Connor MacIvor gives his June 12, 2024 Santa Clarita update. There are 365 active units for sale across the valley. In the last seven days, 10 came on as coming soon and 93 were new, with 55 price changes and 69 closed. He says inventory is rising but days on market are not, because buyer drive stays high. He also explains that buyers will increasingly pay their own agent, and that the Veterans Administration has put a temporary hold on its rule against veterans doing so.
