Meet the Incredible Woman Who Defied Newsom’s TYRANNICAL Orders.. and WON · Man in America Podcast

Seth Holehouse: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Man in America. I'm your host, Seth Holehouse. So one thing that we've seen over the past couple of years and that I've personally seen is that the ideas that I've had about our country, about you know, the land of the free, the home of the brave, have in some ways gone out the window. And what I mean by that is I've watched as so many people, even people I thought were patriots and strong individuals that valued freedom, have just complied. They've just bowed down and complied to the tyranny that's been brought upon us in the name of medicine and safety.
• 0:37
And so we really need some examples though of people that haven't complied and how powerful that can be because ultimately, believe that's how we're gonna win this is just by not playing the game that they want us to play into. And so joining me today is a very special woman. Her name is Teresa Bukola, and she's someone that chose not to comply but then turned their system against them. And her story is very, very inspiring because it shows that one person, even one person that chooses to not bow down, how much impact that she can have. So I hope folks that you enjoy this because I think that this should be an inspiration to us.
• 1:17
Because, look, what's happened in the past couple of years, you know, lot of ways you could say it's a test run. And it it seems like we're getting towards the end of this stuff, but another wave could be coming. And so really, it comes down to us to say, what are we gonna do? If they come and they say, do this, do that, don't do this, how are we gonna respond to it? So folks, before we jump into the interview, though, make sure you're following me on social media at Man in America.

• 2:21
Speaker 2: You're welcome. Thanks for thanks for having me.
• 2:23
Seth Holehouse: Absolutely. So it was my wife who first heard your story on the podcast Crow seven seventy seven, you know, shout out to him. He has a fantastic show over there. And she said to me, I listened to a good part of it, and she was just like, Seth, we have to get this woman on. Because right now, if you look at what's happened in the past, say, three or four years in America, I feel like so many of the ideas that I had about what our country was and what the American people were really changed.
• 2:54
And I I went from feeling like, okay, this is the land of the free to the home of the brave to, you know, one year later, seeing everyone walking with masks and social distancing. And I just thought, like, are these the American patriots? Are these the people that fought for their freedom? Are those were those our ancestors? Or I just I couldn't make sense of it in terms of Right.
• 3:13
Understanding why more people weren't standing up. But then when I heard your story, it was like this breath of fresh air. It's like, if if 1% of the people in this country had your attitude, then our we we would have thrown off tyranny a long time ago. So I wanna I'm I'm looking forward to getting into it. But how about you just kinda let's just start the show with you telling your story.
• 3:38
And I won't interrupt you very much except for, you know, basic questions, but just walk us through your experience of life is normal as we know it, and all of a sudden, the government is taking God's gift of nature away from us.
• 3:51
Speaker 2: Right. Yeah. I also I think I've been having a hard time the past few years realizing that it's not the land of the free and the home and the brave. It's the land of the compliant and the obedient. And it was probably it well, it was July of twenty twenty.
• 4:12
And by this point from memory, they were attempting to force us to wear masks every time we wanted to go out shopping, you know, to get food or orange juice, it was as though we're all going to war because everybody else was complying. Our DA was announcing in the paper that if she caught gardeners or landscapers out working, that they were gonna get fined, that you weren't allowed to leave your home because it was shelter in place. And by the time July 3 came rolling around, I was just sick to the back teeth of not only what they were telling us to do, but how everyone was doing it, everybody. And I heard that they were going to supposedly close our beach.
• 5:10
Seth Holehouse: And which which city are you? Is it Carmel By The Sea in California?
• 5:14
Speaker 2: Carmel by the Sea, California.
• 5:16
  Seth Holehouse: Okay. Mhmm.
• 5:19
Speaker 2: And the announcement came from our city manager, Chip Rarig. And I can't recall at the time that I when I called him, if it was that was under threat of arrest or he was just closing it. It was going to be Pines. So I called him and we had about a ten minute call and I tried to talk him out of it. And then it was July 4 weekend.
• 5:47
And for us here in this beach town, this is a big weekend and people come from all over the world, really. And by that morning, it was under threat of arrest that if you went on the beach, you were going to be arrested. So I called my local police department. I asked to speak with the chief. He wasn't I don't think he was in that day.
• 6:11
And they patched me into Greg Johnson. And he and I were on the phone for about twelve and a half minutes. And I remain it's difficult a lot of the times to talk to these guys has kind of taken discipline for me to remain calm when inside I'm like, how could you be right? But I stayed on the phone with him for about twelve minutes. And I said, you know, you have a duty to your community and the women and children especially who look to you for protection to disobey this order because that's a gift from God to all of us.
• 6:57
And he told me to call down to city hall. And I said, well, I've already called city hall. So now I'm speaking with the border followers. And we hung up, and I felt as though on some level I had reached him and we weren't screaming at one another. And then I just drove down there to see what was happening.
• 7:23
And for anyone that has eyes to see, which apparently in this country is a limited view and in my county out of 450,000, it was only me. When I drove down there, they had erected steel barricades in front of the beach parking lot. There was one police vehicle that was patrolling the water's edge. They were prowling, you know, like predators with their lights on, and it was completely empty. And everyone was standing behind the police tape that they had strung all the way along the edge of the entire perimeter of the beach like it was a crime scene.
• 8:05
And people just wouldn't walk past the police tape. And I wound up I was so incensed about what I saw that it was literally like they were stealing nature. And I parked my car in a towway zone because I was ready to have my car stolen. I was I was really ready to split the planet. Like, that's how urgent it was what I saw.
• 8:35
And I called to the crowd. And I'm not a performer. I don't like being the center of attention. But the first words that came out of my mouth were that the beach is a gift from God. The state does not own that.
• 8:52
We have a duty to go out there and stand against it. Where are the men? I need the men. Don't let a woman do your job for you. And they all towered.
