson could not believe
- 44:26when when
- 44:28when mister Durov told him that he owns nothing.
- 44:32And so
- 44:34Tucker Carlson
- 44:36wanted to,
- 44:37you know, further question him on that. And so what mister Durov said was he intentionally avoids purchasing physical properties,
- 44:46islands,
- 44:47or jets.
- 44:48He prioritizes
- 44:50absolute personal freedom over material possessions,
- 44:54noting that owning such assets ties
- 44:57him down to specific locations
- 45:00and shifts his focus away from building and running his platform.
- 45:05Good for him. He gave an example of he doesn't own a jet because
- 45:11if he owned a jet, he would have to be there spending time on maintaining it
- 45:16and making payments on it and just spending all kinds of time,
- 45:21you know, trying to take care of it. So he just doesn't he just decided not to own one. So he doesn't have it. Guys. Properties like Tell you a story. Sorry,
- 45:31Unknown: Roger.
- 45:32Unknown: That's alright. I'm telling you a story.
- 45:34When I was in the record business working for Infinity, the last
- 45:38corporate job I had there, Ron Alexenberg
- 45:41was president. I've told you all about him before.
- 45:45Little kinda plumpy little Jewish guy from Chicago, street guy, had good ears,
- 45:51had had gotten involved in the industry, worked for CBS, ended up in New York doing very well, and they
- 45:58they took us one of their little side labels called Epic Records
- 46:03and gave it to a Lexenberg and said, so do what you wanna do. And he took it from a $20,000,000
- 46:08a year company
- 46:09to a $220,000,000
- 46:12a year company.
- 46:14Some of the acts that you would know that he found Dan Fogleberg,
- 46:19Sly and the Family Stone,
- 46:21Cheap Trick,
- 46:23just a myriad of acts. He had real good ears. Okay?
- 46:27And so
- 46:29he left Epic and went over and founded Infinity.
- 46:32But some of the investors were the people that owned Abba.
- 46:36I had a little fling going with his personal secretary,
- 46:39so I I know some of the inside stuff that was going on there.
- 46:43The the couple that owns Abba,
- 46:45were part of his finance
- 46:47and as was MCA
- 46:49at the time, Music Corporation of America.
- 46:52And so
- 46:54I think I've told y'all the story about when I got almost got in a fight with one of the Eagles guys at a concert after the concert in Birmingham.
- 47:01Well, this is all tied into what I'm gonna tell you right here. And the label was going out of business,
- 47:07and they had overspent all kinds of shit. You know, Luxembourg was just flamboyant.
- 47:13He,
- 47:14he had the
- 47:16the announced opening of the company, Infinity Records.
- 47:19He rented the whole New York City library,
- 47:22and they had the party opening announcement party in the New York City library. Just a flamboyant guy.
- 47:30And
- 47:32at the meeting, was told
- 47:35when
- 47:36they were going to pull all the financing and everything and shut the company down from MCA.
- 47:42And the head of MCA at the time, Lisa, was a guy named Sid Sheinberg
- 47:48and, big company MCA. K? And in the meeting,
- 47:53Sheinberg
- 47:54looked at a Luxembourg and he said, Ron,
- 47:57I don't even have a private jet
- 48:00get waiting twenty four hours a day. I fly commercial.
- 48:05Ronald election perk had one of those jets on call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week for for what god knows.
- 48:13But here's this flamboyant attitude of these people. See?
- 48:17So that just came to me. Something spurned that I thought y'all might like in that story.
- 48:22Even I don't have a jet
- 48:25on standby twenty four seven.
- 48:28So those were the hot days of the record business
- 48:32or at the tail end of them anyway.
- 48:35Unknown: I wanna hear the story about the Eagles.
- 48:37Unknown: You do?
- 48:39Unknown: I do. I never that one.
- 48:42Unknown: You haven't? Well, I've told it once or twice.
- 48:46We had a band at Infinity called Blue Steel.
- 48:50They were Texas band,
- 48:52and they had grown up
- 48:54playing
- 48:55in bands with some of the Eagles guys.
- 48:58So they knew him, and they got a record deal with Infinity.
- 49:03And then the Eagles
- 49:05put them on as the opening act for their nationwide tour.
- 49:09Folks, yeah, we were thrilled. You know? They all got an act on open for the Eagles. Big deal. I heard about
- 49:16it from previous stuff. So what happens is the Eagles,
- 49:21they,
- 49:22they go and play
- 49:25to, an act, and they'll do two encores.
- 49:29And then they have a party after the act. If it's first night they're in a city,
- 49:35they probably don't travel anymore,
- 49:38but they would have what's called a three e
- 49:41party,
- 49:42three third encore because they only did two encores.
- 49:46And so the Rhodes before the show
- 49:50would go out through the crowd and find all the good looking women and give them a little button that said three e on it and say, show up at the
- 49:59hotel some hotel, whatever floor. You know? They let them in.
- 50:03And I heard about that,
- 50:06and that tradition.
- 50:07And so they came to Atlanta for two nights.
- 50:11And the first night, I was legitimately
- 50:13sick. I couldn't even go to the concert.
- 50:17And so I missed the three e party, but I heard about it.
- 50:21And so then we had them a second night in Atlanta,
- 50:24and they didn't have the three e party.
- 50:27And the next night, they were in Birmingham over there at the right downtown Birmingham. Some of you know where it is high. It's right across the street.
- 50:34And so
- 50:36that they were in there, and so it was they were gonna have a three e party.
- 50:40And so I was I was really excited to get to go to it and
- 50:44after the show and everything, and I I show up at the Top Floor wherever it was, Top Floor of that hotel.
- 50:53And I I knew
- 50:55that I I can't remember which was Don Marcotte or or what what Eagle, Glenn Fry or one of them, was a really big hockey fan. Y'all know I'm a big hockey fan.
- 51:07And he was particularly a big fan of one of the Boston Bruins named Don Marcotte,
- 51:14defenseman,
- 51:14I think.
- 51:16And,
- 51:17so we're up there. I get up there. There's a few people in the room, and I I see the guy with the Boston Bruins
- 51:25uniform
- 51:26over there in the corner, talking to somebody. And I walk up, and when I get a chance, I go, I'm a Roger sales with Mercury or Infinity Records.
- 51:37And he jumped right in my pile.
- 51:42Oh, I hope you're not in charge of tour support.
- 51:46And and I was fortunate. It got heated. I didn't know what the hell was going on. And
- 51:52the guy that was the promoter, I knew, really nice guy named Sims.
- 51:56And Sims saw that. I couldn't help it. Everybody in the room saw it happening. And he came over there, split us off, and I left.
- 52:03I still didn't know what was going on.
- 52:06K?
- 52:07So I go down, leave the party, leave, go, jeez almighty. That's weird.
- 52:12Go back, get in the car, drive to Atlanta the next day, and find out
- 52:16these meetings had been going on, which I told you about a minute ago with the Luxembourg,
- 52:21and MCA had pulled all the financing from Infinity,
- 52:24and I didn't have a damn job.
- 52:27So I went from there's a record business. I went from having an act opening for the Eagles for three nights to not having a job the next day. Oh, how about that?
- 52:38Okay.
- 52:40So there was that meeting with
- 52:42Sid Sheinberg going
- 52:44hey, Ron, even I don't have a private plane on standby
- 52:48twenty four seven. And what had happened was Infinity was a very professional,
- 52:54most professional
- 52:55company corporation I ever worked for.
- 52:58And so when they announce a tour like that,
- 53:02you've got to go. You don't just go babysit with the band.
- 53:06You and the sales department work. You you gotta go to all your radio guys. You know, who wants to go to the show and get tickets for them, and and and the sales guys have to do the same with some of the big accounts,
- 53:19and you gotta go and make sure there's stock on, for instance, that Blue Steel album. We wanna make sure that Blue Steel album was stocked at all the local record stores. So if somebody saw them and wanted to buy it, they could access the product.
- 53:33So, all that kind of stuff. Well, I had diligently
- 53:36gone and buy advertising
- 53:38and all that stuff,
- 53:40and I'd done all that.
- 53:42And then the call comes back says, we'll undo all of that. I went, what?
- 53:47Undo? I mean, it's a lot of work.
- 53:49Undo all that.
- 53:51Oh, oh, okay.
- 53:54Must be trouble in River City.
- 53:57And,
- 53:58a couple of days later, they call back, go go back and plug it all in. Now what happened, Lisa,
- 54:05was the eagle and their buddies who were gonna open for him
- 54:09had all that set up,
- 54:11and then all the financing got pulled through the label.
- 54:15That's when I had to go back and undo
- 54:18all of that.
- 54:20And then the eagles
- 54:22pulled the money out of their own pocket for the tour.
- 54:27That's why he got so pissed at me.
- 54:30But I didn't know that for a couple of days.
- 54:34K? So there's the record business.
- 54:37A a tour,
- 54:38band opening up for one of the biggest bands in history, and the next day, well, you don't have a job.
- 54:44Unknown: How about that, Lisa? Yep. That's quite the story there.
- 54:48Nothing
- 54:49Unknown: like being a yo yo for people. Right? Do it. Undo it. Do it. And and I gotta tell you, Infinity was a fine, fine label.
- 54:58That's where I I met my buddy,
- 55:01and worked for him, Peter Gideon.
- 55:03Unknown: And Do you remember how much that was, Roger?
- 55:07Unknown: Yeah. It was running in the late seventies.
- 55:10And
- 55:11so I had met we mentioned the other day. We're talking about the college world series, you know, and the fact that you're playing that thin Lizzie song, your boys are back in town, was their theme for a whole week.
- 55:22So it gives me it's pretty cool to hear something like that
- 55:26and know that you were involved with it way back when. You know? So it gives you some really good memories in life. Okay? So
- 55:34so I was commenting on that. Well, it was that night that Thin Lizzie was in town
- 55:40that,
- 55:41the guy that was the national promotion director
- 55:45for MCA,
- 55:46the big MCA at the time. His name's Peter Gideon. He's from Detroit.
- 55:50And, Peter loved Thin Lizzie, and he showed up at the concert that night even though he's in town on his own business with MCA. So we had a little personal relationship going. He liked me, and I just really liked him. Super good guy, Jewish, of course.
- 56:06And, so
- 56:08later on, there was a guy in Atlanta for the infinity job
- 56:13that he had he had worked with him at MCA. And when they moved over, he brought him with him. Well, six months into the into the job, he had to quit for whatever reason.
- 56:23And so Peter and I have this relationship. We didn't talk to each other a lot, but Peter calls me,
- 56:30and he said, Roger, that
- 56:33Ricky
- 56:34Rocket was his name. He said, Rocket
- 56:36is vacating the post, and you're the only guy I wanna talk to. And it was in the middle of some big storm in in the winter over in the Eastern Seaboard,
- 56:45and we had to fly in. They flew me somehow into New Jersey, picked up a limousine,
- 56:50whisk into Manhattan,
- 56:52spend the afternoon up in the corporate offices filling out paperwork
- 56:56and meeting people. And on the bam, out the flight out took me back to New Jersey, and I flew back to Atlanta. So I that's how I got the infinity job.
- 57:06And, Peter and I became great friends, and,
- 57:09it's it was the
- 57:11nicest record job I ever had, really.
- 57:14But Peter Gideon, what a nice guy. Good guy.
- 57:18That listen. All these message for you,
- 57:22So somebody's gonna you got a comment there?
- 57:25Unknown: Yep. We're breaking for syndicated platforms
- 57:29Unknown: right now. We? Wow. Already here. I'm amazed. Okay. Sorry. There's the whistler.
- 57:35So, hey. Get a little flavor of the record business. Thanks for letting me relive those memories.
- 57:40And, here's Paul. Gonna talk to you. I'm gonna take a short break and be back. Thank

- 58:45Thank you so much for your patience.
- 59:28Unknown: Yeah.
- 59:29There you go.
- 59:30Thanks for letting me relive some of my, record business
- 59:34memories so long ago. There's a lot of interesting things that
- 59:39happened to
- 59:40me in those years, and, I can tell you right now, it's it was way too much power
- 59:46for somebody of my age.
- 59:49And that period of time was when I made some of the biggest mistakes I regret even to this day.
- 59:56But you learn the lessons, and you go on, and you gain the wisdom,
- 1:00:00and you go, you know, every time I think about that, it hurts so bad that if that situation
- 1:00:06ever arose again, I would never do it twice.
- 1:00:10That,
- 1:00:11my friends, is wisdom.
- 1:00:13What is wisdom?
- 1:00:16Wisdom is the only thing
- 1:00:18that's worth sacrificing
- 1:00:20your youth for.
- 1:00:22Now that's my saying.
- 1:00:24Wisdom
- 1:00:26is the only thing that's worth sacrificing your youth for.
- 1:00:30Noodle on that.
- 1:00:32Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:00:33Profound.
- 1:00:34It's profound.
- 1:00:36Unknown: Oh, yeah. So, anyway, got a little nice classical music. Thank you, Paul. You know, I think often. Sometimes I listen to it. I'll get on a classical bench, and I'll listen to classical music for a while. You know? And what I really love is is
- 1:00:51violins
- 1:00:53that are played with some of those maestro violinists
- 1:00:56that can make
- 1:00:58that thing at those really high frequencies and
- 1:01:02and just give you cold chills. You know?
- 1:01:05I I love that. It's vibrating.
- 1:01:08I think some of that is vibrating at the same frequency as your pineal gland. You have what?
- 1:01:14Unknown: I have a weakness for pipe organ
- 1:01:18and harpsichord.
- 1:01:20Uh-huh.
- 1:01:21That's that's where my weakness lies.
- 1:01:24Unknown: I see.
- 1:01:25So, welcome back to the second half of the Radidio Ranch. Here's Roger Sales, Paul, the kitty.
- 1:01:31We know a few of the other folks in the audience are regulars, and, but do we have any new folks with us today? You have anybody that's those kind of folks? I know you're there because occasionally, you'll come forward,
- 1:01:43and you've been listening for, you know, maybe a couple of weeks or maybe even a couple of months, maybe even longer.
- 1:01:49But you've never chimed in and introduced yourself or said hello or maybe asked that nagging little question
- 1:01:55that you're all going out on the damn. I wish I'd asked them that that new way, and I just didn't. Any of you like that that would like to come forward and and converse, communicate with us?
- 1:02:07Unknown: Roger, good morning. It's Heiko.
- 1:02:10Unknown: Heiko.
- 1:02:11Well, one of our new gals and one of our favorites. Hi, Heiko. How are you coming along in your understanding?
- 1:02:18Unknown: Oh, you know, very, very good. I I just love the material.
- 1:02:23I mean, there's so much to learn. Right? And it's and it's amazing. You know? So I'm really, really happy I'm finally digging into it, listening to you guys, and and learning. You know? So but I do have a quick question.
- 1:02:37And, actually, Roger, I have a 100
- 1:02:40I have a 100 questions,
- 1:02:42but I will only ask
- 1:02:44once or twice a week, you know, because it would overwhelm me, but and myself. No. No. Well, there's probably people listening.
- 1:02:52Unknown: There's people listening that may have the same question, and they're not even strong enough to answer and say hello. So always remember that. And as the you know, I was a teacher for ten years there in Atlanta,
- 1:03:04and the the the teacher's
- 1:03:08saying is the only dumb question is the one that isn't asked.
- 1:03:13And they it's not taking up a lot of time because these there are people that want the information. But I would like to ask you because there's one particular
- 1:03:23interesting
- 1:03:23part of this.
