- 0:00Are we ready to roll up? Let's do it. Time for some hypothetical
- 0:03scenarios, find out what we would do, what we're made of. It's
- 0:06a game we call what do you Do? Are you ready? A man
- 0:11of Feel free to go first if you don't like all right? And last
- 0:14week there was a lot of criticism from Amanda's what do you Do? That?
- 0:17It just seemed kind of low effort. Yeah, the criticism really came
- 0:21from one group chat my band, specifically Low Standards. Of course we have
- 0:25a group chat Low Standards. Yeah, things that I'm doing a rough says
- 0:29a lot a rough job. I thought I'd amp up my game. They
- 0:32volunteered to even write or what do you Do? Is like, you know,
- 0:35do some ghost writing. And I told them, I said, it's
- 0:37not for a lack of effort, because it's not like she wrote it right
- 0:40before we went on the air. No, it took for hours. I
- 0:42was really giddy about them. But this one, hopefully it makes Low Standards
- 0:47and everybody happy. Are you ready for this? Go ahead? You get
- 0:49a call from the family of oj Simpson. It turns out no one wants
- 0:55to be a pall bearer at his funeral. They're going to offer you round
- 1:00trip expenses to California, put you up in a hotel, pay for all
- 1:03your meals, nice long weekend in Cali, and they're gonna give you three
- 1:07grand to be the pull bearer of OJ so Pike. Wow, plus all
- 1:15the expenses. Yes, I don't pay at all, just like their flight.
- 1:19Yeah, what do you do? You're like a meal stipend. Yeah.
- 1:25I told you. Oh, you just didn't even listen. This is
- 1:26just embarrassing. I gotta be honest. I'm gonna do it. Really,
- 1:32what's it matter if I'm carrying his dead body in the casket. It's not
- 1:36like that equals me supporting him and thinking it headline news your support. I
- 1:41know the headline would be fargo Man supports family by burying OJ's dead body.
- 1:48Wow, all right, Fargo Man makes easiest three grand plus a trip to
- 1:52California he's ever made. Fargo Man, Bargo Man, that much closer to
- 1:56paying off his student loans. Those are the headlines. That's what I care
- 2:00about. Oof, would you no? You wouldn't? No? You always
- 2:07complaining about those daycare costs. I think that'd go a long ways, wouldn't
- 2:10Oh? I think God, you must not like money. I just have
- 2:13morals and values. By again, doesn't mean I'm supporting him. He's dead.
- 2:19You're literally supporting him to the grave. But continue, somebody's got to
- 2:22do it, all right, Amanda, you're at the WNBA season opener with
- 2:25your family. I almost had one like this. Oh this is all the
- 2:30rage, it's your favorite thing. Yeah. Well, the PA announcer comes
- 2:32on the mic and announces the contestant for the halftime contest, where one lucky
- 2:38person in the tendance will have the chance to win seventy five thousand dollars equal
- 2:42to one year salary. Like I literally had one where you were a boy
- 2:46that was supposed to get picked. This is hilarious. Continue, look at
- 2:49us. I didn't take very long to write this, so it makes sense.
- 2:53Well, the PA announcer answers guest announces guess who it's Amanda Lei.
- 2:58Yeah, that's the contestant for the big contest. Now you get down to
- 3:00the floor center court, and he says, Amanda, you have two choices.
- 3:05First up, to win seventy five thousand dollars, you yourself have to
- 3:09make three three pointers in one minute, unlimited shots, as many as you
- 3:15can get off, you got to make three, or you have the option
- 3:17of recruiting your husband Nick, who would have to make three twelve foot putts
- 3:25in a minute. So Amanda, Oh, those are the options. What
- 3:38do you do? Gosh, I haven't been on the course. Remember,
- 3:40my husband doesn't really let me on the course too often. No, I
- 3:44can if you need some Yeah, can I get on? Can I get
- 3:47a sign? Hang on? Hey up bike? Yes? Last summer when
- 3:52you were golfing with my husband houses puttying game, well from twelve feet,
- 3:55I don't know if I've seen a ball hit the bottom of the cup from
- 3:59your husband. I'll be honest, all right. Not that I'm making many
- 4:00more either. I mean I have not been a baller since my Woodina,
- 4:05Deer Creek, Wolverine eighth grade days. But I think I'm gonna put myself
- 4:11out there for three threee You think you could even get it there? That's
- 4:15a serious question. Yeah, totally with these arms. Okay, I go.
