- 3:10Speaker 2: we would have educated him, right. We don't never care
- 3:13Speaker 2: nobody's ass. It was just an education, that's what it
- 3:17Speaker 2: was called.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Seriously.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, we had a big fucking stick that
- 3:21Speaker 2: said the educator. Wow, I remember that. That was the
- 3:26Speaker 2: first thing I saw when I walked into the church
- 3:28Speaker 2: when I was a prospect hanging around.
- 3:31Speaker 1: I fucking are you seriously telling me that Stow White's
- 3:34Speaker 1: not one of your favorite movies.
- 3:36Speaker 3: You didn't have to become a friend of.
- 3:37Speaker 2: For us, No, I was already a friend of around
- 3:41Speaker 2: with them. Yeah, so I hung around for.
- 3:43Speaker 3: A long time. Me and the wife hung around for uhhit.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Rex should have stayed hanging around.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Hey, as you as you introduce big Kenny. I'm gonna
- 3:55Speaker 1: walk over and fix this mic, but please tell me
- 3:57Speaker 1: about this guy, all.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Right, So, so.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Big Kenny. Big Kenny was down south Massachusetts, been in
- 4:07Speaker 2: a lot of clubs, a lot of outlaw motorcycle clubs.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Me and him were in a club together. He was
- 4:13Speaker 2: a president of one charter down in Massachusetts. I was
- 4:17Speaker 2: a president of another charter up here. He was like,
- 4:21Speaker 2: I'm sergeant the arms up there. And then he went
- 4:24Speaker 2: on from a regional one motorcycle club to two.
- 4:28Speaker 4: I was actually three. I was in three, prospected three clubs.
- 4:33Speaker 2: And then he went to a major Uh he went
- 4:36Speaker 2: to prospect for a major worldwide club at that point.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Yeah, that's Big Kenny. Yeah, Big Kenny. Man, I have
- 4:44Speaker 1: been hearing about you. First of all, nice to me.
- 4:46Speaker 1: It is so nice to meet you. Rex has been
- 4:49Speaker 1: has been talking about you. We're going to talk about
- 4:51Speaker 1: what's here in front of me here in just that
- 4:54Speaker 1: same picture I.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Got, man, which one I don't know.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Is that where we're down to the memorial.
- 5:00Speaker 3: Oh I think you see that one.
- 5:03Speaker 1: That's stuff you're thinking about.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Yeah, oh fuck yeah, that's beautiful.
- 5:09Speaker 1: We'll show we'll show this in a little bit, but
- 5:11Speaker 1: big Kenny, Uh, where where are you from?
- 5:15Speaker 3: Man?
- 5:15Speaker 1: What's your what's your story about?
- 5:18Speaker 4: I came Massachusetts and then I retired and uh, when
- 5:23Speaker 4: I got into my motorcycle accident, and then I ended up.
- 5:27Speaker 4: I had a place I built up here about forty
- 5:30Speaker 4: years ago, and then my second wife, Uh, she says, yeah,
- 5:38Speaker 4: I'll move up up to our place off grid, and
- 5:43Speaker 4: then we moved up here ten years ago. Full time,
- 5:47Speaker 4: you know, the motorcycle world and the one percent world,
- 5:50Speaker 4: and it does a toll to you and your family.
- 5:55Speaker 4: You know, you really really can't have anything to be
- 5:58Speaker 4: attached to, you know, because you got to get up
- 6:01Speaker 4: and go at all times. Right next you know, oh
- 6:06Speaker 4: fuck man, you know they call you in the middle
- 6:08Speaker 4: of the night, come on, we gotta go here, we
- 6:09Speaker 4: gotta go there, We gotta go to Cleveland.
- 6:13Speaker 3: You know, you were gone.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Yeah, there was You couldn't plan anything, no family thing.
- 6:19Speaker 2: It was like nothing because you never knew yet, like
- 6:22Speaker 2: you checked with the club what was going and my.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Kids were little at the time.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, that was a fucking horrible choice that
- 6:29Speaker 2: I made for my family. At the time, I thought
- 6:31Speaker 2: it was a great choice on my end.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:34Speaker 4: I come home one night all covered in blood, and
- 6:37Speaker 4: my son came out of the room and he's like, Dad,
- 6:40Speaker 4: you are right, you are right. I go, I'm fine,
- 6:42Speaker 4: go back to bed.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Jesus too. There's it's it's making me, uh think that
- 6:50Speaker 1: there's some some parallels with with the mob.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Yes, sort, I would say a little bit the way
- 6:57Speaker 4: things are kind of ran. Yeah, I don't the cubs now,
- 7:04Speaker 4: you know, it's about money making to keep them to
- 7:06Speaker 4: survive and trying to do an an illegal you know,
- 7:12Speaker 4: we see.
- 7:12Speaker 2: That's the thing is is everybody thinks like all the
- 7:16Speaker 2: clubs they all run illegal, Like everybody's seen sons of anarchy,
- 7:21Speaker 2: so everybody based everything sons of anarchy, and that's just
- 7:23Speaker 2: not the case.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Man.
- 7:24Speaker 2: You got So, do you have criminals in the organization? Absolutely,
- 7:29Speaker 2: there's fucking criminals in most every organization.
- 7:31Speaker 3: To include politics.
- 7:34Speaker 2: So you know, I I know for the club that
- 7:37Speaker 2: I was in with him, it was like you didn't
- 7:40Speaker 2: do ship with your patch on.
- 7:42Speaker 3: That was like you.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Didn't deal drugs, You didn't do ship like that would
- 7:46Speaker 2: your would.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Your patch on? Because that's a reco act anyway.
- 7:50Speaker 2: But you know, you never sat in the church room
- 7:52Speaker 2: and connived to bring down a city or anything like that.
- 7:57Speaker 1: But I will tell you.
- 8:00Speaker 2: So that's so they called church is what you do
- 8:02Speaker 2: your meetings that you have, that's where everybody gets together
- 8:06Speaker 2: you and you talk about.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Yeah, you pay, you pay, you pay your dues and
- 8:12Speaker 4: you know, yeah, talk about your business and what's up
- 8:15Speaker 4: for the week, who's going where fucking party?
- 8:21Speaker 2: And then runs how many guys you send into this morning,
- 8:24Speaker 2: guys going to that party so you can be represented.
- 8:27Speaker 2: And especially when you're the top dog club. So if
- 8:29Speaker 2: you're the top dog club, you send your guys out
- 8:32Speaker 2: because your guys usually have tickets to your party. Yeah,
- 8:36Speaker 2: And so that's what they're doing is they go around
- 8:38Speaker 2: they're like, hey, how many guys you got in your club? Well,
- 8:41Speaker 2: when you're the top club, it's well, I have thirty
- 8:44Speaker 2: guys in my club. Cool, here's thirty tickets, thirty fifty
- 8:47Speaker 2: dollars tickets to our party.
- 8:49Speaker 3: It was pretty much mandatory, that's exactly.
- 8:52Speaker 2: Yeah, you didn't give the tickets back.
- 8:53Speaker 3: You just yeah, you gave the money.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Yeah, you whether you had thirty people going or not.
- 8:59Speaker 2: But yeah, that's how you supported each other. But you
- 9:03Speaker 2: really you didn't have to worry about that world war
- 9:07Speaker 2: or anything criminal. If you weren't in that world, right.
- 9:10Speaker 3: They didn't go out and fuck with civilians or anything
- 9:13Speaker 3: like that.
- 9:13Speaker 1: How old are you, Kenny?
- 9:15Speaker 3: I just turned sixty in October?
- 9:17Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, happy birthday, thank you. What's there a point
- 9:22Speaker 1: in your life where you said to yourself, I wonder
- 9:29Speaker 1: if I'm going to make it to sixty.
- 9:31Speaker 4: Oh, I'm surprised as hell. I didn't think I was
- 9:34Speaker 4: going to make my thirties. And then I says, oh,
- 9:36Speaker 4: I'm in my forties. And then I said my fifties
- 9:40Speaker 4: because I've been doing it for years.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Yeah, all of us we hit thirty, were like, how
- 9:44Speaker 2: the fuck are we still alive?
- 9:45Speaker 4: You know, you always watched your back because of rival clubs,
- 9:49Speaker 4: and you know, when you didn't know what was going
- 9:52Speaker 4: to happen to you if you ever going to make
- 9:54Speaker 4: it home.
- 9:55Speaker 2: It wasn't even it wasn't always just rival clubs either.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Clubs are a fucking big, huge political things.
- 10:01Speaker 3: Yeah they really really are you territories and stuff. But
- 10:05Speaker 3: you know what though a lot of things.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Happened for a reason, you know, and people you know,
- 10:13Speaker 4: tried to stop wars because everybody just wanted to make
- 10:17Speaker 4: money and party and enjoyed themselves and ride.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Tell me the whole thing is about riding. Tell me
- 10:23Speaker 1: about your childhood? Where about? See you from in Massachusetts?
- 10:27Speaker 3: Oh gee? Originally from Somerville.
- 10:29Speaker 4: I grew up somer them Somemble High, graduated from there.
- 10:36Speaker 3: When when eighty two?
- 10:40Speaker 1: Okay? And then good, good childhood with loving dad.
- 10:46Speaker 4: You know they were we will, low class type of
- 10:51Speaker 4: people that you know, you know how the seventies my
- 10:54Speaker 4: father did sixteen seventeen years in the army. He was
- 10:59Speaker 4: a tan think. My mom was a stay at home mom.
- 11:04Speaker 4: She worked later on in life. You know, got our
- 11:08Speaker 4: asses beat every time if we did something wrong. It
- 11:11Speaker 4: was three of us, my sister and my brother, which
- 11:14Speaker 4: is he's no longer here.
- 11:16Speaker 3: Anymore older or younger than you all younger.
- 11:20Speaker 4: So I got all the beatens when everybody else acted up,
- 11:25Speaker 4: and I.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Was just mom and dad happily married.
- 11:29Speaker 4: Well they were they were Italian, so they you know
- 11:35Speaker 4: back then, you know a lot of screaming, hands swinging,
- 11:39Speaker 4: you know. You know, I took a couple of good
- 11:44Speaker 4: beatens at my time. I think one of my best
- 11:47Speaker 4: beatings was from my mom. She split my head wide open.
- 11:50Speaker 3: Never. I never really got hurt the rest of my life.
- 11:54Speaker 1: But but you graduated from high school.
- 11:57Speaker 3: Yes, that I could have. I could have went to
- 11:59Speaker 3: college for ball.
- 12:01Speaker 4: I opted not to, and I went into the union
- 12:06Speaker 4: and worked into the union in Boston.
- 12:10Speaker 3: What were the Labor's Union.
- 12:12Speaker 4: I was a big dig I was there thirty years retired.
- 12:17Speaker 4: When I retired, I retired with you know, full pension,
- 12:21Speaker 4: full bolt at forty when I you know, cashed out
- 12:26Speaker 4: with my disability.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:28Speaker 4: The woman's like, you're already have max. Yeah, and she
- 12:32Speaker 4: goes and you're only forty years old. But I used
- 12:35Speaker 4: to work one.
