- 0:01The right to offend is not some pesky little part of freedom of
- 0:05speech that we have to put up with.
- 0:07It is the heart and soul and lungs of freedom of speech.
- 0:11It is the coursing lifeblood of human protests.
- 0:14It is the instigator of liberty and modernity and science and
- 0:18understanding what a laughing stock today's student leaders
- 0:23are that they can so casually dismiss the right to be
- 0:27offensive without realising that their lovely enlightened lives
- 0:32are the gifts of individuals who gave offence.
- 0:36Offensiveness is not just something we have to
- 0:39begrudgingly accept. Offensiveness is the motor of
- 0:43human progress. Now broadcasting from the right
- 0:46to offend. Media studios in sunny South
- 0:49Florida, bringing you the latest in politics, current events, art
- 0:54and pop culture. This is the Whitfield Report
- 0:57live with Sam Whitfield. But giving offense is good.
- 1:03In fact, it's essential. Well, good afternoon, ladies and
- 1:14gentlemen. Good to be back here on YouTube
- 1:21for the Whitfield Report and I hope you're doing well today.
- 1:28I am mostly doing well. I am absolutely thrilled that
- 1:36the official Whitfield Report YouTube channel is back.
- 1:44Glad to be back. And yeah, things are terrific.
- 1:50What has check? A lot has changed since the last
- 1:56time I, you know, spoke to some of you.
- 2:05It's been quite a while, but adding right?
- 2:11Like I said, mostly happy to be here.
- 2:15All the links to support the show are in the show notes and
- 2:23in the description on YouTube. And we'll be, you know, doing a
- 2:29more official, you know, back to YouTube show tomorrow.
- 2:36But I just kind of wanted to do a quick, you know, stream here
- 2:41mainly to, you know, do one of two things.
- 2:45One I just wanted to kind of test and, you know, make sure
- 2:50that I still had live streaming on this channel and looks like
- 2:57things and, you know, the lives due to have changed a bit since
- 3:02I, you know, was last on here. But then I also wanted to
- 3:11address something and we'll go into depth a little, you know,
- 3:18more on tomorrow evenings show. But I kind of just wanted to do,
- 3:25like I said, an impromptu, you know, stream kind of about the
- 3:37whole, well, not just Nick Fuentes and not just Candace
- 3:43Owens, but this whole thing of, you know, that this kind full
- 3:50power vacuum has essentially, you know, sprung up in the wake
- 3:56of Charlie Kirk's death. Which you know, for those who
- 4:05don't know, for those who haven't been here, we covered
- 4:16Charlie Kirk's passing the night that it happened.
- 4:22It happened on a Wednesday, which is the usual time when we
- 4:27go live for the Wiffle Deport, usually on Rumble.
- 4:33And you know, Max Morthus and I, my other two Co host for the
- 4:40Wednesday show, we reacted to it in real time.
- 4:46And you know, I'm going to be honest, you know, losing Charlie
- 4:53Couric to say it was a, you know, a blow to all of us, I
- 4:59think is an understatement. But also, you know, on a more
- 5:06personal level, like, I didn't know Charlie Couric all that
- 5:10well, but I met him via Skype really before the show took off.
- 5:24You know, Roy, I'm back in 2013, right after I had interviewed,
- 5:30you know, Ben Shapiro, you know, or close to it.
- 5:41And at the time, he was still an unknown, you know, he was so
- 5:50kind of an unknown figure. He was just a normal guy, like,
- 5:57you know, like I was at the time.
- 6:00And he had initially offered me to, you know, to, you know, join
- 6:08turning point into he wanted me to be a, you know, a chapter
- 6:14leader. I was still living in in Denver
- 6:16at the time. I had just graduated high school
- 6:21in Colorado. And, you know, I had already, I
- 6:29had already made the decision that, you know, I was coming
- 6:35down in Florida. I hadn't really told anyone yet.
- 6:37And he was one of the first people I told, you know, he
- 6:41wanted me to Colorado, but I told him, you know, I'm moving
- 6:45to Florida. So and then, you know, as I've
- 6:51said, as I've said before, once I started college, like around
- 6:562015 ish, I just got really busy kind of, you know, going full
- 7:02bore at that. And I didn't really have time
- 7:05to, you know, start Turning Point chapter until about like
- 7:10two, you know, almost three years into college.
- 7:14And, you know, by the time I was ready, like a friend of mine,
- 7:19we, you know, he was already planning on like starting a
- 7:22young Americans for a Liberty chapter at the school, which is
- 7:28very similar to, you know, Turning Point.
- 7:31So we kind of went with them and, you know, we had a good
- 7:34time and, you know, but suffice it to say, you know, although I
- 7:43had some disagreements with, you know, Troy Kirk in in the past,
- 7:51it was more like managerial things and kind of like how I
- 7:55thought the turning point could do better.
- 7:59But overall, you know, the way feels important, right, to
- 8:05offend me, to have, you know, have always supported, you know,
- 8:08turning points mission. And it really is, like I said, a
- 8:19tragedy that he has, you know, since passed, that he was
- 8:27assassinated, you know, and that he's gone.
- 8:34And what's equally as tragic is that now you have the whole, you
- 8:41know, power vacuum thing mainly of, you know, people like, you
- 8:49know, Nick Fuentes and Candace Owens who, right, they
- 8:56desperately want Charlie Kirk's audience.
- 9:07They do, and you know, neither that neither of them, I think
- 9:17are really deserving of it. Let let's face facts, though,
- 9:22just to be, you know, to be clear, Charlotte Kirk is kind of
- 9:26irreplaceable. No one's going to replace to
- 9:31replace, You know, him, you know, and I, I said the same
- 9:37thing when Rush Limbaugh passed. No one is truly ever going to
- 9:41replace Rush. They're both one-of-a-kind.
- 9:48But there's been this, you know, power vacuum, you know, or kind
- 9:56of a race to, you know, try and take Charlie Kirk's place and
- 9:59it's not going to happen. But, you know, in addition to
- 10:04that, one of the things that has really kind of driven me crazy,
- 10:12particularly with Candace, is what, only 24 hours, not even 24
- 10:20hours after Charlie Kirk's death, she started to, you know,
- 10:26speculate all of these wild, you know, conspiracy theories.
- 10:33And, you know, they've ranged from, you know, the Mossad did
- 10:47it and Israel did it. And even Nick Fuentes, you know,
- 10:55disavowed that and said that that wasn't true.
- 10:58And I suppose that's, you know, kind of the one, you know, half
- 11:07credit I'll give him for anything really.
- 11:16And then, you know, she's and then, you know, there have also
- 11:19been implications that from both of them, that Erica Kirk,
- 11:27Charlie's widow, was somehow involved and all this that she
- 11:35was somehow secretly plotting to, you know, murder her husband
- 11:44and that she was somehow in on the conspiracy because she
- 11:48wanted, you know, TPUSA for her own.
- 11:52And that's something that, you know, the conspiracy theorist
- 11:55and the woke, right? Really, as I'm calling them,
- 11:57that's something they ran with. And not only is there not any
- 12:05evidence for that, ladies and gentlemen, there, there's no
- 12:10really good motivation in my mind, right, Right.
- 12:17Like, what would possibly be Erica Kirk's motivation to, you
- 12:31know, have her husband assassinate and what possible,
- 12:39you know, motive is there? It just, it just doesn't make
- 12:44any sense, right? But you know that so there's
- 12:54kind of in this whole rift, you know, among the, you know, kind
- 13:02of among conservatives since Charlie's passing and Matt Walsh
- 13:08in particular, he, he made a tweet.
- 13:20Let's see here. He, Matt Walsh made a tweet back
- 13:31on September 10th, so the day that Charlie Kirka was killed.
- 13:43In fact, Matt Walsh makes the following tweet here, which I
- 13:54want to read, which is the entire right has to band
- 14:04together. Enough of this infighting
- 14:06bullshit. We are up against demonic forces
- 14:10from the hell. They're killing us in our
- 14:13churches. They tried to kill our
- 14:15president. They tried to kill Charlie, one
- 14:18of our greatest advocates. Put the personal squabbles
- 14:22aside. Now's not the time.
