- 0:56Speaker 3: My name is Carl Wasty. Hello, how are you doing man?
- 1:00Speaker 2: Thanks a lot for choosing me today, I mean at
- 1:01Speaker 2: will seven o'clock to make sure you've got some company
- 1:03Speaker 2: on your drive home or whatever you're doing. It's always
- 1:05Speaker 2: nice to have you around. So I do have something
- 1:08Speaker 2: that's a bit more unique this week with regard to Clicks.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Usually it's a cash back to win for yourself, but
- 1:13Speaker 2: today I would like you to pay it for it.
- 1:15Speaker 2: I want you ahead of Mandela Day to show that spirit,
- 1:18Speaker 2: and I'd love for you to nominate an unsung hero
- 1:22Speaker 2: who makes a quiet difference every single day. This could
- 1:25Speaker 2: be an individual, it could be an organization. Maybe the
- 1:27Speaker 2: individual is one of the individuals who started their organization.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Maybe they're lending a hand, Maybe they just very much
- 1:35Speaker 2: an ear to you. Whenever you need you could really
- 1:37Speaker 2: support them and show them some love, not that they
- 1:40Speaker 2: expect it, not that they want it when they give
- 1:42Speaker 2: it to you, but just something special that you can
- 1:44Speaker 2: surprise them with the two and a half thousand round
- 1:46Speaker 2: Clicks Club Quad cash back. Do you mind sending me
- 1:49Speaker 2: their details as well as your name and ID number
- 1:51Speaker 2: to zero two nine four five zero nine four zero,
- 1:54Speaker 2: don't forget the keyword clicks, and I will give them
- 1:57Speaker 2: a call and you and I can surprise them together
- 2:00Speaker 2: and give them something that'll make them feel good and
- 2:02Speaker 2: pay less with clicks. Decencies do apply the talented Bettenberg
- 2:06Speaker 2: Southern Suburbs. So Beetenberg actually got onto the Scattling's project.
- 2:11Speaker 3: You may have heard that with Jesse Kagg the other day.
- 2:13Speaker 2: It's a beautiful project to honor his dad's music discography
- 2:18Speaker 2: and of course the legacy and the impact that all
- 2:20Speaker 2: those songs made. And Beetenberg actually took on one of
- 2:22Speaker 2: those tracks. So Scatling's is out in about a week
- 2:25Speaker 2: and a half. Please go and support the vocals from
- 2:27Speaker 2: the locals as you support those unsung heroes in your community.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I asked today if you could suggest nominate someone you
- 2:34Speaker 2: believe deserves a two and a half thousand und cash back,
- 2:37Speaker 2: and let's give them a call, surprise them and just
- 2:40Speaker 2: tell them that you know they are so selfless they
- 2:43Speaker 2: do not expect anything in return, but we get a
- 2:45Speaker 2: chance to do that and say thank you to them.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Get that winning feeling.
- 2:48Speaker 4: With clicks, feel good, pay lusk on KF maybe four
- 2:52Speaker 4: point five.
- 2:53Speaker 2: Here we go, all right, this is how it works. First,
- 2:57Speaker 2: we need a nomination, that's all.
- 3:01Speaker 3: Julia, Yes, Hello, Hello.
- 3:06Speaker 2: So Julia, you have nominated somebody very special from Zola's
- 3:11Speaker 2: Poor Project. Why is this individual the one that you
- 3:15Speaker 2: really want to celebrate today?
- 3:18Speaker 5: Lorica? She go beyond duties and she fit all the
- 3:26Speaker 5: dogs in the township. She rescued them. And nothing is
- 3:32Speaker 5: too big for to give everything for a dog that
- 3:36Speaker 5: is in need of any care, love.
- 3:40Speaker 2: And yeah, beautiful. All right, well, Julia, here's the plan.
- 3:45Speaker 2: I'm going to get Lorick on the line, and then Julia,
- 3:47Speaker 2: I want you to tell Laurica. I want you to
- 3:50Speaker 2: tell Lorica that she won, all right, a two and
- 3:52Speaker 2: a half thousand and cash back from clicks. I want
- 3:54Speaker 2: you to surprise her. Is that fine? So I'll do
- 3:57Speaker 2: the talking first, and then I'm going to go Lorca. Oh,
- 4:00Speaker 2: and then I'm gonna go Julia over to you and
- 4:01Speaker 2: you do it. Okay, all right, let's let's let's try
- 4:04Speaker 2: and get on the line.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Here we go, Lorica.
- 4:08Speaker 6: II, Goday show we day.
- 4:10Speaker 2: I'm very well, thank you, Sorry to bother you. I
- 4:11Speaker 2: was called by someone who knows you very well and
- 4:15Speaker 2: loves what you're doing in the community with Zola's Poor Project.
- 4:18Speaker 2: I wanted to find out more. What is the project
- 4:21Speaker 2: all about Okay, so.
