- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Beth.
- 0:04Speaker 1: It's happening, sister.
- 0:08Speaker 2: What's happening. Well, one of the things I would say
- 0:11Speaker 2: is definitely happening is there's all kinds of stuff happening.
- 0:14Speaker 2: It's like holy shift. There's like holy shift going on
- 0:18Speaker 2: all over this planet. But I feel like energetically it's
- 0:22Speaker 2: happening with us too, to the point of where I'm
- 0:25Speaker 2: having dreams at night. I know I'm having dreams, but
- 0:27Speaker 2: I feel like there's a clearing or something that's happening
- 0:29Speaker 2: because they're kind of distant, but I'll wake up feeling different,
- 0:33Speaker 2: which is kind of strange. And one of the things
- 0:36Speaker 2: that I've really underestimated is a power of breath. Our
- 0:40Speaker 2: breath is so freaking important. One of our dogs, he
- 0:45Speaker 2: has seizures occasionally, and actually we've pretty much almost eliminated
- 0:50Speaker 2: them completely by giving him fish oil and magnesium every day.
- 0:55Speaker 2: We make sure he gets healthy fat and stuff like that.
- 0:57Speaker 2: But he had one the other night, so we had
- 0:59Speaker 2: to get up out of bed. You know what happened
- 1:01Speaker 2: at night? It was like probably around ten o'clock at night.
- 1:03Speaker 2: It's all of a sudden happens, so we both get
- 1:05Speaker 2: out of bed and we kind of pulled him and
- 1:07Speaker 2: we just tell him how much we love him and stuff.
- 1:08Speaker 2: And I just stopped and I let Freeman do the talking,
- 1:12Speaker 2: and I had kept my hands on Jedi and I
- 1:15Speaker 2: kept taking deep breaths and blowing and it's it. The
- 1:19Speaker 2: seizure didn't last very long, which is interesting. It was
- 1:23Speaker 2: very quick, but it was almost like he gets an
- 1:25Speaker 2: overload and this kind of stuff happened. So that's why
- 1:28Speaker 2: I say the power of breath. For me, I've underestimated
- 1:31Speaker 2: it so much. And when you start to recognize how
- 1:36Speaker 2: important breath is, and you start noticing I'm feeling tense
- 1:40Speaker 2: or I'm upset, you're pulled into a situation, you stop
- 1:44Speaker 2: for a second and take a breath. When I stopped
- 1:46Speaker 2: for a second and take a breath, all notice in
- 1:48Speaker 2: my body where it's at. And it's like almost like
- 1:51Speaker 2: my body's like, thank God, she's paying attention, paying attention
- 1:56Speaker 2: to this suit vehicle we're driving around in right right.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Yeah. I have been outwardly sighing periodically through my days,
- 2:09Speaker 1: just a you know, just however it comes out, because
- 2:13Speaker 1: it's just like I just feel my shoulders just drop
- 2:17Speaker 1: even though you know, I think I'm relaxed until I exhale,
- 2:27Speaker 1: so but yes, the breath along with that, having the
- 2:36Speaker 1: opportunity in a in a safe space is you know,
- 2:41Speaker 1: when you place your hands on your body and then
- 2:45Speaker 1: with the breath, it's bringing comfort to the nervous system,
- 2:51Speaker 1: So your parasympathetic nervous system will feel that and calm
- 2:59Speaker 1: down as well. I know for myself. For several years,
- 3:04Speaker 1: people said, you know, relax and I thought it was
- 3:10Speaker 1: but I wasn't and I didn't know it because it
- 3:12Speaker 1: was just a natural state to be very tense in
- 3:14Speaker 1: my body, because I did it every single day that
- 3:17Speaker 1: I was awake, and to actually notice my body release
- 3:23Speaker 1: that tension and relax was crazy. I had no idea until,
- 3:29Speaker 1: like you said, you you pay attention to your body,
- 3:32Speaker 1: You feel it, you recognize it. I when I do
- 3:37Speaker 1: when I teach a meditation class and sometimes in my
- 3:41Speaker 1: other classes, I'll do an intentional stress experience in the body,
