- 0:00Speaker 1: Mister New York Mark Simone.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Hey, we'll get to Israel, we'll get to California, we'll
- 0:11Speaker 2: get to the UN and a lot more coming up.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Jimmy Falo will be with us later this hour. This
- 0:16Speaker 2: is actually it's Thursday. This is actually the first real
- 0:19Speaker 2: actual autumn day, fall day. I mean not on the calendar,
- 0:24Speaker 2: but it actually, for the first time, actually feels like fall.
- 0:28Speaker 2: It's nippy outside, it's chili. It's fifty three degrees right now.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Look at that temperature right now, fifty three. Let me see,
- 0:38Speaker 2: we'll go up to sixty degrees. That's it. It'll hit
- 0:40Speaker 2: sixty at three o'clock. Then it's right back into the fifties.
- 0:43Speaker 2: First actual fall like day to day in New York City.
- 0:49Speaker 2: So that was good news. We just heard on the
- 0:51Speaker 2: newscast about the United Nations getting rid of a quarter
- 0:55Speaker 2: twenty five percent of their forces. They call them UN
- 0:59Speaker 2: peacekeeping force. They've never kept any peace anywhere. They're those
- 1:02Speaker 2: idiots with the blue helmets. They're the most useless people
- 1:05Speaker 2: in the world. They're blaming the US cutting funding to
- 1:08Speaker 2: the UN. Well, if you're going to defund something, it's
- 1:11Speaker 2: not the police. Defund the UN there's nothing more deserving
- 1:15Speaker 2: of defunding than the United Nations. They are the most useless,
- 1:19Speaker 2: anti Semitic VIP lounge for dictators. Just close the whole thing,
- 1:24Speaker 2: get it out of New York. Yankees lost last night heartbreaking. Well,
- 1:29Speaker 2: you know what, it wasn't heartbreaking. You could see it coming,
- 1:32Speaker 2: didn't you. You didn't really think they were going to
- 1:35Speaker 2: pull this off. It's not just the same. It's not
- 1:38Speaker 2: the same Yankees from years ago. Outside of a couple
- 1:40Speaker 2: of players, it's not Yankee quality now. Bad Bunny was
- 1:45Speaker 2: at the game three rows back behind home plate and
- 1:50Speaker 2: at one point when they all when they sang God
- 1:52Speaker 2: Bless America, and the whole audience stood. Pictures show Bad
- 1:56Speaker 2: Bunny did not stand during God Bless America. I don't
- 2:01Speaker 2: know what's wrong with this guy. He's not He's a
- 2:04Speaker 2: great musically, he's great, and if you saw him host
- 2:07Speaker 2: Saturday Night live's quite a charming guy. He's good. He
- 2:09Speaker 2: was great as a host of Saturday Night Live. But
- 2:13Speaker 2: he's a crazy left wing guy and he's got that
- 2:17Speaker 2: deep hatred of Ice. He doesn't want he doesn't want
- 2:21Speaker 2: the laws enforced. You know, basically, ice is just law enforcement.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Throwing illegals out of the country that are here illegally.
- 2:28Speaker 2: That's the law. He's supposed to do that. But you know,
- 2:32Speaker 2: the left wing nuts and bad Bunny, I guess is
- 2:36Speaker 2: now one of them. They decide what laws they want enforced,
- 2:39Speaker 2: what laws they don't want enforced, and illegals running all
- 2:42Speaker 2: over the place. They love that for whatever reasons. But
- 2:47Speaker 2: he apparently caused now. I don't know what he's up to.
- 2:49Speaker 2: You know, sometimes sometimes they're just left wing cooks, and
- 2:53Speaker 2: sometimes especially when they're in the entertainment world, sometimes they're
- 2:57Speaker 2: just calculating the whole thing. Readsheets are calculating if I
- 3:02Speaker 2: appeal more to the left wing wackos, will I be
- 3:05Speaker 2: more popular, will I sell more songs? Well, it could
- 3:08Speaker 2: be a little calculation on this part. Hey. The New
- 3:12Speaker 2: Jersey debate was last night. It's very, very very close.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Chitarelly's not the greatest candidate in the world. He should win,
- 3:19Speaker 2: he'd be the better governor. But something about him, he's
- 3:22Speaker 2: not the best candidate. Something a little off putting about him.
- 3:26Speaker 2: But he took on Mikey Cheryl. It was rough debate.
- 3:32Speaker 2: They really went after each other. It was civil, but
- 3:36Speaker 2: it was tough. They were both tough on each other.
