SPEAKER_01: My guest today is someone very special, Temzin Brown, who's an oracle and a channel of the Moore Court material, which what I'm understanding is a timeless and unifying body of wisdom.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_01: So I feel like everyone here take a deep breath into your heart because we're gonna be experiencing powerful channeling, oneness, and oh, you can just melt and receive deeply today.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Awakening, and I would love to begin at the beginning.
• 0:49
SPEAKER_01: You, you as Tamzin, what your journey has been like as you've um stepped into being a spiritual channel and how you awakened, if you'd like to share with everybody here.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much, Natalie.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: Thanks for having me on.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: I really appreciate it, and it's it's a wonderful gift to be able to connect with all of your audience.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: Hi guys, thank you so much for being here, and I'm excited to have been introduced to your amazing show, and I'm excited to delve into all the different guests that you've invited here, and I'm very grateful to be here.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: So thank you very much.
• 1:25
SPEAKER_00: Um so a little background.
• 1:27
  SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking, where do I start?
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Um I did not start my career working in the spiritual field.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: I was working, and my parents are both very spiritual.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: My mother is a ward off, well, she started a ward off school, my father's a healer.
• 1:45
SPEAKER_00: So there was certainly that background.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: I didn't see myself going in this direction.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't something that I was aware of from when I was very young, although I did get some messages when I was young.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: I remember when I was 15 receiving a message that I was a little frightened by because I didn't really have any context for its existence.
• 2:06
  SPEAKER_00: I heard the words, we're waiting.
• 2:08
  SPEAKER_00: Are you ready?
• 2:09
  SPEAKER_00: when I was 15.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: And I was kind of scared because I'd heard if you hear voices, then you must be nuts.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: So I got a little bit freaked out.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_00: And um, I think because of that fear, I ended up um taking other preparational steps for this journey that I'm now on working as an oracle, as a channel.
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: And um and now, you know, I work both speaking and writing the words of the Lumerians who spoke to me back then but didn't want to scare me.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: So I started off um taking some really useful steps actually in the direction I was working as an actor for about 15 years, alongside many other jobs, which most actors do, but don't always uh promote the truth of uh most actors have a side hustle because you kind of have to.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: So I worked in all kinds of jobs, mostly in the industry.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: I moved from London to I grew up in the countryside in England, London for 10 years, where I studied and then moved to Los Angeles, where I worked in the film industry for about 15 years.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_00: And it was such a helpful preparation for the journey I'm now on because I'm not uncomfortable being on camera, and I also don't take myself as seriously as I did back in the day, where I'd be like, let me make sure I look perfect, and I've got to present myself in a certain way.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: I kind of got over myself by being in that business.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: I guess it kind of can work one way or the other.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: Um, but it it was very helpful for me because I realized the value of things and that being well known for something on camera is not valuable unless you're sharing something which is important to share, which is valuable in itself.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: It's not about you, it's about what you're bringing through.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_00: And we're all conduits essentially, and I'm now doing that as a profession.
• 4:06
SPEAKER_00: But um, so so I do feel like every step I've taken has been very, very helpful for me.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: But it wasn't till the pandemic that I wrote my first channeled book.
• 4:15
SPEAKER_00: I'd been receiving messages for people for many years.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: Uh, at first, I was a little scared of sharing them because I I felt almost irresponsible because I didn't know what they meant myself.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: And so it seemed not felt, but seemed irresponsible to share information with somebody that I couldn't personally comprehend.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: And after giving many messages, maybe about a hundred messages to people, and those messages always being validated, I realized I don't need to understand the message.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: It's not my job to understand the message, it's my job to give the message really accurately and actually to understand that I don't understand it and be comfortable with that.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: So after many years, I I then actually tuned in with my guides directly and in a more tangible way for me.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: And we began writing my first book, which is The Prophecy of One.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: And the book actually begins on the the first page of the book is the very beginning of our communication.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: Um I'd actually been in touch with in a mediumship role.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: I'd been in touch with my mom's dear friend, who was a journalist, and he'd passed away that day.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: And I'd sort of tuned into him, not really expecting to hear a response, but I just let him know because I'd been receiving so many messages for so many people.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: I wanted him to know that I was there because I really liked him a lot, and I wanted to make sure he was okay, and I thought it must be quite confusing when you first transition, and he'd left, you know, uh his wife and so many loved ones behind.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: And I wanted him to know that I could still be in connection with him if he'd like me to be, but I didn't really expect him to be.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: And then he started writing through me to other people, and that was kind of how that began.
• 6:12
SPEAKER_00: And um, when I had finished working with him as a writer, writing his letters, and during which time, by the way, because he was a journalist and a very good writer, he would make fun out of me and my spelling, and he'd say things like, And your mother's a teacher, well, we'll forgive her because she was she was left with all you kids to raise by herself.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: But he was joking about how terrible my spelling was and my punctuation, um, which has been a journey because I'm just here trying to quickly write everything down as it comes through.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: And it's very important that it comes uh that I write it down accurately as it comes through.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: So I'm really just trying to keep up with the pace of how it comes through.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: So my punctuation and spelling is is not always perfect.
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: We deal with that afterwards.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: Um, but after he'd finished his final letter, I said, Do you have anything else?
• 7:05
SPEAKER_00: You'd anyone else you'd like me to write?
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: Do you have anything else you'd like me to write?
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: He said, No, I'm content.
• 7:10
SPEAKER_00: And I just knew in my soul that I was supposed to continue doing this.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: And I intuited the question.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: I wasn't trying, I was just, I was just present to what I felt.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: I just knew I was supposed to continue.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: And I asked, is there a higher consciousness that wishes to speak through me?
