- 1:16Speaker 1: Thank you for having me.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Always, always, such a delight. There's so much for us
- 1:20Speaker 2: to discuss. We are gonna get right into it. Very
- 1:24Speaker 2: disturbing news. Um, with Perez Hilton, he did a TikTok live.
- 1:31Speaker 2: Why don't you, since you're the one who told me
- 1:33Speaker 2: about it, like you texted me and you're like, did
- 1:35Speaker 2: you see what happened with Perez Hilton? Of course I
- 1:37Speaker 2: knew it wasn't that he got a series. I knew
- 1:40Speaker 2: it was something bad. I could just tell right away.
- 1:42Speaker 2: And I'm like, what is going on? So why don't
- 1:44Speaker 2: you walk us through what happened?
- 1:47Speaker 4: So.
- 1:48Speaker 1: He went on Instagram live and I thought it was TikTok.
- 1:51Speaker 4: Oh, sorry.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Yes. TikTok.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:53Speaker 1: He was on TikTok live. The live went on for
- 1:56Speaker 1: about a half hour, a little over a half hour.
- 1:58Speaker 1: And I mean, just warning, the details are a little graphic.
- 2:02Speaker 1: He was self-harming on camera. The best way I can,
- 2:06Speaker 1: or the most accurate way I can describe it is
- 2:08Speaker 1: it looked like it was out of the movie Carrie,
- 2:11Speaker 1: where she's like fully dripped in blood. Like it was,
- 2:13Speaker 1: it was very gory, very graphic. He was self-harming. He
- 2:17Speaker 1: was fully unclothed. He kept saying that, I guess he
- 2:22Speaker 1: was comparing himself to like a parasite. He kept saying,
- 2:23Speaker 1: this is what you guys want. He said that he
- 2:25Speaker 1: was doing this for his kids. He wanted police officers
- 2:30Speaker 1: to arrive and he wanted to antagonize them. It just,
- 2:34Speaker 1: it was very clear that he was in a very
- 2:36Speaker 1: dark state of mind. It appeared to have been like
- 2:38Speaker 1: some sort of psychotic break that he was going through.
- 2:40Speaker 1: The kids weren't home. His mom wasn't there with him.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Just to let people know, so Perez Hilton came on
- 2:47Speaker 2: the scene over 20 years ago.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Early 2000s.
- 2:50Speaker 2: Kind of like the original type of a blogger.
- 2:53Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:53Speaker 2: He called himself Perez Hilton as a play of words
- 2:56Speaker 2: as Paris Hilton. He was, you know, into writing books.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Kind of like where you could just basically say anything
- 3:06Speaker 2: back then, and he would draw dicks on people's faces.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Yeah, very snarky.
- 3:10Speaker 2: And lines of coke and really, really snarky. And became
- 3:16Speaker 2: very famous because he was kind of the only one
- 3:18Speaker 2: doing it at that time. He since pivoted. He is
- 3:23Speaker 2: a single gay man. He's a single parent. He had
- 3:26Speaker 2: three kids through surrogacy. His mother lives with him. They
- 3:30Speaker 2: lived in Vegas. They moved from L.A. to Vegas for
- 3:33Speaker 2: a while, but I guess they've moved from Vegas now
- 3:35Speaker 2: to Florida.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Yeah, they're in Miami now.
- 3:36Speaker 2: So this happened in Florida.
- 3:38Speaker 1: This was, yeah.
- 3:39Speaker 2: In the home in Florida. And then a few months ago,
- 3:42Speaker 2: he got very sick.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Sepsis.
- 3:45Speaker 2: Sepsis, and he had kind of a religious awakening. He
- 3:49Speaker 2: said at one point he thought he died or something,
- 3:53Speaker 2: and now he was raised Catholic, so then he sort
- 3:56Speaker 2: of picked up the Bible again and became— quite religious,
- 3:59Speaker 2: which a lot of people thought, this is so great.
- 4:03Speaker 2: You know, he had also kind of repented prior to this.
- 4:07Speaker 2: saying I was awful in the beginning of my career.
- 4:10Speaker 2: And he definitely reports differently today. He still covers all
- 4:13Speaker 2: the pop culture stuff, but his tone and everything is
- 4:18Speaker 2: a lot more, and you're shaking your head. You can
- 4:22Speaker 2: take it for what it is. It's hard because he
- 4:25Speaker 2: really did hurt a lot of people that he would
- 4:29Speaker 2: cover back in the day with the way he would
- 4:32Speaker 2: do it. And also like Break Story and things like
- 4:36Speaker 2: that whether it was Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Brittany, a
- 4:41Speaker 2: lot of people, you know, were reminding us just after
- 4:45Speaker 2: this incident of what he did to Brittany. And obviously
- 4:49Speaker 2: she's had her numerous psychotic breaks. So, so let me
- 4:54Speaker 2: just go back to this incident. So he goes on
- 4:56Speaker 2: TikTok live and he, When the TikTok started, was he
- 5:02Speaker 2: already covered in blood and mid-harming or did that happen
- 5:07Speaker 2: within the 30 minutes?
- 5:08Speaker 1: I believe it was mid.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Okay.
- 5:10Speaker 1: I think he had already started.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Hurting himself and then decided to go live.
- 5:15Speaker 1: To go live. Yeah, that's my understanding of it. I
- 5:17Speaker 1: didn't watch it from the beginning. I didn't catch it
- 5:19Speaker 1: until the very end. And that's when one of my
- 5:22Speaker 1: friends was texting me. And at first she was like,
- 5:24Speaker 1: are you watching this? She's like, are you seeing what
- 5:26Speaker 1: he's doing online? And at first I was like, oh,
- 5:28Speaker 1: what does he do? Is he? ranting about, you know,
- 5:31Speaker 1: a celebrity or something. I was like, what is he
- 5:33Speaker 1: doing to like get attention? And she's like, no, you
- 5:35Speaker 1: need to watch this. It's like disturbing. And then I
- 5:38Speaker 1: opened the video and I just saw him all red, bloody.
- 5:43Speaker 1: And I was confused as to like what I was seeing.
- 5:46Speaker 1: And then when I noticed that he was like fully
- 5:48Speaker 1: unclothed and you can see everything. That's when I was like, yeah,
- 5:52Speaker 1: I was like, that's not fake. Like that's real. He's
- 5:55Speaker 1: exposing himself on TikTok. I was surprised that it was up.
- 5:59Speaker 2: For that long.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Yeah. And he had what looked like a bread knife.
- 6:05Speaker 1: And that's what he was using to hurt himself. And yeah,
- 6:09Speaker 1: it was disturbing. Police finally got there, I guess, because
- 6:12Speaker 1: multiple people were calling. I think at first they believed
- 6:15Speaker 1: it was a suicide attempt. And then police got there
- 6:18Speaker 1: towards the end of the live. And I believe that's
- 6:20Speaker 1: when I think TikTok finally took the live down and
- 6:23Speaker 1: his account was banned. And then authorities were outside and
- 6:26Speaker 1: they were able to get him out and take him
- 6:29Speaker 1: into the hospital to get him looked at, and I
- 6:30Speaker 1: believe he's under psychiatric care right now.
- 6:33Speaker 2: I mean, a couple of things that are shocking, that
- 6:35Speaker 2: it took 30 minutes for someone at TikTok to get
- 6:39Speaker 2: the word and have the ability to shut someone down,
- 6:44Speaker 2: because this is really scary. And, you know, there is
- 6:48Speaker 2: a famous... this is the first time that people have
- 6:53Speaker 2: done stuff like this. There was actually like a news
- 6:56Speaker 2: reporter and they made a movie about it, a news
- 6:59Speaker 2: reporter that did this back in the day before there
- 7:02Speaker 2: was social media and in fact ended their life while
- 7:06Speaker 2: doing the live news. And so you would think that
- 7:11Speaker 2: with these lives and where we are today, that there
- 7:14Speaker 2: would be almost like someone's Or a few people's main
- 7:18Speaker 2: job to kind of be hyper aware if someone is
- 7:21Speaker 2: doing something like this on their platform to for them
- 7:25Speaker 2: to call the authorities, for them to have a way
- 7:27Speaker 2: of knowing where this TikTok account is coming from or whatever.
- 7:31Speaker 2: Let's get authorities there. Yeah. I'm shocked it just took
- 7:34Speaker 2: that long.
- 7:35Speaker 1: And that they haven't made a statement like the fact
- 7:37Speaker 1: that TikTok hasn't addressed this publicly, considering how much attention
- 7:42Speaker 1: it's gotten. I'm surprised. Yeah. Cause like you would think
- 7:46Speaker 1: at some point they would issue some sort of statement or,
- 7:49Speaker 1: you know, say something. Cause like that goes, cause people
- 7:55Speaker 1: were saying like when you're on TikTok, like there are
- 7:56Speaker 1: certain words you can't use if you're on a live,
- 7:58Speaker 1: they'll take you down right away. But like, this is
- 8:00Speaker 1: somebody that was on camera streaming for over 30 minutes that,
- 8:06Speaker 1: you know, authorities had to actually show up and like
- 8:10Speaker 1: you could hear them outside. It was crazy.
- 8:13Speaker 2: For people that don't really understand the difference between like
- 8:16Speaker 2: Instagram and TikTok, really TikTok is more of like a
- 8:22Speaker 2: direct moneymaker where you get paid for your views, you know,
- 8:28Speaker 2: selling products and stuff, but also like views and you
- 8:31Speaker 2: can make money on lives. You can make a lot
- 8:33Speaker 2: of money on lives. And his history with TikTok has
- 8:37Speaker 2: been tumultuous. Like he has, I feel like I've seen
- 8:41Speaker 2: him over the years cry like two or three times about,
- 8:44Speaker 2: I can't believe I got banned from TikTok. This is terrible.
- 8:47Speaker 2: How am I going to feed my kids?
- 8:48Speaker 1: TikTok, TikTok.
- 8:49Speaker 2: It was never like Instagram or Facebook that he would
- 8:52Speaker 2: talk about. So it's kind of not surprising, I guess,
- 8:57Speaker 2: that when somebody is on that verge of like losing
- 9:02Speaker 2: their mind, that He was like, I'm going to do
- 9:06Speaker 2: it on TikTok, and I'm going to show the world.
- 9:07Speaker 2: I'm going to show the TikTok people. I'm going to show.
- 9:10Speaker 2: And other people feel like this religious awakening. Other people
- 9:16Speaker 2: say it's not religious. It was finding God. But reading
- 9:19Speaker 2: the Bible, all of that, sometimes there is religious psychosis
- 9:25Speaker 2: that could go into that. You mentioned Carrie and the
- 9:29Speaker 2: movie Carrie. which is actually, did you see it's coming out?
- 9:34Speaker 2: An updated version in a series. So the girl, Carrie,
- 9:37Speaker 2: who is a book about Stephen King, she has a
- 9:41Speaker 2: very religious mother, and it's just she and her mother,
- 9:43Speaker 2: and she is like dorky and teased, but she has
- 9:48Speaker 2: ability to like move things and all this stuff. And
- 9:52Speaker 2: so it's the new version, which is coming out on
- 9:56Speaker 2: Amazon Prime, is her today. Oh. the kids mocking her
- 10:01Speaker 2: and things like that have to do with they put
- 10:04Speaker 2: it online and they she sees it on the phone
- 10:07Speaker 2: and like that starts to make her think that the
- 10:10Speaker 2: girls were her friends and they're not her friend so
- 10:12Speaker 2: it's just again it's just interesting like I almost wonder
- 10:17Speaker 2: if Now that you mentioned it and he's from like,
- 10:21Speaker 2: you know, he's closer to my age. Like was the
- 10:25Speaker 2: whole was that even in his mind? Because you're right.
- 10:28Speaker 2: He looks like the final scene in Carrie where the
- 10:32Speaker 2: character of Carrie didn't do that to herself. They do
- 10:35Speaker 2: a mockery thing and they she's at prom and she
- 10:37Speaker 2: thinks she's going to be prom queen when they plan
- 10:39Speaker 2: this whole thing where a bucket of blood comes on her.
- 10:43Speaker 2: And so it's a very scary visual. Yeah. Like I'm
- 10:46Speaker 2: just thinking, I don't know. Like there's, we won't know
- 10:49Speaker 2: what's going on with him, but he has three kids
- 10:53Speaker 2: that are all like elementary age now. And he had
- 10:56Speaker 2: them alone.
