SUV Hits Cyclist, Driver Flees | Portland News
A 74-year-old cyclist is in critical condition after being struck by a fleeing SUV in Washington County, Oregon. The crash occurred Friday at 4 PM near Rock Creek, at the intersection of Northwest West Union Road and Northwest Neakahnie Avenue. The driver, who failed to stop, made a left turn into the cyclist and sped off south. A nearby nurse provided crucial first aid before paramedics arrived.