- 4:19I'm gonna give her a whirl. Yeah, make three for seventy five
- 4:21grand I can do it. Okay, fire it up? All right?
- 4:26Are you ready ready to go? Nice day? You are going into a
- 4:28coffee shop having a nice little latte, nice little Saturday morning, and there's
- 4:32a sweet lady. You walk right by. He or she's sitting there with
- 4:34her grandson, just except they're just having a nice little Sunday morning, having
- 4:39some donuts, and you walk up, you get your coffee, and as
- 4:43you're waiting for your coffee, there's nobody else around. You see a guy
- 4:46walk out and he drops one hundred dollars bill on the ground. But you're
- 4:49far enough away, it's not like you're the first one to grab it.
- 4:54Before you can even do anything, this old lady grabs one hundred dollars bill,
- 5:00just slips it in her purse. You're the only one who sees it.
- 5:03So, Pike, uh huh, what do you do? I've already
- 5:15got the three grand from the OJ funeral. I don't really need it,
- 5:20But morally, I think what I would have to do is look at her
- 5:24and say, listen, lady, either we split that hundred or I'm gonna
- 5:28tell the guy that just dropped it that you've stole. Are you gonna chase
- 5:30this guy down? Like heyy? And then if she doesn't give me half?
- 5:33Yeah, oh, so you'll have boy? Okay, Yeah, all
- 5:39morals around you. You're all about that, Okay, Amanda, No,
- 5:44did You're kidnapped, blindfolded, gagged with an apple and thrown in the back
- 5:51of a van. Really traumatizing situation here, but it's not real. So
- 5:56who cares, Big old Apple just yeah, they don't want to hear you
- 5:59say. It's a mystery who did it? Until Amanda, the blindfold is
- 6:03finally removed after what felt like days of travel in this van. When the
- 6:09blindfold is removed, you find yourself in the city of Sunny Calabasas, California,
- 6:14and standing there at the end of the van, the entire Kardashian family.
- 6:19Chris Jenner looks at you and says, Amanda, we want you to
- 6:24trade places with one of us, but it's your choice who you'll take over
- 6:30their entire life and everything that comes with it forever. Your choice. So
- 6:34Amanda, oh man, all of them significant other? Yeah, I know,
- 6:41that's really where my head went. I'm like, what do you do?
- 6:46In my opinion, they've had a real bad lineup when it comes to
- 6:49dudes. What you're thinking about taking the place of one of the dudes or
- 6:54taking the place of the girl taking place in yeah. So it's like Travis
- 6:58Burger doesn't do it for me. More of a Lamar girl. Lamar die
- 7:03got when we who Tristan, Tristan Thompson, Kanye the seventy two hour Guy,
- 7:16the NBA player, Chris Humphries, that's Kim So you know, I
- 7:21think I'm gonna have to go Kendall. But this is going forward, so
- 7:25you don't get to go back and got it got Yeah? Okay, So
- 7:30man, you know who really? I think I'm gonna have to because I've
- 7:31always liked Chloe. She's bothered me over the past couple of years. I
- 7:35think I gotta go Chloe. She's she's got to have something good coming her
- 7:39way, you think so. And she's still with Tristan. No, no,
- 7:42no, no, no, no, they're just cold parents, they
- 7:45are, gotcha? Okay, yeah, okay, so oh that lineup though,
- 7:49they've got an That would be kind of you know, because you don't
- 7:51know who's nast and you, guys, it'd be up to you, but
- 7:55it seems like you'd have your pick of NBA players at least like a minute
- 7:59in the morning, big not eight points seven. It was fun while it
- 8:01lasted. Reclining airline seats in economy class could soon be a thing of the
- 8:11past. Do you actually use that? You know? I don't think I
- 8:13ever have a manda, because they did one time, and then I realized
- 8:18after a guy, because they used to really recline. Now I don't even
- 8:22if you if you get an inch maybe two and even then yeah. Right,
- 8:26But now airline exports saying that they could be going away with them entirely
- 8:31for a few different reasons. One, the cost of jet fuel and just
- 8:33flying in general has gone up so much that they're trying to reduce the weight
- 8:37on the flight. And so somehow they think that you know, all the
- 8:41different divide like nuts and bolts that you need for the seat to recline,
- 8:45if you eliminate that is going to reduce the flight weight. Are they trying
- 8:50to like make us more anxious about flying? Like what do you mean?