- 12:36Speaker 3: Hundred and fifty hours a week because I loved the money.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Yeah, So you know, I owned a couple of houses,
- 12:41Speaker 4: raised street kids.
- 12:43Speaker 3: You know, sent them the school and stuff like that.
- 12:46Speaker 3: So you were married, Yeah, yeah, yeah, I was married.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Clubs are tough. Yeah, I lost that marriage because of that.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Well, I mean, because you got to think about it
- 12:55Speaker 2: when you get to especially when you're in top clubs
- 13:00Speaker 2: and stuff like that, and you're if you're especially if
- 13:02Speaker 2: you're an officer, but pretty much any patch holder, you
- 13:04Speaker 2: become a rock.
- 13:05Speaker 3: Star of that of that world. You would not believe.
- 13:09Speaker 2: I mean the wives that would come to the club
- 13:12Speaker 2: because there was no judgment. Nobody was gonna judge you.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Nobody gave a fuck what you were doing, and it
- 13:17Speaker 2: was really free. That was the thing that drew me
- 13:19Speaker 2: to you know, the club life was how there was
- 13:22Speaker 2: no judgment. You could do whatever the fuck you wanted.
- 13:25Speaker 2: Nobody judged you. And but you just didn't lie to
- 13:27Speaker 2: your brothers.
- 13:28Speaker 3: There was certain drugs you couldn't do. Pipes, pipe needles,
- 13:34Speaker 3: you didn't do that, shot doing that, you were done.
- 13:37Speaker 1: You were done.
- 13:38Speaker 2: So if you got caught smoking crack, boot and heroine,
- 13:42Speaker 2: because those drugs would take over your life. And fuck as.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Those people you know, you know what they do.
- 13:48Speaker 4: They robed jeat and still they rob from their own mother,
- 13:52Speaker 4: you know.
- 13:53Speaker 3: And so that'll get you kicked out real quick.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Yeah, beat up and then kicked out.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Well, if you got a pat, if you get a patch,
- 14:01Speaker 4: it gets blacked out. And you know, I used to
- 14:04Speaker 4: own a tattoo shop for twenty years and there's a
- 14:08Speaker 4: couple of times that I, uh, you know, was woke
- 14:10Speaker 4: in the middle of the night to blackout a patch.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Wow. So no serious drugs for you.
- 14:21Speaker 4: Well, it depends on what you call Hollywood drugs.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Hollywood.
- 14:26Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly right. The drugs of the rich and famous
- 14:29Speaker 3: are the drugs of the whore and famous.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Did you have Have you done time me?
- 14:35Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 14:35Speaker 4: Nope, because you know why, I'm a thinker and I
- 14:37Speaker 4: think out everything I do, and I always watched. There
- 14:41Speaker 4: was a couple of times it was close, but I
- 14:44Speaker 4: was smart enough to But that's the mindset.
- 14:48Speaker 2: But what a lot of people they don't understand. Once
- 14:50Speaker 2: you earn your patch, that's the mindset it is. You
- 14:55Speaker 2: need to be ready to go to jail any day. Yeah,
- 14:57Speaker 2: any because if something goes down, you can can't run away,
- 15:00Speaker 2: you can't be sneaky about it. You're very upfront. If
- 15:03Speaker 2: you get in a fight at Hanneford's Market with somebody,
- 15:07Speaker 2: you beat the shit out of them. You beat them
- 15:09Speaker 2: with brass knuckles, and then you sit and you wait
- 15:11Speaker 2: for the cops, just to show everybody that you're not
- 15:14Speaker 2: fucking scared, You're not gonna fuck.
- 15:16Speaker 4: A couple of times that I was, I was. I
- 15:20Speaker 4: was actually in a bottle a couple of my brothers
- 15:23Speaker 4: and the club we me and you weren't together, and
- 15:26Speaker 4: we would drink and I was buying Crown Royal shots everybody,
- 15:30Speaker 4: and this clown come up and was trying to steal
- 15:33Speaker 4: because I had a whole rack of Crown Royal up
- 15:36Speaker 4: and my brothers would grab them and you know, be
- 15:39Speaker 4: pounding them at different times, and this dude thought he
- 15:42Speaker 4: could steal a couple and walk off with them.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Well, I ended up power driving them out the.
- 15:48Speaker 4: Door, and I'm pounding on them out on the sidewalk
- 15:51Speaker 4: and I see these nice shiny shoes as I'm bent
- 15:55Speaker 4: over laying this dude out, and I go, oh, here
- 15:59Speaker 4: we go. And then I look up. I go, hey, office,
- 16:02Speaker 4: how you doing. And he's like, yeah, what's going on here?
- 16:05Speaker 4: And I says, well, let me tell you. So he
- 16:07Speaker 4: grabbed me and I explained to him. They went in
- 16:09Speaker 4: and talked to the bartender, and I was let go
- 16:13Speaker 4: because you know, a lot of those guys respected us.
- 16:16Speaker 4: They respected us, the clubhouse we owned and the town
- 16:21Speaker 4: I was from that I had my tattoo shop because
- 16:25Speaker 4: we kept a lot of the riff raff out no
- 16:27Speaker 4: CP yeah no, no, no heavy drugs around.
- 16:32Speaker 3: We kept all that crap out of town.
- 16:35Speaker 4: And and you could say what you want about one
- 16:39Speaker 4: percent clubs but they don't need a shitload of money
- 16:43Speaker 4: to fucking kids and toys runs special donations to kids
- 16:49Speaker 4: that need it.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Is.
- 16:51Speaker 2: It's a it's a weird dynamic. People think that they're
- 16:55Speaker 2: just thugs or whatever. They're not. They just they are
- 16:58Speaker 2: people that live by a code, and they're very strict
- 17:01Speaker 2: with their code. There's nothing a lot.
- 17:03Speaker 4: Of rules, a lot of rules, like you know, to
- 17:05Speaker 4: shake someone's hand with a glove, you get slapped in
- 17:08Speaker 4: the head.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Make sure you take your son glass sunglasses off.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Are you turn your back on a on a member?
- 17:15Speaker 2: Oh, that's basically saying I have no respect for you. You're
- 17:18Speaker 2: a piece of ship.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Yeah, you turn your back.
- 17:20Speaker 1: What do you mean turn your back.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Talking?
- 17:27Speaker 4: And you were kind of acknowledging me, and I turned
- 17:31Speaker 4: my back and started just talking to him.
- 17:35Speaker 2: Huge disrespect. So then it basically goes back to like
- 17:40Speaker 2: old time values, things things that you you know you're
- 17:45Speaker 2: supposed to do. But these guys, when you don't do that,
- 17:48Speaker 2: ship will slap you right in your motherfucking face right there.
- 17:51Speaker 3: Wow.
- 17:52Speaker 2: Yeah, so I'll tell you about like stealing, stealing is huge.
- 17:56Speaker 2: You don't do that. You do not steal from your brothers.
- 17:58Speaker 2: You do not lie to your brothers. There's nothing you
- 18:00Speaker 2: need to lie about because we're not gonna judge you.
- 18:02Speaker 2: We don't give a fuck what you're doing, so there's
- 18:05Speaker 2: no reason to lie. But I remember I was, uh,
- 18:11Speaker 2: we had a guy that came and he was hanging around.
- 18:14Speaker 2: He wanted to, uh, he wanted to possibly prospect, and
- 18:17Speaker 2: I didn't fucking like the guy anyway. He was a
- 18:19Speaker 2: piece of shit, but he was at drunk and everything else,
- 18:23Speaker 2: and I just remember, I, you know, we're looking for
- 18:26Speaker 2: every reason. You can't just throw somebody out. You know that,
- 18:29Speaker 2: you know it, because it's still a democracy. You still
- 18:32Speaker 2: sit in that church room. You can't just fucking throw
- 18:34Speaker 2: somebody you got. You got a personal beef with him.
- 18:39Speaker 2: So this guy, he didn't do anything yet, but he
- 18:43Speaker 2: was really fucking just a ship bag, and we all
- 18:45Speaker 2: knew it. And uh So I remember I got a
- 18:48Speaker 2: call and they're like, hey, I came in here. I
- 18:51Speaker 2: caught so and so he was stealing fucking liquor and
- 18:55Speaker 2: I was like, would you beat his ass? Well, you know,
- 18:58Speaker 2: I thought I should call you. I was like what
- 19:02Speaker 2: I was like, Oh no, you call a fucking meeting
- 19:04Speaker 2: right now, right now, and so we call an emergency meeting.
- 19:08Speaker 2: We have everybody come down, and we're inside of there,
- 19:11Speaker 2: and that guy's in there, and I'm giving my speech,
- 19:13Speaker 2: and I'm like, Yo, you know, we have a big
- 19:15Speaker 2: party going on tonight. You know, we're not going to
- 19:18Speaker 2: allow civilians to uh disrespect you in our own home.
- 19:23Speaker 2: That's an automatic fucking out the door, lump on the head,
- 19:26Speaker 2: throw them the fuck out.
- 19:27Speaker 3: You know.
- 19:28Speaker 2: I'm going over the rules with the prospects, and shit,
- 19:30Speaker 2: we have a whole shit ton of people in this
- 19:32Speaker 2: church room. And I was like, and if you ever
- 19:35Speaker 2: catch somebody stealing from your brothers or from your club,
- 19:39Speaker 2: this is exactly how you handle it.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Well, this sounds like a lot of, uh, the same
- 19:44Speaker 1: culture that I've heard in interviews with the mafia. There's
- 19:49Speaker 1: a brotherhood, there's there's a there's an unwritten law.
- 19:55Speaker 2: They're not unwritten, You're so that's the point of process.
- 19:58Speaker 4: Some people agreed to you though they can't keep their
- 20:00Speaker 4: fucking fingers in their pockets.
- 20:02Speaker 3: They got it.
- 20:03Speaker 2: But these are not unwritten rules. You prospect, and when
- 20:06Speaker 2: you prospect for a large club, it's not a thirty
- 20:08Speaker 2: day prospect. It's not a three month prospect You don't
- 20:11Speaker 2: even know. You have no clue how long. I did
- 20:14Speaker 2: it for thirteen motherfucking months and then one day got
- 20:16Speaker 2: my patch.
- 20:17Speaker 3: Yeah I was.
- 20:18Speaker 4: I actually prospected three times, three different clubs. I just
- 20:23Speaker 4: kept going up. I wanted to be on the top,
- 20:26Speaker 4: you know, until my accident, which you know I almost died. Well,
- 20:32Speaker 4: I did die twice on the table. I lost this
- 20:35Speaker 4: leg up over and the knee, and I almost lost
- 20:40Speaker 4: this leg two And the girlfriend at the time.
- 20:44Speaker 1: From that same crash, Yeah, from the same crash. All right,
- 20:48Speaker 1: girlfriend at the time.
- 20:49Speaker 3: The girlfriend at the time helped me.
- 20:51Speaker 4: She was connected in lady clinic because the hospital they
- 20:55Speaker 4: brought me into.
- 20:58Speaker 3: Couldn't save me.
- 20:59Speaker 4: And she had connections because a lot of doctors and
- 21:03Speaker 4: big surgeons that I needed. You know, they don't take
- 21:07Speaker 4: new patience. So she knew people and actually helped saved
- 21:13Speaker 4: my life.
