- 0:02What it do, what it do, what it do?
- 0:04It is your boy Andrew Schultz AKA Mr. Goody 2 Shoes and who am
- 0:08I with? As always, Joseph Huggins AKA
- 0:11Old Man Huggy. Talk shit or get off the pod.
- 0:15Episode 185 Shout out Hong Kong. No, just fuck with you.
- 0:26Welcome, motherfuckers. Joseph and I were just talking
- 0:31about what what we were going to call the the episode.
- 0:33And then I just I just have a both like in real time.
- 0:37But but I don't know, like Hong Kong is not really a country,
- 0:42but Hong Kong not listening. Let's go Russia.
- 0:47Russia's like and Iran are scarily, scarily up in the
- 0:51rankings. That's good.
- 0:53It's what we want, yes. I mean, I mean, yeah, yeah,
- 0:58yeah. Hopefully like.
- 1:00I appreciate the topics. Therapy Questions is my favorite
- 1:04time of podcast. I appreciate funny, witty
- 1:07questions. Mr. Goody, you are too funny.
- 1:10Like I want you to get an e-mail.
- 1:11I just have a feeling like it's like the like authorities and
- 1:14there's like a toxic too. Like that's what it is.
- 1:19We've always been like, if you ever go to like.
- 1:22It's not like Navalny, you know, I mean, he's dead, but like, you
- 1:26know, it's not like somebody like that.
- 1:27It's like a fucking Mullah. But if you go to like Saint
- 1:33Petersburg and like, we have always been listening, Mr.
- 1:35Schultz, you'd be like, oh, shit.
- 1:37No, it's actually I haven't checked in a while, but and they
- 1:41have climbed in Russia, but it it was exclusively in Moscow,
- 1:45but it. Would be because you could
- 1:47check. Like the cities because like I
- 1:48checked and it was like it was just basically like the entire
- 1:53front lines were like listening to us, which is crazy.
- 1:58Are all listening to her sessions.
- 2:01Well, I mean, yeah, I mean, I wouldn't be opposed to that
- 2:04because you're not really doing anything, although if you got
- 2:06caught doing something stupid. So that's where it's like
- 2:11Brittany Greiner was playing basketball in Russia, but she
- 2:13got caught with a weed pen. Like, you know, And that's
- 2:16whenever they're like, aha, we got you.
- 2:17And then they lock you the fuck up.
- 2:20Ukrainian soldiers in their own country like.
- 2:22Yeah, no, no, I'm just saying if my if Russia's climbing in the
- 2:25ranks, we're over there. I'm not going to fuck around a
- 2:28little crazy like I'm doing a lot.
- 2:30Are you going to? Russia ever Are you kidding me
- 2:34like like like like whenever I was whenever I was on the dating
- 2:39apps before I met the Shorty like or that's how I actually
- 2:42got her, but like if anybody was like Russian or Russian speaking
- 2:49immediate swipe left. I don't I don't care anything
- 2:53about anything you have to say get the fuck off of my feet.
- 2:56Oh, that's. Ridiculous, but no I.
- 3:00Was just thinking about it. I was like, it's like might be
- 3:04the only like like so so like tinge of racism I have is like
- 3:09but. That that was that was a therapy
- 3:10question. That was a therapy question a
- 3:12long time ago, is would you marry into the mob or marry
- 3:17into? Yeah, but what if the mob was
- 3:18the Russian mob? No, that's what you would.
- 3:21I'm just thinking Italian. That's the.
- 3:23That's the limit. It's.
- 3:25Not that's a Russian mob Irish, you know, it's like, I mean.
- 3:28What do you mean? Yeah, I, I visit Russia.
- 3:30I'm. Telling.
- 3:30You Russia's pretty crazy. I visit.
- 3:33Not a fan and I'm glad you guys are listening.
- 3:36Just not a fan name like a good Russian food or song or
- 3:44anything. It's a.
- 3:46Fucking it's a fucking gas station run by like the mafia.
- 3:50That's it. That's that's your entire
- 3:53country. That's terrible.
- 3:56That's a gas station. John McCain said that.
- 4:01That sounds like something John McCain would say, too.
- 4:03And he wasn't lying. He'd be talking some shit.
- 4:06Yeah, I know. I visit Russia.
- 4:08I don't know. There's something.
- 4:09Cool, kidding me right the fuck now?
- 4:11Not right now, when things. Chill, you're going to wait for
- 4:14the war to end. Let it die down, go check it
- 4:16out. So sketchy.
- 4:20Let's go. No, that'd be cool.
- 4:22No bro, no. I like I'm going in with Seal
- 4:25Team 6 till I get your ass out. If you go to Russia like that's,
- 4:28that's going to be the end game. Is it possible?
- 4:33Well, it's just like you're inevitably going to get rested
- 4:35and I'm inevitably have to go get your ass and then, and then
- 4:38I'm going to have to go right out with Putin into Siberia and
- 4:41one of us is coming back and it's not him.
- 4:43I don't know, man. I don't think I'd get arrested,
- 4:45so I think I'd be OK. Dude glad he got he's not your
- 4:48friend bro. Any tales from the poker world?
- 4:55Yeah, crushed. Crushed.
- 4:58I so they had boots and bruise, which is like country festival
- 5:05at at the poker. Like OK, so it's not at the
- 5:09poker place, but like the the place I play poker, it's on the
- 5:13Ventura County Fairgrounds and they have and it's also that
- 5:17surfers point in Ventura. So it's like on the beach, but
- 5:20it's also the fairgrounds. So they just have events.
- 5:22And so they had Kane Brown. Do you know who that is?
- 5:26No. Is it Black Country Star?
- 5:28OK, yeah. I just like kind of like it's a
- 5:32new. It's a new wave.
- 5:34It's a new wave, dude. Well.
- 5:35You know, I don't know. I like.
- 5:37The pendulum swing, you had Jack Harlow, you had these white guys
- 5:41like doing all this rap. Now it's swung.
- 5:43You got Shaboosi, you got all these other, you got these black
- 5:47guys doing doing country. So it's like a it's all you
- 5:51know. Gender fluid, but.
- 5:53It's music fluid at this point. Actually, so this guy who opened
- 5:58for him, his name's Jayden. I saw him come off stage and I
- 6:01had and your boy had maybe some joints on him and I fucking just
- 6:06talked him into smoking a joint with me kicking it like right
- 6:09after he got off the fucking stage.
- 6:11And then Cameron was like, OK, like I was like kind of
- 6:15distracted, like texting someone destroyed.
- 6:19Like she didn't go. She was supposed to go with me
- 6:22and well, not supposed to. She wanted to go how she'd say
- 6:25and, and I OK, but then I went to I play poker and then my
- 6:30goal. So I bought in 100.
- 6:31And so I was like, if I lose, I'll buy general admission
- 6:35tickets because they're like 125 bucks.
- 6:38But if I, if I win, I'll buy VIP tickets.
- 6:41And your boy won a lot of money and bought general admission
- 6:46because I was like, by myself, I'm like, what am I getting to
- 6:49do with the fucking VIP tickets? Yeah, yeah.
- 6:54I mean, because VIP is funny. You got to get like multiple
- 6:56people. Unless it's something like
- 6:58you're, you still go with other people.
- 7:00You'll be like, I'll be right back.
- 7:02Yeah, I mean, the only reason why I like, I was thinking that
- 7:04was just 'cause I was like on the website and that that was
- 7:06like available. And I was like, I was like, I
- 7:09wonder if that would be cool like to, you know, like whatever
- 7:12the fuck the access you get with that.
- 7:14But then I was just like, I don't actually care.
- 7:15I just. How much are?
- 7:17How much are VIPs right in there?
- 7:19They were like, it was like over 300 bucks, dude.
- 7:26Yeah, like at every concert ticket is kind of crazy,
- 7:29actually. I don't know, Post Malone, a
- 7:31Jelly roll. We had pretty good seats and it
- 7:32was like 100 bucks each. That's.
- 7:34Not bad, yeah, but prices have skyrocketed.
- 7:39Yeah, and they and they and they by no means were like the like
- 7:43the floor seats or anything like that, like that.
- 7:46They were just like legit like where we were and like in
- 7:49proximity the stage and like like we're just kind of like
- 7:52anyways, but it so they weren't the best tickets.
- 7:55So I'm sure like they're like tickets down, like where they by
- 7:59the stage were like probably like fucking 405 hundred bucks.
- 8:02I'm trying to think like why Janet Mission 21 Savage tickets
- 8:08in Denver were like that was an awesome concert.
- 8:11I saw Project Pat, Project Pat Project Pat and Juicy J went on
- 8:18tour and played the Fillmore and that was just ratchet like
- 8:20having getting to see Project Pat live was epic.
- 8:23That is awesome. That was super fucking tight and
- 8:25they had like crunchy. It was like, well they had a
- 8:27bunch of Three 6 Mafia people there then yeah, seeing 21
- 8:30Savage, but that was almost like 100 bucks just for Janet
- 8:33mission. They're like.
- 8:34Shit, yeah, yeah. And I actually like was just
- 8:37watching like watch what happens.
- 8:39I have on Brava and like. See, I think.
- 8:42It was Sierra Rose on there and she was like, she was like, and
- 8:46they were talking about how, like, concert tickets have just
- 8:49like, gone like through the roof.
- 8:50And she's like, on my tour. I'm going to make sure that
- 8:53they're like, the least amount of money is possible.
- 8:58The guy next door was like, OK, that's on.
- 9:00That's on camera. It's like he's like, no, you're
- 9:03not. He's like, OK now, Now you're
- 9:05just. Yeah, there's someone holding a
- 9:07clipboard with a Bluetooth being like.
- 9:10Shut the fuck. Shut the fuck.
- 9:12Up, yeah. Yeah, it's like some different
- 9:14capital by. Live Nation has your family.
- 9:16Ticketmaster has your parents. Is that our age?
- 9:20Is Live Nation and Ticketmaster the same company?
- 9:22I forget. Like are they just both
- 9:24monopolistic? Fuckers.
- 9:25They're both monopolistic fuckers.
- 9:27Yeah, correctly. It's like you.
- 9:28Can't. It's like you can't even like
- 9:30tour without fucking with them if you're a musician.
- 9:33Oh yeah. Pearl Jam like tried to like in
- 9:35the 90s and they're like, and they're like, no, go fuck
- 9:38yourself, dude, we own. Yeah, nice try.
- 9:41Yeah, I'm going to say no. And then it's like, oh damn.
- 9:46Well just like you don't have an option if you want to go to like
- 9:48certain venues. It's like Live Nation owns it
- 9:53and they only and then and then they'll only fuck with
- 9:56Ticketmaster. Like I bought my tickets for the
- 9:58Jelly Roll plus Milan off of StubHub and then just
- 10:01immediately with the Ticketmaster and that and that
- 10:04was like exclusively who I was dealing with afterwards.
- 10:07Yeah, I mean, and it I went to like this ASOP Ferg concert that
- 10:12was wild, 'cause it was like Puya and the Suicide Boys.
- 10:15Are you just trying to tell everybody that you're like,
- 10:17you're just cool with the hip hop?
- 10:18No, no, I'm just trying to think 'cause they're just.
- 10:20Dropping ASOP Ferg and Project Pat.
- 10:22No, that was just those were cool shows, but you'd think of
- 10:26Project Pat concert at the like at like not the nicest biggest
- 10:30venue wouldn't be like 90 bucks a pop for a Gen. emission in
- 10:35comparison to what you what, 90 bucks a pop would get you for a
- 10:38ticket. I mean, I know there's
- 10:39inflation, but the but the fees and shit like that, that is like
- 10:42a, it's like a $30 Gen. admission with like.
- 10:46You know what it also is, though, I think it's like, I
- 10:48feel like millennials and Gen. Z, they're like more into
- 10:52experiences than like buying like like products.
- 10:57So it's like everybody like, so like anybody who has money who's
- 11:01like, like us or like Gen. Z is like going to concerts or
- 11:06festivals and whereas like back in the day, they're like buying
- 11:10like a, you know, ro Rolex or like a Gucci bag or some shit.
- 11:17Yeah. I mean, yeah.
- 11:19I think that probably has something to do with it.
- 11:21It's like we just like value going to like shows more than
- 11:25the past. And so therefore they're able
- 11:28'cause, you know, supply and demand.
- 11:31So if, if everyone wants to do this like we're going to charge
- 11:33you more. Well, and you know, what's
- 11:36interesting too is how how time works.
- 11:39The catalog of music that like we were able to grow up
- 11:43listening to was more diverse than the catalog of music that
- 11:46our parents were able to grow up listening to because there was
- 11:49all of that expansion before we even existed.
- 11:52So like when we're born like the like the explosion of the new
- 11:55hip hop scene and all of that. Are you, are you talking a shit
- 11:58about Elvis? Are you saying Elvis's own only
- 12:00popular because because nobody has options?