- 14:25This is existential. A fight for our own existence in
- 14:29the existence of our own country.
- 14:32And I, you know, Milo here has the best tweet.
- 14:38Agreed. Except for Nick Fuentes, which I
- 14:42retweeted. You don't.
- 14:47He's absolutely right. I want to go ahead and, you
- 14:54know, read you my tweet that I made on this just this morning.
- 15:03I quote tweeted, you know, Matt Walsh here and said, except that
- 15:10Nick Fuentes and Candace Owens are both the left wing
- 15:14subversives probably planted by the DNC to make actual
- 15:18conservatives look good. Now, real quick here folks, on
- 15:23the outset, I want to say I have no, I don't really have like any
- 15:27concrete evidence for that. But you know, as as Candace and
- 15:32Nick like to say about Israel and everything else, I'm just
- 15:38asking questions, right? I'm just asking questions as to
- 15:44whether or not, you know, their DNC plans.
- 15:48Sure seems like it because both of them say everything that, you
- 16:00know, Nick Fuentes and Candace Owens are both basically that
- 16:06the basically like the cartoonish character types that
- 16:11the left, you know, love to try and characterize Rush Limbaugh's
- 16:20right. Nick has, you know, literally
- 16:24said that Hitler was based in that he would like to be a
- 16:29Hitler 123 and four. I said that in his debate with
- 16:34Mr. Medicare. And I know, you know, his fans
- 16:40will say, oh, you know, he was just being, you know, irony.
- 16:45But the thing what it is is Nick has said stuff with a, you know,
- 16:50a dead straight on face. And then, you know, he said, oh,
- 16:58just, you know, that's just irony, bro.
- 17:02And, you know, I want to let me see if I can pull this up here.
- 17:15There's another example of, you know, something that he said in
- 17:20the interview with Tucker Carlson yesterday, which I, I
- 17:33didn't watch the full interview, but he, you know, I watch chunks
- 17:43of it. Here's a, you know, here's a
- 17:48clip from, you know, Talkers interview with Nick Fuentes last
- 17:57night. And this is really, as I tweeted
- 18:01last night, this is really where I've lost massive respect for,
- 18:08you know, Tucker, as I said in this post here last night, any
- 18:22respect I might have had for Tucker's nearly gone.
- 18:26That's the tweet. And yeah, then here Nick Fuentes
- 18:34admits he is a fan of Joseph Stalin.
- 18:39And you know, Tucker gives absolutely no pushback here,
- 18:46none whatsoever, which is a Roy kind of a bummer because I used
- 18:59to like Talker. But anyway, let's play this,
- 19:03shall we? Like mid-december, mid late
- 19:10December. It's actually funny.
- 19:12It was December 18th. I remember because that's an
- 19:14important date to me and it's Joseph Stalin's birthday.
- 19:18I'm a fan. You're a fan of Stalin?
- 19:21'S I was an admirer, but we we don't need to go into that I.
- 19:24Like let's, OK, let's get back to it.
- 19:28We'll circle back to that. It was.
- 19:29Like mid-december. Yeah.
- 19:31So Tucker just said, you know, Tucker takes a a play out of,
- 19:38you know, Jen Saki's playbook and says, oh, you're wait,
- 19:44you're a fan of Stalin. OK, we'll, we'll, we'll circle
- 19:52back to that Dick. If I'm in Tucker's position,
- 19:58that's immediately where I go. Wait, you're a fan of Stalin?
- 20:06Tell me more like, you know, why do you like Stalin?
- 20:16I thought Tucker was supposed to get, you know, to be like a, you
- 20:20know. A major investigative journalist
- 20:25there. I thought that's what you were,
- 20:27a Tucker. And, you know, I guess not,
- 20:34though. So yeah.
- 20:45Oh by the way a Pigris. Well Long story short my channel
- 20:54got reinstated buddy. So yes I am still around.
- 21:01Technically I guess the channel is I guess risen from the dead,
- 21:10but you know I never left. I was just in YouTube exile for
- 21:17the past couple years. I'm going to do a more full show
- 21:21tomorrow night as I usually do, but this is just kind of like an
- 21:25impromptu 1, you know, to to mainly test the stream out and
- 21:41whatnot. So yeah, Anyway though great to
- 21:46see you here friend. Anyway, though, as I was saying,
- 21:54you know, there there are other, you know, off moments from this,
- 22:10you know, interview here. Let's see here.
- 22:30Oh yeah, And then Tucker, you know, himself says stuff that's
- 22:38pretty off color, like he hates Christian Zionists, of which,
- 22:46you know, Charlie could be considered one of them, I guess
- 22:52now. You know, so this wasn't great
- 23:01either. But what's let me let me get
- 23:11back here, OK? How do you explain Mike
- 23:24Huckabee, Ted Cruz? And they're a lot like that.
- 23:29John Bolton. I mean, I've known them all,
- 23:31George W Bush, like the Karl Rove.
- 23:34I mean, all people I know personally who I've seen like be
- 23:38seized by this brain virus. And they're not Jewish.
- 23:42They're, most of them are self-described Christians.
- 23:44And, and then the, the Christian Zionists who are, well,
- 23:49Christian Zionists. Like, what is that, Ryan?
- 23:52I could just say for myself, I dislike them more than anybody,
- 23:58you know, because like what? Because it's Christian heresy.
- 24:01And I'm offended by that as a Christian.
- 24:03That's why. So I don't like, why not?
- 24:05Like I'm pissed at the neocons, very pissed.
- 24:08I've said that a million times. I've been mad since December of
- 24:122003 when I went to Iraq. And so, like, I went and
- 24:15hassled, hassled, asked straightforward questions to Ted
- 24:19Cruz because that seems like there's a sitting senator who's,
- 24:22like, serving for Israel. By his own description, he
- 24:24seemed like a worthy target. I'm not going after MTG, who's
- 24:28like the most sincere, like, why not go after Ted Cruz?
- 24:31I don't. So OK, I don't like the neocons
- 24:38either. I don't think that there are
- 24:41very many, many people who do, and I'm an American first.
- 24:46But to say that the Christian Zionists are somehow worse than
- 24:53the radical Islamists? No, I'm, I'm sorry.
- 24:58That's not no, just no. And this, again, is where Tucker
- 25:07loses me. You know, Brandon Tatum, I I
- 25:15tweeted this. I retweeted this last night.
- 25:19Tucker's literally calling Charlie a heretic whom he
- 25:23despised, who also had a mind vice.
- 25:27Charlie Kirk was a Christian Zionist.
- 25:31This is disgusting. Let's see.
- 25:35Yeah, and Fuentes is a Trump hater and an and an anti semite.
- 25:47I mean, so I mean, I guess, you know, there is the argument to
- 25:57be made that, you know, oh, when, you know, when Taco was
- 26:02interviewing him, he was just allowing Nick to, you know, to
- 26:08kind of like hang himself to expose his own idiocy to people.
- 26:12And that's true. But like, Tucker kind of did the
- 26:15same thing here too. So, you know, I don't know if
- 26:24Tucker's too right himself. I mean, we know now he takes
- 26:28money from Qatar and that's who's finding him like, you
- 26:35know, wants to talk out, like, you know, oh, you know,
- 26:41conservative Christian Zionism is bad.
- 26:44Like I've been accused of being funded by the, you know, by
- 26:50Israel by some anti semites or something, right.
- 26:56And like I only have what, 800? I I mean, I had 840 subscribers
- 27:06when the channel was banned or something like that.
- 27:08And I think now I got, you know, I only have like 830 subscribers
- 27:15on YouTube, you know, and like a couple thousand Spotify and
- 27:20Apple podcast, you know, followers like I'm not doing bad
- 27:26for numbers. I've got a decent, you know,
- 27:31Twitter falling, but still, like, I'm not I'm not the guy
- 27:35who was being propped up by, you know, Israel, right?
- 27:42And why is it always them? Like, nobody bats an eye when
- 27:46you mentioned that, like, Tucker's funded by Qatar Now,
- 27:51though, this might, you know, be the case.
- 27:53And also, you know, who's backing Fuentes?
- 27:56That's what I want to know. You know who's backing him?
