- 0:00Welcome to the Gill 1918 Project, a podcast series by
- 0:03coaches, for coaches, powered by Gill Athletics.
- 0:06Think of this as the Ted Talks of track and field coaching.
- 0:09Short, insightful, and packed with valuable strategies to help
- 0:12you grow as a coach. We're bringing the once a year
- 0:15track clinic straight to your ears daily.
- 0:17Interested in creating your own episode?
- 0:19Everyone's welcome to participate.

- 0:23Now let's get into today's topic.
- 0:27I think those, I think those are really good things, right?
- 0:29So we talked about the accountability, right, Making
- 0:32sure people were there supposed to be helping and cheering.
- 0:35The encouragement, I should say, not accountability, the
- 0:37encouragement of other team members, making sure that
- 0:42you're, you're, you're not running too many events, right,
- 0:45right. Those are those are critical
- 0:47things as well, making sure you communicate well because under
- 0:52communicating will will get warrant you a list of problems.
- 0:56So those load management issues want to do those maybe even
- 0:59cultural or communication breakdowns.
- 1:02And then the planning piece of it, making sure you're
- 1:04communicating with your coaches and you're up to speed on those
- 1:07things. So one last question, 'cause I,
- 1:08I, I, we, we probably got just a few minutes here as we kind of
- 1:13wind down. So let's talk about real quick
- 1:17simplifying systems, right? Because clearly you've got a
- 1:20really good system here that works for you, your coaches,
- 1:24your team, even all the way down to the middle school level.
- 1:27So if a coach wanted to clean up their program, excuse me, if
- 1:32coach wanted to clean up their program and improve, improve, I
- 1:35guess you can say alignment, right?
- 1:37They wanted to improve some alignment.
- 1:39What's the first thing that you would recommend for them to fix,
- 1:43or for them to simplify in order to fix something that could be
- 1:47wrong in their program? You're you and your coaches have
- 1:52to be on the same page. Period.
- 1:55End of story. I hired everyone of mine except
- 1:59one. My throwing coach was there
- 2:02before me and like he is, it's always the throwing coaches.
- 2:06He's he is just like Mr. Track and Field.
- 2:09He loves all of it. As soon as like the as soon as
- 2:12he can get onto the track after throwing events are done, like
- 2:16he's he's there. Hey, I don't know that kids
- 2:18name. What's that kids name?
- 2:18So I can cheer for him, right? Like coaches need to be like
- 2:24that, right, period. Like learn names.
- 2:29Oh, that's another, that's OK. That's that's there's, there's
- 2:31like a pep heave of mine. I hate it when I hear coaches
- 2:35say I'm bad with names. Learn, learn every kids head
- 2:42coach. Head coaches learn every kids
- 2:46name. Period.
- 2:47End of story. OK yes some people are better at
- 2:50it than others but if you're a head coach I can understand my
- 2:54Sprint coach not knowing all the distance runners names.
- 2:57He's going to try. I know he's going to try.
- 2:59But like head coach know every kids name, have the same
- 3:04relationship with every kid. No that's impossible.
- 3:07But learn their names, make them feel important.
- 3:13And yeah, so hire people that care about the team, not just
- 3:21their group. And if you don't like hiring is
- 3:24hard. Like I, my AD lets me do all my
- 3:28own hiring. Hiring is very it's not, it's
- 3:30not the most fun process. So when like if my coaches leave
- 3:36for some reason, like I want to support them, I want to see them
- 3:40grow. So if like especially if they're
- 3:42a younger coach and if somebody leaves my program and gets a
- 3:45head coaching job someday, that's going to be awesome.
- 3:47But you know, replacing them is difficult.
- 3:52And if you don't, if you don't know somebody, then it's really
- 3:54hard to make this judgement. But hire somebody that loves the
- 3:58sport and likes the sport overall.
- 4:03And yes, I'm not saying like every coach needs to know the
- 4:08nuts and bolts of every event that I think the head coach
- 4:11should OK, I want, I want as head coach, I want to be able to
- 4:16step in for my throwing coach if he's sick, right?
- 4:20I want to know that the the kids are going to get what they need
- 4:22at practice. So I'm not.
- 4:26But assistants and event coaches like be a master of your event
- 4:31and acknowledge and cheer for the other events.
