Laura Lawrence is an author, speaker, bodytalk practitioner and the founder of the non for profit organization Youth Matter in Melfort Saskatchewan. Last year I was lucky enough to be a guest speaker at their mental health symposium for youth. This year I recorded parts of the event for the podcast.