- 12:02No. Well, I guess, well, yes and no.
- 12:06What I'm saying is in reality, the catalog of music grows,
- 12:10continues to grow with time exponentially and doesn't ever
- 12:13stop. So it's like, you know, the
- 12:15later on the timeline of whatever this is, in some ways
- 12:19musically the better because you get to start all the way at the
- 12:22beginning and listen to it all chronologically.
- 12:25Yeah, that's true. That's because music doesn't
- 12:26die. So exactly.
- 12:28So we have all we, we get all of your shit from like the
- 12:32ownership plus all this shit that keeps happening.
- 12:35So like the appreciation for that music would be different,
- 12:38you know, So like the Jet, like 80s music is like ancient at
- 12:41this point, but 80s music is still like relevant and good to
- 12:45things that are coming out now or sounds that are sampled.
- 12:49So they get to get, they can go back and find those sample songs
- 12:52like we did, but they get to do that on a much deeper level in a
- 12:56way that like we don't. So like, maybe we don't get some
- 12:59new genre, but then they all, you know, like we all grew up on
- 13:02Elvis. The Elvis existed, we got Cape.
- 13:04Opera. What I'm saying is like Elvis
- 13:07existed for everybody except for like our great grandparents.
- 13:10Elvis wasn't making music for them.
- 13:11So they didn't get, they didn't have that appreciation for that
- 13:13style that formed that part of the catalog hadn't been created
- 13:18yet. Well, that's just 'cause they
- 13:20were at like the clan meetings. Only though, I mean, I guess and
- 13:23it was a a different different period of time.
- 13:26But yes, they probably. Were a higher likelihood that.
- 13:30You. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 13:31You'd be fucking around with some racism if you're older.
- 13:34Oh yeah, that's, I mean, that's like a that's.
- 13:36What you were saying, I think like that's just like.
- 13:38A joke? Yeah.
- 13:39Like, is there's like no point in going back past a certain
- 13:42point because it's like, yeah, like, oh, let's go.
- 13:44It only works for guys who. Live right now.
- 13:46It's like, let's go back to 1910 and we'll live there for 20
- 13:51years, save a bunch of money, put it in, you know, put it here
- 13:54and then come back to the future and get it.
- 13:56It's like, no man, like I'm not be in prison like I can.
- 14:00Agree. You'd be.
- 14:01I'd scare every. Yeah, exactly.
- 14:03I'd scare. Everybody and I'd be able to
- 14:05like like, like physically abuse women and get away with it.
- 14:10Like that's like how shitty fucking life was for like
- 14:12everybody besides white men who have like property.
- 14:16But even then, with your last name, you'd be like working some
- 14:19labor job 'cause you'd be like Irish, right?
- 14:22O'Donnell. Yeah, yeah.
- 14:24So you'd be, so you'd be like working at the docks, dude.
- 14:27You'd be like you'd. Be like my grandparents had to
- 14:30change it from O'Donnell to Schultz because they couldn't
- 14:33get a job in Philadelphia. Just for context.
- 14:35People are like what the. Fuck are you talking about?
- 14:36So there you go. So there you go, dude.
- 14:37So you'd be, you'd be out there with me, dude.
- 14:39You'd be out there in the streets.
- 14:41You'd be like a brother. You'd be like a brother.
- 14:42Struggle's real dog. So that's where.
- 14:45And it was real for the Irish. They were not liked and they're
- 14:49not considered white. Like they weren't until the end.
- 14:51Neither were like a town for a while.
- 14:53Like, like, you know, it's like people like, think like it's
- 14:55like because you're like pale like, like that, that it's like,
- 14:58Oh yeah, white people. And it's like, no, there's like,
- 15:01there's like eras of it's like you need to get ushered in to
- 15:04like be considered what? Yeah, it takes time.
- 15:07It will, at least in history, so I'm saying.
- 15:09Yeah, you know, it takes. Yeah, you got to work your way
- 15:11into it. Yeah.
- 15:12And gracious, weird to think about.
- 15:14It's like how are the? Irish, not white.
- 15:15They're the whitest fucking people on the planet I guess.
- 15:18Maybe Swedish, I don't know. What do you?
- 15:21Think yeah, sweet. Well, I mean.
- 15:22Well I mean the others people are pretty like they're gender
- 15:25bro. It's there's like a bullying and
- 15:28you have to get past a certain point and then you're just in
- 15:30the group except for. Except for black people.
- 15:34Exactly. Yeah, that's amazing.
- 15:37Do you want to do some therapy questions?
- 15:39It's more like a couple questions and some topics.
- 15:42I figured we we talked. All right, so topic or question
- 15:45#1 let's just talk about this P Diddy shit 'cause this just
- 15:50happened. They've reached a verdict on
- 15:53four of the five charges. We don't know what it is, but
- 15:56they've reached a verdict in 12 hours.
- 15:58Now they're hung on the on one last charge and that charges the
- 16:03racketeering. Charge.
- 16:06OK, so so. Do we know what the verdict was
- 16:10on the other ones? No, not yet.
- 16:12That that. So we know that they they came
- 16:14to a decision, we just don't know what it is.
- 16:17So he. He could just be innocent on all
- 16:19of this. And then 41 hung up.
- 16:22Well, and OK, so we talked last episode and I and I sent it was
- 16:27the next morning like literally within like OK.
- 16:31So, so Joseph said that they might drop a lot of charges so
- 16:34that he doesn't, so that he's not overcharged and then able to
- 16:38appeal and get the fuck out. And then literally yeah, the
- 16:41next day they drop like what, 5? Yeah, and it was like the like
- 16:44the arson on Kid Cudi's car. There's certain things, like I
- 16:47said, that are just kind of circumstantial and so
- 16:50circumstantial because like, the the prosecutors did a good job.
- 16:53I mean the real I mean here. I'll read some of this article,
- 16:56but no. Witnesses called.
- 16:58I mean, but, but that's can't use that.
- 17:01You can't use that against him. No, I know, I know.
- 17:03I I guess like. And the defense did a pretty
- 17:06good job. Like there were some closing
- 17:07statements and things that were said that or have made it out of
- 17:10the courtroom that are that are pretty good.
- 17:12Like this guy was like hustling. And they were able to discredit
- 17:16some witnesses, catch people and lies, catch people with evidence
- 17:21being dishonest or misleading and things that happened and
- 17:24things that they saw. So the the defense probably did
- 17:28the best that they could do with not calling him to the stand,
- 17:31which is the right decision. He's going to get cross examined
- 17:33to show. Obviously like but that doesn't
- 17:35take like a fucking genius to not put dig in the fucking
- 17:37stand. Dude has like a a surplus a baby
- 17:41whale. But but but remember, he's being
- 17:44charged with like Rico and like you know, it's the only has to
- 17:46be convicted on 2 2 for it to be considered like Rico.
- 17:51No, not you know, being hung on racketeering is pretty wild,
- 17:54but. Oh I know.
- 17:55And it's two people have to be convicted, right?
- 17:58Or or or is it 2 targets to be? Yeah, they're no like, I mean
- 18:02Rico's, it's like, what is? It it's a conspiracy, it's like
- 18:05racketeering. It's like.
- 18:07Basically, it's like. Short for something, but like
- 18:09it's a way. It's a very broad scope on
- 18:12things you can charge. It just means like two people
- 18:14like conspiring to commit a crime.
- 18:16No, no, no, no. It doesn't have.
- 18:17No, no, it doesn't have to be 2. So it's like basically you're
- 18:20running like. A2 or more.
- 18:22Well, no, no, no, you're running.
- 18:23It has to be at least. 2 Hold on, to be convicted of Rico,
- 18:27there's like a series of charges that you would be charged with
- 18:30that would constitute of you being charged with like Rico,
- 18:34which is how they caught the mob.
- 18:35So people who weren't weren't ever around for never the
- 18:38crown's crimes to happen. But we're delegating them
- 18:41through like third and fourth parties.
- 18:43That's why they created the that law in the 1st place for that
- 18:46charge is to catch the mob, to catch these people that were
- 18:49never touching anything, never doing anything the running.
- 18:52Across. No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 18:55But it's not conspiring. It's you're committing these
- 18:57crimes in the form of like a criminal enterprise.
- 19:00So what they're trying to basically say is like, so we're
- 19:02not going to charge him with arson, we're not going to charge
- 19:05him with a series of these other charges 'cause it'll be
- 19:07difficult. What we can charge him with is
- 19:10potentially drug distribution 'cause he's purchasing large
- 19:13quantity quantities of drugs to distribute to them, to other
- 19:16people. They don't have to get paid.
- 19:20Yeah, I mean, he got caught with like I'm talking around, we were
- 19:22just like purchasing and then sending his workers with the
- 19:26purpose of going and acquiring these drugs and bringing them to
- 19:30him with the intent of distributing them to other
- 19:32people. That'd be technically
- 19:35distribution which would fall under like Rico where that
- 19:37that's remember you get like 25 to life, but you there's a
- 19:40series of charges and you have to be convicted of two of these
- 19:44five charges that make up. What at least two of.
- 19:47Them at least two of them. So in racketeering is like
- 19:50pretty big, pretty big charge. Like that's one of those where,
- 19:54you know, that's almost feels like it's essential to it.
- 19:57But then they're also trying to, you know, the, the prostitution,
- 20:00the trafficking aspect of it, 'cause if you move somebody
- 20:03across state lines with the intent of them committing acts
- 20:07with somebody else. Matt Gates with the with
- 20:10committing. Allegedly.
- 20:12Allegedly. Sorry, I forgot.
- 20:13I forgot. We're in a litigious
- 20:15environment. With committing an acts with
- 20:18somebody else for you to procure money from those people that is
- 20:23also considered trafficking. So it doesn't matter.
- 20:26And but now they're trying to say like, oh, they're swingers,
- 20:28This is a swingers lifestyle. But I mean.
- 20:30I didn't buy that argument to be honest.
- 20:33Yeah, but the federal jury in Sean Diddy Combs trial reached a
- 20:35verdict in four of five counts today after deliberating roughly
- 20:3912 1/2 hours. The juror sent a note to Judge
- 20:43Aaron Submaranian saying they did not reach a verdict on Count
- 20:481, which is racketeering conspiracy that carries the
- 20:51heaviest penalty with a maximum sentence of life in prison.
- 20:55So. You know what I think it's like
- 20:57I don't even care if did he committed a crime?
- 20:59I don't want a billionaire out here.
- 21:01Like he's just got like the taste for freak offs like just
- 21:05like, you know, out here. Wow like I just just, it'd be
- 21:10better for society to get this dude out of here.
- 21:13Like who even comes up with that idea dude?
- 21:18Well, and So what they're saying is that there could end up being
- 21:20so, yeah, I mean, so they're going back.
- 21:24That's the biggest charge, which is the like running a criminal.
- 21:28Enterprise. Enterprise, right?
- 21:30And that's what they're saying is he was doing this with the
- 21:32intent of acquiring money and charging people.
- 21:35Or it's like, so we'll see. But they said that there might
- 21:39be an Allen charge. As the defense and prosecution
- 21:42discussed their response to the jury's note, the prosecution
- 21:45asked for instruction called an Allen charge.
- 21:47The the Allen charge is given when a jury returns and reveals
- 21:51they are deadlocked. The judge will encourage the
- 21:54jury to go back and continue deliberations to try to find
- 21:58unanimity to avoid a mistrial. In this case, it would only
- 22:02pertain to Count 1 base the base, the juror's note.
- 22:05So rather than making them be like it'll be a mistrial, it
- 22:08would just be a mistrial on this one charge.
- 22:11Or like you know, but they could still convict him on the other
- 22:15charges because they did reach unanimous decisions.
- 22:18I received a note that says your verdicts count was 2 to 5, but
- 22:22not on count 1 at this time. You, you keep deliberate.
- 22:27I'll ask that you keep delivering.
- 22:29You'll keep deliberating. And.
- 22:35On 2 through 5, so that means like the other charges that
- 22:39they've come up with are charges the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th
- 22:42charge. And this is in New York, right?
- 22:46Yes, I believe it is in New York.
- 22:48OK, I mean, I have faith and I'm like, you know, like, like they
- 22:51got Trump on 34 accounts, you know, and it sounds like it
- 22:55might, you know it, it sounded like kind of the same way where
- 22:59it's like Mikey get off and it's like, Nah, dude, 34 felonies.
- 23:06I mean, yeah, they're just saying in order the Justice
- 23:09Forum to convict someone of racketeering, they must find
- 23:12that yeah, the proved 5-5 different criterias a criminal
- 23:15enterprise existed, the enterprise in affected
- 23:18Interstate commerce, the defendant was in social as was
- 23:21associated with or employed by the enterprise.
- 23:24The defendant engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity
- 23:28and they they participated in at least two acts of racketeering
- 23:31activity. That's you have to be convicted
- 23:34on must prove 5 different criterias to be so.
