Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and bev Ala.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Good day. Oh so much.
- 0:11Speaker 1: I think every time we get in here now and
- 0:14Speaker 1: you say ask me that, I'm like, oh my god,
- 0:16Speaker 1: there's so much going on, But there are. There's a
- 0:20Speaker 1: lot happening, and it's it's joyful, it's fun, it's a
- 0:32Speaker 1: lot of detail. It's just it's so many things and
- 0:37Speaker 1: I'm enjoying all of it. So not not a lot
- 0:45Speaker 1: to go into detail about it right now, maybe at
- 0:48Speaker 1: a later time, but just a lot of enjoyment in
- 0:53Speaker 1: life right now of what's happening nice, Well for what
- 1:00Speaker 1: and well, I will say for one, and I don't
- 1:02Speaker 1: think I talked about this yet. The nonprofit organization that
- 1:07Speaker 1: I'm in, we just had our biggest fundraiser of the year,
- 1:15Speaker 1: which we've been doing for thirty four years, one hundred
- 1:23Speaker 1: and twenty guests. So now you think about that, like
- 1:28Speaker 1: two hundred and forty eyeballs on me giving a speech.
- 1:33Speaker 1: I think that's the biggest group I have done a
- 1:36Speaker 1: speech in front of, so and I lived right. So
- 1:42Speaker 1: each time I get into a group in front of
- 1:47Speaker 1: a group of people of having to not necessarily teach
- 1:51Speaker 1: because I enjoy teaching and that it's just speaking, being
- 1:55Speaker 1: a speaker, and you have to there's compone of your
- 2:02Speaker 1: body language, your tone, you're connecting with the audience, and
- 2:07Speaker 1: there's just these things to consider, and so that can
- 2:12Speaker 1: be a little bit of nerve wrecking, but also still
- 2:18Speaker 1: learning to be to feel safe in front of a
- 2:21Speaker 1: group of people and speaking because naturally, not naturally, but
- 2:27Speaker 1: my history my programming is being an introvert, and introverts
- 2:33Speaker 1: don't like attention, and introverts definitely don't want to be
- 2:36Speaker 1: the center of attention to a group of one hundred
- 2:38Speaker 1: and twenty people, let alone ten. Right, We're just like, nope,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I'm just going to sit in the back, just act
- 2:43Speaker 1: like I'm not here, I'm learning what I need to learn,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and I'm going to leave. Don't talk to me. Right, So,
- 2:50Speaker 1: so learning to keep telling myself I'm okay, I'm safe,
- 2:56Speaker 1: I'm going to live. Everything's know. And to have a silent,
- 3:03Speaker 1: absolutely silent room while I'm speaking was amazing. I'm was like,
- 3:11Speaker 1: what this is? It was all giddiness and nervousness at
- 3:16Speaker 1: the same time. Then no, no, this is great because
- 3:19Speaker 1: it just reminded me. Then just I think it was
- 3:22Speaker 1: last week. I think it was. I don't even know
- 3:26Speaker 1: who it was. I said it was on a podcast,
- 3:28Speaker 1: but they said, what if that what you're feeling and
- 3:33Speaker 1: what you're calling nervousness is actually your spirit cheering you
- 3:38Speaker 1: on and super excited. I was like, what, that's great.
- 3:42Speaker 1: I love that mindset shift to think, oh my gosh,
- 3:46Speaker 1: my spirit's cheering me on. I'm so excited and this
- 3:48Speaker 1: vibration is super high and my body can't contain itself
- 3:51Speaker 1: and it's just shaken like crazy.
- 3:55Speaker 2: So I like that.
- 3:57Speaker 1: I'm going I'm embracing that, especially now that I remember
- 4:01Speaker 1: I heard it, But embrace it and think of that
- 4:06Speaker 1: next time I feel any kind of nervousness, I'll just
- 4:08Speaker 1: remember that my spirit is cheering me on, so super excited.
- 4:14Speaker 2: That's awesome. I wrote it down too.
