- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Jacksonville Jack Morris fans welcome in to do vault daily presented by Jen Jack dot com and fueled by brass tax coffee right now It's Tuesday, September 15th.
- 0:07[SPEAKER_00]: I'm your host Jordan Lugo and we are getting into our FC power rankings heading in to week two of the 2026 NFL season week one is in the books the chiefs
- 0:19[SPEAKER_00]: handled the Broncos.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_00]: Thanks to their running game, thanks to some timely passing, not efficient, and a defense that just put the Broncos in a blender.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_00]: So we're getting into the FC power rankings now that every week one game is in the books.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: We've got all 16 teams here.
- 0:38[SPEAKER_00]: And we'll start at the bottom and work our way up, excited to get into it.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's all jagged all the time here at Duval, Daily, Jen Jagg.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_00]: If you enjoy the content, please like and subscribe.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: You can also hit that high button, helps out a ton.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so I have the Cleveland Browns at 16.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, Cleveland Browns at 16.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, the Jag Wars,
- 1:03[SPEAKER_00]: Perhaps, made them look worse than they are, but I think they're just pretty darn bad.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: Again, the Jags 134 to 10 over the Browns, but that game could have easily been.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: If they kept their starters in and did not take their foot off the gas, the Jags were as good of one that game by 50 points.
- 1:19[SPEAKER_00]: easily, right?
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: So I think that the Browns, as long as Dishon Watson is their starting quarterback, I do not see a path out of the current trajectory that they are on.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_00]: I do not see a diverging trajectory.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_00]: I diverging path until they change their course on that.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: And look, I mean, I know Todd,
- 1:47[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, you know, he said he saw some good things from just on Watson, honestly, I didn't.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: I know some people talk about the throw at the end of the thing, that was a garbage time throw.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: The game had been over for like 20 or 30 minutes at that point.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm not talking about real life minutes.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking about game minutes, which is insane.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't see it.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_00]: Their defense looked pitiful.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe that was the Jaguars doing what they do to most defenses, right?
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: But until I see something more out of the Browns, I've got to put them at the bottom.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: And then I put the Titans at 15.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that they really look better than the Browns, playing against the Jets who are not a very good team either in my opinion.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: They have some talent, no doubt about it.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: At least the Titans I feel like have the infrastructure and talent potentially to guide themselves out of it a little bit and look a little bit better than that and like you could at least give yourself some hope you own if you're a Titans fan that maybe Cam Ward can show improvement in a new offense that maybe some of the pieces can come together a little bit more that you do have like
- 2:59[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the Browns, I don't know what my Grootinburg is going to be, but I at least know Robert Sola knows how to coach a defense at the NFL level at a high level, and they both of those guys do obviously, Grootinburg worked under Sola and with Sola for a long time, so I mean, maybe they're in the same boat there, but I just think the Titans at least feel like they have a little bit more hope.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: of pulling out of it, even though the Browns have a better roster, it's just like the quarterback situation is ridiculous.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_00]: So they're right in the same tier for me.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: I have the Dolphin's next look, they're not like a whole lot better, right?
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: Then those teams, maybe not better at all, but I look at the Dolphins and I feel like they were at least a little bit more plucky, a little bit more feisty.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it has the potential to be a little bit better than those teams, but not much.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they're basically all in the same tier right there.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: Then you have the jets who obviously beat the Titans and, you know, good for them for handling business against the Titans, but I don't really think that says all that much.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: I really don't.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_00]: And then you have the Raiders who beat the dolphins, which again, I don't think that says all that much.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: I like pieces on each of these things every team in the NFL has some fun pieces, guys.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_00]: That's the NFL.
- 4:28[SPEAKER_00]: There's talent across the league, but having the coaching, the continuity,
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: And the level of talent at certain spots that are most important to your build is critical.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that the Browns Titans Dolphins, Jets, and Raiders are just behind the rest of the pack in the AFC.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_00]: I strongly feel that way.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_00]: I then have the Colts at 11.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they just, again, they've got some talent, right?