- 23:40I mean, if they can't prove that, then it's just like he's
- 23:43some rich dude. Like, like that's what I'm
- 23:46saying. It's.
- 23:46Just like stuff fucking baby. Well, yeah.
- 23:48That's wild. I know.
- 23:51And there's like texts from like Cassie Ventura, who it's like
- 23:55she's, she's like, I want to freak off all the time, you
- 23:58know, it's like, but it's like that's also just like that could
- 24:01be like Stockholm syndrome type shit, like.
- 24:03Well, yeah, I. Mean under duress type shit.
- 24:05Like I do not blame her for saying that, but I'm saying like
- 24:08it's like when you put like it's like this witness of the
- 24:12prosecution is like like being like about the freak offs.
- 24:19And we're just trying to say that she's like the one who got
- 24:21like the crime woman. She well, but I mean.
- 24:24She, I mean definitely, I mean 100% she did like.
- 24:26No, no, no, I, I get a, you know what I'm saying?
- 24:28But I'm just saying like in a court of law.
- 24:32No, I mean some of those text. Messages read wild, like that
- 24:35stuff's pretty crazy. So that's like there's no one in
- 24:37the courtroom, but the stuff that's coming out of the
- 24:40courtroom is pretty crazy. It's pretty well, pretty well.
- 24:43There's going to be a, there's going to be a documentary about
- 24:45this shit. Yeah.
- 24:47I mean. And she's like a, an abused,
- 24:48like battered woman. Like it's like, well, now she's
- 24:51married. She has kids, so that's what to
- 24:53a guy who used to. Go to free cops bro.
- 24:56So it's like got to be. It's got to be crazy to like
- 24:59that's, you know, it's that's. Rough.
- 25:02That's got to be tough. To sit there and have all that
- 25:03information come out like now, like that'd just be that's like
- 25:08crazy. And Diddy looks old.
- 25:10He's like he's going, he's going going Gray.
- 25:13But I mean, he's definitely, he's going to be convicted of
- 25:16some of these charges. But if he doesn't get convicted
- 25:18of racketeering, he's not going away for the rest of his life.
- 25:23But now if he gets, but if he gets locked up for like 25
- 25:25years, that's basically the rest of Diddy's life.
- 25:27Cause Diddy, that's what you say I.
- 25:29Mean that is true 'cause like once he gets like.
- 25:31Yeah. You said he was like 55 Chrome
- 25:34like. Diane, Yeah.
- 25:36So like. So it's like, OK, maybe he'll
- 25:38get out when he's 80, but it's like, no, when you're like when
- 25:41you're in your 70s and 80s in prison, like you're dead.
- 25:44You're gonna die. That's a hard life.
- 25:47Yeah. Racketeering means engaging at
- 25:50home. Notice that there's described 35
- 25:52offenses. So under Rico, there's 35 things
- 25:55you could do, and you only need how.
- 25:58Many 4. Offenses including kidnapping,
- 26:01murder, bribery, arson, extortion.
- 26:06Who helped out these laws? Not a single criminal act proven
- 26:09pattern of at least two instances, say at two of those
- 26:1235. And technically they could
- 26:15charge you with it. So if yeah, but I mean, you
- 26:16think about it, you go commit fires and you're like selling
- 26:19drugs but wasn't. It like Fonnie Willis, like who
- 26:25was the one who was. Going.
- 26:26To try to do young. Wasn't it a Young Thug?
- 26:30Yeah, there was. Young thugs.
- 26:31Trial. Yeah, right.
- 26:32But then she was. Also the one she was trying to
- 26:34prosecute Trump for the fine me 12,000 or 11,570 votes.
- 26:43You guys can't do that. Like 'cause that's what he lost
- 26:45by like in Georgia. And so and then she was hitting
- 26:48and was like racketeering but then she was like fucking like
- 26:52her Co worker and somehow it got thrown out.
- 26:55Like it's I don't even know dude.
- 26:57No, I think it was someone. Who?
- 26:58OK, She disappointed me. Who's somebody?
- 27:01That she like knew and had like was cheating on her husband
- 27:05with, but he was also part of. Like the prosecution team?
- 27:09Yeah, prosecution team. Or to me like.
- 27:11I heard all the details and I'm like I don't see why this is
- 27:14even Like who gives a shit like but they let it like they didn't
- 27:19handle it. Well, and then.
- 27:20Yeah, and then she got from the case and then now we got
- 27:23fucking, you know, Velveeta, Voldemort, so I mean.
- 27:27So we'll see what happens. But yeah, that's they're,
- 27:30they're waiting. So you might hear, you could
- 27:32hear the next 24 to 48 hours answer on the Diddy trial and
- 27:37he's going away for some, some amount of time.
- 27:40But I, I. Think I mean they.
- 27:42They can prove that he was distributing drugs and involved
- 27:45in that. I'm not saying for profit.
- 27:48I don't think he needed it. He says it's for personal use,
- 27:51but if you're procuring it for the intent of giving it to
- 27:54others technically, and that was like that was in the closing
- 27:58statements. Closing statements were pretty
- 28:00good. And the closing statement by the
- 28:03prosecution, 'cause you get the the can I can I?
- 28:06Say this and so my my dog's mom, my ex-girlfriend, I'm back in
- 28:16the day she. Was on jury duty.
- 28:20And the the kid had his. Car.
- 28:26Like the wheel fell off and it rolled and it hit.
- 28:32Another car. And he drove like 250 like like
- 28:38like an insane small amount, but it was like slightly over the
- 28:42amount to like call it a hit and run.
- 28:45He waited there for the cops to come, told them what happened
- 28:49and they fucking hit him with a hit and run and and and was on.
- 28:53He was on trial for that to go to jail for like a couple years
- 28:58and she fucking convicted him. Like voted guilty because of
- 29:03the. Technicalities.
- 29:04Like, well, he did drive like 276 feet and supposed to be 275.
- 29:09And I was like, wait a second, this dude waited there and like
- 29:13for the cops to show up and then explained exactly what happened.
- 29:17And I was like I would. Just be like, Nah, fuck that,
- 29:20not guilty. I don't even care if it was
- 29:22against the law. And she and then she started
- 29:24crying. It was like, you don't even get
- 29:26it. Like you can't I go, no, you can
- 29:28do that. Like that is a part of being.
- 29:31A juror you're. Allowed to do whatever the fuck
- 29:32you want, I. Just would just.
- 29:35Refuse it and be like it. It would be the same thing if
- 29:38like somebody was like if I was on a jury and somebody got like
- 29:41like popped like in Texas for like weed.
- 29:44It's like, I don't even care if it's illegal.
- 29:45I'm just saying not guilty. Yeah, that's probably why I've.
- 29:50Never been on Jerry. But I remember like, yeah, this
- 29:53just going to submit. This whole fucking and this is.
- 29:55Like I mean I guess. Unpopular opinion but there was
- 29:58a guy he was in Austin like my Gucci man Pokémon shirt.
- 30:02There's a guy in Austin when I was down there and he got
- 30:06caught. He had like 3 house grow
- 30:08operations, like all indoors, pretty big houses, hundreds of
- 30:13plants and got got caught. They all got raided.
- 30:17He got arrested and got sentenced to, I don't know, like
- 30:2030 years, some wild shit. But he had like 5 grow houses
- 30:24going right. And I remember I kind of got
- 30:26into an argument with somebody and look like if I was on that
- 30:29jury, would I vote like not guilty?
- 30:33I mean, I don't know how you could.
- 30:34Yeah, you could. I mean, you could.
- 30:36You literally just can. You you could.
- 30:39But. But that's.
- 30:41But they'll also like sniff you up before you even get there,
- 30:43dude. But but, but I don't even I
- 30:45think I think this dude would just, but I don't.
- 30:47Let's see. But I don't feel like.
- 30:51Horrible for the guy who. Got caught and got 30 years
- 30:54'cause he had like 6 grow operations.
- 30:56What's wrong with that dude? That's that's called a
- 30:58businessman in California. But look if you.
- 31:01That's, I mean, they feel like that's, you know, it's like the
- 31:04wire. That's part of the game, man.
- 31:06If you get caught, if you get caught, OK, and guess what?
- 31:10Guess what wire part of the game is being a juror and just.
- 31:16Do whatever the fuck you want. 'Cause they can't stop you,
- 31:18'cause it's like you get to literally say whatever you
- 31:21think. Yeah, I know.
- 31:21That'd be more. You'd have to be Omar and you
- 31:25have to be a witness. You have to wear it.
- 31:27And do you have a job, Omar on the wire?
- 31:29And he's like, do you have a job?
- 31:30Because the assassin dude is a witnessed and fucks everybody
- 31:34shut up. Kind of just like that.
- 31:36Well, I don't know about a witness.
- 31:37I'm saying like literally you're 1 of 12 people who get to decide
- 31:40what happens. Yeah, I guess I mean.
- 31:43I feel like you don't. You don't feel you?
- 31:45You, you wouldn't do that. You wouldn't like some dude like
- 31:50just like some just absurd ass like fucking law dude like be
- 31:53like well something if you were. In Iran, if you were in Iran.
- 31:56No, for sure. Like the hijab, something
- 31:58something. Absurd like that?
- 32:01Absolutely right. That's what I'm saying.
- 32:02But. But but like but.
- 32:04That's to compare that to that why three grow.
- 32:06Houses a bad thing. It's not necessarily.
- 32:09That's a bad thing. I'm just saying if you, why
- 32:11would it be bad if you? Assume that if you assume.
- 32:13That amount of risk doing something like that and you get
- 32:18popped doing it, you do something stupid enough to get
- 32:20caught. I don't want to say I don't
- 32:21agree with the law, so I'm. Just going to say not guilty.
- 32:24And when she was like, that's how it works.
- 32:26I was like, I think it is the thing it is.
- 32:28I think you could have, I was like, you let this guy go to
- 32:31fucking jail for two years and this is like, and she got super
- 32:34upset and like, it was like, you don't like understand and like
- 32:37it was because she knew it was fucked up that they were sending
- 32:41him to jail. But she was like just, you know,
- 32:44she like went to UCLA, graduated in three years with a math
- 32:47degree, just like was valedictorian of her school,
- 32:49except for they didn't like give it to her.
- 32:50I don't even know. She was voted.
- 32:53She was voted most likely to be first lady, not president first
- 32:59lady. That's how stupid that shit is.
- 33:02But like, but my point is she's just like a straight down the
- 33:05line, like square. Yeah, that's a wild.
- 33:07That's a. Wild Old ward most.
- 33:10Likely be first. Lady.
- 33:11So some dude who's going to be president is going to marry you,
- 33:14is what you're saying? Like some very.
- 33:15Successful man's going to want to marry you.
- 33:18That's fucking. I mean.
- 33:20You're good to do stuff and. Then you'll get to target this.
- 33:23Isn't like a boomer and you get to make decisions you'll get to.
- 33:26Make decisions about like school lunch programs and like all like
- 33:31bad so so. So so so.
- 33:33Like, to her it was like, inconceivable that she could go
- 33:36like, you know, like, like. Outside of like.
- 33:40The bounds of like what the law exactly says.
- 33:43And I was like, no, you actually can.
- 33:46She's like. You never been on a?
- 33:47Jury. I'm like, I don't care.
- 33:48I know what a jury is. You.
- 33:50Know it's like I don't have to. Be on one to know what I would
- 33:53do. Yeah, that's kind of fucked.
- 33:54Up though see that's different like that's really dumb now if
- 33:58he'd gone 300 feet that's it. That's like no man, but the the
- 34:01fact that he stayed. There like those cops even know
- 34:05what happens because he told them.
- 34:07But it's a hit and run. Like that's like like I can't, I
- 34:10can't. And it was his tire hit a hit a
- 34:13parked car in a driveway. He might have had drugs on him,
- 34:20but. They didn't.
- 34:20They didn't charge him. Did they know that?
- 34:24Maybe he was figuring out that his wheel fell off?
- 34:26Was it like? You know, I feel like he's it's.
- 34:30Just. Yeah, it can't be a hit and run
- 34:34if. He's the one who was there
- 34:35telling the cops he didn't run. Like that's what I like.
- 34:39Come on. Let's like use common sense.
- 34:43Yeah, there was no run. True therapy question #2 should
- 34:48we have government subsidies for EV cars?
- 34:52Trump and Elon Musk? I mean Trump said some crazy
- 34:56shit the other day where he's talking about how he's wants to
- 34:58deal with that. Basically Elon Musk could be
- 35:00broke and would have to go pack up and go back to South Africa
- 35:04which is insane if he wasn't getting sub government subsidies
- 35:10for EV cars and he knew. OK, true.
- 35:12True, but I feel like it's not like he's like, it's not like
- 35:16now it's like he's got money because like Tesla's like worth
- 35:20like 2 trillion in the stock market.