- 4:23Speaker 6: It's not it's a lot poor rescue. Of course, we
- 4:26Speaker 6: were Pola a project, but because we became a whole rescue,
- 4:31Speaker 6: we changed down names. Yeah, we were just doing a
- 4:34Speaker 6: feeding scheme, and then we saw that there's a lot
- 4:37Speaker 6: of neat in the community with the animals, and we
- 4:41Speaker 6: decided to do more. So we do stimilizations, we do
- 4:46Speaker 6: feeding programs, we do kennels, we give kennels out, we
- 4:50Speaker 6: give blank gets out and John, I've got rescue. So
- 4:56Speaker 6: the rescue started just one pup, that's our one pushed
- 5:00Speaker 6: into my head, and then it became more than one
- 5:03Speaker 6: hundred dogs were rescued by far Sure and so forth.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Yes, how do you do it? How do you do it? Lorica?
- 5:10Speaker 3: How do you manage all of that?
- 5:12Speaker 6: Now I'm actually a full time worker st.
- 5:17Speaker 5: But just fun and games.
- 5:19Speaker 6: But yeah, I just went on Christmas Day twenty twenty
- 5:23Speaker 6: four and decided to go feed the animals, just to
- 5:27Speaker 6: do something for my Christmas Day that is actually worth it.
- 5:30Speaker 6: And then I thought that there's a lot of neat
- 5:33Speaker 6: in the community with the animals, like really really really
- 5:37Speaker 6: bad need for food, for health care, for neglecting neglecting
- 5:45Speaker 6: and all that. So then I just started to go
- 5:49Speaker 6: back every Sunday, and then it became every night or
- 5:53Speaker 6: every morning, and then it became giving kennels out, and
- 5:57Speaker 6: then it became giving sterilization, and then it became a
- 6:02Speaker 6: whole rescue and the rescue. I don't have kennels that
- 6:07Speaker 6: I don't have a property. That's my big dream one day,
- 6:09Speaker 6: But at the moment, I've got a network of fosters
- 6:13Speaker 6: that I gave my doggies to. They look after them
- 6:15Speaker 6: and I find homes for them.
- 6:17Speaker 2: You are a special human being. I don't know how
- 6:19Speaker 2: you do it as someone who's working full time as well,
- 6:22Speaker 2: but I do. Just have someone on the line who'd
- 6:24Speaker 2: like to tell you something, Julia chat Alerica.
- 6:27Speaker 5: Yes, yeah, Loerica, Yes, I normally you do to the
- 6:33Speaker 5: fact that you give everything to the dokiesh and go
- 6:37Speaker 5: beyond what you're supposed to do, and for that you
- 6:42Speaker 5: can get the clicks about it for two thousand, five
- 6:45Speaker 5: hundred rant on your clicks point.
- 6:49Speaker 6: Oh, thank you for making me cry now, Julia.
- 6:55Speaker 5: But it's what you do is awesome.
- 6:58Speaker 2: And remember, Julia and I, we want you to use
- 7:00Speaker 2: it because the thing is I can't even understand how
- 7:03Speaker 2: you get time for yourself. So don't you want to
- 7:05Speaker 2: walk into your nearest clicks with this cash back and
- 7:08Speaker 2: just go and spend on yourself a little bit, just
- 7:10Speaker 2: to because you can't pull from an empty cup. You're
- 7:12Speaker 2: going to need some relaxation items and some things. And
- 7:16Speaker 2: I know you're so giving, but can we just give
- 7:18Speaker 2: back to you if you don't mind?
- 7:19Speaker 3: Lorca, Okay, thank you, Julia.
- 7:24Speaker 2: Julia, you made a cry. Julia, you had one job. Hey,
- 7:28Speaker 2: you know, Julia, thank you very much for your nomination.
- 7:31Speaker 2: I appreciate it. Lorca, are you are you okay?
- 7:35Speaker 6: There, I'm good, I'm good, I'm good. That just thank you.
- 7:39Speaker 6: It's really you're your thank you.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Where is Zola's Poor Rescue so we can get your
- 7:46Speaker 2: entire community and anybody who wants to help you to
- 7:49Speaker 2: find you on the social media platforms and hopefully just
- 7:52Speaker 2: donate and help you out. So where do we find you?
- 7:55Speaker 6: Inclam Western Kate And yeah, well anybody knows it's what
- 8:02Speaker 6: everybody knows what I'm doing. It's quite a huge project.
- 8:06Speaker 6: And anybody pitching in that that's not to take care.
- 8:10Speaker 2: But this is for you a I'm just sading, you know.
- 8:12Speaker 2: I know, I know for a fact it's not going
- 8:14Speaker 2: to be all for you. I know, I know you,
- 8:16Speaker 2: I know your type. Your type is like, Okay, let's
- 8:18Speaker 2: see what we can contribute to the cause. And I know,
- 8:21Speaker 2: but if you don't mind, as a promise to Julia
- 8:23Speaker 2: and I for you to just take some of that
- 8:26Speaker 2: cash back and then when you go to your clicks,
- 8:28Speaker 2: just spend it on something that's gonna I mean, it could.
