Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_03]: Welcome to Drinking Groove.
- 0:09[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, welcome to Drinking Groove's kids.
- 0:13[SPEAKER_03]: This is a depressing Wednesday today.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_03]: I woke up to press very, very hungover and state of Blades watching all the things, reading all the things, trying to figure out
- 0:32[SPEAKER_03]: final hard day of self-circuit last day for me was 11 new personal best and I feel great today absolutely great I think the record is only at what 13 or 13 yeah 13 yeah I'd 11 on air 11 on air I know I'm sorry 9 on air and then 9 11 shit look at me I guess even forget yes you didn't fucking forget we go live right
- 1:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yep, there he is.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_03]: Just smashing every single thing there.
- 1:09[SPEAKER_03]: Boy.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_03]: Fuck, guys, there's no way to put it to other than the Republicans got absolutely fucking destroyed here.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_03]: The craziest stat, the Anthony that I read this morning when I woke up, first thing was this.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_03]: The only way for the Republicans to barely control the Senate in 2028.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_03]: If current results hold at 56 Democrats for Republicans in the Senate, it would be to win the presidency, Ohio, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Hold Wisconsin, North Carolina.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_03]: Alaska, Florida, Iowa, and a Tennessee special election, which would genuinely require an actual red wave.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_03]: And the 2024 margins actually would not count it statistically.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think that the, let's see, hold on.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_04]: The New Hampshire one would constitute a red wave.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_04]: The rest of that would just be,
- 2:19[SPEAKER_04]: typical.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_04]: War knock is very defeatable.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_04]: The Nevada person is very defeatable.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_04]: Arizona could be an issue, but Ohio's win a bowl.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_04]: You're holding half of the states except for the Tennessee special, but and those are all relatively popular people.
- 2:39[SPEAKER_04]: New Hampshire may be Pennsylvania because Federmint is not going to lose, right?
- 2:44[SPEAKER_04]: That's Federmint.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_04]: That's Federmint.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_04]: That's Federmint.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_04]: See,
- 2:49[SPEAKER_04]: If they give them too much shit, he's going to be a Republican, and that will turn red anyways, and he'll still get elected.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_04]: Frankly, he is not losing up there, I promise you that.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I think I wouldn't call, I wouldn't say that's like some kind of crazy red wave, but I don't think there's any chance that New Hampshire sees going.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_04]: So I agree with them.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_04]: I guess the final verdict that they're making, yes, that would be a red wave, because it would have to be one for New Hampshire to swing, or something crazy with the candidates would have to happen.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_03]: Well, so they're saying here that Mark Kelly, Cortez Mastro, or Mastos, excuse me, Warnock, Fetterman, Hassan, et cetera, must all be unceded.
- 3:27[SPEAKER_03]: And this is using the current map here.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_03]: And then the biggest thing is with Texas flipping blue, losing the governor and the Senate by a lot.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_03]: This was an absolute shit-housing last night.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think you can win the president.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_03]: You're going to lose 40, 40 seats in the electoral college.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_03]: You can either have one of the other, right?
- 3:54[SPEAKER_03]: Texas or California and ain't going to be California.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_03]: So you got to get Texas back?
- 4:00[SPEAKER_03]: No, I mean, yes, the presidency.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_04]: The Texas is not gone in the way that people are saying is gone.
- 4:07[SPEAKER_04]: The biggest shift.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_04]: that Texas saw was Latino men and Latinos more broadly.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_04]: They went from plus 33 and 27, Republican respectively in 24 to dim plus 24 in this election.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_04]: What makes the thing that you don't switch?
- 4:30[SPEAKER_04]: They care about affordability and Democrats have not delivered affordability since Bo Clinton.
- 4:36[SPEAKER_04]: They've only made it worse and they're responsible for about 60% inflation over the last 25 years.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_04]: So that's a pretty easy one to be honest.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_04]: That'll swing back.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, we saw how fickle
- 4:51[SPEAKER_04]: the electorate is when it as it pertains to affordability in this election and there's no like the the interesting part of the results are that the Democrats have now inherited the gas issue and all of them will try to blame Trump for that which never lands that the
- 5:10[SPEAKER_04]: The Congress trying to blame the president, even though he was in incumbent for gas and affordability and housing and stuff like that, never lands for whatever reason, I don't know why.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_04]: Because people tried every single term, but the Democrats are now inheriting the housing crisis.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_04]: That all that shit that was wrong yesterday that nobody in Congress was able to solve now belongs to the Democrats.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_04]: And they're going to have to run on it for the next two years.
- 5:44[SPEAKER_04]: And that's why it sucks.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_04]: That's why people lose midterms all the time.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_04]: And then the party wins back in the general election two years later.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_04]: Happened all the time.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_04]: It's almost, it might
- 6:01[SPEAKER_04]: You're kind of midway through a plan from the incumbent party and they're in that rocky period where they're still implementing their plan and some things don't look great.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_04]: I don't agree with this.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_04]: I don't agree with that.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_04]: So it's easy to vote for the other side, but like, oh, they'll fix it.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_04]: And then the program either gets derailed or parts of it get finished, but others don't.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_04]: And it's like, um,
- 6:26[SPEAKER_04]: What are you going to do now?
- 6:27[SPEAKER_04]: Because you own it now, right?
- 6:28[SPEAKER_04]: I think that might be some explanation as the wine goes back and forth like that to be honest.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_04]: But there's also the question of a coalition, right?
- 6:38[SPEAKER_04]: What's the, we'll talk about this later on, but who are Republicans now?
- 6:43[SPEAKER_04]: What does that mean?
- 6:44[SPEAKER_04]: Because Trump never was a Republican until he ran for office.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_04]: And he dominated the party for the last, let's say, since 2013, really, he's dominated the party.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_04]: And he showed last night that he has no more domination left in him.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe he has president with executive orders and executive decisions and shit for the next two years, but the flagelating,
- 7:09[SPEAKER_04]: uh... that he should have given to himself he just gives to everybody else and i think that's week make them look weak frankly so it'll be interesting to see how that all develops with the coalition specifically again we'll get into more that later but uh... yet they've inherited all this to the the the one part that is unavoidable is the supreme court situation i don't know how that's gonna go because
- 7:38[SPEAKER_03]: I can't get your guys in and if you don't win the presidency in 28s, Democrats are going to get two maybe three Supreme Court justices in.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_03]: I think I honestly think this country's fucked.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_03]: The biggest stat you gave me before we went on air was there's seven Muslims now, right?
- 8:06[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, there's now seven Muslim Democrats in Congress and 250 DSA elected officials at all levels including seven in the next Congress.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_04]: DSA, meaning communist.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_04]: So there's, we socialists, democratic socialists is what their comments are.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_04]: They're actual communists.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_04]: You've elected Muslims and communists because you were upset about things.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_04]: Which is smart.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, to me, this feels like the movements.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_03]: And I've always been wanted to kind of feel like I've got my pulse on America.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_03]: I was way, way off last night's.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_03]: And now this movements,
- 8:54[SPEAKER_03]: It's starting to feel like Europe.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_03]: It really is.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_03]: Go to that clip from last night.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_03]: Because I was up late last night.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_03]: I was watching El Saiids, Mikmikmaktura, Oof's fucking speech here, as he won.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_03]: And tell me if this sounds like America anymore.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_03]: Press play.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_05]: Here she is again.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_05]: We did it!
- 9:32[SPEAKER_05]: My name is Abdurrahman Muhammad I am so proud and honored to stand here as your Senator elect from the great sevenish.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_05]: Up until Ramadan now, you might have noticed I always say in Shahla, or God willing, whenever the outcome of this race was mentioned.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_05]: But today, tonight, we can turn that in Shahla into a hungry man.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_05]: Ah-ha!
- 10:26[SPEAKER_05]: This, for the right wing ops, that just means praise be to God.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, my, which God?
- 10:37[SPEAKER_05]: What your retirement?
- 10:41[SPEAKER_05]: And now you've got a house in Florida and two yachts.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_05]: Joe's hey, and Michigan chose hope.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, we never have to see the likes of you in this state again.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_05]: I mean baby there is this delicious irony in the fact that your constitutionally obligated to swear me in in January So you know I mean Wolverine one buck guys zero
- 11:34[SPEAKER_05]: Donald, look, I know you struggle with my name.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_05]: So after JD swears me in in January, you could just go on to call me Senator.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_05]: And the two impacts and special interests who try to beat us, we are coming for your system of politics.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_05]: And that, who spent 42 million dollars against us, thank you for giving me the opportunity to beat you twice.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_03]: He was this close to saying we're coming for your country.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_03]: This close.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_03]: That's exactly what they're trying to do here.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_03]: My wife asked me this last night.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_03]: She said, is he married?
- 12:19[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, why?
- 12:20[SPEAKER_03]: She goes, why have we never seen his wife?
- 12:22[SPEAKER_15]: I can tell you why.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_15]: Did you not see the whole speech?
- 12:24[SPEAKER_15]: He brings his wife up.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, I did not.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_15]: It's at the end.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_15]: Was she all wrapped up?
- 12:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, she was.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_03]: So, find that for me because that's, this is where I kind of ended it here.
- 12:38[SPEAKER_03]: After, you know, giving half a victory speech in Arabic, it was all good and and I turned it off and finally went to bed But up until this point we had never seen his wife Because she's wrapped from head to fucking toe and you can't see her So she he brought her up on stage last night at the end of the speech.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no news outlets show that
- 13:01[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I was watching it.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_03]: You were at, we're at, I think I was watching CBS, maybe?
- 13:07[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I find the clip, because I can't, I would love to see it.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_03]: She hasn't been out on the campaign trail.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_03]: But once we pulled up the pictures, like, I have no idea who's underneath this fucking thing.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_03]: Strange.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_03]: So this is who you guys elected, Michigan?
- 13:27[SPEAKER_03]: You got a Muslim in there.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_04]: Not just Michigan, but Jews in Michigan.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_04]: I think he wants 60% of the 67.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, 67% of Jews, this is for, and it, it doesn't.
- 13:40[SPEAKER_04]: This is my, my take on that maybe a pact should focus on convincing American Jews to stop voting for Muslims and Congress.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_04]: maybe that would be a better use of your time than trying to defend your reputation and public, right?
- 14:01[SPEAKER_04]: Because if Republicans win, especially even jellicles, which make up a large portion of the Republican base, you're always going to have some representation.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_04]: They have monumentally fucked up in the way they've gone about doing business.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_04]: um, trying to like shame and blackmail people, not literal blackmail, but like moral blackmail, and grievance their way into a position when all you had to do is support the people to support you and not do negativity.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_04]: Negativity doesn't help because you don't have a right to.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_04]: You don't have a right to to run negative campaigns.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_04]: Um,
- 14:40[SPEAKER_04]: Whether the success or not is not really the issue.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_04]: Things can be successful and still be stupid.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_04]: You can you can win a battle and lose the war as a result and that's what they've done.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_04]: Frankly like you can't even you're trying to tell everybody
- 14:57[SPEAKER_04]: How this should think about this issue, but you can't even manage your own people.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_04]: So why the fuck would anybody listen to you?
