- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning and welcome to Bongina Report Early Edition. X
- 0:04Speaker 1: experiences a potential Ukrainian cyber attack. DC's Black Lives Matter
- 0:10Speaker 1: plaza is finally removed. Cute children singing about George Washington
- 0:15Speaker 1: are slammed by America-hating internet trolls. Whoopi makes a moral
- 0:20Speaker 1: argument for men competing against women in sports. And white
- 0:25Speaker 1: Severus Snape is recast as a black actor in HBO's
- 0:29Speaker 1: new Harry Potter adaptation. All this on Bongina Report, early edition.
- 0:45Speaker 1: So yesterday morning, I woke up and Michael said, I
- 0:49Speaker 1: was rushing to get this show prepared this morning. And
- 0:52Speaker 1: you guys, for some context, usually I send Michael elements
- 0:55Speaker 1: very late at night. He usually is in bed by
- 0:57Speaker 1: the time I sent the elements. And then Michael gets
- 1:00Speaker 1: up really early in the morning and he puts the
- 1:01Speaker 1: show together before I wake up. That's usually around what?
- 1:04Speaker 1: 5 a.m. Mikey 5 a.m. So he said, yeah, I
- 1:08Speaker 1: barely had any time because I couldn't download any of
- 1:11Speaker 1: your videos from X. X was down for hours yesterday.
- 1:16Speaker 1: And so throughout the day, I kept checking. I'm like,
- 1:19Speaker 1: what's going on here? This is really strange. And like
- 1:22Speaker 1: I said, it was working on and off. It was
- 1:24Speaker 1: pretty bizarre. But I wasn't that concerned about it. I mean,
- 1:28Speaker 1: I was like, well, you know, whatever. Things happen. Social
- 1:32Speaker 1: media companies will go down for a little bit. And
- 1:35Speaker 1: then they come back. So it wasn't really something that
- 1:37Speaker 1: I was too concerned about. I didn't think a ton
- 1:39Speaker 1: of it. And then Elon Musk revealed this. on Fox
- 1:44Speaker 1: Business yesterday. Take a listen. Another thing, everyone's attacking you
- 1:48Speaker 1: for your position.
- 1:49Speaker 2: What are you doing in the government?
- 1:51Speaker 3: There was a cyber attack on X today, which shut
- 1:55Speaker 3: it down and may have been foreign sourced. It's a
- 1:58Speaker 3: big story.
- 1:58Speaker 4: You want to give us a moment on that?
- 2:01Speaker 3: Well, we're not sure exactly what happened, but there was
- 2:04Speaker 3: a massive cyber attack to try to bring down the
- 2:06Speaker 3: X system with IP addresses originating in the Ukraine area. Oh. Well,
- 2:13Speaker 3: so that's your suspicion.
- 2:15Speaker 1: So cyber criminals can create false IP addresses to impersonate
- 2:20Speaker 1: computer systems from different parts of the world. That's definitely true.
- 2:23Speaker 1: So we don't know for sure where this came from yet.
- 2:26Speaker 1: What we do know is that Ukraine supporters, including high
- 2:29Speaker 1: profile journalists, are openly calling for President Trump's assassination because
- 2:35Speaker 1: this admin is done sending Ukraine information. billions of American
- 2:38Speaker 1: dollars for a war that Ukraine can't win. This is
- 2:41Speaker 1: just the reality. Here's Ukrainian journalist Vadim Karpiak. I hope
- 2:46Speaker 1: I'm pronouncing his name right. He's calling for the assassination
- 2:49Speaker 1: of Donald Trump. This is translated to English. He said,
- 2:51Speaker 1: in reference to the president, where is Lee Harvey Oswald
- 2:55Speaker 1: when the country needs him so badly? Harvey Oswald, of course,
- 3:00Speaker 1: killed John F.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Kennedy.
- 3:02Speaker 1: So what is he saying about President Trump? We needed
- 3:05Speaker 1: Lee Harvey Oswald to take out the president of the
- 3:09Speaker 1: United States again. The founder of the publication, The Quillette,
- 3:15Speaker 1: Claire Lehman, who is a rabid Ukraine supporter, she posted this.
- 3:20Speaker 1: People are reacting to Trump's portrayal of Ukraine with disgust
- 3:24Speaker 1: because it violates noblesse oblige, noblesse oblige, you guys, sorry.