- 35:21It's not like, it's not like, but but Tesla wouldn't exist
- 35:25unless he was getting like the $14 million subsidies when it
- 35:30first started, like from the government.
- 35:32So like the reason why he's like this rich is 'cause he got the
- 35:36subsidies. But I don't think he's still, I
- 35:38mean, he, he might be like, like they also Tesla gets like like
- 35:43credits paid by like the gasoline cars.
- 35:46So like they wanna like they get like like Toyota or.
- 35:51Whatever. Like has to.
- 35:55Like, pay like some sort of like money for polluting the Earth.
- 35:59But Oh yeah, yeah. But like.
- 36:02Tesla because. It's like.
- 36:05No emissions like has these products so they'll like sell
- 36:08them to Toyotas then Toyota, you know?
- 36:12It's like. Then use.
- 36:13Them to pay. Off their share?
- 36:14I don't know. How it works, but like but it's
- 36:17something like so like that's but that's not government
- 36:20subsidies. That's just like from the other
- 36:21companies like paying them but dude.
- 36:27I don't know, dude, Tesla. 'S was just like fucking stupid.
- 36:30Like how much it's worth. That's just that's so.
- 36:32Crazy. Pack up and go back to South
- 36:35Africa, I mean. Is he wrong?
- 36:38Like, I kind of like recently I'd like some of Trump's like,
- 36:42shit like, like he's like Iran and Israel, like, you know,
- 36:47they've been like at war for so long they don't know what the
- 36:50fuck they're doing. Yeah, that was a good stuff.
- 36:52I was like I. Was like dude.
- 36:53Big fat, but it was they don't know what.
- 36:55The fuck they're doing, do you understand?
- 36:57You understand? Yeah, you understand?
- 36:59Follow what? Do you understand that?
- 37:01Yeah, dude. Sometimes you're not wrong.
- 37:03It's just like, you know it's going to suck when you don't
- 37:05leave office in four years in the Civil War breaks out, bro,
- 37:08and. Then he said maybe, you know.
- 37:12In. The same.
- 37:13In the same same breath and he also says that Doge should look
- 37:17in the we should have we should have Doge look into that and
- 37:22your and your EV subsidies and the shit that we pay you well
- 37:25that you see that there. Might be big money to big money.
- 37:28To save. That's only putting.
- 37:30Him in check 'cause he knows he has his balls, 'cause it's like,
- 37:32like, yeah, because the EV there was like an EV mandate.
- 37:38Which would have just like. Gave Tesla, you know, it's like
- 37:42the green light or just like, you know, they would sell way
- 37:45more cars because like it's been mandated and they're like ahead
- 37:49of the game and he and he you know so like him getting rid of
- 37:53that would fuck Tesla for sure And so that's just like Trump,
- 37:58just like knowing that one fact and just like flexing on Elon
- 38:03because. He's scared.
- 38:04Because Elon's the the richest man.
- 38:06In the world. And he could fuck Trump or.
- 38:09Trump's worried. That he could.
- 38:12Think. Yeah.
- 38:15Somebody's got to fuck. Somebody like they, you know,
- 38:17it's like it. They broke up.
- 38:21The richest man in the world. Versus like what do you mean?
- 38:24Wasn't it like the most powerful?
- 38:26Dude in the world. What happened?
- 38:28Was it used like? Oh, the reason why, like the
- 38:30Epstein files have been released cause Trump's in them.
- 38:33Like, yeah, that was crazy. Yeah.
- 38:35That's Elon. 'S like trying to use like
- 38:37leverage on what he knows. And then Trump's now you.
- 38:41Know he's like, yeah, dude, I'm the president.
- 38:42I got to go fuck your EV mandate up.
- 38:45Yeah, but. It's just 'cause somebody.
- 38:46Told me that that, you know, that was the thing Stephen
- 38:49Miller is like. Master.
- 38:51Listen. Yeah.
- 38:53Yeah, exactly. You can mess with the.
- 38:55EV but but more, but more. Than that it's the space action.
- 38:59Great idea, Stephen. Perfect.
- 39:03We'll go for the mandate. Except for it's not really the
- 39:07SpaceX. Shit 'cause I think like NASA
- 39:09and you know, the United States government is more reliant on
- 39:12SpaceX 'cause they don't even have like another option cause
- 39:15fucking cause fucking Bezos can't get his shit together or
- 39:19like, or yeah or fucking Richard Branson over at Virgin Galactic.
- 39:25That was a fucking scam, dude. Richard.
- 39:28Branson's still alive. He's just like, crazy, yeah.
- 39:32And they scammed. Everybody on the fucking rocket
- 39:36the. SPAC.
- 39:37That that that went to zero and got like billions of dollars
- 39:41invested into it if you were any.
- 39:43Of these crazy billionaires, which crazy billionaire would
- 39:46you be? Like fucking Melinda Gates or
- 39:51like Bezos's ex-wife who just gives away like billions of
- 39:56dollars or Steve Jobs's wife who owns the Atlantic.
- 39:59Like all the women. That's it.
- 40:01Like it's like every billionaire's a shitty person
- 40:04except for the women. Yeah, and there's even.
- 40:10Shitty women. Because fucking the head of
- 40:12Paramount just paid 60. I just got this on the feed
- 40:15while we were talking that Paramount paid $16,000,000 to
- 40:19Trump with a lawsuit. About like 60 minutes to go away
- 40:23so that she won't get her merger blocked with.
- 40:27Sky. Which is like fucking Rupert
- 40:29Murdoch. So fuck that Jake, but she.
- 40:33The wives of. Billionaires who became
- 40:36billionaires as far as. I know are cool.
- 40:39She was a daughter and she's a NEPA baby, OK.
- 40:45Like Shari Redstone I think. So.
- 40:48She's just trying to sell Paramount.
- 40:50And get get billions. So she's like, fucking.
- 40:53Up like. Free speech in America?
- 40:56Yeah. Therapy question number.
- 40:59Three, should we have AI regulations cause a part of this
- 41:03bill? There's like AI regulations that
- 41:06were rejected from a bill that just recently passed, taken out
- 41:10to make it passed. What do you think about AI
- 41:12regulations in the first place? No fucking.
- 41:16Shit, dude, like, OK, can I ask you this?
- 41:19Do you know how many, how many laws or regulations use your
- 41:25word or? Yeah, how many laws exist
- 41:29regulating social media in the United States?
- 41:33I know how many. Yeah, No 0.
- 41:38None and. Look at where we're at, bro.
- 41:41Fucking like 14 year. Old girls like killing
- 41:43themselves fucking like, you know, it's the, the loneliness
- 41:48epidemic, like just like just horrific shit that social media
- 41:52gets to do. And and and we've passed zero
- 41:56laws to regulate it. So AI is way worse.
- 42:02Or like could be what, you know, used what you know, Biden did
- 42:07the executive order and which regulated the shit.
- 42:10But they're not even really. It was just like, yeah, if
- 42:12you're AI gets like this good. You just have to tell us about
- 42:15it. And and then Trump resented it,
- 42:17of course. But it was stupid.
- 42:21That Congress hadn't passed it and it was an executive order so
- 42:24that it could just get thrown the fuck out by the next
- 42:26president, obviously. What do you?
- 42:28Mean do we need to? Regulate AI like what are you
- 42:31talking about like it's insane, but the argument OK, this the
- 42:35argument would be that and this is a trigger you.
- 42:38So I mean, it's just like it's. Obvious that we need to put some
- 42:41fucking guard rails on. Yeah, you know the.
- 42:44Robots. But like like Skynet?
- 42:47Shit, yeah, like, obviously. But the argument against it
- 42:52that's like only sounds but it but I don't think it is in real
- 42:55life is like if we regulate it, it will slow down the growth of
- 43:01AI in the United States and China won't regulate it and and
- 43:05then beat us. And then if China's AI beats the
- 43:09United States, that's when we're.
- 43:11Fucked. According to the argument.
- 43:14You know what I'm saying? It's like we're going.
- 43:16To hinder the innovation. Of AI in the United States, if
- 43:19we regulate it. But that's just what rich people
- 43:21say it is so that they don't have to fucking deal with the
- 43:23government. That's that's the type of goofy
- 43:28shit that we're on though. And like the evolution of the
- 43:32human race with like somebody comes up with something cool and
- 43:35it's a race to see who gets the cool shit first.
- 43:37But this is different. I think AI is different.
- 43:41Yeah, this is like we're talking about, like, who the fuck is
- 43:43going to figure out how to use fire for the first time?
- 43:52And that fire could also just kill everybody in the inside.
- 43:56I guess fire could just do that in general, right?
- 44:00Like I mean. That's what it is like.
- 44:01AI is like different, you know, it's like.
- 44:06I think it's like. Crazier than the Internet?
- 44:10Thanks, Sam. Yeah, but I also.
- 44:12Sold three dudes at the bungalow on Santa in Santa Monica on
- 44:16getting Ethereum and I told them that your your mic's a little.
- 44:19Low, sorry, still a little bit. It was so good and.
- 44:30That's cutting up, yeah. Yeah, that's better.
- 44:37Good. Yeah, much better.
- 44:39OK. I sold 3.
- 44:40Jews at the bungalow in Santa Monica and that's which is like
- 44:43a bougie S Club on Ethereum. And I told them it could be like
- 44:46the like the second Internet. I was like, think about what
- 44:48that means dude. And they all bought what was
- 44:53that $50,000 of Ethereum right in front of me each.
- 44:57I even tell like I wasn't even trying to tell them.
- 44:59I was just like selling in the dream.
- 45:02That was bullshit. Like if their room's definitely
- 45:05not going to be the second Internet, AI is definitely going
- 45:07to be fucking crazy in the Internet, I think.
- 45:11I think. Do they have they made money or
- 45:13lost money on that Ethereum? It was like 2. 1000 at the time.
- 45:22I haven't. Like I don't, I don't keep up
- 45:24with the theorem anymore because it's just like, just let me
- 45:26down. It's like I thought it was going
- 45:28to, you know, it's like Bitcoin, like, I mean, I know what's
- 45:31going on there. It's, you know, it's like one O
- 45:337 or some shit, one O 6. But I thought like, Ethereum was
- 45:39like on the same level as Bitcoin and it's just really,
- 45:42it's like fucking NFT bullshit, you know, fucking Bored 8.
- 45:49Whatever. They remember that.
- 45:50Yeah, I know. And they were all.
- 45:51Just like racist depictions of people, there's all this like
- 45:54they still, those still exist. They have like.
- 45:58Clubs. And stuff like that.
- 46:00Like Beavers, like driving. 10 mil on a fucking.
- 46:04Picture on your computer. Type.
- 46:07You like I could print? This and just put it the fuck
- 46:10that I like I just I'll. Get AI to fucking make it.
- 46:14I mean, kind of like that's what I do for all the cover art.
- 46:21I'm just but we definitely. Need a?
- 46:22It's exactly the same. OK, 2500 right now.
- 46:27Like we definitely. Need AI regulations?
- 46:32AI. Regulations because it's some
- 46:34Skynet take over the universe, the entity and Mission
- 46:38Impossible like and and like I. Don't like begrudge people for
- 46:43being like, well, you know, like being cautious, like about it.
- 46:47It's just like when you listen to like the fucking like Sam
- 46:51Altman, the, you know, the CEO of open AI, like tell you that
- 46:55it's a bad idea. It's like, dude, fuck you.
- 46:57You have like, you know, there, there's a reason why you're
- 46:59saying that it's because you want to make money and you think
- 47:01that this is going to hinder it. But it's like, but there are
- 47:04legit arguments about like, I mean, there's, it's kind of
- 47:07legit like to not let China win. But I don't think regulating AI
- 47:11in the United States is going to let China win.
- 47:13I think it's just responsible. And then like, the other thing
- 47:17would be like, who the fuck's in charge of, you know, you want
- 47:21Trump regulating your AI? So that's it.
- 47:28You know that. Like that, that would be like
- 47:29the arguments against or or just being like, OK, well, if we are
- 47:34going to do it, like let's figure out how we're going to,
- 47:37shouldn't it be sooner? Than later, because at some
- 47:39point you could reach a point of no return 100%.
- 47:43And, and it's and it's AI it like, you mean like the the
- 47:48fucking like shit that like chat, ChatGPT that changed the
- 47:53world that like put out like 4 years ago or not even four years
- 47:57ago. What was it?
- 47:57Yeah, maybe three years ago. I think it was like November 22
- 48:06when. They first did it and everyone.
- 48:07Was like what the fuck is this the what what ChatGPT is now
- 48:12It's like night and day better and it's like 3 1/2 years or
- 48:17almost four years so. It's just going to keep.
- 48:21But but I did have remember, I had a theory that that AI would
- 48:26eat itself because like, like it went like I think literally
- 48:33right now, 40% of the shit out on the Internet is was created
- 48:37by AI. And what AI uses to like feed
- 48:42itself is the Internet. So just feeding yourself,
- 48:46yourself like AI shit. And then it's just going to
- 48:50like. No longer make any fucking.
