- 0:20Speaker 1: Israel. Gudi Eras in studio with me Taylor in the
- 0:23Speaker 1: VIP room board. Op Ricardo is trying to get internet
- 0:26Speaker 1: for me. Welcome back everyone.
- 0:30Speaker 3: I'm always intrigued by what words you're going to use
- 0:32Speaker 3: to start the show. Sometimes it's the phone number, Yeah,
- 0:35Speaker 3: Sometimes it's my government name. You never know, yes, but
- 0:39Speaker 3: it's always a little jarr yes.
- 0:41Speaker 4: And I'm always intrigued how his is the only Wi
- 0:43Speaker 4: Fi in this entire building that somehow never works.
- 0:46Speaker 1: What do you want me to tell you it never
- 0:47Speaker 1: worksy Tylor Taylor.
- 0:49Speaker 3: I'm on the exact same Wi Fi. Yeah, on probably
- 0:53Speaker 3: a less impressive laptop.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Yes, mine is very impressive.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Yeah, and have perfect service. And last week when he
- 1:02Speaker 3: had his wife Abby's computer here, zero problem. Yep. Something's
- 1:07Speaker 3: wrong with your computer, Stute.
- 1:08Speaker 1: It seems like someone's trying to get some information from me.
- 1:11Speaker 1: I don't know who or yeah.
- 1:13Speaker 3: Too much porn.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Those websites should keep going to Oh is that right?
- 1:19Speaker 1: Born out? Ricardo was trying to fix it right now.
- 1:21Speaker 1: I'm a little bit deeper in the studio than is
- 1:23Speaker 1: he is, and so I'm more I'm kind of more
- 1:26Speaker 1: in the middle of the building than you are. The
- 1:28Speaker 1: internet connection is not nearly as.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Good as her fingertips.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Well, maybe the internet will work if we do that
- 1:34Speaker 1: in the entire time.
- 1:36Speaker 4: We have to move ste God's closer to the router.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Yeah, oh my god, I remember who apologized to Niko Harrison.
- 1:44Speaker 1: We'll get to that sound in a minute, because you
- 1:46Speaker 1: guys made fun of me last week when I tried
- 1:49Speaker 1: to do so. We got a lot to get to
- 1:51Speaker 1: the Bleacher Reports ninety nine greatest quarterbacks of all time.
- 1:55Speaker 1: We have not finished up that list.
- 1:57Speaker 3: We've had people across America. Yeah, on Monday and Tuesday
- 2:00Speaker 3: tuning in at three forty five Easter forty five Eastern
- 2:05Speaker 3: waiting for that list, because of course they can't just
- 2:08Speaker 3: go to the Bleacher Report website. Yes, the update, yep.
- 2:10Speaker 1: And thank you to Dan Bayer and company for filling
- 2:14Speaker 1: in the last couple of days. We appreciated. I texted
- 2:17Speaker 1: Dan today because he played a couple of games while
- 2:20Speaker 1: will while he was filling in here is he? And
- 2:23Speaker 1: I said, can I ask you? Can I ask you
- 2:27Speaker 1: about the two games that you played and the two
- 2:29Speaker 1: games that he played his Tag Your Its and Monster Dash?
- 2:36Speaker 1: And Dan said, he's off today, he's golfing.
- 2:40Speaker 3: I have no idea how either of those two games
- 2:42Speaker 3: would go.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I don't either. Well, I imagine, you know, franchise tag
- 2:46Speaker 1: it was it was something to do with that yesterday.
- 2:48Speaker 3: Perhaps maybe I'm a little less exciting than if it's
- 2:51Speaker 3: just about franchise tagging players in the NFL. Yes, not
- 2:55Speaker 3: that exciting.
- 2:56Speaker 1: So I asked Dan if we could play the games.
- 2:57Speaker 1: He said, he's golfing. He'll be back on Friday, but
- 3:00Speaker 1: I'm not certain we'll be here on Friday. We're gonna
- 3:03Speaker 1: take some days off from radio. And the reason we're
- 3:05Speaker 1: doing so is not because we're not committed to the show.
- 3:07Speaker 1: We love doing this show. I love doing this show,
- 3:09Speaker 1: but I also have a company to build, and there
- 3:11Speaker 1: is no way that I could host three shows, two
- 3:15Speaker 1: pods in the morning at an afternoon drive national show
- 3:19Speaker 1: and still build the company that iHeart has asked me
- 3:22Speaker 1: to build. It I'm excited. I spent some time on
- 3:25Speaker 1: it yesterday. We have some announcements to make with some
- 3:28Speaker 1: new shows coming up in the next couple of weeks.
- 3:31Speaker 1: But any time.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Wow. Yeah, so you take two days off and you're
- 3:34Speaker 3: ready to announce two new shows.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Well not two news show days off every week, I
- 3:39Speaker 1: mean a few new shows. Listen. If I get Friday off,
- 3:42Speaker 1: I'll have five shows for you by next Monday. Okay,
- 3:46Speaker 1: how about that, Pats, We'll see debatable. We have some
- 3:53Speaker 1: games to play here as well. We have new episodes
- 3:56Speaker 1: of Stickouts and Company. We have new episodes of with
- 4:00Speaker 1: Stutats in Hawk. But we had so much to discuss
- 4:04Speaker 1: today on the podcast, we'd never got to Taylor's topic.
- 4:08Speaker 1: He has an idea, I believe to save baseball. And listen,
- 4:13Speaker 1: the off season in football is all about saving baseball.
- 4:17Speaker 1: That's what it is. That's what we do. We fix
- 4:19Speaker 1: things until we get back to the thing that is
- 4:22Speaker 1: absolutely perfect.
- 4:23Speaker 3: That's so funny. We don't know how to talk about
- 4:25Speaker 3: basketball in any way except for those couple of weeks
- 4:29Speaker 3: in March where we're like, ah, senior guard, play yes,
- 4:31Speaker 3: but in the meantime fix another sport.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Yeah, America's pastime is he I don't know what to
- 4:36Speaker 1: tell you. People care about it. It means a lot
- 4:39Speaker 1: to them, and Taylor wants to save it. So what
- 4:41Speaker 1: is your idea here, vip room tailor what is your
- 4:46Speaker 1: idea to save baseball here?
- 4:48Speaker 4: So yesterday was a pretty slow sports night on the
- 4:52Speaker 4: on the sports calendar.
- 4:54Speaker 1: For yourself so much, NBA yea And by the way,
- 4:56Speaker 1: welcome to March.
- 4:57Speaker 4: I mean again, very slow sports night on the sports
- 5:01Speaker 4: calendar for a Tuesday in March. So I'm watching the
- 5:05Speaker 4: Dominican Republic versus the Detroit Tigers exhibition game last night
- 5:10Speaker 4: because the World Baseball Classic teams are are starting to
- 5:13Speaker 4: get together and they're starting to play their games before
- 5:16Speaker 4: the tournament starts. Juan Soto hits a home run, they
- 5:21Speaker 4: pan to the crowd, and the crowd in the Dominican
- 5:25Speaker 4: Republic is going absolutely bananas. There. It's an electric atmosphere,
- 5:30Speaker 4: and that got me thinking, I think we should move
- 5:33Speaker 4: the Chicago White Sox to the Dominican report.
- 5:35Speaker 3: Really wow, just the White Sox because they already have
- 5:40Speaker 3: a team in Chicago, or because they have a ton
- 5:43Speaker 3: of Dominicans.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Socks blanco, I mean, how about that. Huh, why are
- 5:49Speaker 1: we doing this?
- 5:50Speaker 5: I mean.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I was hoping you would. But is he with the X?
- 5:59Speaker 1: I think so? He asked Two important follow ups there
- 6:02Speaker 1: that weren't a dressed weren't answered.
- 6:04Speaker 3: Because you were busy putting that in my headset. Taylor,
- 6:07Speaker 3: it's difficult being a ventriloquis. You have to do both voices,
- 6:10Speaker 3: so you can't actually take questions.
- 6:13Speaker 4: So is he I didn't hear your questions. I'm just
- 6:15Speaker 4: gonna guess what your two questions why?
- 6:18Speaker 3: No, the questions weren't Why the questions were Is it
- 6:20Speaker 3: Chicago because they already have another city? Or is it
- 6:23Speaker 3: because they have a ton of demands they.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Have another team? You mean the Cubs perfect.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Another team in that city.
- 6:28Speaker 4: That was exactly the question I was going to answer,
- 6:30Speaker 4: no matter what, excellent good. Chicago is a Cub's town
- 6:34Speaker 4: through and through. Like you go to Chicago, you ask them, hey,
- 6:37Speaker 4: where's the baseball field? Nobody's gonna take you to. I
- 6:41Speaker 4: don't even know where they play us cellulars.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Yeah, they play in Chicago, Taylor, on the on the
- 6:47Speaker 1: other side of town from Wrigley Field.
- 6:49Speaker 4: Yes, But if you ask people, hey, where's the baseball field.
- 6:53Speaker 4: Everybody's going to take you to Wrigleyville. Nobody's taking you
- 6:55Speaker 4: to USL.
- 6:55Speaker 3: You used to be kmisky, right right.
- 6:57Speaker 1: I think to Taylor's point, if you asked someone where's
- 6:59Speaker 1: the baseball field, most people are going to assume you're
- 7:01Speaker 1: asking about Wrigley Field. Yes, and you're right by the way.