- 3:39Speaker 2: She had a big lead over him. She's lost the
- 3:41Speaker 2: lead in the most recent polls. Chitarelly is caught up
- 3:44Speaker 2: to her. And again, those poles are generally slanted and
- 3:48Speaker 2: rigged against Republicans, so if he's tied in the polls,
- 3:51Speaker 2: he's probably ahead. So she's a little nervous. She was
- 3:55Speaker 2: changing her tone on a lot of issues. Here's some
- 3:57Speaker 2: of the last night's debate.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Then he was paid to develop an app so that
- 4:01Speaker 1: people who are addicted could more easily get access.
- 4:04Speaker 2: He worked for a drug company for a while. When
- 4:06Speaker 2: he went back to the private sex, something with a
- 4:08Speaker 2: drug company was putting some drug out there. She kept
- 4:10Speaker 2: going after him for that.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Then he was paid to develop an app so that
- 4:14Speaker 1: people who are addicted could more easily get access to opioids.
- 4:18Speaker 1: And so as he made millions, as these opioid companies
- 4:23Speaker 1: made billions, tens of thousands of New Jersey ands died.
- 4:27Speaker 2: Mister Tiddly. First of all, shame on you.
- 4:31Speaker 3: Second of all, shame on you, sir, Shame on you.
- 4:35Speaker 3: During the Biden administration, she had no problem whatsoever with
- 4:38Speaker 3: tens of thousands of people crashing our border each and
- 4:40Speaker 3: every day, not knowing what impact they had in our communities.
- 4:44Speaker 3: With regard to fetanyl crisis, fetanyl abuse, fetanyl distribution, vaccination rates,
- 4:49Speaker 3: and alike, talk to your local police, talk to your
- 4:51Speaker 3: county proscuers. In New Jersey, since the border has been secured,
- 4:55Speaker 3: fetanyl crisis has decreased significantly.
- 5:00Speaker 2: I can't say he won that round. I mean, she's
- 5:02Speaker 2: wrong on the fentanyl, but he's wrong on the opiate.
- 5:05Speaker 2: She kind of got him on that one. That round
- 5:07Speaker 2: I don't think helped him. Here's more.
- 5:09Speaker 3: With regard to everything she just said about my professional career,
- 5:11Speaker 3: which provided my family, it's a lie.
- 5:13Speaker 2: I'm proud of my career.
- 5:15Speaker 3: You get thirty seconds.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I'm happy to publish the information.
- 5:17Speaker 2: And here's the fact.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I work because I think our kids deserve better. I
- 5:22Speaker 1: think the people you got addicted and died deserve better
- 5:25Speaker 1: than you. Then I'll tell you, yeah, tens of thousands here,
- 5:28Speaker 1: as you published misinformation, as you've got more people addicted,
- 5:32Speaker 1: as you've worked to develop, got paid to develop an
- 5:34Speaker 1: app so that more people could get more opioids and die.
- 5:38Speaker 1: But here's the fact college I, even during even I
- 5:41Speaker 1: got the walk at my college, and I'm so glad
- 5:44Speaker 1: that you then went on to kill tens of thousands
- 5:46Speaker 1: of people in New Jersey, including child as they got
- 5:50Speaker 1: just wrote the law. In fact, your campaign right now
- 5:52Speaker 1: is under federal investigation for how you illegally got access
- 5:55Speaker 1: to my records, so to say that right now, and
- 5:57Speaker 1: I think you're trying to divert from the fact that
- 5:59Speaker 1: you killed tens of thousands of people by Prince took
- 6:02Speaker 1: the war.
- 6:03Speaker 2: She kind of got him on that one. You know,
- 6:06Speaker 2: he said, you didn't walk in your graduation. There was
- 6:09Speaker 2: a cheating scandal at the Naval Academy, and she refused
- 6:12Speaker 2: to name whoever she knew was cheating, and as a result,
- 6:16Speaker 2: she could not walk in the graduation. But I mean,
- 6:19Speaker 2: that's pretty bad, but it's not as bad as selling opioid,
- 6:21Speaker 2: going to work for an opioid company, putting on an
- 6:24Speaker 2: app that leads people to hope. She kind of got
- 6:26Speaker 2: him on that one. The other thing he's referring to
- 6:28Speaker 2: of the stock trades, she's very sleazy on that. As
- 6:32Speaker 2: a member of Congress, she was engaged in all kinds
- 6:34Speaker 2: of insider trading, which is legal. They're allowed to do
- 6:37Speaker 2: insider trading in Congress, they get word ahead of everybody
- 6:41Speaker 2: else about test results. So who's going to get a contract,
- 6:43Speaker 2: who's going to get a ruling? And you can make
- 6:46Speaker 2: you can make a fortune trading stock. So she made
- 6:48Speaker 2: seven million trading stocks and then tried to deny it.