- 1:03:25Do
- 1:03:26you understand or have you heard us explain self help remedies?
- 1:03:31Unknown: Self help remedies?
- 1:03:33Unknown: Yes.
- 1:03:35I don't know what you mean. Alright. I mean Okay. Well, that's well, you know, that's why I asked. So let's hear your question first, and I'm gonna tell you about
- 1:03:43self help remedies than anybody else in the audience that didn't know. It's I've come to understand over the years,
- 1:03:50these are very important.
- 1:03:52K? So but what's your question first, dear? So my question is,
- 1:03:56Unknown: as a national, right,
- 1:03:59in what elections
- 1:04:01may I not vote
- 1:04:03in the future? Interesting
- 1:04:05Unknown: that's an interesting question.
- 1:04:07First, when they changed the system, they put
- 1:04:10okay.
- 1:04:12Unknown: I do understand
- 1:04:14I can vote
- 1:04:15in the Florida races. Right?
- 1:04:18Unknown: Well, I'm gonna explain what we why.
- 1:04:21You live.
- 1:04:22Well, I'm gonna explain to you what we know and what we found out. Right. Thank you. Thank you. For a long time, it was like, don't wanna vote anymore. First of all, they've got the requirement down to get you'd be gotta be a citizen in The United States.
- 1:04:38Supposedly.
- 1:04:39I mean, elections are so
- 1:04:41freaking totally screwed up, supposedly legally.
- 1:04:44You're supposed to be a citizen of The United States.
- 1:04:46And, you know, you gotta show ID to buy cigarettes and liquor. Don't you think you ought to have to show an ID to vote? Well, evidently,
- 1:04:54no,
- 1:04:55because that's not the way they've got it rigged. But regardless,
- 1:04:59if you want to vote,
- 1:05:01you want to participate
- 1:05:03in because you're now especially
- 1:05:06gonna be
- 1:05:07a a citizen of the Florida state,
- 1:05:10well, you wanna be able to vote on who your local officials are.
- 1:05:15The saying,
- 1:05:16HICA
- 1:05:17Right. It always pertains is
- 1:05:20that all politics
- 1:05:22is local.
- 1:05:24All politics is local
- 1:05:26because that's what affects you, and that's what you can affect. You can't do too much with mister Trump or your senator or even your house member,
- 1:05:35but you can go to the county commission meetings there, which on Merritt Island are public and announced
- 1:05:42and fight and argue or even elect get elected to be one of them. K? There are no there's only one limitation
- 1:05:50on elected office,
- 1:05:52Wikipedia
- 1:05:53tells us,
- 1:05:55that is a restriction,
- 1:05:58and that is according to Wikipedia's
- 1:06:01first and only time I've ever seen this, but I understand it,
- 1:06:05would be a US senator.
- 1:06:07So there's something about how they change the way senators
- 1:06:12are elected in the seventeenth amendment.
- 1:06:15There's something about that that negates nationals.
- 1:06:18K?
- 1:06:20Otherwise, in that, you can run for any office.
- 1:06:22All politics are local.
- 1:06:24And so the restriction is that when you go to register to vote, whether it's Latin, whether you vote on the national election or not,
- 1:06:34they the requirement is to be a citizen of The United States, federal citizen.
- 1:06:39Well, we're not anymore.
- 1:06:41K? Now Right. Although we understand that they're the same thing
- 1:06:46and all of the intricacies and the technicalities
- 1:06:49of it that the supervisor
- 1:06:51of election
- 1:06:52has no idea about it. So what I'm gonna do is tell you a story.
- 1:06:57Dave and Kay, have you been over to nationalstatus.info,
- 1:07:02the website?
- 1:07:05Well, it's a resource you know. Well, oh, okay. Well, you need to go over there anyway. It's a great resource.
- 1:07:12Kay is the
- 1:07:14the one that little
- 1:07:16Internet background setting up websites and stuff, and she set up a fabulous website over there. They've attached it to AI.
- 1:07:24Well, I'm gonna give it to you in just a second. I'm gonna tell you some of the benefits first.
- 1:07:29It's got AI attached to it. It can generate documents
- 1:07:33for you. It's got all kinds of information at your fingertips.
- 1:07:37K?
- 1:07:38And it's
- 1:07:39nationalstatus.infoor.com.
- 1:07:46Nationalstatus.infoor.com.
- 1:07:51Well, they're not too far from you over there in Southern Alabama,
- 1:07:56up above the Florida Panhandle,
- 1:07:59and they got a hold and started pressing the envelope.
- 1:08:03As I tell all the audience all these years, the way we really usually get answers
- 1:08:07to our inquiries
- 1:08:09is by pressing the envelope and asking questions of official people.
- 1:08:13And so they went to the supervisor of election, asked them, we're nationals. Here's our, you know, here's our little affidavit. We wanna vote, and it got shuffled around. What's the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 1:08:27And finally got up to the department at a state that oversees elections is the secretary of state's office. That's something else they they they do. And so it got all the way up to the secretary of state of Alabama
- 1:08:42and to the election division off of his office
- 1:08:45and to the head attorney.
- 1:08:48And he personally
- 1:08:51put them back on the voting roles as nationals,
- 1:08:55and then they went back to the supervisor
- 1:08:59and reregistered
- 1:09:01and attached their affidavits
- 1:09:03to the registration card.
- 1:09:05Wow. So we've we've made progress there.
- 1:09:09And so
- 1:09:10or you could just go ahead and vote as you're registered.
- 1:09:14It's never gonna come up. I don't believe that it'd ever be a conflict.
- 1:09:18But if you just wanna raise a little sand
- 1:09:21around the area on what we're doing,
- 1:09:24you can go down and and go through the dog and pony show with your supervisor,
- 1:09:29take the affidavit and say, do do I need to register to be a national and start the whole process and the discussion?
- 1:09:36And if nothing else, they're a little more aware of it. Right. That's So that is what take on it. Yeah. So I could that well, that's where we are up to this point
- 1:09:47with not only what we know and understand, but the history of somebody pressing the envelope on it.
- 1:09:53And like I said, that's the way
- 1:09:56we find out answers, and it's part of our job is to educate all these officials because
- 1:10:03they just don't know about this.
- 1:10:05K? So that's why the that's what we do.
- 1:10:09So now let's teach do do you have any other questions?
- 1:10:13Unknown: No. I just want a clarification
- 1:10:15because
- 1:10:16Mhmm. You know, even though as a national, right,
- 1:10:22how does that tie in
- 1:10:24when we vote for president? Right? Even I mean, that's on the federal level. Right?
- 1:10:30Yes. Yes, ma'am. Since the president is there for everybody.
- 1:10:36Unknown: Correct.
- 1:10:37Unknown: You know, can it be international then
- 1:10:39We at least for the president.
- 1:10:42I'm just trying to, you know, get it done.
- 1:10:45Unknown: I would can't understand why not if you want to.
- 1:10:48Quite honestly, I don't know of any laws against it.
- 1:10:51It's just that they've used how they've set the system up.
- 1:10:56All these things are like funnels. You're going along through the maze. All of sudden, you got a funnel,
- 1:11:01and it goes, are you a citizen of The United States? Oh, you want a driver's license? Are you a resident?
- 1:11:07Oh, you wanna vote? Are you a citizen of The United States? And they're getting you to again say, yep. I'm a slave. Yep. I'm a slave. See here? I'm doing something real serious. I'm voting.
- 1:11:19I'm doing this or that or the other. Yeah. That's me. I'm a slave.
- 1:11:23They're getting you to qualify your damn political
- 1:11:27condition
- 1:11:28over and over and over again. And they got all these little trapdoors
- 1:11:33in the maze where they had to confirm,
- 1:11:36oh, you wanna take out a loan? By the way, are you a citizen of The United States or a resident? All these things are all involved in all these processes
- 1:11:44to get you. It's like to get you to continue to say yes.
- 1:11:49Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay.
- 1:11:52She's told me she's a damn slave 10 times.
- 1:11:56I'm gonna take her at her word.
- 1:11:58Unknown: Mhmm. Exactly.
- 1:12:01Unknown: And now what do they have?
- 1:12:03Now what do they have?
- 1:12:04They got what they crave.
- 1:12:07Plausible
- 1:12:08deniability.
- 1:12:11Oh, you ask her. She's supposed to know what she is. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Come on. Don't hold us accountable.
- 1:12:19There's no fraud involved here. Don't look over there. That's the game.
- 1:12:23Now was that Shane
- 1:12:25that I heard? Yes. Roger, hi. How heck you doing?
- 1:12:30Shane, I'm explaining some stuff to this nice lady from Florida right now.
- 1:12:35Did you have a reason to interrupt, or you just wanna say hello? Yes.
- 1:12:39No. I wanna say that
- 1:12:41when I vote here in Santa Clara County,
- 1:12:45registered
- 1:12:46voting, whatever you wanna call it,
- 1:12:48I'm
- 1:12:49considered a
- 1:12:51elector
- 1:12:52elector
- 1:12:53when I vote. I'm not a United States citizen
- 1:12:56nor am I a resident.
- 1:12:58I vote as an elector.
- 1:13:01Did you go down and get that officially from them, or have you just declared yourself that, Shane?
- 1:13:07Yes. Which I yes or which? I
- 1:13:10went to the office,
- 1:13:11and I said I wanna vote,
- 1:13:13but I don't wanna vote as a United States citizen. So they put me as a elector.
- 1:13:19I vote as Well, I know John and Glenn.
- 1:13:22John and Glenn got that done back when they ran for office. You don't know about this, Haika,
- 1:13:28and all that. We've talked about it.
- 1:13:30I don't know if it could be done or not. Evidently, like these other things with traffic, in some areas, it's different from others. Each state controls the elections in their state. Shane claims to have been registered as an elector. You might can go ask him about that too,
- 1:13:46and see if they look at you with a jaundice look or whatever, but that may be a possibility.
- 1:13:53I I I I know John Glenn did it. Here we got Shane telling us he did it. I don't know if anybody else has ever accomplished that, Shane.
- 1:14:02Okay? Anyway,
- 1:14:06there's another whole area that people can explore
- 1:14:10of getting in
- 1:14:13getting into the election game. I don't care. I don't all the corruption
- 1:14:18and everything that's done nationally,
- 1:14:21why the hell would you wanna
- 1:14:23participate?
- 1:14:24I guess you can if you want to, but
- 1:14:26where you really should think and can maybe affect some change is at the local level. So that's why I say that.
- 1:14:34Okay. Thanks, Shane.
- 1:14:36Okay. I'm gonna move on if that's okay.
- 1:14:39Heiko,
- 1:14:41I'm gonna explain to you and others about these
- 1:14:44mysterious
- 1:14:45things called self help remedies.
- 1:14:47It's very important.
- 1:14:49I've come to understand.
- 1:14:52And you don't know what I'm talking about, although you do. You just hadn't put it together.
- 1:14:58When you say self help remedies, that's just a weird sounding label.
- 1:15:04But if I said lean, levy, garnishment, and seizure,
- 1:15:09you'd know exactly what I was talking about, wouldn't you?
- 1:15:13That's what those are. They're remedies.
- 1:15:16Remember, r plus d equals r.
- 1:15:19They are lean,
- 1:15:22levy,
- 1:15:23garnishment,
- 1:15:24and seizure.
- 1:15:25And these are the weapons that are used weapons. I say the remedies. They're not necessarily weapon,
- 1:15:31but they sure use it like that.
- 1:15:34These are the remedies that are involved in the Babylonian
- 1:15:38merchant code
- 1:15:40called the uniform commercial code now
- 1:15:44and still referred to, but called for thousands of years.
- 1:15:49You may not have even heard us refer to this, Haika, as the law merchant.
- 1:15:54The law
- 1:15:55merchant.
- 1:15:57So it's the Babylonia merchant code,
- 1:16:00and it's the law merchant, and it's the uniform commercial code.
- 1:16:05And although the labels are different, they're all the same thing. K?
- 1:16:10So this is where a lot of these confusions arise from is all these label changing.
- 1:16:15In fact, if you go to the uniform commercial code, what we call it, and there's a section in there, and it says, anything not covered by this title
- 1:16:25reverts to the law merchant.
- 1:16:27K?
- 1:16:28So all this is important because
- 1:16:33if you look at the there's a document. We've got it on the website.
- 1:16:39One of the listeners kept begging me.
- 1:16:41I had to go and get it all scanned in, find it, get it scanned in, and put it back up. And this is why it's important. It was a handout
- 1:16:51that John and Glenn gave all the students at one of the one of the things I was at with.
- 1:16:57And what it did, Heiko, was it has every body of law in the world.
- 1:17:02Has common law and equity law and and and
- 1:17:06ecclesiastical
- 1:17:07law and merc merc maritime
- 1:17:10law
- 1:17:10and and and admiralty law and the the law merchant and even the manorial
- 1:17:17law or the law of the manor
- 1:17:20during the feudal system.
- 1:17:22Thousand years or more are precedent.
- 1:17:25And it's interesting to see that document. I don't remember what the title of it. It's on the website somewhere.
- 1:17:31Because let's say every there's a couple of columns that it would say common law, and it would say what the,
- 1:17:36adjudicating officer was called, and it shows a column with what the actions and the paperwork they're shuffling is called. And then it's got another column on the right of remedies
- 1:17:48because the what they call the presiding official in every different jurisdiction there is different. They may call him the judge in the common law. He may be, something else in one of the ecclesiastical,
- 1:18:00whatever.
- 1:18:01They're all different.
- 1:18:03So the the actions are all different,
- 1:18:06and the remedies are all different.
- 1:18:09So if you understand some of that,
- 1:18:12then you automatically
- 1:18:13know what body of law you're talking about.
- 1:18:16You don't have to carry. See, all of ours are lumped into one one building. This is the old English section. We didn't have the budgets to do that when our country started. So they took all those jurisdictions, and they lumped them into one one building and one office.
- 1:18:33But in the old days,
- 1:18:35if I took you over there and you knew all this stuff, Haika, and I could blindfold you, spin you around till you're so dizzy. You wanna fall down.
- 1:18:45And then I take you into one of the rooms in the Common Law Room, and they'd be calling the guy judge.
- 1:18:51And they'd be saying, well, we've got this writ of debt and debt debt new, and and and this is gonna be the remedy over here. And you would know what sectional body of law you were in by all of that information.
- 1:19:07But now they're all merged together.
- 1:19:09K? So the point I'm getting at
- 1:19:12is these self help remedies here I mentioned to you a minute ago.
- 1:19:16Because it's different in all of those different bodies except
- 1:19:21except
- 1:19:22the only place self help remedies were ever available
- 1:19:26was the law merchant.
- 1:19:29And because the fairs and trade fairs
- 1:19:32were goods and things that people needed, used to circulate around Europe,
- 1:19:37It was the Babylonian
- 1:19:39merchant code that the trade fairs used.
- 1:19:42And because it was the trade fairs that brought the trade and everybody looked forward to it, I'm sure, where they could go meet people, buy stuff, sell stuff they didn't want, find stuff they needed, and the the the the law that was used was the law merchant,
- 1:19:58which included self help remedies.
- 1:20:01So the manners and all the feudal system
- 1:20:04adopted that formal law
- 1:20:07as the law of the manner.
- 1:20:10Because the only place
- 1:20:12that these self help remedies
- 1:20:15are ever found in history
- 1:20:18are in the law merchant
- 1:20:20and in the menoral
- 1:20:23law, and that's why.
- 1:20:26So because we're now, as we understand it, in the federal
- 1:20:31law of the manner.