- 8:31Speaker 3: Be a foot spot.
- 8:32Speaker 2: I don't care, just as long as it's something that
- 8:33Speaker 2: you can say, oh my word, Okay, good, Okay, that's what.
- 8:37Speaker 3: I'm looking for.
- 8:39Speaker 2: You are such a shining light in your community, and
- 8:42Speaker 2: we want to celebrate people like you. Thank you, Lorica,
- 8:45Speaker 2: and we will definitely be out there supporting Zola's Poor Rescue.
- 8:48Speaker 2: I saw your Facebook page. Now we're going to click
- 8:51Speaker 2: on and see if we can get some more people
- 8:52Speaker 2: to help you out.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Okay, okay, thank you so much.
- 8:55Speaker 6: I appreciate you.
- 8:56Speaker 2: I appreciate you, Lorica Zolas Poor Rescue. What a beautiful
- 8:59Speaker 2: person and what a great cause as well, looking after

- 10:00Speaker 2: This is on your flash drive. KFM ninety four point
- 10:02Speaker 2: five is what it is. It's a nice Dave belong
- 10:04Speaker 2: for the right till seven o'clock. Can I just remind
- 10:06Speaker 2: you that we are just a couple of days to
- 10:09Speaker 2: go till deadline. It is time to celebrate the best
- 10:12Speaker 2: of the Cape and we need you to be a
- 10:14Speaker 2: part of this. And this is the time where you
- 10:17Speaker 2: nominate those organizations, those companies as individuals who suit the
- 10:22Speaker 2: categories that we have. And we have many of the categories.
- 10:25Speaker 2: I'm telling you that thirty of them. It's beautiful. And
- 10:29Speaker 2: if you need a bit of a reminder and a refresh,
- 10:31Speaker 2: just go to Best of the Cape dot primediaplus dot
- 10:34Speaker 2: com and it'll take you there. And I want you
- 10:38Speaker 2: to nominate, nominate, and then nominate again. What I mean
- 10:43Speaker 2: by that is that a lot of people and this
- 10:45Speaker 2: is what I found in Best of the Cape Awards
- 10:47Speaker 2: ceremonies of the past, is that the lead up it's
- 10:49Speaker 2: always like, ah, don't worry man. Like my my friend group,
- 10:53Speaker 2: I did the nomination for us because we liked the place.
- 10:55Speaker 2: And I'm going to say it's cool, but one person
- 10:58Speaker 2: shouldn't represent the friend group. Every individual in the friend
- 11:01Speaker 2: group should get on board and nominate. Remember those are nominations.
- 11:06Speaker 2: That's a certain quantity that puts that company in good
- 11:08Speaker 2: stead to actually get to the next round, which is
- 11:11Speaker 2: for voting. This is all powered by Yoko fifty categories.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Even a fresh category, best Place to be Seen, has
- 11:17Speaker 2: been added to So get on it. Best of the
- 11:19Speaker 2: Cape dot Primedia plus dot com. You can also just
- 11:23Speaker 2: send me the word best zero two nine four five
- 11:26Speaker 2: zero nine four zero and this is your shot. Another
- 11:29Speaker 2: thing that I hear often is your call why wasn't
- 11:33Speaker 2: so and so nominated in this category? They didn't have
- 11:35Speaker 2: the best this, this and that, And I'm like, well
- 11:37Speaker 2: did you nominate them? And their responses know so, how
- 11:40Speaker 2: do you think they didn't get nominated if you didn't
- 11:42Speaker 2: dominate them? Makes sense? So get on it. I know
- 11:46Speaker 2: you've got a couple of ideas in mind. You get
- 11:48Speaker 2: a couple of companies you want to celebrate and give
- 11:50Speaker 2: them that badge of respect, credibility and honor, which is the.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Best of the Cape Awards k from.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Ninety four point five badge which they can actually put
- 11:58Speaker 2: on their website or in front of their store.
- 12:00Speaker 3: That's fine.
- 12:01Speaker 2: I know that there are certain farm stores who have
- 12:03Speaker 2: won and if you go see them, they still have
- 12:06Speaker 2: that signage up loud and proud when they won in
- 12:09Speaker 2: that category. And it could be the next business. If
- 12:12Speaker 2: the next business could be your friend's business or even yours.
- 12:15Speaker 2: So get on to nominating. We wrap things up at
- 12:18Speaker 2: seven pm on Friday when it comes to nominations. Thereafter
- 12:22Speaker 2: it is voting time for a million plus people to
- 12:24Speaker 2: determine who is the Best of the Cape. The KFM
- 12:27Speaker 2: ninety four point five Best of the Cape Awards, powered
- 12:29Speaker 2: by Yoko, T's and C's applied to many Vie Sarah Jackson.
