- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:02Epstein Chronicles. One of the biggest issues that you're run
- 0:06into when you're looking at a situation like the one
- 0:09we're looking at with Epstein is that the information out
- 0:12there is not complete, and a lot of times it's
- 0:16very difficult to track down what you're looking for. Well,
- 0:20over the last few weeks, I've been able to get
- 0:22my hands on some new depositions that we haven't went
- 0:25through yet, and to say that they're fascinating is quite
- 0:28the understatement. So the first deposition that we're going to
- 0:32look at is one from two thousand and nine, and
- 0:35it's a deposition that involves Bradley Edwards, who is a
- 0:38lawyer to a lot of the survivors, and Larry Vasoski,
- 0:42who was one of two main pilots for Jeffrey Epstein.
- 0:47And the format we're going to use is the same
- 0:49one that we always use. When I say a question,
- 0:52that will be Bradley Edwards asking the question, and when
- 0:54that questions answered, it'll be Larry Vasoski that is answering. Now,
- 0:59if there's an anybody else who interjects, like mister Critten
- 1:02or mister Reinhardt, who are both lawyers for Larry Vasoski.
- 1:06I'll make sure to point that out so we keep
- 1:08everything framed up and keep it moving. So with that said,
- 1:12why don't we dive into this deposition of Larry Vassoski.
- 1:17October fifteenth, two thousand and nine. Mister Edwards all right. Thereupon,
- 1:24having been first duly sworn or affirmed, was examined and
- 1:28testified as follows. Larry Vassoski, the witness. Yes, I do,
- 1:33Brad Edwards. Can you tell us your first name for
- 1:36the record? Answer Laurence Vasoski junior. Question and mister Vasaski,
- 1:42have you ever had your deposition taken before? Answer by Vasaski?
- 1:46No question. Okay, here's the process. I'm going to ask
- 1:51you questions. You're going to give us answers. Try to
- 1:53give us answers that we all understand that the core
- 1:56reporter can take down, such as yes or no, or
- 1:59some other verbal answer that we can understand. It's easy
- 2:03when we get in a casual conversation to nod or
- 2:06shake your head and the court reporter is not writing
- 2:09pictures or anything else. Answer I understand. Question. The other
- 2:13thing is, and I've been accused of this and other depositions.
- 2:16I don't know if it's true or not, but I
- 2:18need to wait until you finish answering the question, and
- 2:23you need to wait until I finish asking the question. Answer,
- 2:27So you're not allowed to interrupt me. Question and you're
- 2:30not allowed to interrupt me answer like I just did.
- 2:33Question right, mister Crichton, Carriage just snickered when you said
- 2:37you've been accused because she recognizes it's true. Bradley Edwards,
- 2:42I don't know what the meaning of her snickering was,
- 2:45mister Edwards. For what it's worth, if you don't understand
- 2:48the question or that I've asked, or if it's a
- 2:51bad question, I don't want you to guess. Give me
- 2:54the best answer to the best of your knowledge, and
- 2:56if you need me to rephrase it, I will bososki Okay,
- 3:00question okay, tell me your current address? He gives them
- 3:03the address. Question how long have you lived there? Answer
- 3:06approximately nine years? Question okay? And who do you live
- 3:10there with? Answer my wife? Question all right? How many
- 3:14children do you have? Answer to question how old are they?
- 3:18Answer fifteen and eighteen? Question and is the eighteen year
- 3:22old is not living with you? Answer, she's off at school.
- 3:25Question Okay, what school is that? Answer? Syracuse question who
- 3:30is your employer right now? Answer nes LLC? Question how
- 3:35long has nes LLC been your employer? Answer I'm guessing
- 3:39I'd say back to ninety one. I have to do
- 3:42the math, but seventeen eighteen years. Question has that been
- 3:47your only employer since nineteen ninety one? Answer yes? Question
- 3:51and has that been your only source of income since
- 3:53nineteen ninety one? Answer yes? Question And what is NESLLC? Answer?
- 4:00I don't really know. I mean it's the company that
- 4:03my check comes from. Question what do you do for
- 4:05NESLLC that results in them paying you? Answer? I'm chief
- 4:10pilot for the aircraft and helicopters. Question and do you
- 4:14have a specific boss or somebody you answer to at NYSLLC.
- 4:19Answer several people would call to schedule flights from the office,
- 4:22being it either mister Epstein or you know, I would
- 4:25just get a phone call and they would schedule a trip.
- 4:28Answer Okay, aside from mister Epstein, who else would be
- 4:31there that would call to schedule flights? Answer Leslie question
- 4:35Leslie who? Answer Leslie Groff question when's the last time
- 4:39you talked to Leslie Groff. Answer probably two weeks ago,
- 4:42three weeks ago. Question by Edwards and where is she currently? Pososki?
- 4:48I believe in New York is where I spoke to
- 4:50her on the phone. Last question, what's the telephone number
- 4:53that you call to reach Leslie Groff? He gives them
- 4:56the number, and then the same for the address. And
- 4:59the address is is three oh one East sixty sixth Street.
- 5:02Question and it's my understanding from other depositions that there
- 5:05are also apartments in that three oh one East sixty
- 5:08six Street building. Answer yes, question and mister Epstein either
- 5:12owns or leases or rents certain of those apartments. Is
- 5:15that you're understanding? Mister criten forms speculation the witness. I'm
- 5:20only speculating. I don't to my understanding, I don't know.
- 5:24Bradly Edwards do you know other people that live in
- 5:26that building? Answer? Well, it would be myself, Dave Rogers. Well,
- 5:30when you say live, explain question when you're saying yourself
- 5:34and Dave Rogers to that he's cut off by Larry Vasowski.
- 5:39See we don't live there, I mean we have we
- 5:41would stay there when we would have a trip. Bradley Edwards.
- 5:45Question Okay, when you would fly to New York and
- 5:49land in New York, the place where you would stay
- 5:51is that three oh one East sixty sixth Street. Answer yes,
- 5:55that's correct. Question. That's also a location you've vindicated in
- 5:59this deposition. That is the office for nes LLC. Answer yes,
- 6:04question what floor suite number is ne E s LLC?
- 6:08In answer, I believe, well, I don't know what NESLLC
- 6:12has an office there. I know that's where Leslie has
- 6:14the phone number where I call, So I don't know
- 6:16for a fact. If ns LLC has an officer. Question
- 6:20and what sweet number? Then would Leslie Graff sit in
- 6:23to answer the telephone number? At answer I think it's
- 6:27ten F. Question And when you stay at three oh
- 6:30one E sixty sixth Street, what sweet number or apartment
- 6:33number do you stay? In answer by Vesoski twelve C
- 6:37question And how about Dave Rogers? Where does he stay?
- 6:41Answer I'm guessing because it's the same time since we've
- 6:44been there. Ten B. But don't quote me on that question.
- 6:48Who are the other people in that building that you
- 6:50know stay there on a regular basis? Fairly regular basis.
- 6:54Answer I've seen people in the elevator that you know
- 6:57have been on the airplane. Case in point, maybe Ra Kellen,
- 7:00but I don't know for a fact that she lives
- 7:02there or anybody else for that matter. Question Okay, when
- 7:06you say that you've seen Sarah Kellen on the elevator,
- 7:08he's cut off by VESASKI I can only assume that
- 7:11she lives there. I don't know for a fact. I'm
- 7:13trying to be honest and factual for you, so I
- 7:15couldn't honestly say if I knew she lived there or not.
- 7:18Question where do you think that Sarah Kellen lives? Answer?
- 7:22I would think she lives there. Question you don't have
- 7:24a better location answer I don't have another location. Question
- 7:28anybody else? Answer not to my knowledge. I mean, I'd
- 7:32only be guessing that people live in that building that
- 7:35you know. I don't have any facts to prove that
- 7:37they actually live there. I mean, I don't think you
- 7:39want me to guess. Question Well, ANYSLLC, would you say
- 7:44that the owner or controller of that company is Jeffrey Epstein,
- 7:47mister critten form the witness. I don't know that for
- 7:51a fact, Brad the Edwards. Jeffrey Epstein is somebody you've
- 7:55indicated that you've worked for for seventeen or eighteen years
- 7:58right answer yes, question, and over the seventeen or eighteen
- 8:02years you've become personally close with them as well. Correct.
- 8:06Mister Crichton, objects again form Vysoski answers, I don't understand
- 8:10how you mean close to find that brad Edwards well
- 8:14more so than just a pilot that takes them from
- 8:16point A to point B. Answer by VESASKI that's my
- 8:20job question right, But you know them on a personal level,
- 8:23and that you've had personal conversations that don't necessarily deal
- 8:27with flying from point A to point B. Isn't that right?
- 8:30Mister Critten form vysosk more specific meaning we talk about cars?
- 8:36I mean does that make you a personal friend? Question
- 8:39by Bradley Edwards? Have you ever gone to his house
- 8:41to eat? Answer no? Question have you ever been to
- 8:45his New York home? Answer yes? Question by Edwards? How
- 8:49many occasions have you been to his New York home?
- 8:52To this? Mister Critten once again objects objective form the witness,
- 8:57which is vesask. We normally pick up luggage in the lobby,
- 9:01so it would probably be quite often anytime we depart
- 9:04out of New York, we stop by the house and
- 9:07pick up luggage and head to the aircraft. Other than
- 9:11picking up luggage, have you been to his home to
- 9:14visit or socialize with them? Answer not the socialized? No question.
- 9:18Have you been to the pom Beach home? Answer to
- 9:22question to mister Epstein's pom Beach house? Answer right question
- 9:26have you been there? Answer yes? Question have you been inside?
- 9:29Answer yes? Question and how many occasions have you been
- 9:33inside that home? Answer the same. As far as picking
- 9:37up luggage, that would be on a regular basis. You know,
- 9:40for a departure, we wouldn't always go to the house
- 9:43to pick up the luggage, but it made it easier
- 9:45for loading the aircraft getting it done prior to departure.