• 9:03
And on my way out there, actually a young, a kid, he laughed and he said, have fun getting arrested lady. So I stomped out there really hoping that I could reach their humanity, these officers, and try to talk them out of it. And I'm cordial and calm, And it would just so happen that there was one other man. He was the only other one during that weekend that defied them. He was walking his dog.
• 9:41
And he and I both came to a we were walking on two perpendicular lines and we came to a point on the beach, not accidentally. It was really divine orchestration. So they wound up tackling him at the other edge of the beach from behind three officers, Michael Bruno, Jacob Clifford, and officer Joe Boucher. And his head got submerged under the water for a couple of seconds. He wound up losing his iPhone.
• 10:16
And then he came back to me where I was still standing there defiant. Like, I don't care. I don't care what happens. This has to be done. And when they came back to me, they said, well, your husband left us no choice.
• 10:31
We had to go into the water after him. And I said, you always have a choice. And then this apparently meant made the two of them go mental. And they said, that's it. You're you're going to jail.
• 10:44
And I know that people have gone through this and these auditors go through this all the time, but it is really a punitive, humiliating experience the way that these officers just believe. I mean, one of them, Johnson, the guy actually that I talked to, took my purse off my shoulder, put it on the hood of his vehicle and just started going through its contents while they're copying me like I'm They were really treating me as though I was property and that I didn't have any property rights. One just starts digging into my pockets and taking out the change, my keys, and officer Johnson just starts going through my phone. So they had Jay in the back of the vehicle and he was soaking wet. And they took us up and they displayed us in front of the, I'm sure, salivating onlookers who were probably laughing that they had remained safe while we had been, you know, well, in essence, victims of aggravated assault, certainly Jay and kidnapping.
• 12:03
And they take us to the police police department and back parking lot. And. I mean, there's there's only one brief shot of me that I've been able to get so far, and they have not disclosed the body camera footage of Jay being tackled yet. And I've submitted a bunch of public records requests. Obviously I filed well, I'll talk about that later.
• 12:31
I filed the lawsuit. They still will not disclose the footage of him being tackled, But there's one shot of me. Oh, yeah. That's and he's already in the back of the vehicle. There's one shot of me that I've been able to get in the police parking lot.
• 12:51
And I am utterly miserable because I'm cuffed. Officer Donald Mario takes my belt off. So they're actually disrobing me while I'm helpless. And they're kind of laughing with one another and it's like we're objects and it's a really celebratory mood. So then they take us off to jail.
• 13:22
On the way, officer Boucher stops at a gas station, just pumps up his tires for nine and a half minutes. He speeds on the way there. And then we get to, they call it a sally port in the garage, which is a military term. It's very interesting. And I don't want to give up my temperature.
• 13:44
And there's four, actually, there's two deputies, one nurse and officer Bichai. And he threatens that if I don't give up my temperature, because I keep saying my body is my property, I don't want to give it up. And he said, I'm going to take you to the hospital. They're going to hold you down and poke and prod you. They'll take your temperature wherever they want to take it over there and you won't have a choice.
• 14:11
And eventually I have to surrender my temperature because I don't that was really frightening. And then they take you into the intake Room and they threw my purse on the ground. They're they're all giggling while they're going through my purse. I'm getting searched for a third time. And then they tell you that they will not let you out of jail until you sign a promise to appear and you give up your biometric data, which is your fingerprints and your handprints.
• 14:42
And then they kick you out at 03:00 in the morning. And it's an industrial area where our jail is. And these officers, take and they took my mace out of my purse. And I was charged with selling and possessing a tear gas weapon and tear gas activity. So they picked me up off the beach supposedly for COVID.
• 15:15
And then I'm in a small police vehicle. One officer wasn't wearing his mask. And then they take you out to a dangerous area. And now they have defanged me because I don't have any way to protect myself. It's really, I mean, it's despicable and it happens thousands of times every day in this country.
• 15:36
Then I have to get a cab at 05:00 in the morning back to my car, which is a hundred dollars. And I'm not I don't know which one made me more furious that what they were doing or that everybody as far as I could see was compliant except Jay. And Jay wound up pleading no contest, which is guilty in the eyes of court, and he paid a fine. So he paid to be abused like that. And I did not show up for the arraignment because I don't have to answer to these people.
• 16:23
I have one master, and that is God. God is greater than government. And my intention in going out there that day was to be in service to God. And that's the only one that I have to answer to.
• 16:40
Seth Holehouse: Folks, I've got a quick message for you. Right now, the world is very, very actively going through a process that the experts are calling de dollarization. And look, I've been talking about this for well over a year now, but maybe you're now starting to see it in the mainstream because they're now talking about it because it's really happening. What does this mean? Well, there's a few factors, but there's two main factors.
• 17:02
One is that the BRICS nations, okay, this is Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and a whole coalition, they are actively getting rid of the US dollar. They're stopping their trade in the US dollar. And this is significant because the dollar's losing its status as the global reserve currency and as the petrodollar. This is what gives our dollar its value. But the other thing is that we have an enemy that's within our own government, Biden and his administration.
• 17:31
They are actively working to destroy the dollar. And you can see it in their actions that they're not trying to save the dollar. They're actually trying to destroy it because they want to roll out their central bank digital currency. So you have these two forces coming in both the same time working to destroy the dollar because what happens when that dollar gets destroyed? Well, literally, your life savings, if they're sitting in the dollar, whether it's in a savings account or a bank account or the stock market or an IRA or a four zero one k, those savings, that money could literally be wiped out in a matter of days, weeks, even a couple of months.
• 18:07
We're already seeing it with inflation, which is gonna be much, much worse. If you're seeing the writing on the wall and you're thinking, what can I do to protect myself? Well, there's a few recommendations that I always have. One is just to make sure you've got your food. If you have land, you know, ammunition, whatever it takes, real tangible assets.