- 10:57Speaker 1: I think the oldest is 13. Yeah.
- 10:58Speaker 2: So he doesn't have, he has an older mother, which,
- 11:03Speaker 2: you know, this is just where it gets really hard.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Cause it doesn't, he doesn't have a partner or an
- 11:07Speaker 2: ex partner where these kids would could go to.
- 11:09Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:10Speaker 1: They're left in the care of his mother, who is elderly.
- 11:13Speaker 1: I mean, she was, I think, there to help him,
- 11:14Speaker 1: but also, like, he was taking care of her as well. But,
- 11:18Speaker 1: I mean, I'm glad that the kids weren't there, but, like,
- 11:21Speaker 1: they're going to forever live with this, knowing that this
- 11:23Speaker 1: is out there, it's on the internet.
- 11:25Speaker 2: I mean, it's so bad the way it was done,
- 11:27Speaker 2: because not only is her dad famous for what he does, but,
- 11:32Speaker 2: you know, when a child has to deal with something
- 11:35Speaker 2: like this, it's not a part of... the news and
- 11:40Speaker 2: the world and like everything about it. It's just like,
- 11:44Speaker 2: it's really, really sad. And I'm so sad that he chose.
- 11:50Speaker 2: And I, maybe I'm saying really one word because when
- 11:52Speaker 2: you're in this state, you don't know what you're doing,
- 11:55Speaker 2: I guess, but it's like.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Well, it's interesting. He or his team and his family
- 12:00Speaker 1: issued a statement saying that he is being cared for
- 12:04Speaker 1: right now. They he's under, I believe a psychiatric evaluation and,
- 12:08Speaker 1: but he is under medical care and that they'll give
- 12:11Speaker 1: updates when updates become available, but that they want everybody
- 12:14Speaker 1: to respect his privacy at this time, which has caused
- 12:17Speaker 1: a lot of discourse online because they said he's never
- 12:19Speaker 1: been one to respect anybody else's privacy. And they specifically
- 12:23Speaker 1: referenced like, Britney Spears, when she had her psychotic break
- 12:26Speaker 1: with shaving her head and the umbrella and how that
- 12:29Speaker 1: was exploited in the media. Um, I mean, I think
- 12:33Speaker 1: people are entitled to privacy in really serious times. I mean,
- 12:36Speaker 1: for me, my thoughts are more with his kids and
- 12:39Speaker 1: with his mom. Like that's the privacy that I want
- 12:41Speaker 1: to be respectful of. I've seen people circulating photos of
- 12:44Speaker 1: like his kids, um, which I don't think does.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Share his kids online. Like I can visually see them
- 12:50Speaker 2: in my head right now. Cause they look a lot
- 12:51Speaker 2: like him. So like, he's not been one of those people.
- 12:55Speaker 1: That put hearts on his kids' faces.
- 12:58Speaker 2: He wasn't doing that. So it's like, yeah, whenever someone
- 13:01Speaker 2: says respect our privacy, I guess that means like, Heather
- 13:04Speaker 2: and Zach, shut your fucking faces and find another topic.
- 13:08Speaker 2: But I agree. Like, you know, this is what we do.
- 13:12Speaker 2: And when Perez, even in his second era of his career,
- 13:17Speaker 2: which she's much nicer, he would be covering this as well.
- 13:20Speaker 2: And he would say, Wow, we are praying for his children.
- 13:24Speaker 2: And that's what we're saying. Like, we, too, want you
- 13:27Speaker 2: to get better. Hope that your kids are also going
- 13:32Speaker 2: to be in therapy, that you will be a healthy
- 13:34Speaker 2: family again.
- 13:35Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Whether that means that you just continue writing your articles
- 13:39Speaker 2: but never go on these sites anymore. I mean, I'm
- 13:43Speaker 2: assuming— I don't know what it would take for like
- 13:47Speaker 2: a TikTok to let you back on, but I have
- 13:49Speaker 2: no idea.
- 13:49Speaker 1: I don't think TikTok's letting him back on after this.
- 13:51Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:51Speaker 1: I mean, he's already been banned several times, but also,
- 13:54Speaker 1: I mean, that's a bigger conversation too about like TikTok.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Do you know why he was banned those other times?
- 13:58Speaker 1: I believe it was like content that went against community
- 14:00Speaker 1: guidelines at first. And then, so like he was banned
- 14:03Speaker 1: from the platform and then he kept trying to create
- 14:06Speaker 1: new accounts. And so because he was already like previously banned,
- 14:09Speaker 1: then he got like a lifetime ban because that's my
- 14:12Speaker 1: understanding of it. But then somehow they let him back on. Well,
- 14:16Speaker 1: because he just signs up with new accounts, like a
- 14:18Speaker 1: new email address or whatever, like is how I'm assuming
- 14:22Speaker 1: he gets into the app. And so, but because he
- 14:23Speaker 1: was doing that, that's also an additional, like, if you've
- 14:26Speaker 1: already been banned, you can't just, you know, if you've
- 14:28Speaker 1: been banned from a business, you can't put on a
- 14:30Speaker 1: wig and come in and expect them to still let
- 14:32Speaker 1: you shop at that business. So yeah, I, I assume
- 14:36Speaker 1: he found another way to create another account and that's
- 14:38Speaker 1: how he was able to get on. But it was,
- 14:41Speaker 1: I mean, that's like, I think tech talk does have
- 14:43Speaker 1: some responsibility and should put safer protections because like they're
- 14:47Speaker 1: kids and there are even just young adults, 20 year
- 14:49Speaker 1: olds that don't have a fully developed Frontal lobe that
- 14:53Speaker 1: you know have to see that type of content.
- 14:55Speaker 2: I mean, that's the thing with him choosing to do
- 14:58Speaker 2: it It's like yeah people can be mad at that. Yeah,
- 15:01Speaker 2: like people can be mad like I didn't ask to
- 15:03Speaker 2: see this Yeah, I didn't this isn't like I chose
- 15:06Speaker 2: to watch American Horror Story and now I'm have nightmares
- 15:09Speaker 2: I People could have just been opening up their app
- 15:11Speaker 2: and scrolling and he could have come across it or
- 15:14Speaker 2: their kids could have come across it so you did
- 15:16Speaker 2: this so that millions of people would see it yeah,
- 15:20Speaker 2: and I that's not right either, you know, like that
- 15:24Speaker 2: is not okay. So, um, but you know, it's just
- 15:28Speaker 2: like anybody that's in those States, you know, they're not,
- 15:30Speaker 2: they decide to jump off a bridge, which stops the traffic.
- 15:33Speaker 2: Why are you inconvenience everyone's life? You know? Yeah.
- 15:36Speaker 1: It's yeah. It's, it's the, the double-edged sword with it.
- 15:39Speaker 1: And I mean, listen on the other side of it,
- 15:42Speaker 1: like it, this could have been what saved his life, right?
- 15:45Speaker 1: Like if he had done this home alone, the amount
- 15:47Speaker 1: of blood that was there, That was my concern was,
- 15:50Speaker 1: are they going to be able to get him medical
- 15:51Speaker 1: care before he loses too much blood? Because the amount
- 15:54Speaker 1: of blood in that live stream was wild. But that
- 15:59Speaker 1: could have been what saved him. I mean, I know
- 16:01Speaker 1: it's troublesome that the video was up for that long,
- 16:04Speaker 1: but also people were able to call the authorities and
- 16:08Speaker 1: police officers were able to get there. I mean, TikTok
- 16:11Speaker 1: wasn't doing anything, but at least people were able to
- 16:13Speaker 1: call local authorities in Miami to get officers there to
- 16:17Speaker 1: get him help.
- 16:18Speaker 2: I mean, just like the trajectory, like his whole life.
- 16:22Speaker 2: It's like if this was, it's just so, it's so,
- 16:29Speaker 2: what it's, of course this is how it's ending. Of course,
- 16:32Speaker 2: like if you were to write a movie about it,
- 16:34Speaker 2: of course this is where it's ending when he started
- 16:37Speaker 2: literally being like the original blogger. He calls himself, I'm
- 16:41Speaker 2: the original influencer.
- 16:43Speaker 1: That's how he is.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Comes on every video and he's going to report on something.
- 16:47Speaker 2: He was this person. I remember Victoria Beckham had a
- 16:51Speaker 2: TV show one season and she goes, Oh, I'm supposed
- 16:54Speaker 2: to meet this person. He's a blogger. I'm going to
- 16:57Speaker 2: meet him for lunch. And he writes about me and
- 17:01Speaker 2: it was Perez Hilton. And he was very overweight at
- 17:04Speaker 2: that time. And you know, so that was another thing.
- 17:08Speaker 2: He got skinny and kind of then was like showing
- 17:12Speaker 2: off his body that he was skinny. And then you know,
- 17:15Speaker 2: in that process had the kids and then moved to Vegas.
- 17:17Speaker 2: And then, you know, it was like, I'm not going
- 17:19Speaker 2: to be mean anymore, but I'm going to keep doing
- 17:21Speaker 2: what I'm doing and all of this. So it's like,
- 17:24Speaker 2: of course, like, of course you're fucked up. Like your life,
- 17:29Speaker 2: you know, and then you almost died and then you
- 17:31Speaker 2: found Jesus again. And it's just like, Yeah.
- 17:34Speaker 1: Well, and all of his career has been about staying relevant,
- 17:38Speaker 1: staying in front of the public. I mean, because that
- 17:40Speaker 1: was also how he made his living.
- 17:42Speaker 3: Right.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Like it was always about how do I one up this?
- 17:45Speaker 1: How do I, you know, keep attention? So naturally, when
- 17:48Speaker 1: your head, you know, kind of goes off the rails
- 17:51Speaker 1: and you suffer with this psychosis, which is what it
- 17:54Speaker 1: appeared to be like a psychotic break that he was
- 17:56Speaker 1: going through. Naturally, your train of thought is to just
- 18:00Speaker 1: go into how do I get attention in this way?
- 18:02Speaker 1: you know, and you're not thinking clearly and you're deeply disturbed.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Also in that, it's like, yeah, when he started, he
- 18:10Speaker 2: was one of the only people doing it. And now
- 18:14Speaker 2: everybody does it. And how do you keep your audience,
- 18:19Speaker 2: you know, engaged when there's so many other people that
- 18:21Speaker 2: are reporting on the same thing? And I remember I
- 18:24Speaker 2: interviewed him and I was like, my God, you put
- 18:26Speaker 2: out so many articles and posts like, how do you
- 18:30Speaker 2: do it? You have a team of people like, uh,
- 18:33Speaker 2: you know, and he's just like, well, yeah, because I
- 18:35Speaker 2: get ads for each one. Like I have to do
- 18:38Speaker 2: that because I've support for other people besides myself. And
- 18:42Speaker 2: that's a lot of pressure too. And if you did
- 18:45Speaker 2: see it slipping away and your kids are getting older
- 18:48Speaker 2: and how am I going to pay for their college
- 18:49Speaker 2: and their private school and all this other stuff.
- 18:52Speaker 1: So actually being single.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:54Speaker 1: And having his reputation, right? Like it wasn't easy to
- 18:57Speaker 1: rehab his image. Once people knew him as this really snarky,
- 19:02Speaker 1: mean blogger, it was hard to come back from that.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Even when he tried to be nice or tone down
- 19:07Speaker 1: his content, that wasn't what was getting attention.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Right.
- 19:11Speaker 1: And you have all these other people with an iPhone
- 19:14Speaker 1: and they're able to go on and do it.
- 19:16Speaker 2: And their strong opinions and yeah, and be snarky and whatever.
- 19:19Speaker 2: And they don't care.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:21Speaker 2: And he's trying to like stay and be nice. Well,
- 19:24Speaker 2: we do care and we do want him to get better,
- 19:27Speaker 2: of course.
- 19:29Speaker 3: They think you're done for the day, but they don't
- 19:32Speaker 3: know about the drawer. The drawer. Just the one square
- 19:37Speaker 3: before bed. Or two, you know. Nobody's watching. You deserve
- 19:44Speaker 3: a treat. With eight flavours to choose from, you can
- 19:50Speaker 3: choose the flavour you favour with Cadbury Dairy Milk.
- 19:59Speaker 4: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 20:03Speaker 4: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 20:06Speaker 4: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 20:10Speaker 4: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Life is one long lesson of chaos. I'm heading to
- 20:16Speaker 2: the Emmys, and I have police complaints filed against me.