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: And that is, I think, the first line of the first book.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: I've published two books now.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, but that's how it begins.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: And I it was really important to me that my journey is very much transparent, that I'm not here as somebody who's trying to tell anyone else that I have it all figured out or that I'm speaking from spiritual authority.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: But I want to have an extremely transparent journey where the conversation is broadcast, so everything that comes through is shared essentially.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: And um, so I do my best to make sure to always be as transparent as possible.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: And that's the style of that first book.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: There's QA's in it, there's also um, they go in in-depth into uh our our history, our cosmic lineages, our essential oneness.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: And the truth that is we as we all do as we feel on a soul level, peace and harmony can be created because we are essentially all one and we're all unique expressions of the all.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: And so the greatest gift for any other one of us is for you, for me to be our absolute selves and not to hold back and not to be apologetic and not to hide like I did when I published my first book.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: I published it anonymously because I was mortified thinking, how am I going to explain myself at dinner parties?
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: And over the last years, I've just sort of ended up mostly surrounding myself with people who either understand me or who respect me, and it doesn't matter if they don't understand.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: And so I've given up on the idea of pleasing others at, you know, in this setting at dinner parties who might be freaked out by the idea that I speak with light beings for a living and I help people connect with their spirit guides.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: Instead, I just tell them this is what I do, and I and I quietly hope that they won't find that too confronting because I'm very empathic, like so many of us are, and it can be uncomfortable to make someone else uncomfortable.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: But something Morca has helped me to understand, Morca is the name of the Lumerian collective that I channel.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_00: Something that they've helped me to understand is that it's more important for you to do as you feel on a soul level than to preserve the comfortability of another.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes making someone else uncomfortable is actually a gift for them because it helps, it can help to inspire them and to help them to, you know, perhaps plant a seed that maybe many years later, maybe even in another lifetime, will begin to germinate.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: But it's not right to hold yourself back for another's comfortability.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: And as a woman and as an English woman, that's something that I've been really working on.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: And it's helped me immensely.
• 10:26
SPEAKER_00: And it's it's something that Moorcourt speaks about a lot.
• 10:29
  SPEAKER_00: It more than anything.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: They often say if you take one thing away from this whole conversation, it's to listen to yourself on a soul level, really notice astutely what it is that you're feeling, and to do as you feel on a soul level.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: And I hadn't realized how frequently I don't honor what it is that I'm feeling in order to make somebody else comfortable or in order not to disappoint another, frighten another.
• 10:58
  SPEAKER_00: And so it's it's been a very helpful.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: Uh the guidance has been very helpful for me.
• 11:05
SPEAKER_00: And I'm so grateful to now be reaching so many other people.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: And because of my background of working in the business in Los Angeles, it's given me the opportunity to work with some people who are of great influence in the world because I'm in that world myself.
• 11:22
  SPEAKER_00: So it's been a wonderful opportunity.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: And because I worked in that business myself, I don't take any of it too seriously.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: I treat, you know, a huge celebrity the same as anybody else, and I'm really grateful to be able to reach people because they're reaching so many people.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: The ripple effect is profound.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: And as so many of, I'm sure you and so many of your audience members are aware, there's a lot of darkness in this business.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of intention of control.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: But those who have been conduits for the dark, they have an opportunity and the ability to be conduits for the light, just like all of us.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: So it's exciting to be a part of transforming the uh architecture here in Los Angeles, one person at a time, helping people not to do as I say or their guides tell them, but to do as they feel on a soul level, which is essentially all the guides are ever doing.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: Because when we listen to ourselves, we can hear our guides.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: And when we do as we feel on a soul level, we're doing as feels right holistically, because we are all essentially one.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: So that's it's very exciting to me working in this world, and I'm truly, truly grateful.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: And we can jump in anytime to ask Morco to share what you would like as well, any questions you have directly for them.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: I'm here as a conduit and as a communicator, and I don't pose as an expert because I'm certainly not.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: I'm somebody who's had some very interesting experiences, and I have an incredible opportunity to work with the Lumerians, and uh they describe themselves as the Lumerian sector of the Galactic Federation, and they talk about how as we raise in consciousness and in frequency, uh we are gradually knowing ourselves as one.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: And as we reach that level of consciousness, we somewhat automatically join the Galactic Federation ourselves.
• 13:27
SPEAKER_00: And it's it's a very exciting thought that by simply doing as we each feel as individuals, as unimportant as we might have been taught that is, we are lending to holistic expansion.
• 13:40
SPEAKER_00: They they describe it as as we expand as apparent individuals, so too does our multiverse, which is very exciting.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: And that's say that's why the universe is expanding.
• 13:53
  SPEAKER_01: I feel it.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_01: You know, as you speak it, I'm like, wow, you know, it's it's very similar to we're just using different language, but the same teachings that I'm sharing, it's like be you, be who you are.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_01: And the moment you let yourself be as you are, there's this massive opening and expansion through your energy field.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_01: You you hold more light because those like mind-made illusions and contraction of like I've got to fit into this box.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_01: You break the box, there's no box.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_01: That's an illusion, and that freedom.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that freedom is so light.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_01: Do you know the whole room is getting lighter?
• 14:32
SPEAKER_01: I can feel the energy, I can feel the mock cards right here with us.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_01: Before we dive in for like some of their channelings as well, I just want to ask you, could you describe?
• 14:42
SPEAKER_01: Because some people here might not know what Lemuria is, what Lemurians are.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: Could you share a bit about that?
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'll do my best.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_00: And again, I'm not an expert on this, but um what I can tell you is so my guides they describe themselves as Lumerians.
• 14:59
SPEAKER_00: And when I first heard that, I thought, what I think I've heard of that before, but I tried Googling it, and of course, Lemuria and Lemurians came up instead of Lumerian, Lamurian.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: And what Morcourt has described to me is that they have the same root, those two words, but the Lumerians didn't need to or feel to come and have physical form upon earth, but they have the same root.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: So they are essentially, they come from, they stem from the same kind of being.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, although the Lemurians would have had denser and indeed do have denser form.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: Um they also say that we're all essentially light beings for all is light.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: They say that matter is like condensed light.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: And when you can conceive of that, when you're when you're able to understand, rather, you could they say you could literally put your hand through something that's seemingly solid because you're in the comprehension that all is essentially light.
