- 0:09Speaker 1: VI for sure. It's time.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Hello, Hello, welcome to the nordymand Nicer and your host
- 0:17Speaker 2: Rob Shooter. And it is Monday, which means our dear
- 0:19Speaker 2: friend Garrett Vogel joins us wearing purple today. Hello Garrett,
- 0:23Speaker 2: how are you?
- 0:24Speaker 1: Hello? Bobby?
- 0:25Speaker 2: Hello, Hello, Hello, Let's jump into the show. We've got tons,
- 0:28Speaker 2: tons of news to get to. What time is it,
- 0:30Speaker 2: my friends? It is tea time. We're going to really
- 0:34Speaker 2: tread gently and carefully today around the death, the shocking
- 0:38Speaker 2: death of Matthew Perry. So we have a lot of
- 0:41Speaker 2: news to get to. But upfront, I just wanted to say, gosh,
- 0:45Speaker 2: this one really hit me hard. I've been watching him,
- 0:49Speaker 2: the whole group, the whole bunch of friends for such
- 0:52Speaker 2: a long time, fifty four years old. Even though he
- 0:56Speaker 2: obviously had a very difficult history that he spoke about,
- 1:00Speaker 2: he was very honest about it. It's still surprising.
- 1:03Speaker 3: I mean, he's been a staple in everyone's house for constantly,
- 1:09Speaker 3: every day for the last thirty plus years, you know
- 1:12Speaker 3: what I mean. No matter if you didn't watch it
- 1:14Speaker 3: or not, he was there like a friend, like a friend.
- 1:18Speaker 2: You just said it so well, because I think the
- 1:20Speaker 2: show was on for about ten years, but it never
- 1:22Speaker 2: went away. The show never went away. I fact, you
- 1:26Speaker 2: could turn on your TV pretty much every day and
- 1:28Speaker 2: somewhere find a rerun of Friends.
- 1:31Speaker 1: That's why he was always there around the world and the.
- 1:35Speaker 2: World around the world, which also tells you some of
- 1:38Speaker 2: the pressures on him. We'll get to that in a moments.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Let's go over some of the facts. He was reported
- 1:43Speaker 2: dead at just fifty four years old, apparently from a drowning.
- 1:47Speaker 2: So the beloved friend Star was reportedly found in his
- 1:51Speaker 2: jacuzzie of his home in Los Angeles around four pm
- 1:55Speaker 2: on Saturday. First responders rushed to the address after they
- 2:00Speaker 2: got a call reporting a cardiac arrest. So that's where
- 2:05Speaker 2: people are a little confused here. We don't know yet
- 2:09Speaker 2: what the official cause was. We don't know if it
- 2:12Speaker 2: was a heart attack, a cardiac arrest, or in fact
- 2:15Speaker 2: he drowned. So that's still up and the air until
- 2:18Speaker 2: we get the actual report from the doctors. It's unclear
- 2:21Speaker 2: who made the nine one one call, but the call
- 2:24Speaker 2: came from within the house. We think it was an assistant.
- 2:28Speaker 2: That's who we believe found him. Sources are telling TMZ
- 2:31Speaker 2: that thankfully no drugs were found at the scene and
- 2:36Speaker 2: no foul play is suspected. Perry, who is not married
- 2:40Speaker 2: and he does not have children, has a long history
- 2:42Speaker 2: with drugs and alcohol abuse. Last year his memoir came out, Friends,
- 2:48Speaker 2: Lovers and the Big Terrible Things. I read it. It
- 2:52Speaker 2: was an amazing book. And now it's actually shut up
- 2:54Speaker 2: the charts. Garret, it's a number one again on the book.
- 2:57Speaker 1: You can't believe it. I mean, it was a europe
- 2:58Speaker 1: a year ago.
- 2:59Speaker 3: He just opened up about his life, everything that we
- 3:02Speaker 3: kind of speculated or heard rumors about. He pretty much
- 3:05Speaker 3: cleared the air with that book.
- 3:07Speaker 1: No less than a year. Yeah, the book's not even
- 3:09Speaker 1: almost a year old. Yeah.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Yeah. He knocked Britney Spears his memoir off number one
- 3:12Speaker 2: for a moment last night. And in that book, he
- 3:15Speaker 2: really did go deep. Like sometimes these celebrities they do
- 3:19Speaker 2: memoirs and they tell you the half truth, or they
- 3:21Speaker 2: tell you the truth with a.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Polish on it, give them the time, a gloss on it.
