  Okay, a lot of fun. I yeah, I think I'm gonna have

  to ask you about that sometime, just because like, there's so

  much, there's so much that happens in this game, where,

  when I'm reading and when I'm doing Mythic plus, it's great

  but like, there's so many sections of this game but I just

  can't Completely ignore. And it's, you know, it's not to

  my knowledge, my own benefit. I just like have limited time

  but I'm glad to be pull you guys away from 10-point 0.7 and

  pulling away from Diablo because that's where like half my
• 1:53

  Well to actually I'm not playing Diablo, I'm playing sounds of

  the forest but at the moment, And it's mostly just trying to

  allow unloving 10-point 0.7, but this whole having the patch and

  then the next patch already meets, I'm very overwhelmed.

  Yes, there's no time, there's no time.

  It's kind of, it's so weird thinking about that, too, where

  we had like, how many months between 10:00 it would be 1005,

  you know, 10:05 and out in 07 and then like before is 1000 and

  then 1005, it's so weird. How this this is definitely a

  different world than in Shadow lands, where it's like, man,

  this is stretching on, I'd like some new stuff.

  I've really glad that they fulfill that promise of getting

  Stuff out to us. But yeah, you guys are right.

  I don't know. I feel like this isn't my first
• 2:57
  rodeo with this kind of cadence. I remember playing back in Mists

  of Pandaria, and right? You had the first patch, you had
• 3:06
  all of those Ray's coming out, one after another and then
• 3:08
  suddenly dominants offensive was out in your like, oh my
• 3:11
  goodness. Oh yeah.

  I'm glad I wasn't covering the game back then.

  So the first patch I played, I mean the first expansion I
• 3:21
  played. I didn't get to max level.
• 3:23
  I didn't do max level content at all.

  I just enjoyed leveling my character throughout the entire
• 3:29
  expansion. My friends were so irritated
• 3:31
  with me. I wanted me to come read with
• 3:34
  them and I was like, no, I'm doing the story.
• 3:38
  Well, that's a good question. When did you start playing?
• 3:41
  I actually, well, I technically started in burning Crusade, but
• 3:47
  it wasn't, my comes. It was a friend's account.
• 3:51
  I only got my own accounts during cataclysm so to be fair
• 3:56
  to me cataclysm was when they did the world revamp and I had
• 3:59
  already done quite a lot of questing before then on the old
• 4:03
  world. So I really loved the world
• 4:05
  revamp and all the changes they had made.
• 4:07
  So I played through the entire story, which is a lot more than
• 4:11
  most expansions. So yeah, yeah, no.
• 4:16
  I was much the same cataclysm. I know a lot of people
• 4:21
  Complained that it was that there was nothing to do between
• 4:24
  raids but somebody who loves the story, there was a lot for me to
• 4:28
  do and I went through every Zone, even though I had already
• 4:31
  gotten my loremaster just going through and doing all that
• 4:34
  story. Impervium, weird question to
• 4:38
  you. When did you first start playing
• 4:41
  idly started? Playing with vanilla way.
• 4:43
  Back in the day, my step dad owned a pay and play kind of
• 4:47
  game shop and he had a bunch of accounts of like different
• 4:51
  games. Computers and consoles and
• 4:53
  everything. I remember World of Warcraft was
• 4:55
  one of the first ones I played in parallel to City of Heroes,
• 4:59
  was the other big MMO that I was playing.