- 15:03[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I mean?
- 15:03[SPEAKER_04]: That's like a dad before dirty ass kids telling you to wash your car.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_04]: It's like, nah man, you go wash your fucking dirty ass kids.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_04]: Not doing that.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_04]: I can't, it's hard to overstate.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_04]: Or yeah, it's hard to overstate how.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_04]: substantially, a pack has fucked themselves.
- 15:21[SPEAKER_04]: And fucked is real as a result.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_04]: It's just completely stupid because they've got the how there's no credibility in that organization anymore if there ever was.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_03]: Frankly, I don't think there ever was.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_03]: We begin with, but yeah, fine, she's she walking out here.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, let's see here.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_05]: place, and it's great.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_05]: That's right.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_03]: There we go.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, so is it the way end?
- 15:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I guess that.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_03]: Checked out of there after fucking.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_03]: Perfect.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_05]: Right now, that means taking on the corporations and the billionaires.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_05]: Special interest.
- 15:53[SPEAKER_05]: We've rigged the system against.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 15:58[SPEAKER_05]: Just show me the floor.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_05]: I've got to find her.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_04]: That's all I really want to say.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_04]: Exactly.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_04]: In scroll through until you find this wrapped up dummy.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_04]: Look at this idiot.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, press pause.
- 16:10[SPEAKER_04]: This is the literal handmaid's tale.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_04]: It's coming for you guys.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_04]: You made a whole fucking leftist master Batorrey fantasy about how right wingers are going to wrap you head to toe and cut off your clitoris and fucking, what are you going?
- 16:26[SPEAKER_04]: I just keep it, I was just expecting it.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_04]: I was expecting to be muted and murder you.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_04]: For having for doing math I guess, I don't fucking know.
- 16:35[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what they fucking do over there.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_04]: And it's the iron-love woke projection.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_04]: It is whatever they are accusing people of, they are already doing.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_04]: That's how it always works.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_04]: And that's what this says.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_04]: It's so crazy to me.
- 16:52[SPEAKER_04]: And I'll tell ya.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_03]: Pull the picture of Hamings tail, by the way, just do a side by side real quick.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_04]: This
- 17:07[SPEAKER_04]: There's a lot of post-wardom going on today.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_04]: People are blaming this group, or maybe themselves.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_04]: Some people blame themselves.
- 17:15[SPEAKER_04]: I think we'll get to what Vance had to say.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_04]: But even Trump admitted that the Iran thing may have cost them.
- 17:25[SPEAKER_04]: That's what he said.
- 17:26[SPEAKER_04]: I believe may have cost us, but he still thinks it's the right thing to do.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_04]: I grew them.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_04]: It's the right thing to do.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_04]: You also, one of the things we've pitched about the entire time with the Trump administration is that one, their cabinet members have been, except for, I think Hexeth has been good and Ruby has been good and everybody else has kind of been a clown, frankly.
- 17:54[SPEAKER_04]: Bessant has done a lot of good things behind the scenes economically, but the Iran is getting ready to topple every day, just like you're crying wolf, but you can't keep saying that every day.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_04]: You guys suck at comms, you're suck at messaging.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_04]: All the stuff you're doing to reshape the economy, not just
- 18:12[SPEAKER_04]: that, but with tariffs, one of the primary reasons going into Iran to defend the petro-dollar, none of these things were ever explained to American people.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_04]: So all they do is turn their wallet inside out, see nothing inside of it, and they're like, well, don't really care about any of the stuff, because you haven't made it matter to them.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_04]: That is what, and the logos eat those pathos, the pathos part, the passion, right?
- 18:34[SPEAKER_04]: You have to, you have to message to persuade people,
- 18:39[SPEAKER_04]: in a meaningful way why what you're saying matters and why they should get on board with it and they failed monumentally did it doesn't matter that
- 18:49[SPEAKER_04]: I ran didn't specifically go the way it needed to, although had Trump not listened to vans and the other bitches in the admin, in hammered Iran and not paused to negotiate.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_04]: This would have all been over probably by now.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_04]: I think sandbagging on that was a bigger mistake than going into the first place, timing wise anyways, but they're messaging on the whole thing was so stupid.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_04]: you didn't convince anybody that what you're doing was good.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_04]: And then you didn't do even during the campaign.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_04]: How many people, how many political ads did any of you guys see during this campaign that brought up the way the Democrats treated America from 2021 to 2024?
- 19:34[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't see fucking one.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_04]: Not one substantive and any of the battleground states about, hey, you may not like some of the things going on here's what we're trying to do here's where we are in that plan here's where we're going to be in six months and 12 months and 18 months and two years right this is our plan lay that out for people do it in short sound bites because that's how they take in information and then say and I want to I want you to juxtapose that I know that's a big word for you, but I want you to juxtapose that.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_04]: against the things they did to you during that time period when they had power.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_04]: They investigated you for being a Christian.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_04]: They seized your bank accounts for donating to the Canadian truckers.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_04]: They tried to force vaccinate you.
- 20:25[SPEAKER_04]: They locked you in your home.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_04]: They stole your money from you.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_04]: all of this stuff.
- 20:30[SPEAKER_04]: One thing after another.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_04]: One thing after another.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_04]: They tried to issue VACs IDs.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_04]: They tried to stand up a governance disinformation board, a big brother organization inside DHS.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_04]: They tried to stand it up out in the open.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_04]: Nobody was talking about any of this shit during this entire campaign season.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_04]: So the Republicans regardless of what they've done or haven't
- 20:54[SPEAKER_04]: There was no, even if they had done everything perfectly, they still were, they still could have lost this.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_04]: because of how fucking bad they are at literally everything.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_04]: And nobody has more principles that a Republican who's out of power.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_04]: Remember that over the next two years, by the way.

- 28:29[SPEAKER_04]: These stupid bitches, I hate to bring this up again.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_04]: but with Obamacare, they voted 63 times a defundant when they didn't have the votes.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_04]: When they didn't have, when they had the house, but not the Senate.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_04]: 63 times they voted to try to get rid of it.
- 28:43[SPEAKER_04]: Then they had the house and the Senate under Trump and they voted twice and they lost by nine and seven votes and the two votes with a similar composition.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_04]: And the house, they still had the votes.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_04]: They're just Republicans are completely full of shit, right?
- 29:00[SPEAKER_04]: So, I mean, you got to take that for what it's worth.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think the other thing too, looking back at it's last night's and my drunken stupor and my couch when I got home watching this bullshit.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_03]: I also go back to Thune.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_03]: I really go back to Thune.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_03]: Trump's choice of Thune and standing up for him and saying, this is the guy, and then they couldn't pass the save act.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_03]: He was a fucking rhino and refused to do it.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_03]: Mike Johnson, those were two horrific choices on Trump's part and you know.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_03]: He's putting up some bullshit now trying to save his fucking job.
- 29:46[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry, but that ain't going to happen.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_03]: And you could have passed the save act you didn't.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_03]: I could have been one of the biggest acts in American history.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_03]: You did not do that.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_03]: And that is all you'll ever be remembered for.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_03]: That is it.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_03]: It's being a fucking loser.
- 30:05[SPEAKER_03]: Same with Mike Johnson, man.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_03]: pissed off, a lot of Republicans as well.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: You didn't codify any of those spending cuts, whatsoever.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_03]: You did absolutely fucking nothing with all three chambers.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, Republicans didn't show up.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_03]: That was the biggest, the other thing.
- 30:27[SPEAKER_03]: They didn't show up to vote.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_03]: I sat home and said, what's the point of going out and voting today when we went out and voted all these people in, we got all three things that we wanted here and they did nothing for us.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_03]: So I understand why people didn't go and vote.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_03]: What's the points?
- 30:49[SPEAKER_03]: What's the fucking point, dude?
- 30:50[SPEAKER_03]: You did nothing with the power that we gave you and you fucking pissed it all away.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_03]: What's Trump saying today?
- 30:58[SPEAKER_03]: What was his answer?
- 31:00[SPEAKER_03]: I saw JD's, I haven't seen his yet.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_12]: Two President's, I see President Man says reason for public for his loss of war, lost in the past night was in the war or odd.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I think it's largely true because it drove the gasoline up a little bit, short term and probably that's probably the same time if I had it to do again, I'd have to do it again because long term,
- 31:24[SPEAKER_08]: G. L. The answer you can't let Iran have enough of it.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_12]: And do you feel like it was your president's place president?
- 31:30[SPEAKER_03]: So with the war, I agree.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_03]: That's, as I said last night, I'll say this again.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_03]: For 14 months, he was rolling.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_03]: Me personally, the obscene thing.
- 31:41[SPEAKER_03]: I read that.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_03]: here and there last night's where we didn't get that, we should have gotten that, whatever.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_03]: In all of sincerity, Jeffrey Epstein doesn't affect my day-to-day life, all right?
- 31:54[SPEAKER_03]: And he's dead.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_03]: That's all gone.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what to believe out of these files, who did what when, who deleted what, when, and all that other shits.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't know that we'll ever get an honest answer out of it.
- 32:08[SPEAKER_03]: But the Iron War,
- 32:11[SPEAKER_03]: When you said four to six weeks and it went past that, it drove gas prices through the fucking roof and in ends you started a new war which you said you wouldn't.
- 32:23[SPEAKER_03]: Why not wait until after midterms?
- 32:27[SPEAKER_03]: I don't get it.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_04]: So, yeah, people are pissed off about that.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, maybe they thought they couldn't because of the status of the petro-dollar or because of the status of Iran's capabilities, there's no way to know on that.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_04]: But I do have to challenge this, you had the both chambers and the presidency and didn't do anything.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_04]: That's categorically false.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_04]: What does it do on the shut the border down in about five minutes?
- 32:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but that's an E.O.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_04]: Reverse math executive order.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_04]: That's right.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_04]: And it's going to get fucked with now that Texas has a Democrat governor on day one when she gets inaugurated.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_04]: She's going to pull all state support for ICE and border patrol.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_04]: That's happening immediately and you did that if you sat out or you voted for Democrats.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_04]: She's Latino, yeah.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_04]: Mass migration has been reversed.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_04]: We had negative net migration for the first time in 50 years.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_04]: The 2017 tax cuts were made permanent shut down USAID, which has been fermenting communist insurections all around the world forever and wasting our fucking money.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_04]: But did we vote for that or did Trump do that?
- 33:41[SPEAKER_04]: Government employment, shrink by a third, where at the lowest level of federal government employment since the 1960s, private sector employment went up by the two and a one million jobs, by the way.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_04]: We have trillions of dollars in new investments, including chip factories.