- 3:49Speaker 1: and when they get through to the relaxation part that
- 3:56Speaker 1: it's just like I didn't even know, you know, they
- 3:59Speaker 1: have the same reract. I didn't even know I was
- 4:00Speaker 1: that tense. I didn't even know what relaxation felt like,
- 4:06Speaker 1: and taking them through that process is it's quite impressive
- 4:11Speaker 1: to them of how they feel or what they haven't
- 4:15Speaker 1: been feeling. But they thought they were.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Yeah, and then you said you saw even sighing a lot,
- 4:22Speaker 2: And that's such a huge That is such a huge relief,
- 4:26Speaker 2: a release. It's clearing of the throat chakra, it's clearing
- 4:28Speaker 2: of the energy. It's a it's a sound and I
- 4:32Speaker 2: catch I catch myself doing it. I catch framing doing
- 4:34Speaker 2: it a lobby like what's going on, and it's like
- 4:37Speaker 2: I realized, really, nothing's going on. It's just another way
- 4:40Speaker 2: of relaxing, like noticing that the body is meaning relaxation
- 4:44Speaker 2: when we're not paying attention to it. It's just automatically
- 4:47Speaker 2: trying to spill off any of this excess energy that
- 4:52Speaker 2: we have, you know, talking about all this stuff. I've
- 4:55Speaker 2: had some and it's this has been my experience that
- 4:57Speaker 2: if it works for somebody else, bad us. But what
- 5:01Speaker 2: I've noticed, we're talking about our vehicle today, our body,
- 5:05Speaker 2: our avatar. To me, it's like an avatar. People call
- 5:08Speaker 2: it all kinds of things, a skin suit. There's all kinds,
- 5:12Speaker 2: there's all kinds we can go. We can go full
- 5:14Speaker 2: spread spectrum on that, but we don't need to. But
- 5:17Speaker 2: what I'm noticing is I was having a conversation conversation
- 5:20Speaker 2: with Framan the other day, and I noticed, you know,
- 5:23Speaker 2: we always talk about the right side being a dominant masculine,
- 5:26Speaker 2: the left side being more of the feminine feminine, and
- 5:28Speaker 2: the receiving, and the right sides the giving all this
- 5:32Speaker 2: other stuff. And I noticed when I stopped and was
- 5:35Speaker 2: listening to him and I was paying attention, it was
- 5:38Speaker 2: almost as if my attention was drawn to the left
- 5:40Speaker 2: side of my face, my left eye. I started receiving
- 5:44Speaker 2: information that was so different than I've ever received from
- 5:48Speaker 2: him before. And I've been practicing this with people now
- 5:51Speaker 2: and so that when I'm speaking, if i'm speaking, I'm
- 5:54Speaker 2: going to be speaking, I'm going to be noticing there's
- 5:56Speaker 2: a ara that's distracting me with my right eye. But anyways,
- 6:01Speaker 2: when I'm speaking, if I'm the one speaking and I'm
- 6:03Speaker 2: bringing forward this information, it's it can either come like
- 6:07Speaker 2: through my third eye, if my throat, but I if
- 6:09Speaker 2: I put my attention even on my right eye, I'm
- 6:12Speaker 2: you know, you're you're putting yourself, You're giving your body attention,
- 6:16Speaker 2: but you're allowing receiving at the same time to be
- 6:20Speaker 2: able to give this information out. And then when that
- 6:22Speaker 2: when that person's speaking and you focus on that left eye,
- 6:25Speaker 2: it's like it was it was almost like a like, hey,
- 6:29Speaker 2: someone didn't put this in the handbook. I just figured
- 6:31Speaker 2: this out about my this body, this vehicle that I'm
- 6:33Speaker 2: traveling around, and because it's given me some different guidance lately,
- 6:36Speaker 2: and I'm noticing a difference afterwards, I'm noticing even how
- 6:39Speaker 2: I've received information, and it's pretty amazing. It's pretty it's
- 6:43Speaker 2: so simple. It's these little subtle things. But that's just
- 6:46Speaker 2: been some of the stuff that I've been experiencing lately
- 6:49Speaker 2: and playing with, and.
