- 0:10Speaker 1: Win True insurance did true. I'm a checked out both
- 0:15Speaker 1: good true that is with the audils.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy the Show. I'm your host,
- 0:36Speaker 2: Adam Todd Brown joining me as co host as always,
- 0:39Speaker 2: connorm E'spadden's here. How's it going, man?
- 0:41Speaker 3: A hoy hoy?
- 0:42Speaker 2: Oh? I get that reference? How about that?
- 0:45Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 0:45Speaker 1: You do?
- 0:45Speaker 2: I do get that one.
- 0:46Speaker 3: What's what's that? From the Simpsons? Very good?
- 0:50Speaker 2: Mister Burns answering the phone. There you go.
- 0:52Speaker 3: I was wondering why more people don't say a hoy
- 0:54Speaker 3: hoy on the drive over here. It's pretty fun.
- 0:57Speaker 2: That is one of my favorite Simpsons moments, is just
- 1:00Speaker 2: him answering the phone that way. It's so fucking great.
- 1:03Speaker 2: I love it.
- 1:04Speaker 3: I love that he still has a Bloomberg terminal with
- 1:07Speaker 3: ticker tape he finds out about the nineteen twenty nine
- 1:11Speaker 3: crash in like nineteen ninety five.
- 1:14Speaker 2: We are launching a podcast about the true crime show
- 1:18Speaker 2: fear Thy Neighbor, which is just a delightful show about
- 1:21Speaker 2: neighbors who hate each other. And the podcast is called
- 1:25Speaker 2: Stupid Flanders after the most famous terrible neighbor. So, speaking
- 1:30Speaker 2: of terrible neighbors, I bet Trump sucks.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Welcome back to reminisce about the Simpsons the show.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I wish we could just talk about the Simpsons
- 1:39Speaker 2: the whole time. I bet there are a thousand podcasts
- 1:42Speaker 2: about the Simpsons.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Oh God, I can don't even want to think about it.
- 1:45Speaker 3: But we have to talk about the people that went
- 1:47Speaker 3: after our dear leader.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Yeah, we have to talk about Trump and the White
- 1:53Speaker 2: House Corresponden's dinner because.
- 1:55Speaker 3: They think he's the worst president of all time. But
- 1:57Speaker 3: I still I'm an American and I love our president.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Both things exist in my heart. I think he's a
- 2:02Speaker 3: terrible man. I think he should removed from office immediately,
- 2:05Speaker 3: but I love him.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I mean, I don't love him, but I have always
- 2:10Speaker 2: been pretty open about the fact that I never want
- 2:13Speaker 2: my president to be replaced by way of assassination. That's
- 2:17Speaker 2: just not going to be a smooth process.
- 2:19Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not.
- 2:20Speaker 2: Going to accomplish what you expect, none of those things.
- 2:23Speaker 2: So no matter who's in office, I've always been opposed
- 2:27Speaker 2: to assassinating the president. I would love for Trump to
- 2:31Speaker 2: get impeached or twenty fifth amendmented like yesterday, but assassination, Nah,
- 2:37Speaker 2: it's not gonna help we'll just have JD vance.
- 2:40Speaker 3: You know what, I'm going to take back my statements
- 2:43Speaker 3: from two minutes ago where I said I love him.
- 2:45Speaker 3: That just doesn't seem like it's good to have that
- 2:47Speaker 3: on record. I know I find him lovable, I don't know.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I mean, he's hilarious. Can how about that? That's the
- 2:52Speaker 3: long and short of it, and not in any kind
- 2:55Speaker 3: of good way.
- 2:56Speaker 2: But well, that's the thing. If he was an effective president,
- 3:00Speaker 2: his personality would go over a lot smoother. But he
- 3:04Speaker 2: also sucks at the job.
- 3:06Speaker 3: Yeah, he's not good.
- 3:07Speaker 2: He's not doing anything he said he was going to do.
- 3:10Speaker 2: Because here's the thing. I didn't vote for him, but
- 3:12Speaker 2: I still would have been psyched if prices dropped on
- 3:15Speaker 2: a bunch of shit.
- 3:16Speaker 3: If he stopped all foreign wars, I would have been like, Okay, well,
- 3:20Speaker 3: you know, I'll give you that one.
- 3:21Speaker 2: But he's not doing any of that shit. And so
- 3:24Speaker 2: people are trying to assassinate him, or are they? Because
- 3:29Speaker 2: that's what we're really talking about, is the idea that
- 3:32Speaker 2: the Trump administration is staging these assassination attempts.
- 3:37Speaker 3: It does seem like every time things are looking down
- 3:39Speaker 3: for old Donald, they kind of like find another, Oh
- 3:43Speaker 3: he's on the golf course with a AR fifteen or whatever.
- 3:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's more. What it is, though, is
- 3:49Speaker 2: I think Trump just capitalizes on anything that happens, Like
- 3:53Speaker 2: if there is any avenue to jump on truth social
- 3:56Speaker 2: and be like, you should build the ballroom, He's going
- 3:58Speaker 2: to do it, no matter what just happened.
- 4:01Speaker 3: If you give him any kind of opening, he'll make
- 4:03Speaker 3: it about the ballroom. You ask him about the Iran Warren,
- 4:05Speaker 3: he gets to the ballroom within three minutes.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Yeah, that doesn't mean I think these assassination attempts are fake.
- 4:13Speaker 2: I actually do not. I don't think that's what's happening,
- 4:17Speaker 2: But we'll get there. What do you think You think
- 4:19Speaker 2: he's faking it?
