San Antonio drivers, brace yourself—major I-35 lane reductions and a weekend ramp closure are coming next week. From July 20–26, northbound I-35 between Frost Bank Center and Winnco will shrink to one lane nightly (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.), while southbound I-35 between Petroleum and Frost Bank Center faces the same.