- 3:25Speaker 2: He didn't. He told us everything, including the fact he
- 3:28Speaker 2: confirmed this. We sort of knew it, but he confirmed it.
- 3:31Speaker 2: He went to rehab fifteen times, He underwent fourteen surgeries
- 3:37Speaker 2: to try and migate the damage he had done to
- 3:41Speaker 2: his stomach during his drug and alcohol use. He even
- 3:44Speaker 2: at one point was wearing a clost to meat bag
- 3:46Speaker 2: after his colon exploded because of drug LuSE. He went
- 3:51Speaker 2: on to say in an interview while promoting the book,
- 3:53Speaker 2: he had been told that he had less than two
- 3:56Speaker 2: percent chance to live. He added, but he spent about
- 4:00Speaker 2: nine million dollars over the years trying to get sober,
- 4:05Speaker 2: and at his worst he was taking fifty five vikad
- 4:09Speaker 2: in their painkillers every single day. Shocking stuff.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Yeah, And the fact that he also told the stories
- 4:18Speaker 3: that he was like this while we were laughing every
- 4:21Speaker 3: Thursday night watching Friends, you know, and everybody you know
- 4:26Speaker 3: saw the episodes or the seasons where you know, his
- 4:29Speaker 3: weight kind of fluctuated, and it was like, oh, what's
- 4:31Speaker 3: going on. It was because he was living this this
- 4:34Speaker 3: this life that you know, no one really knew. Everyone
- 4:37Speaker 3: just thought they knew. But the other interesting thing I
- 4:41Speaker 3: was reading about Matthew is that over the last year,
- 4:44Speaker 3: if someone, no matter who they were, said hey, I
- 4:47Speaker 3: have a drinking problem or I am battling an addiction
- 4:51Speaker 3: to drugs, he would can you help me? And he
- 4:54Speaker 3: would yes, and he said he would follow up with
- 4:56Speaker 3: calls to make sure you're doing okay. And you know,
- 5:01Speaker 3: you just hate to see that. You feel that he
- 5:04Speaker 3: was maybe turning a corner and maybe starting a second
- 5:07Speaker 3: life and one that could be positive and help out
- 5:10Speaker 3: a lot of people. And just to see it come
- 5:12Speaker 3: to an end like that, it sucks.
- 5:15Speaker 2: It sucks, that's the way to put it. It really
- 5:17Speaker 2: does suck. A couple of things. You're right, celebrities are
- 5:20Speaker 2: coming forward now. Hank Azariah saying that Matthew was the
- 5:24Speaker 2: first person to take him to rehab. We're going to
- 5:26Speaker 2: see this, remember when Brad Pitt said it was Bradley
- 5:29Speaker 2: Cooper who got him clean, and it was Bradley Cooper
- 5:31Speaker 2: that brought him to rehab. We're going to find that
- 5:35Speaker 2: a lot of people, a lot of people in Hollywood,
- 5:38Speaker 2: they have Matthew Perry to thank for this. I was
- 5:41Speaker 2: reading to this amazing statement he made several months ago,
- 5:45Speaker 2: and he said he knows when he dies, it's all
- 5:49Speaker 2: going to be about friends, and he's grateful to friends.
- 5:52Speaker 2: He said. It was an amazing experience, the money, the power,
- 5:55Speaker 2: the fame as an act of the material. It was
- 5:58Speaker 2: good too. It was a you could be proud of.
- 6:01Speaker 2: So he knew he was always going to be about friends,
- 6:03Speaker 2: but he said, if he could make a decision, friends
- 6:07Speaker 2: would be a little lower down on the list, and
- 6:10Speaker 2: higher up would be the help that he had given
- 6:12Speaker 2: people in need. He started the Perry House in Malibu,
- 6:16Speaker 2: which was a rehab facility. He gave away millions of
- 6:20Speaker 2: dollars to help people get clean to charities. But Alas
- 6:25Speaker 2: and I get it. I get the world we live in.
- 6:27Speaker 2: It's going to all be about friends. But today, if
- 6:30Speaker 2: you're thinking about Matthew, you might be. I'm sure you are,
- 6:33Speaker 2: as well as remembering some of the favorite moments from
- 6:37Speaker 2: that show that we all loved. Also remembered that he
- 6:40Speaker 2: was a man that did real, real good. So Matthew
- 6:44Speaker 2: looked relaxed at dinner with his friends at his last
- 6:47Speaker 2: public sight in Garrett. So he was spotted out about
- 6:51Speaker 2: six days ago at Apple Pan, which is a famous
- 6:55Speaker 2: hamburger spot in la It's delicious. He looked really, really happy.
