- 1:14Speaker 1: have to, Yeah, I have to.
- 1:16Speaker 5: You have to because I haven't told you what questions
- 1:17Speaker 5: I'm gotten.
- 1:18Speaker 4: No, but I said, don't even tell me. It's fine.

- 1:29Speaker 1: Okay, Okay, how are you, Kennis.
- 1:31Speaker 5: I'm good. I'm tired. I didn't sleep well last night.
- 1:34Speaker 5: But I have to tell you guys that yesterday, you know,
- 1:36Speaker 5: my husband Eric and I went out to lunch for
- 1:38Speaker 5: our anniversary. We went out to a place in downtown Dallas,
- 1:42Speaker 5: and I have to tell you the people watching down there,
- 1:45Speaker 5: when you mix it with like these robots delivering food,
- 1:49Speaker 5: it is the best.
- 1:50Speaker 4: It is.
- 1:51Speaker 5: So I see one of those robots going around and
- 1:53Speaker 5: I'm like, Ooh, what's gonna do. There's people coming, there's
- 1:55Speaker 5: cars coming, you know, and it's it's I got something
- 1:58Speaker 5: in it. I don't know. They're pretty fast. I haven't
- 2:00Speaker 5: seen them. I could not believe, like the sensors let
- 2:02Speaker 5: them go that fast, but it was creeping up on
- 2:04Speaker 5: this lady who was walking right in front of Neeman
- 2:07Speaker 5: Marcus right, and we're like, oh my god, it's gonna
- 2:09Speaker 5: hit her. And then all of a sudden, it just
- 2:10Speaker 5: like stops. She must have hurt it or something, because
- 2:13Speaker 5: she jumped and kind of went to the side and
- 2:16Speaker 5: just look at that thing, like, excuse me.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Sir, that thing is fat. Those they look like little coolers, yes,
- 2:22Speaker 1: like eight wholers on wheels. Did you see the other
- 2:24Speaker 1: one the other day? One tipped over. No, it was
- 2:27Speaker 1: on a curve.
- 2:28Speaker 4: And it kind of tipped over and fell and it
- 2:29Speaker 4: was just like a.
- 2:31Speaker 1: So somebody didn't get their food and they were mad
- 2:33Speaker 1: and everybody was just walking by.
- 2:35Speaker 4: I'm like, it's too bad. I'm not touching you, right.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 2:37Speaker 5: I wish there was a sign on it or something
- 2:38Speaker 5: that would tell you what was in there, because I
- 2:40Speaker 5: was like, man, what's going in there? Chick fil A, like,
- 2:42Speaker 5: you know what did someone just order.
- 2:44Speaker 4: And you can't open it, you can't messle it.
- 2:46Speaker 1: And but did you also see speaking of robots, at
- 2:49Speaker 1: DFW Airport yesterday, there was an actual robot. Yeah, the
- 2:52Speaker 1: one that's like stands up and walks on two feet
- 2:55Speaker 1: walking around the airport with somebody boarding a plane.
- 2:58Speaker 5: Yeah it was pretty small the one that I saw.
- 3:01Speaker 4: But I mean small, but it's tall as you.
- 3:03Speaker 5: Well yeah, I'm pretty so.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Also, the things like five foot tall walk around the airport,
- 3:08Speaker 1: It's like the future is wild.
- 3:09Speaker 5: Yeah. I think our friend JJ was hitting me up
- 3:11Speaker 5: yesterday asking if you bring one up here?
- 3:14Speaker 1: Yeah? What robot?
- 3:16Speaker 5: Yeah I need to read the message.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Yes you can, I'm gonna tell you right, Yeah, let's
- 3:22Speaker 1: bring some robots.
- 3:23Speaker 5: I was so busy yesterday I didn't have time to
- 3:25Speaker 5: respond or fully read it. But if he's listening, I
- 3:27Speaker 5: saw your notification pop up. Yeah, i'll hit you back later.
- 3:31Speaker 4: Perfect. All right, it's Friday. So here we are. Who
- 3:34Speaker 4: is here? What's up?
- 3:35Speaker 1: Who?
- 3:35Speaker 3: I'm kind of itchy?
- 3:37Speaker 4: All right, that's a good show you.
- 3:40Speaker 6: I ordered a mango shade butter bronze.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Uh, I don't know.
- 3:46Speaker 6: It's no, it's to keep you from being ashy. Yeah,
- 3:51Speaker 6: body butter there there? Okay, off TikTok shop dog.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I got fourteen.
- 3:57Speaker 6: I got it in yesterday and I put it on
- 4:00Speaker 6: this morning and I've been scratching.
- 4:02Speaker 5: So it's not good.
- 4:04Speaker 6: Yeah, what is it a mango butter, mango shade butter
- 4:08Speaker 6: body butter.
- 4:09Speaker 3: It's supposed to keep me from being ashy because.
- 4:11Speaker 4: It doesn't work. No, let me see your hand.
- 4:12Speaker 6: I mean they're okay, no whatever, you.
- 4:16Speaker 3: Don't see it. Usually I'm like chalky, you know what
- 4:18Speaker 3: I mean?
- 4:19Speaker 5: Yeah you are today? Usually you are chalking.
- 4:25Speaker 3: Usually chalking.
- 4:25Speaker 5: I mean we all are if we don't moisturize.
- 4:28Speaker 3: I'm just watching tiktoking. I got sucked in.
- 4:30Speaker 6: And it was a whole bunch of brothers talking about, Yeah,
- 4:33Speaker 6: this shade butter works. It keeps me from being ashy
- 4:35Speaker 6: and the ladies. So I said, you know what, let
- 4:37Speaker 6: me order it. I ordered it, got it in last night.
- 4:39Speaker 6: I put it on this morning and started itching and
- 4:41Speaker 6: right here over my elbows.
- 4:42Speaker 3: I'm like, man, they gonna think I got fleas or something.
- 4:45Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you do.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Did you go in that comments though, because you to
- 4:48Speaker 5: get the real story from all these products, you gotta
- 4:50Speaker 5: go in the comments.
- 4:51Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:52Speaker 3: I saw a couple of reviews. I didn't go.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Nobody said, I think I'm the only one on the
- 4:56Speaker 1: planet that hasn't bought something off TikTok show.
- 4:58Speaker 5: No, I haven either. My neighbors both EA scooters.
- 5:00Speaker 1: On TikTok shop and how long are it gonna last?
- 5:03Speaker 5: Yeah? I mean they're rolling pretty good. They've been rolling
- 5:05Speaker 5: on for months.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I just don't want to see who over here
- 5:07Speaker 1: itching all show that's gonna make me. It's you know
- 5:10Speaker 1: when you see somebody, I'm definitely it suture. If you're
- 5:13Speaker 1: watching TV and you see like a bug, you start itching.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Like I watched Fear Factor the other day, the New
- 5:18Speaker 1: Fear Factory. Yeah, I watch and they dropped the crickets
- 5:22Speaker 1: in on the person and then they drop like pigeons
- 5:25Speaker 1: on top of the person hit the crickets. Oh they did,
- 5:30Speaker 1: And I was just like, I started itching. So if
- 5:32Speaker 1: you started itching, I'm gonna start it. Yeah.
- 5:33Speaker 3: I'm trying to play it all, but I'm like, I'm
- 5:35Speaker 3: trying to avoid.
- 5:36Speaker 1: I'm trying to avoid saying my favorite word, but I
- 5:38Speaker 1: feel like I'm gonna say it.
- 5:40Speaker 5: Which one?
- 5:41Speaker 4: I feel like you got scabies?
- 5:44Speaker 3: Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid in the.
- 5:46Speaker 5: Morning only on the New Mix one two point nine.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Be Priding and get ready because we have a dirty
- 5:51Speaker 1: little secret coming up at six fifty and ask us
- 5:54Speaker 1: anything today, which we rarely do, but when we do it,
- 5:57Speaker 1: it gets very personal.
- 5:58Speaker 4: Yeah, we'll do that at seven forty.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Today's seven forty questions you've asked online, we will answer.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Canda Slopez. What's going on right now?
- 6:04Speaker 5: Well, we got some of the coldest air of the
- 6:06Speaker 5: season at pushing through that second cold front. Of course,
- 6:09Speaker 5: you're gonna notice the wind kicking up. Today, we'll be sunny.
- 6:12Speaker 5: We've got a high of fifty nine. It's forty five
- 6:14Speaker 5: outside right now. But just get ready for the weekend.
- 6:17Speaker 5: Even cooler tomorrow and Lowe's overnight into Sunday will be
- 6:20Speaker 5: in the twenties. They're saying that right around the Red
- 6:23Speaker 5: River we could see some snow flurries. What I'm not
- 6:26Speaker 5: gonna be in you know, the DFW Metroplex, But that's
- 6:29Speaker 5: not far so. But this is supposed to be our
- 6:31Speaker 5: coldest time of year right now, mid January, and.
- 6:33Speaker 1: It's been so this has been the lightest, warmest winner,
- 6:36Speaker 1: they said, one of the warmest winners on record.
- 6:38Speaker 5: Yeah for sure. I mean I've definitely noticed. I enjoy
- 6:41Speaker 5: the cold for a little bit. That way I could
- 6:43Speaker 5: get excited for spring.
- 6:44Speaker 4: I'm fine with the cold. I just don't like the wind.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, same, what wind is stupid? Half the reason
- 6:51Speaker 1: why my allergies are all messed up?
- 6:53Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, and my eyes are starting to itch today
- 6:55Speaker 5: and I don't even typically have allergies.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Who'sching his elbows and other things?
- 7:03Speaker 4: It's just today's gross.
- 7:04Speaker 5: Yeah, today's gross, guys. Happy Friday. Verizon is now blaming
- 7:09Speaker 5: that hours long wireless outage Wednesday to an issue tied
- 7:12Speaker 5: to a software update. They're offering people who were affected
- 7:16Speaker 5: a twenty dollars credit, which some people are like, really
- 7:19Speaker 5: twenty dollars.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Well, I mean at least they're offering something.
- 7:21Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean that's fair. I don't know how much
- 7:24Speaker 5: productivity people lost, you know, during the outage, and how
- 7:27Speaker 5: much that's worth.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Well, it sucks, but I mean there's been outages before
- 7:30Speaker 1: and nobody got any money. Yeah.
- 7:32Speaker 5: I mean networks, you know, experienced small outages pretty regularly,
- 7:35Speaker 5: but ones like this are not uncommon. Remember that one
- 7:37Speaker 5: at and T had as if it was back in
- 7:39Speaker 5: twenty twenty four.
- 7:40Speaker 4: It was a big one.
- 7:41Speaker 5: Yeah, that affected more than one hundred and twenty five
- 7:43Speaker 5: million devices and people in all fifty states. But yeah,
- 7:47Speaker 5: so like we're saying, have a backup plan.