- 20:19Speaker 5: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 20:21Speaker 5: what would you do if it was given back?
- 20:24Speaker 4: Where did that need come from, where you thought that
- 20:27Speaker 4: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 20:29Speaker 1: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 20:31Speaker 1: home dad. What happens next? When I came in, he
- 20:33Speaker 1: started crying. Everybody in life encounters hardships.
- 20:36Speaker 4: What defines them is not those hard moments that they
- 20:40Speaker 4: go through. It's about what happens next.
- 20:42Speaker 2: I decided to risk it all.
- 20:44Speaker 1: I realized how valuable every day was. You're worth the work. Listen, Dara,
- 20:48Speaker 1: I'm not going to pull punches. You can use your
- 20:49Speaker 1: voice even if it's shaped.
- 20:51Speaker 4: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 20:54Speaker 4: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 21:05Speaker 2: Um, also I wanted to, there was a follow-up, one
- 21:09Speaker 2: of your expertise on this, Nancy Guthrie, the, she, uh, Sheriff, uh, Nanos,
- 21:19Speaker 2: which has, he's gotten a lot of criticism. They, we
- 21:22Speaker 2: still don't know where Nancy is. Savannah's still asking for answers. Um,
- 21:28Speaker 2: but they decided to release finally these two hot, um,
- 21:34Speaker 2: Hostage letter, ransom notes that we had heard about way
- 21:37Speaker 2: back when that that TMZ got a hold of. But
- 21:40Speaker 2: so is this the first time that we've ever been
- 21:42Speaker 2: able to read them?
- 21:44Speaker 1: So I think a week or two ago, there was
- 21:48Speaker 1: the Crime Junkie podcast read these letters on air. OK,
- 21:51Speaker 1: so this was Nancy went missing. Nancy Benet Ramsey, went
- 21:56Speaker 1: missing six months ago. And we've heard there. So there
- 22:00Speaker 1: were these two original letters that were believed to be
- 22:04Speaker 1: the most legitimate. There were there was another letter that
- 22:06Speaker 1: was sent that individual, I believe, was arrested. And, you know,
- 22:10Speaker 1: they he'd faced charges for that because it was fake.
- 22:13Speaker 2: He had nothing to do with it.
- 22:14Speaker 1: He had nothing to do with it. And then there
- 22:16Speaker 1: were several other. notes that were coming to TMZ specifically.
- 22:21Speaker 1: So these two notes went to TMZ and went to
- 22:23Speaker 1: other local news stations in Tucson. But there were additional
- 22:26Speaker 1: notes that were going specifically to TMZ from a third
- 22:28Speaker 1: party saying, I have information. I know who's doing this.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Pay me the money and I'll give you the information.
- 22:35Speaker 1: And as far as we know, the Guthrie family and
- 22:38Speaker 1: the FBI and the Pima County Sheriff's Department, nobody paid
- 22:41Speaker 1: that money and nobody paid these ransom letters. But so
- 22:43Speaker 1: Crime Junkie read these letters in their entirety, I believe
- 22:47Speaker 1: a week or two ago. And then it was just
- 22:51Speaker 1: a few days ago that the Pima County Sheriff's Department
- 22:54Speaker 1: decided to also release them.
- 22:56Speaker 2: But why did Crime Junkie get it first?
- 22:58Speaker 1: Well, because remember, the letters were going out to different media.
- 23:02Speaker 1: So I believe they got them from a local news station,
- 23:05Speaker 1: and they had them for a while, but I guess
- 23:07Speaker 1: they were waiting for the official investigators to release them,
- 23:10Speaker 1: and they never did, and they're like, maybe this will
- 23:12Speaker 1: be helpful, so we're just going to read the letters
- 23:14Speaker 1: for you on air.
- 23:15Speaker 2: And the gist of the letter, which I don't have
- 23:17Speaker 2: in front of me, but basically it did say she
- 23:22Speaker 2: had a white Apple Watch. Well, so the first one—
- 23:28Speaker 2: Did have her or know who she was because it's
- 23:30Speaker 2: sort of a specific thing.
- 23:31Speaker 1: They said a white Apple Watch and a broken light,
- 23:35Speaker 1: like a headlight in the backyard. And those are the
- 23:38Speaker 1: two details that they noted to indicate that they were
- 23:42Speaker 1: at least there or present that night. But there were
- 23:45Speaker 1: the two notes and they were very brief. bizarre the
- 23:48Speaker 1: shift in tone. The first letter was like, we have
- 23:50Speaker 1: your mother, Savannah. Her life is in your hands. If
- 23:54Speaker 1: you don't pay us this Bitcoin within this deadline, we're
- 23:57Speaker 1: going to kill her. And then a couple of days later,
- 23:59Speaker 1: they sent the second letter. And the second letter had
- 24:03Speaker 1: a drastically different tone of like, she perished like a
- 24:08Speaker 1: carton of milk. They're like, she perished. We didn't know
- 24:11Speaker 1: that this was going to happen. This wasn't our intention.
- 24:13Speaker 1: And I'm like, how do you say this wasn't your
- 24:14Speaker 1: intention when your last letter was literally saying, Her life
- 24:17Speaker 1: is in your hands. We're going to kill her if
- 24:18Speaker 1: you don't give us this money. And then they said
- 24:20Speaker 1: that she was buried with nature. There was nothing that
- 24:23Speaker 1: you could do to prevent this. The tone was very different.
- 24:27Speaker 1: I've always been skeptical about the kidnapping story altogether. I
- 24:31Speaker 1: just think infants, toddlers, and old ladies, you don't kidnap.
- 24:36Speaker 1: It's too much of a liability. I mean, babies, it's
- 24:40Speaker 1: hard to keep them quiet. But an elderly lady that
- 24:42Speaker 1: can't even walk, how do you transport her easily? Well,
- 24:45Speaker 1: she could walk.
- 24:46Speaker 2: She could walk.
- 24:47Speaker 1: No, she couldn't walk well. They said on a good
- 24:49Speaker 1: day she could maybe walk to the mailbox on her own. Oh, okay.
- 24:52Speaker 1: So she was not able to move very well, especially
- 24:56Speaker 1: if she's afraid. She clearly needed assistance. But she was
- 25:02Speaker 1: last seen. She had dinner with her daughter Annie and
- 25:05Speaker 1: her son-in-law Tommaso. They drop her off at about 10 p.m.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Saturday night. which is also strange that you're dropping an
- 25:12Speaker 1: 84-year-old woman off that late and you let her walk
- 25:14Speaker 1: in alone. That was weird. But then they don't discover
- 25:19Speaker 1: that she's missing until Sunday. All of Sunday goes by,
- 25:22Speaker 1: she's missing, and the ransom notes don't come until Monday.
- 25:26Speaker 1: What kidnapper or what old lady snatcher comes in, takes
- 25:31Speaker 1: the old lady, and then doesn't even send the ransom
- 25:34Speaker 1: note until the following day. Like that, everything about, like
- 25:38Speaker 1: it was more than 24 hours after she had gone
- 25:40Speaker 1: missing before the first letter even materialized.
- 25:43Speaker 2: The other thing is, you know, everybody is, you know,
- 25:47Speaker 2: very critical of this investigation. But what people have to
- 25:51Speaker 2: remember is how many times have there been crimes and
- 25:55Speaker 2: 18 months later, They finally arrest the husband. Yeah. And
- 26:01Speaker 2: they don't let everybody know. They do. They want the
- 26:04Speaker 2: suspect to relax.
- 26:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Because they actually are working on other things. And they've
- 26:10Speaker 2: never said like this person was a suspect and they're
- 26:13Speaker 2: totally cleared. It just looks like they have no clue
- 26:16Speaker 2: what happened. We don't know that there isn't. An arrest
- 26:21Speaker 2: coming in a month. We don't know that. You never know.
- 26:25Speaker 1: I hope so.
- 26:26Speaker 2: And, you know, people have always been suspicious of the
- 26:31Speaker 2: people that saw her last. Why wouldn't you? That was
- 26:33Speaker 2: the daughter and son-in-law. The daughter and son-in-law.
- 26:37Speaker 1: Who were also her caretakers.
- 26:39Speaker 2: And there were stories that financially she, you know.
- 26:42Speaker 1: May have been supporting them.
- 26:43Speaker 2: Supporting them. And we don't know that she may have
- 26:45Speaker 2: at that point. said it's going to stop here or
- 26:48Speaker 2: be annoyed or whatever. We don't know. And so they
- 26:53Speaker 2: could have been, you know, like, no, you guys are cleared, whatever.
- 26:57Speaker 2: And they're going on. And, of course, Susanna never wants
- 27:00Speaker 2: to believe that. And so they're probably telling themselves, like,
- 27:06Speaker 2: another scenario is, yeah, the scenario I always thought, if
- 27:10Speaker 2: it wasn't them, was just some guy– that's like back
- 27:14Speaker 2: living with his mother, who is not a professional kidnapper.
- 27:18Speaker 2: And the mother said, you know, Nancy Guthrie lives downtown.
- 27:22Speaker 2: That's Savannah on the TV. That's her mother. She lives
- 27:25Speaker 2: right down the way. And him being a little bit
- 27:28Speaker 2: off and being like, this is my moneymaker moment. I'm
- 27:31Speaker 2: going to kidnap her and get this money. And also
- 27:35Speaker 2: being that Bitcoin, like being like a weirdo. And then
- 27:41Speaker 2: she does accidentally die or he didn't mean to kill
- 27:43Speaker 2: her or he gets nervous. And she does. That happened. Now,
- 27:47Speaker 2: whether that– if that was the guy, if these were
- 27:49Speaker 2: really the ransom notes that he wrote or not. But
- 27:52Speaker 2: those are the two things. I think it's either an
- 27:55Speaker 2: unprofessional person like that or I think it was the relatives.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I think if it were an unprofessional person, they would
- 28:03Speaker 1: have been sloppy enough to have gotten caught by now.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Like even if it is the neighbor down the street,
- 28:08Speaker 1: he's got to be missing. His mom has to be like,
- 28:11Speaker 1: where is he at?
- 28:12Speaker 2: No, but if it happened and then he really did
- 28:14Speaker 2: that and then he just went back.
- 28:15Speaker 1: To being– Pretending nothing ever happened, yeah.
- 28:18Speaker 2: The 55-year-old loser that goes shopping with his mom once
- 28:20Speaker 2: a week and lives at home.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Maybe.
- 28:23Speaker 2: But I'm saying these things do take, can take really long.
- 28:26Speaker 2: We may never know.
- 28:28Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 28:28Speaker 2: We may never, ever know, like JonBenet, but we might
- 28:32Speaker 2: get an answer.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I just think there's no way we have no answers
- 28:38Speaker 1: in 2026 with GPS, with the advanced DNA testing. with
- 28:43Speaker 1: cameras on every streetlight.
- 28:45Speaker 2: But there could be keeping it from us.
- 28:47Speaker 1: It's possible. It is possible. And I'm hoping that that's
- 28:50Speaker 1: what it is. I'm hoping, I've thought like you, whoever,
- 28:52Speaker 1: they may have an idea of who it is. They
- 28:54Speaker 1: want them to just kind of like lay low for
- 28:57Speaker 1: a while. I mean, the sheriff is over here on
- 28:59Speaker 1: the news. His last interview said that this could likely
- 29:02Speaker 1: take 50 years before he solves the case, which, you know,
- 29:05Speaker 1: there's a lot of faith.
- 29:06Speaker 2: And then Savannah, I mean- Or it could be the
- 29:10Speaker 2: FBI that are just like, yes, we've got a fumbling, dumb,
- 29:13Speaker 2: dumb sheriff here, and we're doing our thing, and we're
- 29:16Speaker 2: not sharing with him.
- 29:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I think that's the more likely scenario.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Because he is just completely above his pay grade, you know, this, like, town.
- 29:23Speaker 1: And he butchered the case so badly. I mean, the
- 29:25Speaker 1: crime scene was never really closed off. Right. People were
- 29:27Speaker 1: able to walk up to her porch and take selfies
- 29:30Speaker 1: with her blood on the porch. It's crazy that— That
- 29:32Speaker 1: was even a possibility. There were pizza delivery guys showing up.
- 29:36Speaker 1: The pool boy was there less than a week cleaning
- 29:38Speaker 1: her pool and they didn't even know what happened to her.