- 7:05Speaker 4: And then the other the other question that comes up
- 7:07Speaker 4: when you pitch moving a team to the Dominican Republicans,
- 7:11Speaker 4: maybe the Dominican Republic doesn't have the infrastructure to support
- 7:15Speaker 4: an MLB baseball team. Stu Gott's what I would say
- 7:19Speaker 4: to that is, is this or is this not the
- 7:22Speaker 4: sport that taught us? If you build it, they will come.
- 7:25Speaker 1: It is the sport, Yes, you're right, put it on
- 7:28Speaker 1: the pole, Taylor. Is baseball the sport that taught us?
- 7:31Speaker 1: If you build it, they will come.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Did Baseball teach us that? Or did Hollywood teach us that?
- 7:45Speaker 1: So we're moving the White Sox to the d R.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Can we just add to that then, Taylor? Because look,
- 7:52Speaker 3: I used to be a Marlins fan. But let's be honest,
- 7:55Speaker 3: I think their time has come. I think they are
- 7:58Speaker 3: a major minor league team. Don't think anybody would miss
- 8:01Speaker 3: them if they moved to I don't know, Venezuela. How
- 8:04Speaker 3: about we have one MLB representative in each country that
- 8:09Speaker 3: represents the Caribbean World Series. Yes, or I mean yeah,
- 8:13Speaker 3: in the Caribbean.
- 8:13Speaker 1: World I like it. It is called the World Series.
- 8:15Speaker 3: There you go? Yes, yeah, I would do that. I'd
- 8:17Speaker 3: be all about it.
- 8:18Speaker 1: You would move the Marlins now? So now we're moving
- 8:20Speaker 1: the White Sox and the Marlins.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Yeah, because Tampa already has you know, more probably more
- 8:24Speaker 3: consistent success, even though they haven't won the World Series, right,
- 8:29Speaker 3: and so yeah, I think that the Rays would be
- 8:31Speaker 3: missed more than the Marlins would be missed.
- 8:33Speaker 4: I'd move the Rays to Puerto Rico.
- 8:35Speaker 3: I think.
- 8:35Speaker 1: There you go? Would you really why the Ras are good? Man?
- 8:38Speaker 1: What are you doing to the Rays? Man?
- 8:40Speaker 4: They get very low attendance numbers. I'm picking these teams
- 8:43Speaker 4: right now because I'm just looking up attendance numbers, yeah,
- 8:45Speaker 4: and seeing which which fan bases deserve to lose their
- 8:48Speaker 4: teams the most.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Oh, because the White Sox fans are only there in
- 8:51Speaker 1: good times, they're not there in bad times. And same
- 8:53Speaker 1: with the Marlin fans. I mean, listen, we sold out
- 8:55Speaker 1: a football stadium for Game seven of the World Series.
- 8:58Speaker 1: We did.
- 8:58Speaker 3: I mean, I don't think we need the cam To
- 9:00Speaker 3: City Royals anymore. Why not the Cuba Royals.
- 9:03Speaker 1: I think you're going to far.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Maybe Cuba's a little too far. In fact, Cuba's kind
- 9:10Speaker 3: of not in great shape right now.
- 9:13Speaker 5: And Stu.
- 9:13Speaker 4: Another question that comes up is what's happening currently in
- 9:17Speaker 4: the MLB. I'll tell you the Dodgers are spending money
- 9:20Speaker 4: on every free agent, but they also have a pipeline
- 9:23Speaker 4: that they've built up to where every prominent Japanese player
- 9:28Speaker 4: wants to play together. You have Otani Yamamoto, Roki Sazaki.
- 9:32Speaker 4: They all want to team up with each other. If
- 9:34Speaker 4: we move a team to the Dominican Republic, this could
- 9:37Speaker 4: be one of the ways we could counter it. Where
- 9:40Speaker 4: these these superstars in the MLB look at this team
- 9:43Speaker 4: in the Dominican Republic forming and they're like Jan Soto,
- 9:46Speaker 4: Fernando Tatiz, vlag Girrel Junior. Maybe these guys counter this
- 9:49Speaker 4: is this is our one chance to stop the Dodgers.
- 9:51Speaker 6: I think you just gave me an idea tailor. We're
- 9:54Speaker 6: going to solve two problems with one stone. Here, We're
- 9:57Speaker 6: gonna move the Angels to Japan. We off the pipeline,
- 10:01Speaker 6: making a bigger world series.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Yep, but a world series that Mike Trout still wouldn't
- 10:05Speaker 1: get to.
- 10:06Speaker 3: No, I mean, no chance, too far, pipeline too far.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Yes, of those organizations, I feel like the fan base
- 10:14Speaker 1: that would be least upset is the Marlin fan base.
- 10:16Speaker 1: There's always that Guy Marlin's Guy Marlin's man.
- 10:20Speaker 3: I think they'd still be upset because he'd be like,
- 10:22Speaker 3: why did we have to pay for that stupid stadium
- 10:24Speaker 3: if they're just gonna move to Puerto Rico?
- 10:26Speaker 1: And your answer is David Sampson, Yes, the Marlins.
- 10:30Speaker 4: The Marlins fans wouldn't realize that their team was gone
- 10:34Speaker 4: until about you, right, If then it's just Billy Gill
- 10:38Speaker 4: outside the stadium, he's.
- 10:40Speaker 1: The only one that noticed. Now Billy would move with them.
- 10:43Speaker 1: He's the only one who cares stup. Yes, are you okay?
- 10:47Speaker 3: No, You've been cough laughing for the last five minutes,
- 10:50Speaker 3: and I can't you keep turning off the mic, And
- 10:52Speaker 3: I'm a little concerned.
- 10:53Speaker 1: So I had some work done to my mouth, to
- 10:55Speaker 1: my reteeth, goosen, Okay.
- 11:00Speaker 3: All your reteeth are just one for.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Tooth, one for tooth okay, and on Friday a second
- 11:05Speaker 1: fortooth a little follow up. I have no idea if
- 11:13Speaker 1: he said it on the air he did, But yes,
- 11:18Speaker 1: I am fine. I'm turning the mic on and off
- 11:20Speaker 1: because I have to cough because saliva comes up because
- 11:22Speaker 1: I have a hole in my mouth. Ah okay, but
- 11:26Speaker 1: I'm doing fine. Is just making sure, thank you for asking.
- 11:30Speaker 3: The Marlin fan base.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Would they wouldn't notice until September if the Marlins were
- 11:35Speaker 1: in a wild card race, and even then they still
- 11:38Speaker 1: might not notice. The Royal fans, I feel like, would
- 11:41Speaker 1: be the most upset. Maybe the White Sox fans. I mean,
- 11:43Speaker 1: go ahead, tell black Jack McDowell that you're moving the
- 11:46Speaker 1: Chicago White Sox to the dr. See how he responds.
- 11:49Speaker 1: You throw on right in your face.
- 11:51Speaker 3: I mean, you still think he's representing the White Sox
- 11:54Speaker 3: like that.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I have no idea. It's the only white sock I
- 11:58Speaker 1: could think of. Oh my god, did they win a
- 12:00Speaker 1: World Series recently?
- 12:03Speaker 4: No, two thousand and five.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Right. Of all the teams you're talking about, though, the
- 12:07Speaker 1: only one of them I feel that has won multiple championships.
- 12:11Speaker 1: At nineteen ninety seven, the Marlins.
- 12:15Speaker 3: Somehow never going to win another one, like, oh, those
- 12:17Speaker 3: days are passed.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Yes, ninety seven, they deserve to win it. O three
- 12:20Speaker 1: is something you'll never see again, right, Jack mckeeon. They
- 12:24Speaker 1: fired their manager mid season. Trader Jack came in at
- 12:27Speaker 1: eighty seven years old, a young eighty seven, and he
- 12:30Speaker 1: managed that team along with mcgal cabrera. Yeah, he's still
- 12:33Speaker 1: with us, right Jack McKeon. Yeah, I hope so, Trader Jack.
- 12:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I believe he is th man he lived.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Yes, he still works for the team. I believe ninety five.
- 12:44Speaker 1: He's ninety five. A young ninety five though, right Taylor
- 12:49Speaker 1: put it on the polls. There's such a thing as
- 12:51Speaker 1: a young ninety five.

- 13:22Speaker 1: I think Taylor was right about the Hornets. They are
- 13:26Speaker 1: on hire.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Yeah, they're sixteen and four in their last twenty games.
- 13:32Speaker 3: And I think this might be the craziest of all
- 13:35Speaker 3: of the things I've heard in regard to the Hornets.
- 13:37Speaker 3: And Taylor has another stat for us in a second.
- 13:40Speaker 3: But when you have people comparing Konker Nipple to Clay Thompson,
- 13:46Speaker 3: that's where I'm like, you know what, that might be
- 13:49Speaker 3: a pipeline too far, because the one thing about Klay
- 13:52Speaker 3: Thompson was he was at the time a lot of
- 13:54Speaker 3: people called him the best two way player in the league,
- 13:57Speaker 3: which means he was an excellent defender. Carnipple, slow down, buddy.
- 14:01Speaker 3: He is not that yet and he might never be that,
- 14:04Speaker 3: but he is a great offensive player.
- 14:06Speaker 1: Taylor put that on the pole. Canipple, slow down buddy, Yeah?
- 14:12Speaker 3: Is he?