- 4:34So try to find people like that. Try to hire people who are going
- 4:40to be all in on the program as a whole because it's really hard
- 4:45to have success. And if, let's say yours, this is
- 4:48where it applies to the smaller school, Like if you have like if
- 4:53you got a smaller team, and I don't want to say fighting over
- 4:57kids, but like you have to be more careful about where you're
- 5:01putting kids in certain events because load management's even
- 5:07more important. And figuring out where you can
- 5:10win is even harder. You know, when you have a
- 5:12smaller team, like be be humble and be there for the team, not
- 5:22for yourself and not just for your own group.
- 5:25That is, that is square 1. So as head coach, you have to
- 5:30care about everybody, learn everybody's name, trust your
- 5:36assistant. If you hire somebody because
- 5:38they know how to coach an event, trust them to coach that event,
- 5:42right? I'm not going to write my Sprint
- 5:44coaches workouts. I'm not going to tell him who to
- 5:48put on the four by one unless I have a very strong team based
- 5:52reason, right? Trust them to do their job, know
- 5:58what they're doing, but don't micromanage, right?
- 6:00Like I want my Sprint coach to know that I care about what he's
- 6:04doing, but I'm not going to micromanage him.
- 6:09Cheer for the kids, all the kids, the JV.
- 6:12Like you said, you like having a smaller team and that works for
- 6:17you. For me, I'm at a big school
- 6:20where like we're like, my team is like 10% of the student body,
- 6:24which is when you think of it that way, that's really cool.
- 6:28And yeah, we have, we have kids that aren't, you know, we got
- 6:31some boy who's never going to run faster than 12/5, right?
- 6:36And depending on how big the Sprint group is, we might have a
- 6:41conversation with him someday about, OK, you need to try
- 6:47longer event group just because there's too many kids in this
- 6:50event group and you're the lowest one in the totem pole,
- 6:53right? That's a numb, that's just a
- 6:55management thing, right? Like you can't have 50 sprinters
- 7:00and only 5 long sprinters, Not going to work that way.
- 7:05But if there's room in that group for that kid, then find a
- 7:09way to celebrate them because it's going to affect them in a
- 7:12positive way, right? It then it takes a little wins.
- 7:18Like sometimes you can turn programs around pretty quickly.
- 7:22But back to our 4 by 4 our first year, I want to say like we
- 7:29didn't we I don't think we won a 4x4 until my third or fourth
- 7:33year. And like you look at some of the
- 7:38time, you look at some of the times early on and it's it's not
- 7:41great. Those are those are surely
- 7:43distance runners running a 4 by 4 right now.
- 7:46They were sprinters. But then, yeah, we came runner
- 7:49up in the state last year and and it's because it was a had a
- 7:56long, you know, we weren't going to fix it overnight.
- 7:59We had a very young team when I started.
- 8:01And like you said at the top, it's hard.
- 8:04It's hard to, for you can't force age, right.
- 8:11You can't force, you can't force puberty and testosterone.
- 8:14That's going to take care of yourself.
- 8:16So you got to be, you got to know what you have, know where
- 8:20you can succeed now, and know figure out what you need to do
- 8:23to succeed in the future. For us, that's our fixing our
- 8:27800 this year. We're going to try to fix the
- 8:29800 because that's the group that's been been bugging us the
- 8:32past few years, right? So yeah.
- 8:35Good luck with that. That's one of my favorite
- 8:37groups. So I'm I'm one, I'm one of those
- 8:39weird people. I guess I want to say weird.
- 8:41Maybe I shouldn't say weird. That's a bad term.
- 8:44I'm like, I guess I'm a unique individual.
- 8:46I must. I was a former sprinter, but I
- 8:49absolutely love cross country and I don't know too many
- 8:53sprinters that love distance running or distance the group,
- 8:57the distance group. I love the distance now where I
- 9:01am now, I, I coach the jumpers, hurdlers, sprinters in our
- 9:07distance group too right now. But we got a couple of got a new
- 9:10coach and a new Sprint coach and he's coming at speed.
- 9:15But I'm getting in together teaching him some things.
- 9:17But the unique part of the my mindset is strategic, right?
- 9:22I love the strategy behind the 800 and above.
- 9:24I think I want those unique things.
- 9:26So when you said 800, my ears perked up.