- 29:40Speaker 1: It was so bizarre. And the family has been so bizarre.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Like if we take Savannah Guthrie as the woman we
- 29:47Speaker 1: know on TV out of the equation, I think there
- 29:50Speaker 1: are a lot of questions surrounding the family. But even
- 29:52Speaker 1: when we look at Savannah's behavior, This is a woman
- 29:55Speaker 1: who's on TV every single day and suddenly her mother
- 29:58Speaker 1: goes missing and her and her family go into hiding.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Not once did they ever appear on TV. Not once
- 30:03Speaker 1: did they ever do a press conference. Not once did
- 30:05Speaker 1: they host a prayer vigil or print Nancy's face on
- 30:08Speaker 1: a t-shirt and go looking for her in the desert.
- 30:11Speaker 1: We got nothing from them but a random Instagram video
- 30:14Speaker 1: that we would get every couple of days that was
- 30:16Speaker 1: pleading with the humanity of this old lady snatcher that
- 30:20Speaker 1: like made no sense. This person you believe took your mother,
- 30:23Speaker 1: but yet you're going to plead with his humanity? Like,
- 30:25Speaker 1: that didn't make any sense at all. And again, like.
- 30:29Speaker 2: I mean, okay, so I'm... Those are all great points,
- 30:32Speaker 2: but I'm also going to play devil's advocate there a
- 30:34Speaker 2: little bit. It was all over the news. So she
- 30:37Speaker 2: didn't have to also give it more news. It was
- 30:40Speaker 2: all over the news. So she could hang low.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Let us deal with it while she was in hiding?
- 30:46Speaker 2: Yes, she could. I mean, honestly, she could, because... It's
- 30:49Speaker 2: the same thing with the Nolan Wells thing where, you know,
- 30:54Speaker 2: people are like, why did those kids turn off their
- 30:57Speaker 2: social media and whatnot?
- 31:00Speaker 1: But those are private people. Savannah has access to NBC.
- 31:03Speaker 1: And if she called NBC and says, give me five
- 31:06Speaker 1: minutes every day to give you an update on my mother,
- 31:09Speaker 1: they would give her that airtime. She had the airtime.
- 31:12Speaker 1: to get into everybody's home to show her real pain
- 31:16Speaker 1: and grief and needing to find her mother. And she
- 31:19Speaker 1: never gave that. People take advantage of the press conferences
- 31:23Speaker 1: when somebody goes... I mean, listen, the Ramseys were on
- 31:25Speaker 1: TV every day. Scott Peterson was pretending to look for
- 31:28Speaker 1: his wife. Casey Anthony wanted to find her daughter. True,
- 31:34Speaker 1: but I.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Think this is the first time a person who's been
- 31:38Speaker 2: in our room every day doing... light, fun stuff, elderly
- 31:44Speaker 2: mother was kidnapped. We can't say, remember the last time
- 31:47Speaker 2: that Matt Lauer's mother was also kidnapped? She should do
- 31:50Speaker 2: something different than he. I'm just saying it's one of
- 31:52Speaker 2: those things like where people say you, that person didn't
- 31:55Speaker 2: act the way they should act when their child was kidnapped. Well,
- 31:57Speaker 2: how do you act? Like it's, it's a very rare thing.
- 32:00Speaker 2: Hopefully nobody ever experiences something like that in their life.
- 32:03Speaker 2: So you don't know how you would act and you
- 32:05Speaker 2: don't know who she's listening to or what she should
- 32:07Speaker 2: do or, she probably felt very responsible for being a
- 32:12Speaker 2: famous wealthy person that these weirdos, like I said, if
- 32:15Speaker 2: it's just a weirdo thought, Oh, that she's rich, she's
- 32:19Speaker 2: on TV. She must be so rich that if I
- 32:22Speaker 2: take her mother, because she lives down the street from
- 32:25Speaker 2: my mom, then I'll get this money. So it's like,
- 32:28Speaker 2: she probably is like, wow, why didn't I? And she
- 32:31Speaker 2: put her mom on TV a few times. Like She
- 32:33Speaker 2: could have been going through all of that. Like I
- 32:36Speaker 2: feel so guilty because if I was just a school teacher,
- 32:40Speaker 2: my mom would have never been taken.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Six months ago, sure. But now we're six months in
- 32:45Speaker 1: and she still hasn't tapped into any of those resources.
- 32:47Speaker 1: She won't even cover it on the Today Show.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Well, she's doing the game show.
- 32:52Speaker 1: She's doing Wordle. Tune into Wordle on NBC. Like, that's, like,
- 32:57Speaker 1: you're using your airtime to host Wordle instead of giving
- 33:00Speaker 1: an update on your mother?
- 33:01Speaker 2: I really think that she should have turned down Wordle.
- 33:03Speaker 1: She should have absolutely turned down Wordle.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I mean, first of all, you don't need that gig.
- 33:07Speaker 1: You don't need the money.
- 33:08Speaker 2: You are fine till you're... So your kids are 50.
- 33:11Speaker 1: She didn't even need to come back to work that soon.
- 33:13Speaker 2: Like your kids are going to have their money to
- 33:15Speaker 2: buy their homes. And like, you did not need to
- 33:18Speaker 2: make another couple million hosting Wordle. You would, it would
- 33:22Speaker 2: not change your lifestyle Wordle or not.
- 33:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:26Speaker 1: She went back to, to going on the today show.
- 33:28Speaker 2: I would at least go a year before.
- 33:29Speaker 1: Yeah. Or at least, I mean, she went back to work.
- 33:33Speaker 2: I would at least go a year, a year.
- 33:34Speaker 1: She went back to work very quickly.
- 33:36Speaker 2: Just like a woman who loses her husband. Even if
- 33:39Speaker 2: she meets somebody three months later, you kind of keep
- 33:42Speaker 2: it under wraps until a full year has gone because
- 33:45Speaker 2: people are like, that's a little soon.
- 33:47Speaker 1: And listen, they've covered the story since then on the
- 33:49Speaker 1: Today Show, and she will not participate in the coverage
- 33:52Speaker 1: because she wants to remove herself. But my thing is
- 33:54Speaker 1: it's like if you're trying to appeal to somebody to
- 33:58Speaker 1: bring forth information, they need to see that you're actually
- 34:02Speaker 1: still– You know, or give some sort of detail, like
- 34:04Speaker 1: even when she did her sit down with Hoda Kotb,
- 34:07Speaker 1: which was the weakest interview, like Hoda Kotb should be
- 34:09Speaker 1: embarrassed for that interview. Because first of all, they broke
- 34:12Speaker 1: it up into three parts over the course of two
- 34:14Speaker 1: days and gave us zero answers into the investigation. Hoda
- 34:17Speaker 1: gave her not one follow up question. When Savannah said, oh,
- 34:20Speaker 1: there were at least two ransom notes that we believe
- 34:22Speaker 1: were real. Great.
- 34:24Speaker 2: Why?
- 34:24Speaker 1: What was it about those ransom notes? It was all
- 34:26Speaker 1: planned out. It was all planned out, of course. But
- 34:28Speaker 1: that's my point is these moves. You're saying that, you know,
- 34:31Speaker 1: she didn't want to, you know, there was enough coverage
- 34:35Speaker 1: in the news. But she made these decisions that advanced
- 34:39Speaker 1: the investigation in no way. If anything, it was just
- 34:42Speaker 1: to show the world. that she's sad that her mother
- 34:44Speaker 1: is still missing so that the world would accept her
- 34:47Speaker 1: coming back to work. Right. Rather than focusing on trying to,
- 34:51Speaker 1: if you want the public to help bring forth information,
- 34:54Speaker 1: she didn't even put up a reward until what, over
- 34:57Speaker 1: a month? When the public was starting to put a
- 35:00Speaker 1: GoFundMe together to raise money to pay for the Bitcoin,
- 35:03Speaker 1: the public was trying to raise money.
- 35:05Speaker 2: The moms were going on hikes.
- 35:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:07Speaker 1: The moms were going on hikes trying to look for Nancy.
- 35:10Speaker 1: The sheriff was blocking them because they didn't have permits
- 35:12Speaker 1: to go on hikes. Also weird. But like the public
- 35:15Speaker 1: was more invested in getting out there. Like, sure, you
- 35:19Speaker 1: don't know what you would do when you were in
- 35:20Speaker 1: that situation, but not doing anything is questionable. And then
- 35:25Speaker 1: going to host Wordle? Like, it's weird.
- 35:27Speaker 2: This era of our history are so many unanswered questions.
- 35:35Speaker 2: We still don't know about the UFOs over New Jersey.
- 35:40Speaker 5: Oh, yeah.
- 35:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:41Speaker 1: The drones.
- 35:42Speaker 2: Even though Bethany said she's talking to somebody really big.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 35:44Speaker 3: Who knows?
- 35:45Speaker 1: Who knows?
- 35:46Speaker 2: She never told us what. So, you know, speaking of
- 35:50Speaker 2: everything planned out, let's get into Stassi Schroeder's show. So
- 35:57Speaker 2: I talked about it. I've now watched more episodes. There's
- 35:59Speaker 2: eight episodes. You can watch the whole thing on Hulu.
- 36:02Speaker 2: And it really is a reality show about doing a
- 36:06Speaker 2: reality show, which is why people say it's almost like
- 36:08Speaker 2: watching The Comeback with Lisa Kudrow.
- 36:10Speaker 1: They called it a meta docuseries.
- 36:13Speaker 2: That's what they themselves call it.
- 36:15Speaker 1: That's what Hulu is calling it, is a meta docuseries.
- 36:17Speaker 2: And I do think that was interesting when they were
- 36:20Speaker 2: coming up with it, that she was like, look, I'm
- 36:24Speaker 2: not going to act like I don't know what's going on.
- 36:27Speaker 2: But in doing it, I feel like, as now I'm
- 36:31Speaker 2: like on episode seven, I feel like I've been now
- 36:34Speaker 2: gaslit by this show.
- 36:36Speaker 1: In what way?
- 36:37Speaker 2: In that I think she and Bo are completely fine.
- 36:41Speaker 2: I heard that people that have listened to their podcast
- 36:43Speaker 2: patron for years they know they're completely fine and I
- 36:47Speaker 2: think that they you know really really planned this out
- 36:51Speaker 2: to have a lot of drama all in the first
- 36:54Speaker 2: season and to get the second season which I heard
- 36:57Speaker 2: they've got and I do think it's interesting I brought
- 37:00Speaker 2: up that you know I do think the concept is
- 37:03Speaker 2: very interesting with the female breadwinner and how that is
- 37:06Speaker 2: difficult But I also, he goes back to work. He
- 37:10Speaker 2: goes back to work and everything's fine today. And I
- 37:18Speaker 2: just feel like, I don't know, I feel like she
- 37:21Speaker 2: doesn't like her family at all, but she puts them
- 37:23Speaker 2: on the show. And then she puts them on the
- 37:25Speaker 2: show to control the fact that I am your paycheck.
- 37:28Speaker 2: And the fact that they keep saying, I have to
- 37:30Speaker 2: be here for work. Well, it's my job to ask
- 37:32Speaker 2: you this uncomfortable question. I have to do that. And
- 37:36Speaker 2: I get it, and we as a reality show audience
- 37:39Speaker 2: have asked for this, and we've pointed it out in
- 37:41Speaker 2: the last few years, but now that we have it,
- 37:44Speaker 2: I'm like, I want to believe that Santa's still real. Like,
- 37:47Speaker 2: I don't know if I love it that much, because
- 37:49Speaker 2: it feels so put upon. Like, she's like, literally, like,
- 37:52Speaker 2: the only reason you have a dinner party on a
- 37:54Speaker 2: reality show is so that you could all fight and
- 37:56Speaker 2: talk about, and you know, the only reason you tell
- 37:58Speaker 2: your castmate something mean about the other one is so
- 38:01Speaker 2: that they tell them, and then you have a mean
- 38:03Speaker 2: dinner party.
- 38:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 38:05Speaker 2: So... I mean, look, we're talking about it.
- 38:07Speaker 1: We're watching it.
- 38:08Speaker 2: They've done their job and she clearly, this was her goal,
- 38:11Speaker 2: but it's just kind of, I feel differently now.
