• 0:04
SPEAKER_01: Did you see what 3490 just texted about Denison Parkway's speed limit?
• 0:10
  SPEAKER_02: Oh no.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_01: Believe it or not, it used to be 25 up until the 90s.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_01: Oh you would that's like barely your foot on the gas.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_01: And then uh yes, you are right, 3386.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_01: Clearly, this is an example of Scott and Alley math.
• 0:23
  SPEAKER_01: 60 alley speed, 30 speed limit equals 30.
• 0:27
SPEAKER_02: You know, you know how they have girl math?
• 0:30
SPEAKER_02: This is like Scott and Alley math.
• 0:32
SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, don't drag me into this.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_01: Okay, this is alley matter.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_01: You've never gotten a ticket on Denison Parkway.
• 0:36
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, never?
• 0:37
  SPEAKER_01: Never.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_02: I've gotten everything from a speeding ticket to I thought you got a texting ticket once.
• 0:43
SPEAKER_01: That was on the highway.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_02: Okay, that was on the Robert Pattinson.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_02: Was that on Robert Pattinson Bridge?
• 0:47
SPEAKER_01: No, that was uh that was underneath the Pattinson Bridge.
• 0:50
  SPEAKER_01: I was actually on 86.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_01: And um this is years ago.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_01: This has got to be all at least 15.
• 0:56
  SPEAKER_01: 15 years ago.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_01: And um, I actually really was not texting.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_01: I was maneuvering my phone in the car.
• 1:04
  SPEAKER_01: Sure.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_01: Well, that's what everybody says.
• 1:06
  unknown: Right.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_02: So is that what you said in court?
• 1:09
  SPEAKER_02: I was maneuvering.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_01: Uh no, I think I just ended up paying the ticket.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_01: I was just like, get out of here, whatever.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_01: Because I remember the disdain on the trooper's face when he pulled me over.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_01: It was one of the funniest things.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_01: Because he goes, Do you know I pulled you over?
• 1:22
  SPEAKER_01: Classic line, right?
• 1:23
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_01: Do you know I pulled you over?
• 1:25
  SPEAKER_01: No.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_01: And uh and he goes, Well, you were using your phone.
• 1:29
SPEAKER_01: I go, No, I was moving it over here.
• 1:32
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, right.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_01: He totally gave me the all right.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, Well, what would I have said if I mean for because I really, honestly, really wasn't texting.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_01: Texting back in that day was not as easy as it is now.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_01: In fact, you didn't even have a let me grab the phone and just hit the button and well, like you could do it on our app, send it, send a uh voice message.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_02: Well, yeah, does anybody even get tickets anymore for texting?
• 1:52
SPEAKER_02: Because on my car, I just booped it.
• 1:56
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, that's it.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_01: CarPlay has helped eliminate that uh fundraising effort for the police department.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_02: Which is why they're still giving me tickets for odd even parking that I just got the other day.
• 2:06
  SPEAKER_01: Very good point.
• 2:07
  SPEAKER_02: $5 at a time, Corning.
• 2:09
SPEAKER_01: I don't want to make it appear that texting and driving is a good idea.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_02: It's no, I'm saying you don't you don't need to get a ticket because we don't text and drive.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_02: I just hit the button, text you know, Scott, and then I'll say, hey, don't forget to put gas in the car for me for me for today and for tomorrow when I get to or I'm sorry, for Ashanti and then Saturday for bike night.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_02: That's something I was gonna tell you.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_01: That I oh, that we need gas?
• 2:32
SPEAKER_02: Just to make sure that there's gas on the outer.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_01: Of course I'm well since we're talking about crime fighting here, uh, or in your case, just you know, the crime.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_01: Uh, did you hear about the French pre priest that ran down an 18-year-old suspect who was accused of stealing a car on God was on his side before crashing it?
• 2:48
SPEAKER_01: Well, so this priest goes into crime fighting mode in Detroit, full get up, the full priest outfit, like he was gonna be on the altar.
• 2:54
  SPEAKER_01: The full dress.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_01: And then comes up with the awesome tagline here.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: Grabbed him, put him down.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: He's resisting a lot, trying to run away, definitely, and so I had to unfortunately give him a few punches and hurt my hand a little bit.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: Nothing major, but making sure that there was no threat, since I didn't know if he had a gun, if he had a weapon.
• 3:10
SPEAKER_00: It was definitely suspicious behavior.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: And as soon as I had the police officers take care of this gentleman, I rushed back to the lady, make sure she needed the anointing of the six blessing or something.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: I was there too with the medics.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: Had to do my prayers as usual and have dinner with the community.
• 3:25