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: And um I've also I'm a contactee, and that's a whole nother story that I won't delve into too much, but I've seen matter be transformed before, and it can look like these sort of prismatic, almost like string-like prisms that are moving constantly.
• 16:27
SPEAKER_00: And I've seen what people would, or and I certainly would have previously described as a shaft of light coming through a ceiling.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's obviously light can't in any obvious or scientifically proven way travel through a solid uh object like a roof, but this was a shaft that didn't travel through that solid object, it transformed everything within its rays.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: So it was a way for me to be able to observe that solidity is Morcott puts it, is it's an it's an interpretation, and when we can see beyond that, we realize we're not solid, nothing's solid, everything is light, and everything is one.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: And so I think you know, it's step by step that we can really comprehend these things, and it it takes time, but actually they've been talking a lot as well about how the frequency on earth has changed so much, especially in the last 12 months, but gradually over a very long period of time.
• 17:37
SPEAKER_00: And in the last six to eight months, they've been talking so much about this level of frequency, which they describe as a truth resonance, during which it's actually a little longer than that, more like nine, ten months, especially, but gradually over many years.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: And we're now at this level of frequency where it's actually really challenging not to listen to yourself and not to do as you feel on a soul level.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: And you can see this apparent chaos which is going on in the world.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: There are so many transformations taking place, and in some cases, it could look like things have got worse.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: But in fact, as Morco puts it, things look like they're getting worse because things are coming to the surface to either be acknowledged or just to be released, uh, transformed.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: And we're shifted because we're in this heightened frequency, they can't lower frequency beings and lower frequency in general just can't really exist here anymore.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: So it's actually a very exciting time of transformation.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: And they've also only in the last six weeks been talking about how during this era of transformation, we have uh the ability to harness such a frequency.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: And we can, by doing as we feel on a soul level, whatever that is, it might be something really seemingly unimportant, which is profoundly important for your own expansion and for essentially for that of the all.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_00: But um we can harness this era of transformation.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: So it's actually easier now than it was before for us to do as we feel on a soul level and on the other end of the pendulum or what have you.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: If you don't do as you feel on a soul level, more challenges will come your way to encourage you onto your authentic path.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: So we may notice that we're having more and more and more challenges, but if you pay attention to what the, as they say, everything is a blessing and a lesson.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: When you pay attention to what your path is mirroring back to you, remembering that you create all that is all the time.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: We are co-creating all that is all the time, and we create many challenges for ourselves so that we can continue to expand, because expansion really is just such a key of our existence.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: Um so when you do pay attention to the challenges and you notice what the lessons and the blessings are, and instead of saying, Why is this happening to me?
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: which is so tempting and I still do part of the time, but when we're able to take a deep breath during these most challenging moments and say, Okay, what is the lesson?
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: What is the blessing here?
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: Is there something that I feel to do that I perhaps have not been doing?
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: Or is there something I'm doing that I don't feel to do that I've been quietly ignoring?
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: Because now is the time to really focus and look that right in the eye and be honest with yourself.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: And by doing so, you can expand even more greatly because there is just such opportunity during this heightened frequency.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: And if we keep ignoring ourselves, whether it's something small or seemingly large, um we will continue to have more and more lessons, which we're essentially creating for ourselves for our own expansion, as challenging as these might be and as difficult as that sometimes can be to face.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_00: But when we face things, we can be present and from a place of presence, we can most accurately create what we feel to on a soul level, as Morcourt says.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Such, we can most ably create the world that we came here to create.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: And it's helpful to remember that because it's it's very easy to shy away from focusing on what feels uncomfortable or sometimes deeply painful.
• 22:14
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's so true.
• 22:16
  SPEAKER_01: That's powerful.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_01: Everyone here, just feel into that because it's this one truth that if you allow yourself to be, if you accept yourself, the energy of acceptance holds all the love, and you naturally just flow in the highest of frequencies, and the highest of frequencies is this love.
• 22:37
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, so you know, there's so many people on our earth now they that are truly beginning to awaken and and they're learning to trust, they're they're just starting to trust and sense.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like what Morkot talks about when Morkot speaks about like oneness.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_01: Like, could you go into this a little bit?
• 22:59
SPEAKER_01: Or maybe Morkot wants to channel through about oneness?
• 23:03
SPEAKER_01: What does it mean and how can it help people in their awakening?
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: They're coming in, and I'll just briefly explain that they do use what a lot of people call light language.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: They don't use that term, they call it frequency tuning.
• 23:19
SPEAKER_00: And they recommend that we breathe in through our third eye chakra, or they always say the portal on your forehead.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_00: They don't call it a chakra, but that's the background I learned from.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: Uh, so we'll be speaking partly in frequency tuning.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: And this sort of uh it's it's like it jumps past the intellectual, it's like a short shortcut to the intellectual.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_00: So helps uh us to each receive me as a conduit, helps me to be a vessel, uh, to be a clear vessel for what's coming through, and it helps the receiver to absorb what's coming through, uh tuning each of us to the meaning behind the words.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: Uh they wouldn't use words if it weren't necessary for us.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_00: We are grateful to be present with you, Natalie.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Uh thank you for all that you share.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: Your work is very helpful here.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_00: Uh we greatly encourage you to continue as you are and are very grateful to be able to join you.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: As the child has tried to explain, all is essentially one.
• 24:40
SPEAKER_00: We are one with you, we are not above you.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_00: Uh we are aware of the higher consciousness available to us.
• 24:50
SPEAKER_00: Uh there's no superiority in this sakartana, and indeed no separation here whatsoever.
