The relationship we all begin with before we are Christians is broken. We don’t realize our offenses toward our Creator until we hear the Gospel. We then understand the impact our sin has had upon our lives, all those we interact with, and most importantly, our relationship to God. How do we become friends with God and He with us? It’s only made possible by Christ’s reconciling death upon the cross for our sins.