- 6:51Speaker 1: That is to me is uh, it's how we receive
- 6:57Speaker 1: information or how we are going to learn and grow
- 6:59Speaker 1: within our that this is something you're experiencing right now,
- 7:04Speaker 1: that there's a reason why you're experiencing it, whether it's
- 7:08Speaker 1: just for you to be able to receive information in
- 7:11Speaker 1: a certain way, or you might see a comment somewhere
- 7:15Speaker 1: on social or in a conversation and say, you know,
- 7:18Speaker 1: there's this weird thing going on with my eyes that
- 7:21Speaker 1: opens up conversation for you to say, yeah, you know,
- 7:25Speaker 1: I've noticed this and I've been practicing with it, and
- 7:29Speaker 1: here's what I've found. And now you become a guide
- 7:32Speaker 1: for others who are experiencing something they don't know how
- 7:35Speaker 1: to explain. So the difference, I think is that you've
- 7:42Speaker 1: had different tools that you've used over the years, and
- 7:45Speaker 1: you know like, oh, this is happening. Now let me
- 7:48Speaker 1: pay attention to that and let me get good at
- 7:50Speaker 1: this and let me see where it takes me, whereas
- 7:54Speaker 1: other people they just you know, oh that was weird
- 7:59Speaker 1: and ignore it or move on, or they give no
- 8:04Speaker 1: attention to it. So we're just we're in that space,
- 8:07Speaker 1: and I'm going to include myself because I have different
- 8:10Speaker 1: things that happen too, and I'm like, oh, well, my
- 8:13Speaker 1: raction is a lot of times well I was weird
- 8:15Speaker 1: or that was interesting, and then I'm curious. Now I
- 8:18Speaker 1: want to explore it and see where why am I
- 8:21Speaker 1: experiencing this because this is kind of cool. So yeah,
- 8:26Speaker 1: So it's like giving people permission to when something weird
- 8:31Speaker 1: quote unquote weird happens because that's typically the label we
- 8:35Speaker 1: give it, pay attention to it because there's there's usually
- 8:39Speaker 1: something pretty cool that's attached to that.
- 8:44Speaker 2: It truly is, and it's our guidance. It's our vehicle,
- 8:47Speaker 2: it's our you know. We go up and buy all
- 8:49Speaker 2: these new vehicles that are out there, and they have
- 8:51Speaker 2: all these freaking so much technology and stuff in it
- 8:54Speaker 2: that most people don't even know what all their vehicles
- 8:56Speaker 2: can do. And it's basically the same thing. Our body
- 8:58Speaker 2: is that way too. We just don't know what it's
- 9:00Speaker 2: capable of until we start listening to it, or until
- 9:03Speaker 2: we start noticing it seeing the patterns. It's like, I
- 9:05Speaker 2: don't need to see patterns outside itself. It's so funny
- 9:07Speaker 2: that it's coming forward through me right now because I
- 9:10Speaker 2: was asking this morning, all of a sudden, outside there,
- 9:13Speaker 2: it's not necessary for us that actually notice all the
- 9:17Speaker 2: patterns outside of us. I can notice the patterns withinside
- 9:19Speaker 2: of myself because a lot of times we operate from
- 9:23Speaker 2: our childhood from the navigational systems of the people that
- 9:27Speaker 2: were around us at the time, and sometimes their navigational
- 9:31Speaker 2: systems were very askew, but that's all we knew, so
- 9:34Speaker 2: that's how we learned how to navigate, and so we
- 9:36Speaker 2: kind of can perceive things differently. And now I'm learning
- 9:40Speaker 2: my vehicle from my perspective and not from somebody else's filters,
- 9:44Speaker 2: not from somebody else's experiences. And the more that I
- 9:48Speaker 2: do that, the more that I'm noticing more and more things,
- 9:51Speaker 2: the more I'm starting to notice more in my part.