- 1:20:33And who uses
- 1:20:35those?
- 1:20:35Well, in about the mid sixties,
- 1:20:38they came out with legislation,
- 1:20:41and they said we're gonna use the uniform
- 1:20:44commercial
- 1:20:44code for our tax collection purposes.
- 1:20:47So that's when they really came into operation.
- 1:20:50But they could be in operation before that, but this is when the government started using them. Now what are they?
- 1:20:57Lien levy, garnishment, seizure. Okay.
- 1:21:01You get to come grab my stuff. Right?
- 1:21:04Yeah.
- 1:21:05But you have to use a process because there's a body of law here. This isn't admiralty law.
- 1:21:10Admiralty law remedy, by the way, for all of you that we found out about the
- 1:21:16all caps the other day. Julie did a little research on this. Well, here's admiralty law. Well, the only remedy for admiralty law over on the right hand column is called prize,
- 1:21:26p r I z
- 1:21:28e, prize.
- 1:21:30You'll hear it referred to. And if it's on land and a battle, then that same
- 1:21:37objects are called booty, b o o t y.
- 1:21:40So at sea, it's prize. On land, it's booty.
- 1:21:45I whipped your ass. I'm taking your stuff. I want that.
- 1:21:49But it's gotta be a little more formal than that. What that shows you is is we're not admiralty law because they got procedure up the yin yang before they get to come grab your stuff, HICA.
- 1:22:01And so what procedure they've got is these self help remedies.
- 1:22:06And they gotta give you notice and all kinds of stuff, and I'm gonna explain to you what they are,
- 1:22:13and I'm gonna explain to you how they work. K?
- 1:22:17Now let's go over and deviate for just a second
- 1:22:21and look at the ten forty form
- 1:22:24we're all so fond of. We like the NR on it, but the old standard ten forty form
- 1:22:32is another contract.
- 1:22:34It's in the uniform commercial code, law merchant, Babylonian merchant code. This goes back to ancient
- 1:22:41one of the English guys, when they brought this system into England in December,
- 1:22:46one of the English guys and I asked John, and he'd forgotten who I he just stuck with me in a lecture. But one of the English guys said, this document comes from time out of mind.
- 1:22:58This document that I'm gonna explain to you right now
- 1:23:02comes from time
- 1:23:04out of mind. It's ancient,
- 1:23:06and it's called a specialty contract
- 1:23:09in the
- 1:23:10UCC law merchant, Babylonia merchant code.
- 1:23:13And it's only got two requirements,
- 1:23:16Heiko.
- 1:23:17The first requirement is
- 1:23:19it's got to have this special clause
- 1:23:22in it,
- 1:23:24and it's got to be signed
- 1:23:26under
- 1:23:27seal.
- 1:23:28The clause
- 1:23:30it's called it relates to another body of law. I'll think of it in a second. It slipped my mind.
- 1:23:36Maybe some of the audience can Recognizance?
- 1:23:39Recognizance.
- 1:23:41It's got to have a recognizance,
- 1:23:44and it's got to be signed under seal.
- 1:23:47Now what does that mean?
- 1:23:49The recognizance
- 1:23:51is somewhere
- 1:23:52in the document, in the contract.
- 1:23:55It's got to recognize
- 1:23:57another body of law.
- 1:24:00And this instance that we're talking about right now, this one, the recognizance
- 1:24:05would say,
- 1:24:07I abide. I agree to abide by all the terms and conditions
- 1:24:12of title 26 CFR.
- 1:24:15So this is a tax code. Well, this is a ten forty form.
- 1:24:19It's gotta have a clause in there. I agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of title 26 CFR.
- 1:24:26And then at the bottom, this under seal thing, what's that? Penalty of perjury.
- 1:24:31So it's gotta be signed under penalty of perjury,
- 1:24:35and it's gotta have a recognizance in there. And if it has those two things,
- 1:24:40it qualifies
- 1:24:42as a document called a Jewish
- 1:24:45shetar,
- 1:24:46s h e t a r,
- 1:24:50and we know it as a ten forty
- 1:24:53form
- 1:24:54right out
- 1:24:56of the Babylonian merchant code. And as the minister said,
- 1:25:00this relates to time out of mind.
- 1:25:04So let's bring it forward and show you something that I think you'll understand easier. I'm not sure
- 1:25:11if
- 1:25:12one of these financing agreements for an automobile is a statute staple.
- 1:25:17We don't have any automobile
- 1:25:19sales, but I don't know. That means statute staples the same thing, by the way. And that means it's gotta be signed under seal. I don't know if when you sign an automobile vehicle
- 1:25:31contract,
- 1:25:32it's under seal.
- 1:25:34But I do know that it'll have this language in there called a recognizance
- 1:25:40because it's one of the things that automobile
- 1:25:43sellers use
- 1:25:45when they get people that default
- 1:25:47on automobile
- 1:25:48loans.
- 1:25:50Now here's what they don't want to happen, Heiko.
- 1:25:54They don't want to have you missed
- 1:25:57your third month's payment
- 1:26:00on your automobile?
- 1:26:02And them have to go to court,
- 1:26:04file a lawsuit,
- 1:26:06go get a docket position,
- 1:26:09go get a bunch of people that wanna qualify for jury duty,
- 1:26:13go in there and have a trial with a jury so they can get a verdict so that then they can go look for you wherever in the world you may be at that point with that automobile.
- 1:26:25They don't want that happening.
- 1:26:27You could be down you could be down there with all the Jews in Patagonia
- 1:26:31by that time.
- 1:26:34So what they do is they write the remedy
- 1:26:37instead of doing all that formal court stuff.
- 1:26:41They write the remedy
- 1:26:44you with these methods
- 1:26:46into
- 1:26:47the contract.
- 1:26:49And they get the legislature
- 1:26:52of the state to agree with them,
- 1:26:55and they say, okay. If you've got a car loan with this clause in it, this recognizance,
- 1:27:01and you miss the sixty first day of payments, in other words, you go through two months of no payment, on the sixty first day, we can come up and grab that car. We don't have to go to court. We don't have to get on the docket. We don't have to get a jury. We don't have to go through all that travel time and expense.
- 1:27:20We come over and we grab that thing, and that was embedded in the contract
- 1:27:26you signed
- 1:27:28when you bought the car.
- 1:27:30The recognizance
- 1:27:31in that contract would be whatever the statutes are in the Florida state statutes
- 1:27:38that apply to how many days the legislature
- 1:27:42has given anyone in this contract situation
- 1:27:45the time to pay up or get their automobile seized.
- 1:27:50So there's a recognizance of it in the in the contract originally.
- 1:27:55It goes over and points at established law by the legislature,
- 1:27:59and then everything is determined by you.
- 1:28:03If you don't pay the payments, the card gets seized.
- 1:28:06Every time you pay a payment, there's another clause in there called a defeasance,
- 1:28:12a defeasance.
- 1:28:14Because every time it's like having a gun cocked at your head.
- 1:28:18Every month, bam. They pull the hammer back. If you don't make the payment, they're gonna pull the trigger. If you make the payment,
- 1:28:25they let the hammer back down, the defeasance.
- 1:28:28So that's the cycle.
- 1:28:30So lean, levy, garnishment, and seizure
- 1:28:34all run on that very same principle.
- 1:28:38K?
- 1:28:39And so
- 1:28:41the reason these are so dangerous is nobody
- 1:28:44understands
- 1:28:45them.
- 1:28:46All of our community thinks because they can come and grab your stuff that it's admiralty law,
- 1:28:52but admiralty law has procedure,
- 1:28:55and all these self help remedies have procedure up the ass. They're gonna send you all kind of notices. We want this, that. We want that, that. And and and so they're wanting you back in the fold. They don't wanna have to do that necessarily,
- 1:29:09but there's all kinds of procedure is the point. So it just depends on what the situation is as to which one of them they use. So let me take all that information,
- 1:29:20HICA,
- 1:29:21and pose it to you with the agreed
- 1:29:24foundation that most people don't understand this at all.
- 1:29:29So do you think when they come and start grabbing your stuff
- 1:29:34that you automatically
- 1:29:36impute power
- 1:29:37to them and authority?
- 1:29:40So is it speculating
- 1:29:42here, my thoughts.
- 1:29:44Is it you could say
- 1:29:46our self help remedies the harbingers of tyranny
- 1:29:51if they're weaponized
- 1:29:52Unknown: like that? Absolutely.
- 1:29:55Unknown: Okay. Well, this is the background. Now I'm gonna tell you where this came from.
- 1:29:59We talked about it the other day, that time, I guess. Yeah.
- 1:30:03In Rome, Haika, for the first two hundred years of Rome,
- 1:30:07Rome was under a
- 1:30:09system of law called Jus, j u s, is law,
- 1:30:13and Jus Seville,
- 1:30:15c I v I l e. The Jus Seville was the, basically, the law of the commoners.
- 1:30:23And we don't they were ruled under 12 tablets. We don't know what the 12 tablets were,
- 1:30:29and we've never found any, but we see them referred to in their old writings,
- 1:30:35the 12 tablets.
- 1:30:36Very much a common law
- 1:30:39type situation.
- 1:30:40Formal court proceedings
- 1:30:42with a formal procedure,
- 1:30:44all all those trappings.
- 1:30:46And so in Rome, after the first two hundred years, Rome started becoming an empire.
- 1:30:54And it was going conquering the Middle East and up there in Europe and, you know, they're fighting everybody, yay, Egypt and all that. So as they make those victories
- 1:31:04and the empire
- 1:31:06enlarges,
- 1:31:07all the merchants in the newly acquired territory
- 1:31:11wanna come to Rome because that's where all the action is.
- 1:31:16And with it, they bring their Babylonian
- 1:31:19merchant code
- 1:31:21with not the formal way of contracting and remedy,
- 1:31:25but this informal self help remedy way.
- 1:31:29And in Rome, the attorney general was called a praetor.
- 1:31:33I'm sure you've heard of the praetorian guards. At the end of Rome, they were the ones that were, putting putting the Caesars up there, decided to is gonna be emperor.
- 1:31:42Anyway,
- 1:31:43Rome was very smart. They knew that this position accumulated
- 1:31:47a lot of power,
- 1:31:49and so therefore, they changed praetors every year.
- 1:31:53And so, generally, the new praetor would follow what the the the previous praetor does followed as a body of law.
- 1:32:02But as the emperor and the empire enlarged
- 1:32:05and more and more of these foreign merchants started coming to the center for all the action that was there,
- 1:32:11and the Romans
- 1:32:12see the Jews or whoever the tradesman is. Well, they don't have to go to court. They have this way of achieving a remedy
- 1:32:21that's already in the contract. We just exchange this on a we both agree. And
- 1:32:27so the Roman citizens,
- 1:32:30over two hundred years
- 1:32:33of seeing this remedy that they wanted to have available to them,
- 1:32:39As John would say,
- 1:32:41under the color of law
- 1:32:43that a Roman citizen was a foreign merchant,
- 1:32:48the Praetors incorporated
- 1:32:51the Babylonian merchant code
- 1:32:53into the Jeuseville
- 1:32:56and changed it to become the Jeusejinsom
- 1:33:00or the law of the foreigner.
- 1:33:03And it was the first time these bodies of law,
- 1:33:07different,
- 1:33:08are merged together. And what did it?
- 1:33:11The color of law of the Roman citizen
- 1:33:14wanting to avail himself
- 1:33:17of the remedies of foreign merchants.
- 1:33:20Changed the whole world. It did. And it happened again in England,
- 1:33:25and that's where we get the income tax system.
- 1:33:28And we adopted that just as England was jettisoning it,
- 1:33:33and now we got it. And they got it, and exactly what I told you is exactly
- 1:33:39what's in The United States code that we quote here quite often.
- 1:33:43The United States code, not the statutes at large.
- 1:33:47We talked about those yesterday a bit. It's this medium bunch of books called the United States code where there's these mysterious
- 1:33:56and things called not positive, and and on god's sake, nonpositive
- 1:34:00law.
- 1:34:01What in the Sam hell
- 1:34:04is a nonpositive
- 1:34:05law?
- 1:34:07I don't know. There's a bunch of books with it on it in there,
- 1:34:11and then there's another book called the code of federal regulations.
- 1:34:16This is all the agencies,
- 1:34:18all the EPA,
- 1:34:20and the the FLCC,
- 1:34:22and the this, that, and the other, and all the other used to be just the cabinet positions of the president, like the state department treasury.
- 1:34:30Hell, they're all agencies now.
- 1:34:32They're all agencies.
- 1:34:34That's
- 1:34:35in this bankruptcy.
- 1:34:38Those grew out
- 1:34:40of our ninety five years of Babylonians
- 1:34:43slave captivity.
- 1:34:45Because you got slaves,
- 1:34:47well, now we need a whole bunch of people that have the authority over them
- 1:34:52because they darn they're not free people anymore.
- 1:34:55They don't have those laws that their representatives
- 1:34:59pass up there apply to them. Oh, no. No. No. No. No. We
- 1:35:04have to take those laws and run them through
- 1:35:08the Babylonian
- 1:35:09slave filter called an administrative agency,
- 1:35:13and then they take whatever that law was passed.
- 1:35:16And up until last year, Heiko, they just did whatever the damn Sam hell they want to do with it. They could reinterpret it to do anything they wanted and
- 1:35:27say anything they wanted it to and apply it and enforce it on you.
- 1:35:32Well, that's what you're escaping
- 1:35:35right there. Mhmm.
- 1:35:37But that middle book,
- 1:35:39the United States code,
- 1:35:41that's the same thing as what happened in Rome.
- 1:35:44That's the Roman civil law. It's a mixture of the UCC
- 1:35:48because of people well, one convenience,
- 1:35:51I can't say that I blame them. I'd rather not spend the money to go to court and go through all that time and trouble to get a verdict when I can just execute it on the spot because, basically, we both agreed to it before we entered into the contract.
- 1:36:06It's pretty slick. It's got some very positive uses,
- 1:36:09but like everything else,
- 1:36:12who the Bible says our enemies? The merchants of the earth.
- 1:36:17Okay.
- 1:36:18Here's the big question.
- 1:36:20What law
- 1:36:21do you think the merchants of the earth follow?
- 1:36:25You know? I'll bet it's the merchant law.
- 1:36:29I'll just bet.
- 1:36:32So this is the law they've used
- 1:36:36since Babylon.
- 1:36:37Therefore,
- 1:36:39they know it inside
- 1:36:41and out.
- 1:36:44And you don't.
- 1:36:46And what is what's John's what was John saying? Those who don't learn those who do
- 1:36:52learn their lessons from history
- 1:36:54can repeat it on those who don't in half the time.
- 1:36:59Those who do learn their lessons from history can repeat it over those who don't in half the time. That's what's going on.
- 1:37:08That's the condition we're in, but it ain't admiralty law.
- 1:37:12It's just good old uniform commercial code
- 1:37:16called the law merchant,
- 1:37:18still call the law merchant.
- 1:37:21Some parts of the world, it runs the world because it runs trade.
- 1:37:26And that's the one thing and one of the few. There's a few others,
- 1:37:30That's the one thing that differentiates
- 1:37:32us from every animal on Earth,
- 1:37:36and that is
- 1:37:38we trade.
- 1:37:39Now I got another question, Heiko, that I've had personally. I've asked you. I've never had an answer.
- 1:37:47Of all the animals on the face of the earth, it's always the male that's the most attractive. He's got the pretty feathers and the nice tail feathers. Yet with us, with humans,
- 1:37:57he gave the women the beauty.