• 24:59
SPEAKER_00: Uh, you have each chosen uh to perform, to experience, to perform as, to experience, being the apparent individuals you each are.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: We are all essentially one being, experiencing itself in takeenishu na different and apparently separate expressions of self.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: And this is why it is most important for each of you to express authentically.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_00: While you're playing individual, the most helpful thing you can be is your absolute self.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_00: Humans are often encouraged to act as other humans act, when indeed the gift is you as an individual expressing authentically in your absolute uniqueness.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: Indeed, although this may seem paradoxical or uh confusing to see, for we hold such a zoomed out perspective, it is only by you each akarsunufuinahar, expressing yourselves authentically as the unique individuals you are, that conscious oneness can come into being and the way by which we can expand as one at our optimum.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: Sukui kaina shiya, as the child already said, as you expand as apparent individuals, so too does the all.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_00: And we expand at our optimum by you being fully present to yourself, by being fully present to yourself, you begin to feel all apparently else that you are, all that you are in expansion, in extension, in oneness.
• 27:13
SPEAKER_00: And so truly it is by listening to yourself and doing as you feel on a soul level that you can step in harmon in harmony with the all and contribute at your optimum for by being fully present to that which you feel, you can be present to that which you are creating, for you are creating all the time.
• 27:38
SPEAKER_00: Say Shayana kartana fui inaka shay and thank you so much.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_01: I'd like to help some people here who um struggle with uh the discernment, like knowing the difference between um when the soul is bringing through these pulses of uh um wanting to experience more, and and and there's a difference between like the ego when it kind of hijacks and it goes it tries to control, or the ego like has this desire that's from maybe a fear, or it's got a desire based on a like a lower frequency.
• 28:22
  SPEAKER_01: There's a difference.
• 28:24
SPEAKER_01: So, how can people discern, how can they know the difference between when their soul is guiding them to take action and to create, or when the ego that's coming from fear and contraction that's trying to get them to create, how can they tell the difference?
• 28:40
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, to you.
• 28:42
SPEAKER_00: Uh, we're grateful for this question, and it is by astutely noticing how you feel.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: Most humans have been taught so much to be more in the head and not in the heart.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_00: By noticing how you feel in your heart, when you take a step that's not in accordance with your soul's will, you will more note more easily notice that this doesn't actually feel correct, although it may have logically calculated within the mind.
• 29:13
SPEAKER_00: So paying attention to how you feel in your heart rather than any kind of intellectual calculation, when intellectual calculation seems necessary or helpful as a tool, always fact-check this truth with the heart.
• 29:29
SPEAKER_00: Breath is an extremely useful tool in such a process.
• 29:35
SPEAKER_00: Using your breath, noticing what resonates.
• 29:38
SPEAKER_00: For most, most humans have been taught from when they're very young not to do as they feel and to do as they have been told, and tend to adopt this as a process for themselves later in life.
• 29:55
SPEAKER_00: I will not do as I feel, I will do as I think.
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: For for this I am more likely to be rewarded, I am less likely to be punished.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_00: This is a process that becomes subconsciously familiar and seemingly comfortable.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_00: And so noticing the difference includes paying attention to was this a thought I had or was this a feeling I had?
• 30:26
SPEAKER_00: How do I feel about this?
• 30:28
SPEAKER_00: Am I doing this because it feels right?
• 30:32
SPEAKER_00: Am I doing this to impress another?
• 30:35
SPEAKER_00: Am I doing this for reward?
• 30:39
SPEAKER_00: Am I doing this because I wish to please another?
• 30:42
SPEAKER_00: I wish to uh benefit in terms of uh attention, monetary gain, uh suku inashe ehe naata kainasu'u, anything that is external.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: Always use the breath, always return to the heart.
• 31:03
  SPEAKER_00: How does this feel?
• 31:04
SPEAKER_00: Shaina kartana here, and not judging yourself during such a process when you take a step that did not feel in accordance with your soul's will, did not feel integrally correct.
• 31:20
SPEAKER_00: Noticing this without judgment, but with astute observation.
• 31:27
SPEAKER_00: I noticed that didn't feel quite right.
• 31:31
SPEAKER_00: Or perhaps it felt very wrong.
• 31:34
SPEAKER_00: Without shame, without self-judgment, using your breath once again, breathing into the heart, this portal to the all.
• 31:44
SPEAKER_00: Okay, how do I feel to act now?
• 31:48
SPEAKER_00: Which step feels in accordance?
• 31:50
  SPEAKER_00: Should I take a step back?
• 31:52
SPEAKER_00: Should I take a step in a different direction?
• 31:55
SPEAKER_00: What does feel resonant now that I have the ability to learn by contrast of what did not?
• 32:02
SPEAKER_00: Without judgment, many people plateau here, for they feel uh such a deep sense of shame because of misstepping.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_00: And we remind you each that there is no such thing as a misstep or a mistake, truly, for each are in direction eventually of your destination of oneness consciousness.
• 32:30
SPEAKER_00: And it often takes steps in a wrong direction in order to find the direction that feels resonant.
• 32:39
SPEAKER_00: You have each chosen to be on this plane of polarity, and so lessons are available by way of such polarity at this stage, but we are deeply excited to share with you all that such polarity is becoming redundant as we raise in frequency, and it will no longer be necessary for you to learn by such polarity when we each raise in consciousness to the degree that this will no longer be beneficial for our learning, for our expansion.
• 33:19
SPEAKER_00: Indeed, the darkness itself is becoming redundant, and so remember that when it as is as is so easy to slip into feeling fearful.
• 33:34
SPEAKER_00: We remind you it is also just as easy to slip into remembering yourself as light, breathing in all that you are.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: And noticing how you're feeling and note noticing how you feel and uh consciously choosing what it is you wish to create, how it is you feel to expand.