• 18:24
But fundamentally, the thing I recommend most is precious metals, gold and silver. Look. Precious metals have survived the collapse of currencies, the rise and fall of civilization. And also a big factor in this is that the BRICS nations, their new currency they're introducing to replace the dollar, a lot of experts are saying it will be backed by commodities like precious metals. And so you can see there's gonna be a stabilization, and I believe a dramatic increase in the value of precious metals.
• 18:49
Not to mention, look at the back the past six months, we're seeing, you know, 30 plus increase in the prices of silver and gold. So if you would go back and say you put a hundred grand into silver six months ago, it could be worth well over a hundred and 25, a hundred and $30,000 because the dollar is losing its value. So folks, if you want someone that you can trust for buying your precious metals or gold and silver, I would highly recommend doctor Kirk Elliott. So doctor Kirk Elliott is a good friend of mine, but he's a strong Christian patriot. He understands what's happening in the world.
• 19:23
He's got two PhDs, one in theology, one in economics. So it's the perfect blend of understanding realistically money in the end times. So if you wanna set up a free consultation with Kirk's team, head on over to goldwithseth.com. So again, that's goldwithseth.com or call (720) 605-3900. Again, it's goldwithseth.com.
• 19:48
You go to the website, you scroll down, there's a simple form that you fill out right there. You put your email, name, contact information, and that sets you up for a free wealth consultation where you can talk to either Kirk or one of his experts to really understand what your options are. Or you can just call (720) 605-3900 to take action today. Was that the the end for you? Did you just kind of go back to your your normal life and and just kind of stay off the beaches?
• 20:18
Or did that light some sort of fire in you, which I'm I'm guessing? You seem like a
• 20:24
Speaker 2: very peaceful way to put it.
• 20:26
Seth Holehouse: Kind woman, but like you also feel like someone that you wouldn't wanna mess with when it comes to crossing that barrier of taking away your God given rights?
• 20:35
Speaker 2: That would be a good guess. Yeah. Well, I mean, it's it's it's interesting because just a couple of weeks later, the police department, I still can't believe this. Just a couple of weeks later, because I hadn't done anything by this point. This was July 17.
• 21:05
It was in our paper. That my police department was walking around on the beach and citing people. Well, it's not citing. They were extorting people for beach chairs or having chairs on the beach. And I think that what they were also doing is that they were walking up and down, you know, like we were in some sort of a training camp and they were barking out orders at people, you're too close to one another.
• 21:40
You can't they said that if you had umbrellas, coolers, chairs on the beach, you would be fined. And then Chief Paul Tomasi put in the paper that this was a criminal offense and you could be prosecuted and have to face a jury for having a chair on beach. So this was about two months later and they closed my beach again. And I only found out about it. Oh, and by the way, I got arrested on July 3, which is the weekend that we celebrate our liberation from tyrants.
• 22:27
Right. And everybody just complied. So it was Labor Day and they closed the beach again. And I read about it in the paper and I said, no, not this time. Not on my watch.
• 22:42
And I have been introduced to a few people, their common law masters or their teachers. And we had a meeting one evening and we were trying to figure out how are we going to stop this. This has to be stopped. And we decided that we would write up a notice of violation, which I did. It was one page.
• 23:08
And I had one team in Santa Cruz that delivered it to the officials in that county and then another team down here. And when they showed up at my art studio, the we we were all, we didn't know what was gonna happen. It was pretty scary because now we're going to be serving documents to these like, you know, the power, the power people. And we had it served to the health director, city manager, chief of police, sheriff, and the mayor. And it said, we're going to be exercising our God given rights.
• 23:49
We're going to use the parks and beaches whenever we want. And if you violate those rights, we're going to hold you personally liable. So we expect to have a peaceful resolution. Thank you. Peace out.
• 24:03
And we showed up. It was actually 12 of us showed up in Carmel on Labor Day. It's actually Labor Day. And I was ready to be arrested again. And we marched down there and it was the exact same scene.
• 24:20
The beach was completely deserted and it was Labor Day. It was hot. It again should have been packed. There was police tape. It was the same scene.
• 24:32
But this time I had posse with me and I called to the crowd and I said, don't It was basically the same thing. We're going to go out there and stand against this. Don't be a bunch of cowards. And we went out to the water's edge and got on bullhorn. And we were saying, you know, men bring your children down to the water now.
• 24:56
You know, this has to be a free country. Stand with us. And there was one police vehicle. It was the same scene. And he beelined it for us and my knees started knocking because I thought I was going I was going to jail again.
• 25:10
And as soon as he got to us, he made a sharp right. And then he went and took off the beach, and we never saw him again. And it was probably five minutes later after we had cut the police tape down that these people just started streaming through the hole in the tape. And we had heard from one of the spectators that they were waiting for us to arrive because the police had explained to them that once we got there, the beach was gonna be open. So half an hour after we arrived, the beach was totally packed.
• 25:52
And most people didn't have any idea. I mean, it was, you know, this is kind of a highfalutin word, but it was a sublime experience that I thought I was going to go to jail again. We didn't know what was going to happen. And it was that single, you know, kind of dumb notice of violation that we had delivered to them where I realized that their authority is an illusion. It was a house of cards and we just blew on it a little bit and it all came tumbling down.
• 26:31
Seth Holehouse: And that's the interesting part of it is that you see that it's it's like the Wizard of Oz that they they put off this great all powerful appearance, but especially because of our constitution and and even beyond the constitution, just the people that recognize that, you know, god gave me my rights. It doesn't take me the the constitution or the bill of rights for me to understand that. It's like I'm a sovereign human being. I was born on this earth with free will, and I refuse to let anyone take that away from me. So it's it's so it's interesting, though, how how you've kind of framed it that way.
• 27:08
And so I I know that you've you kinda kept pressing. Like, you you didn't kinda back off. And in this journey of then advancing and becoming more of just the person that was kind of a victim to really, I think, pushing hard against this system, have you found that the that as you push hard, they get stronger and stronger or that you're exposing more and more weakness and that they're evading you or resigning or, you know, what's happening in this battle? And where are you at with that?