- 7:00Speaker 2: What do you think about that? How do we take
- 7:02Speaker 2: that into the into the equation.
- 7:04Speaker 3: It's also so weird because you know, paparazzi literally have
- 7:07Speaker 3: every living moment of yourself and to them having that
- 7:12Speaker 3: that photo of you know, like this is the last
- 7:15Speaker 3: time we saw him, you know, in the public, and
- 7:18Speaker 3: it's it's kind of weird, you know, and just like,
- 7:21Speaker 3: you know, as we're going to talk about his mom
- 7:23Speaker 3: and dad showing up, his mom and dad showing up
- 7:26Speaker 3: to see their son who just passed away, and like
- 7:29Speaker 3: I felt weird. Yeah, Like I almost put down my
- 7:31Speaker 3: phone yesterday and said, I feel like I feel like
- 7:34Speaker 3: I'm crossing the Yeah, I'm a voyeur.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Now I'm invaded, and this is no longer news. It
- 7:39Speaker 2: became entertainment. The mom and dad really did affect me too,
- 7:44Speaker 2: and I'm not sure why. I think it's the look
- 7:46Speaker 2: his mom's called Susan, his dad is Teith, the expression
- 7:50Speaker 2: on their face, and the fact that photograph now exists.
- 7:54Speaker 2: They've cordoned off the house, but the paparazzi, the photographers,
- 7:58Speaker 2: the press, the media of the world. World. You said
- 8:01Speaker 2: the show was a hit around the world, Well, the
- 8:03Speaker 2: world's media is following this. I wake up this morning
- 8:06Speaker 2: and it's all over the cover of the British papers,
- 8:08Speaker 2: the French papers, the German papers. Seeing his mom and
- 8:10Speaker 2: dad turn up at the house really reminded me that
- 8:14Speaker 2: this was a human being. This was a little boy
- 8:17Speaker 2: who had family. He grew up in Canada. He had
- 8:20Speaker 2: a mom and a dad that loved him. He wasn't Chandler.
- 8:24Speaker 2: He was their little Matthew. And it just broke my heart.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Those pictures were tough, Garrett.
- 8:31Speaker 3: And the fact that if you follow Matthew Perry on Instagram,
- 8:36Speaker 3: you see that he kind of rekindled his relationship with
- 8:39Speaker 3: his death, you know, and he just posted a photo
- 8:42Speaker 3: and it's so weird, and it's easy to go down
- 8:48Speaker 3: this rabbit hole of you know, everybody turns into these
- 8:52Speaker 3: detective slash.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Suits of the world.
- 8:56Speaker 3: I just wouldn't go down that world because it's very easy, because,
- 9:00Speaker 3: you know, he posted something the lead singer of the
- 9:02Speaker 3: Cranberries passed away, and the lead singer of the Cranberries
- 9:07Speaker 3: unfortunately passed away by drowning, you know.
- 9:12Speaker 2: And there's a line, isn't there. There's a line between
- 9:16Speaker 2: being curious, which we all are, and being ghoulish, which
- 9:20Speaker 2: hopefully we're not here now. Whitney Houston died because she
- 9:24Speaker 2: drowned in a bathtub as well. At the time, she
- 9:28Speaker 2: was on drugs. She was on prescription drugs, and now
- 9:31Speaker 2: I think it is a legitimate question if it's handled
- 9:35Speaker 2: well and gently. You know, a fifty four year old
- 9:38Speaker 2: man who was playing pick a ball, does he go home,
- 9:41Speaker 2: get in a jacuzzi and have a heart attack and drown.
- 9:45Speaker 2: That is a possibility. He was overweight, He's had lots
- 9:48Speaker 2: and lots of health troubles. Prescription drugs were found at
- 9:51Speaker 2: the scene. But I was thinking about that too, and
- 9:54Speaker 2: it's such a blaring headline prescription drugs. You just see
- 9:57Speaker 2: the word drugs. If I passed away and the police
- 10:01Speaker 2: came to my apartment, they'd fine prescription drugs too. I
- 10:04Speaker 2: have a sinus infection.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Today, But according to the press, you have this severe
- 10:10Speaker 3: drug problem and that's how you passed away.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Having anti anxiety in medication, which is what they found there.