- 33:59[SPEAKER_04]: Although one of those chips factories started under Biden to be fear, I think in 2022.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_04]: Record oil and gas, we are now one of the world's leading
- 34:08[SPEAKER_04]: Energy exporters and clean be a net energy exporter in general.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_04]: We stop fentanyl from coming over the border We shut down most of the trans-beodilation of children across although that's going to your reverse now.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_04]: Thanks to you.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_04]: Good job Of the wars that happened 7 of them actually got ended by negotiating by Trump.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_04]: So we focus on the one that's still costing us some gas money.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_04]: That's fair And we own Venezuela's oil
- 34:37[SPEAKER_04]: Venezuela as a oil, the fifth largest oil reserves on the planet, we own it.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_04]: And Washington, DC and Memphis, you can walk around without getting murdered now.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_04]: All this stuff is a direct result of Trump just to be clear.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_03]: But just Trump, not Congress and not Senate, none of them voted for any of the shits.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't, I don't think Trump did his job.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_04]: We also push China, the Panama Canal.
- 35:02[SPEAKER_04]: Um, uh, expelled all the DEI shit from federal government, um, Hexeth cleaned it up from the Department of War, reestablished the Department of War, there's so many, there's, there's a, there's a litany of things, but I'm, I'm talking about what Congress and Senate did, um, Trump did all of that shit, Hexeth did all of that shit on their own.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_03]: That is shit that you don't need votes from Congress and
- 35:29[SPEAKER_03]: That's my frustration.
- 35:30[SPEAKER_03]: So like when I look back at this, besides the Iran decision, and I don't know who had the final call on that, Trump, I think did a lot of great things.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_03]: I think Hexith did a lot of great things, Rubio did a lot of great things, but they did them on their own.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_03]: What did Senates and Congress do for us?
- 35:52[SPEAKER_04]: just one thing uh... nothing really right but that's not the point right well that's what we lost last night no we lose the president no no no no we didn't what we lost was a political mandate this is how this is really ignorant when you think about how american politics works um... everybody now rightly is concerned about supreme court justices
- 36:13[SPEAKER_04]: You did that because you were upset that you didn't get everything you wanted for Christmas.
- 36:17[SPEAKER_04]: Let's be fair.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_04]: It's not like the house and Senate passed a bunch of shit you didn't like because that's not what happened.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_04]: The reality is they had some neocons and rhinos and shit like that that were pulling some stuff.
- 36:30[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe you didn't like the time to address that as in a primary, not when we have two aging Supreme Court justices who need to be replaced in the next six years.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_04]: That was a huge fucking political mistake by the voting class in America, because think of it this way.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_04]: You are concerned about, you wanted the border sealed, you wanted illegals out of the country.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_04]: This is the coalition that Trump put together, you want to know who wars and you wanted affordability.
- 37:02[SPEAKER_04]: One of them is done, one is significantly in progress.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_04]: The other two have been shipped by that standard to be fair.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_04]: So your choice was to undo the first two and expose the Supreme Court to a complete rollback of the fucking progress we've made.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_04]: You'll have to forgive me if that makes no sense.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_04]: Sorry, that makes no fucking sense.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_03]: But if you look at it, that's why Republicans sat home.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_03]: Um, nobody voted in Congress or Senate and that's what we were voting on last night.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_03]: It was not about the presidency last night.
- 37:35[SPEAKER_03]: It was about Congress and Senate and they sat there and said, hey, you did nothing for us.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_03]: Um, we've asked for the save act forever.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_03]: We've asked for all this shit forever to codify all these doge cuts.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_03]: All of it.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_03]: And you guys didn't nothing for us.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but they did, though.
- 37:50[SPEAKER_04]: They, the Congress and Senate.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_04]: They have the Republicans, as a body, have put multiple justices on the Supreme Court that while you might not agree with everything they do, have been huge on gun rights.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_04]: have been huge on DEI stuff.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, and now we're exposing ourselves to more can Tangy Brown Jackson's, because you didn't get everything you wanted for Christmas over the last 18 months, not over the last six years of their Senate term, but over just the last 18 months, that people that ran in the last six months have all been senators for six years.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_04]: right, they are responsible, most of these people that got unseated were responsible for or the body, the larger body itself were responsible for those contributions as a Supreme Court.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_04]: Now you're going to get the inverse of that.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to get instead of pressuring these people to get more of what you wanted.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_04]: You're going to get the exact opposite of what you wanted.
- 38:54[SPEAKER_04]: You have to understand that.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_03]: No, I do.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_03]: And I look, I went out and voted.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_03]: But everybody else did not.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_03]: And you look at it, and I in, and Thune, and Mike Johnson, I have to take the brun of this, man.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_03]: They didn't pass anything.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_03]: They didn't pass anything.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_03]: They didn't get people's dick's hard enough to go out and fucking vote last night.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_03]: And that was the general consensus here.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_03]: uh... and then the candidates look darlin Graham that great now she's a retarded uh... can packed in that great uh... you know the end of the other side of it was court in corner was fucking awful too like that so i had there was no winning out of the other those two fucking candidates and it taxes i don't even should have corner ran last night he would have lost uh... but
- 39:50[SPEAKER_03]: You didn't do the things you said you would.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_03]: Congress and Senate wise.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_03]: I think Trump has held up his fucking, he's done more than enough.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_03]: Hexith Rubio, Bands, whoever.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_03]: Those guys have done their fucking job.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_03]: I wish, I wish, personally, we didn't have a Congress or a Senate.
- 40:10[SPEAKER_03]: They could just make the fucking decisions.
- 40:12[SPEAKER_03]: But then that's all a totally different government all the way around.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_03]: It's authoritarian.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_03]: Look, what's the explanation for Republicans not getting out to vote last night?
- 40:27[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's a people.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_04]: The explanation is people were mad about one thing or another.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_04]: They were mad about affordability.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_04]: Some were mad about Iran.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_04]: The younger crowd that he corded in 24, I think.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_04]: were angry about a couple things.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_04]: One, they got propagandized about Jews a lot because one of the things that even advances thing has been to change our relationship with Israel, our relationship with Israel is minimal, compared to some of our relationships with other countries.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_04]: But whatever, fine, the younger people were also not thrilled that they were getting made fun of for living when their parents, when
- 41:06[SPEAKER_04]: the people in politics right now created the scenario under which they are forced to right by calling them fucking talking shit about them uh living in their mom's basement maybe you should have helped them with a plan to get out of it you fucking dumb was it henceon was talking shit about those guys like that does wildly stupid yeah political season and what was the number you had you had an interesting number two we were talking before the show with uh the young votes how did that swing last night
- 41:34[SPEAKER_04]: 18 to 29 went from plus 13 Republican to plus 35 Democrat that that's from 22 so are from 20 so the difference between 2020 and 2024 was plus the young group went plus 13 towards Republicans and this election they went plus 35 based on 24.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_04]: to Democrats.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_04]: Latinos went plus 24, or Latino men plus 24, Latinos plus 20, Catholics, which is a lot of those are the Latino votes.
- 42:13[SPEAKER_04]: Plus 16, go back to that stat Luke.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_04]: The
- 42:17[SPEAKER_04]: income level, the middle income people, $50 to $100,000 a year went from from 2020 to 24 plus 20 for Republicans to plus 11 for Democrats in this term, which is a net plus 9 for Republicans since 2020, still not bad.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_04]: So that challenges the affordability narrative, frankly.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_04]: because the people that have the most to lose, and that's never them.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_04]: The biggest shift came from people who felt like they were being abused, maybe, the Latinos.
- 42:52[SPEAKER_03]: This one doesn't help either.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_03]: Democrats won young white men tonight by 17 points.
- 42:57[SPEAKER_04]: Trump won by 28.
- 42:59[SPEAKER_04]: Because they're f***ing just constantly propagandized, those guys.
- 43:06[SPEAKER_04]: And it doesn't help that.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, look at you.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_04]: When you have a group of young, we talk to young men all the time.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_04]: I don't care about white or otherwise.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_04]: You talk to men all the time.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_04]: And when it comes down to a matter of having purpose or not having purpose, if you're trying to find it and you can't or you're struggling to get into a position where you can find it or whatever it is.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_04]: And there's a voice in the room, especially a powerful voice in the room that's telling you you're a fucking loser for not having it yet, you hate them.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_04]: That's your mortal enemy, and that's a lot of people on the right did that.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_04]: There's it's one thing to say, it's your responsibility to pull yourself up by your bootstraps.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_04]: It's another thing entirely to say, do it, and I'm not going to help you, or do it and stop whining because of this or that thing.
- 43:55[SPEAKER_04]: That's not a smart move, frankly.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_04]: But yeah, the, the, the in-cell thing is getting worse and worse.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_04]: There are more and more 18 to 30 year olds who are living at home with their parents who have never had sex with a girl.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_04]: It's insane.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_04]: Half, actually half of 18 to 29 year old now live with their parents, one half, 50 percent.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_04]: which is crazy, because I, even at 18, didn't live with my parents.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_03]: Blue, go to your Instagram, or I'm sorry, your Twitter DMs real quick, pull up the trends that won in Alabama last night.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_03]: This is Alabama for Christ's sex.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_03]: I never thought in my entire lifetime, I would see something like this.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_03]: Alabama just selected this man pretending to be a woman to the state house flipping a Republican seat.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_03]: He becomes the first trans identified legislator in Alabama history.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_03]: How did we get here?
- 44:52[SPEAKER_04]: I just, well, yeah, I mean the young group are angry.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_04]: So with this angry?
- 44:57[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, apparently they were angry enough to vote for communist and Muslims.
- 45:02[SPEAKER_04]: uh... and you know apart a lot of big part of this to is the intellectual leadership on the right so the right i don't get too deep into this because it's just a fucking mass but one of the reasons the right dominated
- 45:15[SPEAKER_04]: politics for so long.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_04]: After Goldwater got handled in 64, the next couple of groups were pretty strong, like Nixon comes in, Reagan comes in, Bush after him, and Bush would have won again just to be clear if Ross Perro hadn't been in that election, right?
- 45:38[SPEAKER_04]: So they would like for the
- 45:42[SPEAKER_04]: the Republicans with a four year gap between Republican and Democrat in the form of Jimmy Carter, which everybody agreed was a mistake, would have had, let's see, eight, eight, eight, 24 years out of, out of, uh, 28.
- 46:03[SPEAKER_04]: being in the presidency.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_04]: That's what it would have been had Ross Pro not entered that election in 92, right?
- 46:10[SPEAKER_04]: And the reason they were able to do that is because of institutions, like William F. Buckley started the national review and for better or worse, how have you feel about the way he handled it?
- 46:18[SPEAKER_04]: Some people didn't like the fact that he was an active gatekeeper against certain things, but
- 46:25[SPEAKER_04]: What the institutions did was allow people to rally around something and primarily it was again I don't know only get too deep into this but primarily it was small government the Old right think of them as the Monroe people the old right wanted small government period The new right the Neocons wanted small government except the military they didn't like Non-innovatialism they wanted to fight people
- 46:52[SPEAKER_04]: And the libertarians obviously wanted small government to, so you had two small governments and one small government plus XR except for the military.
