- 0:00SPEAKER_50: Today is today.
- 0:03SPEAKER_50: And yesterday was today, yesterday.
- 0:07SPEAKER_50: Tomorrow will be today, tomorrow.
- 0:11SPEAKER_50: So live today.
- 0:14SPEAKER_50: So the future today will be as the past today as it is tomorrow.
- 0:24SPEAKER_08: Good morning, John.
- 0:26SPEAKER_08: Jenny from West Minnesota.
- 0:28SPEAKER_08: Got a chance to meet Michelle Trifony.
- 0:52SPEAKER_08: Anyway, if you want to make a little bit of film, have a good day.
- 0:56SPEAKER_08: Have a good film.
- 1:34SPEAKER_06: They found Noah's Ark.
- 1:39SPEAKER_06: I did not have this on my bingo card this morning.
- 1:42SPEAKER_06: According to the DailyMail.uk article, uh, 100% confirmed that they found Noah's Ark.
- 1:50SPEAKER_06: I'm going to dive into the details of that and a lot of news today.
- 1:54SPEAKER_06: It is the John Justice Show presented by American Experiment.
- 1:58SPEAKER_06: I, of course, uh am your host, John Justice.
- 2:00SPEAKER_06: I'm glad you are with the show this morning.
- 2:02SPEAKER_06: Our producer Devin handling things on the production side today.
- 2:07SPEAKER_06: Hopefully there's no issues.
- 2:08SPEAKER_06: Made some improvements overnight.
- 2:10SPEAKER_06: I'm very excited about that.
- 2:11SPEAKER_06: So hopefully we can put some of our uh technical problems uh behind us and move forward as we cover the news of the day.
- 2:17SPEAKER_06: Speaking of which, a uh judge, even though they were appointed by President Donald Trump, doesn't mean they can't suffer from Trump derangement syndrome.
- 2:24SPEAKER_06: As a matter of fact, to often uh those that say they align with conservatism that seem to be uh the most staunch uh Trump derangement syndrome sufferers.
- 2:35SPEAKER_06: This judge has uh put a block in place regarding Trump's ban on the White House.
- 2:40SPEAKER_06: It's utterly ridiculous.
- 2:42SPEAKER_06: I'll dive into it a little bit later on this hour.
- 2:45SPEAKER_06: Uh the continuing drama surrounding St.
- 2:48SPEAKER_06: Paul mayor Horney Her is not ended.
- 2:51SPEAKER_06: Oh, no, no, no.
- 2:52SPEAKER_06: The police chief, unsatisfied with the St.
- 2:57SPEAKER_06: Paul investigation into the sexual allegations perpetuated by Cooley Herr.
- 3:03SPEAKER_06: Uh, he has now filed a lawsuit.
- 3:05SPEAKER_06: And with this lawsuit, we have new details, new information, new allegations.
- 3:12SPEAKER_06: It is salacious.
- 3:14SPEAKER_06: And we'll be talking about it after 7 o'clock today.
- 3:17SPEAKER_06: Also, the Minneapolis City Council is uh pushing forward and essentially banning Waymo vehicles by requiring there be a rider in the autonomous vehicle, thus stripping away the whole rationale for an autonomous vehicle.
- 3:32SPEAKER_06: And on top of that, they're making other suggestions of what the city of Minneapolis should do in the wake of the autonomous vehicles, which requires spending, you know, millions upon millions upon millions of dollars in infrastructure changes to push cars basically out of Minneapolis.
- 3:52SPEAKER_06: Of course, you know, when it comes to Waymo operating, uh, it costs the city no money.
- 3:56SPEAKER_06: Waymo just just operates.
- 3:59SPEAKER_06: So we'll get into that uh in the uh seven o'clock hour.
- 4:02SPEAKER_06: Uh, Representative Tom Emmer, he will be uh joining us uh via the phone, assuming that works.
- 4:07SPEAKER_06: We do have so the blaster line I can use as a phone line, as you've been listening on the show.
- 4:14SPEAKER_06: We've been handling the interviews via Zoom.
- 4:16SPEAKER_06: Um it does it does work as a telephone as well.
- 4:19SPEAKER_06: I just haven't used it yet.
- 4:20SPEAKER_06: So we'll see how this works out coming up in the eight o'clock hour.
- 4:23SPEAKER_06: Tom Emmer gets to be my gets to be my my dry run on using the telephone.
- 4:28SPEAKER_06: You think it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but for what we're doing here with the show, it is kind of a big deal, it is kind of a big deal.
- 4:35SPEAKER_06: Uh Emmer calls uh Donald Trump Jr.'s a wedding the new Russian hoax.
- 4:39SPEAKER_06: He's accusing senators of cooking up a new Russian hoax.
- 4:43SPEAKER_06: Accuse the upper changer of stalling the House's priorities in favor of a flimsy probe into presidential son uh Donald Trump Jr.
- 4:52SPEAKER_06: So we'll talk with Emmer about that.
- 4:54SPEAKER_06: Plus, um we've got the Republican Attorney General and state auditor candidates are leading DFL opponents with cash on hand.
- 5:02SPEAKER_06: And this is um something that is also happening nationwide.
- 5:07SPEAKER_06: So you in the polling, right, Republicans are are down.
- 5:12SPEAKER_06: The conventional wisdom, by the way, at the moment, on September 24th at 6.07 a.m.
- 5:18SPEAKER_06: here on the John Justice Show.
- 5:20SPEAKER_06: At the moment, the the the line of thinking is that the uh Republicans will probably retain the House, but most likely lose the Senate nationwide.
- 5:31SPEAKER_06: Okay, that's the current dynamics, looking at the at the polling numbers.
- 5:34SPEAKER_06: Um, however, the the cash on hand situation is still better for the GOP.
- 5:40SPEAKER_06: And I apply the rules that I've been applying to the Minnesota polls that typically you need to go and give the Republican side of the polling a few extra percentage points.
- 5:56SPEAKER_06: I know there are those out there to disagree with me.
- 5:57SPEAKER_06: That's just my assessment.
- 5:58SPEAKER_06: So, again, we'll talk about that with Representative Tom Memer coming up uh much uh later in the show.
- 6:03SPEAKER_06: In the meantime, let's go here.
- 6:04SPEAKER_06: High in the mountains of Turkey sits a mysterious boat-shaped formation that some researchers believe could be the remains of Noah's Ark.
- 6:13SPEAKER_06: It's pretty wild, man.
- 6:15SPEAKER_06: Regardless of what it is, it is a cool discovery, and it is um intriguing to consider that this could be confirmation of this uh massive biblical vessel uh that was uh created to save humanity and every kind of animal from annihilation during the catastrophic flood that the um biblical chronologies place more than 4,300 years ago.
- 6:48SPEAKER_06: If you want to comment throughout the show this morning as we dive into details of this, you can use that blaster line I was talking about.
- 6:54SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294, voice or text message, and email john.justice at americanexperiment.org.
- 7:02SPEAKER_06: Thank you to those that have already messaged uh this morning, by the way.
- 7:05SPEAKER_06: While the uh AI overlords were uh doing their pre-show run-up, I had a friend of the show said, uh, good show so far.
- 7:13SPEAKER_06: I think he's a great actually.
- 7:14SPEAKER_06: Let me make sure I got that right.
- 7:16SPEAKER_06: Sitting out, try not to screw it up when I start talking.
- 7:18SPEAKER_06: An international team examining the Dura Pin uh Pinar, Dura Pinar formation near Mount Ararat claims it has 100% confirmed that the mound is not a natural geological feature, but a man-made object.
- 7:35SPEAKER_06: Recent radar surveys reportedly revealed structural, structural layers, straight lines, right angle intersections, and a large cavity-like spaces at multiple depths.
- 7:46SPEAKER_06: Uh, one of my favorite lines in one of my favorite science fiction films, Prometheus.
- 7:52SPEAKER_06: That film was an acquired taste, by the way, but it's one of my favorite sci-fi films, is when they arrive on the planet in the Prometheus, which is the ship that they fly to the planet on, and they are uh traversing over the, you know, they're they're flying over the landscape and they round uh they they round a bend of a mountain.
- 8:14SPEAKER_06: And in it, and and they as they round the bend, they can see laid out in this valley what looks to be some uh you know created structures, because they're not humans in the in the in the story, right?
- 8:28SPEAKER_06: These are aliens.
- 8:29SPEAKER_06: Um, but created structures, and then they have you know straight lines, like runways.
- 8:35SPEAKER_06: And one of the secondary protagonists in the film uh goes, you know, set it down right.
- 8:40SPEAKER_06: Can you set it down right there?
- 8:42SPEAKER_06: God does not build in straight lines.
- 8:44SPEAKER_06: Love that line.
- 8:45SPEAKER_06: It's a just a great line.
- 8:48SPEAKER_06: Uh most strikingly, the researchers claim the scans show potential chambers, corridors, and tunnels along the thick underground layer, dividing into three parts, a feature that they compared to God's command for Genesis in Genesis for Noah to build the Ark in three decks.
- 9:01SPEAKER_06: I never saw the Noah movie.
- 9:03SPEAKER_06: Did you see the Noah movie?
- 9:04unknown: No?
- 9:05SPEAKER_06: I never saw, I never saw, yeah.
- 9:06SPEAKER_06: I heard it was weird and then it took weird, it took weird turns and deviated from the Bible.
- 9:12SPEAKER_06: It's like if you're gonna do that with Russell Crowe, who was playing Noah.
- 9:16SPEAKER_06: And yeah, I never watched it.
- 9:18SPEAKER_06: Maybe one of these days.
- 9:20SPEAKER_06: Um physical core drilling also found a layer rich with organic material.
- 9:25SPEAKER_06: Researchers are testing to determine whether it contains decaying wood.
- 9:29SPEAKER_06: The independent researcher Andrew Jones, the founder of Noah's Ark Scans, who has investigated the area for nearly 30 years, told the Daily Mail neither the radar surveys nor drilling conducted inside the formation detected limestone or solid bedrock.
- 9:44SPEAKER_06: This destroys the theory.
- 9:46SPEAKER_06: The site is a solid limestone block shaped into a boat by glaciers and weathering after coming down from the mountainside.
- 9:55SPEAKER_06: It also refutes the story that this is a bedrock around which mud flowed to form the shape.
- 10:00SPEAKER_06: Jones acknowledged that the evidence has not definitively identified the formation as the biblical vessel.
- 10:07SPEAKER_06: But he added, I firmly believe that this formation represents the buried remains of Noah's Ark.
- 10:13SPEAKER_06: Uh Daily Wire subsequently posted a piece on this.
- 10:17SPEAKER_06: It was interesting yesterday, and and I I hope this changes.
- 10:20SPEAKER_06: I'm kind of jumping to my to my point at the end of this piece, but um the story in and of itself is incredibly captivating.
- 10:27SPEAKER_06: I hope that it ends up grabbing mainstream attention.
- 10:33SPEAKER_06: Because I mean it's it it is.
- 10:35SPEAKER_06: It is incredibly uh intriguing that we may have found this, you know, biblical.
- 10:43SPEAKER_06: Um what's the word I want to look for?
- 10:45SPEAKER_06: There's a word I'm looking for here.
- 10:47SPEAKER_06: We may have found the ark from the Bible.
- 10:48SPEAKER_06: Let me just put it that way.
- 10:49SPEAKER_06: It's it's incredible.
- 10:50SPEAKER_06: And the opportunity to actually talk about the scriptures in mainstream media would be a really good thing for society right now, as we'll get into in other stories.
- 10:59SPEAKER_06: As I was doing prep today, as often happens, there's this common thread that develops.
- 11:05SPEAKER_06: And there's a through line between some of the stories we're going to talk about, including the one that's gone viral over the course of the last few days, and that is uh this beloved lesbian bar that drops a mask mandate and then all of its patrons suddenly collectively freak out.
- 11:19SPEAKER_06: There's a through line to that story and to the press being upset about being barred from the uh from the White House.
- 11:25SPEAKER_06: And so we will uh we'll dive into that a little bit later on in the hour.
- 11:29SPEAKER_06: Uh Jones, who has investigated the site, as we mentioned, for some 30 years, um went on to acknowledge that he says, I firmly believe the formation does represent the buried remains of Noah's Ark.
- 11:43SPEAKER_06: Most geologists who have studied the formation have concluded uh it is a natural geological feature shaped by the process of folding and landslides and erosion.
- 11:52SPEAKER_06: But researchers examining the site say the recent radar surveys, as I mentioned, and the core drilling have uncovered anomalies that they believe warrants further investigation.
- 12:01SPEAKER_06: The researchers also reported a thick underground layer, again divided into sections, which is straight out of the Bible.
- 12:06SPEAKER_06: Preliminary testing also found that soil inside the formation contained about 40% more carbon than samples collected outside, potentially indicating organic material.
- 12:16SPEAKER_06: Members of the Noah's Ark scan expedition have nevertheless gone further, claiming that it is the actual Ark from the Bible.
- 12:25SPEAKER_06: The formation was discovered in 1959 after appearing in an aerial photograph taken during a Turkish military mapping operation.
- 12:34SPEAKER_06: And despite the expedition members' claims, the evidence collected so far does not independently establish that this particular formation is Noah's Ark or that it is man-made.
- 12:45SPEAKER_06: So again, I I really hope that this ends up garnering more attention.
- 12:48SPEAKER_06: When I found the story yesterday, and we'll be talking a lot about the press uh today, by the way.
- 12:54SPEAKER_06: When I found the um when I found the story yesterday from the Daily Mail, I often go and try to find it's actually it's it's actually more about ease of prep.
- 13:04SPEAKER_06: The Daily Mail articles are really, really cluttered.
- 13:07SPEAKER_06: Let me just get into the details of it.
- 13:09SPEAKER_06: This is what I love about the show, is that I can I can more easily deviate uh into you know, you're fascinating to talk to type of commentary than I could before because I'm not under the time constraints that I used to be under.
- 13:22SPEAKER_06: Um, no, but the Daily Mail articles are always just filled with all kinds of graphics, and they're a pain in the butt when I'm trying to save paper and I'm copying and pasting, so I try to go and find other versions of the story, you know, rather than using this one.
- 13:34SPEAKER_06: Um, which is why I grabbed the Daily Wire story subsequently.
- 13:37SPEAKER_06: But when I looked it up yesterday, there was very little coverage.
- 13:40SPEAKER_06: I mean, the Daily Mail article was the only one that I found.
- 13:43SPEAKER_06: So I had set it off to the side momentarily simply for because of that fact.
- 13:47SPEAKER_06: Because I was like, all right, I want to see a little bit more reporting.
- 13:50SPEAKER_06: And today it is being more widely reported, so we'll see if this ends up gaining any momentum.
- 13:56SPEAKER_06: So, with this, uh, I found this clip online and I've been really enjoying uh Sean Hannity.
- 14:02SPEAKER_06: He's I don't know if it's a new podcast he's doing now.
- 14:05SPEAKER_06: Uh I I don't know if he's been doing this for a while.
- 14:08SPEAKER_06: I just know that the clips from his his podcast show have been popping up online.
- 14:13SPEAKER_06: And I've been really enjoying these interviews that he's been doing.
- 14:16SPEAKER_06: I think they're much better than his radio show.
- 14:19SPEAKER_06: I can't listen to Sean Hannity's radio show, by the way.
- 14:21SPEAKER_06: Can I just say that up front?
- 14:22SPEAKER_06: I can't.
- 14:23SPEAKER_06: And I and it's it's not even Sean Hannity's fault.
- 14:26SPEAKER_06: It's just he does so much, he does so many different things apart from the radio show.
- 14:32SPEAKER_06: By the time he gets to the radio show, he just completely phones it in.
- 14:36SPEAKER_06: And I get it.
- 14:37SPEAKER_06: The dude's busy as all get out.
- 14:40SPEAKER_06: Other individuals are clearly pulling his prep.
- 14:43SPEAKER_06: You can tell, and certainly with me being uh a talk show host, for as long as this guy's been investigating Noah's Ark on the Mount uh on Mount Error at, uh, I can tell that somebody else is doing the prep.
- 14:53SPEAKER_06: Much of what he's working through, he hasn't really spent a lot of time with, and he repeats it throughout the show.
- 14:58SPEAKER_06: So I encourage you, Sean Hannity, if you're enjoying the John Justice show this morning, do more of the podcast interview stuff and less of the radio stuff.
- 15:06SPEAKER_06: It's all going terrestrial radio is all going down the toilet, anyways.
- 15:09SPEAKER_06: Um I bring all this up because Sean Hannity had Ben Hansen on his show.
- 15:16SPEAKER_06: You're probably not familiar with him, and it doesn't really matter, but what he had to say was so Ben Hansen was on Sean Hannity's show talking about his grandfather's final uh message to his father.
- 15:28SPEAKER_06: This is a UFO investigator.
- 15:30SPEAKER_06: That's who Ben Hansen is.
- 15:32SPEAKER_06: And a former U.S.
- 15:33SPEAKER_06: Air Force intelligence specialist.
- 15:36SPEAKER_06: Okay, UAP whistleblower Dylan Borland was on the show, I believe, yesterday.
- 15:42SPEAKER_06: So I wanted to couple this.
- 15:44SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna make a larger point here.
- 15:45SPEAKER_06: I wanted to couple this with the Noah's Ark story.
- 15:47SPEAKER_06: And again, if you want to comment, 651-964-0294.
- 15:52SPEAKER_06: Uh, listen to what this UFO investigator had to say regarding um his grandfather's final message on his deathbed.
- 16:04SPEAKER_06: And no, it wasn't Bosco for you, Seinfeld fans.
- 16:08SPEAKER_06: Congratulations to the two of you listening on the stream at this early hour who got that joke.
- 16:13SPEAKER_51: It wasn't until years later that he actually told me what the conversation was.
- 16:17SPEAKER_51: So remember, he had been asking him for many years, he and I, and he said, Dad, you worked it right, Pat.
- 16:24SPEAKER_51: You were underground.
- 16:25SPEAKER_51: You were like um on this special assignment, and you and you were doing things you don't tell me about.
- 16:32SPEAKER_51: And did you he he point blank asked him at one point, he said, Is any of this true?
- 16:38SPEAKER_51: He said, Are we being visited?
- 16:40SPEAKER_51: Are we alone?
- 16:41SPEAKER_51: And at one point, my grandpa got, they were at the gym and he got up and he he was happy and having a great conversation with Ford.
- 16:48SPEAKER_51: He got up and he says, It's time we leave.
- 16:50SPEAKER_51: And when grandpa shut things down, he was serious.
- 16:53SPEAKER_51: So now fast forward to his deathbed.
- 16:56SPEAKER_51: And he's sitting there and my dad takes his hand because he hadn't been lucid for many hours, was totally out, and he opens his eyes and he looks over at him, and he's holding his hand, and um, without soliciting anything, he looks at my dad, opens his eyes, and he says, Son, I need to tell you something.
- 17:16SPEAKER_51: He goes, We're not alone.
- 17:18SPEAKER_51: And he said, You don't need to worry, everything will be okay.
- 17:23SPEAKER_51: Take care of your mother.
- 17:25SPEAKER_51: And then he passes away.
- 17:31SPEAKER_06: We're not alone.
- 17:33SPEAKER_06: Don't worry about it.
- 17:35SPEAKER_06: It's all gonna be good.
- 17:39SPEAKER_06: What a worr- what a time to be alive.
- 17:42SPEAKER_06: It's incredible, it really is.
- 17:44SPEAKER_06: I I can't, I've been I I can't wrap my head around this.
- 17:47SPEAKER_06: It's just it is it is incredible to me to be 54 years old doing this show at this moment in history.
- 18:00SPEAKER_06: I don't think people appreciate how significant this moment in history really is.
- 18:07SPEAKER_06: I mean, here you have just I mean, look, let's just just for the sake of the like the the two things, I'm gonna add one other element to this really quick.
- 18:14SPEAKER_06: You've got you've got the potential of a biblical discovery, right?
- 18:22SPEAKER_06: Tangible evidence of the validity of the scriptures.
- 18:28SPEAKER_06: At the same time, you have more UFO disclosure going on than we've ever seen before.
- 18:33SPEAKER_06: And then you have the rise of artificial intelligence, which I still don't think that people truly understand just how much our AI or SI, no, I'm going with artificial intelligence, I'm not going to go into the whole super intelligence thing.
- 18:48SPEAKER_06: How much artificial intelligence is going to have an impact moving forward on our lives?
- 18:52SPEAKER_06: I know we talk about it with David, but I was driving in today and I've made essentially an album and a half's work uh worth of songs using AI.
- 19:05SPEAKER_06: I've talked about this before.
- 19:06SPEAKER_06: I used to, during the, during the dark years, they weren't all that dark.
- 19:10SPEAKER_06: I was just single and living in an apartment and just, you know, living the club life.
- 19:15SPEAKER_06: Uh back in the, you know, back in my in in my you know early to to to later twenties.
- 19:20SPEAKER_06: And uh I did a lot of writing back then.
- 19:22SPEAKER_06: I have a binder full of musings, and I've been taking those and just throwing them into Suno and creating songs in the genre and style that I like.
- 19:30SPEAKER_06: And I'm driving in this morning listening to these tracks, and I was I had flipped back and forth.
- 19:35SPEAKER_06: I made a playlist of other songs from human beings, and then my AI created playlist.
- 19:40SPEAKER_06: And hearing the tracks back to back, it's it's stunning what artificial intelligence is able to create musically within a matter of seconds.
- 19:56SPEAKER_06: Layered, melodic.
- 20:01SPEAKER_06: We're talking change ups.
- 20:03SPEAKER_06: I mean, you would in in pre well a standard musician creating or a band creating that music, it would have taken them weeks of toiling to create what artificial intelligence can create musically within a matter of seconds.
- 20:22SPEAKER_06: And the significance of that to me is the fact that you know music is such an incredibly aspect of humanity.
- 20:33SPEAKER_06: One of the most incredible aspects of humanity.
- 20:38SPEAKER_06: I mean, it's been around since the dawn of man, going back to the Bible, not to get, you know, too ethereal with all of this, but it is.
- 20:47SPEAKER_06: Every, you know, every society, you know, since God said let there be light is something has in some way, shape, or form created music.
- 20:54SPEAKER_06: It's the way that societies communicate with each other.
- 20:56SPEAKER_06: People can often go and judge society based off their music.
- 20:59SPEAKER_06: You can judge demographics and groups based off their musical taste and choices.
- 21:05SPEAKER_06: And yet here you have artificial intelligence that can go and recreate it in just a matter of uh of seconds.
- 21:10SPEAKER_06: It's just and it's in a really, really just an incredible time, incredible time to be alive.
- 21:17SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294 is the blaster line if you want to leave a uh voice or text message for us.
- 21:25SPEAKER_06: I have a comment that rolled in.
- 21:27SPEAKER_06: Uh, I've been loosely following the arc story on Facebook, and it has been very fascinating.
- 21:32SPEAKER_06: I truly believe that they have found the ARK.
- 21:36SPEAKER_06: Pretty incredible.
- 21:37SPEAKER_06: Somebody else said also, uh somebody else also said, I can't do uh Hannity.
- 21:41SPEAKER_06: I'm tired of him saying he's a trained MMA fighter every time he can.
- 21:45SPEAKER_06: Really?
- 21:46SPEAKER_06: He says that I never heard that.
- 21:49SPEAKER_06: Sean Hannity is a trained MMA fighter?
- 21:52SPEAKER_06: I was completely unaware of that.
- 21:54SPEAKER_06: Thank you for the comments.
- 21:55SPEAKER_06: We'll get to your uh audio blast.
- 21:57SPEAKER_06: Uh, coming up shortly here on the John Justice show.
- 21:59SPEAKER_06: Oh, actually.
- 22:00SPEAKER_06: Actually, let's go ahead and squeak this one in.
- 22:01SPEAKER_06: So, congratulations.
- 22:02SPEAKER_06: I found one.
- 22:04SPEAKER_33: Man, I tuned in late.
- 22:06SPEAKER_33: And what do I hear?
- 22:07SPEAKER_33: I hear you're sharing my ATM code.
- 22:10SPEAKER_33: Yes, that's right.
- 22:11SPEAKER_33: With everybody on the line.
- 22:14SPEAKER_33: Costco.
- 22:17SPEAKER_33: Chocolate Easter.
- 22:20SPEAKER_06: Devin's probably completely lost.
- 22:22SPEAKER_06: Devin, are you familiar with the show Seinfeld?
- 22:24SPEAKER_06: I am.
- 22:25SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 22:25SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 22:26SPEAKER_05: Have you watched any Seinfeld?
- 22:27SPEAKER_05: I have.
- 22:28SPEAKER_05: Probably like a season's worth.