- 10:16Speaker 2: That isn't something that we should really read into. I
- 10:19Speaker 2: think why we're doing this here, and I'm being fair
- 10:22Speaker 2: to everybody who is doing this, all the listeners and
- 10:25Speaker 2: you and me Garrett, is that he's been so honest
- 10:28Speaker 2: with his past. It would be very unusual for somebody
- 10:32Speaker 2: who had such a troubled, dark past with substance abuse,
- 10:35Speaker 2: with rehab facilities it would be unusual for him to
- 10:39Speaker 2: pass away at fifty four and for somehow them not
- 10:42Speaker 2: to be connected. Is that fair to say?
- 10:45Speaker 1: I think it is, too.
- 10:46Speaker 3: But I also think there's another line that we're another
- 10:50Speaker 3: thing we're not thinking about too, because we're all guilty
- 10:53Speaker 3: of it. Of you know, you go to the doctor
- 10:55Speaker 3: once and then it's like, okay, I'll come back every year,
- 10:58Speaker 3: and then it's four or five, six years later, and
- 11:01Speaker 3: you know, it could have been a simple thing of
- 11:03Speaker 3: it was something that he probably didn't even know about,
- 11:07Speaker 3: or an underlining thing that was going on to me.
- 11:10Speaker 3: The other the other eerie, eerie thing is his last
- 11:14Speaker 3: post on Instagram is him sitting in the.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Very hot put right. I think it's the same hot
- 11:21Speaker 2: tub that he passed away, And it looked I looked
- 11:22Speaker 2: at the pictures, he's in a hot tub, really enjoying it.
- 11:25Speaker 2: His friends who I spoke to, told me that was
- 11:29Speaker 2: his happy place. This was a brand new house he
- 11:32Speaker 2: had just moved in. But they said too that he
- 11:34Speaker 2: had a lot of reasons to live. He was about
- 11:38Speaker 2: to start a new film once the strike was over.
- 11:41Speaker 2: So the actors strike is still going on, but he
- 11:43Speaker 2: had plans already to do a new movie, an exclusive
- 11:46Speaker 2: little bit of Ritork porting too. My Broadway insiders tell
- 11:51Speaker 2: me he was planning to bring a play to New York.
- 11:53Speaker 2: He did a play in London based on his own life,
- 11:56Speaker 2: and it was based on somebody that struggled with addiction.
- 11:59Speaker 2: It was really a one show basically, but it was
- 12:01Speaker 2: a heightened version of that. He was in talks with
- 12:03Speaker 2: at least two producers I know to bring that to London,
- 12:07Speaker 2: which leads you to believe this is not a man
- 12:10Speaker 2: who wanted to go. This is not a man who
- 12:12Speaker 2: wanted to die. But another friend I spoke to said
- 12:16Speaker 2: that Matthew was very very clear that he had a disease.
- 12:22Speaker 2: That's how he saw it, a disease, and that never
- 12:27Speaker 2: totally goes away. There's good days, there's bad days, there's
- 12:31Speaker 2: good months, there's bad months. You know, read a lot
- 12:33Speaker 2: of reporting that he's sober or he was sober, But
- 12:37Speaker 2: my inside has warned me an addict would never actually
- 12:40Speaker 2: use that term. That's why the character days, because at
- 12:43Speaker 2: any minute things could change. Hey, something popped up, Garrett
- 12:47Speaker 2: that I thought was so interesting. Did you know that
- 12:49Speaker 2: he went to school with the Canadian Prime minister just
- 12:53Speaker 2: in troum that.
- 12:55Speaker 3: I heard about that, but like it was one of
- 12:57Speaker 3: those things where you know, you hear about it, like
- 13:00Speaker 3: in a headline, and then that's it.
- 13:01Speaker 1: But I'm glad you're reminded you.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Yeah, he put out a statement. Matthew's passing is shocking
- 13:05Speaker 2: and saddening. I will never forget the school yard games
- 13:09Speaker 2: we used to play together. So true. Now, talking about reactions,
- 13:14Speaker 2: we've got to point out that the friends, the cast
- 13:16Speaker 2: of Friends, have not yet reacted. I'm told that they
- 13:19Speaker 2: are devastated, particularly Jennifer, who really was the one that
- 13:24Speaker 2: stayed in touch with Matthew the most. If you remember
- 13:27Speaker 2: last year they did that big reunion special, and I
- 13:31Speaker 2: did my research, they'd only ever got together all six
- 13:34Speaker 2: of them twice before that special. After the show ended.