- 7:48Speaker 4: We should realize that we shouldn't rely on technology.
- 7:51Speaker 1: So so much, right that our world will fall apart
- 7:55Speaker 1: if we don't have.
- 7:56Speaker 5: It right, we just freak out. I'm like, if it
- 7:58Speaker 5: happens in the afternoon, that's great. We're not working technically,
- 8:01Speaker 5: we still work on our phones. But it's like, well
- 8:03Speaker 5: I couldn't get your message.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, we just just don't panic. It's gonna
- 8:07Speaker 1: be all good. Remember, this is what happened before we
- 8:09Speaker 1: had phones. We were alive before there were phones. Yeah,
- 8:12Speaker 1: so I remember, you know who was alive before there
- 8:15Speaker 1: was television?
- 8:17Speaker 5: Is that fun?
- 8:17Speaker 1: Poo?
- 8:20Speaker 4: We shout around the radio and listening to the.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Stories, stories, the programs, the programs.
- 8:27Speaker 4: What a time Popov's watching his programs.
- 8:31Speaker 5: All right, those are your Texas top stories?
- 8:35Speaker 1: All right, real or fake news? Let's do it right now.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I got three headlines. Got to tell me which one
- 8:39Speaker 1: is fake? Out of the three, one of them is
- 8:40Speaker 1: made up. Canna Lopez is really good at this game.
- 8:43Speaker 5: Can so you're ready?
- 8:44Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 8:45Speaker 4: Who you ready?
- 8:46Speaker 5: You go first today? Let's just go ahead decide who's
- 8:48Speaker 5: going to go first today?
- 8:49Speaker 4: Okay, okay, well you started off the year strong.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, you just cheerleading for candies.
- 8:55Speaker 5: I'm trying a good week.
- 8:56Speaker 4: I'm just stating facts.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I know. I'm sorry, but there's just tistically she's a
- 9:00Speaker 1: better player at this game.
- 9:02Speaker 5: Who will go first? Today?
- 9:04Speaker 4: Men lie? Women?
- 9:05Speaker 1: Line numbers don't first? Headline you can now reserve a
- 9:14Speaker 1: hotel room on the moon. You can now reserve a
- 9:19Speaker 1: hotel room on the moon. Head line umber one, Headlineumber
- 9:23Speaker 1: two New Jersey condo using DNA test on dog poop

- 9:45Speaker 1: Florida woman in hot water after giving her overweight cat ozempic.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Which one do you think is the fake story? Candas
- 9:55Speaker 1: is immediately handed it to the.
- 9:57Speaker 5: First advantage to guessing first. So I'm gonna pass a poop.
- 10:01Speaker 4: That's very fair of you and diplomatic.
- 10:03Speaker 6: Okay, I'm gonna go with the second story, DNA dog poop.
- 10:06Speaker 4: DNA dog poop is your guest. You want to lock
- 10:08Speaker 4: that in?
- 10:09Speaker 3: Lock me in?
- 10:10Speaker 4: Are you sure?
- 10:10Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 10:11Speaker 4: I'm confident about that. Lock it in, locked in, flat,
- 10:14Speaker 4: locked in. It can't be changed even if you paid me.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Nice Canda Lopez, which one is your guest on the
- 10:20Speaker 1: fake story?
- 10:22Speaker 5: I don't know that a zimbig cat?
- 10:24Speaker 4: Yeah? Really? Why?
- 10:25Speaker 3: Why?
- 10:25Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 10:25Speaker 4: That's fake.
- 10:26Speaker 5: I don't know. I just feel like there's got to
- 10:28Speaker 5: be a better way.
- 10:29Speaker 4: Like who's out here just giving their fat cat?
- 10:32Speaker 5: Yeah, it seems a little reckless.
- 10:34Speaker 4: Seems crazy, but okay, you want to lock that in?
- 10:36Speaker 5: I lock it in.
- 10:37Speaker 4: Let's lock it in.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And the winner today a real or fake news, no surprise, Candislopez, Congratulations.
- 10:45Speaker 4: Even when she doesn't.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Go first, all here we go.
- 10:48Speaker 1: All she does is win, win, win, no matter what.
- 10:51Speaker 1: That's right, That's all that's all she does. Canda, Congratulations.
- 10:56Speaker 1: That's a fake story.
- 10:57Speaker 4: I met up. I made up now.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Although I will say that I did see a story
- 11:00Speaker 1: that glp ones or whatever those things are are coming
- 11:03Speaker 1: out soon for pets.
- 11:04Speaker 5: I believe that. Yeah, But it's like cats empike.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Or you know, different name, and I feel like people
- 11:12Speaker 1: who love their cats, you know, because people who have
- 11:15Speaker 1: cats love their cats.
- 11:17Speaker 3: They do.
- 11:17Speaker 1: They're not going to risk it and give their cats ozempic.
- 11:19Speaker 1: They could hurt them. Yeah.
- 11:21Speaker 5: You know a lot of people like their cats fat. Yeah,
- 11:24Speaker 5: like a lazy fat cats c cool?
- 11:26Speaker 1: Yeah, I love it. And no one wants to see
- 11:28Speaker 1: a skinny cat. I want to see a fat, fat
- 11:31Speaker 1: cat just chilling right, being a bas just pets. You're
- 11:38Speaker 1: just being a boss, just sitting there, a fat cat,
- 11:41Speaker 1: not caring about you.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Like.
- 11:42Speaker 4: I don't hate cats. I just think cats think they're
- 11:45Speaker 4: the boss. They are, you know what I mean? Yeah,
- 11:47Speaker 4: they are.
- 11:47Speaker 5: They can't be bothered, No, they can't.
- 11:50Speaker 1: All right, let's do the real stories. Now, this is
- 11:52Speaker 1: a very fascinating story to me. You can now reserve
- 11:55Speaker 1: a hotel room on the moon. Hell, so is it now?
- 11:58Speaker 1: Is it Silicon Values? It's Silicone Valley.
- 12:00Speaker 5: I think it's Silicon Okay, I don't know.
- 12:03Speaker 4: Silicon Valley.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Startup company called gru grow Space is now taking reservations
- 12:10Speaker 1: for a lunar hotel it plans to open around twenty
- 12:13Speaker 1: thirty two. The deposits range from two hundred and fifty
- 12:17Speaker 1: thousand dollars to one million dollars well, and the total
- 12:20Speaker 1: cost of a stay could top ten million dollars once
- 12:24Speaker 1: the rocket trip is included. Oh my gosh, the hotel
- 12:27Speaker 1: would start as inflatable habitats. They can hold up to
- 12:30Speaker 1: four guests for multi day visits. Guests could take part
- 12:33Speaker 1: in moonwalks, drive rovers whatever, drive rovers. I guess just
- 12:38Speaker 1: that's fun.
- 12:39Speaker 5: Yeah, just drive a rover on the moon.
- 12:41Speaker 4: Yeah, and they could even play lunar golf.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Founder Skuyler Chan, who started the company at twenty two,
- 12:47Speaker 1: sees the project as a first step toward humans living
- 12:49Speaker 1: in space long term. One problem the hotel doesn't exist yet,
- 12:54Speaker 1: but the company says that the non stop it's not
- 12:56Speaker 1: stopping people from already signing up. Well interest it is,
- 13:00Speaker 1: because yeah, how would you have all the money to
- 13:03Speaker 1: do this?
- 13:04Speaker 4: You don't unless people sign up.
- 13:05Speaker 5: This is really giving fire festival for me that's by
- 13:09Speaker 5: tickets is something that doesn't exist.
- 13:11Speaker 4: Yeah, Like how is this even legal?
- 13:13Speaker 2: Right?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Like if we can barely get back to the moon,
- 13:16Speaker 1: how is Skyler Chan going to do it?
- 13:18Speaker 4: Right? I guess with enough money, anybody could do it.
- 13:20Speaker 5: We're here playing golf.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, would you go if it was a
- 13:23Speaker 1: reasonable amount of money and it wasn't that crazy?
- 13:26Speaker 4: No, you wouldn't go.
- 13:27Speaker 3: I'm not going.
- 13:28Speaker 5: No, I just don't trust a rocket.
- 13:30Speaker 4: H I think about it.
- 13:32Speaker 1: No, with the way things are going, sometimes a lot
- 13:34Speaker 1: of my play I mean, shoot me up there, you
- 13:37Speaker 1: see what happens worth the shot.
- 13:38Speaker 3: I mean, does your credit start over if you're on
- 13:40Speaker 3: the moon, because.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I'll go then no, no, and your warrants carry over
- 13:44Speaker 1: to so you still have warrants in space. I think
- 13:48Speaker 1: that's where Pooh's ex girlfriend is. She said she wanted
- 13:51Speaker 1: spaces on the moon. All right, New Jersey, Now this
- 13:56Speaker 1: story is incredible. New Jersey condo used DNA test on
- 14:01Speaker 1: dog poop to catch people who don't pick it. Wow.
- 14:04Speaker 1: So because this is a major problem in a lot
- 14:06Speaker 1: of neighborhoods, a lot.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Of you know, it's on our Facebook page every day every.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Day, apartments, especially apartments because nobody gets up. So this company,
- 14:14Speaker 1: it's a luxury condo in New Jersey using DNA tests.
- 14:17Speaker 1: And what they're doing is every dog living at the
- 14:20Speaker 1: this waterfront complex will have a cheek swab taken. Right,
- 14:24Speaker 1: so when you move in, your dog comes to the office,
- 14:26Speaker 1: it gets a cheek swab, it knows it's DNA. Then
- 14:30Speaker 1: if somebody you know leaves their dog poop out, they
- 14:32Speaker 1: take the dog poop and they run the DNA.
- 14:34Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, is it really that serious?
- 14:36Speaker 1: It is cannis put cameras up.
- 14:41Speaker 4: Oh crap.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Wait, that's a good part. Then when waste is found
- 14:46Speaker 1: on the property, it gets sent to the lab or whatever,
- 14:50Speaker 1: and you will get fined two and fifty dollars wow
- 14:54Speaker 1: for leaving out.
- 14:55Speaker 4: The dog poop.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Now you have to pay for the swab test too,
- 14:58Speaker 1: so that's a couple hundred bucks when you move in.
- 15:00Speaker 1: But yeah, but I guess it's worth it for them
- 15:02Speaker 1: because it is completely stopped people from leaving their dog
- 15:06Speaker 1: poop out. The cameras didn't Okay, cameras didn't DNA. Yeah, okay,
- 15:13Speaker 1: isn't that fat. Where are we at in the world
- 15:15Speaker 1: and technology where our dogs are getting swabbed?
- 15:18Speaker 2: Right?
- 15:18Speaker 1: And then if you leave the dog poop out, yeah,
- 15:21Speaker 1: they'll test Whose job is that?