- 22:29SPEAKER_05: Okay.
- 22:30SPEAKER_06: All right.
- 22:30SPEAKER_06: I'm in the middle of a rewatch right now.
- 22:32SPEAKER_06: There is an episode where George Costanza, his ATM code is Bosco.
- 22:39SPEAKER_06: So he has, he's with his fiancee, and his fiance needs to go get money, and she wants the card, and then she asks George for his ATM code, and he's like, he doesn't want to give it to her.
- 22:50SPEAKER_06: He's like, they tell you specifically, don't give it to anybody.
- 22:54unknown: Okay.
- 22:55SPEAKER_06: Well, it turns out his ATM code was Bosco.
- 22:57SPEAKER_06: He ends up telling this in secret to Jay Peterman's mother, who's on her deathbed.
- 23:03SPEAKER_06: So full circle conversation this morning regarding the UFO guy, to which right before she dies, she ends up randomly shouting out, Bosco, Bosco, and then a whole, you know, comedy ensues because George doesn't want to admit that that was his ATM code.
- 23:17SPEAKER_06: So there you go.
- 23:18SPEAKER_06: Gotta watch it.
- 23:19SPEAKER_06: Doesn't translate as well when you're talking about it live during a uh during a broadcast.
- 23:24SPEAKER_06: All right, coming up, we will dive into the beloved lesbian bar dropping a mask mandate and chaos ensuing afterwards.
- 23:33SPEAKER_06: There's a really, really easy answer to this.
- 23:35SPEAKER_06: It's not in the article.
- 23:36SPEAKER_06: It's the most obvious thing ever, and I just don't understand.
- 23:39SPEAKER_06: We'll get into the controversy.
- 23:41SPEAKER_06: I had this in the stack yesterday and get a chance to get to it.
- 23:44SPEAKER_06: And then I had a bunch of friends of the show who were reaching out saying, Did you see the story about the lesbian bar and the mask mandates?
- 23:49SPEAKER_06: So we'll dive into that.
- 23:50SPEAKER_06: Also, uh Scott Bassent was talking with, I believe it was News Nation or Newsmax yesterday, and he laid out roughly three possible outcomes when it comes to the war in Iran.
- 24:03SPEAKER_06: I want to share with you that audio.
- 24:05SPEAKER_06: Also, a short clip from Melania Trump on uh with Fox and Friends yesterday morning.
- 24:10SPEAKER_06: I always like it when Melania does uh the press.
- 24:13SPEAKER_06: I think it's really good for the president, and I wish she would do it more often.
- 24:16SPEAKER_06: Um I find her, you know, I'm gonna use that word again this morning, but I find her incredibly intriguing, and I think that she should do more press.
- 24:23SPEAKER_06: But she talks about uh her relationship with Trump and um when she uh does things that Trump doesn't like but needs to be done.
- 24:30SPEAKER_06: So we'll get to that coming up in just a moment here on the show.
- 24:33SPEAKER_06: If you can't tell, I got a great night's sleep last night, and it's all because of the mini leaf night gummies.
- 24:38SPEAKER_06: I take one before I go to bed.
- 24:39SPEAKER_06: There's no bitter aftertaste.
- 24:41SPEAKER_06: They taste great.
- 24:42SPEAKER_06: So good that you like want to eat more, but you don't need to, and you shouldn't.
- 24:46SPEAKER_06: Well, I mean, unless you want to take a little bit higher dose to get a more sound night's sleep.
- 24:50SPEAKER_06: Some individuals sometimes have to take a slightly higher dose to end up having the desired effect.

- 27:01SPEAKER_52: Hi, I'm Joe Scott, and I'm the only conservative on the Eastern Carver County Schools board.
- 27:07SPEAKER_52: I'm also the only incumbent who supports balanced budgets, key performance indicators in our superintendent's contract, and counting everyone's vote every time in school board elections.
- 27:21SPEAKER_52: Our enrollment has been declining since 2018, and we lose 1,300 of our resident students each year to neighboring districts.
- 27:30SPEAKER_52: I have solutions, but the majority of the school board and administration are stuck in the status quo.
- 27:37SPEAKER_52: You can vote as early as Friday, September 18th, and I'd appreciate your support.
- 27:43SPEAKER_52: To learn more about me and how I stand on other school board issues, visit reelectjoescott.com.

- 29:02SPEAKER_06: Uh things are running as they should on the Mix LR app, or you can listen to the audio only feed of the show live, also at AmericanExperiment.org.
- 29:12SPEAKER_06: Podcasts are posted on that feed across all podcast platforms as well.
- 29:17SPEAKER_06: And you can watch the show.
- 29:18SPEAKER_06: If you're on X, go to my feed at John Justice, J-O-N, at John Justice.

- 29:25SPEAKER_06: Also on Facebook and YouTube for Center of the American Experiment and my feeds as well.
- 29:30SPEAKER_06: And all of those seem to be uh running as they should to this morning.
- 29:34SPEAKER_06: And as always, I just really appreciate your guys' uh patience as we work out some of the some of the bugs.
- 29:39SPEAKER_06: As I told that listener this morning, uh if it were easy, everybody would be doing it.
- 29:43SPEAKER_06: And it's not.
- 29:45SPEAKER_06: All right, before we talk uh lesbian bars and mask mandates, let's go here.
- 29:50SPEAKER_06: Uh Secretary Scott Besent says there are roughly three possible outcomes.
- 29:54SPEAKER_06: The outcomes are threefold when it comes to what's taking place in Iran right now.
- 29:58SPEAKER_06: Here is what he had to say yesterday.
- 30:00SPEAKER_45: The regime turns on each other.
- 30:02SPEAKER_45: Not impossible.
- 30:03SPEAKER_45: Uh two, we get some kind of uprising for the Iranian people.
- 30:07SPEAKER_45: They've probably killed 50,000 of their own population, so very very difficult.
- 30:12SPEAKER_45: And then three, to get the Iranians to, if they want to make a deal, to stick to the deal.
- 30:19SPEAKER_45: As President Trump said at the beginning of August, he didn't think the Iranians were ready for a deal.
- 30:24SPEAKER_45: We gave the MOU a try on June 3rd, and then the Iranians, a few weeks later, began firing the uh on ships in the strait and being very aggressive.
- 30:35SPEAKER_45: And this time, if there is a deal, I guarantee you they're going to stick with it.
- 30:39SPEAKER_06: We made news about it It was really interesting when we were talking yesterday about your thoughts regarding the gas prices and uh my theory that I don't think the narrative being pushed by the leftists, the Democrats against Republicans is as strong, certainly here in Minnesota, is as strong as Democrats would like to believe.
- 31:03SPEAKER_06: And that was uh shown in the Thinking Minnesota poll.
- 31:08SPEAKER_06: We had on uh Bill Walsh here from Center of the American Experiment, uh sharing some of the first exclusive numbers from this comprehensive poll done here at Center of the American Experiment.
- 31:19SPEAKER_06: We're gonna dive further into those numbers coming up next week.
- 31:22SPEAKER_06: Again, this will be available uh to everybody in the latest edition of the Center of the American Experiment magazine Thinking Minnesota.
- 31:30SPEAKER_06: Uh head on over to AmericanExperiment.org to get your uh copy.
- 31:34SPEAKER_06: So we're debuting exclusively here on the show these numbers.
- 31:38SPEAKER_06: But when it comes to things like energy costs here in Minnesota of the concerns among the voters, yeah, it wasn't that high.
- 31:44SPEAKER_06: It wasn't that high on the on the list.
- 31:48SPEAKER_06: The war with Iran has gone on too long, and I'm sure that everybody within the administration would also agree with that assessment as well.
- 31:56SPEAKER_06: But I'm also confident that the administration, you know, had scenarios in mind of how to deal with it if it did become somewhat protracted, including the economic pressures after delivering uh kinetic warfare action, diminishing their ability to build a nuclear weapon and wage war against our adversaries.
- 32:18SPEAKER_06: I hope that it wraps up quickly.
- 32:20SPEAKER_06: As I mentioned yesterday, my guess is that there will be some significant changes within the next few weeks ahead of the official day to go and vote.
- 32:29SPEAKER_06: I'm not talking about early voting, but the official day to go and vote, uh, wherein the gas prices will probably drop before election day.
- 32:37SPEAKER_06: That's what typically happens.
- 32:39SPEAKER_06: Uh regarding the gas prices, this comment uh rolled in overnight and I wanted to share it with you, and then we'll um play the audio from uh the first uh lady here on the John Justice show.
- 32:49SPEAKER_30: Hi, John.
- 32:49SPEAKER_30: This is to be the last word in gas affordability.
- 32:53SPEAKER_30: Okay.
- 32:53SPEAKER_30: Um because I own a rental property in addition to my house, I pay literally more than ten times as much in taxes to Minnesota through property taxes and income taxes than I do in gas.
- 33:06SPEAKER_30: So the affordability issue for me is 100% taxes.
- 33:11SPEAKER_30: So in November, I cannot lower my taxes by I'm sorry, I can't lower my gas prices by voting for Democrats, but I have a good chance of lowering my or my only chance of lowering my taxes is to vote Republican.
- 33:26SPEAKER_06: Thank you so much for the blast.
- 33:28SPEAKER_06: You can leave us one as well.
- 33:29SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294, text or voice message.
- 33:34SPEAKER_06: Uh, here's a short clip yesterday talking on Fox News, a first lady, uh Melania Trump, revealing what she told to Trump this week after his speech at the UN General Assembly.
- 33:48SPEAKER_01: I told him he had uh great delivery, he did very well, and a great speech.
- 33:55SPEAKER_01: Um so I tell him the truth.
- 33:57SPEAKER_01: Sometimes he doesn't want to hear it, what I tell him, but that's okay.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: I always say the truth.
- 34:05SPEAKER_06: I again I wish that you would do more more interviews.
- 34:09SPEAKER_06: I think it's really good.
- 34:10SPEAKER_06: Not that it matters for the leftist, not that it matters for this judge that we'll talk about coming up in uh in just a moment, not that not that it changes anything when it comes to Trump derangement syndrome sufferers.
- 34:22SPEAKER_06: But there is uh there's a level of humanity that Melania Trump brings that's beneficial to just Trump and those who support Trump, in my opinion.
- 34:34SPEAKER_06: You know, this is his wife, after all.
- 34:36SPEAKER_06: And I I think it's important that we hear from her.
- 34:38SPEAKER_06: And so I like it when she goes out and does these uh media appearances.
- 34:42SPEAKER_06: All right, before we get into the lesbian bar uh and uh and judges, let me just share this one really uh with you, really quick, because it's uh stupid, but I also think it's funny.
- 34:51SPEAKER_06: A U.S.
- 34:51SPEAKER_06: District Judge, Melissa uh Damien, has dismissed a lawsuit yesterday.
- 34:56SPEAKER_06: Uh the lawsuit was accusing uh Hershey.
- 34:59SPEAKER_06: They make the the uh delicious chocolates.
- 35:01SPEAKER_06: The mini leaf uh dark chocolates are much better, a lot more fun, too, just out of curiosity.
- 35:05SPEAKER_06: Just want to let you know that.
- 35:07SPEAKER_06: M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.
- 35:09SPEAKER_06: Um it was accusing Hershey of misleading consumers with its seasonal candy packaging.
- 35:15SPEAKER_06: The judge ruled that Florida consumers, Nathan Vidal and Eduardo Um Granados, failed to show that they suffered any any concrete financial injury.
- 35:28unknown: Okay.
- 35:29SPEAKER_06: So Vidal and Granados claimed that they paid more for Reese's peanut butter cups because they expected the candies to have the decorative faces that were shown on the packaging.
- 35:44SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 35:45SPEAKER_06: The packaging for the Halloween staple shows a pumpkin-shaped uh Reese's with uh carved eyes and a mouth, while the actual candy has plain a plain surface.
- 35:54SPEAKER_06: It also labels the illustration uh a doing that thing with my fingers, decorating suggestion.
- 36:01SPEAKER_06: The plainists allege that the harm amounted to subjective disappointment.
- 36:07SPEAKER_06: Oh this is what uh listeners to the John Justice show experience every single day at 9 a.m.
- 36:15SPEAKER_06: Subjective disappointment.
- 36:17SPEAKER_06: I won't do that.
- 36:18SPEAKER_06: Maybe just the foes of the show.
- 36:20SPEAKER_06: Although if that were true, they wouldn't listen every single morning.
- 36:22SPEAKER_06: And they listen every single morning.
- 36:26SPEAKER_06: Even when I transition over to streaming only.
- 36:31SPEAKER_06: Me and Janice Shortle.
- 36:33SPEAKER_06: I should get her on the show.
- 36:38SPEAKER_06: Subjective disappointment.
- 36:41SPEAKER_06: Oh, you know who has suggested subjective disappointment?
- 36:44SPEAKER_06: My wife.
- 36:47SPEAKER_06: Sorry, I'm wiping out here.
- 36:48SPEAKER_06: Uh they added the candies they brought, uh they bought were not defective or worthless and were still shaped like pumpkins.
- 36:55SPEAKER_06: Damien wrote in a court order, gathering a motion to dismiss.
- 36:58SPEAKER_06: What's more, the plaintiffs included a photograph of what they actually received, Damien wrote, adding that while the candy lacked the cool-looking carving of a pumpkin's mouth and eyes, it was still pumpkin-shaped.
- 37:10SPEAKER_06: Okay, so if it hadn't been pumpkin-shaped and Sans the actual decorative on top, then they would have been able, their subjective disappointment would have garnered them some monetary compensation, apparently.
- 37:26SPEAKER_06: The plaintiff claimed they paid as much as 25% too much because of the designs shown on the packaging, but Damien rejected that argument, saying that Vidal and uh Granados bought the candy at Publix, the grocery store, while relying on prices from Target Walmart and Hershey's online store to calculate the alleged overpayment.
- 37:45SPEAKER_06: Damien already dismissed an earlier version of the lawsuit in September of 2025, finding that the plaintiffs had not established a concrete injury.
- 37:53SPEAKER_06: She allowed them to amend their complaint before uh dismissing the revised case.
- 38:00SPEAKER_06: So Hershey argued that the packaging clearly identified the carved faces.
- 38:04SPEAKER_06: As a decorating suggestion, a reliable consumer would not interpret the images as a guarantee that the candy itself would have those features, the company said.
- 38:15SPEAKER_06: You know, it's not like a kid who's buying a toy and the toy inside of the box doesn't match the toy on the outside of the box.
- 38:22SPEAKER_06: It's that you're talking about something that you're gonna you're gonna look at it for for all of a nanosecond before you toss it into your mouth and chow it down.
- 38:31SPEAKER_06: It's the packaging on the outside that matters more.
- 38:33SPEAKER_06: That's what gives you it's the it is the the dopamine release from seeing something that you typically enjoy that's now holiday themed to the current holiday season.
- 38:46SPEAKER_06: That's the enjoyment of it.
- 38:49SPEAKER_06: And I think that's kind of what the judge is saying here.
- 38:50SPEAKER_06: They're all being like, look, they still look like pumpkins, even though they don't completely match specifically what they are in the packaging, but it really is it's the packaging that that matters.
- 39:01SPEAKER_06: Going back to the kid analogy, by the way, it wouldn't be a big deal if the box art didn't match the toy.
- 39:06SPEAKER_06: But that being said, it's that it's most of the time for kids when you get the toy, it's actually getting the toy, it's seeing it in the store.
- 39:14SPEAKER_06: When Kyle and I go looking for collectibles, he does Transformers, I do Star Wars.
- 39:19SPEAKER_06: We don't like ordering online, we like going out to the stores because it's fun.
- 39:23SPEAKER_06: Just discover it out in the wild to see it.
- 39:25SPEAKER_06: There it is! That's the viewing that I was looking for.
- 39:30SPEAKER_06: That's the fun of it.
- 39:32SPEAKER_06: James Kelly, an attorney for the plaintiff, said his clients were disappointed by the ruling and uh planned to uh appeal.
- 39:40SPEAKER_06: Alright, let's go uh let's go here.
- 39:43SPEAKER_21: Did I hear you say subjective disappointment?
- 39:46SPEAKER_21: You did.
- 39:49SPEAKER_21: Subjective disappointment.
- 39:50SPEAKER_21: Isn't disappointment by definition subjective?
- 39:54SPEAKER_21: Sure can't be objective, because if it was objective, you probably wouldn't be a disappointment.
- 40:01SPEAKER_24: Yeah.
- 40:02SPEAKER_24: It's a choice.
- 40:03SPEAKER_24: Maybe it's just too early in the morning for me.
- 40:07SPEAKER_06: Maybe you need to get some uh oh boy.
- 40:11SPEAKER_06: Maybe you need to get yourself some uh some Reese's peanut butter cups.
- 40:14SPEAKER_06: Get a get a sugar high going.
- 40:16SPEAKER_06: Uh going back uh to the situation with Iran and the uh midterms, let's go here uh and uh to a friend of the show.
- 40:23SPEAKER_07: Good morning, John, Alex, friend of the show.
- 40:26SPEAKER_07: This affordability uh tactic that the left is trying to jump on and ride to victory in the midterm, they really think the American public is stupid.
- 40:41SPEAKER_07: Biden had four years and the affordability was now their thing is anybody with a common sense brain should be able to see through the BS and know what they're feeling.
- 40:59SPEAKER_07: It's unbelievable that they're claiming affordability.
- 41:03SPEAKER_07: The people that raise my taxes that make it more expensive to live a normal American life are those on the left.
- 41:12SPEAKER_07: And they are the ones claiming they can fix affordability.
- 41:17SPEAKER_07: Yeah.
- 41:18SPEAKER_07: B as and B, S as an N.
- 41:21SPEAKER_07: Have a great show.
- 41:22unknown: Thank you.
- 41:23SPEAKER_06: Alright, we gotta bring back uh the uh we had to bring back the blast of the day.
- 41:27SPEAKER_06: We need to get a sponsor for that.
- 41:29SPEAKER_06: If you want a sponsor at an incredibly competitive price, the blaster line and the blast of the day, just email me, john.justice at american experiment.org.
- 41:40SPEAKER_06: We can make that happen.
- 41:41SPEAKER_06: Because that would be up there.
- 41:42SPEAKER_06: That was a great uh comment.
- 41:44SPEAKER_06: It was the conviction in the comment, in his voice.
- 41:47SPEAKER_06: It was he he he was owning it, he he believed it, truly, deep down in his gut.
- 41:54SPEAKER_37: Good morning, John.
- 41:55SPEAKER_37: Good morning.
- 41:56SPEAKER_37: What kind of an idiot lawyer takes a lawsuit like the Reese's pumpkin cup?
- 42:06SPEAKER_37: And how much time do these two guys have on their hands and money to bring a stupid lawsuit like this?
- 42:14SPEAKER_37: No wonder our courts are so jam-packed.
- 42:17SPEAKER_37: I know it's a different court, but still jam-packed with this frivolous, dumbass stuff.
- 42:23SPEAKER_37: Sorry.
- 42:24SPEAKER_37: You're streaming.
- 42:24SPEAKER_37: I can say those words.
- 42:25SPEAKER_37: You can't.
- 42:26SPEAKER_37: Anyways, have a good day.
- 42:27SPEAKER_06: People don't like it when people say those words, even though I'm streaming, but you can absolutely go and say those words.
- 42:34SPEAKER_06: I felt so awkward.
- 42:34SPEAKER_06: I think I uh I think I said bitch the other day on the show.
- 42:38SPEAKER_06: Well, I just said it again, right?
- 42:39SPEAKER_06: And it just it was just as uncomfortable right now when I said it as it was when I said it the other day.
- 42:44SPEAKER_06: To uh your point, uh friend of the show.
- 42:47SPEAKER_06: You know, you want to believe that this is like I like I want to believe that this is just these two Yahoos trying to make a buck.
- 42:56SPEAKER_06: Like I I want to, I that's what I I know to me.
- 43:02SPEAKER_06: That's better.
- 43:04SPEAKER_06: That these Yahoos are just trying to use the system to go and make a, you know, to make a couple of bucks.
- 43:13SPEAKER_06: Because if not, they're just insane.
- 43:17SPEAKER_06: But speaking of people being insane, and why it may not be, just them trying to make a buck, and they really did have subjective disappointment.
- 43:26SPEAKER_06: I bring you this story.
- 43:28SPEAKER_06: Version out of Daily Wire.
- 43:30SPEAKER_06: A Massachusetts lesbian bar has finally relaxed uh relaxed its mask mandate for one night a week.
- 43:39SPEAKER_06: The decision promptly detonated a culture war among its patrons.
- 43:44SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna give you details on this here on the John Justice Show.
- 43:48SPEAKER_06: Again, you can comment.
- 43:49SPEAKER_06: Those comments are already uh rolling in.
- 43:51SPEAKER_06: Six five one nine six four zero two nine four.
- 43:54SPEAKER_49: I think that mask mandate and that lesbian bar was more for aesthetic reason.
- 44:00SPEAKER_49: Reasons, not medical reasons.
- 44:02SPEAKER_06: Well, maybe.
- 44:03SPEAKER_06: But you know what?
- 44:03SPEAKER_06: Beauty is also subjective.
- 44:06SPEAKER_06: And there's somebody for everybody.
- 44:10SPEAKER_06: That needs to make a comeback, by the way.
- 44:11SPEAKER_06: Just want to say that.
- 44:12SPEAKER_06: You know what else needs to make a comeback?
- 44:15SPEAKER_06: More companies like Ericsson Plumbing, Heating Air, and Electrical that are not going to try to take advantage of you.
- 44:21SPEAKER_06: Because unfortunately, so many of those companies that you see, like when you're driving around town, driving in Minnesota, you see the vans for different home service companies and the companies that you've known for years and that you've trusted for years to give you quality local service, what you do not know is that a bunch of those companies, because of economic downturns and COVID, they've been purchased by outside corporations.
- 44:45SPEAKER_06: I'm not anti-corporation.
- 44:47SPEAKER_06: However, the impact that it's had on those companies has been dramatic.
- 44:51SPEAKER_06: They're not providing the quality of work that you typically would expect from a company that's locally run and actually cares for their clients like Ericsson Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electrical.
- 45:02SPEAKER_06: Family-owned, licensed experts that are non-commissioned across the major trades.
- 45:06SPEAKER_06: And so you know that when they come in and give you any recommendations, whether you're dealing with a specific issue or you're taking advantage of their iHeart My Home Club, you're going to get an assessment and recommendations that are honest and in your best interest.
- 45:19SPEAKER_06: That was my experience when I took advantage of their iHeartMyHome Club, full home mechanical analysis.
- 45:25SPEAKER_06: Fantastic time right now as we head into the cold winter months to do just that.
- 45:29SPEAKER_06: Just have a once over on your home.
- 45:30SPEAKER_06: Make sure you are ready for the frigid Arctic temperatures that we endure every single year.
- 45:36SPEAKER_06: Reach out to their uh website.
- 45:38SPEAKER_06: We'll go to their website, iHeartErickson.com, iHeartErickson.com, or reach out and call them today.
- 45:44SPEAKER_06: Uh 763-783-4545.
- 45:47SPEAKER_06: Again, that's 763-783-4545 for Ericsson Plumbing, heating air, and electrical.
- 45:54SPEAKER_06: So the latch, uh the last ditch, bar, and arts venue.
- 45:58SPEAKER_06: This is in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
- 46:00SPEAKER_06: It describes itself as doing that thing with my fingers, although I probably shouldn't when describing individuals like this.
- 46:06SPEAKER_06: Um, it describes itself as for dykes, transsexuals, gender freaks, workers, and their friends.
- 46:13SPEAKER_06: I'm with my fingers, meaning I'm quoting directly from the story.
- 46:18SPEAKER_06: They had required customers to wear a well-fitted KN95 mask or better at all times.
- 46:27SPEAKER_06: But the struggling bar decided in August to make masks optional on Saturday nights in an attempt to bring in more people.
- 46:36SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 46:36SPEAKER_06: People don't want to wear a mask.
- 46:39SPEAKER_06: How long ago was COVID?
- 46:41SPEAKER_06: Started in like 2020, right?
- 46:42SPEAKER_06: How long has it been gone for?
- 46:45SPEAKER_06: So last uh ditch posted on Instagram.
- 46:48SPEAKER_06: It's hard to say last ditch.
- 46:50SPEAKER_06: Last ditch posted on Instagram on August 31st.
- 46:53SPEAKER_06: It is with love we inform our uh Immunocompromised Disabled Divas.
- 47:01SPEAKER_06: Ooh, rock band or racehorse.
- 47:03SPEAKER_06: Immunocompromised disabled divas.
- 47:06SPEAKER_06: Oh, that's a rock band if I ever heard one before.