- 1:38:00Why did God do that?
- 1:38:02Never had an answer.
- 1:38:04Interesting, though. Noodle on it.
- 1:38:07So anybody got any questions or comments on that? That was quite a little lecture circuit. A lot of good information.
- 1:38:13If you've never heard it before, if you don't understand that history, you don't understand that we're just repeating it right there in The United States code, boys and girls. Well, Roger, I just have a comment.
- 1:38:26Unknown: I
- 1:38:27grew up
- 1:38:28in a society back then
- 1:38:30where nobody ever owned a credit card.
- 1:38:34Yes. People would have to save up money to buy a car,
- 1:38:39and
- 1:38:40very, very few people owned homes, so that's
- 1:38:43one thing.
- 1:38:45But, you know, I do believe that people have some control
- 1:38:49in their lives by, you know, not participating
- 1:38:52like
- 1:38:53credit cards or huge mortgages
- 1:38:56Mhmm. Or even car mortgages. Like, I just got a used car cash
- 1:39:01because I don't wanna be involved, you know, in the system. And
- 1:39:08so I do think people do have some power, you know, over
- 1:39:13how much they wanna be involved in the system.
- 1:39:17You know? And I do. We just you know? I mean, I want a lot of things, you know, but I don't wanna go in debt.
- 1:39:26So I rather not buy those things I want. You know? Mhmm. Yeah. I understand. Totally.
- 1:39:32Unknown: So Or the yeah. You could you
- 1:39:35could be like me. Well, I I made some choices. I said I'm not gonna buy things I want anymore. I'm only gonna buy things I need.
- 1:39:43And then when I find find those fixation on something that I need,
- 1:39:47I used to. I don't do it as much anymore.
- 1:39:50I used to make myself make the buying decisions three separate times
- 1:39:54before I'd go back and actually purchase the item.
- 1:39:58That'll narrow a bunch of extreme extemporaneous
- 1:40:01crap out of your life.
- 1:40:05Now, Haika, I I think I mentioned to you that this, this birthright citizenship thing that now they brought this in because we're property.
- 1:40:14It's actually a government of a federal manner,
- 1:40:17and we're government serfs, and we agreed to be so. We're there voluntarily.
- 1:40:22You answered those two questions, yes, every time they ever ask you. And when you signed it, you never reverted back and say, is there any fraud in this anywhere or anything? Or, you know, I thought a few times
- 1:40:35back in the nineties as I started figuring this out, I used to think, well, what'll happen if I put no on there?
- 1:40:43Are you a citizen of The United States? No. Are you a resident? No. And signed it. What would happen? I it scared me.
- 1:40:51So there's another act
- 1:40:53psychological
- 1:40:54part of their mechanism. Right? There's fear.
- 1:40:57Exactly.
- 1:40:57But,
- 1:40:58here's another angle on the credit cards, though, because it is a credit system,
- 1:41:03and and you can you know, anything can be used for good or bad.
- 1:41:07My father,
- 1:41:09I remember, when I was a teenager,
- 1:41:12college was when credit cards started coming out in the sixties, I think.
- 1:41:17And my father got one, and he would
- 1:41:20love
- 1:41:22to go out and use that thing and then pay it off every month or he never paid him any interest.
- 1:41:28I doubt that my father ever paid a penny of interest. He he saved up. We bought a Mercedes, a diesel Mercedes.
- 1:41:36He had to order it when we were in Alaska,
- 1:41:38paid $5,000
- 1:41:40from a Mercedes
- 1:41:42diesel,
- 1:41:43saved up the money, paid for cash,
- 1:41:45paid for the land. They built the house on this family
- 1:41:49home cash,
- 1:41:50had savings that he had saved up, Haika,
- 1:41:53and the house never had a mortgage on it.
- 1:41:57Never.
- 1:41:58You know, the sixty years has been sold now. My mother passed. We sold it. My brother stole it all from me. But regardless,
- 1:42:05that house never had a mortgage on it in sixty something years. That was my dad. That's the way I was brought up. K? I'm still frugal like that. I've got the money to spend, and I just still question, you know, do I wanna spend that for that? Shouldn't do that as much at this point, but that's the way I grew up. You know?
- 1:42:26So so
- 1:42:28anybody,
- 1:42:29nobody has any other questions on all that stuff? I'm the the
- 1:42:34the the and what they did on him.
- 1:42:36Hey, William. Hey, buddy. You've heard that a number of times before. How you doing, my friend? You get back to Augusta safe, I presume?
- 1:42:44I did. Yeah. Yeah. We made it about any I know the question I wanted to ask you.
- 1:42:50Uh-huh. When you fly to Atlanta, where do you fly into? Peachtree DeCab?
- 1:42:54Unknown: I go to all of them. Charlie Brown, Houghton County,
- 1:42:58Covington,
- 1:42:59Hartsfield Uh-huh.
- 1:43:01Unknown: Peachtree City. Wow. Okay. You is there Houghton County.
- 1:43:06Uh-huh.
- 1:43:06Okay.
- 1:43:08I just used to think of that bar out there, fifty seventh squadron or whatever it was.
- 1:43:14Unknown: Pretty cool airport. That's a Peachtree DeKalb.
- 1:43:17Unknown: Yep. Yeah. So how can we do you this for today, man? Did you hear things that tickled you there? You wanna make a comment, any of that kind of stuff?
- 1:43:25Unknown: A little bit. You know, I was just talking about the you're talking about the recognizance in every financing
- 1:43:30contract. It says that the terms of this contract are bound by the states, you know, the laws of the state of
- 1:43:36whatever
- 1:43:37Uh-huh. Of Florida or Georgia.
- 1:43:40In every contract, even employment contracts, it'll say, you know, it's under the if there's a dispute, it's under the laws of this state. All credit card contracts are the same thing.
- 1:43:50Unknown: Right. And the legislature will have legislated in the remedies they can access,
- 1:43:55and they just throw it into self help and come grab your shit.
- 1:43:59Yep. Yep.
- 1:44:01I I have one of our girls
- 1:44:03in Atlanta just so to recount the what they do it early in the morning, and then she she's a sweet little gal.
- 1:44:10And the phone rings at, you know, 06:30, 07:00. Roger. Roger. They're stealing my car.
- 1:44:16I I vividly remember that. And took the execution of self help remedy IRS.
- 1:44:21It's the way they operate.
- 1:44:23Unknown: Yep. Go ahead, William. Sorry to interrupt. You're you're talking this morning about the record business and all, and and I thought it was just it kinda hit me. It was apropos,
- 1:44:33that you have spent your whole life just trying to get people to listen.
- 1:44:38Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:44:39And, you know, funny thing. Yeah. Music and now it's just Well, here here's a distinction.
- 1:44:45I was always pretty good at promoting other people's stuff,
- 1:44:50and I'm just not very good at self promotion.
- 1:44:53I'm just not good at it.
- 1:44:55That's why I gotta rely on you guys.
- 1:44:58People don't wanna believe me when I tell them stuff. But if William came up, that guy, Roger, do you understand what he's talking about? Then then they're all interested. But if I tell them they shoe fly, Shoo fly.
- 1:45:14Unknown: Yeah. I got a I got a little bit of radio background too. I was, I ran my college radio station for two years. Low power FM. Oh, did you? That down in Florida? You went to school down in Florida, didn't you? Yeah. In Daytona Beach. Yeah. Uh-huh. You owed both 10,000
- 1:45:28I helped transit. Thousand watt? I helped trans no. No. It was low power. I helped transition. Oh, okay. We were we were AM, like, leak we called it leaky cable AM.
- 1:45:38And then Uh-huh. For nonprofits,
- 1:45:40they started allowing
- 1:45:42what they call low power FM stations, which were Right. I for I forget the wattage. Maybe it was 5,000 watts or something. It's something. It's low, but anybody anybody
- 1:45:51Unknown: in the audience could set one of those up and rebroadcast our show 24 a day. Yep. Anywhere in the country, you find a spot on the dial,
- 1:46:00and then you you don't have to get a license. It's under low power, and you just stick it up there. I think that's the one. Alan, back when Alan was with us regularly. Yeah. Chicago Station was one of those, I believe.
- 1:46:13Paul, was it not? Yeah.
- 1:46:15Unknown: Yes. It was.
- 1:46:17Unknown: There you go. Yep. Yeah. We would reach almost to the beach to a one a. It was starting to get kinda spotty over there from the university Yeah.
- 1:46:24Uh-huh. Over on International Speedway. Yeah.
- 1:46:28I filed my appeal this morning.
- 1:46:30Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 1:46:34Unknown: Which I feel brief. Let me put that.
- 1:46:36Unknown: One running up the flagpole to see who salutes.
- 1:46:40Yep. I boy, wouldn't you like to see one of those appellate judges that do get lays their eyes on that first?
- 1:46:47Unknown: You're right. I
- 1:46:51don't know.
- 1:46:52I added a lot more language in there since Man. I read it on the show, and I took you guys into it.
- 1:46:59Unknown: It was it was excellent.
- 1:47:00Well, what we heard was excellent that day were there if there were any substantial changes or,
- 1:47:06you incorporated any of the things that were kinda important that weren't in there before or you just kept it kinda bullet pointed and tried to keep it with guardrails up so you're on target.
- 1:47:17You know, I I don't know how you handle.
- 1:47:19Unknown: I was gonna I was gonna add I had a whole bunch of information about the legality of property taxes in general and a lot of good quotes and everything, but I felt like I was getting off the point, so I removed all that.
- 1:47:31But I went back and added
- 1:47:33that quote from the textbook
- 1:47:36of elementary law that I read a few months ago.
- 1:47:40Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:47:41Unknown: So
- 1:47:42I'll just read the if we got a few minutes, I'll just read this first section that I changed. We got we got a few minutes, and I doubt if there'd be any objections. We got about six, seven minutes. Go ahead, Will. Okay. As stated in Cross v Board of Supervisors of Elections of Baltimore
- 1:47:58City in 1966,
- 1:47:59both before and after the fourteenth amendment to the federal constitution, it has not been necessary for a person to be a citizen of The United States
- 1:48:07in order to be a citizen of his state.
- 1:48:10And then they quoted US v Cruikshank, slaughterhouse cases,
- 1:48:14Short v State,
- 1:48:15and Spears,
- 1:48:18on state citizenship.
- 1:48:20Citizenship of The United States is defined by the fourteenth amendment in federal statutes, but the requirements for citizenship
- 1:48:26of a state generally depend upon the definition,
- 1:48:29but the constitutional
- 1:48:31or statutory
- 1:48:32context in which that term is used,
- 1:48:34that's Ryswick v Davis, Hallabee v Board of Directors of the University of Cincinnati,
- 1:48:40and authorities therein cited.
- 1:48:42And then I said the, that was a quote straight out of, board of supervisors.
- 1:48:48The landmark ruling on slaughterhouse cases
- 1:48:51established that US citizenship is supreme and paramount to state citizenship.
- 1:48:55The citizen citizenship
- 1:48:57clause of the fourteenth amendment to The United States constitution plainly states that citizens of The United States reside in a state.
- 1:49:04According to the handbook of elementary law, a member of a state may either be a citizen occupying the status entitled citizenship,
- 1:49:11he or may be a resident alien occupying the status designated by the title resident.
- 1:49:16A citizen
- 1:49:17is a permanent member of the state who owes it allegiance at all times is entitled to its protection whether he is at home or abroad.
- 1:49:25A resident alien, on the other hand, is a person residing within a state other than that state of which he is a citizen.
- 1:49:31He owes the state of his sojourn allegiance and is entitled to its protection during his stay. The status of his membership residence is distinguished by its temporary and local nature.
- 1:49:41Therefore, there are only two political statuses of membership in a state. A person is resident alien
- 1:49:47or they're nonresident alien, and then I put capital c citizen in in
- 1:49:52parentheses.
- 1:49:54OCGA one point OCGA one dash two dash two states natural persons are categorized according to their rights and status as one, capital c citizens,
- 1:50:04two, capital c citizens of The United States but not of this state, and three, aliens.
- 1:50:10Applying the principles of elementary law and the paramount character of US citizenship regardless of any secondary state citizenship determined in slaughterhouse,
- 1:50:18the latter two must be in residence as they are not considered capital c citizens.
- 1:50:22The only lawful methods for a person to be in resident in a state is if that person is a citizen of The United States and residence per the language of the fourteenth amendment or a resident alien foreign national with residence as a lawful permanent resident.
- 1:50:35While a person is while a person must domicile in a state as a condition of being in residence, the fact a person domiciles in a state does not necessitate
- 1:50:44a person being in residence.
- 1:50:46The US Supreme Court held in Elk v Wilkins the jurisdiction of United States citizenship
- 1:50:51and its associated residency is contemplated politically
- 1:50:54within the citizenship clause of the fourteenth amendment. The Supreme Court held even though Elk had domicile in a state, he was not a citizen of The United States nor resident under those terms as they are contemplated in the fourteenth amendment.
- 1:51:06The appellant expounded on the nature of residency in the record, and then I referenced the record there where I was talking about rights and duties.
- 1:51:14Did a great job, man. This is this is dynamite material right here, folks. Haika, I hope you're listening to this. Go ahead, William. You did great. The trial court accepted the appellee's assertion that the appellant resides in the state of Georgia based on circumstantial factors such as property ownership, voting, registration, and licensing.
- 1:51:33However, as demonstrated above, for the appellant to reside in Georgia, he must firstly be a United States citizen or resident alien.
- 1:51:40While Forrester v Culpepper provides a definition to determine Georgia residency, it does not establish United States residency upon which it relies.
- 1:51:49Congress has vested The United States Secretary of State with all authorities over all matters concerning
- 1:51:53US United States citizenship and residency. The state of Georgia and its political subdivisions have no authority in law to determine a person's United States citizenship or residency.
- 1:52:03These determinations are solely vested in The United States Secretary of State and the documentation in his possession by operation of law.
- 1:52:10Then I quoted your tiki v v to r c there.
- 1:52:14The felon produced an affidavit of citizenship evidence filed with The United States Secretary of State to the trial court, and then I referenced that in the record, demonstrating he is not a citizen of The United States nor a resident alien. This fact makes the appellant nonresident alien under US law codified
- 1:52:30in 26 US c seventy seven zero one b one b, thereby rebutting any presumptions of residency. The fact of the appellant being nonresident
- 1:52:39is not for debate and has been settled administratively
- 1:52:41with The United States Secretary of State. Georgia law provides residency as a rebuttable presumption.
- 1:52:46It's non sequitur for the appellant to be nonresident or US law while simultaneously being resident
- 1:52:52under Georgia law as determined by the trial court.
- 1:52:55And then the other stuff there is kind of the same.
- 1:52:58Unknown: William,
- 1:52:59you, young man, are gonna be the talk of the appellate level in Georgia.
- 1:53:06I have a sneaking suspicion.
- 1:53:08How many you say of them up there? 15?
- 1:53:10Unknown: 15 of them total.
- 1:53:13Jurisdictional and tax liability determinations must be disordered by supported by CLEAR. Oh, there's the whistler.
- 1:53:19Unknown: Yep.
- 1:53:21Well, hey, man. Listen. Fantastic.
- 1:53:23Today's the day that was filed today by
- 1:53:26our young student who obviously moves to the front of the class, William.
- 1:53:32And
- 1:53:33cool, buddy. We'll just wait and see what kind of ruckus
- 1:53:38you've stirred up up there.
- 1:53:41And
- 1:53:42interesting. Work, William.
