- 0:00Speaker 1: Meat Cutes.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Didn't really know what that was, so Rich told me.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Kyle didn't know what it was, so she saw an
- 0:06Speaker 2: article on it, and we got into it. We want
- 0:07Speaker 2: to know about Meat Cutes. That's a way you met
- 0:10Speaker 2: somebody that has nothing to do with technology, right?
- 0:13Speaker 3: Yep.
- 0:13Speaker 4: Right?
- 0:14Speaker 1: All right. Debbie, thanks for holding. What's your Meat Cute? Debbie?
- 0:20Speaker 5: Hey, good morning.
- 0:21Speaker 6: So my best friend worked at an office supply store,
- 0:25Speaker 6: and I would go in and visit her all the time.
- 0:28Speaker 6: And this one time I went in, And I looked
- 0:30Speaker 6: over in the distance and I saw this guy just
- 0:32Speaker 6: standing on a ladder and I.
- 0:34Speaker 7: Saw his butt.
- 0:35Speaker 6: And that's all it took. Just this cute little perfect
- 0:40Speaker 6: round hiney just staring back at me. And I'm like,
- 0:42Speaker 6: I got to see what this guy looks like when
- 0:44Speaker 6: he turns around. And he turned around and I was like, yep,
- 0:47Speaker 6: his butt is just perfect because his face is perfect.
- 0:50Speaker 6: Everything was perfect about him.
- 0:52Speaker 7: Wow.
- 0:53Speaker 1: And it worked out.
- 0:53Speaker 2: I'm assuming you're with him or you dated him for
- 0:55Speaker 2: a while or married to him.
- 0:57Speaker 6: I've married 30 years.
- 1:02Speaker 7: So Debbie, like, do you approach him and you're like, Hey,
- 1:05Speaker 7: I like your butt. I also like your face. How
- 1:08Speaker 7: do you have that conversation?
- 1:11Speaker 6: Well, we were dating for a while. Cause I thought,
- 1:12Speaker 6: you know what? I don't want to scare this guy off.
- 1:14Speaker 6: Cause it's just too good to be true. But when
- 1:18Speaker 6: he found out, he was like, I like this girl
- 1:21Speaker 6: even more now.
- 1:23Speaker 7: What a great story. I love that.
- 1:25Speaker 1: You know what?
- 1:25Speaker 2: There's this show I'm watching right now on HBO. It's
- 1:27Speaker 2: called Youth. Have you guys started watching it? Anyone started
- 1:29Speaker 2: watching it yet? I've seen a little preview. It's really good.
- 1:31Speaker 2: It's the woman from Bad Sisters. And she's turning, she
- 1:34Speaker 2: just turned 50. She's divorced. Her kid's going off to college.
- 1:37Speaker 2: She's starting to date again. And she's dating this one
- 1:39Speaker 2: guy that she really likes. And they've hooked up already.
- 1:42Speaker 2: And they're like holding hands, walking through. And they're kissing
- 1:44Speaker 2: outside in London. And he says, man, he goes, I
- 1:47Speaker 2: really like your butt. It's so soft. And you see
- 1:50Speaker 2: her face like, what? And then she's like, that to
- 1:54Speaker 2: her is not a compliment. And then later they're texting
- 1:57Speaker 2: each other. She's like, yeah, I can't wait to touch
- 1:59Speaker 2: your soft butt. And then they cut to her and
- 2:00Speaker 2: she's doing all these butt exercises. And she's like, is
- 2:03Speaker 2: it really about to get.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Her butt firm? I highly recommend. Debbie, thanks for calling in.
- 2:07Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Let's see what Mark. Mark, you got a meet cute story?
- 2:13Speaker 3: I have a meet cute story for sure.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Let's hear it.
- 2:16Speaker 3: So my wife moved from Australia. At eight years old,
- 2:20Speaker 3: I moved from Colorado at eight, and we met at church,
- 2:23Speaker 3: and now we've been married 27 years.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Whoa, and you met at eight years old?
- 2:28Speaker 3: At eight. I turned 50 this year, so we've known
- 2:31Speaker 3: each other a long time. We started dating at 16.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Wow.
- 2:34Speaker 3: And we've been married ever since.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Have you ever dated anybody else?
- 2:39Speaker 3: Well, of course we did. We had problems. Not saying
- 2:42Speaker 3: it was perfect.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Oh, you mean after that?