- 9:53Speaker 2: But my focus is really on my heart. Like even
- 9:55Speaker 2: talking to you right now, I love the color of
- 9:57Speaker 2: the shirt because it really is really great, really great,
- 10:02Speaker 2: but it and they even say that, it makes me
- 10:04Speaker 2: feel more uplifted and because I recognize that, noticing those things,
- 10:07Speaker 2: noticing the little subtleties that bring us joy. I have
- 10:13Speaker 2: a friend that has sold her house. He's one of
- 10:15Speaker 2: my clients, and she's moved to Henderson and she's like,
- 10:19Speaker 2: do you want these plants? We're talking plants that are
- 10:22Speaker 2: I have a short pet truck. I can't even put
- 10:24Speaker 2: them in the back of my truck, that's how tall
- 10:25Speaker 2: they are, their massive plants. Now we have gotten them
- 10:28Speaker 2: all to my house and now I sit there and
- 10:29Speaker 2: I look around and I'm like, man, these plants are
- 10:32Speaker 2: fricking happy here, and it makes me happy too. But
- 10:35Speaker 2: I can only have this awareness with me being, with
- 10:39Speaker 2: me being in those moments to notice all those things
- 10:42Speaker 2: with me being outside and that and that kind of
- 10:45Speaker 2: eliminates so many of our problems just by being, and
- 10:49Speaker 2: that's where breath kind of comes into place. You know,
- 10:52Speaker 2: maybe it's not so much these these tools that I'm
- 10:54Speaker 2: learning about this vehicle. Maybe it's not so much that.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Maybe it is just more bringing me into the now
- 10:59Speaker 2: and so that I can hand receive the information. It's
- 11:02Speaker 2: making me aware right now. That's pretty awesome too, And
- 11:06Speaker 2: it's something so simple. So it doesn't mean that if
- 11:09Speaker 2: someone else is trying like that, they're looking at someone
- 11:11Speaker 2: and really trying to focus on their left eye to
- 11:14Speaker 2: bring in whatever information so they can have some understanding
- 11:17Speaker 2: about whatever the person is saying across from me or
- 11:19Speaker 2: whatever your information you're focused on. But it's like it's
- 11:23Speaker 2: maybe it's not necessarily that. Maybe that's just how it's
- 11:26Speaker 2: gotten my attention to bring me present.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm going to go back to what you said
- 11:33Speaker 1: about the basics and the technology that we have now
- 11:38Speaker 1: in our appliances. I had to go buy a fridge
- 11:42Speaker 1: yesterday and I was not interested in all the technology stuff.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I went a basic I want the water and the
- 11:52Speaker 1: ice in the door. I want space in my fridge
- 11:57Speaker 1: and I want an ice maker like I just that's
- 11:59Speaker 1: all I needed. I didn't need all the bells and
- 12:02Speaker 1: whistles and you know, the bluetooth to your phone so
- 12:06Speaker 1: you can control it. No, thank you, no thank you,
- 12:09Speaker 1: no thank you. Simple this is me, this is my life.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I want it simple. And that is the breath is
- 12:17Speaker 1: a basic tool. It is that. It is the foundation
- 12:22Speaker 1: of any practice we have, is the breath. And I sometimes,
- 12:27Speaker 1: not always, sometimes I have to remind myself to go
- 12:30Speaker 1: back to the basics. Go back to the basics, sit,
- 12:35Speaker 1: be present, and breathe. That's it. That's all I need
- 12:40Speaker 1: to do, because that alone does so many things for us.
- 12:45Speaker 2: We we.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Again, we lower our stress level and the body slows
- 12:53Speaker 1: down our breathing. It brings more oxygen to the body,
- 12:57Speaker 1: to the brain, to the blood. It opens us up
- 13:02Speaker 1: for our internal guidance, so guidance from spirit, God, whoever
- 13:06Speaker 1: you're connecting to, and just that sense of calmness. The
- 13:15Speaker 1: benefits of just the breath is such a basic thing,
- 13:19Speaker 1: so basic. I don't think there's anything more basic than that.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Is the breath with our.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Body, agreed, agreed, Because we do it, we do it
- 13:27Speaker 2: all the time. And we just you know, it's one
- 13:29Speaker 2: of another, one of those things. You see it all
- 13:30Speaker 2: the time, so you just overlook it. But it is
- 13:33Speaker 2: so basic. It can make you feel so much better
- 13:36Speaker 2: in just a matter of seconds. And I was just
- 13:39Speaker 2: doing it too, by the way, when you were talking
- 13:41Speaker 2: about it, So see how easy it was. People, No
- 13:44Speaker 2: one even has to know. Slow deep breaths in and out.