  So I was, I literally switch back and forth between those
• 5:04
  two. All the time was just like
• 5:06
  flavor of the month for me. But I was Probably been I would
• 5:12
  have been 10 years old so I wouldn't have really didn't get
• 5:17
  into the depth of it all it was more of just like I love
• 5:21
  Warcraft 3 I play that. So many times I started playing
• 5:24
  getting into the world kind of like what Discord kid and said
• 5:28
  this accordion said sorry it's been a long day.
• 5:31
  Sorry. But like just leveling and like
• 5:34
  enjoying my character and not caring about getting to the very
• 5:37
  top level and doing all the in-game stuff and I And to the
• 5:41
  point, I didn't get to in-game stuff until Wrath of the Lich
• 5:45
  King. Like that was the first time I
• 5:46
  ever gotten a max level character with in the expansion
• 5:50
  timeframe. And I'm glad I did because ICC
• 5:54
  was like wow still one of the best raids in my opinion.
• 5:58
  I'm partial discourage. Anyway, so with that entire like
• 6:02
  initial leveling and everything we have had two big Heritage
• 6:09
  Quest. That also harken back.
• 6:11
  Acted initials leveling the orc Heritage Quest and the human
• 6:15
  Heritage Quest. Now I have personally been able
• 6:18
  to play the orc one and I have watched the human one as well
• 6:25
  and they both have that sort of like go back to the very start
• 6:28
  sort of call back and yeah, it I love, I love those.
• 6:33
  Callbacks I love the how it's been touching on all these
• 6:35
  things throughout the histories of both those races and What
• 6:41
  about you guys? I know impervium.
• 6:43
  We had talked about it before you played through the human
• 6:46
  one, right? Oh, did I finished that
• 6:51
  yesterday? I boosted a hunter that I'm
• 6:54
  playing right now and I totally forgot that one of the
• 6:57
  requirements for all the heritage is to get to exalted on
• 7:01
  the reputation. So I had to grind out low-level
• 7:05
  zones at level 70, going through Red Bridge and duskwood and West
• 7:10
  Falls and you all of them. The faster ways to grab a Is to
• 7:16
  run through Dungeons and go, grab a Tapper.
• 7:18
  You want to you want to run magisters Terrace.
• 7:21
  Took me two hours. Oh you know what you're not
• 7:23
  wrong. I actually thought the Nerf that
• 7:25
  I thought they said that like it had to be up to your level.
• 7:28
  You can like run through Legacy stuff we to I was oh really.
• 7:31
  I just something that gives you reputation and you're wearing
• 7:34
  that a bird. You will get the reputation
• 7:36
  towards a tough action. All right.

  Well, that's great to know. Now that I have already done, it
• 7:42
  running through old zones again really earned that reputation.

  And you earned that Heritage s9i, that was that was a good
• 7:50
  couple days of grinding that Brett was pretty fun.

  But yeah, to your, to the point where it felt very back to the
• 7:58
  beginning with the humans, where the defias Brotherhood is the
• 8:01
  central villain of this whole quest of the whole Heritage
• 8:06
  armor Quest chain and it felt like I was going through, you
• 8:11
  know, you go, you go to Westfall, you go to you know
• 8:14
  what gold shared you go to Cold shower and lines it.
• 8:17
  And it's like, I felt like I was back just playing like a level
• 8:23
  10 human and just going through deadmines again for the
• 8:28
  billionth time, but it was something different again, like
• 8:32
  it felt Felt like a homecoming. Felt like everything, just came
• 8:36
  to a giant Circle and there was some parts of the the storyline
• 8:41
  that stuff to me. I don't know if you saw this
• 8:45
  man, a or Kitty with the stay a while and listen part with
• 8:51
  Matthias Shaka to the new Vanessa vancleef.
• 8:56
  That part that part was great. I loved seeing the interactions.
• 8:59
  Those stay awhile and listens. Those are awesome.

  Just like, listen to characters interact with each other, but
• 9:06
  just like Mathias reminiscing about the early days of Edwin
• 9:10
  vancleef and Vanessa's like what she experienced with her father
• 9:16
  and it was like heartbreaking. It's like like Vanessa didn't
• 9:20
  get to experience the side that that Mathias Shaw got to
• 9:24
  experience. It was just like the two sides
• 9:27
  of the same coin kind of scenario and it it was like man
• 9:31
  I want to know more so much more when a no so good.