- 2:45Speaker 2: So you guys connected, got married, you broke up, got
- 2:47Speaker 2: back together, had issues, worked things out?
- 2:49Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no. We broke up only when
- 2:51Speaker 3: we were dating. We've been married ever since. We got
- 2:53Speaker 3: married in 99.
- 2:55Speaker 5: Did you kind of have a feeling when you were
- 2:56Speaker 5: eight that this was the one?
- 3:00Speaker 3: No, she did. She was totally hot for me back then.
- 3:02Speaker 7: Of course.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:04Speaker 1: I can't imagine it.
- 3:06Speaker 3: No, we knew at 16. We knew at 16 we
- 3:09Speaker 3: were going to get married.
- 3:10Speaker 1: There was this girl I liked when I was young
- 3:12Speaker 1: like that. I think I was, what grade are you in?
- 3:14Speaker 1: Fifth grade?
- 3:14Speaker 3: Ten? Ten?
- 3:16Speaker 1: Angie.
- 3:17Speaker 2: I wanted to do the Grease play and I wanted
- 3:20Speaker 2: to be Danny Zuko and I wanted her to be Angie.
- 3:22Speaker 1: What's her name?
- 3:23Speaker 7: Sandy.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Sandy.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'm glad it didn't work out. I can't
- 3:26Speaker 2: imagine being married to Angie right now. Mark, thanks for
- 3:31Speaker 2: calling in.
- 3:32Speaker 8: Hey, thanks.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Wendy, what's your meet cute story?
- 3:36Speaker 9: Wendy.
- 3:38Speaker 1: Wendy. Oh, hi. Sorry. It's all right.
- 3:42Speaker 10: Mine is that I actually met my husband when I
- 3:45Speaker 10: was an oil changer.
- 3:46Speaker 1: At the mechanic shop that he worked at.
- 3:50Speaker 7: Awesome.
- 3:51Speaker 10: We've now been together for 20 years.
- 3:53Speaker 5: Wow.
- 3:53Speaker 1: How did he hit on you, or did you hit on.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Him?
- 3:58Speaker 6: Kind of virtual, like both.
- 4:00Speaker 10: We both did it.
- 4:01Speaker 7: Mutual?
- 4:02Speaker 6: Yeah, it was mutual.
- 4:04Speaker 11: I was a single mom, so.
- 4:08Speaker 10: I just moved back.
- 4:08Speaker 3: From Arkansas back to Arizona.
- 4:12Speaker 8: But yeah.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Okay, so you changed his oil.
- 4:16Speaker 12: His and whoever else was in the shop at the time.
- 4:19Speaker 1: All right, thank you, Wendy. Strong. Chris, what's your meet
- 4:22Speaker 1: cute story?
- 4:24Speaker 13: Good morning. So my story is it was my best
- 4:28Speaker 13: friend's birthday. I was her designated driver. We went to
- 4:32Speaker 13: a bar, obviously. And at some point in the night,
- 4:36Speaker 13: I look over and see her having like a verbal
- 4:39Speaker 13: yelling match.
- 4:40Speaker 11: With this man.
- 4:41Speaker 13: And I walk over to break it up. I'm like, girl,
- 4:44Speaker 13: you got to get away. She'd been drinking all day.
- 4:46Speaker 13: So then this happened more than once. And finally, I
- 4:50Speaker 13: was like, what are you guys fighting about? And she said,
- 4:53Speaker 13: that guy wants to talk to you. And I told
- 4:56Speaker 13: him he's not good enough for my best friend. Anyway,
- 4:59Speaker 13: so we have been married for 29 years. Turns out.
- 5:03Speaker 1: He was good enough. Good job.
- 5:06Speaker 7: Right? She said anyway.
- 5:08Speaker 5: Was she in your wedding?
- 5:10Speaker 13: She was. She was my maid of.
- 5:12Speaker 14: Honor, yes.
- 5:13Speaker 7: That's a great.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Although she.
- 5:15Speaker 13: She did her toast, and she was like, if it
- 5:17Speaker 13: weren't for me, they'd have never met. Or it wouldn't
- 5:21Speaker 13: have been so traumatic.
- 5:22Speaker 7: It would have happened sooner. It would have happened a
- 5:24Speaker 7: lot faster.