- 8:54Like, well, no, because the heavier it's like a vehicle, the
- 8:56more weight, the more gas or fuel you're gonna use then the other And
- 9:00they say it's just that it leads to a lot of in flight kerfuffles.
- 9:05Man, a good kerfuffle here and there. I am just trying to think
- 9:09We've gone on a couple of flights recently, and I do not remember the
- 9:13little uh, the little button. And usually my kids find all the things
- 9:16to play with when we're on the plane, any button or yeah, So
- 9:18I'm almost wondering if they haven't already done this on a couple of plays.
- 9:20Well, I know, like I fly Allegiance a lot and there's a button
- 9:24there, but it never seems to do anything. It's like they almost just
- 9:28turned it off or something at some point. But I would never recline anyway.
- 9:33I think that's kind of crazy because you're really not You're You're genuinely like
- 9:37even at the best, you're getting maybe an inch or two, and that
- 9:41is that's just not that's not enough. No, no, it's not going
- 9:45to do anything. But it's just going to make the person behind you mad.
- 9:48You know, it's not going to change your experience. Really, it's
- 9:50only going to annoy them. And I'm not the type to say anything either.
- 9:52I'm just going to be mad the whole time. Yeah, I think
- 9:56you're And it is because I am the person when I'm flying I have to
- 10:00and I sit cross legged a lot, so when you're already tight in there,
- 10:03so if I am like trying to crisscross so my leg doesn't go dumb,
- 10:07I'm automatically like pushing your seat. Now if you're even leaned back a
- 10:11little bit, you're not gonna like me, Yeah, this knee is gonna
- 10:15be in your back yeah, or my knee is gonna be bruised because you're
- 10:18gonna be leaning on it because it goes right up to that mid section.
- 10:20It's just all an effort for airlines to just sardine us in there, even
- 10:24more than we already are at some point is that they're gonna be standing room
- 10:26only airplanes, you know, like in a bus. Like if you take
- 10:31like a where you're just like, yeah, we're all just holding on strapping,
- 10:37got some turby went down the way. You're all gonna be flopping around,
- 10:39but don't worry or saving a few bucks on jet fuel. Taking a
- 10:43Manda in the morning. Seven. This was amazing. Did you see this?