- 47:09SPEAKER_05: I agree.
- 47:10SPEAKER_05: Very colorful rock band.
- 47:12SPEAKER_05: I feel like it needs to be shortened up a little bit to be a racehorse.
- 47:15SPEAKER_06: Well, ID.
- 47:16SPEAKER_06: Oh, yeah, yeah, you're you're right.
- 47:17SPEAKER_06: Like it would be like IDD, but then it takes away.
- 47:19SPEAKER_06: Disabled Divas?
- 47:21SPEAKER_06: That'd be that's a better racehorse.
- 47:22SPEAKER_06: That would work.
- 47:23SPEAKER_06: But you bring in, Devin, you're right.
- 47:24SPEAKER_06: You bring in the Immuno compromise into the mix, and that just immediately takes it over to rock band status.
- 47:32SPEAKER_06: So uh they wanted to inform their disabled divas that they will be opening Saturday nights nights as mask.
- 47:38SPEAKER_06: Optional.
- 47:39SPEAKER_06: Optional.
- 47:40SPEAKER_06: Let me say it again.
- 47:41SPEAKER_06: Optional.
- 47:42SPEAKER_06: The reaction was swift, a bridge too far for some of the immunocompromised disabled divas or IDDs.
- 47:50SPEAKER_06: The post drew more than 730 uh comments.
- 47:53SPEAKER_06: Most of them were furious.
- 47:55SPEAKER_06: Just say you're being complicit in a mass disabling event and get over it.
- 48:04SPEAKER_06: Said one commentator.
- 48:05SPEAKER_06: People like you, uh excuse me, people like you kill disabled people in the name of your own leisure and convenience.
- 48:15SPEAKER_06: A third commenter hoped the venue would be firebombed for supposedly robbing my fellow immunocompromised people of their Saturday plans.
- 48:26SPEAKER_06: Does anybody else see the obvious thing here?
- 48:29SPEAKER_06: It was in that word that I repeated over and over again.
- 48:32SPEAKER_06: You can still wear a mask.
- 48:35SPEAKER_06: It's optional.
- 48:37SPEAKER_06: This kind of goes back to the friend of the show a moment ago who was talking about the subjectivity of the patrons.
- 48:43SPEAKER_06: Maybe that's the reason why.
- 48:44SPEAKER_06: We don't want to see the other Diva's faces.
- 48:48SPEAKER_06: We're much better just looking at their eyes for crying out loud.
- 48:53SPEAKER_06: Not to mention the fact that if they love this bar so much, the bar's trying to stay alive, they're struggling, they're trying to find a way to keep the patrons there.
- 49:01SPEAKER_06: You could you could still wear a mask.
- 49:06SPEAKER_06: It was not the response that Last Ditch was hoping for.
- 49:09SPEAKER_06: The bar had already been struggling financially.
- 49:11SPEAKER_06: Its owners had fallen behind on bills and couldn't pay themselves or uh the people working there, so the owners decided perhaps people might like to go to the bar without having to wear a K-95 mask, and that just was a bridge too far.
- 49:24SPEAKER_06: The backlash became so intense that Last Ditch apologized two days later for its passive and dismissive tone toward the most intersectional of us.
- 49:33SPEAKER_06: The apology only opened up another front.
- 49:36SPEAKER_06: The Instagram post containing the apology did not include alternate text for visually impaired users.
- 49:44SPEAKER_06: And the audience quickly noticed.
- 49:49SPEAKER_06: One commenter wrote, This is not an accessible post.
- 49:54SPEAKER_06: It indicates a lack of care or interest in disability intersectionality.
- 50:01SPEAKER_06: So disability intersectionality would be opening for uh the immunocompromised disabled divas.
- 50:08SPEAKER_06: Uh, in the middle of talking about this, Devin, I decided to throw a the in front of it.
- 50:12SPEAKER_06: I think that works better.
- 50:13SPEAKER_06: The immunocompromised disabled divas, as opposed to just immunocompromised disabled divas for the rock bands uh sake.
- 50:21SPEAKER_06: So uh let's go here to the blaster line, 651-964-0294.
- 50:26SPEAKER_29: Good morning, John.
- 50:27SPEAKER_29: These clowns that are suing and having this lawsuit thrown out, thank God, are just another example of the litigious society that we live in in the United States.
- 50:39SPEAKER_29: We have over 1.3 million attorneys in this country compared to far left in engineers of people that actually do something very useful for society.
- 50:50SPEAKER_29: And if there was some sort of tort reform, if you brought out these frivolous lawsuits and you're forced to pay damages, etc., people would think twice about running this up the flag hole and using these clown attorneys that take the case just to try and make a buck.
- 51:07SPEAKER_29: That's what's wrong with this country, or at least one of the things that's wrong with this country.
- 51:11SPEAKER_29: Too many attorneys.
- 51:13SPEAKER_06: I'd give that probably a three.
- 51:14SPEAKER_06: He seems pretty muted this morning on the Scott Conn level.
- 51:19SPEAKER_06: Uh so I agree with you on the litigious society aspect of it, Scott.
- 51:24SPEAKER_06: However, this situation I think is different.
- 51:26SPEAKER_06: Because so far in this story, we haven't seen any, we haven't seen any lawsuits.
- 51:31SPEAKER_06: There is a direct through line, though, from this story to another story that I have in the stack, also regarding the trans community.
- 51:39SPEAKER_06: And then when we get into the big headline story today, and that's this DC judge saying that due process wasn't followed in the Trump media ban.
- 51:49SPEAKER_06: There's a through line that connects all of these stories.
- 51:52SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna share this with you coming up on the show.
- 51:55SPEAKER_06: Again, 651-964-0294.
- 51:59SPEAKER_06: Let's go to this blast.
- 52:02SPEAKER_32: So at that bar, are we just supposed to look at the beers if we're supposed to have a mask on the whole time?
- 52:08SPEAKER_35: Maybe that bar doesn't serve beers.
- 52:09SPEAKER_35: That's more likely the case.
- 52:11SPEAKER_35: Are you gonna drink the beer if you got a mask on?
- 52:13SPEAKER_35: Have a good day.
- 52:14SPEAKER_06: No, you no, you that's a great point.
- 52:16SPEAKER_06: It's all symbolism, it's all style over substance.
- 52:19SPEAKER_06: It's all style over substance.
- 52:21SPEAKER_06: It's messaging.
- 52:22SPEAKER_06: You know, to bring up another Seinfeld reference, and I actually made this a reference recently, and it's just because it's top of mind because I'm in the middle of doing a Seinfeld rewatch while I prep uh during the day.
- 52:33SPEAKER_06: But there was the episode where Kramer was going to do a benefit run and everybody was wearing a ribbon, and Kramer didn't want to wear the ribbon.
- 52:42SPEAKER_06: And he was ostracized.
- 52:44SPEAKER_06: He was violently attacked, actually.
- 52:46SPEAKER_06: Who doesn't want to wear the ribbon?
- 52:48SPEAKER_06: It's all style over substance.
- 52:51SPEAKER_06: They're so insecure in their own beliefs within society that to go and diminish in any way, shape, or form a symbol that reinforces those flimsy beliefs turns out to be a threat to them.
- 53:13SPEAKER_06: That's a big driving factor.
- 53:15SPEAKER_06: But there's also the mentality that drives an individual to go and actually get upset over a mandate being dropped when you still can go and protect yourself.
- 53:24SPEAKER_06: To the previous caller, though, no, you're right.
- 53:26SPEAKER_06: Because it because of that fact, they'll have to lift up the mask, they'll have to drink the beer.
- 53:31SPEAKER_06: It's ridiculous.
- 53:32SPEAKER_06: But again, that's the style over substance part of it.
- 53:35SPEAKER_06: So now they're upset about the visually impaired users when it came to the post, which also is just an example that their initial argument was so flimsy that they had to try to go and point to something else to try to bolster their first complaint.
- 53:51SPEAKER_06: Critics had turned the simple act of taking a mask off on Saturday into an argument over ableism, eugenics, accessibility, intersectionality, and the proper use of the Instagram alt text.
- 54:05SPEAKER_06: The real drama was still to come, though.
- 54:08SPEAKER_06: Last Ditch ended up holding a community meeting on September 11th.
- 54:13SPEAKER_06: A secondary reason why that day is going to live in infamy, apparently.
- 54:18SPEAKER_06: To discuss the controversy and the bar's financial problems, about 10 people attended in person, with another 10 to 15 joining by Zoom.
- 54:25SPEAKER_06: The meeting was supposed to allow everyone to air their grievances.
- 54:30SPEAKER_06: Instead, the Zoom chat, the Zoom stream, became a running stream of complaints that were read aloud to the people in the room.
- 54:40SPEAKER_25: Hey John, how are you doing?
- 54:41SPEAKER_25: Great show so far.
- 54:43SPEAKER_25: I'm just wondering how they have a cocktail at the bar wearing a mask.
- 54:48SPEAKER_25: Because I don't know about you, but when I go to the bar, I'm usually having a cocktail.
- 54:53SPEAKER_25: Cocktail or beer, right?
- 54:56SPEAKER_14: Good morning, John Rich here.
- 54:58SPEAKER_14: So we're talking about the unmasking at the uh lesbian bar.
- 55:03SPEAKER_14: Can you say every day is a crisis?
- 55:06SPEAKER_14: So no matter what they do, someone's not gonna be happy, and it's a crisis.
- 55:13SPEAKER_14: There's gonna be a negative response.
- 55:15SPEAKER_06: Oh, yeah.
- 55:16SPEAKER_06: Look at when we get into the the attempt to ban Waymo from the Minneapolis City Council later on this morning.
- 55:23SPEAKER_06: Oh, you just wait again, theming-wise, very it's so similar.
- 55:28SPEAKER_06: Now there's another dynamic when it comes to the Minneapolis City Council and their desire to keep autonomous vehicles in the city, and it mostly is focused on their constituents.
- 55:40SPEAKER_06: It's the group, the lobbying groups, the voters who end up putting these communists into positions of power.
- 55:48SPEAKER_06: They're catering to them, so they just come up with irrational arguments to push back on emerging technology that is not going anywhere, all to just simply satisfy their base that continues to keep them in a position to make those very decisions.
- 56:05SPEAKER_13: The left treats life like their own twisted game of six degrees of Kevin Bacon, where they try to find anything they can to make a correlation to why or how they should be offended.
- 56:18SPEAKER_13: It's kind of funny, actually, a little bit.
- 56:20SPEAKER_13: Um, this bar is gonna pretty much close anyways because I doubt there's that many queer, disabled, whatever people that are gonna attend this bar unless they have some kind of exclusive membership.
- 56:34SPEAKER_06: Well, yeah, I mean the whole purpose why they did the mask drop was because they were trying to bring more people out to the club.
- 56:42SPEAKER_06: There weren't enough people that were coming.
- 56:48SPEAKER_35: Hey John, Seinfeld, uh Ruben.
- 56:51SPEAKER_35: Yeah, you did the accent perfectly uh with the German accent.
- 56:54SPEAKER_35: The symbolism there is that you know, why aren't you wearing your national socialist uh lapel pin?
- 57:00SPEAKER_35: Come on, join the party.
- 57:01SPEAKER_35: And the fact that they're you know kind of lefty stuff is the funny part, too.
- 57:06SPEAKER_35: Have a great day by now.
- 57:09SPEAKER_06: So uh the uh when a licensed therapist in the Zoom call, okay, serving as the meeting's uh mediator spoke.
- 57:19SPEAKER_06: One critic accused her of centering the feelings of the majority white and white adjacent staff.
- 57:26SPEAKER_06: Others questioned, and listen, that plays right into exactly what the previous blast was talking about.
- 57:32SPEAKER_06: About the six degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon, where they just they just they get the yarn out, they get the pushpins, and they begin trying to make the connections as best they can because their original argument was so weak.
- 57:47SPEAKER_06: Eventually the bars' sole remaining owner, uh Jackie Maitlin, took her turn to speak.
- 57:52SPEAKER_06: She said, It was not my passion project, she said later, beginning to cry.
- 57:56SPEAKER_06: She added, I never really wanted to do this.
- 57:58SPEAKER_06: I don't think I'm doing a very good job.
- 57:59SPEAKER_06: Maitlin, who took on the business after the other founder stepped back, told the ten D's her credit score was trashed, that she had to live in her truck for six months while pouring money into the bar, and that she was working four jobs.
- 58:12SPEAKER_06: This is hysterical to me because here you have an individual who fits the perfect dynamic of who the leftist would want to go and reach out to and take advantage of so that they could grow their power.
- 58:23SPEAKER_06: A downtrodden individual who's trying to keep a bar open for these very specific minority groups of individuals, and yet they simply cannot get out of their own will.
- 59:05SPEAKER_06: Shortly after the show concludes and across all the major podcast platforms.
- 59:08SPEAKER_06: You can watch the show on YouTube and Facebook with Center of the American Experiment, and also on my X feed at John Justice, and utilize the blasterline to leave us a voice or text message at any point throughout the show.
- 59:21SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294.
- 59:24SPEAKER_06: We've been talking about this beloved lesbian bar, Last Ditch Bar and Art venue in Greenfield, Massachusetts.
- 59:32SPEAKER_06: They dropped a Saturday night mask mandate.
- 59:35SPEAKER_06: Before this, you were required to wear a well-fitted K-95 mask or better.
- 59:42SPEAKER_06: But because the struggling bar was not bringing in as many people as they would like, especially on the busiest night of the week, they dropped the mask mandate.
- 59:51SPEAKER_06: You can still wear it if you want.
- 59:53SPEAKER_06: They're just not forcing anybody to do it, and that was a bridge too far for the leftists at the bar.
- 59:57SPEAKER_06: Hey, look at that.
- 1:00:02SPEAKER_06: The response from at least one critic to the bar's owner who said that she took on the business after the other founder stepped back.
- 1:00:10SPEAKER_06: Her credit score was demolished.
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_06: She's been living in her truck for six months while she tries to keep the bar afloat.
- 1:00:16SPEAKER_06: One person wrote this.
- 1:00:18SPEAKER_06: You chose to use your time to spill tears and center your feelings.
- 1:00:23SPEAKER_06: This is incredibly racist and deflecting behavior.
- 1:00:29SPEAKER_06: They're lunatics.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_06: Society created them.
- 1:00:33SPEAKER_06: I'm going to get into this in a moment.
- 1:00:36SPEAKER_06: After three and a half hours, the meeting ended without resolve, without resolving the dispute.
- 1:00:40SPEAKER_06: The bar's landlord has demanded$3,900 in back rent.
- 1:00:44SPEAKER_06: Unfortunately, for Maitland the owner, the mask optional Saturday, the Globe documented, was not exactly the raucous night Last Ditch had hoped for.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_06: The dance floor was empty.
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_06: A handful of people lingered around the bar.
- 1:00:55SPEAKER_06: The venue offered$10 cocktails and DJs, but hoped uh but the hope-for crowd did not materialize.
- 1:01:02SPEAKER_06: At one point, the lone remaining patron suggested holding a Lady Gaga themed night, to which the bartender replied, Gaga is canceled.
- 1:01:14SPEAKER_06: Gaga is Zionist.
- 1:01:20SPEAKER_06: Last Ditch still requires masks on the other nights and plans to continue holding a monthly uh masked uh social.
- 1:01:30SPEAKER_06: They cannot get out of their own way.
- 1:01:35SPEAKER_06: Now, before I give you the connection to the other stories that we have today, let me also share this one with you.
- 1:01:40SPEAKER_06: Uh trans activists, and this gets this gets extreme and disturbing.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_06: I mean, this is disturbing in its own right.
- 1:01:47SPEAKER_06: Just individuals, grown-ups being this irrational is disturbing.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_06: This is more on the sort of body disturbing.
- 1:02:02SPEAKER_06: A video showing transgender activists injecting themselves with cross-sex hormones outside of New York University's health hospital is spreading rapidly online just days after the hospital reached an agreement with Trump's DOJ to cease providing sex change treatments to minors.
- 1:02:24SPEAKER_06: Before I bring you the details on this story, and then we dive into this activist judge thwarting Trump's effort to ban the media from special access to the White House.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_06: Let's get back to a few more of uh your thoughts from the blaster line this morning.
- 1:02:40SPEAKER_11: Morning, John.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_11: Mike from George.
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_11: So you're telling me that uh in order to go to a this bar of choice that you have to wear a mask, but it's supposed to be a free society of you know, people expressing what how they want to be.
- 1:02:59SPEAKER_11: So as long as they have a mask, it doesn't make it make sense.
- 1:03:03SPEAKER_11: Thanks.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_36: These people are all social, not free enterprises.
- 1:03:10SPEAKER_36: If there's a need for it, you just go start your own bar, everybody mask, and then whichever one wins.
- 1:03:17SPEAKER_06: Yeah, just go start your own bar.
- 1:03:19SPEAKER_06: I mean, this woman's barely keeping it afloat.
- 1:03:22SPEAKER_06: You mean to tell me that these uh individuals that are all bent out of shape because they just dropped the mask mandate and they can still wear a mask, they can't pool their money together to just go and operate the bar and then force everybody into their totalitarian rules.
- 1:03:38SPEAKER_06: But it's a private business.
- 1:03:39SPEAKER_06: The business can do whatever it wants to do, and that's what they were trying to do.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_06: In order to attempt to bring about more patrons.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_06: We had some text that rolled into the uh blaster line.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_06: Oh, I'm not gonna say that one.
- 1:03:57SPEAKER_06: Sorry, I'm just perusing these here.
- 1:03:59SPEAKER_06: Uh, there is uh still a little coffee shop slash bagel place.
- 1:04:05SPEAKER_06: In uh do you say Nicoma, is it Nekomas?
- 1:04:07SPEAKER_06: Is that is that how you say that?
- 1:04:08SPEAKER_06: I always feel like I say it wrong.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_06: I don't think it's Noke.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_06: Somebody will correct me on the blaster line, I'm sure.
- 1:04:14SPEAKER_06: In the Nekomis neighborhood in Minneapolis, that still requires a mask.
- 1:04:19SPEAKER_06: They provide them if you don't have one.
- 1:04:20SPEAKER_06: I roll my eyes hard and shake my head every time I walk past it.
- 1:04:23SPEAKER_06: The worst part is the idiots in this neighborhood actually go in there and sit down in a mask and then pull it up to drink their coffee and eat their bagels.
- 1:04:31SPEAKER_06: Or have them hanging around their neck as they sit outside the sidewalk.
- 1:04:35SPEAKER_06: Yeah, it's a badge of honor.
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_06: It puts on full display, like me wearing an Alex Bowman NASCAR shirt, and this is them.
- 1:04:42SPEAKER_06: We're leftists, just so you know.
- 1:04:45SPEAKER_06: We were watching uh Slow Horses on uh on Apple on Apple Plus, I think or on season six.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_06: Great, uh don't recommend it, but a great show.
- 1:04:53SPEAKER_06: One of the agents, uh, the uh the British agents runs into a person on the street.
- 1:04:58SPEAKER_06: They're on a scooter, they want their scooter to get to this place as quickly as they can.
- 1:05:02SPEAKER_06: Oh, I'm sorry, no, this was Ted Lasso.
- 1:05:04SPEAKER_06: We watched him back to back last night.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_06: That's why I conflated him.
- 1:05:07SPEAKER_06: It was Ted Lasso.
- 1:05:10SPEAKER_06: And uh it was uh it was Roy Kent who was asking for the scooter because he and Keeley were trying to get to an event to honor Roy Kent, and they stopped this person and they just and he offers them cash for the scooter, and they just go, I'm communist.
- 1:05:27SPEAKER_06: I will say this, and I mentioned this last week.
- 1:05:29SPEAKER_06: It is awesome to see that now shows that I like that kind of took a downturn, but now they're back on an upturn, they've ditched a lot of the woke nonsense, and this is they're just back to sort of just spiking it in in really quick spots.
- 1:05:43SPEAKER_06: A quick conversation to hit some of the woke check, you know, you know, check the woke boxes, as opposed to developing fully woke storylines.
- 1:05:52SPEAKER_06: I just that moment made Melinda and I laugh.
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_06: Uh, I work in a high school with teachers who would love this bar, their virtue signal.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_06: Signaling lunatic Karen's.
- 1:06:01SPEAKER_06: I got called out by one of them for using uh the term gypped because they say that it's derogatory towards gypsies.
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_06: That's so funny to me.
- 1:06:11SPEAKER_06: Like if you would ask me where is gyped derived from, right?
- 1:06:15SPEAKER_06: Having something taken from you, use it as a kid all the time as slang, I'd be like, I don't know.
- 1:06:19SPEAKER_06: But you say gypsies, and I go, oh, that makes sense.
- 1:06:24SPEAKER_06: All right, I'm not playing that one.
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_06: All right, let's go here.
- 1:06:26SPEAKER_06: So, really quick on I don't want to spend a lot of time on, I want to get to the to the big news of the day, but I just want to make a point here.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_06: So, this video showing transgender activists injecting themselves outside of this New York University Health Hospital, all because the DOJ forced them to cease providing sex treatments for minors, physically damaging children for the rest of their lives, and now you have these radical leftist and deranged.
- 1:06:54SPEAKER_06: I mean, this is deranged behavior.
- 1:06:57SPEAKER_06: We're taking our HRT here at the doors of the uh at the doors of the people who have given up to demystify, normalize, and celebrate our trans bodies in the face of NYU's cowardice.
- 1:07:12SPEAKER_06: Said a person holding a bullhorn, reading off a script in the video, uh referencing the HRT hormone replacement therapy drugs.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_06: The people in the video, all wearing masks outside, so there's your commonality, can be seen filling syringes and then injecting themselves, including a person in a wheelchair.
- 1:07:33SPEAKER_06: The crowd of supporters, some holding signs that say protect trans kids and resist, looked on as the stunt was performed.
- 1:07:40SPEAKER_06: Other protesters held a handmade banner reading, No compliance with Trump bias.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_06: The video, which was posted to X by Freedom News TV, drew harsh reactions from the shocked online viewers.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_06: This is so obviously mental illness, said one online commentator.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_06: You cannot watch this video and conclude anything else.
- 1:08:01SPEAKER_06: This is truly a crazed movement that has successfully normalized cultish pseudo-medical practices from the outermost fringe of human extremity as part of a suburban elementary school life across America.
- 1:08:17SPEAKER_06: That was according to Wesley Yang.
- 1:08:19SPEAKER_06: Surely everyone watching these bizarre spectacles understands this.
- 1:08:24SPEAKER_06: So a big for a big portion of this that we see, whether it's the immunocompromised disabled diva's mask mandate bar, or whether it's these trans activists injecting themselves, or whether it is the modern day mainstream press, that younger generation of reporters, they're all a byproduct of America's failed education system.
- 1:08:55SPEAKER_06: The lack of applying biblical principles, knowing what the Bible teaches, or any religious belief at all for that matter.
- 1:09:05SPEAKER_06: You see, that kept this insanity at bay.
- 1:09:08SPEAKER_06: And when we get into this DC judge questioning Wednesday whether the Trump administration provided due process when it barred three major media outlets from access to the White House, it is a also flimsy weak argument.
- 1:09:26SPEAKER_06: And we'll talk about the judge aspect of this, but the whole reason this is happening in the first place is because why?
- 1:09:33SPEAKER_06: Because President Donald Trump was tired of entertaining these journalists doing that thing with my fingers who take him out of context, who lie about him, who spread fake news and misinformation, he was done.
- 1:09:49SPEAKER_06: He wasn't saying that he was no longer gonna take questions from the media.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_06: He was just saying, I'm not gonna give you special access into my house, which is the house that he resides in in the White House.
- 1:10:00SPEAKER_06: That's it.
- 1:10:01SPEAKER_06: But why are these journalists and these media outlets this way?
- 1:10:04SPEAKER_06: It's the same thing.
- 1:10:05SPEAKER_06: It's a byproduct of the failed education system, grade school through the university system, and the fact that there is no religious guidance that they're following anymore.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_06: And I'm not even saying individuals need to be staunch Christians.
- 1:10:25SPEAKER_06: That's not even what I'm implying.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_06: And I've I'm I'm I'm gonna repeat something that I've said before in in recent shows, but it's applicable here again.
- 1:10:35SPEAKER_06: And if you haven't heard it, then it's new to you.
- 1:10:38SPEAKER_06: There was a reason why the left went after the Ten Commandments being posted publicly.
- 1:10:44SPEAKER_06: Because when I was growing up, there was a general belief and understanding that even if you didn't believe that the Bible was was true, even if you didn't believe in the Lord God Almighty, you respected how the country was founded upon these principles.
- 1:11:06SPEAKER_06: You respected what something like the Ten Commandments encouraged individuals and how to behave.