- 5:26Speaker 1: That's great, Chris. Thanks for calling in. Thank you very much.
- 5:29Speaker 1: More meet cute stories. Mute cute is where you talk.
- 5:32Speaker 1: No talking.
- 5:33Speaker 7: But it's cute. It's adorable.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Meet cute. All right.
- 5:36Speaker 3: 877-937-1047.
- 5:36Speaker 1: I love you. I love you. I love you. I
- 5:37Speaker 1: love you. Meet Cutes. Meet Cutes.
- 5:46Speaker 2: It's about meeting people with no technology, no app. It's
- 5:50Speaker 2: kind of the way we used to do it back
- 5:51Speaker 2: in the day. We want to hear your Meet Cutes story. Margaret,
- 5:54Speaker 2: good morning.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Thanks for holding. What's yours? Hi.
- 5:57Speaker 4: Can you hear me?
- 5:59Speaker 1: Yes.
- 6:01Speaker 9: Okay.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Mine is, I was driving down the road. I was
- 6:06Speaker 4: driving down Bethany Home Road, and I had to stop
- 6:10Speaker 4: at a red light, and there was a car in
- 6:11Speaker 4: front of me, and the car in front of me
- 6:13Speaker 4: have three guys in it and the one driving was
- 6:17Speaker 4: watching me in the mirror and the other two turned
- 6:19Speaker 4: around and looked at me and I didn't think nothing
- 6:21Speaker 4: of it and I went past them and I went
- 6:24Speaker 4: and I pulled into where I lived and they were
- 6:25Speaker 4: following me and I stopped because I wasn't kicking into
- 6:29Speaker 4: where I lived and two of them came up to
- 6:32Speaker 4: my window started talking to me and the one says
- 6:36Speaker 4: hey can I get your number and I said well
- 6:38Speaker 4: why don't you give me your number Of course, you know,
- 6:41Speaker 4: being safe. And so I took the number. And every
- 6:44Speaker 4: time I called, he was never there. So I started
- 6:47Speaker 4: talking to this other gentleman. And as it turned out,
- 6:50Speaker 4: he asked me out. We went out. He went home
- 6:54Speaker 4: that night, got my name tattooed on his arm, and
- 6:58Speaker 4: told his mother I am marrying her. That was the
- 7:01Speaker 4: week of Christmas. He proposed to me February 1st. And
- 7:05Speaker 4: we were married March 23rd, and we've been married 41 years.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 7:12Speaker 5: Oh, wow.
- 7:13Speaker 7: That's fate jumping in, isn't it?
- 7:16Speaker 1: The tattoo is so dramatic.
- 7:18Speaker 4: I'm talking that he was only 17. So his mom
- 7:22Speaker 4: had to take him to get permission.
- 7:24Speaker 2: See, that's what I was talking about earlier. If you
- 7:26Speaker 2: met a guy and he did that today, you'd be like, whoa, stalker.
- 7:29Speaker 1: And also they were following her in the car.
- 7:31Speaker 14: Right.
- 7:32Speaker 15: Also stalker. Yeah.
- 7:34Speaker 1: All right, Margaret. That's a great story.
- 7:36Speaker 7: That's so good, though.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Thank you for calling in, Margaret. Thank you for listening.
- 7:39Speaker 8: You're welcome.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Amanda, what's your meet cute story?
- 7:44Speaker 9: Hey, can you hear me?
- 7:45Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:48Speaker 6: Good morning.
- 7:48Speaker 9: So when I was in college, I lived in a
- 7:52Speaker 9: college apartment where it was all college students outside of ASU.
- 7:57Speaker 9: And I actually wanted to have a party. So I
- 8:00Speaker 9: went to go buy things for the party and got
- 8:03Speaker 9: my fake ID taken away at the store where I
- 8:07Speaker 9: was going to purchase said things. Went back to our apartment.
- 8:11Speaker 14: We were so bummed. We were like, okay, we can't
- 8:13Speaker 14: let this night be ruined. Let's go party hopping around
- 8:16Speaker 14: the apartment complex. So I literally walked out of my
- 8:21Speaker 14: apartment door and down the back steps into an open
- 8:24Speaker 14: door where I met the man who is now my
- 8:27Speaker 14: husband in 2005.
- 8:31Speaker 1: That's cute. That's a meet cute story.