- 12:34Speaker 2: It's called save Me. I'll saved you some time while
- 12:38Speaker 2: you were working. I was working for you. It's a
- 12:39Speaker 2: flash drive. My name is Carl Waste, So sixty seven
- 12:43Speaker 2: minutes for my diba. You know it's coming up this
- 12:45Speaker 2: weekend and I've been dropping these daily just so you
- 12:49Speaker 2: know exactly where you can spend your time. Doesn't have
- 12:51Speaker 2: to be just sixty seven minutes. You can spend a
- 12:53Speaker 2: lot of time making a difference in your community. That
- 12:56Speaker 2: is indeed the spirit of Mandela Day. But if you'd
- 12:59Speaker 2: like to food forward, South Africa is inviting Cape Tonians
- 13:01Speaker 2: to spend sixty seven minutes packing food parcels that will
- 13:04Speaker 2: be distributed to vulnerable communities across South Africa. The Food
- 13:08Speaker 2: Forward Sam Mendela Day packing event takes place so this
- 13:11Speaker 2: Friday at the Century City Conference Center was sessions starting
- 13:14Speaker 2: at nine thirty am and eleven thirty am. Tickets cost
- 13:18Speaker 2: sixty seven rand, with every booking helping to provide nutritious
- 13:21Speaker 2: food to those in need. So there's another idea for
- 13:24Speaker 2: you if you are looking for a couple of those
- 13:26Speaker 2: for you or your company. There it is now. South
- 13:29Speaker 2: African Innovation continues to amaze me. After being woken up
- 13:32Speaker 2: by a spam call at six ams, South African IT
- 13:35Speaker 2: specialist has decided he'd had enough and bolt an app
- 13:39Speaker 2: to help people fight back. Considering this right before the show,
- 13:44Speaker 2: I had and I'm not lying. There were five calls
- 13:48Speaker 2: came to me from different call centers, five of them
- 13:52Speaker 2: one of in fact, two actually happened while I was
- 13:55Speaker 2: on the call with Pietrice before the show. So this
- 13:59Speaker 2: is a real thing. So this app is a bit
- 14:01Speaker 2: of tongue in cheek and it's way too I'm going
- 14:05Speaker 2: to say BCCSA for radio, but it's called Hey, you
- 14:11Speaker 2: know that banned policicar. Now you know that first put
- 14:14Speaker 2: of them. Now this app is named that, but with
- 14:16Speaker 2: manser instead of policicar. Does that work for you? Perfect?
- 14:20Speaker 3: Done?
- 14:21Speaker 2: See that's how I articulated. Now you know exactly what
- 14:22Speaker 2: it's called done and dusted. So let's use this report
- 14:25Speaker 2: and block spam callers, also helping them send popular opt
- 14:28Speaker 2: out requests to companies that keep contacting them without permission. Oh,
- 14:33Speaker 2: by the way, another thing that happens to me often
- 14:35Speaker 2: is that I get WhatsApps directly from real estate companies
- 14:40Speaker 2: who'd like to sell my house WhatsApps. I didn't know
- 14:44Speaker 2: my number is available. Is it because I accepted cookies
- 14:47Speaker 2: on those three websites? It's probably that right, But yeah,
- 14:50Speaker 2: it's a new thing. I can't tell you what their
- 14:52Speaker 2: name is. But there's a band called Policyicar. Now you
- 14:55Speaker 2: know that first, but that's missing. Now use that and
- 14:58Speaker 2: then add manser, and then you got the apps. Now sure,
- 15:01Speaker 2: I love radio so much.
- 15:02Speaker 3: It's always a.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Way to you for mys and then this is actually
- 15:06Speaker 2: quite fascinating. Some supermarkets in Finland have introduced pink shopping
- 15:13Speaker 2: baskets with a clever twist. If you pick one up,
- 15:16Speaker 2: it signals that you are single and open to meeting someone,
- 15:20Speaker 2: Shoppers carrying pink baskets or letting other pink basket users
- 15:23Speaker 2: know they're open to a conversation, creating a low pressure
- 15:27Speaker 2: alternative while picking out potatoes. It's not available in every store,
- 15:31Speaker 2: but it has become a viral talking point online. You
- 15:34Speaker 2: know what this makes me think of? Instead of going
- 15:36Speaker 2: to those robot parties or holding a pink basket, are there,
- 15:42Speaker 2: And I know this is a random thing to ask you, right,
- 15:46Speaker 2: but are there towelltale signs that someone is single? I'm
- 15:51Speaker 2: very fascinating because instead of holding a pink basket in
- 15:54Speaker 2: Finland or those robot parties, are their telltale signs that
- 15:57Speaker 2: will give you a bit of an indication as to
- 16:01Speaker 2: someone's status. Like for me, I think maybe it's related
- 16:05Speaker 2: to a couple of things, like perhaps if people order
- 16:10Speaker 2: Uber black just for themselves, I have a good feeling
- 16:12Speaker 2: that they're single. I'm just just an idea. Or perhaps right,
- 16:18Speaker 2: perhaps if you know their cell phone I'm not sure,
- 16:23Speaker 2: if you you're following it in the soul it has
- 16:26Speaker 2: a normal background, like a factory setting background, then you
- 16:29Speaker 2: know their single. You have an idea, like you know
- 16:32Speaker 2: you just know, I know you're laughing in me, Karen Anne.