- 28:09So let's switch here a bit because to Candace Owens and let
- 28:19me pull this clip up here. By the way, it's good to, you
- 28:29know, see people. You know, in in chat again and
- 28:43seeing people tuning and we have about 25 viewers, you know,
- 28:51total across all platforms right now.
- 28:54So that's awesome and really appreciate you you guys coming
- 29:02out OK. So, you know, going into
- 29:09Candace, she's been, as I said, basically making the Charlie.
- 29:16Fighting for answer. She's basically, you know, from
- 29:20day one she's made, she's basically made Charlie Kirk's
- 29:26assassination all about her. Like that's what she's done.
- 29:36And so, you know, like I said, she's had every single
- 29:41conspiracy theory ranging from, you know, the Mossad did it to,
- 29:54you know, Erica Kirk was somehow behind her husband's murder,
- 30:00which makes no sense and is ridiculous.
- 30:11So let's take a look at some of her nonsense here.
- 30:19Again, she's making this all about herself.
- 30:40But I was so clearly deluded in the immediate aftermath of his
- 30:44death that I was operating under this function.
- 30:48I mean, I truly believed that I would be fighting for answers to
- 30:52what actually happened on 9/10 alongside Charlie's inner
- 30:57circle. I thought the band maybe was
- 30:59going to get back together. We were all going to maybe be on
- 31:01a group chat, Me, Tyler Boyer, Andrew Colvett, Stacy Sheridan.
- 31:06Even if you're wondering who Stacy Sheridan is, by the way,
- 31:09she's the one who's holding the camera when Charlie's casket is
- 31:12being escorted off of Air Force 2.
- 31:14She's like the chief money person essentially at Turning
- 31:17Point USA. She was brought in to reel in
- 31:19the big donors. I remember exactly when that
- 31:21happened. All of those people, by the way,
- 31:24were actually brought in by Tyler Boyer.
- 31:26He's a very important character in the story.
- 31:28But we're going to get into all of that tomorrow.
- 31:30The point that I'm making here is that I had assumed, clearly
- 31:34wrongly, that we'd all maybe be on a group chat community.
- 31:38By the way, I've, I've been tracked with Tyler.
- 31:41Tyler Boyer. Great guy, can't say anything
- 31:47bad about him honestly. You know, people have asked me
- 31:52why Tyler, you know, why Tyler Boyer wasn't the one to take
- 31:59over, you know, Turning Point USA.
- 32:02Why was Erica Kirk that took over Turning Point USA instead
- 32:10of Tyler Wire? And I don't know, you know the
- 32:16easiest answer I can come up with.
- 32:20I am, you know, talk to Turning Point people in years, you know,
- 32:25who are still there. Apparently neither has Candace,
- 32:30but you know, the the easiest answer as to why you know,
- 32:37Tyler, as to why Erica Kirk took over for, you know, turning
- 32:42point is that's what Charlie wanted.
- 32:48I know shocking, right? You know, in the event of his
- 32:55passing, like so I wanted his wife to take over, you know, and
- 33:02they're all, you know, there are conspiracy theories about that.
- 33:06Like that's the thing with these people.
- 33:07The conspiracy theories never ending are never ending.
- 33:10But yeah, I mean, Tyler Boyer is, as far as I've always known,
- 33:15known him, has always been more of like a behind the scenes, you
- 33:19know, guy like, yeah, he's a public, you know, he is a public
- 33:25figure, but he's, you know, he's more of the day-to-day guy.
- 33:29He was when, you know, Charlie was alive, and he still is now.
- 33:37I'm a sue in so yeah, they use fear.
- 33:41I'm all ridiculous. Hating, raising hell and
- 33:45demanding answers from the feds, from the police, from the White
- 33:48House even. Certainly at the very least,
- 33:51pointing out the very many holes in this story.
- 33:57And if any of us, any one of us, had the audacity or the desire
- 34:01to carry on Charlie Kirk's show, that would be the appropriate
- 34:05venue for asking those sorts of questions.
- 34:07But no, I was wrong. Silence.
- 34:12Silence is what we were met with.
- 34:14In fact, I am told that these people believe the official
- 34:18narrative. Lone shooter.
- 34:21No one else involved. Just a crazy guy with too many
- 34:25pronouns in his bio. Hey, 1963 called and they want
- 34:29their narrative back. All that's missing from the
- 34:30story is a grassy Knoll, right? Say the grassy Knoll.
- 34:35Why is it OK? Why is it can?
- 34:40Why is it Candace? The everything has to be
- 34:46conspiracy theory, right? I I get it, supposedly your your
- 34:56morning Charlie Kirk, although now it seems like you know,
- 34:59you're just using his passing to, you know, further your own,
- 35:09you know, agenda. I but you know, let's say you
- 35:13are sincere, like I get it. Grief does crazy thing things,
- 35:20but the FBI, let's be clear about this, like Cash Patel and
- 35:24Dan Bongino, the people who run the FBI are literally like mega
- 35:34guys, right? So it, you know, there's no left
- 35:41wing deep state, you know, within the FBI like secretly
- 35:51trying to cover up Charlie Kirk's death, you know, or at
- 35:56least there doesn't seem to be any, any evidence you've you've
- 36:00provided isn't really like it's all speculative, right?
- 36:03Like if the FBI was supposedly like in on Charlie's death or
- 36:10you know what, not as you've claimed, you know, before, like,
- 36:16OK, where's the evidence? It just keeps get like, yeah,
- 36:25now I don't now, I don't know for sure that like that there
- 36:30was one that there was 1 lone, you know, shooter.
- 36:37But like, why does it have to be like a deep state, you know,
- 36:43conspiracy? Like we, we know that Tyler
- 36:46Robinson, the guy who shot, you know, Charlie was like linked to
- 36:51all these Antifa groups. He was linked to an Antifa.
- 37:00He was like in an Antifa discord that just came out like
- 37:03yesterday or something. But yeah.
- 37:12Anyways, back at headquarters, I am told it's business as usual
- 37:15and it's kind of giving me like, I don't know LBJ when it gets
- 37:20sworn in, in that famous picture, unfortunately.
- 37:24Sworn in, unfortunately. Of course, he's sad in this
- 37:27photo. Gosh, he's obviously not wanting
- 37:30to be the president of the United States.
- 37:32JFK was shot and killed and now LBJ has to step up.
- 37:37Unfortunately. I got to be honest, I wasn't
- 37:40there. I don't think LBJ was actually
- 37:43that upset. I don't know why.
- 37:47You weren't you weren't there when when Charlie Kirk was
- 37:51assassinated either, Candace. So again, like, you don't know.
- 37:59You don't know the full, you know, narrative of what
- 38:03happened. Neither us do.
- 38:08But like the, you know, the fact that the, you know, police and
- 38:11the feds haven't, you know, uncovered Antifa ties with this,
- 38:16you know, Tyler, with Tyler Robinson, that's more
- 38:21substantive than whatever you've been going on about.
- 38:27Vibes. The vibes just aren't vibing for
- 38:29me in that picture. Ah, yes, vibes.
- 38:35Yeah. Because, you know, vibes.
- 38:38That's really evidential, OK. But maybe, maybe he was.
- 38:44Maybe the truth is that LBJ simply used an expression, had
- 38:49his wits about him, and JFK had a plan.
- 38:54Like in the event that he had been horrifically assassinated
- 38:57in front of the world, JFK maybe had a succession plan.
- 39:01Now, if these terms I'm using here sound familiar to you, it's
- 39:03because they should sound familiar.
- 39:05I mean, yeah, Candace, that, that that's kind of how the
- 39:12presidency in the, in the vice presidency works, right?
- 39:16Like if the president gets assassinated or not even, not
- 39:21even assassinated. But if the if the VP is, I mean,
- 39:25if the president is, you know, incapacitated and cannot do the
- 39:31job as president of the United States, then yeah, like that's
- 39:37what that's literally when the VP is like supposed to step in
- 39:47and do the job. Like, come on.
- 39:54The exact terminology that was utilized by Pastor Rob McCoy
- 39:58just four days after Charlie was murdered.
- 40:02In front of his congregation, he spoke about Charlie's succession
- 40:06plan that he was somehow Privy to.
