Thomas Massie Accuses Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor of Sex Crimes in the United States (9/2/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. A couple of days ago, Thomas Massey took
• 0:07
Speaker 1: to the congressional floor and rattled off 14 different names.
• 0:12
Speaker 1: And of course, one of those names was none other
• 0:15
Speaker 1: than Prince Andrew. And according to Thomas Massey, Prince Andrew
• 0:21
Speaker 1: has committed sex crimes right here in the United States.
• 0:25
Speaker 1: And listen, I know that that's not breaking news for
• 0:27
Speaker 1: everybody that's been following the story. But it's certainly a
• 0:31
Speaker 1: big deal. Whenever you have somebody in Congress get up
• 0:34
Speaker 1: there on the congressional floor and call out somebody like Andrew,
• 0:38
Speaker 1: in my opinion, it's a big deal. Now, do I
• 0:42
Speaker 1: think anything is going to come of it? I have
• 0:45
Speaker 1: my doubts, considering the DOJ won't even give the information
• 0:49
Speaker 1: that the UK has asked for over to the UK authorities.
• 0:54
Speaker 1: So what would make anyone think that we have any
• 0:56
Speaker 1: desire to investigate Andrew here in America? And while I
• 1:00
Speaker 1: don't think it's likely, I think the first step would
• 1:03
Speaker 1: be conditioning the public that Prince Andrew was not just
• 1:07
Speaker 1: one of Jeffrey Epstein's friends, but was somebody that was
• 1:10
Speaker 1: partaking in the abuse as well. So today we have
• 1:14
Speaker 1: an article from the Daily Mail and the headline, Andrew
• 1:18
Speaker 1: Mountbatten-Windsor is accused of committing sex crimes in the U.S.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: by a congressman. Not exactly the greatest news to wake
• 1:25
Speaker 1: up to if you're Prince Andrew. as if things aren't
• 1:29
Speaker 1: bad enough. This article was authored by Martin Robinson. Andrew
• 1:35
Speaker 1: Mountbatten-Windsor was today accused of committing sex crimes in the U.S.
• 1:39
Speaker 1: by a Republican congressman. The former Duke of York was
• 1:43
Speaker 1: named by Thomas Massey during a speech in the U.S.
• 1:46
Speaker 1: House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. amid renewed calls for
• 1:50
Speaker 1: the errant royal to face prosecution. Yeah, you know, like
• 1:54
Speaker 1: anybody else would've. Imagine somebody accused you of this shit
• 1:59
Speaker 1: How fast do you think the Jakes would be at
• 2:00
Speaker 1: your house? I'm guessing pretty quick. And I'm pretty sure
• 2:05
Speaker 1: they wouldn't give a shit about anything you had to say.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: Unless you had some evidence, you know, proving that what
• 2:11
Speaker 1: they're saying isn't true. But short of that, nobody's believing you.
• 2:15
Speaker 1: Nobody's giving you the benefit of the doubt. Now, Andrew,
• 2:18
Speaker 1: on the other hand, whole different story. This is a
• 2:22
Speaker 1: man that has never faced any repercussions for anything he's
• 2:26
Speaker 1: ever done. And that's why all of this has come
• 2:28
Speaker 1: as such a shock to him. Because he was used
• 2:31
Speaker 1: to just running the roost, right? Doing whatever he wants,
• 2:35
Speaker 1: whenever he wants to do it, and nobody telling him otherwise.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: Not even his mother. And then to have that all
• 2:40
Speaker 1: come crashing down the way it did, to only culminate
• 2:44
Speaker 1: with Thomas Massey calling his bitch ass out on the
• 2:47
Speaker 1: congressional floor, is nothing short of devastating for him and
• 2:52
Speaker 1: the royal family. It's one thing for a newspaper to
• 2:55
Speaker 1: say it. whole ass other thing for that to get
• 2:57
Speaker 1: read into the record of Congress. Demanding that associates of
• 3:02
Speaker 1: pedophile Jeffrey Epstein be held accountable, Kentucky Congressman Mr. Massey said,
• 3:07
Speaker 1: we want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted. Well,