- 16:34Speaker 2: But I'm just are they tell tale signs for you
- 16:36Speaker 2: that will indicate without someone saying anything, that they're single?
- 16:40Speaker 3: Who I think?
- 16:42Speaker 7: I think, yeah, you think I'm I think a woman's
- 16:47Speaker 7: hair really yes?
- 16:50Speaker 3: Hold on, tell me what?
- 16:51Speaker 4: Wait?
- 16:51Speaker 3: What does what does in a relationship with they look
- 16:53Speaker 3: like I've got long hair? Yes, you do so, I think, Yeah,
- 16:57Speaker 3: my ear is long.
- 16:57Speaker 7: And luscious and I'm in a relationship up and very happy.
- 17:02Speaker 7: But I had shorty when I was single, and I
- 17:04Speaker 7: don't know why, but that's just how interest thinking about
- 17:08Speaker 7: it now. I think if your is long and luscious
- 17:10Speaker 7: and beautiful, you are in a happy relationship.
- 17:14Speaker 2: That is such a cool indicator because okay, are you
- 17:18Speaker 2: saying if there's like a bob.
- 17:20Speaker 7: Yes, or they just went through a breakup. You do
- 17:23Speaker 7: know women cut their hair once there I got you
- 17:25Speaker 7: breakup and that's generally shorty.
- 17:30Speaker 2: That's fascinating because the thing is, I think there's merit
- 17:32Speaker 2: to that because like everybody who I know who's in
- 17:35Speaker 2: a very happy relationship, that often that hair gets washed
- 17:39Speaker 2: so often, yes, and it looks so good okay, okay, wow,
- 17:43Speaker 2: but then you get there like the short bobs or
- 17:45Speaker 2: the sleek cuts that's a little shorter like on the shoulder.
- 17:48Speaker 7: Yes, and then it's like, hey, yeah, because you're checking
- 17:50Speaker 7: her out now right, you.
- 17:51Speaker 3: See what I'm saying. Look at that? Okay, how about this? Right?
- 17:55Speaker 4: Uh?
- 17:56Speaker 2: When someone's house is completely spotless, completely not anything on
- 18:02Speaker 2: the counter, whatever, not even a not an espresso pod
- 18:05Speaker 2: out of place, then you know that person is single,
- 18:09Speaker 2: all right. Oh, someone who's always keen for like a
- 18:12Speaker 2: spontaneous like let's go out somewhere. Have you noticed that
- 18:16Speaker 2: those single people, they'll they'll do that. They'll be like
- 18:19Speaker 2: coming go over the weekend? Where do you want to go?
- 18:21Speaker 3: Mauricious? Ay? Single? You know what I mean?
- 18:25Speaker 2: We have time yoah, But I do think there's something
- 18:28Speaker 2: in the phone background. When it's just like a normal
- 18:32Speaker 2: background factory setting, then you know nothing's going on there.
- 18:36Speaker 7: Or like an Eiffel Tower. What was some expensive place
- 18:40Speaker 7: that you've been to?
- 18:41Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you understand there's some expensive that's so true.
- 18:48Speaker 3: I got a message in you here you go.
- 18:51Speaker 2: You can tell someone is single when they buy a
- 18:53Speaker 2: one liter milk. They're not getting at six pack a
- 19:05Speaker 2: long life maniere. They know that Mulki will be used
- 19:09Speaker 2: and only that mulk will be used. That's brilliant, all right.
- 19:12Speaker 2: A couple of suggestions there, Hey, keep it coming. Zero
- 19:14Speaker 2: two nine four five zero nine four zero. Is there
- 19:17Speaker 2: actually a telltale sign that someone's single? Shakira Hips Don't Lie?
- 19:25Speaker 2: That is definitely a song that you just want to
- 19:27Speaker 2: roll with. It's it's one of those tracks. It's your
- 19:30Speaker 2: flash drive if you weren't around earlier. I shared a story.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Sometimes I get you some good tidbits from around the world,
- 19:35Speaker 2: and one of them was in Finland where some supermarkets
- 19:38Speaker 2: are making it easier for single people to find each other.
- 19:41Speaker 2: They have pink baskets, and those pink baskets, right, it'll
- 19:46Speaker 2: show you that someone is interested in having a conversation
- 19:49Speaker 2: around the onions. And that's how it works in the supermarket.
- 19:52Speaker 2: But something that's stormed into my head, man, are there
- 19:56Speaker 2: telltale signs beyond you going to a robot party or
- 19:59Speaker 2: have a pink basket that are clear signs that someone
- 20:03Speaker 2: is single? Like clear like this, that's just undeniably there.