• 27:38
Speaker 2: So it was probably four or five months later, I wanted to get the body camera footage from the initial arrest. And they kept avoiding it, avoiding it, and then they explained they would neither mail it to me. And I could not send a friend to pick it up because judge Elizabeth Bonetta issued a bench warrant when I didn't show up for their for their arraignment for me standing on the beach. And when I went there, there's a number of things. I underestimated their hubris and their stupidity, and they sent out officer Boucher to deal with me.
• 28:29
And it is a hard thing to describe what it's what it was like to have to see my my public servant then imprisoned me and would drag me out to the jail with no concern for my safety. So he keeps saying that there's a warrant out for your arrest and you have to sign this citation and produce your ID. And I said, I'm not signing it unless you can show me a constitutionally compliant warrant. And then they wound up throwing me on the ground and coughing me and dragging me out to the jail again. And I still didn't get my body camera footage.
• 29:12
And the second one was even more traumatizing than the first because it was people go through a lot worse in this country than I did as far as the violence that was inflicted, but it was still humiliating. And again, they treat you like chattel. And it took me about a month or two to emerge really from that trauma. And then after that, I went on the warpath. And I started meeting their codes, meeting their policies, and using it against them.
• 29:54
And the first time that I caught the chief of police, Paul Tomasi, in a lie was when I asked for the video surveillance footage from the back parking lot. And so I had been arrested in July, and I asked for it in January, and they told me it had already been deleted. But if you read through their policy manual, I forget, I think it's three seven seven point one point six. It says that storage and retention of media has to be retained for a minimum of one year. And I submitted a professional conduct complaint to a city manager.
• 30:33
And I said, well, this guy said he's already deleting the footage when it says right in his policy that he's supposed to retain it for one year. And then it was kind of like an avalanche of professional conduct complaints and lawful notifications. And I was determined to hold them accountable for what they did and not let them get away with that. Because when I saw what they were doing, I thought, well, who the hell do these people think they are? And it was about three and a half months after I just started bombarding them with their own, you know, throw their own words back at them, their own policies.
• 31:19
And it was announced that no. Wait. Pardon me. So I was arrested February 26, and I started hammering them about May. And chief Paul Tomasi announced his resignation September 1, I think, of twenty twenty one.
• 31:39
So he had been with that department for thirteen years, and he's now a security guard at the aquarium.
• 31:46
Seth Holehouse: So Do you think that that had anything to do with you, that his his resignation? Because I'm sure that becoming a police chief, like, that's a it's a career goal for a lot of people not to be a, you know, a a mall cop or an aquarium security officer. Right?
• 32:05
Speaker 2: I would say it is most probably me that his insurance, there could be some other reason that I'm not aware of, but he was the first one. And then I also had my car stolen by the sheriff's department. And I'd really stopped. I've started pruning back out all of these euphemisms that they use to hold wool over our eyes. It's not towing.
• 32:41
  It's theft. It's not taxes. It's extortion. It's not arrested. You're kidnapped.
• 32:48
They're not handcuffs. They're torture devices. So because we think in language and in particular the words that we use. So I tell people the sheriff's department stole my car and I don't think it can quite it doesn't quite click yet. And they stole it in, I think it was a week after I got arrested, a week before, a week before.
• 33:14
And I did the same thing with the sheriff's department. I started I read their policy manual, vehicle codes, and I started submitting conditional acceptances, lawful notifications, professional conduct complaints. And now the stuff that I'm going to talk about may be directly related to me. But maybe something else, which I'll talk about in a moment. I had the conditional acceptance for all the violations in the car served on the sheriff's department.
• 33:49
It was October 1, I think. And two weeks later, both the sheriff and the under sheriff announced their resignations. And the city clerk also, I had a beef with her about hiding the signatures on the OSU office. And I hammered her with a couple of lawful notifications. I think it was five or six weeks later.
• 34:14
She also got out of Dodge. And it may be that it is directly related to me or that God has my back. And then it may be on the these guys are just on the periphery. And even though it may have had nothing to do with the car because coincidentally, the undershaft who is the guy that I predominantly communicated with the car, just so smug in his answers that they would And they sold it. So the sheriff's department towed it 30 miles away and then they eventually sold it.
• 34:59
And I love that car and I just couldn't bring myself to pay an extortion fee to get my property back. So they sold it. And then the 30 or 35 communications I had with the under shop, John Minnew, We did everything right. It was a lawful toe. There's well, I'm not answering this.
• 35:19
No responsive records. And it was really it it takes a certain type of person to keep communicating with these guys when they do these types of things. Right? And I got really good at being able to throw his words back at him. He just got exposed as a sexual predator about six months ago where he was clearly reading too much penthouse forum and sending his one of his deputies these salacious, perverted texts about what he wanted to do with her.
• 35:57
And then those texts got they got published in the media. And so he had to resign in shame. So that's another one. And then my prosecuting attorney, Richard Storms. When I went down on the beach, I was charged with entering a closed disaster area, a violation of penal code four zero nine point five.
• 36:24
And it said Teresa Irene Bacola was a person who entered a disaster area where a menace to the public health that exists, COVID-nineteen. And she engaged in tear gas activity and selling tear gas. And then what happened at the police department, Theresa Irene Bacola was a person who did obstruct a public officer in the function of his duties. I do certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct rigid storms. Then I get invited to his fundraiser.
• 37:06
I don't know if it's I don't know if it's I don't know if it's his fundraiser. I just think I'm going, you know, and it's gonna be fun and I'll get to meet some of the, you know, big wigs in the area. And it's all the mocky mucks, and some of the men have suits on. And it's Richard Storms who is running for DA. And I didn't even know by this point that he was gonna speak.
• 37:34
But when I walked in, we shook one in those hands and he said, I'm Richard Storms. And I was like, oh, my. I was actually meeting the guy that hurled me into this corrupt system. And I said, Don't you know who I am? And he goes, No.