• 33:58
SPEAKER_00: The light is essentially all that is, and as uh I'm speaking as Tamsin for a minute.
• 34:09
SPEAKER_00: They want me to quote, uh they often ask me to quote things.
• 34:16
SPEAKER_00: They're asking me for sense of um delineating, what is me, what is them.
• 34:22
SPEAKER_00: Uh, they want me to say that from the first book, uh, there's a quote that says, the darkness only exists to assist light.
• 34:33
SPEAKER_00: And they're asking me to add to that another quote.
• 34:38
SPEAKER_00: Uh they say, uh, kuu inahartana sina, embrace not the dark, instead envelop it with light, and so it ceases to exist.
• 34:54
SPEAKER_00: They want me to hand it straight back to them, having given you those two quotes.
• 34:57
SPEAKER_00: Uh I'm just gonna take a sip, so I have to keep my blood sugar level up, so I drink my smoothie for that.
• 35:08
SPEAKER_00: They said, thank you, child.
• 35:11
SPEAKER_00: Briefly, they call me child and they call everyone child, no matter what age.
• 35:17
SPEAKER_00: And now they're laughing at me for explaining that because I'm a little embarrassed when they just start saying children, and they love to make fun of me to kind of keep me light-hearted.
• 35:26
SPEAKER_00: I used to take myself a lot more seriously before I started working with more core, shait kay shi'i.
• 35:33
SPEAKER_00: And now they're saying that's enough from you, and now we talk.
• 35:39
  SPEAKER_00: Brilliant.
• 35:39
SPEAKER_00: Oh very funny, and they also helped me to do as I feel like before I'd be quickly trying to down some smoothie because I want to quickly give it back to them, and they're saying, doing do you feel to do that to get smoothie all over your mouth and just hand it back to us?
• 35:56
SPEAKER_00: They helped me actually by making fun out of me, also to honor myself because to not take myself so seriously, but also to take seriously things that I need, like when I need some smoothie, they're like, Child, you're dying of thirst and you're speaking for us.
• 36:11
  SPEAKER_00: Will you please drink?
• 36:13
SPEAKER_00: So I'll take one more step.
• 36:15
SPEAKER_01: You know, that I also just want to say here that I love that they are talking about and that we actually don't need the polarity in order to keep learning, because I've recently channeled this from the beings that of light that come through me.
• 36:31
SPEAKER_01: And they said, you no longer need to go from a caterpillar into the cocoon to metamorphosize to become the butterfly.
• 36:40
SPEAKER_01: They're saying you can be the caterpillar and the butterfly at the same time without having to go through all that stuff.
• 36:47
SPEAKER_01: You're for so long on earth, we've believed that we have to go through the challenges in order to grow, but actually, we don't need that.
• 36:54
SPEAKER_01: We can still be within the contrast, which is here in this dimension, as a very present aware being without contracting and attaching and repelling, but rather accepting life as it unfolds.
• 37:08
SPEAKER_01: And so the caterpillar is like the physical body that we it needs to eat so to sustain itself, and at the same time, the butterfly is already here.
• 37:18
SPEAKER_01: You've got wings at the back.
• 37:20
SPEAKER_01: You are a caterpillar butterfly at the same time.
• 37:23
SPEAKER_01: You don't have to become something, you just remember that which you are.
• 37:28
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 37:29
SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness, I love that so much.
• 37:31
SPEAKER_00: As I'm speaking as Thames and still, I want to always make that clear.
• 37:34
  SPEAKER_00: That is so beautiful.
• 37:36
  SPEAKER_00: What a great analogy.
• 37:37
SPEAKER_00: And it feels so illustrative of what Morcott's been speaking of of this time of truth resonance, where everything does energetically feel more tangible, and that can be very overwhelming for sensitive individuals who can feel so much.
• 37:54
SPEAKER_00: But when we can look at it from this perspective, I think it's very empowering and very helpful.
• 38:01
SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, there's so much to feel at the moment.
• 38:04
SPEAKER_00: There's so much that's in process of transformation.
• 38:07
SPEAKER_00: It's it's very easy to feel overwhelmed by that.
• 38:11
SPEAKER_00: But I love that Mulkot reminds us just to simply be present to how we feel and be present to our breath.
• 38:18
SPEAKER_00: And remember that this is all happening for us.
• 38:21
SPEAKER_00: This is a very exciting time.
• 38:23
SPEAKER_00: It's happening for us and it's happening by us too.
• 38:27
SPEAKER_00: They've also been talking about how uh the frequency has they they've been talking a lot last year about how the frequency has shifted on this earth.
• 38:37
SPEAKER_00: They call earth sumanu, which they say is descriptive of all of the elements, not just one, just as we are essentially beings that are so multifaceted ourselves.
• 38:50
SPEAKER_00: We are, they describe humans rather like diamonds and that we are the all sort of condensed into one.
• 38:58
SPEAKER_00: Um, but they talk about how Earth or Sumanu to honor their own wording.
• 39:04
SPEAKER_00: Um, it it's it has raised in frequency because of us.
• 39:08
SPEAKER_00: It's not just some external force that said, okay, we think they deserve this now.
• 39:14
  SPEAKER_00: Let's let's do them a favor.
• 39:16
SPEAKER_00: They say that it's because we've raised in frequency that they're able to step in and assist us, almost like a snowball effect, to continue to raise, to expand even more, to raise in frequency even more.
• 39:30
SPEAKER_00: And they have a lot more presence.
• 39:32
SPEAKER_00: This the light beings, what some people would describe as angels or angelic beings.
• 39:39
SPEAKER_00: Um they say indeed there are light beings and beings of many kinds who have come here to assist in uplifting the beings upon this plane.
• 39:57
SPEAKER_00: And they we can only do so in accordance with your own vint with your own invitation by way of will, by way of frequency.