- 38:14Speaker 1: I'm curious how you're going to feel after you watch
- 38:16Speaker 1: the finale. Okay. Cause I hear you and I reached
- 38:18Speaker 1: that same point mid season. Okay. Halfway through, I was like, okay,
- 38:22Speaker 1: I get it. It's meta. We're talking, it's a reality
- 38:25Speaker 1: show within a reality show. I was like, I get the, like,
- 38:27Speaker 1: I get it. We don't need to keep talking about
- 38:29Speaker 1: what we're doing and why we're doing it and how
- 38:31Speaker 1: we're doing it. Cause a lot of the things like
- 38:32Speaker 1: we know that a dinner party is meant to, to,
- 38:35Speaker 1: to face the conflict.
- 38:36Speaker 5: Right.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Um, But the last two episodes, I think by episode six,
- 38:41Speaker 1: I was like, okay, I get it. It's good, whatever.
- 38:43Speaker 1: And I thought it was going to fall off at
- 38:44Speaker 1: some point. And the last two episodes really kind of
- 38:48Speaker 1: turned it back around for me because I think to
- 38:51Speaker 1: your point, she was very much trying to control the
- 38:54Speaker 1: show early on and trying to get the rest of
- 38:57Speaker 1: them to learn how to be reality stars. And then
- 38:59Speaker 1: at the finale, they all kind of turn the table
- 39:02Speaker 1: on her and confront her. And it ends up blowing
- 39:05Speaker 1: up in a really big way. And there's a lot
- 39:07Speaker 1: of like raw emotion. Like, do you want me to
- 39:09Speaker 1: spoil it for you?
- 39:11Speaker 2: Sure. Because I feel like I mean, I feel like
- 39:12Speaker 2: a lot of people are probably already because even the
- 39:15Speaker 2: last video I did, they were like, he does go
- 39:17Speaker 2: back to work. And I'm like, oh, because I talked
- 39:20Speaker 2: about like, just let him go find that job.
- 39:21Speaker 1: Who cares?
- 39:22Speaker 2: And with the whole thing of him wanting to work
- 39:25Speaker 2: and her not wanting him to work to know that
- 39:28Speaker 2: in the end, he did go to work. and it's fine.
- 39:31Speaker 2: And I was like, look, I get what she was saying.
- 39:34Speaker 2: She was like, he probably being a casting director assistant,
- 39:38Speaker 2: I don't think he was ever going to make more
- 39:39Speaker 2: than like a hundred, 150,000, maybe even 200,000 years max
- 39:43Speaker 2: at the top of the game because it wasn't his
- 39:45Speaker 2: own operation. So, but it was just him wanting to
- 39:48Speaker 2: go out, be creative, whatever. So she, from her point
- 39:51Speaker 2: of view was like, but I'll like, I make 2
- 39:56Speaker 2: million a year. Let's just say on a low end,
- 39:57Speaker 2: she makes 2 million a year, which she probably makes
- 39:59Speaker 2: more than that. So she's kind of like, I've been
- 40:01Speaker 2: pulling in 2 million a year. Like you don't need
- 40:04Speaker 2: to make 10% of that. Like Amanda, um, What's her name?
- 40:09Speaker 2: Amanda from Real Houses of Beverly Hills.
- 40:11Speaker 1: Oh, Amanda Francis.
- 40:12Speaker 2: Says, my husband makes 10% of what I make. Like,
- 40:15Speaker 2: she pulls it out there. But she still lets him
- 40:17Speaker 2: go do his thing. And he's like, we have. But
- 40:20Speaker 2: then it's like, wait, they have a full-time nanny. Like,
- 40:22Speaker 2: is this really just about, like, doing the dishes? Like,
- 40:25Speaker 2: it was weird. But I do appreciate the dynamic. And
- 40:29Speaker 2: I talked about that. But then people would, like, correct me.
- 40:31Speaker 2: And they're like, yeah, but you haven't watched the whole thing.
- 40:34Speaker 2: So that's what I'm saying. Just fucking watch. Spoil it.
- 40:37Speaker 1: She does address that and she says that it's not
- 40:39Speaker 1: so much– well, two things. One, she does not like
- 40:44Speaker 1: her kids. It's obvious she says it in the finale.
- 40:46Speaker 1: Or she says that her kids are really difficult and
- 40:48Speaker 1: she feels like she's a bad mom. So part of
- 40:50Speaker 1: the reason she doesn't want Bo to go to work
- 40:52Speaker 1: is she doesn't want them to be raised by a nanny.
- 40:55Speaker 1: And she knows that Bo is at least a stable
- 40:57Speaker 1: parent where she gets to be the working parent, but
- 40:59Speaker 1: at least the kids still have one person in the household.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Along with Cora the nanny.
- 41:04Speaker 1: Yes, along with Cora the nanny.
- 41:05Speaker 2: It's like he's never really alone with the kids.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Well, it does– it seems like there are some– Because
- 41:09Speaker 1: they said Cora was there all day. I believe she's
- 41:12Speaker 1: there during the day, but like the evening for– he
- 41:16Speaker 1: cooks dinner and then puts the kids to bed. And
- 41:18Speaker 1: she's afraid of doing that. But– So it's more her thing.
- 41:22Speaker 1: And I think it's more of her own like insecurity.
- 41:24Speaker 1: And she kind of relates it to like her family
- 41:26Speaker 1: and her family wasn't very stable and her mom wasn't
- 41:28Speaker 1: very stable. And so she just wants her kids to
- 41:30Speaker 1: have a stable household with at least one parent that's
- 41:33Speaker 1: very present because she's incapable of being present. And she
- 41:36Speaker 1: would rather be the breadwinner and be working. And then like,
- 41:39Speaker 1: you know, and it seems like she's really afraid of
- 41:41Speaker 1: her kids.
- 41:42Speaker 2: Just imagine these kids watching this. So like at like
- 41:44Speaker 2: 15 and 16, they'd be like, do you fucking hate us?
- 41:49Speaker 1: Trust me, when you see her break... My parents.
- 41:51Speaker 2: Would tell my sister and I, like, yeah, you were mistakes. Like,
- 41:57Speaker 2: your mom couldn't count a calendar, and I had to
- 41:59Speaker 2: find a Catholic priest in San Diego to bless my
- 42:01Speaker 2: vasectomy after Heather. But they'd be like, but you were
- 42:04Speaker 2: the two best surprises. Like, they would tell us how
- 42:06Speaker 2: great we were all the time. So I didn't care
- 42:08Speaker 2: that we weren't planned. I never felt that way. But
- 42:11Speaker 2: this is like, you guys are hard. You're hard because
- 42:14Speaker 2: you're young. Like, I just feel like I mean, there
- 42:19Speaker 2: was this one time that I was so stressed out
- 42:23Speaker 2: because you had to cover the school books like for
- 42:25Speaker 2: my son. And I was going to Chelsea lately where
- 42:28Speaker 2: I had an hour commute. We did not, could not
- 42:31Speaker 2: work from home. We did not have remote days. I
- 42:33Speaker 2: didn't have a self-driving car. Like I was thinking about
- 42:36Speaker 2: it and I still came home and like did the
- 42:38Speaker 2: bath and all that stuff, but was grateful that like
- 42:40Speaker 2: Peter was there. And I was like, you have to
- 42:42Speaker 2: do this. You have to do this book. You have to,
- 42:44Speaker 2: you know, and everything. And I just, I got so
- 42:46Speaker 2: mad that he had not done the books, Peter. And
- 42:49Speaker 2: I like had a full like breakdown. And I just
- 42:52Speaker 2: remember Drake was like seven or nine or something. And
- 42:55Speaker 2: he goes, God, just leave them. Just go to work. Like,
- 42:59Speaker 2: just go to work and let us do this. Just
- 43:02Speaker 2: go to work. And that like made me cry more
- 43:05Speaker 2: because it was like, just go. Like we have our
- 43:08Speaker 2: routine here and you're like, I was trying to do
- 43:11Speaker 2: all of it. And it was like. Peter was like,
- 43:14Speaker 2: just don't go to work today. Just like take a shower,
- 43:17Speaker 2: like chill out. And I came back. I remember I
- 43:20Speaker 2: like told, you know, I even told Chelsea about it.
- 43:23Speaker 2: I was like, you know, I just had a freak
- 43:25Speaker 2: out and I need to apologize. But it was kind
- 43:27Speaker 2: of a good moment because I was like, you can't
- 43:29Speaker 2: do it all. And she wrote her third book is
- 43:31Speaker 2: like having it. I always said my third book would
- 43:34Speaker 2: be like having it most if I wrote a third
- 43:36Speaker 2: book because it's like you can't have it all, but
- 43:37Speaker 2: you could have it most. So I think it's a
- 43:41Speaker 2: really– Interesting discussion point, which is why we're spending so
- 43:44Speaker 2: much time on in the show. Yeah. But to hear
- 43:48Speaker 2: people write that she doesn't like her kids, I don't
- 43:52Speaker 2: believe that. Like, I think there's love and everything, but
- 43:55Speaker 2: it might be this stage is not.
- 43:58Speaker 1: Where it's good. Yeah, I think that's what it is.
- 43:59Speaker 1: That's a hard age. It's this stage. That's a hard age,
- 44:02Speaker 1: and I think she didn't have a strong– role model
- 44:06Speaker 1: in a mother that she didn't she doesn't know how
- 44:08Speaker 1: to be a mom and she doesn't have anybody to
- 44:10Speaker 1: go to to say hey can you help me learn
- 44:12Speaker 1: how to do this or that like her mom as
- 44:15Speaker 1: you can see on the show is just still kind
- 44:17Speaker 1: of a mess and still kind of you know latching
- 44:20Speaker 1: onto her and even so I think she addresses it
- 44:22Speaker 1: too that like her family wasn't invited to come film
- 44:25Speaker 1: like they were inserting themselves to come and film with
- 44:27Speaker 1: the sister like when the sister moves into her new
- 44:30Speaker 1: apartment like the family came because they wanted to be
- 44:32Speaker 1: on camera and it seems like they wanted to be
- 44:34Speaker 1: in the mix of everything and she kind of seemed
- 44:36Speaker 1: annoyed by that because I think it was an interview
- 44:38Speaker 1: that she did afterwards she was like I wasn't like
- 44:40Speaker 1: they weren't like I didn't want them to be on
- 44:43Speaker 1: the show and they like kept showing up through my
- 44:46Speaker 1: sister and her sister obviously wanted them to be on
- 44:48Speaker 1: the show But the finale, I think, just has so
- 44:50Speaker 1: much raw emotion from everybody. Like, you can see the
- 44:53Speaker 1: other cast members thought, like, oh, Stassi taught us you
- 44:55Speaker 1: confront people. This is the finale. This is going to
- 44:57Speaker 1: be a big moment where we're going to tell her, like, hey,
- 44:59Speaker 1: you're kind of a bitch to your husband. And so
- 45:01Speaker 1: they bring it up at the table. And her reaction, she, like,
- 45:05Speaker 1: flips out and has a full-on meltdown. And then they
- 45:08Speaker 1: start having a meltdown, like, oh, shit, we didn't mean
- 45:11Speaker 1: for this to happen. And like Christina Kelly's like ball.
- 45:14Speaker 1: She's like Stassi, no, we didn't mean for this to happen.
- 45:16Speaker 1: Like it was just it was so dramatic. And then
- 45:18Speaker 1: you could see like Rob, both friends just sitting there like, oh, shit,
- 45:21Speaker 1: this and this.
- 45:22Speaker 2: What is your prediction for the next season? Do you
- 45:24Speaker 2: think it'll be all the same people? Because I noticed
- 45:26Speaker 2: it was interesting. It's the poster, which I have here
- 45:30Speaker 2: on the screen. Please subscribe to YouTube. It's just her.
- 45:34Speaker 2: And I just noticed now in the background are black
- 45:36Speaker 2: and white photos of the other cast members.
- 45:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 45:39Speaker 2: But there's no photo of like her, like the Kardashians
- 45:42Speaker 2: with all the other cast members. So I feel like
- 45:45Speaker 2: that's kind of smart because it's called.
- 45:47Speaker 1: House of Stassi.
- 45:48Speaker 2: And if she's doing this all, I think it's kind
- 45:50Speaker 2: of smart where she's like, no, no, no. I'm going
- 45:53Speaker 2: to be able to interchange these people like chess players.