- 3:29Speaker 1: The understanding that great power comes great responsibility. In CHIPS,
- 3:34Speaker 1: In chimps, leaders who failed to act on this duty
- 3:37Speaker 1: tend to suffer gruesome ends. And this is essentially talking
- 3:41Speaker 1: about how chimps, right, they will murder the leader of
- 3:45Speaker 1: a group if that leader, that chimp leader is not
- 3:49Speaker 1: doing its job. So she's saying, essentially, the American people
- 3:52Speaker 1: should cannibalize President Trump. He should be assassinated. He should
- 3:55Speaker 1: meet a gruesome end for not sending Ukraine more money.
- 3:58Speaker 1: It's a pretty ridiculous assertion. And revolver, and, and, threatening
- 4:04Speaker 1: and disturbing. And Revolver summed this up really well, because
- 4:08Speaker 1: you have to separate the Ukrainian people from these lunatics
- 4:11Speaker 1: who are obsessed with the Ukraine war. I mean, this journalist,
- 4:15Speaker 1: but one of them isn't even Ukrainian. And she's just
- 4:19Speaker 1: rabid about continuing to fund this conflict. So Revolver says,
- 4:24Speaker 1: the sad reality is most Ukrainians want peace. They don't
- 4:28Speaker 1: want to die for this war. But the elites and
- 4:31Speaker 1: their loyal peasant puppets are the ones pushing for endless conflict,
- 4:35Speaker 1: or worse, World War III. And as we're already seeing,
- 4:38Speaker 1: their response isn't diplomacy, it's rage, revenge, and outright calls
- 4:43Speaker 1: for assassination. The West may think it can simply cut
- 4:46Speaker 1: the cord and walk away, but Ukraine's most radical backers
- 4:49Speaker 1: won't go quietly. It's a really ominous warning from Revolver.
- 4:54Speaker 1: And this Ukraine attack on Musk could be because of
- 4:57Speaker 1: his criticisms of the war in Ukraine and his association
- 4:59Speaker 1: with President Trump. That's definitely, possibly, true considering this IP
- 5:03Speaker 1: address situation, but it does appear more concretely that the
- 5:08Speaker 1: backers of this war are lashing out at the United
- 5:10Speaker 1: States instead of expressing gratitude for all that we've already
- 5:14Speaker 1: done for them. And it makes you wonder if we
- 5:17Speaker 1: ever should have given them anything in the first place.
- 5:19Speaker 1: All right, we're going to take a quick break. When
- 5:21Speaker 1: we come back, I have something really interesting to share
- 5:24Speaker 1: with you. This came up in my feed and involves
- 5:27Speaker 1: cute children and America-hating internet trolls who we just need
- 5:32Speaker 1: to slam on this show because truly disgusting what they
- 5:35Speaker 1: did to these children. All right, we'll take a quick break.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I lied. We are going to cover George Washington and
- 5:40Speaker 1: these cute kids singing and the terrible response to this
- 5:43Speaker 1: really cute video of them singing. But first, we have
- 5:46Speaker 1: to cover something else, something really wonderful that happened yesterday.
- 5:51Speaker 1: Workers in Washington, D.C. began dismantling the Black Lives Matter
- 5:56Speaker 1: plaza that lies in the heart of the city just
- 5:59Speaker 1: outside the White House. And this removal is actually thanks
- 6:03Speaker 1: to Representative Andrew Clyde, who introduced a bill last week
- 6:07Speaker 1: that aims to withhold certain funding from the District of
- 6:10Speaker 1: Columbia unless the D.C. mayor removes the phrase Black Lives
- 6:14Speaker 1: Matter and redesignates BLM Plaza Liberty Plaza. Now, D.C. Mayor
- 6:21Speaker 1: Muriel Bowser agreed to this, and she said in a statement,
- 6:24Speaker 1: Now we cannot afford to be distracted by meaningless congressional interference.
- 6:28Speaker 1: The devastating impacts of the federal job cuts must be
- 6:32Speaker 1: our number one concern. So to the anger of a
- 6:34Speaker 1: lot of leftists in D.C., she is tearing down BLM Plaza.
- 6:38Speaker 1: She is capitulating to Congress, which I love to see.
- 6:41Speaker 1: Jack Posobiec's brother, Kevin Posobiec, actually handed out coffee and
- 6:46Speaker 1: donuts to workers at this who were trying to take
- 6:48Speaker 1: down BLM Plaza, which I think is awesome. Take a look.