- 20:08Speaker 2: I have a few over here that I want to
- 20:10Speaker 2: share with you, and I thank you for sharing.
- 20:13Speaker 3: For instance, this one came through.
- 20:15Speaker 8: How's it called what's up?
- 20:16Speaker 2: MT.
- 20:17Speaker 9: I think my easiest telltale sign to know that somebody
- 20:21Speaker 9: is single is if you go to your friend's house
- 20:23Speaker 9: and you want to watch some TV. Okay, and chill
- 20:27Speaker 9: a little bit and open up. They Needflix and there's
- 20:30Speaker 9: only one profile that says me.
- 20:38Speaker 3: That's diabolical. Okay, you're sure? Can I tell how many
- 20:48Speaker 3: people have my Netflix cuts?
- 20:50Speaker 8: Sure that it's diabolical? But it is so true.
- 20:53Speaker 10: I mean I have got me six profiles.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Just me, just like that. Oh dear, all right, here's
- 21:01Speaker 3: another one.
- 21:02Speaker 8: Yes, you can see when someone is single.
- 21:04Speaker 10: They're smiling and they're appy a a ah.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Man, no, no, no, come on, come on, no man, wait,
- 21:14Speaker 2: there's another one.
- 21:15Speaker 3: You're from from shanay Man.
- 21:18Speaker 2: You can tell they single when they don't get sick
- 21:20Speaker 2: often during winter because.
- 21:30Speaker 3: Your sha yo hello Rebecca, Hi Hi? All right?
- 21:37Speaker 2: So are there some tell tale signs that an individual
- 21:41Speaker 2: is single?
- 21:42Speaker 3: Let me know.
- 21:43Speaker 11: Yes, we we we do not choose with this family
- 21:46Speaker 11: shopping for two bags of washing powder and get a
- 21:49Speaker 11: third one free. That's not on the card for us.
- 21:52Speaker 11: We literally in and out. And if I can just
- 21:55Speaker 11: highlight something else as well, when it comes to take
- 21:57Speaker 11: away I'll take away as serious. There's no leftovers in
- 22:00Speaker 11: our fridge. You take a serious fee, so you'll find
- 22:03Speaker 11: us in the front of the queue of that as well.
- 22:06Speaker 3: Okay, my word, So not even clicks three for two?
- 22:11Speaker 11: No, you know, no, that's gonna fly with that.
- 22:14Speaker 5: Say that's gonna just one.
- 22:18Speaker 8: It lasts for six months.
- 22:20Speaker 11: You're shopping for one. When you're shopping for one. Price
- 22:23Speaker 11: is not really something that's uh, but you're shopping for one.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that's so true. Oh that's true.
- 22:29Speaker 2: So then everything is top shelf, you know what I mean,
- 22:31Speaker 2: because it's only one one serving.
- 22:34Speaker 11: Yes, everything, every single thing for one.
- 22:37Speaker 5: So you're sposed.
- 22:38Speaker 11: Yeah, you spos.
- 22:40Speaker 8: I have a question, you go for it.
- 22:43Speaker 2: You know.
- 22:43Speaker 10: So does that include that you use three ply toilet paper?
- 22:47Speaker 8: Pas? Not two ply?
- 22:50Speaker 11: No, I have to be a bit honest about that.
- 22:53Speaker 11: I don't think the infrastructure's vote for that day. But
- 22:56Speaker 11: that's just on a different level. But no, no, no,
- 22:58Speaker 11: I sick with double speaker.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Double thank you, just double Okay, No, we just had
- 23:03Speaker 2: to ask the question as well. No, No, that's that's fine.
- 23:07Speaker 2: I'm assuming that all of your products, you're cleaning products,
- 23:09Speaker 2: all of them are brand name.
- 23:11Speaker 11: You know, I'll be honest with you when you're shopping
- 23:13Speaker 11: for a per product. I actually do find what was
- 23:17Speaker 11: to be more cheaper than sometimes chicken.
- 23:20Speaker 7: What was gag?
- 23:22Speaker 11: Because I shopped for one to get a heavy.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Bar. That's where they get you because because I mean,
- 23:29Speaker 2: I'm sure like a rotesserie chicken?
- 23:31Speaker 3: Last you three weeks?
- 23:33Speaker 2: Okay, I'm done, No, Rebecca, thank you so much. You
- 23:43Speaker 2: are an absolute star and all the all the best.
- 23:46Speaker 2: Are you in the dating game at the moment? I
- 23:48Speaker 2: just need to ask that question if you don't mind
- 23:50Speaker 2: me asking, Oh yeah, I'm in the dating game.
- 23:53Speaker 11: I'll just what's that my number?
- 23:54Speaker 7: When we done?
- 23:55Speaker 3: Okay, no problem, Rebecca, thank you so much. That's lovely.
- 24:00Speaker 2: Sure my word, who needs a pink basket when you
- 24:02Speaker 2: have a whole radio show?
- 24:03Speaker 3: Anyway? Ah wow?
- 24:08Speaker 8: But that is smart though.