- 9:50Question is that the only reason that you've ever gone
- 9:52to the pom Beach home over the last eighteen years
- 9:55is to pick up luggage? Answer no question. What other
- 9:59reasons have have you gone there? Answer? I've set up
- 10:02several home theater equipments, you know, televisions and such. Question
- 10:06Is that another hobby or job or something of yours?
- 10:08Answer both? Question does he pay you for that? Answer
- 10:11not any more than my salary. Question what's your current salary.
- 10:15Answer at this time one hundred and eighty thousand. Question
- 10:19and what are you paid one hundred and eighty thousand
- 10:21to do? Answer? Manages? Aircraft question and what does that entil?
- 10:26Answer scheduling, maintenance, anything that has to do with any flight,
- 10:29whether it be weather, flight planning, time and distance to
- 10:32and from a location, any logistics involved in running and
- 10:36operation that has aircraft question in addition to one hundred
- 10:40and eighty thousand? Does he give you bonuses as well? Answer?
- 10:44There have been Christmas bonuses? Question over the years? You
- 10:48mean there have been Christmas bonuses? Answer yes. Question is
- 10:52one hundred and eighty thousand dollars the most he's ever
- 10:54paid you? Answer no? Question all right, were you making
- 10:59When was the last time that you were making an
- 11:01amount different than one hundred and eighty thousand dollars? Answer
- 11:05last year? Question that would be two thousand and eight.
- 11:08Answer that would be correct. Yeah, we all took a
- 11:12salary cut. I don't know the exact date. It might
- 11:14have been two thousand and eight. Last year, it was
- 11:16last Christmas. We all took a ten percent salary cut.
- 11:20Question do you know why? Answer economic reasons? Question and
- 11:24who told you that you were going to have to
- 11:26take the salary cut answer Darren Endyke. Question and did
- 11:30you ask for an explanation? Answer? He said it was
- 11:33due to the economic reasons throughout the country. Question okay,
- 11:37So in two thousand and eight, how much were you
- 11:39being paid by NESLLC? Answer two hundred thousand dollars? Question
- 11:44And is two hundred thousand dollars the most you ever
- 11:46made from NESLLC? Answer yes, sir. Question And on top
- 11:51of the two hundred thousand dollars, did you get a
- 11:53bonus that year as well? Mister Reinhardt, Which you are
- 11:56you talking about? Mister Edwards two thousand and eight? The
- 11:59way that year, I think we skip Christmas bonuses that year.
- 12:03The last bonus might have been two thousand and seven,
- 12:06mister Edwards. If you ever got a bonus from mister Ebstein,
- 12:09and I'm only deriving this from you using the term
- 12:12Christmas bonus? Answer holiday bonus? Question? Am I correct to assume? Sorry?
- 12:17Am I correct to assume that if you got a bonus,
- 12:20there only was one and it was at the end
- 12:22of the year around the holidays. Answer yes, question okay?
- 12:26And how much was the two thousand and seven holiday
- 12:28bonus answer. I'd have to ask my wife to be honest,
- 12:31I haven't seen my paycheck in twenty seven years, so
- 12:34I believe it was ten g's question. And in two
- 12:37thousand and seven you also made two hundred thousand dollars.
- 12:40Answer yes, question okay, answer with a question mark. I'm
- 12:45trying to be as accurate as I can, but yes,
- 12:48question something pretty close to that answer, yes, sir, question okay,
- 12:52So with the bonus it was two hundred and ten
- 12:54thousand roughly answer right, question okay? And how long were
- 12:58you making that salary? Answer? Probably he was very religious
- 13:02about giving annual increases, so I would probably say two
- 13:06thousand and six. You know, it was we would get
- 13:08an increment increases of five or ten thousand each year,
- 13:11so I would say two thousand and six, So it graduated,
- 13:15you know. Progressive question okay, do you remember the progression?
- 13:19If we start in nineteen ninety one, do you remember
- 13:21roughly what the progression was up through two thousand and
- 13:24seven two thousand and eight when you were making two
- 13:26hundred thousand dollars. Answer No, I wouldn't know the progression.
- 13:31Question Okay, do you remember what you were making from
- 13:35and was NESLLC the company paying you back in ninety one? Answer?
- 13:40I don't know. I don't remember. Let me say it
- 13:42that way, I don't remember. Question Okay, how long do
- 13:46you remember NESLLC being the payer of your check? Answer
- 13:51personally two years, because personally, I've never seen my paycheck,
- 13:55so I don't know what it's written on the top
- 13:57of it. Question that would be something that only your
- 14:00wife would see. I'm assuming. Answer, you're right, since she's
- 14:03probably wouldn't know the answer either because she's looking at
- 14:06the right column and not the top column. Question right,
- 14:10when's the last time you had heard the name NESLLC
- 14:13that company? Answer five six years and even questioned what
- 14:18it stood for? And I think to this day I
- 14:20couldn't answer that honestly what it stands for. Question Okay,
- 14:25but is your understanding that the NEESLLC is paying you
- 14:29for the work that you do as a pilot or
- 14:31maintain the planes for Jeffrey Epstein. Answer to my understanding? Yes.
- 14:36All right, folks, we're gonna wrap up episode one right here,
- 14:39and in the next episode we're gonna pick up where
- 14:41we left off with the deposition of Larry Vasoski. All
- 14:45of the information that goes with this episode can be
- 14:48found in the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome
- 14:52to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode,
- 14:55we're picking up where he left off with the Larry
- 14:58Vasaski deposition from two thousand and nine. Question, Okay, throughout
- 15:04your career with or as a pilot for Jeffrey Epstein's
- 15:08in ninety one, has there ever been a pilot or
- 15:11been a time when you believe you were paid directly
- 15:13from Jeffrey Epstein personally versus some company. Answer not to
- 15:17my knowledge, no question, okay, So whether it was ANYSLLC
- 15:22or some other company, it was all of a sudden
- 15:24a company name to the best of your knowledge, answer
- 15:27exactly yes. Question And back in ninety one, do you
- 15:30remember approximately how much you were being paid that year? Answer?
- 15:34Fifty five or sixty thousand is maybe what I started? Question? Okay, answer,
- 15:39you're going back a long ways question Yes, answer, I'm trying.
- 15:44Question your relationship goes back that far. That's why I
- 15:47chose that year. Answer right. Question Okay, did you get
- 15:51your bonuses even back that far? Answer yes, sir. Question
- 15:55and do you remember what your bonuses were approximately answer
- 15:59five thousand. I mean that kind of that was the
- 16:01starting point. Question okay. In addition to monetary bonuses, were
- 16:05there ever gifts or any other type of compensation that
- 16:08nys LLC or Jeffrey Epstein provided you? Answer? Yes, question
- 16:14and does that over the span of eighteen years? Yes, question, Okay,
- 16:20tell me what some of those items are. Answer? I
- 16:22remember one specifically was a pool heater question excuse me,
- 16:27answer a pool head question? When was that? Answer? Ninety
- 16:30five ish answer? Okay, why did you get that? Answer?
- 16:35I had a pool built and I didn't have a heater.
- 16:38And he kind of laughed at me, saying, how can
- 16:40you have a pool without a heater? So he says
- 16:43you ought to have a heter. Question Where were you
- 16:46when you had this conversation? Answer in the airplane question
- 16:49how did he know that you had built a pool?
- 16:52Busoski just in general conversation question you were having a
- 16:56conversation with Jeffrey Epstein. Answer yes, question and this is
- 17:00something that was happening on the airplane this conversation. Answer
- 17:04during the flight. Yeah, it would have been like on
- 17:06cruise or something. Question Okay, when you say during the flight,
- 17:10does that and to this he's cut off by VESASKI again,
- 17:13you're going back a long way question. I understand we're
- 17:16talking about ninety five right now. Answer yes. Question. You're
- 17:20having a conversation with Jeffrey Epstein who is flying the plane?
- 17:23Answer the autopilot and there's two crew question okay, so
- 17:27you're back in the back portion or is he up
- 17:29in the cockpit? Answer up in the cockpit question okay,
- 17:33Jeffrey Epstein sometimes comes up there. Answer yeah, just in
- 17:37between the two pilot seats. Question all right, is that
- 17:40something that was typical to have conversations like that? Answer
- 17:44uh huh question yes, answer yes question. And would those
- 17:49conversations be directed mainly with you or with the other
- 17:52pilots as well? Answer mainly me? Question. I mean you
- 17:56kind of described as the main guy or the main
- 17:58pilot when you consider that pretty much your role right answer, Well,
- 18:02that's chief pilot. Question. But more so than that, if
- 18:06there's going to be a casual conversation about a pool
- 18:08or a pool heater or whatever, it's going to be
- 18:10with you, most likely, if he's going to be talking
- 18:13to the pilots, right And to that, mister Critten objects
- 18:16again form the witness right, Edwards, Okay, and you feel
- 18:21like over the years your relationship with Jeffrey Epstein has
- 18:24been pretty good? Answer? Yeah, question, and you've been closer
- 18:28to him over the years as you've grown to know him,
- 18:31mister Critten form witness the same throughout the same year.
- 18:35We never got any closer than ninety one than I
- 18:38am with him now. I'm very professional at what I do,
- 18:41and I know the line between being professional and thinking
- 18:44you're somebody's buddy. Edwards, Okay, so that's not something that
- 18:49you think you are. You don't think you're his buddy?
- 18:51Answer no, sir. Question do you consider yourself as friend? Answer?
- 18:56I believe so. Question Do you think he considers you
- 19:00his friend? Answer? I think so? Question all right, What
- 19:03makes you think that, mister Critten speculation Vysoski. He's always
- 19:09been kind and respectful. Mister Edwards ever invited you to dinner? Vysoski, No, sir. Question.
- 19:16Have you ever associated or socialized with him during the
- 19:18day at any of the homes? Answer? Only during business reasons.