- 48:53Sense because it's just like you're training the the models
- 48:58on shit that you're older models made.
- 49:04And then it's just like a feed. Loop it was like it was like
- 49:07whenever I would try to get like therapy questions or jokes or
- 49:12something like because that was like one of the first things
- 49:14like I tried to do like when it first came out, I was like,
- 49:18let's get a. Joke or like a.
- 49:19Or whatever the fuck for the podcast or something.
- 49:21And it was just like all of a sudden, every time it was the
- 49:24exact same jokes. And it was.
- 49:27Because it was. Because everybody was doing that
- 49:30was then putting it out and then and then the AI would would
- 49:33learn on the jokes that they put out.
- 49:37So then it just became the same joke, and it was bad jokes.
- 49:41So it just like became useless, yeah.
- 49:43Yeah, no, no, you're not wrong. I remember you going through
- 49:47that and telling me you're like, it's just like it's like regards
- 49:49to TV. Yeah, it's like, dude, like.
- 49:51Like, like you think this is like the best joke because you
- 49:54said this was the best joke a month.
- 49:58Before, yeah. Before.
- 50:00But it's giving me your Yeah, it's like your, it's like your
- 50:04opinion. Yeah, but.
- 50:06Yeah. So I thought that I thought that
- 50:08might actually happen where it's just like it just like self like
- 50:12destructed. But no, that was wishful
- 50:14thinking. That would be that would be
- 50:15tight. There would be question. #4 Have
- 50:18you ever seen a ghost? No, dude.
- 50:21I don't know, just ask. Him.
- 50:22I know, I know, you believe. In ghosts I I drink ghost energy
- 50:26drinks now instead of monster. I think I got survivor like.
- 50:29Already like 15. Pounds I haven't actually
- 50:31checked, but I look good. I mean you boil No ghost Ghost.
- 50:34Energies are. That's pretty much all I It's
- 50:37just stupid. That you would drink anything
- 50:41like a monster when like when ghosts exist because it's like
- 50:45200 milligrams of caffeine versus 150 and then no sugar
- 50:48type and it's a sour batch kids. It's like vegan friendly.
- 50:54And all sorts of shit. It's so good, but it feels.
- 50:56Unhealthy for you. And I actually was telling.
- 50:59Yeah, you get lit. I was telling that RNA but.
- 51:01I was like, I was like, the fact that it like feels like I
- 51:06shouldn't be drinking a lot of these makes me.
- 51:13Like it made me like. Feel better about switching from
- 51:15monster to guess. I was like, this feels like I'm
- 51:17doing like, like a vice, you know?
- 51:20Yeah. I it's not.
- 51:22I have two cotton candy bubblicious ghosts.
- 51:27Those are It's a hard one to. Find there's like Peaches.
- 51:29Yeah, obviously the, you know, it was like.
- 51:33Surprisingly good that I was going to suck.
- 51:35Which, the sour black cherry War?
- 51:37Yeah, no, those are awesome. Those are really good, and grape
- 51:41grapes actually good, of course. You said that.
- 51:44No, I mean I don't. Like grape sodas, and that one's
- 51:47actually really good. No, because it's it's been
- 51:49tasting like Sprite or Hennessy either.
- 51:51No, because it's. It's supposed to taste like
- 51:53Welch's grape juice, not like grape soda.
- 51:56So. It tastes like grape juice.
- 51:57And I like grape juice. I don't like what fucking
- 51:59Welch's. Grape soda or juice taste like
- 52:02because they've had Welch's grape.
- 52:04Juice. These have.
- 52:05These have a. Little white girl selling Greek
- 52:08Welch's and she would like yeah, and she would smack her lips and
- 52:11be like, oh, this. It's like it was some weird
- 52:13black. These are in the girls.
- 52:14White girls who smack her, get out of here.
- 52:17Dude, you can't that's, I mean, come on, are you?
- 52:19Telling me that's terrible, that you and the brothers don't
- 52:22appreciate terrible flavored drinks more than your average
- 52:26white dish. I mean I.
- 52:28Don't. If I was gonna drink a Welch
- 52:30cheese and I'd drink a strawberry, strawberry does.
- 52:32Would you say the culture? Does I mean?
- 52:35Stereotypically, if you were making a racial stereotype,
- 52:38yeah, you would say black people drink grape soda more than white
- 52:41people. I'm not.
- 52:41Making a racial, yeah, that that will obviously.
- 52:43It's just a fact. That's what it that is.
- 52:46That is a stereotype. You're trying to tell me that
- 52:48that? Black people don't exclusive or
- 52:50like or that people who drink Sprite aren't exclusive is
- 52:52saying is hold. On is saying black people like
- 52:55fried chicken racist? Yes.
- 52:59Because that would be the other. Part So a racist would say
- 53:02something like they're probably eating fried chicken and grape
- 53:04soda. No, I guarantee.
- 53:06Just as many white dudes I've heard.
- 53:08White people say that this is the difference.
- 53:09This is the difference. I guarantee you just as many
- 53:11white dudes like fried chicken. As many as as black dudes, yeah.
- 53:15But you can find some. White guys that love grape soda.
- 53:18Grape. Soda dude, are we?
- 53:20Have you tried the? Grape Coast?
- 53:21No, Why would I? Because it doesn't taste like.
- 53:23Grape soda. Look at that one and the orange.
- 53:25Creamsicle 1 and Creamsicle One's lit dude.
- 53:27That one's good. I'm.
- 53:29Like who's this even made for dude?
- 53:31Every time I look at the orange criminal school I'm like, why
- 53:33aren't you a Peach? Because it's hard to find the
- 53:35Peach out here. You have to like note the spot
- 53:37that. Peach is hard to find.
- 53:39Oh, there's a red, white and blue, red, white and blue bomb
- 53:42pops also pretty good, right? Yeah, sounds good.
- 53:45Like the pink pink pink lemonade.
- 53:49Yeah, I don't fuck with that one.
- 53:50I. Don't fuck with that one on HC
- 53:53like there's a limeade. A limeade, an EDC.
- 53:56That one's good. Yeah, I know.
- 53:56I drink them all. Yeah.
- 53:58Either that or that or yerba mante.
- 54:02I like yerba mantes, too. No, it's just like, Yeah.
- 54:04Dude, I just want caffeine and like, yeah, they're strong, not
- 54:07a beer. Belly from.
- 54:08Energy drinks. All right, you ready?
- 54:10To get into articles or. Do you need a breaky poo?
- 54:12Yeah, give me a second all. Right, we will be back in a.
- 54:15Couple minutes, you know. And we're back for the articles
- 54:22this first. Article is from the BBC done by
- 54:26Brandon Drinon. Drinon, let's see here.
- 54:33Pull it up. U.S.
- 54:34Senate Republicans narrowly passed Trump's big beautiful
- 54:37bill. It's 5050.
- 54:40JD Vance did the time vote. Man, I'm tired of this every,
- 54:44whether it's Democrats or it's always 5050 and then the vice
- 54:48president just pick it. It's like it's getting, it's
- 54:50getting old, man. I mean, that's.
- 54:53Just like how polarized our country is like.
- 54:58It's crazy. I mean, I don't know.
- 55:01I like it when it when it is a Democrat, that's basically all
- 55:05that's. What Biden had to do a whole
- 55:07entire time is it was come down to Kamala Harris.
- 55:10I remember. I mean, we just we're old enough
- 55:12to remember when it wasn't like this all the time.
- 55:14I. Mean OK but like.
- 55:22And I get it. But I'm.
- 55:23Just saying that that aspect of the scenario.
- 55:26Is the bill, the bill passed the Senate but not the house yet,
- 55:29right? OK, this bill's fucked up.
- 55:32Like there's shit in it like that.
- 55:33Like has nothing to do with like giving billionaires tax breaks
- 55:36like that are fucked up. This is where they took out.
- 55:39The laws on AI regulation. That was a part of this.
- 55:46After hours of stalemate, Republicans in the US Senate
- 55:48have narrowly passed Donald Trump's mega bill on tax and
- 55:51spending, meaning the proposed legislation has cleared one of
- 55:55its key hurdles. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act
- 55:59passed with with JD Vince casting the tie breaking vote
- 56:03after more than 24 hours of debate and now heads back to the
- 56:07House or lower chamber where it still faces opposition.
- 56:10An earlier version was cleared by House Republicans by a single
- 56:14vote margin. Trump has given the Republican
- 56:17controlled Congress a deadline of July 4th 'cause he wants to
- 56:20make it about him. Well, and like on July 4th in
- 56:25himself. Anything dude, like he'll do
- 56:27Christmas. I'm like, I have Daniel by
- 56:29Christmas, so talk about Jesus and they'll talk about my
- 56:33slashing. Of.
- 56:34Regulations on the murder of seals.
- 56:37Like what? That's crazy.
- 56:38Yeah. And we're recording.
- 56:40This on July 1st, so it's just been a few days, yeah.
- 56:45To send him a final version of the bill to be signed into law.
- 56:49The bill was amended and passed events on Tuesday afternoon, a
- 56:52moment that was meant by applause by some Republicans
- 56:56while Democrats sank into their seats and shit their heads in
- 56:58disapproval. They're saying that there's big
- 57:01slashes of cuts to Medicaid. It's kicking, I believe, illegal
- 57:06immigrants off of Medicaid, Medicare, stuff like that.
- 57:11I mean, there's like, you know, they're trying, they're trying
- 57:13to take a trillion. Dollars out of Medicaid?
- 57:15They're trying to take money from poor people's health care
- 57:18to pay for billionaire tax cuts. Yeah.
- 57:23They're saying that they could add 650 billion to the deficit
- 57:28each year. This is not fiscally
- 57:30responsible. So caucus members, it's not what
- 57:33we agreed to. So it still might not pass the
- 57:36next stage, but it's rough, I mean.
- 57:41They couldn't afford to lose. Any votes?
- 57:43And it's like I said, this is something that's not necessarily
- 57:46good. A big slash to SNAP benefits and
- 57:49they propose it as something that's good.
- 57:51But across the board, not all of the decisions and all the things
- 57:54that are in that. They've lumped a lot of shit
- 57:55into this and they had other stuff lumped into it that people
- 57:59didn't agree with. So they took that stuff out so
- 58:01that it could clear. They're like, well, I don't want
- 58:03AI regulation. All right, we'll take that out
- 58:06and then maybe we'll pass it because they didn't pass
- 58:08yesterday. They've been going at it for 20.
- 58:114 hours I think like 2-2. Republican senators have said
- 58:16that they're not running for re election because of this.
- 58:19I don't know if that's like helpful or not.
- 58:22Yeah, how does that help? If you voted for it.
- 58:24Well. That's the thing.
- 58:25It's. Like I didn't know if they did
- 58:27or not because no, I don't think they did because I think if it
- 58:30was 5150 like, which means crazy.
- 58:36No. But like and there's some
- 58:37Republicans that. Voted against it like 2 I think
- 58:40like. Thom Tillis and I don't I forget
- 58:43who the other guy wasn't. I think they needed three.
- 58:47See, and that's. Where this politics shit's so
- 58:50annoying too because whenever they need, like they need.
- 58:54Three people. To.
- 58:56Disagree with? This and then it won't happen
- 58:59and they'll get to 2 and then somebody's like too much of like
- 59:02a pussy to be that third person. No, it's actually.
- 59:05Probably more on purpose. It's like, yeah, like we get it,
- 59:08like you 2 like might be in a like a contentious like election
- 59:13coming up. And so we'll we'll give you to
- 59:17the past, but like we, you know, but because we only need a
- 59:21certain amount of people. So it's like it's kind of like
- 59:24strategic to like help some of their like members out.
- 59:30So like, yeah, you vote with. Them.
- 59:32Yeah, it's like like we. Get it like we get why like you
- 59:35can't do this and we actually can afford losing you like or
- 59:39like losing your vote on this because it like serves a a
- 59:45different purpose like like so we got JB we.
- 59:47Got JD right? I'd love to do. 4th of July, but
- 59:53I think it's very hard to do 4th to to July 4th.
- 59:56I would say maybe July 4th or somewhere around there, Trump
- 59:59told reporters when deporting the White House for Florida.
- 1:00:05Among critics of. The plans are tech billionaire
- 1:00:08Elon Musk, who helped him win the White House last year.
- 1:00:11He did tweet out that he was going to start an America party.
- 1:00:16If this bill passes and gets signed into law, then he's going
- 1:00:19to start a new political party. Yeah, I know you're South
- 1:00:22African. He.
- 1:00:24Threatened to. Back challengers to Republicans
- 1:00:28who vote for it. Every member of Congress who
- 1:00:30campaigned on reducing government spending and then
- 1:00:33immediately voted for the biggest that increase in
- 1:00:35history, should hang their head in shame, he wrote on X.