- 8:33Speaker 14: I love that you didn't like getting your ID taken
- 8:36Speaker 14: like killer.
- 8:36Speaker 7: Vibes because I can definitely be like a vibe killer.
- 8:39Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:41Speaker 14: It did kill the vibe for a little bit, but
- 8:43Speaker 14: then I bounced back when I saw the cute guy.
- 8:46Speaker 9: So it started off as a real bummer of a
- 8:48Speaker 9: night and it worked out because that's what 21 years ago.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:54Speaker 2: That's great, Amanda. Thanks for sharing that with us. By
- 8:56Speaker 2: the way, my son told me about this website that
- 8:57Speaker 2: they go to to get the fake IDs. And I
- 9:01Speaker 2: thought it'd be funny if I went and got one that.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Says I'm 21. That's really good.
- 9:05Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Emily, what's your meet cute story? Emily.
- 9:16Speaker 9: Oh, sorry.
- 9:16Speaker 8: I couldn't hear you. Um, so I was, um, I
- 9:20Speaker 8: was 16, no, I was 17 at the time, just
- 9:22Speaker 8: turned 17. I was, um, applying for jobs and I
- 9:28Speaker 8: was about to go home and I was like, okay,
- 9:29Speaker 8: I'm going to go into one last place. And I
- 9:32Speaker 8: wasn't applying online. I was actually going into these places and, uh,
- 9:36Speaker 8: I went into a restaurant and there was three, uh,
- 9:41Speaker 8: two male hosts at the, at the front and one female. And, um,
- 9:46Speaker 8: I asked them for an application and the one, one
- 9:48Speaker 8: of the guys started asking me how old I was
- 9:50Speaker 8: and whatnot. And I went out front to fill it out.
- 9:53Speaker 8: And while I was out there, he told his buddy
- 9:56Speaker 8: he was working with, I'm going to marry that girl
- 9:58Speaker 8: one day.
- 9:59Speaker 6: And we've been.
- 10:01Speaker 8: Married for five years, but we've been together for 13.
- 10:05Speaker 8: And I also met my best friend there.
- 10:07Speaker 7: But did you get the job? Yes, I did.
- 10:13Speaker 4: And also.
- 10:15Speaker 8: Um, he was actually dating somebody else at the time.
- 10:19Speaker 8: And so was I, and we both, um, left that person.
- 10:22Speaker 4: And so, yeah.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Thank you, Emily, for sharing that story with us. That
- 10:27Speaker 1: is a cute, meet cute story. Jessica.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Hi.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Hi.
- 10:35Speaker 10: So, um, I met my, my husband at the dog park.
- 10:43Speaker 10: And basically, I had a puppy beagle. He had a
- 10:46Speaker 10: puppy Rottweiler. And we were going to the dog park.
- 10:51Speaker 10: I would dress up every day because I liked him.
- 10:54Speaker 10: And he paid absolutely no attention to me. So I
- 10:58Speaker 10: just figured that he was probably gay after a certain point.
- 11:02Speaker 3: Because you looked good.
- 11:03Speaker 7: He should pay attention to you.
- 11:06Speaker 14: Right?
- 11:07Speaker 10: And then finally, like, one July, and it was... blazing hot.
- 11:12Speaker 10: It was actually July 4th. We were the only people
- 11:14Speaker 10: in the dog park and he finally asked me out
- 11:19Speaker 10: and apparently he wasn't gay because I guess he just
- 11:22Speaker 10: would go to the dog park and right before he
- 11:23Speaker 10: went to the dog park he got super stoned. So
- 11:27Speaker 10: he wasn't gay. He was just stoned. And he wasn't
- 11:30Speaker 10: paying attention to anybody. So we've been together now 15 years.
- 11:35Speaker 7: Right on, Jess. And we loved.
- 11:40Speaker 10: We love dogs, and our retirement plan is to do
- 11:44Speaker 10: the whole, you know, love pup type of thing and
- 11:45Speaker 10: open a shelter.
- 11:46Speaker 7: Oh, wow.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Maybe you could just take ours over.
- 11:49Speaker 3: Maybe.
- 11:49Speaker 7: Yeah. Well, I mean.