  Okay, great. I'm not sure if either one of
• 9:40
  you did the Attunement to onyxia, Slayer back in the day
• 9:48
  because discordian you said that you started later.
• 9:52
  And I think even by ICC time When they, because they did a go
• 9:58
  back to an excuse layer right about that raid time as well,
• 10:02
  and I think they had taken out the Attunement, but there was an
• 10:06
  achievement Quest that, like, kind of that lined up with this,
• 10:11
  like, in order to unlock the layer, and, like uncover lady
• 10:17
  presser that you actually had Quest that were involved with
• 10:20
  that. So when they were doing that
• 10:22
  flashback, Pulling on the, the heartstrings there so much.
• 10:29
  But I again I got to watch somebody else play because the
• 10:33
  character that I had that actually did that way back in
• 10:37
  like burning Crusade days, one wasn't human to doesn't exist
• 10:42
  anymore. Believe I deleted that job in
• 10:44
  ages ago. I had a thing where I would
• 10:49
  every expansion up until cataclysm.
• 10:52
  I would create A new Shaman to level up to max level.
• 10:56
  Like I never started burning Crusade at level, 60 going going
• 11:00
  into 70. I started burning Crusade
• 11:03
  rolling my draenei Shaman because I wanted to do the new
• 11:06
  thing and shamans could be Alliance and then getting that
• 11:08
  all the way up. And then I fell off of the game
• 11:11
  in burning Crusade. So then when wrath came and my
• 11:14
  friend started playing I was like okay I'm gonna do that.
• 11:16
  But then I started another character and went all the way
• 11:19
  but like I didn't get to play that through.
• 11:22
  So when you're talking about the Stay a while, and listen Parts.
• 11:26
  I didn't quite get to see all of those but they were definitely
• 11:29
  there on the orc side. I have to ask you guys, from
• 11:32
  what I was seeing when my friend was playing, they kind of are
• 11:36
  redeeming. Vanessa vancleef.
• 11:38
  They they are really just like, it's hits her face.
• 11:42
  Turn to use a wrestling term. I really hope that after the
• 11:46
  events of this, we do see Vanessa on the good side helping
• 11:51
  out in wherever they want to and the a lot of these make me want
• 11:55
  them to we were talking about cataclysm in the zone revamps.

  I want to see particular zones revamped like I want to see
• 12:01
  Westfall get brought up by want to see your rhetoric, it brought
• 12:05
  up but specifically for The Human Side like what was your
• 12:09
  favorite part of that discordia? Getting did you actually get to
• 12:12
  play? I haven't played The Human Side
• 12:14
  of only played the oxide. You only got the way the other
• 12:17
  side like me. I have a human and I can choose
• 12:20
  the experience in two hours. Well, but no, I haven't yet then
• 12:27
  improving. We're really relying on you as
• 12:29
  the alliance Advocate on this side bar, for those stay a while
• 12:35
  and listen stuff, I know that. Like, again, you go back to like
• 12:40
  the monastery, right? When you start and say initial
• 12:42
  Quest Giver that's like, oh recruit, it's good to see you
• 12:45
  again. And you've come so far like
• 12:48
  where they just constantly pulling more of that stuff.
• 12:51
  Like, how was, how was the Overall, feel for those.
• 12:56
  So they did they did bring back those guys, because there's the
• 13:00
  very end me want to get into spoilers.

  It means he's all there, but basically you go back to
• 13:07
  Northshire to stop the person who stole the thing.

  I'll just, I'll just say that for a spoiler warnings but you
• 13:15
  do go back to Northshire and all of the NPCs.

  Are you interact with a level 1? Are there still and they
• 13:22
  recognize you when you when you pull up and you're getting Quest
• 13:25
  from them and You know, refer you to Champion all the stuff
• 13:30
  they bring, they bring that back.
• 13:31
  That's basically the biggest call back to everything.