- 6:52Speaker 5: Black Lives Matter Plaza. taking it down you get them
- 6:57Speaker 5: hard at work we got uh coffee and donuts for
- 7:05Speaker 5: y'all here all right yeah you're welcome you got the
- 7:11Speaker 5: cups there and all all you need everybody's getting a
- 7:15Speaker 5: uh free coffee and donuts complimentary human events daily.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Today this is a massive project you guys you might
- 7:22Speaker 1: not realize it but This mural is huge. This is
- 7:24Speaker 1: going to take a long time to get rid of,
- 7:26Speaker 1: like weeks to get rid of. The words Black Lives Matter,
- 7:30Speaker 1: it sits across two city blocks. There are, these are
- 7:34Speaker 1: 35 foot tall letters. Obviously they're not tall, but you
- 7:38Speaker 1: know what I mean, lengthwise. And it was painted, of course,
- 7:41Speaker 1: in solidarity with the BLM riots that torched American cities
- 7:46Speaker 1: in 2020. And honestly, it's so personally satisfying for me
- 7:50Speaker 1: to see Black Lives Matter go, the Plaza go, because
- 7:54Speaker 1: that time period had such an impact on me, like
- 7:57Speaker 1: on a really transformative personal level. 2020 was the year
- 8:01Speaker 1: I got canceled at my university. It was also the
- 8:06Speaker 1: year I began publishing articles for the first time. I
- 8:09Speaker 1: was officially not a teenager in 2020. I was 20
- 8:12Speaker 1: years old. And I felt like I was entering adulthood
- 8:16Speaker 1: in one of the most chaotic times I had ever
- 8:19Speaker 1: witnessed in my entire life. COVID was so dystopian. I
- 8:23Speaker 1: was sent home from college. There's all this fear mongering.
- 8:26Speaker 1: And then there were the mandates and the policing of
- 8:28Speaker 1: our entire lives. Experimental vaccine. I almost got expelled from
- 8:32Speaker 1: my university. I had to sue the university to stay.
- 8:34Speaker 1: I mean, it was just, it was crazy. And then
- 8:37Speaker 1: there were these massive race riots sparked by the death
- 8:40Speaker 1: of George Floyd, a felon who died with a fatal
- 8:44Speaker 1: level of fentanyl in his system. And I actually witnessed
- 8:47Speaker 1: these riots firsthand in Kenosha, Wisconsin with my now husband, Michael.
- 8:52Speaker 1: We were there together. And I felt like I didn't
- 8:55Speaker 1: recognize America when I was in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The homeland
- 9:01Speaker 1: had turned into a war zone with Democrats and Republicans
- 9:06Speaker 1: praising these demonstrations, which were really riots led by an
- 9:11Speaker 1: explicitly Marxist organization. I witnessed people loot a Walmart and
- 9:17Speaker 1: streak out of the parking lot And we've seen this
- 9:22Speaker 1: at a massive scale across blue cities during 2020. People
- 9:26Speaker 1: just going into stores, decimating them, destroying them. I saw
- 9:34Speaker 1: law abiding people terrified outside of their homes and their
- 9:39Speaker 1: businesses with baseball bats and handguns ready to defend themselves
- 9:44Speaker 1: against these looters descending on their cities. I saw people
- 9:50Speaker 1: on the streets as their livelihoods and community went up
- 9:55Speaker 1: in flames. And that was in Kenosha. People were literally
- 9:59Speaker 1: weeping in the street. It was the middle of the night,
- 10:02Speaker 1: flames everywhere. It was so dystopian. And, you know, honestly,
- 10:07Speaker 1: it feels like an abused girlfriend, right? Like, I'm afraid
- 10:10Speaker 1: that that evil condoned by Republican and Democrat politicians is
- 10:14Speaker 1: going to come back, that that evil ideology is going
- 10:16Speaker 1: to come back and hurt this country again. You know,
- 10:19Speaker 1: the removal of BLM Plaza isn't just about reclaiming a street.