- 13:38Speaker 2: They were not really the closest friends. They had a
- 13:42Speaker 2: work experience together, but the ladies they were close, but
- 13:45Speaker 2: the boys sort of went their own way. But Jennifer
- 13:47Speaker 2: did check in. I'm Matthew. I'm told they're devastated. And
- 13:50Speaker 2: get this, Garret, I'm told they're going to issue a
- 13:53Speaker 2: joint statement, all five of them are going to put
- 13:56Speaker 2: out a statement because now they will never ever be
- 14:01Speaker 2: complete again.
- 14:03Speaker 3: Well, and and here's the interesting part too, because as
- 14:06Speaker 3: we all know, they have the means, the money. Do
- 14:10Speaker 3: they do they do a two phase where they do
- 14:13Speaker 3: the public showing like like meaning like you know, they're
- 14:16Speaker 3: they're they're all seen walking out of the funeral together,
- 14:19Speaker 3: or do they they treat it like you know, a
- 14:23Speaker 3: celebrity a list wedding where there's tents and security and
- 14:27Speaker 3: and and just keep it you know, between between them,
- 14:30Speaker 3: you know, I think that is interesting. And another point
- 14:34Speaker 3: too that not a lot of people are thinking about
- 14:37Speaker 3: because you know, it's early in the season, but we're
- 14:40Speaker 3: we're entering you know, the that that that dark I
- 14:44Speaker 3: don't want to say darkness, but a season where a
- 14:46Speaker 3: lot of people have problems and dealing with.
- 14:49Speaker 2: You knows, mental health is very very serious all year around,
- 14:52Speaker 2: but particularly around the holidays.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, and and and and especially now you know,
- 14:58Speaker 3: and fortunately, I hate to say it, but I don't
- 15:01Speaker 3: think this is going to be the only story we're
- 15:04Speaker 3: going to talk about over the next couple of months, unfortunately,
- 15:07Speaker 3: for for whatever reason that may be. So no, no
- 15:10Speaker 3: matter if you're the biggest celebrity or or just literally
- 15:13Speaker 3: the guy handing coffee on the corner. Just check in
- 15:17Speaker 3: on people, say you know a little hey, how you doing?
- 15:20Speaker 3: Been thinking about you goes longer than you think.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Yes, a moment of Garrett. Hey, we're going to take
- 15:25Speaker 2: a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome
- 15:29Speaker 2: back to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm going to
- 15:31Speaker 2: shoot it our dear friend Garrett. Today we've really focused
- 15:35Speaker 2: on the tragic passing of Matthew Perry. Garrett. Did you
- 15:39Speaker 2: ever interview him? Did you ever meet him? No?
- 15:42Speaker 1: I didn't. But that was the first show that I
- 15:47Speaker 1: was in eighth grade.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Eighth grade and Friends that that hit the That was
- 15:53Speaker 3: the NBC show pretty much you know, Thursday nights.
- 15:56Speaker 1: That and sein Fell and then into and we're still
- 16:01Speaker 1: there at the.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Time when we all watched television network TV together, like
- 16:04Speaker 2: millions of people watch, not just a couple of millions,
- 16:07Speaker 2: tens of millions. I was in Edinburgh at the time
- 16:11Speaker 2: and this show I think it was on a Thursday
- 16:13Speaker 2: night in Edinburgh where none of us went to the
- 16:15Speaker 2: bars or the clubs. Who are really any of our
- 16:17Speaker 2: lectures or schools all the library. We all stayed home
- 16:20Speaker 2: and watched Friends that you know who were the biggest
- 16:23Speaker 2: fans of this show. Prince Harry and Prince William. They've
- 16:25Speaker 2: spoken about it. They loved, loved, love this show. So
- 16:29Speaker 2: so many people in Hollywood are affected by this, including
- 16:33Speaker 2: the royals and another person who really is sort of
- 16:36Speaker 2: our nicest of the day. Although today's format of the
- 16:40Speaker 2: show is obviously a little bit different. But let's stop
- 16:42Speaker 2: for a moment and pause to acknowledge Adele, who stopped
- 16:46Speaker 2: her show in Vegas over the weekend, and she said
- 16:49Speaker 2: he was so open with his struggles. So the songwriter.
- 16:53Speaker 2: The singer shared that she had never met Matthew Perry
- 16:57Speaker 2: in her life, but she'll always remember his friend's character
- 17:02Speaker 2: for the rest of her life. She said, he's probably
- 17:05Speaker 2: the best comedic actor of all time. Talk to me
- 17:09Speaker 2: a little bit about that, because you really do know
- 17:11Speaker 2: acting very well. This was great, you know comedy, it's
- 17:15Speaker 2: it's it's more of just timing, you know, like you
- 17:17Speaker 2: could tell a joke, you know, why the chicken cross
- 17:19Speaker 2: the road because he wanted to get to the other side.