- 45:56Speaker 2: Like every season, my house of Stassi could change. Like
- 46:01Speaker 2: I don't think Italian Georgia is coming. There is no
- 46:03Speaker 2: point of having Italian Georgia.
- 46:05Speaker 1: Not anymore.
- 46:06Speaker 2: And I also feel like the sister and her have
- 46:09Speaker 2: no chemistry.
- 46:10Speaker 1: No.
- 46:11Speaker 2: Like, you know, usually with sisters, even if they fight,
- 46:14Speaker 2: like Kim and Khloe, like the Kardashians, the reason we
- 46:17Speaker 2: love that is because if you have sisters, you guys
- 46:19Speaker 2: fight over jeans, like you, and they always come back
- 46:23Speaker 2: and they have their different bitchiness. I just feel like
- 46:27Speaker 2: because they had different dads because they're like 10 years apart.
- 46:29Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 46:30Speaker 2: Also the sister doesn't have Botox yet, which is very wild.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Interesting to see like a wrinkly face when hers is like,
- 46:36Speaker 2: she's like 10 years older than her.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:38Speaker 2: And she doesn't have a wrinkle on her face, which
- 46:40Speaker 2: she's honest about her Botox and everything. And, um, so
- 46:44Speaker 2: I'm just like, I get why they put her in
- 46:47Speaker 2: it because it's, it's again, conflict. She has a weird childhood.
- 46:50Speaker 2: She has an unusual, uh, family makeup with the mother
- 46:54Speaker 2: and the three different dads and everything. But I'm like,
- 46:59Speaker 2: I just don't know. I feel like I wouldn't be
- 47:01Speaker 2: surprised if maybe they've already filmed the second season. But, like, whatever,
- 47:05Speaker 2: if this continues on, these players will change.
- 47:08Speaker 1: That's my prediction. That's kind of how she tees it
- 47:11Speaker 1: up at the end.
- 47:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:12Speaker 1: Because it ends with a cliffhanger. They're on the Queen Mary.
- 47:16Speaker 1: She leaves. She has a full meltdown. And then the
- 47:19Speaker 1: last scene you see of her is her just sobbing
- 47:21Speaker 1: in the corner as she runs off away from the dinner.
- 47:24Speaker 1: So you don't see what happens afterwards, which I assume
- 47:26Speaker 1: will be the opening for season two. And then her
- 47:29Speaker 1: confessional ends by saying something about how like you don't
- 47:33Speaker 1: if you want a role in my life, then like
- 47:35Speaker 1: this is not how you stay in my life. Like
- 47:38Speaker 1: being like now they have to prove themselves to me
- 47:40Speaker 1: or something to that effect of like she can, you know,
- 47:43Speaker 1: off with their head if they don't follow my rules.
- 47:45Speaker 2: Right. And like people are saying, this really should be
- 47:47Speaker 2: called House of Narcissist. She's like the biggest narcissist. I
- 47:51Speaker 2: don't think she cares. I think, I think she's, you know,
- 47:54Speaker 2: she's 38. She's been on reality TV for half her life,
- 47:58Speaker 2: literally half her life. She would have started at like
- 48:01Speaker 2: 22 or something. So, um, and they don't, you just
- 48:06Speaker 2: don't know any different anymore. And even though she had
- 48:09Speaker 2: this break of being on reality show for a while
- 48:11Speaker 2: while she rebuilt her stuff, she was still in the limelight.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 48:16Speaker 2: And you know, and he was an actor like Bo.
- 48:19Speaker 2: So he, Obviously has agreed to it, but it was
- 48:23Speaker 2: probably like, hey, but when we have these discussions, when
- 48:25Speaker 2: the cameras come up, like we can redo these fights.
- 48:29Speaker 2: That's what I think. Yeah. And that's fine. You know,
- 48:31Speaker 2: like their issues are their issues.
- 48:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:33Speaker 2: And clearly just like, you know, male comedians that don't
- 48:37Speaker 2: need to go on the road, they sometimes they go
- 48:38Speaker 2: on the road just to get away from their little kids.
- 48:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 48:41Speaker 2: And the female comedians are like, I'll bring them or
- 48:45Speaker 2: I feel terrible or I do just want that one
- 48:47Speaker 2: night in my bed alone.
- 48:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:49Speaker 2: While a male comedian might be like, who is the
- 48:52Speaker 2: waitress I can fuck? Not that they would do that
- 48:54Speaker 2: if they're married, but I'm just saying it's a very
- 48:55Speaker 2: different thing.
- 48:56Speaker 1: They would never do that.
- 48:57Speaker 2: How men and women treat differently. But I think she
- 49:00Speaker 2: got very comfortable in that, like, you know, not having
- 49:05Speaker 2: guilt about that because she was like, because I'm providing
- 49:08Speaker 2: all this and because we started like this.
- 49:10Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 49:10Speaker 2: You know, from the very beginning. And he just was like,
- 49:14Speaker 2: I just want to go to an office. I just
- 49:15Speaker 2: want to have a Chinese chicken salad by myself Yeah.
- 49:17Speaker 2: With a couple other people. And if I'm gone from
- 49:19Speaker 2: nine to six, like, what does it matter?
- 49:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 49:22Speaker 2: And again, it doesn't matter that he may. So that'll
- 49:24Speaker 2: stay for as long. And then he'll probably blow it off.
- 49:27Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 49:28Speaker 2: And be like, I'd rather pick up golf. Like, he'll
- 49:30Speaker 2: be like, whatever. Who cares?
- 49:32Speaker 1: He'll get it out of his system.
- 49:33Speaker 2: Yeah. But hopefully... They as a couple will remain together
- 49:39Speaker 2: because that's what they want. But this is sure a gamble.
- 49:42Speaker 1: It's a gamble. And she knows it. But I think
- 49:45Speaker 1: I think he'll stick around.
- 49:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:48Speaker 1: I just think he knows who she is. He knows
- 49:50Speaker 1: what he married. I don't think she's all that different,
- 49:54Speaker 1: you know, compared to where they've, you know, now compared
- 49:57Speaker 1: to the last couple of years that we haven't seen
- 49:59Speaker 1: her on television. So I think I hope they last.
- 50:03Speaker 2: I mean if she's really modeling Kris Jenner, there's no
- 50:06Speaker 2: better people that have the blinders on about the mean
- 50:09Speaker 2: comments than those Kardashians. Khloe oftentimes would fall into reading
- 50:14Speaker 2: the comments and being sad when she talks about it.
- 50:16Speaker 1: Yeah, she changed her whole image.
- 50:18Speaker 2: Right, and she actually said something recently like on her
- 50:21Speaker 2: show where she's like, you know, people acted very differently.
- 50:25Speaker 2: to me once I got hot. And I remember who
- 50:30Speaker 2: wasn't nice and who was. And I remember we were
- 50:34Speaker 2: doing a sketch early on in Chelsea lately where we
- 50:36Speaker 2: were gonna do like a sketch about, Chris was coming
- 50:40Speaker 2: on to be on the show. So I was like,
- 50:42Speaker 2: let's do a sketch where Chris plays herself And Chelsea
- 50:45Speaker 2: was Kim and we filled her ass. We gave her
- 50:47Speaker 2: brown contacts. So she has green eyes or blue eyes.
- 50:51Speaker 2: And I'm like, I'll be Chloe because I'm tall. And
- 50:54Speaker 2: we had a little PA that was, she was a
- 50:56Speaker 2: tiny little brunette girl. So I was like, you'll be the,
- 51:00Speaker 2: you'll be Courtney. And we had like a dummy and
- 51:02Speaker 2: I was like throwing the Courtney doll around and everything.
- 51:05Speaker 2: And right before that, like the day of, Chelsea's like, wait,
- 51:11Speaker 2: I think it'd be really funny. if we had Guy
- 51:14Speaker 2: Branum play Khloe. And I go, Chelsea, I know you
- 51:21Speaker 2: think I'm a thirst bucket, and I want to make
- 51:23Speaker 2: this extra $ 333, but I'm telling you, as like relationships
- 51:28Speaker 2: with the Kardashians, that would be so incredibly hurtful to Khloe.
- 51:33Speaker 2: She's already seen as like the bigger sister, and we're
- 51:37Speaker 2: going to have an overweight male play her over me?
- 51:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Like, I was gonna stuff my ass, but that was it.
- 51:45Speaker 2: And I was like, I'm just, she's like, but it'd
- 51:48Speaker 2: be funnier. And I'm like, it's just, I'm like, you
- 51:50Speaker 2: gotta think of the big picture. This will still be
- 51:52Speaker 2: really funny. And it was. And those were the things
- 51:57Speaker 2: I did when I was on the show to protect
- 52:00Speaker 2: the Kardashians.
- 52:01Speaker 1: But whatever, it's fine.
- 52:03Speaker 2: Chloe, I'm excited for your new show. I'd still like
- 52:06Speaker 2: you to come on Juicy Scoop. Let's talk about it.
- 52:08Speaker 2: I've had your back for 20 years. But those are
- 52:13Speaker 2: the kind of things where it's like you think about
- 52:15Speaker 2: those things. But again, it's kept my interest. It keeps
- 52:20Speaker 2: us talking. It is unique. And all of it. Now,
- 52:26Speaker 2: this was Bo in the beginning, and I was very
- 52:28Speaker 2: disturbed that he dyed his hair so black, but he
- 52:31Speaker 2: was letting his gray beard come in. But then later
- 52:33Speaker 2: on in the season, he addresses it and goes to
- 52:37Speaker 2: a groomer and gets his beard dyed to match his hair,
- 52:41Speaker 2: maybe lightened his hair, matched his hair. You have a
- 52:44Speaker 2: great look going with your beard and slight, slight salt
- 52:48Speaker 2: and pepper going. But it's a hard thing for a
- 52:51Speaker 2: guy to keep, when you start to dye your hair,
- 52:55Speaker 2: it's a slippery slope before you look like Ronald Reagan.
- 52:58Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
- 52:59Speaker 2: It's really, you have to like, and it costs money
- 53:02Speaker 2: because it's got to be just a little bit gray.
- 53:05Speaker 2: It has to be the right color brown. And so
- 53:08Speaker 2: he does fix that situation. And he is a good
- 53:10Speaker 2: looking guy. So that was good. Before we went back
- 53:12Speaker 2: to running the casting sessions. These are the kids. Okay,
- 53:18Speaker 2: so let's talk about Uh, the Tom Sandoval of it all,
- 53:21Speaker 2: since we're talking about it, um, Tom Sandoval came out,
- 53:26Speaker 2: he added something to his amendment.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:29Speaker 2: Um, you want to get into this? Walk us through
- 53:31Speaker 2: it since you have one too.
- 53:32Speaker 1: Just kidding.
- 53:33Speaker 2: You have a big penis. We know you have a
- 53:34Speaker 2: very big penis, but he said that Victoria Lee, his
- 53:38Speaker 2: girlfriend was, is so horrible, not just physically, but verbally
- 53:43Speaker 2: that she said, you have a tiny penis, a tiny penis.
- 53:48Speaker 2: And she kicked him in the tiny penis.
- 53:51Speaker 1: I mean, are we surprised that Tom Sandoval has a
- 53:53Speaker 1: tiny penis?
- 53:54Speaker 2: It doesn't mean he has it. It means that she
- 53:56Speaker 2: said it.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Well, but if he had a big dick, she's not
- 53:59Speaker 1: going to be like, you have a tiny penis, because
- 54:00Speaker 1: he can be like, no, I don't.
- 54:02Speaker 2: Oh, how do you know? She's had so many other men,
- 54:05Speaker 2: she could have just been like, yours isn't as big
- 54:08Speaker 2: as Leonardo DiCaprio's. And you're never going to be him
- 54:12Speaker 2: with your hokey band.
- 54:14Speaker 1: Nobody can ever say that I have a tiny penis
- 54:16Speaker 1: and I can confidently stand 10 toes down on that.
- 54:19Speaker 2: Well, I have never seen it and I don't want
- 54:21Speaker 2: to because we're brother and sister, but whatever.
- 54:25Speaker 1: But with Tom Sandoval, I, the bigger question is why
- 54:30Speaker 1: he would put this in the document about like, you
- 54:35Speaker 1: don't need to ever.
- 54:36Speaker 2: So did he just add this to the document?
- 54:38Speaker 1: He added this to the document. Okay.
- 54:40Speaker 2: This is why I think. Let's do our theories.
- 54:42Speaker 1: Okay.