- 15:23Speaker 4: I know?
- 15:24Speaker 3: And how much do they make?
- 15:27Speaker 4: What do you do? I'll pick up dog poop and
- 15:29Speaker 4: run the DNA?
- 15:30Speaker 1: Oh cool?
- 15:31Speaker 3: What if they have a badge and everything?
- 15:33Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, you know what I mean.
- 15:38Speaker 1: The police.
- 15:41Speaker 5: Get it off your chest to promise you'll feel better.
- 15:44Speaker 5: Welcome to the dirty little secret.
- 15:46Speaker 1: I do know why I'm getting so nervous about seven
- 15:47Speaker 1: forty today, Cannis, because I just don't know the questions
- 15:49Speaker 1: are going to be asked.
- 15:51Speaker 5: Yeah, I feel like it'll be fun.
- 15:53Speaker 1: It makes one or two point nine ability kid Canda,
- 15:55Speaker 1: Slow Pass producer, Pooh, we're doing Dirty Little Secret right now.
- 15:57Speaker 1: But it's seven forty where to ask us anything? Questions
- 16:00Speaker 1: were submitted online, so I know some of the questions,
- 16:02Speaker 1: but you're going to ask some of the questions I
- 16:04Speaker 1: got you that you got and I'd say, don't tell
- 16:06Speaker 1: me before we go on. I don't care if it's
- 16:07Speaker 1: personal whatever. We're just going to go with it. And
- 16:09Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm just like a little bit weird
- 16:12Speaker 1: about it. So seven forty today, now Dirty Little Secret.
- 16:14Speaker 1: If you've got one eight three three seven eight seven
- 16:16Speaker 1: one o two nine, okay, I don't care what it is,
- 16:19Speaker 1: could be a big secret, little secret.
- 16:20Speaker 4: Just bring it on and you have one. So what's up?
- 16:23Speaker 7: Okay? So literally, I am about to tell you something
- 16:27Speaker 7: that's no one in my life. No, not a soul,
- 16:29Speaker 7: not my parents, not my friends, no one.
- 16:32Speaker 4: I love this.
- 16:33Speaker 3: I love it.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Okay, what is it?
- 16:36Speaker 7: So I secretly married my guy best friend?
- 16:40Speaker 5: Oh no one.
- 16:43Speaker 7: No, no, there's a reason. So I could get help
- 16:47Speaker 7: for what So I could get health insurance?
- 16:50Speaker 1: Wait, you married you married your guy best friend for
- 16:55Speaker 1: health insurance for benefits. Yeah, you are literally friends with benefits.
- 17:04Speaker 1: So what do you mean So you have no romantic
- 17:07Speaker 1: feelings for him, you're not in love with him, you
- 17:10Speaker 1: just married him for the situation.
- 17:12Speaker 7: Yeah, so let me explain. So I was dealing with
- 17:15Speaker 7: some really like big scary medical stuff, nothing I really
- 17:18Speaker 7: want to get into, but I'm still kind of dealing
- 17:21Speaker 7: with it all, just like enough to make you realize
- 17:25Speaker 7: how fast you can fall apart when you don't have coverage,
- 17:28Speaker 7: like you need medications, and like, I didn't think I
- 17:31Speaker 7: was going to survive this financially. I mean, I was
- 17:33Speaker 7: really sick. So he offered, like in a half joking
- 17:37Speaker 7: way at first, that we get married and so they
- 17:40Speaker 7: can get on his assurance. And then we both kind
- 17:42Speaker 7: of realized it wasn't a joke at all. So when
- 17:44Speaker 7: like random Tuesday, we went down to the courthouse and
- 17:48Speaker 7: we got legally married, no rings, no photos, just paperwork
- 17:52Speaker 7: and a quiet little agreement.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Wow, wow married like officially married, and nobody knows and it's.
- 18:00Speaker 5: So nice of him, Yes it is.
- 18:03Speaker 4: Yeah, that is a big scene.
- 18:06Speaker 7: Yeah, amazing insurance at his work, and like, I'm so
- 18:10Speaker 7: happy he did this for me. But like I thought
- 18:12Speaker 7: it was safe at first because he was my best friend.
- 18:15Speaker 7: But like I don't know, I kind of like assumed
- 18:17Speaker 7: it wasn't into me at all or anything. And I
- 18:19Speaker 7: always joke like he might be into guys, But all
- 18:22Speaker 7: of a sudden, I'm not really sure, what do you mean? Well,
- 18:26Speaker 7: like the way he looks at me has changed, and
- 18:28Speaker 7: he like he asks me if I want to move
- 18:30Speaker 7: in to quote save more money. I don't know, he's
- 18:34Speaker 7: just he's.
- 18:36Speaker 1: You think now he's starting to get more like real
- 18:39Speaker 1: feelings for you and not just friends.
- 18:42Speaker 7: Yeah, unless, like I'm wondering, did he have them all
- 18:44Speaker 7: along and how he kind of.
- 18:46Speaker 4: Yes, he did, right, there's no way a guy does.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Well, there's no way a guy does this who just
- 18:55Speaker 1: wants to be friends. I'm sorry, I know how guys operate.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Yeah, he's got a motive.
- 19:00Speaker 4: We're nice, we could be nice.
- 19:02Speaker 5: She wants to save money for what if she moves
- 19:05Speaker 5: in with him and then they split mills and then
- 19:07Speaker 5: they both save money.
- 19:08Speaker 1: No, he's offering this because it's a way to attach
- 19:11Speaker 1: himself to her, and he's hoping for more than just friends.
- 19:15Speaker 1: I thought that right away, and that's what you're feeling now.
- 19:17Speaker 5: I never even thought.
- 19:19Speaker 1: That I did. Well.
- 19:21Speaker 7: I mean, I love him so much, and like I
- 19:23Speaker 7: don't want to lose him or hurt him, and like
- 19:26Speaker 7: I just don't love him in the way that I
- 19:27Speaker 7: think he's starting to love me, and like I don't
- 19:30Speaker 7: want the secret to like explode and take both of
- 19:33Speaker 7: us down with it, you know, right right, Yeah.
- 19:38Speaker 5: There's no world where you would ever like grow to
- 19:41Speaker 5: like him like that.
- 19:42Speaker 7: No, he's like my brother, like oh no, so long,
- 19:48Speaker 7: Like it's never been that way, and he's never given
- 19:52Speaker 7: me any indication at all, but all of a sudden,
- 19:54Speaker 7: just the way he's looking at me, like I'm looking back,
- 19:56Speaker 7: and I'm like, I don't I didn't see anything I do,
- 19:58Speaker 7: you know.
- 19:59Speaker 1: I think was always there because there's no way a
- 20:01Speaker 1: guy what is in it for him? And I'm not
- 20:03Speaker 1: saying that all guys think like this, but a lot
- 20:05Speaker 1: of men think, like, hey, what does he get out
- 20:07Speaker 1: of marrying you? Besides the fact now you could take
- 20:09Speaker 1: half his stuff and he could take half your stuff.
- 20:13Speaker 1: To be fair too, like you're both at risk, but.
- 20:16Speaker 5: Now he has to agree to get out of the
- 20:18Speaker 5: marriage eventually, because clearly you're not going to literally be
- 20:22Speaker 5: married to him forever.
- 20:23Speaker 1: That's a good question. Do you stay how long do
- 20:25Speaker 1: you plan on staying married? There's so many weird things, right,
- 20:27Speaker 1: like is your.
- 20:28Speaker 5: Quiet agreement include well until I pay this off for
- 20:31Speaker 5: like for five years, or I still you know, so
- 20:33Speaker 5: I don't need the insurance?
- 20:35Speaker 4: Yeah, my own and whatever you're dealing with. I hope
- 20:37Speaker 4: you get better.
- 20:38Speaker 1: And I don't get me wrong, I think it's incredibly nice,
- 20:41Speaker 1: and maybe there is a guy that's genuinely this nice.
- 20:43Speaker 4: Would you do this, pooh?
- 20:45Speaker 1: Would you marry a friend so that she could get
- 20:47Speaker 1: health benefits if she's going through a struggle.
- 20:49Speaker 3: I probably would. There's a couple of girls. I'd probably
- 20:51Speaker 3: do that too.
- 20:52Speaker 5: I see him doing that.
- 20:55Speaker 3: I would you always.
- 20:57Speaker 6: I wouldn't have an ulterior motive. I said a couple
- 20:59Speaker 6: of girls was not a lot.
- 21:01Speaker 1: I don't think you would. And I don't think you're
- 21:02Speaker 1: a bad guy. Yeah, by the way, I don't think
- 21:04Speaker 1: you're a bad guy.
- 21:05Speaker 3: If Cannas wasn't married or whatever, she was like, hey,
- 21:08Speaker 3: I need I need a hook up. I need hook
- 21:10Speaker 3: her up.
- 21:11Speaker 5: Yeah, I know he would, Yeah for sure.
- 21:14Speaker 3: I mean, I mean you, my boy, but I don't
- 21:17Speaker 3: swing that way.
- 21:18Speaker 1: But if you need you marry me anyway, we'd be
- 21:22Speaker 1: like that movie Chuck and Larry. I do it for
- 21:25Speaker 1: I helped Cannas out financially, canis will help you. I'm
- 21:29Speaker 1: gonna help you out. I'm gonna start you to go fundy.
- 21:36Speaker 1: I don't know if we can get married.
- 21:38Speaker 5: Fine, as long as my bills, That's.
- 21:40Speaker 4: What I'm saying. Yeah, right, why complicate it?
- 21:42Speaker 1: That's fair. But I think he did this because offer
- 21:45Speaker 1: financial support it.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Maybe we'll think about it.
- 21:48Speaker 1: There's mean a strong, a strong prenup in place, strong
- 21:55Speaker 1: because I might take half your house.
- 21:58Speaker 4: All right, What a great guy.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Then, I hope I hope it works out for the
- 22:02Speaker 1: best for both of you, and I hope you hopefully
- 22:06Speaker 1: get back on track when it comes to your health.
- 22:08Speaker 1: And please let us know what happens, because I don't
- 22:10Speaker 1: know a good way to handle this at this point,
- 22:12Speaker 1: like there's no way out of it, really right, let
- 22:15Speaker 1: us know, but good luck and if anything changes, yeah,
- 22:19Speaker 1: call us back.
- 22:20Speaker 7: I will thank you so much.
- 22:22Speaker 4: You are so welcome. This guy about to get his
- 22:24Speaker 4: heart broke.
- 22:25Speaker 2: That's is tough stories on the tents with Billy the
- 22:27Speaker 2: Kid in the morning.
- 22:28Speaker 5: Only on the new Mixed one or two point nine.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Yes, early on a Friday, Friday morning. At least it's Friday.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Can we still what you got going on?