- 19:23Question Okay, what are the other are the places that
- 19:26you believe that mister Epstein owns? I know we've talked
- 19:29about Manhattan, the Manhattan house. But I've read articles about
- 19:33Palm Beach mansion. But what about other places that you
- 19:35are familiar with? Mister critten Form, predicate speculation, Vysoski to
- 19:42answer it honestly, I don't know specifically what he owns
- 19:45or that he owns any of the residences. To be honest,
- 19:48I would assume that he owns, So if you want
- 19:50me to answer honestly, I don't know that he owns
- 19:53any of the other Mister Edwards, Okay, well, what would
- 19:56be the basis for your assumption that he owned the
- 20:00home in Palm Beach? Answer? He goes there, But I
- 20:03don't assume you don't have to own a house to
- 20:05go to it. Question and not only goes does he
- 20:09oh there? You're aware that he spends the night there?
- 20:11He resides there sometimes? Correct answer yes, question when he's
- 20:16in Palm Beach? Answer he sleeps? Question sleeps right? When
- 20:20he's in New York? Do you know where he sleeps? Answer? No, question,
- 20:24But you've been to a particular house in New York
- 20:27that's very large house that we've all read about that
- 20:30you've picked up luggage at right. Answer yes, sir, mister
- 20:33critten Form, Edwards and that home. Do you know that
- 20:38I know that you're saying that you haven't done a
- 20:39public record search to make sure that Jeffrey Epstein owns it.
- 20:43Answer yeah, question, but you assume that he does. Answer
- 20:46assuming question that's where he sleeps when he's in New York.
- 20:52Mister Critten objects again, form the witness. I assume Bradley Edwards,
- 20:58that's where his luggage is when you pick it up.
- 21:00Answer doesn't mean he owns it. Question right, but that's
- 21:03where it is? Answer yes, sir. Question do you know
- 21:06of anybody else who owns that home in New York?
- 21:08Answer no? Question okay, have you ever been to his
- 21:12ranch in New Mexico? Answer yes to this. Mister Critten
- 21:17objects again, form Brad Edwards. How many times have you
- 21:21been to his ranch in New Mexico? Criton once again,
- 21:25objects form and predicate Vesoski answers a guesstimant fifty times
- 21:31only due to the fact that we would fly there,
- 21:34Brad Edwards. And where would you land? Answer depending upon
- 21:38the aircraft, either Albuquerque or Santa Fe. Question are those
- 21:42private airports? Answer public? Question public? Okay? Are there any
- 21:46private landing places where you would land? Any planes in
- 21:50New Mexico. Answer there are question that you have landed?
- 21:54Answer that I have question his airplane? Answer yes, question
- 22:00error answer, we have a forty five hundred foot strip
- 22:03on the ranch. Question when you say we yourself and somebody?

- 27:47of a friend. Answer no, you're using the word gifting.
- 27:51I paid for the land. I don't recall what it was,
- 27:54But you use the word friend. I don't know what
- 27:57sure he was a friend? I mean? Question, well, did
- 28:00he give David Rodgers any land out in New Mexico's ranch? Answer? No?
- 28:05Question okay, when you said you paid for it, I
- 28:08thought I asked that question, did you pay for the
- 28:10forty acres? I thought your answer was I don't know.
- 28:13I'd have to go and look. Are you saying now
- 28:15that you did pay for that land? Answer? I don't remember.
- 28:19If there was a sum of money, it was just
- 28:21for you know, the legal purpose of a transfer of
- 28:24ownership of the land. Question okay, if it was a
- 28:27substantial amount of money, that's something that you would have remembered. Answer, oh, exactly, No,
- 28:32it was not a substantial amount. Question do you remember
- 28:36approximately how much money you had to give Jeffrey for
- 28:38the land? Answer? I would only be guessing. I might
- 28:41have been five dollars. To my knowledge, I don't remember.
- 28:44Question Okay, So what I'm saying is he gave you
- 28:47the land. He may have actually given you the land.
- 28:50Answer sure, question okay, and to the best of your knowledge,
- 28:53he's never given anyone else land out there. Answer not
- 28:57to my knowledge. To that, mister written once again objects

- 29:27Vasaski doing the answering. Question Okay, I don't want to
- 29:31split hairs. You obviously thought about that answer before giving it.
- 29:36What other items are you thinking about that he's given

- 30:10that that's the company vehicle? Answer yes. Question And where's
- 30:15that vehicle? Primarily garaged? Answer at my home? Question in
- 30:19West pom Beach or in Zoro Ranch? Answer no, here
- 30:23in West pom Beach. Question all right, And is there
- 30:26only one company vehicle that you're issued? Answer yes, sir.
- 30:30Question and is that something that was that you did
- 30:33not have to pay for? Answer no, it's just something
- 30:36I drive. I mean, it's not titled to me or
- 30:39anything like that. It's just a car. Question all right,
- 30:43you've worked for him for eighteen years. I don't even
- 30:46know how long the Hummer would last, but presumably that's
- 30:49not the car you've had over the eighteen years. Have
- 30:52you always had a company car? Answer no, I haven't.
- 30:55Question when did you get the Hummer? Answer probably three
- 30:58years ago. Question do any other members of mister Epstein's
- 31:02piloting team have company cars? Answer no? Question only you

- 31:15Question what do you use the vehicle for? Answer to
- 31:19and from the airport question all right, do you use
- 31:22it for personal reasons? Also answer I guess so? Question

- 31:28drive my wife's car. Question which is it? Answer type
- 31:32of car? Question yes? Answer a Mercedes? Question and is
- 31:38that something that was also a gift from mister Epstein?
- 31:41Answer no, sir, question what type of Mercedes is it?
- 31:44Answer a mL four thirty ten years old? Question all right,
- 31:49are there any other items company car, the land in

- 31:55Epstein has given you over time as compensation or reward
- 31:58or anything else? Answer no, sir, question, and your only
- 32:02income is from mister Epstein and his companies. Answer correct question. Okay,
- 32:08and it's been that way since ninety one. Answer yes.
- 32:11Question how did you meet mister Epstein or become involved
- 32:14with him in nineteen ninety one? Answer we heard at
- 32:18the airport that mister Epstein was purchasing an airplane when
- 32:21Dave Rogers and myself were living in Columbus, And we
- 32:24have the opportunity to interview with them, and we did
- 32:26and we got the job. Question and this is before
- 32:30he owned the airplane? Answer yes, question and which airplane
- 32:37was that? Answer the Hawker question? Does he still have
- 32:40the Hawker? Answer no question. How long did he have
- 32:43the plane? Answer five years? Guess himant four or five years?
- 32:48Question so sometime in the mid nineties. Answer yes. Question
- 32:52did you keep any type of logs or documentation as
- 32:55to who would have been flying on the airplane if
- 32:57you transported any individuals? Answer the same logs as you possess.
- 33:01Are the flight logs? Question? Okay? Answer that standard for
- 33:05the industry question, So that's something that you kept or
- 33:09that Dave Rogers kept. Answer Dave Rogers question, Okay, if
- 33:13there are any documents out there with names of passengers
- 33:17any of the flights involving planes owned or controlled by
- 33:19Jeffrey Epstein and or his companies, those would be documents
- 33:23in the possession of Dave Rogers and not yourself. Answer
- 33:28the corporation. Actually they belong to question okay. And to this,
- 33:34mister Rhinhart interjects, that was the compound question. You might
- 33:38want to split it in half. Mister Edward's okay, question,
- 33:42what documents do you believe exist that indicate names of
- 33:45individuals that have been passengers on mister Epstein's airplanes. Mister Einhardt,
- 33:50are we going all the way back to ninety one
- 33:53to the present? Mister Edwards? Sure, the witness Busoski you're
- 33:57talking about the Hawker Edwards any airplane. What documents would
- 34:02there be? Answer? They would be the same. Flight logs
- 34:05and passenger manifest would exist. Question and are either of
- 34:09those required? Answer? The flight logs required for the aircraft
- 34:12to track time and landings. Question and then the flight
- 34:16logs are required that you designate the names of the passengers.
- 34:19Answer no, question, that's just something that Dave Rogers did
- 34:23on his own. Answer everybody does that. It's more for
- 34:26internal revenue. Question Okay, if something happens, they know who
- 34:31is on the plane. Answer exactly. Weight and balance question.
- 34:36Have you ever kept any flight logs that have names
- 34:38of people on the airplane? Answer when you say kept,
- 34:42I have filled out flight logs or the passenger of manifest. Yes.
- 34:45Question by kept, I mean maintained to where they're in
- 34:49your possession, either on paper or computer. Answer, we keep
- 34:53to that. Reinhardt interjects, can you differentiate a flight log
- 34:56from the pilot's log that we showed you earlier. Edwards, Okay,
- 35:01question I'm talking about. I don't know what it's called
- 35:04a flight log, a pilot's log, or any kind of log.
- 35:07Answer they are different, yes, Edwards. Yeah, I'm asking about
- 35:13have you kept or do you have any documentation that
- 35:15would indicate the names of passengers that have flown on
- 35:18any of Jeffrey Epstein's planes. Answer no question, either in
- 35:22the form of paper or on a computer. Answer no
- 35:26question makes that easy. Answer Okay. Question in ninety one,
- 35:30were you the chief pilot? Answer no, question somebody else
- 35:33was the chief pilot? Answer yes? Question who's that? Answer
- 35:37Dave Rogers? Question all right, at one point in time
- 35:41do you become chief pilot and switch with Dave Rogers?
- 35:44Answer six years ago? Five years ago? Question why? Answer
- 35:48professionalism technique? Question what do you mean by that? Answer?
- 35:53The way Dave would operate an aircraft? Jeffrey knew the
- 35:55difference when I was flying and when Dave was flying?
- 35:59Question how do you know the difference? Answer just question
- 36:03he told you? Answer yes, he knew the difference that
- 36:06if he never came up front, he knew who was
- 36:08flying and who landed question, and what was the conversation
- 36:13that he had with you that resulted in you becoming
- 36:15chief pilot switching positions with Dave Rogers answer, Jeffrey would
- 36:21always critique Dave's flying capabilities, and I tried to help
- 36:24Dave and explain to him what Jeffrey likes and doesn't like.
