If you’re an APS customer in certain Phoenix-area neighborhoods, you might be eligible for a cash payout—up to hundreds of dollars—thanks to the Annual Shareholder Reimbursement Program. Created in 1928 as a deal between utility companies, it refunds residents whose bills are at least 15% higher than they’d be with SRP.