• 3:13
Speaker 1: I'll start with a real investigation, and then if the
• 3:15
Speaker 1: investigation finds evidence that says they should be prosecuted, that's
• 3:19
Speaker 1: what we should do, because as of now, there has
• 3:22
Speaker 1: not been a real investigation. maybe into Glenn Maxwell, but
• 3:27
Speaker 1: a targeted investigation. Not widespread, not looking at the whole network,
• 3:33
Speaker 1: not digging in to all the relationships and the financial trail,
• 3:37
Speaker 1: because that's where the gold is. And of course, that's
• 3:41
Speaker 1: why they avoid it. Mr. Massey, a leading figure in
• 3:44
Speaker 1: the push to release the first tranche of Epstein files,
• 3:47
Speaker 1: also named former Barclays boss Jeff Staley and magician David Copperfield.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: And I think David Copperfield is one of the forgotten
• 3:56
Speaker 1: names here because he was around Epstein quite a bit. Now,
• 4:00
Speaker 1: I haven't heard that he was involved in the abuse itself,
• 4:05
Speaker 1: but he certainly was around. He certainly was friendly with
• 4:08
Speaker 1: Epstein and certainly enjoyed his company. And in any real investigation,
• 4:13
Speaker 1: somebody that's that close to somebody that's a target of
• 4:16
Speaker 1: the DOJ, they're going to get a visit. And that
• 4:19
Speaker 1: visit's going to be from the FBI. And that's, of course,
• 4:24
Speaker 1: you're one of Jeffrey Epstein's associates. And Prince Andrew, who
• 4:29
Speaker 1: committed sex crimes in the United States, he said. He added,
• 4:32
Speaker 1: perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice
• 4:36
Speaker 1: into delivering justice. I wish. They'd have to actually have
• 4:40
Speaker 1: some shame for them to feel shameful. But unfortunately, they
• 4:44
Speaker 1: do not. If it was up to them, none of
• 4:48
Speaker 1: these names would have ever been released, and this whole
• 4:51
Speaker 1: entire story would have just went away Remember, that's what
• 4:55
Speaker 1: they wanted. It's never been about truth, it's never been
• 4:59
Speaker 1: about transparency, and it's never been about justice. And unfortunately,
• 5:04
Speaker 1: when it comes to a lot of the people that matter,
• 5:06
Speaker 1: a lot of the people that can provide that justice,
• 5:09
Speaker 1: they just don't care. Andrew denies committing any sex offense.
• 5:14
Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace has also been asked to comment. Mr. Massey
• 5:18
Speaker 1: has emerged as one of the most persistent critics of
• 5:20
Speaker 1: the Justice Department's handling of the Epstein scandal. He's trying
• 5:25
Speaker 1: to pass legislation that would force the US government to
• 5:28
Speaker 1: release any additional unreleased Epstein documents. And look, you can't
• 5:32
Speaker 1: fault the guy for trying, right? I know there's a
• 5:35
Speaker 1: lot of people out there that don't like Thomas Massey.
• 5:38
Speaker 1: I'm not exactly a giant fan myself. But when it
• 5:42
Speaker 1: comes to this issue, when it comes to him trying
• 5:44
Speaker 1: to force some light into the room, I'm completely on board.
• 5:49
Speaker 1: And listen, I know the game. These politicians have no
• 5:52
Speaker 1: problem writing you during election season, right? Even though they
• 5:56
Speaker 1: don't give a shit about you. Well, that's the way
• 5:58
Speaker 1: I feel about them. I have no problem riding a
• 6:01
Speaker 1: guy like Thomas Massey to the finish line when it
• 6:04
Speaker 1: comes to Epstein, while at the same time, not supporting
• 6:07
Speaker 1: him as a politician overall. I can like some things
• 6:11
Speaker 1: you do and dislike others, right? Is that allowed still?
• 6:15
Speaker 1: Do I have to get approval for that? I mean,
• 6:17
Speaker 1: I don't know if you know this or not, but
• 6:19
Speaker 1: you can agree with people on one topic and disagree
• 6:22
Speaker 1: wholeheartedly on another. At least that's how it used to work.
