When Joel McKay worked as a Business and Litigation Consultant in Chicago, he never felt like it was the right fit for him. While he was interested in many things outside of work – like BMX bikes, road cycling, woodworking, snow skiing, and playing drums in a band – he really enjoyed tutoring students on Saturdays.