- 6:52Speaker 2: But as sleazy as that is, it's typical. Everybody in
- 6:55Speaker 2: Congress is doing it. So but the opioid thing, that
- 6:59Speaker 2: doesn't sound good. Now, then she tried to connect him
- 7:03Speaker 2: to Trump. You know you're a Trump supporter. Will you
- 7:05Speaker 2: denounce Trump? Will you do this? Because she thinks that's
- 7:08Speaker 2: going to win over votes for her. But here's a
- 7:11Speaker 2: bit of that.
- 7:11Speaker 3: I disagree with the president on the Empire wind farm
- 7:14Speaker 3: or for Long Island. We hope that that doesn't mean
- 7:16Speaker 3: they'll be wind farms off our Jersey shore. He's put
- 7:18Speaker 3: a temporary halt on that. I will make it permanent
- 7:21Speaker 3: when I'm governor. But let me be clear, no matter
- 7:23Speaker 3: who is it's in the White House, my job is
- 7:25Speaker 3: to stand up with a nine point three million citizens
- 7:27Speaker 3: of the state, and I weir I will I will
- 7:29Speaker 3: fiercely advocate for them at all times.
- 7:32Speaker 2: All right, But she kept going after mont Trump.
- 7:35Speaker 1: He's shown zero science was standing up to this president.
- 7:38Speaker 1: In fact, the President himself called Jack one hundred percent mega,
- 7:41Speaker 1: and he's shown every side sign of being that. He
- 7:44Speaker 1: said it's his job to support the President of the
- 7:46Speaker 1: United States.
- 7:47Speaker 2: See that's good talk for Democrats. He's this guy, this
- 7:50Speaker 2: guy's mega. Oh god, he wants to make America great. WHOA,
- 7:55Speaker 2: that's just awful. He won't stand up to the president
- 7:59Speaker 2: on what and what fighting crime, ending the war? And
- 8:03Speaker 2: is what are you supposed to stand up to? Then
- 8:05Speaker 2: here's Chidarelli speaking of crime.
- 8:07Speaker 3: And we're going to be in law and order state again.
- 8:09Speaker 3: We do that by not having sanctuary cities, and we
- 8:11Speaker 3: do that by reforming bail reform bill cash list bail
- 8:15Speaker 3: has created a professional criminal in New Jersey who's learned
- 8:18Speaker 3: how to gain the system. Talk to your local police
- 8:21Speaker 3: about arrest release repeal. My opponent's not set a word
- 8:25Speaker 3: about getting rid of sanctuary cities, the Immigrant Trust Directive.
- 8:28Speaker 3: She's not set a word about reforming bail reform.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Yeah, that no bail note jail that Cuomo gave us.
- 8:33Speaker 2: That is the worst thing in the world, and they
- 8:36Speaker 2: do have it in New Jersey.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'm the only one who's actually worked closely with law
- 8:40Speaker 1: enforcement prosecuting cases to keep dangerous people off the streets.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I'm very proud of my record there, and I continue
- 8:48Speaker 1: to push forward in that work. So I've worked with
- 8:50Speaker 1: all of the police chiefs in my district on our
- 8:52Speaker 1: auto thefts to make sure we had license plate readers
- 8:55Speaker 1: federally funded so we could drive down the rash of
- 8:58Speaker 1: auto thefts. So again and again and again, I've worked
- 9:00Speaker 1: on public safety.
- 9:02Speaker 2: Yeah, but doesn't mean you were any good at it.
- 9:05Speaker 2: That doesn't mean you did the right thing when it
- 9:07Speaker 2: comes to that. That's the problem. You know that no bail,
- 9:10Speaker 2: no jail. That was the worst thing ever. Let the
- 9:13Speaker 2: criminals out. No bail, no jail. It was Cuomo that
- 9:16Speaker 2: pushed it. It's Cuomo back then. He didn't just sign it.
- 9:21Speaker 2: He pushed for no bail, no jail. Take a listen
- 9:23Speaker 2: to Cuomo as governor. It is just the worst thing
- 9:27Speaker 2: in the world. He's pushing this no bail, no jail.