- 10:23Speaker 1: It's about reclaiming the truth. We were gaslit into believing
- 10:27Speaker 1: that chaos was justice, that destruction was progress, that we
- 10:32Speaker 1: had to accept the erasure of law and order, personal liberty,
- 10:37Speaker 1: our identity as Americans, basic truth as some sort of
- 10:42Speaker 1: penance for a history we didn't personally live through, we
- 10:45Speaker 1: had nothing to do with. and that frankly was never
- 10:47Speaker 1: racist inherently to begin with. But reality has a way
- 10:52Speaker 1: of breaking through the narrative. BLM wasn't just a slogan
- 10:56Speaker 1: on a street, it was a symbol of Marxism, which
- 10:59Speaker 1: rejected the principles that hold this country together. The movement's
- 11:02Speaker 1: leaders funneled millions into personal mansions, while churches, businesses, and
- 11:07Speaker 1: communities burned to the ground. And for years, the ruling class,
- 11:12Speaker 1: Democrats and even Republicans, a lot of Republicans, Republicans who
- 11:17Speaker 1: are still in Congress today, they embrace BLM as law-abiding
- 11:21Speaker 1: citizens lived in fear. And the fact that BLM Plaza
- 11:25Speaker 1: is now being dismantled should be a wake-up call. Public
- 11:27Speaker 1: sentiment is shifting. Americans are tired of the deception, the division,
- 11:31Speaker 1: the destruction. We want stability, not riots. We want justice,
- 11:34Speaker 1: not mob rule. We want truth, not ideological coercion. And
- 11:37Speaker 1: at the same time, if 2020 taught us anything, it's
- 11:41Speaker 1: that the forces of chaos can return in an instant.
- 11:45Speaker 1: fueled by media propaganda, corporate backing, political cowardice, evil doesn't
- 11:49Speaker 1: just go away. It waits for another opportunity. And a
- 11:53Speaker 1: lot of Republicans were complicit. We can't trust them. By
- 11:59Speaker 1: the way, this evil ideology hasn't been purged from the
- 12:01Speaker 1: schools in the slightest. And I saw this video on Instagram.
- 12:07Speaker 1: And guys, the comments here say it all about education
- 12:10Speaker 1: in this country, about the impact that BLM, and decades
- 12:15Speaker 1: of America hatred has had on an entire generation, on
- 12:20Speaker 1: multiple generations of Americans. This video was posted by Millennial
- 12:25Speaker 1: Choirs and Orchestras. It's a nonprofit musical organization. It's made
- 12:28Speaker 1: up of children's choirs, adults' choirs, and a symphony orchestra.
- 12:33Speaker 1: And the organization is aimed at teaching and encouraging excellence
- 12:37Speaker 1: in quality, sacred, and classical music. And it says on
- 12:39Speaker 1: its website that its primary purpose is to fulfill the
- 12:42Speaker 1: need for more refined music education and performance in our
- 12:46Speaker 1: communities with a focus on God and country. So this
- 12:49Speaker 1: is a viral video from one of their children's choirs.
- 12:54Speaker 1: And to the casual observer, this is an adorable display
- 12:57Speaker 1: of patriotism, just a celebration of our country. But the
- 13:03Speaker 1: commenters did not think so. So first, let's play that video.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Washington was a very good man, a very good man indeed.
- 13:13Speaker 2: He could have told a lie, but he said, uh-huh,
- 13:18Speaker 2: the truth is what we need. An honorable man for
- 13:22Speaker 2: his heart was true, a man of great faith for
- 13:26Speaker 2: his heart was pure. He was a very good, very good,
- 13:30Speaker 2: very good, very good man indeed. Sure, Washington was a
- 13:38Speaker 2: very great man, a very great man indeed. He could
- 13:42Speaker 2: have said it all, but he said, uh-uh, a man
- 13:47Speaker 2: knows what we mean. He put his head to a
- 13:51Speaker 2: person's feet, and straightened his head out to victory. He
- 13:58Speaker 2: was a very great, very great, very great, very great
- 14:01Speaker 2: man indeed.