- 36:28And Jeffrey also conveyed these likes and dislikes, and Dave
- 36:31maintained continuing with certain piloting techniques that were just not
- 36:35comfortable to passengers. And this went on through the years,
- 36:38and Jeffrey just got tired of it. One day, question
- 36:41what specifically were Jeffrey Epstein's likes and dislikes with respect
- 36:45to the flight of the plane. Crichton interrupts, here, let
- 36:49me put in a form here, but I don't know
- 36:52what this is or what it has to do with
- 36:53anything in the case Edwards, I understand that Bob krittin
- 36:58I want to use this for some other debt positions
- 37:00where we we've gone beyond the scope. The witness BYSASKI
- 37:05the case in point. The last straw was there was
- 37:07a technique called quiet flying, where you would retread the
- 37:11throttles well short of the runway and pretty much glide
- 37:14the airplane in. Well, if you don't do it correctly,
- 37:17you have to spoil the engines up just prior to
- 37:19touching down, because you're losing the air speed and that's
- 37:23uncomfortable sound and feeling for the passengers thinking that you're
- 37:28not going to make the runway. And it was a
- 37:30continuous practice of Dave doing that to be neighbor friendly
- 37:34as opposed to being passenger comfort friendly. Edwards question, Okay,
- 37:40answer hence the transfer of power? Question? Has he ever
- 37:43discussed with you where he wants you to be, whether
- 37:47that is stay in the cockpit when I have people
- 37:49on the airplane, or don't intermingle with the passengers or
- 37:52anything else. Answer, He's never stated that to us. Mister Reinhardt,
- 37:57could you classify which he you're talking about, mister Edwards,
- 38:00I'm talking about Jeffrey Epstein. Mister Reinhard, Okay question do
- 38:05you understand that? Answer? Yes, question, it's my understanding that. Well,
- 38:10tell me other than the Hawker, what other airplanes have
- 38:13you flown for Jeffrey Epstein? Answer Golfstream? Question does he
- 38:18still have that plane? Answer? Yes, sir. Question how big
- 38:21of a plane. Is that answer large corporate jet? Question
- 38:25how long has he had it? Answer fourteen years? Thirteen
- 38:28fourteen years. Question and other than the golf Stream, what
- 38:31other airplanes does he have? Answer when you say he
- 38:35obviously these are company owned. Question Jeffrey Epstein or his
- 38:38companies answer Boeing seven to twenty seven question, Well, I
- 38:42know that's a very large airplane. I think that's been
- 38:45described by other people, so I'm not going to have
- 38:47you do that. But there's partitions in that airplane, in
- 38:51the back room of that airplane, right answer yes, question
- 38:55several partitions to where if the pilot comes out of
- 38:58the cockpit, you don't necessary see all the passengers. Answer yes,
- 39:03question is that true? Answer yes? Question? Okay, mister Rhinhart,
- 39:07keep her voice up so she can hear you the witness, Oh,
- 39:11mister Ryinhart. And so mister Willits can hear you, Brad Edwards.
- 39:15Other than the golf Stream and the Boeing and the Hawker.
- 39:18What other airplanes has Jeffrey Epstein owned over the years?
- 39:22Answer that's it? Question and currently still owns or the
- 39:25companies associated with them on the golf Stream and the
- 39:28Boeing Answer yes, question and in the past two years.
- 39:31Have you flown those two airplanes? Answer just for routine
- 39:35flights to keep them loose or you know, you know
- 39:38what I mean. Question have those two airplanes been flown
- 39:41by anyone else in the last two years? Answer no.
- 39:44Question have those two airplanes been flown in the last
- 39:47two years for any reason other than routine maintenance type flights?
- 39:51Answer We've had one two flights, I think in the
- 39:54past two years. Question and what were the purposes and
- 39:58who was on those flights? Answer? One flight, I believe
- 40:01we went to Seabring and another flight we went to Nasau, Bahamas.
- 40:05Question and who did you go to Nassau, Bahamas with
- 40:08Answer I'd have to look at the flight log, but
- 40:10I think it was Sarah's story and Nadia I believe.
- 40:13I think it was the three passengers to the best
- 40:16of my knowledge. Question and it's my understanding that Little
- 40:19Saint James is an island that Jeffrey Epstein owns or controls.
- 40:23Mister critten form Vesoski, I don't know that he owns it.
- 40:28Brad Edwards, has he ever been to an island called
- 40:31Little Saint James? Answer yes, Question and have you been
- 40:35there with Jeffrey Epstein. Answer, I've been there when he
- 40:38was there. Question have you flown on an airplane with
- 40:41him to that destination? Answer no? Question all right, when
- 40:46you say you've been there when he was there? How
- 40:48did that come about? Answer? We flew into Saint Thomas
- 40:52and then we flew to Little Saint James. And a
- 40:54helicopter question and do you fly the helicopter as well?
- 40:57Answer yes? Question how many helicop are owned or controlled
- 41:01by Jeffrey Epstein and or corporations associated with them? Mister Critten,
- 41:06I object to form vesoski answers at this time? One
- 41:11Brad Edwards? And was that helicopter flown in the last
- 41:13two years? Answer just for routine maintenance. Question And when
- 41:18you and let's say when Sarah Kellen and Story Cow's
- 41:23and Nadia Fluid in a NASA do you know the
- 41:25purpose of that trip? Answer no question. How long did
- 41:29you stay? Answer five hours? Question did you pick anyone up?
- 41:33Answer no? Meeting passengers question yes, answer no. Question What
- 41:39happened you landed the airplane? And then what answer the
- 41:42passengers left? Dave and I went and had lunch. The
- 41:46passengers showed up and we came back question, have you
- 41:49ever stayed at the home that is on Little Saint James?
- 41:53Answer no, question have you known Jeffrey Epstein to stay
- 41:57at the home? Answer? I don't know that. For a
- 41:59fact question, do you believe that he is the owner
- 42:02or controller or has some interest in the home or
- 42:04the island of Little Saint James? Mister Critten form Vesoski,
- 42:09I have no knowledge of that being a fact. Question
- 42:13by Edwards, you have no belief that that's a fact.
- 42:16Answer exactly. Question when you say that you've been there
- 42:21when he was there? How many times has that occurred?
- 42:23Answer estimating one hundred times? Question? Okay? Answer trying to
- 42:28give an honest answer, Edwards, okay, and in the approximate
- 42:32I'm not going to hold you to one hundred times,
- 42:34but in the approximate one hundred times answer sure. Question
- 42:38for what period of time are we talking about? Answer?
- 42:41During what period of time? Question? Right? Answer? Let's see
- 42:45when did all this happen? What two thousand and seven,
- 42:48so eight years prior to whenever he stopped flying? So
- 42:51question ninety eight or ninety nine? Answer? Yeah, I guess so.
- 42:55Question I mean that sounds like it's right. Answer sounds
- 42:59about right. Yeah, don't hold me to it again. Answer
- 43:02all right, you're going back a long way. Question. So
- 43:05from approximately the ninety eight ninety nine time frame, when
- 43:09Jeffrey Epstein would fly to Little Saint James, would you
- 43:11be the pilot? Answer yes, question okay, and you say
- 43:15you've been there. I thought you just told me that
- 43:17you've been there at the same time he was there.
- 43:19But then I thought the subsequent question was, well, were
- 43:21you on the flight with him? And I thought your
- 43:23answer was no. Maybe I misunderstood that answer. No, you
- 43:28said the question was have you ever flown to his island?
- 43:33We never landed on his island. We landed in Saint Thomas. Question,
- 43:37got it? Answer? I was just trying to be exact. Question.
- 43:40Thank you. Answer it's a small island question. Okay. So
- 43:43how is it that when mister Epstein wants to go
- 43:45to Little Saint James, what is the path that you
- 43:49take to actually get to the island of Little Saint James.
- 43:52I don't understand the question. Masoski asked, question, Well, you
- 43:55just told me you fly the airplane to Saint Thomas.
- 43:57Right answer, right? Question? And then what answer? Then? Sometimes
- 44:01I would get the helicopter, or he could take a
- 44:04boat to the island, but normally the helicopter is located
- 44:07on Saint Thomas. I'd fire up the helicopter, come pick
- 44:10him up, drop him at the island, and come back
- 44:12to Saint Thomas. Question and when he stays on Saint James,
- 44:15you drop him off on Saint James. I suppose you're
- 44:18going to tell me you don't know if he stays
- 44:20there or not. Answer exactly. Question but do you stay
- 44:25Answer I don't. I mean he's cut off by Edwards. Well,
- 44:29he either stays there or someone else picks him up
- 44:32in a helicopter, or he swims away. Answer correct question Okay,
- 44:36you stay on Saint Thomas. Answer yes. Question okay, is
- 44:40there a place that you've stayed in Saint James ever?
- 44:43Answer no? Never. Question So, in one hundred or more
- 44:46times that you've been to the island, is it my
- 44:48understanding that each of these times you've been there to
- 44:51drop off Jeffrey Epstein or any passengers, and you immediately
- 44:55left and gone to Saint Thomas. Answer yes, sir. Question
- 44:59you've never been inside the home that's located on Saint James.
- 45:02Answer yes, I've been inside the home. Question how many
- 45:05times have you been inside the home? Answer? I mean
- 45:09ten fifteen times. Question and for what occasion? Answer I've
- 45:13set up the theater system that's in the living room.
- 45:16Question okay, answer, so it would be there to hook
- 45:20up a TV in work or a stereo. All right, folks,
- 45:23we're gonna wrap up right here. In the next episode,
- 45:26we're gonna pick up where we left off. And if
- 45:28you think that Larry Vasaski's deposition is revealing, wait till
- 45:32we get around to Adrianna Ross. All of the information
- 45:36that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 45:38description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
- 45:42of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're getting right
- 45:45back to the Larry of Vasaski deposition from two thousand
- 45:49and nine, and once again Brad Edwards is doing the
- 45:52questioning and mister Vasaski is doing the answering. Question And
- 45:57do you know Les Wexner? Answer no, I don't. Question

- 46:04Question do you know of the relationship between Les and
- 46:07Jeffrey Epstein? Answer? I don't know what to what extent
- 46:11they have a relationship? No question do you know if
- 46:14they know one another? Answer? I don't know that for
- 46:17a fact, But I don't know. Question how do you
- 46:21know they talk to one another? Answer I've seen them
- 46:24speak to one another at the foot of the airplane?