- 22:36Speaker 5: Well, we mentioned this yesterday, but just a reminder that
- 22:38Speaker 5: major road closure starting tonight. I thirty will be completely
- 22:42Speaker 5: closed between thirty five and you know, forty five seventy
- 22:45Speaker 5: five there. Uh So they're going to shut it down
- 22:47Speaker 5: at ten pm tonight. It won't reopen until five a m.
- 22:50Speaker 5: Monday morning. It's part of that I thirty Canyon project.
- 22:54Speaker 5: This is going to be ongoing for a while. It's
- 22:56Speaker 5: not expected to be done until twenty thirty. But you
- 22:59Speaker 5: maybe just to stay inside this weekend, especially because of
- 23:02Speaker 5: the Arctic blast.
- 23:03Speaker 1: Twenty thirty. Yeah, twenty thirty, it's.
- 23:05Speaker 4: Going to be done.
- 23:06Speaker 5: Well, yeah, because like this, So this weekend they're going
- 23:08Speaker 5: to shut it all down, right, they'll do it again
- 23:09Speaker 5: later this year, shut it all down, you know, and
- 23:12Speaker 5: work on it, and then you know, they'll do it
- 23:14Speaker 5: again the next year and the next year until they
- 23:16Speaker 5: can actually you know, complete this thing.
- 23:18Speaker 1: So void thirty you know what's not going to help
- 23:19Speaker 1: is there's a MAVs game tomorrow night downtown, So that's
- 23:23Speaker 1: not gonna help.
- 23:23Speaker 4: By the way, MAVs won last night.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Big yeah, go mav go mass Yeah.
- 23:27Speaker 5: I love that. But yeah, stay inside if you can.
- 23:29Speaker 5: That Arctic blast is pushing through today. We'll see below
- 23:32Speaker 5: freezing temperatures in a lot of places by Sunday morning.
- 23:36Speaker 5: So just something to be aware of your pets, get
- 23:38Speaker 5: them in all that stuff.
- 23:39Speaker 1: I hate this weather. Yeah, I know you love it.
- 23:41Speaker 1: I love it, but whatever. I just don't like the wind.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I don't want the wind because no, bi, it's blown.
- 23:47Speaker 1: The sea are everywhere. The hawk, Yeah, that's what black
- 23:49Speaker 1: people call the cold wind. That hall say broad that
- 23:53Speaker 1: I've never heard.
- 23:54Speaker 5: I've never heard that either. I'm mad.
- 23:57Speaker 6: I don't know what I have has a lot of
- 23:59Speaker 6: my Yeah you should have heard it before.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Okay, Yeah, you've been around.
- 24:03Speaker 4: I apologize hearing that.
- 24:05Speaker 3: Yeah, you've been at the cookout.
- 24:06Speaker 4: I'm sorry for being white.
- 24:09Speaker 5: You said something that you know you got off the
- 24:10Speaker 5: TikTok shop earlier. That body butter well. A new report
- 24:13Speaker 5: says Americans are spending billions of dollars chasing trends, so
- 24:19Speaker 5: they're saying mostly home daycore trends. A lot of this,
- 24:21Speaker 5: of course social media driven between Instagram and TikTok, where
- 24:25Speaker 5: they say people spend an average of almost sixteen hundred
- 24:28Speaker 5: dollars a year on home daycore, adding up to over
- 24:31Speaker 5: eight billion dollars a year on trends that we actually
- 24:34Speaker 5: end up painting in six months. Yeah, they say we
- 24:37Speaker 5: have buyer's remorse from all these trends about six months
- 24:41Speaker 5: or so. So the most abandoned trends recently, they say,
- 24:45Speaker 5: were cottage core. Cottage from three. It's to go home
- 24:49Speaker 5: decoorse style. It's kind of like, you know, just cottage vibe.
- 24:52Speaker 4: I picture like wicker bass.
- 24:53Speaker 5: Right, yeah, white stuff, little like florals.
- 24:56Speaker 1: I think, all right, that's that's Pooh's apartment. He's a
- 24:59Speaker 1: cottage core guy.
- 25:00Speaker 5: Cottage of Barbie Core, because that's another one they said
- 25:02Speaker 5: we just abandoned from twenty twenty three.
- 25:05Speaker 3: Barbie Core.
- 25:06Speaker 5: Yeah, everything was like pink and girly and shiny and uh.
- 25:09Speaker 5: And then Coastal Grandmother from twenty twenty two, which sounds
- 25:14Speaker 5: a lot like cottage core.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Sounds like a bad band name.
- 25:16Speaker 5: Yeah, Coastal grandmother.
- 25:18Speaker 4: Coastal grandmother in trees.
- 25:20Speaker 3: You can't.
- 25:20Speaker 5: It's hard not to get trapped, though, when you're on
- 25:22Speaker 5: social media looking at all of these like here's my
- 25:24Speaker 5: links to my plants and my like curtains and whatever.
- 25:27Speaker 6: Like.
- 25:27Speaker 5: I think that's all I did over the holiday break
- 25:29Speaker 5: was go down like stuff.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Granny core Yeah yeah, granny course like people who like
- 25:34Speaker 1: young people who like old people.
- 25:36Speaker 5: Things, old people trends, Yeah, hobbies and stuff like that.
- 25:39Speaker 4: And stuff was coming back.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Yeah Crochet or Shane.
- 25:42Speaker 5: Yeah, playing a Mashong or one.
- 25:44Speaker 4: Of that game so huge right now? What is that?
- 25:47Speaker 5: I don't know. I haven't played it. I got invited
- 25:49Speaker 5: to like a wine tasting slash Mashong party over the
- 25:52Speaker 5: over the break one of our friends that used to
- 25:55Speaker 5: work here, she works for an organic wine company. I
- 25:58Speaker 5: couldn't make it, but it sounds it's super fun.
- 26:00Speaker 4: Yeah. I never get invited to Majong wine tasting parties.
- 26:03Speaker 5: Oh well, I'll invite you, Thank you, Jim. I'll pass
- 26:05Speaker 5: along the invite. Waite six months though, before you buy
- 26:09Speaker 5: a home. Trend is what they're saying basically, real quick, guys,
- 26:12Speaker 5: that Nick Jonas is trending for reportedly leaving the Golden
- 26:16Speaker 5: Globes early. This story is starting to hit the gossip
- 26:19Speaker 5: blogs that he may have had a panic attack there
- 26:22Speaker 5: after seeing his old girlfriends in the audience. So, I
- 26:26Speaker 5: guess Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez were there and they
- 26:30Speaker 5: were sitting together, and then Kate Hudson, who he was
- 26:33Speaker 5: with for a minute, was also there.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Right.
- 26:36Speaker 5: But they're saying he's been getting some help for his
- 26:38Speaker 5: mentals and that these episodes are happening more often for him.
- 26:41Speaker 5: He's got a lot of pressure right now. It's getting
- 26:43Speaker 5: hard to manage all of it. So he's in therapy
- 26:46Speaker 5: and kind of leaning on his wife, Prianca Chopra to
- 26:49Speaker 5: make sure that this doesn't affect his ability to perform.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Now, if you're his current wife, obviously, Prianchachopra, does it
- 26:56Speaker 1: bother you that he gets that worked up about his
- 26:58Speaker 1: ex girlfriends being so we're in the same place.
- 27:01Speaker 5: Yes, that's weird, it we're a little. It bothers me
- 27:04Speaker 5: a bit.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Yeah, Like, don't get me wrong, I'd probably have a
- 27:06Speaker 1: panic attack if I walked in.
- 27:07Speaker 4: It's all my ex girlfriends in one room too.
- 27:08Speaker 6: Now, Now, if you got a battye Priyanka is a batty,
- 27:11Speaker 6: I'd be like, but if I've.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Moved on and I'm married, i have family. I'm just
- 27:15Speaker 1: like you guys can be wherever you want.
- 27:17Speaker 4: I don't care.
- 27:17Speaker 1: I'm happy over here.
- 27:19Speaker 5: You're sure, Yeah, I definitely want to take that to
- 27:21Speaker 5: therapy and get to the bottom of it if I'm
- 27:23Speaker 5: her right and him obviously, But it's a lot for
- 27:26Speaker 5: all these young stars lately, Like you know, we're talking
- 27:29Speaker 5: about the toxic mom group drama from Ashley Tisdale and
- 27:32Speaker 5: all those girls. Supposedly people are offer her book and
- 27:36Speaker 5: movie deals to, you know, create content out of this drama.
- 27:40Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying, though.
- 27:40Speaker 1: This is where our world is crazy, because if you
- 27:43Speaker 1: have more drama and you're more crazy, you get more deals,
- 27:46Speaker 1: and you more book deals and people want to do
- 27:47Speaker 1: shows about you.
- 27:48Speaker 4: So the crazy you are, the more money you make. Yeah,
- 27:51Speaker 4: so I'm gonna be crazy.
- 27:52Speaker 5: Well that's what they say. Just be cringe. Don't worry
- 27:55Speaker 5: about your cringe, just let it out.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Cringe. But at some point you feel like he's gonna
- 28:00Speaker 1: turn it around, but it's not. I don't listen, Nick Jonas.
- 28:02Speaker 1: I'm glad he's not want to I don't want anybody
- 28:05Speaker 1: to have panic attacks because I've had him and that
- 28:08Speaker 1: they're awful.
- 28:08Speaker 4: You have too. That's nothing to joke around. And mental
- 28:10Speaker 4: health is so important.
- 28:11Speaker 1: But I think it's pretty reasonable that most people would
- 28:14Speaker 1: have a breakdown if they see all their exes over
- 28:16Speaker 1: Like poo, if you walked in to Applebee's and all
- 28:18Speaker 1: your exes were there, your favorite place or chilling, all
- 28:21Speaker 1: your exes were sitting down, would you stay and eat?
- 28:24Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm gonna get my heat on. I'm gonna try
- 28:26Speaker 6: to figure out which one of these girls going to
- 28:28Speaker 6: pay for.
- 28:30Speaker 3: All right.
- 28:32Speaker 5: Stories, he's going for Candace Court.
- 28:36Speaker 2: It gets settled here with Billy the Kid in the Morning.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Mixed one of two point nine a Billy the Kid
- 28:41Speaker 1: Candae Lopez producer poo all rise for the Honorable Judge
- 28:44Speaker 1: Candice Lopez straight on asquite she got her law degree.
- 28:47Speaker 1: She passed the Mesquite Townies Bar. Yeah, wow, the standards
- 28:50Speaker 1: are very high for that. Oh yeah, it's not just
- 28:53Speaker 1: like you know whatever some Mickey marries club.
- 28:57Speaker 4: No, it's very exclusive. Some of our greatest Supreme Court
- 28:59Speaker 4: just have come from.
- 29:01Speaker 3: A steep Yeah they have.