- 14:12Speaker 4: The stat I have is the Hornets starting lineup of
- 14:16Speaker 4: LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, Conka, Nipple, Miles Bridges, and Musa
- 14:21Speaker 4: Diabate is now nineteen and two on the season.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Wow.
- 14:25Speaker 3: That's I mean, when you start listing the names too,
- 14:28Speaker 3: you're just like, man, that's a pretty good team. Like
- 14:31Speaker 3: Brandon Miller, while he has been a little bit erratic
- 14:34Speaker 3: in terms of availability, he's good when he is healthy
- 14:37Speaker 3: and on a roll.
- 14:38Speaker 1: That dude is very good. I mean, been trying to
- 14:41Speaker 1: tell you is he have you? Yeah, Hornet's going for
- 14:43Speaker 1: it right now. Five straight wide open East. I mean
- 14:46Speaker 1: they have a game with the Celtics coming up. We'll
- 14:48Speaker 1: find out who's who in the Eastern Conference. I mean,
- 14:51Speaker 1: this is big.
- 14:51Speaker 4: Don't be surprised if you Hornets find themselves conference finals.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Yes, I saw Nick Wright doing a list of tears
- 14:58Speaker 3: and they were listed pretty close like up there. You
- 15:01Speaker 3: have our interest, I believe as a tear that they
- 15:04Speaker 3: were in and that's that's pretty impressive. You have, you
- 15:08Speaker 3: have our attention.
- 15:08Speaker 5: That's what it was.
- 15:09Speaker 3: But also I was reading something else on the Hornets
- 15:12Speaker 3: because they have a rookie class that's especially good. You
- 15:15Speaker 3: mentioned Konk Nipple. There's also somebody named coach Brenner. Yes,
- 15:18Speaker 3: that's his name. And they apparently did uh like AI
- 15:24Speaker 3: to help them draft. They used AI to help them draft,
- 15:27Speaker 3: put in all sort of factors to see who would
- 15:29Speaker 3: be huh. Well, no, they did not unlike the Miami
- 15:34Speaker 3: Dolphins Troy Aikman. They did not hire AI the basketball player,
- 15:39Speaker 3: but artificial intelligence and it's worked out great. They've got
- 15:42Speaker 3: probably the best rookie class in the league.
- 15:44Speaker 4: Maybe, And imagine how much better they'd be if they
- 15:46Speaker 4: didn't trade s g A.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, think about that.
- 15:50Speaker 4: And Jalen Durant.
- 15:52Speaker 3: Jalen Duran, Duran Duran Duran, Duran Durant.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Don't insult Jalen Duran like that. We forgot about Ike.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Let's go to Ike for sports UD Go ahead, Ike.
- 16:04Speaker 7: Well, thank you very much, Steve Gotts. The AFC champion
- 16:07Speaker 7: New England Patriots are releasing four time Pro Bowl receivers
- 16:11Speaker 7: Stefon Diggs. Diggs a short time ago, posting on his
- 16:15Speaker 7: Instagram stories of the Patriots quote, thank you for a
- 16:18Speaker 7: hell of a year. We family forever unquote. The Kansas
- 16:22Speaker 7: City Chiefs are trading All Pro quarterback Trent McDuffie to
- 16:26Speaker 7: the Los Angeles Rams for four draft picks, including a
- 16:28Speaker 7: first rounder. The Dallas Cowboys restructure the contracts of quarterback
- 16:32Speaker 7: Dak Prescott, receiver CD Lamb, and left guard Tyler Smith
- 16:36Speaker 7: in order to get under the salary cap. The Los
- 16:38Speaker 7: Angeles Chargers released offensive lineman Mackai Becton and tight end
- 16:42Speaker 7: Will Disley. The New York Giants released linebacker Bobby o'cara kay. Finally,
- 16:48Speaker 7: Steve Gotts. Also beginning to trend in college basketball, we
- 16:52Speaker 7: have a women's Sun Belt Conference tournament brawl update.
- 16:57Speaker 3: Wow.
- 16:57Speaker 7: Today's clash between South Alabama and Coastal Carolina in Pensacola,
- 17:03Speaker 7: Florida was marred by a wild fourth quarter melee that
- 17:07Speaker 7: saw one of the referees get knocked out. During the fray,
- 17:12Speaker 7: seven South Alabama players were ejected. One Coastal Carolina player
- 17:17Speaker 7: was ejected. Despite that, South carol South Alabama wound up
- 17:20Speaker 7: winning the game over Coastal Carolina eighty to seventy.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Back to you, with all due respect to Dan byer Isaak,
- 17:28Speaker 3: that was the greatest update I've ever heard. It was amazing. Yeah, unbelievable.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Yep. Also a couple of Carolina's cutting it up.
- 17:34Speaker 7: I credit South Alabama and Coastal Carolina. Actually, so thank you.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Yes, I'm going to furiously google that brawl to find
- 17:41Speaker 3: out who knocked out the referee.
- 17:43Speaker 4: I'm also going to add to that update, Sue. The
- 17:45Speaker 4: USA is playing the Colorado Rockies right now in an
- 17:48Speaker 4: exhibition game. The USA putting Clayton Kershaw. Clayton Kershaw's third
- 17:53Speaker 4: pitch of the game was a home run by Mickey Monty's.
- 17:56Speaker 1: No business being there.
- 17:58Speaker 3: It's an exhibition game. Kershaw is just showing what he
- 18:01Speaker 3: does best.
- 18:01Speaker 1: That's where you show him off. Don't you dare put
- 18:04Speaker 1: him in a game that matters? Though, I mean, why
- 18:06Speaker 1: is Kershaw on the team?
- 18:07Speaker 3: What are we doing? Lifetime Achievement Award? Like, you get
- 18:11Speaker 3: a lot of pitchers in this thing. Most guys can
- 18:12Speaker 3: maybe throw three pitches and then they have to.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Well, no, we just realized why he's there to pitch
- 18:16Speaker 1: the exhibition games that don't count. Don't waste the good arms.
- 18:22Speaker 1: I want to get to the Aaron Judge sound in
- 18:25Speaker 1: just a second. But Taylor has some sort of issue
- 18:28Speaker 1: with a deli. I have no idea what this is.
- 18:31Speaker 1: I know he's been trying to get it off the
- 18:32Speaker 1: ground here since this morning. I couldn't get it to it.
- 18:34Speaker 1: We were too busy.
- 18:36Speaker 3: I also feel like, you don't call it a deli
- 18:37Speaker 3: unless you're in New York. Well, probably a subshop.
- 18:39Speaker 1: No, it's a deli. I believe it was a deli
- 18:42Speaker 1: subshop or deli put it on the pole tailor.
- 18:46Speaker 3: So what's the dilemma?
- 18:48Speaker 4: Yes, so I was on lunch duty yesterday when my
- 18:51Speaker 4: girlfriend is working in her Zoom meetings. She says, hey,
- 18:54Speaker 4: can you go to this deli get a sandwich for you,
- 18:57Speaker 4: a sandwich for me, and a soup. I'm like, okay,
- 18:59Speaker 4: I could do this.
- 19:01Speaker 5: Wow, sandwich yourself, Taylor, in yourself, Taylor.
- 19:07Speaker 4: I get the bag from the deli and I'm leaving
- 19:11Speaker 4: and I returned to our apartment. I hand her the
- 19:14Speaker 4: soup because that's what she said she wanted first, I
- 19:16Speaker 4: take out my sandwich. She comes to me after her
- 19:18Speaker 4: meetings and she says, hey, they forgot my sandwich. And
- 19:22Speaker 4: I said, well, the deli's already closed because I picked
- 19:25Speaker 4: the order up at two. They deli closed at three,
- 19:28Speaker 4: and by the time I realized that they had, you'd
- 19:30Speaker 4: been closed. So what I'm wondering from you guys is
- 19:33Speaker 4: how would you handle this? Because part of me feels
- 19:36Speaker 4: like it's on me for not realizing it at the time,
- 19:39Speaker 4: but also part of me was like, hey, that was
- 19:41Speaker 4: like an eighteen dollars sandwich. Well yeah, I kind of
- 19:43Speaker 4: want to tell them tomorrow, like, hey, you forgot my
- 19:45Speaker 4: turkey club.
- 19:46Speaker 1: You should or say it on the air and embarrass them.
- 19:49Speaker 1: And shame them and try to get it for free
- 19:51Speaker 1: and never pay there again. Ever, Like, go there every day,
- 19:54Speaker 1: never pay again? Go ahead?
- 19:55Speaker 3: Is it?
- 19:55Speaker 8: So?
- 19:56Speaker 3: How profusely did you apologize to your girlfriend?
- 19:58Speaker 1: Yeah, because it's on.
- 19:59Speaker 3: You, regardless of who. Like, she's not gonna want to
- 20:02Speaker 3: hear the story. She wants her damn sandwich. So how
- 20:05Speaker 3: apologetic were you? So?
- 20:07Speaker 4: I asked her, do you want me to go get
- 20:08Speaker 4: you a sandwich? She's like, no, I'm not even really
- 20:10Speaker 4: that hungry.
- 20:11Speaker 3: So you've got lucky there. But here's I think this
- 20:13Speaker 3: is a chance for a lesson here, right, And this
- 20:15Speaker 3: has happened to me before. Taylor, you are too nice
- 20:19Speaker 3: and too trusting. You have to check your to go order,
- 20:23Speaker 3: even if it's right in front of the person who
- 20:25Speaker 3: told you that it's all in there, even if it's
- 20:28Speaker 3: slightly insulting to that person. You gotta check the order.