- 46:26Question all right, have you ever flown the airplane any
- 46:29of the airplanes with Les Wexner as a passenger? Answer no?
- 46:33Question have you ever flown an airplane with Sarah Kellen
- 46:36as a passenger? Answer yes? Question and do you know
- 46:40Sarah Kelln? Answer yes? Question and for how long have
- 46:45you known Sarah Kellen? Answer? I'm guessing six years. I mean,
- 46:49don't hold me to it. I'm not the greatest on
- 46:51length of times, but six seven years, I think. Question
- 46:54how did you meet her? Answer? I guess I was
- 46:57introduced she was on a flight of ours. Question you
- 47:01were introduced to her by whom? Answer? She may have
- 47:04introduced herself. I mean you're going back aways. I don't
- 47:07know the official introduction. How when? Question And to your knowledge,
- 47:11what is her? Is she still associated or affiliated in
- 47:14some way with Jeffrey Epstein, mister critten form Bysoski. I
- 47:19would assume so, I don't know to what level or
- 47:22what her actual job description? Is Brad Edwards? All right, Well,
- 47:27how many flights have you flown where she and Jeffrey
- 47:30Epstein have been passengers together on one of the airplanes
- 47:33that we've been discussing. Answer I'd only be guessing once again.
- 47:38Question we're talking hundreds of flights though, answer sure, sure,
- 47:42lots of flights. Question it seems to me, I mean
- 47:47you seem like somebody who has common sense. It seems
- 47:50like somebody that knows Jeffrey Epstein. Mister Critten objects form
- 47:55Brad Edwards. Question correct Sarah Kellen answer yes, question all right,
- 47:59and you believe that there is a business relationship there
- 48:02or a personal relationship there from your observations. Answer I'd
- 48:07only be speculating when they get on the airplane. My
- 48:09focus is forward and flying safely, So I don't know,
- 48:13you know, I'd only be guessing as either one of
- 48:15those two. Question Okay, Have you ever socialized with Sarah Kelln?
- 48:21Answer no, question other than speaking with her on the airplane.
- 48:25Have you spoken with her elsewhere? Answer over the phone
- 48:27in passing, I mean walking down the street in New York.
- 48:30I mean yes. Question why would you call Sarah Kelln
- 48:33or why would she call you? Answer she would call
- 48:36me to schedule the aircraft or a departure. Question and
- 48:41have you ever called her? Answer yes. Question when was
- 48:44the last time you talked to Sarah Kelln? Answer a
- 48:47week ago? Question what was the occasion? Answer we were
- 48:50discussing carpet for one of the aircraft. Question and where
- 48:54was she when you were talking with her? Answer? I
- 48:57don't know. I was over the phone. Question did she
- 48:59call you or you call her? Answer no, I called
- 49:02her on her cell. Question Okay, and that's a New
- 49:06York number. Answer I don't know, it's on speed dial.
- 49:09Question do you have your phone with you? Answer yes?
- 49:12Question could you tell me what the number is? Answer? Sure?
- 49:15Question thanks, answer sure, and he gives the number. Question
- 49:21which airplanes were you discussing carpeting for? Answer was actually
- 49:25it was for the helicopter. Now that I'm thinking about it.
- 49:28The helicopter question in the last two years, did you
- 49:32tell me the helicopter has flown? Answer yes? Question and
- 49:35where to answer? I have flown the helicopter to Fort
- 49:38Lauderdale on several occasions for maintenance. I have flown it
- 49:41to Miami, and I try to fly the helicopter at
- 49:44least every two weeks, just either by myself to run
- 49:47it up to its It's important that it keeps moving
- 49:51other than the maintenance side flights. Have you flown the
- 49:53helicopter in the last couple of years? Answer yes? Question
- 49:56and who was on the helicopter? Answer I flew to
- 49:59Miami with mister Epstein. Question when was that? Answer? It
- 50:03was a couple of weeks ago or a month ago?
- 50:05I think? Question for what? Answer sorry, question for what occasion? Answer?
- 50:11I think he had a meeting with his attorneys in Miami.
- 50:14Question today is October fifteenth. Is this during the month
- 50:17of October that you had this flight in the helicopter
- 50:20with mister Epstein. Answer I'd have to look at the
- 50:23book to be exact for you. Question Okay, but it's
- 50:26either the end of September or the beginning of October.
- 50:29Answer yeah. Question how do you know that he was
- 50:33meeting with his attorneys? Answer? I believe that he mentioned
- 50:36that he was meeting with his attorneys. Question did he
- 50:39tell you why? Answer no question. Did he tell you
- 50:43he was meeting with his attorneys? Did you ask him?
- 50:45Answer no? Question Okay, that's just something that he said
- 50:49to you in conversation. Answer yes, sir. Question was there
- 50:52anyone else on the airplane besides you and mister Epstein? Answer? Yes?
- 50:57Question who was that? Answer Nadia? Question Nadia who answer
- 51:02Nadia Marsenkova. Question how long have you known Nadia Marsenkova answer,
- 51:09I don't know, five years? A guess again, four or
- 51:11five years? Question do you know if there's a relationship
- 51:14between her and Jeffrey Epstein? Answer? I don't know. Question
- 51:18do you know if she knows Jeffrey Epstein? Answer? I
- 51:21would assume so they talk. I would imagine she knows them.
- 51:24Question and how many times has she been on the
- 51:27airplane or the helicopters on flights at the same time
- 51:30as a passenger with Jeffrey Epstein. Answer many. I'd have
- 51:34to look at the logs. Question hundreds of times? Critten
- 51:38interjects here form and to that Vesowski answers, sure, Edwards,
- 51:45if we're going to as somebody who has been Jeffrey
- 51:47Epstein's pilot for eighteen years, tell me today that the
- 51:50five closest people are to Jeffrey Epstein, would Nadia be
- 51:54one of them? Mister Critten once again objects form the witness.
- 51:59I don't be guessing and speculating, I have no idea.
- 52:04Question okay, well as his pilot and the person who
- 52:07travels with Jeffrey Epstein on the majority of his flights,
- 52:10who are the people who travel most frequently with Jeffrey Epstein.
- 52:14Answer I'd have to look at the logs. Ryan Hart
- 52:18objects here, can we get a time period Brad Edwards
- 52:21in the last ten years which people travel most frequently
- 52:24with him? Answer I'd have to look at the flight
- 52:26logs to give you an accurate answer. Question you can't
- 52:30give me one single name of somebody you would say
- 52:32is a frequent flyer? Answer Sarah question Sarah Kellen answer yes.
- 52:38Question anybody else answer Nadia question Nadia Marsenkova answer yeah.
- 52:43Question anybody else answer just mainly those two. Question. How
- 52:48about Glenn Maxwell? Answer not for some time. Question what's
- 52:55your understanding between the relationship of Glenn Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein?
- 53:00Answer I don't really know. Question all right, So when
- 53:03you say you're guessing that Nadia marsen Kova and Sarah
- 53:06Kellen know or are associated with Jeffrey Epstein, that guessing
- 53:10is being made on time with the observation that they
- 53:13have been frequent flyers with Jeffrey Epstein on more than
- 53:16one hundred of flights on his private plane. Answer yes,
- 53:20that's what I'm basing it on. Question and do you
- 53:22know where Nadia Marsenkova is staying these days? Answer no.
- 53:26Question Do you know what car she's driving these days?
- 53:29Answer no, I don't. Question do you know if she's
- 53:32living with Jeffrey Epstein these days? Answer no, I don't. Question.
- 53:36Do you know how Nadio Marsenkova met Jeffrey Epstein? Answer
- 53:41I don't. Question were you on an international flight bringing
- 53:44her into the country from some other country at any time? Answer?
- 53:49I don't know, mister Reinhardt, can we clarify you mean
- 53:52with Epstein or Brad Edwards? No question? Did you ever
- 53:56bring Nadia Marsenkova from some foreign country to the United States?
- 54:00Answer I'd have to look at the log books, honestly.
- 54:04Question that's not something you to remember. Answer no, I
- 54:07mean she. I think she's been on Europe trips with us,
- 54:10and I think she's returned from Europe with US, but
- 54:12I cannot say that honestly. Question on this recent helicopter
- 54:16flight with Nadia Marsenkova, and Jeffrey Epstein. Did you talk
- 54:19with them during the flight? Answer no. Question Where did
- 54:23the flight go from? And obviously it landed in Miami,
- 54:26But where did you leave from? Answer West Palm Beach.
- 54:29Question And did Nadia and Jeffrey arrive together? Answer? You know,
- 54:33I don't remember. I was out at the helicopter and
- 54:35I think both started walking up, so I don't know
- 54:37if they came separately or not. I was already at
- 54:40the helicopter. Question how long is the flight from Palm
- 54:43Beach to Miami? Answer twenty five minutes. Question And did
- 54:48they talk to one another during that flight? Answer no question?
- 54:52They were both completely silent during that flight. Answer yes.
- 54:55Question is that typical when they were on flights together,
- 54:58especially with the helicopter where you're in pretty close quarters,
- 55:02that they would sustain from speaking to one another? And
- 55:05this brings another objection from mister Critten form Vesoski. Yeah,
- 55:10it would be typical. It's very noisy and communicating in
- 55:13a helicopter, is you know, not that comfortable? Edwards, Over
- 55:17the last five or six years that you have known
- 55:19or been familiar with Nadio marson Kova, have you heard
- 55:22her or Jeffrey Epstein conversing with one another. Answer I've
- 55:26heard them conversing, but if you asked me what they
- 55:28had said, I could say it. I wouldn't even know
- 55:31what they talk to each other about. I've seen them
- 55:33talking to each other. Question, but don't remember a single
- 55:38specific conversation between Jeffrey Epstein and Nadio marson Kova. Answer
- 55:43an honest answer, no question okay, And the same for
- 55:47Sarah Kellen. Have you seen or have you seen Jeffrey
- 55:50Epstein speak with Sarah Kellen? Answer I've seen him speak
- 55:53with her. Yes. Question can you tell me a single
- 55:56specific conversation that you have overheard between Jeffrey Epstein and
- 56:00Sarah Kellen? Answer? One thing that comes to mind would
- 56:04be make sure we have Oreo cookies on the airplane.