- 54:44Speaker 2: I have covered this and I'm telling you, Juicy Scoopers
- 54:48Speaker 2: don't care about this story. They don't care. And so
- 54:53Speaker 2: I'm like, I just feel like he's like, no, I
- 54:56Speaker 2: need people to care. I need people to care. And
- 54:59Speaker 2: you need to hear how cruel this woman is. And
- 55:02Speaker 2: it's true. If we hear from now, Brittany, she's got
- 55:07Speaker 2: her people, um, Interview coming out. It was not available
- 55:11Speaker 2: for us to listen to at time of recording. She
- 55:14Speaker 2: sits down, do a long interview where she's going to
- 55:16Speaker 2: talk about everything that's going on with Jax. Um, that
- 55:20Speaker 2: that's not on the show. He's not on the show,
- 55:23Speaker 2: co-parenting whatnot and how, you know, upsetting it was to
- 55:26Speaker 2: find out that her publicist that worked for them for
- 55:29Speaker 2: 10 years is in fact dating him. And so we'll
- 55:33Speaker 2: hear about that. Um, but yeah, she would reveal oftentimes
- 55:38Speaker 2: that he criticized her weight gain after giving birth to
- 55:42Speaker 2: their son. And that is awful. And every woman is like,
- 55:48Speaker 2: are you fucking kidding me? Like your husband calls you
- 55:50Speaker 2: fat after you give birth. So I think he's kind
- 55:53Speaker 2: of taking that, that yes, that is awful, but it's
- 55:57Speaker 2: also awful. And I will give him this. When a
- 55:59Speaker 2: woman says something like your dick doesn't work, which Katie
- 56:03Speaker 2: Maloney remember said that to Tom Schwartz, your dick doesn't work,
- 56:05Speaker 2: your dick is small. Because it's one thing, there is
- 56:09Speaker 2: some weird plastic surgery you can do to make your
- 56:11Speaker 2: dick bigger, but it's pretty much you're born with your
- 56:13Speaker 2: dick sized.
- 56:13Speaker 1: So it's a pretty cruel thing to say.
- 56:17Speaker 2: You know, to somebody else.
- 56:19Speaker 1: Because even a woman can get a breast implant.
- 56:21Speaker 2: A woman can lose weight.
- 56:22Speaker 1: A woman can get a boob job.
- 56:23Speaker 2: A woman can get her flat ass filled.
- 56:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 56:26Speaker 1: A woman can change her appearance. Or like Brandi Glendale,
- 56:28Speaker 1: she got a, what was it, a vaginal rejuvenation.
- 56:31Speaker 2: You can make it tighter.
- 56:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 56:32Speaker 2: But it's a lot of work to get like a
- 56:34Speaker 2: penis pump or whatever. And so it's just like a
- 56:37Speaker 2: really low blow mean thing when women sit around in
- 56:41Speaker 2: a podcast studio or whatever and said, oh, this guy
- 56:43Speaker 2: has this. I remember there was a Curb Your Enthusiasm,
- 56:47Speaker 2: and he's like, why isn't anyone saying, like, you have
- 56:49Speaker 2: a big vagina? Maybe you have a huge-ass vagina. Why
- 56:53Speaker 2: do you think my dick is so small? Maybe your
- 56:55Speaker 2: dick is so cavernous that, you know, it's like a
- 56:58Speaker 2: hot dog down a hallway or whatever they say. So
- 57:02Speaker 2: I think that's what he wanted. He wanted people to know, like,
- 57:05Speaker 2: you've got to really realize how fucking horrible this chick
- 57:08Speaker 2: was to me.
- 57:09Speaker 1: Because she kicked him in the small dick? Yeah.
- 57:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 57:12Speaker 1: Did this make you have any more compassion for him, though? Like,
- 57:14Speaker 1: was it effective?
- 57:17Speaker 2: I mean, look, I don't think any— I' m not happy when
- 57:19Speaker 2: anybody is in some bad fucking toxic relationship. But it
- 57:23Speaker 2: is just interesting because, like, I follow, like, WeHo News
- 57:26Speaker 2: or whatever.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 57:26Speaker 2: West Hollywood News. And somebody just, like, filmed, like, them
- 57:30Speaker 2: taking down the pump and the TomTom. Or maybe the
- 57:34Speaker 2: TomTom staying.
- 57:34Speaker 1: It's just the pump, yeah.
- 57:35Speaker 2: Just pump and TomTom staying.
- 57:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 57:37Speaker 2: And then it's like, you know, so they're no longer
- 57:41Speaker 2: part of TomTom. Tom Schwartz is on The Valley, and
- 57:44Speaker 2: I'll go here. Tom Schwartz is on The Valley, and
- 57:47Speaker 2: I feel like, I don't know. It's interesting when people
- 57:52Speaker 2: aren't on TV. That's why we have to give Stassi credit,
- 57:57Speaker 2: that even though she was canceled, she still managed to
- 58:01Speaker 2: keep an audience.
- 58:02Speaker 4: Yep.
- 58:02Speaker 2: And gain some people back and grow it. I mean,
- 58:07Speaker 2: I thought it was interesting on the Stassi show where
- 58:08Speaker 2: she was like, oh, my two favorite people from the
- 58:11Speaker 2: villa are coming over today. And they were like these
- 58:14Speaker 2: two really pretty black girls. But then they brought up
- 58:17Speaker 2: the fact that like, oh, we enjoyed you until I
- 58:19Speaker 2: went home and realized.
- 58:22Speaker 1: That you had said.
- 58:23Speaker 2: Some racist thing about black girls. And I was like, well, again,
- 58:27Speaker 2: I'm glad you're addressing it. I mean, because we're all
- 58:29Speaker 2: thinking it when we see that the two girls that
- 58:31Speaker 2: you clicked with on the villa were the two pretty
- 58:33Speaker 2: black girls. Like, it's just kind of, that's convenient, you know? Yeah.
- 58:37Speaker 2: But totally possible and real. Like, you might really have
- 58:41Speaker 2: liked them.
- 58:41Speaker 1: I mean, I didn't get that impression from watching the villa,
- 58:44Speaker 1: but I'm glad.
- 58:44Speaker 2: That they were best friends.
- 58:45Speaker 1: They picked up a paycheck.
- 58:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 58:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 58:47Speaker 1: Yeah like oh hulu wants to give us a crossover
- 58:49Speaker 1: another paycheck okay we'll show up yeah we'll show up.
- 58:52Speaker 2: And say hey we googled your.
- 58:54Speaker 1: Race we didn't we didn't realize you were a bitch um.
- 58:58Speaker 2: Yeah so i don't know we'll see what happens with
- 59:02Speaker 2: him but i'm telling you this i just don't you
- 59:05Speaker 2: feel that way a little bit with tom.
- 59:07Speaker 1: Probably I mean, I didn't think of that before, but
- 59:11Speaker 1: like probably. I think you're right. He like wants some
- 59:14Speaker 1: sort of he wants his Ariana Maddox moment. He wants
- 59:18Speaker 1: them to feel sorry for him now.
- 59:20Speaker 2: And then he says that she said or people said
- 59:23Speaker 2: she was hoping to get her Ariana Maddox moment. Yeah.
- 59:27Speaker 2: As the victim of him. Yeah. Like, she's going to
- 59:30Speaker 2: be hosting, like, the Love Island. Like, she's going to be,
- 59:34Speaker 2: what's her name?
- 59:34Speaker 1: Whatever happened to Ciara?
- 59:35Speaker 2: She's going to be in Chicago.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Could you imagine Victoria in Chicago?
- 59:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess nobody really was into that after show
- 59:42Speaker 2: with Ciara from Summer House. But then she, like, is, like,
- 59:45Speaker 2: doing a music video with, I forgot his name.
- 59:49Speaker 4: Dr.
- 59:49Speaker 5: Dre.
- 59:50Speaker 2: No, his name's, like, Bandoozle or something. No, what's his name?
- 59:53Speaker 1: I didn't even know she was doing music videos.
- 59:56Speaker 2: Badoozy, Badoozy. Oh, my God. I don't know.
- 59:59Speaker 1: He is.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: He he was like he was that stagecoach. He's like
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: a black cowboy singer, country singer.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: OK.
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: Anyway, they're supposed to be like possibly dating.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: Oh, and she's in his music video.
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: Yeah. And now I'm going to get murdered for not
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: knowing this guy's name.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: But whatever. I don't even know who he is. So, well,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: I'm saying it wrong. That's why. But I don't even
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: know anything. But it sounds like.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: You recognize the song.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: I don't.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: OK, but whatever. OK, so we wish them well. Okay,
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: I want to just talk about this really quickly because
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: People Magazine wrote about this. They said Chelsea Handler calls
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: Joe Rogan completely uninformed after he's named highest paid podcaster
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: of 2026. What I gathered was there was that article
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: that came out about the highest paid podcasters. Yeah. And
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: his was like 82 million a year. Yeah. From Forbes.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: And these things are not always accurate. Sometimes you have
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: to submit them. Sometimes they're true. They're probably pretty close, okay?
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: And we know he's at the top of the totem pole,
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: as he should be. He's been doing it the longest,
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: or one of the people that have been doing it
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: the longest. So anyway, she wrote in the comment, like,
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: he's so uninformed, and who is even listening to him?
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: They should give this money to vets or....
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: Like veterinarians or like veterans?
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: Like veterans. Oh, OK. You should give it to veterans
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: and like somebody else. OK, I can't remember veterans and
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: somebody else. And of course, everybody's like, what? And I
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: just was like, there's nothing that bugs me more than
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: when someone says what they should give that money to.
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: This money should go to you should take your salary in.
- 1:01:42Speaker 2: Or when someone gives money, they're like, well, that's just
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: a drop in the bucket.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: Or that's just for a tax write off. Yeah.
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: Or like just like what you were making. There was
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: a whole article where they when we were in Chelsea lately,
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: where they figured out how much each late night person
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: was making per listener, per watcher. Okay.
- 1:02:03Speaker 4: Oh, wow.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: And she was making the most per watcher.
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:02:06Speaker 2: Because we were cable.
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: And she was getting paid so much. I'm like, I
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: don't think she would appreciate if someone's like, well.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: She should give, you know, 10 of the $ 16 per
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: person to the veterans. That are living down the street
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: from our building.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: When she was on Chelsea lately, she wouldn't even issue
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: an apology. I mean, how many times did you guys
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: have the groups that were like, Chelsea needs to apologize
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: to this minority. And she wouldn't even apologize, let alone
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: give a portion of her proceeds to the veterans.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: This is the thing. It was just a comment under
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: a post. She's in a lot. She's been commenting a lot.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: She's like answering people back. So she's spending a lot
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: of time. So that's fine.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: Well, when you don't have kids, you have a lot
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: of time to spend in the comment section.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: And she doesn't want kids. We get it. Nobody, nobody,
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: you're 51. No one's expecting you to have kids. No
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: one cared that you didn't have them. No one pushed
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: you to have them.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: No.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: No one's pushing anybody to have them at this point.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: Like you could absolutely be a single lady. It's okay.
- 1:03:12Speaker 2: No one cares.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: Yeah, sit in your bed without a top on and
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: respond to all the Joe Rogan fans on Instagram. That
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: sounds like a lovely life. I'm so jealous. What it
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: is is projection, right? Because he was able to do
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: what she wanted to do after her. her pop culture era.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: Remember when she tried to go on tour and talk
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: to people that she disagreed with?
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: Yes, the political tour.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Yeah, but he's doing it in a very non-political way
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: of having real, meaningful conversations with people that people actually
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: want to listen to. Nobody cared to see Chelsea Handler
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: go and fight with Tommy Lauren in Nevada to talk
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: about politics. Nobody gave a shit about that, but that's
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: what she wanted to do because she's looking for meaning
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: in her life Because she's reached this peak woke whatever
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: where she needs to feel important to like make up
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: for all the money that she's made and she doesn't
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: have much of a purpose left anymore.
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: And the greatest thing about streaming services and podcasting is
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: you have to go through a few steps to listen
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: to it.
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: So if you don't like what someone's preaching, you don't
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: have to listen to it. So to think like, oh,
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: he's saying these things that I don't agree with that
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: are making people not agree with me. Like, who cares? Like,
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: it's not the news saying it. It's not being projected
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: through our Alexa when we don't ask for it. And
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: everyone's like, God, I don't like that propaganda. Like, it's
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: just whatever.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Don't listen to it.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: Like, who cares? Anyway. Um, the Holly, the wives out,
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: this was a Hollywood reporter and it came across as
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: the cover and it's got, you know, all the boogies.