  For the, for the human starting zone being under attack again
• 13:41
  and and it's a, I think the funniest part was, I don't know
• 13:45
  why I thought of it, but Millie Oz worth the the lady that you
• 13:48
  get the grapes for from the, from the fields.

  She was there and she was just, like beating like Three people
• 13:57
  at once. Just like soloing by herself and
• 13:59
  I was like, you know what, Let's Go All Those Grapes or like
• 14:03
  helping you out somehow or something.
• 14:04
  I don't know if you were like making wine and you're like
• 14:07
  pumped up on wine or something, I don't know.
• 14:11
  But I saw her doing that and that made me smile to see all
• 14:14
  these characters that I, that I once got Quest from and
• 14:19
  interacted with, you know, all they're still, right, not new
• 14:24
  characters, not all this crazy. Like, you know, Lions guard.
• 14:29
  Bunch of its 41 guard are all over the place.
• 14:32
  No, it's literally just all those NPCs are just fighting for
• 14:35
  their lives and your get to help them out again.
• 14:38
  Again, they re revamps they added new ABC's to, to moon to
• 14:44
  Moon Brooke. And deadmines, you don't go into
• 14:47
  deadlines, which was fine with me.
• 14:49
  I was like, I don't need another instance dead mind scenario or
• 14:53
  have to go through all of it to get to the end.
• 14:55
  You just go. Go to the part where there's a
• 14:59
  few Bridges, right? Before the actual instance
• 15:01
  itself, and then the NPC's you relay.
• 15:05
  The device Brotherhood is being basically usurped from Vanessa
• 15:09
  vancleef and they're interacting with a noble who has the thing
• 15:14
  and you realize it's a rogue organization.
• 15:17
  There's user being, you know, power shifts, it's gonna happen,
• 15:22
  it happened, congratulations, and then Vanessa vancleef there,
• 15:26
  Is like a little bit of a retribution or a forgiveness Arc
• 15:30
  kind of thing where, you know, you get, you get to the end, she
• 15:34
  helps you out. She's not as like vengeful about
• 15:38
  her dad. The state stay a while and
• 15:40
  listen she was willing to talk about the past with her dad to
• 15:45
  sha because Shaw knew her dad ultimately.
• 15:49
  And I'm sure that was you know, hurtful for her to have to bring
• 15:52
  up that past and I'm sure that spoke out to players as well,
• 15:55
  right? Cuz you know what, if they had
• 15:58
  that kind of same interaction with their parents IRL, or even
• 16:02
  if you are peed me, vrp, that kind of stuff, too, you say that
• 16:05
  as well. But I, but I learned that there
• 16:07
  was a rogue. If you're played as a rogue, you
• 16:10
  get a special interaction. I don't know what it is, I
• 16:13
  didn't look it up but it basically goes into the
• 16:16
  uncrowned where Van Cleef was part of the uncrowned along with
• 16:20
  you. And I can remember if she refers
• 16:23
  to you as the title like remember this.
• 16:26
  My name is. I'll talk my head.
• 16:28
  No, I can't remember it either. But, yeah, they could because
• 16:31
  like, even if you're playing through it and you're not a
• 16:34
  rogue Mathias, Shaw says, like, oh, this shadowy organization
• 16:38
  and I can't, I know that's the uncrowned, right?
• 16:40
  And the fact that like Vanessa isn't like the absolute evil
• 16:45
  that she was coming out of deadmines, is them
• 16:48
  acknowledging, the her role in the uncrowned and in Legion.
• 16:52
  So like it's already partly shifted there as well.
• 16:55
  So, Yeah, I would really love to see what that interaction is the
• 16:59
  little Easter eggs. They would put in for the Rogue.

  Yeah, I got to look at that as well, but like I said before it
• 17:06
  felt very reminiscent of the old days of planning human it felt
• 17:10
  like a true human quest. Line here, human Heritage quest
• 17:15
  line, that's what it felt like at the end of the day and it
• 17:19
  felt, it felt pretty awesome playing through that.