• 37:59
Which I was a little pissed off about because I was hoping I was a little more notorious than that, right? But to his utter shame because he did not know who I was. He starts speaking to all the wealthy people about, and this is his first big political speech and I'm sitting at his feet. And he said, you know, I've been a tax attorney and this budget is not a problem for me. And, you know, the power has been taken from the people and you don't realize it yet, but I'm here to give it back to you.
• 38:37
And I do not want to prosecute innocent people. And and the reason that I can stay on the straight narrow is because I pray to God for guidance.
• 38:48
  Seth Holehouse: Wow.
• 38:49
Speaker 2: And if they're innocent, let them go free. And if they're guilty, let them get thrown to jail. My name is Richard Storms. I don't run for and everybody's clapping. I said, excuse me.
• 39:01
Excuse me. All that stuff that you just said, does that also apply to a woman who's standing on the beach and asserting her rights? And he got stuck and I said, you charge me for a weapon I did not possess. And you want to tell all these people here about how you pray to God for guidance. When you victimize, you victimize thousands of people in this county.
• 39:32
And he got stunned. And I said, you're interested in truth, right? He said, absolutely, I am. So we got shuttled out onto the patio and he told me that all he does is read the police reports and then he charges people. And I said, you didn't acquire any evidence at all in my case.
• 39:56
How many lives in this county have you destroyed based upon lies? And he said, well, if you if you have an open case, I can't talk to you. It's about ethics. I said, you don't have any ethics. And then he couldn't find the door to get back into the living room and the whole thing is glass.
• 40:15
So I had to walk over and help him to find the door to get back in. And then two months later, he dropped out of the race. And then I found out, was reading the paper that she had sued the county for, this is so mind blowing Because he had stomach problems. And his boss wasn't accommodating his disability and letting him take a thousand walks every day and the nerve, you're prosecuting thousands upon thousands of people in this county, no doubt, that have not committed a crime, haven't hurt anybody, and you're complaining and suing the county because of your boo boo? And I just checked the state bar website recently and he is now inactive.
• 41:20
So he's no longer even practicing. And I think oh, and there's one more. A friend of mine got arrested in a post office in Capitola for not wearing the mask. And he and I and his girlfriend went to the police department the following day. And actually, people go to my channel.
• 41:43
I think it's confronting Captola police. And they send out one officer because we wanted we wanted to press charges on the post office workers and the police that were guilty of false imprisonment. And the officer that comes out and talks to us, I've got paperwork with me, title eighteen, two forty one, two 40 two, and then title 42, section nineteen eighty three, which is a lawsuit, you know, that gives us the ability to strip them of their immunity. And I speak with him, my friend and I, for about ten minutes. And he keeps getting stuck in his own words.
• 42:29
But because my friend and I were an amazing tag team and he kept trying to get out of the words. And I'd say, excuse me, my friend is asking you a question. And we said, would like to press charges on the post office. And this goes back and forth for it's about ten minutes. And he said, well, I you know, we don't have any jurisdiction in the post office.
• 42:53
And I said, well, you don't have any jurisdiction. Then why were you there yesterday? And I think I have to ask him four times. And my friend has to say, she's asking me a question. I said, if you don't have any jurisdiction in the post office, then why did you show up yesterday to arrest my friend?
• 43:14
And he goes, okay, well, let's fill out the paperwork. I'll be right back. And then he gets in his car and he drives off like a punk. Then we read title 42Second1983 out to the entire police department on the bullhorn. And they never pressed charges on my friend.
• 43:33
And then it wasn't as significant. I mean, it was six months later, the police chief announced that he was retiring as well because apparently he was concerned that we were gonna sue him. And so I just think that if you if you I wouldn't even really say it's courage. But if you listen to that spark of divinity within and you align with it, it has a power that I can't even really quite comprehend. And it's going to help you.
• 44:17
It it will be behind you the entire time and not you know, I was ready to split the planet the day that I went out there on the beach, that if it was time for me to meet God, and it was just time for me to meet God. And I'm part of the dream team. So what can possibly hurt me if I know that my creator if I have his support.
• 44:50
Seth Holehouse: And that's the incredible part about this is and I'm glad you brought that up because I wanted to ask about it in terms of, you know, for a lot of us, you know, we in America, which I think it's been it's been the process of a very long dumbing down. It's a, you know, very long even, you know, as kids, raise your hand to answer a question. Get in line. You know, this has been drilled into us, you know, since, really, I think, a of ways, the communists took over our education system and, you know, so much of our society. And we've really I think they've been building up this psychological profile of a subservient America for a very long time because could they they could have never done anything like this a hundred years ago in America.
• 45:34
They they'd have people with rifles in their front lawns. I mean, they would have never accomplished this. So they knew that they'd have to slowly demoralize us and grind us down and make us focused on celebrities and everything and, you know, not know what the constitution really says. And so but if I look at your story, you know, you're not someone that you said, oh, yeah. I was I'm ex military, and I'm a constitutional lawyer.
• 45:58
And, you know, you're you're an artist, you know, as as as your your main, you know, kind of role in society. You're you're me. You're the other person. You're just the average American. Right?
• 46:09
And and you're not some you're not some guy that's six five that weighs three hundred pounds. It's not us not scared of a police officer. And so that's really I mean, when you're the only person stepping past those gates onto the beach and you look back and there's a sea of people staring at you, what do you think is the big difference of what's inside of you that gives you the power and the wisdom and the courage to do that that's different than everyone else around you?
• 46:43
Speaker 2: I I thought that that would be a hard thing for me to answer. The only maybe it's my relationship with God. I don't it's hard for me to it's really hard for me to understand how other people could not have done it. And the guy Jay, he actually is built like a football player. He's six foot or six foot one.
• 47:20
He was two hundred and thirty or forty pounds. And the fact that the two of us came to a point and he chose the way of enslavement and I chose the way of freedom and God was not accidental. That that God had the two of us come to a point on the beach. And I talked to him for a while. I was trying to inspire him to stand with me, and he just wouldn't do it.