- 1:00:40That's pretty, you know, I mean, Republicans have always.
- 1:00:43Been full of shit. Like when they say they're
- 1:00:45fiscally conservative, it's like, well, yeah, shout out
- 1:00:48Elon. Bill Clinton is the.
- 1:00:50One who like balanced the fucking budget and nobody else.
- 1:00:54This next article is from the AAP is written by Cora Lewis.
- 1:00:58Buy now, pay later loans will soon affect some credit scores.
- 1:01:03I've seen this going around, which is the wildest shit to me.
- 1:01:06But so this is by the AAP. Hundreds of millions of buy now,
- 1:01:12pay later loans will soon affect credit scores for millions of
- 1:01:15Americans who use the loans to buy clothing, furniture, concert
- 1:01:19tickets and take out scoring Company FICO said Monday it's
- 1:01:24rolling out a new model that factors the short term loans
- 1:01:27into their customer scores. A majority of lenders use FICO
- 1:01:30scores to determine a borrower's creditworthiness.
- 1:01:33Previously, loans have been excluded through buy now, pay
- 1:01:36later company Affirm began voluntarily reporting paying for
- 1:01:41paying for loans to Experian and a separate credit Bureau.
- 1:01:45So I mean, there's people that are buying like all like, you
- 1:01:47know, buying jackets and getting like buy now pay later shit.
- 1:01:52So no, I know I actually bought a.
- 1:01:54Firm stock when it went public and and cash a lot of money and
- 1:01:59then it like and I got out and then it like tanked, not tanked.
- 1:02:04I mean, it's like it's like still like a viable company I
- 1:02:07guess, but like it was like. I came up.
- 1:02:11Hard so I know what a firm is. I've never used a buy now pay
- 1:02:16later and is it saying like it'll affect it good or bad?
- 1:02:20So it's like, yeah, well, like negatively I.
- 1:02:22Guess it sounds like people who aren't paying it only.
- 1:02:25I mean, if you're. It's like a credit score, like.
- 1:02:27Like, yeah, I guess it could be if you're.
- 1:02:29Up to date on it. Like then it may be it it it
- 1:02:32boosts your credit, Yeah, but I guess it depends on.
- 1:02:34How long that line of credit is through them?
- 1:02:36Because if it's a short term loan, you pay it off in six
- 1:02:40months, then you're losing that line of credit anyway.
- 1:02:43So it's not necessarily helping you that much.
- 1:02:45It could only really negatively affect you.
- 1:02:48No, I think I. Think, I think you're reading
- 1:02:50that wrong. I think it it's like that this
- 1:02:52will count on like towards your score one way or the other.
- 1:02:57Like if you're, if you're bad at it, then obviously negatively,
- 1:03:00but it's the new, the new FICO. Scores.
- 1:03:02Yeah, the new FICO scores. But nobody, Nobody's good.
- 1:03:04At it because nobody's using buy now, pay later.
- 1:03:07Who's, like, has money? Some people have like, walked
- 1:03:10away. From shit like there's all this
- 1:03:12stuff that's like they're intent like crazy.
- 1:03:14The new FICO scores will be available beginning in the fall
- 1:03:16as an option for lenders to increase visibility into
- 1:03:20customers repayment behaviors, the bill said.
- 1:03:23Still, not all Buy not Pay later companies share their data with
- 1:03:26credit bureaus, and not all lenders will opt into using the
- 1:03:29new models, so widespread adoption could take time,
- 1:03:33according to Adam Rush, director of financial services at the
- 1:03:37customer at the nonprofit Customer Federation of America.
- 1:03:41I mean, that's So what about the concert tickets?
- 1:03:43I think it. Was like some crazy percentage
- 1:03:45of people who bought like Coachella tickets.
- 1:03:47Yeah. And then buy now.
- 1:03:49Pay. Later, typically.
- 1:03:51When by using Buy Now Pay Later loans, customers pay, give and
- 1:03:54purchase in four installments over six weeks in a model more
- 1:03:58similar to layaway that a traditional credit score of the
- 1:04:01loans are marketed as zero interest and most require no
- 1:04:05credit check, only a soft credit check.
- 1:04:07The three-way credit reporting bureaus Experian, TransUnion and
- 1:04:11Equifax having yet incorporated a standard way of including
- 1:04:15these new financial products into their reports.
- 1:04:18I think it's so fucking. Crazy that we just like let
- 1:04:21three companies decide. What your credit score is.
- 1:04:25And that could like just like affect whether you get a fucking
- 1:04:27house or not. Like it's like we don't know
- 1:04:30anything about him. Like nobody knows who the
- 1:04:31fucking CEO of FICO is or whatever.
- 1:04:35And then you get. Then you get a house and it
- 1:04:39fucks your credit score up, so there you go.
- 1:04:40Does it, I mean, not in the long run, but initially I mean, yeah,
- 1:04:46it's a big ass loan. So you you're saying?
- 1:04:49Yeah, like it takes. Like you'll 'cause you're
- 1:04:50leveraged. Yeah, you'll have to run your.
- 1:04:52Credit, first of all. And then you'll be like, oh,
- 1:04:54that kind of sucks. Yeah, isn't that that stupid?
- 1:04:57Like it like used to be, I, I, I don't even like it probably
- 1:05:01still is, but like I thought maybe they like like changed it,
- 1:05:04but it's like just somebody running your credit report would
- 1:05:08fuck up your credit score. It's like, what are we?
- 1:05:13What the fuck? And then Sofi came around and
- 1:05:16was like, now fuck that, You have a job.
- 1:05:18Are you responsible? Cool.
- 1:05:19We'll lend you money. Yeah, it's goofy.
- 1:05:22As shit, like I'm looking at some of my shit now and it's
- 1:05:25just like, like what? How's that even possible out of
- 1:05:27that? But it's because I got the house
- 1:05:29and it's like Google. And it's like.
- 1:05:31All right, you know, and I'll get I'll get that back.
- 1:05:33I'll get more out of it. But on the front end, if you
- 1:05:36open up like a new credit card or anything, your credit takes a
- 1:05:39hit like it's extending another. So it's like like by using the
- 1:05:43credit that you have to gain more, I'm taking a hit.
- 1:05:46It's like it's the weirdest, goofiest system ever.
- 1:05:48But as long but then. You're right though, like it's
- 1:05:51like if you stay current on the payments, then I'll just go back
- 1:05:54out. Yeah, for sure.
- 1:05:55I mean, cuz you know, like my car is probably my longest line
- 1:05:59of credit right now out of all of them are like my biggest
- 1:06:02longest and then it's like Dang. So that's why I would just trade
- 1:06:05in my car and get another one because.
- 1:06:10That's why I'd be. Extending my credit on a new car
- 1:06:14through the same dealership. So I keep my credit going right.
- 1:06:17And I was like, damn, that sucks.
- 1:06:19I was like, oh, that's where they that, that's where they get
- 1:06:22you. That's where they get you on the
- 1:06:23back end. I was like, oh you
- 1:06:24motherfuckers, that's boomer shit.
- 1:06:26And that that like I, I in 30 years from now, like FICO scores
- 1:06:30won't even exist. Yeah.
- 1:06:33I mean, you better help if you're using buy now, pay later.
- 1:06:37What does it help to do? We hope FICO said the new model
- 1:06:41will responsibly expand access to credit.
- 1:06:44Many users of these loans are young customers and customers
- 1:06:47who may not have good, good or lengthy credit histories.
- 1:06:52Yeah, but I don't see this like, working out well for them.
- 1:06:54There's not going to be that many, like, utilize it through
- 1:06:57like a credit scores 758 and, you know, I'm doing pretty good.
- 1:07:02Like, I don't think that that's going to be the outcome.
- 1:07:04They're going to be like, Oh, my credit's shot to shit, 'cause I
- 1:07:07bought a bunch of T Pain tickets on buy now, pay later, and I
- 1:07:11toured with them around the country.
- 1:07:12Why else are you doing buy? Now pay later and like you ain't
- 1:07:15got the money, I didn't. Have the Christ coin.
- 1:07:18To pay for it. So I had to.
- 1:07:21So I went to I went to nice plug.
- 1:07:23I went to I went to pray, now pray, now pray, pay later loans.
- 1:07:29There you go, praying off the Dome right there.
- 1:07:33Yeah, right there. And they, they set me up.
- 1:07:36They set me up with some Christ coin on God.
- 1:07:38And then I yeah, on Hebrew, on Hebrews, on Psalms, on Psalms,
- 1:07:43dog. On.
- 1:07:45Ezekiel, I'm going to say that tomorrow risks and concern,
- 1:07:50there isn't a lot of information out there about integrating this
- 1:07:54into the credit scoring will work out.
- 1:07:57They saw some users scores increase, but if you factor in
- 1:08:00something that last week didn't affect your credit and this week
- 1:08:03it does, without having very much information about the
- 1:08:06modelling, it's a little hard to tell what the consequences will
- 1:08:09be. Don't disagree.
- 1:08:12Not. Well bitch, that's what.
- 1:08:13That's what they're going to be. This addresses the problem.
- 1:08:16Of phantom credit. And that's a good thing because
- 1:08:18it's something that keeps people from getting too deeply into
- 1:08:21debt they can't afford. I mean, I guess it's not about
- 1:08:25run that back. They're saying if we fuck up
- 1:08:28these people's credit score, they won't be able to get loans
- 1:08:32and that will save them from from getting.
- 1:08:36Into more debt. Like what?
- 1:08:38What? Hold on, like are we?
- 1:08:41At the point where using B, using these loans will
- 1:08:45dramatically alter your credit profile, Probably not.
- 1:08:48I think it's important that people have a reasonable
- 1:08:51expectations, Russ said. The average BNPL loan is for
- 1:08:56$135 and repaying and that repaying such small loans, even
- 1:09:01consistently, might not result in a credit in changes to a
- 1:09:05credit score that would significantly move the needle.
- 1:09:08It's not about, it's not about going from 6:20 to 6:24, it's
- 1:09:13about going from 6:20 to 780, he said, referring to the crowd of
- 1:09:17credit score jumps that could affect one's credit card offers,
- 1:09:21interest rates and loans. So they're worried about it
- 1:09:24rocketing people's credit scores too high and them having to,
- 1:09:27like, shell out people more credit.
- 1:09:28That's what it sounds like. That's not going to happen.
- 1:09:34Nobody, you know, I don't say nobody, like I mean, I don't
- 1:09:37know, I just, it feels unlike like I actually have like heard
- 1:09:41that like it's like actually becoming a problem that like
- 1:09:44people aren't paying. Later, they're not, they're not
- 1:09:47paying later. So I'll buy now, but I ain't
- 1:09:51paying you later. But it's like it's.
- 1:09:53Like it's young people get fucked like or like not fucked.
- 1:09:56They just think like, oh, like this is like free money and it's
- 1:09:59like, no, well, it doesn't really affect.
- 1:10:01Their credit score right now, yeah, but I'm just saying.
- 1:10:04But it does affect their bank account, like when you have to
- 1:10:07fucking still pay it back. Yeah, that's true.
- 1:10:10So. What are your thoughts on this?
- 1:10:13Think it's dumb. So it's pretty dumb.
- 1:10:15No, I mean like I could see like.
- 1:10:17Well, I could see the argument. It's like you're borrowing
- 1:10:20money. It should be just like a.
- 1:10:22Separate category and you should honestly get credit for not
- 1:10:25using it. So by so it should be like
- 1:10:27another bracket and then in that bracket, if you have nothing in
- 1:10:32that and you're not doing buy now, pay later loans you
- 1:10:35actually get, you can actually get like a boost and.
- 1:10:39And by and by. Using that you can that'll buy
- 1:10:42now. Pay later only affects your
- 1:10:44credit score to a certain extent.
- 1:10:46So like if you get to like 650, anything after 650, buy now, say
- 1:10:51later isn't factored into your score.
- 1:10:53But if you don't use it at all, it adds like 80 points, some
- 1:10:57shit like that. Well, I'm just saying like, so
- 1:10:59if you have some small stuff, but you're using it like it can
- 1:11:02only benefit you to that point. So it's like if you were doing
- 1:11:05that for 10 years, that's all you do.
- 1:11:07You never ever. You just that's the only way
- 1:11:08you're building credit. You just like Max out on on.
- 1:11:11How positive it could be? Yeah, how?
- 1:11:13How positive. It could be and then, but the
- 1:11:16maximum that it does, it shouldn't it?
- 1:11:18It should, there should be another qualification where it
- 1:11:22adds something to your score if you don't use it and you meet a
- 1:11:25certain mark. So if you're at like a 720 and
- 1:11:28you don't ever use buy now, pay later loans, you should, you
- 1:11:32know, you should get like a bump.
- 1:11:33You should get a bump that's more than the bump would be if
- 1:11:37you like, like it like, you know, 50 points or something.