- 56:08It would be something completely nonchalant. Question okay, And do
- 56:11you know or have reason to know of any employment
- 56:14relationship between Sarah Kelln and Jeffrey Epstein. Answer I have
- 56:18no knowledge of any of that. Question. Do you know
- 56:21if Sarah Kellen works for Jeffrey Epstein? Answer? I do
- 56:24not know. Question do you know if Sarah Kellen schedules
- 56:28massages for Jeffrey Epstein. Answer, I have no idea. Question.
- 56:33Has Jeffrey ever indicated to you that he is fascinated
- 56:37or infatuated or appreciates or loves or likes massages? Answer?
- 56:42I have no knowledge of that question. All right, how
- 56:44about Glene Maxwell. Has she ever talked to you about
- 56:47massage therapy or have you ever overheard her talking about it? Answer?
- 56:52No question. You certainly read the papers over the last
- 56:55couple of years. Correct answer not on my top ten list.
- 56:58I mean, I've read a couple of arts, but I'm
- 57:00not one to discuss or focus on that so much
- 57:04as some people would. All right, folks, were going to
- 57:06wrap up right there, and in the next episode, we're
- 57:08gonna pick up where we left off. All of the
- 57:11information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 57:14the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
- 57:17episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking
- 57:21up where we left off with the Larry Vasoski deposition
- 57:25from two thousand and nine, once again Brad Edwards asking
- 57:29the questions and Larry Vasoski doing the answering. Question. Okay,
- 57:33when the investigation about Jeffrey Epstein came about the criminal investigation.
- 57:38You're aware that's what I'm talking about, right? Answer that
- 57:41was last year. Question well, it was a couple years ago.
- 57:44Answer right, okay. Question did you speak with Jeffrey Epstein
- 57:48about that investigation? Answer? No? Question were you told not
- 57:52to speak to him about it? Answer? I think we
- 57:55knew ourselves that we weren't. It wouldn't be proper to
- 57:58even bring it up. Question all right, when you read
- 58:00in the newspaper the allegation that mister Epstein was involved
- 58:03with numerous underage girls for sexual reasons, were you surprised? Answer?
- 58:08I didn't believe it. Question do you believe it today? Answer?
- 58:12I don't believe it. Question you don't believe that Jeffrey
- 58:15Epstein was involved with underage girls in a sexual way?
- 58:19Crittin objects form Vysoski, you're asking for my opinion, and
- 58:24I don't think my opinion is relevant in that matter.
- 58:27Brad Edwards, I think it's relevant. Can you just tell
- 58:31me whether today you believe that Jeffrey Epstein has engaged
- 58:34in sex with underage girls? Critten objects again form speculation
- 58:39irrelevant always Vasoski, it's irrelevant, Edwards. I need an answer, Vysoski.
- 58:47I don't believe he had sex with underage women. Question
- 58:50or engaged in sexual acts with underage women? Mister Critten
- 58:55objects again, Form Vysoski. No, Brad Edwards, you think think
- 59:00that this is a story that's just a bunch of
- 59:02underage women that have made it up? Answer speculation, Criten objection.
- 59:07Now it's argumentative. Who gives a damn what he thinks
- 59:09one way or another if he has personal knowledge to that?
- 59:13Edwards interrupts, you're objecting to the form, Criten, it's argumentative, Edwards,
- 59:18you're objecting to the form Critten. Yes, Edwards, okay. Question
- 59:23is that something that you believe that a bunch of women,
- 59:26some of which know each other, some don't, some of
- 59:29which who have been on the airplane, and some which
- 59:31haven't made this up, that Jeffrey Epstein engaged in some
- 59:35sexual conduct with them. Criten once again objects form Pososki.
- 59:40What I believe doesn't matter in this case, does it?
- 59:42And to that, Edwards responds, I need an answer. Do
- 59:45you believe it? Do you believe these girls made this up?
- 59:48Critten once again objects form And now rein Hart gets involved.
- 59:52I'm going to instruct him not to answer to move on,
- 59:56Brad Edwards, is their privilege that we're asserting Ryan Hart, No,
- 59:59it's irrelevant, it's harassment and not likely to lead to
- 1:00:02discoverable evidence. Brad Edwards, I'm going to put it on
- 1:00:06the record right now that it is we're allowed discovery
- 1:00:09into a RICO account. We're also allowed discovery into the
- 1:00:11intent of mister Epstein in developing a criminal enterprise designed
- 1:00:16to sexually exploit and sexually abuse underage girls. We believe
- 1:00:20that in doing so, he associated intentionally with people of
- 1:00:23similar beliefs that sex with underage girls is okay, and
- 1:00:28that there may have been many discussions with this witness,
- 1:00:30as well as many other witnesses with to ensure his
- 1:00:34protection from law enforcement, that they not answer these specific questions.
- 1:00:38And thus the opinion and beliefs of all these witnesses
- 1:00:42that we are alleging associated with this criminal enterprise are
- 1:00:46certainly reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence.
- 1:00:51And if you're still instructing the witness based on that
- 1:00:53profit not to answer any of these questions, I'm going
- 1:00:56to continue to ask the questions and you can instruct
- 1:00:58them not to answer and we can go to the
- 1:01:00court ran Hard answers. My response is to his opinion
- 1:01:04whether people making allegations in this case are colluding or
- 1:01:08making up a story. Is he irrelevant to what you
- 1:01:10just said. So I'm going to instruct him not to
- 1:01:12answer any question that goes to his opinion of someone
- 1:01:15else's motivation or the truth of facts to which he
- 1:01:18has no knowledge. So yes, I'm instructing him not to answer.
- 1:01:22Kritin adds up. Let me add in. My part is
- 1:01:25that I think you're certainly not only capable to ask
- 1:01:28questions with regard to what his personal knowledge is, and
- 1:01:32if he knows something or he has reasonable basis for it,
- 1:01:34certainly you are entitled to that information. I think you've
- 1:01:37asked those questions, and he's given you straightforward answers as
- 1:01:41to what he knew or what he didn't know under
- 1:01:42the circumstances, and as to what his thoughts are on
- 1:01:45something which has no factual basis or even an assumption
- 1:01:49to know one way or the other is irrelevant. That's
- 1:01:52ultimately for a FactFinder in this case. While it's interesting,
- 1:01:56it's argumentative, and I don't think he I mean do
- 1:01:59it on a question by question basis. If he has knowledge,
- 1:02:02that's great. But to argue your case with this witness
- 1:02:05or any other witness doesn't serve a purpose, and I
- 1:02:08think it is. You know, I think it's not a
- 1:02:09good use of our time. I'll put it that way.
- 1:02:12But you know you can go ahead and ask Edwards,
- 1:02:14I can ask a question. If the witness is being
- 1:02:16instructed not to answer, We'll let a judge decide whether
- 1:02:19he needs to answer the question and whether it's discoverable
- 1:02:22or not. Rein Hart absolutely make your record. Brad Edwards,
- 1:02:27do you have any reason to believe that Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:02:29engaged in sexual activity with underage women? Answer? I have
- 1:02:33no reason to believe that question. Okay, So, as you
- 1:02:36sit here today, based on your eighteen years of knowledge, experience,
- 1:02:39and observation of Jeffrey Epstein, is it your belief that
- 1:02:42he has not had sex or engaged in sexual activity
- 1:02:45with underage women. Answer? It's an opinion and I believe
- 1:02:49that he is not. Question Okay. Isn't it true that
- 1:02:53at some point in time you learn that Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:02:56has strike that mister Critten objects again. When you ultimately
- 1:03:00get to a good place to break will you let
- 1:03:02us know Brad Edwards, let's break now. So they go
- 1:03:05to their break and then they come back Edwards all right.
- 1:03:09Eighteen years of being a pilot for Jeffrey Epstein, and
- 1:03:12in terms of being able to name somebody that you
- 1:03:14would say you've observed with Jeffrey Epstein and you classify
- 1:03:19that people as Jeffrey Epstein's friend, can you name somebody anybody?
- 1:03:23Answer Nadia or Sarah. Just people that we see routine
- 1:03:26lye on the airplane. Question that's people you see routinely
- 1:03:29in the last five to ten years, right, answer yes,
- 1:03:33question prior to that time, anybody that you've noticed as
- 1:03:37Jeffrey Epstein's friend, maybe Glenne Maxwell. Answer what timeframe? Question?
- 1:03:42Is that a person that at some point in time
- 1:03:45you would classify as Jeffrey Epstein's friend. Answer I would
- 1:03:48classify it. I don't know if it's true. Question, but
- 1:03:52that's only because they were on the airplane together. Answer yes.
- 1:03:56Question do you know what Jeffrey Epstein does for a
- 1:03:58living in your eighteen years of observing and talking with
- 1:04:01Jeffrey Epstein? Answer no question, no idea, answer no question
- 1:04:06ever ask him? Answer no actually question ever been curious.
- 1:04:11Answer sure. Question ever done anything to satisfy that curiosity? Answer?
- 1:04:16If you mean google it? Not? Really? Actually, I mean
- 1:04:19I really have not. Question. Okay, So, in the eighteen
- 1:04:22years of traveling and being a pilot and driving and
- 1:04:25taking this person, Jeffrey Epstein from one property in New
- 1:04:28York to New Mexico and Florida and around the world,
- 1:04:31you have no idea what he does in terms of
- 1:04:33how he makes money. Answer no, sir, Question I was
- 1:04:37produced as flight log. Tell me if I'm using the
- 1:04:39wrong term. What is this called this book that I've
- 1:04:42been provided by Dave Rogers? Answer I've never seen that book.