- 1:11:17SPEAKER_06: Even if you were an atheist or somebody who never goes to church or maybe just goes over the holidays and you have sort of just a semi-yeah, there's probably a God out there, but I don't really follow religion.
- 1:11:28SPEAKER_06: If you were to ask them about something like the Ten Commandments, you'd go, Yeah, okay, that is a those are good ten standards by which society can go and functionally operate and not descend into chaos.
- 1:11:38SPEAKER_06: And what do the left do?
- 1:11:40SPEAKER_06: They worked as hard as they could to successfully go and remove, in just one example, the Ten Commandments from public spaces so that people couldn't be exposed to this.
- 1:11:53SPEAKER_06: We saw what happened when it came to religion in schools, only to ban religion from schools, essentially, right?
- 1:12:01SPEAKER_06: I'm generalizing here, I'm a talk show host, they do that.
- 1:12:04SPEAKER_06: Only to go and replace it with the leftist religions.
- 1:12:09SPEAKER_06: The religion of woke, the religion before that of political correctness, the religion of the LGBTQIA plus ideology.
- 1:12:22SPEAKER_06: You want to put a rainbow trans flag in your classroom, you might as well it would be the equivalent for the left as an individual going and putting up a cross on the wall because they believe in the Lord God Almighty.
- 1:12:37SPEAKER_06: But the individuals that are so irrational when it comes to mask mandates, injecting themselves on the streets to try to make a point and promoting the straight-up child abuse because, again, they are so weak and don't even buy in.
- 1:12:56SPEAKER_06: They are so insecure.
- 1:12:57SPEAKER_06: That's the word that I was looking for again.
- 1:12:59SPEAKER_06: They are so insecure in their own flimsy beliefs and have so little ground to stand on that they have to go and capitalize and exploit children to try to go and confirm their own belief system.
- 1:13:12SPEAKER_06: The journalists that go and lie about the president and take him out of context, they're not all that different.
- 1:13:22SPEAKER_06: Sure, they're more professional in how they go and dole out their left their their leftism, how they exercise their woke beliefs and push back on the president.
- 1:13:35SPEAKER_06: But make no mistake, I mean, these are individuals that in terms of their ideology, they all align.
- 1:13:43SPEAKER_06: They're all they've all been failed by the education system.
- 1:13:47SPEAKER_06: And it's an education system that they also support.
- 1:13:50SPEAKER_06: So they did that to their own demise.
- 1:13:53SPEAKER_06: U.S.
- 1:13:54SPEAKER_06: District Judge Timothy Kelly said the administration's process did not appear to comply with two earlier DC circuit rulings.
- 1:14:01SPEAKER_06: Cheryl V.
- 1:14:02SPEAKER_06: Knight and Kareem v.
- 1:14:04SPEAKER_06: Trump are requiring due process before reporters' hard passes can be revoked.
- 1:14:10SPEAKER_06: Yeah, this judge just found just the easiest way and the fastest way to go and block this, just to make a political statement.
- 1:14:19SPEAKER_06: The government said that those cases were wrongly decided, said the uh judge Timothy Kelly.
- 1:14:24SPEAKER_06: An appointee of President Donald Trump, and like I said, those are so usually some of the worst Trump derangement syndrome sufferers.
- 1:14:31SPEAKER_06: Maybe they were wrongly decided, maybe they weren't, but as a district judge, I have to apply them.
- 1:14:36SPEAKER_06: Okay, whatever, dude.
- 1:14:38SPEAKER_06: I think it's fair to say the process that the circuit laid out in those two cases wasn't followed here.
- 1:14:42SPEAKER_06: Now, the Department of Justice did defend its decision in a court filing, and I have some audio to uh share with you coming up uh just a moment on this particular issue on the John Justice Show.
- 1:14:52SPEAKER_06: A lot of comments are uh rolling in.
- 1:14:54SPEAKER_06: I need to take a moment and preview uh some of those.
- 1:14:57SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294.
- 1:15:01SPEAKER_06: Before I do, I want to remind you that most companies, especially when you need service for your home, right, they're gonna try to sell you more or they're gonna try to take you for a ride.
- 1:15:09SPEAKER_06: As a matter of fact, there was one company, Premium Home Service, that was actually sued because they were a fake home repair business.
- 1:15:17SPEAKER_06: And then you have the companies that you used to look at being that's who I'm gonna go with.
- 1:15:21SPEAKER_06: They're local.
- 1:15:22SPEAKER_06: They're not local anymore.
- 1:15:23SPEAKER_06: They've been purchased by companies outside of the state, you know, post-COVID and economic downturns, they couldn't survive.
- 1:15:31SPEAKER_06: And that work that they used to give that was local, it's not anymore.
- 1:15:35SPEAKER_06: And it's not nearly as good as it used to be.
- 1:15:38SPEAKER_06: You need to go with Erickson Plumbing, heating, air, and electrical.
- 1:15:41SPEAKER_06: Family-owned, local, licensed experts, non-commissioned.
- 1:15:45SPEAKER_06: They have an amazing iHeart My Home Club, full home mechanical analysis.
- 1:15:49SPEAKER_06: So if you're looking to just, hey, I have a specific problem, I got a toilet that I need to have looked at, I got a shower that needs to be looked at, looking at safety and security systems because of the crime concerns, all of which they can handle, and certainly your HVAC system as we head into the cold winter months.

- 1:18:46SPEAKER_52: Our enrollment has been declining since 2018, and we lose 1,300 of our resident students each year to neighboring districts.
- 1:18:56SPEAKER_52: I have solutions, but the majority of the school board and administration are stuck in the status quo.
- 1:19:02SPEAKER_52: You can vote as early as Friday, September 18th.
- 1:19:06SPEAKER_52: And I'd appreciate your support.

- 1:20:11SPEAKER_41: Hey John, good morning.
- 1:20:12SPEAKER_41: This is Annie.
- 1:20:13SPEAKER_41: You know, I just had a comment about the education system.
- 1:20:16SPEAKER_41: I'm a strong believer that it won't happen in Minnesota anytime soon, but that we need to bring back um some philosophy courses in our basic school curriculum, particularly because we have a godly society.
- 1:20:30SPEAKER_41: We need to be able to help kids answer questions about why am I here?
- 1:20:34SPEAKER_41: What's right, what's wrong, why is it right?
- 1:20:36SPEAKER_41: Why is it wrong?
- 1:20:38SPEAKER_41: Um, and philosophy helps people answer some of those questions.
- 1:20:41SPEAKER_41: Um also tied into a lot of history, and you can teach it without necessarily um, you know, biblical, although there are a lot of connections.
- 1:20:50SPEAKER_41: So I really, really wish that our schools would start teaching philosophy again.
- 1:20:55SPEAKER_41: Uh, like I said, we're a long way from that happening in Minnesota, but a girl can dream.
- 1:21:00SPEAKER_41: Have a good day.
- 1:21:01SPEAKER_06: Thank you for the blast, the blaster line here on the John Justice show, presented by American Experiment, is 651-964-0294.
- 1:21:09SPEAKER_06: Uh, Mildred, foe of the show, had uh left a blast.
- 1:21:13SPEAKER_06: I'm not gonna bore you with it.
- 1:21:14SPEAKER_06: I just want to address something.
- 1:21:16SPEAKER_06: Um, because Mildred slash Eric from Brainerd uh likes to continue to go and point to Trump's a pedophile so blank.
- 1:21:24SPEAKER_06: Does it all the time.
- 1:21:25SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 1:21:26SPEAKER_06: In this case, they were talking about trans kids and the argument that was making a moment ago about these lunatics out there injecting themselves with uh gender drugs because they were upset the DOJ stopped the hospital from basically committing acts of child abuse by performing and having sexual uh gender reassignment surgeries or drugs on those under the age of 18.
- 1:21:52SPEAKER_06: That's child abuse.
- 1:21:53SPEAKER_06: But the argument that Mildred made was that you don't care about children because Trump's a pedophile, they do this all the time.
- 1:22:00SPEAKER_06: And I'm not gonna waste my time playing the call, playing the blast, because I'm not gonna play that game.
- 1:22:08SPEAKER_06: You know, even if you want to believe that, even if you want to believe the ridiculous nonsense, and it is ridiculous nonsense to believe that President Donald Trump is a pedophile, even if you want to believe that, at least you could show that you are a human being and admit that the other point that I made was actually accurate.
- 1:22:26SPEAKER_06: Because if you also agree that children under the age of 18 should be subjected to drugs and surgeries that will permanently damage their bodies for the rest of their lives at a time when their brains aren't developed enough to even realize what it is that they're doing, then you are truly a disturbed, demonic, and sick individual.
- 1:22:54SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294.
- 1:22:59SPEAKER_06: All right.
- 1:22:59SPEAKER_06: Let's get back to this.
- 1:23:01SPEAKER_06: Federal judge in D.C.
- 1:23:02SPEAKER_06: questioned Wednesday whether the Trump administration provided due process when it barred three major media outlets from access to the White House.
- 1:23:09SPEAKER_06: The Department of Justice defended the decision in a court filing, arguing the White House access is a privilege and not a right.
- 1:23:16SPEAKER_06: Here's a bit of uh commentary along those lines.
- 1:23:19SPEAKER_06: Let me get my details for the uh for the clip uh itself.
- 1:23:24SPEAKER_06: Uh the DOJ court hitting back against CNN, they claimed they cannot be removed from the White House for knowingly publishing classified information.
- 1:23:32SPEAKER_06: And this is something that the judge took uh issue with.
- 1:23:35SPEAKER_06: We'll get into it in just a moment.
- 1:23:36SPEAKER_06: Uh, but here is the DOJ pushing back on what CNN did.
- 1:23:40SPEAKER_22: Yes, please, the court access to the White House is a privilege, not a right.
- 1:23:46SPEAKER_22: The court just heard CNN put forth an absurd interpretation of the First Amendment, that they could knowingly publish classified information, and the president would be required to still give them privileged access to the White House complex.
- 1:24:04SPEAKER_22: Maybe that's why the cases that reporting is identified would decide not on First Amendment grounds, but on due process grounds.
- 1:24:12SPEAKER_22: Here, the president has been out notice of his determination that he personally made.
- 1:24:18SPEAKER_22: He has identified this particularity and I cost the list of reporting incidents.
- 1:24:24SPEAKER_22: He has provided a process for plaintiffs to contest these particular incidents to have until 5 p.m.
- 1:24:33SPEAKER_22: Friday.
- 1:24:35SPEAKER_22: With respect to Cheryl Haram and also Tiva and the AP decision.
- 1:24:41SPEAKER_22: First, Cheryl did not address and specifically reserve the question to foot those how to address reporters who already had access to the White House complex.
- 1:24:54SPEAKER_06: I know that the audio was a little hard to hear there, my apologies.
- 1:24:57SPEAKER_06: It was the audio quality in and of itself.
- 1:24:59SPEAKER_06: I tried to boost it best I can, but it was still difficult.
- 1:25:02SPEAKER_06: Let me get into some of the story here, and it helps to fill in the blanks of what you might not have been able to hear in that.
- 1:25:07SPEAKER_06: The administration said it gave outlets an opportunity to respond to letters sent Tuesday that identified the reporting incidents it considered problematic, according to the examiner.
- 1:25:17SPEAKER_06: Now again, the DOJ said the president can exclude outlets that he determines failed to meet the standards of professional journalism and decorum, including publishing sensitive information or classified information.
- 1:25:28SPEAKER_06: Kelly questioned whether those letters could provide meaningful notice because they were sent after the passes had been revoked and the lawsuit was filed.
- 1:25:36SPEAKER_06: DOJ senior counsel, Michael Velchick, said the letters gave the outlets access to contested the administration's findings.
- 1:25:45SPEAKER_06: The president has sent out notice of his determination that he personally made to identify this particularly, and not an exhaustive list of reporting incidents, according to the examiner.
- 1:25:56SPEAKER_06: He has provided a process for plaintiffs to contest these particular incidents.
- 1:26:01SPEAKER_06: Theodore Boutros, it's quite the name, Theodore Boutros.
- 1:26:06SPEAKER_06: An attorney for the plaintiffs called the articles garden variety reporting and argued that Trump's use of national security as a magic word doesn't hold up.
- 1:26:17SPEAKER_06: Kelly questioned whether the letters came too late.
- 1:26:20SPEAKER_06: Also, whether national security concerns could justify barring an outlet under different circumstances.
- 1:26:26SPEAKER_06: Boutros urged Kelly to immediately restore the three outlets' credentials.
- 1:26:31SPEAKER_06: The Hill reported, arguing that the ban amounted to a viewpoint discrimination that violates the First Amendment.
- 1:26:36SPEAKER_06: He also said the decision completely came out of the blue.
- 1:26:39SPEAKER_06: So listen, they'll decide this in, you know, they'll decide this in a court.
- 1:26:44SPEAKER_06: This is activism, even though this judge was appointed by President Donald Trump.
- 1:26:50SPEAKER_06: Here's the part of it that I chuckle over.
- 1:26:53SPEAKER_06: I chuckle over this because the same individuals pitching a fit about Trump barring them from just having special access to the White House.
- 1:27:02SPEAKER_06: This is the same leftist media that constantly shuns the president.
- 1:27:07SPEAKER_06: The president gives a national address.
- 1:27:10SPEAKER_06: So the Chinese president Xi is visiting in DC.
- 1:27:14SPEAKER_06: We'll talk about this with Tom Emmer when he joins us uh at 8.45 this morning.
- 1:27:20SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 1:27:22SPEAKER_06: So we had the president come out earlier this year, gave a national televised evening address talking about the investigation that shows just how thorough China's involvement in meddling with our elections has been throughout the years.
- 1:27:44SPEAKER_06: You know, the very same media outlets that are pitching a fit, that they don't have special access to the White House are the same media outlets that didn't even bother to show a national address by the sitting president of the United States.
- 1:27:54SPEAKER_06: It's the same outlets that will go and have individuals on.
- 1:28:00SPEAKER_06: Serving in Congress or their own commentators talk about how you know Trump lies all the time and it influences his voters, and I wish that we didn't have to carry him.
- 1:28:07SPEAKER_06: Or they just don't carry Trump.
- 1:28:12SPEAKER_06: Oh, but you know what?
- 1:28:14SPEAKER_06: These same individuals lose any access to President Donald Trump.
- 1:28:18SPEAKER_06: Oh, that's just a bridge too far now.
- 1:28:21SPEAKER_06: They want the choice.
- 1:28:23SPEAKER_06: See, they want the power that the president has.
- 1:28:26SPEAKER_06: They want the choice to determine when they go and cover the president and when they don't.
- 1:28:32SPEAKER_06: They want the choice to determine what lies, what information, what context they leave out.
- 1:28:39SPEAKER_06: They can dish it out, but they can't take it.
- 1:28:42SPEAKER_06: And when they go and limit access, that ends up being a bridge too far.
- 1:28:46SPEAKER_06: But please, by all means, pitch a fit that you lost one little aspect of special access to the White House.
- 1:28:53SPEAKER_06: All of your own doing.
- 1:28:56SPEAKER_06: By the way, with the DOJ, they went on to say access to the White House is a privilege, not a right.
- 1:29:02SPEAKER_06: The court just heard CNN put forward an absurd interpretation of the First Amendment, that they could knowingly publish classified information and the president would still be required to give them privileged access in the White House complex.
- 1:29:15SPEAKER_06: Maybe that's why the cases that the court identified were not decided on First Amendment grounds, but on due process grounds.
- 1:29:21SPEAKER_06: Here the president has sent out notice of his determination that he personally made.
- 1:29:27SPEAKER_06: The White House is giving them due process.
- 1:29:29SPEAKER_06: But for now, their credentials are suspended while the investigation proceeds.
- 1:29:33SPEAKER_06: Activist judges, TDS judges, biased judges, attention-seeking judges, even those appointed by Trump.
- 1:29:42SPEAKER_06: But back to my earlier point.
- 1:29:44SPEAKER_06: These young journalists that are pitching a fit over this, right?
- 1:29:49SPEAKER_06: They might be professional doing that thing with my fingers.
- 1:29:52SPEAKER_06: Somebody had asked me, by the way, if I do that out in public, I totally do it.
- 1:29:55SPEAKER_06: I do it all the time.
- 1:29:56SPEAKER_06: I do air quotes all the time.
- 1:30:00SPEAKER_06: But they just may they they might just well be, they may well just be the trans activists shooting up gender drugs or pitching a fit about mask mandates at lesbian disabled uh bars.
- 1:30:14SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294.
- 1:30:18SPEAKER_06: Let's go here.
- 1:30:19SPEAKER_18: You know, I think as far as a penalty box for Mildred, um he continues to tell us that Trump is a pedophile.
- 1:30:29SPEAKER_18: Yeah, he doesn't bring any receipts.
- 1:30:33SPEAKER_18: Mildred, nobody has accused the president of being a pedophile.
- 1:30:38SPEAKER_18: So why do you keep on bringing this up?
- 1:30:42SPEAKER_18: And you just said dumb?
- 1:30:44SPEAKER_18: But bring some receipts.
- 1:30:46SPEAKER_18: Bring an accusation, bring something forth that has some hook cut to it.
- 1:30:52SPEAKER_18: But you keep on throwing these words out there.
- 1:30:54SPEAKER_18: And we can't take you seriously.
- 1:30:56SPEAKER_18: So sit in the penalty box until you actually bring some receipts.
- 1:30:59SPEAKER_18: You keep on saying things that are verified and documented, but you never bring them forward.
- 1:31:04SPEAKER_18: And we can't find them out there because we've tried.
- 1:31:10SPEAKER_18: Thanks for playing.
- 1:31:11SPEAKER_06: And thank you for the blast here on the John Justice Show presented by American Experiment.
- 1:31:16SPEAKER_06: Want to take a moment and remind you that if you have any difficulty getting to sleep, or if you just want to relax after listening to this show and the subjective disappointment that you feel just after 9 o'clock?
- 1:31:28SPEAKER_06: M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.
- 1:31:31SPEAKER_06: MiniLeaf.com is where you need to head to.
- 1:31:33SPEAKER_06: Eric and his wife Lacey, they're amazing people.
- 1:31:36SPEAKER_06: They go out to a lot.
- 1:31:37SPEAKER_06: They're heavily involved in the community.
- 1:31:39SPEAKER_06: They go out to a lot of different events.
- 1:31:44SPEAKER_06: They've been down to Canterbury quite a bit for the fights down there, bringing their products with them because they want you to live a better life for the products that they sell.
- 1:31:51SPEAKER_06: They really are genuinely a health and wellness company.
- 1:31:53SPEAKER_06: That's how I look at it.
- 1:31:54SPEAKER_06: They certainly have helped me in my life getting my sleep back on track.
- 1:31:57SPEAKER_06: They can do the same for you.

- 1:32:01SPEAKER_06: It's all packaged locally in Brooklyn Park, keeping it here in Minnesota.
- 1:32:05SPEAKER_06: The tonics are brewed right here in Eden Prairie.
- 1:32:08SPEAKER_06: All the party, all the uh products are third-party tested, and can and customers can get the results online at M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.
- 1:32:17SPEAKER_06: You will taste happy at minileaf.com and you'll sleep well just like I do every single night with the Mini Leaf Night Gummies.
- 1:32:25SPEAKER_15: Good morning.
- 1:32:26SPEAKER_15: It's just like when I watch the uh left side of the media when they do actually show the president speaking, and then in the middle of his speech, they break out of it, and they say, oh no, that's too fast.
- 1:32:39SPEAKER_15: Fast checking.
- 1:32:41SPEAKER_15: And then take everything out of context.
- 1:32:44SPEAKER_06: Somebody had posted, thank you for the blast.
- 1:32:46SPEAKER_06: Somebody had posted in the chat.
- 1:32:48SPEAKER_06: Some dim wits accused Trump in the Epstein files of being a pedophile, but those were never deemed credible.
- 1:32:54SPEAKER_06: Yeah, it's just why I don't, that's why I don't bother with it.
- 1:32:57SPEAKER_06: It's just because you're never gonna break through with an individual like Mildred.
- 1:33:01SPEAKER_06: Mildred's been listening to the show for years.
- 1:33:04SPEAKER_06: I must be really, really entertaining.
- 1:33:06SPEAKER_06: How entertaining am I that somebody who disagrees with me on 99.99999% of what I talk about every single day and they just simply can't quit me?
- 1:33:16SPEAKER_06: It actually makes me feel really good.
- 1:33:19SPEAKER_06: Let's go here.
- 1:33:21SPEAKER_17: Their favorite president, 44 and 46, did a lot of suppression and they didn't say squat.
- 1:33:33SPEAKER_17: The only time they kind of locked, got a lockstep and resisted was with James Rosen.
- 1:33:38SPEAKER_17: And they couldn't avoid that.
- 1:33:40SPEAKER_06: I want to play one more clip for you.
- 1:33:42SPEAKER_06: Caroline Levitt earlier this week on the Hannity uh podcast, uh talking about the media, and we're gonna continue to talk about the media as we move uh forward, including some weirdness coming from the Minnesota Court's Director of Public Affairs publicly slandering and maligning Crime Watch Minneapolis.
- 1:34:05SPEAKER_06: And then we are gonna dive into uh the big uh the other big news story this morning on a local level.
- 1:34:11SPEAKER_06: St.
- 1:34:11SPEAKER_06: Paul Police Chief Suze Mayor Cooley Her, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation.
- 1:34:17SPEAKER_06: Uh here, though, is uh Caroline Levitt talking with Sean Hannity about just how performative the press is.
- 1:34:22SPEAKER_02: You name people that act one way when the when they're questioning you, they want their moment, right?
- 1:34:29SPEAKER_34: Right.
- 1:34:30SPEAKER_02: They want their clip for the night.
- 1:34:31SPEAKER_34: Yeah.
- 1:34:32SPEAKER_02: So they get their time on the evening news.
- 1:34:34SPEAKER_34: Exactly.
- 1:34:35SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 1:34:35SPEAKER_02: And then off air, they're totally different people.
- 1:34:38SPEAKER_02: Do you find that a lot?
- 1:34:39SPEAKER_34: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:34:40SPEAKER_02: Would you say they're phony?
- 1:34:42SPEAKER_34: But there's yeah, there's a performative aspect to the briefing room.
- 1:34:46SPEAKER_02: Uh huh.
- 1:34:46SPEAKER_34: In fairness, I think, on both sides, right?
- 1:34:48SPEAKER_34: But definitely with the press.
- 1:34:50SPEAKER_34: Um, and they have to do that because their bosses are demanding it.
- 1:34:55SPEAKER_34: Yeah, there's been times reporters have even said to me, I'm sorry I had to ask that today.
- 1:34:59SPEAKER_34: You know, my bosses really wanted me to ask that.
- 1:35:02SPEAKER_34: They know it's an unfair question, but they're not in control of their own like livelihood.
- 1:35:08SPEAKER_34: They are dictated by the editors and the execs at some of these companies.
- 1:35:13SPEAKER_06: Man, it's so it's just so unfortunate.
- 1:35:15SPEAKER_06: It's so unfortunate.
- 1:35:18SPEAKER_06: I could go.
- 1:35:19SPEAKER_06: I I wanna there's a tangent that I want to I'll just do a a small version of it.
- 1:35:23SPEAKER_06: But when it comes to the policies of the leftists that leave you with less opportunity to have any sort of upward mobility, the example that I gave years ago was that during the Bush years, and I experienced this in the very early part of my radio career, in the early part of my radio career under President Bush, I could I knew I could work hard, apply myself, have a good attitude, and I could achieve a certain level of upward mobility within the career that I was that I was focused on, being in radio.
- 1:36:05SPEAKER_06: In a very short period of time after Obama was elected, that same amount of effort needed to be put forward just to maintain the level that I was at.
- 1:36:18SPEAKER_06: For a lot of various reasons, and what you see now with the Democrats, Socialists of America, and the communists, they want to destroy the economy.
- 1:36:28SPEAKER_06: A bad economy is beneficial to their own gains, to their own beliefs and their own goals.
- 1:36:36SPEAKER_06: And it's because of things of like what Caroline Levitt is is saying.
- 1:36:40SPEAKER_06: Because these individuals are trying to retain their jobs because of there's a lot of different factors, and I'm overly generalizing here, but just stick with me.
- 1:36:49SPEAKER_06: When you don't have a vibrant economy, you've got to find different ways to go and continue to do what you're going to do and to make money doing it.
- 1:36:58SPEAKER_06: Unfortunately, this has had a dramatically negative impact upon media, on top of the fact of the leftists going and doing the indoctrination that they've done within our public education and university system.
- 1:37:10SPEAKER_06: You know, newsrooms have shrunk.
