Houston Man Arrested for Targeting Teen on WhatsApp | San Antonio News
A Houston man, 38-year-old Arther Elliott, was arrested in Pearsall, Texas, for allegedly attempting to solicit a 14-year-old girl for sexually explicit content via WhatsApp. The case began when a concerned parent reported suspicious messages, prompting a joint investigation by Pearsall and Houston police, including their Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. Elliott was located and taken into custody without incident on August 20th. Evidence is now being processed, and he remains jailed in Frio County.