- 13:48Speaker 2: I mean, it's just such a it's such a huge
- 13:51Speaker 2: relief to this body, even.
- 13:55Speaker 1: When you're having Okay, so let me just say this, ladies,
- 14:00Speaker 1: when you're giving birth, when you're preparing to give birth,
- 14:04Speaker 1: Lama's class right where they focus the entire thing is
- 14:08Speaker 1: focused on breathing. Use these breathing techniques to help you
- 14:12Speaker 1: get through the pain, the pushing and all the things.
- 14:16Speaker 2: The breath meditation. It's like, that's what they're teaching them
- 14:21Speaker 2: to do. I never ever would have thought that.
- 14:24Speaker 1: And when when you're when your friend is having a
- 14:28Speaker 1: moment of crisis, what do you say, calm down? Well, no,
- 14:33Speaker 1: they're not gonna calm down because they're like on high
- 14:35Speaker 1: alert about something. Okay, let's breathe. It's a different it's
- 14:41Speaker 1: a different message because when you know somebody says, calm down.
- 14:45Speaker 1: You're just like I can't. I have those crisis going
- 14:48Speaker 1: on right and you're just all wrapped up into it.
- 14:50Speaker 1: But he's like, let's take a breath, okay, let's let's
- 14:54Speaker 1: think through this, let's look at our options.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Let's talk this.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Like when you take a breath, it calms everything down.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Now your thinking is clearer, you can process things in
- 15:09Speaker 1: a different way. It's very difficult to do that when
- 15:13Speaker 1: you're wrapped up in the trauma and drama of an experience.
- 15:17Speaker 1: We get tunnel vision, we get so pinpointed on one
- 15:21Speaker 1: thing about one person and what they said and how
- 15:24Speaker 1: they said it, why they said and said just okay,
- 15:27Speaker 1: let me let me just take a breath here and
- 15:32Speaker 1: let me really think this through and this. We don't
- 15:40Speaker 1: need to go down this route. But I will tell you,
- 15:43Speaker 1: majority of the time, I see my responsibility in the experience,
- 15:49Speaker 1: and then I'm aware of what I need to change
- 15:51Speaker 1: for me so that either I handle this situation better
- 15:56Speaker 1: when it shows up again and I wouldn't get as
- 16:03Speaker 1: wrapped up in the trauma and drama of it. Or
- 16:08Speaker 1: there's also those moments when I'm getting wrapped up in
- 16:11Speaker 1: something that's not even mine, but I'm taking responsibility of it.
- 16:16Speaker 1: But I don't realize I'm taking responsibility of it because
- 16:20Speaker 1: I too, am a recovering fixer and I still get
- 16:25Speaker 1: wrapped up in things that are not mine and go
- 16:29Speaker 1: down the route of trying to fix it and be
- 16:31Speaker 1: responsible for it and it's not even mine. But if
- 16:35Speaker 1: I was to take a breath and just kind of step,
- 16:38Speaker 1: like even just leaning back in my chair and just like,
- 16:40Speaker 1: let me just let me just sit back on this
- 16:42Speaker 1: one and just look at it from a bigger perspective,
- 16:45Speaker 1: then I'm like, why am I getting all balled up
- 16:50Speaker 1: about this? Why am I stressing myself up about this?
