Scuba divers, this one’s for you: over 7,000 Hollis 200LX regulators are being recalled because their inlet tubes can crack and snap underwater — a serious risk that’s already linked to 17 incidents. The U.S. CPSC warns this could lead to drowning. If your regulator is black and red with “200LX” and “Hollis” stamped on top, check your serial number — it’s hidden under the mouthpiece — against these ranges: C3753–C77735, S73202–S84427, HA00001–HA14873, or LX001698–LX009896.