• 47:58
And it's really frustrating and it's infuriating to me. You know, I was just watching, The Last of the Mohicans on YouTube to see what those men were willing to do. And I get it's just a movie and all that stuff. And yet it did happen. There were and it was either in the revolution or it was previous wars that there's some point where there's literally a line in the sand and particularly the men.
• 48:35
Because women are built to be nurturers, to want their husbands to be safe. But that is the job of the men is to, a lot of the time, say to the women, listen, wife, you have to take care of the family because I have to go out and stand against this. And I realize that we may well, I actually I just thought of an answer to your question. And it reminds me of a time that I was sitting with my family and my dad. And at the time, I think Russia was the boogeyman.
• 49:19
And we were talking, I was young, I was probably 10 or 12. And we asked my dad what would happen if the Russians took us over or something. And he said, we would have to he said, we would die before we would get taken hostage. And it became a contention between my father and I. And I said, you would want me and mommy and Carol to die?
• 49:52
And he said, I would not let that happen. We would die first. He may have said we have to fight. Also, my great grandfather's last name was. So it might be in my blood to be a fighter because apparently in Italy, you have to earn that last name.
• 50:16
That's how you you're given it. So it is probably part of my DNA, but I think it's mostly that it is my my love of God And that nobody can kill me if God doesn't want me dead. And second of all, nobody can kill me anyway because I'm eternal. So what do I I have everything to gain and everything to win by being in service to my God.
• 50:45
Seth Holehouse: And that's that's powerful. So I think it's also a big part of it is not fearing what's after. Right? Because, you know, I've I went through the process of watching a very close, you know, family member and friend of mine die, you know, almost in my arms over the course of of about a year and a half. And it was I was 30 years old at the time, and it was a very just real facing of life or death.
• 51:10
You know, it wasn't me that kind of survived a bad accident, but I but I witnessed just the fragility of life that it really made me think a lot about the afterlife and where does that soul go. And and and I'm a very spiritual person. I have a lot of faith. And so that's how I was able to make sense of that because for me, it's like, well, what's after isn't an unknown. Right?
• 51:31
It's like, well, okay. If they if if it's kinda like if today's my day, God, then, like, great. I get to come back. Right? Mhmm.
• 51:39
And it makes so I'm gonna bring up a quote actually, because I think this this really underlies I wanna, you know, kind of talk about the the psychological makeup of the people that sit on the side and feel that they willingly gave up their up their rights. And so I'm gonna pull up a quote to frame that discussion. This is from Kissinger, who said, the one thing man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by a world order, a new world order. And I feel like that really summarizes where we're at as I think that they've, you know, they've known, like you say, Satan himself knows that when people are scared of something, and and we're most oftentimes fearful of the unknown for people that are atheist or, you know, they might be looking at what happens after I die.
• 52:29
It's unknown to them that creates a lot of fear. And even the fact that it's okay. We went from the war on terror after nine eleven to the war on COVID. Well, both of these are invisible enemies that are completely unknown. You can't know them.
• 52:43
And so it's so easy for us to be tricked into a state of fear, even thinking I can't hug my grandmother because what if I kill her? Like, what a what a psychological mind job that is. I mean, it it's just incredible. But I think that there's a really important lesson in your story, which is really that it's if more like, if 1% of the American population had the heart that you did, right, where you were one out of four hundred and 50 thousand in your county. Right?
• 53:18
If 1% of the people had your conviction, they would never be able to take over this country because they know it. They know that they need our compliance. It's only through our compliance that they can rule us and turn us into slaves. But if we don't comply, if we don't wear the mask, if we don't, you know, rush off to get your third booster, if you don't, you know, do all the things that are trying to force us into complying, if we just say, no, I'm gonna grow my own food. I'm gonna live outside of your system.
• 53:49
I'm not gonna I'm not gonna obey your unconstitutional laws. If enough people if, you know, the picture of you kind of on the beach and the 12 of you, then a sea of people coming in, Like that right there, that to me is the metaphor for what happens in America when the 12 people out of, you know, you know, 12,000 or 10 or a hundred thousand. But when when a small group of people say we're not going to comply, That's what breaks the entire thing, which it makes sense so then why you're such a threat to their system. It's not because you're one woman that, you know, they're worried about what you're gonna do or if you're gonna, you know, kinda turn them in. It's because you represent the greatest threat to their system, which is a resistance to their tyranny.
• 54:37
Speaker 2: Well, I have a bunch of things to say about that. Yes. I 12 of us, which is an interesting number, it's like the 12 signs of the zodiac and right, we broke the spell. I I don't really look at myself as a threat to the system. I more look at myself as someone that is going to help people, help these officials with their karma because I don't hate any of them.
• 55:14
I don't hold any animosity towards them. I do I have brief moments when I'm by myself that I do, but I really I shudder to think what is gonna happen to some of these judges on judgment day. I don't think that they have used the word, you know, I'm going to see the judge. There's only one judge, the judge. And I I feel that some of the judges or the police officers that come to contact with me, that it's a blessing because I'm gonna help them to clear up their the accumulation of their cruelty on their crimes before they pass over.
• 56:15
And I I don't really worry about the whole system or freeing the country. I am concerned with myself and with the people that I love because I can forge a path of liberty while I'm here that is mostly not connected to what other to what the other people are doing on the beach. Okay. Then the third part of that is, and this is going to be kind of contentious, but I think about it all the time that women have to. They have to know how important their role is and that you have to protect your womb from cowards.
• 57:16
And that you need to date a man for a considerable amount of time until he proves himself worthy. In other words, if you get growth in a bar or something that really makes you, it humiliates you and you're with a man and he makes excuses about why he didn't do anything about it. And I'm not he doesn't need to start cracking guys over the head with beer bottles in the bar. That's not at all, I mean, but you have to be very acutely aware of whether or not he is going to protect the children that you produce from your womb or he's going to make excuses. And so I would say that the key to creating heroes is by protecting the womb because the men down, you know, men love challenges.