- 16:53Speaker 1: Isn't my crap, It's not my experience, it's not I'm
- 16:57Speaker 1: witnessing it for a reason. And now now that I
- 17:01Speaker 1: know that, I'm getting involved because I still have those
- 17:04Speaker 1: fixer and tendencies, I bam, I'm done, Like, oh, this
- 17:10Speaker 1: is not mine. And the sooner I recognize that, the
- 17:14Speaker 1: sooner I pull back, I'm like, nope, this but I
- 17:17Speaker 1: couldn't do without taking that breath and just being able
- 17:20Speaker 1: to pull back, pull my energy back from it from
- 17:23Speaker 1: the situation and look, and it started with breath. And
- 17:28Speaker 1: the reason why I can say this because of recently
- 17:30Speaker 1: I had the experience of it getting too emotionally invested
- 17:35Speaker 1: in something that is not mine to carry, and I
- 17:39Speaker 1: was just like, WHOA, let's come back here and let's
- 17:43Speaker 1: just pause and let's breathe and look a look at
- 17:45Speaker 1: this bigger picture. And why am I getting so stressed
- 17:51Speaker 1: out about this when it is not my responsibility, it's
- 17:56Speaker 1: not mine?
- 17:57Speaker 2: Yeah, because it's because we cannet to people so easily,
- 18:01Speaker 2: we don't even realize we've been doing it since childhood.
- 18:04Speaker 2: We connect to them so easily, can pick up their stuff,
- 18:07Speaker 2: and in that moment, it's such an opportunity to be
- 18:10Speaker 2: the metronome, to be the higher vibrational frequency, because in
- 18:14Speaker 2: that moment, you can recognize, oh wait a minute, because
- 18:16Speaker 2: you backed off and you can see those situations differently,
- 18:19Speaker 2: it's not my energy taking more breaths. Then you stop
- 18:23Speaker 2: for a second and you kind of realize my energy
- 18:27Speaker 2: has aligned with this person's energy. How can I raise
- 18:30Speaker 2: my frequency up right now? And I'll call on angels,
- 18:33Speaker 2: I'll call on yesuah yahweh whatever, I'll call on whatever
- 18:36Speaker 2: I need to call on. In that moment whatever pops
- 18:38Speaker 2: into my head to help bring me higher, because then
- 18:42Speaker 2: I can be the higher vibrational frequency in the room,
- 18:45Speaker 2: and it's going to allow others to be able to
- 18:47Speaker 2: shift themselves. And that's how if you want to, we
- 18:51Speaker 2: want to use the word fixer because I've been the
- 18:52Speaker 2: same person. That's how we fix things. We fix from
- 18:56Speaker 2: the inside and it reflects out because there's no reason
- 18:59Speaker 2: for that for into mirror anymore work. Hey, wait a minute,
- 19:02Speaker 2: you got your systems, your vehicles letting you know there's
- 19:05Speaker 2: alerts going off all over the place. You're you're noticing
- 19:08Speaker 2: these things. You're about to run out of oil, your
- 19:10Speaker 2: engines overheating, like, all these things are happening. You passed
- 19:13Speaker 2: over the yellow line whatever. All these things are happening
- 19:16Speaker 2: all at one time. But as soon as you take
- 19:17Speaker 2: a breath, you're like, oh, this looks totally different from
- 19:21Speaker 2: over here, and I can I can shift my energy.
- 19:23Speaker 2: This isn't mine. And then this is the fun part.
- 19:27Speaker 2: If you play with this, then you get to watch
- 19:29Speaker 2: the people around you all of a sudden have their AHAs,
- 19:31Speaker 2: all of a sudden, have like their energy shifts. We
- 19:35Speaker 2: didn't have to say anything. We didn't have to do anything.
- 19:37Speaker 2: We didn't have to touch them, we didn't have to
- 19:39Speaker 2: there was nothing that needed to be done. And that's
- 19:41Speaker 2: the queue right there, or clue. Nothing needed to be done,
- 19:46Speaker 2: simply the breath. That goes right back to the same thing.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Simply the breath, because your guidance is going to let
- 19:50Speaker 2: you know what's best for that every situation. Every situation
- 19:54Speaker 2: is going to be a little bit different. But I
- 19:55Speaker 2: just know for me the higher I can stay in
- 19:58Speaker 2: the vibrational frequency and then let everybody else catch up.