- 4:20Speaker 1: So anytime we're stepping out of you know, stepping into
- 4:23Speaker 1: something that brings us what we think is fear and
- 4:28Speaker 1: scared that our body are not necessarily our body, but
- 4:31Speaker 1: our spirits like, no, do it, do it because you're
- 4:34Speaker 1: gonna be you know, you're gonna be amazed. But happens
- 4:36Speaker 1: afterwards nice?
- 4:39Speaker 2: Yeah, So.
- 4:42Speaker 3: And it's like, well, before we came on for the conversation.
- 4:45Speaker 3: I was in the midst of struggle and then you
- 4:47Speaker 3: were one of one of your options. It's it's reminding
- 4:50Speaker 3: ourselves of these tools that we have m and tapping
- 4:54Speaker 3: was one of the tools that you brought forward.
- 4:56Speaker 2: And it's like it made a huge difference for me.
- 4:58Speaker 3: It's and I've seen it a few times, so it's like,
- 5:00Speaker 3: I want to remind people you don't know how to
- 5:02Speaker 3: do it, get a hold of Amy Aver to walk
- 5:05Speaker 3: you through some tapping, because it really does if there
- 5:07Speaker 3: is such a benefit to it, and it's it is
- 5:09Speaker 3: a reprogramming.
- 5:12Speaker 2: By you doing that. And then I was thinking about
- 5:14Speaker 2: you going up on stage.
- 5:15Speaker 3: Did you think about because that's a that's a pretty
- 5:18Speaker 3: phenomenal amount of people and it's and it's awesome to
- 5:21Speaker 3: know that they were captivated by you, your energy, your presence,
- 5:25Speaker 3: your your your higher self is like they're seeing me
- 5:29Speaker 3: and I'm on stage right now, Like it's so it's
- 5:31Speaker 3: the the excitement that I could feel from that is
- 5:34Speaker 3: what's amazing. Did you like set your intentions before you
- 5:37Speaker 3: went that day, Like did you set yourself up thinking
- 5:41Speaker 3: this is how it's going to be. It's people were,
- 5:43Speaker 3: because now it's like, to me, that's something to play with.
- 5:45Speaker 3: The next group I'm going to get in front of
- 5:47Speaker 3: there's going to be three hundred and fifty of them
- 5:49Speaker 3: people that are that are watching me in the room
- 5:51Speaker 3: is silent and they're just absorbing everything that I say
- 5:54Speaker 3: like it's their last breath. And it's like setting yourself
- 5:57Speaker 3: up for these occasions because it's it's milking it right.
- 6:01Speaker 3: It's like it's just like what we were talking about,
- 6:05Speaker 3: which we don't normally have conversations ahead of time, but
- 6:09Speaker 3: today we had a little bit of a conversation.
- 6:10Speaker 2: Otherwise she wouldn't have this version of me.
- 6:13Speaker 3: So you can all send and thank you cards to
- 6:16Speaker 3: Amy at.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Just kidding on that. I'm not going to give your
- 6:20Speaker 2: other address, but I'm just saying.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Well, before you go there, I just I quickly want
- 6:24Speaker 1: to say that the version that you're seeing above right
- 6:27Speaker 1: now is a complete opposite of what she was before
- 6:30Speaker 1: we hopped on because she has experienced in a life.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Having a life experience is weighing heavy on her. And
- 6:37Speaker 1: so we did the tapping and like minutes like this
- 6:42Speaker 1: was not even ten minutes ago, not even ten minutes ago.
- 6:45Speaker 1: So and she's smiling and relaxed, and before she was
- 6:48Speaker 1: very you could just see a heaviness in her complexion
- 6:53Speaker 1: and in her face and in the body, and so
- 6:56Speaker 1: her smiling minute of doing this and so, yeah, I
- 7:00Speaker 1: just want to commend you for showing up for yourself
- 7:04Speaker 1: and asking for help. Really was what it comes down
- 7:06Speaker 1: to is people asking for help.
