  Speaker 1: That happened here in our Hallilajah studios, and learning of

  Speaker 1: the devastating passing of our friend, our colleague, my brother

  Speaker 1: r Jay groovy. But you know what, yet I choose

  Speaker 1: to trust God. God is yet faithful. I know R.

  Speaker 1: J was a man of faith. He loved Jesus and

  Speaker 1: he loved his people. So that's what I want to

  Speaker 1: pray about today, Heavenly Father. Today we come before you

  Speaker 1: with hearts that may be broken, shaken, and struggling to understand. Lord.

  Speaker 1: Sometimes life changes in a moment, one phone call, one

  Speaker 1: doctor's report, one unexpected loss, one disappointment, one circumstance we

  Speaker 1: never saw coming, and suddenly everything feels different. Father, there

  Speaker 1: are those praying today who have been devastated by the unexpected.

  Speaker 1: Their plans have been interrupted, their hearts have been wounded,

  Speaker 1: their dreams have been shaken. Questions feel their minds, and

  Speaker 1: tears feel their eyes. They're trying to make sense of

  Speaker 1: something that simply doesn't make sense. But Lord, even here

  Speaker 1: in the middle of our pain, we declare these words,

  Speaker 1: I steal trust you. Father. We don't always understand your ways,

  Speaker 1: but we trust your heart. We don't always see what

  Speaker 1: you're doing, but we trust your hand. We don't always

  Speaker 1: know how things are gonna work out, but we know

  Speaker 1: that you are still God, and you are still faithful. Lord.

  Speaker 1: When grief overwhelms us, be our comfort. When disappointment crushes

  Speaker 1: our spirit, Be our hope. When fear tries to overtake us,

  Speaker 1: Be our peace. When our strength is gone, be the

  Speaker 1: strength that carries us through. Oh Father, remind us that

  Speaker 1: what caught us off guard did not catch you by surprise.

  Speaker 1: whose heart feels shattered today, Wrap them in your love.

  Speaker 1: Let them feel your presence in the lonely moments. Let

  Speaker 1: them know that they do not have to carry this

  Speaker 1: burden alone. Being near the broken hearted, and save those

  Speaker 1: who are crushed in spirit by the God, us from bitterness,

  Speaker 1: guard us from losing faith, guard us from allowing pain

  Speaker 1: to convince us that you've abandoned us. Remind us that

  Speaker 1: your promises are still true, your love is still unfeeling,

  Speaker 1: your mercy is still new every single morning. Lord, we

  Speaker 1: may not understand this chapter, but we trust the Arthur

  Speaker 1: of the story. We may not know what tomorrow holds,

  Speaker 1: but we do know who holds tomorrow. And because you're

  Speaker 1: sovereign God, because your faithful, because you're good, we choose

  Speaker 1: to stand on your word. Today. We surrender our confusion,

  Speaker 1: our sorrow, our disappointment, and our fears into your hands.

  Speaker 1: We trust that you will bring beauty from ashes, purpose

  Speaker 1: from pain, and testimony from this trial. So through the tears,