- 9:30Speaker 4: You're black or white, that's whether you're rich or or.
- 9:33Speaker 4: We're gonna end the cast bail system once and for all.
- 9:37Speaker 4: We're going to do it in New York and we're
- 9:39Speaker 4: gonna do it this year. We have to have moral
- 9:45Speaker 4: alternatives to incarceration, strength timelines on court dates, and we
- 9:51Speaker 4: have to eliminate the racial bias that is pervasive in
- 9:55Speaker 4: our criminal justice system. As governor of the State of
- 9:59Speaker 4: New York, I can't tell you how proud I am
- 10:03Speaker 4: to have closed more prisons than any governor in the
- 10:08Speaker 4: history of the state.
- 10:10Speaker 2: And I'm not done yet. Yeah, he was just an
- 10:13Speaker 2: absolute left wing kook as governor. Hiss, no bail, no jail. Now,
- 10:17Speaker 2: he's the guy that caused the crime wave in a
- 10:20Speaker 2: number of ways. Of the no bail, no jail, the
- 10:23Speaker 2: closing prisons, letting the prisoners loose, taken away the qualified
- 10:28Speaker 2: immunity from cops. That means they can be personally sued
- 10:31Speaker 2: by anybody they approach, so they have to approach less people.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Now no bail, no jail that Cuomo gave us. Look
- 10:40Speaker 2: at this case. Here's a perfect result. This happened this week.
- 10:43Speaker 2: He got a maniac on the subway with a big sword.
- 10:47Speaker 2: He's wielding a huge sword. He's a guy with twenty
- 10:51Speaker 2: three priors. Oh excuse me, thirty three priors. Thirty three priors.
- 10:57Speaker 2: But it's no bail, no jail. He's free to rome
- 11:00Speaker 2: in the streets. He's totally deranged. He's got a rap
- 11:02Speaker 2: sheet a mile long. He's on the subway. He takes
- 11:06Speaker 2: out his sword. He beats a guy to a pulp.
- 11:09Speaker 2: An older man savagely beats Some sources said he attacked
- 11:13Speaker 2: the sixty four year old victim in the subway station.
- 11:17Speaker 2: He said it was a shockingly brutal attack, pummeling his face,
- 11:20Speaker 2: stomping on his head fifteen times. The beating lasted ten minutes,
- 11:26Speaker 2: and at the end of ten minutes, he took the
- 11:27Speaker 2: victim's wallet and ID, which delayed the identification by the police,
- 11:32Speaker 2: left him unconscious, battered. The man died roughly an hour later.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Now this is the guy that got out on no bail,
- 11:39Speaker 2: no jail, despite thirty three prior arrests. Why did he
- 11:45Speaker 2: beat the guy so much? What started this? He said,
- 11:47Speaker 2: I don't like the way he looked at me. I
- 11:50Speaker 2: witnessed to say he held the door open for this
- 11:54Speaker 2: guy to come in. The old man held the door
- 11:56Speaker 2: open for this guy to come in, But the guy
- 11:58Speaker 2: didn't like the way he looked at him. So, but
- 12:00Speaker 2: this is the result of this no bail, no jail.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Unbelievable that Cuomo pushed this on us. Now he's trying
- 12:06Speaker 2: to defend the no bail, no Jail. You've seen him
- 12:08Speaker 2: do interviews this week. There was one yesterday Good Day
- 12:12Speaker 2: New York and he said, well, though lots of states
- 12:14Speaker 2: have the no bail, no jail, yeah, there are a
- 12:18Speaker 2: lot of other states that haven't, and in every single
- 12:20Speaker 2: one it caused a massive crime wave. It was a
- 12:23Speaker 2: disaster everywhere. And that's the thing with Mam Donni. You know,
- 12:26Speaker 2: like most Champagne socialists, they're pushing ideas and plans that
- 12:31Speaker 2: have failed everywhere in the world every time they've been tried. Now,
- 12:36Speaker 2: Hokeel's got a real problem here. Hochel's in big trouble.
- 12:38Speaker 2: She's dropping in the polls as a result of her
- 12:41Speaker 2: support for Mom Donnie. Now there's other things besides indorsium.