• 40:11
SPEAKER_00: They're saying the child has done a good job explaining this, but we'll take over here.
• 40:18
SPEAKER_00: We are much more greatly present and we're able to be so because of your invitation by way of will.
• 40:25
SPEAKER_00: When you wish for us to be present and when frequency is at a higher level, we are able to meet you because this level of frequency is closer to our own, and we can only step in by way of will.
• 40:41
SPEAKER_00: We do not wish to interfere with your progress, and so this is uh uh structure in place in order to assist you and all with our overall expansion, and we are so greatly excited to be able to step in.
• 40:59
SPEAKER_00: It is our will to be in greater collaboration and confluence with you all.
• 41:12
SPEAKER_00: With this in mind, we remind you each to truly ask for shainu, either spoken or written or uh carefully thought out.
• 41:22
SPEAKER_00: I feel I would like assistance with whatever it is you feel on a soul level that you need assistance with, for it it is the will of each of your guides to assist you, and they can only assist you by way of some sort of an invitation.
• 41:42
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't need to be as formal as spoken or written words, but the intention needs to be there in order for this invitation to be extended and responded to.
• 41:59
SPEAKER_00: Another reason to be a astutely present to that which you feel upon a soul level.
• 42:06
SPEAKER_00: For by being so you can notice what it is that you need.
• 42:09
  SPEAKER_00: Shaina haina ka ine.
• 42:11
SPEAKER_00: You can be present to such and assist us in being present to such.
• 42:23
SPEAKER_00: And your presence to such e kuina sha'a often expands into such an invitation.
• 42:31
SPEAKER_00: During such times of transformation, and this is a truly unusual time, it's tempting not to notice all that you feel, for it can feel uncomfortable.
• 42:43
SPEAKER_00: Change, uh expansion often are uncomfortable.
• 42:50
SPEAKER_00: But by becoming even more deeply present to that which you feel, you can feel beyond the uncomfortability, and you can notice yourself as light beyond, the apparent uncomfortability of the vessels that you've chosen.
• 43:16
SPEAKER_00: And knowing yourself as light is a shortcut to expansion, sho suinakaha, and a shortcut to aku no shaini ea, uh the conscious oneness, which conscious oneness which we are stepping into, which is inevitable.
• 43:37
SPEAKER_00: And time doesn't exist, all exists by frequency, and so truly, by being present to how you feel, noticing how you feel, noticing if you feel to do anything differently, you are simply attuning your own frequency.
• 43:58
SPEAKER_00: And as the frequency continues to Raise upon this plane.
• 44:01
SPEAKER_00: You're helping one another upon this plane and all else in existence in the multiverse in raising in frequency.
• 44:17
SPEAKER_00: And so by doing as you feel on a soul level, you're not only helping your own brethren upon some manu, but you are too assisting all in the multiverse in coming into conscious oneness.
• 44:31
SPEAKER_00: And so we joke, have you anything more important to do than such?
• 44:36
  SPEAKER_01: So true.
• 44:39
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 44:41
SPEAKER_01: And so is there anything right now that you would like to share with us that you know we're in such a big time of shifting and shedding those old layers and trusting in ourselves and our whole world is changing?
• 44:58
SPEAKER_01: Is there anything that you feel is really especially important for us to hear and know as we transition and become the new human and bring birth like this the ancient but new energy of Mother Earth?
• 45:18
  SPEAKER_00: A beautiful question.
• 45:19
SPEAKER_00: Love is truly the answer to all things.
• 45:22
SPEAKER_00: Love is all that essentially is.
• 45:24
SPEAKER_00: And so stepping in the direction of love.
• 45:29
SPEAKER_00: Remembering you're just playing a role as Tamsin, as Natalie.
• 45:42
SPEAKER_00: So just remember that you have chosen this vessel as a vehicle, a sacred vehicle through which to do as you feel, and essentially to extend love and to expand with love.
• 45:59
SPEAKER_00: And so shedding identities can often be very helpful because when your focus shifts from this is who I am to I chose this body so that I could expand and I could gift unto others and to myself, this love that we all essentially are.
• 46:21
SPEAKER_00: This shift in focus can help you to progress so profoundly and in a apparently short period of time.
• 46:35
SPEAKER_00: As essentially all is frequency and time doesn't exist, all that really matters is that you are in a frequency of love.
• 46:42
SPEAKER_00: And so whatever it takes for you to do that, notice this in yourself.
• 46:47
SPEAKER_00: It might be that you need to look in the mirror, or perhaps stop looking in the mirror, and notice what it is that you feel rather than what you think about yourself, letting go of certain ideas of how you have previously up until now identified.
• 47:05
SPEAKER_00: It must be this, this, and that ideas that may have come from the head, ideas that may have been externally impressioned.
• 47:14
SPEAKER_00: Instead, noticing, how do I feel?
• 47:16
  SPEAKER_00: Do I feel good?
• 47:18
SPEAKER_00: How can I feel more love-filled myself?
• 47:21
SPEAKER_00: How can I feel in a higher frequency myself?
• 47:24
SPEAKER_00: Is there anything I feel to do differently?
• 47:26
SPEAKER_00: Many of you will choose to let go of jobs that have been seemingly important for your identity.
• 47:33
SPEAKER_00: When actually, when you take a deep breath, you can very quickly realize I don't like my job.
• 47:38
  SPEAKER_00: I don't like it anymore.
• 47:39
SPEAKER_00: I thought this would bring me happiness, I don't feel good in this.
• 47:43
SPEAKER_00: And for those of you that are able to make a quick transition, steps may be more obvious.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_00: For others, you may notice that as we have said before, take the step or steps available and others will form at your feet.