- 40:09I don't know why, but he knew four days later and announced to
- 40:11the world that Charlie indeed had a plan.
- 40:15Take a listen. Everyone's worried about the
- 40:17leadership of TPUSA. Don't.
- 40:25He was wise enough at 31 to put together a plan for succession.
- 40:36It's very clear what they decided and they're implementing
- 40:39it now. OK, why is that Candace?
- 40:54Why is that a red flag? You know, like, as I said on the
- 41:04night of Charlie's assassination, like, yeah, it's
- 41:13unthinkable that like, out of all the like, out of all the,
- 41:17like, public figures, you know, in the conservative movement,
- 41:20like Charm was kind of the last 1 you would think would be an
- 41:27assassination target. But Even so, you know, he
- 41:30probably was like, prepared for the very worst, right?
- 41:40And so, yeah, it doesn't surprise me.
- 41:42So, you know, why is this a whole thing with Candace?
- 41:49Amazing. I mean amazing.
- 41:51So on September 14th we were made aware of this succession
- 41:54plan and I find that to be fascinating.
- 41:57The people who didn't even know Charlie all around the world
- 42:03seem to be fighting harder for him, fighting harder for truth.
- 42:08And it is, in fact, thanks to people on the Internet like Sam
- 42:11Parker, James Lee. OK, so you know, she's just
- 42:17doing her promotional things. So, you know, hopefully you
- 42:22guys, you know, kind of get my point.
- 42:25She's she seems to have like a lot of sour grapes when it comes
- 42:33to this whole thing. And yeah, all right, let's go
- 42:54over to another clip. So we've we've talked a bit
- 43:01about, you know, Fuentes, who is kind of a bad faith actor there.
- 43:09There is one more kind of compilation though.
- 43:15I want to play here that well, we're kind of looking at Twitter
- 43:22videos that I want to take a look at here so.
- 43:36You know, so all of this is to let me just make sure all of
- 43:51this folks is to, you know, say that you have that there's
- 43:58clearly been a power vacuum, you know, gone kind of been within
- 44:11the, you know, the right, so to speak.
- 44:14And the grifters are out in full force ever since, you know,
- 44:20Charlie was assassinated, which is extremely unfortunate.
- 44:34And let's see here I'm scrolling.
- 45:03OK, maybe it's. My apologies folks, I thought I
- 45:17had this already like in my bookmarks here, but apparently
- 45:25not, so bear with me here. Actually, let me take a quick
- 45:36break real quick and we'll be right back.
- 45:47Actually, all righty folks. And I apologize for the, you
- 45:57know, for the little impromptu time out there.
- 46:02I just had to find a clip that I thought I had bookmarked, but I
- 46:15you know, I I hadn't full yet. Anyway, that's, you know, that
- 46:21that's one of the things about doing the show live.
- 46:27You know, unfortunately, sometime is, you know, technical
- 46:32stuff gets in the way. But anyway, we are back to kind
- 46:37of, you know, summarize what is the woke, right?
- 46:50Well, it's, you know, it's the folks like Candace Owens and
- 46:55Nick Fundes, who, you know, basically play the same victim
- 47:03identity politics as the far left does.
- 47:11But they, you know, so they basically do the same thing
- 47:16that, you know, the woke left does with the whole victimhood
- 47:21mentality, except for the, you know, except that they like to
- 47:38make, you know, complaints about like, you know, instead of like
- 47:43now possibly, you know, not being so bad as the left has
- 47:47claimed. Or, you know, the left things
- 47:50that Stalin is pretty based. They, you know, they say things
- 47:54like, Oh, well, you know, Hitler wasn't such a bad guy or, you
- 47:58know, stuff like that. A lot of them want Rep
- 48:02reparations for, you know, white people.
- 48:05And they have that whole victim mentality too, just a lot.
- 48:09And there's there's there's whole compilation on kind of
- 48:13what the what the woke right is that someone put together.
- 48:19And I think yeah. Oh, shoot.
- 48:33What a basic. Good to see you too, man.
- 48:40Yeah, yeah, my, it's, it's been a while, dude.
- 48:46That, you know, like I said at the beginning of the show, the
- 48:49channel just got reinstated, you know, for the viewers.
- 48:56Basic says, Sam, I saw you streaming with the hairy dude on
- 48:59X I'm assuming that that's Max that you've seen.
- 49:09Yeah, Yeah, you've probably seen Max.
- 49:12So yeah, he'll be on the Wednesday show tomorrow.
- 49:16This is just kind of like an impromptu test show to kind of
- 49:22make sure that the streaming thing already works.
- 49:26And yeah, So yeah, good to see you too.
- 49:31But yeah, come by tomorrow, 10:00 PM, That's when we'll be
- 49:35doing the actual, you know, Wednesday night show.
- 49:39So should be good to, you know, get the get the crew back
- 49:45together. And yeah, pikers is absolutely
- 49:48right. Yeah, I would agree that the
- 49:50woke right includes, you know, the Matt Walsh types Pikers.
- 49:56You're absolutely right about that.
- 50:02Anyway, though, there is a compilation, rather than me
- 50:09trying to explain what the what the woke right is, let's just
- 50:18let's just view it for ourselves, shall we?
- 50:25So Douglas K Murray tried to warn Joe Rogan about the rogue
- 50:37wolf, right, earlier this year. And when this first, I was kind
- 50:44of like, OK, you know, what's what's going on?
- 50:50Like, you know, there isn't a, you know, woke on the right.
- 50:56And then, you know, it's started to make more sense.
- 51:05So let me queue this up. OK.
- 51:13So yeah. I will find something that he
- 51:17did, but I wouldn't have done because if I'd have been running
- 51:20the the British Empire in 1939, I'd have known exactly how to do
- 51:24it and I didn't know how to hold the whole thing together.
- 51:26And I'd have kept Stalin back and he'd have been great at
- 51:28Yalta. OK, so one of the, you know,
- 51:32things that like these Nick Fuentes in Candace Owens type,
- 51:36they they love to demonize Winston Churchill, which is what
- 51:41Douglas Murray is talking out here, you know, So you know,
- 51:48church held bad, but Hitler good, you know, is an example of
- 51:54kind of this mindset that's gone on, which is again totally
- 51:58bizarre. And this is, but I don't think
- 52:02anybody's saying that. And maybe I'm being a little
- 52:05little hyperbolic maybe, but I told him, maybe trying to
- 52:09provoke him a little bit, that I thought Churchill was the chief
- 52:11villain of the Second World War. Now, he didn't kill the most
- 52:14people. He didn't commit the most
- 52:17atrocities. But I believe and I don't really
- 52:20think, I think when you really get into it and tell the story
- 52:23right and don't leave anything out, you see that he was
- 52:26primarily responsible for that war becoming what it did.
- 52:29Yeah, these other guys are all doing the anti Churchill stuff
- 52:32now, but he's not doing an anti Churchill stuff.
- 52:35You know, the circles I float in, it wasn't that crazy of a
- 52:37thing to say. It's like, yeah, we all know
- 52:40Churchill is the villain. I thought that was common
- 52:42knowledge. But you can't say he helped his
- 52:45country. I was in London 2 weeks ago like
- 52:47that. They didn't win win the war in
- 52:50any meaningful way. Like you wrecked the country.
- 52:53Dave Smith is one of these like edgy and cap types too.
- 53:03You know, he's he's like, oh boy, this is this is going to
- 53:14bring back some memories for some of you.
- 53:19Dave Smith, as far as I can tell, is a slightly more
- 53:25organized and more and more coherent Owen Benjamin.
- 53:35And I know for, you know, some some subscribers of the channel,
- 53:40your ears just probably perked up because I covered that clown
- 53:46for, you know, a good portion of this channels original lifespan
- 53:53it you know, if you're on YouTube.
- 53:55But yeah, like, need I say more? And yeah, like Piker said, yeah,
- 54:01Matt Walsh would definitely be be on the woke right too.
- 54:08But let's let's keep going. The question is like, where's
- 54:13the victory? I don't understand.
- 54:14Like everyone wants to yell at you for not loving Churchill.
- 54:16OK, well show me the victory. Because we've all been so
- 54:19brainwashed by the school system to believe that, well, look how
- 54:21great things are. We ask you about your country.