- 20:31Speaker 3: You gotta just check it on the way out, because
- 20:33Speaker 3: if you go home, you're gonna be upset. Now, in
- 20:36Speaker 3: this case, your girlfriend's gonna be upset if she was
- 20:37Speaker 3: a little hungrier, and then everybody's lost because now the
- 20:40Speaker 3: deli's closed. Maybe will they give you the sandwich? Tomorrow.
- 20:43Speaker 3: I don't know. I think you just got to bite
- 20:45Speaker 3: the bullet. Check your order every time you're leaving, even
- 20:48Speaker 3: if it slightly insults the staff.
- 20:50Speaker 4: Can I call them in the morning and be like, hey,
- 20:51Speaker 4: when you guys were doing your accounting last night, didn't
- 20:54Speaker 4: you realize you had an extra turkey club sandwich.
- 20:57Speaker 1: When they do accounting, you think they're counting the meat.
- 21:00Speaker 3: Now. I think they recognized it about fifteen seconds after
- 21:03Speaker 3: you left and they looked outside and they're like, uh,
- 21:05Speaker 3: he's gone. That was about the amount of effort they
- 21:07Speaker 3: were going to put into it. This is an.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Eighteen dollars sub I mean, you should have noticed it
- 21:12Speaker 1: wasn't in the bag tailor, even without checking. And by
- 21:15Speaker 1: the way, is he is right? You go to Flanagan's
- 21:17Speaker 1: even if you're in a rush. Okay, Flanagans is a
- 21:20Speaker 1: South Florida staple. It is. It's a legendary spot. You
- 21:24Speaker 1: go there even if you're rushing and you insist that
- 21:27Speaker 1: they don't have to check the bag. They check the
- 21:30Speaker 1: bag right in front of your face every single Flannagans,
- 21:33Speaker 1: every time I go. That's how you do it.
- 21:35Speaker 3: In fact, what when you tip for takeout? That's what
- 21:38Speaker 3: you're tipping for the minor insult that they feel when
- 21:41Speaker 3: you check the bag, because obviously you got to double
- 21:44Speaker 3: check their work.
- 21:45Speaker 4: So I have a hand up here, hand up. When
- 21:48Speaker 4: I was leaving, the cookie asle got me distracted and
- 21:54Speaker 4: I threw a couple of Brookies into the bag, So
- 21:57Speaker 4: that was also throwing off the weight.
- 21:59Speaker 1: H I understand. So the bag was the bag was
- 22:03Speaker 1: really heavy enough for two sandwiches.
- 22:06Speaker 3: Did you steal them or did you go back and
- 22:07Speaker 3: bag like what you do? No?
- 22:09Speaker 4: I paid once and then I went back and I
- 22:11Speaker 4: was like, hey, can I get the cookies? And they
- 22:12Speaker 4: were like, it's going to give you an option. I said, hey,
- 22:14Speaker 4: I just tipped you on this fresh part. Want me
- 22:16Speaker 4: to tip you again?
- 22:17Speaker 1: But that was all sad and cookies also a second
- 22:19Speaker 1: opportunity for you to remember your wife sandwich. I mean,
- 22:22Speaker 1: so by the time friend, girlfriend realized, Sorry girlfriend, I
- 22:25Speaker 1: getting ahead of myself.
- 22:28Speaker 6: Not if you can't bring home a turkey club, I'm
- 22:30Speaker 6: not gonna last long. At least give her a Brookie.
- 22:36Speaker 1: So when she's done with her soup and comes with
- 22:38Speaker 1: a sandwich, have you already eaten your sandwich?
- 22:41Speaker 3: Like?
- 22:41Speaker 1: What is what's happening. You're done already?
- 22:43Speaker 4: Oh yeah, that chicken parm was sitting in the large
- 22:46Speaker 4: intestines by that point.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Jesus five minutes it all sandwich.
- 22:55Speaker 3: I'm debating whether I should tell this joke that we
- 22:57Speaker 3: just got from one of our producers, but I'm gonna
- 22:58Speaker 3: go ahead and say it.
- 22:59Speaker 8: What.
- 23:00Speaker 3: I'm not a huge nipple fan. I'm more of a
- 23:02Speaker 3: Carriola guy. Ariel, I know I added the k to
- 23:06Speaker 3: make a fun here.
- 23:08Speaker 2: An.
- 23:11Speaker 3: I mean, it's a cunipple, right, so you got to
- 23:13Speaker 3: add the kate to it? Yes, I am. I love that.
- 23:16Speaker 3: Taylor just think I didn't know what the ariola was.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Yes he did.
- 23:21Speaker 3: He thought.
- 23:22Speaker 4: I thought you just misspoke and I was trying to
- 23:23Speaker 4: help you.
- 23:24Speaker 1: He's not me.
- 23:26Speaker 3: He's better than all of us.
- 23:31Speaker 1: We'll get to the top ten quarterbacks all time according
- 23:33Speaker 1: to the bleacher Report. Coming up in the final segment,
- 23:37Speaker 1: let's get to this Aaron Judge hyped.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Let's get hyped up for this World Baseball Classic.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Yes, uh, this is Aaron Judge who hit a monster,
- 23:47Speaker 1: monster home run today in that exhibition game. That Kershow
- 23:50Speaker 1: is pitching it and shouldn't be there, period. But anyway,
- 23:54Speaker 1: here's Aaron Judge trying to fire up the troops.
- 24:00Speaker 4: You sacrifice the country and you'll sacrifice for the brothers
- 24:04Speaker 4: in the treasure with yours. And that's what they don't
- 24:06Speaker 4: want us to do.
- 24:07Speaker 3: You know, we're down. We're beat up a little bit.
- 24:08Speaker 8: Man.
- 24:09Speaker 4: You know we lead into each other. Man, we're gonna
- 24:11Speaker 4: lay hol on the line.
- 24:12Speaker 3: And we do that. Man, make me want to quit baseball.
- 24:20Speaker 3: We're beat up a little bit. It's spring training. They
- 24:24Speaker 3: should be fresh as daisy. Plus, you're playing.
- 24:27Speaker 5: Baseball, Taylor.
- 24:30Speaker 6: I think I figured out why we haven't won a
- 24:31Speaker 6: World Series.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:34Speaker 3: Years, He's the only reason you're close?
- 24:35Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 24:36Speaker 4: No? Because I'm with Mikey here. It's hard to find
- 24:40Speaker 4: any holes in Aaron Judges game. Then I see this
- 24:43Speaker 4: video and as the Yankee captain, I'm now questioning if
- 24:47Speaker 4: this is why the Yankees aren't winning in October?
- 24:49Speaker 3: Do they do they hand out medals? Did he say gold? Yeah?
- 24:53Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 24:53Speaker 3: I thought it was just a championship like a trophy.
- 24:57Speaker 3: So there's a silver and bronze or is it just
- 25:00Speaker 3: one gold medal? I have no idea. I've never watched it.
- 25:05Speaker 5: You know how, there are some leaders.
- 25:06Speaker 6: You say, I'll run through a brick wall for that guy,
- 25:08Speaker 6: I'm not sure I'll walk through a piece of paper.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:11Speaker 3: Yeah, you've seen those videos of the kids getting stuck
- 25:13Speaker 3: in the paper when they're running through it. That's him. Yeah.
- 25:16Speaker 1: But then he goes out there like he did today
- 25:18Speaker 1: and he hits one to the moon in the third
- 25:21Speaker 1: like just a towering shot, a home run. And then
- 25:24Speaker 1: you want to run through a wall for the guy
- 25:26Speaker 1: because he could do that, you know.
- 25:27Speaker 6: No, because he's the only one who's fired up, because
- 25:29Speaker 6: he brought everybody else down. We're all they're all striking out,
- 25:33Speaker 6: and then he's going out and hitting the moonshot.
- 25:35Speaker 4: When Aaron Judge was talking about sacrificing for your family
- 25:39Speaker 4: at home, sacrificing for your country, sacrificing for your brothers
- 25:43Speaker 4: in the trenches with you, when the video panned over,
- 25:46Speaker 4: I thought he was going to be talking to a
- 25:48Speaker 4: military base. And then you're looking and it's like, wait,
- 25:51Speaker 4: he's talking to Bryce.
- 25:52Speaker 3: Hartbut Bobby Witt and some random like cafeteria.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Right.
- 25:55Speaker 3: It's just the worst setting ever, So I don't blame him.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Really.
- 25:58Speaker 3: It wasn't exactly a raw setting either, but yeah, they
- 26:01Speaker 3: actually give out gold medals along with the trophy. That's strange, But.
- 26:05Speaker 1: It seemed like Aaron didn't want to deliver that speech
- 26:07Speaker 1: because he realized the rest of the clubhouse doesn't care, Like.
- 26:09Speaker 3: What is Bryce Harper or the rest of the lunch
- 26:11Speaker 3: true think Bryce.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Harper is running to a wall. I mean he's like,
- 26:15Speaker 1: come on, Aaron, make it quick, you know.
- 26:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not even blaming Aaron Judge here, I'm blaming
- 26:20Speaker 4: the MLB social media person because when they take that video,
- 26:24Speaker 4: they have to have the self awareness there to say, hey,
- 26:28Speaker 4: we're just not gonna post this, We're just gonna eat this.