- 11:52Speaker 1: At some point, I want to hand it over. You
- 11:53Speaker 1: know what I mean? I want to be like, that
- 11:54Speaker 1: makes sense. Yeah, that's great, Jessica. Thanks for calling in.
- 11:57Speaker 1: What a great story. Thank you.
- 11:59Speaker 15: Thank you.
- 11:59Speaker 13: Love you guys.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Love you, too. Let me just check. I disconnected someone
- 12:03Speaker 1: by mistake. Hi, who's this?
- 12:06Speaker 8: Hello?
- 12:07Speaker 1: Hi, this is Raymond. Oh, hey, Raymond. Hold on a second.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I think it was Nancy. She was on hold for
- 12:11Speaker 1: like eight minutes and I hit the button and disconnected.
- 12:13Speaker 7: I feel terrible.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I know.
- 12:15Speaker 13: Sorry.
- 12:16Speaker 2: Dylan, will you talk to Raymond and see what he's
- 12:17Speaker 2: calling about? Ava, what's up? What's your meet kid story?
- 12:21Speaker 15: Hi.
- 12:23Speaker 11: I just had an opinion.
- 12:24Speaker 12: I don't think meet kids really count unless it's like
- 12:29Speaker 12: current days because of course you're not going to meet
- 12:31Speaker 12: someone on a hinge in 1999.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Oh, that's true.
- 12:35Speaker 2: But there's still, there were dating apps or dating things
- 12:38Speaker 2: back then.
- 12:39Speaker 7: For sure.
- 12:40Speaker 4: Right.
- 12:40Speaker 12: I guess we invented the term meet you to show
- 12:44Speaker 12: because nowadays that's all how people meet.
- 12:46Speaker 11: So if you do it naturally.
- 12:48Speaker 6: Nowadays, it's like, well, that's a shocker.
- 12:50Speaker 1: That's a good idea. You know what?
- 12:51Speaker 2: If you text, if you add, when did, so you'd
- 12:53Speaker 2: have to eliminate. So you want to hear a meet
- 12:57Speaker 2: cute story.
- 12:58Speaker 1: That's correct. So when did dating apps start?
- 13:00Speaker 5: I remember in 98 going on a date from a
- 13:04Speaker 5: place called it's just lunch and you would meet somebody
- 13:06Speaker 5: for lunch.
- 13:07Speaker 7: And that was in 98, and that was online.
- 13:09Speaker 15: But for this specific thing, I think you could say, like,
- 13:11Speaker 15: in the last five years.
- 13:12Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:13Speaker 2: I just went to Chad's PT. They started... Oh, I said,
- 13:17Speaker 2: when did the... I missed height. I said, when did
- 13:21Speaker 2: the first fasting app start?
- 13:23Speaker 1: No, dating app. I meant dating app. Hold on, dating app. Okay.
- 13:28Speaker 12: I just feel like nowadays, everyone you meet has met
- 13:31Speaker 12: on Tinder or Hinge, so, like, Nowadays, it's really hard
- 13:34Speaker 12: to find someone who met naturally.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Okay, here we go. Here we go. So what did
- 13:37Speaker 1: you say, Rich?
- 13:38Speaker 5: I remember being on a dating site in like 98.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Okay, online dating websites existed in the 1990s, but dating
- 13:45Speaker 2: apps designed for smartphones took off in the late 2000s,
- 13:48Speaker 2: early 2010s.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Grindr, 2009. Oh, ahead of the game. They were early.
- 13:51Speaker 1: 2012 was Tinder. Bumble, 2014.
- 13:52Speaker 7: Match.com, 1995. So does that count? Do you count Match.com, Ava?
- 14:03Speaker 7: That's a dating app.
- 14:05Speaker 13: I guess it was on all the commercials.
- 14:06Speaker 1: You did hear about that back in the day. I
- 14:08Speaker 1: just want to change the game a little bit. Ava's
- 14:10Speaker 1: killing the romance. It's got to be a meet-cute.
- 14:12Speaker 12: It would be cool to see someone more recent, though.
- 14:15Speaker 15: I see why Ava's saying that, because the article that
- 14:17Speaker 15: I saw, that was the whole thing. People are sick
- 14:19Speaker 15: of meeting people on dating apps, and that's why meet-cutes
- 14:22Speaker 15: are sort of coming back. People are longing to just
- 14:27Speaker 15: meet someone at the coffee shop.