- 14:04Speaker 1: It just gets so cute. It's so much better. The
- 14:19Speaker 1: kids are so into it. It's honestly one of the
- 14:21Speaker 1: cutest videos I've ever seen. They're so excited to be
- 14:24Speaker 1: singing it. They're at that perfect age, that like perfect
- 14:28Speaker 1: age where they're not embarrassed to be singing in a
- 14:30Speaker 1: choir like this. So cute. So well done. You'd think
- 14:34Speaker 1: that this is just like a well-received video in the
- 14:37Speaker 1: United States of America, a song about the founder of
- 14:40Speaker 1: this country and one of the founders. And instead, the
- 14:45Speaker 1: commenters are so negative, but wildly negative. So here's some
- 14:50Speaker 1: of them. Somebody said, wow, North Korea really stepping up
- 14:54Speaker 1: their game with this one. How do people not see
- 14:57Speaker 1: that this is a dictatorship? Propaganda at its peak. Soviet
- 15:02Speaker 1: child choir, so sweet. This feels dystopian. We had the
- 15:07Speaker 1: same thing in Germany, but they banned it. Children singing
- 15:10Speaker 1: about a slave owner, nice. A very good man who
- 15:13Speaker 1: owns slaves? I can understand celebrating our country's first president,
- 15:17Speaker 1: but this is a bit cultish. So the consensus among
- 15:20Speaker 1: all these critics seems to be pretty clear. George Washington
- 15:23Speaker 1: as a slave owner, he's an evil figure, he's unworthy
- 15:27Speaker 1: of praise, and certainly unworthy of being celebrated in a
- 15:29Speaker 1: song by innocent children. And to them, the performance is
- 15:32Speaker 1: not just misguided, it's like dangerous. It's a step toward
- 15:35Speaker 1: brainwashing and authoritarianism. It's like North Korea and the Soviet Union,
- 15:39Speaker 1: Nazi Germany. To understand this controversy, I think we first
- 15:43Speaker 1: have to grapple with the man at the center of it,
- 15:47Speaker 1: George Washington. Most Americans are familiar with the iconic painting
- 15:51Speaker 1: of George Washington crossing the Delaware River. The story behind
- 15:55Speaker 1: that moment is one of extraordinary courage and leadership. After
- 16:00Speaker 1: a series of defeats in 1776, Washington's army was demoralized
- 16:05Speaker 1: and the revolution was at risk of collapsing. Undeterred, Washington
- 16:10Speaker 1: devised a daring plan to cross the icy Delaware River
- 16:14Speaker 1: on Christmas night in the midst of a brutal storm
- 16:18Speaker 1: to launch a surprise attack on mercenary troops hired by
- 16:22Speaker 1: the British crown. Despite the perilous conditions, freezing temperatures, dangerous currents,
- 16:27Speaker 1: and exhausted troops, Washington personally led the crossing and marched
- 16:32Speaker 1: his men nine miles to Trenton, securing a crucial victory
- 16:36Speaker 1: in the revolution. This bold move not only boosted morale,
- 16:40Speaker 1: but also proved Washington's willingness to risk his own life
- 16:44Speaker 1: for the cause of independence. Time and time again, Washington
- 16:47Speaker 1: proved himself to be a fearless leader, but he's also principled.
- 16:53Speaker 1: As that children's choir song very acutely explains, Washington voluntarily
- 16:57Speaker 1: stepped down from power after two terms as president, setting
- 17:01Speaker 1: a precedent for democratic leadership. Many at the time expected
- 17:05Speaker 1: Washington to cling to power. This is an era of monarchy.
- 17:09Speaker 1: And some even urged him to become a king-like figure,
- 17:11Speaker 1: but he chose to relinquish his position, to relinquish his power.
- 17:14Speaker 1: And also, in his will, he freed his enslaved workers
- 17:18Speaker 1: upon his wife's death, something that most contemporaries of his
- 17:22Speaker 1: would never dream of doing. Judge Washington was a complex man,
- 17:26Speaker 1: as all men are, But he's also the father of
- 17:29Speaker 1: this country, the sword of the revolution. Now, if you're listening,
- 17:35Speaker 1: you could hear the children, but you couldn't see them.
- 17:38Speaker 1: These kids are like seven. Some looked as young as five.
- 17:42Speaker 1: They're little. They don't need to be having nuanced discussions
- 17:46Speaker 1: about George Washington and slavery and the nuances. It's just
- 17:49Speaker 1: not something you do with five-year-olds. They're not even really
- 17:52Speaker 1: capable of that. They're just trying to remember his name.
- 17:57Speaker 1: More importantly, these angry commentators, they don't really want nuance.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Because like I said, kids aren't capable of that. They
- 18:04Speaker 1: want the kids taught that Washington is evil. They are
- 18:07Speaker 1: disturbed American children would have a positive view of this
- 18:11Speaker 1: country and its founder. And they aren't made about supposed indoctrination.
- 18:21Speaker 1: They aren't preoccupied with supposed indoctrination so much as it
- 18:25Speaker 1: is that they aren't the ones doing the indoctrinating, that
- 18:28Speaker 1: their preferred type of indoctrination isn't going to be instilled
- 18:32Speaker 1: on children. Because here's the deal. If you're a child,
- 18:34Speaker 1: you're getting indoctrinated. You don't have the mental capacity to
- 18:38Speaker 1: be deciding what you believe and what you don't at
- 18:41Speaker 1: that age. Somebody's going to tell you what to believe.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Somebody's going to indoctrinate you somehow. Now, I think these
- 18:47Speaker 1: commenters know that. And that's why they're mad that their
- 18:50Speaker 1: indoctrination isn't the one being put forward. And it isn't evil.