- 1:53:44Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So we do move forward even though slower than
- 1:53:51all of us probably would like. So
- 1:53:54thank you, William, for reading that to us, and thank you for doing it. Taking the I the man's had to take time out of his life and his business to do this, folks. Right? We weren't getting paid. That's important.
- 1:54:06It's very important. Thank you, and I'm sure glad you and I are totally on the same page there. So,
- 1:54:13anyway, we'll we'll see back. Like, today, let me double check again. Paul, is today Tuesday or Thursday?
- 1:54:21Unknown: Today is Thursday.
- 1:54:24Unknown: Alright. Tomorrow, we're gonna be back on Friday with Brent Winters. I just had to check, Paul.
- 1:54:29We're gonna be back with our buddy Brent Winters,
- 1:54:32and there's an awful lot of things like this birthright citizenship
- 1:54:36and whatever else, so we may get off into talking about law tomorrow.
- 1:54:41We'll see.
- 1:54:42I hope you will attend and be there with us. So in the meantime
- 1:54:47Unknown: oh, chow chow. Heard ones. Okay.
- 1:54:50Unknown: Hold on.
- 1:54:51Hold on. We
- 1:54:53gotta get a tone. Now,
- 1:55:01William, you want to ask you?
- 1:55:04Unknown: I just wanna ask everyone's prayers that this falls on,
- 1:55:07doesn't fall on deaf ears at the appellate level.
- 1:55:10Unknown: Receptive ears.
- 1:55:12Oh, man. What a time. What a bit all this yesterday's
- 1:55:16ruling on on birthright citizenship that's gonna continue
- 1:55:21to be a hell of a topic of discussion. Just book it. We are so fortunate. Comes up without that being our main deal. It comes up where we can really explain it to people. And I think maybe it'll make conversations
- 1:55:35easier because, hey, did you hear about this birthright citizenship decision the other day? People I think have maybe have heard about it be more receptive to talk about it. So, what a golden time. Thank you, William.
- 1:55:48Unknown: Yeah. I just wanted to kinda get into this other part if if you had just a second. Oh,
- 1:55:52Unknown: yeah. Well, hey. We got us the hours.
- 1:55:55Unknown: Okay.
- 1:55:56On the attorney's fees and litigation costs, I added some information and wove in Diet v Turner, so I just wanted to go over that real quick. Oh, did you? Yeah.
- 1:56:07Yeah. So frivolous actions by definition must be without legal merit.
- 1:56:11The state citizenship of article four section two of The United States constitution is replete in US case law until on or about the passage of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1940.
- 1:56:22At this time, the term state citizen is defined as a national within the INA.
- 1:56:27The same political status of a state citizen is defined within the Civil Rights Act of 1871
- 1:56:33as a white citizen in contrast to a citizen of The United States codified in 42 USC
- 1:56:39nineteen eighty one and subsequent.
- 1:56:41Finally, state citizens are deceptively identified in the Internal Revenue Code, title 26, as nonresident alien.
- 1:56:48This was buttressed in Bruce Hayward of the Union Pacific Railroad Code and the resulting treasury decision twenty three thirteen determining the taxation of nonresident alien individuals.
- 1:57:00Obviously, state citizenship is backed by over two hundred and fifty years of legal precedent, acknowledgment in The United States constitution
- 1:57:07as it was the only citizenship prior to the creation of federal citizenship
- 1:57:10at the ratification of the fourteenth amendment
- 1:57:13and originating at the nation's founding is grounded in law and not frivolous.
- 1:57:17The forcing of the fourteenth amendment upon the nation and the usurpation of state citizenship and state sovereignty
- 1:57:23is discussed in Utah cases, State v Phillips, Attia v Turner,
- 1:57:27and in extensive links in articles 11 SLCQ,
- 1:57:31SELQ,
- 1:57:32and

- 1:57:34Tulane Law Review 22.
- 1:57:36The unlawfulness of the reconstruction federalization
- 1:57:38of the state, the subversion of Georgia as a sovereign body, and change of jurisdiction
- 1:57:43was directly addressed in the issues brought forward by Georgia and Georgia v Stanton.
- 1:57:47And then I kinda get into,
- 1:57:50you know, the the
- 1:57:51constitutional
- 1:57:53legality of them, you know, violating my ability to
- 1:57:56to
- 1:57:57redress my grievances with government without retaliation.
- 1:58:01In conclusion, the concepts
- 1:58:03are somewhat complex, but the facts are clear. The appellant has made the determination of intent to be a national and not a citizen of The United States. The statement was made officially in a manner prescribed by law and submitted to the proper authority for filing without objection.
- 1:58:19This statement was submitted in the administrative court of record with the Department of State who then accepted the statement and issued a passport in reliance on the same.
- 1:58:28The fact of determinations by the Department of State are not for debate at the state or local level As stated in the appellant's motion for summary judgment in an effort for to fulfill due process with government,
- 1:58:39lawful legal notice was given to the Georgia Department of Revenue and other government officials to provide notification of the change of citizenship filed with the secretary and directed them to adjust their actions and their agent's actions accordingly, and then I referenced that in the record.
- 1:58:53Notice to the principal is notice to the agent under the law of agency.
- 1:58:57No response or objection to the notice was received by any parties noticed by the appellant.
- 1:59:03The Columbia County tax commissioner acting an agency for the Georgia Department of Revenue for assessment and collection of the tavot elected not to object until the appellant exercised the privileges and immunities of the citizenship previously noticed.
- 1:59:16Ultimately, trial
- 1:59:18upon the trial, the appellee failed to provide any statutory applicability of the tablet to persons other than you citizens of The United States or residents,
- 1:59:25and his argument centered around circumstantial
- 1:59:29indicators of residency
- 1:59:30when the fact of the appellant's nonresidents had been previously established administratively
- 1:59:35by the US Department of State.
- 1:59:37The commissioner as well as the trial court chose to unlawfully reject the state department's fact of determination that the appellant is not a US citizen or resident and in the trial provided no evidence of statutory applicability
- 1:59:48of the Tavit to persons other than US citizens or residents.
- 1:59:53And then the rest of it was kind of the same as William. As what I think. When
- 1:59:57Unknown: are you gonna hang up your shingle?
- 2:00:03Unknown: I figured it'd need to be a little more little more little more direct. You know?
- 2:00:07Unknown: Yeah. Excellent. Excellent, William. Okay. Couple of people got comments. Hold on. Rick, was that you you were one of them?
- 2:00:15Unknown: Yes, sir.
- 2:00:16Where you might consider
- 2:00:19throwing in also a reference to US versus Bishop 1973.
- 2:00:23You did not willfully
- 2:00:24to evade any lawfully owed feast.
- 2:00:28Unknown: It's filed.
- 2:00:30There are no more changes.
- 2:00:32Oh, okay. But, man, you did a bang up job. I guarantee you're the you're
- 2:00:38the talk. If they got them all on one floor, you're the talk of that floor.
- 2:00:44Unknown: Interesting. To see yeah.
- 2:00:46Unknown: Okay. Question? Yeah. William,
- 2:00:48Ed from Michigan.
- 2:00:50What what's the, what is your case style like? What's the name of it? It's, William s Robertson
- 2:00:58Unknown: versus
- 2:00:59Columbia County Board of Assessors Tax Assessors.
- 2:01:03Unknown: Okay. And this is Georgia?
- 2:01:05Yeah.
- 2:01:06Yeah. More what's, what's the county what's the county over there in Augusta?
- 2:01:11Columbia County.
- 2:01:12Columbia County. Uh-huh. I
- 2:01:15wonder if I can look that up.
- 2:01:18Just in the Georgia paperwork. It sounds like you did a good job.
- 2:01:22Oh, man. Are you kidding me?
- 2:01:24Unknown: Now they he's got another twenty
- 2:01:26the other attorney's got another twenty
- 2:01:29five days or so
- 2:01:31to file an a reply brief. I don't know how he's gonna reply.
- 2:01:36Unknown: But they Sovereign citizen blink. He's gonna put a little electronic
- 2:01:41blinking
- 2:01:42thing and say, sovereign citizen. Sovereign citizen.
- 2:01:47Well, William, did they give you a case number?
- 2:01:50Yeah.
- 2:01:50Oh, yeah.
- 2:01:52Unknown: Alright. Sorry about the noise. Yeah. The, the appeal case number is AAsInAlpha
- 2:01:59Yep. 2626AAsInAlpha2285.
- 2:02:05And I'm trying to think, if I got a copy of the county case.
- 2:02:10Unknown: It was So they should
- 2:02:12I would think it'd be published if you filed it this morning. It should be.
- 2:02:16Unknown: Yeah. It's they accepted it and they posted it. I mean, there's there's all kind of rules in there. It's just aggravated the hell out of me. It has to be 14.1
- 2:02:25inch margins and labeled at the bottom and blah blah blah. You know? Uh-huh. Yes. Form the formatting's gotta be you gotta hold your tongue this way and Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. You gotta pack it above your belly. You know? But the good thing is you you're not gonna be held to as tight as standard as an attorney would be on all that.
- 2:02:45Right.
- 2:02:47Unknown: Or they may throw that out and use it as a as a way to come after you and and this the case.
- 2:02:54You get a particularly mean one.
- 2:02:57Unknown: If they if if they determine that it's frivolous, there's a up to a $10,000 civil penalty
- 2:03:04at the appellate level.
- 2:03:05Unknown: I I anybody that could say frivolous on what you've read to us here today ain't much of a freaking judge.
- 2:03:12Right. And that I don't know how to be appealed. Well, I that's why I say I appreciate you pressing the envelope here because it is unknown. We don't know what's gonna happen. You've already seen a little consequence.
- 2:03:24Fortunately, for you personally, it was covered. We'll see where the next one is to give your friend a big hug for me, would you? I will. Yeah.
- 2:03:34I will.
- 2:03:35Yeah. Thanks, William. Very cool. No problem. Very cool.
- 2:03:39Okay. Anybody else for, for for William?
- 2:03:42Nope.
- 2:03:44Unknown: Watch it.
- 2:03:46Unknown: There is Larry.
- 2:03:48Yes, sir.
- 2:03:50Unknown: Yeah. William, just be warned that
- 2:03:54the
- 2:03:55there's I was reading about a I just started reading about a case.
- 2:03:59I think it took place in the nineteen nineties.
- 2:04:02It involved a couple, an older couple,
- 2:04:05who were trying to avoid paying federal income tax,
- 2:04:10and they made all of the similar arguments
- 2:04:12that most patriots make
- 2:04:15when they were in tax court,
- 2:04:17that I'm a state citizen
- 2:04:19and No. That I'm a nonresident alien.
- 2:04:22Unknown: No. And
- 2:04:24Unknown: the the chief judge
- 2:04:26of the tax court at that time,
- 2:04:29he he rebutted every one of their arguments
- 2:04:32or claims through a brief, a legal brief,
- 2:04:36especially the the claim that they were making
- 2:04:40that they were a nonresident alien.
- 2:04:43And he used, of course, case law and precedent.
- 2:04:47And, so just be aware of that. Hopefully, this, whoever the opposing counsel is that has to
- 2:04:56offer an answer to your
- 2:04:58claims,
- 2:04:59but they don't find those
- 2:05:01those
- 2:05:02I think
- 2:05:03different case case proceedings. I bet you they don't have an affidavit. I bet you they don't have one file.
- 2:05:09Unknown: Larry, there probably was not tax court. To my understanding, the only thing you can argue in tax court is the amount. You can't bring any of those issues up. That may have been in another district court or something.
- 2:05:22And I can tell you that there was a
- 2:05:25I'm trying to think of the couple's name. They were up in New Hampshire, somewhere in the Northeast, the browns.
- 2:05:31Does that ring a bell? The the browns, and they were on a, they persecuted them on some tax stuff, and there's patriot community was all over it back in the nineties.
- 2:05:42Do you know what they can how they convicted them?
- 2:05:45Unknown: That's the ones they convicted on their passports?
- 2:05:47Unknown: They on their passports because they didn't didn't put an affidavit in.
- 2:05:53So the presumption that they were citizens of The United States,
- 2:05:57they didn't object.
- 2:05:58They are applicable under the same,
- 2:06:01twenty six one point one dash one a as
- 2:06:05a individual of the tax, and they did the deal. I I don't know if they went to prison or stuff, but I do know I heard a few years back that that was the convicting
- 2:06:15technique. Prosecutor went in and said, well, here's your passport.
- 2:06:19Unknown: Roger,
- 2:06:20Unknown: add something. Yes. Smirkup.
- 2:06:22Unknown: I just wanted to mention,
- 2:06:24I I
- 2:06:26looked at the brief that William put together. He put he covered everything.
- 2:06:31He covered everything. He had an excellent job.
- 2:06:33Ass
- 2:06:34an excellent job. Lower ass tape for us.
- 2:06:38He covered that he, you know,
- 2:06:41rebutted the presumption of residency,
- 2:06:44which is awesome.
- 2:06:45And the last part, William, that was awesome too.
- 2:06:48Just wanted to let people know, you know, when you're searching on the web or information,
- 2:06:54you can't just run with the information
- 2:06:57thinking that,
- 2:06:58you know, fearmonger
- 2:07:00or
- 2:07:01run with that and say, oh, be careful because, you know,
- 2:07:05you they're they're calling them a sovereign citizen or whatever it is. Doesn't matter as long as you rebut it. The their presumption.
- 2:07:14And the the web is not gonna have all
- 2:07:17accurate information,
- 2:07:19legal verbiage.
- 2:07:21So it's important to understand the words that they're using.
- 2:07:24Legal words are important. Yeah.
- 2:07:27Unknown: And I found that that's towards that's
- 2:07:30Unknown: not towards you, William. I'm just saying people that are new understanding and trying to grasp the information,
- 2:07:36we have to understand the words that they're using.
- 2:07:39Unknown: Oh, you gotta understand their definitions. You know, that's part of the big scam here. Go ahead, William.
- 2:07:44Unknown: Well, I found no case other than your
- 2:07:47where where the power of the affidavit on file has been tested.
- 2:07:52Unknown: Yeah. Well, that means it's good, clean law.
- 2:07:55Just never been overturned in two hundred years almost.
- 2:07:58Unknown: One more thing, Mark. It makes total
- 2:08:01Unknown: sneak. It makes total sense.
- 2:08:04You gotta have somebody
- 2:08:05who can if there's different options
- 2:08:08that can dictate these things, who would it be? The person responsible
- 2:08:13for introducing you to foreign countries. It just makes perfect sense. Okay? Yes, Marco?
- 2:08:19Unknown: Roger, just wanted to mention,
- 2:08:21we have to understand at now as we put in our affidavit at the national as a private individual,
- 2:08:28as attorney general of California has already acknowledged,
- 2:08:32private there's a difference between a citizen
- 2:08:36their citizen and a private individual,
- 2:08:38Unknown: and we are not use it. We are not Merca. Holy fuck. Oral Merca likes particularly to use that nomenclature.
- 2:08:47She likes to use it. Notice. Oh, go. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I wasn't
- 2:08:53I didn't do anything. Hell, do we have two conversations
- 2:08:56going on here?
- 2:08:58Yeah. There was
- 2:09:00They remember that sounded like
- 2:09:02Heidi.
- 2:09:03Okay. Okay.
- 2:09:06So, yep, everybody knows that and yep. We gotta learn more every day. Yes, Marco?
- 2:09:12Unknown: They they keep I just wanna make sure that we see the difference. When we put our affidavit in with the Secretary of State of DC,
- 2:09:21know confirming and correcting their presumption that we are
- 2:09:25not a United States citizen
- 2:09:27which is the federal citizen,
- 2:09:30we are now under natural law. And that means in the private,
- 2:09:34not in the public. We are not anything United States citizen.
