US Strategic Petroleum Reserve hits lowest level since 1983
The US Strategic Petroleum Reserve has fallen to its lowest level in more than four decades. Data from the US Energy Information Administration shows the stockpile stood at 298.7 million barrels as of the week ending August 7.