- 18:54Speaker 1: Let me just be clear with this. It isn't evil
- 18:55Speaker 1: and fascist to pass down to our children the American
- 18:58Speaker 1: mythos that fuels our identity as a people. Myths, in
- 19:02Speaker 1: the true sense of the word, are what binds people together.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Not just stories, but the shared understanding of who we are.
- 19:09Speaker 1: If we can't pass on a shared reverence for the
- 19:12Speaker 1: foundational figures who built this nation, what are we left with?
- 19:17Speaker 1: A rootless people, disconnected from their past, ready to be
- 19:21Speaker 1: manipulated and by whatever ideology happens to be in vogue,
- 19:26Speaker 1: as G.K. Chesterton warned. The special mark of the modern
- 19:30Speaker 1: world is not that it is skeptical, but that it
- 19:34Speaker 1: is dogmatic without knowing it. That's exactly what those commenters encapsulate.
- 19:41Speaker 1: The people attacking these children for singing about Washington are
- 19:45Speaker 1: not skeptics engaging in a fair historical critique. They are
- 19:53Speaker 1: zealots determined to erase anything that might inspire love of
- 19:56Speaker 1: country because love of country is the last thing they
- 19:58Speaker 1: want to foster. If we do not teach our children
- 20:01Speaker 1: who they are, who we are, someone else will. And
- 20:05Speaker 1: the people rewriting history in those Instagram comments inspired by
- 20:09Speaker 1: the same cancer that inspired BLM, will not teach children
- 20:14Speaker 1: to cherish this country. They will teach them to despise it.
- 20:18Speaker 1: Tearing down national heroes doesn't make people enlightened. It makes
- 20:22Speaker 1: them easier to control. A nation that forgets its past
- 20:26Speaker 1: has no future. All right, lighter topic now, I promise.
- 20:30Speaker 1: Let's talk about what happened on The View yesterday. Della Mulvaney,
- 20:34Speaker 1: a transgender-identifying woman, man joined Ladies of the View, and
- 20:38Speaker 1: Whoopi was falling over herself during this interview to justify
- 20:42Speaker 1: radical transgender ideology. Here she is arguing in defense of
- 20:47Speaker 1: transgender-identifying men participating in women's sports. Take a listen.
- 20:52Speaker 4: If you don't know anything about our bodies, you don't
- 20:54Speaker 4: know how it works. So when you come in and
- 20:58Speaker 4: you say, oh, you know, these men, these are men,
- 21:02Speaker 4: you know, Competing against women. You're assuming that the women
- 21:08Speaker 4: are weak and just can't do anything except be here.
- 21:12Speaker 4: Have you seen female athletes? They know what they're doing.
- 21:17Speaker 4: So I'm not sure what's going on or why this
- 21:20Speaker 4: is an issue. The same for me as when people say, oh,
- 21:24Speaker 4: you know, I don't know how I feel about you.
- 21:28Speaker 3: You do.
- 21:29Speaker 4: God doesn't make mistakes.
- 21:30Speaker 3: No.
- 21:31Speaker 4: And the challenge is not to the trans people. It's
- 21:35Speaker 4: to the people who are not trans. That's what God
- 21:37Speaker 4: is looking to see, how you treat people.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:40Speaker 4: That's what is happening. So I was just curious as
- 21:46Speaker 4: to what... I liked your answer.
- 21:47Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 21:48Speaker 4: I liked your answer.
- 21:49Speaker 1: There's a couple things, more than a couple things to
- 21:53Speaker 1: unpack here. So apparently, we're into Whoopi, but women are on...
- 21:58Speaker 1: an equal physical playing field as men. And to suggest
- 22:02Speaker 1: otherwise is anti-woman. And this is, of course, completely contrary
- 22:06Speaker 1: to reality, to science. Men are, as a whole, physically
- 22:09Speaker 1: superior to women. It's just the truth.
- 22:12Speaker 4: They are.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Sue me. I want you to watch this video of
- 22:15Speaker 1: Peyton McNabb. She's the volleyball player who Trump invited to
- 22:19Speaker 1: his congressional address. She received a traumatic brain injury after
- 22:24Speaker 1: facing off to a male volleyball player.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 22:40Speaker 1: I've seen videos like that many times. And think about
- 22:44Speaker 1: it in a sport like wrestling or boxing. It's even
- 22:48Speaker 1: more physical. Women are yet even more of a risk.
- 22:53Speaker 1: It's unbelievable that we would make this argument. But Whoopi
- 22:58Speaker 1: wasn't really making an argument about biology. I think she
- 23:02Speaker 1: went there and then she didn't get too explicit about it, right?