- 10:50That they're filming the final season of SVU Lawn Order, by the way,
- 10:52which is an incredible What how come I didn't hear that it was going
- 10:56to be the final season, right? It just flew under the raidar Maybe
- 10:58because nobody's paid attention for several years. Well, I mean, I guess
- 11:03it's kind of hit or miss. I Uh, this is so embarrassing to
- 11:05admit. You know, I still like DVR shows, right, which is
- 11:09mind blowing. It is mind blowing. I still have like the whole last
- 11:13season. I think, oh yeah, still on there, so I have
- 11:16not been catching up. Well, they're filming one of the final episodes on
- 11:20set when Mariska Hargita Yeah, of course, Olivia Benson is approached by a
- 11:26young girl. Now, the young girl is frantic, she cannot find her
- 11:30mother. She was playing at a nearby park and so she saw Ariska Hargitay
- 11:35and in her mind that was a police officer. So she approaches Mariska and
- 11:39of course he's wearing a badge and she's got the character's outfit on. So
- 11:43the girl's like, oh my god, I can't find my mom. Can
- 11:46you help me? This has gotta be set up. There is no way
- 11:50they got a photo of it. Somebody captured it and she just went straight
- 11:54into character, did not baden ee. Mariska talked to the girl, shut
- 11:58the set down for twenty minutes, and helped the girl find her mom.
- 12:01Thankfully they did found each other. Then Mariska hung around and consoled both of
- 12:07them a very emotional moment. Did Stabler join in on the search? I
- 12:11don't know where they're at with that, because I know, like it was
- 12:13it last year. They kept teasing that he was coming back, but then
- 12:16he had his own he had his own show, but then there was a
- 12:18little crossover between those two. You're right, maybe I did tap out of
- 12:22this whole situation. It makes me really sad. I just remember the promise
- 12:26because they kept really making you think that they were gonna get together. And
- 12:30if I remember right, did they almost kiss? But then they didn't?
- 12:33Right? It was like a moment of like they're gonna give it to us.
- 12:37And then I was gonna say Munch walked in, but didn't Munch die?
- 12:41I think? So what was it? Richard Belzer? Yes, okay,
- 12:43so this was not set up at all, not set up. The
- 12:46little girl had no idea that a show was being filmed. Also, Ice
- 12:50Tea was there. He's still around, but she did not recognize Ice Tea
- 12:56or fil He's a fanfin Yeah, oh gosh, what in all time?
- 13:00Or that show? Yes, those old episodes. I just grew up watching
- 13:03them over and over. You know, you've seen the same ones so many
- 13:07times. Well, and now that they're so old, when you see some
- 13:09of these cameos of people, you're like, wait, you were you were
- 13:13to be the predator that was attacking or doing whatever. Yeah, passage,
- 13:18you had to get killed on Law and Order SPU before you could really become
- 13:20famous. It was Oh, I'm I think I'm getting it mixed up.
- 13:24Was Taylor a part of one of those? He was on CSI, that's
- 13:26right, Yeah, she didn't she die on there? I think that's one
- 13:31that I really kind of let go of. Was CSI that seems a little
- 13:33bit more cheesy. Law and Order always just well, of course it was
- 13:37ripped from the headlines. It was perfect. Yeah. That and Criminal Minds.
- 13:41Between those two, that's all I need. That was my fill.
- 13:43Criminal mind so started giving me kind of like those Dexter vibes. They'd get
- 13:46a little too creepy for me. Oh some of them were, Yeah,
- 13:50Law and Order you could just be like, Okay, this is fine,
- 13:52but Criminal Minds that one Amanda in the morning on Amanda yesterday messaged me,
- 14:01I got a notification, said Amanda le sent you an attachment on Facebook.
- 14:05This is just right up your alley. Naturally, I did not read it.
- 14:09And this morning she's like, did you see that message I sent you?
- 14:11I said no, I didn't, So she said, check it out.
- 14:13Just such a great friend you don't have, Amanda. I'll be honest.
- 14:16I'm glad I did. I'm glad I checked it out because it's a
- 14:18link to a story. This just happened over in Brasil Rio de Janeiro.
- 14:24Woman, Hey, can I preface this by saying, I just saw the
- 14:26headline and thought of you. So I don't know the full story, so
- 14:30thank you for actually clicking on it and reading it. Oh I have read
- 14:33it top to bottom and I am intrigued. So this woman wheeled her uncle,
- 14:37or so she said, into a bank in an attempt to get a
- 14:41loan. Now, the uncle allegedly was the one who wanted this just over
- 14:45three thousand dollars personal loan from the bank. So she wheels him in and
- 14:50bankers immediately noticed the uncle. It was a little limb, a little pale.