• 6:27
Speaker 1: I know the rules are changed now for a lot
• 6:28
Speaker 1: of people, and you have to go with whatever your
• 6:31
Speaker 1: team says, but that shit is never going to happen
• 6:34
Speaker 1: around these parts. Now listen, it would be a much
• 6:37
Speaker 1: better financial decision for me to pick a side. But
• 6:41
Speaker 1: I don't give a shit about any of that. Despite
• 6:43
Speaker 1: being a staunch Republican, Mr. Massey warned in May that
• 6:47
Speaker 1: Donald Trump had disenfranchised many Americans who voted for him
• 6:50
Speaker 1: and their party over issues including Iran and government spending.
• 6:57
Speaker 1: He will not stand the next year's midterm election after
• 6:59
Speaker 1: being beaten by a challenger handpicked by the president, who
• 7:02
Speaker 1: has publicly called Mr. Massey a moron and a loser. Yeah,
• 7:07
Speaker 1: that's productive. Super productive conversation, Mr. President. Let's call everybody
• 7:12
Speaker 1: losers and morons. Meanwhile, your policies are absolute shit. But
• 7:17
  Speaker 1: it's always everybody else's fault, right? It's this one's fault,
• 7:20
Speaker 1: that one's fault. Never the man behind the curtain, though.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts claimed she had sex with Andrew three times
• 7:28
Speaker 1: when she was 17 and had been trafficked to him
• 7:30
Speaker 1: by Epstein. Ms. Roberts claimed two of those sexual encounters
• 7:34
Speaker 1: took place on U.S. soil in New York and on
• 7:37
Speaker 1: Epstein's private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I wonder
• 7:40
Speaker 1: if Trump's tune would change if it was his daughter.
• 7:43
Speaker 1: What if Ivanka got caught up in this? Would it
• 7:46
Speaker 1: still be a hoax then? I'm guessing it wouldn't be.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: The intervention in Congress came just 48 hours after it
• 7:53
Speaker 1: was revealed that that another woman who claims she was
• 7:55
Speaker 1: flown to the UK by Epstein to have sex with
• 7:58
Speaker 1: Andrew has had a change of heart about testifying against him.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: And boy, that's good news. The more people that are
• 8:05
Speaker 1: willing to come forward and put a face to the
• 8:08
Speaker 1: name and go and tell the authorities what happened, the
• 8:12
Speaker 1: closer we're going to get to justice. But even if
• 8:15
Speaker 1: none of that happens, right? Even if nobody else came forward,
• 8:19
Speaker 1: you mean to tell me they're not going to investigate
• 8:21
Speaker 1: the financial crimes? They're not going to investigate the sharing
• 8:24
Speaker 1: of confidential information? They're not going to investigate the people
• 8:28
Speaker 1: that were accepting money from Jeffrey Epstein, the people that
• 8:31
Speaker 1: were engaged in financial malfeasance? We're just going to ignore
• 8:35
Speaker 1: all of that? The Mail on Sunday reported in May
• 8:40
Speaker 1: that the unnamed woman, who alleges she spent the night
• 8:42
Speaker 1: with the former prince in Windsor, was reluctant to make
• 8:45
Speaker 1: a formal complaint to a British detective investigating trafficking claims
• 8:49
Speaker 1: because she did not want to risk losing her privacy.
• 8:53
Speaker 1: And can you really blame her? Look at the way
• 8:55
Speaker 1: some of these people conduct themselves. You got people out
• 8:58
Speaker 1: here acting like straight fools. So if I was some
• 9:02
Speaker 1: woman who had these allegations, and I had a family,
• 9:05
  Speaker 1: a life, I don't know if I'd want to come
• 9:08
Speaker 1: forward either. Is the juice worth the squeeze? Now, her U.S. lawyer,
• 9:15
Speaker 1: Bradley Edwards, has revealed that He's been in contact with
• 9:19
Speaker 1: police in the UK after his client went from a
• 9:21
Speaker 1: hard no to a maybe in assisting the ongoing criminal case.