- 7:08Speaker 3: So and that's kind of scary and how often we
- 7:11Speaker 3: put we put ourselves off because I allows this to
- 7:13Speaker 3: go on for a few days without having a conversation
- 7:16Speaker 3: with anybody. But but for me, sometimes I maybe I
- 7:19Speaker 3: need to walk through that stuff because I'm trying to
- 7:21Speaker 3: you know, I've got my training wills on in certain
- 7:24Speaker 3: situations and then trying to figure this out and then
- 7:27Speaker 3: kind of afraid there's that fear factor coming through, right,
- 7:29Speaker 3: But if we turn around and recognize that it's an
- 7:31Speaker 3: excitement instead of a fear, and then it's just our
- 7:35Speaker 3: higher self, it's our spirit being like celebrating, like she's
- 7:38Speaker 3: doing it, you're doing it.
- 7:40Speaker 1: So and even that fear of what we feel is
- 7:44Speaker 1: fear again where we might be where something in our
- 7:49Speaker 1: life is changing or could change, not necessarily changing, but
- 7:52Speaker 1: we're thinking it might change. And then we conjure up
- 7:55Speaker 1: that fear. What if it's actually your spirit going yes,
- 7:58Speaker 1: now she's gonna move in this other direction and we
- 8:00Speaker 1: can bring somebody else in line with her that's going
- 8:02Speaker 1: to help her propel in whatever like spirit. So I
- 8:06Speaker 1: think about it as as spirit as the director I was,
- 8:10Speaker 1: who is overseeing all the all the roles that we're
- 8:14Speaker 1: all playing here on earth, and is trying to line
- 8:16Speaker 1: us up with the desires that we have been wanting.
- 8:23Speaker 1: And we got to get out of our own way
- 8:26Speaker 1: to do that. And so that fear could be, you know,
- 8:29Speaker 1: the human side's like, oh my god, I am fear
- 8:31Speaker 1: though known if I if I have to make changes,
- 8:34Speaker 1: I don't know what that looks like. But the spirit
- 8:36Speaker 1: inside is like, yes, yes, go yes, do it, Yes, move, yes,
- 8:41Speaker 1: change your direction, like so strike a pose. It could be,
- 8:46Speaker 1: it could be. And this is why I think when
- 8:49Speaker 1: change comes up, I think, you know what, it's probably
- 8:51Speaker 1: going to be more amazing than I ever thought. Whatever
- 8:55Speaker 1: I have to move through, whatever it's bringing, is going
- 8:58Speaker 1: to be more amazing than I could ever I thought
- 9:00Speaker 1: it could be. And that's that's just leaning into you know,
- 9:05Speaker 1: faith of whether your religion is Jesus, your faith in
- 9:11Speaker 1: Jesus that he's got you, or God or you know
- 9:14Speaker 1: whatever other ribbage universe love divine that the faith is.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Let's see what happened. I don't know what's gonna happen,
- 9:27Speaker 1: and that's not for me to know what's happening. It's
- 9:30Speaker 1: for me to move in a direction that feels good.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Which and you and you brought up kind of control
- 9:38Speaker 3: for a second or two I think you did, or
- 9:40Speaker 3: my mind popped up and took it in as that.
- 9:43Speaker 3: Even I've pulled cards for myself and one of them
- 9:45Speaker 3: was to let go of control issues.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:47Speaker 3: But again, when you're familiar with that as your base
- 9:50Speaker 3: point your whole life, you don't necessarily know when you're
- 9:55Speaker 3: when it started. You can just see the outcome of
- 9:58Speaker 3: it where you're, where you're at. You don't like the
- 10:00Speaker 3: way you're feeling right that moment.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, So people are gonna come and go. People
- 10:10Speaker 1: aren't going to come and go in our life. If
- 10:14Speaker 1: you haven't noticed, however, whatever age you are right now,
- 10:18Speaker 1: people have come and gone in your life over and
- 10:20Speaker 1: over and over and over and over again, hundreds of
- 10:24Speaker 1: thousands of times. And some people come back in and
- 10:28Speaker 1: then they leave again, and that's just the flow of life.
- 10:33Speaker 1: And I too, and I'm not saying this lately, I
- 10:35Speaker 1: too have had to embrace this because I'm the type
- 10:39Speaker 1: of person again, being an introvert. When an introvert finds
- 10:42Speaker 1: somebody who they resonate with and feel safe with, that's
- 10:48Speaker 1: huge for an introvert, we have to feel safe with you.