- 21:14Speaker 1: You're still in touch with her my ex girlfriend?
- 21:17Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, we're good friends. Oh are you talking about
- 21:20Speaker 3: the one? Weird Jesus?
- 21:22Speaker 2: So we were at a party. I was prospecting. He
- 21:25Speaker 2: was already a patch holder, and he walks in with
- 21:27Speaker 2: this smoking hah bitch. I mean, and I just remember
- 21:32Speaker 2: he walked through the door, and I didn't hear a
- 21:34Speaker 2: word that he said until he said, you know, prospects,
- 21:38Speaker 2: stop steering at my old lady's tits. And I was like,
- 21:40Speaker 2: I'm so sorry, and I'm telling him I'm sorry, and
- 21:43Speaker 2: I'm just watching my eyes go.
- 21:44Speaker 3: Right that some people.
- 21:49Speaker 4: You know, I've I've had a crack. All the guys
- 21:54Speaker 4: fight other guys because of ship like that. You know,
- 21:57Speaker 4: once the words out that, you know that person with
- 22:00Speaker 4: you if you try to cross the fucking line we're
- 22:03Speaker 4: an old one, yeah, you never fucking forget it. If
- 22:06Speaker 4: she's not an old lady and just a you know,
- 22:09Speaker 4: hang around, hang around.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a good hang around.
- 22:14Speaker 4: But if she's your old lady and stuff, yeah, no,
- 22:17Speaker 4: fucking hands off.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Don't you go near her off.
- 22:19Speaker 2: No, those are off limits. The old ladies are like
- 22:21Speaker 2: the uh They're the nurturers of the club. They're the
- 22:25Speaker 2: ones that make sure all the other new old ladies
- 22:28Speaker 2: coming in or are know how everything works. They're the
- 22:32Speaker 2: support group. They're like the mother hens. They're also not
- 22:36Speaker 2: privy to any information like that's one thing you do
- 22:39Speaker 2: not tell your old lady. And the reason for that
- 22:42Speaker 2: is if they get pinched because they have kids. They
- 22:46Speaker 2: will rat you out, and you cannot expect your old
- 22:48Speaker 2: lady not to rat you out. So if you go,
- 22:51Speaker 2: if you choose to tell your old lady stuff and
- 22:55Speaker 2: she gets hemmed up, do not cry when she fucking
- 22:57Speaker 2: rolls on you. That's her job as a mother. Her
- 23:00Speaker 2: job as a mother is to take care of your children.
- 23:03Speaker 2: She cannot take care of your children if she's in jail,
- 23:06Speaker 2: So you better accept that shit.
- 23:08Speaker 4: I've got a funny story. The girl was just telling
- 23:10Speaker 4: you about that. I was eighting at the time. She
- 23:12Speaker 4: was driving my Monte Carlo and the state police, Massachusettstate Police,
- 23:19Speaker 4: they fucking suck. They they fucking pulled the rover fucking
- 23:26Speaker 4: fell in, and he walked up. He goes, oh, where's
- 23:31Speaker 4: Kenny today, right, And she's like, I don't know, and
- 23:36Speaker 4: he's He's like, you're lucky I don't arrest you today.
- 23:39Speaker 3: You're lucky you have your your son with you.
- 23:42Speaker 4: And I was like, when she told me the story,
- 23:44Speaker 4: I was like, it's fucking unbelievable what they'll try to
- 23:48Speaker 4: do to squeeze any any kind of info out of
- 23:53Speaker 4: any of the members. You know, our wives or girlfriends,
- 23:58Speaker 4: it's actually crazy, you know.
- 24:01Speaker 2: And a lot of the old ladies crazier than the
- 24:03Speaker 2: met Remember that we had an old lady that stabbed prospects.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Remember she fucking driving down the road.
- 24:08Speaker 2: She's mad at him, mad at her husband or something.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Stabbed the prospect had.
- 24:13Speaker 2: We had a patch holder he was I remember he
- 24:16Speaker 2: tried throwing his old lady under the bus because he
- 24:19Speaker 2: was the one that did the ship. But he's like, oh,
- 24:21Speaker 2: she must have overheard a conversation. And I was like,
- 24:24Speaker 2: all right, we're gonna have to brang her in here
- 24:25Speaker 2: and beat the ship out of her. Man, and he
- 24:27Speaker 2: looked at her, He's like, all right, cool, I'll go
- 24:30Speaker 2: get her. And everybody was like, get the fuck out,
- 24:32Speaker 2: why here?
- 24:33Speaker 1: Man?
- 24:34Speaker 4: Well, yeah, there was a lot of There was a
- 24:36Speaker 4: lot of things that, you know, people still didn't know
- 24:39Speaker 4: how to do the right thing.
- 24:41Speaker 3: And you know, you'd have a meeting and stuff.
- 24:44Speaker 2: You'd have a mixture of everybody.
- 24:46Speaker 4: Yeah, you had again like Rex said, Rex said, you know,
- 24:50Speaker 4: you had to have a meet and a vote, and
- 24:52Speaker 4: then if the kid was going to get a beat down.
- 24:55Speaker 4: And I was a sogynt and ims And it was
- 24:58Speaker 4: funny because the president at the time we keep finding
- 25:02Speaker 4: me because I'd be punching the ship out of people
- 25:06Speaker 4: and I'd be.
- 25:06Speaker 3: Doing it too much. Ten dollars, fine, yeah, another fine,
- 25:09Speaker 3: twenty dollars.
- 25:10Speaker 4: I would just going to church every week and throw
- 25:14Speaker 4: one hundred dollar is down and go here.
- 25:17Speaker 3: This should cover me.
- 25:18Speaker 2: But that's the easiest way, that's the quickest and easiest
- 25:21Speaker 2: way to get things across them, because they don't they
- 25:24Speaker 2: don't get it. They just want to see the cool
- 25:27Speaker 2: side of it. So back to that in the church
- 25:29Speaker 2: room when we caught the guy stealing. So we've been
- 25:31Speaker 2: all the prospects have been partying. They got to see
- 25:33Speaker 2: the really really good side of of of the fun
- 25:37Speaker 2: side of it all right. Yeah, and then I hit
- 25:40Speaker 2: this guy and everybody starts beating the ship out of
- 25:43Speaker 2: this motherfucker. And then I just remember all the prospects.
- 25:47Speaker 3: We you know, we take it. It's a gang fuck.
- 25:49Speaker 3: You know.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Once that once one starts, everybody that every ballady is
- 25:56Speaker 2: and it's a scary situation.
- 25:57Speaker 3: So but like guy, yeah, everybody smells. But yeah, and.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Hopefully you make it out of there. They don't get
- 26:08Speaker 2: hit you with a fucking bullpen hammer. You don't get stabbed.
- 26:11Speaker 2: Hopefully it's just a beating. So the guys that gets
- 26:16Speaker 2: thrown out of all the prospects, we're in there and
- 26:17Speaker 2: we're fucking talking and you know, and I remember looking
- 26:20Speaker 2: at the prospects.
- 26:21Speaker 3: They were very A couple of them.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Were pretty bothered by this, and I remember I was like, man,
- 26:26Speaker 2: you know, this is the dark side of it. This
- 26:27Speaker 2: is what happens when you fuck up. We're not gonna
- 26:30Speaker 2: be like, Okay, you're gonna get another chance. You're grounded,
- 26:33Speaker 2: or we're gonna holler at you. That's not how it works.
- 26:36Speaker 2: The punishment is severe in its instant. But we have
- 26:42Speaker 2: we have a couple of questions and make the same mistake.
- 26:44Speaker 1: A couple of questions that are that are coming in
- 26:46Speaker 1: from from some of our listeners, and we're going to
- 26:49Speaker 1: get to them, but I just have to, I mean,
- 26:55Speaker 1: can you tell us what's the name of the club
- 26:57Speaker 1: that you were in?
- 26:58Speaker 2: Now we're gonna keep the club names of that, And
- 27:00Speaker 2: I was just gonna say it's in our pictures.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Everybody knows I'm kind of a uh naturally inquisitive person.
- 27:10Speaker 1: So if I ask a question that you can't answer, obviously,
- 27:14Speaker 1: you know, just tell me that you can't answer it
- 27:18Speaker 1: and and we'll move on. But have you so you've
- 27:22Speaker 1: been in several clubs?
- 27:23Speaker 3: Kenny? Yeah?
- 27:24Speaker 1: Three?
- 27:25Speaker 3: All right?
- 27:25Speaker 1: Rex? How many have you been in?
- 27:26Speaker 2: Just one?
- 27:27Speaker 1: Okay? Are you still in a club?
- 27:31Speaker 3: No?
- 27:32Speaker 1: No, okay? How do you get out?
- 27:35Speaker 2: Well, depends on which club you're in.
- 27:37Speaker 4: And you know, in my case, the last club that
- 27:42Speaker 4: I was with, you know, I was in, I see
- 27:47Speaker 4: you for several months and you know, they says, well,
- 27:53Speaker 4: we'll hold on to here your vest and stuff and
- 27:57Speaker 4: when you get better. And I was like, yeah, I
- 28:00Speaker 4: don't even know if I'm gonna fucking live, you know,
- 28:03Speaker 4: because I need At the time, Kidney diallis.
- 28:09Speaker 3: Yeah, you guys was wrong.
- 28:10Speaker 2: You didn't see Kenny when he was what three seventy
- 28:13Speaker 2: three and eighty.
- 28:14Speaker 3: Brown I was.
- 28:16Speaker 4: I was, I don't know if I take all these
- 28:19Speaker 4: heavy clothes off, I'm just like a little skinny fucker.
- 28:22Speaker 3: I'm a little skinny guy.
- 28:23Speaker 2: We were out a we're at a club party one
- 28:25Speaker 2: night and I pissed off this the essay from another
- 28:28Speaker 2: fuck clembing. He's another big monster and I was such
- 28:30Speaker 2: a smart moun man. Have I Yeah, so I'm a
- 28:34Speaker 2: prospect and I'm proud, and he's like, get over your prospect,
- 28:37Speaker 2: and so I was like, all right, what's going on,
- 28:39Speaker 2: big Kenny? And he takes his fucking belly and pins
- 28:42Speaker 2: me to the backside of this clubhouse and I just
- 28:45Speaker 2: remember I was like, oh, my arms were stuck. Everything
- 28:47Speaker 2: was stuck, and I could not fucking move, and I'm thinking,
- 28:50Speaker 2: is this dude gonna stab me? Like what the fuck?
- 28:52Speaker 2: There's nothing I can do right now. I was not
- 28:55Speaker 2: prepared for this in any way. I had never been
- 28:57Speaker 2: pinned by somebody like that.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Oh God, no, I definitely could not pull a guard.
- 29:02Speaker 1: But Kenny, you realize now he'd kick your ass with me.
- 29:08Speaker 3: I would never. I would never. You wouldn't fight, No.
- 29:15Speaker 1: But so how were you?
- 29:19Speaker 2: And plus alls I gonna do is run away. He's
- 29:21Speaker 2: only got one fucking leg, So I'm gonna beat him
- 29:23Speaker 2: in a race.