- 47:01[SPEAKER_04]: And they kind of rallied around anti-communism.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_04]: It's like, okay, communism's out there, we've got to fight it.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_04]: So us small government people will tolerate that.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_04]: except the military status for as long as we need to and that coalition held for a long time throughout the Cold War it held until we won and then it fractured they call it the fractured happened in 92 and that's where you see like the social conservatives start to come in like new gangerish people like that afterwards but
- 47:33[SPEAKER_04]: When you map that onto today's politics, Trump was able as a populist to put together a coalition in 24 that were pissed off about a lot of different stuff.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_04]: But that is not a movement.
- 47:43[SPEAKER_04]: That is not a political movement in a long-term sense, right?
- 47:47[SPEAKER_04]: A political movement, a long-term sense, says,
- 47:50[SPEAKER_04]: Here's three or five groups of people and we there's this core thing that we think is a really big deal and all of us agree on it or at least we agree on the principle and maybe we differ a little bit and we can manage that difference for some amount of time and then the second part of that is the aim of that core principle which is to say a problem we've got to solve or an enemy We have to fight or something like that and those are the two elements that hold a long-term political coalition together and the issue that Republicans have right now
- 48:20[SPEAKER_04]: is that the damage that's been done to America is going to take some amount of time to fix.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_04]: Getting all these fucking illegal immigrants out of here, unwinding some of these political and military alliances we have that maybe don't serve us anymore.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_04]: Israel is up for grabs.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_04]: We'll figure out how to handle that into the future too.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_04]: and getting the woke out, getting the marks us out of our country, all this shit, reforming education, there's so many different things that need to happen.
- 48:52[SPEAKER_04]: And it's going to take, we've talked about this at Nazion for a couple of years now.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_04]: It's 12 to 16 years to finish that.
- 48:58[SPEAKER_04]: You can have a break, like a brief break, and power, but it takes time, and you have to be persistent.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_04]: You have to be persistently,
- 49:08[SPEAKER_04]: in or sharing power that whole time, which the Republicans were able to do during the Cold War.
- 49:13[SPEAKER_04]: Even though Reagan, I think had a democratic Congress, his entire house, his entire time.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_04]: I think Tip O'Neill was a speaker and his entire presidency.
- 49:20[SPEAKER_04]: Still able to get all this stuff done, right?
- 49:22[SPEAKER_04]: Because of the incumbent power that they had as a party, you don't have that anymore.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_04]: We don't even know, there's no real sense of who's going to be.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_04]: the Republican, not the presidential candidate, but the leader of the party moving forward.
- 49:40[SPEAKER_04]: Because I don't think anybody thinks it's Trump, so like a lot of people myself included, thought maybe Trump would become a kingmaker after this.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_04]: He has flush that completely down the toilet now.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_04]: So what is this new coalition of people who want, you know, national security, which has a cost, and we all know it does.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_04]: Like, deporting a bunch of people costs a lot of money.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_04]: So there's going to be some pain there.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_04]: They want the deportations.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_04]: They want our culture preserved.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_04]: They went our language preserved.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_04]: They want us to stop engaging in certain military activities that don't necessarily benefit us, or if we're going to do it, you better fucking make it quick and you better make it clear because nobody was bitching after Maduro, just to be clear.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_04]: There were a couple of people that said, oh, this could have gone hot like Tucker, who is a fucking rushing propaganda at this point.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_04]: We're saying all kinds of stupid shit, but for the most part, even the libertarian people were like, oh, you fucking nailed that one, good job, right?
- 50:39[SPEAKER_04]: all these things that these people want, and then you have to build a coalition around it.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_04]: You have to find what the anchor point of that is and build a coalition around it.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_04]: And who's that gonna be?
- 50:50[SPEAKER_04]: Where's the William F. Bucklees?
- 50:52[SPEAKER_04]: Right?
- 50:53[SPEAKER_04]: Where's that guy who has institutional power that's able to do something like that?
- 50:59[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 51:01[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 51:02[SPEAKER_04]: Right on the Democratic side?
- 51:04[SPEAKER_04]: On either side.
- 51:05[SPEAKER_03]: So right now, it came Jeffries is trying to position him.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_03]: Self-fascist.
- 51:09[SPEAKER_04]: That's a fucking nerd and a loser.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_03]: No hate like some.
- 51:12[SPEAKER_03]: He's gonna be speaker of the house.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, he will be because he was a minor leader.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_03]: So he's now speaker of the house.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_03]: He gave a speech earlier.
- 51:21[SPEAKER_03]: You can play this book in your DM's right now.
- 51:26[SPEAKER_03]: Pull this up on screen here.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't seen it because we've been on air all day.
- 51:29[SPEAKER_03]: So.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't stop.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_06]: He wanted to have a conversation with President Trump and how do you envision actually
- 51:36[SPEAKER_06]: working with some of the new yourself called the dumbest person ever to hold that office and your facing calls within your own caucus to reach them.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_09]: I haven't had a single member of the House Democratic caucus talked to me about impeachment.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_09]: We've been relentlessly focused on affordability and on accountability.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_09]: because the House is a separate and co-equal branch of government.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_09]: We recognize that we don't work for Donald Trump, we don't work for JD Vance, we don't work for the Supreme Court, we work for the American people.
- 52:10[SPEAKER_09]: And the days of the House of Representatives, functioning like a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trump administration are over.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_09]: House Democrats are gonna lead a Congress
- 52:23[SPEAKER_09]: that does serve as a check and balance on an out-of-control executive branch.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_09]: I have not heard from President Trump, smiling the standing that leader Schumer has not heard from President Trump.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_09]: I look forward to talking to the members of the House Democratic caucus when we convene early next week.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_09]: I look forward to talking to Chuck Schumer.
- 52:48[SPEAKER_09]: and Senate Democrats, when we convene next week and charting a path forward to bring about the type of dramatic change, the American people are clearly demanding.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's cute.
- 52:59[SPEAKER_04]: I like your gay little hand gestures there, but he's completely full of shit, right?
- 53:04[SPEAKER_04]: Robert Garcia minutes after it became clear that the house is going to win.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_04]: tweeted and he's going to be the chair of the, uh, uh, what do you call it?
- 53:14[SPEAKER_04]: Um, uh, house over second house outside committee immediately tweeted, lawyer up and all caps.
- 53:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yes.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_04]: I came Jeffery as you're a fucking liar.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_04]: You know exactly what you're planning.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_04]: Alyssa Slackens been talking about it for six months and dumb enough, which is how you know she wasn't a serious person at the agency to say it on camera.
- 53:37[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that's exactly what they're going to do.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he will be, but he has no cloud.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_04]: He's like Timo Obama, so they keep him in charge.
- 53:45[SPEAKER_04]: He's the fucking biggest puppet in DC right now.
- 53:49[SPEAKER_04]: Like he doesn't, he's never been able to get anything done.
- 53:52[SPEAKER_03]: No, but do you think they'll go after him?
- 53:55[SPEAKER_04]: After Trump, yeah, on January 6, 2027, as soon as they all get sworn in, they'll start the fucking impeachment.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_04]: Daren too.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_03]: I, I'm torn on this one because I think that's with loss in the last one.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_04]: So did they learn?
- 54:11[SPEAKER_04]: Nope.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_04]: Nope.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_04]: Did the fucking Republicans learn?
- 54:15[SPEAKER_04]: Do they ever learn?
- 54:16[SPEAKER_04]: No, the dumbest to outcome is the most likely outcome when it comes to American politics, which means the left will inevitably overplay their hand.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_04]: Remember this election, just from this election, if a fake ran that fucking weird hit piece with the abusive mom against Amy Acton or whatever, and it fucking cost him, law fair
- 54:44[SPEAKER_04]: it like people that would have never voted for Trump.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_04]: And I experienced this during a recall election and was content back then.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_04]: We did exit polling.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_04]: moderate Democrats and independents who voted no on recalling Scott Walker.
- 55:03[SPEAKER_04]: The top response that they gave was I don't believe in recalls.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_04]: I don't believe in using this special function or the law to go after somebody who was elected and did what they said they were going to do.
- 55:14[SPEAKER_04]: That's how they responded.
- 55:17[SPEAKER_04]: Did you hear the Democrats are going to do exactly this again?
- 55:24[SPEAKER_04]: The House oversight chair just said, last night, lawyer up, they're planning it.
- 55:30[SPEAKER_04]: The question is, who will be, again, they're going to do it and they're going to fuck it up and they're going to be primed to take down in 28.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_04]: But the question is, who will be in place and with what coalition to take advantage?
- 55:47[SPEAKER_04]: You don't have the years as an individual to do that anymore.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_04]: You don't have the years you have to build an institutional fusion of some coalition that agrees that we're here and we need to be here.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_04]: and we're gonna take a long ride together to get there.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_04]: If you cannot do that, then it won't matter.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_04]: We'll have blips, and it has to be somebody who understands conservative principles, or even if they win, it won't last.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_04]: It'll be just like Trump.
- 56:16[SPEAKER_04]: Like he made, he was a huge needle mover for some amount of time, and maybe he does even more, but the day he fucking leaves office, it's over.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_04]: It's over.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_03]: He'll also be 82 years old, and that's important to keep in mind.
- 56:30[SPEAKER_03]: For me,
- 56:33[SPEAKER_03]: J.D.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_03]: Vance is out.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_03]: I've only got one guy and it's Rubio.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_03]: That's it.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_03]: I think we got that I got.
- 56:39[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, just as far as successes and executive, the only real choice is Ron DeSantis.
- 56:46[SPEAKER_03]: But he's terrible on camera, unfortunately.
- 56:48[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe he gets better, but the only real choice is DeSantis.
- 56:54[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, play this call.
- 56:56[SPEAKER_04]: What is this in explain what it is?
- 56:57[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I was I was it is Jerk call.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_15]: It's a Vex team talking about the results people have been asking about this in the Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 57:14[SPEAKER_07]: You're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking, you're fucking
- 57:43[SPEAKER_07]: I'm going to go back to Rubio here for a second.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_02]: I think if Rubio liberates Cuba, which you and I both believe is going to happen in the next two years, right?
- 58:04[SPEAKER_04]: Um, I don't know now.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_04]: Only if they know they can get it done inside of a 45 day window, because otherwise the War Powers Act gets invoked.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_04]: 100 percent.
- 58:17[SPEAKER_03]: I think they can easily do it.
- 58:19[SPEAKER_03]: It's Cuba.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_03]: It's not that big of a place.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_04]: Cuba has resisted for a long time.
- 58:25[SPEAKER_04]: Now they don't necessarily have a direct benefactor the way they do with the Soviet Union or Venezuela, but still they have had pretty good success resisting American interference.
- 58:36[SPEAKER_03]: I think that would just push him towards the the fronts and then I'm doing it.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_03]: Go back to that picture there.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_03]: That picture is important.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_03]: So this was another one last night.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_03]: Minnesota House 14A, long held by the GOP, was just flipped by a Somalian daycare owner.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_03]: Adney, Sonny, however, the fucking pronounced that's and that was the crowd there at the Victory Party.
- 59:01[SPEAKER_03]: Does that look like America to you?
- 59:04[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, that looks like Somalia.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_03]: It is, it is Somalia.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_03]: And I think that's, we're going to get a lot of, over the course of the next two years.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_03]: More of these Somalians, floodgates will be opened down at the borders here, I think we're fucked.