- 26:30Speaker 4: It doesn't put Aaron Judge in the best light. Nobody's
- 26:32Speaker 4: getting inspired from this. It's not a Ray Lewis Miami
- 26:36Speaker 4: type speech. Yeah, let's just eat this. We could just
- 26:39Speaker 4: take a picture of Aaron Judge walking out saying great
- 26:41Speaker 4: vibes today and post it and probably get the same
- 26:43Speaker 4: amount of interaction.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Yep, so bad judgment.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Just gonna let that sit there for a second. Thank you.
- 26:51Speaker 1: Eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox. That is eight
- 26:53Speaker 1: seven seven ninety nine on Fox. Yes this.
- 26:55Speaker 3: Unfortunately, we have more breaking news from Isaac.
- 26:58Speaker 9: Isaac breaking news from Fox Sports.
- 27:04Speaker 7: Former Notre Dame head football coach Lou Holtz has passed
- 27:08Speaker 7: away at the age of eighty nine. His family announced.
- 27:12Speaker 3: Maybe shouldn't have played the update music.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Yes, now try it. Let's well. First off, Lou Holtz
- 27:18Speaker 1: rest in peace, or.
- 27:19Speaker 3: God show him a good time, or our thoughts go
- 27:22Speaker 3: out to him.
- 27:23Speaker 1: And his family during this difficult time. National championship winning
- 27:26Speaker 1: head coach for Notre Dame. When he took the job,
- 27:29Speaker 1: he said, you need to ease the academic restriction so
- 27:31Speaker 1: I can get some kids into this school so we
- 27:33Speaker 1: can get back to glory and win a national championship.
- 27:36Speaker 1: And he did. He got Notre Dame to relax on
- 27:39Speaker 1: their restrictions of getting kids academically into that school, which
- 27:43Speaker 1: allowed better athletes to get into that school because Lou
- 27:46Speaker 1: Holtz wouldn't take the job unless they were willing to
- 27:48Speaker 1: do so.
- 27:49Speaker 3: And then Lou Holtz went.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Out and won a national championship with that team. Now
- 27:52Speaker 1: I want to throw it back. Now you're saying this
- 27:54Speaker 1: is important taste. Don't go back to eyes that can
- 27:56Speaker 1: do it without the sound.
- 27:57Speaker 3: No, No, it's fine, we don't have to do it again, Okay,
- 28:01Speaker 3: I would say, it's my fault for not telling you.
- 28:04Speaker 3: I saw it in the chat and I was like, hmm,
- 28:06Speaker 3: maybe I should get word to Stu. Gott said something
- 28:08Speaker 3: somber is about to be said, so that he's not
- 28:10Speaker 3: laughing ahead of time. And then you did start laughing,
- 28:13Speaker 3: and I kind of mouth, don't laugh, yes, And it
- 28:15Speaker 3: didn't really you didn't really hear what I was saying.
- 28:17Speaker 3: So it was all awkward. But how are we supposed
- 28:20Speaker 3: to prepare.
- 28:20Speaker 1: For these And there's no way you could have expected
- 28:22Speaker 1: me having a little, you know, kind of history of
- 28:24Speaker 1: Lou Holtz there, Huh No.
- 28:26Speaker 3: I mean Lou Holtz was I believe, eighty nine years old. Yeah,
- 28:28Speaker 3: lived an amazing life. Was even something as simple as
- 28:31Speaker 3: a sneeze on television, it was hilarious.
- 28:34Speaker 1: That's the thing I remember most. Yes, yes, it's Reyes
- 28:36Speaker 1: Davis's greatest moment on television where he's breaking down a
- 28:40Speaker 1: college game with Lou Holtz. Lou Holtz is breaking down
- 28:42Speaker 1: the game, lou Holtz sneezes, Reese Davis picks him up
- 28:46Speaker 1: and says, nothing to sneeze.
- 28:47Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a great moment, but yeah, it's a sad day,
- 28:50Speaker 3: like he was somebody, even after his coaching career, became
- 28:52Speaker 3: such a part of people's lives just from being on ESPN,
- 28:54Speaker 3: A very recognizable voice there and obviously a lot of insights.
- 28:58Speaker 3: So yeah, it's sad day.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Yeah, our our thoughts and prayers are with Lou Holtz
- 29:03Speaker 1: and and of course his entire family. Let's go out
- 29:07Speaker 1: to Uh there's no way to segue away from Lou
- 29:09Speaker 1: Holtz passing away, So we'll just take a call Philip,
- 29:12Speaker 1: who was in Virginia today. Philip, go ahead, you're on
- 29:15Speaker 1: Fox Sports Radio.
- 29:17Speaker 10: Hey, what's up, guys, fourth time, long time? Yeah, I
- 29:20Speaker 10: got it all right, I'm gonna put the pressure on you. Okay.
- 29:23Speaker 1: So here we go.
- 29:24Speaker 10: So a Jet super Bowl in the next maybe two
- 29:27Speaker 10: or three years. But if they won a super Bowl,
- 29:30Speaker 10: there you can never attend a Dead and Company show.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Well I can't. I mean technically I can't because Bob
- 29:36Speaker 1: we are passed away or an equivalent something a Dead
- 29:40Speaker 1: Company show. Okay, I like where you're going, Philip. So
- 29:43Speaker 1: the Jets win a super Bowl in the next two
- 29:45Speaker 1: or three years, in exchange, I can never go see
- 29:47Speaker 1: Dead and Company.
- 29:48Speaker 3: Again after they win the super Bowl. So you still
- 29:50Speaker 3: got a couple of years of shows to get in there.
- 29:53Speaker 4: I think you have to give up dead shows immediately.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Okay, So that's the that's the fuel that you know
- 29:58Speaker 3: that burns.
- 29:59Speaker 1: So I we have to stop going to dead shows,
- 30:01Speaker 1: which again I can't really go to dead shows. First off,
- 30:04Speaker 1: the grateful Dead. They've been done for a while. Ninety five,
- 30:06Speaker 1: I think is when Jerry passed away. Dead and Company
- 30:10Speaker 1: is no longer. I mean they might continue with John
- 30:13Speaker 1: Mayer and without Bob Weir, but Bob Weir is what
- 30:16Speaker 1: made that whole thing legitimate to me. He has passed away,
- 30:20Speaker 1: and so yeah, I'll take a Jet super Bowl, right, Yes,
- 30:24Speaker 1: I've been to a thousand dead shows.
- 30:25Speaker 3: I've never seen the Jets in a Super Bowl. Phil
- 30:28Speaker 3: thought he was putting on the pressure there. Philip did,
- 30:29Speaker 3: but it seemed like an easier answer. That's fair, right,
- 30:32Speaker 3: what I'm saying.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm asking you of my opinion.
- 30:34Speaker 3: It's fair. It's perfectly fair. All right.
- 30:38Speaker 1: We have the top ten quarterbacks in the history of
- 30:42Speaker 1: our greatest game football.
- 30:45Speaker 3: Actually we have the top nine because we did it
- 30:48Speaker 3: wrong and went the way through ten. So we've got
- 30:50Speaker 3: the top nine.
- 30:51Speaker 1: Yes, you're gonna keep reminding me of that, you know,
- 30:53Speaker 1: I do have. And we'll start this tomorrow the top
- 30:56Speaker 1: one hundred NBA players of all the time. Of course,
- 30:58Speaker 1: nice round number.
- 31:00Speaker 3: Tomorrow, we start from one hundred and we stop at
- 31:02Speaker 3: ninety one. Okay, just so you're clear, so we can
- 31:06Speaker 3: get it right at the end.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Yes, I only say this going into break again, Mikeye
- 31:10Speaker 1: will have the quarterbacks. I just want mikey A to
- 31:12Speaker 1: sit on this during the break. I'm coming around on
- 31:14Speaker 1: Kyler Murray. I'm coming around.
- 31:17Speaker 3: I have I'm coming around to Kyler Murray.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Desperate times call for desperate measures, and no one is
- 31:22Speaker 1: more desperate than us.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Go ahead, is real, do what during the break. For
- 31:26Speaker 3: over forty years, tire Rack has been helping customers find
- 31:29Speaker 3: the right tires for how, what and where they drive,
- 31:32Speaker 3: shipped fast and free back by free road hazard protection,

- 31:38Speaker 3: dot Com the way tire buying should be.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Be sure to catch live editions of Stu Godson Company
- 31:43Speaker 2: Live WHEKD Sit three pm Eastern, twelve pm Pacific.
- 31:49Speaker 3: I am somebody who has said on this show that
- 31:51Speaker 3: I do not believe that if you have James Harden
- 31:55Speaker 3: in your locker room, you can end a season with
- 31:57Speaker 3: a championship. M h. I will say though, that that
- 32:00Speaker 3: Dennis Shrewder acquisition, Yeah a little bit slept on, because yes,
- 32:04Speaker 3: James Harden is helpful, can help that team, But soaking
- 32:07Speaker 3: Dennis Shrewder, especially down the stretch of games, if people
- 32:11Speaker 3: aren't expecting him to be that dangerous guy, so.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Kind of like slid under the radars.
- 32:15Speaker 3: What you're trying to say a little bit Unfortunately, he's
- 32:17Speaker 3: not going to win a championship because he's got James
- 32:19Speaker 3: Harden on his lock in his same locker Shrewd.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Move, Yeah, sounds like a hedge if I'm being honest,
- 32:24Speaker 1: I mean, I mean it could be a little.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Bit of a hedge if James Harden wins a championship.