- 17:21Speaker 3: But the way Matthew Perry would tell the joke, you know,
- 17:23Speaker 3: there's this chicken and he was crossing the road right well,
- 17:27Speaker 3: but but he wasn't crossing the road because he was
- 17:29Speaker 3: hungry or whatever. And then you know, just the way
- 17:32Speaker 3: he delivered it, and especially playing off of other characters
- 17:35Speaker 3: like Jennifer Aniston and matt LeBlanc, you know, like that
- 17:41Speaker 3: that that was the pure comedy because they were they
- 17:44Speaker 3: literally were your friends through TV because you you could
- 17:47Speaker 3: relate like, oh, I'm I'm Chandler or I'm Joey, you know,
- 17:51Speaker 3: like you you always had that like that, that feeling
- 17:54Speaker 3: of like I can connect with them on some degree
- 17:57Speaker 3: because I'm a I'm a smart ass like Chandler, you know.
- 18:01Speaker 3: And it's funny that you're just speaking about Adele because
- 18:03Speaker 3: I saw another clip. Charlie Poof was in concert last
- 18:07Speaker 3: night too, and he stopped down to play the piano
- 18:10Speaker 3: and played a melodic version of tell Me There for You,
- 18:13Speaker 3: and then his other song too that took, you know,
- 18:17Speaker 3: went to another stratosphere when he wrote see You Again
- 18:20Speaker 3: for Paul Walker and it kind of played into you know,
- 18:25Speaker 3: Matthew Perry's passing as well. So if you if you
- 18:28Speaker 3: have a chance, listen to a slow down version or
- 18:31Speaker 3: go listen to Charlie's cook play that because uh, it
- 18:33Speaker 3: kind of you know, kind of zen you out in
- 18:36Speaker 3: a little bit and then listen to see you again
- 18:38Speaker 3: because you'll you'll you'll see it. And it almost has
- 18:40Speaker 3: that that friend's feeling to it, you know, but uh yeah,
- 18:43Speaker 3: it's it's you're right, man, Rob it hits you differently.
- 18:49Speaker 2: And then Autist of the Day nine one one audios
- 18:53Speaker 2: from the Dispatch have been released. I couldn't listen to them.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I don't want them. If you do the on tm Z,
- 19:02Speaker 2: I'm not even going to go into the details, but
- 19:03Speaker 2: you can hear voices. I don't know about this.
- 19:06Speaker 1: Why why.
- 19:09Speaker 3: I get the TMZ's version of why they're doing it,
- 19:13Speaker 3: of we're news, we're headlines. But where where is the line?
- 19:18Speaker 3: You know what I mean? Like, where is the line
- 19:21Speaker 3: between the audio, the parents, the photoss.
- 19:26Speaker 2: The body being wheeled out? The is it dogs there? Now?
- 19:30Speaker 2: There's a new report out today that Lisa Kudrou will
- 19:33Speaker 2: take the dog, but yet she didn't say that. She's
- 19:35Speaker 2: not issued a statement, so how would anybody know that?
- 19:38Speaker 1: Crazy?
- 19:39Speaker 2: But it becomes a business, let me explain it. I'm
- 19:41Speaker 2: in this business and there's gonna be a lot of
- 19:44Speaker 2: money made over the next couple of weeks with Matthew
- 19:46Speaker 2: Perry websites, traffics have gone through the roof. People are clicking.
- 19:50Speaker 2: We want more and more of these stories. I've told
- 19:52Speaker 2: my team at Norde Gossip to be very restrained about this.
- 19:55Speaker 2: I don't want all these little speculative details on my site.
- 20:00Speaker 2: This is not a moment to think about your bottom line.
- 20:03Speaker 2: It's a moment to think about each other. Hey, that
- 20:07Speaker 2: is it for today. Thank you for joining us on

- 20:14Speaker 2: I think we did a good job here, Garrett, giving information,
- 20:18Speaker 2: but also too A tone was so important. This is
- 20:22Speaker 2: nothing to make money on to gossip about. That's not
- 20:26Speaker 2: what today was.
- 20:27Speaker 3: And I think that just like friends, you know, we're
- 20:31Speaker 3: just friends talking to other friends about our friend who
- 20:35Speaker 3: no longer is here.
- 20:36Speaker 2: That's a beautiful thing to say. We are all friends here.