- 14:56He was not well. Bankers can even be heard saying on camera,
- 15:00I don't think he is well. And so when it came time to sign
- 15:03the documents, The woman named Erica by the way, can be heard saying,
- 15:09uncle, Paulo, can you hear me? You need to sign it.
- 15:11If you don't sign, there's no way I cannot sign for you.
- 15:16This is a document. Here's your name. You must hold the pen.
- 15:18She's then seen crimping his limp hand around the pen for him. That's such
- 15:24a sweet niece, just assisting him. Well. The bankers then also notice
- 15:31that the every time the woman tried to lift his head up right, it
- 15:35would immediately slump backward. His eyes remain shut, his arm's a limp.
- 15:39Huh, you're thinking, Amanda, this doesn't sound like a living man at
- 15:43all. Well, police have determined that this man had been dead for hours.
- 15:50Like, what in the world you who rolls in a dead man to
- 15:52a bank literally weekend at Bernie style wheels in her dad uncle, who had
- 15:58just died hours before. Now, it has not been determined whether you know
- 16:02the cause of death. I think it was a natural kill him. It
- 16:04seems like it was a natural cause, and she just was opportunistic thought,
- 16:08oh, here's my chance to wheel a dead corpse in and get us just
- 16:11over three thousand dollars, which I mean, yeah, it's a lot of
- 16:14money, but worth this risk. So would this be something you would think
- 16:19about prior to like this was your plan like a motive beforehand? Or does
- 16:25he die and then you go, hmmm, how much money he's worth?
- 16:30I think that is probably in I think, I don't know. In an
- 16:37effort to convince the clerks that he's fine, she said he's normally like this.
- 16:42She even said, didn't you see him hold the door when we walked
- 16:45in. The clerk said, no, we did not see it. That's
- 16:48because it didn't happen. Yeah, no he did. He's a gone Nunia
- 16:52as his lawyer, the woman argued that the man died at the bank.
- 16:56Oh, just coincidence. He was not well and then as soon as they
- 17:00got in there, he just died. He did horrible, horrible timing for
- 17:03that phone. Probably financial stress. I'm sure that's what it was. That's
- 17:07what I got him excited under their financial structure trending. Now excuse what you
- 17:14need to know. The man accused of murdering for University of Idaho students in
- 17:18late twenty twenty two said that he was just out driving at the time of
- 17:22the murders when they took place. Coburger claims that he was doing his regular
- 17:26nighttime route. He also says that his cell phone debta will coroborate his alibi.
- 17:30Of course he has a great defense attorney that is like looking to have
- 17:36a case. But it's just it's so unsettling, especially when you have followed
- 17:38along with all of this and just how gruesome it was. Oh, I
- 17:42know, And if you could convict just simply on how somebody looks, I'd
- 17:47say he's guilty. I mean, my god, just the look on his
- 17:49faces. Well, and actually it's just like the lack of emotions every time
- 17:52he is just sitting there. It's just a stone cold like nothing ever happened.