- 32:32Speaker 3: I can be taken to task. That's fine. In fact,
- 32:34Speaker 3: the most wrong I've ever been in my career is
- 32:35Speaker 3: involved James Harden when I said when he got traded
- 32:38Speaker 3: to Houston, I said he won't be much of anything right,
- 32:40Speaker 3: and then he ended up winning an MVP.
- 32:41Speaker 1: So you keep track of just how wrong you were
- 32:44Speaker 1: over the course of time. Really do it for me?
- 32:46Speaker 3: I don't really need any help doing.
- 32:47Speaker 1: I mean, I'm wrong, and I just let it slide
- 32:49Speaker 1: by and I move on to the next thing I'm
- 32:51Speaker 1: going to be wrong about. Yeah, how about that. It's
- 32:52Speaker 1: an easier way to get through this.
- 32:54Speaker 3: I mean when you say on around the Horn that
- 32:56Speaker 3: what's Rosen's first name? What was his name? The quarterback
- 32:59Speaker 3: Josh Rose. When you say that Josh Rosen is going
- 33:02Speaker 3: to be the next Dan Marino, Yeah, people remind you.
- 33:04Speaker 1: Of that a big deal.
- 33:06Speaker 3: Let me just move on. Those are my two biggest,
- 33:09Speaker 3: two biggest or the most wrong I've been was on
- 33:12Speaker 3: Josh Rosen and on James Harden.
- 33:15Speaker 1: Taylor. Put it on a pole.
- 33:17Speaker 3: Please. Do the Rams hate draft picks?
- 33:20Speaker 1: It seems like yeah, also put this on the pole.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Do the Rams love cornerbacks? Because they seem to trade
- 33:26Speaker 1: for one all the time and they seem to not
- 33:29Speaker 1: care about draft picks. They just keep moving on and
- 33:32Speaker 1: trying to figure out how to win a Super Bowl. Here,
- 33:35Speaker 1: we'll get to a new game. We're gonna play hand
- 33:38Speaker 1: up in just a second. We have some calls as
- 33:39Speaker 1: well eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox. If you
- 33:41Speaker 1: want the we can observations. They are at stutattson Company
- 33:46Speaker 1: on the pod right now. We do that before the
- 33:47Speaker 1: show every single day. We did him with T Bob
- 33:50Speaker 1: from Barstool today.
- 33:51Speaker 3: It was a lot of fun.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Yes, he is a very entertaining fellow. We sang some
- 33:57Speaker 1: some songs together. But I will say no more. You
- 34:00Speaker 1: will have to go listen to the remainder of the podcast.
- 34:02Speaker 3: I was gonna say, next time you do karaoke podcast
- 34:05Speaker 3: called me.
- 34:06Speaker 1: Fruit salad, Yummy, yummy. That's one of the songs we
- 34:10Speaker 1: sang together. Is a duo.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Don't give it away.
- 34:13Speaker 1: I just did.
- 34:14Speaker 3: Just don't ever sing again. How about that?
- 34:15Speaker 1: Okay? You guys made fun of me last week and
- 34:19Speaker 1: earlier today. Last week because I said should we apologize
- 34:22Speaker 1: to Nico Harrison? You laughed me out of the room.
- 34:25Speaker 1: And then today, earlier today, I told you guys, someone
- 34:29Speaker 1: agreed with me, and you continued to laugh because you
- 34:33Speaker 1: don't think anyone should be apologizing to Nico Harrison. A
- 34:35Speaker 1: bad trade is a bad trade. And I hope Biyo
- 34:38Speaker 1: with Sam has this back in Sherman Oaks. This is
- 34:41Speaker 1: Draymond Green. I remembered who said it, who said the thing?
- 34:44Speaker 1: So this is not hand up, No we'll get the
- 34:47Speaker 1: hand up in a second, totally said, we got time here.
- 34:50Speaker 1: This is the longer segments. So here is Draymond Green
- 34:55Speaker 1: on his own podcast. Because athletes don't need the media anymore.
- 34:59Speaker 8: So many people crushed Nico Harrison for the reasons that
- 35:02Speaker 8: he gave, and when Nico gave those reasonings, everybody said,
- 35:06Speaker 8: he's ridiculous, he's crazy, this is no this, this has
- 35:10Speaker 8: nothing to do with Luca, by the way, what I'm saying.
- 35:12Speaker 8: But now when I turn on the TV, all I
- 35:14Speaker 8: see is everybody in the media who crushed Nico Harrison,
- 35:18Speaker 8: who essentially aided in him getting fired, regurgitating the same
- 35:22Speaker 8: things that Nico Harrison was saying. And I struggle with
- 35:25Speaker 8: that because I haven't seen one person come out and say, hey, Nico,
- 35:28Speaker 8: I'm sorry for the things I said about you when
- 35:30Speaker 8: you made those that move because I just said the
- 35:33Speaker 8: same thing out of my mouth.
- 35:36Speaker 3: I Well, first of all, it's hard to find him.
- 35:38Speaker 3: He doesn't have a job, right, so it's not like
- 35:40Speaker 3: I can go up to him and say I'm sorry
- 35:42Speaker 3: at any given time.
- 35:42Speaker 1: But Draymond's larger point about the media saying stuff like
- 35:46Speaker 1: he's right, he is he's right. These are the reasons
- 35:49Speaker 1: that Nico gave when he traded away Luca.
- 35:51Speaker 3: I mean correct, But he's acting like he's justified just
- 35:55Speaker 3: because of what because lucas having somewhat of a what
- 35:59Speaker 3: difficult in La because he's like complaining about or to
- 36:03Speaker 3: referees all the time. I don't think the Lakers would
- 36:06Speaker 3: say we would reverse the trade. I don't care how
- 36:08Speaker 3: much he complains. Right, And it's not about just trading Luca.
- 36:12Speaker 3: You're conveniently forgetting that. According to him, he spoke to
- 36:16Speaker 3: nobody else, No other teams only wanted Anthony Davis, who
- 36:20Speaker 3: is who was As everybody knows, an injury waiting to
- 36:23Speaker 3: happen has already happened and has been traded away. And
- 36:25Speaker 3: so what is this the best haul you could have
- 36:29Speaker 3: gotten for Luca? Absolutely not. You know, you were ruining
- 36:32Speaker 3: your own chance at getting the best possible trade for him.
- 36:35Speaker 3: But let's leave all that context out and just say,
- 36:37Speaker 3: oh yeah, people don't like Luca whining anymore, so maybe
- 36:40Speaker 3: that trade was a good trade. It's nonsense.
- 36:42Speaker 4: Treymond Green is also talking like Christopher mad Dog Russo
- 36:45Speaker 4: and Steven A. Smith were the ones that fired Nico.
- 36:48Speaker 1: Right, right, Well, I mean, but we are like we're
- 36:51Speaker 1: saying the things about Luca now that Nico was thinking
- 36:54Speaker 1: and saying when he traded away Luca. And I remember
- 36:57Speaker 1: that deadline day, the trade deadline. I was like, this
- 37:01Speaker 1: was a nothing trade to me because I don't think
- 37:03Speaker 1: Lucas ever gonna win an NBA championship. And I knew
- 37:05Speaker 1: Anthony Davis would be heard inside of a week. And
- 37:08Speaker 1: I was right about Anthony Davis, and I will be
- 37:10Speaker 1: right about Luca. I know I'll be right about Luca,
- 37:14Speaker 1: but his larger point, Draymond's larger point is correct. These
- 37:19Speaker 1: are things like I remember saying, is he during that
- 37:22Speaker 1: trade deadline because we were all talking about that trade
- 37:24Speaker 1: and breaking that trade down. The biggest trade that day
- 37:29Speaker 1: was the Spurs getting the Aaron Fox and I remember
- 37:32Speaker 1: saying on my show that that's the trade we should
- 37:36Speaker 1: be focused on because that team's gonna win titles for
- 37:39Speaker 1: the next decade and a half, you know.
- 37:41Speaker 3: Yeah, And that was a good pickup by them. I
- 37:44Speaker 3: don't mean to derail us at all, but when they
- 37:47Speaker 3: were giving the Trent McDuffie news, when Isaac was giving
- 37:49Speaker 3: the Trent McDuffie news. I wrote a little note to
- 37:51Speaker 3: you because all the Chiefs players are reacting all crazy,
- 37:55Speaker 3: and I just wrote a note to you that says
- 37:56Speaker 3: I didn't know who McDuffie was until today. Because there
- 38:01Speaker 3: is now new news of a player that I actually
- 38:05Speaker 3: have heard of that Isaac has information on. I did
- 38:08Speaker 3: want to kick it to Isaac real quick for this
- 38:10Speaker 3: breaking news.
- 38:13Speaker 9: Breaking news from Fox Sports.
- 38:16Speaker 7: The New England Patriots have informed receiver Stefon Diggs that
- 38:20Speaker 7: they will be releasing him.
- 38:24Speaker 1: I've heard of him. Yes, Ike, listen, whenever you have
- 38:27Speaker 1: an update on anything Okay, NFL related, just please thunder
- 38:31Speaker 1: in here. Play that sound. We'll get out of the
- 38:33Speaker 1: way and deliver the news. Got any news, Yeah, well no,
- 38:36Speaker 1: just about any news you.
- 38:37Speaker 7: Don't want to know about the Chargers just releasing tackle
- 38:40Speaker 7: save on Washington for example. That can wait?