- 10:51Speaker 1: And when we find somebody who we feel safe with
- 10:55Speaker 1: and then they leave, that is complete and utter abandonment us, Like,
- 11:01Speaker 1: how dare you leave? How could you leave? Why are
- 11:03Speaker 1: you doing this to me? And now we go into
- 11:05Speaker 1: victim mode and woe is me? And oh my god,
- 11:08Speaker 1: they don't love me anymore, they don't like me anymore. Whatever, No,
- 11:12Speaker 1: they had a career change and it took them across
- 11:15Speaker 1: the country. That was it, right, that's the facts. And
- 11:18Speaker 1: it's like, but my story tells me something different, and
- 11:22Speaker 1: I lean into my story, not what is actually happening.
- 11:26Speaker 1: And so, yeah, we put ourselves through the we create
- 11:36Speaker 1: our own stress. Really, we create our own stress by
- 11:38Speaker 1: telling us ourselves these stories that aren't even true.
- 11:44Speaker 2: So it's true. I mean what you're saying is true.
- 11:49Speaker 1: I've learned to lean into and again, I am not
- 11:55Speaker 1: perfect at these life experiences either. I'm still practicing and learning.
- 11:59Speaker 1: The only difference between me and maybe you not you bev,
- 12:03Speaker 1: but you the audiences. I've just been practicing a lot longer,
- 12:06Speaker 1: and so I'm quicker to lean into tools that are
- 12:10Speaker 1: gonna help me. But no, I forgot what I was
- 12:15Speaker 1: gonna say. See there you go anyway, I don't. I
- 12:21Speaker 1: don't sit and spin as long as I used to.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I might spin for a few moments, meaning it could
- 12:32Speaker 1: be a couple hours, half a day, but it's not
- 12:36Speaker 1: months and years. There's a difference weeks, months and years. Right,
- 12:38Speaker 1: there's a there's a huge difference in that. Oh, I
- 12:43Speaker 1: know what I was gonna say. I've I've been learning
- 12:46Speaker 1: to redirect myself instead of getting in a spin about
- 12:52Speaker 1: what my story is. What my story is? They left me,
- 12:57Speaker 1: they abandoned me, they don't love me. I'm not good
- 12:58Speaker 1: enough for them anymore. What right, that's the story I've created?
- 13:02Speaker 1: Where now I am learning to stop and go okay,
- 13:08Speaker 1: is what are the facts? And I'm just using You
- 13:12Speaker 1: know a friend who's moving across country for a career.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Where the facts are this person changed companies or got
- 13:20Speaker 1: a promotion. Whatever it requires this person to move to
- 13:25Speaker 1: another state on the other side of the country. That
- 13:30Speaker 1: is her goals. That are his goal, whoever it might be, right,
- 13:34Speaker 1: I am just creating the story right now. That's their
- 13:38Speaker 1: goal for their life, and this is what they desire,
- 13:41Speaker 1: and this is what they're creating for them. Those are
- 13:44Speaker 1: the facts. The fact that I will not fact that
- 13:49Speaker 1: I but the story that I'm creating is they don't
- 13:52Speaker 1: love me, they don't accept me, They're abandoning me. I'm
- 13:54Speaker 1: never going to hear from them again. Are those true?
- 13:59Speaker 1: Do I know those are true? No, They're not true.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Something I'm telling myself. So it's like being it's like
- 14:09Speaker 1: being your own attorney and judge at the same time.
- 14:12Speaker 1: A judge needs facts, end of story. Unless you can
- 14:17Speaker 1: prove your facts, they don't want to hear it. It's
- 14:20Speaker 1: all here say, there's no proof in it. So now
- 14:25Speaker 1: you become your own investigator and guess what. Nobody's going
- 14:32Speaker 1: to do that for you. Only other thing you can
- 14:35Speaker 1: do with somebody outside of yourself. Similar to what Bev
- 14:38Speaker 1: did was ask for help. She knows I have the
- 14:41Speaker 1: skills and talents to help her shift her thought process
- 14:44Speaker 1: or mindset to relax her body so that she could
- 14:47Speaker 1: show up and do this, this recording with us, And
- 14:52Speaker 1: if she hadn't done that, guaranteed, the first thing she
- 14:56Speaker 1: had done, says I can't do this today, we need
- 14:58Speaker 1: to reschedule guarantee. But instead she's just said, Hey, you know,
- 15:03Speaker 1: I'm in this space. I need to I would like
- 15:07Speaker 1: some help in shifting my energy before we start recording history.