• 9:25
Speaker 1: And you know, I bet you that Prince Andrew is
• 9:28
Speaker 1: sweating now. The woman says that she was in her
• 9:33
Speaker 1: 20s when, at Epstein's request, she spent the night with
• 9:37
Speaker 1: Andrew at Royal Lodge in Windsor in 2010. It's alleged
• 9:41
Speaker 1: she was also given a tour of Buckingham Palace and
• 9:44
Speaker 1: tea afterwards. What a gentleman that Andrew is. Mr. Edwards
• 9:52
Speaker 1: said he spoke to British police about interviewing his client
• 9:56
Speaker 1: in the US, but nothing had been agreed. He added
• 10:00
Speaker 1: that she has gone from a hard no to a maybe.
• 10:03
Speaker 1: Her main concern is to protect her child, and she
• 10:05
Speaker 1: doesn't want her kid being harassed. Those are all legitimate claims.
• 10:11
Speaker 1: You have a child, and they're in school, whatever. This
• 10:15
Speaker 1: is the last thing you want them to have to
• 10:17
Speaker 1: deal with. If those issues can be addressed, it could happen.
• 10:22
Speaker 1: She's thinking about it. I think she should testify because
• 10:24
Speaker 1: what happened was wrong, but I'm not going to push her.
• 10:27
Speaker 1: It has to be her choice. Andrew was arrested on
• 10:30
Speaker 1: his 66th birthday in February on suspicion of misconduct in
• 10:34
Speaker 1: public office after documents released by the Trump administration appeared
• 10:38
Speaker 1: to show him passing sensitive information to Epstein during their
• 10:42
Speaker 1: decade-long friendship. That not appeared. That's what happened. That's what
• 10:46
Speaker 1: he was doing. And I'm sure he was doing it
• 10:49
Speaker 1: a lot more than we're aware of. In May, Thames
• 10:53
Speaker 1: Valley Police, which is leading the investigation, said it was
• 10:56
Speaker 1: widening the inquiry to include sex trafficking. The information Andrew
• 11:00
Speaker 1: allegedly shared included reports of official visits to Hong Kong, Vietnam,
• 11:05
Speaker 1: and Singapore, as well as a confidential briefing about investment
• 11:09
Speaker 1: opportunities in the reconstruction of Helmand Province in Afghanistan. It's
• 11:14
Speaker 1: understood that Thames Valley investigation into Andrew is being given
• 11:18
Speaker 1: the same resources as a major crime probe. and that
• 11:22
Speaker 1: specialist sexual offense investigators are part of the team. So
• 11:26
Speaker 1: they put together a whole ass, like, CSI-type team against him, right?
• 11:33
Speaker 1: The question is, what are they going to find? Are
• 11:35
Speaker 1: they going to have people that are helpful? Is the
• 11:38
Speaker 1: Crown going to help out? Or are they going to
• 11:40
Speaker 1: run interference? I know they said they're going to help,
• 11:42
Speaker 1: but do we really believe them? Should we believe them? Mr. Edwards,
• 11:48
Speaker 1: who has represented more than 200 alleged Epstein victims, previously
• 11:52
Speaker 1: sued Andrew on behalf of the late Ms. Roberts, who
• 11:55
Speaker 1: alleged she had sex at 17 with the former Duke
• 11:58
Speaker 1: of York in London, New York, and on Epstein's Caribbean island.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: Andrew settled for a reported £ 12 million before the case
• 12:07
Speaker 1: went to trial, but did not admit liability. The files
• 12:11
Speaker 1: released by the Department of Justice contained damning messages from
• 12:15
Speaker 1: Andrew to Epstein in 2010, talking about setting him up
• 12:18
Speaker 1: with a woman. Epstein offered to set the former prince
• 12:21
Speaker 1: up with a friend who was 26, Russian, clever, beautiful,
• 12:26
Speaker 1: and trustworthy. It's not known if the woman in the
• 12:29
Speaker 1: email is the same one Mr. Edwards represents. So look,
• 12:34
Speaker 1: getting called out by Thomas Massey on the congressional floor,
• 12:38
Speaker 1: not exactly a good day for the Joe Exotic of
• 12:42
Speaker 1: the Windsor family. And if this woman does testify, things
• 12:46
Speaker 1: are going to go from bad to a whole lot
• 12:48
Speaker 1: worse Real quick. And do I even need to say it?
• 12:52
Speaker 1: We're going to be here every step of the way.
• 12:56
Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