- 38:42Speaker 1: Yes, yes, yes, yes, that could wait.
- 38:46Speaker 5: I would say, this doesn't matter what sport. You play
- 38:49Speaker 5: that sound right.
- 38:52Speaker 1: Now, So hold on a second, play the sounder, and
- 38:55Speaker 1: then deliver the same story you just delivered. Let's see
- 38:58Speaker 1: if it sounds better the second one. Hey, sorry, what
- 39:02Speaker 1: am I doing here? The second story about the line
- 39:05Speaker 1: and just being released. Let's see if it sounds better
- 39:08Speaker 1: if we play the sounder in.
- 39:09Speaker 3: Front of it with less than impressive Breaking news.
- 39:13Speaker 9: Breaking news from Fox Sports.
- 39:15Speaker 7: The Los Angeles Chargers have just released offensive tackle. Savon
- 39:26Speaker 7: Washington's sounds better.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Yes, Now tell us what you had for lunch, first
- 39:29Speaker 1: the sounder and then afterwards, I'm serious, tell us what yet?
- 39:34Speaker 1: Tell us what you had for lunch without the sounder?
- 39:35Speaker 1: Go ahead? What'd you have?
- 39:38Speaker 7: Homemade chicken wings, broccoli, and homemade ranch dressing.
- 39:41Speaker 4: Actually really good by the.
- 39:42Speaker 1: Way, Yeah, but it sounds boring. Now, Now tell us
- 39:45Speaker 1: what you had for launch, same exact thing after we
- 39:47Speaker 1: hit the sounder. Go ahead, I with Samsley.
- 39:51Speaker 9: Breaking news from Fox Sports.
- 39:53Speaker 7: This afternoon, Fox Sports Radio's Isaac Lohencron had the following
- 39:58Speaker 7: for lunch. Homemade air fried chicken wings with kick bleep seasoning,
- 40:08Speaker 7: homemade broccoli steam to perfection, and homemade ranch dressing considerably
- 40:14Speaker 7: better than you will find anywhere else.
- 40:17Speaker 3: Back to your unbelievable so all that stuff being homemade, Isaac,
- 40:22Speaker 3: standing ovation, even though I'm sitting. Also, specifically though, the
- 40:27Speaker 3: ranch dressing, thank you, because man produced like mass produced
- 40:31Speaker 3: ranch dressing has lost has lost the plot true when
- 40:34Speaker 3: you get the good ranch dressing or make it at home.
- 40:37Speaker 1: Yes.
- 40:38Speaker 7: In a related story, I have decided to use the
- 40:42Speaker 7: sounder at home during certain activities with my you know,
- 40:47Speaker 7: back to.
- 40:47Speaker 1: You guys, I wanted to hear the sounder before you
- 40:55Speaker 1: deliver that news. Mikey is right. The sounder solves everything.
- 40:58Speaker 1: So I don't care what sport is. I don't care
- 41:01Speaker 1: what the news is. As long as you are delivering
- 41:03Speaker 1: it with the sounder in front of you. It's exciting.
- 41:06Speaker 1: So just thunder rain whenever you need to.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Okay, I'll say, isacah gives your wife about ten seconds
- 41:09Speaker 3: to run out of the room.
- 41:13Speaker 7: She's usually even faster than that.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Actually, she senses you're about to hit the sounder.
- 41:25Speaker 9: Breaking news from Fox Sports.
- 41:29Speaker 7: That's what it's gonna sound like later tonight.
- 41:31Speaker 4: By the way, back to Jesus.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Baby, Happy Thursday to you eight seven, seven ninety nine
- 41:38Speaker 1: on Fox.
- 41:39Speaker 3: Thank you, Mike.
- 41:41Speaker 1: Let's uh listen, the guys want to play a new game.
- 41:44Speaker 3: Here is it.
- 41:45Speaker 1: I think it's called hand up?
- 41:46Speaker 3: All right.
- 41:47Speaker 1: I think we gotta, you know, kind of admit something
- 41:50Speaker 1: that's well. Let's let Taylor describe it a little bit
- 41:52Speaker 1: embarrassed us. Well, listen, these are variations of all games.
- 41:56Speaker 3: That I have played before over twenty years of no
- 42:00Speaker 3: I think this is a new one. Well it's not.
- 42:02Speaker 1: It's just repackaged. So go ahead, explain the game to everyone.
- 42:05Speaker 4: Go ahead, So this is perfect off the Draymond Green segment.
- 42:08Speaker 4: Sometimes you just have to put your hand up and
- 42:11Speaker 4: admit something that maybe you were wrong about. So we're
- 42:13Speaker 4: gonna go around the room here and everybody's just gonna
- 42:17Speaker 4: get something off their chest with a hand up.
- 42:19Speaker 1: Does it have to be about something you were wrong about?
- 42:22Speaker 1: Can it just be about something you discovered over the weekend?
- 42:25Speaker 3: Like hand up?
- 42:25Speaker 1: I had no idea, you know, okay.
- 42:27Speaker 3: All right? Is there music? There is?
- 42:30Speaker 1: Music makes everything better? All right, we're starting with Mikey,
- 42:34Speaker 1: We're starting with you. How are we doing this?
- 42:38Speaker 3: I could start all right, go ahead.
- 42:40Speaker 4: Hand up. When I was watching the Dominican Republic game,
- 42:43Speaker 4: I didn't know Austin Wells was Dominican.
- 42:48Speaker 3: Still don't I would have gone with hands up. I
- 42:50Speaker 3: was watching the Dominican Republic game because that sounds boring.
- 42:54Speaker 1: But is he he is.
- 42:57Speaker 4: His mother's Dominican. I saw him playing last night and
- 43:00Speaker 4: I googled what did the USA get back in the
- 43:02Speaker 4: Austin Wells trade soon to be the the dr White Sox.
- 43:10Speaker 3: Of course, yes, O, man, dude looks nothing like a
- 43:13Speaker 3: Dominican catcher.
- 43:17Speaker 1: You're just you're discovering Austin Wells. But I mean he's
- 43:19Speaker 1: one of us. He's one of me anyway, And I
- 43:21Speaker 1: mean you're learning a lot when you do this show,
- 43:22Speaker 1: is he?
- 43:23Speaker 3: I didn't realize we have white Dominicans.
- 43:24Speaker 1: We just found out one of the best quarterbacks in
- 43:26Speaker 1: football was Trent McDuffie. Apparently. Wow.
- 43:30Speaker 6: I love the idea of Austin Wells speaking remedial Spanish
- 43:33Speaker 6: to his Dominican tay esta la biblioteca?
- 43:38Speaker 3: Set up?
- 43:39Speaker 1: What are you change?
- 43:41Speaker 8: Is he?
- 43:41Speaker 3: Are you ready for U?
- 43:42Speaker 1: For hand up?
- 43:43Speaker 10: Here?
- 43:43Speaker 1: You're ready after Mikey Okay, I was trying to go
- 43:46Speaker 1: to Mikey last, but that's okay.
- 43:48Speaker 3: Okay, then I can go. I got you all right,
- 43:50Speaker 3: Hands up, STU. I'm a little tired of your friend.
- 43:55Speaker 3: Do you know which friend I'm talking about?
- 43:56Speaker 1: No, but your hand's not up.
- 43:58Speaker 3: I'm sorry, video, but okay, hand up. You'll see my sweatstain.
- 44:02Speaker 3: Now I'm a little tired of your boy Stephen A.
- 44:05Speaker 4: Smith.
- 44:06Speaker 3: I think I'm over him, to be honest. What I
- 44:08Speaker 3: want to play this clip him discussing Zion Williamson, and
- 44:13Speaker 3: I'll tell you afterward why it drives me.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Up a wall. You've got people that are alcoholics, you
- 44:18Speaker 1: got people that are the drug addicts and stuff like that.
- 44:21Speaker 4: What was Zion's problem?
- 44:28Speaker 3: The thing that drives me the craziest about that. First
- 44:31Speaker 3: of all, it's like lowest hanging fruit ever. Second of all,
- 44:36Speaker 3: would you, because you're drawing the parallel there, right, would
- 44:40Speaker 3: you make fun of a drug addict? Would you make
- 44:45Speaker 3: fun of a guy who admitted he was an alcoholic
- 44:48Speaker 3: or something while he was No, you wouldn't. An addiction
- 44:51Speaker 3: is an addiction. So you're either going to be serious
- 44:54Speaker 3: about it and call him a food addict, or be
- 44:57Speaker 3: a clown and say, oh, he's a big guy. Pick
- 44:59Speaker 3: a lane, because you can't. It's just so annoying. It's
- 45:03Speaker 3: a little bit on the on the level of Kevin
- 45:05Speaker 3: Love when he was doing when his Instagram went nuts
- 45:07Speaker 3: and he was like taking shot at people and it
- 45:09Speaker 3: was so hilarious. I'm like, for somebody who was so
- 45:11Speaker 3: involved in mental health and that discussion, like to really
- 45:15Speaker 3: tear down people on Instagram is kind of yes. So
- 45:17Speaker 3: with Steven A, I feel like it's just not something
- 45:19Speaker 3: that he would do if it was a different type
- 45:21Speaker 3: of quote.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Addict. So low hanging fruit is how you described it, Yes,
- 45:25Speaker 1: but fruit that Zion would never eat. That's a good jump.