- 9:28Now I'm like, I'm interested. I want to know what you guys are
- 9:30going to be doing, right? So you know, you're going to
- 9:33have to post that in the track tribe, right?
- 9:35I really want to know. I'll be, I'll be really
- 9:37interested in in hearing about what you guys are doing and how
- 9:40you're developing. I guess 800, we've experimented
- 9:45with different things and nothing's quite stuck and I
- 9:48really it takes the right kid. It does.
- 9:52That's a hard event. It straight up takes the IT
- 9:55takes the right girl, the right boy who just really, they know
- 9:59how to hurt for 200 meters, right?
- 10:03They know how to get to 600 and survive.
- 10:06Yeah. So I know you got yourself,
- 10:10maybe I'll share some of the stuff that I've done because I
- 10:13know and this is kind of just digress.
- 10:15I don't want to get too far off. I had a couple of JV kids that I
- 10:19got to run varsity. And I told our kids last year, I
- 10:21said, you guys aren't running a 4 by 8 unless everybody's at
- 10:24least under 210 at a minimum, right?
- 10:27That's the standard. Because these kids down here,
- 10:30they're, you know, again, we're in a little bit warmer climate,
- 10:33so they move a little faster sometimes you got these kids.
- 10:37And last year at our state meet, 8th place was like a a 759.
- 10:44The MHSA AM HSAA 4 by 8 is, it's crazy.
- 10:50It's like we are, yeah. If we can, if we can.
- 10:54Our goal is to qualify the four by eight.
- 10:56My goal, we haven't talked about it as a group yet, but my goal
- 10:59is to qualify our 4 by 8 for the first time in frigging forever.
- 11:02And and that's going to be an accomplishment.
- 11:06And we have, we have teams that are running.
- 11:09Yeah, 7:47. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 11:12It's like. Michigan and we're going to be
- 11:15well happy to be here in the 3rd and and Heat 3.
- 11:19Yeah, that that's so insane. You know what?
- 11:21And I find that, and maybe this is a conversation too, like just
- 11:24coaches just kind of looking at the patterns around the country,
- 11:28right? You find the North has some
- 11:31really, really good distance runners, right?
- 11:34Especially obviously the high altitude areas, right, Because
- 11:38when they come down to low altitude or regular altitude
- 11:40with us, they just. I heard, I heard Arrowhead.
- 11:46What's Kansas? No, Utah.
- 11:52What's his name? Teemo.
- 11:53I heard Teemo at Mostert at, at our, our, our cross country
- 11:57clinic a few weeks ago. And yeah, he talking about how,
- 12:01yeah, they're coming down from altitude for NXR.
- 12:04And it's like, that's a, that's something I don't got to worry
- 12:06about. I'm not going to worry about
- 12:07coming down from altitude and, you know, converting times and
- 12:10stuff. So yeah.
- 12:12Well, I think it, I think it benefits them, you know,
- 12:14training at altitude, obviously there's less oxygen, so when
- 12:17they get down, but sometimes they can have an adverse effect
- 12:20too. I don't know, especially in the
- 12:22warmer weather. But I, it's very interesting
- 12:24because, you know, I talked to our cross country kids sometimes
- 12:27I'm like, you guys are pretty good.
- 12:30But these guys up north, they would wipe the floor with you in
- 12:34like some, it's like you guys are running pretty good.
- 12:38But man, I'm telling you, these northern guys, because I ran in
- 12:40New Jersey, you would see these guys flying.
- 12:42I'm like, Oh my God, what's happening?
- 12:44But the sprints down South are a little faster.
- 12:47We have, yeah, we have kids. Who?
- 12:49Yeah, the the state record 4 by 1 was set at at a meet we were
- 12:56at a few years ago, Division One state record for boys, 4 by 1.
- 13:01That was very cool to be at the track for to see that happen.
- 13:05And if that was run at some whatever invite at Texas, it
- 13:11wouldn't have podiumed, right? Like, come on.
- 13:16Yeah, the patterns, yeah, I saw as fun.
- 13:18So I know what I'm going to wrap it up here.
- 13:20Fun part, I got to see Langston Hughes High School.
- 13:23I don't know if you ever heard the kid.
- 13:24Maurice Gleaton. They call him Lambole.
- 13:29Yeah. So he was in our region.
- 13:32OK, for for. Years.
- 13:33Yeah. So we we had a we had a region.