- 54:24Do you think that your country has become greater since?
- 54:26Has our country become greater since?
- 54:28Absolutely not. Brutal, brutal war.
- 54:30Yeah, it was existential threat because if Germany won, they
- 54:32would have seized Russia and who knows what the world would look
- 54:35like today. Right.
- 54:36It's hard to say. Worse, Better.
- 54:38We have no idea to know, right? World War 2 was perhaps the
- 54:40greatest catastrophe in human history, and the starting point
- 54:45of any discussion about it must be that of all the possible
- 54:48outcomes that could have resulted from events leading up
- 54:51to the conflict, the one that ended up happening was the worst
- 54:55of all. But there still is just the
- 54:57basic facts that it was a it almost couldn't have gone worse.
- 55:02Sorry, I just have to address that fundamental you say, but
- 55:07the outcome of World War 2 and everything happened and it was
- 55:09the worst thing that's ever happened and it worst thing
- 55:12imaginable, worst possible outcome.
- 55:13You said just about you said worst possible outcome.
- 55:15Let me give you a much worse possible outcome.
- 55:18Hitler wins. Right, OK.
- 55:21Sure. So it's not the worst possible
- 55:22out, I mean that's. True.
- 55:23Listen, but OK, Hitler, yes, OK, I'm I'm not saying you can't
- 55:26dream up a worse outcome up, do you?
- 55:27Decide to go, hey, what else? Have we been lied to?
- 55:30Maybe Churchill wasn't a great guy.
- 55:31Maybe Hitler wasn't such a bad guy.
- 55:33Maybe the Holocaust? No, but he is saying that.
- 55:36No one is saying maybe Hitler wasn't such a bad loss.
- 55:40Because I honestly think that Hitler was a good guy based upon
- 55:43my own research, not my public education indoctrination.
- 55:47The transcribe of Hitler's speeches in English.
- 55:51I was like oh this dude's probably racist and shit what if
- 55:53I could say the N word in me right house.
- 55:55This sounds like Oh my God. It's just very pro Germany like.
- 55:58Listen to what he's talking about and it's like, fuck, this
- 56:01sounds like the problems we're having today.
- 56:03Like he was trying. To like, encourage community,
- 56:05encourage, you know family values, remove the perversion
- 56:09you know he wanted to. Danville Belzerin is, you know,
- 56:13like how did that guy even get lumped in with the right?
- 56:20The Hodge twins. I usually like them, but
- 56:23lightly, yeah. Still morals.
- 56:29I mean was he a good guy or not? I don't fucking know.
- 56:31I wasn't there but I was told that he is the worst guy in the
- 56:34fucking history of the world and that's for sure not true.
- 56:37Hitler was awesome. Hitler was right and the
- 56:40Holocaust didn't happen. I like Hitler.
- 56:43I do not I the the Holocaust is not what happened.
- 56:47Let's look at the facts of that. And Hitler has a lot of
- 56:50redeeming qualities, by the way, like Kanye.
- 56:56OK, to be fair, Kanye West has gone like, back and forth.
- 57:03Like, I mean, come on. Like Kanye West, he's not, I
- 57:17don't even want to say he's woke or based or anything like that.
- 57:20Like Kanye West is just like a clear schizo.
- 57:26The one thing that was funny about that whole about this, you
- 57:31know, interview that he did with Alex Jones, though, is that like
- 57:34that was the first time like in human history, I think that CNN
- 57:40was like defending Alex Jones. I think that's like the one and
- 57:45only time I've seen CNN like defending Alex Jones is like,
- 57:51well, you know, Jones push back and he actually wasn't the
- 57:54craziest guy in the room. And by the way, I I I still
- 58:01think Jones is a bit crazy too, but that's another topic for
- 58:07another time. She said something along the
- 58:10lines of, Oh yeah, 6,000,000 Jews died in the Holocaust.
- 58:13And I was like, Oh my God, bro here.
- 58:15I'm just so sick of hearing that, you know, you playing
- 58:17along with something that you just know.
- 58:19Oh yeah, fresh and fit the, you know, the women abusing, you
- 58:27know, pickup artist, you know, crew.
- 58:32And yeah, this Jake Shields guy, I've never heard him.
- 58:36I've I've heard of him, but he sounds like, you know,
- 58:40everything I've seen of him on Twitter, he just seems like an
- 58:43utter piece of shit. So yeah, we don't, you know, I
- 58:50think that's a pretty good, you know, thing of what's going on
- 58:56now. Dinesh D'souza, who I've long
- 59:03admired, he does a really good, you know, take on on kind of
- 59:13explaining the what the what the woke right is to.
- 59:21And yeah, we have fallen far from the days of Rush Limbaugh
- 59:41as a conservative voice. And, you know, William F
- 59:50Buckley, even even Christopher Hitchens, who was on the left,
- 59:55was more aligned with where I'm at then.
- 1:00:00A lot of these people like fundes who want to say they're
- 1:00:03on The Who want to try and claim Charlie Kirk's mantle.
- 1:00:10It's it's bizarre. It really honestly is.
- 1:00:17But anyway, so Dinesh D'souza, who, you know, I've been a long
- 1:00:28time fan of, and yeah, I know he got, you know, pinched for like
- 1:00:33campaign finance, but that was because he was investigating
- 1:00:37Hillary Clinton during the, you know, during the 2016 elections.
- 1:00:43Of course they were, you know, of course they went to frame And
- 1:00:46for something, I'm honestly surprised he's still alive and
- 1:00:48that he didn't go whack. But I've always liked Dinesh.
- 1:00:54He tried to be the, you know, kind of the bridge between like
- 1:00:59the more establishment, like National Review conservative
- 1:01:03and, you know, and the new Trump conservatives and the natural
- 1:01:06view crowd. You know, you know, they kind of
- 1:01:09hung Dinesh out to dry. But I've always liked him.
- 1:01:12So he he has a good take on the like the Tucker Carlson and the
- 1:01:18Candace own types specifically here and how things have gone
- 1:01:27woke. So let me pull this up real
- 1:01:30quick and get this over here a bit, OK, So we'll kind of end
- 1:01:42the show on this clip because it's kind of like a really good
- 1:01:51summer summary of everything that we've discussed so.
- 1:02:02Continuing on and it was obviously, you know, it was a
- 1:02:12horrific moment for this country and for America, but actually
- 1:02:15just globally, I, I, I thought it was just a horrific moment
- 1:02:19for the world. And seeing that happen to a
- 1:02:21father of two young children simply being killed because of
- 1:02:27his political views, that was absolutely shocking.
- 1:02:31And because of how shocking it was, there was a naive part of
- 1:02:36me that thought that this might be a reset opportunity for
- 1:02:41everybody. And I thought maybe the left
- 1:02:44will go, oh, no, we, we can't. We can't.
- 1:02:47There are some Nazis and they have to be called out.
- 1:02:50But we can't call send to right people Nazis.
- 1:02:54We can't throw around labels like fascists.
- 1:02:56Because I've said it on this show a number of times.
- 1:02:58We've said it on Joe Rogan yesterday.
- 1:03:00If you keep calling someone, if I thought the Nazis were here to
- 1:03:03invade, I'd pick up a rifle and go to the front line.
- 1:03:05So when you call someone a Nazi, you are literally putting a
- 1:03:08target on their back. And I also thought it might be a
- 1:03:12moment. Which is absolutely true, by the
- 1:03:16way. And, and I want to be clear,
- 1:03:19like I've, I've criticized people like, you know, Fuentes
- 1:03:24and Candace Owens. I've criticized them a lot on
- 1:03:27this show and particularly in this episode.
- 1:03:30I want to be clear though, too. I, you know, one of the things
- 1:03:37that I've gotten accused of is, you know, oh, you criticize the
- 1:03:42right, you know, far too much and you don't criticize the left
- 1:03:48enough. Or, you know, people think I
- 1:03:50criticize the left too much when I, when I do that.
- 1:03:53So there is no pleasing people. And I, I do have kind of a, you
- 1:03:58know, a thing on kind of my whole morality when it comes to
- 1:04:05this, but I'll say that for the end of the show.