- 1:37:13SPEAKER_06: The professionalism has retired or been forced to retire or fired altogether.
- 1:37:18SPEAKER_06: So what you're left with are these individuals that are putting on a performance.
- 1:37:23SPEAKER_06: They're not interested in real journalism anymore, because in their minds, real journalism is not what it is going to take for them to retain their jobs.
- 1:37:34SPEAKER_06: Whereas before, when you had individuals that wanted to get involved in communications and become journalists, they had a genuine drive and desire to actually do a good job, to provide a service to the community, to find a story, to present the facts, and then hand it to the viewer or the reader and let them make their own conclusions.
- 1:37:55SPEAKER_06: Now they're making the conclusions long before the the story gets published, or they end up talking online.
- 1:38:06SPEAKER_06: And this is what the left wants.
- 1:38:09SPEAKER_06: They want more of this because this is how they grow and how they retain their power.
- 1:38:14SPEAKER_06: So bear with me for just a moment.
- 1:38:15SPEAKER_06: There's a very specific reason why I'm bringing this story up.
- 1:38:18SPEAKER_06: I want to share with you what's going on because it falls into the same line with Crime Watch Minneapolis, and then we'll get into uh we're gonna have to spend some time on it.
- 1:38:26SPEAKER_06: This uh late the latest lawsuit against Cooley Heart, okay?
- 1:38:30SPEAKER_06: But bear with me on this for just a second.
- 1:38:32SPEAKER_06: Top investors sue the New York Times over anti-Israelias.
- 1:38:36SPEAKER_06: Okay?
- 1:38:36SPEAKER_06: Story from the Daily Wire.
- 1:38:39SPEAKER_06: Shareholders are entitled to see whether the board was watching at all.
- 1:38:42SPEAKER_06: So a big money institutional shareholder filed an explosive lawsuit against the New York Times on Wednesday.
- 1:38:49SPEAKER_06: They're demanding a look at the paper's internal books to see if the newsroom standards are being enforced or if the paper has completely surrendered to anti-Israel bias.
- 1:39:00SPEAKER_06: The State Board of Administration of Florida and the Conservative National Center for Public Policy research took uh took the Times to the New York County Supreme Court after four months of the paper stonewalling their requests.
- 1:39:12SPEAKER_06: The free press reported the suit claims the paper repeatedly told its investors to get lost, calling their demands pretextual and arguing that peeking behind the curtain would chill protected journalism.
- 1:39:27SPEAKER_06: Even when the shareholders narrowed their demands to board agents, committee charters, and basic newsroom rules, the Times slammed the door on them.
- 1:39:35SPEAKER_06: Now the investors are calling the paper out, pointing directly to the Times' own corporate SEC filings.
- 1:39:40SPEAKER_06: The documents clearly state the Times' credibility is its chief business asset and warn that if the public perceives a bias reporting, the bottom line will be affected.
- 1:39:50SPEAKER_06: Now, while this is something that we need to keep an eye on, okay, the core of the story itself is not what I why I brought this up.
- 1:39:58SPEAKER_06: The reason why I wanted to bring this up was because uh political commentator Boise Olson put up a post on X yesterday that I thought was really intriguing.
- 1:40:10SPEAKER_06: We spent time talking about this North Star Summit that the Minneapolis, or excuse me, the Minnesota Star Tribune was putting on.
- 1:40:16SPEAKER_06: Bill Glaun, who was in studio, excuse me, Bill Walsh that was in studio with us yesterday.
- 1:40:20SPEAKER_06: I'm getting all my bills conflated.
- 1:40:22SPEAKER_06: Oh my god, Bill Glau.
- 1:40:24SPEAKER_06: We got Bill Walsh here at American Experiment.
- 1:40:26SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 1:40:26SPEAKER_06: They were at this event.
- 1:40:27SPEAKER_06: This is what Boy Zolson posted, though.
- 1:40:30SPEAKER_06: He noticed something, an interesting observation.
- 1:40:32SPEAKER_06: He says, this is just a hunch, but I've been saying for several weeks to people who ask about the Star Tribune's future, because this is a failing publication, Minnesota has a demographic that could test the idea of the New York Times being more relevant to Middle America.
- 1:40:49SPEAKER_06: Now, I already know for the most part what your view on the New York Times is.
- 1:40:52SPEAKER_06: I know what my view of the New York Times is, okay?
- 1:40:54SPEAKER_06: So this doesn't come as a surprise to me.
- 1:40:56SPEAKER_06: But let me continue with Olsen's post.
- 1:40:59SPEAKER_06: Since the North Star Summit lineup was announced, and knowing there are financial headwinds at the paper, including the delayed sale of the printing plant, I think there's a chance that the New York Times buys or invests in the Star Tribune.
- 1:41:14SPEAKER_06: The Times launched a local newsletter.
- 1:41:18SPEAKER_06: First uh market that they've done that.
- 1:41:21SPEAKER_06: They were all over the summit, and now the strib announces that subscribers are getting New York Times digital access.
- 1:41:32SPEAKER_06: So listen, if the Minnesota Star Tribune gets bailed out by the New York Times, good for them.
- 1:41:40SPEAKER_06: All right?
- 1:41:41SPEAKER_06: Good for them.
- 1:41:42SPEAKER_06: But also, what a joke.
- 1:41:45SPEAKER_06: What an absolute joke.
- 1:41:48SPEAKER_06: Do you think if Alpha News were to face financial headwinds, that the New York Times would come in and be like, hey, you guys want to partner up?
- 1:42:00SPEAKER_06: Washington Post.
- 1:42:04SPEAKER_06: It's that leftist double standard, man.
- 1:42:06SPEAKER_06: I swear.
- 1:42:07SPEAKER_19: The behavior of the current crowd of journalists we have is only possible if you as a journalist are so arrogant as to think that you are smarter than your consumers.
- 1:42:20SPEAKER_19: It's disgusting.
- 1:42:22SPEAKER_19: And you're morons.
- 1:42:26SPEAKER_06: Thank you for the comment.
- 1:42:27SPEAKER_06: Let's go here.
- 1:42:28SPEAKER_06: One more journalism story, and then we're gonna dive into the St.
- 1:42:31SPEAKER_06: Paul police chief suing Cooley Her, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation.
- 1:42:37SPEAKER_06: Before I get to that, let me go ahead and spike in this uh blast that came in regarding this story.
- 1:42:42SPEAKER_47: Good morning, John.
- 1:42:43SPEAKER_47: Hey, I just had to tell you how happy I was to read the news story um Elfine said about the um St.
- 1:42:49SPEAKER_47: Paul police chief sueing cooley.
- 1:42:51SPEAKER_47: I just think it's great that he keeps, I mean, take this through to the end.
- 1:42:56SPEAKER_47: That lady should not have, she should not be the mayor.
- 1:43:00SPEAKER_47: I I just can't even fathom.
- 1:43:02SPEAKER_47: So I am so glad he's doing this.
- 1:43:04SPEAKER_47: Kudos to him and fight it, buddy.
- 1:43:06SPEAKER_47: Go for it.
- 1:43:07SPEAKER_47: I'm supporting you.
- 1:43:08SPEAKER_06: Oh guys, just wait until you hear the details of this.
- 1:43:10SPEAKER_06: You thought that the uh that the initial investigation uh details into Horny Her were salacious.
- 1:43:16SPEAKER_06: Just wait until we dive into this alpha news report.
- 1:43:20SPEAKER_06: Before that, let's go here though.
- 1:43:21SPEAKER_06: Crime Watch Minneapolis posted this online.
- 1:43:23SPEAKER_06: This is a must follow for anybody on X.
- 1:43:27SPEAKER_06: Crime Watch Minneapolis wrote this.
- 1:43:29SPEAKER_06: Uh well, this is utterly shocking and unacceptable.
- 1:43:33SPEAKER_06: Uh Kim Plalentia, uh Minnesota Court's Director of Public Affairs.
- 1:43:39SPEAKER_06: This is the at MN Court's Director of Public Affairs, publicly slandered and maligned CrimeWatch last week during a recorded session of the Judicial Council while discussing planned updates for their social media policies.
- 1:43:57SPEAKER_06: Platea said CrimeWatch is a biased channel designed solely to be an echo chamber of negativity, adding that we're really not okay with anything that they are posting.
- 1:44:09SPEAKER_06: Here's a little bit of the audio.
- 1:44:11SPEAKER_48: Generally speaking, though, we do not comment on the aforementioned high arousal negative content posts because doing so can validate the person or the organization that made the post.
- 1:44:22SPEAKER_48: So, for example, we did not comment on Elon Musk's post about Judge West.
- 1:44:28SPEAKER_48: Nor do we comment on Crime Watch posts.
- 1:44:31SPEAKER_48: And there is a reason for this.
- 1:45:02SPEAKER_06: First hand accounts of real events as they are unfolding, doing a better job than 99% of the media in giving you real-time information from official Minneapolis sources.
- 1:45:18SPEAKER_06: And this idiot is on here talking about oh, this is an echo chamber of negativity.
- 1:45:26SPEAKER_06: That's the crime is in the name.
- 1:45:33SPEAKER_06: It's not Happy Watch Minneapolis.
- 1:45:37unknown: Oh my gosh.
- 1:45:46SPEAKER_48: So we do not engage, generally speaking, with uh groups like Crime Watch.
- 1:45:54SPEAKER_06: Paleccia led into this defamatory characterization of Crime Watch, Crime Watch Minneapolis wrote in a section of the video addressing lies and information on social media.
- 1:46:04SPEAKER_06: Now, it's not abnormal for an outlet, you know, or for the public affairs department to have a policy regarding social media.
- 1:46:13SPEAKER_06: When I was working for iHeart, we had policies regarding social media.
- 1:46:18SPEAKER_06: They were more specific to the advertisements and the endorsements that we would do to make sure that, you know, things were talked about appropriately online so that we complied with state and federal laws regarding advertisements and things of that nature.
- 1:46:35SPEAKER_06: You know, but we also had some unwritten mandates regarding our social media behavior, being representatives of a major radio corporation.
- 1:46:43SPEAKER_06: That's completely understandable.
- 1:46:45SPEAKER_06: I'm sure that there are things that Center of the American Experiment wouldn't want me going and posting online, but those are things that I gen, you know, gen generally speaking wouldn't be posting online.
- 1:46:54SPEAKER_06: Um, and anyhow, this is just utter ridiculous nonsense.
- 1:47:00SPEAKER_06: To go and mischaracterize Crime Watch Minneapolis the way that they are.
- 1:47:04SPEAKER_06: Crime Watch Minneapolis then writes this uh Kim, if you perceive us as negative public policy watch dog crime watches account uh content documenting at MN court's massive public safety and fudiciary failures, that sounds like a you problem.
- 1:47:19SPEAKER_06: And perhaps it's time for you all to look in the mirror and do the jobs that we're paying you to do.
- 1:47:26SPEAKER_06: Man, the the fear of the truth it runs deep.
- 1:47:31SPEAKER_06: You know, the Minnesota leftists must do all they can to keep people inside of their intended meticulously formed matrix.
- 1:47:42unknown: Okay.
- 1:47:43SPEAKER_06: We'll talk about this with the Minneapolis City Council on the way.
- 1:47:48SPEAKER_06: With their reframing of the autonomous uh vehicles, it's all completely irrational.
- 1:47:54SPEAKER_06: It makes no logical sense whatsoever that they are proposing, but it doesn't have to for them.
- 1:48:00SPEAKER_06: Because their own ideologies are not rooted in any sort of reality.
- 1:48:05SPEAKER_06: It's all agenda-driven.
- 1:48:07SPEAKER_16: Hey, good morning, John.
- 1:48:08SPEAKER_16: Well, apparently Minneapolis Prime Watch is hovering over the target if uh they're drawing the ire of uh the Minneapolis Minnesota court system.
- 1:48:17SPEAKER_16: So yeah, hopefully they'll just keep doing what they're doing.
- 1:48:20SPEAKER_16: I'm sure they will.
- 1:48:21SPEAKER_16: And as far as being negative, of course it's negative.
- 1:48:24SPEAKER_16: They're reporting on the facts of all the BS that's going on.
- 1:48:29SPEAKER_16: Come on, Minnesota courts, like take that crap off the street.
- 1:48:34SPEAKER_16: You will take all the air out of their arguments.
- 1:48:36SPEAKER_16: That's just these people are not quicker again.
- 1:48:41SPEAKER_31: Um the whole point why they're so mad about Crime Watch Minneapolis, they don't want you to get the actual information.
- 1:48:51SPEAKER_31: They want you to get their version of the actual information.
- 1:48:55SPEAKER_31: That's why they're so mad about these people.
- 1:48:56SPEAKER_31: Like we don't want you to know what actually happened.
- 1:48:59SPEAKER_31: We want you to know what we think or we we want you to know what actually happened.
- 1:49:05SPEAKER_06: Yeah, Victor, that's a really good point.
- 1:49:06SPEAKER_06: And and and thank you for sharing that.
- 1:49:09SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294.
- 1:49:13SPEAKER_06: Let's do this.
- 1:49:15SPEAKER_06: After the top of the hour, we'll skip into the uh breaking news from yesterday, and I'll work off of the best version of the story from Alpha News.
- 1:49:23SPEAKER_06: I actually have a story from Alpha News here as well I'm gonna share with you.
- 1:49:25SPEAKER_06: Uh St.
- 1:49:26SPEAKER_06: Paul police chief, suing Mayor Cooley Her, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation.
- 1:49:31SPEAKER_06: I'm so looking forward to sharing this with you.
- 1:49:33SPEAKER_06: It is so it is, it's it's bonkers.
- 1:49:36SPEAKER_06: I don't know how else to describe it, but bonkers.
- 1:49:38SPEAKER_06: It is the details.
- 1:49:39SPEAKER_06: If you thought they were bad before with the St.
- 1:49:43SPEAKER_06: Paul investigation, wait until we get into this further details.
- 1:49:46SPEAKER_06: But since we're here and we're talking about Minneapolis, we'll get into the autonomous vehicle story, time permitting, before we talk with uh Tom Emmer after the Cooley Her story.
- 1:49:56SPEAKER_06: But let me go here.
- 1:49:57SPEAKER_06: Uh, friend of the show, Becca Thompson, she was just on.
- 1:50:00SPEAKER_06: Recently here on the show.
- 1:50:01SPEAKER_06: She sat down with Liz Collin this week.
- 1:50:04SPEAKER_06: Liz Collin writes on Alpha News, former park board member is offering a behind-the-scenes look at the Sanctuary City economies as unlicensed food vendors have been spilling into the streets and leaving more than a mess in Minneapolis.
- 1:50:17SPEAKER_06: Becca Thompson, former Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Commissioner and former candidate for the Minneapolis City Council, who's become a social media commentator on Minneapolis politics, spoke with Liz about the unlicensed food vendors and the politicians who've been turning a blind eye to the problem.
- 1:50:36SPEAKER_06: And this speaks directly to what the blast was just speaking upon.
- 1:50:41SPEAKER_06: And what I was saying about the city of Minneapolis and their meticulous matrix that they want everybody to be living in.
- 1:50:49SPEAKER_06: They don't have to follow the rules as they try to make sure that they maintain their grip and their power over the city of Minneapolis.
- 1:50:59SPEAKER_06: Here's a portion of that conversation between Liz Collin and a friend of the show, Becca Thompson, here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 1:51:08SPEAKER_44: Becca Thompson is my guest.
- 1:51:10SPEAKER_44: She is a former Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Commissioner, also a former candidate for Minneapolis City Council.
- 1:51:16SPEAKER_44: She spent most of her life in Minneapolis, still there fighting the good fight.
- 1:51:20SPEAKER_44: Becca, great to see you.
- 1:51:22SPEAKER_44: Thank you for being here.
- 1:51:23SPEAKER_46: Thank you for having me.
- 1:51:24SPEAKER_46: It's a pleasure.
- 1:51:25SPEAKER_44: We've heard from plenty of people by now about these unlicensed vendors taking over streets, sidewalks, and parking spaces.
- 1:51:33SPEAKER_44: Just one email here we wanted to highlight for you that we've received over at Alpha News.
- 1:51:37SPEAKER_44: It kind of describes the situation, I think, in the Powderhorn Park area pretty well.
- 1:51:41SPEAKER_44: But it points out that the unlicensed vendors are all immigrants and that, quote, the city refuses to enforce its own laws and ordinances regarding these particular unlicensed food vendors.
- 1:51:51SPEAKER_44: It's a constant public safety and nuisance issue every weekend going on from April to November, when we often see 20 to 25 unlicensed vendors all operating around the same intersection.
- 1:52:14SPEAKER_06: And again, this is just a portion of a very lengthy interview that uh Liz Collin did with Becca Thompson.
- 1:52:19SPEAKER_06: But let me share this blast that came in at 651-964-0294.
- 1:52:24SPEAKER_26: Morning, John.
- 1:52:25SPEAKER_26: I I think the the cooks being upset is really interesting because I think it has to do with accountability.
- 1:52:31SPEAKER_26: They don't like the fact that people are finally seeing that every time someone gets shot in Minneapolis, the perpetrator should have been in prison, but they got the soft touch every single time.
- 1:52:43SPEAKER_06: Yeah, that's a great point.
- 1:52:44SPEAKER_06: And thank you so much for sharing it.
- 1:52:45SPEAKER_06: Let's get back uh to the interview that Liz did with Becca Thompson, uh talking uh about the un the out-of-control unlicensed food vendor problem in Minneapolis.
- 1:52:54SPEAKER_44: And it also explains that unlicensed vendors dump used cooking oil down our storm drains, use deep fryers in the gutter of the street next to trash.
- 1:53:06SPEAKER_44: But it's not just unlicensed vendors who are part of the problem with illegitimate businesses in sanctuary cities, their customers are also part of the problem.
- 1:53:14SPEAKER_44: That same email says customers urinate behind the houses and in the alleys, loiter in the yards of private homes, they block our crosswalks, and so much more.
- 1:53:25SPEAKER_44: So, along with reports like these, Becca, I know you were on the park board when a certain city council member that we'll talk about here was putting pressure on parkboard members to allow all of this.
- 1:53:35SPEAKER_44: And also you recently visited the area.
- 1:53:38SPEAKER_44: What did you see there for yourself?
- 1:53:40SPEAKER_46: I don't even know how to put into words.
- 1:53:42SPEAKER_46: It was so awful and it was so obviously wrong.
- 1:53:46SPEAKER_46: There were people blocking the roads.
- 1:53:48SPEAKER_46: I don't know if you know this.
- 1:53:50SPEAKER_46: Drive-throughs are illegal in Minneapolis, yet this was clearly a drive-thru.
- 1:53:54SPEAKER_46: I was like in the queue, but I wasn't.
- 1:53:57SPEAKER_46: Kids are darting in and out in front of cars because it's just completely been taken over.
- 1:54:02SPEAKER_46: And of course, I mean, I saw like I saw an open flame over the back of a hatchback.
- 1:54:07SPEAKER_46: So I was like, oh, look, this is safe.
- 1:54:10SPEAKER_46: I used to actually live just a couple blocks away.
- 1:54:14SPEAKER_46: So I know this area very well.
- 1:54:16SPEAKER_46: And that particular corner is usually just a super quiet part of the park.
- 1:54:21SPEAKER_46: Um, and the last time I was there was about a year ago, so I can verify that this cropped up fully in the last summer.
- 1:54:29SPEAKER_46: Yeah.
- 1:54:30SPEAKER_44: And talk more about what you heard uh on the parkboard from this certain city council member.
- 1:54:35SPEAKER_44: They he was kind of leaning uh on the parkboard uh at the time to allow this.
- 1:54:40SPEAKER_44: Is that right?
- 1:54:41SPEAKER_46: Yes, definitely they were behind the scenes stuff, and this is Jason Chavez, and this is he wanted to make lax health rules, and he was able to try to like put his thumb on the scales with the city, and we wouldn't play.
- 1:54:55SPEAKER_46: Ultimately, like a lot of is a lot of these things then transpire behind the scenes.
- 1:55:00SPEAKER_46: There's a lot of retaliatory stuff.
- 1:55:02SPEAKER_46: Um, that's where then last year's election cycle.
- 1:55:05SPEAKER_46: I mean, I could go on and on and on about what happened behind the scenes there with the DFL endorsement process and the DSA, and in terms of going after the park board, a lot of it was retaliatory because we would not we would not uh play those games.
- 1:55:19SPEAKER_46: We were a mostly moderate leaning board.
- 1:55:22SPEAKER_46: Um that was prior to 2025 election, it's definitely changed since then.
- 1:55:27SPEAKER_46: Um but yeah, there was just like a you need to make this legal behind the scenes.
- 1:55:32SPEAKER_46: There was a lot of a lot of emails, a lot of communications.
- 1:55:35SPEAKER_46: Um I had some colleagues who are more DSA leaning would try to bring this up, but they knew there wasn't going to be any bandwidth with the majority of the board, and so that's why it became then kind of an issue in the election in 2025.
- 1:55:50SPEAKER_46: So yeah.
- 1:55:51SPEAKER_44: Well, as always, it seems uh hypocrisy is truly astounding in the city of Minneapolis.
- 1:55:56SPEAKER_44: Uh so the city raising taxes, demanding more and more from legitimate licensed businesses.
- 1:56:03SPEAKER_44: They're allowing unlicensed vendors to violate, I would say, just about every rule regulation you can find right there out in the open online.
- 1:56:10SPEAKER_44: What's your take on that, Becca?
- 1:56:12SPEAKER_46: I definitely just as a former park commissioner, the the mess and destruction of Powderhorn Park, it was happening at Minnehaha Falls as well.
- 1:56:21SPEAKER_46: It happens at Nekomis, but Powder Horn is where all the video is and where I know that different people had been reaching out because that's the most egregious.
- 1:56:27SPEAKER_46: Because again, it's in Jason Chavez's ward.
- 1:56:30SPEAKER_46: Minne Haha Falls is much more uh open looking, but I mean dumping grease into our stormwater system, like I don't even know where to begin on that.
- 1:56:39SPEAKER_46: The amount of laws that are broken, but not the least of which is that as a former park commissioner, I don't know that people know this.
- 1:56:44SPEAKER_46: We're called the city of water because we literally our entire city sits on a massive aquifer.
- 1:56:51SPEAKER_46: There's underwater channels and and and basins all over the place.
- 1:56:56SPEAKER_46: Powderhorn Park drains into, now we don't have a name for it, but 40th Street Park, which used to be called Sibley, that's a holding pond that goes into Lake Hiawatha, which goes into Minehaha Creek, which of course drains into the Mississippi River.
- 1:57:10SPEAKER_46: A lot of people spray paint um, you know, we protect our storm drains all over the city, right?
- 1:57:15SPEAKER_46: But then do you actually have the chicken grease getting dumped down the drain?
- 1:57:20SPEAKER_46: It's like, but that's not even to mention the massive amounts of the fire codes being violated, the business codes being violated.
- 1:57:28SPEAKER_46: These aren't even even operating under food truck.
- 1:57:31SPEAKER_46: Like the health codes, it it's it's it's obscene what's being allowed to happen.
- 1:57:37SPEAKER_06: Later in the story, and I would encourage everybody to go and listen to the interview in its entirety.
- 1:57:42SPEAKER_06: It really is a great one.
- 1:57:44SPEAKER_06: Uh Becca also said the problem has continued to grow in the past year and noted that Jason Chavez, a member of the Minneapolis City Council, wanted to make lax health rules.
- 1:57:54SPEAKER_06: He represents Ward 9 in the Powder Home or the Powder Horn Park is located.
- 1:57:59SPEAKER_06: He was uh able to try and put his thumb on the scales with the city, and we wouldn't play, Thompson explained.
- 1:58:04SPEAKER_06: As a resident and as somebody who doesn't want to get salmonella or have hepatitis A outbreak, I definitely, just as a former park commissioner, can't stand the mess and destruction of Powder Horn Park.
- 1:58:17SPEAKER_06: She also pointed out how Minneapolis sits on a massive aquifer.
- 1:58:20SPEAKER_06: She mentioned it there.
- 1:58:21SPEAKER_06: The underwater channels and basins all over the place.
- 1:58:24SPEAKER_06: I mean, dumping grease into our stormwater system.
- 1:58:26SPEAKER_06: Like I don't even know where to begin on that.
- 1:58:28SPEAKER_06: Alpha News asked the city of Minneapolis if it plans to address the concerns of Thompson and the neighborhood of residents that they have of unlicensed food vendors.
- 1:58:36SPEAKER_06: In a statement, a portion of the uh spokesperson's comments said, Our goal is to protect public health while ensuring food vendors have access to the information, resources, and support they need to meet regulatory requirements.