- 23:06Speaker 1: She was making more of an emotional argument. She invoked God.
- 23:11Speaker 1: If you don't go along with men invading women's sports,
- 23:14Speaker 1: then you're being unkind. You're actually being immoral, according to Whoopi.
- 23:17Speaker 1: God is testing you. You better let this boy box
- 23:20Speaker 1: your daughter. And it's fascinating when you hear this kind
- 23:24Speaker 1: of emotional manipulation and pseudoscience from people Like Whoopi. By
- 23:29Speaker 1: people like Whoopi, I mean people who are almost 70
- 23:31Speaker 1: years old. Whoopi is just learning about this trans insanity.
- 23:36Speaker 1: The words that are coming out of her mouth in
- 23:38Speaker 1: defense of trans insanity is brand new for her. The
- 23:43Speaker 1: older generation supporting radical gender ideology, they're uniquely sinister because
- 23:49Speaker 1: they know better. They didn't grow up with this. For
- 23:52Speaker 1: most of their lives, the idea that men can be
- 23:55Speaker 1: women and vice versa that biology is a social construct,
- 23:58Speaker 1: that it's cruel to acknowledge reality, none of that existed.
- 24:02Speaker 1: These people lived decades of their lives in a world
- 24:06Speaker 1: where men and women were distinct, obvious categories. And yet,
- 24:11Speaker 1: when the cultural ties shifted, when the pressure came down,
- 24:16Speaker 1: they folded. Why? At her age, Whoopi should be beyond
- 24:23Speaker 1: the need to fit in with the latest cultural fads.
- 24:26Speaker 1: She's lived through enough to know how quickly ideologies fall
- 24:30Speaker 1: and rise. And yet, instead of standing firm, instead of
- 24:35Speaker 1: being the voice of wisdom and experience, she's become the
- 24:38Speaker 1: most desperate to conform. It is pathetic. At least when
- 24:43Speaker 1: a young person spouts this nonsense, it's like you can
- 24:46Speaker 1: chalk it up to the brainwashing. They've been raised in
- 24:49Speaker 1: this stuff. I'm not saying it's an excuse, but it's
- 24:52Speaker 1: kind of, I mean, it's better than what Whoopi has.
- 24:58Speaker 1: You have nearly 70-year-old Whoopi playing along, and it's a
- 25:03Speaker 1: conscious betrayal of reality on her part. This isn't just ignorance.
- 25:07Speaker 1: It is cowardice. Also, Whoopi didn't fully commit to arguing
- 25:12Speaker 1: that men and women are physically equal. I kind of
- 25:15Speaker 1: said that it was more of an emotional argument. And
- 25:21Speaker 1: that's actually how she reframed this entire conversation. It's if
- 25:24Speaker 1: you don't submit, you're a bad person. If you don't agree,
- 25:27Speaker 1: You're failing God's test. But let's be real about something.
- 25:34Speaker 1: God is not testing you on whether or not you
- 25:36Speaker 1: let a man pummel your daughter in a boxing ring.
- 25:41Speaker 1: He's testing you on whether you will stand for truth
- 25:44Speaker 1: when the whole world demands that you lie. And whoopee
- 25:48Speaker 1: has failed that test spectacularly. All right, I got to
- 25:53Speaker 1: get to this, you guys. At the request of literally
- 25:56Speaker 1: no one, HBO has decided to create a Harry Potter series.
- 26:00Speaker 1: The movies are already great. I love them. I'll just admit,
- 26:03Speaker 1: you guys, I like the Harry Potter books. I like
- 26:05Speaker 1: the movies. I'm that generation. You can be upset. You
- 26:09Speaker 1: can look down, whatever.
- 26:11Speaker 5: That's fine.
- 26:11Speaker 1: I thought they were great. No one is asking for
- 26:15Speaker 1: Harry Potter to be remade. It's completely unnecessary. But this
- 26:19Speaker 1: is just, again, another shameless money grab from HBO, as
- 26:23Speaker 1: all of Hollywood and all these streaming services constantly are doing.
- 26:26Speaker 1: And they cast a man named Papa Enseadu. That's his
- 26:34Speaker 1: last name. And here is what this man looks like
- 26:37Speaker 1: compared to the original Severus Snape in the movies. Now,
- 26:43Speaker 1: Papa is, of course, a black man. But here's how
- 26:46Speaker 1: Snape's skin is described by J.K. Rowling in Harry Potter
- 26:50Speaker 1: in the books. Pale, sallow skin, the color of sour milk.