- 20:02Speaker 2: I don't have to do anything. They can just catch
- 20:04Speaker 2: up with a frequency. Or you might watch them just
- 20:06Speaker 2: leave and then they'll go figure their stuff out. But
- 20:08Speaker 2: you shifted the whole energy of the space because we're
- 20:11Speaker 2: that powerful.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Yeah, And it might sound so if somebody's singing about this,
- 20:18Speaker 1: I need to calm down to raise my vibration. What
- 20:21Speaker 1: do you what do you mean by that? So I
- 20:26Speaker 1: equate energy or emotion. I equate emotions. So like lower
- 20:30Speaker 1: vibrational emotions, which means shame, guilt, fear, anger, judgment. Criticis like,
- 20:36Speaker 1: to me, that's all lower vibrational energy emotion. And I
- 20:43Speaker 1: think of those emotions like the movement of an earthquake.
- 20:48Speaker 1: So when we're in those those vibrational frequencies, our body
- 20:54Speaker 1: like is the energy we're putting out is like an
- 20:56Speaker 1: earthquake going out. It's just it's rigid motion going out.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And then that's the energy you're putting out into the
- 21:10Speaker 1: environment no matter where you are, and if you're in
- 21:14Speaker 1: a public place, you're going to match up.
- 21:16Speaker 2: People are going to match up to that energy.
- 21:18Speaker 1: And then it's going to feel like a shit show
- 21:22Speaker 1: all day when we take that breath and calm our
- 21:27Speaker 1: nervous system, calm our body, and we're in a different
- 21:32Speaker 1: emotional state peace, calm, serene, blissful, whatever word might feel
- 21:42Speaker 1: appropriate at the time. That to me is like when
- 21:45Speaker 1: you put a when you throw a pebble into the water,
- 21:48Speaker 1: and now you have waves, and that wave is just
- 21:52Speaker 1: so much calmer and rippling out to people who are
- 21:55Speaker 1: going to then match up to that energy as well.
- 21:59Speaker 1: And same saying, it's the energy you're putting out into
- 22:02Speaker 1: your environment. And when you get into those states of calmness, peace,
- 22:07Speaker 1: bliss or serene, fun, joy, excitement, love, those are higher
- 22:14Speaker 1: vibrational frequencies. So when you calm the body down, you're
- 22:20Speaker 1: raising your frequency level. So it's when to have that
- 22:24Speaker 1: explanation for people who didn't understand what that meant.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Nice. Another thing that it kind of that I could
- 22:31Speaker 2: add to that is when I feel sometimes when I'm
- 22:34Speaker 2: doing a massage or I'm doing any type of energy
- 22:37Speaker 2: on anybody, I might feel like a chaos within them.
- 22:40Speaker 2: And I like that you use the earthquake analogy. Also,
- 22:43Speaker 2: another analogy I would use is having popcorn in a
- 22:47Speaker 2: microwave without a container and popping, you know, cooking it.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Because that's the why I said, I would tell people
- 22:53Speaker 2: your energy feels like someone just threw pop or corn
- 22:56Speaker 2: into the microwave and turn it on to pop popcorn,
- 23:00Speaker 2: And I said, it just went. It's just going everywhere.
- 23:01Speaker 2: There's no rhyme or reason to it. It's just chaotic.
- 23:04Speaker 2: There's no there's no flow to it. And that's the
- 23:07Speaker 2: whole difference there. When you're in more of a peace,
- 23:10Speaker 2: there's more of a flow, there's like more of a
- 23:12Speaker 2: flow of receiving, there's more of a flow of giving,
- 23:15Speaker 2: and you're giving from a different space. You might be
- 23:17Speaker 2: you're giving from a heart, You're not giving from an
- 23:21Speaker 2: empty checking account. You're not giving from an empty cup.
- 23:23Speaker 2: You're not You're not overgiving. You're just allowing this flow
- 23:27Speaker 2: to flow through you. And that took me forever to
- 23:29Speaker 2: even understand that what that meant. You don't have to
- 23:32Speaker 2: go in and do a massage and give away all
- 23:34Speaker 2: your energy. You don't have to do all these things.
- 23:36Speaker 2: But I would, I would like I so wanted these
- 23:38Speaker 2: things to happen that I was trying to will these things.