- 1:58:48SPEAKER_06: Vendors can apply for a license for many types of food-related businesses, restaurants, and events in the city of Minneapolis.
- 1:58:54SPEAKER_06: Thompson, however, says that she's seen how the council members like Chavez will lean on the health department and other agencies to look the other way.
- 1:59:01SPEAKER_06: Explaining how she observed this happen in dealing with drug use and other issues with homeless encampments.
- 1:59:06SPEAKER_06: If they're gonna do that where there are drugs, of course they're gonna lean on the health department and say, don't go look at the fact that these people are selling jerk chicken and walking taco out of the back of a hatchback on 10th Avenue and 31st, right next to Powder Horn Park.
- 1:59:22SPEAKER_06: Listen, this the mentality is that they would rather not enforce the rules and the law that they're supposed to be watching over to cater to the people that they believe will be the most ardent supporters, and also in doing so, right, continue to push their socialist commie beliefs.
- 1:59:48SPEAKER_14: John, these food vendors, well, they're immigrants, they come from a third world country, and they're doing their thing of cooking in the streets just like they do in a third world country.
- 2:00:03SPEAKER_14: Go to Thailand.
- 2:00:04SPEAKER_14: There's all they have is those type of food vendors, and that's what we are becoming.
- 2:00:11SPEAKER_24: Yeah, listen to this uh discussion about the unlicensed food vendors.
- 2:00:15SPEAKER_24: Yeah, I've got some second and third world friends, and yeah, their food preparation practices are not the greatest as many a times I've had intentional distress.
- 2:00:23SPEAKER_24: Um I kind of think of uh Sunny Hoffman how she bragged that she was on the uh the jury that got uh that mentally ill cannibal murderer on the East Coast or got him off on a plea of insanity.
- 2:00:38SPEAKER_24: The guy who murdered his wife trapped her up and fed her to the homeless and kind of I don't know all that mystery meeting these vendors.
- 2:00:45SPEAKER_24: I'd be kind of wondering, yeah, there's a lot of crime in Minneapolis, a lot of missing people.
- 2:00:50SPEAKER_24: Are we eating what we think we're eating?
- 2:00:52SPEAKER_06: Oh, that's not that's not soiling green is peanut.
- 2:01:17SPEAKER_06: I don't think you're ready.
- 2:01:18SPEAKER_06: I don't think you're ready.
- 2:01:20SPEAKER_06: I don't think you're prepared to hear what I'm about to share with you.
- 2:01:22SPEAKER_06: I really, really don't.
- 2:01:23SPEAKER_06: It's a John Justice show presented by American Experiment.
- 2:01:27SPEAKER_06: It's a long one.
- 2:01:28SPEAKER_06: It's a fun one.
- 2:01:30SPEAKER_06: It could take over the entire show until we talk with Representative Tom Emmer.
- 2:01:33SPEAKER_06: It really could.
- 2:01:35SPEAKER_06: Let's go there.
- 2:01:37SPEAKER_06: Because apparently Horny Her, St.
- 2:01:39SPEAKER_06: Paul's mayor, went there.
- 2:01:41SPEAKER_06: St.
- 2:01:41SPEAKER_06: Paul police chief Axel Henry is now suing the Democrat mayor Cooley Her, alleging she sexually harassed him and other police employees and retaliated against him after he reported it.
- 2:01:55SPEAKER_06: So attorney Chris Mannel filed the lawsuit on Wednesday against her and the city of St.
- 2:02:01SPEAKER_06: Paul, demanding a jury trial according to the complaint that was filed yesterday.
- 2:02:07SPEAKER_06: The lawsuit comes less than a week, as we reported here on the show, after uh the city released the two-page summary of its investigation that claimed the allegations of sexual harassment or retaliation were not substantiated, but did find that her engaged in offensive and inappropriate behavior.
- 2:02:29SPEAKER_06: I just what a buffoonish world that we live in.
- 2:02:32SPEAKER_06: Oh, she totally, it was offensive and inappropriate, but uh, you know what?
- 2:02:37SPEAKER_06: It's all good.
- 2:02:41SPEAKER_06: This was too much for Axel Henry, which is why he's now filed the lawsuit.
- 2:02:45SPEAKER_06: Maddle called the summary, a sanitized self-serving whitewash and demanded the city release the full investigative report, which has not been made public.
- 2:02:53SPEAKER_06: Oh, but we have a lot of details.
- 2:02:54SPEAKER_06: So these people spent years insisting, says Maddle.
- 2:02:58SPEAKER_06: There's zero tolerance for sexual harassment until it became inconvenient.
- 2:03:03SPEAKER_06: Henry's lawsuit now details what he alleges happen alleges happened behind the scenes, including sexually suggestive comments, altered photographs, and unwanted physical content.
- 2:03:14SPEAKER_06: I encourage you to go to Alpha News.
- 2:03:17SPEAKER_06: Look at the photos for yourself.
- 2:03:20SPEAKER_06: I had a chuckle over the whole thing because there was a uh a foe of the show that uh loved to go and make ridiculously photoshopped pictures of me on really inappropriate pornographic box art for videos.
- 2:03:36SPEAKER_06: I'm not even joking.
- 2:03:37SPEAKER_06: Devin's over there going, what?
- 2:03:38SPEAKER_06: Yeah, no, totally, dude.
- 2:03:39SPEAKER_06: We can talk about it later.
- 2:03:41SPEAKER_06: You missed you missed that uh that era.
- 2:03:43SPEAKER_06: This reminded me of that.
- 2:03:48SPEAKER_06: Among the most serious allegations is an encounter, Henry says, occurred during a March 18th budget meeting.
- 2:03:55SPEAKER_06: A budget meeting attended by several city and police employees.
- 2:04:00SPEAKER_06: So while I was going through this story, we have a staff meeting every single Monday morning here at Center of the American Experiment.
- 2:04:07SPEAKER_06: I just I for a moment when I was going through this, I was sitting here, I was sitting in at the desk doing my notes over it, and just imagining if I was in our staff meeting and one of the female employees here, I'm not gonna pick on anyone, but I just imagine for a moment if any of the female employees here in the building started doing to me what allegedly Mayor Cooley Her did to Henry.
- 2:04:37SPEAKER_06: I encourage you to do the same as I give you the details.
- 2:04:40SPEAKER_06: So again, March 18th budget meeting, several city and police employees.
- 2:04:44SPEAKER_06: By that point, Henry alleges he had already experienced experienced months of unwanted and increasingly personal conduct from her, and had begun taking steps to avoid being alone with her.
- 2:04:56SPEAKER_06: At the meeting, Henry says he deliberately sat as far away from Mayor Her as he could.
- 2:05:02SPEAKER_06: When Her said she could not see the numbers displayed on the television screen, Henry, who was seated next to the screen, offered to switch seats with her so that they could maintain their distance.
- 2:05:12SPEAKER_06: No, I'll come over there, Her allegedly responded before pulling up a chair next to him.
- 2:05:17SPEAKER_06: According to the complaint, Her then placed her left hand on Henry's upper right thigh between the conference table.
- 2:05:26SPEAKER_06: The first time her fingers were allegedly spread across Henry's middle and upper thigh.
- 2:05:32SPEAKER_06: The second time the lawsuit alleges, her placed her hand farther up his leg near his hip crease with her fingers extending toward the area of his groin.
- 2:05:45SPEAKER_06: I wish you could see Devin.
- 2:05:47SPEAKER_06: He's face palming so hard right now.
- 2:05:49SPEAKER_06: Oh, it just gets worse.
- 2:05:51SPEAKER_06: It just gets worse.
- 2:05:53SPEAKER_06: Henry says he was initially too shocked to react.
- 2:05:56SPEAKER_06: But the second time her placed her hand, it's hard because we have her and her.
- 2:06:01SPEAKER_06: I'm very confused.
- 2:06:03SPEAKER_06: Who's on third?
- 2:06:04SPEAKER_06: I don't know, third base.
- 2:06:06SPEAKER_06: The second time Her placed her hand on his upper thigh, Chief Henry pushed it away from the table to get away from Mayor Herr.
- 2:06:13SPEAKER_06: The complaint says that after that meeting, the assistant chief Paul Ford, who had been seated on the other side of Henry, told Henry he saw her put her hand on Henry's upper thigh.
- 2:06:25SPEAKER_06: The lawsuit also details a series of photographs, her allegedly altered of Henry and other SPPD employees, including images the complaintant described as depicting the man at the men as bodybuilders and UFC fighters with prominent bulges in the crotch area of their compression shorts.
- 2:06:47SPEAKER_06: That is an accurate assessment of what those uh photographs show.
- 2:06:57SPEAKER_06: Let's get to some of your thoughts before we continue with more of these salacious details.
- 2:07:01SPEAKER_14: Oh, John, this this police chief's going for it all because he's not gonna get reappointed in January in St.
- 2:07:08SPEAKER_14: Paul.
- 2:07:09SPEAKER_14: But since he's filed a civil lawsuit now, everything falls under discovery.
- 2:07:15SPEAKER_14: Yep.
- 2:07:15SPEAKER_06: Nope, you're absolutely uh you're absolutely right.
- 2:07:22SPEAKER_06: So the lawsuit also details the photographs, and according to the complaint, her first removed a personal framed photograph from Henry's office without his knowledge.
- 2:07:32SPEAKER_06: The original photo showed Henry with Deputy Chief Jeff Stiff and Sergeant Toy uh Vicong.
- 2:07:41SPEAKER_06: I'm probably saying that wrong, so my apologies.
- 2:07:43SPEAKER_06: At an event where the sergeant was named the City of St.
- 2:07:47SPEAKER_06: Paul's Detective of the Year.
- 2:07:49SPEAKER_06: The lawsuit alleges her then created several altered versions of the photographs featuring the three the three men.
- 2:07:56SPEAKER_06: Can we just stop for a moment?
- 2:07:58SPEAKER_06: If you have this much time, maybe you shouldn't be in this position.
- 2:08:03SPEAKER_06: I think you have too much time on your hands.
- 2:08:05SPEAKER_06: Or you are just that horny.
- 2:08:12SPEAKER_06: Her also allegedly created, and the photos are available at alpha news.org.
- 2:08:17SPEAKER_06: These shirtless muscular men wearing the tight compression shorts, another altered image depicting Henry and two other SPPD officials as members of a boy band.
- 2:08:26SPEAKER_06: Her also allegedly created an image of Henry's and other officers' faces on the bodies of UFC fighters with prominent bulges in the crotch area, as we mentioned.
- 2:08:37SPEAKER_06: Allegedly printed the altered images, put them in gold frames, and placed them in Henry's office, replacing the photograph that she had removed.
- 2:08:47SPEAKER_06: What a whack-a-doodle if all the allegations are true.
- 2:08:56SPEAKER_06: Her allegedly printed the altered images, and the lawsuit argues that the incident would have been treated differently had the roles been reversed.
- 2:09:03SPEAKER_06: Of course they would.
- 2:09:05SPEAKER_06: If this had been a female, a male doing this to a female in a staff meeting, if the allegations are true, it would have ended on the spot.
- 2:09:19SPEAKER_06: Chief Henry, the complaint states, knew that if he altered a photograph to place a woman's image, let alone the mayor of St.
- 2:09:28SPEAKER_06: Paul, to replace the face of the female bodybuilder wearing a bikini, he would have immediately been terminated.
- 2:09:35SPEAKER_06: The lawsuit alleges her also altered photo displays inside of the police headquarters by pacing photographs of herself over the images of the SPD officials and others.
- 2:09:45SPEAKER_06: In one instance, then Deputy Chief Stacy Folkowski allegedly interrupted her as she attempted to cover Falkowski's photograph.
- 2:09:57SPEAKER_06: According to the complaint, Folkowski told the mayor she had worked very hard to have her picture on that wall and did not want it covered.
- 2:10:06SPEAKER_06: The lawsuit then details a February 28th, Saturday night work dinner between Henry and her that was initially supposed to take place at Mancini's char house.
- 2:10:17SPEAKER_06: According to the complaint, her suggested Mancini's but changed the location after hearing their restaurant did not serve THC infused beverages, which she stated she wanted to be able to drink.
- 2:10:30SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 2:10:32SPEAKER_06: All right.
- 2:10:34SPEAKER_06: The meeting was moved to Sweeney's saloon, where the lawsuit says THC drinks were available.
- 2:10:39SPEAKER_06: Once there, Henry alleges that the conversation became increasingly personal.
- 2:10:44SPEAKER_06: Her allegedly discussed problems in her marriage, said her career had wrecked her marriage, and told Henry that she was frequently alone at home at night, including that Saturday night.
- 2:10:55SPEAKER_06: Aww.
- 2:10:56SPEAKER_06: He just was lonely.
- 2:11:00SPEAKER_06: Her drank the TS the THC infused beverages while Henry drank non-alcoholic beer, according to the complaint.
- 2:11:07SPEAKER_06: When her asked why he was not drinking alcohol, Henry said he did not want to drink and drive.
- 2:11:14SPEAKER_27: Seems pretty obvious.
- 2:11:17SPEAKER_06: Also, the allegations are true.
- 2:11:18SPEAKER_06: I think it's obvious why Her was upset that he was not drinking alcohol.
- 2:11:24SPEAKER_06: I can give you a ride home.
- 2:11:26SPEAKER_06: You should have some drinks, her allegedly responded.
- 2:11:29SPEAKER_06: Can we flip the script again, please, guys?
- 2:11:31SPEAKER_06: Can we just just turn the tables?
- 2:11:37SPEAKER_06: Switch the genders.
- 2:11:39SPEAKER_06: Not to mention the whole hierarchy here of the police chief and the mayor.
- 2:11:45SPEAKER_06: And I just oh, there's there's more, but let's get to some of your thoughts from the blaster line.
- 2:11:50SPEAKER_20: Good morning, John.
- 2:11:51SPEAKER_20: Great show.
- 2:11:54SPEAKER_20: Just uh like to say it's uh a thirsty Thursday for Coolie Her.
- 2:11:58SPEAKER_20: Obviously, that means we'll But different for her than most of us.
- 2:12:02SPEAKER_20: But I also want to say that uh the who's on third base uh question, the answer is obviously coolie her with anyone that's getting nearer.
- 2:12:13SPEAKER_20: Rachel lands.
- 2:12:14SPEAKER_20: Take it easy.
- 2:12:15SPEAKER_20: Rob, why is that up?
- 2:12:16SPEAKER_06: Uh Rob, that would have been also on the uh in the running for Blast of the Blast of the Day.
- 2:12:23SPEAKER_06: And if you would like to sponsor our blaster line and a blast of the day, you can do so at an incredibly competitive and reasonable advertising cost.
- 2:12:31SPEAKER_06: John.justice at americanexperiment.org.
- 2:12:34SPEAKER_06: Just drop me uh an email.
- 2:12:35SPEAKER_10: Chris and Brooklyn Center.
- 2:12:37SPEAKER_10: I'm less interested in reporters asking Cooley Her about the allegations, and I'm more interested in reporters asking her security detail if they feel safe.
- 2:12:49SPEAKER_06: Yeah, how many it's just let's just let's just assume for a moment that all these I mean, there are a lot of allegations here.
- 2:12:55SPEAKER_06: I mean, then you go back to the initial investigation and the initial allegations that took place, and they even admitted that she had inappropriate behavior, and she never went and denied that.
- 2:13:05SPEAKER_06: One of the questions that I have, much along the same lines as the comment from the uh from the from the blaster line, you know, is how many other individuals were aware of this?
- 2:13:14SPEAKER_06: I mean, how many other people saw this behavior from horny her and just simply went and and ignored it?
- 2:13:21SPEAKER_06: So when I was in Tucson, Arizona, so Raul Grahalva, member of Congress, passed away a couple of years ago, right?
- 2:13:28SPEAKER_06: Right now.
- 2:13:29SPEAKER_06: And his daughter, cut from the same, you know, from the Grahalvas, the same radical communist as he was, uh, she's now replaced him in that seat in Arizona.
- 2:13:39SPEAKER_06: So he was uh this wasn't this isn't alleged, it was well known.
- 2:13:43SPEAKER_06: The guy was an alcoholic.
- 2:13:45SPEAKER_06: And there was a bar on the south side of Tucson that he would frequent like all the time, which I never understood.
- 2:13:52SPEAKER_06: Like I get it if you're gonna be an alcoholic, not supportive of it, but I understand it.
- 2:13:56SPEAKER_06: But you just stay at home.
- 2:13:58SPEAKER_06: Why do you need to go out to a bar?
- 2:14:00SPEAKER_06: Put yourself at risk, especially when you have to get home.
- 2:14:03SPEAKER_06: Ah, but there's the rub.
- 2:14:05SPEAKER_06: Because guess what?
- 2:14:06SPEAKER_06: The sheriff's department in the area, they were all that they all very were all very well aware of Raul Grahalva's, and I'll just for the sake of, you know, he's passed away now, but a legend?
- 2:14:16SPEAKER_06: Okay, we'll just do that.
- 2:14:19SPEAKER_06: They were all very much aware of this, and so they knew when he was there, and there were sheriff's officers assigned to make sure that they were there when he went home, and they would just basically give him an escort to make sure that he got home safe.
- 2:14:35SPEAKER_06: True story.
- 2:14:36SPEAKER_06: Oh, I never told the story this morning.
- 2:14:38SPEAKER_06: I called uh 911 on a drunk driver this morning.
- 2:14:42SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 2:14:42SPEAKER_06: I was getting on uh I was getting 65, getting on uh what, 694 heading west.
- 2:14:49SPEAKER_06: There was a white Honda Accord uh driving really, really slow, made an abrupt last minute turn to get onto the on ramp, almost hit the median, like couldn't keep the car turning, and then was just in between the lanes, got into the fast lane, was going super slow, almost hit the median.
- 2:15:10SPEAKER_06: I was like, this is uh there were semis around.
- 2:15:13SPEAKER_06: I mean, this was really I got here super early.
- 2:15:15SPEAKER_06: So this was at 3 I don't know, 320 this morning, 320 a.m.
- 2:15:21SPEAKER_06: Uh and there was a lot, there was a lot more vehicles on the road than I expected.
- 2:15:24SPEAKER_06: But yeah, this guy was clearly just gone.
- 2:15:28SPEAKER_06: I ended up calling 911 on him.
- 2:15:30SPEAKER_06: That's right.
- 2:15:30SPEAKER_06: Uh let's see.
- 2:15:31SPEAKER_06: Let's get back to uh some of your comments here to the uh blaster line um over the song.
- 2:15:37SPEAKER_06: We'll see if there's any other further.
- 2:15:39SPEAKER_06: No, there's not.
- 2:15:40SPEAKER_06: All right, let's get back to the story.
- 2:15:42SPEAKER_06: So the lawsuit says that her repeatedly pressed Henry about the nature of their relationship, asking, Do you want to be friends, colleagues?
- 2:15:48SPEAKER_06: Or neither.
- 2:15:50SPEAKER_06: Confused by the question, Henry responded that he wanted to be friends in the same way he was with other work colleagues.
- 2:15:55SPEAKER_06: Her allegedly told him if he wanted to be her friend, they must work closely together.
- 2:16:04SPEAKER_06: If this goes to court, by the way, if this goes to trial, and there's a jury trial over this, I can already see the narratives forming.
- 2:16:14SPEAKER_06: Depending on what kind of evidence they have of these allegations, I can already envision the uh the defense team for cooley her taking the stance of, oh, you know what?
- 2:16:26SPEAKER_06: This was just a woman in love.
- 2:16:28SPEAKER_06: And women in love, you know, they just act irrationally.
- 2:16:31SPEAKER_06: Can you blame her?
- 2:16:32SPEAKER_06: She was in love with a colleague and it was a difficult time.
- 2:16:35SPEAKER_06: And love is love, right?
- 2:16:37SPEAKER_06: I mean, look at what happened with recent court cases for crying for crying out loud.
- 2:16:42SPEAKER_06: Henry then attempted to steer the conversation back to city business, but the complaint says her continued to press him to choose between being her friend, being simply an employee or colleague, or go, which Henry understood to mean resign.
- 2:16:56SPEAKER_06: When Henry pointed out that he had agreed to meet her on a Saturday night, her allegedly replied, I'm the mayor, you had to.
- 2:17:04SPEAKER_06: Henry then directly addressed what he viewed as the power imbalance between them.
- 2:17:10SPEAKER_06: There's a power dynamic here you aren't accounting for, Henry allegedly told her.
- 2:17:15SPEAKER_06: You are the mayor.
- 2:17:16SPEAKER_06: You can fire me.
- 2:17:17SPEAKER_06: I can't fire you.
- 2:17:22SPEAKER_06: All right, more details on this coming up in just a moment.
- 2:17:28SPEAKER_06: Speaking of THC fused beverages, the spooky mini leaf tonics are spooky because there's no booze.

- 2:17:49SPEAKER_06: Getting a good night, uh good night's sleep and coming in here to talk to you every morning, feeling refreshed, and being on the road with drunk drivers at 3 30 in the morning as well, right?
- 2:17:57SPEAKER_06: I'm a sharpest attack.
- 2:17:59SPEAKER_06: Able to dial 911 and get that dangerous person off the road.
- 2:18:04SPEAKER_06: Head on over and taste happy at M-I-N-N-E-L-E-A-F.com.

- 2:18:15SPEAKER_06: And if you have any questions, too, about my experience with the night gummies, we've had other friends of the show that have reached out to me.

- 2:18:24SPEAKER_06: But just remember, you will taste happy at minileaf.com.

- 2:22:20SPEAKER_06: As we continue, our St.
- 2:22:22SPEAKER_06: Paul police chief suing Mayor Cooley Her, alleging sexual harassment and retaliation in the wake of the city of St.
- 2:22:29SPEAKER_06: Paul finding that, you know, she did do offensive and inappropriate behavior in their investigation, but it was not substantiated.
- 2:22:37SPEAKER_06: Just a slap on the wrist.
- 2:22:38SPEAKER_06: Let's get to a few of your thoughts on the blaster line before we give you even more details of what the lawsuit alleges.
- 2:22:44SPEAKER_27: Hey John, I just wanted to let you know I think you're being completely and totally unreasonable when it comes to holding her.
- 2:22:53SPEAKER_27: She is a woman.
- 2:22:55SPEAKER_27: And as we all know, women are not capable of controlling their hormones.
- 2:23:01SPEAKER_27: It gets them into trouble, but because they're women.
- 2:23:05SPEAKER_27: And because they can control hormones, we have to give them a path.
- 2:23:09SPEAKER_27: So if we draw them, I think you just need to come to him and uh, from this woman, it's just hormones.
- 2:23:18SPEAKER_06: Yeah, you're right.
- 2:23:19SPEAKER_06: I'm sorry.
- 2:23:20SPEAKER_06: I yeah, I I I sit here corrected.
- 2:23:22SPEAKER_06: It's just hormones.
- 2:23:23SPEAKER_06: How can she be blamed?
- 2:23:24SPEAKER_06: Not to mention love is love.
- 2:23:27SPEAKER_06: The woman sounds like she was allegedly in love with Henry.
- 2:23:30SPEAKER_06: Who is he to push back?
- 2:23:33SPEAKER_06: Right?
- 2:23:34SPEAKER_06: The unrequited love of Horny Hair.
- 2:23:38SPEAKER_38: Just hearing the allegations and some of them, a lot of them, he's got documentation for it.
- 2:23:43SPEAKER_38: Um the pictures, the text message about winner Wednesday.
- 2:23:50SPEAKER_38: Um for for what bothers me, I mean the whole thing bothers me, but the most is that holy her.
- 2:24:02SPEAKER_38: He is not taking any responsibility for any of that.
- 2:24:08SPEAKER_38: He must be one fit human being that cannot be able to see that he is in the wrong.
- 2:24:15SPEAKER_38: Um, that he can't admit it.
- 2:24:20SPEAKER_38: He's a thick puppy.
- 2:24:22SPEAKER_06: So just uh toss another question out.
- 2:24:25SPEAKER_06: Uh maybe I shouldn't, but I'm going to anyway.
- 2:24:28SPEAKER_06: Like, what is what's going on in her personal life?
- 2:24:32SPEAKER_06: Like, if this is how she's acting in a business environment.
- 2:24:38SPEAKER_06: I mean, what's going on behind closed doors in in private?
- 2:24:44SPEAKER_06: What's happening?
- 2:24:46SPEAKER_06: What are her thoughts on the decriminalization of uh bathhouses?
- 2:24:50SPEAKER_06: That's another question that I have in Minneapolis, maybe.
- 2:24:54SPEAKER_06: There's more though, guys.
- 2:24:55SPEAKER_06: I'm not done yet.
- 2:24:56SPEAKER_06: The lawsuit describes several other encounters that Henry considered sexual in nature.