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: They have a fairly talented defense that should be well coached.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_00]: They have Jonathan Taylor in a good run blocking offensive line, but I don't really buy the whole concept of trying to win with Daniel Jones as your quarterback.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_00]: I don't see that.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: 41 to 23 against the Ravens it was uninspired and Daniel Jones he did not play well Overall it was just not a good look 41 to 23 against the Ravens not a good look for the cults Like it's okay to lose to the Ravens.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: I think the Ravens are one of the best teams in the AFC It's not okay to lose 41 to 23 It's not okay for the Ravens to run
- 5:52[SPEAKER_00]: Lamar Jackson and Zay Flowers just having a party.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: They're a canary having a party.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_00]: You've got to be a little bit more feisty than that, if you're the cults.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: The Steelers, they did get a win.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: Steelers got a win and they're at 10 for me.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: So to recap here, Browns at 16, Tines at 15, Dolphins at 14, Jets at 13, Raiders at 12,
- 6:17[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, I guess I would put Brown's Titans Dolphins same tier, Raiders and Jets same tier, and then the Colts start the next tier at 11.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: And then the Steelers are at 10 for me.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: Look, the Steelers got a win, congratulations.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_00]: But to me, you know, taking care of the Falcons by seven, when Cooper rushes their starting quarterback, like that does not move me.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_00]: at all.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that Rogers was particularly impressive.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_00]: The running game wasn't particularly impressive.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_00]: You beat a really, really poor Falcons team that just, I mean, they have nothing at quarterback right now.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_00]: nothing to get excited about it quarterback.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, you got to win.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_00]: That's great.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_00]: I really don't.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: Again, that doesn't move me at all.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_00]: So the Steelers I have at 10.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: And I would probably say the Colt since Steelers are in a tier there.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_00]: And then the next tier.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_00]: is teams that feel like they could be better, they maybe could pull themselves out from under what happened in week one, teams that had expectations coming into the season that were just incredibly disappointing.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: That's that next tier.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: And it kicked off here with the Chargers at nine.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: If we weren't going off priors at all or like the talent or the coaching, we know they have just based off the week one performance, you could put the chargers at the bottom.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_00]: The cardinals put them in a box, shut the box, taped it up, and had their way with them.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, like it was embarrassing.
- 8:07[SPEAKER_00]: It was like, I cannot imagine covering the chargers rooting for the chargers and seeing that performance.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: And credit for the cardinals, obviously.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: They have some talent.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: They have, you know, Michael Floor.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_00]: As their head coach did some great things.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: They've got some offensive talent.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: They've got some defensive talent, but geez.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_00]: That was wild.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_00]: That was absolutely wild.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: Then I have the bronchos at eight.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_00]: Look, that was, I have a family extended my in-laws.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: Huge, huge, chiefs fans.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_00]: up over the chiefs when they're not playing the Jaguars to, you know, make everybody happy in the family.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: But my goodness, my goodness, that was, again, the chiefs running all over the Broncos.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos often is looking absolutely abysmal.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_00]: That was shocking.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: It was, like, I picked the chiefs to win that game, but that was shocking.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_00]: I did not think it would go down like that.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_00]: And so the Broncos have a lot to figure out.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_00]: I don't really believe in Bonyx as this high level starting quarterback.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_00]: You have Davis web taking over as the play caller.
- 9:33[SPEAKER_00]: And that is off to a horrible start.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_00]: How long is that leash?
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: When will Sean Peyton want to take the reins back?
- 9:40[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguar is obviously play the Broncos this upcoming week.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_00]: That's going to be interesting.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: Broncos have an insane record in Denver in September throughout their history, and especially over the last like 20 years or so.
- 9:54[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, we'll be previewing that game a lot.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: And that's going to be an interesting preview just based on the fact that I did not expect the Broncos to look that bad.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they couldn't get anything going in the passing game.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_00]: They barely got anything going in the running game.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: The chief defense dominated them.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_00]: The chief running game dominated them.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_00]: And then the Patriots, the Patriots, right?
- 10:25[SPEAKER_00]: Dispoining first performance, like they had that game.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: They should have been able to win that game against the Seahawks and Drake may throw it away.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_00]: And now you consistently see this pattern of Drake may and the Patriots offense not getting the job done against good defenses.
- 10:44[SPEAKER_00]: And that is problematic.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: And while their defense has some really good talent, it's not like, it doesn't feel super complete.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_00]: So, that's the next year for me.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: The Chargers at Nye and the Broncos at eight, the Patriots at seven.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: I told y'all, the Jaguars, there are three point road underdogs, and that is probably moving as we speak.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_00]: But I locked it in last night, three point road underdogs against the Broncos.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_00]: I love that one.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_00]: The Jaguars have won 9 straight regular season games by an average score of 33.6 to 14.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: So yes, Jaguars, lock it in for me, over at my bookie, the website is easy to use on desktop or mobile, they've got all the action you could ever want in the NFL and beyond.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: Another thing I really love about my bookie.
- 11:33[SPEAKER_00]: It rewards your action with weekly cash, back, and bet, and get offers.
- 11:38[SPEAKER_00]: I also love the Jaguars over nine and a half wins.