- 15:14Speaker 1: It would have been a Nope, can't do it, I'm
- 15:16Speaker 1: not available whatever, right, whether it was you or me.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Or I asked you, yeah, I actually did.
- 15:23Speaker 3: I actually did process thinking about not doing it, and
- 15:26Speaker 3: I thought, no, I'll benefit I'll benefit from it, and
- 15:29Speaker 3: then perhaps we'll all benefit from it. So it's like
- 15:32Speaker 3: there's always a there's always a reason, and it's like
- 15:34Speaker 3: i'd rather there be I'm not the only one going
- 15:37Speaker 3: through the muck right now, and neither are you, or
- 15:40Speaker 3: neither is any of our listeners right now. And I
- 15:42Speaker 3: feel like there's so many parallels that are happening with
- 15:45Speaker 3: all of us that it all makes sense, and it's
- 15:47Speaker 3: so important for us to show up, and it's so
- 15:50Speaker 3: important to ask for help because it's easy to stay
- 15:53Speaker 3: in that space either that victim or whatever, that energy
- 15:56Speaker 3: of how heavy it felt and not ask for help.
- 15:58Speaker 2: It's easy to be in that space.
- 16:00Speaker 3: It's not easy because it feels like shit, but it's
- 16:03Speaker 3: easy because it's familiar, right, because you know it, And
- 16:07Speaker 3: then it's easy to be like, well, I don't know
- 16:09Speaker 3: how to get out of it. But it's like tapping
- 16:11Speaker 3: is so something, so simple, and it's so right now,
- 16:15Speaker 3: and it's so reprogramming, and it's so I probably could
- 16:18Speaker 3: say so many millions of things. I'm going to be
- 16:20Speaker 3: doing some searches after we get done redoing our recordings,
- 16:24Speaker 3: just because I feel like it. If it benefits me
- 16:26Speaker 3: and I can do that, then it's going to benefit others.
- 16:29Speaker 3: And so it's really us. We've talked before and I've
- 16:34Speaker 3: asked you, like, hey, I need to run something by
- 16:35Speaker 3: you whatever, and it's like we haven't gone to that route.
- 16:38Speaker 3: And it's always knowing to trust your intuition too, because
- 16:41Speaker 3: your intuition told you this is either this or this,
- 16:46Speaker 3: and you end up kind of finishing like both of
- 16:49Speaker 3: them were kind of into it together. And while we
- 16:51Speaker 3: were going through it, you said it was minutes. For me,
- 16:54Speaker 3: it felt a long time. I felt like I was
- 16:57Speaker 3: taking up a lot of your time and then it's
- 16:59Speaker 3: like I didn't know what your schedule was, or your
- 17:01Speaker 3: plan was, or what you needed to have going on
- 17:03Speaker 3: the rest of the.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Day, but still went through.
- 17:05Speaker 3: But for me it felt like because because I was
- 17:08Speaker 3: in the sludge, right, I was in the quickstand of
- 17:11Speaker 3: my thoughts and then you helped. You gave me your
- 17:15Speaker 3: hand and help pull me out of it by giving
- 17:18Speaker 3: me tools to do it. Yeah, And that's how you
- 17:22Speaker 3: know that someone that's how you that's the gurus that
- 17:25Speaker 3: you want to find.
- 17:26Speaker 2: You want someone that's going to help you up out.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Of it, give you the tools to do these things,
- 17:30Speaker 3: not to do it for you, so that you can
- 17:32Speaker 3: walk through it and witness yourself that these things do work,
- 17:35Speaker 3: these things do help. And I do feel lighter. We
- 17:39Speaker 3: didn't do before and after pictures. You probably you'd probably
- 17:43Speaker 3: been like, there's no way that is on the same day,
- 17:45Speaker 3: But but that's how it was.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Yeah, And that's I where my practice is, and you
- 17:58Speaker 1: already said it. My practice is to our people with
- 18:01Speaker 1: their own abilities not to end up being dependent on
- 18:09Speaker 1: me for their healing. And that's what you know, I hear,
- 18:14Speaker 1: I've heard this hundreds of thousands of times from from
- 18:19Speaker 1: spiritual influencers or speakers or coaches, reaking practitioners. Is you
- 18:27Speaker 1: know and I've done it too. So my mentor was,
- 18:32Speaker 1: thank you so much for what you did for me.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Did did for me, and it's always it to me.