- 2:25:01SPEAKER_06: On February 19th at a uh police academy graduation, her allegedly noticed an MFF ribbon on Henry's uniform.
- 2:25:11SPEAKER_06: So that stands for mobile field force.
- 2:25:16SPEAKER_06: Oh, I thought it said MILF, so maybe I could get one, her allegedly said, referring to the phrase.
- 2:25:24SPEAKER_06: You know what MILF means.
- 2:25:26SPEAKER_06: I don't need to.
- 2:25:26SPEAKER_06: Devin, MILF, you know.
- 2:25:28SPEAKER_06: Okay, just making sure.
- 2:25:29SPEAKER_06: Got that one cleared.
- 2:25:31SPEAKER_06: Henry responded no and walked away.
- 2:25:34SPEAKER_06: By March, Henry alleges that he was taking steps to avoid being alone with her.
- 2:25:39SPEAKER_06: In the lawsuit, he claims that he tried to ensure witnesses were present, avoided her attempts to hug him or sit beside him, and even pretended to take phone calls so that he could enter meetings, uh, meetings last and choose to sit away from her.
- 2:25:52SPEAKER_06: As Alpha News previously reported, Henry filed the formal complaint against her March twenty-sixth after learning the alleged conduct extended beyond his own interactions with the mayor.
- 2:26:01SPEAKER_06: Those allegations included her sending staff a wiener Wednesday message, as you heard in the uh blast a moment ago, featuring the photoshopped image of the SPPD officer with the caption when she wraps you up in her blanket after giving uh after you gave her a good wienering.
- 2:26:17SPEAKER_06: Henry alleges that the city retaliated against him after he reported her, including by publicly disputing the allegations, questioning his motives, excluding him from personal decisions, and interfering with his authority as the police chief.
- 2:26:32SPEAKER_06: The lawsuit also claims that her's discrimination sought to discredit Henry after he filed the sexual harassment complaint.
- 2:26:38SPEAKER_06: Henry points to an August 2026 report by a KSTP reporter, Jay Coles, that suggested the chief filed the complaint because he was upset about the SPPD budget.
- 2:26:49SPEAKER_06: I think this Minnesota Star Tribune had a similar headline regarding that.
- 2:26:54SPEAKER_06: The lawsuit alleges that Coles reported Hearst talking points, and upon information and belief that the report induced by Mayor Hearst public relations firm to spread lies about Chief Henry's motives, it further alleges Coles did not contact Henry or his representatives for comment before publication.
- 2:27:12SPEAKER_06: The attorney, Chris Maddles, said, I'm amazed that many members of the Minnesota media have simply accepted the city's purported summary as fact.
- 2:27:22SPEAKER_06: The St.
- 2:27:22SPEAKER_06: Paul Pioneer Press even said the mayor was cleared without reading the report.
- 2:27:27SPEAKER_06: They're not journalists, they're shills.
- 2:27:30SPEAKER_06: See the previous commentary that I had in the second half and the first half of the 6 30 and 7 o'clock hours here on the show.
- 2:27:37SPEAKER_06: And if you missed any of it, check out the podcast available on all podcast platforms, the Mix LR app, and rewatch it on YouTube, Center of the American Experiment, and Rumble, Center of the American Experiment.
- 2:27:49SPEAKER_06: Henry brings six counts against the city and her, including sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and battery claims.
- 2:27:56SPEAKER_06: He is asking the court to order the city to release the full investigative report and is seeking damages, attorney's fees, and costs.
- 2:28:06SPEAKER_06: They're not defending a principal.
- 2:28:08SPEAKER_06: They're defending a person, Maddal told Alpha News.
- 2:28:11SPEAKER_06: Principal was quietly shown the door.
- 2:28:14SPEAKER_06: Alpha News reached out to her's office for comment.
- 2:28:18SPEAKER_06: And of course has not received one.
- 2:28:21SPEAKER_06: You know, I gotta give her a different description.
- 2:28:23SPEAKER_06: If any of these allegations are true, horny Her uh is not a strong enough uh description for this particular individual.
- 2:28:32SPEAKER_06: So we will uh certainly be uh watching this story with um great interest.
- 2:28:39SPEAKER_06: As a uh young Palpatine once said.
- 2:28:43SPEAKER_06: Uh let's see.
- 2:28:44SPEAKER_06: Apparently there isn't enough going on in her personal life.
- 2:28:46SPEAKER_06: That's why she has to try to get some action from the officers, according to a uh comment that we received on the uh on the blaster line.
- 2:28:55SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I you know you know what the problem is with so many of these stories, by the way?
- 2:29:01SPEAKER_06: The problem with so many of these stories is they become so ridiculous and like so sh uh so salacious in this case.
- 2:29:08SPEAKER_06: I think that's the most I've ever used that word on the show, probably.
- 2:29:13SPEAKER_06: That when you actually get to working out the issue and what the what the what the problem is, like you lose sight of like the bigger picture here.
- 2:29:21SPEAKER_06: I mean the fact that these allegations exist at all, the fact that uh Cooley Hear didn't even deny them the first time around.
- 2:29:27SPEAKER_06: She chalked it up to people not getting her sense of humor.
- 2:29:31SPEAKER_06: Well, but you no, it's not a matter of people not getting your sense of humor.
- 2:29:34SPEAKER_06: That may be your sense of humor, but it's not funny to everybody.
- 2:29:37SPEAKER_06: There is a subject uh subjectivity, there is a subjectiveness to that as as well.
- 2:29:43SPEAKER_06: But there also is just it's not inappropriate for the job that you have.
- 2:29:47SPEAKER_06: You're the mayor of a major metropolitan city.
- 2:29:51SPEAKER_06: The fact that there are any of these allegations that you wouldn't, that you haven't disputed is enough to say maybe I should step down.
- 2:30:00SPEAKER_06: I shouldn't be in this position of power.
- 2:30:05SPEAKER_06: But you get into this and it'll get so far into the weeds it won't even that part of it won't even be addressed.
- 2:30:12SPEAKER_06: Even, I mean, and it should have been, it should have been in that initial investigation.
- 2:30:15SPEAKER_06: I guess that's ultimately the point that I'm making.
- 2:30:17SPEAKER_06: The St.
- 2:30:18SPEAKER_06: Paul investigation that said that she used offensive and appropriate behavior, but it didn't rise to the point of any sort of discipline.
- 2:30:29SPEAKER_06: That's a joke.
- 2:30:31SPEAKER_06: She used offensive and appropriate and inappropriate behavior serving as the mayor of St.
- 2:30:37SPEAKER_06: Paul.
- 2:30:38SPEAKER_06: And if she were a man, she would have been fired given the results of that same investigation.
- 2:30:43SPEAKER_06: Bottom line.
- 2:30:46SPEAKER_06: 651-964-0294.
- 2:30:49SPEAKER_06: All right, let's turn our attention over to Minneapolis.
- 2:30:54SPEAKER_06: Minneapolis City Council.
- 2:30:58SPEAKER_06: The public can now weigh in on the future of driverless vehicles in Minneapolis as City Council members consider an ordinance that they say would protect jobs and public safety.
- 2:31:08SPEAKER_06: Waymo calls it a de facto ban because it is a de facto ban.
- 2:31:15SPEAKER_06: More than a dozen U.S.
- 2:31:16SPEAKER_06: cities allow autonomous vehicles.
- 2:31:18SPEAKER_06: And I don't have any problem questioning autonomous vehicles in Minnesota.
- 2:31:25SPEAKER_06: I don't have any problem with that, especially given the winter months.
- 2:31:28SPEAKER_06: And, you know, is there, are are there requirements in play for these autonomous vehicles based off the weather outside to not go and run, especially when it gets snowy, right?
- 2:31:37SPEAKER_06: Those are legitimate questions.
- 2:31:39SPEAKER_06: What they're doing here is trying to keep these autonomous vehicles from operating at all simply to go and serve a portion of their voting base that they do not want to lose support from while they continue to push their own communist beliefs.
- 2:31:56SPEAKER_06: Minnesota has no statewide legislation for commercial autonomous vehicles.
- 2:32:01SPEAKER_06: Minneapolis city leaders are pushing to regulate uh driverless taxis.
- 2:32:06SPEAKER_06: The City Council members are considering the ordinance that they're calling workers drive Minneapolis, doing that thing with my fingers.
- 2:32:13SPEAKER_06: This would establish basic regulations for commercial autonomous vehicles in Minneapolis.
- 2:32:19SPEAKER_06: In addition to requiring a specific business license, the rules would require a human monitor in every robotaxi.
- 2:32:29SPEAKER_06: So Becca Thompson makes another appearance on the show this morning.
- 2:32:32SPEAKER_06: I pulled from a post that she had put uh online.
- 2:32:37SPEAKER_06: So we have audio coming from Chug Tie.
- 2:32:40SPEAKER_06: Is it Aisha?
- 2:32:40SPEAKER_06: I think it's Aesha Chugtai.
- 2:32:42SPEAKER_06: I'm not I know we have Aisha Gomez in the legislature.
- 2:32:46SPEAKER_06: I think her name is Aisha Tugtie.
- 2:32:47SPEAKER_06: Either way, we have Miss Chug Tie, as Becca Thompson wrote, uh writes online, talking about the issue of autonomous vehicles and offering up an excuse as to why she doesn't want them, or there should be a uh a human individual inside of the autonomous vehicle, and then other solutions to make streets safer.
- 2:33:12SPEAKER_06: So listen to this and then we'll share with you some more of what Becca Thompson had to say in this post.
- 2:33:18SPEAKER_06: Again, this is City Council member Chugtie.
- 2:33:24SPEAKER_42: The best way, the most effective way, and the most long-term way that we can do that is by building infrastructure that is centered around people and not cars.
- 2:33:34SPEAKER_42: It is to build infrastructure that prioritizes bus riders and pedestrians and cyclists.
- 2:33:40SPEAKER_42: That is the way that we make our streets safer, and it is not through autonomous vehicles.
- 2:33:45SPEAKER_42: Like, let's just be honest about that.
- 2:33:47SPEAKER_42: So, if this council wants to double down on safety on our on our public right of way, I am there ten toes down with you.
- 2:33:56SPEAKER_06: Let me stop here really quick.
- 2:33:59SPEAKER_06: This isn't a basketball.
- 2:34:02SPEAKER_06: No, it's about uh providing the people of Minneapolis with another alternative to transportation.
- 2:34:11SPEAKER_06: You see, but this pushes back on one, the lobbyists and the base of supporters that drive the current ride sharing or taxi.
- 2:34:19SPEAKER_06: We already saw what happened with the ride share.
- 2:34:21SPEAKER_06: They tried to push back on that as well.
- 2:34:23SPEAKER_06: Of course, it pushes back on the idea of a public transportation.
- 2:34:26SPEAKER_06: But it's not even about making streets safer.
- 2:34:28SPEAKER_06: She's just decided to spike this in because as we've demonstrated in previous stories earlier today, when the arguments by the leftists are so flimsy, they gotta bring out the corkboard, the pushpins, and the yarn to try to go and piece together a coherent argument, of which she does not do in her continued rant.
- 2:34:49SPEAKER_42: Then let's build our streets to include more bus lanes, to include wider sidewalks, to include um more protected bikeways.
- 2:34:59SPEAKER_42: Let's solve our safety problem.
- 2:35:01SPEAKER_42: My door's open.
- 2:35:02SPEAKER_42: Let's talk about how every street uh from here on out is built with um with people-centered infrastructure in mind.
- 2:35:10SPEAKER_42: Thank you.
- 2:35:11SPEAKER_06: So uh what's the problem with this?
- 2:35:14SPEAKER_06: As Becca Thompson notes uh in her post, uh translation the way to make streets safer is to ensure that no one ever goes on them.
- 2:35:23SPEAKER_06: We assure this by making sure that no one will ever want to travel anywhere.
- 2:35:28SPEAKER_06: She's right.
- 2:35:55SPEAKER_06: In a year where there's access across the board opposition to ubiquitously purposed or record high tax increases, you'd think a savvy political like herself would have considered that, but you would be wrong.
- 2:36:14SPEAKER_39: I don't know.
- 2:36:15SPEAKER_39: I would definitely feel safer in a car rather than standing around waiting for uh puzzling transportation.
- 2:36:27SPEAKER_28: Good morning, John.
- 2:36:28SPEAKER_28: It's Matt from Apple Valley.
- 2:36:30SPEAKER_28: Uh these groups in city councils that think flights and lighter sidewalks and narrower streets are safer as a professional driver.
- 2:36:43SPEAKER_28: They have wrecked so many streets it made them much more dangerous to drive on easy.
- 2:36:48SPEAKER_28: Because they introduced other things on the road that are easy following the law.
- 2:36:56SPEAKER_28: Like cars have easy not even right on that.
- 2:37:02SPEAKER_23: Yeah, and I'm sure the horse and buggy industry had the same argument when cars were introduced.
- 2:37:08SPEAKER_23: But instead of uh having TikTok, all they had was.
- 2:37:16SPEAKER_06: Come on.
- 2:37:18SPEAKER_06: Come on.
- 2:37:20SPEAKER_06: It's too late in the show for dad jokes for crying out loud.
- 2:37:24SPEAKER_06: Jason uh Terasek, he's a guest columnist at the uh Minnesota Star Tribune, has an editorial on this that I wanted to uh share with you some points on.
- 2:37:36SPEAKER_06: RN oh no, that's not right.
- 2:37:38SPEAKER_06: Never mind.
- 2:37:39SPEAKER_06: Um counterpoint Minneapolis proposal to mandate drivers and driverless cars is nonsense.
- 2:37:46SPEAKER_06: So the council members want you to believe that requiring a human safety monitor behind the wheel of autonomous vehicles reasonable and an incremental step towards public safety.
- 2:37:55SPEAKER_06: It isn't.
- 2:37:56SPEAKER_06: It is a mandate that guts the entire point of the technology while ignoring the one safety problem autonomous vehicles are uniquely positioned to solve.
- 2:38:06SPEAKER_06: Assault.
- 2:38:07SPEAKER_06: We haven't even talked about this aspect of it, which is why I bring it up.
- 2:38:12SPEAKER_06: A driverless car with a driver isn't a compromise, it's a contradiction.
- 2:38:18SPEAKER_06: The premise of autonomous vehicle technologies is that a machine is controlling the car, requiring a paid human safety monitor, as we've pointed out on the show, to sit in the driver's seat of a car that doesn't need a driver, doesn't add a layer of protection.
- 2:38:32SPEAKER_06: It introduces the exact liability the technology was built to eliminate the exact cost structure that made human-driven rideshare economically strained in the first place.
- 2:38:42SPEAKER_06: If the human in the seat must meet other basic qualifications and be paid at least a minimum wage, the proposal has simply reinvented the Uber driver minus the ability to actually take meaningful control in a split second of the car.
- 2:38:58SPEAKER_06: Since these vehicles aren't designed for last-second manual takeovers the way that older assisted driving cars, assisted system driving cars were.
- 2:39:06SPEAKER_06: The council members' op-ed frames big tech as a threat to rider safety.
- 2:39:11SPEAKER_06: But look at what the human-driven ride share model has actually produced.
- 2:39:16SPEAKER_06: Lyft's own safety report disclosed 4,158 sexual assault reports over just three years, between 17 and 19, including 360 rapes, and found that reports rose 65 percent over that period.
- 2:39:37SPEAKER_06: Uber's numbers were worse in absolute terms, nearly 6,000 assault reports in its first two-year disclosure, including 464 rapes, with the 91 percent of the rape victims being riders other than the drivers.
- 2:39:53SPEAKER_06: These aren't fringe anecdotes.
- 2:39:54SPEAKER_06: They are companies' own disclosures extracted only after CNN investigations forced their hand.
- 2:40:03SPEAKER_06: And isn't it just so typical that when you have decisions that are being promoted, policies that are being crafted that are based in nothing but irrational, agenda-driven, ridiculous nonsense that you inevitably end up bringing out the worst in the very thing that you were fighting against.
- 2:40:25SPEAKER_06: Like these numbers never would have been shared publicly in a news story or an editorial if it wouldn't if it wasn't for the fact that the Minneapolis City Council members are putting forward this ridiculous, idiotic notion to try to go and ban autonomous vehicles by putting a human in it.
- 2:40:45SPEAKER_06: They know what they're doing.
- 2:40:47SPEAKER_06: You see, they can't come straight out and just say, no, we're not, we're gonna ban them, we don't want them.
- 2:40:52SPEAKER_06: No, they have to come up with some excuse.
- 2:40:54SPEAKER_06: And their excuse is actually doing a disservice to the very people that they are trying to go and defend by exposing, yeah, it really isn't all that safe to take ride share.
- 2:41:04SPEAKER_06: And the numbers bear that out.
- 2:41:08SPEAKER_06: That is the risk profile of putting a stranger with an unsupervised one-on-one access to a passenger behind the wheel.
- 2:41:14SPEAKER_06: An autonomous vehicle, whatever its flaws around construction zones or snow, does not proposition, follow, or assault a passenger.
- 2:41:23SPEAKER_06: It has no motive, no discretion, and no opportunity to act alone.
- 2:41:27SPEAKER_06: If the council members are genuinely worried about the safety of women and the vulnerable riders using rideshare services in Minneapolis, the technology being demonized in their commentary is the one most structurally in uh capable of producing harm that has defined the human-driven version of the industry for a decade.
- 2:41:52SPEAKER_06: The ordinance doesn't eliminate the risk, it reinstates it by mandate.
- 2:41:59SPEAKER_06: Hand tip to this person, man.
- 2:42:01SPEAKER_06: By forcing a human monitor into every uh vehicle, workers drive Minneapolis doing that thing with my fingers, doesn't get Minneapolis a safer ride hail ecosystem.
- 2:42:14SPEAKER_06: It gets the exact one we already have with a computer added on top for cost.
- 2:42:19SPEAKER_06: If the genuine goal is public safety, the council members should be asking why we'd uh legislate a known, well-documented assault risk back into the system that was on track to reduce it.
- 2:42:33SPEAKER_06: None of this means Minneapolis should wave autonomous vehicles through with zero oversight, reasonable regulation, weather performance standards, incident reports requirements, clear liability rules, and a transition plan for displaced drivers deserves a real debate.
- 2:42:48SPEAKER_06: But a blanket human-in-the-seat mandate isn't a bridge to that future, it's a wall against it.
- 2:42:56SPEAKER_06: There were a few more points within this piece.
- 2:42:58SPEAKER_06: I would definitely encourage you to go and uh check it out if you uh have the uh opportunity uh to go and read it in its entirety, but the guy is absolutely spot on.
- 2:43:09SPEAKER_06: It's all a lie.
- 2:43:10SPEAKER_06: It's all a lie.
- 2:43:12SPEAKER_06: They do not want to upset.
- 2:43:13SPEAKER_06: Again, they're loyal base, right?
- 2:43:15SPEAKER_06: And therefore, they are irrationally against autonomous vehicles.
- 2:43:19SPEAKER_06: While, as he mentioned, you're basically mandating a risk be put in place, and you've now shown the dangers that I wasn't even fully aware of based on those numbers of rideshare, those rideshare dangers and the number of rapes and assaults taking place.
- 2:43:33SPEAKER_06: I had no idea that was going on in rideshare.
- 2:43:35SPEAKER_06: And I never would have found out if the idiots over at the Minneapolis City Council, let me rephrase, if the communists over at the Minneapolis City Council had it moved to try to put in this de facto ban of the Waymo vehicles.
- 2:43:49SPEAKER_06: All right, we'll get to some of your thoughts uh coming up on the uh blaster line.
- 2:43:52SPEAKER_06: First off, though, we're gonna try to speak with Representative uh Tom Emmer uh next on the show.
- 2:43:58SPEAKER_06: Republican Attorney General, state auditor candidates, lead DFL opponents in cash on hand.
- 2:44:03SPEAKER_06: We're seeing something similar nationwide.
- 2:44:05SPEAKER_06: We will get uh Representative Emmer's thoughts on the current state of the midterm election next, right here on the John Justice Show, presented by American Experiment.
- 2:44:14SPEAKER_43: All the special interests are represented in St.

- 2:44:44SPEAKER_06: What's the biggest fear you have about selling your home?
- 2:44:47SPEAKER_06: What if it doesn't sell, right?
- 2:44:48SPEAKER_06: That's why upfront cash offers can sound so appealing, but what if you can sell your home without fear and without leaving equity on the table?
- 2:44:57SPEAKER_06: That's the advisor advantage from Hallway North real estate advisors.

- 2:46:26SPEAKER_43: Minnesota has always been a low crime state.
- 2:46:30SPEAKER_43: But according to the most recent Bureau of Criminal Apprehension data, we are now above the national average when it comes to part one crimes, a category that includes crimes like murder, assault, rape, and carjackings.
- 2:46:43SPEAKER_43: Think about it.
- 2:46:44SPEAKER_43: Minnesota is now a high crime state.

- 2:47:06SPEAKER_06: Good morning, Tom.
- 2:47:06SPEAKER_06: How are we doing this morning, sir?
- 2:47:08SPEAKER_09: We're doing well, John.
- 2:47:09SPEAKER_09: Good morning.
- 2:47:10SPEAKER_06: It's a beautiful day.
- 2:47:11SPEAKER_06: It is a beautiful day outside.
- 2:47:12SPEAKER_06: It's good, it's turning into Emmerweather.
- 2:47:14SPEAKER_06: This is how I refer to this time of the year.
- 2:47:16SPEAKER_06: This is how I refer to this time of the time of the year.
- 2:47:18SPEAKER_06: So good morning to you.
- 2:47:20SPEAKER_06: Um let's start off here.
- 2:47:22SPEAKER_06: What are your thoughts on um I haven't heard much controversy surrounding this, but I am curious to get your overall thoughts.
- 2:47:28SPEAKER_06: We do have uh Chinese President uh Xi visiting the White House.
- 2:47:32SPEAKER_06: Uh President Donald Trump has been um sort of describing this meeting uh in uh DC uh as uh very friendly to obviously an individual who is who is an adversary.
- 2:47:45SPEAKER_06: Um, you know, do you agree with how the president is framing this uh this visit uh from the from the uh leader from uh from China?
- 2:47:53SPEAKER_06: And what are you hoping um you know the the outcome of this uh visit is?
- 2:48:00SPEAKER_09: Well, uh first off, yes.
- 2:48:02SPEAKER_09: Uh the President Trump, if people haven't figured it out by now, uh they haven't been watching, because it doesn't matter what your views are, uh it doesn't matter how uh bad uh your behavior is.
- 2:48:15SPEAKER_09: Uh I mean he completely disagrees with the mayor of New York City, John.
- 2:48:20SPEAKER_09: And what does he do?
- 2:48:21SPEAKER_09: He sits down with him and he talks to him.
- 2:48:23SPEAKER_09: Uh he will tell you, even though the media tries to play it a different way, that the uh the crazy leader of North uh Korea.
- 2:48:32SPEAKER_09: I mean, he'll he'll even engage him.
- 2:48:33SPEAKER_09: He's the only one that ever has.
- 2:48:35SPEAKER_09: Uh when it comes to President Xi, uh, this is uh not our friend.
- 2:48:40SPEAKER_09: The president has been trying to reset the relationship uh ever since he was first elected back in 2016, John.
- 2:48:49SPEAKER_09: Uh we have never been closer.
- 2:48:51SPEAKER_09: I I I will bet you that some of the discussions behind closed doors, in fact, uh a lot of the focus will not just be on things like uh uh artificial intelligence and the and the race on that, uh, but Iran, because uh you have probably seen the reports.
- 2:49:10SPEAKER_09: We can talk about it because it's public, but China has been uh one of Iran's biggest supporters, uh sending all kinds of components for drones and other uh weaponry that they're using.
- 2:49:21SPEAKER_09: And I'm sure this is going to be one of the discussions uh that they're gonna try to resolve.
- 2:49:26SPEAKER_09: So I think uh this president always uh holds his hand out uh to his uh his adversaries.
- 2:49:34SPEAKER_09: Uh and you know, if you're not a friend of uh of America, he is not going to be a friend of yours, but he's gonna give you a chance to at least uh uh be a colleague.
- 2:49:43SPEAKER_09: So I think it'll be a good uh meeting.
- 2:49:45SPEAKER_09: Uh they're having a state dinner.
- 2:49:47SPEAKER_09: I mean, they really are rolling the red carpet out for the Chinese uh communist leader.
- 2:49:52SPEAKER_06: Uh the video footage uh yesterday of uh of X arrival, and then we had the was the B-1 bomber came uh flying in overhead.