- 11:56[SPEAKER_00]: Asdictions, terms of conditions apply, gambling problem call 100gb is at 100gb.net for free-competitions available 24-7.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_00]: So, even though I have the Patriots as the 7 seed, are excuse me, the 7th ranked team in the AFC right now.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if they're going to stay at seven.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, somebody's got to step up.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe the Patriots will step up, who knows?
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, playing the C-Hox is not an easy task.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, of the performances with those teams in that tier of 98 and seven charges, Broncos Patriots, I think the Patriots, at least you played against, you know, a dominant defense that does a lot of nasty things to a lot of teams, right?
- 12:42[SPEAKER_00]: The Broncos and Chargers, I mean, the Chargers, especially, that was just pathetic.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_00]: Right now, I'm looking at the AFCS, like, the top eight teams I think are probably the legitimate playoff contenders, like teams to make the playoffs.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: The Chargers may be they turn it around, but this feels like Samuel Chargers territory to me.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have enough faith in the Steelers are called to win enough games, so I'm looking
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: I have the Bengals at six.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_00]: I think they did some good things, but I also think, I'm not very high on the bucknears.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just not.
- 13:21[SPEAKER_00]: I took the bucknears to win the NFC South because ultimately I get nervous thinking about trying to pick the saints to win the division even though I think right now they are the best team in the division when they have such an injury plagued roster.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, the bucks doing that deal with Baker Mayfield right before the season don't love that.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_00]: Angry Baker is the best baker, so don't love that.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_00]: But the Bengals they got the job done, they forced turnovers, opportunistic football, and they beat a team that has at least a track record of being a competitive team in the NFL.
- 14:00[SPEAKER_00]: So the Bengals I have at six,
- 14:03[SPEAKER_00]: The Texans at O and I have at five, I still think that they are the best team that's not in first place in their division.
- 14:14[SPEAKER_00]: That a hard-fought game against the bills.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_00]: The bills just ultimately made more plays in the end.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: and it could have gone either way.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_00]: And the Texans defense obviously was disappointing, but the fact that the Texans offense was able to do as much as they were is probably encouraging for Texans fans.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_00]: So I still think the Texans are gonna be right there.
- 14:34[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're gonna be super competitive.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_00]: I have them at five.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_00]: I have the chiefs at four.
- 14:39[SPEAKER_00]: What they were able to do with their ground game, with their defense, that feels sustainable, especially when you have a quarterback
- 14:49[SPEAKER_00]: You know, Eric B.
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: Enemy, Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, feels like the passing game will figure it out a little bit more as they move forward.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean Kenneth Walker behind that offensive line is just chef's kiss.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: You know, the young pieces stepping up on defense, spagnolo feeling like he can call his defense the way he wants to call it in that game.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, chiefs feels like they're back a little bit, doesn't it?
- 15:18[SPEAKER_00]: The Baltimore Ravens I mentioned, they put the beat down on the cults.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_00]: They went off on offense with Lamar Jackson's A-flowers, Derek Henry and company.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_00]: So the top three actually hasn't changed for me at all.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_00]: after week one.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_00]: I had the Ravens at three entering week one, I had the Jaguars at two entering week one and I had the bills at one entering week one.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_00]: The bills obviously played a better team than the Jaguars played.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that the performance was more impressive, but I do have to say, like Josh Allen getting the monkey off his back, going down to Houston and having a four touchdown game and just being a superstar, it was impressive.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_00]: The DJ Moore edition impressive, Dalton Kim Kade, he's always been a super talented receiving tight end.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_00]: It's just a matter of staying healthy.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_00]: But their defense, you know, you'd probably like to not allow 31 points to the Texans, but it was one of those types of games.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, week one is a crazy, crazy thing, so I still have the bills on top, but I would put...
- 16:37[SPEAKER_00]: So we were talking about tiers.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: Right now, I would put the bingles, Texans.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, I would put the bingles in a tier of their own.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_00]: I would put the Texans and chiefs in a tier five and four.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_00]: And then the top tier is the Bill's Jaguars and Ravens.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_00]: That's where I'm at right now.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_00]: The Ravens, we all know how
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: lethal they can be as a football team when they're firing on all cylinders, Jesse Mentors there, obviously new offensive coordinator, feels like things are moving in the right direction for them.
- 17:07[SPEAKER_00]: We know what the Jaguars did.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_00]: We don't need to relocate how much the Jaguars dominated the Browns, how easy it was for the Jaguars to win that game going away.
- 17:17[SPEAKER_00]: I think the Jaguars, bills and ravens are all right at the top.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: Let me know what you think about these AFC power rankings in the comment section below.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_00]: If you enjoy the content, please like and subscribe.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_00]: Y'all have a great one.