- 45:29Speaker 3: That's fine, that's fine. I also have my thing on
- 45:32Speaker 3: low hanging fruit is funny because you think of low
- 45:34Speaker 3: hanging fruit like it's an obvious it's a cliche, right,
- 45:36Speaker 3: But if you say low hangers, you never think of fruit.
- 45:42Speaker 1: Put it on the pole, Taylor Stude, you have one
- 45:45Speaker 1: I do, but put that on the pole.
- 45:47Speaker 3: When you hear low hangers, do you ever think of fruit?
- 45:49Speaker 1: What do you think of it?
- 45:52Speaker 3: I I don't answer that.
- 45:58Speaker 1: In front of it. Thank you.
- 46:02Speaker 7: What I was wrong about. I was convinced a gentleman
- 46:06Speaker 7: by the name of Sean May was going to be
- 46:08Speaker 7: the next big star in the NBA, and I was
- 46:11Speaker 7: clamoring for the Lakers to draft him over Andrew Bind.
- 46:14Speaker 7: Him a one time most Outstanding player in the Final Four,
- 46:17Speaker 7: now an assistant in North Carolina. And if you google
- 46:20Speaker 7: Sean May, the first image that props up or comes
- 46:24Speaker 7: up might kind of explain why I was so wrong
- 46:26Speaker 7: about it.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Well, speaking of over waight forwards, right, no, exactly what
- 46:31Speaker 1: I listen, what I was wrong about is a totally
- 46:34Speaker 1: different game. We'll play that on Friday. Okay, I mean,
- 46:38Speaker 1: stay with the game. This is hand up, all right?
- 46:41Speaker 3: I think iowas Sam is so thoroughly confused. Don't where
- 46:43Speaker 3: you'll get it eventually?
- 46:45Speaker 1: Where can I.
- 46:47Speaker 3: Sue?
- 46:48Speaker 1: Ike? Was your hand up when you did that?
- 46:49Speaker 3: I mean.
- 46:51Speaker 7: No, unfortunately, as a consequence of the rams dressing.
- 46:54Speaker 1: Oh got it? Yes, okay, hand off, my hand is
- 46:58Speaker 1: up right now.
- 46:59Speaker 3: I figures I had no idea.
- 47:02Speaker 1: Now that's a different game. Probably I had no idea. Yeah,
- 47:06Speaker 1: up is a very versatile game. Well, I'm not going
- 47:08Speaker 1: to admit to something that I was wrong about. I'm
- 47:10Speaker 1: wrong all the time around here. But I did learn
- 47:12Speaker 1: something I had no idea that Southwest Airlines moved to
- 47:18Speaker 1: assigned seating.
- 47:19Speaker 3: Oh yeah, they did commercials for it and everything.
- 47:22Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 47:22Speaker 1: So I got on the plane. I was in group one.
- 47:25Speaker 1: I sat in an aisle seat, but I had a
- 47:26Speaker 1: window seat. And some guy came up to me and
- 47:28Speaker 1: he was like, hey, you're in my seat, and I'm like,
- 47:31Speaker 1: this is Southwest. What are you talking about?
- 47:33Speaker 3: Dude?
- 47:33Speaker 1: I got on first. You're trying to get him my seat,
- 47:37Speaker 1: and he's like get He's like, hey, jackass assigned seating.
- 47:43Speaker 3: Jerk. I don't watch television. I didn't see any commercials, so.
- 47:49Speaker 1: I moved to the window. I wanted to get off
- 47:52Speaker 1: the plane. I was so embarrassed.
- 47:56Speaker 3: Yeah, they did a whole campaign, and they were just like,
- 47:58Speaker 3: what a genius idea. Nobody will have come up with that.
- 48:00Speaker 4: And then they just like, well, yeah, I'll go and
- 48:02Speaker 4: stand by for the next one.
- 48:09Speaker 3: Man. Good hand up?
- 48:10Speaker 1: All right, Mikey, go ahead.
- 48:11Speaker 5: Southwest did private planes? Hand up?
- 48:14Speaker 3: I was gout, listen. I had to get to Long
- 48:16Speaker 3: Island MacArthur. Okay, great, Mikey. That's a lazy hand up.
- 48:19Speaker 3: That's your elbow still on the table. Put your hand
- 48:22Speaker 3: over your head.
- 48:23Speaker 6: Please see the problem is I'm on zoom, so when
- 48:25Speaker 6: I put my hand up, it does the whole thing.
- 48:27Speaker 5: Yeah, hand up. I spent Sunday rooting against my son's basketball.
- 48:36Speaker 3: Your son's actual basketball team that he plays on, or
- 48:38Speaker 3: the team that he's.
- 48:39Speaker 5: A fan he plays on the team he plays on.
- 48:42Speaker 4: Yeah, the other team minus eight and a half.
- 48:45Speaker 3: How old is your son? He is nine.
- 48:48Speaker 6: Unbelievable man, Yeah yeah, listen, I'm not proud of it,
- 48:53Speaker 6: but I think you will understand it.
- 48:55Speaker 5: Okay, Yes, they are terrible. They have been terrible all year.
- 48:59Speaker 6: This is the final season tournament and of course they're
- 49:02Speaker 6: they're playing it over an hour away. And we won
- 49:06Speaker 6: on Saturday, and that was like a championship for them,
- 49:08Speaker 6: and it's like, great, you guys won a game. That's awesome.
- 49:11Speaker 6: Now we got to come back on Sunday. We come
- 49:13Speaker 6: back on Sunday and they won again, and now I
- 49:17Speaker 6: have to go back next Sunday.
- 49:19Speaker 5: But here's the problem.
- 49:20Speaker 6: That Sunday game that coming up is at eighth five am,
- 49:25Speaker 6: and it is also daylight Savings.
- 49:27Speaker 5: So you would rather leave the house at six am.
- 49:30Speaker 3: You would rather get eight solid hours than have your
- 49:34Speaker 3: sun experience. The rags to riches story of like, man,
- 49:39Speaker 3: we struggled. Now we're gonna win a bleep and tournament.
- 49:43Speaker 3: But Dad's not gonna bring us because he's tired and
- 49:45Speaker 3: it's daylight saving.
- 49:46Speaker 5: Dad is gonna bring him. That's why I'm upset. If
- 49:48Speaker 5: I didn't have to bring them, I wouldn't be upset.
- 49:51Speaker 1: Right, this sounds like a team of destiny. Man, I
- 49:53Speaker 1: mean keep piling on wins. Well, they're not supposed to.
- 49:57Speaker 1: It's like Villanova and eighty five. I mean it's mar
- 50:00Speaker 1: it's March.
- 50:01Speaker 5: What did we learned?
- 50:02Speaker 6: You want Cinderella's early, you want blue Blood's late? Okay,
- 50:05Speaker 6: this Cinderella needs to get out of here.
- 50:07Speaker 3: Okay, I mean.
- 50:09Speaker 5: Student body to Indianapolis.
- 50:11Speaker 3: That means they're in the regional final. They're in the lead.
- 50:13Speaker 3: Eight ti man, I.
- 50:14Speaker 1: Seriously, you want to stop now.
- 50:17Speaker 3: I'm a terrible dad at this point.
- 50:19Speaker 4: You gotta think anybody could win this thing.
- 50:22Speaker 6: Listen, it's the last game, so I'm going to be
- 50:24Speaker 6: rooting for him because there's no other game I'm gonna
- 50:26Speaker 6: have to go to.
- 50:27Speaker 5: Right, it was last Sunday that I didn't want.
- 50:30Speaker 3: One more question? This might be a little insight. Does
- 50:33Speaker 3: your son stink? Or is he an important part of
- 50:35Speaker 3: the team? He got the check the door, make sure
- 50:37Speaker 3: he's not behind it.
- 50:39Speaker 1: You got the game ball and what you do?
- 50:41Speaker 5: Play so well? He played so well?
- 50:45Speaker 3: What are you upset about?
- 50:47Speaker 5: You stop getting rebounds?
- 50:49Speaker 3: Stop unbelievable. Man, If your if your son needs a coach,
- 50:53Speaker 3: send them over.
- 50:54Speaker 4: Man, I got this.
- 50:55Speaker 1: I am so proud of you. I do not like this.
- 50:58Speaker 4: I've got Mikey going over to the coach being like, hey,
- 51:00Speaker 4: can you play my kid a little less?
- 51:02Speaker 5: Yes?
- 51:03Speaker 1: Listen, does your kid know you're frustrated with him? Does
- 51:05Speaker 1: he know?
- 51:06Speaker 3: Have you spoken? You could tell about a tone in
- 51:09Speaker 3: your voice when you say you're proud.
- 51:10Speaker 6: Of him, the inner voice, the hand up voice, not
- 51:13Speaker 6: the out loud voice, the out loud good job, I'm
- 51:15Speaker 6: proud of you.
- 51:16Speaker 5: Inside I'm like, dang.
- 51:18Speaker 7: It, you know what.
- 51:19Speaker 3: Just drive a little faster. You'll get there faster. Stop
- 51:21Speaker 3: complaining about the trick.
- 51:24Speaker 1: Shove a couple of twenties in his pocket. See if
- 51:26Speaker 1: he stops rebounding.
- 51:27Speaker 5: They got enough of.
- 51:29Speaker 6: My moneyball, get out of here. Seventy dollars for a
- 51:33Speaker 6: pair of shorts for a nine year old.
- 51:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I've been there.