- 2:09:38Unknown: And as I said I showed I showed them in their own damn elementary law textbook.
- 2:09:43Unknown: Yeah. You sure did. That. To be in a state. Yep. That was Yeah. No. You did an excellent job of bringing that in, and it's gonna be really interesting. So
- 2:09:52your your opponent there, the attorney,
- 2:09:55on hire from the state, Is he
- 2:09:58the one that's gonna gotta write the brief in answer to yours?
- 2:10:04Yeah. And so this is '25
- 2:10:06twenty or twenty five days?
- 2:10:08Yeah. He's got about twenty five days to file to file a reply. So we won't know something for we won't know oh, he doesn't have to?
- 2:10:16Unknown: No. He doesn't have to.
- 2:10:18Unknown: Ah,
- 2:10:19it will be interesting to see if they do.
- 2:10:22Unknown: And if he does, I have another twenty days to reply to his brief.
- 2:10:26Unknown: Ah, so this can get stretched out a while. It's gonna be very interesting to see if he responds
- 2:10:32and how he's gonna respond.
- 2:10:35Because you did a bang up job on what you've read to us, man.
- 2:10:38Roger. Man, just, William, thank you so much. Yes, Marco?
- 2:10:43Unknown: For William,
- 2:10:45he he wanted,
- 2:10:47the judge to say, all we need is resident. He's a resident or a res he has residency.
- 2:10:53So you already rip out of that. Now he has nothing else. Yep. He has nothing else to say. That I told him. Lawyer, whoever it is. I told him. I said, you don't have residency because you don't have citizenship.
- 2:11:06Unknown: And and he says, well, there's people here that that don't have citizenship
- 2:11:10that, you know, still owe the taxes. And I said, well, yeah, they're residents. That's why it says US citizens are residents.
- 2:11:17Unknown: Right.
- 2:11:19Unknown: And then he said, okay. And then and then he went to the other attorney, and then they just brushed that off, and he got, oh, well, he's got kids in school and blah blah blah. You know?
- 2:11:29So it's just it was a doggy punching. When
- 2:11:33Unknown: you run into him at the grocery store
- 2:11:36and you pull him aside and say, don't you see what I'm doing? I'm uncovering the scam of the international monetary
- 2:11:44people that have enslaved our country, and this is how they've done it.
- 2:11:48Right. This is their power.
- 2:11:50Do you understand what we're dealing with here?
- 2:11:53Unknown: Because the property What do you say? My personal property, my like Larry was saying the other day, money is, you know, your currency is your personal property, your the fruits of your labor.
- 2:12:04Yeah. You know, that's that's your property. And you look at John Locke. I had John Locke when I had that other paragraph in there. John Locke and, I'm trying to remember the other guy,
- 2:12:15even Bastiat
- 2:12:17in that law book. You know? It's like, if you don't have if you don't have protection of your property or your property can't be taken from you, whether it's intimate domain domain or seizure through
- 2:12:27tax collection or whatever, if you don't have that protection,
- 2:12:31you don't have any other rights.
- 2:12:33Unknown: Whether which is what they're trying to underwrite with all this, AI shit and all the stuff that's going on now. Heard somebody doing a whole analysis
- 2:12:42on that yesterday.
- 2:12:44This is underwriting
- 2:12:46property laws. All the digitalization
- 2:12:49and everything that's going on, every freaking blade of grass,
- 2:12:53they want digitized.
- 2:12:55K.
- 2:12:56So excellent job, William. Thank you. Maybe we'll get somebody's attention one of these days, folks,
- 2:13:04and maybe now.
- 2:13:05Who knows? We just keep try we gotta keep trying like they keep trying because they never stop.
- 2:13:13And what did Thomas Jefferson say? The only remedy,
- 2:13:16constant vigilance because they never stop. We gotta be the same way.
- 2:13:21Unknown: And if they if they rule against me,
- 2:13:24like, I got ten days to put in a stop to their,
- 2:13:28the state of their remitor
- 2:13:29or they send it back to the the superior court,
- 2:13:33and then I've gotta put in a motion for writ of certiorari to the supreme
- 2:13:38court.
- 2:13:39And then, and then if they deny hearing it, then I can put in a writ of certiorari
- 2:13:44to the US Supreme Court. Supreme Court.
- 2:13:48Unknown: You're that's that's a big bite to chew on. I know people that have done it.
- 2:13:53Rick Scruggs. Rick Scruggs had a damn case in certiorari at the supreme court.
- 2:14:00He he was a madman.
- 2:14:02Yeah.
- 2:14:02Who lives down there in Saint Simons, you're down there all the time. He lives down there. What's the next time you're down there, if you got a few hours, ask somebody where Rick Scruggs lives.
- 2:14:14Unknown: But now with this Trump v Barber ruling, I don't think I would get anywhere,
- 2:14:18even if I tried up there.
- 2:14:20Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:14:21Well,
- 2:14:23you've done a magnificent job. You've inspired our troops. You've shown them and done a shining example of what somebody who really takes to this. I told William, I think he agrees with it. He likes it, obviously.
- 2:14:35He's done a damn good job, but if something ever happens to his flight career, he'd go back and be a lawyer. You don't have to be an attorney at law now. You sign your shingle out,
- 2:14:46freeing people in Augusta.
- 2:14:50Unknown: I wonder, if there are some states, you can do Reed Law. Remember Reed Law?
- 2:14:54No.
- 2:14:55They'll they'll you never heard of Reed Law?
- 2:14:58No. So if a if a if a state has a Reed Law statute,
- 2:15:02I think Louisiana might be one of them,
- 2:15:05You don't have to have a JD. You don't have to have a Juris Doctorate in law to take the bar exam.
- 2:15:12Unknown: Oh, yeah. You
- 2:15:14Unknown: can do Reed Law and basically your own study
- 2:15:19and just go take the bar exam.
- 2:15:21Unknown: Gotcha.
- 2:15:22Yeah. Well, yeah, as we're saying, there you I don't think still today you have to be a lawyer to be appointed to the supreme court.
- 2:15:30Roger Taney, the guy that over the controversial
- 2:15:33Dred Scott decision,
- 2:15:35He was the chief justice for twenty years up there, I believe, or more,
- 2:15:40and made some good decisions. He's not the only one that's been up there that wasn't a lawyer, but he had particularly I know about.
- 2:15:47Unknown: Right.
- 2:15:48Unknown: Okay. Anybody else got something?
- 2:15:51Well, we all appreciate your efforts, William. I can tell you that. Hold this. Somebody's there. Yes, sir?
- 2:15:58Unknown: Yeah. This is Larry. So Mirka constantly
- 2:16:00repeats this rhetoric that we are only under natural law, which gives the impression
- 2:16:06or implies that we're only under god's laws in the bible, and that's just not true.
- 2:16:13Unknown: Well, I like nature and
- 2:16:15about nature and nature's god? There were you you're covered both ways, Mirka.
- 2:16:21Unknown: Go ahead, Lauren. I was gonna say, yeah,
- 2:16:23she gotta be careful about saying that because
- 2:16:26the common law consists of judge made law or case precedents.
- 2:16:32And last time I checked, judges are men.
- 2:16:35And, you know, does Barker go out and obey the traffic laws, or does she just think she can just drive through red lights and stop signs? So you gotta be careful about making statements like that, especially to people that are new to this information.
- 2:16:49I'd I would just Well, red light is there for your safety, not for you for for the police to stop. It's for your safety.
- 2:16:56Unknown: I would always use nature and nature's god,
- 2:16:59k, myself,
- 2:17:00but it's both.
- 2:17:03Okay. Who else has got something? If not, I'm gonna take off. I wanna go back to this Tucker interview. I'm dying to find out more about this guy, Steve Baker. I encourage you to poke your head in on that.
- 2:17:14And otherwise, we'll be back if if today
- 2:17:17was Thursday.
- 2:17:19In fact,
- 2:17:20then we'll be back tomorrow with Brent. If he shows up,
- 2:17:25now we've got that situation where sometimes he might not show up. We don't know. We're going to presume. We're under the laws of presumption ourselves now that tomorrow Brent will be here. Yes, Paul. Paul.
- 2:17:38Unknown: Now I'm starting to feel like, Tom d,
- 2:17:41I'm I'm starting to feel like you are never ever ever gonna let me live that down, and that every single Tuesday or Thursday,
- 2:17:49you're going to be
- 2:17:51verifying
- 2:17:52Unknown: what day of the week it is. Uh-uh. Well, I mean, I'm gonna Now I know how Tom feels. I'm gonna be I'm gonna be 78 this month, but your your good thing is I'll forget it.
- 2:18:03Okay.
- 2:18:05I'll see you lovelies. You little lovelies.
- 2:18:08Manana in La Manana.
- 2:18:11Have a great day. We'll find out what goes on. Love you. Alright. Ciao. Ciao. Ciao.
- 2:18:18Unknown: Good god.
- 2:18:20I feel your pain,
- 2:18:22Unknown: Tom D. I feel your pain.
- 2:18:26Unknown: Roger?
- 2:18:27Unknown: As soon as he says the word gone, his finger is is succumbing to gravity and hitting the hang up button.
- 2:18:35Unknown: Oh, okay. He's
- 2:18:37Unknown: out of there.
- 2:18:39Unknown: Alright. Thank you. You. I just had a question for everyone. So
- 2:18:44Unknown: Oh, yeah. What's that?
- 2:18:46Unknown: Well,
- 2:18:47I I got back from the IRS. They said it they declined my ten forty ENR
- 2:18:53due to the tax treaty code,
- 2:18:55and I did not know what my next step would be.
- 2:18:59Unknown: They declined
- 2:19:01your ten forty NR?
- 2:19:03Unknown: Yes. Like I said, I mean, I done it everything that we had on our charts that told us to do, like draw the line and write all your different for the codes and all that stuff.
- 2:19:13I did all that, but but they but they still denied it. They sent it back to me.
- 2:19:18Unknown: Okay.
- 2:19:20Then what you need to do is you need to contact them and you need to ask them what is the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 2:19:28Unknown: Okay, administrative appeal, okay.
- 2:19:30Unknown: Yeah, what is the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 2:19:34Throw the ball right back in their court.
- 2:19:36Unknown: Okay.
- 2:19:37Alright. Thank you so much. This is Laurie.
- 2:19:40Unknown: Comment comment. Why what does the letter say on why they denied your ten forty NR?
- 2:19:46Unknown: Let me see.
- 2:19:48It says due to tax treaty code.
- 2:19:50Which what
- 2:19:52what they what they did was they changed they changed everything, the amounts online and everything, because they give me refund like how it's supposed to be, now they're trying to say, like, I owe them,
- 2:20:02like, triple the amount of what they were supposed to give me back.
- 2:20:06Unknown: When you when you filed
- 2:20:08this
- 2:20:09ten forty Larry, are you there?
- 2:20:12Unknown: Yep. I'm here.
- 2:20:14Go ahead, Larry. I'll let you also comment too. Oh, I won't let but I want you to comment. Well, I was gonna ask the same question you asked. Like, why did they re refuse to accept the the return?
- 2:20:24Unknown: And she answered it. Yes. When you filed your return,
- 2:20:30I don't know if you put put a cover letter on that
- 2:20:33stating that
- 2:20:36at the top,
- 2:20:37not to
- 2:20:39notice to principals, notice to agent. And then in the cover letter, first sentence should have been that it's always been my intent to not to be considered a frivolous filing at the top. And then your first sentence should say it's always been my intent to pay all constitutional
- 2:20:54taxes that are owed.
- 2:20:56Because what happens when you don't do that is they're gonna come back against you, and they're gonna try and send you a letter for a frivolous filing.
- 2:21:05Unknown: That's probably what they did.
- 2:21:07Is it, $5,000
- 2:21:09Unknown: they're they're they're saying you owe? Per person. Per person. I'm working with a with I'm working with a couple right now, and they have, with letters to the IRS, and they are
- 2:21:20assessing a 10,000 frivolous filing, one for the wife and one for the husband.
- 2:21:24Unknown: Yeah. But I was asking I was asking her that question.
- 2:21:28What what amount are they trying to go after?
- 2:21:31Unknown: Well, the one in it said
- 2:21:3440,000.
- 2:21:36Unknown: 40?
- 2:21:37Yes.
- 2:21:40Okay.
- 2:21:42Unknown: Yeah. Because I Yeah. Actually, one of the forms that I had, it had, like, a negative amount
- 2:21:48on it. It had, like, like, a negative, and then they had the number. I'm thinking that they took that negative as a positive
- 2:21:55because I supposed to got back, like, 20.
- 2:21:59Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:22:01What is the next step in my administrative appeal?
- 2:22:05Unknown: Paul, who are we talking with?
- 2:22:07Unknown: Who?
- 2:22:09Who is this?
- 2:22:10Melinda. Who? Melinda.
- 2:22:13Unknown: Melinda, whose process did you follow to fill out and complete a ten forty n r?
- 2:22:18Unknown: I think it was Larry's.
- 2:22:26Unknown: I was here, Larry. I did you come across it? All the
- 2:22:30the All the Larry's.
- 2:22:31Mhmm.
- 2:22:32Unknown: Okay. So when you completed the other information form, describe how you filled it out.
- 2:22:38Unknown: K. Let me find it here.
- 2:22:41Because I even had the OI and all that stuff, you know, where you draw the lines. It's not applicable, American National,
- 2:22:47eight USC one fifty I mean, I'm sorry, 15 o two
- 2:22:51per 26 USC
- 2:22:53seven seventy b.
- 2:22:56I've done that.
- 2:22:58And on the NR,
- 2:23:00like I said, you know, everything is like zero except for line k.
- 2:23:05Line k, I put in my total income exempt,
- 2:23:07which is from my schedule o I,
- 2:23:10and
- 2:23:12then I put in the amount where it says under the payments and refundable credit section,
- 2:23:1725 d, put in the amount there, which was, you know, to add your lines for your federal income tax withheld.
- 2:23:24Unknown: And that's really Alright. So what what how did you fill out OI and be very specific?
- 2:23:30Unknown: Uh-huh. Sure. On OI okay.
- 2:23:33I did. Yeah. Okay. On the OI, at the top of it where it says about your citizenship,
- 2:23:39I put on there, I wasam
- 2:23:44a national of The United States Of America,
- 2:23:47the country. And I put on there, I do not reside. I am an inhabitant
- 2:23:52of can you read my writing?
- 2:23:55Inhabitant of Kentucky.
- 2:23:57And then I went down to g
- 2:24:00all the way from g to l. I drew a line and I put not applicable,
- 2:24:04American National, then all these codes that I read earlier.
- 2:24:07But on there that I'm nonresident alien individual.
- 2:24:11And then I went down to where it says country,
- 2:24:14got on The United States Of America, tax treaty article,
- 2:24:18Rush Haber,
- 2:24:21and I got the Union Pacific
- 2:24:23Railroad Company. Then I got treasury decision twenty three b
- 2:24:28twenty six c f r one dot one
- 2:24:32a.
- 2:24:35And then, of course, you know, got my amount, you know, for the income that I used in the current year, you know, because what what I did was I retired,
- 2:24:43so I had,
- 2:24:44you know, where I took money from the four zero one k and also where things got transferred
- 2:24:49into
- 2:24:51like, you know, when you buy, like, silver. I've done that also.
- 2:24:54So I had my 10 I had $10.99 r's is what I had.