- 13:35We called it the Region of Doom. It was us and the high school,
- 13:39Langston Hughes and a couple of the schools that you probably
- 13:41aren't familiar with, but dude, they took the top four out of
- 13:45our region. Our region is like most people's
- 13:47district, right? Yeah.
- 13:48So most people go district, region, state, We go, yeah.
- 13:51We just go, we go region, state. There's no district front
- 13:54though. And yeah.
- 13:55We have region, sectional state, so they take the top four out of
- 13:59our region. Did we?
- 14:01We left the 10 seven home, no. That's crazy, That's crazy.
- 14:06That's gonna, that's gonna, that's gonna probably win state
- 14:11finals for us most years. Yeah, that's insane.
- 14:14But at that, that your, your comments about like you like
- 14:18cross country in the 800, like that's a, that's probably the
- 14:22best analogy I have for like a new head coach.
- 14:26And the example I'll give is so to our, our region of death.
- 14:31Have you heard of East Kentwood? No, OK, so E Kentwood is the
- 14:35biggest school in the state to there.
- 14:37Are there over 2000 something? No, they're over like 3000
- 14:43whatever They're they're 10 minutes North East of us.
- 14:48OK. They are basically how in our
- 14:52county like they're in the big conference.
- 14:57The OK right is what they call it Ottawa, Kent County red.
- 15:00We're in the OK green if we're just like the next step down.
- 15:05So all the biggest schools are in a conference together and
- 15:08then the the next size schools are in a conference together in
- 15:10our county. But we're in East Kentwood's
- 15:13region. And so really he they, they're a
- 15:18powerhouse. They were the first West Side
- 15:20boys team to win a state championship in a very long time
- 15:26in Michigan. It's it's like basically Detroit
- 15:30area, duh. You know, they're the
- 15:33powerhouses. But E Kentwood, coached by Dave
- 15:37Emiot, he's a freaking Hall of Fame dude.
- 15:40He's going to, he's been there for a while, but he's the boys
- 15:45head coach. He's the pole vault coach now.
- 15:51So speed and power guy, right? But at the regional meet, you'll
- 15:56see him freaking cheering for those distance runners because
- 16:02he knows that they matter. I saw him at our cross country
- 16:07regional meet a few months ago cheering for cross country
- 16:12runners. He's not a cross country coach,
- 16:14right? He's the track.
- 16:16He's the track boys track head coach.
- 16:18But he is there at the regional meet an hour away cheering for
- 16:22the cross country team, right? That is, that's the example of
- 16:26what it takes, I think, to really be successful is caring,
- 16:31caring for everybody, right? I think the hardest part of my
- 16:34job is on meet day when I can't see everything.
- 16:39Yeah, that's the hardest part of my job.
- 16:40I want to go support as many of the kids as possible, and I just
- 16:44can't. At some point, you know, some
- 16:48sprinter is going to walk up to me.
- 16:50Look at my stopwatch out timing the 1600, right?
- 16:54Like, unfortunately that's the worst time.
- 16:57You can try to talk to me, kid. Unfortunately not.
- 16:59And I'll still try, you know, I'll still try to be there for
- 17:01them, but I've also got to be there for their teammate who's
- 17:04on the track right now, right? That's the hardest part of my
- 17:07job. Yeah, and I love it, man.
- 17:09OK, I feel seen. I don't feel alone in this world
- 17:11anymore. I thought I was like a weirdo
- 17:12because I'm all over the place and I'm just like super cheering
- 17:15for the throwers for the you have.
- 17:16To if you want to be successful, especially in the big divisions,
- 17:21if you want to be successful, you have to be good at
- 17:23everything, which means that, which means that you got to care
- 17:26about everything, right? Like I'm the head coach.
- 17:30If I don't care about the throwers, then why should the
- 17:32distance runners? Why should the sprinters, right?
- 17:36So. Yeah, you got it man, Diet.
- 17:39So coaches, make sure, you know, if you listen to this or parents
- 17:44or athletes, I don't know, whoever is listening to this,
- 17:47make sure you support your team. Coach Hunter has it down.
- 17:51We talked about the, you know, getting your coaches on the same
- 17:55page, making sure that you all communicate well, managing your
- 18:02your athletes workload, especially if you have multiple
- 18:05meets during the week. We also talked about that kind
- 18:08of that macro cycle, macro cycle, curt culture and
- 18:11structure and then figuring out where pieces overlap.