- 1:04:12In which the right might reconnect around its core values
- 1:04:17and core ideas and go, you know, we need to get together and, and
- 1:04:21challenge all of this. Well, what's happened is the
- 1:04:23exact opposite. You know, the, the, the, the
- 1:04:27left is doubling down on all this stuff.
- 1:04:30And on the right you now have these very fringe voices who are
- 1:04:33saying, you know, the foreign country assassinated Charlie
- 1:04:38Kirk and making up stuff about planes that left before the
- 1:04:42assassination that proved that it all of this crazy stuff.
- 1:04:46You've been quite outspoken about all of that.
- 1:04:49Talk to us about this whole thing.
- 1:04:52The Yeah, I think that look how strange it is.
- 1:04:58You have You had a militarization around Antifa
- 1:05:02which became publicly evident over the George Floyd riots.
- 1:05:07That's the antifa element. There's the BLM element, which
- 1:05:10has somewhat subsided. But what has taken its place is
- 1:05:14these violent trans rings. I'm not talking about people who
- 1:05:18are trans. I'm talking about people who
- 1:05:20think that the society is out to get them.
- 1:05:23And so they go to training camps and they talk about doing
- 1:05:27martial arts or shooting people or fighting with weapons.
- 1:05:30Now, again, I don't think there's a lot of reasoning to be
- 1:05:35done with those people. If you look at the Portland
- 1:05:37rioters, if you look at these Antifa militants, and if you
- 1:05:41look at these trans terrorists, it's really important to sort of
- 1:05:46get to the bottom of it, excavate exactly what happened.
- 1:05:49So there was some reports after Charlie Kirk's assassination
- 1:05:52that there was prior knowledge of what was going to happen.
- 1:05:55But there were people in chats talking about, hey, something
- 1:05:58really big is going to happen. Not just big happen.
- 1:06:00It's going to happen to Charlie Kirk tomorrow at so and so
- 1:06:03location. Well, I mean, this would
- 1:06:05suggest, if not a conspiracy, at least prior knowledge of people
- 1:06:09who knew that he was going to be going to be shot.
- 1:06:13Just when the FBI, the authorities are sort of moving
- 1:06:18the crackdown on all this along. From the right comes Candace
- 1:06:25Owens with this sort of idea that, hey, let's take a look at
- 1:06:31these photos. I, I see a pipe.
- 1:06:33I wonder if a Mossad agent might have crawled through the pipe.
- 1:06:36I mean stuff that is just absolutely crazy.
- 1:06:41Now, again, if she were to produce some, some substantial
- 1:06:45evidence, a single reliable fact that let's just say contravenes
- 1:06:51the government's theory and she says it couldn't have been that
- 1:06:56because take a look at this. But the investigative style,
- 1:07:00although I admit it's from a certain point of view, it's,
- 1:07:03it's like irresistible to watch 'cause it is, it's, it's like
- 1:07:07listening to a well trained philosopher who has completely
- 1:07:12lost his mind and is now in an asylum and is giving you crazy
- 1:07:16discourse. But it's, it's crazy discourse
- 1:07:19that is, you know, that is embedded with witticisms and all
- 1:07:23kinds of, and you're like you, you can't turn away from it.
- 1:07:26From a certain point. Candace is actually quite
- 1:07:28magnetic in the way she presents information and she has a style.
- 1:07:34It's it's intellectual striptease because she never
- 1:07:37puts her cards out and goes, here's what I got.
- 1:07:39She goes, OK, well, I got something.
- 1:07:41Let me show you something. Yeah, and that's exactly what
- 1:07:45Candace has done, you know, as I played in that clip earlier,
- 1:07:50right. Like she, you know, she says
- 1:07:56stuff like, well, isn't it? Isn't it strange that this
- 1:08:00pastor, isn't it strange that this pastor knew about Troy
- 1:08:06Kirk's like succession plan? Isn't it strange that Eric the
- 1:08:13Erica Kirk is taking over Turning Point USA and not Tyler
- 1:08:19Boyer? You know, so she's doing that
- 1:08:25whole thing where she's making accusations in the guise of
- 1:08:32questions and try, you know, basically she's like, she's
- 1:08:37doing what I do, except like, I write thrillers, right?
- 1:08:44I, I write political thrillers and my thrillers are fiction,
- 1:08:49right? They have a, you know, they are
- 1:08:54based in fact somewhat, but they are largely fictional.
- 1:08:57Like, she's trying to make a thriller, though out of, like,
- 1:09:01actual real news, which is totally, you know, bizarre.
- 1:09:12So yeah, Dinesh is spot. On here, then you know, more to
- 1:09:18come tomorrow and more to come the day after that.
- 1:09:21It's, it's a little deranged, but it is, there's something
- 1:09:29magnetic about it, right? But look at the political effect
- 1:09:32and how pernicious it is. It's taking attention away from
- 1:09:36the actual, not just the bad guy, but these ideological bad
- 1:09:41actors that are embedded in our society.
- 1:09:45And it's basically telling everybody, look over here, it's
- 1:09:48the Jews or it's Israel or it's Mossad.
- 1:09:51Now you'd have to ask yourself, well, why would someone do that,
- 1:09:54right? Or to look more broadly, pick
- 1:09:56the phenomenon. Now go beyond Candace and take
- 1:09:58the larger phenomenon. You've got a strange but
- 1:10:03pernicious alliance between the cultural left and the West and
- 1:10:07radical Islam. I actually wrote about this in a
- 1:10:10book that I published around 2006.
- 1:10:12It was called The Enemy at Home. I was reacting to Samuel
- 1:10:16Huntington's idea that there's a clash of civilizations between
- 1:10:20us, the West, and them, meaning the House of Islam.
- 1:10:24And my argument was not exactly there's a division inside the
- 1:10:29West, and there's also a division with inside of Islam.
- 1:10:32And I said not only that, but the cultural left is going to
- 1:10:36become strange bedfellows with the radical Muslims.
- 1:10:38This seems fantastic because the two groups have utterly
- 1:10:41different end goals and they cannot inhabit each other's
- 1:10:45world. And not only that, but if, if it
- 1:10:48was, if they were in full control, they would come to
- 1:10:50blows. But but they are united against
- 1:10:54a common enemy. And who is the common enemy?
- 1:10:56Well, it's the Jews and Israel on the one hand, and it's
- 1:11:00America and the principles of the West on the other.
- 1:11:03So it would seem natural, unavoidable, that Jews and
- 1:11:07Christians, America and Israel, should come closer together in
- 1:11:11recognition of this obvious nefarious alliance.
- 1:11:16You know, let's call it. There you go.
- 1:11:17I filmed the Dragons. This is these.
- 1:11:19This is like the devil's but. And so, yeah, that's pretty much
- 1:11:24always why I've been like pro Israel and why a lot of people
- 1:11:29are pro Israel. It it's not necessarily that I'm
- 1:11:35Israel first, like so many of Fuentes, you know, elk like to
- 1:11:42say, but I recognize that radical Islam is a problem and
- 1:11:52it's not just a problem for Israel, but it is a problem for,
- 1:12:00you know, America too, right? Like the the radical Islamist.
- 1:12:05They love to say that, you know, America's the great saying and
- 1:12:10that, you know, Israel is the little saying.
- 1:12:16And so our alliance with Israel and that sense is mutual.
- 1:12:24Now, as I've said before and I haven't been on YouTube since
- 1:12:32you know, the whole, you know, since the October 7th thing
- 1:12:38happened since before, since before then even I will grant
- 1:12:46folks out there that. Certainly I think you can
- 1:12:57criticize Benjamin Netanyahu individually, right?
- 1:13:05And you can criticize his his administration for these
- 1:13:12bombings in Gaza and what not. And maybe he, you know, rushed,
- 1:13:22you know, maybe rushed in a little, you know, full force bit
- 1:13:28all that, you know that there there's alleged corruption
- 1:13:35around BB all that. OK, I'm I'm fine with you can
- 1:13:41criticize individuals, right? But the moment you, you know,
- 1:13:49start to criticize Israel or, you know, Palestine or in one of
- 1:13:59these groups as the Jews, you know, or the OR the Muslims,
- 1:14:05when I criticize Islam, by the way, I'm criticizing radical
- 1:14:10Islam, fund fundamental Islam, You know, I try not to, you
- 1:14:22know, blank away, you know, paint groups with broad brushes.