- 23:40Speaker 2: I was not allowing flow. So then now you come
- 23:44Speaker 2: into another form of energy, which is push. Well it's
- 23:47Speaker 2: not I don't have to push that way, but what
- 23:48Speaker 2: I so on the opposite of pushing out that energy
- 23:51Speaker 2: or being angry, and you walk it and you're all
- 23:53Speaker 2: pissed off, and that anger is like being pushed out
- 23:56Speaker 2: of you. When you're in the flow and you're in
- 23:58Speaker 2: your space. Well, now you can take a nice deep
- 24:01Speaker 2: breath in and when you breathe out, you're like blowing
- 24:04Speaker 2: out your heart out into that whole space. And it's
- 24:07Speaker 2: totally different. It totally changes everything, and it feels different
- 24:11Speaker 2: with inside your own vehicle, your own body.
- 24:15Speaker 1: And I just want to add I tell people this
- 24:17Speaker 1: two of my classes and stuff, all this stuff has
- 24:19Speaker 1: proven facts as far as vibrational frequency, and we're not
- 24:24Speaker 1: making this stuff up, so I just want to put
- 24:26Speaker 1: that out there. There's lots of research about, uh, the
- 24:33Speaker 1: frequency of emotion. I know Abra Abraham Hicks has included
- 24:41Speaker 1: in their a level of vibrational frequency in their book
- 24:44Speaker 1: asking it is given. Uh. There's a doctor who did
- 24:51Speaker 1: a study, have his book in my library, but I
- 24:56Speaker 1: can't think of his name at the moment. But there's
- 24:58Speaker 1: been several research studies the Heart Math Institute. There's plenty
- 25:05Speaker 1: of resources and information out there if you want to
- 25:09Speaker 1: research it. I think Joe Despenzo talks about it a lot,
- 25:15Speaker 1: Bruce Lipton talks about it. Greg Brayden talks about it.
- 25:18Speaker 1: So we're sharing the information that we have read and
- 25:25Speaker 1: have understood and it resonates with us, and so we're
- 25:28Speaker 1: sharing that with you. So just like us being resourceful,
- 25:33Speaker 1: you can be resourceful as well. So please, if anybody
- 25:37Speaker 1: is having conversations like this, send them to this video,
- 25:42Speaker 1: or send them to the book you read or the
- 25:46Speaker 1: other resources that you have. Just have the conversations and
- 25:51Speaker 1: know that you can find us on many platforms. We're
- 25:54Speaker 1: on my ankle. It's just Facebook. Instagram, TikTok, speaker, Spotify, podcast, attic,
- 26:01Speaker 1: and YouTube, and you just share the content that helps
- 26:06Speaker 1: the creators, that helps the algorithms.
- 26:11Speaker 2: It's free for you.
- 26:12Speaker 1: To share this, it's free for you to like it,
- 26:14Speaker 1: to put a comment, and that helps us and get
- 26:18Speaker 1: this these messages out. Bev and I decided six years
- 26:22Speaker 1: ago to record our conversations and these are not planned conversations.
- 26:29Speaker 1: We hit record and we start talking and sometimes we
- 26:32Speaker 1: don't even know what we're going to talk about, so
- 26:35Speaker 1: organic called organic conversations, and they are not pre planned.
- 26:40Speaker 1: So with that, do you have any other words to add?
- 26:44Speaker 2: I would say, right now, stop, take a few deep,
- 26:50Speaker 2: slow breaths in and out, do it like three to
- 26:54Speaker 2: five times, and let us know in the comments how
- 26:56Speaker 2: you feel. What are you noticing in your body?
- 27:00Speaker 1: Yeah, and there are so many different breathing techniques. I
- 27:05Speaker 1: mentioned lamas because there's certain breathing techniques they teach you,
- 27:10Speaker 1: but YouTube is full of breathing techniques and so just
- 27:17Speaker 1: see what works for you. It's used in meditation a lot,
- 27:21Speaker 1: so any meditation teacher is going to share breathing techniques.
- 27:26Speaker 1: And yes, notice how you feel after you just sit
- 27:31Speaker 1: and note and calm. Your nervous system is so beneficial.
- 27:34Speaker 1: So all right, friends, thanks for hanging out with us.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Tea time with Amy and bev It. We'll see you
- 27:38Speaker 1: next time.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Bye,