- 29:25Speaker 1: How's that gonna work out?
- 29:26Speaker 3: Kenny?
- 29:27Speaker 1: For what if Rex says I'll beat your ass and
- 29:30Speaker 1: then I'll run because you won't be able to catch him.
- 29:33Speaker 4: If it depending on the situation, I mean, if it
- 29:36Speaker 4: really wanted to go down, fuck it, I'll throw in anybody.
- 29:40Speaker 1: So this is different.
- 29:41Speaker 2: This is different that would never So if it came down,
- 29:44Speaker 2: even with Kenny with one leg, there's rules to fighting
- 29:47Speaker 2: in the club, isn't when two patchholders want to fight,
- 29:50Speaker 2: So if he really had one leg, then I would
- 29:52Speaker 2: have to sit in a wheelchair and we'd have to
- 29:53Speaker 2: punch each other in the face until one of us
- 29:55Speaker 2: gave up. That's the rules. Because he's at.
- 29:57Speaker 4: A prayed, I just come, won't It doesn't mean I
- 30:01Speaker 4: won't come after you.
- 30:02Speaker 3: He does get my hands, I get my hands on
- 30:05Speaker 3: your joke.
- 30:07Speaker 2: You tries to poke my eyes out and choke me
- 30:09Speaker 2: and everything else.
- 30:11Speaker 3: You know, it's not really fucking straight like jiu jitsu
- 30:15Speaker 3: fucking fight.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Yeah, these guys running around in their bath right right.
- 30:20Speaker 2: He's got a bathroom, big bathroom, dude.
- 30:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 30:24Speaker 1: So you guys met after Kenny. You came to Vermont, No, no, no,
- 30:30Speaker 1: the club life.
- 30:31Speaker 3: We we met.
- 30:32Speaker 4: Like I said, he was a smart ass prospect and
- 30:36Speaker 4: I was already a Remember.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Why were you prospect being in Vermont prospecting me for
- 30:41Speaker 1: a club in Massachusetts?
- 30:43Speaker 2: It's a multi state.
- 30:44Speaker 4: It was a it was a bunch of different clubs. Yeah,
- 30:47Speaker 4: different chapters all chapter.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Over and that's where you guys spat.
- 30:51Speaker 3: Yes.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Yes, I went to a party in Massachusetts and I
- 30:54Speaker 2: started staring at his old ladies titties.
- 30:56Speaker 1: Oh that's when that happened.
- 30:57Speaker 4: And then he come up to my place. Anyone she
- 31:00Speaker 4: knew I had a place not too far from him.
- 31:02Speaker 4: Then I made him bring ship that I need because
- 31:05Speaker 4: he was a prospect. I was like, I need this,
- 31:08Speaker 4: get this. We're having a big party. Yeah, Jesus, that
- 31:11Speaker 4: party was huge.
- 31:13Speaker 3: I had a party at my land in Vermont.
- 31:15Speaker 4: I had I There was a lot of guys that
- 31:18Speaker 4: I gotten song.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Trouble the guy. It was hallucinating. People were through the woods.
- 31:24Speaker 3: I got so drunk, my god. So prospects are not.
- 31:29Speaker 2: Allowed to sleep. No, you don't get to sleep at party.
- 31:32Speaker 2: So when all the patch holders go to bed, you
- 31:33Speaker 2: have to stand there and try to stay awake and
- 31:36Speaker 2: watch over everybody to make sure you know nothing.
- 31:39Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, if someone needed to drive somewhere, you
- 31:41Speaker 4: wouldn't let him member drive. That's your can't party as
- 31:45Speaker 4: a prospect. You can't party sometimes a little sniff of
- 31:48Speaker 4: hair and yeah, to keep you awake if you had
- 31:51Speaker 4: a good guy in your side.
- 31:54Speaker 2: So, so remember how I pissed off all this so
- 31:57Speaker 2: all the old patch holders are asleep because it's past
- 31:59Speaker 2: eight o'clock, so it's like three o'clock in the morning.
- 32:02Speaker 2: I am sitting out there. I'm so fucking bored. I
- 32:05Speaker 2: was like, well, we're out in the middle of nowhere.
- 32:06Speaker 2: So I pull out my gun bye bye, bye bye
- 32:09Speaker 2: by just started shooting. Well, all the patch holders fucking
- 32:14Speaker 2: wake up, come running out, have no clue what's going on.
- 32:16Speaker 2: I was like, They're like, why the fuck are you shooting?
- 32:19Speaker 2: I was like, because we can. It's fucking what do
- 32:21Speaker 2: you mean.
- 32:22Speaker 3: I was like, oh no, Yeah. That was another talking
- 32:26Speaker 3: to Yeah.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Another education educational.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Have you been Have you been educated?
- 32:33Speaker 2: I've been educated. Of course, everybody's been educated. You gotta
- 32:37Speaker 2: be educated. We had a guy, we had a guy once.
- 32:39Speaker 2: We have him in there, and we're like, okay, you're
- 32:42Speaker 2: a fucking idiot.
- 32:44Speaker 3: I've never been educated.
- 32:47Speaker 4: I never been educated because I always fought back.
- 32:52Speaker 3: We all fight back. So we had a kid.
- 32:55Speaker 2: We had a fucking kid, and I was like, hey,
- 32:57Speaker 2: you idiot, because we were doing an experiment. All we
- 33:00Speaker 2: were all in there, we're all fucked up, and we're
- 33:01Speaker 2: fucking with the prospects because that's what they used to
- 33:03Speaker 2: do is they just used to fuck with prospects. So
- 33:06Speaker 2: we bring the prospect in. I was like, all right, Prospect,
- 33:08Speaker 2: I'll fucking punch you in the face or you pay
- 33:11Speaker 2: one hundred dollars. He's like, well, I'll definitely pay one
- 33:14Speaker 2: hundred dollars. We're like, get the fuck out of here.
- 33:16Speaker 2: That's not the answer you want to hear.
- 33:17Speaker 3: Man.
- 33:18Speaker 2: So the next guy we bring him in, we're like, hey, prospect,
- 33:21Speaker 2: fucking one hundred dollars fine.
- 33:23Speaker 1: I would have paid you two hundred.
- 33:25Speaker 3: We're like one hundred dollars fine. What are some of
- 33:27Speaker 3: the questions you said?
- 33:28Speaker 1: You had a question here from from someone saying, uh,
- 33:33Speaker 1: does donating to other organizations and charities doing good?
- 33:41Speaker 3: Uh?
- 33:42Speaker 1: Justify the quote tough guy aggression. That's okay, So tough guy?
- 33:49Speaker 3: Can I answer that way?
- 33:50Speaker 4: Yeah, tough guy aggression only comes when you have some
- 33:55Speaker 4: other people in the human race.
- 33:58Speaker 3: Okay, in the human race. Look what's going on right now?
- 34:04Speaker 4: People killing each other, terrorism, all stuff that doesn't.
- 34:08Speaker 3: Make no sense. Right. So, as a club.
- 34:12Speaker 4: And you're out with your members, you have people that
- 34:16Speaker 4: want to test you and want to fuck with you,
- 34:19Speaker 4: and you want I've worn many many many people listen,
- 34:23Speaker 4: I'm just here to have a drink, I'm with my girl,
- 34:26Speaker 4: I'm having a good time.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Back off.
- 34:29Speaker 4: But they want to test you when they want to
- 34:31Speaker 4: see how tough you are. Sometimes they learn the hardway.
- 34:35Speaker 4: Sometimes they listen and walk away. It's not all about that,
- 34:40Speaker 4: but it's come to situations because you are who you
- 34:44Speaker 4: are and you're not going to back down from nobody.
- 34:48Speaker 4: So when they don't get the message, then you got
- 34:50Speaker 4: to send the message.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Right.
- 34:51Speaker 3: It's the same thing.
- 34:52Speaker 2: What if me and Lucas started walking into the bars
- 34:56Speaker 2: wearing a black belt. Yeah, every motherfucker in there would
- 34:59Speaker 2: want to fight. They say, well, you guys are scumbags.
- 35:02Speaker 2: You don't fight one on one. We absolutely do fight
- 35:04Speaker 2: one on one. We do it all the time. We
- 35:05Speaker 2: close the doors in the fuck in our are when
- 35:08Speaker 2: we have rules, we fucking fight. It's bare knuckle. We
- 35:11Speaker 2: do this all the time when we're out on the street.
- 35:13Speaker 2: This is not the time that we're doing one on one.
- 35:15Speaker 2: This is a security issue. So if you're if a
- 35:18Speaker 2: guy is fucking with you, your whole crew beats the brakes
- 35:22Speaker 2: off that guy to send that message. So now what
- 35:24Speaker 2: happens every time you walk into that bar, those guys go.
- 35:27Speaker 2: Those guys are fucking scumbags. Yeah they are, but stay
- 35:30Speaker 2: a fuck away from them or they'll beat you up
- 35:31Speaker 2: as a group because they don't care. So because people
- 35:34Speaker 2: don't understand the inside workings, what's happening.
- 35:38Speaker 4: And and everybody, and everybody had to come a long
- 35:43Speaker 4: way and go through a mind fuck to get to
- 35:47Speaker 4: where they got with their their vest yep right, and
- 35:54Speaker 4: they're proud of what they've become.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Especially with a vest with a diamond on it.
- 35:59Speaker 3: Right, dime, right.
- 36:01Speaker 4: And you just can't go buy and Walmart a vest
- 36:04Speaker 4: and put it on a lot of guys. And you
- 36:06Speaker 4: know what, tattoos don't make you tough. I don't give
- 36:09Speaker 4: a fuck how minch tattoos you get. You're not a
- 36:11Speaker 4: tough guy with tattoos.
- 36:12Speaker 3: You might think you are.
- 36:14Speaker 1: But you know, is this a gang or a club?
- 36:19Speaker 3: A club?
- 36:19Speaker 1: What's the difference.
- 36:21Speaker 3: Gangs don't ride motorcycles.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Well some do, now they write, I mean we've heard,
- 36:28Speaker 1: we've all heard the term a motorcycle gang.
- 36:30Speaker 3: Yeah, well that's because that's what they want.
- 36:33Speaker 4: Well, well, the state police started calling us terrorists because
- 36:37Speaker 4: they started They used to when they used to wait
- 36:41Speaker 4: for us at tolls when we had certain big club events.
- 36:45Speaker 4: They would waited tolls, right, and each motorcycle that came you,
- 36:50Speaker 4: they pulled you, stopped, you, took a picture of you,
- 36:54Speaker 4: took a picture of your plate, right, and then uh,
- 37:00Speaker 4: you know, wrote your name down and stuff, took your license,
- 37:03Speaker 4: wrote your name down, and they kept the ledger of
- 37:06Speaker 4: everybody that was.
- 37:07Speaker 3: Coming in and out right.
- 37:10Speaker 4: And then some of the state police go hey, where's
- 37:12Speaker 4: your uh, where's your grenade launcher? And I'd be like, what,
- 37:16Speaker 4: what the fuck are you talking about? He goes, Yeah,
- 37:18Speaker 4: they classified you guys as terrorists now because organized So
- 37:23Speaker 4: anytime you get a group of Americans together that go
- 37:27Speaker 4: against the grain of American politics and the system, the
- 37:32Speaker 4: Feds don't like you.