• 58:27
They they they need anything that's going to be worthwhile to men. Obviously, I'm a man is that he's going to have to prove himself. He's going to have to know that he's worthy. Every man wants to be forged into being a hero. And so the key kind of lies with the women and, you know, make the men prove themselves before you will you will commit.
• 58:53
I think that's a huge part of it.
• 58:57
Seth Holehouse: And I I couldn't agree more with that. And I think that that's something that we're seeing a resurgence of thankfully. And it's also something that if you look at again, we talked about the campaigns, the psychological campaigns, get in line, raise your hand. Well, the, you know, the this kind of the gutting of men in this country, it's intentional. Right?
• 59:16
Because it's not to say that women should be weak. I mean, you know, my my wife, who you could say is an anti feminist, is still a strong woman. Right? And I only I only have her respect when I deserve it and when I earn it. And and that and it keeps me on my toes to make sure that it's like because she's she has given herself to me to protect her.
• 59:38
And so if I'm not doing that, it's like, well, then what's the purpose? Because, you know, it goes back to, you know, go go watch nature for all the the the confusion over gender and stuff. Go watch the the Discovery Channel and see the difference between a male lion and a female lion. Right? You see how that plays out.
• 59:56
You see where the strength is, and there's a reason Even with how the the male lion expends its energy. Yes. They you know, the male lions, they lay around a lot of the day. But when that time comes that they have to protect, they have all that stored up energy, and that's what makes the difference. So well Mhmm.
• 1:00:15
  Go ahead.
• 1:00:15
Speaker 2: Oh, also, it was a it was a crystallizing moment, I guess, when I went down there and saw what they were doing. And most people haven't had the experience that that I had. It was such everything kind of dropped off the edge. And in particular, you know, to their to their shame, those men let me go out there alone. And actually, when I went back to move my car when they were going after Jay, there was another guy that he saw me around the corner and he goes, you know, I just wanna let you know that we know you're right.
• 1:01:02
And I was like, well, then come out there with me. Oh, I cannot you know, I have immigration problems. I can't like, everybody's got some excuse. You know? And we do a couple of minutes.
• 1:01:17
  We have about five minutes.
• 1:01:18
Seth Holehouse: Oh, absolutely. Yeah. Yeah. Please. Please.
• 1:01:20
Speaker 2: Okay. They've also been doing the same thing to us at Twin Lakes State Beach in Santa Cruz. And it's all based upon this one sign that they erected. And it's like no alcohol, no glass bottles, park hours, 6AM to 10PM. And we were having bonfires out there for a long time.
• 1:01:49
And once they get that, they got that notice of violation that we delivered, they left us alone for about a year. And they would actually go and harass the other people, the other bonfires, and they would leave us alone. And then at some point they decided, they actually told us, well, things are changing And they started arresting us for just being on this beach past a certain period of time. And one of them was, it was really horrific that they had, it was two park rangers and then the sheriff's department showed up and they dragged this woman off to jail. They actually strip searched her and they filed eight charges against her, misdemeanors, all misdemeanors based upon this sign.
• 1:02:46
Right? And I decided to follow the codes that they told us, which was a violation. So the first one was California Code of Regulations 4,326. Well, and this took me a long time to unravel, but this is one of the reasons I'm so good at this is because this is what I do for a living. I design and complex these intricate jigsaw puzzles made out of glass.
• 1:03:13
And if you have any space in between the glass, there's going to be light that shine through it and that's a flaw. So I don't like gaps in the glass. Okay? So I went and I read the California Code of Regulations and they're word wizards, these guys that write these codes. And if you read the codes, it says that the California Code of Regulations is a rule regulation adopted by the agency that is then filed with the Secretary of State that has the force of law.
• 1:03:50
Okay. So you would read that and think it's lawful. But if you go to all the links below it, it directs you to the executive branch, not the legislative branch, but the executive branch. And then it also says on the 04/1926, posted hours alcohol were posted in accordance with four three zero one q. So you go to four three zero one q and it's posting of road signs.
• 1:04:23
And then it cites its field. I think it's vehicle code 88101 that has to do with posting of road signs on a street or a highway. And so these guys were criminally charging us for a sign that is required to be posted on a street or a highway regarding internal rules and regulations, which only apply to those in the California Department of Parks and Recreation. So the whole thing was fraud. They also said that no alcohol on the beach is unlawful.
• 1:05:02
They're citing, they're extorting people for that. No glass bottles on the beach, no curfew. Then I also found out that you have to get a permit from California Coastal Commission. If you want to institute a curfew on any beach, the California Department of Parks and Recreation never got the permit. And then if you go even further back into that, it's a public trust doctrine, which is ancient Roman law that all people have the right to the waters, the ocean, the navigable waters.
• 1:05:38
And so if you just keep drilling down, it is a house of cards and you just have to be willing to blow on it a little bit. And so another friend of mine got prosecuted for the same thing. He was facing six months in jail over breaking this curfew on the beach at Twin Lakes. And again, accidentally, he had to be in a court on Monday and that weekend I found out that they never applied for the permit. So we were able to go in there and talk to the DA, Christine Sulimazian, And we met with her in the courtroom and we said, look, the sign is deficient and they didn't get a permit.
• 1:06:31
So you got nothing. And we would really love to invite you and your I think she has a wife. Invite you and your wife out to the bonfire with us and join us and we can all have a party. And if not, you should know that my friend and I love to fight. And we're gonna sit in this courtroom and take note of every crime you commit, and we're gonna keep a log, and we're not gonna stop.
• 1:07:01
And she I mean, I love when people underestimate me and my friends. I just love it. I love it so much. So she underestimated us and my friend to his credit would not take a plea deal. It wasn't a plea deal.