- 24:11Speaker 10: The fact that she said she that single people buy
- 24:14Speaker 10: one product, so you know, we see the specials buy
- 24:17Speaker 10: to get one free, and so I need to tell
- 24:21Speaker 10: my husband shop like your single.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Y're And then eggs wise do you get? Do you
- 24:27Speaker 2: buy eggs individually? Like for tomorrow's breakfast? That's what I'm anyway,
- 24:32Speaker 2: It doesn't matter is there a way that you see
- 24:35Speaker 2: Is there a way that you see that somebody is single?
- 24:37Speaker 3: Like you know, it's a tell tale sign. You know what.
- 24:40Speaker 10: I have a couple of single friends, and you know
- 24:42Speaker 10: what I've realized with my single friends.
- 24:44Speaker 8: All Right, obviously I'm older.
- 24:46Speaker 10: I wouldn't have told I wouldn't have said that we're
- 24:49Speaker 10: in the same age range now, oh yeah, we're in
- 24:50Speaker 10: our forties now and eh. But what I've realized with
- 24:53Speaker 10: my friends is they buy new cars more often.
- 24:58Speaker 8: Like every two year.
- 25:00Speaker 10: You see them driving a new car, and I'm like,
- 25:04Speaker 10: I'm still driving the same car from twenty eighteen to me.
- 25:07Speaker 2: Because they don't need to think about like the family
- 25:10Speaker 2: vehicle and you know, doesn't have space for the dogs
- 25:14Speaker 2: and the kids and that sort of thing. They can
- 25:17Speaker 2: move around with the vehicle and do their thing.
- 25:20Speaker 10: Okay, So my one friend, yeah, so just on that right,
- 25:23Speaker 10: she bought one of those her vule H sixers. Now, yes,
- 25:27Speaker 10: it's just her in this massive four by four yeah thing.
- 25:33Speaker 10: But I mean I know she bought a car like
- 25:36Speaker 10: two years ago and then she was like, you know what,
- 25:38Speaker 10: it's time from an upgrade.
- 25:39Speaker 8: Let's get this massive car.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Let's be honest. If that is indeed an indicator of
- 25:45Speaker 2: being single. Perhaps your friend is trying to tell the
- 25:48Speaker 2: world that she's not ready to mingle with just anybody.
- 25:50Speaker 2: That's why you get a big car and confuse everybody
- 25:53Speaker 2: into including suitors who you know it's not worth her time.
- 25:57Speaker 2: I think it's a genius move if someone wants to
- 25:59Speaker 2: be more selective of.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Their dating pool.
- 26:02Speaker 8: I've never thought of that.
- 26:03Speaker 2: You understand what I mean, applaud Let me let me
- 26:06Speaker 2: get she gets a tray of twenty four eggs just
- 26:09Speaker 2: to confuse the people behind her in.
- 26:10Speaker 10: The line in case someone wants to heat on it
- 26:13Speaker 10: three for two. You know now I need to inquire
- 26:16Speaker 10: thet I think you need to.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Miss Please do love it, keep it coming if you
- 26:21Speaker 2: want to. You know my number. Are they telltale signs
- 26:23Speaker 2: that someone is single? Please feel free? Okay, get creative too.
- 26:26Speaker 2: E i Wan Traffick is with Nissan. Everyone chases five stars,
- 26:31Speaker 2: but protecting your family on the road, only one rating counts.
- 26:35Speaker 2: The Nissan magnete gn CAP five stars Safety Certified.
- 26:41Speaker 3: A little earlier, I was.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Talking about are there any telltale signs? Just telltale signs
- 26:47Speaker 2: that just showcase the fact that somebody is indeed single.
- 26:52Speaker 2: It came from a story I found of pink shopping
- 26:56Speaker 2: baskets implemented in Finland shopping malls. So you go to
- 27:00Speaker 2: a supermarket, you grab a pink basket means that you're
- 27:02Speaker 2: ready to connect with someone while picking out carrots, and
- 27:05Speaker 2: I figured, are they any other signs that will show
- 27:08Speaker 2: you that someone is indeed single?
- 27:11Speaker 3: Megs?
- 27:12Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, we've had every We've had all sorts today.
- 27:17Speaker 3: I'm sure you've heard. I actually got to do.
- 27:19Speaker 2: I get a message now saying if you look at
- 27:22Speaker 2: their basket two minute noodles and ready meals only that
- 27:26Speaker 2: was that was one of them.
- 27:27Speaker 3: What is yours? Megs?
- 27:29Speaker 5: So you know when you see someone buying those individual
- 27:33Speaker 5: single serving microwave meals.
- 27:35Speaker 3: Those ready meals, Yeah, yeah, the.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Ready bade meals, lack of Willie one.
- 27:41Speaker 2: Okay, there's a telltale sign you can you can tell
- 27:44Speaker 2: that they're not getting potatoes, so that everybody else, there's
- 27:47Speaker 2: no else, there's no everybody.
