First Tee Idaho is set to transform Pierce Park Greens with a $10M+ expansion, turning the historic course into a year-round youth development hub. Taking over the site since 2022 (with roots dating back to 2005), they’re building two new facilities: a learning center and clubhouse, plus a state-of-the-art teaching center with indoor simulators. This will boost access for kids, field trips, and community partnerships—all while keeping the greens open for everyone.