- 37:33Speaker 2: They will build a case against you. It doesn't matrical. Absolutely,
- 37:37Speaker 2: they try to do the reco act. That's what they
- 37:39Speaker 2: try to do. But the problem is most clubs, your
- 37:42Speaker 2: clubs are all run by individual chapters.
- 37:45Speaker 3: Yeah, you don't own anything.
- 37:47Speaker 4: You don't don't own your best you don't own a
- 37:50Speaker 4: pen corporation, you don't own rings, you don't own nothing.
- 37:53Speaker 3: Shirts.
- 37:54Speaker 4: Everything has to go back when you got done, when
- 37:57Speaker 4: I got out everything, all my patch holder stuff, my rings,
- 38:00Speaker 4: my belt buckles, shirts, everything goes back.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Do you do both of you feel with our society
- 38:12Speaker 1: the way it is, and especially certain generations that are
- 38:20Speaker 1: millennials or otherwise there it's a different world now than
- 38:26Speaker 1: it was in the in the seventies, in the eighties.
- 38:28Speaker 1: There's a different world from when our parents. Of course,
- 38:31Speaker 1: of course there's a there's a strong sense of entitlement privilege.
- 38:38Speaker 1: I have rights, you know, and it's often we carry
- 38:47Speaker 1: that around. I have a right to do this, to
- 38:52Speaker 1: say this, to feel this way I have. I have
- 38:55Speaker 1: a right to harass someone in the Hannaford's parking lot
- 39:01Speaker 1: for money, and maybe even borderline threatened them. With the
- 39:07Speaker 1: way that our world is today, where everyone has well,
- 39:15Speaker 1: they're allowed to do that, they're allowed to say that,
- 39:19Speaker 1: even the kids in school. People are getting away with
- 39:27Speaker 1: a lot of stuff and consequences. In this world that
- 39:31Speaker 1: we live in now, we let it happen, whereas back
- 39:35Speaker 1: in the fifties, sixties, seventies, even the eighties.
- 39:40Speaker 4: Yeah, I grew up in the seventies and stuff, I
- 39:42Speaker 4: didn't have a fucking thing. I had to buy my
- 39:44Speaker 4: own motorcycle I had. I earned everything I've got in
- 39:48Speaker 4: my life.
- 39:49Speaker 1: But from a sense of accountability, there were rules, there
- 39:57Speaker 1: were expectations of you. And I've heard folks your age
- 40:03Speaker 1: Kenny say, well, back then, it wasn't the police that
- 40:08Speaker 1: we had to worry about getting arrested. It was being
- 40:10Speaker 1: accountable to our loyalty, to our family, our motorcycle club.
- 40:21Speaker 1: When I say family, I'm talking about our family mob family.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Loyalty was a huge thing, and you didn't worry about
- 40:31Speaker 1: the police and those consequences you worried about. Do you
- 40:35Speaker 1: think that systematically? Do you ever hope that things could
- 40:40Speaker 1: be dealt with today on a more grassroots, organic level.
- 40:50Speaker 1: I mean, take care of business, take care. Say you
- 40:52Speaker 1: go down and you go down to Massachusetts. You look
- 40:54Speaker 1: at the Hell's Angels fucking clubhouse. It's the nicest clubout.
- 40:57Speaker 2: It's beautiful, the streets are clean, there's no one out there.
- 41:00Speaker 2: They're fucking doing the zombie walk.
- 41:01Speaker 3: Nothing.
- 41:02Speaker 2: No, it's nothing. There's that hierarchy. People know, just state
- 41:06Speaker 2: a fuck away from there. It's not worth it. We
- 41:09Speaker 2: have so the way I look at like our criminal
- 41:12Speaker 2: justice system, that's the bare minimum. Like if you had
- 41:15Speaker 2: government health care. That's the bare minimum. So for people
- 41:18Speaker 2: that aren't being handled by life or the community, where
- 41:23Speaker 2: the cops step in, you think you think, no, I'm
- 41:27Speaker 2: not gonna say it because that make me sound like
- 41:28Speaker 2: a vigilante.
- 41:29Speaker 3: But no, I gotta say, though on the same thing,
- 41:32Speaker 3: when we're talking about.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Well, what I'm talking about vigilante.
- 41:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't want to talk about anything like that
- 41:37Speaker 2: because that's it's already like.
- 41:41Speaker 4: You don't want to put a bad taste. And people
- 41:43Speaker 4: are gonna say, I'm not gonna gonna advocate.
- 41:45Speaker 2: I'm not gonna advocate. They make their fucking make the
- 41:49Speaker 2: cops job even harder. But I was just gonna say,
- 41:51Speaker 2: like someone like Harley Breer, you think they're ever gonna
- 41:54Speaker 2: look for him if he came up missing?
- 41:56Speaker 3: Fuck that guy. What about the guys getting out of
- 41:59Speaker 3: the Yeah, they just stopped him.
- 42:01Speaker 1: What about this this Carlos dude who is.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I beat up my cousin Dwayne robbed him
- 42:07Speaker 2: the fucking middle of the day, right.
- 42:09Speaker 1: A lot of more people recognize his face than they
- 42:13Speaker 1: do his name. But his name is Carlos. He's a
- 42:16Speaker 1: homeless guy who's going around.
- 42:18Speaker 2: All over Center, over and over and over again.
- 42:20Speaker 1: Repeat frequent flyer, but harassing people and his his his
- 42:25Speaker 1: woman is this too back in the day, And they're
- 42:28Speaker 1: doing this at like Hannifrit's Price Chapper, They're all over
- 42:31Speaker 1: the place.
- 42:32Speaker 2: And see without a local one percent club in the
- 42:35Speaker 2: area right here, a local one percent club would go
- 42:38Speaker 2: take care of that situation. They would drive right down
- 42:40Speaker 2: and they'd be like, we don't fucking want you around here.
- 42:43Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking about.
- 42:44Speaker 2: That people are way more receptive.
- 42:47Speaker 1: The police have so much to deal with and the
- 42:50Speaker 1: and they're just anybody can do that. The community has
- 42:55Speaker 1: the same fucking rights that the cops do. Here.
- 42:57Speaker 3: You don't want somebody.
- 42:58Speaker 2: In your neighborhood, then you go cause a problem. If
- 43:01Speaker 2: there's somebody up there panhandling up at fucking Hannifford's.
- 43:05Speaker 4: Yeah, they made that. They made that, They made that legal.
- 43:08Speaker 4: Now what panhandling and begging for money?
- 43:12Speaker 2: Like you could get people you could tell the fuck off.
- 43:16Speaker 4: But I'm saying it used to be that the costs
- 43:19Speaker 4: would would grab them up and get rid of them,
- 43:23Speaker 4: because it's an ice sare for the community.
- 43:27Speaker 3: I mean the community.
- 43:28Speaker 1: Well, it's more than an icere it's a threat.
- 43:31Speaker 3: Yeah, you feel intimidated that if you don't give money.
- 43:33Speaker 3: What's this dude? I almost got robbed in hand? IFIs that?
- 43:36Speaker 3: You said this?
- 43:37Speaker 4: My wife she had her pocketbook and we're coming out
- 43:40Speaker 4: with groceries and now I'm.
- 43:43Speaker 2: Stable stolen right and what pills?
- 43:46Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah?
- 43:47Speaker 4: And and this dude was coming up through the back
- 43:51Speaker 4: and I watch all around from that. I got still
- 43:54Speaker 4: got that club mentality. I'm watching my back all the time.
- 43:58Speaker 4: And my wife was putting the gross series in her part.
- 44:01Speaker 4: Work was on the carriage, right, and here comes this
- 44:04Speaker 4: dude coming up ready to snatch it. I just pulled
- 44:07Speaker 4: up my piece and I says, you make one more step,
- 44:09Speaker 4: You're all done.
- 44:10Speaker 3: Oh.
- 44:11Speaker 4: I was just gonna ask for fight dolls to gas
- 44:13Speaker 4: because I ran out. You know, they've got any excuse
- 44:15Speaker 4: in the book. And I was like, yeah, just go
- 44:18Speaker 4: fuck off down the street, you know. But you know,
- 44:23Speaker 4: and you gotta you know, women got to watch the back.
- 44:26Speaker 1: Boy.
- 44:27Speaker 3: It was a woman that just got abducted the other day. Almost, yeah,
- 44:30Speaker 3: Don Bradford, Yeah.
- 44:33Speaker 2: So but the cool thing about that, I don't know
- 44:34Speaker 2: if you noticed, but Lucas John just posted.
- 44:37Speaker 3: On the nine to one one page.
- 44:39Speaker 2: He is absolutely because I told him, I was like,
- 44:42Speaker 2: you need to post on there. There's so many people scared,
- 44:44Speaker 2: especially women right now, oh Rick watching and so he
- 44:49Speaker 2: he did a post and he's going to do a
- 44:51Speaker 2: self defense seminar. It's going to focus on rear naked chokes,
- 44:55Speaker 2: how to get away from somebody that's trying to drag
- 44:56Speaker 2: you away. If somebody gets you on the ground and
- 44:59Speaker 2: they're trying to rape choke you, We're going to show
- 45:01Speaker 2: you how to get away, situational awareness, the difference between
- 45:06Speaker 2: having like a striking art as a self defense versus
- 45:10Speaker 2: getting away, you know, stuff like that. So what he's
- 45:13Speaker 2: going to do is he's going to do a sign
- 45:15Speaker 2: up sheet. I think is January twenty fifth, and I
- 45:17Speaker 2: think the price is fifty dollars.
- 45:19Speaker 1: All right, will you make sure you get on my
- 45:22Speaker 1: ass about this? Yeah, don't let me. Don't let this.
- 45:25Speaker 2: So that's once again that's where our self defense comes
- 45:28Speaker 2: into play. Is because of the real life situations. We've
- 45:32Speaker 2: been in gang fights, we've been in fights with multiple people,
- 45:36Speaker 2: We've been in real life situations, and I can tell
- 45:39Speaker 2: you what will work on the street and what absolute
- 45:41Speaker 2: fucking lutely won't work.
- 45:43Speaker 1: On the street. Yeah, John Kidder saying you love a
- 45:45Speaker 1: good rape choke.
- 45:46Speaker 2: John Kidder, Yes, I do, John Kidder, John Kidder, I
- 45:49Speaker 2: got to give a shout out to John Kidder answers
- 45:51Speaker 2: for Kidder interiors for Donnybrook fight promotions, and.
- 45:55Speaker 3: He's done work at my house.
- 45:56Speaker 4: Yeah, John Kidder, if I could just get him back.
- 46:01Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, Dwayne beatties in here and judges need
- 46:05Speaker 1: to do their job, but the scum behind bars, if
- 46:09Speaker 1: they do.
- 46:10Speaker 3: Their job, it's still it's a fucking basic robbery.
- 46:13Speaker 2: It's just a no. The community needs to step up
- 46:16Speaker 2: and be like enough is a enough.
- 46:18Speaker 1: But Kenny, you can't. It's like you can't. You can't
- 46:22Speaker 1: do that ship anymore.