- 1:14:30That's not what we do here in America.
- 1:14:33That's not what we should aspire to be.
- 1:14:35But I'm, you know, I do think you can criticize individual
- 1:14:39groups. And yeah, like I said, I think
- 1:14:42Dinesh is spot on with his explanation of why we need to
- 1:14:49get on with Israel here. Dunes.
- 1:14:56All right, Well, the good people need to come together.
- 1:14:59So I can understand why the left is doing what it does, because
- 1:15:06it isn't an ideological war against the Jews and Israel, no
- 1:15:10less than against Christians on the West.
- 1:15:13What I don't understand is this movement on the right that is
- 1:15:19attempting to sever our connection with Israel, and I
- 1:15:24think in the process, undermining Trump, undermining
- 1:15:27MAGA, undermining America's national interests, undermining
- 1:15:30the foundations of the West, which are Athens and Jerusalem,
- 1:15:34but on top of all of that, strengthening radical Islam and
- 1:15:39strengthening the cultural left. Hang on.
- 1:15:42But you say you don't understand.
- 1:15:43Let me push back on that. I think it's relatively simple
- 1:15:46to understand Dinesh. How so?
- 1:15:48If you go along this way of like the left of Korea have done
- 1:15:54this, they've done all these egregious things, these tactics
- 1:15:57to silence, to destroy, to play identity politics, to say if
- 1:16:01you're white and male, you're bottom of the oppression
- 1:16:04pyramid, which means you're you're far less likely to get a
- 1:16:07job, far less likely to progress.
- 1:16:09It becomes socially acceptable, let's be honest, to demonize
- 1:16:11you, particularly if you're blue collar and white and male.
- 1:16:15You automatically become thick, stupid, and racist.
- 1:16:18Then why wouldn't you start to tribalize?
- 1:16:22Why wouldn't you become conspiratorial?
- 1:16:25Why wouldn't you go out and attack the people that you think
- 1:16:28have done you wrong? Absolutely right.
- 1:16:32So I do not blame the fractured, dislocated, angry young people
- 1:16:41who are responding in just the way that you say.
- 1:16:43I, I, I know why they're doing that, but I do blame the pied
- 1:16:49pipers who are leading them to the precipice, who should know
- 1:16:53better, right? Let me try a few other theories
- 1:16:57on you, because I don't think the explanation Francis gives us
- 1:16:59is fully here. Because what it doesn't really
- 1:17:01explain is why there are certain people now absolutely obsessed
- 1:17:05with the Jews or why are they obsessed with Israel?
- 1:17:08Because it's not Israel or the Jews that.
- 1:17:11And this is a, you know, this conversation.
- 1:17:14I'll have to dig into this full trigonometry podcast.
- 1:17:19I haven't seen the whole episode.
- 1:17:20I've just seen this clip. But I do think it's a very
- 1:17:23interesting explanation of kind of what's gone on so.
- 1:17:32Caused the cultural disintegration that you're
- 1:17:34talking about. They didn't take over college
- 1:17:36campuses 40 years ago and introduced all this anti western
- 1:17:39crap. I think that there's a few
- 1:17:43things going on that I think are contributing as well.
- 1:17:48One of them is I wrote an article when Tucker Carson went
- 1:17:53to Russia and interviewed President Putin, which was
- 1:17:55called Tucker Carson and the Woke Right in which I basically
- 1:17:58said that there is these sections on the right that have
- 1:18:00become very focused on victimhood and I replicating
- 1:18:05some of the things we saw on the left in doing so.
- 1:18:07And when you're focused on victimhood, you have to find
- 1:18:10someone who's victimizing you. And at that point.
- 1:18:14Exactly. So that's pretty much what the
- 1:18:17woke right is. He just defined it pretty
- 1:18:20clearly. Jews in Israel were not the
- 1:18:24thing. And I said, you know, the for
- 1:18:26now the label is globalists and you those sections are there.
- 1:18:31I keep talking about globalists, but a globalist isn't something
- 1:18:34that you can visualize it. No one has like when I say
- 1:18:37globalist, you don't a picture of a person doesn't come into
- 1:18:40your head. So they were looking for
- 1:18:41somebody to be the the scapegoat.
- 1:18:44The explanation that explains everything like the left
- 1:18:48explanation of well, everything is because of white supremacy,
- 1:18:51everything is because of institutional racism, everything
- 1:18:54is because of straight white men saying that's one thing.
- 1:18:58The other thing is once President Trump gets elected for
- 1:19:02a second term in the overwhelming fashion in which
- 1:19:05that happens, what does the media do?
- 1:19:09Whose entire new media in particular, whose entire
- 1:19:12identity became, you know, it was the anti woke coalition of
- 1:19:16which trigonometry was 100% a part of.
- 1:19:19But once, well, that collapses. Like we don't really talk about
- 1:19:22workness very much anymore on the show because it's kind of, I
- 1:19:25mean, I think it's overstating the case to say it's over, but
- 1:19:29it's not the live issue right now, right?
- 1:19:32We don't talk about trans issues, which we used to talk
- 1:19:35about because it's not the live issue right now.
- 1:19:37So if you are in a right of centre media, personal channel
- 1:19:44organization, you can either keep beating, you know, you know
- 1:19:48that meme of stop, stop, he's already dead, right?
- 1:19:51That's not going to get you any views because beating up on the
- 1:19:53Democrats, I mean, don't even know where they are anymore,
- 1:19:56right? So you have to go, the incentive
- 1:20:00structure is to go in a more conspiratorial out there
- 1:20:04direction. Those are my two other bits that
- 1:20:06I'd put to you. Yeah, I have a bunch of little
- 1:20:09things to add to that. So the first one is that the in
- 1:20:16the Reagan era in conservatism, there was a certain, I would
- 1:20:20call it the intellectual guardians of the tribe, people
- 1:20:24like William F Buckley, Reagan to a certain degree, but there
- 1:20:28were others, Irving Crystal. And the idea here was that if
- 1:20:34you came in with, like, the poison of anti-Semitism, blatant
- 1:20:39racism, you know, criticism of affirmative action, yes.
- 1:20:44Calling blacks monkeys, no. So if you did that, you were
- 1:20:48basically asked to leave the room and you were abolished from
- 1:20:54the You wouldn't be invited to conservative conferences.
- 1:20:57You certainly wouldn't be a speaker.
- 1:20:59It would basically be the end of you as a public figure.
- 1:21:03So that's gone. And it's gone.
- 1:21:05Why? Partly because we don't have a
- 1:21:08conservative intellectual class that performs that task.
- 1:21:14And why don't we have? Well, you have me and you have
- 1:21:20Max Sands. But yeah, I mean, Rush has Rush
- 1:21:28is no longer around. Charlie Clark was kind that part
- 1:21:36of the intellectual class. We're far and few in between.
- 1:21:42You know, I I don't go super viral on YouTube.
- 1:21:46We're on like an eclipse speak. Why?
- 1:21:49Because I can certainly criticize both sides, and I
- 1:21:53always have. That well, partly because the
- 1:21:58mainstream of that class went Never Trump.
- 1:22:02And so when I look around for like, if I were to make a list
- 1:22:06of, let's say 30 of my colleagues from the Reagan days,
- 1:22:12I would say that probably about 25 of them went anti Trump and
- 1:22:17they went to anti Trump in different places.
- 1:22:19John Bolton is in a little different place and say Bill
- 1:22:21Kristol. But nevertheless, they're
- 1:22:23they're by and large excluded from MAGA.
- 1:22:27And what happened is partly as a result of.
- 1:22:30And I, and I would say that unfortunately that's all because
- 1:22:33like Bill Kristol and John Bolton are, they were more
- 1:22:39neocons, right? Like, I wouldn't even say they
- 1:22:41were considered intellectuals. They were just straight up
- 1:22:44neocons. Charlie Kirk was a mad
- 1:22:49intellectual, so was Rush Limbaugh.