- 17:57What would drive somebody to do that? I don't know, I know,
- 18:00nikes. A potential ban on TikTok is now attached to the House Republicans
- 18:04ninety five billion dollar four and eight package to provide funding for Ukraine, Israel,
- 18:08and Taiwan. The text of the twenty first century Piece Through Strength Act
- 18:12includes a modified version of the TikTok band to the House. Of course,
- 18:17the House passed earlier this year. Now, all four bills will be sent
- 18:19to the Senate as a complete package, which means that the Senate couldn't remove
- 18:22the TikTok ban. They could only pass everything or nothing at all. Fun
- 18:27little political games. You see it on both sides. And then the best
- 18:30is they always accuse each other. Oh, they're just trying to sneak that
- 18:33in and then they'll do it too. Yeah, it's just fun. It's
- 18:37it's wild. Caitlin Clark is set to sign an eight figure deal with Nike
- 18:41that includes a signature shoe. So anybody who was concerned about her only making
- 18:45a little bit of money and the WNBA seventy five thousand, which is five
- 18:48figures, add on three digits to that. Yeah, oh wee, I
- 18:52know, and you know that's only the tip of the iceberg. I actually
- 18:56I was just about to click on the link I think they had. Did
- 18:59they move the first w NBA game? You might not have seen this yet
- 19:02because of capacity or something like that, because so many people want to go
- 19:04to this game. Where do they play normally? Like high schools? Pike
- 19:10Taylor, what the w NBA? Okay, I mean that was they're historically
- 19:18lightly attended. Come on, I know, but a high school. I'm
- 19:21just kiding. Will you go a chance to do their Links play at the
- 19:23Target Center? I think they do. Could you pack a high school or
- 19:26you know, I bet you could. I don't know. I hope Pike
- 19:32no. Keep going. Okay, just for fact's sake, I'm going to
- 19:34look up what the average attendance at a Links game was, and then I'm
- 19:37going to look up the capacity at more at high school. All right,
- 19:41and then we'll compare. Got it? Until then, please hold your judgment
- 19:45right weather today it is going to be gross windy again. Today we are
- 19:49going to get some flurries. I have only thirty nine good news after today,
- 19:53we're starting to do a little bit of a warm up Tomorrow sun jhine
- 19:56and fifty by Sunday sunny and six. Is that enough time for you to
- 20:00google the capacity of more heads? Right? Yes? So the average Minnesota
- 20:06Lynx WNBA game last season attendance was seven seven and seventy okay, and then
- 20:11the capacity I'm told that the more at high school gym is three thousand,
- 20:15so it would insert your apology in high schools, I'm sorry, insert apology
- 20:21Target Center. It is like an amenda in the morning. Come on,
- 20:23get up on big. What's something you can do that immediately just makes you
- 20:29feel better? You're in a better mood because of it. Well, I
- 20:32got an easy one for you. Working out Nope, Oh, giving somebody
- 20:36a hug. Oh yes, a nice warm embrace. And it's not just
- 20:40me saying that, it's actual study. They just concluded a study and it's
- 20:44official. A hug or just simply touching others has massive benefits when it comes
- 20:51to your mental and physical health. Yeah, it is interesting what a touch
- 20:53will do. Well. Yeah, just a simple brief touch, they taken
- 20:56ease feelings of pain and depression. Even if the touch comes from a robot.
- 21:02Now that's an interesting part of the study. Done out to be a
- 21:04human you can literally hug a robot. See, that's not gonna do it
- 21:07for me. I don't think. I mean it might make me feel better
- 21:11because I'd get the giggles, like if I'm gonna be hugging a robot or
- 21:14a robot's gonna touch me, I'm like a little weird, weird than how
- 21:18realistic it is. Some of those blow up robots are pretty They have blow
- 21:22up robot spike. I think you're making that up. I'm thinking of old
- 21:27Bessie or whatever, over and more head off of that. That's the only
- 21:33robot that I know around the area. But it's a household name, Bessie.
- 21:37I think, so is it Bessie. It's like it's something like that,
- 21:41it's a name. It's similar in that it is a name. I
- 21:45swear it's something like that. But either way, there is something about like,
- 21:48are you guys snugglers or do you start snuggling? And then, uh,
- 21:52what does is it snuggling? When my wife puts her feet on my
- 21:56lap and then kind of asked me to rub them. No, but I
- 21:59do of how much you give those feet attention because I'm not a fun person.