- 46:24Speaker 3: You can't pull your peace.
- 46:25Speaker 1: Out and say yo, back the fuck off. You can't
- 46:27Speaker 1: do that.
- 46:28Speaker 2: When he says peace, he's talking about his penis.
- 46:30Speaker 4: Oh he would have kept coming then.
- 46:35Speaker 2: I thought somebody would have kept coming.
- 46:39Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, though, You just it's not
- 46:42Speaker 1: It's just not like that anymore.
- 46:43Speaker 3: Man, No, No it isn't. But you still Yeah, but
- 46:48Speaker 3: a weapon.
- 46:49Speaker 2: Should always if you truly train self defense, a weapon
- 46:55Speaker 2: is your first line of defense. Always all the other
- 46:58Speaker 2: stuff that we do. So think about it this way.
- 47:02Speaker 2: Your when you're in a self defense situation, there's several
- 47:06Speaker 2: parts to that situation. There's the before, the during, and
- 47:11Speaker 2: the after. Okay, okay, your before should be a gun.
- 47:16Speaker 2: It should be like that's your that that that's so.
- 47:20Speaker 2: All the other stuff is in case your weapon or
- 47:23Speaker 2: you don't have your weapon, or your weapon got taken
- 47:25Speaker 2: away from you. And I'll tell you what, the one
- 47:28Speaker 2: biggest scenario of a weapon getting taken away from you
- 47:32Speaker 2: is a female that's never gone through combat focus shooting.
- 47:35Speaker 2: They go and they buy a gun because Pop Pop
- 47:38Speaker 2: Seawanam showed them how to go pew pew in the backyard,
- 47:41Speaker 2: and they think that's easy enough to just shoot a
- 47:43Speaker 2: human because they have a gun. And what they do
- 47:46Speaker 2: is they hesitate, they hesitat, and if that person is
- 47:48Speaker 2: within twenty one feet of you, they're gonna take the
- 47:51Speaker 2: fucking gun away from you before you can pull it
- 47:53Speaker 2: out and shoot them. And if there's any hesitation, now
- 47:56Speaker 2: you're going to be killed with your own gun.
- 47:57Speaker 1: What do you say, Kenny, do I say about what
- 48:01Speaker 1: Rex is saying?
- 48:03Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 48:03Speaker 4: It's all about him at this point. So I'm just
- 48:05Speaker 4: shutting up, you know what I mean, We're back to
- 48:13Speaker 4: jiu jitsu.
- 48:14Speaker 3: Who kids about that?
- 48:16Speaker 4: Talked about that every Friday for the last six months.
- 48:19Speaker 1: What is the true story of an American phenomena? Tell
- 48:24Speaker 1: me about this just kind of goes about what some
- 48:30Speaker 1: of the backstory of you know, what they have gone
- 48:34Speaker 1: through and how they lived and where it all started
- 48:37Speaker 1: with Sonny Bodger and you know How's Angels started from
- 48:42Speaker 1: the you know the bomb is from.
- 48:46Speaker 3: Was it nineteen forty eight?
- 48:47Speaker 1: That was it was the forties?
- 48:48Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, forty eight I think it was.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Or was it Sunny didn't start it, Sunny just happened.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Well, he was part of there, yeah, yeah.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Then George Christie, George Christie right after World War Two.
- 48:59Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, the guys come out and they had the
- 49:02Speaker 4: old Obama coats on the leather and they started the
- 49:05Speaker 4: motorcycle you know, club together, and you know, so on
- 49:10Speaker 4: and so forth.
- 49:11Speaker 3: So I thought I'd just bring you some.
- 49:15Speaker 2: Post fact that back in the day they used to have,
- 49:17Speaker 2: like the Hell's Angels were having wars with West Coast
- 49:21Speaker 2: and East Coast. They didn't always get along with each
- 49:24Speaker 2: other and ship in their own infighting. Oh yeah, and
- 49:27Speaker 2: that got all squared away. Sonny's the one. I think
- 49:30Speaker 2: that's what actually happened, was, wasn't it. Sonny was the
- 49:32Speaker 2: one that brought everybody together. I think Sonny came from
- 49:34Speaker 2: the west coast to the East coast.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Yes, and h that big meeting. Yeah, yep, fascinating. Oh
- 49:44Speaker 1: do you have any kids?
- 49:46Speaker 3: Do I?
- 49:46Speaker 4: Yeah, yes, three and two of them. Two of them
- 49:50Speaker 4: my daughter's thirty four and h in my middle boy,
- 49:57Speaker 4: Kenny Jr. He's uh, I think twenty eight now. My
- 50:00Speaker 4: youngest is twenty five, twenty six, Michael. And they work
- 50:07Speaker 4: knock on wood. They're good kids. Smoke a little grass,
- 50:11Speaker 4: but other than that, they work in the dental field
- 50:15Speaker 4: and they get up every morning they go to work,
- 50:18Speaker 4: and they don't sit in mom's house at my house.
- 50:21Speaker 3: They get out.
- 50:22Speaker 4: They have their own condo and they make a living.
- 50:27Speaker 4: And I'm really proud of them. They've come a long
- 50:30Speaker 4: long way.
- 50:33Speaker 1: And you got a beautiful lady in your life.
- 50:35Speaker 3: Julie. Yes, Julie, yep.
- 50:36Speaker 4: Julie takes good care of me, helps me out or
- 50:39Speaker 4: because I do have a lot of different medical issues now,
- 50:44Speaker 4: you know.
- 50:44Speaker 2: And Kenny can you something. Can you tell the people
- 50:48Speaker 2: what the biggest difference was going from a regional club
- 50:54Speaker 2: or a regional club to a worldwide club.
- 50:58Speaker 3: Besides the even more running.
- 51:00Speaker 4: Around traveling, traveling, what's the difference traveling a lot more
- 51:07Speaker 4: hot a riding. I remember when we went from Massachusetts
- 51:12Speaker 4: to New York and by the time we got there,
- 51:18Speaker 4: my bike was almost on fire. And that's when I, I,
- 51:22Speaker 4: you know, bought a bigger bike, faster bike, six speed.
- 51:27Speaker 3: Yeah. Remember them guys that would try to buy and
- 51:30Speaker 3: so guys would.
- 51:30Speaker 2: Try to get sportsters and ship forget about.
- 51:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I couldn't keep talking. I couldn't keep twenty one
- 51:37Speaker 3: hundred miles an hour. You get on the interstate, and
- 51:39Speaker 3: that's what it was. Yeah, it was fucking straight out.
- 51:42Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, I had a cop pull us over.
- 51:45Speaker 3: Here's another fucking story. The cop pulled us over.
- 51:48Speaker 4: We're all stacked up so people don't come in between years.
- 51:53Speaker 4: That's why I usually see more cycle clubs go two
- 51:56Speaker 4: for two all the way back, you know, straight back,
- 51:59Speaker 4: so they don't want the cars coming in between. Yeah,
- 52:04Speaker 4: causing a wreck. So we were going down the highway,
- 52:09Speaker 4: coming down ninety one, and you know, moving right along
- 52:13Speaker 4: and say, police pull us over.
- 52:15Speaker 3: They gave us tickets. Tickets.
- 52:18Speaker 4: They called it parading because we're all together stacked up parading.
- 52:24Speaker 3: The judge laughed and threw it out.
- 52:26Speaker 4: But you know, you've got cars that want to take
- 52:28Speaker 4: your vest off, like your vest. I put a zipper
- 52:31Speaker 4: on mine because no one's getting mine off me and
- 52:35Speaker 4: fucking uh, you know, your vest is your most important right,
- 52:39Speaker 4: you know pieces because take your vest off, we want
- 52:44Speaker 4: to take pictures. We want to take pictures of your tattoos.
- 52:48Speaker 4: I go, yeah, well fucking arrest me then, yeah.
- 52:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 52:52Speaker 2: They will absolutely try to violate every fucking ship.
- 52:55Speaker 3: Yeah, anything they can do. Forget about it.
- 52:57Speaker 4: We ever get caught, Like we have this one guy
- 53:02Speaker 4: and he forgot is he forgot his Prospect vest and
- 53:07Speaker 4: I found it and I go, hey, Prospect, meet me
- 53:10Speaker 4: at the clubhouse, get your gear together, come down with
- 53:14Speaker 4: your bike.
- 53:14Speaker 3: We gotta go somewhere. So he shows up. I go,
- 53:18Speaker 3: where the fuck is your vest? He goes, I I go, oh, yeah,
- 53:23Speaker 3: it's right fucking here. So he got a little beaten
- 53:27Speaker 3: for that's another education.
- 53:29Speaker 4: Yeah, well I just said it.
- 53:33Speaker 1: So you you haven't been able to ride a motorcycle
- 53:36Speaker 1: since this accident, I.
- 53:37Speaker 4: Could drive a trike, I guess, and they got some spet.
- 53:41Speaker 4: Now you know, I need a new leg, but I
- 53:43Speaker 4: don't got the thirty thousand dollars that it costs to
- 53:47Speaker 4: redo it.
- 53:48Speaker 3: You know, I just had this knee put on.
- 53:52Speaker 4: See this knee here just from here to here cost
- 53:56Speaker 4: me ten thousand dollars shitting just this pot here, just
- 54:04Speaker 4: this pot.
- 54:06Speaker 3: Here to hear was ten thousand.
- 54:08Speaker 4: And I need to get the socket fixed, and that
- 54:12Speaker 4: they want to do the whole thing for like thirty
- 54:15Speaker 4: eight thousand dollars, and I like every three years, I
- 54:18Speaker 4: don't get that money. Even if I got to pay
- 54:20Speaker 4: the twenty percent, your savings just goes.
- 54:24Speaker 3: You know, you can't afford it.
- 54:26Speaker 4: You know, I don't understand how they do this to
- 54:29Speaker 4: people that need like veterans. Veterans right, you know, they
- 54:35Speaker 4: got to go to the VA and stuff. But you know,
- 54:39Speaker 4: the government really don't help you. You know, they throw
- 54:43Speaker 4: pennies at you, expect you.
- 54:44Speaker 1: To do you miss? Do you miss riding?
- 54:47Speaker 3: Fuck?
- 54:48Speaker 4: Yeah, especially up in Vermont at night with the mist,
- 54:52Speaker 4: you know when the comes.
- 54:53Speaker 3: Up and drools on my motorcycles. Yeah?
- 54:55Speaker 1: Ever ride have you ever ridden bitch with with Rex?
- 54:58Speaker 3: Bitch as what do you in the back?
- 55:00Speaker 2: No?
- 55:01Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, you're driving he's the bitch. No.
- 55:05Speaker 3: I wouldn't let that happen either way. I don't never rode.
- 55:08Speaker 3: What I'd buy him. I'd buy him a cab bicycle.
- 55:16Speaker 3: No guy on the back.
- 55:17Speaker 4: Of my no, no, no, I've seen it.
- 55:22Speaker 3: And if I see guys now right would flip.
- 55:25Speaker 4: Flops and ship in shots and I'd be like, Wow,
- 55:28Speaker 4: these guys are fucked.
- 55:30Speaker 3: Ye go down, you're done.