- 18:16Unfortunately, we did get a chance to talk about how the
- 18:18field events fit into those little things, but we can save
- 18:21that for another session. That is something that has been
- 18:25kind of unique or near and dear to my heart because I.
- 18:27Think it's going to be going to be a thing for us because we got
- 18:29a kid who can throw a sophomore and you can throw.
- 18:35I know he took top ten in our conference meet, which is again,
- 18:37top ten in the conference meet is not a huge deal, but he's
- 18:40going to be, let me just put it this way.
- 18:41He's going to be fast enough to be a factor on our 4 by 1 and he
- 18:44can also throw a shot in disc right though it's that's, you
- 18:48know, it's going to become a thing.
- 18:49So yeah. Wow, that's so you.
- 18:53You know what's fun? All right, Fun fact, I competed
- 18:57against. You ever heard of Ron Dane?
- 19:00Oh yeah, yeah. So he was not only this
- 19:04outstanding thrower, right? I saw.
- 19:06There was a video of him last week that I saw like it like
- 19:09just it didn't even look like he took a full, like it was
- 19:13throwing disc. Didn't even look like he took a
- 19:15full. Just goes out there and, you
- 19:18know, half turn and yeah, so. When I when I tell you, most
- 19:23people do not understand how good that kid really was.
- 19:27I got to see it first hand. But what most people don't know
- 19:31is he also ran and I believe he won the 55 meter dash in our
- 19:37state indoor meet. What?
- 19:40Kim's a freak of an athlete, man.
- 19:43So yeah, he was, he was, I think he was wrong, man.
- 19:47Anyway, you never know. So lots and lots to talk about,
- 19:52man. I'm excited.
- 19:53I'm, I'm really looking forward to his next Coach's Corner.
- 19:56Well, we're going to all get together.
- 19:59We'll, we'll dive a little bit into high jump.
- 20:02I'll probably lead that session because that's kind of one of my
- 20:0440s there. You go.
- 20:06You know, the jump specialist, a lot of coaches.
- 20:09We got some pretty good jumps coaches in the in the in the
- 20:13tribe as well. That's good because that's one.
- 20:15Hiring jumps coaches is the hardest, hardest, hardest thing
- 20:18to hire jumps coaches and hurdle coaches?
- 20:21Not enough of them. If you want to become a
- 20:23successful coach, go learn to coach jumps and hurdles please.
- 20:27You know, it's, it's tough to find.
- 20:28You'll be eternally employable. It jumps, hurdles and throws.
- 20:32Coaches are the hardest to find. You want to be you want to, yes,
- 20:37I mean, we need good coaches. So if you're distance coach,
- 20:39sprints coach, you know, be as good as you can.
- 20:41But if you want, if you want to learn something new and you want
- 20:44to be eternally employable, go learn hurdles, jumps, throws.
- 20:49That I don't coach the throws. I'm going to get Auntie to teach
- 20:53me how to throw, to coach those throws.
- 20:55Auntie throws something yeah, and but other than that, yeah.
- 20:59I coached hurdles now this year again and I'm coaching all three
- 21:03jumps and so yeah, got a boat a lot you're.
- 21:07Going to need. You're going to need that
- 21:08spreadsheet. Yeah, definitely.
- 21:11And it ironically that's what I use and I share it with our
- 21:13coach and then our our throws coaches, our SNC guys, amazing.
- 21:18Does a lot of work, but we'll get into all of that.
- 21:20I'm looking forward to the conversation in the future and
- 21:24then diving into some more stuff here.
- 21:26Coach, I really appreciate you. I don't want to overcook your
- 21:29grits here with a little overtime, but hey, conversation
- 21:32and I love this stuff coaching. How how does anybody get in
- 21:36contact with you? How they?
- 21:37Following kind of like I talked about how I manage things a
- 21:42little bit and if you want details, if you want me to share
- 21:45any sheets that I have with you totally want to do that e-mail C
- 21:52Hunter. So CHUNTER, it's my first
- 21:57initial and my last name c.hunter@bcpsk12.net
- 22:06c.hunter@bcpsk12.net Always got to make sure I get all the
- 22:11letters out at on Twitter again. Never going to call it X.