- 22:03Hands feed and my wife types all day, so you know, I
- 22:06really like to give those hands a nice relief. But on the couch,
- 22:10that's we're definitely on the couch and not like a lay on each other kind
- 22:12of thing. Yeah. Yeah, like in bed, you know, a
- 22:15little before the falling asleep part or before she falls asleep and I lay there
- 22:18for hours you Yeah, So again, usually there's a kid in between us
- 22:23and then we all kind of it's just we're just snuggle sash. But then
- 22:29when it's just us. I'll go under. He's like, oh, bit,
- 22:33can I come under? It's just like a thing. And then I'll
- 22:34come under and it's within a second. It's like okay, I fall asleep.
- 22:37And then he like pushes me over and then that's yeah, just rolls
- 22:41you over. It just rolls h get out of here, furnace, see
- 22:45you later. Well it's it's good for your mental health, they've concluded.
- 22:49So give somebody a hug tonight. Now, of course, the key being
- 22:52they need to consent to they're touching. Thank you for throwing that out there,
- 22:56because that could get a little awkward. Well, it sure could.
- 22:59It could be assault, is what it could be. They also say infants
- 23:02they really benefit from the physical touch. However, specifically from their parents.
- 23:07They said it did not have the same effect if the touch came from like
- 23:10a caregiver or a random stranger. Super interesting, and I was kind of
- 23:15talking to about this. So I haven't been able to do happy out the
- 23:17past couple of weeks because I'm taking a Nurtured Hearts class And this is just
- 23:21an approach. It's an approach that you can teach your kids, and you're
- 23:25and it's actually something you could use in the workforce or whatever it may be.
- 23:29So my kids go over to Piece Academy, and so I'm like,
- 23:30I really want to learn a little bit about this. And so my husband
- 23:33is kind of like, I don't know about old school, just you know,
- 23:37ye love rub some dirt on it. To some degree. Yes,
- 23:41he is a little bit more of a softie than you may think. But
- 23:44after going through a couple of the courses. The other day, my son
- 23:48he was like trying to get out of his car seat. He would throw
- 23:49temper tantrums, and usually the instant reaction Nick is like, I've got to
- 23:55pull over if you don't get in your car seat right now. I mean,
- 23:57that's just like instant reaction fire with fire, Yes, And I just
- 24:02looked at him. I'm like, let me handle this exactly. My husband
- 24:07did that exact same thing, Like, Okay, a man becomes the nurtured
- 24:10heart, the nurtured heart. I truly I turned around. I grabbed Briggs
- 24:14hand, and I just said, honey, it's okay, just take a
- 24:17deep breath. Let's just relax. Can you do Mammy a favor. I'm
- 24:19gonna trust that you're gonna put your seat belt back on. I know a
- 24:22three year old, you're saying, I am going to trust that you're gonna
- 24:27put your seat belt back on. I turned back around, turn on the
- 24:30music. Nick, can I continue our conversation? He turns around, he
- 24:34has a smile, his seatbelt and I'm like, I knew you could do
- 24:37it, but I'm really proud of you. And then we moved on and
- 24:41there's like an it just you didn't give that energy to him with her.
- 24:45It's like he wanted us to all freak out spas and now everybody's tensions are
- 24:48like that. But that little touch of mama and I trust you really worked
- 24:52a benefit from a little nurtured heart. I know that's I mean, I
- 24:56don't believe it, but I trust that after a a few more days working
- 25:00with me, your heart is going to be in the morning. Amanda Stills
- 25:07the Sea Looks See Broughty by Whimmers Diamonds, Taylor Swift? Should we talk
- 25:12about her some more? And truly in case you missed it? So,
- 25:15she basically surprised fans she has one album and now it's two, so it's
- 25:18thirty one songs and uh, there's just so much going on. Of course,
- 25:22we knew this was going to be a little bit about Joe Alwyn and
- 25:26her breakup there we knew it was also going to be a year ago.
- 25:30She ended up starting to date Matt Heally and that was kind of a sporadic
- 25:33something and it went away really really fast, and then all of a sudden
- 25:36she was with Travis Kelcey, and that's kind of what we all remember.