• 1:07:18
They were offering him a delayed dismissal. That may be diversion. I'm not sure. But he said, as long as you don't get into trouble for six months, I'll delay, I'll dismiss all the charges. And my friend said, no, I'm not going to do it.
• 1:07:37
Let's go to trial. So we went to trial and the twelfth juror again, the twelfth juror said, not guilty. So we got a hung jury and then he came back again two weeks later and the DA had to dismiss the charges.
• 1:07:58
  Seth Holehouse: Wow.
• 1:07:58
Speaker 2: So we won again. We won again. Yeah.
• 1:08:03
Seth Holehouse: Gosh. What just I mean, there's there's so many different nuggets of of inspiration in this, which is just don't comply, learn their rules, learn their code, learn their rules, learn it better than them. And and and, you know, you're right. It's a house of cards. You just blow it over with their own laws and their own rules, hold them to their own standards and see what happens.
• 1:08:29
So Teresa, what an incredible story. And I thank you for just being who you are, but also sharing this message. Before we sign off though, I wanna encourage folks, if anybody wants to support what you're doing, which I think is a highly important cause, you have a GIVESINGO. And I'll put the link to this in the description. And for the audio listeners, it's still in the description, but just it's give Sam GIVESINGO.com/g3fdt.
• 1:08:59
Right? Giffsongo.com/g3ft or f d t. And this is where people can support you, you know, if they want to, which I I really recommend it because, you know, I can't be on the beach, you know, fighting with you, but this is the way that I can support the cause. So, Teresa,
• 1:09:17
Speaker 2: just Oh, you know what? Oh, pardon me. Before
• 1:09:19
  Mel K: we sign
• 1:09:20
Speaker 2: off Yeah. I just wanna tell your viewers that I have filed a lawsuit against the police officers that arrested me, the city manager Carmel in Monterey, and I'm doing it not not alone, but I'm not an attorney. And we're gonna need to depose these guys, which is where the bulk of that money is gonna be required. And that means that I get to turn the tables on them. And I get to sit in the room with them with a videographer and ask them where they believe they got the authority to do this.
• 1:10:01
And it's sort of rare that the one that got arrested is going to be the one that gets to ask the questions. And so if people want to help me to do that, that that would be great. And if they also want to go to my channel, they can watch the initial arrest. And then the arrest of the police department is called, I think arrested over an instrument of human trafficking. And when we opened the beach, it was the day 12 rebels reclaimed a gift from God.
• 1:10:38
So they can watch the journey. And then if they want to help me to continue to right the ship, because it's not just the depositions, but I am really hoping that after the lawsuit is settled and they've been held accountable, that I'm gonna have a vegetarian barbecue in exactly the same spot where I got arrested and the entire police department is gonna be invited. And we can kind of put this behind us and, you know, bury the hatchet and talk about what it is we learned from one another. That's really I'm actually looking forward to officer Boucher coming down there in his civilian clothes with his family.
• 1:11:25
Seth Holehouse: It'll be a glorious day to do that.
• 1:11:29
Speaker 2: Certainly. Yeah. It's going to be beautiful. I mean, I I visualize it constantly and I know that God I know that God wants that to happen and it's gonna be so amazing. And everybody's gonna be invited.
• 1:11:46
Everybody will be invited. I mean, it'd be amazing actually, you know, if people were come flying in from all over the country to be out there with me and officer Boucher and, officer Johnson. I mean, it's gonna be great.
• 1:12:02
Seth Holehouse: What a good vision. It's it's a vision. I mean, really, it's a vision of uniting, and that's what we have to, I think, really aim towards with with our country is is unite. You come together. Left versus, you know, right, straight, gay.
• 1:12:14
It doesn't matter. You know, just coming together and saying, look, we're all human beings that were given freedom and sovereignty by God, and no one can take that away from us. That's that's their greatest fear. There's a reason why they keep us divided is because when we're together, they have nothing on us. So, Teresa, thank you again.
• 1:12:34
What has been such a wonderful conversation with you. And I just I get, I, you know, I'll pray for you to, you know, give you strength on your journey because I think you're doing very important work.
• 1:12:45
Speaker 2: Alright. Well, thank you very much. And God bless you, Seth, and God bless your family. And you have a wonderful day, and I'll see you soon.
• 1:12:54
Seth Holehouse: Alright. Thank you. Alright, folks. I've got a quick message for you. I have one simple question.
• 1:13:01
If today you could no longer go purchase more food for your family, with the food stores that you have in your home, how long would you be able to feed your family? Would it be a week, three weeks, a month, two months, a year? This is a really important question folks that we have to be very realistic about because the elites are proactively trying to put us into a state of food crisis and a state of famine. I'm sure you've seen all of the different food processing plants and farms that are blowing up. You've got cattle dying by the tens of thousands.

They're proactively trying to collapse our food system because they know if they can control our food, they can control us. And so one of the best ways to be outside of their control is to be able to have our own stores of food and to be able to produce our own food. So there's really two things I would recommend. One is having heirloom seeds that you can grow your own food with, making sure that they're non GMO heirloom seeds. That way you can harvest your seeds this year, use them next year.

You can use these seeds for generations. Literally, it's how it will work. The other thing though is this high quality storable food. This is food that's sitting somewhere. It's hidden in your basement, buried in your backyard, whatever it ever it is.

So that way, if there is a crisis, if there is an emergency, you might have three months set aside to get through that time period. And so for this, I would highly recommend a company called Heaven's Harvest. This is an amazing Christian owned patriot company, and what they're doing is they're making high quality storable food. Again, lot of the food companies, they say these food buckets, they're all about maximizing calories per dollar. They're filling the buckets with a bunch of filler and junk like sweet beverages, etcetera.

But Heaven's Harvest, they focus on very high quality food that will last up to twenty five years on the shelf. They also sell heirloom seeds. You can buy all of your seed. You can buy all of your restorable food. And look, folks, personally, I would recommend having at least three months per person in your household, if not six months or even a year.