- 59:23[SPEAKER_03]: And I think, if you're going to run a Hail Mary at this point,
- 59:28[SPEAKER_03]: As if Texas truly is flipped and you lose that electorate, you're fucked for 28.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_03]: Your only Hail Mary is to the Latinos that we spoke about earlier, gaining back that votes.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_03]: Rubio's the only guy in my opinion that can do it and gain back the Latino vote and if he's able to liberate Cuba, you need a fucking walk off home run somewhere to run on that's going to get everybody excited.
- 59:53[SPEAKER_03]: And I think Rubio's the only person that could potentially do that.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_03]: DeSantis was out this morning saying, look, it was one of the state that didn't flip last night and it was Florida.
- 1:00:02[SPEAKER_03]: That was my state, I did my fucking job.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_04]: He did and he may be doing more in the coming months.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_04]: Don't be shocked if DeSantis becomes the new Secretary of War and manages whatever comes about with both ending a ran and the Cuba situation.
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, that's my prediction.
- 1:00:30[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, you think Hagzeth is out?
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_03]: On his own will?
- 1:00:33[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, why?
- 1:00:38[SPEAKER_04]: Um, because of the handily of, of I ran, uh, no, no, I think Hagzeth's done a good job.
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_03]: I did, too.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_03]: I don't blame him for that.
- 1:00:46[SPEAKER_04]: I honestly, honestly, I think it's more about setting up to Santa's than it is about punishing Hagzeth.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it's rare for a guy to stay in a cabinet position for all four years.
- 1:01:00[SPEAKER_04]: Very rare.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_04]: So we'll see.
- 1:01:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:01:04[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but for me, I just, I think that's the only hope right now.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe, well, just looking at the numbers, these, these exiting numbers that we've been talking about all day.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_03]: Um, yeah, I know a lot of Latinos would love to see Cuba fall.
- 1:01:17[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure, I don't think Mexicans care about it.
- 1:01:20[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think the Mexicans and Texas give a fuck about Cuba.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_04]: So, we'll see about that.
- 1:01:29[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what, I think the primary driver there was affordability.
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_04]: And again, affordability is still going to be shit in two years when they're running again.
- 1:01:38[SPEAKER_04]: So, the Republicans will have that on their side, even though they'll have the presidency.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_04]: I think again, yeah.
- 1:01:51[SPEAKER_04]: a lot, there's a lot of speculation about what it's going to look like moving forward, but I don't know.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_04]: I honestly don't know what the, what anybody's going to do, because I really think that people are going to act smartly sometimes and almost always, I am wrong about that.
- 1:02:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, yes, now the other interesting part about today, and this is going on everywhere,
- 1:02:23[SPEAKER_03]: this electoral college.
- 1:02:26[SPEAKER_03]: Go to your DM's, blue.
- 1:02:28[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, I saw this.
- 1:02:30[SPEAKER_03]: This has been everywhere today.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_03]: That's Democrats now have the power to pass the national voter compact to effectively abolish the electoral college.
- 1:02:43[SPEAKER_03]: I'm talking about this for years.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_03]: Now they have it.
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_03]: If they want to do it, they can do it.
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_03]: This would be their version of the
- 1:02:53[SPEAKER_03]: So, what's to stop them from doing this?
- 1:02:57[SPEAKER_04]: Well, one, that would be a permanent thing if they use the the interstate compact.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_04]: But under article two, state legislatures have the authority to decide how to allocate their electoral vote.
- 1:03:09[SPEAKER_04]: So basically, the popular vote interstate compact would be similar to the constitutional amendment process
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_04]: But you would have to get every state's legislature involved to vote on it, to change that in the states where you could.
- 1:03:28[SPEAKER_04]: Whereas a constitutional amendment required 38 out of 50 states to ratify it.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_04]: So two, third, two majority in both chambers of Congress and then the state legislatures.
- 1:03:41[SPEAKER_04]: by three-fourths that will never happen.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_03]: What they're saying is the gang control in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, if they join, that'll put the number over two-seventy.
- 1:03:54[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but I mean, then you get immediately the next cycle undo it, so it would be the point, you know what I mean?
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_04]: I think the issue is, would you be able to win an election like that, again, if there's no electoral college?
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think there's much of a chance of that happening to be honest.
- 1:04:14[SPEAKER_04]: There's still like Pennsylvania is not going to do it.
- 1:04:17[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so the purple states, Michigan, Pennsylvania, stuff like that as blue as they get sometimes, they won't do that.
- 1:04:26[SPEAKER_15]: Uh, Axios says the five states would still need to enact the compact and it's not clear if it would be a priority for the new Democratic states.
- 1:04:32[SPEAKER_15]: The electoral college would formally remain in place and the compact could face constitutional challenges, including over whether congressional approval is required.
- 1:04:41[SPEAKER_15]: Michigan failed to enact it during its previous democratic treffecta from 2023 to 2024.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_15]: In Nevada's then Democratic governor vetoed the compact in 2019, warning it could diminish
- 1:04:55[SPEAKER_15]: Notre Dame law professor Derek Mueller has argued that the compact would be unconstitutional without congressional approval, which he contends is acquired under the Constitution's compact clause.
- 1:05:05[SPEAKER_04]: Well, they would have congressional approval.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_04]: No, they wouldn't.
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_04]: They go to the Congress.
- 1:05:08[SPEAKER_04]: No, no, both both houses plus the closure vote.
- 1:05:13[SPEAKER_04]: And when he says without congressional approval, he means the amendment pro-constitutional amendment process.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:05:22[SPEAKER_03]: Now, Nate Silver is saying, if the remaining results goes expected, Democrats will hold governorships and states totaling 392 electoral votes.
- 1:05:34[SPEAKER_03]: That is fucking mind-altering.
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_03]: When you only need 270 to win, I...
- 1:05:43[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know how this goes back to Republican.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_04]: But it's not a cumulative 270 in that same way.
- 1:05:50[SPEAKER_04]: He still have to get big states involved that have historically been resistant to that.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_04]: Um, yeah.
- 1:05:58[SPEAKER_03]: I, but they, they text us all these guys flips last night.
- 1:06:02[SPEAKER_03]: So what's the stop it?
- 1:06:05[SPEAKER_03]: What's the stop it anymore?
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_03]: Um, I don't have an answer for that.
- 1:06:09[SPEAKER_03]: I really don't.
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I was dead wrong in these states.
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_04]: dead wrong last night's well the original if you so we had to competing theories at the constitutional convention one was direct democracy which was completely off the table nobody uh... Hamilton i think it's in federal sixty eight uh... it was uh... in atoms in in
- 1:06:35[SPEAKER_04]: John Jay also were like fucking no dude with regard to a direct national popular vote.
- 1:06:44[SPEAKER_04]: They all were against this all literally all of our founders were against this because they had seen what the mob passion would do right you see it just in this election and I talked about it last night people who went from Obama in 2008 to the Tea Party in 2010
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_04]: like you're not mentally stable enough to vote if you did that because these are two very different visions of governance for your country.
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_04]: Forget about the particular parts.
- 1:07:12[SPEAKER_04]: If you're voting just because of one simple issue and you're completely leaving out how fundamentally different your country can become.
- 1:07:21[SPEAKER_04]: Obalacare or Obalatook kind of a shitty health care system and turned it into something that is fucking bankrupting our country right now.
- 1:07:30[SPEAKER_04]: It is bankrupting us.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_04]: Medicaid and Medicare is a fucking as is a third of our fucking budget now health care is a third of our budget.
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_04]: What are you talking about?
- 1:07:41[SPEAKER_04]: No, you can't do that.
- 1:07:42[SPEAKER_04]: So, and then the people who went from Trump to these trunes in 20 from 24 to 26, that's crazy too.
- 1:07:50[SPEAKER_04]: That's just a wild shift.
- 1:07:52[SPEAKER_04]: No matter how you feel about
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_04]: the particulars how Europe said about this one thing or that one thing or this promise was made and it wasn't kept.
- 1:07:59[SPEAKER_04]: You're talking about two fundamentally different forms of governance.
- 1:08:02[SPEAKER_04]: People that feel like they have a right to reach into your life and into your children's life and if you try to stop them it's child abuse and they can arrest you or take your child from you.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_04]: These are two very different ways of thinking about life.
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I mean?
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_04]: So that's the public passion that is constantly referred to in the federal papers and other where, other places.
- 1:08:23[SPEAKER_04]: And then they thought, well, why not just let Congress elect the president.
- 1:08:29[SPEAKER_04]: OK, because that's how the Senate was going to be elected by the state legislatures of the governor, right?
- 1:08:36[SPEAKER_04]: It was meant to be the upper chamber, the aristocratic chamber, whatever you want to call it, the House of Lords from the old English tradition, whereas the House would be the House of Commons, like the public assemblies or whatever, the pleb assemblies.
- 1:08:52[SPEAKER_04]: And they had this long debate about it, and then like fuck.
- 1:08:57[SPEAKER_04]: We want three co-equal branches of government, none of them control the other, complete separation of powers, minus Q.
- 1:09:06[SPEAKER_04]: We do not want the legislative branch interfering with the executive interfering with the judicial interfering with the legislative.
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_04]: So.
- 1:09:15[SPEAKER_04]: We can't have Congress choose the president because the president would be forever indebted to the Congress.
- 1:09:21[SPEAKER_04]: No matter what, there would be separate bodies.
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_04]: He would be a cronies selected by the Congress.
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, what we can't do that.
- 1:09:28[SPEAKER_04]: And they were also very worried about infiltrators.
- 1:09:35[SPEAKER_04]: that could be bribed to establish like bringing forters to serve in our government.
- 1:09:40[SPEAKER_04]: So the electoral college is actually a compromise between those two things.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, here's what we're gonna do.
- 1:09:46[SPEAKER_04]: We're gonna let the people
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_04]: elect the president, but we're going to do it by population by electors.
- 1:09:52[SPEAKER_04]: So your state, your region of the country is going to get together and by popular majority of the side, how your votes are going to get spent when they come to DC.
- 1:10:03[SPEAKER_04]: And that was the compromise.
- 1:10:04[SPEAKER_04]: There was a very specific reason we did this.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_04]: And again, it's another situation where people do not
- 1:10:12[SPEAKER_04]: Understand what why the the it's called Chesterson's gate Yeah, Chesterson's the gate gk Chesterson who I quote all the time He's the one that wrote this story about you what you're walking through the mill of nowhere and you see a fucking gate And you're like what's this for and there's two responses one is the liberal who says I don't see a purpose for this so I'm gonna remove it and two is the conservative who says I better find out why this exists before I remove it
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_04]: and your job is a conservative is to know these things.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_04]: And they will explain to people why that thing exists.
- 1:10:44[SPEAKER_04]: And if you don't, then you lose it, right?
- 1:10:46[SPEAKER_04]: And that's one of the reasons, let's be really clear about this.
- 1:10:50[SPEAKER_04]: One of the only inoculations against wild, passionate swings and politics from one session to the next is simply education, knowing what you're talking about.