- 29:03Speaker 4: I think they have.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Okay, if you got a problem at Candas on Air.
- 29:07Speaker 1: At candasan Air, she can help you with it. This
- 29:09Speaker 1: is a really good one. I love my niece and
- 29:12Speaker 1: I want to support her in any way I can.
- 29:13Speaker 1: So when she became a Girl Scout, I gladly purchased
- 29:16Speaker 1: a few boxes of cookies, even though I have no
- 29:19Speaker 1: control over them and I know they're gonna sabotage my diet.
- 29:23Speaker 1: But apparently that wasn't enough for my sister. She seems
- 29:27Speaker 1: she's dead set on my niece selling the most boxes,
- 29:31Speaker 1: so she's now trying to get me to help her
- 29:33Speaker 1: sell cookies to all of my friends and my office.
- 29:37Speaker 1: I just started this job a few months ago, and
- 29:40Speaker 1: I don't feel comfortable asking people to buy cookies, so
- 29:42Speaker 1: I told her no, oh hmm, but won't stop. She
- 29:47Speaker 1: will not stop bugging me about it. She's now saying
- 29:51Speaker 1: I'm a bad aunt and telling my niece it's my fault.
- 29:56Speaker 1: She's gonna fall behind and says, noo, what do you
- 30:03Speaker 1: think I should do? Am I wrong for not helping
- 30:06Speaker 1: my niece more with the Girl Scout cookies? This is
- 30:10Speaker 1: a good one because it's not just about girl scoal cookies.
- 30:13Speaker 1: To me, I think we've all been in a position
- 30:14Speaker 1: like this when it comes to fundraisers, when it comes
- 30:17Speaker 1: to the popcorn. How many popcorn boxes have I bought
- 30:21Speaker 1: off people? And I'm like, sure, I'll buy some popcorn,
- 30:24Speaker 1: and then all of a sudden, I click and it's like, wait,
- 30:26Speaker 1: eighty dollars right for three bags of popcorn?
- 30:30Speaker 3: A few lot and.
- 30:33Speaker 1: You just got to block it out. You got to
- 30:34Speaker 1: remember it. You're not really doing it for the popcorn.
- 30:37Speaker 1: You're donating to this cause.
- 30:39Speaker 5: But also to keep your friendship alive.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Yeah, you feel like obligated. Yeah, it's a lot of pressure.
- 30:44Speaker 1: So can when you hear this is she doing the
- 30:46Speaker 1: right or wrong thing?
- 30:47Speaker 5: Well, first of all, you're not a bad aunt. This
- 30:50Speaker 5: mom is being bad for blaming you on it. Like,
- 30:52Speaker 5: this is not your fault, that's your kid. Like, I'll
- 30:55Speaker 5: share your social media post, you know that's what a
- 30:58Speaker 5: good aunt would do. Well, yeah, if it's my niece,
- 31:01Speaker 5: I would share it. Yeah.
- 31:03Speaker 4: Maybe for a couple of free boxes, I'll share them.
- 31:05Speaker 5: And thirty bought some, so she did her part.
- 31:08Speaker 4: Now, how many boxes should you buy?
- 31:09Speaker 1: Because I've been in this situation when somebody asked you
- 31:12Speaker 1: to buy some girl Scout cookies and I feel obligated too,
- 31:14Speaker 1: and it's hard for me to say no at least too.
- 31:17Speaker 5: Yeah, you always got to buy at least too. But
- 31:19Speaker 5: I've purposely avoided Facebook this month because I know when
- 31:23Speaker 5: I open it up, I'm going to see your little
- 31:25Speaker 5: girl in the video her asking to buy cookies, and
- 31:27Speaker 5: I just can't control myself. I love cookies, first of all,
- 31:30Speaker 5: and then second they're out of state. A lot of
- 31:32Speaker 5: them are out of state, which I did last year
- 31:34Speaker 5: and I was like, oh, thirty dollars because I got
- 31:36Speaker 5: to pay for shipping and you have to buy a
- 31:38Speaker 5: minimum of like five or six boxes.
- 31:40Speaker 4: I'm not gonna lie.
- 31:41Speaker 1: I get a little bit of anxiety at Tom Thumb
- 31:43Speaker 1: when I see him at the entrance, right, I do gangster.
- 31:45Speaker 1: They are gangster. When I'm like, oh, here they are,
- 31:48Speaker 1: and then they're like they're ready. It's a sweet little
- 31:50Speaker 1: girl in her little uniform and she's blocking the entrance
- 31:53Speaker 1: like she's a bouncer for Tom Thumb, you know what
- 31:57Speaker 1: I mean. And I'm like trying to just get my
- 31:58Speaker 1: groceries and my rotisserie chicken and rice so I can
- 32:01Speaker 1: go home and eat, and here she is and she's like, hi, sir,
- 32:04Speaker 1: good morning. Do you want to buy some Girl Scout cookies?
- 32:07Speaker 1: And I'm like sure, And then one time I do it.
- 32:10Speaker 1: So I get some Girl Scout cookies and I don't
- 32:12Speaker 1: even get them the line of like on my way
- 32:13Speaker 1: out because they know you're lying, right, And then on
- 32:16Speaker 1: the way out, I'm like, okay, bye, I got some.
- 32:18Speaker 1: And then the next time I go to Tom Tum
- 32:20Speaker 1: there they are again. Then I got to tell them
- 32:21Speaker 1: that I've already bought some and they don't believe me.
- 32:23Speaker 5: Right, that's the hard thing. I want to buy from everybody,
- 32:26Speaker 5: But it's like, should I just buy one box from
- 32:28Speaker 5: literally everybody who asked me this season? Or do I
- 32:31Speaker 5: just go in on one person be like bought from them? Done?
- 32:34Speaker 5: Now you're not supposed to talk about your diet when
- 32:36Speaker 5: you see the Girl Scouts either, because they're tired of that.
- 32:39Speaker 4: And who said they're gangster? They are gangster.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Back in the day, all I would say is I'm sorry,
- 32:43Speaker 1: I don't have sweetie, I don't have any cash on me.
- 32:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Now they're like, oh, that's fine, we take Vemo cash
- 32:48Speaker 1: at big Coins. I got square, yeah, square, Just so
- 32:53Speaker 1: all right, I'm sorry, I'm broke.
- 32:55Speaker 4: That's okay. We have a layway plan.
- 32:59Speaker 5: They're just gangst I did throw away like five boxes
- 33:03Speaker 5: that I forgot that I had because they were still
- 33:05Speaker 5: in the cardboard box in the bottom of my pantry.
- 33:07Speaker 5: Would that because they went they were old and so
- 33:11Speaker 5: I was like the cookie. I mean, I don't know.
- 33:14Speaker 5: They were expired, the dates were expired.
- 33:15Speaker 4: It's okay, they're still they're still here.
- 33:17Speaker 5: Well, I threw them away because I forgot about them,
- 33:18Speaker 5: because I had so many. I just shoved them in
- 33:20Speaker 5: the pantry in the back.
- 33:22Speaker 4: Don't tell me you threw away thin mints.
- 33:24Speaker 5: No, never, No, those went straight to the freezer and
- 33:27Speaker 5: got eight like the first week.
- 33:29Speaker 1: No, they were that new cookie. I don't know.
- 33:33Speaker 5: It's like a I don't know this moores one.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Do you take it to the office because I know
- 33:42Speaker 1: we're going to get some rolling around here today. I'm
- 33:43Speaker 1: going to tell you right now, if you're coming to
- 33:45Speaker 1: our office, if you work here, go straight to Pooh.
- 33:47Speaker 1: He said he wants to buy all your girls.
- 33:50Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, I've already we already bought some from one
- 33:53Speaker 5: of Eric's coworkers from the show. The last show they
- 33:56Speaker 5: were on there in l A and she said the
- 33:57Speaker 5: video so cute, like, yeah, we're gonna do it.
- 34:00Speaker 1: But then there's some years I can't find them right,
- 34:02Speaker 1: Like there's one year I'm like, can I get some
- 34:04Speaker 1: girl scout cookies where you at? You know, But I
- 34:07Speaker 1: just don't have a little girl. I have a little boy.
- 34:09Speaker 1: So yeah, I'm a big boy at this point. But
- 34:11Speaker 1: then have you ever done this? Now, don't lie? Don't lie, Cannis.
- 34:15Speaker 1: You skate by the girl scouts at the front of
- 34:17Speaker 1: tom Thumberkruger or whatever, and then on the way out,
- 34:19Speaker 1: you know they're going to ask you again. So I
- 34:21Speaker 1: kind of wait for someone else to start talking to him,
- 34:24Speaker 1: and then I they distract and then I scooped by
- 34:26Speaker 1: him real fast.
- 34:27Speaker 4: Oh yeah, so they don't see me.
- 34:29Speaker 5: No, I just have so many I just have so
- 34:33Speaker 5: many bags I'm carrying that I just I can't possibly
- 34:35Speaker 5: stop and continue to hold these bags. I don't have
- 34:37Speaker 5: a free hand, you know, to pull up my phone. Yeah.
- 34:40Speaker 3: I tried to play it off one time.
- 34:41Speaker 6: I had my earbudsy and I was like, yeah, you know,
- 34:44Speaker 6: pretended like I had a conversation. Yeah, the little girl
- 34:47Speaker 6: followed me. She was like, excuse me, excuse me, And
- 34:50Speaker 6: I was like, oh, I'm on the phone. She was like,
- 34:52Speaker 6: oh okay, and then your phone rang. The done at
- 35:00Speaker 6: the end of the day. I would probably take it.
- 35:02Speaker 1: I would probably if I was this aunt, I would
- 35:03Speaker 1: probably move and say, you know what, I'm gonna do
- 35:06Speaker 1: my thing. I'll take it to the office for you,
- 35:08Speaker 1: even if it's a new job. But it doesn't matter
- 35:10Speaker 1: what I think. You know, that doesn't matter what Pooh thinks.
- 35:13Speaker 1: It matters what Candislopez thinks. She's the judge and you
- 35:16Speaker 1: have a verdict.
- 35:17Speaker 5: Yeah, Look, your sister is guilty of being a thin mint.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Mandy.
- 35:20Speaker 5: Oh, it's not your fault. It's not your child. Would
- 35:24Speaker 5: she do the same for you when you have kids?
- 35:27Speaker 4: Not a thin mint, Mandy.
- 35:28Speaker 5: Yeah, you can't blame the ant for not taking it
- 35:32Speaker 5: to work. She doesn't want to take it to work.
- 35:33Speaker 5: It's uncomfortable for her. Like respect that respect it.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, she is guilty of being any There you go.
- 35:43Speaker 4: I'm so scared right now. It's makes one or two
- 35:46Speaker 4: point nine.