- 25:38If you read her Instagram post, though, she's calling all of us out
- 25:44because I was that girl a year and it's like, oh, here we
- 25:47go, another breakup album or whatever. It's just easy to kind of latch
- 25:49onto that because that's what she's years, you know, branding herself as that.
- 25:55Yes, but she basically just said, you know what, there's nothing
- 25:57to avenge, no score to settle. Once wounds have healed upon further relection,
- 26:03reflection, a good number of them turned out to be self inflicted.
- 26:06This writer is of the firm belief that our tears become holy in the form
- 26:10of the ink on a page. Once we have spoken our sadest story,
- 26:14we can be free of it, and then all we have that's left behind
- 26:17is the tortured poetry. That's pretty deep. Do you know what I mean,
- 26:21but I like it. I on how people talk, you know,
- 26:22I just don't I don't believe it. Well, okay, so you're gonna
- 26:26love this. So of course there are songs. There's one called uh but
- 26:27Daddy, I Love Him, and that is supposed to be about Matty Healy.
- 26:32But the one that everybody is talking about is a song called and it's
- 26:34really weird. It's called thank You Amy. Okay, And we didn't know
- 26:40who Amy was until eagle eye fans realize, Hang on a second. When
- 26:44you see this bank has a capital K? Is this the same Amy from
- 26:48Britney spears hit if you seek Amy, Nope, And then there's you and
- 26:52then Amy is spelled a capital I, capital mublee. So if you look
- 26:57at it, there's capital K i am as in Kim Kardashian. And in
- 27:03the lyrics she says, bleep you Amy. She is very upset and it's
- 27:08just honestly, everything she sings about is about this mean girl kind of going
- 27:12through high school and then through her life. How this person is just kind
- 27:17of stuck around. And she was very candid in her Time magazine interview how
- 27:19that really affected her. I mean, she unplugged from the world and went
- 27:23to London and lived, to say, in a basement, but kind of
- 27:26for a while. It took a long time, but she's definitely come out
- 27:29on top of that, and I think she kind of referenced that in the
- 27:32song. So good good for her for sticking it to Kim. Yeah,
- 27:36speaking of the Kardashians, it was Courtney's birthday and her man, Travis Barker
- 27:40put up a carousela pictures and you and I have just been just loving it
- 27:45this morning, because when you hear the Kardashians or anything about it, it's
- 27:48just like, oh, here they are again. Something about Travis and Courtney,
- 27:52though, are so natural and real. One in particular, of course,
- 27:55she's just like laying in bed with her son, which that's just a
- 27:57great candid photo. Nothing is shop Do you even pointed there's like clothes in
- 28:02the bathroom, there's a water bottle on the side of the bed, phones
- 28:04plugged into a charge. It was just very real and relatable, and I
- 28:07love that Travis. It seems like he just posted these without any approval from
- 28:11her. Yeah, kind of Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds. I really like
- 28:14that because you think of the Kardashians and they get busted almost on the weekly.
- 28:18I mean even Chloe her cat is being face tuned on can we not
- 28:25do this? But very real? So did you mention the one about the
- 28:27toilet? Oh? No, I forgot about that. That was why we
- 28:30actually wanted to talk about it. There's a picture of her just sitting on
- 28:33the toilet, just hovering over. It's horribly awkward. I just cannot imagine
- 28:38just surprising my wife with a birthday post and throwing a toilet shot. You
- 28:41know, it does remind me my husband two or three years ago after I
- 28:47had so four years ago, after I had sid for my birthday post,
- 28:51because he only he'll jump on social media once a year, maybe twice,
- 28:55and to a post and it was one of me getting an epidural and I'm
- 29:00have my finger up. I'm like, are we really posting this photo?
- 29:03But it was he didn't. He's like, no, you look that's like
- 29:06a moment that you looks great. And then there's another one where I have
- 29:07seventeen chins holding the kids and he goes, no, that's just you being
- 29:11a mom. I'm like, wow, you love me