  So I do think that there A couple things that were mirrored
• 17:28
  on both the orc and The Human Side.
• 17:30
  And I'm sure Kitty. You would agree with me from
• 17:32
  hearing what was just said, because when you're going
• 17:36
  through on the orc side, there is again going back to the
• 17:41
  original starting zone. There is this entire thing of
• 17:44
  like, all these callbacks, I really loved the fact that like
• 17:49
  the, I mean, there's no deus ex machina item that's being
• 17:53
  chased. After, in terms of the orc side,
• 17:55
  it is really Very much the Orcs saying, like, okay, we've come
• 18:00
  this far in finding our place in Azeroth, but we've kind of lost
• 18:05
  who we were while trying to find our new life.
• 18:08
  And so, the original plan is to like, bring back this ceremony
• 18:12
  of the Orcs, like choosing their Destiny at this particular age,
• 18:16
  but rather than just have that return, it quickly changes to.
• 18:20
  No, no, let's have a new ceremony that shows that were no
• 18:22
  longer what we were while still acknowledging that.
• 18:26
  Teacher, I think that's a very meta kind of play of it because
• 18:31
  the Orcs are no longer what they were back in drain or they've
• 18:34
  gone through so much including like becoming the actual horde
• 18:38
  and the wars that have come from that and now the new horde under
• 18:42
  thrall. What it means to be The Horde
• 18:45
  after the fourth War and the creation of the council where
• 18:49
  the The Horde isn't just Orcs. So their Works can't just say,
• 18:53
  oh yeah, where the horde, they're only a subsection,
• 18:55
  they're off. And I think, I think some of the
• 18:59
  most wonderful things were when you are at the main.

  Like, okay, we're going to have this ceremony, the stay a while
• 19:07
  and listen conversations that you could have with so many lure
• 19:11
  characters, there are so many I don't want to name them all,
• 19:14
  like this gritty Kitty. What were your top three
• 19:17
  characters that you were like ran into?
• 19:18
  You're like, oh my goodness, man, Freddy, I am.
• 19:24
  I'm writing articles for Work about the or quests, I'm
• 19:28
  particular. So I went into it being like,
• 19:32
  you know, I'm not an old man. I like aux, I like stroll.
• 19:35
  I've always liked thrall and, you know, I'm doing this for
• 19:38
  work really otherwise I would have probably left it for a
• 19:41
  while before, you know, going and I had a boosted or Quintin.

  And I just, I wasn't expecting to feel the way this Quest makes
• 19:51
  me feel and like, I don't know why because obviously it word
• 19:56
  I've said, like I technically started in burning Crusade but
• 19:59
  I've started with this world in Warcraft, 3, and thrall.

  I mean, obviously, I love Savannah's have always loved
• 20:06
  Sylvanas despite what they've done to her, or what they did to
• 20:10
  her, but thrall is also like, I love thrall, the reason I am.
• 20:16
  I'm horde and as much as I'm open and open minded and play on
• 20:20
  both sides. My main is always hold is really
• 20:23
  because of thrall and his philosophy.
• 20:26
  So I've read a lot about him and I know all this Orchestra and I
• 20:30
  know about this this Clan Gathering that they used to have
• 20:34
  and how important it was on Draenor and and all these
• 20:38
  characters and they all matter. And the first thing that
• 20:41
  happened in this quest line is you meet thralls kids And asked
• 20:46
  I started like, choking sounds like they're their people and
• 20:55
  that's about, it doesn't talk at all.
• 20:56
  She still hides away. That's before we even get to the
• 21:00
  quest I'm sitting here like, oh my God, there's children and
• 21:04
  they're, they're humans and they have while not humans.
• 21:08
  They aux but I think their entire people and they have
• 21:11
  their own pet name, summer, and winter.
• 21:14
  Did you notice that? They each have their own wolf
• 21:16
  and, and then we made drek thar, who's like, so excited to see
• 21:22
  us. And it's basically the old man
• 21:24
  that everyone's been ignoring and I feel terrible.