- 22:17It's Twitter at Hunter Co HUNTERCO Instagram, the same
- 22:26thing I was going to check. Oh, Instagram Colin Hunter 88.
- 22:31So I'm willing to share anything, anytime, all.
- 22:35Right. And if you have not, if you
- 22:37didn't, if you missed all of that, you can track them down in
- 22:40the track tribe too. Yep, I'll post, yeah.
- 22:43I think if I haven't, I'll post my stuff.
- 22:45So yeah. Yeah, I'm excited, man.
- 22:48So again, we we did start a resource library.
- 22:51So coach, if you want me to put that in there, just let me know.
- 22:53I'll take a copy of it and make sure you just put all your stuff
- 22:55in there. That way they know it's
- 22:57attributed to you as a resource. And then we'll just put it in a
- 23:00hey by Coach Colin Hunter. Here's my XYZ sheet so I'll make
- 23:04sure. That's a good idea.
- 23:05I love that. I love that.
- 23:07So sweet. Yeah, that'd be.
- 23:09Great man, Coach, and this has been a blessing, man.
- 23:11I love talking about this stuff and maybe we could dive a little
- 23:14bit deeper. I'm looking forward to the
- 23:16future sports science conversations because I just
- 23:18know you're going to come bring it with that information as
- 23:21well. Teach coaches about Max V, teach
- 23:24coaches about accelerations, teach coaches about, you know,
- 23:28the technical things that they need to know and just educate
- 23:31the next generation at the same time.
- 23:33So I'm excited about that. Any final words, Coach?
- 23:37No thanks for having me. This is awesome.
- 23:39I love talking about it. Thank you for what you're doing.
- 23:43I think we need more of this every educate, coaching,
- 23:47education, giving back is important.
- 23:50The best coaches that you, you know this.
- 23:53I'm sure the best coaches out there are the ones that hold it
- 23:56out for you to have, right? The best coaches aren't hiding
- 24:00anything because they know that everybody who's worth anything
- 24:03is probably doing the same thing, right?
- 24:06So, yeah, this I love what you're doing here.
- 24:10Let's, let's teach people how to be successful.
- 24:13Love it. Yeah, absolutely.
- 24:15And you know, we don't gatekeep around here y'all.
- 24:17So we'll see y'all on the next session here.
- 24:20I don't know that. So the the coaches corner is
- 24:22going to be a track Tribe exclusive.
- 24:24We won't go live on YouTube on that one.
- 24:26So you'll have to be in the group for that because that's
- 24:29going to be a private Zoom link and all the coaches will be
- 24:31getting together discussing high jump.
- 24:33We're going, I'm going to do some teaching.
- 24:35I'm going to bring some other coaches in that what we're going
- 24:37to share some of their workouts, maybe even share some of their
- 24:39videos. We're going to dissect.
- 24:41We're going to talk about the sports science behind it and
- 24:44actual what it is that you need to do to set up your jumps
- 24:47program if you're new to it, if you want to enhance it and just
- 24:50kind of just a little bit about my background, if you're
- 24:53interested in that. We've got a 7 foot, I've got a 7
- 24:56foot jumper. I've got a 25 foot long jumper,
- 24:5849 foot triple jumper. He's at Florida right now.
- 25:01But also had a girl, she went 57, state champion, region
- 25:05champ, all that stuff. And last year, again, just
- 25:08produced A235 guy and a brand new jumper to the program.
- 25:14Never jumped. He was a baseball player.
- 25:16He started out at 18 feet. By end of the season, he jumped
- 25:1922 qualified for the state. That's awesome.
- 25:21OK, That's it's you, you know, you know that good athletes make
- 25:29average coaches look great, right?
- 25:32But when you can take that in year after year after year, new
- 25:35kid, new kid, new kid, that's especially the technical events.
- 25:39Yes, that's it. That's it right there.
- 25:41Hey, we got it down to a science man, and I'm grateful that I've
- 25:44had some mentors that have shown me the way.
- 25:47And I just want to share everything that I can with you
- 25:50to help everybody else bring their kids up again.
- 25:52The better the competition, the better we all get.
- 25:54There we go. Rising Tide raises all ships.
- 25:57So guys, thank you all for tuning into the track Time live
- 26:01session for one system, one program, I think 1 program, 1
- 26:04system. Excuse me and this is Meet us in