• 48:01
SPEAKER_00: If you are finding shaina kartanaha, details of non-resonance in your life, whether it's a job, whether it's a relationship, whether it's the way you conduct yourself, whether it's the language that you use, what it is you're absorbing, perhaps in terms of frequency, in terms of kohinish, perhaps in terms of music, film, shaina kartani shainik ear, what it is you're watching, shenikia, indeed, a koyina shaina artana, uh perhaps exposing yourself to more blue light, more koi shenikia, false or blue light, shaina kartana here, noticing what it is you're consuming.
• 48:41
SPEAKER_00: Each of these are opportunities to notice.
• 48:45
SPEAKER_00: Am I living in accordance with my soul's will?
• 48:48
SPEAKER_00: You may feel to let go of certain ideas about yourself or details of your lifestyle or experience which don't any longer feel resonant.
• 48:58
SPEAKER_00: And with each step that you take, which is in accordance with your soul's will, it will become easier and easier to see.
• 49:07
SPEAKER_00: I think I could let go of this now.
• 49:09
SPEAKER_00: And actually, I'd like to start doing this now.
• 49:12
SPEAKER_00: And I don't mind if others might think I'm strange for doing it, because I really feel to honor myself and I'm training myself to do as I feel on a soul level, even if it makes another uncomfortable.
• 49:26
SPEAKER_00: The goal here is not to make another uncomfortable, but the goal here is to consistently live in accordance with your soul's will, even if it makes another uncomfortable.
• 49:37
SPEAKER_00: For within the cultures which you have each grown in, ta'i dakartonoi dakartani, each of you listening, in the apparent future, so you know shay nak a with very rare exception.
• 49:57
SPEAKER_00: You have been taught to do things in a certain way to please others, not to shinua, create any kind of uncomfortability for another by choosing to do things differently.
• 50:16
SPEAKER_00: So many of you have come here precisely to do things differently, and so do not stop what it is you came here to do in order to honor another's comfortability.
• 50:28
SPEAKER_00: Indeed, you can only fully honor another by fully honoring yourself.
• 50:33
SPEAKER_00: You being your authentic expression is the greatest gift.
• 50:43
SPEAKER_00: Most swiftly brings into being harmonic balance and holistic expansion.
• 50:50
SPEAKER_00: You are the gift, and uh, you doing as you feel on a soul level is the greatest gift you could give to both yourself and all others, even if you may have some people in your experience who find this uncomfortable or and even not preferable.
• 51:08
SPEAKER_00: Soina is truly very simple.
• 51:15
SPEAKER_00: And it's helpful to look back to your childhood and see.
• 51:21
SPEAKER_00: Often people who really loved me, who didn't have malintent, have taught me not to do as I feel.
• 51:28
SPEAKER_00: I will not be angry with them, but I will acknowledge some of these patterns of experience, and I will now notice all of the opportunity I have to exist as I feel too.
• 51:45
SPEAKER_00: We'll use Tamzin as an example.
• 51:51
SPEAKER_00: She was very much challenged by the idea of going public with the mokot material, having published her first book anonymously.
• 52:00
SPEAKER_00: And we greatly encouraged her to publish her second book with her name attached as a channel and to begin in creating videos with us speaking to you all as we are now.
• 52:18
SPEAKER_00: Tamzin did not want to do this because she was so afraid of the projections that would be to inakartanu that she would be faced with.
• 52:32
SPEAKER_00: She didn't want to feel uncomfortable.
• 52:35
SPEAKER_00: This is understandable, but the reason we bring this point up is it is more uncomfortable not to do as you feel on a soul level than it is to do as you feel on a soul level.
• 52:47
SPEAKER_00: And when you do as you feel on a soul level, all kinds of miracles, or to you shi nikiana, all is a miracle essentially.
• 52:55
SPEAKER_00: All kinds of miracles come into being in a more tangible sense.
• 53:01
SPEAKER_00: For you are contributing to expansion more greatly, and so more shall expand in your experience.
• 53:12
SPEAKER_00: It is also important to acknowledge that when you expand as apparent individuals, as the unique individuals that you each are, and as you uh are una sha raising in frequency and so many of you assisting the light as it expands, as we expand, as all essentially is, uh, you can often experience that uh lower frequencies or lower frequency beings can attempt to slow or stop you from such expansion, for this is not comfortable for them.
• 53:54
SPEAKER_00: Shainoso, uh, this is not something to be off put by.
• 53:59
SPEAKER_00: Indeed, you could feel encouraged by such.
• 54:04
SPEAKER_00: You know that you're moving in the right direction.
• 54:07
SPEAKER_00: If there are beings of lower frequency that are trying to slow or stop you from such expansion, we wish to bring this up to ku shenik here, uh, due to the truth that in the past months, especially, especially the last four months, uh, so many have experienced what uh has been described as psychic attack, uh uh challenges, uh intended by lower frequency beings to try to stop people from contributing so greatly to the light, such as people like you, Natalie, who are working in such a tangible way, such a clear way, to bring us all up in frequency, helping so many listeners to better understand themselves, and helping people like Tamsin, Shaina Kae to inihi, and other conduits to share their messages.
• 55:21
SPEAKER_00: We do not acknowledge this to give it any power whatsoever.
• 55:24
SPEAKER_00: It is indeed very rare for us to even acknowledge such, for we wish not to give any energy to such.
• 55:32
SPEAKER_00: But we bring this up to remind you each that you are eternal, you are the light, and you are love in form essentially, and that by doing as you feel on a soul level, by continuing to do the work that you feel to do in your hearts, so to uh we will continue and right now exponentially to expand and to continue to heighten in frequency.
• 56:05
SPEAKER_00: And this is the only reason why so many of what Toyina Shaikinhi uh people call light workers, uh, we do not use this term, but we use it for uh the sake of communication.
• 56:21
SPEAKER_00: So many of you have been experiencing such.
• 56:24
SPEAKER_00: And so it's important for us to acknowledge this.