- 14:28Speaker 2: So eliminate dating apps, and then eliminate bars and clubs. Because,
- 14:32Speaker 2: of course, you meet people there. It's got to be
- 14:33Speaker 2: somewhere else.
- 14:34Speaker 7: Like, yeah, like we said.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Like a funeral.
- 14:36Speaker 7: Like a grocery store. What?
- 14:37Speaker 1: Like you're at a funeral and you meet somebody.
- 14:38Speaker 7: I don't know if that would be cute. That would
- 14:40Speaker 7: take the cute part out. Maybe if you're on a
- 14:41Speaker 7: hike walking your dog.
- 14:42Speaker 5: Right.
- 14:42Speaker 7: That's a meat death. Or at the neighborhood, you know,
- 14:46Speaker 7: HOA meeting.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Okay, that's good.
- 14:47Speaker 14: That's good. All right, Ava.
- 14:48Speaker 1: You never know.
- 14:49Speaker 7: Okay, Ava, changing the rules, but I get it.
- 14:51Speaker 1: You can always critique our show. Thank you.
- 14:52Speaker 7: That's a good point.
- 14:53Speaker 3: All right, I'll keep listening.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Ava, are you in a relationship? Did you meet somebody

- 15:12Speaker 11: Hi, good morning. My name is Mercedes, of course. I
- 15:15Speaker 11: met my husband now of 42 years. Actually, our anniversary
- 15:21Speaker 11: is October 22nd. I met him when I was maybe
- 15:24Speaker 11: four or five years old. Um, I remember meeting him
- 15:30Speaker 11: in Mexico actually. Um, but our parents are from the
- 15:33Speaker 11: same town. Um, he was born in California and of
- 15:36Speaker 11: course me in Mexico, but, um, our parents or my
- 15:40Speaker 11: dad used to send stuff to Mexico, uh, with his
- 15:43Speaker 11: parents when they used to go visit. And so, you know,
- 15:46Speaker 11: I remember us playing, um, I used to have this
- 15:49Speaker 11: huge ball. Um, I don't know, uh, John Jay, we
- 15:53Speaker 11: know the Chavo del Ocho, those big balls that Kiko had.
- 15:58Speaker 11: Him and I used to play together. And then, long
- 16:01Speaker 11: story short, I moved, of course, to the States. I
- 16:05Speaker 11: had my quinceañera. He was my chambelán de honor. A
- 16:09Speaker 11: month after my quinceañera, I moved in with him. And
- 16:13Speaker 11: I was 15. He was going to be 17. And
- 16:17Speaker 11: 42 years later, we're still together.
- 16:20Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 16:21Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 16:22Speaker 1: That's amazing. What a great story. Thanks, Mercedes.
- 16:24Speaker 2: You know, back in the day, you talk about like
- 16:26Speaker 2: the age gap. You know, my grandfather was 27 in
- 16:29Speaker 2: Mexico and married my grandmother at 17.
- 16:33Speaker 5: Oh.
- 16:33Speaker 1: And they were married for 60 years.
- 16:35Speaker 12: My mom.
- 16:37Speaker 10: Yes.
- 16:37Speaker 11: My mom was 17. My dad was 27. And yeah.
- 16:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 16:42Speaker 11: I mean, I would love to say, you know, they're
- 16:45Speaker 11: still together. But no, my dad was, you know, hit
- 16:48Speaker 11: and run, killed when he was 28. oh gosh 38
- 16:52Speaker 11: yeah so um yeah my mom was a widow at
- 16:57Speaker 11: 28 never were married again but she had seven kids
- 17:00Speaker 11: and uh we're still here well thank you yeah i

- 17:10Speaker 2: Day it's totally different than what ava was saying yeah
- 17:14Speaker 2: on the dating app i mean they met when they
- 17:15Speaker 2: were four.
- 17:17Speaker 1: I'm just going to throw it out there.
- 17:18Speaker 2: If anyone's got a meet cute story that they met
- 17:20Speaker 2: during technology, the last, let's go with the last five,
- 17:24Speaker 2: six years, not an app, grocery store or a funeral
- 17:30Speaker 2: or a wedding or somewhere different. And it did involve technology.
- 17:34Speaker 2: We'd like to hear it because that is random. That
- 17:35Speaker 2: doesn't happen in days. That's what the article is about.