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:04:52Speaker 2: And it's got like, you know, Luann, Vicky, all the
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: housewives and it's wives out. So when I first saw
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: it on my scroll, I thought it was, these are
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: all the housewives that are out of the closet. Because
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: there's been so many lesbian storylines in the last couple years,
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: I thought they were doing like a pride episode, like
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: a pride cover.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: You're like, oh, there's Kyle.
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: But don't you think that's a weird title, Wives Out?
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: Well, I think it's meant to be like Knives Out.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: Oh, that movie was that big of a thing?
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: No, the phrase Knives Out, like, you know, the movie
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: is based off of the phrase, and I think this
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: is a play on words with, that phrase of like,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: nice out.
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: It was Kyle and it's Portia, so we're two out lesbians.
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: Teresa was, went to prison, so we know she did some,
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: probably did something.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: Yeah. Isn't Luann, I feel like Luann's.
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: Yeah. Is that, Vicky, I've never had multiple partners in
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: my life, so she's definitely not. There is, you know what,
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: out of all the housewives, I can, Really say, I
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: 100% know that Vicki has never kissed a woman, touched
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: a tit, that wasn't in a joking way, let me
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: fill your breast augmentation, Of all the housewives, she is
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: the straightest.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: She would have never groped Caroline.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: She is the straightest of the straight. And then Giselle
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: seems pretty straight, too. But that's what I thought when
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: I first looked at it.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: And Lisa Barlow.
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: And Lisa Barlow. No, I'm not gay. But baby gorgeous.
- 1:06:27Speaker 2: I love that song. It's good.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: It's actually a really good song.
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: You're so. What is it?
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: How's it go? You're just gorgeous.
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: Baby gorgeous.
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: It rhymes. It's so good.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: I've used it in one of my posts. So yeah,
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: they're doing this whole thing. They're out and having fun.
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: We've got the season 20. How are you feeling about OC?
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: I think they look great. Tamara looks incredible. Emily looks incredible.
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: Are you afraid of Tamara too?
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: I'm going to be like, I'm going to take my
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: vote from Carol Radswell. Really, Zach? Are you afraid of
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: Tamara Judge too? Remember when she said that to Andy
- 1:07:06Speaker 2: about Bethany?
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: Carol can fuck off.
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: No, she's my fave. Okay, but that's okay. So everyone
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: looks good. Everyone looks attractive.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: They look great. The season's a little meh. It's not
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: the big banger that I was expecting for the big
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: RH20 that they were trying to pimp out. But you
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: never know. I mean, I'm hoping it gets better. I mean,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: I like the Vicky's back.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: We'll watch.
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: Shannon, she's not happy with you because you made fun
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: of her falling everywhere. I know. Like she was Fergie
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: and clumsy. She was very you hurt. That's OK.
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: You know what? I'm going to have boundaries with camera.
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: We're not going to just be all skipping through the daisies.
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: Did you talk about the Andy Cohen bill? Oh, yes.
- 1:07:55Speaker 1: The quiet woman.
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: The quiet woman. Well, yeah, I did expect the quiet woman.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: I won't even say the name of the restaurant anymore.
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: I'm going to start to go to Blaze Pizza now. Yeah,
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: that whole thing was just funny. And she just admitted, yeah,
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: she was like, absolutely, they should be paying for it.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: You know, they should be so excited. It doesn't matter. Like, whatever.
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: They were there. And I think she did to help
- 1:08:22Speaker 2: their business.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: But, you know.
- 1:08:25Speaker 2: She got caught, and she was honest when she got caught.
- 1:08:27Speaker 2: She did say, yeah, that's what I said. So, like,
- 1:08:29Speaker 2: I'll take that. But, yeah, it's fine. There's really just
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: nothing to say about it.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: Like, I don't know what story. Like, I don't even
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: know what story to talk about. There's no whole storyline
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: from the season that's, like, riveting or, like, exciting or interesting.
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: No. Dorit claims that she's her primary... her kid's primary
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: caregiver in the child support battle. This just keeps going on.
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: This is an awful divorce between Dorit and PK. And
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: PK's trying to get his story out, that she is
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: a you know just spends spends and spends shopaholic they
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: still haven't they still have the Encino home but she
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: was like in.
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: Europe for weeks celebrating her birthday with her new boyfriend
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: without the kids.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: Does she have a new boyfriend yeah That just wasn't
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: some gay guy?
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: Like a young boyfriend, yeah.
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: I just figured she was with a bunch of gays. Well,
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: that's good.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I thought they'd confirmed. He's like a younger dude
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: and she's like dating him.
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: I love it.
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: Good for her. Listen, we, again, we care about the
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: kids and all this. So they shouldn't, whatever this is
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: needs to be settled. But I do feel like when
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: you hear PK's side, it's like he created a monster.
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: And when I read her book, Oh, you read it?
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: I read her book, and she was very, like, lovey-dovey
- 1:09:50Speaker 2: complimentary about him in looking back at their life. Yeah. Like,
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: he's such a genius. He was, you know, had all
- 1:09:56Speaker 2: these great entrepreneurial ideas. He was spur of the moment.
- 1:09:59Speaker 2: He was fun. He was da-da-da. We were so happy.
- 1:10:01Speaker 2: And then, yeah, I think once she got on the show,
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: their marriage would have changed anyway. Just everybody changes when
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: you've been— When they go on the show, yeah. When
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: you go on the show. But everybody also changes when
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: you age. Yeah. your marriage and your relationship at 25
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: is going to be different than at 45. It just
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: is because you've both grown 20 years.
- 1:10:21Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: It could be better. It could be worse. It could
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: be things. So like there's a chance that they would
- 1:10:25Speaker 2: have grown apart anyway, but that, you know, the show
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: didn't help. The drinking didn't help.
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: No.
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: I think you're right. He did create kind of a
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: monster by giving her every, I mean that, and then
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: like housewives world, like that really gets to their head
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: and they think that they're bigger than the show. until
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: they leave the show, and then they end up like
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: Tom Sandoval, desperate for attention by making people feel sorry
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: that he has a tiny penis. But I think Dorit
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: is just, you know, she's... I think she needs to
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: be making some wiser decisions, right? If PK really is
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: as bad as she's trying to make him out to be,
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: then like you need to find a way to navigate
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: him and not antagonize him.
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: Like she keeps spending money. She trashes him on the show.
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: Like if I were PK, I would kind of be
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: pissed too if I'm expected to pay the mortgage and
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: to pay all the bills and you're just spending frivolously
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: on designer items and you're just buying all of these
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: clothes and yet you're expecting me to pay all the
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: bills and And then you're calling me an alcoholic and
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: talking shit about me on the Real Housewives. Like I
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: would be pissed too.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: And then she says, you know, I'm the one that's
- 1:11:33Speaker 2: with the kids 95% of the time. Well, he allegedly
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: had a plan to take them to Europe to spend
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: their summer vacation with him. And then she, he blames
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: her for not updating the passports. So now he had
- 1:11:48Speaker 2: this plan and he couldn't take them.
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: And, um, It's just it's just a bummer.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Yeah. He's made a few different allegations about how like
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: she's like she kind of blocks his time with the kids.
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: Like even when she went to Europe and the kids,
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: I guess, were staying with her parents. He wasn't aware
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: of that. Yeah. And he was like, I wasn't told
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: I could have had the kids while you were in Europe. Like,
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: you know, why? And you didn't tell me you're not
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: communicating where the kids are, what the plans are. And yeah,
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: I mean, listen, if she's saying that she spends 95%
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: of the time with them, then I think a lot
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: of the kids' responsibilities do fall back onto her in
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: terms of updating the passports and making sure that, you know,
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: the kids' schedules are aligned.
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: Well, I'll tell you something, Zach. I want something about
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: PK that maybe you aren't aware of is I let
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: him know that I had these plans and I said,
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: I don't know where the passports are.
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: Okay. So that's not my fault that they were not renewed.
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: And quite honestly, this man tortures me daily. He tortures
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: me daily. And I need these clothes for what I do,
- 1:12:58Speaker 2: which is filming the show. There you go, mind you.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: And there's no arguing with her. When she's right, she's right.
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: Truly, truly.
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: But I'm glad she has a boyfriend.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: That will be fun to see. I want to see
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: the boyfriend.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I want to see the boyfriend. I want to
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: see them all really dating.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: Yeah. He says she's spending crazy on fashion and travel
- 1:13:26Speaker 2: while ignoring the mortgage payments. She claims he's the one
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: dropping serious cash on personal expenses while not paying bills.
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: I believe he has a girlfriend, too.
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: I'm sure. Really?
- 1:13:37Speaker 2: The girls are coming. Khloe Kardashian's friends. It's on Hulu,
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: August 21st. And it's Chloe.
- 1:13:46Speaker 3: Oh, my God.
- 1:13:47Speaker 2: I just realized she's not. Wait a minute.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: Chloe's not in there.
- 1:13:50Speaker 2: She's not in the poster?
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: No.
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: Wait a minute.
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: It's not about her.
- 1:13:56Speaker 2: So she just put these girls together to.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: Fight each other. Yeah, the show is about the girls. Yeah.
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: And she'll, like, make a cameo here and there.
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: Oh. Okay, well, there's these two girls that had their
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: own show, these Canadian girls that are sisters, right?
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: Nat and Liv, and then even the Malikas had their show, Dolls,
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: the Dolls.
- 1:14:18Speaker 2: Yes, they were like Kardashian dolls. They worked at the store.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: And they'd have like fights about who didn't fold the
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: jeans right. Okay, that didn't work. And then this girl
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: is just some new girl. I don't know, some pretty.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: They're all pretty. I don't know who these two are.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know who the other two are.
- 1:14:34Speaker 2: What do you think?
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: Are we excited? I don't think so. I don't know.
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: I think, I think maybe, maybe this is the time
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: that it'll work.
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: I mean, people do like just to see like gorgeous girls.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: But the Kardashians don't work without the Kardashians, you know?
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: And even then I feel like people are a little
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: Kardashian fatigued when it comes to reality TV.
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: But being that this is Hulu as well, maybe it's,
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: What if it was the same production company as Stassi's
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: or they're stealing that style? Like maybe if it's like, okay,
- 1:15:07Speaker 2: we're going to see if this reality show works now.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: But you need a hook.
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: Maybe it does have a hook.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: Stassi's hook was this was her comeback. The Mormon Wives,
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: their hook was, you know, they played into the Mormon
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: Wives thing. Whereas remember the first kind of promo was
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: them and those like ugly, like blue.
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: Whatever that was, coats that they had on and they
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: were like walking, holding hands. Like they leaned into the
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: weirdness of Mormonism and like these girls are all sleeping
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: with each other and each other's husbands. Whereas like I
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: don't know what the hook is with these other than
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: they're Khloe Kardashian's friends. And Khloe Kardashian's friends isn't a
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: strong enough hook for me to care. And I like
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: Khloe Kardashian. I like the Kardashians. I would rather watch
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: another boring season of the Kardashians than watch the girls.
- 1:15:48Speaker 2: I think though like you might not be the audience
- 1:15:52Speaker 2: for it. Like I think it could just be.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: Who's the audience?
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: Young, like, 25-year-old women that are, like— Oh, like the
- 1:16:01Speaker 2: Nader girls? That are, like, you know, that are still
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: obsessed with, like, going to La La Land or Erewhon and, like,
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: the mystery of L.A. and what's it like to be, like,
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: a rich Calabasas young mom and go on their— I don't know,
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: like— We'll see. We'll see what it is. We'll see
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: if they're friends, if they're fighting, if it's manufactured, if
- 1:16:22Speaker 2: it's breaking the fourth wall.
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: Well, there are two sets of sisters, right? I mean, we're.
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: Watching Real Housewives of OC right now where we have
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: to see them do their TikToks.
- 1:16:31Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: And criticize each other about bad TikToks.
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: At least these girls have real like brand deals and
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: are like stunning and like have fashion sense.
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: And are fucking like hot guys.
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: Listen, I hope that they're able to kind of. I
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: think they needed more Khloe, though.
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: We still might have to see them do their TikToks.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: Oh, I'm sure. Well, like the Mormon wives, we see