• 56:27
SPEAKER_00: But we acknowledge this in the way the kuyuna sa'a, to gently observe this as having been an experience, and then zooming out and looking at why.
• 56:37
  SPEAKER_00: Why is this happening?
• 56:39
SPEAKER_00: Because you are all doing so very well, so do continue on your paths of expansion, children.
• 56:46
SPEAKER_00: Do not be deterred nor disheartened by any attempt to lower your frequency, instead, use it as an opportunity, just as all experiences are, to continue to expand.
• 57:04
SPEAKER_00: Is there anything I feel to do to be in even greater alignment with my soul's will?
• 57:13
SPEAKER_00: It is too uh an opportunity.
• 57:16
SPEAKER_00: And you can be greatly encouraged by such four, such lower frequency beings would not be bothering you if your frequency was lower than it is, if you weren't doing such a terrific job.
• 57:30
SPEAKER_00: So continue in that direction and remember to be ever aware of the opportunities that you have to raise in frequency.
• 57:41
SPEAKER_00: So use this as an opportunity to see what it is you feel to do differently.
• 57:49
SPEAKER_00: Notice what it is you might wish to let go of.
• 57:54
SPEAKER_00: Notice what it is you may have been feeling for a long time to do, but have not yet done shaina kartni here.
• 58:02
SPEAKER_00: Perhaps because you didn't want to concern or disappoint another or confuse another, perhaps because you were taught that this opportunity is for others and not for you.
• 58:12
SPEAKER_00: For whatever reason, dismiss such thoughts, go back to the heart.
• 58:20
SPEAKER_00: What do I feel to do?
• 58:23
SPEAKER_00: Do I feel to begin now?
• 58:25
SPEAKER_00: When do I feel to begin?
• 58:29
SPEAKER_00: And we also encourage you to be conscious of the truth that by noticing the uncomfortable things and the painful things present in your heart, you can transform them.
• 58:43
SPEAKER_00: For your heart is an alchemical tool.
• 58:47
SPEAKER_00: And so by not avoiding what it is that you feel there, but by being astutely aware, you can notice what it is and what you feel to do about this.
• 58:59
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes just acknowledging what it is you feel is enough.
• 59:03
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes great pain will need to be expressed.
• 59:09
SPEAKER_00: And we encourage you to be present to the truth that uh without expressing it in shiya, either through emotional process or verbally, pain within a vessel will find another way to express.
• 59:32
SPEAKER_00: And so it's very important not to have doors in your heart that are locked with painful feelings, painful experiences behind them.
• 59:41
SPEAKER_00: For if this is not acknowledged, if this is not expressed as you feel to, perhaps by deeply crying, perhaps by being present in meditation, perhaps by being present with the breath and breathing through such shay na kay na sainaha.
• 1:00:01
SPEAKER_00: If you ignore what you're feeling, it will find another way to express.
• 1:00:05
SPEAKER_00: And this is the reason why one of the reasons why so many experience uh physical ailments and diseases upon this plane.
• 1:00:21
SPEAKER_00: By attempting to enclose such pain, such feelings, such experiences that they prefer not to acknowledge, prefer not to process.
• 1:00:32
SPEAKER_00: Shaina kartoinasha, such cannot be ignored, and it will find another way to express.
• 1:00:38
SPEAKER_00: So it's very important to be present to what you feel.
• 1:00:44
SPEAKER_00: Indeed, it is the swiftest path to expansion.
• 1:00:48
SPEAKER_00: Some believe if I ignore the way I feel, I can keep pushing forward when indeed, shaina kartunu here, such a path will only lead back to being present to how you feel.
• 1:00:59
SPEAKER_00: And sometimes such challenge could come in the form of illness or disease.
• 1:01:05
SPEAKER_00: So we speak these truths not to promote fear, but indeed consciousness that being present to the way that you feel is truly the swiftest course to expansion and is the kuina kartana here.
• 1:01:30
SPEAKER_00: So let us return here, let us return to love, let us return to the truth of your being, to what you feel on a soul level, and let us expand and create from this place of presence.
• 1:01:46
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I can feel it so much in my heart.
• 1:01:50
SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for this deep wisdom, for channeling, for clarity, for deep remembrance.
• 1:02:00
SPEAKER_01: Throughout this session together, I've been feeling so much in my heart.
• 1:02:07
SPEAKER_01: Like, whoa, I'm like, um, am I like what is my heart just gonna explode out?
• 1:02:13
SPEAKER_01: Like it's so big, it feels so incredible.
• 1:02:16
SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm a person that really like embodies and feels the energies.
• 1:02:22
SPEAKER_01: Um, I also see them and I hear them, but it's so interesting, it's different with every person or every um consciousness that I spend time with.
• 1:02:31
SPEAKER_01: Uh and with you, Tanzan and the Morkot, I I it's just huge heart energy.
• 1:02:38
SPEAKER_01: So I'm sure everyone here is really receiving deeply, especially into the heart.
• 1:02:44

• 1:03:06
SPEAKER_01: I love when you add all your different color hearts because I look at all the different colors and I'm seeing all those different frequencies of how you're feeling right now, and and you're adding that energy into this this beautiful capsule of light that we are creating together.
• 1:03:24
SPEAKER_01: So everyone add your energies and and let us know what you're feeling and what you've what you're each taking with you from this conversation because there's one powerful message, and I want to know if you've all got it.

• 1:03:44
SPEAKER_01: And if you you're not sure of what it is, revisit, re-listen, listen through your heart because the morkot have really brought through energy of strong heart coherence.
• 1:03:56

SPEAKER_00: As Morco, actually, I just remembered they used me as an example.
• 1:05:20
SPEAKER_00: I was mortified coming out of the Oracle closet.
• 1:05:22
SPEAKER_00: It was the hardest closet I've ever had to come out of.