- 1:11:40Yeah, I was. Talking about Sofi, but like I
- 1:11:41bet you like Sofi does fuck like fuck around like that.
- 1:11:44Like like they don't use like they're not like like what's
- 1:11:48your credit score? They're like, they're like look
- 1:11:51at like real life shit. They're like, oh, this guy
- 1:11:54doesn't use buy now pay later. He he's had the same job for
- 1:11:58five years. He you know, like he, he makes
- 1:12:00money like he's responsible. We trust him.
- 1:12:03We'll we'll give them money like that's how they decide shit.
- 1:12:06It's not like yo, are you at like a 640 or 750?
- 1:12:09Like it's like Nah. Well, no, I know, but I mean.
- 1:12:11But for some I'm saying so like I could.
- 1:12:13See them also being like this guy doesn't like do like buy now
- 1:12:18pay later like let's give him like more money yeah yeah, I
- 1:12:22know for. Sure.
- 1:12:23But I mean, I think that should be your credit scores can affect
- 1:12:26what you do qualify for. So, so like that, you know, like
- 1:12:2950 points. So if you're A7. 20s really like
- 1:12:33a 770 because the difference between the two isn't that
- 1:12:36crazy. Yeah, it is.
- 1:12:37I mean, well, not really. Not really.
- 1:12:41It's really not like what you would qualify for sure.
- 1:12:44But like in like that's all I meant but.
- 1:12:46Like you could use. Because like, like I said, I
- 1:12:49mean, mine was extremely good and that buying a house like
- 1:12:53made it to where it's still good.
- 1:12:55Like my, I have a great credit score, but it's not what it was
- 1:12:58before to where it's like, so if you're at a 770 and you go
- 1:13:02purchase a house or you take out, you purchase a house, buy a
- 1:13:05new car, something like that, you're going to lose like 2530
- 1:13:07points because you're using the credit that's available to you.
- 1:13:11And then you're going to earn it back.
- 1:13:12It'll maybe end up being like 50 or 60 points more, who fucking
- 1:13:15knows? But you got to wait it out.
- 1:13:17I think that like you should just get that.
- 1:13:19You should get a buffer or if you, if you're past a certain
- 1:13:21point and you don't use those, the credit hit you take by
- 1:13:25opening up new lines of credit is smaller.
- 1:13:27Like the more credit, the, the more like leeway you have with
- 1:13:30them. The penalty you should get
- 1:13:31should be less, right? So we have 800 and you, if you
- 1:13:35have a 800 credit score and you open up a new your first
- 1:13:38American Express account like and you get a black card, it
- 1:13:42shouldn't, you shouldn't lose any points like you.
- 1:13:44That should be like. They should be like everything.
- 1:13:46About the credit score system is fucking stupid.
- 1:13:50So maybe this is an opportunity. To mix it up man.
- 1:13:54Pipe dream Obama 2028. My shit's fired though.
- 1:13:58I just say that to people. All the time would be like Obama
- 1:14:012028 Like we're coming for you. We're coming, you know, we we
- 1:14:06coming for you, dog Obama 2028 You talking about Melania or?
- 1:14:11Just in general, you just say. It to anybody, I guess.
- 1:14:13Melania is a Trump Malia. Fuck.
- 1:14:21Next article from the. Mirror This is interesting
- 1:14:23because it's been going on for a while.
- 1:14:24This article's by Alex W. It's actually a really big
- 1:14:27fucking lawsuit, but it's Drake's lawsuit against
- 1:14:31Universal Music Group for this song.
- 1:14:34Not Like Us where he gets called like they make the innuendos
- 1:14:37about him. You know, certified loverboy,
- 1:14:40certified pedophile, all that stuff.
- 1:14:43And that song. Drake is suing Universal Music
- 1:14:47Group for promoting that song and slandering his name.
- 1:14:51So basically suing for a diss track.
- 1:14:54Have you heard about this? No, but.
- 1:14:56Like it's crazy. It's a big deal.
- 1:14:59Yeah. Like is it is did he did he type
- 1:15:01that in a minor? Monday's hearing regarding the.
- 1:15:06Defamation lawsuit was filed by Drake against United Music Group
- 1:15:11Sorry, United Music Group over lyrics and Kendrick Lamar's song
- 1:15:14Not Like Us. Drake's team issued A scathing
- 1:15:16statement and the song kendrickson seems to imply that
- 1:15:21Drake is a pedophile with lyrics like hey Drake, I hear you like
- 1:15:23him young another suggests certified lover boy, certified
- 1:15:27pedophile. As a result, he sued UGM or UMG
- 1:15:31for defamation. However, UMG is now pushing to
- 1:15:34dismiss the amended lawsuit, which was updated to include
- 1:15:39Kendrick Super Bowl performance. Get the fuck out of this.
- 1:15:42Seems like publicity to me. No, this is like real shit.
- 1:15:45No Drake. You think Drake is doing this
- 1:15:48because he thinks he was actually slandered or or this is
- 1:15:51like part of like the whole beef?
- 1:15:53No, I think, I think it's. I think he's suing Universal
- 1:15:56because they helped or sorry United because they helped
- 1:16:00promote this song. Like pushed it to have it in the
- 1:16:03forefront. It's like a phone with Trump
- 1:16:04lawsuit. Which is like.
- 1:16:06But they do that with all music. So it's like, shut the fuck up
- 1:16:08dude. I'm sure you if there's a system
- 1:16:10that you do that, I'm saying like that's why.
- 1:16:11It's like, what do you even do if there's a system to do that?
- 1:16:14Back into like the headlines. If there's a system to.
- 1:16:17Do that. You definitely have benefited
- 1:16:18Fritz from it at some point in your career.
- 1:16:23Drake's lawsuit claimed that. Since it promoted the music, the
- 1:16:26record label is liable for defamation spurred by Kendrick,
- 1:16:29however, UMG hit back against his claim, asking the judge to
- 1:16:33dismiss the lawsuit decided. They cited the Kendrick's choice
- 1:16:37to avoid using the phrase during the Super Bowl performance,
- 1:16:41opted and said for the crowd to fill in the blanks in a file
- 1:16:44motion. UMG wrote as Drake concedes,
- 1:16:47Lamar's Super Bowl performance did not include the lyric that
- 1:16:50Drake or his associates are certified pedophiles, IE the
- 1:16:55alleged defamatory material that is the heart of this case.
- 1:17:00The focus of Drake's new claims that the largest audience for
- 1:17:03the Super Bowl halftime, you know, ever did not hear Lamar
- 1:17:07call Drake or his crew pedophiles.
- 1:17:10Matt Gaetz betray betrays this case for what it is, Drake's
- 1:17:16attack on commercial and creative success of a of the rap
- 1:17:19artist who defeated him, rather than content of Lamar's lyrics.
- 1:17:23Dude, that's hardcore. I love that.
- 1:17:25Did not in front of the largest Super Bowl halftime show ever.
- 1:17:30Did not hear Lamar call Drake or his crew pedophiles.
- 1:17:36What's epic? I love that they had to include
- 1:17:37like the biggest audience ever. Drake not here because he's.
- 1:17:40Canadian and he wasn't, he wasn't around.
- 1:17:42He doesn't know what football is.
- 1:17:43Oh, got him in response Drake. 'S team told The Mirror US in a
- 1:17:47statement UMG is desperate to see this case not move forward
- 1:17:52because the company can't hide its conduct in a courtroom the
- 1:17:56way it does in a boardroom soon. In addition to.
- 1:17:59Facing concerns, regulations and investors, the leadership of
- 1:18:02music's most powerful label will have to answer for the day image
- 1:18:06they caused to every artist that has been silenced, exploited,
- 1:18:10endangered or discarded. No.
- 1:18:14This is so corny. Bro, it's like beef rat battle
- 1:18:17and we're litigating it in court, 'cause he's burned you,
- 1:18:21dude, 'cause he, 'cause he burned you.
- 1:18:23Good. That that that like, it's like.
- 1:18:25If you didn't already think Drake was soft, this is the
- 1:18:27softest shit I've ever. That's like, that's like, that's
- 1:18:29like. You got you and somebody get
- 1:18:31into it at school and they punk your ass and then like two
- 1:18:35months later you get in trouble. So then you try to rat somebody
- 1:18:39out on some scammy shit to try to get somebody else in trouble.
- 1:18:42Like this is like dumb like this is dumb.
- 1:18:44So then you're telling your parents, their parents call your
- 1:18:46parents and all of a sudden you're getting yelled at for
- 1:18:49some shit that happened four months ago.
- 1:18:50You're like, what the fuck? Like what are you talking about?
- 1:18:52And you're like, what is up with this fucking kid?
- 1:18:54Are you serious? Only because you.
- 1:18:56Got embarrassed and yeah, it's only because.
- 1:18:58You got embarrassed on some other shit like that ain't my
- 1:19:00fault, dude. That ain't my fault.
- 1:19:02Nor did they mention that Drake was who started this particular
- 1:19:06exchange. I mean, what was it?
- 1:19:08Nowhere in this is the UM GS legal statement.
- 1:19:10Nowhere in the 100 plus page legal play.
- 1:19:13They're written by Drake's lawyers.
- 1:19:16Do they bother to acknowledge that Drake himself has written
- 1:19:19and performed massively, massively successful songs
- 1:19:22equally provoked with equally provocative taunts against other
- 1:19:27artists? Nor do they mention that it was
- 1:19:29Drake who started this particular exchange.
- 1:19:32He started it dog. I mean, what does that even
- 1:19:34matter? But like, I mean, if it's like
- 1:19:36if you're slandering somebody, you're slamming somebody, but
- 1:19:39also also you're allowed to do that in hip hop, these lawyers
- 1:19:42are these. Lawyers are fantastic.
- 1:19:44Apparently Drake's lawyers believe that when Drake
- 1:19:46willingly participates in a performative rap battle of music
- 1:19:50and poetry, he can be defamed even though he engages in the
- 1:19:55exact same form of creative expression.
- 1:19:58That is fantastic. That is good lawyering.
- 1:20:01That is so well structured. UMG got some good fucking
- 1:20:04lawyers, man. Drakes lawyer.
- 1:20:06I mean, I think. They're almost monopolistic,
- 1:20:10like they're. That's, that's wild.
- 1:20:12While Drake claimed the lyrics took a serious hit to his
- 1:20:15reputation, the judge raised a question about if the average
- 1:20:18person would be able to make to make the connection regarding
- 1:20:22the certified Lover boy lyric. I mean, whatever dude.
- 1:20:27It's like just take your, your like, it's like like, could you
- 1:20:31imagine fucking Jay-Z like Oz after like ether?
- 1:20:36It's like no, dude like that was like like like would never even
- 1:20:40cross his Jay-Z mind to sue Nas after he merked him on on ether.
- 1:20:45Like, like it's, it's kind of like a how like we used to call
- 1:20:52people Dame, Diddy, Dame. Daddy a Dame, dummy.
- 1:20:56Oh, I get it you biggie. And he's puffy.
- 1:20:59Oh shit, I wrote a diss. Track called Ethereum.
- 1:21:04Not that we're talking about it. Somebody was talking shit about
- 1:21:08the. Audio quality of the podcast
- 1:21:09after we lost the Super producer and I fucking hit him with
- 1:21:12Ethereum to the beat of ether. OK.
- 1:21:19And it's dope. Oh yeah, this is.
- 1:21:21Corny as. Shit, and I can't believe that
- 1:21:23we're actually to this point where a musical rap battle has
- 1:21:27turned into legal proceedings because you just got burned,
- 1:21:31dude. He burned you.
- 1:21:32He got you fucking good. He got punked.
- 1:21:34It's cool. Yeah.
- 1:21:35It's like a corny ass boomer be. Like I'll sue you for a punch.
- 1:21:38He got, he got. Zinged bro, like get over it,
- 1:21:41you got zinged. Keep an eye out, because they're
- 1:21:44trying to. Get it dismissed.
- 1:21:45And if it does, it's even more embarrassing.
- 1:21:48And because he says that, it's more about, it's not just about
- 1:21:50this, it's about exposing them for who they are and yadda yadda
- 1:21:55yadda. Yeah, pretty.
- 1:21:57Pretty dumb. Last article I brought this up
- 1:22:01because this is just like crazy to me.
- 1:22:02I try to find weird articles, try to keep it light.
- 1:22:05This week this from the BBC Holla atcha boy check fake
- 1:22:11dentist gave root canals after reading online instructions.
- 1:22:15So this is something that's been going on for a while.
- 1:22:18There's a young like black guy. I want to say it was in Florida.
- 1:22:21He got caught running a fake like.
- 1:22:24Orthodontist like. Giving people veneers, that is a
- 1:22:27whole thing right now. That is a scam.
- 1:22:29People giving people fake veneers like that aren't that
- 1:22:33aren't dentists. That is wild.