- 12:47Speaker 2: He's got this crazy idea of taking control away from
- 12:50Speaker 2: the police commissioner for disciplinary actions. He wants to hand
- 12:54Speaker 2: it to the what do you call that, the criminal
- 12:57Speaker 2: citizen criminal citizen review Board. Well, as mayor. You can
- 13:01Speaker 2: stack that with the most left wing communists or anybody
- 13:05Speaker 2: you want, and that way, no cop is protected. So
- 13:09Speaker 2: if a cop has nobody to watch his back, nobody
- 13:12Speaker 2: to protect him, he's not going to do anything. He's
- 13:15Speaker 2: not going to approach any crime. He's just going to
- 13:16Speaker 2: run and hide the whole time. Who can blame him?
- 13:19Speaker 2: But will Hokeel step in on that? She says, well,
- 13:24Speaker 2: we'll talk about it. I'll talk about it, Hokeel said
- 13:28Speaker 2: on MSNBC. Listen, nothing's going to happen in this city
- 13:32Speaker 2: without me being aware of it and involved. Hokeel did
- 13:37Speaker 2: say she's firmly pushing Mom Donnie to keep the current
- 13:41Speaker 2: NYPD commissioner, Jessica Tish when he wins. Now, everybody likes
- 13:45Speaker 2: Jessica Tish good police commissioner. So she says she's pushing
- 13:48Speaker 2: him to keep. Now we know we've seen it already
- 13:51Speaker 2: in a couple of cases. Mom Donnie never listens to Hokeel.
- 13:55Speaker 2: He totally dismisses her and doesn't care what she has
- 13:58Speaker 2: to say. So, how do you stop this guy? Well,
- 14:01Speaker 2: a week from tonight. One week from tonight is the
- 14:03Speaker 2: mayoral debate. If Curtis can be amazing in that debate
- 14:07Speaker 2: or something bad happens with Mamdanni in the debate, that
- 14:11Speaker 2: could turn it all around. That could change things. The
- 14:14Speaker 2: other thing is they're still working in Washington looking into
- 14:19Speaker 2: mam Donnie's money. Tens and tens and millions of dollars
- 14:23Speaker 2: have flown in to his campaign. A lot of it
- 14:26Speaker 2: they think has come from foreign sources. If they can
- 14:28Speaker 2: trace foreign money directly into Mamdanni's campaign, they can take
- 14:33Speaker 2: him out of the race. They can eliminate him from
- 14:35Speaker 2: the race. The other thing going on, I've heard this
- 14:38Speaker 2: now from a Justice Department official. If Mom Donnie does
- 14:44Speaker 2: anything anti semitic as mayor anything anti semitic, they can
- 14:49Speaker 2: come in and remove him, or arrest him or charge
- 14:53Speaker 2: him with hate crime. The Department of Justice is looking
- 14:56Speaker 2: at that. There's all kinds of laws against discrimination and
- 15:00Speaker 2: hate crime. So if he tries anything anti semitic, they
- 15:03Speaker 2: will do everything they can to block him. Hey, Bill Belichick,
- 15:08Speaker 2: looks like they're trying to get rid of him at
- 15:09Speaker 2: that college doesn't want him anymore. The school has had,
- 15:14Speaker 2: they say, preliminary conversations about firing Belichick. They can't stand
- 15:18Speaker 2: the twenty four year old girlfriend who's bossing everybody around.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Jordan Hudson. The complication is, if you get rid of Belichick. There'
- 15:26Speaker 2: said twenty million dollar buyout. They are looking at alleged
- 15:31Speaker 2: rules violations. If they can prove violations of their rules,
- 15:35Speaker 2: that will get rid of the twenty million dollars half buyout.
- 15:38Speaker 2: They can get rid of that. There's all kinds of
- 15:39Speaker 2: rules they could look for. Things have gotten so bad.
- 15:42Speaker 4: You know.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Hulu was doing a documentary on the school and Belichick.
- 15:46Speaker 2: The school canceled it. They don't want anything to do
- 15:49Speaker 2: with it. His record is the coach there not good
- 15:52Speaker 2: at all? They're two and three. Listen, he was only
- 15:55Speaker 2: great because Brady was there. I mean, it was pretty obvious.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Who is the real spark behind the Patriots? Was it Brady?
- 16:05Speaker 2: Was it Belichick? Well, Brady left and he goes to Tampa,
- 16:08Speaker 2: nothing team, and he wins the Super Bowl with them.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Belichick without Brady doesn't win a damn thing anywhere. He goes. Hey,
- 16:16Speaker 2: we'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three two one
- 16:19Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two
- 16:22Speaker 2: one zero seven ten