- 1:11:04[SPEAKER_04]: If you're the more you know about this stuff,
- 1:11:08[SPEAKER_04]: likely this somebody can trick you and to believe in some dumb shit.
- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_04]: The less likely this guy in the middle here, Talerego, can convince you that he's just a regular dude, man.
- 1:11:18[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just a regular dude who loves trans kids and thinks there's six genders.
- 1:11:24[SPEAKER_04]: What the fuck?
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_03]: You won by 20 points less.
- 1:11:27[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, he won by 20 points.
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_04]: That guy.
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_04]: Because of population, because of politician cheated on his wife.
- 1:11:38[SPEAKER_04]: But the first time ever, right?
- 1:11:41[SPEAKER_04]: I think it was the first time recorded to.
- 1:11:42[SPEAKER_04]: Could you clarify that?
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_03]: The first one that I've ever had ever heard of.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_04]: You know, if you don't, it's the problem.
- 1:11:47[SPEAKER_04]: If you don't understand,
- 1:11:51[SPEAKER_04]: the levers of government and how they work and why they're placed in the first place.
- 1:11:55[SPEAKER_04]: There is no antidote to that.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_04]: You're only going to ever be ruled by populist.
- 1:11:59[SPEAKER_04]: So the answer to, like I'm very curious what this new right coalition is going to look like to and I'll take part in that in whatever way I can, but mostly, if you want better
- 1:12:12[SPEAKER_04]: politics you have to become a better American.
- 1:12:15[SPEAKER_04]: And a big part of that is knowing what the fuck is going on in this country.
- 1:12:19[SPEAKER_04]: And why we do things the way we do.
- 1:12:22[SPEAKER_04]: We didn't just randomly select the way to shit 250 years ago.
- 1:12:26[SPEAKER_04]: There was a
- 1:12:29[SPEAKER_04]: decades of trial and error and a constitutional convention based on 23 previous 100 years, a Western civilization in the same way that Aristotle and his team examined 158 Greek constitutions to build on politics.
- 1:12:44[SPEAKER_04]: There was a very specific design to all of this, and it matters why.
- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_04]: That doesn't mean by the way that there doesn't need to be changes to the design.
- 1:12:52[SPEAKER_04]: That's why the amendment process was included.
- 1:12:54[SPEAKER_04]: We've admitted the
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_04]: right?
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_04]: That's all in play.
- 1:12:59[SPEAKER_04]: All that sucks in play.
- 1:13:02[SPEAKER_04]: Just please for Christ's sake.
- 1:13:03[SPEAKER_04]: Learn it.
- 1:13:06[SPEAKER_04]: That's that's the only thing I really have on that one.
- 1:13:09[SPEAKER_03]: Go to your DM's book.
- 1:13:11[SPEAKER_03]: This this right here this guy's explanation last night is why I don't think you can get back into the White House as a Republican unless something major happens like I talked about.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_03]: Press play.
- 1:13:24[SPEAKER_11]: I have been following Texas since I was a state party chairman in 2000.
- 1:13:29[SPEAKER_11]: At that time, I came back to Maryland and had a conversation with some politicals and said, folks had better watch Texas because there's something on the ground, this is 2000.
- 1:13:40[SPEAKER_11]: That's going to take time, but the Democrats are beginning to figure out a few things.
- 1:13:44[SPEAKER_11]: Tonight, I'm here to tell you, 28, the state of Texas is a battleground state.
- 1:13:50[SPEAKER_11]: Yep.
- 1:13:50[SPEAKER_11]: And the reality I can say is, You can win Ohio, baby.
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_11]: You can win Michigan.
- 1:13:56[SPEAKER_11]: You can win Arizona.
- 1:13:58[SPEAKER_11]: You can win Nevada.
- 1:13:59[SPEAKER_11]: You don't win Texas.
- 1:14:01[SPEAKER_11]: There's not a number in the electoral college that can get you the White House.
- 1:14:05[SPEAKER_03]: I have been following so with that's because of the amount of people moving from California to Texas, I don't know how you get it back and it's only going to get worse over the course of the next two years because if you think everywhere else is unaffordable, the most unaffordable state to live in in the country.
- 1:14:24[SPEAKER_03]: is California and they're getting the fuck out of there and they're going in Texas and now that it's blue they feel even safer to get the fuck out of California and move to Texas.
- 1:14:36[SPEAKER_03]: The ones that are still there in California, some of them are my friends, just refuse to move because the weather's too fucking great and they don't really care about politics or anything else because they're rich enough not to fucking care.
- 1:14:50[SPEAKER_03]: This is a movement that has been happening for years and years and started when we move there in 2020 and there's going to be more Californians moving there, they will take over this fucking state.
- 1:15:00[SPEAKER_03]: I do not know how to win Texas back unless you flood it in with Mexicans and then you're able to get the Latino vote against them.
- 1:15:10[SPEAKER_03]: But even that's not great for our country, so it's a loose, loose situation here.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't know how to get it back.
- 1:15:19[SPEAKER_03]: I, I, I, Rubio is the only guy.
- 1:15:23[SPEAKER_03]: Have him go down there and campaign and speak Spanish.
- 1:15:25[SPEAKER_03]: So all these motherfuckers.
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe.
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I, I have no prediction on that.
- 1:15:29[SPEAKER_04]: Cause I don't know what, I don't know what the coalition's gonna look like.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_04]: If it, if they're smart, it'll look like the people, you know, I mean,
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_04]: If people want affordability, which if they always do, you have to address it in a meaningful way you can't just ignore it or call them losers.
- 1:15:49[SPEAKER_04]: That's not smart.
- 1:15:51[SPEAKER_04]: Frankly, now you can make the point that, hey, there's going to be some short-term pain but this thing matters but you better fucking explain why it matters every fucking day.
- 1:16:01[SPEAKER_04]: Because you know what shows up every day is their fucking empty wallet.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_04]: And if you don't have an answer for that empty wallet every fucking day, then you lose, that's how it works.
- 1:16:12[SPEAKER_04]: And part of it again is insulating people or providing some kind of...
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_04]: response to all the fucking propaganda that's out there, because I'll tell you, I don't know, I mean, you people that are also online a lot like us.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure you'll have noticed this.
- 1:16:34[SPEAKER_04]: So a lot of people spent 2025.
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_04]: This is on the right, by the way.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_04]: telling us no enemies to the right, any TTR they call it.
- 1:16:45[SPEAKER_04]: Referring to people who are co-using up with white nationalism and multi-polar Russian propaganda, particularly from Alexander Dubin.
- 1:16:54[SPEAKER_04]: Lots of people on the what's being referred to as woke writer, dissent it right, did that.
- 1:17:01[SPEAKER_04]: And then,
- 1:17:02[SPEAKER_04]: After saying you should not be making enemies with anybody to your right, they spent all of 2026, trashing Trump and Republicans, all of it, making nothing but enemies to their right or on their right, rather.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_04]: And the result was that Muslims and Communists got elected to Congress and 250 members of the DSA nationwide.
- 1:17:28[SPEAKER_04]: Now, maybe that wasn't an intentional propaganda campaign, but it's hard to believe that, to be honest.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_04]: Now we'll say this, every single one of the people that were involved in that makes money from being a political contrarian, every single one of them.
- 1:17:44[SPEAKER_04]: if if they have to take a stand and defend a particular position that isn't unnegative like don't do this don't do this just do this a femoral thing but not specific plans then then they would have to stand up for it and they would eventually get hit the same way everybody gets hit you take a stand you're either right or wrong
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_04]: You get some praise when you're right, sometimes none, by the way, if you say not to do something, but when you're wrong, you get hammered for it.
- 1:18:12[SPEAKER_04]: This is the way it is.
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_04]: But these people are fucking cowards.
- 1:18:16[SPEAKER_03]: What did Mubdani say?
- 1:18:19[SPEAKER_06]: What last night showed us is that Americans are tired of being told that their needs are unrealistic.
- 1:18:27[SPEAKER_06]: By politicians who have been bought by the wealthiest people in the country.
- 1:18:30[SPEAKER_06]: This country has elected a new generation of leadership, a generation with a mandate to lower the cost of living, to build not bomb, to never betray the working people who entrusted them with power.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_06]: And I hear often that the politics that we're fighting for here in New York City,
- 1:18:46[SPEAKER_06]: are not possible outside of city limits and what last night showed us is that working people are the majority, whether we are speaking of Austin or Ann Arbor or Storia and it is time to put those same people first in our politics and last night shows us that it's possible to do so all across the country.
- 1:19:06[SPEAKER_03]: And then I'll go to Jady Vance's statement here because he didn't do an interview yet.
- 1:19:10[SPEAKER_03]: I'm sure he will, but he made a lengthy Twitter post.
- 1:19:13[SPEAKER_03]: He says one of the things the data analysis on our side obsessed over was composition, whether the electorate looked close enough to 2024 for Republicans to win and despite polls that showed a Democrat blowouts.
- 1:19:29[SPEAKER_03]: The data kept on telling us the same story.
- 1:19:32[SPEAKER_03]: And some states turned out was merely OK. And other states, it was downright amazing.
- 1:19:37[SPEAKER_03]: And in no state, was it catastrophic.
- 1:19:40[SPEAKER_03]: There was a genuine sense of optimism on our team.
- 1:19:43[SPEAKER_03]: Our people were showing up.
- 1:19:45[SPEAKER_03]: So I asked the smartest guy, a data guy, I know.
- 1:19:48[SPEAKER_03]: Does that mean we're going to shock the world?
- 1:19:51[SPEAKER_03]: No, he told me, we might do better than the polls suggest, but the data is telling us that a lot of Trump Vance 2024 voters are pissed and planning to vote for the other guys.
- 1:20:03[SPEAKER_03]: Our voters are turning out, but they may not vote for us.
- 1:20:07[SPEAKER_03]: Well, that looks pretty prophetic now, and our voters did show up and Florida, for example, the electorate was nine points more than Republican than Democrats, just a couple of points worse than 2024.
- 1:20:21[SPEAKER_03]: Undoubtedly, there were the replaces that we could have done better on turnout, but the main problem is not turnout.
- 1:20:27[SPEAKER_03]: The main problem is that many people who voted for Trump
- 1:20:35[SPEAKER_04]: Is that true?
- 1:20:36[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if that's true or not.
- 1:20:37[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how he's quantifying that, but there is a huge turnout problem with Republicans nationwide.
- 1:20:42[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I think.
- 1:20:44[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:20:45[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, in addition to that, it wasn't just, it wasn't just turnout for sure.
- 1:20:55[SPEAKER_04]: Let's see.
- 1:20:56[SPEAKER_04]: Early bit, bit, bit, bit down from 31 Republicans were down 5% in early voting across the country.
- 1:21:07[SPEAKER_04]: 40% of people, this is a bigger issue I think.
- 1:21:11[SPEAKER_04]: And I think it's kind of what he's trying to refer to, although I think it's interesting that two of his two of the things that we need to answer for are the Jews.
- 1:21:21[SPEAKER_04]: That's pretty interesting.