- 2:24:59Turned all that in.
- 2:25:01Did any of that help? Or
- 2:25:04Unknown: Did did you say treasury decision 23B,
- 2:25:08or did you put 2313?
- 2:25:12Unknown: Julie Julie, talk to her a couple of minutes. I'm in the middle of a delivery. I'll get back. And let me see.
- 2:25:18Unknown: O I.
- 2:25:20So the o I
- 2:25:24Unknown: b.
- 2:25:27Unknown: I need to
- 2:25:29that was about 20 okay. That might be a b. I thought it was 13.
- 2:25:34Is it 2313?
- 2:25:35I can't read my writing. I'm sorry. I got a copy.
- 2:25:39Unknown: Yeah. I was wondering because the third one three could be interpreted as a b if you write it too close.
- 2:25:44Unknown: Okay.
- 2:25:46Unknown: I thought you said 23B.
- 2:25:48That's why I'm asking.
- 2:25:49Unknown: Okay.
- 2:25:50Well, it it might be 2313.
- 2:25:53Because like I said, it is written pretty close.
- 2:25:56And then I have the the letter
- 2:26:00that I gave them. It says, I am a nonresident
- 2:26:03alien individual.
- 2:26:05However, I was not engaged in a trader business in The United States,
- 2:26:10The District Of Columbia during 2025.
- 2:26:13I merely want to point out that I am using 26 CFR
- 2:26:191.1
- 2:26:20dash one a
- 2:26:21to show that my income is exempt from US federal income tax
- 2:26:26according to this section of the internal revenue code.
- 2:26:30I've included page seven of the NR instructions. Please reference one c
- 2:26:35which I have highlighted for reference and for any for convenience.
- 2:26:40According to 26 CFR
- 2:26:42three zero one dash six one zero nine Dash1G,
- 2:26:48since I'm no longer a US citizen or or resident,
- 2:26:52please assign the status
- 2:26:53of non resident alien individual to my social security number in your database.
- 2:26:59Please reference my affidavit of citizenship evidence that is already on file with the secretary of state of The United States
- 2:27:07that was received by the commissioner and the nonresident alien international department
- 2:27:12in Philadelphia on November
- 2:27:142025.
- 2:27:16I instructed the commissioner to place my affidavit permanently and firmly in my file.
- 2:27:21Attention to the agent processing this filing if you do not understand
- 2:27:25the information presented here
- 2:27:28and including but not included to my citizenship status as American National,
- 2:27:33a nonresident alien individual,
- 2:27:35then please forward this file to your immediate department manager and our legal department.
- 2:27:41Now put on here please find enclosed, complete a ten forty NR to get a refund,
- 2:27:47complete a schedule OI,
- 2:27:49ten forty n r instructions, page seven,
- 2:27:52w twos and ten ninety nine r's,
- 2:27:55form eighty eight eighty eight,
- 2:27:58copy of 26 c f r,
- 2:28:01copy of Brush Haber versus Union Pacific Railroad.
- 2:28:05And I and then I signed it as submitted in order to get paid and then my my signature.
- 2:28:12That was the letter that I sent.
- 2:28:15Unknown: Okay.
- 2:28:17They should not have,
- 2:28:19in my opinion, but I would have to look at your tax returns, and I think Larry would need to do so too. I think you followed his instructions on that call one day that where he gave instructions on how to fill out
- 2:28:30the ten forty NR and the OI. Is that correct? Yes.
- 2:28:34Yeah.
- 2:28:36They came back to you and said it's not a treaty. Is that correct?
- 2:28:41Unknown: Yes.
- 2:28:42Unknown: And that it and they are correct on that. I mean, the case Bush Brushaber versus,
- 2:28:48Union Pacific Railroad is a case, and Treasury decision twenty three thirteen is not a treaty either.
- 2:28:55Unknown: Okay.
- 2:28:57Unknown: So I think that's where they're going with that.
- 2:29:02We would have to after Larry finishes his
- 2:29:05delivery, I know of one other person who faced the same thing.
- 2:29:11And I know in the past when people have written that down, those tax returns have been accepted.
- 2:29:17It just depends on which IRS agent you get who's processing this.
- 2:29:22I have a situation with
- 2:29:24a lady and her husband right now that filed five tax returns.
- 2:29:29And she filed all five the same way.
- 2:29:32And she never filed a revocation of election.
- 2:29:36She filed a Schedule I citing all of the court cases that
- 2:29:41her income
- 2:29:43was not taxable.
- 2:29:44They refunded everything to her on three tax returns.
- 2:29:48And on two tax returns, they got frivolous filing penalties on both. So that's $20,000
- 2:29:54$5,000
- 2:29:55each for,
- 2:29:57one year of tax returns and $5,000 each for a second year of tax returns.
- 2:30:03Unknown: Yes. Because they're really giving me
- 2:30:05Unknown: I'm sorry. No. So far, I'm just gonna say I I just wanted to say that,
- 2:30:10you know, so there's a bunch a huge bunch of discrepancies and inconsistencies
- 2:30:15on how these tax returns are filed depending on who you get for an IRS agent. I've had the same issue with myself when I have filed
- 2:30:26S Corp returns and when I have filed
- 2:30:298,832
- 2:30:30forms and all of that, where there's just so many discrepancies and inconsistencies
- 2:30:35with how these people
- 2:30:37are processing
- 2:30:38these.
- 2:30:41So I want to wait until Larry, who's making a delivery right now, comes back. But I think he would be the person that you'd want to send those to, to
- 2:30:50figure out. So I don't know how to respond to that because I
- 2:30:55have never been a
- 2:30:58proponent of putting it because it asks on that form, named the tax treaty,
- 2:31:05A court case and a treasury decision
- 2:31:09are not tax treaties.
- 2:31:11And I know people have gotten away with that in the past, but
- 2:31:15these agents are getting more and more aggressive
- 2:31:19these days.
- 2:31:20I would have put NA on there.
- 2:31:24And if there was no place on there
- 2:31:27to
- 2:31:30attach those cases,
- 2:31:33If there was a way to attach a schedule, like a Schedule one or something like that,
- 2:31:38I would have put that on there. I would have put C
- 2:31:42Court case Brush Haber versus Union Pacific Railroad, whatever the year that was, and also see treasury decision twenty three thirteen.
- 2:31:51I don't know if there's a way.
- 2:31:54Unknown: Yeah. They're only giving me till the thirteenth to respond.
- 2:31:57Well, really, the pay is what they're saying.
- 2:32:00You know, so I gotta try to figure this out quickly, you know.
- 2:32:04Yeah.
- 2:32:06Unknown: Larry Larry will be back shortly.
- 2:32:09I'm thinking what you're gonna have to do is you're gonna have to send everything that you've got to him,
- 2:32:14and he'll
- 2:32:16figure out where they're coming from and
- 2:32:19how to respond to them.
- 2:32:21Unknown: Okay.
- 2:32:22So I mean, I can do that.
- 2:32:24Unknown: Okay. I'm back. Yeah.
- 2:32:26Unknown: Yeah. So, Larry, I was just telling Melinda,
- 2:32:30that,
- 2:32:31I know that you guys write this. It says name the tax treaty, and she put Union Pacific Bushneighbor versus Union Pacific.
- 2:32:39And she put Treasury decision 2313.
- 2:32:42Unknown: But Brushhaver
- 2:32:46Unknown: versus Union Pacific Railroad, that's a court case. That's not a tax treaty. And Treasury decision 2,313
- 2:32:52is a decision from the court.
- 2:32:56It's not a tax treaty, and that's why she got this rejected.
- 2:33:01So it depends upon which agent is reviewing the information. Yep. And I already told her that. I told her that, Harry.
- 2:33:08Unknown: Just recently on Mirka's Telegram group,
- 2:33:12there was someone by the name of Tiffany,
- 2:33:14and I think it was
- 2:33:16the originator
- 2:33:17of what we call the Tiffany sticky note method.
- 2:33:21She and if it is her, she she never
- 2:33:24used to complete an OI and other information.
- 2:33:28She would just complete the ten forty n r, and she would stick a sticky note to it saying that I'm a nonresident alien.
- 2:33:36I'm a national,
- 2:33:37and I'm not responsible for income tax. You know, just a short note.
- 2:33:42And and so I think she got her refund back,
- 2:33:46like, twice doing that. And and so recently,
- 2:33:52she followed my method to the t just like Melinda,
- 2:33:56Unknown: and she also got a refund back. So Yeah. Larry, I was Larry, I was telling Melinda that it depends on there's so many inconsistencies
- 2:34:05and discrepancies on how these are being processed depending on which IRS agent you get. And remember, Larry, my situation
- 2:34:14with both of my entities,
- 2:34:16how
- 2:34:17they were both rejected
- 2:34:19and then all of a sudden one was accepted
- 2:34:22And then all the hell I had to go through to get that reverted back. And then the second entity,
- 2:34:27they never did anything with it. I filed both the same. They rejected the second one and never even responded to me. But then when I responded back to them to make sure that that entity was still reflected as the s corporation,
- 2:34:39they came back and said, sorry. We terminated your s corp status.
- 2:34:43I mean, these people,
- 2:34:45depending on which agent you get, are all over the place, Larry.
- 2:34:49Unknown: Exactly.
- 2:34:50What's happening is the the the central computer that's been around since the nineteen sixties
- 2:34:56in Martinsburg,
- 2:34:58West Virginia,
- 2:35:00what that thing does is it is it matches informational returns such as w twos
- 2:35:06and ten ninety nines to the associated
- 2:35:10ten forty return.
- 2:35:12And if it does not see a ten forty filed
- 2:35:15and and a a an informational return was scanned into it, then it's it's been programmed
- 2:35:22to send out c p 59 letters
- 2:35:25saying, hey.
- 2:35:26You
- 2:35:27you failed to file your
- 2:35:29your,
- 2:35:30you know, your ten forty for 2023 or 2024 or whatever the the year is in question,
- 2:35:37because it's trying to pair them up.
- 2:35:40And that's why it's important to get out from under
- 2:35:44this whole idea
- 2:35:46that you you that there's some law that requires you to complete a W-four or a W-nine.
- 2:35:52There is no law.
- 2:35:54Everyone's been brainwashed.
- 2:35:56It's a societal
- 2:35:57brainwashing that's
- 2:35:59gone on for decades.
- 2:36:02But the thing is
- 2:36:04most employers,
- 2:36:05if not most every employer, doesn't know this information. They think there's a law,
- 2:36:10and they trust their CPAs.
- 2:36:12And so if you're trying to get employment or if you are currently employed and you're trying to, not fill out a w four, because I think every so often you have to file a new w four
- 2:36:25because everybody's circumstances change.
- 2:36:27Like, for example, you gotta put how many dependents you have. And so maybe your kids grow up and and maybe your employers or
- 2:36:35through the IRS is asking for
- 2:36:37another w four,
- 2:36:39they want you to update that information.
- 2:36:41And so most employers think that there's some law that requires
- 2:36:46that private company's employees
- 2:36:49to fill out a w four.
- 2:36:51And so once you do that, it generates a w two. It goes to Martinsburg,
- 2:36:56West Virginia,
- 2:36:57and this whole cycle continues.
- 2:37:00So we have to stop completing those things. And if you are forced to complete it, then you need to put down through that next to your signature that this was done under threat, duress, and coercion
- 2:37:13because there is no law, especially
- 2:37:15when you explain to your employer there is no law. And they still say, well, if I don't get this, you know, maybe they're gonna threaten to terminate your employment or something. Or they or you may even get a lock in letter,
- 2:37:27you know, and so
- 2:37:29it there's all kinds of things that can can unfold.
- 2:37:32But anyway,
- 2:37:34some agents take it, some agents don't.
- 2:37:38I I I don't know what to say, but I guess we're gonna respond to it.
- 2:37:42And
- 2:37:44so maybe not include maybe redo it and not include
- 2:37:49the OI and just put put a letter in there, like a cover letter saying that, you know, I I am not required
- 2:37:57to file federal income tax.
- 2:38:00I'm not liable for the tax,
- 2:38:02and I'm only using a ten forty n r as a procedural means to
- 2:38:07regain my my refund
- 2:38:10because none of these forms are are for me to fill out, you know, just like what I read the other day on the show, the the the way I stated that whole paragraph,
- 2:38:20something like something like that, and then send it back to them and see how they respond.
- 2:38:25Sometimes it's a going back and forth game
- 2:38:27like what I did with Josie
- 2:38:29over the course of a year and a half.
- 2:38:32And, I mean, we were dealing with some high level agents that Petru, p e t r u.
- 2:38:38He's some type of operations manager way up at the higher levels,
- 2:38:42and we were corresponding with him.
- 2:38:45And, of course, they kept threatening that she that she owed the money and and,
- 2:38:50you know, none of the information we were sending them made any sense.
- 2:38:54And finally, there was a breakthrough after a year and a half.
- 2:38:58You know, she got word, I guess, from calling in or or a letter was sent. I think she called in, and they said, oh, yeah. We're gonna be processing that. And we were asking in our last correspondence that we want an interest
- 2:39:12for for the IRS holding on to her property for a year and a half, and they ended up paying her $900
- 2:39:17interest. So
- 2:39:19you gotta have some persistence.
- 2:39:27Unknown: Okay. But yeah. Because I'm thinking some of the confusion is too because it's like when I retired,
- 2:39:34they were supposed to pay taxes for me for
- 2:39:38my 04/2001 k.
- 2:39:40And when I look at the October r form, one of them has it has, like, a,
- 2:39:45like, a negative amount in front of it.
- 2:39:51And I'm thinking they may have misread that.
- 2:39:56Unknown: What do mean? The the the ten ninety nine had a negative sign?
- 2:40:00Unknown: Yes.
- 2:40:01It yeah. It's here somewhere. I'm trying to find it. But, yeah,
- 2:40:05it's on my 10 on my ten ninety nine r.
- 2:40:08Unknown: So what what the Martinsburg,
- 2:40:10West Virginia computer does is when it sees that informational return, 1099DashR,
- 2:40:161099
- 2:40:17whatever,
- 2:40:19it's it's saying to itself, it's been programmed
- 2:40:22to see that as
- 2:40:24income belonging to a nonresident alien foreign person.
- 2:40:29And, of course, if you're a nonresident alien foreign person,
- 2:40:33your income
- 2:40:34is taxable,
- 2:40:37and,
- 2:40:38they could tax it up to 30%
- 2:40:40unless
- 2:40:41you are under a treaty, which is why on a ten forty n r, technically, that's only meant for foreign persons to fill out, nonresident alien foreign persons.
- 2:40:51And so
- 2:40:52the default
- 2:40:53the default,
- 2:40:55tax rate is up to 30%,
- 2:40:57maybe a little higher.
- 2:40:59And
- 2:41:00so what you do, like, maybe your country of origin
- 2:41:04has a special treaty worked out with The United States
- 2:41:08that says that, you know, you have a 50% exemption
- 2:41:13for federal income tax.
- 2:41:15So what you would do is you would put down that exemption on your on your other information form,
- 2:41:21and then that tells the IRS to to look it up, and they they could they could verify you that information and say, oh, yeah.
- 2:41:30She she does have an exemption with with The United States. And so now we're only gonna tax her at 50% the rate.
- 2:41:38So that's how all that works. And so they are misinterpreting
- 2:41:41because they received that informational return,
- 2:41:45and maybe you just have an ignorant agent. And because of societal propaganda,
- 2:41:51all of these things are working against you.