- 1:22:54So is Michael Savage actually he, he is 1 I would say is store
- 1:23:00now. Michael Savage at this point is
- 1:23:04more canceled than I am actually, which is, you know,
- 1:23:10wild. Although, you know, I, I hope
- 1:23:13that Savage has his YouTube channel back.
- 1:23:17I'll have to check that out maybe.
- 1:23:20But cultural shift MAGA produces a new type of a new type of
- 1:23:26pundit who is not. I mean, think of the distance
- 1:23:31between, say, Irving Crystal and Tucker Carlson.
- 1:23:35Tucker doesn't even purport to be knowledgeable about anything,
- 1:23:41right? So as a result, what Tucker says
- 1:23:44is I will develop a ventriloquist style.
- 1:23:47I have strong opinions, but I don't want to defend any of
- 1:23:50them. So I will set up a structure in
- 1:23:53which I bring in sources, often rather dubious sources, people
- 1:23:57who've never heard of, you know, the nun with the mustache, some
- 1:24:01disgraced academic. And what I'll do is I will ask
- 1:24:04sort of leading questions, that in which is embedded an answer,
- 1:24:10my answer, but framed as a question.
- 1:24:13You then will blurred out the obvious implications of the
- 1:24:18question, giving me the answer I expected.
- 1:24:20But I will pretend to be thunderstruck by it.
- 1:24:23It's an epiphany. It's a new revelation.
- 1:24:26People have been suppressing this kind of thinking for
- 1:24:28decades. So this is a shtick.
- 1:24:31It's it's a, it's a different shtick than Candace.
- 1:24:32Candace's shtick is the Candace Intelligence Agency.
- 1:24:36I'm like the world's greatest detective.
- 1:24:38You know, I'm the Pink Panther of my time.
- 1:24:40I'm deputizing all my viewers also to be detectives.
- 1:24:43Feed me information. We're going to crack the case.
- 1:24:46There's a So to me, this is like an intellectual embarrassment
- 1:24:51because all my life I've been an iconoclast.
- 1:24:54I will take on ideas and I will try to dismantle them, but not
- 1:24:59in this way. My ideas are things like this.
- 1:25:01The, you know, the Dixiecrats all became Republicans.
- 1:25:06And my strategy of challenging that is I go make an inventory
- 1:25:09of the 200 Dixiecrats. I put them up on a movie screen.
- 1:25:11And I say, all right, I'm now going to show you through a
- 1:25:14movement of the mouse, which of these 200 Dixiecrats became
- 1:25:18Republicans. Answer 2.
- 1:25:20So did the Dixiecrats as a group become Republicans?
- 1:25:23No. There's the empirical evidence
- 1:25:25right there on the screen. You can check it out, you know,
- 1:25:27for yourself. So.
- 1:25:28So when I see this almost parody of investigation, parody of
- 1:25:34scholarship, it's very unnerving.
- 1:25:37Now for young people, just as you said, there is a
- 1:25:44susceptibility to all this. And, and, and also there's no
- 1:25:49easy check on it. Like, for example, right now I'm
- 1:25:52in these big debates about Christian theology, but I'm, I'm
- 1:25:56debating Christian theology with people who have like listened to
- 1:25:59two podcasts, right? I've written three books on
- 1:26:02Christian apologetics. I've thought about this stuff
- 1:26:04for 30 years, but it's difficult to address people who say things
- 1:26:09like Dinesh open a Bible once in a while you might learn
- 1:26:12something. I'm like, are you serious?
- 1:26:15So but but our culture has had that levelling effect.
- 1:26:20This guy who's watched 2 podcasts is on an even playing
- 1:26:24field with me now. This would not have been the
- 1:26:26case in the Reagan years because that guy would not even be that
- 1:26:30guy would not be speaking at a conference at AI.
- 1:26:32So there was a, there was a filtering structure that is now
- 1:26:36gone. And look, there's are there good
- 1:26:38things about that? Well, that's right.
- 1:26:39I was going to say that, and I know you've, you've right to
- 1:26:43debate Tuck. And this is one of the other
- 1:26:44things that I do find strange because with some notable
- 1:26:47exceptions, quite a lot of these people don't don't engage in
- 1:26:52what used to happen, which is you come together and you have
- 1:26:56these debates and discussions. But now I think the economic
- 1:27:00incentives aren't there. You don't need to do that.
- 1:27:02Like if you're Candace, you just do your show and you make
- 1:27:05millions of dollars talking about how you someone you used
- 1:27:08to call your friend denigrating his legacy, in my opinion and
- 1:27:11all of that. But but you don't need to go and
- 1:27:13engage in a debate. There's nothing to gain really,
- 1:27:16right? And so the everything gets
- 1:27:18siloed. Something we've learned.
- 1:27:22Very, Yeah, very sad, but true. But that's kind of the whole, I
- 1:27:28guess a good summary of, you know, kind of what the whole
- 1:27:38walk right is. Now to kind of conclude this
- 1:27:44whole thing, like ladies and gentlemen, let me just say here
- 1:27:51that yes, I do criticize the I do criticize the right Allah,
- 1:28:04sometimes more than the left. Why?
- 1:28:08Because I hold our side, the conservative side, to a higher
- 1:28:15standard than I do the left. I know that the far left is
- 1:28:22crazy. We know they're insane.
- 1:28:25We know they're woke. None of that surprises any of
- 1:28:31us, and sadly it doesn't really surprise me on what with like
- 1:28:38the the rope, the woke right now either.
- 1:28:43But like I said, I hold us to a higher standard.
- 1:28:51We should not become the movement of just blaming the
- 1:28:57Jews for everything. We shouldn't play the same exact
- 1:29:10victim mentality as the left does.
- 1:29:16There is something to be said for sure about, you know,
- 1:29:25calling left wing media bias out and, you know, calling out big
- 1:29:30tech when they're censorious and shadow banning and outright
- 1:29:36banning people. Absolutely that should be called
- 1:29:41out, right? And I'm glad that people have,
- 1:29:47because up until YouTube was called before Congress, right,
- 1:29:53my channel was banned, I hadn't had access to this channel in
- 1:29:59three years. So yes, I'm well aware that
- 1:30:06wokeness on the left has gone too far.
- 1:30:14And here's the thing. I don't want Fuentes or Candace
- 1:30:21or Tucker to be censored. I don't want any of these people
- 1:30:33to be censored. What I don't want to have them,
- 1:30:38what I don't want to have happen either is that they be invited
- 1:30:42in with, you know, good faith when they clearly have put no
- 1:30:50good faith towards any of us, right?
- 1:30:59Nick Fuentes is a bad faith actor like a lot of people think
- 1:31:02he was. The reason, you know, a lot of
- 1:31:06people think that him and you know, the gripers were one of
- 1:31:08the reasons why that the channel got struck down initially in the
- 1:31:131st place. And they might be right.
- 1:31:17So suffice to say, I just don't want bad faith actors in the
- 1:31:24conservative movement. I want people who are going to
- 1:31:30for sure, add intellectual diversity and make good
- 1:31:36arguments. But yeah, none of these smarmy,
- 1:31:39bad, bad faith actors. That's it.
- 1:31:48That's all I want. I don't, I just don't want bad
- 1:31:51faith actors in the conservative movement who are left wing
- 1:31:55plans. And as far as I can tell, that's
- 1:31:58what certainly that's what Fuentes is.
- 1:32:05And it's looking pretty much like Candace and Tucker are
- 1:32:07going in the same direction. But anyway, folks, that'll just
- 1:32:14about do it for today's show. I want to thank you all so very
- 1:32:19much for tuning in to this impromptu broadcast.

- 1:35:19Take care. The right to offend is not some
- 1:35:25pesky little part of freedom of speech that we have to put up
- 1:35:28with. It is the heart and soul and
- 1:35:31lungs of freedom of speech. It is the coursing lifeblood of
- 1:35:35human process. It is the instigator of liberty
- 1:35:39and modernity and science and understanding.
- 1:35:42What a laughing stock today's student leaders are that they
- 1:35:46can so casually dismiss the right to be offensive without
- 1:35:50realising that their lovely enlightened lives are the gifts
- 1:35:55of individuals who gave offence. Offensiveness is not just
- 1:35:59something we have to begrudgingly accept.
- 1:36:02Offensiveness is the motor of human progress.