- 1:21:23[SPEAKER_04]: But coming from the fucking vice president of the United States, but 40% of voters said they voted to a post-Trump of those who voted against who voted for Democrats.
- 1:21:33[SPEAKER_04]: They said they voted specifically to a post-Trump, and 20% said they voted to support him for the people who voted for these candidates, right?
- 1:21:43[SPEAKER_04]: So double the amount of people voted for Democrats because they didn't like Trump versus the other thing.
- 1:21:49[SPEAKER_04]: You can
- 1:21:50[SPEAKER_04]: make your own mind of about why that is.
- 1:21:53[SPEAKER_04]: It's like his involvement with his reals nothing new, although the younger crowd just figured out what politics is.
- 1:21:59[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, everything always seems new to them, but affordability sucks no matter what.
- 1:22:06[SPEAKER_04]: And
- 1:22:07[SPEAKER_04]: If you're answered to people struggling, is not to sit down and humble yourself and explain, like, hey, this is really important.
- 1:22:18[SPEAKER_04]: We feel like this is important for the future of our country to do this.
- 1:22:21[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sorry, it fucking sucks right now.
- 1:22:22[SPEAKER_04]: We're gonna do something, do everything.
- 1:22:24[SPEAKER_04]: We can't make that better.
- 1:22:26[SPEAKER_04]: Instead of saying that, you say the stupid shit that he routinely said, including, oh, it'll be over in a week, over and over and over again.
- 1:22:36[SPEAKER_04]: And again, you're going to get people to come out and vote against you.
- 1:22:39[SPEAKER_04]: It doesn't like, especially when they're struggling financially, it doesn't matter what else is going on.
- 1:22:43[SPEAKER_04]: So I think, you know, you can dig a little too deep on a post-mortem too.
- 1:22:47[SPEAKER_04]: Sometimes it's right there on the surface.
- 1:22:49[SPEAKER_04]: People were fucking mad and broke and you told them to shut up or you glossed over their feelings about it.
- 1:22:57[SPEAKER_04]: That's...
- 1:22:59[SPEAKER_03]: Can't do it.
- 1:22:59[SPEAKER_03]: Now, Vance also went on to say the top four answers accounting for nearly half the responses were number one and the war number two focus on cost of living inflation number three put America first.
- 1:23:13[SPEAKER_04]: That means stop, but the Jew stuff.
- 1:23:15[SPEAKER_04]: That's what that means.
- 1:23:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know why he put three and four.
- 1:23:18[SPEAKER_03]: There's the same for is change our relationship to Israel.
- 1:23:25[SPEAKER_03]: Look, I, you can argue over what put America first means rather than dicking around with Iran and, you know, the rest of the shits.
- 1:23:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's a tough call because that's a vague statement by him.
- 1:23:42[SPEAKER_03]: But he's saying our voter showed up, which I don't believe.
- 1:23:46[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I know people who are just disinterested.
- 1:23:49[SPEAKER_03]: We've got the Drinking Bros app, which is free on iPhones and Android's right now.
- 1:23:54[SPEAKER_03]: And look, a lot of them were saying it was pretty easy.
- 1:23:59[SPEAKER_03]: It was affordability.
- 1:24:01[SPEAKER_03]: Gas prices.
- 1:24:02[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of our listeners said that's of like, you know,
- 1:24:06[SPEAKER_03]: I think the Republicans are dumb if they think it was anything other than that, and the middle class in particular, which reflected the numbers that you said earlier.
- 1:24:17[SPEAKER_03]: A advance went on to say the reason we lost is the war.
- 1:24:20[SPEAKER_03]: The president himself said so last night.
- 1:24:23[SPEAKER_03]: If you'd like to argue it was worth it, that losing the Senate for the next six years was worth it.
- 1:24:28[SPEAKER_03]: She's a surprise that's already here out loud six years of this bullshit.
- 1:24:34[SPEAKER_03]: Are you it was worthwhile cost to pay?
- 1:24:37[SPEAKER_03]: Are you or disagree?
- 1:24:39[SPEAKER_03]: That's at least honest.
- 1:24:40[SPEAKER_03]: But everyone knows why we lost.
- 1:24:42[SPEAKER_03]: And any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there.
- 1:24:47[SPEAKER_03]: I remain hopeful about our country or the people who are pissed off and want to say, I told you so, you're right.
- 1:24:53[SPEAKER_03]: You did tell us so, take that energy into electing Republicans who share your worldview.
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_03]: to the people who are just pissed at the results, you should be.
- 1:25:03[SPEAKER_03]: Let's take that anger and get back to the work of saving our country.
- 1:25:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I agree with that part, for sure.
- 1:25:12[SPEAKER_04]: And now you've got to wonder how Trump's going to respond to this, not in his concession speech as the last 24 hours, but 18 hours, I guess, but how he actually behaves moving forward is he going to finish this thing in a ran?
- 1:25:31[SPEAKER_04]: So like, there's something you say, feel however you want about this about the outcome that doesn't necessarily directly affect him because he's not running for office.
- 1:25:42[SPEAKER_04]: But putting it on the line politically for something that you actually believe in when it's going to cost you is something that most politicians don't usually do right now it's just that usually they just try to protect their image or their or get reelected it's one of those two things and Trump put it on the line for that you can disagree that's that's a fair it's fair to disagree with that.
- 1:26:07[SPEAKER_04]: But we're going to find out if that's true or not, because if it's true, he's going to fucking hammer that at this point, right?
- 1:26:13[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, if he, if he, if it was really worth it to do that, then he's got to finish it.
- 1:26:19[SPEAKER_04]: Otherwise, what he said was a lie.
- 1:26:21[SPEAKER_04]: It wasn't worth it.
- 1:26:22[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 1:26:23[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 1:26:23[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's just that seems like the logical way to think about that to me.
- 1:26:26[SPEAKER_04]: I'd love to hear if anybody's got any, um,
- 1:26:30[SPEAKER_04]: any other any of the thoughts on that I think that's pretty obvious though if you really believe that that big of a threat whether it be from the nukes or the petro doll you've got to finish them there's no other option uh... now a lot of people are speculating what would you said that they're going to peach everybody
- 1:26:47[SPEAKER_03]: Trump, Hexith, RFK, Junior, Vance, they're going to go for everybody.
- 1:26:52[SPEAKER_04]: What are you going to impeach people for following the orders of the president?
- 1:26:56[SPEAKER_04]: You can't...the levels...the level required for impeachment is so high.
- 1:27:03[SPEAKER_04]: It's just what a fucking waste of time.
- 1:27:06[SPEAKER_04]: But do it.
- 1:27:07[SPEAKER_04]: I highly recommend the Democrats and peach everybody and peach us.
- 1:27:12[SPEAKER_04]: Use your time over the next two years to impeach everybody and then we don't have to hear from you again for a while.
- 1:27:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, this is uh, this is a strange one here.
- 1:27:23[SPEAKER_03]: Um, I can't remember an ask kicking this bad even when Obama got crushed in Congress.
- 1:27:30[SPEAKER_03]: It was just Congress.
- 1:27:33[SPEAKER_03]: But this was both all the way around and just hearing that out loud that Democrats will have control the Center for six years.
- 1:27:41[SPEAKER_03]: That is a long fucking time in this country.
- 1:27:44[SPEAKER_03]: And the shit you can do in Senate and six years, you could absolutely fuck this country up.
- 1:27:49[SPEAKER_03]: My biggest takeaway is,
- 1:27:53[SPEAKER_03]: It appears to me, if we learn nothing from Europe and what's going on there, we're inviting these people in another fucking country.
- 1:28:00[SPEAKER_03]: It's going to get worse.
- 1:28:03[SPEAKER_03]: Taxis wasn't just a nightmare because they let electoral college, because of the border as well.
- 1:28:08[SPEAKER_03]: And they're gonna open those gates wide the fuck open, dude, and good luck.
- 1:28:13[SPEAKER_03]: Good luck.
- 1:28:14[SPEAKER_03]: Is this Chuck Schumer here?
- 1:28:16[SPEAKER_03]: What does he say?
- 1:28:22[SPEAKER_14]: Look, we are facing the first thing we're going to do is reduce people's costs and work the legislative process so it does.
- 1:28:31[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you, everybody.
- 1:28:32[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you.
- 1:28:32[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you, everybody.
- 1:28:33[SPEAKER_10]: Just your question.
- 1:28:37[SPEAKER_04]: It's been an office for 70 years, I know.
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_14]: We are going to work hard.
- 1:28:42[SPEAKER_14]: We are going to work hard to drive costs down with the president or without him.
- 1:28:49[SPEAKER_03]: areas.
- 1:28:50[SPEAKER_03]: And then Rubio actually just gave a statement here on camera.
- 1:28:53[SPEAKER_03]: Let's see what he has to say.
- 1:28:54[SPEAKER_03]: Go to your DMs there.
- 1:29:01[SPEAKER_00]: Whether you feel, I was wondering whether you feel that your job will become more difficult to congeniorate when you have to deal with the Democratic Congress.
- 1:29:09[SPEAKER_01]: Do I fear it?
- 1:29:10[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 1:29:11[SPEAKER_01]: Well, first of all, we haven't had an election yet, so we don't know what Congress will look like.
- 1:29:14[SPEAKER_01]: So, second of all, now let me look to foreign policy.
- 1:29:16[SPEAKER_01]: Congress has a role to play in foreign policy.
- 1:29:18[SPEAKER_01]: I played it for a very long time as a member of the Senate.
- 1:29:21[SPEAKER_01]: So I understand what Congress can and cannot do with regards to foreign policy.
- 1:29:24[SPEAKER_01]: But when it comes to issues of national security and foreign policy, the executive branch and I've learned this both ways.
- 1:29:30[SPEAKER_01]: I learned that when we were in the majority and in the minority, I learned that when Republicans had the White House and didn't have the White House, that the majority, our foreign policy is largely directed by the executive branch.
- 1:29:40[SPEAKER_01]: Now Congress is a role to play, primarily in the funding and the appropriations and in their oversight function, but that's just a normal part of our system.
- 1:29:48[SPEAKER_01]: I've been a part of it.
- 1:29:48[SPEAKER_01]: I've been a part of it on both sides.
- 1:29:50[SPEAKER_01]: I've been in the minority.
- 1:29:50[SPEAKER_01]: I've been in the majority.
- 1:29:52[SPEAKER_01]: I've had a Democratic White House and I've had a Republican White House.
- 1:29:55[SPEAKER_01]: It won't influence or change the president's directives in terms of what he was elected to do.
- 1:29:59[SPEAKER_01]: The president was elected to execute the foreign policy of the United States.
- 1:30:03[SPEAKER_01]: That is a function of the executive branch.
- 1:30:05[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, we'll have oversight from the Congressional branch, and I'll have funding from the Congressional branch.
- 1:30:10[SPEAKER_01]: But that's normal, administrations have played that in the past.
- 1:30:13[SPEAKER_01]: President, you know, the previous President Biden had a Republican Senate to deal with that one-point President Obama had to deal with a Republican majority at some point as well during his so it's not unique to have a divided power in our system, and we've always had a foreign policy.