- 55:31Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you know we should talk about So the
- 55:34Speaker 2: last thing, the thing that we should talk about is prospecting.
- 55:38Speaker 2: The difference between prospecting for an outlaw club versus like
- 55:43Speaker 2: a law biding club or something like that.
- 55:45Speaker 1: Yeah, what what is the difference?
- 55:48Speaker 2: So for me, I'll go on the I'll go on
- 55:50Speaker 2: the regional side of it of a one percent club,
- 55:53Speaker 2: a smaller club, and then I'll let him talk about
- 55:55Speaker 2: the large Is it hazing, No, absolutely not. It's they
- 56:00Speaker 2: fuck with you. It's it's to find out if you're
- 56:03Speaker 2: gonna if you're gonna break or if you're gonna do
- 56:05Speaker 2: the right thing, like if they will specifically put you
- 56:09Speaker 2: in a situation. Bring you to a bar and they'll
- 56:11Speaker 2: tell somebody to attack somebody one of your brothers with
- 56:13Speaker 2: a patch on, and just to see what you're gonna do, like,
- 56:16Speaker 2: are you gonna protect them? Are you gonna run away
- 56:18Speaker 2: when a brawl breaks out? Are you going to you know,
- 56:23Speaker 2: they may they may do shit and have the cops
- 56:25Speaker 2: show up. You never know to see what you're gonna
- 56:27Speaker 2: say to them, just to see and it takes a while.
- 56:31Speaker 2: Those guys that do fucking two month, thirty month, thirty days,
- 56:34Speaker 2: ninety days and they prospect, you never get to really
- 56:37Speaker 2: see that person on who they really are. And the
- 56:40Speaker 2: point of that is is because when an when you're
- 56:43Speaker 2: putting on an outlaw club patch, you represent that entire
- 56:49Speaker 2: fucking club. I've heard so many clubs, well you know
- 56:51Speaker 2: that's their charter, that's that No you go to any
- 56:54Speaker 2: one percent club that fucking patch. What represents the end?
- 57:00Speaker 1: What is one motorcycle?
- 57:02Speaker 2: Am Back in the day they said you want to
- 57:04Speaker 2: go there?
- 57:05Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, go ahead.
- 57:07Speaker 1: Dumb this time you could say dumb this town please?
- 57:09Speaker 1: What is this one percent?
- 57:11Speaker 2: Back in the day, Ama said that ninety nine percent
- 57:14Speaker 2: of people that ride motorcycles were labbiding citizens. Then there
- 57:19Speaker 2: was one percent of them that were outlaws ship bags. Yeah,
- 57:23Speaker 2: pretty much.
- 57:24Speaker 3: Yeah, So things just got wow.
- 57:29Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think the biggest problem it was you're
- 57:33Speaker 2: never allowed to talk about culture. You're never allowed to
- 57:36Speaker 2: defend yourself, You're never allowed to go out and say
- 57:40Speaker 2: anything because your model is supposed to be is I
- 57:42Speaker 2: just don't give a fuck. So everybody gets a bad rap.
- 57:45Speaker 2: You may see a patch holder do a shitty thing
- 57:47Speaker 2: at a bar and you're like, oh, those guys are
- 57:49Speaker 2: piece of shit. But what you don't see is them
- 57:51Speaker 2: getting educated back at the church room, so and there.
- 57:54Speaker 3: You're never going to get that bragged out of there.
- 57:56Speaker 2: So they always, they always get a bad rap, and
- 57:59Speaker 2: they don't give a fub Like I don't care because
- 58:01Speaker 2: the only opinion or that I care about is my brothers.
- 58:05Speaker 1: So what is Yeah, what is the difference between propress
- 58:10Speaker 1: prospecting for a regional club versus a national club? What
- 58:14Speaker 1: is the difference?
- 58:14Speaker 3: No worldwide club? World? Why? Uh?
- 58:18Speaker 2: It wasn't national?
- 58:19Speaker 3: World? World? A lot to do and and.
- 58:27Speaker 4: Again it's all about if you're an erna and you're
- 58:32Speaker 4: smart enough to do the right things and you don't
- 58:35Speaker 4: lie and you follow the rules and you pay attention
- 58:39Speaker 4: to what you're doing and your surroundings and you.
- 58:44Speaker 2: Want to be there.
- 58:44Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, yeah, your f and stuff, you know. And
- 58:49Speaker 4: I've seen a lot of people come and go. Like
- 58:51Speaker 4: I said, I prospected three times, three different clubs, which
- 58:55Speaker 4: is crazy because you know, you've got to start with
- 58:57Speaker 4: friend of then you got to prospect, and there's a
- 59:01Speaker 4: lot of time there, and you know a lot of
- 59:03Speaker 4: time you are twenty four to seven down at the
- 59:06Speaker 4: club Pouse as a prospect.
- 59:07Speaker 3: Yeah, you're cleaning, you're cooking.
- 59:10Speaker 4: I mean I put in a whole real kitchen and
- 59:14Speaker 4: our clubhouse. I did our clubhouse over because I worked
- 59:17Speaker 4: in the Union and I had connections, and they come down,
- 59:21Speaker 4: sheet rocked it and put a kitchen in forest and
- 59:24Speaker 4: we were We had a good.
- 59:27Speaker 2: And the first time when you go from like a
- 59:30Speaker 2: hangaround or a friend of to that first church meeting
- 59:34Speaker 2: to where they're gonna bro that was like I went
- 59:37Speaker 2: in there all giggly like a little girl, was so happy,
- 59:39Speaker 2: like cause these were all my friends and everything else,
- 59:41Speaker 2: and you get treated a certain way. And then I
- 59:45Speaker 2: got into there and here is like twenty fucking bikers
- 59:49Speaker 2: tattooed up screaming at me, you're a fucking rat. We
- 59:54Speaker 2: know you're a fucking rat. You better fucking tell us
- 59:56Speaker 2: right now that you're not leaving this door. The biggest
- 59:58Speaker 2: pot they would that's how they like. They want to
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: see if they could break you.
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: On day one, just JD.
- 1:00:05Speaker 4: The biggest part is they want to find out if
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: you are the law, if you're a cop, fed whatever
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: atf They want to figure out who you are as
- 1:00:17Speaker 4: a person, what you're made of, how strong you are
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: when the shooting goes down. Are you the one under
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: the truck hiding and covering your face or you're out
- 1:00:28Speaker 4: there fighting next to your brothers? Right, And that's pretty
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: much the whole brotherhood is, you know, protecting your brother
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: riding with them, you know, and the big.
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: Clubs that I know that there's a lot more politics
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: at Yeah.
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: You know, there's a lot of things I can't even
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: talk about.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: You know well, and I'm sure and and if I
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: ask you something that you can't talk about, I mean
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: obviously you know, yeah, right, tell me to pound sand.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: But have you you know, I saw I'll ask you,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: have you ever taken anyone's life?
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: You know what let's talk.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: About a party.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: Let's talk about prospect.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Have you have you ever harmed anyone.
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: My hands?
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: Okay, I noticed, I noticed that you're I noticed that
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: you're missing a finger there, Yeah, missing part of a finger.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: What's what's something?
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: I say, something cool? That someone bit it off? But no,
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: I lost that.
- 1:01:24Speaker 4: Actually not too long because I got all broken bones
- 1:01:27Speaker 4: in my hands and stuff from the accident. So my
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: fingers are all like bent like this and stuff, so
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: that one ended up just getting cut off.
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: So you know.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: So that But the thing is that those questions that
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: you're asking, if any of that allegedly happened, that had
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: nothing to do with any civilians. That's personal inside club business,
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: club state, they don't call the police. They take care
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: of their own business. They take care, they take out
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: their own trash. Yeah, that's that's what they do.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: I don't want to act like a tough guy, but
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: it just yeah, in that world, humble, I'm humble.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: No, what what do your kids know all about your life?
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: Do they know?
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: Do they know everything?
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: Everything?
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: No?
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: No, no, everything, not everything. But they knew what I
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: was doing, what it was all about.
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: They knew they they were at the clubhouse. You know
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: a few times my son, they met everybody. Yeah, he's
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: got a little knife on him, you know what I mean.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember, uh when I met you up at
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: the VIP table, but I was sneaking in the back
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: door for Yeah.
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: I don't even get that anymore. He sits me in
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: the way back now.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: All right, Yeah, we have to keep him away from
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: the public.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Well, I just I just remember, I can't. I didn't
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: know you, Kenny, and you didn't know me. And I
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: came in the back and I was like, oh, hi,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: oh yeah, I'm here for the Dommy Brooke fight Rex Thompson.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: And you were like, what's your fucking name? Oh hi,
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: my name's JD and yeah, and You're like, who the
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: fuck are you with? And I was like, oh, they
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: aired out podcast.
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: I don't think I was like that.
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: Kind of kind of all right, I might be exaggerating.
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: A little bit. Sounds good, but I.
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Remember I remember the first fight up there, went up
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: to Rex and I'm like, well, the fuck is that guy?
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: What's up with that? You don't announce anymore, you don't
- 1:03:35Speaker 3: want to pay you.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: He's like, I don't worry about it. It's a big
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Kenny you're you're good, You're good.
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: And then and then I left.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: I went out through the door and I came back
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: in the door, and you looked at me, and you
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: went just going out to get some fresh air off
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: me and him.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: We had some wild park.
- 1:04:03Speaker 3: All night long.
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: I remember driving all the way home.
- 1:04:06Speaker 3: From Massachusetts like cold snow on a motor Yeah, I
- 1:04:13Speaker 3: was on a motorcycle. You know what.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: I there's there's a couple of little clubs that.
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: Are around and and you know, they're like the old school.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: They do nothing. They don't funk with anybody, they don't
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: talk to anybody. They didn't they don't have a diamond.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: They just go to their own parties. They can't for
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: the weekend with their old that's like the old school.
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: No politics had a road Captain.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: Your bike has top shape.
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: If you had a shitty tire on your on your bike,
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: you find.
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: Before I want you, and they want to know if
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: you have any paperwork on your like, you know, any
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: warrants or anything, because they don't want to get pulled
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: hemmed out, you know, somewhere. So you had to be
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: legit and tell everybody, listen, I can't go in this
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: run because of such and such a thing. So and
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: if your bike was, you know, fucked up, they didn't
- 1:05:04Speaker 4: want to be pulled over that You never wanted to
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: be pulled over on the.
- 1:05:07Speaker 3: Side of the road trying to take a piss or
- 1:05:09Speaker 3: running out of gas, trying.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: That mike a little bit. No, his, yeah, it's fascinating, fascinating.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: So so now here here you are. You've been in
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: Vermont for how long now.
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: Well, total of forty years?
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: Ten years? Uh, ten years full time. Okay, it was
- 1:05:31Speaker 4: my hideaway. I'm you know, I'm off grid in the
- 1:05:33Speaker 4: middle of the woods on the mountain.
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: Wow, not like the Feds. Don't know them.
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: Remember we went to a big party.
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: Were you in the one when we went up to
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: Maine there we went to a big We went up.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: To this big party in Maine and it was put
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: on by a major worldwide club. Matter of fact, the
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: club you were in and uh, I just remember there
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: was an old like seed factory or something. And as
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: we were walking in, they were like, turn around, smile
- 1:05:57Speaker 2: the fed You could see the huge feeds they used
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: to they would come in the trees.