- 1:04:46Question I'll let you see it. I don't know what
- 1:04:48it is. It's always in a book, so maybe that's
- 1:04:51why you haven't seen it. Tell me what we're looking at.
- 1:04:54Answer Well, judging with the name at the bottom, I
- 1:04:57believe this is Dave's flight log log book. I didn't
- 1:05:00know if it was called a flight log. Answer a
- 1:05:03pilot log book. How's that that's the appropriate name? Question?
- 1:05:08It was marked as composite Exhibit one in the Rogers deposition,
- 1:05:12as indicated by the exhibit sticker. Well mark it the
- 1:05:15same in your deposition as well. Crichton, why don't you
- 1:05:19refer to it as his Edward's fine question if the
- 1:05:23pilot logbook of Dave Rogers. Answer yes, question, and the
- 1:05:27years provided in this book are two thousand and two
- 1:05:29through two thousand and five, I can represent that to you.
- 1:05:32I'm going to ask you about certain people that David
- 1:05:34Rogers wrote down as being on the airplane, and I
- 1:05:38want to ask you if you know who they are.
- 1:05:40This person right here is Cindy Lopez. It seems like
- 1:05:43she flew on a number of flights. Do you know
- 1:05:45who that is? Answer? No, I heard the name, but
- 1:05:48I don't know who she is. Question all right, is
- 1:05:50that somebody that you remember seeing on any of the
- 1:05:53flights that you were on? Answer? What you're we talking about?
- 1:05:56I don't remember. Question Well, this is January two thousand
- 1:05:59and two. You'd probably know how to read this book
- 1:06:02a little bit better than me, So I don't know. Answer.
- 1:06:06He keeps a lot more current. So I know the name.
- 1:06:08If she walked in here right now, I would probably
- 1:06:11look right through her, to be honest. Answer do you
- 1:06:15know what affiliation or relationship she had with Jeffrey Epstein?
- 1:06:18Answer no, question Okay, there are various Each row I'm
- 1:06:22told by David Rodgers is a different flight, and it
- 1:06:25indicates where it takes off from and where it lands,
- 1:06:29et cetera. There's a lot of other information, especially over
- 1:06:32on this side of the page, that I'm not familiar with,
- 1:06:35nor do I need to be answer right, But it's
- 1:06:38evident that the plane is being used, at least for
- 1:06:41this time period January of two thousand and two through
- 1:06:43two thousand and five, on a fairly regular basis. I mean,
- 1:06:47we're looking at January sixth, eleventh, thirteenth, thirteenth, fourteenth right answer,
- 1:06:52Uh huh question? I mean, is that something that you
- 1:06:54would say accurately reflects the amount of use Jeffrey Epstein's planes.
- 1:06:59Answer yes, question, so he travels quite frequently. Answer yes, question,
- 1:07:04and he travels with many different people. Right. Critton once
- 1:07:08again objects form Vesoski answers Yes. Critton. Can I ask
- 1:07:13one question? I was wondering what happened? Who was in
- 1:07:15possession of? Now? What's the original exhibit number one of
- 1:07:19mister Rogers's deposition? Did you retain it? Mister Rhinhart, the
- 1:07:22actual book itself? Edwards, the court reporter took it right, Critton,
- 1:07:27the one marked as an exhibit. Did you keep it?
- 1:07:29Mister ryin Hart? This is it, Edwards? This is it Critton?
- 1:07:35Who took it from the deposition the other day? Edwards,
- 1:07:37I have this one right now, Ryan Hart. That's the
- 1:07:40only copy. Edward's okay, Critton, So you took the original, Edwards.
- 1:07:45Apparently it has the original sticker, Critton. When I say
- 1:07:48the original, I mean the original copy. Would you have
- 1:07:51somebody recreate that what you've got and send it to
- 1:07:54us so we have it, Edwards? Sure? In fact, why
- 1:07:57don't I wait until I get the whole thing and
- 1:07:59I'll copy of the pages and send it to you
- 1:08:01instead of piecemeal. Mister Horowitz, you mean before the transcript
- 1:08:05comes Edwards. We can copy it, Critten. If you give
- 1:08:09it to me, I'll copy it and send it back
- 1:08:10to you. Rein Hart, I have a copy. It just
- 1:08:13doesn't have the exhibit sticker on it. Edwards. That's what
- 1:08:17I was told to me the other day. That's why
- 1:08:19I took it, Critton. I want something, I just don't
- 1:08:23want it. If you give me the copy, I'll put
- 1:08:25a sticker on it, ryin Hart, or I'll just copy
- 1:08:28the page that has the exhibit sticker on it. Critton, Sorry, Edwards,
- 1:08:33Like on this flight we have Jaye, I'm assuming that's
- 1:08:36Jeffrey Epstein. Correct. Vysoski answers once again, now that the
- 1:08:40back and forth is done with the lawyers, Yes, I'll
- 1:08:43assume question GM Glenn Maxwell Wright answer yes question sk
- 1:08:48Sarah Kellen answer I would assume question I mean okay,
- 1:08:52And then this name do you recognize that person? Alexia
- 1:08:55never heard it? Vasoski answers question and then Cindy Lope
- 1:09:00answer yes, question you've heard the name. Answer, I've heard
- 1:09:03the name. Question not sure who it is though, answer
- 1:09:06no question. There's only one, two, three, four, five, six
- 1:09:10people on that flight? Answer uh huh. Question. That's pretty
- 1:09:14typical of the amount of passengers that you would have
- 1:09:16on a flight. Answer It varied, sure, question okay, but
- 1:09:21it varied between if we look at a few lines down,
- 1:09:24Jeffrey Epstein and Glen Maxwell were the only two passengers.
- 1:09:27Certainly there were flights like that as well. Right answer,
- 1:09:31uh huh question, and so it varied from having one
- 1:09:35or two people to six or seven people write answer
- 1:09:38yes question, what's the most people that you remember traveling
- 1:09:42on any of Jeffrey Epstein's airplanes. Answer twenty five question. Okay,
- 1:09:47that would be a rarity, wouldn't you say? Answer? Oh? Yeah, question,
- 1:09:51because I've looked through the log I haven't seen any
- 1:09:53place where there was twenty five, but there are lines
- 1:09:56that might have been eight or nine people listed. Answer right. Question.
- 1:10:00Let's see there's a flight from January fifteenth, sorry, January seventeenth,
- 1:10:05January twentieth, January twenty second of two thousand and two
- 1:10:08that all had Cindy Lopez. That doesn't serve to refresh
- 1:10:12your recollection as to who that is? Does it? Answer
- 1:10:16no question? Okay? Do you know what the purpose of
- 1:10:21her being on the airplane flight along with Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:10:24Glenn Maxwell and Sarah Kellen would be? Answer no question. Okay,
- 1:10:29do you know how it comes about that Cindy Lopez
- 1:10:31gets on that flight? How does she even know that
- 1:10:33there's a flight available? Question? I don't know. All right, folks,
- 1:10:38We're going to wrap up right here, and in the
- 1:10:40next episode dealing with the topic, we're going to pick
- 1:10:42up where we left off. All of the information that
- 1:10:45goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 1:10:48What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 1:10:51Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
- 1:10:54where he left off with Larry Vassoski's deposition from two
- 1:10:58thousand and nine, once again Brad Edwards asking the questions
- 1:11:03and Larry Vasoski doing the answering. Question. All right, well,
- 1:11:08let's go down to somebody that we may all know
- 1:11:11a little bit better. February ninth, two thousand and two.
- 1:11:13There's a flight that has Bill Clinton, four Secret Service
- 1:11:16agents and then instead of listing names or initials or
- 1:11:19anything else, it just listed as two males, one female,
- 1:11:23Jeffrey Epstein, Glenn Maxwell, Sarah Kellen. I forget who Dave
- 1:11:27Rogers told me? Ap is do you remember who that is? Answer?
- 1:11:31No question? Okay, either way? How is it that someone
- 1:11:34like Bill Clinton gets on Jeffrey Epstein's flight? Mister Critten
- 1:11:38objects form VASASKI I don't know, Brad Edwards. Question, do
- 1:11:45you know before the flight takes off that Bill Clinton's
- 1:11:48going to be a passenger on that flight? Answer? Yes,
- 1:11:52question and how do you know? How do you get
- 1:11:54that information? Answer? The day before I get a phone
- 1:11:57call from say Sarah saying we're leaving to going to wherever,
- 1:12:01and sometimes she'll say who's going? Sometimes she won't. On
- 1:12:04a case where President Clinton would be on board, we
- 1:12:07would put a little extra catering on board or do
- 1:12:10that little extra TLC to the aircraft. Question if it's leaving,
- 1:12:15this says it's leaving from Miami and where is it landing?
- 1:12:18Answer HPN, I believe his white planes. Question Okay, do
- 1:12:22you remember that flight? Answer? I remember being on it.
- 1:12:26Question well, I mean, if you look through it here,
- 1:12:29obviously you had Bill Clinton on the airplane ten or
- 1:12:32twenty times. Right. Answer Yeah, he's my main focus. I
- 1:12:35remember him being on the aircraft. Sure. Question do you
- 1:12:38remember him being on the airplane with younger girls? To this,
- 1:12:42mister critten object's form, Vesoski responds, no question. Okay, do
- 1:12:49you know how his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein? Answer no question.
- 1:12:54Do you know if they were friends? Answer assuming question,
- 1:12:58but you're assuming why just because he's on the plane.
- 1:13:01Answer yeah. Question okay, so you assume that people that
- 1:13:04are on listed here are friends of Jeffrey Epstein and
- 1:13:08that's why they're riding on his plane. Answer I'm speculating.
- 1:13:12Question I'm just not familiar with the because I've never
- 1:13:15been on a private flight with the manner in which
- 1:13:18you go about getting people on one of these flights.