- 35:47Speaker 1: Good morning, Bailly the kid, Candislopez is here, Producer Pooh
- 35:50Speaker 1: is here.
- 35:51Speaker 4: Are you ready for ask us anything?
- 35:53Speaker 5: Yes?
- 35:53Speaker 1: A couple of years ago. I posted online. I was like,
- 35:56Speaker 1: you know what, let's do it.
- 35:56Speaker 4: We I'm done in a while.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Ask us anything. I don't know if we've ever done
- 35:59Speaker 1: it this intense. Ask us anything, I don't care what
- 36:01Speaker 1: it is. And I posted on my Instagram and the
- 36:04Speaker 1: questions started pouring in. Candas did to Poo did too,
- 36:06Speaker 1: and the questions are wild. I'm gonna start off with
- 36:08Speaker 1: some light ones and then I might get a little
- 36:10Speaker 1: bit heavier nervous, I know. And I haven't told Poo
- 36:14Speaker 1: or Candas any of these questions. I'm like, you know what, No,
- 36:16Speaker 1: We're gonna be as real. That's the one thing I
- 36:18Speaker 1: think I love about our show is it's authentic. We're
- 36:21Speaker 1: really friends behind the scenes. Some shows they're not. They
- 36:25Speaker 1: get to break it to you. They hate each other.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Some shows hate for we're really friends. Sometimes we hate
- 36:30Speaker 1: each other, but most of the time we love each other.
- 36:32Speaker 1: We've known each other for years. I want to be real.
- 36:37Speaker 1: Part of that is just being transparent. So here we go.
- 36:40Speaker 1: Should we just get to the first question.
- 36:42Speaker 5: Yeah, I get to it.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Okay, the first question. I'm going to keep it lighted first.
- 36:45Speaker 1: The first question is for Pooh and it's a simple question.
- 36:48Speaker 1: But I get this question all the time about Pooh.
- 36:52Speaker 4: What's his real first name?
- 36:54Speaker 1: Oh? Yes, yes, my government, Yes, yeah, And I didn't
- 36:58Speaker 1: tell him I was gonna ask him this. I said,
- 37:00Speaker 1: you know what, there's there's no reason for him not
- 37:03Speaker 1: to say his real first name.
- 37:04Speaker 5: No reason.
- 37:05Speaker 4: You don't have to say your full name.
- 37:07Speaker 1: But everybody always asked me, what's Poo's real first name? Yeah,
- 37:13Speaker 1: we're going to tell him.
- 37:15Speaker 4: Poo's real first name, Brian, Yes, there we go.
- 37:20Speaker 1: Right. You know what's funny, He's never said that on
- 37:23Speaker 1: the air before ever the now one time over twenty
- 37:28Speaker 1: five years that I've known this guy and been on
- 37:30Speaker 1: the air with him, Yeah, he's never said it. Wow,
- 37:33Speaker 1: welcome Brian to the show. No, there you go with
- 37:38Speaker 1: Somebody also asked me, I'm going to keep the questions
- 37:40Speaker 1: anonymous because I said I would.
- 37:41Speaker 4: Someone also asked me, what my real name is? My
- 37:43Speaker 4: real name.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Is Billy, right, but William technically, but Billy.
- 37:47Speaker 4: So there you go. Candas's real name is Candace.
- 37:48Speaker 1: So that's the first. Yeah, that's an easy one, right. Next,
- 37:51Speaker 1: you want the next question? Yeah, all right, Billy, who
- 37:55Speaker 1: or Candace? Choose your favorite three am, buddy. Okay, this
- 37:59Speaker 1: is an easy one for me, meaning who would I
- 38:01Speaker 1: will rather hang out with at three am?
- 38:03Speaker 4: Pooh or Candace?
- 38:05Speaker 1: This is easy. Candace would never be up at three am,
- 38:09Speaker 1: so I'm hanging out with Pooh. That's an easy one.
- 38:14Speaker 1: What's y'all's weirdest quirks that you aren't necessarily proud of?
- 38:20Speaker 5: Oh?
- 38:21Speaker 1: What's your weirdest quirk that you're not necessarily proud of?
- 38:24Speaker 4: Who wants to start?
- 38:25Speaker 1: Oh?
- 38:26Speaker 5: My gosh, to think about you?
- 38:31Speaker 1: Told you I can start if you want. Yeah, okay,
- 38:34Speaker 1: I can easily. So I have many weird quirks. One
- 38:36Speaker 1: of the quirks, so I realized, was yesterday, and it
- 38:40Speaker 1: just it's blatantly obvious.
- 38:41Speaker 4: I have a problem checking the mail.
- 38:43Speaker 5: Oh.
- 38:46Speaker 1: I hate checking my mail more than anything on earth,
- 38:48Speaker 1: and it's been a problem for a long time. I
- 38:50Speaker 1: have bad anxiety. Nothing good comes in the mail. I
- 38:53Speaker 1: don't want to check it. I don't want to deal
- 38:55Speaker 1: with it. I can't check the mail. My neighbor Stewart
- 38:58Speaker 1: is awesome. Him and Dana are so great. Yesterday he
- 39:01Speaker 1: texted me and he said, got your mail. It was
- 39:04Speaker 1: overflowing and falling out of the mailbox and he brought
- 39:07Speaker 1: it over in like two target bags. Nice Stuart, thank you, Dana.
- 39:14Speaker 1: They're so nice. My male lady hates me, she does.
- 39:18Speaker 1: I just hate my mail. It's it's I've had this anxiety.
- 39:20Speaker 1: I don't know why. If it's a condition, it is
- 39:22Speaker 1: a condition, but I'm terrified years. I don't want to
- 39:26Speaker 1: do it.
- 39:26Speaker 6: I house sit it for million one time and I
- 39:28Speaker 6: went to the mailbox and a mail It was a
- 39:31Speaker 6: mailman back then he goes, hey, man, do better.
- 39:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I've I.
- 39:36Speaker 4: Need my mail lady. I leave my mail lady gift
- 39:39Speaker 4: cards because I feel bad.
- 39:41Speaker 5: It's just part of adulting. I know that, Like adult
- 39:43Speaker 5: is hard for you and part of adulting. I get it.
- 39:46Speaker 4: Adult I'm gonna be real with you.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Adulting is really hard for me sometimes because I work
- 39:50Speaker 1: a lot, I have a lot, I'm trying to balance things,
- 39:52Speaker 1: and sometimes, like the anxiety of real adulting stuff freaks
- 39:56Speaker 1: me out, so I just avoid it.
- 39:58Speaker 4: And that's a problem.
- 39:59Speaker 5: I get it.
- 40:00Speaker 4: Candice. You want to go with your weirdest quirk.
- 40:02Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, I guess I just realized this was
- 40:05Speaker 5: a weird quirk. So we had friends come over for
- 40:07Speaker 5: new year's right, a whole family that stayed with us,
- 40:10Speaker 5: and I realized that, like, I will not use the
- 40:13Speaker 5: guest bathroom until like it's been like fully clean. After
- 40:18Speaker 5: I have house guests guess, yeah, okay.
- 40:22Speaker 4: Well you're a clean freak. That's your quirk.
- 40:24Speaker 5: Well I'm more like a germ I'm not like a
- 40:26Speaker 5: clean freak, but I'm more like like a little bit.
- 40:30Speaker 5: And my husband Eric realized this afterwards. He was like,
- 40:34Speaker 5: that's insane, No, that is that's me.
- 40:36Speaker 4: That is funny. You are a germaphone.
- 40:38Speaker 1: Like if you sneeze around candas and your mouth is
- 40:40Speaker 1: not in your elbow, she's judging it.
- 40:42Speaker 5: Yeah. Well I also have, you know, an elementary school kid,
- 40:45Speaker 5: so I'm always like sneezing and harralb and you have
- 40:47Speaker 5: us too.
- 40:50Speaker 4: Who what's your weirdest quirk?
- 40:53Speaker 6: I know I always think that I left some unlocked,
- 40:57Speaker 6: and my sister called me on it the other day.
- 40:59Speaker 6: We were because she lives in the same apartment complex
- 41:01Speaker 6: and we were leaving my apartment. I locked the door
- 41:04Speaker 6: and then we got halfway down the hall and I
- 41:06Speaker 6: was like, man, I lock it, and she was like,
- 41:08Speaker 6: what are you doing. I ran all the way back
- 41:10Speaker 6: just to double check.
- 41:11Speaker 4: I think that's pretty normal.
- 41:12Speaker 6: It make me makes sure I locked the door, or
- 41:15Speaker 6: I have a garage sometimes I think, you know, the
- 41:17Speaker 6: garage door automatically went.
- 41:19Speaker 1: Up and I left this a side. Don't think that's
- 41:21Speaker 1: your weirdest call circle the park a lot. I know
- 41:24Speaker 1: each of you. Candice, You're right on. That's not your weirdest.
- 41:28Speaker 1: Your weirdest quirk is you laugh in sad and tragic situations.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Your nervous crutch is laughing, and that's as bad quirk
- 41:35Speaker 1: though the most tragic thing can happen, or the most
- 41:38Speaker 1: awkward sad situation and giggles over here starts laughing. Yeah,
- 41:43Speaker 1: but it's sometimes it's your Someone could come in and
- 41:45Speaker 1: be like, yeah, my grandma just got hit by a bazooka,
- 41:48Speaker 1: and you know, I don't know.
- 41:55Speaker 4: Okay, all right, next question. Okay, it's gonna personal.
- 42:00Speaker 1: Now here we go, Maris, this is for Candace. Does
- 42:04Speaker 1: Candace ever get jealous or feel awkward after watching a
- 42:07Speaker 1: sexy scene of her hubby? Oh my god, I want
- 42:10Speaker 1: to give you context if you don't know. Her husband,
- 42:13Speaker 1: Eric is an actor. He's been in many movies, many
- 42:15Speaker 1: TV shows, successful, good looking man. Yeah, I know datum
- 42:21Speaker 1: lawn daddy. Lawn Daddy we call him because he loves
- 42:24Speaker 1: his lawn.
- 42:24Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 42:25Speaker 4: Do you ever get jealous?
- 42:27Speaker 5: Not jealous, I mean it's always going to be uncomfortable
- 42:30Speaker 5: when you see something like that that is involving your
- 42:34Speaker 5: husband and another beautiful woman because.
- 42:37Speaker 1: He's made out with some hot girls. Yeah no, he
- 42:39Speaker 1: I'm married.
- 42:40Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, for sure, ultimate hall pass.