- 18:41Speaker 1: Any teacher or coach or anything who is empowering you
- 18:47Speaker 1: will say, similar to what I say all the time, is.
- 18:51Speaker 2: I didn't do it.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I showed up to give you the tools. I showed
- 18:56Speaker 1: up to guide you. I showed up, but you, ultimately,
- 19:00Speaker 1: lee are the one that was asking for the guidance,
- 19:03Speaker 1: and I showed up, and I showed up to say,
- 19:07Speaker 1: here's what you're cap capable of, and here are the
- 19:09Speaker 1: tools that will help you. Now, when I say so,
- 19:16Speaker 1: let me just preface this that a coaching package with
- 19:19Speaker 1: me is six months. I don't do this typically one
- 19:24Speaker 1: appointment type of thing. You're going to spend some time
- 19:26Speaker 1: with me because there's so much deep programming and belief
- 19:33Speaker 1: systems that are in play that we have to sift
- 19:36Speaker 1: through that stuff to lighten the load. And then it's
- 19:41Speaker 1: like you know, mama bird kicking the baby bird out
- 19:44Speaker 1: of the nest. Right, can people continue. Yeah, after six months,
- 19:48Speaker 1: I'll tell them, you know what, pay for another six
- 19:50Speaker 1: month coaching package and then let me know when you
- 19:53Speaker 1: want to get together. It's not us like the first
- 19:58Speaker 1: coaching package. Every two weeks we meet the second one.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Depending on where you are and how you are with yourself.
- 20:07Speaker 1: The second go around is it's more like a retainer
- 20:10Speaker 1: and you just you know, sometimes life happens in the
- 20:15Speaker 1: middle of a week and if our appointments not till Sunday,
- 20:17Speaker 1: You're like, I got this shit going on, I don't
- 20:20Speaker 1: know what to do with it. Then I'm like, okay,
- 20:21Speaker 1: well let's I have whatever time available, let's get together.
- 20:26Speaker 1: So that's more like of a retainer type of thing.
- 20:28Speaker 1: So so it's a every person's different. Some people have
- 20:33Speaker 1: such deep seated trauma and belief systems that you know,
- 20:37Speaker 1: it might take a year for us to get through
- 20:39Speaker 1: some of that and enlighten that load. But at the
- 20:43Speaker 1: same time, you're being empowered. I'm not saying I'm it,
- 20:48Speaker 1: I'm the one that's going to cure you. That is
- 20:51Speaker 1: an absolute fault statement. I will guide you, I will
- 20:56Speaker 1: give you the tools. Are you going to show up
- 20:58Speaker 1: for yourself? Is the question? So even my coaching clients.
- 21:03Speaker 1: I'm like, listen, you either are going to show up
- 21:04Speaker 1: and do the stuff, do the practices, otherwise I'll just
- 21:10Speaker 1: take your money and we can both just go on
- 21:12Speaker 1: about our lives and be okay with it. Because you're
- 21:14Speaker 1: not you're not showing up for yourself. I can't work
- 21:17Speaker 1: with people like that. It doesn't it's it's not it's
- 21:22Speaker 1: not fair to them if they're not willing. It's not
- 21:25Speaker 1: fair to me for wasting my energy. So it's like,
- 21:29Speaker 1: find somebody if you need help with something, find somebody
- 21:33Speaker 1: who is going to empower you and lift you up,
- 21:37Speaker 1: not try to just keep reiterating and sifting through the
- 21:40Speaker 1: shit that you already know is wrong or you want
- 21:43Speaker 1: to get out of It's like, okay, well that's what's
- 21:45Speaker 1: the next steps to move out of it? Like you know, somebody,
- 21:49Speaker 1: somebody is stuck in quicksand you don't get a crowd
- 21:53Speaker 1: around and just s down there and go, oh yeah,
- 21:55Speaker 1: look they're stuck in quicksand well that kind of sucks,
- 21:57Speaker 1: doesn't you know, and just sit there and talk about it.