- 26:55Speaker 1: He's even described as marble white during his last confrontation
- 27:00Speaker 1: with Voldemort in the Deathly Hallows. So Snape, I'm just
- 27:03Speaker 1: going to conclude here from those descriptions, is a white man.
- 27:08Speaker 1: And again, first, no one asked for this remake. It's
- 27:11Speaker 1: completely unnecessary. We all just want some originality from the
- 27:14Speaker 1: streaming services and from Hollywood. And second, everyone is sick
- 27:18Speaker 1: of anti-white race, anti-white racist erasure of white people. And honestly,
- 27:24Speaker 1: it's pretty crap. that this is so-called representation for black
- 27:27Speaker 1: people too. Make a series about a black character, a
- 27:30Speaker 1: new one, or an adaptation from a book about a
- 27:33Speaker 1: black character. The blackwashing is cheap and lazy and it
- 27:36Speaker 1: pisses everyone off. Black and white, left and right, no
- 27:40Speaker 1: one likes this. An actor's job is to fulfill a role.
- 27:43Speaker 1: The craft comes from the acting, but the immutable features
- 27:47Speaker 1: matter when fulfilling that role. We need original black characters
- 27:51Speaker 1: with their own stories. It's honestly disrespectful to black people
- 27:55Speaker 1: to continue inserting them in white stories instead of portraying
- 27:58Speaker 1: real black characters. I don't see how this is anti-racist.
- 28:03Speaker 1: I think it's really just upsetting everyone. Someone shared this.
- 28:06Speaker 1: It says, the Disney adaptation of the Ukraine war and
- 28:09Speaker 1: it's Putin as a black man. Like, honestly, it's accurate.
- 28:13Speaker 1: This is what they do. This is how Hollywood portrays
- 28:17Speaker 1: stories these days. Like, just purposeful, rage-baiting, race-swapping. And again,
- 28:24Speaker 1: like I said, I really think that sometimes it's rage baiting.
- 28:27Speaker 1: But true diversity in media means creating stories that honor
- 28:30Speaker 1: and respect different cultures and histories, not awkwardly wedging diversity
- 28:35Speaker 1: into places where it doesn't belong. There's no shame in
- 28:37Speaker 1: loving the source material as it was written, and there's
- 28:40Speaker 1: nothing wrong with expecting studios to respect that. The race
- 28:46Speaker 1: swapping is dumb, and it's silly, and I feel like
- 28:49Speaker 1: it really worked up about it. It's like, don't get
- 28:51Speaker 1: that worked up about it. I mean, it's just, who cares?
- 28:54Speaker 1: But it's still a relevant example of a certain political
- 28:59Speaker 1: class that's just forcing their ideology on the populace constantly,
- 29:04Speaker 1: to the point where it's even distasteful to people who
- 29:06Speaker 1: are on the left. This is never about tolerance. It's
- 29:11Speaker 1: always about social engineering, whether the people want it or not.
- 29:15Speaker 1: By altering cultural memory, institutions dictate what people should believe
- 29:20Speaker 1: rather than reflecting what was. And a movie like Harry
- 29:23Speaker 1: Potter is pretty inconsequential in this respect, but the Founding
- 29:27Speaker 1: Fathers aren't. How many statues were torn down or defaced
- 29:31Speaker 1: in 2020? And it takes courage to stand by objective reality,
- 29:36Speaker 1: to tell stories as they were rather than reshape them
- 29:39Speaker 1: for a modern approval. This is true of the legacy
- 29:45Speaker 1: of George Washington and of George Floyd. Cowardice, the fear
- 29:49Speaker 1: of backlash, the desire for acceptance, it drives people to conform,
- 29:53Speaker 1: to allow these distortions without question. But for the first time,
- 29:57Speaker 1: since 2020, maybe the first time in two decades, Americans
- 29:59Speaker 1: are able to reclaim our mythos and identity and take
- 30:02Speaker 1: pride in a really powerful way. And as someone who
- 30:06Speaker 1: was sincerely scarred by 2020, it actually makes me feel
- 30:10Speaker 1: really optimistic. That's it for today. Thank you guys so
- 30:13Speaker 1: much for tuning in. As always, if you want to

- 31:02Speaker 1: I'll see you guys tomorrow. The Dan Bongino Show.
- 31:05Speaker 6: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 31:08Speaker 6: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 31:11Speaker 6: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 31:14Speaker 6: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 31:17Speaker 6: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 31:21Speaker 4: That is it.
- 31:21Speaker 6: This is not a football game. If you vote, we