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: They looked like trees. They were fucking pathetic. It was Yeah,
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: my friend.
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: My friend, he was a prospect, and I told him,
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: don't do this because I'm sergeant and if you fuck up,
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: I'm gonna have to fucking lay the law down, and
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: I don't want to do it. So, like your friends,
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: you didn't want your close friends in the club with
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: you if anything went bad. Yeah, right, So he said
- 1:06:25Speaker 4: he was determined that he wanted to pro so he
- 1:06:28Speaker 4: ended up coming to prospect. So he got pulled over, right,
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: and the Feds brought him in a bank they have
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: they had an office in this bank, right, and they
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: fucking took out a folding. My friend told me that
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: it was like fucking two feet thick of pictures of
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: me doing things.
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: You know, is he is he selling guns? Is he
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: doing this? Is he doing my friend's like, I have
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: no fucking idea. Why don't you go ask him?
- 1:07:00Speaker 2: But that's what they do. They have folders on everybody,
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: like wow, mile high. Yeah, because they like people like
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: Jay Dobbins. They talk about that guy, they say like, oh,
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: he was a full fledged Hell's angel.
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: The fuck he was. Let me tell you something. Let
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: me tell you something.
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: And the reason why they spend so much time on
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: going after these clubs because they get federal dollars when
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: they put in and say, listen, we need more money
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: because now we up them to terrorists. Right, They're an
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: organization that can cause havoc, right.
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: So they get federal dollars.
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: So that's why they make up these big fucking story
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: lists on guys.
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: It's a waste of time.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: George Christy just talked about it like the first time,
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: because George Christi used to call the radio station is
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: going off there, like there was hundreds of Hell's Angels
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: arrested and they were selling heroin. George Christy called the
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: radio station. He goes, yeh shit, He's like, the fuck
- 1:07:57Speaker 2: there was? He goes call the police right now, he goes,
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: and so they called the police. They were like, how
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: many Hell's Angels were arrested? Well, uh two, two out
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: of fifty, Okay, well what was the drug?
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: It wasn't.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: It wasn't heroin.
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: It was cocaine.
- 1:08:12Speaker 2: Yeah, He's like, so there wasn't a bunch of Hell's
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: Angels and it wasn't hero So remember they they did
- 1:08:19Speaker 2: it to a guy. They fucking they arrested him. They
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: couldn't get him to turn so then they arrested him
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: and then told the club that he was a rat,
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: and they said he was a pedophile. They put out
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: all this shit about him, saying how he had child
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: sex photographs. It was crazy.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: Are you still a member of this motorcycle club?
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: Of the all my all my uh patches and stuff
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: are all dated out.
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: But you But with that said, you're still not willing
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: to share the name of the club.
- 1:08:51Speaker 4: No, I don't matter, Okay, I understand, it don't matter. Yeah,
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: I got you, it don't matter. There was three of
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: them Massachusetts.
- 1:08:57Speaker 3: I mean online, you go online, you can find them all.
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: Now, sure do you do? You do you have any
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: regrets kind of regrets in your life? Your whole life?
- 1:09:09Speaker 3: Probably? Probably? Well. I had a rough childhood. I was
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: I was poor, almost members and the girls showt Yeah.
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: Fought for everything I ever wanted. Only regret is probably
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: spending more time. But I did always take care of
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: my kids before any kind of run ride took them out.
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: Midnight releases. I'd be up, you know, I'd be up
- 1:09:38Speaker 3: for days, right, and then midnight release back in the
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: day with Block special Red Bull. Yeah, yeah, call of duty.
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: I'd have to take my kids and fucking wait till
- 1:09:50Speaker 4: one of the a m to get that new release.
- 1:09:53Speaker 3: But I wish I spent more time with them. But
- 1:09:57Speaker 3: you know, for the most part, we you know, we
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: had a good life.
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: Do you tell your kids stay away from the life
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: that I have left?
- 1:10:05Speaker 3: You know, remember how you brought it up.
- 1:10:07Speaker 4: These kids today, they don't really like hunting, They don't
- 1:10:11Speaker 4: like they don't like the ship that dad did. Yeah, no,
- 1:10:16Speaker 4: you know, they like they like money, you know, and
- 1:10:19Speaker 4: and you know, going to work and stuff like that.
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: And uh.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: But no, do you have any advice for either the
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: youth watching right now or parents with youth on how
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: to navigate maybe.
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: How to make a kid choose A kid has to
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: choose his own path. He's got to choose his own path.
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: He's got to find out who he is as a person.
- 1:10:53Speaker 4: And I got to be no, I gotta be honest
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: with you. What's ruining I think this world is the smartphone,
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: social media, all these platforms. You know, people want to
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: post every little fotten thing that's wrong with them. Oh
- 1:11:16Speaker 4: my god, I breakfast, Oh my god, someone fun of
- 1:11:22Speaker 4: me this, someone's doing this. Someone's bullying, well bullying back
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: in the day, someone bullies you you punched them in
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: the face.
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: That ends that.
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: Yep, that's the only thing. There's no laws, there's no teachers,
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: nobody's gonna protect you.
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: You'll learn your own way.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: Social media makes it even worse because back in the day,
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: if somebody called your phone and they kept harassing you,
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: you take the phone off. Fucking of me, they couldn't
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: call you. Now it's your phone, it's text messages, it's TikTok,
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: it's it's everything. So you can't get away from it.
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: As a fucking kid, I.
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: See, you gotta be starring with your kids and not
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: always pat them on the head. And I was staring
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: with my kids, never touched them, but I screamed.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: That sometimes you're not going to get a trophy sometimes,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: So that I think a hard part is we've broken
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: up our families, that family structure, and that's what we've Yeah,
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: that's it.
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: I think that's another huge thing. Like a single dad
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: alone doesn't have what everything that a child needs. You
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: need compassion, you need stern you can't have it all
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: one way or the other, because it it's really hard
- 1:12:31Speaker 2: to raise a kid and be a nurturer and a discipliner.
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: So dad's always been the discipliner, and then mom would
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: come in and be like, do you know why you
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: got disciplined by dad? You know this, that's the nurturer
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: part came here. I love you, YadA, YadA YadA. Now
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: when it's just a single dad, Now it's just the
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: beating and there is no nurturing behind it. Well, I
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: have to discipline you. There's now you've now you've created
- 1:12:55Speaker 2: a really hard kid.
- 1:12:56Speaker 3: This is a kid.
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: On the other hand, you have a single mom who
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: who wants to be the friend, who wants to who
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: It's hard for them to discipline because they just want
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: to nurture. It's not in their DNA. They're not They're
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: not a discipline or I.
- 1:13:11Speaker 4: Still firmly believe though, people need to put their phones
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: down at dinner time. People need to spend time talking
- 1:13:21Speaker 4: about the day. Hey, what happened for you for this day.
- 1:13:25Speaker 4: They got to stop putting their kids in front of
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: video games just so they can have a moment to
- 1:13:30Speaker 4: drink their wine. You know what, Spend time with your kids.
- 1:13:34Speaker 4: That's the bottom line. Yeah, don't put them in front
- 1:13:37Speaker 4: of more walk away fucking kids.
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: You have to sacrifice, especially when they're younger. If not,
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: then you can go visit them in jail or drug
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: rehab or the cemetery. Those are your choices. Those are
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: the real choices. If hopefully your family structure stays together
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: where it's your grandparents that are helping you raise your children.
- 1:13:58Speaker 2: If not, you're have to make a whole bunch of sacrifices,
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: live super fucking poor, but have quality time with your kids.
- 1:14:07Speaker 3: Yes, or you can not have quality time.
- 1:14:11Speaker 2: You can earn that money to make the status in
- 1:14:15Speaker 2: society and work to earn your your retirement and not
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: know who your kid is and then go, yeah, I
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: didn't know my kid did opioids. How is my kid
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: dead from a fetanyl overdose? How did that happen?
- 1:14:29Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: I was working eighty hours a week to put into
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: my retirement. But now what now your kid's dead?
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: Was it worth it?
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: Live by that code to yourself? Wow? Fascinating?
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: Isn't that weird? It takes a couple fucking dumbass bikers
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: to have a little common sense. That's and I think
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: that's the biker that's the real outlaw culture, that's the
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: real like still having that set of morals that those
- 1:15:05Speaker 2: I don't want to say morals.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: It's a set of.
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: I was wrong, I was well. Let me go backtrack.
- 1:15:12Speaker 3: When he talked about my kids, I.
- 1:15:17Speaker 4: I was shell shocked when my daughter, she's thirty four now,
- 1:15:21Speaker 4: I was shell shocked when she was one. She ended
- 1:15:23Speaker 4: up getting meningitis and at that time no one knew
- 1:15:27Speaker 4: about it. And my wife at the time, Nicole, she
- 1:15:33Speaker 4: was an awesome mom. She took my kids, went to
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: every pediatrician visit every time, the wellness check everything, and
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. She
- 1:15:46Speaker 4: had the pipoli rash and so on and so forth.
- 1:15:48Speaker 4: They couldn't figure it out well. She ended up losing
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: both her legs, lost all her fingers. She's legally blind.
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: She survived luckily. You know what, some people says, maybe
- 1:15:59Speaker 4: she is better off dying, and those people like kind
- 1:16:02Speaker 4: of cracked on the side of the head and going,
- 1:16:04Speaker 4: you kidding me. I could still do things with my
- 1:16:07Speaker 4: daughter the way she is, and I'm a lot happy.
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: I don't see her as much because she lives in
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: mass with my ex wife. You know, they live together
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: in a condo, and you know, she she does fine.
- 1:16:22Speaker 4: You know, she has a lot of obstacles. But that
- 1:16:26Speaker 4: was that that killed me, you know, thirty five years ago.
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: That actually set me to a deep spiral.
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: And I had to live with that. What did I
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: do wrong? Why did this happen to me? You know?
- 1:16:41Speaker 4: I had the priest come in the rooms, you know,
- 1:16:44Speaker 4: giving me everything, and I'm like, listen, just leave, and
- 1:16:47Speaker 4: he's like, don't blame God. I go, well, who do
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: you want me to blame? I mean, here's my poor daughter,
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: she's not even a year old yet and and this
- 1:16:55Speaker 4: is look at her. You know, how can this happen?
- 1:16:58Speaker 3: But you know, these these uh.
- 1:17:04Speaker 4: Things happened to you and you've got to overcome them
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: and try to do the best you can do and
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: what you're dealt with in life.
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: So I did. Thank you for coming in here, Kenny Rexboddy,
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: thanks for getting this whole fellow in here. Yeah you're
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: gonna come back.
- 1:17:21Speaker 3: Kenny, Yeah, I'll come back. You have a lot of fun.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: You're not scared of this, these cameras and all this ship.
- 1:17:27Speaker 3: No, not at all good for you.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: Re Rex is petrified.
- 1:17:31Speaker 3: Hey, I can't here, let us talk.
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: You know, you know who's going to the Shania Twain
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: concert with me?
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: Yeah? Fucking Kenny right here, baby, are you ken? You're