  Why have I not been visiting him?

  Clearly I should have been visiting him and again, this is
• 21:33
  before we even get to the big Feast, I'm like having a
• 21:37
  meltdown here. Then we get to the big feast and
• 21:40
  it's every single orc that matters.

  What? That exist that I can think of

  every single one, from the new ones, from the Exiles reach
• 21:53
  thing with like Yeah, from EXO's reach all the way back to.
• 21:59
  Like the oldest talks that you can remember the people who, you
• 22:04
  know, the people you first met, it's just incredible.

  And every single one of them feels like they have something
• 22:10
  to say and you walk around you talk to them and they all and
• 22:13
  then grown is there. And that's that was one of the
• 22:16
  top ones for me, because I've always loved groaner.
• 22:20
  But I did chuckle when they said, oh yes, the alliance have
• 22:23
  spies outside and I was like, no they don't.
• 22:26
  They've got gröna right there. Like I love grown up but she's
• 22:31
  the lines. Let's pee she goes.

  Yes. Yeah, she plays both sides.
• 22:42
  It was actually it was so overwhelming.
• 22:45
  I've got just hundreds of notes of all these characters and all
• 22:50
  All the things they've said. And I can't tell you right now.

  Other than gröna who immediately is like my favorite that I met.
• 22:58
  I was just every single person I spoke to was, oh my God, you're
• 23:02
  here, you have something to say, and then you hear and you have
• 23:06
  something to say and uh, yes, yeah, I know this.

  There's so many, like, every Clan is represented exiled
• 23:14
  Clans, even the dragon maw, they put their lot in with garage and
• 23:20
  You think that they would be not welcome, but they have their
• 23:24
  flag standing by either. They're in the back corner, but
• 23:27
  there there's three got their flag saying hi.
• 23:29
  There is one member of The Shadow Moon that is off in the
• 23:33
  far corner. And is like, the last standing
• 23:35
  member, and she just says like that.
• 23:38
  Her clan is all, but gone, but she wants to make sure that
• 23:41
  she's guiding people as they use these dark Forces not to fall
• 23:45
  down the same path that her clan went.
• 23:47
  And like, when you get to choose your clan because you get to
• 23:50
  Teacher. Can I just wanted to be like I'm
• 23:51
  gonna be Shadow. Mom is like revive the clan like
• 23:55
  uh, like yeah, I 100% agree. There was just so much that was
• 23:59
  being brought from all these different sections of every part
• 24:05
  of the, of the story. Even having some people being
• 24:08
  like, is that are blademaster there.

  I'm like, oh, I'm super intimidated to go.

  Talk to him and it was amazing. Absolutely, the stay a while and
• 24:18
  listen were Fantastic. One thing that you kind of
• 24:23
  reminded me of is that right? When we first meet Agra and this

  is not a big spoiler, but like they finally make Agra farseer a
• 24:34
  Timeless. They say, it's been too long and
• 24:36
  I'm like, you're damn right. It's been too long.

  She when she's first introducing you, she refers to her husband
• 24:43
  as thrall and I was just thrown by that for a bit because for
• 24:48
  the longest time she has refused to use that name.

  She has always said, go L but her first vo.
• 24:55
  She actually says thrall with the vo line.
• 24:58
  And I was not sure if that was just cheese softened on the name
• 25:03
  or it's become more interchangeable for her in your
• 25:07
  mind. Would that throw Oh you as much

  or it is that sort of natural in like how their relationship may
• 25:13
  have developed for you. Yeah I was I didn't I didn't
• 25:17
  actually notice it but now that you say it that isn't in
• 25:21
  character but I did notice one or two typos through when it
• 25:27
  when I was like taking down Quest text and stuff, there's
• 25:30
  one or two. So I mean this is not a quest
• 25:33
  that was on the PTR. It's one of the things that they
• 25:36