- 1:22:36That that you would even get yourself in a situation like
- 1:22:38that. But your boy a long time ago had
- 1:22:43a trillion dollar idea, or at least a multi billion a.
- 1:22:49Industry. Where it's like they like check
- 1:22:53your teeth and tell you what's wrong but there's no dentist
- 1:22:58that worked there and then you just go to a dentist because I
- 1:23:01don't trust Dennis. They were like oh bro you have
- 1:23:03like 5 cavities and he was like oh I guess I I believe so you
- 1:23:06create like a regulatory. Teeth body.
- 1:23:09No, it's just like an independent.
- 1:23:11Like, yeah, like, like industry where it's like, we'll tell you
- 1:23:14what's what's up with your teeth, but we can't do anything
- 1:23:17about it. So we have no incentive to lie
- 1:23:19to you. They're like a tooth.
- 1:23:20Counsel, right? It's like, yeah.
- 1:23:24But it's like, yeah, yeah. So that would be like the.
- 1:23:26Middleman. You'd be like the diagnosis.
- 1:23:28But like a regulatory extra? Step, but they don't.
- 1:23:32Like have anybody to fix it? Yeah, I know.
- 1:23:35That's what I'm saying. So.
- 1:23:35That so they would never. Tell you it was like fucked up
- 1:23:38if it wasn't. Yeah, it's like they, it's like.
- 1:23:41The surgeon that does your operation isn't the guy who told
- 1:23:45you what was wrong with you, and that's not the guy who looked at
- 1:23:48your OR like the guy who told you was wrong.
- 1:23:50In fact, he can't. Do anything about what he's
- 1:23:53doing about? Yeah, Like, no, like that's
- 1:23:54like. He's he's just there and he
- 1:23:55went. He actually he does.
- 1:23:56He performed surgery at a different hospital.
- 1:23:58No, no he doesn't. Perform surgery at all?
- 1:24:02On purpose. That's what I'm saying.
- 1:24:07So he's just be a. Chart reader like a diagnose.
- 1:24:10Diagnosis like whatever diagnostician.
- 1:24:14Yeah. And and they did I make that up
- 1:24:18maybe. I don't know.
- 1:24:18It sounds actually that sounds right.
- 1:24:20Actually that sounds really real.
- 1:24:22No, I'm saying like that. They.
- 1:24:24Purposefully don't have dentists because they don't want the
- 1:24:27conflict of interest. Well, these are motherfuckers.
- 1:24:29You don't want doing shit to your mouth because they don't
- 1:24:32know what they're doing. This is.
- 1:24:33This is the. Reason for this kind of stuff,
- 1:24:35so a 22 year. Old fake dentist and two
- 1:24:37assistants have been charged by Czech police after treating
- 1:24:40dozens of patients. This is in the Czech Republic.
- 1:24:44What is it? Friends of the Pod.
- 1:24:47The yeah, yeah, it's not. Even America bro you're talking.
- 1:24:51About fake dentists in like Eastern, well, what I'm saying
- 1:24:53is because. These guys just got caught.
- 1:24:54First of all, this is World News, but this is an epidemic
- 1:24:58that's been going on. There's been people in the US
- 1:25:00who've been running fake dentistries, fake veneers, fake
- 1:25:03orthodox and they run and they and they run like, and they run
- 1:25:07like TikTok scams and give these people wild ass looking teeth
- 1:25:12dude. Like sure, they're not every.
- 1:25:14Dentist is fake. Go to.
- 1:25:17School, at least. But but they were giving.
- 1:25:21After treating dozens of patients using instructions
- 1:25:24found on the Internet, police said they had three family
- 1:25:27members opened a surgery without a license in their home two
- 1:25:32years ago and treated patients without any necessary
- 1:25:35professional knowledge. They added that they acted at
- 1:25:38the 20 to get surgery at someone's house.
- 1:25:40Like what do you fucking expect at the 22 year old man?
- 1:25:43Extracted teeth, performed complex root canals and applied
- 1:25:47anaesthesia, drawing on information he obtained from all
- 1:25:51in line. All pled guilty to a number of
- 1:25:54charges and faced up to 8 eight years in prison.
- 1:25:57Please did not say whether any of the patients complained about
- 1:26:00their treatment. I feel like that's how it starts
- 1:26:02though. Well, what if it was great?
- 1:26:06What if this guy was just like a sick event or not sick event?
- 1:26:09Like a savant, a 50 year old. Woman worked as a nurse while a
- 1:26:1344 year old man produced prosthetic devices for patients.
- 1:26:18He's just like Johnny V. Throwing out girls like the
- 1:26:22illegal. Clinic treated dozens of
- 1:26:24patients and made 4 million Czech corona, which is about
- 1:26:30$185,500 US. The woman, who worked in the
- 1:26:37health sector, provided anesthetics but also other
- 1:26:41dental material to which she had access, such as fillings,
- 1:26:45cleaning powder, glue, impression materials and more.
- 1:26:49A 22 year old man posed as a dentist, although he lacked the
- 1:26:52necessary professional knowledge, said Michaela.
- 1:26:55Labrova declined to comment on whether the forest was acting on
- 1:26:59complaints from patients. I bet you nobody fucking
- 1:27:02complained. I bet this dude like fucking
- 1:27:04Doogie Howser this shit. That's what I'm actually.
- 1:27:07About to say like it's like dude, like he's putting in just
- 1:27:10as much work work. If you did go to dentistry
- 1:27:12school, like what do you mean? Like this dude's probably like a
- 1:27:14fucking like like Mozart of, of dentistry and like, and then he
- 1:27:20probably just wasn't like paying like the proper taxes.
- 1:27:22So they hit him all. Three were arrested earlier this
- 1:27:26month before being charged this week with an operating and
- 1:27:29illegal business. Money laundering, attempted
- 1:27:32assault, drug dealing and theft all have stars on Yelp.
- 1:27:36All have pled guilty. The the President of the Czech
- 1:27:39Dental Chamber Roman Smoke Clear said that he had an average that
- 1:27:45he had an average of 10 fake dentist cases reported a year in
- 1:27:50the country. I have two more submissions
- 1:27:52today. So today there are three cases
- 1:27:55in the Czech Republic. Check out.
- 1:27:57Here, doing God's work, just just just like you.
- 1:28:01Fucking up the pay now, pay now or buy now pay later.
- 1:28:05Dentist shit the check. Parliament last year.
- 1:28:09Passed a bill facilitating the employment, the employment of
- 1:28:13dentists from outside, from countries outside the EU.
- 1:28:17So they're just like, they're just so short for dentists that
- 1:28:20they're just like now. They're just now like.
- 1:28:24Letting people from. Outside the country, come in
- 1:28:26with dental license to be dentists.
- 1:28:29OK, well that's what dude. That's.
- 1:28:30Dude, that's the, that's the leg, dude.
- 1:28:32You go to dental school and you move to the Czech Republic and
- 1:28:35you worked. You'd make bank over there, bro.
- 1:28:38They don't have enough dentists and you can go, you're going to
- 1:28:41make. Bank over there being a dentist
- 1:28:43in the Czech. Republic.
- 1:28:44Hell yeah. Fucking 4 million.
- 1:28:45What? Did you?
- 1:28:46What did you call it? You're going to the Eastern.
- 1:28:50Bloc to go get the cash bro. It was like Korunas KO.
- 1:28:54U like a year? Like a year's salary this dude
- 1:28:58made in his, like, crimes. Yeah, but.
- 1:29:02I mean, if you were legit, you could actually, you wouldn't be
- 1:29:04charging like you were legit. You would go to.
- 1:29:05Dentist school or just like figure?
- 1:29:07Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Go.
- 1:29:08To dentist school, get your license, then move to the Czech
- 1:29:11Republic. They're they're they just passed
- 1:29:13a bill saying they will allow dentists from outside the
- 1:29:16company, outside the country to operate and own businesses.
- 1:29:19Yeah, well, that's where they're fucking up.
- 1:29:20Dude, like that's the lick. Who are our doctors in the
- 1:29:23United States? Like they're immigrants bro, I
- 1:29:25mean. I want to like.
- 1:29:29Stereotype like you and your in your grape Welch shit, but like,
- 1:29:34I mean like the Indian population, like Indian
- 1:29:37Americans, like you know, I'm saying it's like it's all we do.
- 1:29:40We everybody comes to the United States and learns how to like do
- 1:29:43whatever they want and we try to like keep them, but or we used
- 1:29:48to at least like the Elon Musk. Of the Czech Republic public
- 1:29:51demonstrate he didn't What did he?
- 1:29:53Learn dude he what he went to like Delaware start like.
- 1:29:56Controlling the local governments with your iron fist
- 1:30:00from your dentistry chair? Fuck yeah, dude.
- 1:30:02Nah. Dude, this.
- 1:30:04Fucking ketamine belly. Well, no, I mean you don't want
- 1:30:09to. Look like him.
- 1:30:10You just want to be, you know, the tooth czar of the Czech
- 1:30:13Republic. That sounds tight.
- 1:30:15Yeah, why not? You'd be so good.
- 1:30:18I'd be the best and be the best there.
- 1:30:20It's that's not what is going up.
- 1:30:21Against going up. Against, they'd create the
- 1:30:24position and put me in it. Yeah, but the.
- 1:30:26Czar doesn't make the money, bro.
- 1:30:28That's like the that's like a no.
- 1:30:30They're just it'd. Be an It'd be an honorary title.
- 1:30:33I'd make so much money, it wouldn't matter.
- 1:30:34I'd be like that Doge it. I'd be like, hey, look, I'm
- 1:30:36taking a step back from my job to focus on controlling the
- 1:30:40teeth of this country. I get paid nothing.
- 1:30:43Yeah, because I've already made so.
- 1:30:44Much. I made tons.
- 1:30:47Of kronas. So I'm loaded dude.
- 1:30:50I'm fucking loaded and my competition was a 22 year old
- 1:30:53with a retired nurse and some random dude who made
- 1:30:56prosthetics. I kind.
- 1:30:58Of sounds like he's. He's probably like.
- 1:31:00Incredible. And he's just going to, he's
- 1:31:02probably going to be like the jail dentist who would even.
- 1:31:06Like be like, yeah, dude, you know, it's like easy to do
- 1:31:10teeth. I'm going to get into it.
- 1:31:11Set up a whole fucking business, get people over here, no
- 1:31:15complaints. It's like, yeah, that's what's
- 1:31:18wild. He probably just was like, dude.
- 1:31:19Like I like I figured this shit out.
- 1:31:22Like I don't even need to deal with like bullshit like fucking
- 1:31:25dentist school imagine. Like him doing a great job and
- 1:31:30you're a customer saying this to get arrested and you realize
- 1:31:32he's not an actual dentist. You'd be.
- 1:31:34I'd be on the jury. Being like, not guilty, Yeah,
- 1:31:37for sure. Look, my gap's gone.
- 1:31:42We Yeah, not guilty. What are you talking about?
- 1:31:44What are you talking about, dude?
- 1:31:45Like you mean that dude makes fire grills?
- 1:31:47Yeah, you'll just be cheesing the.
- 1:31:49Whole time fire. Tracks in New York ain't got
- 1:31:51shit on this guy. Dude you all just don't know
- 1:31:53about. There ain't nothing guilty
- 1:31:54about. This, that.
- 1:31:56Is pretty crazy though. I bet you he was tooth genius.
- 1:32:01But then it's like, how do you practice that?
- 1:32:03You can't do, you don't start. You'd have to go like get teeth
- 1:32:06from like some dead person or some shit.
- 1:32:08Yeah, right. Or like.
- 1:32:10Or. Like cattle teeth, we know he
- 1:32:12was. Good.
- 1:32:13Yeah, he was laughing to. Do with the fucking.
- 1:32:16School. Yeah, he was laughing.
- 1:32:17Dude, to not get a complaint, to not like, hurt somebody, make
- 1:32:22someone bleed. No one's insurance claim.
- 1:32:24Nobody called and the article didn't say.
- 1:32:26That he didn't get a complaint. We're just like, I'm just saying
- 1:32:29no, you would acknowledge it if. He did exactly.
- 1:32:32That's my point. Yeah, like, like if they had
- 1:32:34one, they would fucking tell us. It's a direct.
- 1:32:37Question Hey, did you guys get this raid because of a complaint
- 1:32:40like we can't we got we can't say that's a no.
- 1:32:43Well, you would tell us if you. Yeah, you would be like.
- 1:32:46Absolutely. He'd hurt people.
- 1:32:48He damn, he's ruined their lives.
- 1:32:50Like they would say they'd play it up.
- 1:32:51So if you know, some old bitch got her root, her little nerve
- 1:32:55pinched or whatever it is, yeah. It'd be.
- 1:32:58Weird. If they didn't like bring it up,
- 1:33:00if there was a complaint, so it was probably somebody.