- 2:50:03SPEAKER_06: I don't know if you had a chance to see that, Representative Tom Emmer, but uh it was pretty epic and in typical Trump uh Trump fashion.
- 2:50:10SPEAKER_06: Uh I was appreciative of it.
- 2:50:11SPEAKER_06: Uh did you have a chance to see that video?
- 2:50:13SPEAKER_09: I did not.
- 2:50:14SPEAKER_09: I uh I was on the road in the district all day yesterday.
- 2:50:18SPEAKER_09: No, I I didn't have I but hopefully I'll get to see it some at some point today.
- 2:50:22SPEAKER_06: So, Secretary, you mentioned Iran and Secretary uh Scott Besent was talking with media yesterday, and he laid out three possible outcomes.
- 2:50:30SPEAKER_06: He says either the regime turns on each other, the Iranian people rise up, uh, or Iran makes and sticks to a deal.
- 2:50:39SPEAKER_06: He says this time, if there is a deal, I can guarantee they're going to uh stick with it.
- 2:50:44SPEAKER_06: Do you agree with uh Besson's comments here?
- 2:50:47SPEAKER_09: Well, it depends.
- 2:50:48SPEAKER_09: I, you know, the the third one, obviously we'd we'd all love to see a deal that the Iranian uh Iranians stick to.
- 2:50:56SPEAKER_09: The problem is not the Iranian people.
- 2:50:59SPEAKER_09: Uh the problem uh is not the uh Iranian uh uh leaders, elected leaders, uh, because they've actually been calling for the deal.
- 2:51:07SPEAKER_09: The problem is the Ayatollah and the uh and the IRGC, the uh the Royal Guard.
- 2:51:13SPEAKER_09: Uh these are the uh the ones that seem to have nothing to lose and they're not willing to stop.
- 2:51:19SPEAKER_09: Uh they're somehow going to have to take care of that if you're gonna have a deal that sticks.
- 2:51:24SPEAKER_09: Uh it is not good right now in uh Iran, John.
- 2:51:28SPEAKER_09: Uh the the people are struggling uh to uh even get the basic necessities of life.
- 2:51:34SPEAKER_09: Uh reports are that the uh gas lines is being severely rationed for fuel, so they're extremely long.
- 2:51:42SPEAKER_09: Uh it's groceries, it's fuel, it's uh everything that uh you need to survive.
- 2:51:47SPEAKER_09: The Iranian people are truly suffering right now.
- 2:51:50SPEAKER_09: The uh the blockade has worked.
- 2:51:52SPEAKER_09: Uh it would behoove them to get rid of these crazy extremists uh and get back to uh uh running their own lives.
- 2:52:01SPEAKER_09: The uh the Persian people are amazing, uh John.
- 2:52:04SPEAKER_09: Uh hopefully this will be over soon, and we will see uh some of that entrepreneurial spirit uh that is that is there uh be resurrected.
- 2:52:14SPEAKER_06: Well, and Tom, I'm glad you brought that up because you know that's not what you we don't get any insight into what's going on with Iran.
- 2:52:21SPEAKER_06: Of course, you and I both know the majority of the mainstream media is not going to report that because it may actually go and show uh that we're having an impact that could bring about the change that we're looking for in Iran.
- 2:52:33SPEAKER_06: Um, but we're not hearing that uh in the media.
- 2:52:36SPEAKER_06: And to that point, uh you have this judge in DC that, like so many of them have done, pushing back on the president, what he's trying to do, blocking this special access, as J.D.
- 2:52:47SPEAKER_06: Vance and President Trump have described it of the press because they're sick and tired of all the false narratives and lies that they've been telling, and they still have access to the president, just not this special access to the White House.
- 2:52:59SPEAKER_06: Um, what are your thoughts on this controversy currently?
- 2:53:02SPEAKER_09: My favorite is when they said they were gonna boycott them, and I can't remember which one it was, but the president shows up to speak at the United Nations uh earlier this week.
- 2:53:12SPEAKER_09: And of course, one of them's right there asking questions.
- 2:53:15SPEAKER_09: He goes, I I thought you were boycotting me.
- 2:53:17SPEAKER_09: I I didn't know you you're not supposed to be here.
- 2:53:21SPEAKER_09: This is such nonsense.
- 2:53:22SPEAKER_09: And I I think the president is making his point yet again.
- 2:53:26SPEAKER_09: Uh look, the uh the Cartoon News Network, otherwise known as CNN, look, none of them, John, are uh completely uh uh newsworthy.
- 2:53:36SPEAKER_09: I mean, they are all entertainment-driven soundbite shows.
- 2:53:42SPEAKER_09: Uh these are not uh, I mean, obviously I'm I'm a uh a Republican, so people who don't agree with me will say, well, of course he likes Fox.
- 2:53:51SPEAKER_09: Fox is the closest thing, and that's not even perfect.
- 2:53:54SPEAKER_09: And yet you turn on uh uh CNN, you turn on MF Now or whatever they're calling it today, uh, you turn on these nonsense uh entertainment news from the left, and they are so dishonest.
- 2:54:08SPEAKER_09: Even look at our local uh uh news.
- 2:54:10SPEAKER_09: It it is absolutely uh um unacceptable that they do not report everything that's going on.
- 2:54:18SPEAKER_09: Uh you have activists, political activists writing on the editorial board for the uh the local paper.
- 2:54:24SPEAKER_09: And what are they doing while all these huge issues are going on?
- 2:54:27SPEAKER_09: They're trying to create some kind of a uh a meeting where they invite speakers and they talk about the issues that are important, again, with the same echo chamber that they report to, John.
- 2:54:40SPEAKER_09: So it's I I understand where the president's coming from.
- 2:54:44SPEAKER_09: I totally agree with him.
- 2:54:46SPEAKER_09: Uh we've been living it here in Minnesota for a long time.
- 2:54:49SPEAKER_09: They do not tell the truth, they tell you what they want you to know, and that's it.
- 2:54:55SPEAKER_09: And the vast majority of Minnesotans get all their information local.
- 2:54:59SPEAKER_09: So how are they ever gonna know that Tim Walls was ripping them off, that his his uh uh administration had been ripping them off by tens of billions of dollars uh the last seven and a half years, because these guys wouldn't report it.
- 2:55:13SPEAKER_09: You've got an amateur that comes in and within hours finds more evidence of fraud than uh the local news programs did in seven and a half years, John.
- 2:55:25SPEAKER_09: That's what the president's upset about.
- 2:55:26SPEAKER_09: That's what we should all be upset about.
- 2:55:28SPEAKER_09: The fourth establishment is not the uh the democratic socialist news.
- 2:55:33SPEAKER_09: It is supposed to be the uh the entity, the what do we call it growing up, the fourth establishment that's supposed to hold everybody accountable.
- 2:55:41SPEAKER_09: And they don't.
- 2:55:42SPEAKER_09: They don't.
- 2:55:43SPEAKER_06: Two things before uh we uh before I cut you loose this morning, talking with Representative Tom Emmer.
- 2:55:49SPEAKER_06: First, let's bring things local and we'll kind of go national with it.
- 2:55:52SPEAKER_06: Um, polling here when it comes to Republicans in Minnesota with these elections coming up, uh best that it's looked in uh in decades, you've got The auditors race, the attorney general race, depending on what poll you're looking at, the GOP candidate is uh is leading.
- 2:56:07SPEAKER_06: Also, um the report today, Republican candidates for Minnesota Attorney General and the state auditor lead their Democrat opponents in campaign cash on hand just weeks before the election.
- 2:56:18SPEAKER_06: How much is this mirroring what's happening nationwide?
- 2:56:21SPEAKER_06: I believe I read a report that the GOP was out fundraising uh Democrats ahead of the midterms, but we're also looking at polling that's not as favorable in relation to the uh to the cash flow.
- 2:56:35SPEAKER_06: So uh are these mirroring what's happening here in nationally?
- 2:56:38SPEAKER_06: What are your um what what's your take?
- 2:56:40SPEAKER_09: Uh yes and no.
- 2:56:42SPEAKER_09: Okay.
- 2:56:42SPEAKER_09: I mean, first off, when it comes to the fundraising, uh think about it.
- 2:56:46SPEAKER_09: Uh uh we're we're raising record amounts nationally.
- 2:56:49SPEAKER_09: So that that is that seems to be consistent, John.
- 2:56:52SPEAKER_09: But it's also because the uh president shut down the uh uh the uh illicit ATM that was being run through the uh U.S.
- 2:57:01SPEAKER_09: State Department, and the uh Congress has got uh this uh crooked operation called Act Blue under the microscope.
- 2:57:09SPEAKER_09: And I mean the uh the uh rodents are scrambling for the darkness because they they really uh and and it's cut their their fundraising uh from illicit sources.
- 2:57:20SPEAKER_09: I'm I I don't know that it's all been shut off, but enough that we have parody or we're in a better position.
- 2:57:26SPEAKER_09: When you add on the Trump money, we're in a lot better position than the uh than the other side.
- 2:57:31SPEAKER_09: Now, locally, no, the polling is not the same as the rest of the country.
- 2:57:37SPEAKER_09: Uh the the uh rest of the country, there is a headwind.
- 2:57:40SPEAKER_09: It's a midterm.
- 2:57:41SPEAKER_09: This is what uh uh our candidates have to fight their way through.
- 2:57:44SPEAKER_09: You win uh the house races, the U.S.
- 2:57:47SPEAKER_09: House races, with the right candidate or incumbent with the right message and enough money to do what they need to do.
- 2:57:52SPEAKER_09: We don't control the national message as representatives in the U.S.
- 2:57:56SPEAKER_09: House of Representatives, but we are impacted by the national message.
- 2:58:00SPEAKER_09: So the price of gas, et cetera, that is a weight on top of a congressional campaign.
- 2:58:05SPEAKER_09: But a good, properly funded uh incumbent or uh a challenger can work their way through that and be successful.
- 2:58:14SPEAKER_09: That's happening in Minnesota, completely different.
- 2:58:18SPEAKER_09: Number one issue is uh uh fraud.
- 2:58:21SPEAKER_09: Over everything else, it's the number one issue.
- 2:58:24SPEAKER_09: I would tell every Republican candidate to talk about fraud and fraud only.
- 2:58:29SPEAKER_09: You will never get anything different by electing Democrats in this state.
- 2:58:33SPEAKER_09: They've been doing this for a decade plus now, and it's just gotten to a point where it's brazen.
- 2:58:38SPEAKER_09: Uh, you need new leadership.
- 2:58:40SPEAKER_09: I think what you're seeing uh with the attorney general's race is also unique to uh to Keith Ellison.
- 2:58:46SPEAKER_09: People know who this crook is, they know how crooked Keith Ellison is.
- 2:58:50SPEAKER_09: You should just run the commercial with his voice, telling the Somali fraudsters, uh, I will protect you, and then show the$10,000 contribution he got within 10 days or whatever it was.
- 2:59:00SPEAKER_09: I mean, the the Minnesota, Minnesotans may not be hardcore right, hardcore left.
- 2:59:06SPEAKER_09: The vast majority of us are not partisan.
- 2:59:08SPEAKER_09: We just are common sense, and they are finally seeing the reality that has been in place for uh certainly this administration, if not longer, but this administration in particular, Tim Walls, uh in uh uh uh Keith Ellison at all.
- 2:59:27SPEAKER_09: By the way, if you look at the city level, look at these guys, John.
- 2:59:32SPEAKER_09: What's his name?
- 2:59:33SPEAKER_09: Uh small fry in Minneapolis.
- 2:59:35SPEAKER_09: I he is not willing to look at anything in his city's budget to cut.
- 2:59:42SPEAKER_09: Instead, he says, oh, look, we're gonna have to have a 20% increase in property taxes, folks, and that's Trump's fault.
- 2:59:49SPEAKER_09: Really?
- 2:59:49SPEAKER_09: It's Trump's fault.
- 2:59:51SPEAKER_09: You won't even cut a pedestrian coordinator position.
- 2:59:55SPEAKER_09: You remember this one, John?
- 2:59:56SPEAKER_09: They've got some person making like a six-figure number with benefits that coordinates pedestrians in Minneapolis.
- 3:00:05SPEAKER_09: Uh boy, that's something that it seems like we should all want to pay for, John.
- 3:00:09SPEAKER_09: Uh this is why you you see Scott Jensen leading, you see Ron Schutz leading.
- 3:00:14SPEAKER_09: This is why uh you have uh Tad June and Tad Jude in a closing fashion.
- 3:00:20SPEAKER_09: I mean, the first poll I saw after the primary, he's down by almost 15 points.
- 3:00:24SPEAKER_09: He has more than cut that in half since the primary.
- 3:00:28SPEAKER_09: And that's the Secretary of State's position.
- 3:00:30SPEAKER_09: And the governor's race, the governor's race is anyone's race.
- 3:00:34SPEAKER_09: It it really is, despite what the media wants to uh uh wants to convey.
- 3:00:38SPEAKER_09: I will give the media a little credit.
- 3:00:40SPEAKER_09: They're at least recognizing Lisa Damuth as the candidate on the Republican side who is out there and uh and fighting for the uh the vote.
- 3:00:49SPEAKER_09: Uh that that they haven't even done in the past, John.
- 3:00:52SPEAKER_09: So uh that's at least they're recognizing that Minnesotans have uh been awakened to the fact that elections matter.
- 3:01:01SPEAKER_09: Uh you better know what you're voting for, uh, and you better hold them accountable to make sure you've got what you voted for.
- 3:01:09SPEAKER_09: So that's that's where I'm at.
- 3:01:11SPEAKER_09: I it's we're different than the nation when it comes to our number one issue.
- 3:01:15SPEAKER_06: Uh lastly, really quick, uh, can you give us the details on this new Russian hoax that revolves around what's happening in the Senate, the SAVE Act, and the the wedding of Donald Trump uh Jr.
- 3:01:28SPEAKER_06: What is going on with your colleagues over in the over in the Senate?
- 3:01:33SPEAKER_09: You know what really irritated me.
- 3:01:35SPEAKER_09: Uh you might have seen I I weighed in on that yesterday because nobody was, and I think it's ridiculous.
- 3:01:42SPEAKER_09: One, uh Don Jr.
- 3:01:44SPEAKER_09: is a private citizen, John.
- 3:01:46SPEAKER_09: Uh John, Don Jr.
- 3:01:48SPEAKER_09: has his wedding.
- 3:01:49SPEAKER_09: Uh, you know, that's his private affair.
- 3:01:52SPEAKER_09: This is not unusual for uh uh certain uh foreign uh uh governments, whatever that you've worked with to do what this guy did.
- 3:02:00SPEAKER_09: And you know what Don Jr.
- 3:02:02SPEAKER_09: did?
- 3:02:02SPEAKER_09: He paid it back right away.
- 3:02:04SPEAKER_09: It's like this isn't appropriate.
- 3:02:06SPEAKER_09: So he paid it back.
- 3:02:07SPEAKER_09: And now, now you want to have uh why?
- 3:02:10SPEAKER_09: We're 40 days out from an election.
- 3:02:12SPEAKER_09: I thought the uh the partisan uh uh uh attacks usually are for Democrats, right?
- 3:02:20SPEAKER_09: They're the ones who created the uh the Russian hoax.
- 3:02:23SPEAKER_09: Why in God's name is a Republican calling for an investigation of a private citizen's wedding when there's nothing there, 40 days out from an election?
- 3:02:35SPEAKER_09: This this just again proves to me there are no Democrats, there are no Republicans in the U.S.
- 3:02:43SPEAKER_09: Senate.
- 3:02:43SPEAKER_09: There are only senators.
- 3:02:45SPEAKER_09: That's what we're dealing with, and uh we're just gonna have to work through it.
- 3:02:49SPEAKER_09: Uh, I don't think this is fair to the Trump family.
- 3:02:52SPEAKER_09: You know, you got Gill and Brandon these this crew that claims they were trying to resolve the uh digital assets uh debate.
- 3:02:59SPEAKER_09: They were being, they're trying to claim they were being sincere, they were being honest when they were working on the Clarity Act, the Market Structure Act.
- 3:03:06SPEAKER_09: Uh, and yet the White House gave them everything they asked for, John, on the ethics piece that they keep talking about.
- 3:03:13SPEAKER_09: Everything.
- 3:03:14SPEAKER_09: And you know what?
- 3:03:15SPEAKER_09: Gillenbrand's son is doing exactly what she's complaining about with the uh with the Trump family.
- 3:03:23SPEAKER_09: By the way, uh the it's the meme coin uh deal that was created by who?
- 3:03:27SPEAKER_09: Gary Gensler.
- 3:03:30SPEAKER_09: These guys, they have no shame.
- 3:03:32SPEAKER_09: They're the biggest hypocrites on the face of the planet.
- 3:03:35SPEAKER_09: Uh Don, let Don Jr.
- 3:03:37SPEAKER_09: live his life.
- 3:03:38SPEAKER_09: I mean, remember, Adam Schiff in the first Russian hoax uh had the audacity to claim that Don Don Jr., Donald Trump Jr.
- 3:03:46SPEAKER_09: should spend the rest of his life in jail.
- 3:03:48SPEAKER_09: Uh, look in a mirror, Adam.
- 3:03:50SPEAKER_09: That is exactly where you should be.
- 3:03:52SPEAKER_09: This is uh, this this stinks to high heaven on the left, and I'm very sad that uh a Republican thinks that it's something that is important for him to get attention on.
- 3:04:02SPEAKER_09: It's it's ridiculous.
- 3:04:03SPEAKER_06: Representative Tom Emmer, uh, thank you so much for the time this morning on the show.
- 3:04:07SPEAKER_06: I look forward to uh hopefully talking with you again next week.
- 3:04:10SPEAKER_06: Enjoy the pending Emmer uh weather, and we'll talk again real soon.
- 3:04:15SPEAKER_09: You too, John.
- 3:04:16SPEAKER_09: Don't use that air conditioner.
- 3:04:18SPEAKER_09: It's gonna be good.
- 3:04:19SPEAKER_06: Thanks, Tom.
- 3:04:19SPEAKER_06: We'll talk to you again next week, buddy.
- 3:04:21SPEAKER_06: Thank you.
- 3:04:21SPEAKER_06: All right, bye.
- 3:04:22SPEAKER_06: All right, we're getting ready to uh wrap up uh the show for a uh Thursday, of course, Freedom Friday tomorrow.
- 3:04:27SPEAKER_06: We'll talk about this in just a moment.
- 3:04:29SPEAKER_06: I have one more quick clip.
- 3:04:31SPEAKER_06: This is what I can do here on the show.
- 3:04:33SPEAKER_06: Not under time constraints.
- 3:04:34SPEAKER_06: Although Devin's probably going, I want to go home.
- 3:04:36SPEAKER_06: Um so Tom brought up fraud.
- 3:04:39SPEAKER_06: I have a story that we'll try to get to on tomorrow's show.
- 3:04:42SPEAKER_06: There's a new angle on the fraud, reports of abuse and neglect linked to a taxpayer-funded nonprofit that's been serving Minnesota kids.
- 3:04:50SPEAKER_06: Uh it's a rough story, but it's one that needs to be shared.
- 3:04:53SPEAKER_06: So hopefully we can do it on tomorrow's uh show.
- 3:04:56SPEAKER_06: I wanted to bring this up though, and in light of fraud, and there's a clip that's been shared around as of late, and I'm glad that this is happening, because it doesn't happen very often.
- 3:05:06SPEAKER_06: But in this case, when you look at this election coming up here in Minnesota, and you look at specifically the Senate race between Tefoya and Peggy Flanagan, what's really interesting about it is when you go back to Angie Craig during the primary and the comments that she was making about Peggy Flanagan, she's a DFLer, they're on the same side, but even Angie Craig was pointing out what the rest of us know about the fact that Peggy Flanagan didn't do anything about f fraud in her role as the lieutenant governor.
- 3:05:37SPEAKER_06: So here is Angie Craig in an interview going back to the primary.
- 3:05:42SPEAKER_12: The Lieutenant Governor, even as we sit here today, continues to take absolutely no accountability for any of the fraud issues, and she continues to blame the governor.
- 3:05:53SPEAKER_12: And I'm going to be honest, it it's pissing me off.
- 3:05:56SPEAKER_12: I mean, I'm proud to have the endorsement of Gwen Walls this morning, but it pisses me off that you completely put all of the responsibility on the governor of Minnesota when you were the number two elected leader in Minnesota during that period of time.
- 3:06:08SPEAKER_06: And you know, she's not wrong, and that's coming from her own party for crying out loud.
- 3:06:15SPEAKER_06: All right, let's go out on uh this blast here to wrap up Thursday's show.
- 3:06:21SPEAKER_40: John, when is the new merch coming on the American Experiment website?
- 3:06:26SPEAKER_40: You've been promising new merch, or you were.
- 3:06:29SPEAKER_06: I know.
- 3:06:29SPEAKER_40: Um waiting for it.
- 3:06:31SPEAKER_06: Well, that is uh that is in control of my Lieutenant Governor, Catherine uh Johnson, who will be uh joining us tomorrow in studio on uh the uh comfy sofa and chairs for a Freedom Friday.
- 3:06:43SPEAKER_06: To your point, though, we are having a uh meeting right after the show tomorrow to finalize uh that new John Justice show merch with the logo that's right here on the video if you're watching the video portion of the show.
- 3:06:56SPEAKER_06: So uh hopefully within the next uh week or so, once we kind of get the items that we want and um the uh the artwork uh ready to go, we'll be able to put that up fairly uh quickly.
- 3:07:06SPEAKER_06: So thank you for asking.
- 3:07:08SPEAKER_06: Uh we've been really busy as of late here at Center of the American Experiment, but we are meeting tomorrow uh after Freedom Friday to uh finalize the uh John Justice Show merch.
- 3:07:18SPEAKER_06: You can still get an embroidered uh hat.
- 3:07:21SPEAKER_06: That is available, but if you make a donation, just go to my page in the pop-up window on the homepage of AmericanExperiment.org.
- 3:07:27SPEAKER_06: Make a donation and you get the hat for free.
- 3:07:29SPEAKER_06: Also, the mugs are available right now on the merchandise page.
- 3:07:33SPEAKER_06: On the homepage in American Experiment, up on the top left, there's a drop window when it comes to the about portion and the merch link is there.
- 3:07:40SPEAKER_06: So we have a lot of great American Experiment merch itself, but you can get a logo to John Justice Joe Mug.
- 3:07:46SPEAKER_06: And I believe we're gonna actually have a separate page for the new merchandise.
- 3:07:51SPEAKER_06: So coming very soon, and I'm glad that you uh I'm glad that you asked.
- 3:07:54SPEAKER_06: All right, that wraps up the show today.
- 3:07:56SPEAKER_06: Tomorrow, as I mentioned, Catherine Johnson will be in with us.
- 3:07:58SPEAKER_06: Uh, new guest on a Freedom Friday.
- 3:08:00SPEAKER_06: We spoke to her a couple of weeks ago.
- 3:08:02SPEAKER_06: Uh, she is uh one of the members of Turning Point USA out of Burnsville, Amanda um Amanda Lamar, and she will be joining us on the comfy chairs for a Freedom Friday.
- 3:08:12SPEAKER_06: Looking forward to speaking with her.
- 3:08:13SPEAKER_06: We had her on when they were doing the uh anniversary tribute event for uh Charlie Kirk down in uh in Burnsville.
- 3:08:21SPEAKER_06: Our own policy fellow, David Zimmer, uh, had a chance to go down to that event and spoke with uh Amanda down there as well.
- 3:08:27SPEAKER_06: So she'll be joining us in studio along with Max Reimer and uh A.K.
- 3:08:31SPEAKER_06: uh Kamara, of course.
- 3:08:33SPEAKER_06: So uh thank you, Devin, for uh producing this week.
- 3:08:35SPEAKER_06: We'll have Isaac in studio uh tomorrow producing the show.
- 3:08:38SPEAKER_06: And thank you for hanging out uh with us today.
- 3:08:41SPEAKER_06: I greatly appreciate it.
- 3:08:42SPEAKER_06: If you missed any portion of today's uh broadcast, be sure to check out the podcast across all the major podcast platforms on the MixedLR app.
- 3:08:50SPEAKER_06: Got the bugs worked out of the app, just had that one problem this week.
- 3:08:53SPEAKER_06: Uh but those are available there.
- 3:08:55SPEAKER_06: Be sure to download the app, it's completely free.
- 3:08:57SPEAKER_06: Also, you can watch a replay of the show uh on American Experiments Facebook, YouTube, and Rumble pages as well.
- 3:09:05SPEAKER_06: So enjoy your Thursday, uh, God bless, and I will talk to you guys tomorrow morning on a Freedom Friday starting at uh 6 a.m.
- 3:09:14SPEAKER_06: Bye.