- 42:45Speaker 5: This is his job and it's not as you know,
- 42:49Speaker 5: it's more awkward than you think. When you watch it
- 42:51Speaker 5: on TV. They make it look so real and so good,
- 42:54Speaker 5: but behind the scenes, you know there is an intimacy
- 42:56Speaker 5: coordinator who is making sure that everything is how supposed
- 43:00Speaker 5: to be right, and he's so professional. It definitely is uncomfortable,
- 43:06Speaker 5: But I don't actually get jealous. But I know these
- 43:10Speaker 5: women beforehand, so it's like they come over and have
- 43:14Speaker 5: dinner and we've gone on girl dates together, and so
- 43:16Speaker 5: I know them so well and how professional they are
- 43:19Speaker 5: and beautiful inside.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Let me ask you this, Yeah, out of all the
- 43:24Speaker 1: actresses that he's made out with, which one were you like,
- 43:26Speaker 1: I really don't want him making out with her.
- 43:32Speaker 5: I can't say that I know which one, but there's
- 43:35Speaker 5: none really, honestly. But back in the day when we
- 43:37Speaker 5: first started dating, he was on General Hospital and that
- 43:41Speaker 5: was before we were like together together. And I'll tell
- 43:43Speaker 5: you that was like the hardest part because there were
- 43:46Speaker 5: more like scenes that were kind of close like that
- 43:49Speaker 5: and more realistic, and that whoever was on that show
- 43:54Speaker 5: at the time, that that would be the answer. I
- 43:55Speaker 5: don't even know who it was.
- 43:56Speaker 1: What's the girl on the show that what's her name?
- 43:58Speaker 1: That he was had to kiss? The last girl?
- 44:02Speaker 5: Emmanuel Shrieky. Oh, she is an angel though, beautiful inside
- 44:07Speaker 5: and outside. Everyone knows her, a Sloan from Entourage. I
- 44:10Speaker 5: mean she was everybody.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Who wants to kiss Eric just because his lips.
- 44:16Speaker 5: No, Emmanuel Shrieky is everywhere. I would be luckier to
- 44:21Speaker 5: have him be married to her on television.
- 44:24Speaker 1: Yeah, So, if you weren't on the radio, what would
- 44:27Speaker 1: you be doing?
- 44:28Speaker 3: Who?
- 44:28Speaker 4: Why don't you start this?
- 44:30Speaker 3: If I wouldn't on the radio, would I be doing?
- 44:33Speaker 6: Probably working in a warehouse or something like that, some
- 44:36Speaker 6: some little common job.
- 44:37Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, nothing wrong with that. Yeah, Candie Sloan Pads.
- 44:42Speaker 1: If you weren't on the radio, what would you be doing?
- 44:44Speaker 5: Honestly? I think I'd be doing some type of like
- 44:46Speaker 5: wellness coaching, like lifestyle stuff, because I'm really into health
- 44:50Speaker 5: and wellness, and I feel like I would have been
- 44:53Speaker 5: a good person to like motivate other people and you know,
- 44:56Speaker 5: get them on track and try to keep myself on track. Yeah,
- 44:59Speaker 5: I would something in the wellness, right.
- 45:01Speaker 1: I think you would be too. I think you would
- 45:03Speaker 1: be too. Okay, I think I would be. I think
- 45:05Speaker 1: it's obvious what I would be. I think you could
- 45:07Speaker 1: guess what I would be.
- 45:08Speaker 5: Candas hit the music, hit the music.
- 45:11Speaker 1: Okay, hold on, Yeah, we know that I would have
- 45:17Speaker 1: been a canine cop. Yeah, yeah, for sure. I could
- 45:19Speaker 1: see that I wanted to be a federal agent at
- 45:22Speaker 1: that or in the music business.
- 45:24Speaker 4: But that's a story. I was doing that for a
- 45:26Speaker 4: while too.
- 45:27Speaker 1: Your past life anyway, Okay, there you go. So and
- 45:29Speaker 1: then I don't know why I got to be honest,
- 45:32Speaker 1: I didn't want I wanted to avoid these questions. I
- 45:33Speaker 1: wanted to be like, we're out of time. But I
- 45:35Speaker 1: got a lot of questions. And I don't know why
- 45:37Speaker 1: people are interested in this. It's weird to me. And
- 45:39Speaker 1: Candas said she got some questions along the same eyes
- 45:43Speaker 1: people are curious.
- 45:44Speaker 4: About, like my love life.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's weird to me because well, I'll read
- 45:49Speaker 1: you some of the questions because we're gonna have to
- 45:51Speaker 1: do a part two on this because there's so many
- 45:53Speaker 1: other questions that we got. But one of the questions was, Billy,
- 45:57Speaker 1: do you have a girlfriend? One of the questions was, Billy,
- 46:01Speaker 1: will you take my mom on a date to me Cosina?
- 46:05Speaker 1: Which I thought was really cute it. Billy, do you
- 46:09Speaker 1: want more kids? Oh, Billy, do you ever talk to
- 46:12Speaker 1: the secret admirer that left you cookies? Yeah, there are
- 46:15Speaker 1: a lot of questions about that.
- 46:18Speaker 5: Yeah, has he messaged her at all? The one that
- 46:21Speaker 5: admitted to having a crush on him? Okay, I think
- 46:23Speaker 5: you unfollowed her? She unhold you first?
- 46:25Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, So I'll be real. No, I don't have
- 46:28Speaker 1: a girlfriend. No, I'm not in a relationship. Yes, I'm single.
- 46:33Speaker 1: And just to be honest, I got out of a
- 46:35Speaker 1: relationship like a year ago, maybe over a year ago,
- 46:39Speaker 1: on again, off again with the same person who is
- 46:43Speaker 1: not a bad person whatsoever, but it was just one
- 46:47Speaker 1: of those things where you just can't get it to click.
- 46:51Speaker 1: And we tried, tried, tried, so over the past year
- 46:55Speaker 1: or so, I would say that even if I wanted
- 46:58Speaker 1: to date, I wasn't really ready to date.
- 47:00Speaker 5: Yeah, that's fair. Is all together for how long? Yeah?
- 47:04Speaker 4: Like almost five years?
- 47:05Speaker 1: Right?
- 47:05Speaker 5: You don't just bounce back, right, So I didn't.
- 47:07Speaker 1: Really want to because, and I know it sounds cliche,
- 47:10Speaker 1: but I was really like working on me going to
- 47:12Speaker 1: therapy and not going to therapy because of the relationship.
- 47:15Speaker 1: Going to therapy because I realized some things that I
- 47:18Speaker 1: was dealing with that I just didn't want to hold
- 47:21Speaker 1: on to. And it was one of the best decisions
- 47:23Speaker 1: I think I've ever made. So will I ever have
- 47:26Speaker 1: more kids? I don't know. I mean I doubt it
- 47:30Speaker 1: at this point. I think with my ex, if we
- 47:32Speaker 1: stay together, I probably would have because I know she
- 47:35Speaker 1: wanted some I don't know at this point. I mean,
- 47:37Speaker 1: I think that ship is kind of sailed. That's fair,
- 47:41Speaker 1: you know, I just can't picture it. That's as of
- 47:43Speaker 1: right now. But things change. As far as if I
- 47:46Speaker 1: ever talked to the secret admyer, who, if you don't know,
- 47:48Speaker 1: left cookies at my house and I didn't know this
- 47:50Speaker 1: person had my address, but a neighbor of a neighbor
- 47:54Speaker 1: gave it to her. No, I never talked to her again.
- 47:57Speaker 1: She unfollowed me on Instagram because I just I wasn't
- 48:02Speaker 1: interested and it wasn't anything to do with her. It
- 48:04Speaker 1: was more to do with the fact that I just
- 48:05Speaker 1: didn't want to date right then and there, and I thought,
- 48:07Speaker 1: to be honest that it was a little bit creepy
- 48:09Speaker 1: that she left something in my door when I've never
- 48:10Speaker 1: met her.
- 48:11Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:11Speaker 5: They were tips streets though, which yeah.
- 48:15Speaker 4: Too.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Yeah, and they did taste great and put didn't die,
- 48:17Speaker 1: so then we ate them. He ate them first by chocolate.
- 48:20Speaker 1: But the fact of the matter is, no, I was
- 48:22Speaker 1: just kind of waiting, and I get a lot of
- 48:25Speaker 1: questions about it, and I appreciate that people are interested
- 48:28Speaker 1: because I always get this question like why are you single?
- 48:30Speaker 1: And that's such a weird question to me because I
- 48:33Speaker 1: don't know how to answer it. Yeah, I don't know
- 48:35Speaker 1: how to answer that. Who gets that question too? Sometimes
- 48:38Speaker 1: I got that question, you know, and you're just like,
- 48:40Speaker 1: we don't I don't know.
- 48:42Speaker 5: Yeah, I got it from from both of y'all, like
- 48:44Speaker 5: why are they single? And then someone said, who hurt Billy?
- 48:46Speaker 5: He seems like a great catch, but he's still single. Yeah,
- 48:49Speaker 5: it's like, well, yeah, a lot of people.
- 48:50Speaker 4: Are nobody heard me.
- 48:51Speaker 1: I mean I think you just live and you learn
- 48:53Speaker 1: through relationships that didn't work out, and it doesn't mean
- 48:55Speaker 1: they shouldn't have happened. It just goes Okay, Well, it's
- 48:58Speaker 1: time to move on and it's time to grow and
- 49:00Speaker 1: sometimes you're just not ready to do that.
- 49:02Speaker 4: It takes time and it's tough.
- 49:04Speaker 5: Could you grow together? You have to grow individually sometimes,
- 49:07Speaker 5: you know exactly.
- 49:08Speaker 1: And I don't think I would be the best me
- 49:10Speaker 1: for somebody else if I didn't take care of myself
- 49:13Speaker 1: over the past like year plus and go to therapy
- 49:16Speaker 1: and do whatever, because moving forward, I want to be
- 49:19Speaker 1: a good person for whoever it is.
- 49:21Speaker 4: So that's it. So there are questions left, yes, but
- 49:24Speaker 4: do we have time?
- 49:25Speaker 1: No?
- 49:25Speaker 4: Oh y, So we'll get to them.
- 49:27Speaker 5: Bummer.
- 49:27Speaker 1: Maybe we'll do part two, you know what, we'll do
- 49:29Speaker 1: part two because there's some very interesting questions. We'll do
- 49:32Speaker 1: that later on about like eight thirties. How about that okay,
- 49:35Speaker 1: deal deals we've been doing. Ask us anything because there's
- 49:38Speaker 1: I mean overwhelmed us so many good questions.
- 49:40Speaker 4: I love our peeps, I know, I love.
- 49:42Speaker 1: Our mixed fan who listens, because there's just so many
- 49:44Speaker 1: good questions coming in. I'm like, there's got to be
- 49:46Speaker 1: a part two very personal questions. But whatever, we got
- 49:49Speaker 1: this so and it's good to get open and transparent
- 49:52Speaker 1: with you because we feel like your family.
- 49:53Speaker 5: So yeah, and you dm us all your stuff too
- 49:55Speaker 5: all the time for candas cord and hot takes, and.