- 27:49Speaker 3: That's just one.
- 27:50Speaker 2: It's just a one on one vibe Megs. Thank you
- 27:53Speaker 2: for sharing. I appreciate you.
- 27:54Speaker 3: OS. I got this message that came through as well
- 27:57Speaker 3: from Morgan.

- 28:08Speaker 8: of those things.

- 28:22Speaker 2: All right, I'm ready for you. What's the tell tale
- 28:25Speaker 2: sign that someone is single.
- 28:28Speaker 4: When they turn you at eight o'clock on a weekday
- 28:31Speaker 4: and they ask you if you want to go out.
- 28:33Speaker 4: I don't want to go out. I'm happy next to
- 28:37Speaker 4: my husband.
- 28:38Speaker 2: That is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but
- 28:42Speaker 2: the truth. And it's it's always, you know, it's it's
- 28:44Speaker 2: always very random. It's kind of like but it's it's
- 28:48Speaker 2: never like a simple place, that's the thing. It's never like, hey,
- 28:52Speaker 2: let's go to spur. It's like, hey, let's go to
- 28:55Speaker 2: luck a lot.
- 28:56Speaker 4: Place that one drunk again in the corner. To look
- 29:01Speaker 4: for trouble with every one.

- 31:46Speaker 2: I'm doing what I love, loving what I do, and
- 31:48Speaker 2: now chatting to you, which is another little cherry on top.
- 31:51Speaker 2: I know it's random, but I wanted to call you
- 31:53Speaker 2: so you can be involved in something we do call
- 31:55Speaker 2: the call, where I select only one person to make
- 31:58Speaker 2: a decision as to which song play. We actually haven't
- 32:01Speaker 2: done a Telly beetrice as to who's in the lead
- 32:04Speaker 2: for twenty twenty six yet, who's in the lead me for?
- 32:08Speaker 2: How How far in the lead are you?
- 32:11Speaker 8: If you give me thirty seconds? I know, I've no,
- 32:14Speaker 8: it's fine. Oh wait, I can quickly open it.
- 32:17Speaker 3: Oh you got it?
- 32:17Speaker 2: Okay, cool, lovely. So what's the scores at the moment
- 32:19Speaker 2: in terms of wins for the call?
- 32:22Speaker 7: You are?
- 32:22Speaker 10: I think on thirty six, thirty is on thirty four,
- 32:26Speaker 10: and I'm on forty nine.
- 32:29Speaker 3: Really that far ahead, Joe?
- 32:31Speaker 2: I mean, just shows you what after Khans and Music
- 32:32Speaker 2: does hey strategy good one today, but let's see what
- 32:36Speaker 2: we come up worth today. Cassidy is not here and
- 32:39Speaker 2: I have to pick a song for her, so you
- 32:40Speaker 2: can choose this one if you want. It's because You
- 32:43Speaker 2: Love Me, a song that I think Cassidy would have
- 32:46Speaker 2: wanted me to hear.
- 32:47Speaker 1: You were speech.
- 32:50Speaker 3: She has no voice. Stronchitus can do that. Still we
- 32:58Speaker 3: always do fifty.
- 33:04Speaker 2: That's Cassidy song that you can choose if you want to.
- 33:07Speaker 2: My track is a bit more on the trend spectrum.
- 33:09Speaker 2: It became very trendy during the World Cup. It is
- 33:12Speaker 2: a German song by called It translates to you are
- 33:19Speaker 2: good enough?
- 33:20Speaker 3: I mean, yes you are. And then Pietris won yesterday,
- 33:26Speaker 3: so he picks a new song.
- 33:28Speaker 2: What is it?
- 33:29Speaker 8: So my song?
- 33:30Speaker 10: It's you know, we were chatting myself and Joe, We're
- 33:33Speaker 10: talking in the booth and we were going like, you know,
- 33:35Speaker 10: punk rock is you know, one of those underrated genres
- 33:38Speaker 10: that really needs to make like a strong comeback. That's
- 33:41Speaker 10: why I went with all American rejects to a Little Secret.

- 41:05Speaker 2: It's a default here because someone didn't shot their name
- 41:08Speaker 2: out first, and that means that you are the winner today.
- 41:10Speaker 3: Common. Look at that, Hey, look at that. Take a sigh.
- 41:14Speaker 2: But Chanelle, thank you and your lovely whisperer for playing
- 41:17Speaker 2: today Common. You're back again tomorrow for another day. Even
- 41:21Speaker 2: though it's a technicality. Don't feel don't feel bad. It's
- 41:24Speaker 2: still a win. Okay, thank you, all right, I will
- 41:28Speaker 2: do Common. Thank you technicalities say sure. If I had
- 41:31Speaker 2: to let that slide, imagine how the WhatsApp I would
- 41:33Speaker 2: have lit up like a Christmas tree. But please play
- 41:36Speaker 2: again tomorrow against Cormon. She's a fantastic opponent, so was Chanal.