- 22:00Speaker 1: What are you going to do to help them move
- 22:02Speaker 1: out of it? That's where we want to go right.
- 22:06Speaker 2: It's true.
- 22:08Speaker 3: It's true, and it's empowering because I have my things
- 22:12Speaker 3: that i'll call on. I'll call on like the angels
- 22:14Speaker 3: and stuff like that, but you know, sometimes I need
- 22:18Speaker 3: a little extra other stuff.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Well, yeah, that helped when you're stuck in them, when
- 22:24Speaker 1: you're stuck in the mucking guck. Yes, you want the help.
- 22:28Speaker 1: And at the same time, your your head space, whatever
- 22:32Speaker 1: story you're telling you yourself, is so much more powerful
- 22:36Speaker 1: in the moment that you wouldn't even you wouldn't even
- 22:38Speaker 1: recognize the help from spirit or God or angels or
- 22:41Speaker 1: Jesus or anybody else. You just they could. They could
- 22:46Speaker 1: plant the biggest heart in front of you, and you
- 22:48Speaker 1: just be like mother, mother trucker, that's in my way,
- 22:52Speaker 1: get out of my way. It's adopted.
- 22:54Speaker 2: You just wouldn't.
- 22:56Speaker 1: You would find some reason to be victimized by a huge,
- 22:59Speaker 1: giant heart. But it's true, it's true, And it can't
- 23:06Speaker 1: be fathomed from the energy that we're in right now,
- 23:09Speaker 1: but it can be fathomed from an energy of someone
- 23:12Speaker 1: that's in that space that it's.
- 23:13Speaker 3: So low vibrational, it just doesn't feel good. It feels heavy,
- 23:17Speaker 3: and and.
- 23:18Speaker 1: I have no attachment to Yeah, I have no attachment
- 23:20Speaker 1: to your story.
- 23:21Speaker 3: I know, and I know that Like for me, when
- 23:25Speaker 3: I'm helping someone out, it's easy, it's easy.
- 23:28Speaker 2: I have no attachment to the story.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Yeah. So with no attachment to your story, I can
- 23:33Speaker 1: guide you through through moving through it. Whereas when you're
- 23:38Speaker 1: trying to do it by yourself, you're too attached to
- 23:42Speaker 1: your story and you get blinders on it. You can't
- 23:44Speaker 1: see other perspectives or thought processes or shift your mindset
- 23:48Speaker 1: or anything like that. You're just like you are focused
- 23:52Speaker 1: on the problem. Somebody with no attachment on the outside
- 23:56Speaker 1: is like, well if you just you know what if
- 23:58Speaker 1: you just sveeered off just just slightly, and then you're like, wait,
- 24:04Speaker 1: what I can do that?
- 24:08Speaker 2: What do you mean? Yeah, that was not part of
- 24:10Speaker 2: my programming.
- 24:11Speaker 1: That's right. So yeah, asking for help is huge. And somebody,
- 24:18Speaker 1: of course that you would trust or you feel comfortable with,
- 24:23Speaker 1: I would love to say, you know, ask your friends,
- 24:27Speaker 1: But sometimes your friends are too attached to your stories,
- 24:30Speaker 1: they're too much involved, and they're not They're the one
- 24:33Speaker 1: They're going to be the cheerleaders that help.
- 24:36Speaker 2: You see that you're right exactly. And that's not Workwow, No,
- 24:41Speaker 2: it doesn't. It's not beneficial.
- 24:43Speaker 3: It's not it's not good to always be the yes
- 24:45Speaker 3: person on the sidelines for stuff like that.
- 24:48Speaker 1: And if I know this, yeah, and if your friend
- 24:51Speaker 1: gives you a hard throat punch of a reality check,
- 24:56Speaker 1: then that might damage your relationships. So they're gonna be
- 24:58Speaker 1: the they're gonna be your cheerlead. And yeah, you're right,
- 25:02Speaker 1: he's a mother f for blah blah blah blah blah.