- 1:13:21I mean you have to, I guess, know that Jeffrey
- 1:13:23Epstein has a plane, and that it's going to from
- 1:13:26a destination that you were at and want to go to,
- 1:13:29and that it's available, all those kinds of things. Can
- 1:13:32you tell me enlighten me? Answer? Well, it's not publicly offered. No,
- 1:13:36it would be no different than you jumping in your
- 1:13:39car and knowing that you're going to the mall. I mean,
- 1:13:41it's not public information. You know where planes are coming
- 1:13:44to and from, and you don't put your name out
- 1:13:47there to get on board a flight. Question does Jeffrey
- 1:13:50Epstein charge these people as passengers? Answer? I don't know.
- 1:13:53Question Okay, are these people such as Bill Clinton? Does
- 1:13:57that mean that Bill Clinton called Sarah Kellen or somebody
- 1:13:59offfiliated with Jeffrey Epstein to get on the plane Or
- 1:14:03did Jeffrey Epstein call Bill Clinton and ask him if
- 1:14:06he wants a ride? Mister Critten objection form predicate Vesoski,
- 1:14:11I have no idea, Brad Edward's no idea? Answer No,
- 1:14:15idea whatsoever? Question Joe Pegano do you know who that is? Answer? Yes?
- 1:14:20Question what's his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein or what was
- 1:14:24it back in February sorry, March seventeenth of two thousand
- 1:14:27and two, when he and Sarah Kellen and Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:14:31and Todd and one female were on the flight. Answer
- 1:14:34I don't know to what extent or what his relationship is.
- 1:14:38He was just a passenger on the airplane. Question okay?
- 1:14:41And the next day sorry, two days later, on the
- 1:14:44nineteenth of March, Bill Clinton flies again, this time with
- 1:14:48three Secret Service agents Jeffrey Epstein, Glenn Maxwell and Sarah Kellen.
- 1:14:52Do you remember that flight? Answer? Where do we go?
- 1:14:56Question starts in JFK Answer right? Qu where is that?
- 1:15:01Mister Critton? Do you have a date? Brad Edwards March nineteenth,
- 1:15:05two thousand and two. Vysoski e gg W. I believe
- 1:15:09is looton England? Edwards? Okay? Do you remember flying to England? Answer?
- 1:15:15I do remember flying to England, I just don't remember
- 1:15:17that trip. What airplane were we in? Were we in?
- 1:15:20The Boeing? Question? Do you remember the purpose of the trip? Answer? No?
- 1:15:24Question do you know who Doug Band is? Answer? I
- 1:15:27already he's Clinton. How would you say, assistant? I mean
- 1:15:30I've seen that in the newspaper, seen it on CNN.
- 1:15:33Question Okay, did you ever hear that Doug Band and
- 1:15:35Glen Maxwell were together even for a day or a night? Answer? No, question,
- 1:15:41did you ever hear that Doug Band and Glenn Maxwell
- 1:15:43were the people attributed to introducing Bill Clinton and Jeffrey Epstein?
- 1:15:48Mister Critten objects form Vysoski. I don't know Brad Edwards.
- 1:15:53All right, there's another flight here in January. I can't
- 1:15:56read this upside down. Maybe it says may sir, it
- 1:16:00looks like Edwards twenty second, two thousand and two, again
- 1:16:04with President Bill Clinton. Janis Jessica? Can you tell me
- 1:16:08who Janice and Jessica are? Answer? I don't remember. Question
- 1:16:12would you know them if you saw them? Answer? Probably
- 1:16:15not because the names don't even ring a bell? Question
- 1:16:18all right? And then there are plenty of flights, many
- 1:16:21of flights where Jeffrey Epstein, Glenn Maxwell, and Sarah Kellen
- 1:16:25are the primary passengers, or at least are some of
- 1:16:28the passengers on the flights. Correct answer, yes, question and
- 1:16:33still as you sit here, you being the pilot of
- 1:16:36these flights, you're not sure what their relationship is or
- 1:16:39whether any of them were socially connected in any real way.
- 1:16:42Another objection from mister Critten form Vesoski. No, when you're
- 1:16:47flying the airplane, there's a lot more going on than
- 1:16:49passenger relations. Brad Edwards. All right, you remember this person,
- 1:16:53Virginia Roberts. Are you familiar with her at all? Answer?
- 1:16:57I remember the name, that's it. Question what do you
- 1:17:00think her relationship is to Jeffrey Epstein? Answer? No, idea.
- 1:17:04Mister Critten, What datu are you on, Brad? Mister Edwards,
- 1:17:08Oh sorry, I'm at June twenty first, two thousand and two. Edwards. Question,
- 1:17:12that's not somebody that you specifically remember? Answer no, question No,
- 1:17:17is that somebody you think was a regular flyer for
- 1:17:20any period of time on Jeffrey Epstein's plane or in
- 1:17:23his life? Answer not a regular Edwards. We're referring to
- 1:17:28the same flight on June twenty first of two thousand
- 1:17:30and two that includes Jean Luke Brunel, Virginia Roberts, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:17:34Glenn Maxwell, Sarah Kellen. Those are the passengers of this flight.
- 1:17:38Does that serve to jog your memory as to who
- 1:17:41Virginia Roberts is. Answer no, I mean you see how
- 1:17:45frequently we fly. I mean the passengers in the back
- 1:17:47are so far removed from the operation of commanding an
- 1:17:50airplane like that is nothing that sticks out in your head.
- 1:17:54Question and you, as the pilot, is there any way
- 1:17:57that you would know what's going on in the back
- 1:17:59of your airplane? Answer no, My concerns are on the cockpit,
- 1:18:03mister Critten Brad The last one that you mentioned was
- 1:18:07at the same day, June twenty first, Oh too Edwards. Yes.
- 1:18:11Question there's another name here that I was going to
- 1:18:13ask you. Do you know June twenty third, two thousand
- 1:18:15and two, Juliana Barbosa. Are you familiar with that name?
- 1:18:19Answer no question. Also on the same flight log with
- 1:18:23Jean Luke Bruno. That doesn't help jog your memory either, right,
- 1:18:26answer no question that somebody as a frequent passenger? Answer
- 1:18:33who are you referring to? Question Juliana Barboza? Answer no question.
- 1:18:38Doctor Jureki, Is that somebody that you remember flying? Answer
- 1:18:42I know the name. He may have been on the
- 1:18:44airplane once or twice. I'm guessing only. Question do you
- 1:18:47remember meeting him? Answer? Yes, I have met him. Question
- 1:18:51do you remember his purpose for being on the airplane?
- 1:18:53Answer no, sir, Question Amanda Honaro, do you remember her
- 1:18:57purpose for being on the airplane? Answer no, rein Hart,
- 1:19:01can we get a date? Edwards? I was just asking
- 1:19:03them if you're remembered, Amanda Venaro. I wasn't referring to
- 1:19:06specific flights. Edwards, do you remember her being on the flight? Answer?
- 1:19:12I don't remember the name. Question me showing you the
- 1:19:15flight isn't going to job the memory? Answer no, the
- 1:19:19name that would launch it first. Critton, can I ask
- 1:19:22you a question? You have the original exhibit marked at
- 1:19:25the deposition. It looks like it's been highlighted, Brad Edwards.
- 1:19:28I highlighted it. Critton. Okay, so you've highlighted the original
- 1:19:32exhibit that's marked for the deposition. I just want the
- 1:19:35record to reflect Edwards. Yeah, Critton, okay, thank you. Edwards.
- 1:19:41At the time I highlighted it, I didn't realize I
- 1:19:43was holding onto the original exhibit. I didn't realize that
- 1:19:46until you just pointed it out. Mister Critton. I've noticed that, Edwards.
- 1:19:51So now when I give it to you. I'm giving
- 1:19:53you my work product as well. I don't see how
- 1:19:55this works against you. But anyway, question Melissa Stall, is
- 1:20:00that a name that you remember? Answer no question. Okay,
- 1:20:04Then Jean lup Brunel is somebody who flew relatively frequently.
- 1:20:08So is that why you think the name jogs your
- 1:20:11memory a little bit better than some of these others?
- 1:20:14Answer he addresses uniquely? Question in what way? Answer? Just
- 1:20:18loud colors, So something that you would remember, that's all. Question.
- 1:20:22Do you remember his role in Jeffrey's life? Answer no question.
- 1:20:26Have you ever heard that he was affiliated with Jeffrey
- 1:20:28Epstein because they both have a sexual attraction to underage girls?
- 1:20:33Mister critten form Vesoski, you're making an assumption on that. Edwards,
- 1:20:38have you ever heard that? Ryan Hart? He's asked you,
- 1:20:40I have ever heard that? Edwards. If your answer is no,
- 1:20:43it's no answer, I'm sorry. I thought you said they did. No,
- 1:20:47I have not question. Okay. I keep highlighting this name,
- 1:20:50Virginia Roberts just because it looks like somebody that's regularly
- 1:20:54flying on the airplane. But the more that you see
- 1:20:56her name, that doesn't change your opinion as to whether
- 1:21:00or not you remember her? Or what? Answer? I remember
- 1:21:03the name, you know, that's all. Question. Do you remember
- 1:21:06about what age she was when she was flying on
- 1:21:08the airplane? Answer? No question. This could be somebody who
- 1:21:12is fifty years old or ten years old for all
- 1:21:14you know, mister critten form Vasaski, Yes, Edwards, Okay, Vasaski,
- 1:21:22I mean I would only be guessing at an age Edwards. Yeah,
- 1:21:26but I mean you don't remember her at all. So
- 1:21:29answer I remember the name? Question other than that answer right, yes, sir,
- 1:21:35question but you can't even come close to putting a
- 1:21:37face with that name. Answer I mean no, if you
- 1:21:41said draw a picture, I couldn't even get close to
- 1:21:43getting it. All right, We're going to wrap up right here,
- 1:21:46and in the next episode we're gonna pick up where
- 1:21:48we left off. All of the information that goes with
- 1:21:51this episode can be found in the description box.
