A 67-year-old Mississippi man rolled up to the U.S. Capitol in a rented Bronco, asking for directions to the Supreme Court—only to be arrested within minutes after Capitol Police spotted a handgun in his lap. Facing charges for carrying a pistol without a license, he’s not suspected of political motives.
