- 0:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hi everyone, Justin Herrod Voices for Voices.
- 0:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thank you much for joining us.
- 0:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Whether you're here in the United States or abroad, you can do us a big favor that is free.
- 0:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Give us thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share, reshare, repost, and even reach into your contacts on your phone, maybe 25 or 50.
- 0:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Reach out to them and share the Voices for Voices podcast with them.
- 0:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We greatly appreciate that.
- 0:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we greatly appreciate you because without you, we don't have a show.
- 0:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We don't have um a reason to again have a show.
- 0:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so it's your demand.
- 0:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh we're we're putting that supply out there.
- 0:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, we're just so uh humbled and grateful to have this opportunity.
- 0:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and we do have this huge goal of wanting to reach and help at least three billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
- 1:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm a dreamer, I'm dreaming, and we're going towards those dreams, that dream.
- 1:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we are grounded in mental health as a foundation.
- 1:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, but we talk about all types of health, uh trauma, recovery, again, mental health, and that's why I started this organization, which uh has partly turned into a podcast, among other areas that uh you have and you will be seeing over the course of the next several months, and we are excited for the next chapters of Voices for Voices.
- 2:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And come along with us, come with us for the ride.
- 2:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You won't be disappointed.
- 2:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, so today started with uh a very hard workout at the gym for triceps.
- 2:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I'm glad I went.
- 2:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I had that again that that feeling of like uh you know I can skip a day, and and I knew that if I did, then it could turn in another extra day off.
- 2:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I went, and I feel much better that I did go.
- 2:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it's it's too bad we can't bottle up that feeling of after we go to the gym, after we work out, after we do something we're like to do that is healthy for us, and that uh that feeling uh of helping people for me, if I could just bottle all that up, then the getting to the gym, getting to the places to uh to to do those deeds um becomes much easier because we would know we would be feeling better um before we got started.
- 3:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So enough of that.
- 3:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's been super hot here.
- 3:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't know about where you uh where you live.
- 3:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we've had this uh this uh heat advisory.
- 3:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think overnight it only got down into the 70s, which is I don't say it's completely unheard of.
- 3:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it it just is usually unheard of to have those uh those temperatures, and and we're already sitting at uh 85 plus uh a ton of humidity here at the time of the filming of this particular episode.
- 4:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And uh we uh we just keep on moving on.
- 4:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're uh we're grateful for air conditioning.
- 4:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we're uh yeah, check on a neighbor, friend, family, uh somebody, uh just to make sure that they're okay, they're staying cool, even with pets, uh as I mentioned before.
- 4:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um you know, we we don't want to overlook pets as well, because they're living things too, and we want to make sure that they're staying uh they're staying cool too, that they're they're not being exposed to the extreme heat.
- 4:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um yeah, I say like from what I've been reading, five to ten minutes or so is what uh you know uh having having a pet outside in these conditions uh is uh safe.
- 5:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we don't want to have pets in the car without the air on.
- 5:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um you might say, well, how am I supposed to go into the store?
- 5:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't want to leave my car running.
- 5:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, then you probably just don't want to take your pet to that store or those stores, because we know that inside the cars can get much, much warmer than on the outside, which is at least for my car, makes it uh take a few extra minutes once that air, once the engine's on and and the air's on for it for the air to actually turn basically from heat warmer air to cooler air.
- 6:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So yeah, we uh we're at the execution phase of several different several different projects, and we're executing against those goals, those visions, and I all I can say is wow, uh it's gonna be it's gonna be a trip.
- 6:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, but what uh what you'll what you'll be seeing and and hearing.
- 6:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um yeah, we do, this is your first show, we do talk about hard topics, and so um there's a lot of children, uncoming children missing um from the Biden years as president, and we find that unacceptable.
- 7:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Doesn't matter who the president is, just straight up can't find him.
- 7:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the new administration, which people either love him or hate them, or somewhere in between, uh, that's part of what they're they're doing is trying to locate these children so they're not being taken advantage of, and that's that's a way to talk about what's going on sometimes.
- 7:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so, how do you feel about that?
- 7:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How would you you feel about that?
- 8:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If all up one day somebody came, took your child, he's gonna let it let them do that.
- 8:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, oh yeah, no problem.
- 8:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've never met you before, but sure, you're a better parent and guardian than I am, so go ahead.
- 8:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Absolutely not.
- 8:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Hogwash.
- 8:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I think that's that's something that's fortunately, it's hard for some people to get their brain wrapped around that.
- 8:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Shouldn't be, it should be a you know, heck no, we don't want this to happen, and I would never do that.