- 49:58Speaker 1: I ask you your dirty little secrets? Fair if I
- 50:00Speaker 1: kind of get personal too sometimes right? So now some
- 50:03Speaker 1: of these are funny, though, can I just get to
- 50:05Speaker 1: Before I get to one of the funny ones? Actually,
- 50:07Speaker 1: let me ask one that came in for POO that
- 50:09Speaker 1: I thought was so good and just so just oh,
- 50:12Speaker 1: I can't wait to ask him. You ready for this?
- 50:15Speaker 1: Ask us anything? This is for producer Pooh, here we go.
- 50:20Speaker 1: I won't say the name of the person who asked
- 50:22Speaker 1: because I'll keep it anonymous.
- 50:23Speaker 4: Like I said, she said.
- 50:25Speaker 1: Pooh, who is your favorite ex? And if you had
- 50:30Speaker 1: to get back with one, which one would you go
- 50:33Speaker 1: back to?
- 50:34Speaker 7: Oh?
- 50:35Speaker 1: Oh what?
- 50:38Speaker 5: And which as X is asking this question?
- 50:40Speaker 1: I feel it's from my favorite your favorite X, and
- 50:45Speaker 1: I think one of them is listening right now. I
- 50:49Speaker 1: can't say, oh, man, you had to get back with
- 50:52Speaker 1: one right now? Which one would you go back with?
- 50:55Speaker 4: This is so good?
- 50:57Speaker 3: Oh, so good on the spot like that.
- 50:59Speaker 4: I mean it's her, it's a listener.
- 51:01Speaker 3: No, I mean man, probably my baby mama.
- 51:05Speaker 6: Oh, if I like all of them, if I had,
- 51:10Speaker 6: if I had to, I did not expect that either
- 51:14Speaker 6: it was gonna be murder.
- 51:15Speaker 4: I thought it was gonna be sea murder.
- 51:17Speaker 2: Murder.
- 51:17Speaker 3: Now we fight too too much. Wow, I love her
- 51:20Speaker 3: to death.
- 51:20Speaker 6: But it's yeah, I did not expect if I had to,
- 51:24Speaker 6: I'm not getting back with my baby mama.
- 51:26Speaker 1: So please, you know he wants.
- 51:28Speaker 3: Don't do it to me. Do I miss her?
- 51:29Speaker 2: Don't?
- 51:30Speaker 1: I's gonna ask if you missed her. I was gonna
- 51:33Speaker 1: ask you still love her?
- 51:38Speaker 5: But he maybe has love for her.
- 51:43Speaker 4: As you should.
- 51:44Speaker 3: Yeah, she got somebody. She don't need me.
- 51:48Speaker 1: Okay, No, she don't. Next question this is this is
- 51:52Speaker 1: a very personal one for Candace. Okay, is Candice having
- 51:57Speaker 1: more kids? You have one son? Wow, so who's seven?
- 52:01Speaker 1: Is a very personal question, but this is what we're
- 52:03Speaker 1: here for.
- 52:04Speaker 5: Yeah, the answer is no, I am not having more kids.
- 52:09Speaker 5: That is a soft spot for me, obviously, because I
- 52:12Speaker 5: have a lot of mom guilt about only having one
- 52:16Speaker 5: and a lot. Yeah, well, you know you have that
- 52:18Speaker 5: fear that they will be, you know, more lonely in
- 52:23Speaker 5: the future at some point, not having siblings or a
- 52:26Speaker 5: big family. But we have two nieces on one side,
- 52:30Speaker 5: two nieces on the other side, so he has a
- 52:32Speaker 5: good group of girl cousins to grow up with. But yeah,
- 52:37Speaker 5: it's it hurts to think about that, I'll be honest, Yeah,
- 52:41Speaker 5: because I have a brother and I can't imagine a
- 52:43Speaker 5: world without him, right, And I'm gonna get them to
- 52:47Speaker 5: get emotional.
- 52:48Speaker 4: Sorry, emotional, But at the same time, there's nothing wrong
- 52:51Speaker 4: with that.
- 52:52Speaker 5: But I'm also at the age where I when I
- 52:54Speaker 5: see someone who's pregnant, I go, oh, they're younger than me.
- 52:58Speaker 5: That's my automatic sign. So that answers the.
- 53:01Speaker 1: Question pill your age, do have children now? They do?
- 53:05Speaker 5: Yeah, I could, I think maybe, but it's just not
- 53:08Speaker 5: in the cards for me. I think one everything is
- 53:12Speaker 5: our world, and as like a family of three, I
- 53:14Speaker 5: think we rocket together so tight. But no, just one.
- 53:19Speaker 5: And he's the.
- 53:19Speaker 6: Best, has brothers, he's got my kids, he's got roder,
- 53:24Speaker 6: he's got my mon trust me.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Lonely, I always have a big family. Yeah, And that's
- 53:31Speaker 1: like me though I'm a single. You know, I'm I
- 53:33Speaker 1: have an only child. I have a half sister who
- 53:35Speaker 1: was great. But I was raised as a single, you know,
- 53:38Speaker 1: an only child, and I didn't. I never felt lonely. Yeah.
- 53:41Speaker 5: I put this out online at some point, and I
- 53:43Speaker 5: had so many friends say like, I'm an only child,
- 53:45Speaker 5: and guess what. I love it this way. I'm so
- 53:47Speaker 5: close to my parents. I don't have to share. I
- 53:49Speaker 5: never fought. Yeah, and you know other people who said, look,
- 53:52Speaker 5: I have siblings and we don't talk because it's not
- 53:55Speaker 5: a healthy relationship.
- 53:56Speaker 1: And right, And I could say this as an only child,
- 53:58Speaker 1: you you appreciate your friends more.
- 54:00Speaker 4: They become your family.
- 54:01Speaker 1: Yeah, they really do.
- 54:02Speaker 5: Thank you to all the boys that hang out at
- 54:04Speaker 5: our house all the time to play exactly.
- 54:07Speaker 1: What about this question? Dream vacation?
- 54:11Speaker 5: Oh is that for me?
- 54:13Speaker 4: Yeah? All of us? Real quick?
- 54:14Speaker 5: Okay, I really want to go to Italy.
- 54:17Speaker 6: Okay, yeah, I want to go to Australia.
- 54:21Speaker 4: Australia.
- 54:22Speaker 1: Yes, I would say my dream vacation is somewhere I've
- 54:26Speaker 1: already been Key West with my favorite place on earth
- 54:30Speaker 1: with my son fishing, nice green vacation.
- 54:33Speaker 4: I love it.
- 54:33Speaker 1: I could do it all the time. How did you
- 54:35Speaker 1: all meet? Someone asked this, how did you all meet?
- 54:39Speaker 1: This is a very easy one for all of us. Well,
- 54:42Speaker 1: I met in a very interesting way. I was getting
- 54:45Speaker 1: him fired and I didn't know it. I accepted a
- 54:50Speaker 1: job here at a station called Hot one hundred. Came
- 54:53Speaker 1: down and the PD, the program director at the time,
- 54:57Speaker 1: who was walking me in for my first day, forgot
- 55:00Speaker 1: to fire the other show. This is how unprofessional radio
- 55:04Speaker 1: is at turned and I looked in the studio and
- 55:07Speaker 1: I go, oh my god, they're firing the old show
- 55:09Speaker 1: right in front of me. This is so bad. And
- 55:11Speaker 1: Pooh was one of those people, right. And then a
- 55:13Speaker 1: couple of weeks later I saw him and he's like,
- 55:15Speaker 1: why'd you fire me?
- 55:16Speaker 4: And I was like I did.
- 55:18Speaker 3: I was like, you didn't even give me a chance.
- 55:20Speaker 1: He's like, well, give me my job back, and I did.
- 55:24Speaker 1: And yeah, twenty five years later, here we are.
- 55:27Speaker 5: It's amazing.
- 55:27Speaker 4: Still friends. How do we meet, candas candas you can explain?
- 55:30Speaker 5: Yeah, well, I was working here in two thousand. I
- 55:35Speaker 5: started here in two thousand and two on Mix one
- 55:36Speaker 5: of two nine, and then I went over to the
- 55:38Speaker 5: other station to do traffic in the afternoon. Obviously, people
- 55:42Speaker 5: know you were on Kiss FM. Well, I was reporting
- 55:44Speaker 5: traffic there when they brought you over from Hot one
- 55:47Speaker 5: hundred and so you were the night show and I
- 55:49Speaker 5: was your traffic reporter, and you hated me.
- 55:52Speaker 1: I didn't hate you.
- 55:54Speaker 4: You were weary.
- 55:55Speaker 5: No, Well, you're a different personality and a different Yeah,
- 56:00Speaker 5: you're a different level of talent than I had experienced
- 56:03Speaker 5: on the radio before, being brand new to what I
- 56:06Speaker 5: was doing and really having like a really passion and
- 56:08Speaker 5: a big dream to do this one day at this
- 56:11Speaker 5: level that we're doing today back then twenty years ago plus. So, No,
- 56:16Speaker 5: why would you think I hated you.
- 56:17Speaker 1: Because I just didn't talk around me.
- 56:19Speaker 5: Well, I was taking it all in and learning and.
- 56:22Speaker 4: I don't shut up.
- 56:23Speaker 1: And I just remember that Cannas was there to do
- 56:25Speaker 1: the traffic and she was so serious and I'm going
- 56:27Speaker 1: to report on six thirty five and then we're going
- 56:28Speaker 1: to talk about thirty in the track, and I was
- 56:30Speaker 1: just like, not that serious, right. I remember trying to
- 56:33Speaker 1: talk to her about her personal life on the air
- 56:35Speaker 1: and she clammed up so much.
- 56:37Speaker 5: Yeah, well, I wasn't prepared a and be our boss
- 56:41Speaker 5: back then. You know him, He was like.
- 56:42Speaker 1: Super like legit, he hated it.
- 56:45Speaker 5: Yeah, And so I was like, this is my first
- 56:47Speaker 5: job on this station. I've been trying to get on
- 56:49Speaker 5: airbar and he let me and I'm not going to ruin.
- 56:52Speaker 1: This traffic got done one time and I look at
- 56:54Speaker 1: Cannas and she's like, go, what are you doing?
- 56:57Speaker 4: And I stopped and I said, so what's your deal? Candas?
- 56:59Speaker 1: Are you? Yeah?
- 57:03Speaker 5: And then you would call me when I would leave
- 57:05Speaker 5: you on the show and I'd be at home and
- 57:07Speaker 5: you'd call me on the air and ask me random
- 57:09Speaker 5: personal questions.
- 57:10Speaker 4: And then I just had her on the show and
- 57:14Speaker 4: I was like, you know what, she's the best.
- 57:16Speaker 1: Thank you.