- 25:05Speaker 1: And you know we write at Dawn, bitches, let's go.
- 25:08Speaker 1: Whereas a coach, a coach is like, well, you have
- 25:13Speaker 1: options and it's your responsibility. And I can as a coach,
- 25:18Speaker 1: I can say those things, even even with BEV because
- 25:22Speaker 1: in that moment we're doing tapping, we are a coaching client.
- 25:25Speaker 1: We are not. I'm not on that friend level no more.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Because I need to help move her through something that
- 25:31Speaker 1: is my job. As soon as she asks for help,
- 25:34Speaker 1: I have to go, Okay, we got to move through
- 25:37Speaker 1: this in a way that she is open and willing
- 25:39Speaker 1: to understand, not from the writing at don bitch is
- 25:45Speaker 1: let's go, because that would not help her, it would
- 25:49Speaker 1: keep her stuck still.
- 25:50Speaker 3: So yeah, and that's like a Temporarily you might feel
- 25:54Speaker 3: a little bit of ease, yeah, you know, during that timeframe,
- 25:57Speaker 3: but it doesn't give long term. So even for me,
- 26:01Speaker 3: I might have a little bit of a story kind
- 26:03Speaker 3: of pop up and I'm like, no, that's a story,
- 26:05Speaker 3: and i might go back to the tapping or i
- 26:07Speaker 3: might tap on my hand or whatever thing that I'm
- 26:10Speaker 3: safe or I'm okay, just walking through it.
- 26:13Speaker 2: So just being aware of.
- 26:14Speaker 3: All this stuff because like like you said, I just
- 26:17Speaker 3: go back to the reprogramming. That's what we're doing all
- 26:19Speaker 3: the time. We're reprogramming. We just all we we downloaded
- 26:25Speaker 3: a lot of information when we got here, and sometimes
- 26:28Speaker 3: that information is just not useful in this time stay
- 26:32Speaker 3: space reality that we're in now, which I'm.
- 26:34Speaker 2: Finding, yeah, and it just doesn't feel comfortable. That's how
- 26:38Speaker 2: we know. That's our gauge.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Yeah, So ultimately ask for help. If you're you're stuck
- 26:47Speaker 1: in it too much, you have to have somebody who's
- 26:50Speaker 1: on the sidelines, has no attachment really who can guide
- 26:53Speaker 1: you and help you, whether that's a coach, a psychologist, psychiatrist,
- 27:00Speaker 1: mental health counselor whatever that looks like. So don't don't
- 27:06Speaker 1: stay and sift in it because really, ultimately, what you're
- 27:09Speaker 1: doing is embracing your own suffering and then you get
- 27:12Speaker 1: to choose how long you get to suffer. And that
- 27:14Speaker 1: doesn't feel good. We know that, So how quickly do
- 27:17Speaker 1: you want to feel good? Right?
- 27:18Speaker 3: It's like, yeah, these are option and what are you creating?
- 27:23Speaker 3: Like what are you trying to bring into your experience?
- 27:25Speaker 3: And and and I'm aware of all that stuff too,
- 27:27Speaker 3: but it's like also loving ourselves so much that we
- 27:31Speaker 3: don't want to continue creating the struggle that we've been in.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Yeah, so well we'll call that one good. We'll say
- 27:40Speaker 1: thanks for hanging out with tea time with Amy and Bev.

- 28:37Speaker 3: I would just say, if you're afraid to ask for help?
- 28:40Speaker 3: Are you Are you so afraid that you'd rather stay miserable, Like,
- 28:44Speaker 3: it's just take that time to recognize that asking for help,
- 28:48Speaker 3: it's being vulnerable and that's okay. It's taught, Like you said,
- 28:51Speaker 3: talking to people that you feel safe with or finding yourself,
- 28:55Speaker 3: I would say finding yourself a coach, Yeah, I think
- 28:58Speaker 3: that's very valuable.
- 29:01Speaker 1: Yeah, coaches have more freedom in the things that they
- 29:04Speaker 1: can say. I'm just going to leave that there. We're