- 1:30:28[SPEAKER_01]: to my great frustration when I was a member of the Senate.
- 1:30:30[SPEAKER_01]: I realized that while there are things we could do, ultimately the foreign policy decisions are made by the executive branch.
- 1:30:36[SPEAKER_01]: And Congress plays a role.
- 1:30:38[SPEAKER_01]: There's no doubt about it, but the central role belongs to the executive branch.
- 1:30:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's something I learned when I was in the legislative branch, and it's something I know now, but we'll see how things play out.
- 1:30:46[SPEAKER_03]: It's your points.
- 1:30:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, if you're Trump, go after I ran, go as hard as you fucking can, and it's, uh, and then Rubio, I guarantee he's going to work on Cuba, uh, and there's also one more statement from him that I just sent you.
- 1:30:59[SPEAKER_04]: There's another, uh, point to be made about Iran.
- 1:31:03[SPEAKER_04]: If he's not going to go full retard and finish them quickly, then you get to leave now.
- 1:31:09[SPEAKER_04]: And, and, but because the, the alternative,
- 1:31:13[SPEAKER_04]: And then honestly, you should have finished it in March and April of this year, but it was talked out of it by Vance and other people, but they'll never get any blame for it.
- 1:31:24[SPEAKER_04]: Now he now Vance is sitting in the driver seat saying, oh, you know, I'll kind of told you, you should have done this, shouldn't have done this blah, blah, blah, that's what he'll be saying on the campaign trail, 28 guaranteed, but the terminal hangover from Iraq.
- 1:31:42[SPEAKER_04]: that followed Republicans for so long will happen again.
- 1:31:48[SPEAKER_04]: And during this time where the fucking left is making its move and trying to fucking break the West, you can't afford that either, right?
- 1:31:55[SPEAKER_04]: So if you have to leave Iran and just do tactical strikes from time to time every time they get to a certain level, then that's what you gotta do, frankly.
- 1:32:08[SPEAKER_04]: It's bigger than the one conflict and you could you could also make the argument once he decided and let's say April this year that they weren't going to finish them off in that way that's what we should have been doing this whole time anyways instead of mass deployments in the way that way it looks on paper whether it's an active war zone or not still looks like what people and they have all the memories of a rack and of fantasy and a shit like that is a fucking strategic mistake to do that.
- 1:32:34[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and I think true Trump might have posted some truth, uh, social press play.
- 1:32:41[SPEAKER_01]: when you come to the United States as a visitor, which is what a visa is, which is how this individual entered this country, on as on visitors being something different.
- 1:32:49[SPEAKER_04]: You are here as a visitor.
- 1:32:50[SPEAKER_04]: You're good.
- 1:32:51[SPEAKER_04]: I think the clip he was looking for, it's Ruby O's saying the end word for 35.
- 1:32:56[SPEAKER_04]: That's not going on.
- 1:32:58[SPEAKER_04]: I've got that one saved on my phone, I'll pull it up.
- 1:33:00[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's your ringtone, isn't it?
- 1:33:02[SPEAKER_04]: It's like, I keep calling Kubey, I want to answer the phone.
- 1:33:04[SPEAKER_04]: He's like, Sam here in the word.
- 1:33:05[SPEAKER_04]: We're just sitting there bobbin my head.
- 1:33:07[SPEAKER_04]: Good beat.
- 1:33:08[SPEAKER_03]: You know, yeah, uh, then a lot of people are saying John Ossiff.
- 1:33:14[SPEAKER_03]: It's when 2028 for the Democrats.
- 1:33:16[SPEAKER_03]: Um, yeah, I know holds up.
- 1:33:17[SPEAKER_04]: I, he's, he's, you know, I'm not, I'm not a fan.
- 1:33:22[SPEAKER_04]: Obviously, but he's definitely could see that.
- 1:33:26[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think he's, I don't think he's, he's got two of soft and a phase to be the leader of the party.
- 1:33:31[SPEAKER_04]: I think, but, um, I expect him to be VP or something.
- 1:33:38[SPEAKER_04]: we'll see it depends on you know they there's this whole process to all this shit and the interesting thing about is there will be no incumbent in in 28.
- 1:33:54[SPEAKER_04]: So you're going to have two open primaries.
- 1:33:57[SPEAKER_04]: And that's going to be a lot of free content for us.
- 1:34:01[SPEAKER_04]: Because while shit always happens, you've got Trump talking shit to Jeff Bush.
- 1:34:06[SPEAKER_04]: You've got Tulsi ending, Conlay Harris has chances of being ever being present.
- 1:34:10[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, fun, fun, and it's just like, a lot of fun stuff happens and open presidential primaries.
- 1:34:18[SPEAKER_04]: So you got that to look forward to.
- 1:34:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and then Shapiro Ben Shapiro last night broke it down and I wanted to hear your thoughts on this.
- 1:34:26[SPEAKER_03]: This is the last clip we'll play before we get out of here.
- 1:34:28[SPEAKER_04]: Is it the one about choose better candidates?
- 1:34:31[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, close.
- 1:34:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'll get your take on this.
- 1:34:37[SPEAKER_13]: Now, Tex, Democrats have about 8,000 ways that they can win in 2020.
- 1:34:42[SPEAKER_13]: If Texas is open, if North Carolina is solidly Democrat, if Ohio is open again, and Michigan Wisconsin-Metalvania are all open, Democrats have combos there that are just extraordinary.
- 1:34:55[SPEAKER_13]: They have like an extraordinary number of combos there.
- 1:34:57[SPEAKER_13]: And that's the real danger for whoever decides to run for the bread.
- 1:35:01[SPEAKER_13]: And then this is put to listen.
- 1:35:02[SPEAKER_13]: I don't envy J.D.
- 1:35:03[SPEAKER_13]: his position.
- 1:35:04[SPEAKER_13]: I really don't.
- 1:35:04[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, that's just going to ask what is your advice now for any of the guys, whatever it is, four or five guys.
- 1:35:10[SPEAKER_13]: I mean, so I think that there are certain guys where it's like they're only going to be able to get the nomination if they've run this time.
- 1:35:15[SPEAKER_13]: Right, and they're you're thinking about Governor DeSantis and Florida who already ran once if he went to another four years, then he's been out of office for too long and it's not really relevant.
- 1:35:23[SPEAKER_13]: So Ron is going to run.
- 1:35:25[SPEAKER_13]: The vice president, I just don't see.
- 1:35:27[SPEAKER_13]: I think that there is a not
- 1:35:31[SPEAKER_13]: You know, this is I got a young fan he makes an excuse.
- 1:35:33[SPEAKER_13]: I've got a young family and he's so young kids.
- 1:35:36[SPEAKER_14]: He's a crazy kid.
- 1:35:37[SPEAKER_13]: He's a year old.
- 1:35:37[SPEAKER_13]: They're not he's young.
- 1:35:38[SPEAKER_13]: You're younger tonight.
- 1:35:39[SPEAKER_13]: He's he's a baby.
- 1:35:40[SPEAKER_13]: He's a kid.
- 1:35:42[SPEAKER_13]: And so he could easily, you know, again, we have the calcium numbers here saying that JD's the favorite at 30% rubio.
- 1:35:48[SPEAKER_13]: It's 23 in the sense that 12 you should absolutely short sell rubio.
- 1:35:51[SPEAKER_13]: Like Marco is not going to run.
- 1:35:52[SPEAKER_13]: He's not going to run.
- 1:35:53[SPEAKER_13]: He's not going to run.
- 1:35:53[SPEAKER_13]: why do you say that because for because number one twenty twenty eight is likely a poison chalice number two if he runs against jd and jd runs and he loses to jd he says yeah he will number three if jd wins the nomination he could still pick him as a vp jd could lose and he would still be the heir apparent number four if jd runs loses and doesn't pick him he could still be the heir apparent so if you if you're rubio every math and so I'm not gonna run
- 1:36:18[SPEAKER_13]: And so, you know, if, but if you're JD, that's a, that's a very hard call because you look at that map.
- 1:36:23[SPEAKER_13]: You say I'm running on the back of a president who's endorsement makes me the guy.
- 1:36:27[SPEAKER_13]: But the only way I become the guy is with his endorsement and he has a 32% approval rating.
- 1:36:33[SPEAKER_13]: And he's got a bunch of policies.
- 1:36:34[SPEAKER_13]: I don't necessarily agree with that I'm going to have to quasi owned but also quasi separate from him.
- 1:36:37[SPEAKER_13]: The minute I separate from him, president Trump is going to bought me on the head of the stick.
- 1:36:42[SPEAKER_13]: That is a, that is a rough road.
- 1:36:44[SPEAKER_13]: What do you think of that?
- 1:36:47[SPEAKER_04]: Um, yeah, maybe we don't know what the approval rating is going to be by then, um, but again, I don't know.
- 1:36:53[SPEAKER_04]: I, anything is possible.
- 1:36:55[SPEAKER_04]: I don't see how you dig yourself out as a king maker at that point and have a substantive, uh, endorsement to make.
- 1:37:04[SPEAKER_04]: Does anybody give a shit about Trump's endorsement or do you not run?
- 1:37:06[SPEAKER_04]: Just so you don't get it.
- 1:37:08[SPEAKER_04]: It's a fair question, I don't know.
- 1:37:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's interesting because if it is indeed a poison pill and like you said, the combos just don't match up, you're just simply running to lose at that point.
- 1:37:21[SPEAKER_03]: And yeah, you could always say you ran for president lost.
- 1:37:24[SPEAKER_03]: You'll be remembered in an American history forever.
- 1:37:27[SPEAKER_03]: And there's no shame in that.
- 1:37:29[SPEAKER_03]: You became the candidates and you lost.
- 1:37:33[SPEAKER_03]: If you indeed believe that.
- 1:37:35[SPEAKER_03]: and looking at these numbers right now.
- 1:37:38[SPEAKER_03]: I know it's the day after and it's easy to overreact and maybe I am.
- 1:37:42[SPEAKER_03]: I don't see how a Republican wins in 28, especially without Texas.
- 1:37:49[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry, I don't.
- 1:37:50[SPEAKER_03]: All right, now's the point to show we get to the drinking bro of the week.

- 1:39:10[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of people who were depressed, confused, angry, pissed off looking at the transgenders of fucking.
- 1:39:19[SPEAKER_03]: Islamists and all the shit that keep winning, and what's going to happen to our country, I don't know that answer, but what I do know is that this group and this community has always been extremely strong, and we've always been here for one another, and we'll be with you day in and day out to hopefully get you through whatever shit we're about to go through and make no mistake.

- 1:39:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, there'll be some impeachments in all of another bullshit, man, they're going to try everything.
- 1:39:52[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, it's a fun statement today and they sent all the right things, but it's like a quarterback who, uh, who lost the game, walking off the field says all the right shit, but then privately behind the scenes destroys the entire fucking locker room, and I think that's what's going to happen here.
- 1:40:09[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, so we'll be here.