- 8:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Fortunately, there are some parents and guardians out there who are letting this happen because of money, uh, other other things, and there's a saying, you know, money is the root of all evil, may not be the root of all evil, but if you follow the money trail, you'll find exactly who intended on certain events to to happen.
- 9:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And again, that's that's the hard part of our show when we talk about these uh these events, these experiences, these people that have been taken advantage of.
- 9:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because we don't want anybody to be taken advantage of.
- 9:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We just don't.
- 10:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We don't want any children to disappear without their parent and guardian known, and sometimes whoever is the guardian shouldn't be the guardian, you know, where they step in to a set of events.
- 10:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm trying to capitalize on that.
- 10:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, yeah, I'll help you out.
- 10:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, sure.
- 10:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'll I'll buy, I'll help you out, I'll pay this bill or that bill, and then so sometimes people feel an allegiance to those individuals, like, well, they helped me when the time was hard, and not everybody is bad, we just have to look at things with a little bit of skepticism until we have a better understanding, a better idea.
- 11:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We see what their these individuals' prerogatives are, and so for me, I verify before going forward, and those that have followed the show for a while, uh that's what I did with a pretty prominent individual that's um in our organization because I I needed I needed to do my due diligence and I needed to see if it was real or not, and you can only do so much over the phone so hop on a plane a couple different times and verify the best of my ability.
- 12:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Again, I wasn't born yesterday, so I can spot certain things that are pretty obvious, and there's way more things that are positive and that line up than there are that don't.
- 12:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's what we just want to share today is you know verify, you know, talk to the people, meet with them.
- 13:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If it takes you three, four, five, ten meetings, have them have though all those meetings, then you need it, then your body needs it.
- 13:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: To be assured.
- 13:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's hard.
- 13:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Do we get pushback from family and friends?
- 13:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, you bet.
- 13:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or is at least one for me that hasn't talked to me in over a year.
- 13:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But when you believe in something and then you see it, again, I'm not saying I'm better than anybody.
- 14:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not.
- 14:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm the first to admit that I'm absolutely not.
- 14:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not perfect, nobody is.
- 14:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Gave me a lot of heartache, whatever you want to call it.
- 14:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Just a year ago.
- 14:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah.
- 14:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Someone asks, what keeps you going?
- 14:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You.
- 14:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You keep me going.
- 14:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because we're helping people, we're reaching people, new countries every day, new cities every day.
- 15:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's the incredible part.
- 15:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we continue to bring in top flight guests on our show.
- 15:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's not for people like you.
- 15:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We don't have a show, we don't have an organization, but we do.
- 15:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So who is anybody to say no you shouldn't you shouldn't do that because I saw something a few times on the news in the newspaper, and so that means that everything related to a certain topic, to a certain type of person is wrong and sh should just cut the ties.
- 16:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's a lot of things were happening in the background, that it took me a few months to start piecing those together and talking and asking questions and meetings and all those types of things.
- 17:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That what's coming up when I reference the coming days, weeks, months, years.
- 17:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: None of what you're about to see in here would have seen the light of day if I would have packed it in.
- 17:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Just because a group of people claim to know more than me about a certain individual and certain topics.
- 18:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So like that rascal flat song.
- 18:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Stand.
- 18:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's easy to sit.
- 18:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Trust me, I sit a lot.
- 18:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I wish I didn't sit a lot.
- 18:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Gotta stand.
- 18:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sure there's gonna be haters, sure there's gonna be people that are gonna try to detract, sure there's gonna be people that are gonna jump wanna jump on the bandwagon as soon as certain things begin happening that they're able to see and hear about.
- 19:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we get to select who's coming along for the ride.
- 19:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because again, just a year ago.
- 19:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I was written off plain as day.
- 19:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But what did I do?
- 19:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I held firm.
- 19:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I got up.
- 19:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm standing more the than I had been standing before.
- 19:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So won't you s won't you stand with me if you're able to?
- 20:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Or in your mind if if you're not physically physically able to?
- 20:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Will you stand with me?
- 20:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There's a lot of people need help.
- 20:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They need clean help.
- 20:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They need guidance.
- 20:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How's that gonna happen?
- 20:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Not by sitting down, not by sitting on the sidelines, but by standing.
- 20:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So hope you have a great day.
- 20:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Give us a big thumbs up, like, follow, subscribe, share, reshare, repost, pull out your phone, 25, 50, 100 contacts.
- 20:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Please share the voices for voices podcast and TV show with them.
- 20:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You and they will not be disappointed.
- 21:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you can find and they can find the Voices for Voices podcast and TV show where they find their podcast and where you find your podcast.
- 21:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So until next time, let's celebrate the voices of everyone, and let's be a voice for not only ourselves, but somebody else in need.
- 21:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We'll see you next time, everybody.
- 21:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Bye bye for now.
