Transcript
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone, I hope you've had a beautiful week.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: In today's episode, we're going to talk about loneliness and how it doesn't actually exist.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: I'm sure you're sitting there going, um, Alex, loneliness does exist because I've felt lonely many times.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: And now I'm going to explain to you why we feel lonely and what it's showing us.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Loneliness is a concept of the ego.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: You are the universe manifested in physical form.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: But when I say that, it's a watered-down version in order for your ego to understand it.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: You are in fact the universe.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: You have created everything and everything is you.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Therefore, you are the only thing because everything else that your ego perceives is simply you, the universe.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: So if you are the universe and have created everything, the only thing that distinguishes you as separate from everything else is ego.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: It does this via the senses, via thoughts, via seeing things as material forms that are not within your body.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: That separation makes it appear as if there are others that you are separate from.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: But again, since you are the universe and have created everything, you are in actuality alone.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: There is nothing else except what your ego perceives.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: To feel lonely is the ego's way of feeling like it is a separate entity from what is surrounding.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying that there is something quote unquote wrong with this, I'm just pointing out that a feeling of loneliness is a trick of the ego to continue its own subjugation of self with a capital S.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: Not the ego's self, but the actual self.
- 1:45SPEAKER_00: You are always alone because you are the only thing.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: Therefore, loneliness doesn't truly exist except as a concept of the ego.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Loneliness only exists to your ego because there are other egos that your ego is perceiving.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: When humans are alone with no egoic purpose, the ego tends to turn inwards and begin to look at itself.
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: If we're not ready to break down some egoic programming or change our perspective, or meditate and find equilibrium, the ego is instead going to grasp onto control andor become depressed and overwhelmed.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: We look towards external things for happiness, fulfillment, validation.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: The concept of loneliness technically only exists because we perceive other egos as separate from ourselves.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: To give the most simple analogy to this, imagine that you could only see in black and white.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: Everyone in your country only sees in black and white.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: The concept of color doesn't even exist.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: But then one day the sky turns blue, and everyone starts to wonder not only why the sky is blue, but if other things are blue.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: If there are other colors, what color things are, when they'll be able to see those colors, whether medication can make them see colors, whether it's a government conspiracy that they haven't been able to see colors.
- 3:06SPEAKER_00: The concept of colors was not even a blip on anyone's radar until they were able to see it.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: Loneliness is the same.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Without the ego's perception of other egos as separate, loneliness wouldn't even be a concept.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: People create the concept of loneliness just by being perceived as separate from the self.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: Have you noticed that some people have a propensity to feel loneliness, whereas others don't?
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: It doesn't necessarily mean that these people who don't feel loneliness understand that everything is one.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: If we're going to speak on the energetic level, it's most likely that these people who do not feel loneliness have already learned the symptom karmic lesson, and it's not even a concern for their current egos.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: Mind you, there is a difference between loneliness and the feeling of being alone, though both deal with the ego separation from perceived others.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: However, loneliness tends to be an active pining for another to be around, or for physical touch, or for a partner.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: But loneliness doesn't have anything to do with another being around, because we can be in a stable relationship and still feel lonely, which just adds to my point about loneliness being an egoic construct and perspective.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: If you have an ego that has the propensity to feel lonely, challenge the thought, why would having someone else be with you make you feel less lonely?
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Does your ego want to be recognized, seen, understood?
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: Does your ego feel like it needs external validation, love, acceptance?
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Is the feeling of loneliness pushing you towards any relationship just so you can stop the feeling?
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Do you learn your lessons in relationships, or is the fear of loneliness stopping you from doing so?
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: Is loneliness keeping you stuck in situations you truly don't want to be in?
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Is loneliness allowing the ego to do things that doesn't align with its values?
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: Check in with yourself.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: Be a detective and truly look at all of the emotions you feel whilst being lonely and when you're not feeling lonely, so that you can see what the ego conjures when you're in that state of mind.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: See where these emotions come from.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: When did you first feel lonely?
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: What made you feel that way, and how has your ego perpetuated that feeling throughout your life?
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Do you have a tendency to find people in which you always feel lonely no matter what?
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: Is the ego so comfortable in loneliness that it attracts people who will inevitably have you feeling lonely just so the ego can prove to itself that you're not worth anything or unlovable?
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: And now we see the core karmic lesson.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: Loneliness is a feeling and a perception that can be stopped.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: It is a symptom karmic lesson that can be learned.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: And you can learn it in this incarnation because you already have the tools to dig deep.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: Until next week, all of my best and highest vibrations to you.