- 2:41:53They've misinterpreted
- 2:41:55your information as belonging to a foreigner.
- 2:41:58And so that that's why they're asking for the tax the actual tax treaty.
- 2:42:02And the reason I put those cases in there is to show that,
- 2:42:07really, there is no form for us to fill out, that our income is exempt
- 2:42:11just by virtue of our citizenship
- 2:42:14status.
- 2:42:15And so what what other form are we supposed to use? It's not like you could just write a note to the IRS and say, you know, I want my $5,000
- 2:42:24back. Please give it to me. They they would just throw that in the garbage. So you have to use their forms, but there's no forms for us to fill out.
- 2:42:32You see how that works?
- 2:42:37Unknown: Yes.
- 2:42:38Unknown: Okay.
- 2:42:40Unknown: So, anyway, I am working on I am working on a response, a universal response,
- 2:42:46and I need a little bit more time because even I have to use it
- 2:42:49because these offices aren't talking to each other.
- 2:42:53I I'm trying to get back a refund from 2022,
- 2:42:58and I amended that filing.
- 2:43:00I went from a joint to
- 2:43:02married filing separately,
- 2:43:05which is really against their rules, but they state on the ten forty x that if you're if you're going from married filing jointly to married filing separately,
- 2:43:15you really can't do this in general. It says in general.
- 2:43:19So I wrote them and said, well, I'm in the general group, and I'm gonna do this, basically. I'd put it in more, you know, professional language. And
- 2:43:28so I amended it because what happened was
- 2:43:31there was this credit card forgiveness debt that came in
- 2:43:35after I had filed my 2022 joint return. This was before I came across
- 2:43:41Rogers information,
- 2:43:43before I started studying tax rules and laws. And so I
- 2:43:49filed that married filing jointly on a ten forty, and then I received in the mail tax forgiveness for some 20 some thousand dollars credit card debt.
- 2:43:58And so the IRS,
- 2:44:00they get a ten ninety nine forgiveness,
- 2:44:04informational return.
- 2:44:06And so they're
- 2:44:08saying now because that income belongs to a nonresident alien foreign national,
- 2:44:13we're gonna tax you on it. You owe us money.
- 2:44:16And so they sent me a bill for $5,000.
- 2:44:20So I wrote them back.
- 2:44:22Well, I'm gonna go ahead and, amend
- 2:44:25this this tax return,
- 2:44:27and I did.
- 2:44:29And then what's going on is they're still sending me bills for the $5,000,
- 2:44:34and another office
- 2:44:36said to me,
- 2:44:37well,
- 2:44:38we we think you didn't fill out the ten forty x correctly. Please submit another ten forty x
- 2:44:45to amend your filing.
- 2:44:47And these are two different offices on different sides of The United States.
- 2:44:51And I'm thinking to myself and this has been going on for months, actually for like a year.
- 2:44:56And I'm thinking to myself,
- 2:44:58the left hand does not know what the right hand's doing.
- 2:45:01So now I'm gonna have to make make a correspondence,
- 2:45:04draft a correspondence,
- 2:45:06and send it to both offices,
- 2:45:08letting them know that they don't know what what each office is doing
- 2:45:12and trying to bring them together to to to see that one office has given me a chance to
- 2:45:18re amend my amended my amended filing,
- 2:45:21and the other office is saying you still owe it.
- 2:45:24So it's just they're clueless.
- 2:45:29Anyway, I gotta get off for a little bit. I gotta take a call. So maybe Julie wants to keep talking to you. If Julie wants to give you my email, go ahead and send me some documents, and
- 2:45:40I'll work on it like I do with other other people's problems.
- 2:45:44So
- 2:45:45Unknown: Are you there, Melinda?
- 2:45:47Unknown: Yes. I'm here.
- 2:45:48Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:45:51If yeah. I don't wanna give
- 2:45:53Larry's email over
- 2:45:55here.
- 2:45:58So I can give you mine and I can forward it to him. If you give me your contact information,
- 2:46:02I'll just forward it to Larry.
- 2:46:04Unknown: Okay.
- 2:46:05Yeah.
- 2:46:07My email is a generic
- 2:46:10Unknown: one, so you can just send it to begrateful4lifeandsmilegmail
- 2:46:16dot com. So that's b e grateful, grateful,for,for,life,life,and,and,smile,smile,@Gmail.com.
- 2:46:31Unknown: Is everything lowercase?
- 2:46:33Unknown: It doesn't matter. You can do all uppers or lowers. It still reaches me. Alright. Okay. And that was begratefulforlifeandsmile@Gmail.
- 2:46:41Unknown: Is that is that right? AtGmail@Gmail.com.
- 2:46:44Unknown: Yep.
- 2:46:44Unknown: Okay.
- 2:46:46Alright then. Yeah. I I can do that. And what was your name again? I'm sorry. Julie? Is that right? I'm Julie. Julie. Okay. Yeah. Alright then. I'll see what I can do. Yeah.
- 2:46:57Unknown: Send that over, and I'll take a look at what you have as well and see if I have any suggestions for Larry as well because I help other people out on their IRS letters as well, not as much as Larry does, but, I'm working on
- 2:47:11a lot I I I
- 2:47:14Unknown: pardon me? I was gonna say, do you also need me to send the $10.99?
- 2:47:19Unknown: Do I what? My
- 2:47:20Unknown: 1099R's
- 2:47:22and my WTwo's.
- 2:47:23Unknown: Do need copies of those too? Yeah. Just so I can see how they typed it up and what how they typed it because
- 2:47:29you have a negative in front of that that I've never seen a negative. Well,
- 2:47:33Unknown: I thought it was a negative.
- 2:47:35Unknown: Might not Are you sure you interpreted that right? Because I've never seen a negative on either w Twos or 1090Nines.
- 2:47:43Unknown: Okay. But yeah. Like okay then. I'll yeah. I'll send you what I have, and we'll
- 2:47:48and I appreciate everything.
- 2:47:50Unknown: And I I When Everything you send to me is confidential.
- 2:47:54I just need I I know I have authority to forward that information to Larry. So
- 2:48:00Okay. You just need to know that it'll I have a virtual private network, and I don't even store things on my computer. I store them on a solid straight state hard drive, external drive.
- 2:48:12Unknown: Okay. When did you retire? I
- 2:48:15Unknown: retired in August
- 2:48:172025.
- 2:48:19Unknown: Okay. And you retired after '62 or '65?
- 2:48:24Unknown: No, I'm 60.
- 2:48:27Unknown: 60,
- 2:48:28okay, so when you cashed out the $4.00 1 ks retirement
- 2:48:34and transferred it to metals,
- 2:48:38they're taking that as
- 2:48:43a withdrawal,
- 2:48:46aren't they?
- 2:48:47Unknown: That's what I'm wondering. Would I have a like another
- 2:48:51do I need to log into would there be like a form maybe from the metal place that maybe I need to log in to there and see
- 2:48:59that maybe I may be missing?
- 2:49:01Unknown: I have no idea. How did you do it? Did you transfer your retirement to a self directed
- 2:49:07retirement account
- 2:49:08and Yes. Then divest in the
- 2:49:12Okay.
- 2:49:15Well, it really sounds to me like they're charging you tax on your withdrawal
- 2:49:20from your retirement account.
- 2:49:24Unknown: Yeah. Because like I said, I mean, they're wanting
- 2:49:27like, you know, they're wanting up $40,000
- 2:49:30what they're wanting by the thirteenth.
- 2:49:33Unknown: Okay. And
- 2:49:37alright. Also,
- 2:49:39put
- 2:49:41in your information
- 2:49:42that you send off to Julie. I don't want you to to say it on the air
- 2:49:47right now. Okay. But in the information that you send to Julie that she'll forward to Larry,
- 2:49:53put down
- 2:49:54how much you pulled out of your retirement account
- 2:49:58so they can so they might be able to connect those dots as to maybe that's the tax that they're looking at.
- 2:50:05Unknown: Okay.
- 2:50:06Right. That that that sounds good.
- 2:50:08I really appreciate all of your help.
- 2:50:11Unknown: Hey. I'm I'm I'm
- 2:50:13along for the ride.
- 2:50:15Julie and Larry are the are the experts on this one.
- 2:50:19Unknown: Melinda, don't the
- 2:50:21important thing is don't feel alone.
- 2:50:24This a rogue agency
- 2:50:27and I know that you get I had when I got letters from them, I had panic attacks as well.
- 2:50:34But you want to
- 2:50:35it's very unnerving because we know it's an absolute
- 2:50:39criminal cartel
- 2:50:41and they have absolutely
- 2:50:43no rights doing what they're doing. And we're figuring out their scam.
- 2:50:47So they're going to fight back even harder.
- 2:50:50And so what you want to do is try to remain calm. There's a lot of people out there who I have contacts
- 2:50:56and connections to that can help, as well as Larry.
- 2:50:59And the other thing you just need to know is that the number of inconsistencies
- 2:51:05in these filings is unreal.
- 2:51:08Now,
- 2:51:09when you do send this back to them,
- 2:51:14I might have some additional wording
- 2:51:17to put in a letter to them that I will send to Larry.
- 2:51:27Came up with this recently.
- 2:51:29The other thing that you can do when you submit this back to the IRS is you can copy
- 2:51:35the CEO
- 2:51:36of the IRS,
- 2:51:38the Attorney General in The United States,
- 2:51:41as well as the Inspector General of the Treasury.
- 2:51:44A lot of times when IRS agents
- 2:51:47see those three people being copied,
- 2:51:51they
- 2:51:51panic, just like we panic when we get letters from them because now they know
- 2:51:57that the big bosses are copied on this letter.
- 2:52:01So that might be something I collaborate with Larry. That might be something that we want to add to that.
- 2:52:09As Larry said to you before, there are many people who have filed
- 2:52:15NR and
- 2:52:17the 1040I
- 2:52:18who have put the cases and the Treasury decision on that tax treaty.
- 2:52:23I always questioned that. I was like, How can you
- 2:52:27that's not a tax treaty. I looked up what a tax treaty was.
- 2:52:31And I was like, Those are not tax treaties. Those are decisions and court cases.
- 2:52:36So I was surprised when I heard that these were being processed,
- 2:52:40with those two things written under tax treaties when they're not tax treaties. So you got
- 2:52:49a smart
- 2:52:50IRS agent who said, Well, I'm not
- 2:52:53going to accept this return because it's filled out incorrectly.
- 2:52:58Unknown: Okay.
- 2:52:59Unknown: But
- 2:53:01like I said, don't panic because there are still remedies remaining
- 2:53:06and
- 2:53:08we can still move forward. I'm working on a lock in letter
- 2:53:12right now.
- 2:53:14And I don't have it done yet because I want to make sure it's perfect and I keep stumbling across additional information every day to add to it. And then I'm editing what I wrote.
- 2:53:26Originally, when I had this, I was not going to copy the CEO. We don't have an IRS commissioner anymore. It's the CEO.
- 2:53:33I've never thought of
- 2:53:35copying the CEO or the Attorney General or the Inspector General of
- 2:53:43the Treasury.
- 2:53:44And when Larry and I were talking,
- 2:53:48he mentioned that he had done that. So
- 2:53:52anyway,
- 2:53:54I just want to make you only get a you only in
- 2:53:57a lock in letter situation
- 2:53:59where the appeal period has expired,
- 2:54:03you only get one
- 2:54:05chance
- 2:54:06to get this undone.
- 2:54:08So I need to make sure that this letter is perfect,
- 2:54:12Unknown: especially when it comes to the wording. Yes. I'm I I appreciate that very, very much.
- 2:54:18Unknown: Yeah. So like I said, don't panic.
- 2:54:21Unknown: Okay.
- 2:54:24Because I have been, honestly.
- 2:54:26Unknown: Yeah, don't panic.
- 2:54:28Yeah. You
- 2:54:30have time
- 2:54:31and you have a lot of helping hand.
- 2:54:34Unknown: Okay. Alright. Thank you.
- 2:54:38Unknown: So, yeah, just go ahead and send that to me. I'll forward it to Larry and I'll take a look at it too. I
- 2:54:44do have a suggestion for Larry to add.
- 2:54:48You filed a revocation of election, right? I'm
- 2:54:54Unknown: not sure.
- 2:54:56Unknown: Did you file a revocation of election with the IRS?
- 2:55:00Unknown: I'm
- 2:55:01not sure if we did that or not.
- 2:55:04Unknown: So if you didn't file the revocation of election with the IRS, what are you doing filling out a ten forty NR and a ten
- 2:55:11forty OI?
- 2:55:13Unknown: When you're talking about ramification
- 2:55:16Oh, revocation of election with the IRS. I'm sorry. I'm I'm not familiar with that, but we got our passport,
- 2:55:25you know, got the passport card. We got all that done as,
- 2:55:29you know, as being the,
- 2:55:31you know, that nonresident alien.
- 2:55:34Unknown: I know. But so you filed a did you file an affidavit of citizenship
- 2:55:40evidence with the secretary of state?
- 2:55:43Unknown: We
- 2:55:44we we did. We we sent all kinds of letters to all of the different ones.
- 2:55:50And then I recent we recently got one. They've been the state of Kentucky
- 2:55:55has been sending everything back of our letters,
- 2:55:59Everything that we sent them. So
- 2:56:02Unknown: but my question is
- 2:56:04Yeah. There's a special letter that you have to file with the IRS commissioner, now the CEO of the IRS where you revoke your election to pay tax because they're voluntary.
- 2:56:15Unknown: Well,
- 2:56:17my husband's not here for me to ask him. I'm sorry. I'm not familiar. I'm just learning.
- 2:56:22Unknown: Oh, did your husband do all this?
- 2:56:25Unknown: Yes. He did.
- 2:56:26And I said he's not here.
- 2:56:29Unknown: Can you text him can you text him and just ask him if he filed a revocation,
- 2:56:33r e v o c a t I o n, of election
- 2:56:37with the IRS?
- 2:56:38Unknown: K.
- 2:56:40And I know he understands the terminology a lot better than I do.
- 2:56:44Yes. I can do that. He'll
- 2:56:47Unknown: more than likely say yes.
- 2:56:50Unknown: Okay.
- 2:56:51Yeah, because I just did pretty much what he did, but let's
- 2:56:56see.
- 2:56:58Yeah, I checked with my husband and he said, yes, we did. He said that we did the one that Roger said to send. Yeah, that's perfect then. That's perfect.
- 2:57:06Okay.
- 2:57:07Alright.
- 2:57:08Thank
- 2:57:09you for your time everyone.
- 2:57:11Have
- 2:57:13a great day.
- 2:57:15Unknown: You have a great day too, Melinda. I'll look at your stuff this afternoon and I'll also forward it to Larry and we'll get you situated.
- 2:57:23Unknown: All right. Thank you so much. All right. Bye. When
- 2:57:26Unknown: did you get the response back from the IRS Let by
- 2:57:31me find it here. What what date is the letter?
- 2:57:34Unknown: Well,
- 2:57:36it says June 22 on here.
- 2:57:39Unknown: Okay. That's fine. We have thirty days to respond. So I just wanted to know.
- 2:57:43Okay. So we're already
- 2:57:4603/1973,
- 2:57:48So
- 2:57:49we're already over a week. So we need to get something
- 2:57:54drafted
- 2:57:56before long.
- 2:57:58Want to send that back certified mail return receipt.
- 2:58:01Unknown: Okay.
- 2:58:02Alright. Will do.
- 2:58:04Unknown: Perfect.
- 2:58:05Unknown: Thanks.
- 2:58:06You're very welcome.