- 4:19Speaker 3: You know, it's so classless, it's you just can't put
- 4:22Speaker 3: it past them. But I if I ever got into
- 4:25Speaker 3: my head, I'd probably say no, just Aukham's razors are
- 4:27Speaker 3: more likely that they're gonna do this looney tune scheme,
- 4:30Speaker 3: or that there's just a guy from Torrance that hates
- 4:32Speaker 3: the president Like that one sounds more nbelievable to me.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Yeah, And that's the thing. I don't put it past him.
- 4:39Speaker 2: But that's because I don't put anything past the American
- 4:43Speaker 2: government at all. Need I remind anyone we're the only
- 4:47Speaker 2: country to drop a nuke in the middle of a war.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I think we're the only country to try to use
- 4:52Speaker 3: bats to burn down Tokyo as well. When you say anything,
- 4:56Speaker 3: I mean anything. We've gotten to literally harvesting the and
- 5:00Speaker 3: nesting traits of the bat to kill people.
- 5:04Speaker 2: And that's what's so frustrating about this theory to me
- 5:08Speaker 2: is so many people, especially liberals, democrats, people on the left,
- 5:12Speaker 2: whatever you want to call them, people who have recoiled
- 5:15Speaker 2: in horror upon just hearing the phrase conspiracy theory. Now
- 5:20Speaker 2: this bullshit. They're like, yep, fuck it, conspiracy theories. I
- 5:25Speaker 2: believe this one.
- 5:26Speaker 3: It's like when someone tells me they got into punk
- 5:29Speaker 3: music and then they say like, I love less than Jake,
- 5:32Speaker 3: and you're like, oh, I thought, damn it.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Yeah, And I mean it kind of reminds me of
- 5:40Speaker 2: I think a good example is mk Ultra, which is
- 5:43Speaker 2: a thing where we've done episodes about it. I've had
- 5:46Speaker 2: people on the podcast who are skeptical of even stuff
- 5:51Speaker 2: like that, where we did government hearings over it. We
- 5:54Speaker 2: have documents that prove it happened. We know it was
- 5:58Speaker 2: a decades long, fucking human experimentation program, and you still
- 6:02Speaker 2: get people who are like, yeah, but the government said
- 6:05Speaker 2: nothing ever came of it, so big deal. And it's like,
- 6:09Speaker 2: why would you believe the people doing it to tell
- 6:12Speaker 2: you nothing ever came of it? That makes no sense,
- 6:14Speaker 2: But now no one skeptical.
- 6:17Speaker 3: I was just talking about this on the show a
- 6:18Speaker 3: few weeks back, but we really need to somehow rebrand
- 6:21Speaker 3: conspiracy theories to weird facts from history that you haven't
- 6:25Speaker 3: heard about, because that's what a lot of them are, like,
- 6:28Speaker 3: they get lumped in with conspiracy theories. But m Kultra,
- 6:32Speaker 3: like you said, there's mounds of documentation about this. They
- 6:35Speaker 3: did it for a decade. You know, you really think
- 6:38Speaker 3: they're gonna keep the bat thing, the exploding bats that
- 6:42Speaker 3: they nixed that like after two or three trials, they're like,
- 6:45Speaker 3: this is stupid. Fuck this.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Yeah, but why would they pump millions and millions and
- 6:50Speaker 2: millions of nineteen fifties and sixties dollars into a program
- 6:54Speaker 2: that was not working?
- 6:56Speaker 3: I got so wet when you said nineteen sixty dollars,
- 6:59Speaker 3: those have got to be like one is worth like
- 7:01Speaker 3: twenty to day something like that.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Yeah, probably those were the days he could buy an
- 7:05Speaker 2: album for like three dollars shit like that.
- 7:09Speaker 3: You know what I saw on Twitter the other day
- 7:10Speaker 3: that absolutely blew my mind was gatorade in a glass bottle.
- 7:13Speaker 3: I think I'm slightly too young for that, but it
- 7:16Speaker 3: took me back to a place.
- 7:18Speaker 2: I am old enough to remember. Gatorade in a glass bottle.
- 7:22Speaker 2: I had a friend named Sean who I still talk
- 7:26Speaker 2: to him. He was trying to sneak into his house
- 7:29Speaker 2: for some reason. His mom locked him out of the
- 7:32Speaker 2: house during the day when he was at school and
- 7:35Speaker 2: we had like skipped school, and he was trying to
- 7:38Speaker 2: sneak in the house and tried to open a window
- 7:40Speaker 2: that was locked. And Sean was a strong dude, so
- 7:43Speaker 2: he just broke the bottom of the window and jammed
- 7:47Speaker 2: a piece of glass into his hand, had to go
- 7:49Speaker 2: to the hospital. Calls his mom and trying to cover
- 7:53Speaker 2: up the fact that he was sneaking in the house
- 7:54Speaker 2: was like I fell and landed on a glass gatorade bottle,
- 7:58Speaker 2: and she was like, the window is broke and those
- 8:00Speaker 2: gatorade bottles are thick. Your hand would be destroyed if
- 8:05Speaker 2: that happened. So, yeah, I remember glass gate ray bottles.
- 8:08Speaker 2: That was a long winded story to say I remember those.
- 8:11Speaker 3: No, I was like, I was on the edge of
- 8:12Speaker 3: my seat. I was like, where's the glass gatory bottle?
- 8:14Speaker 3: Because there's no glass gatory bottle in that story for
- 8:17Speaker 3: like the first seventy five percent of it.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Yeah, it was his alibi and it was a weak one.
- 8:21Speaker 2: It was very weak.
- 8:22Speaker 3: When you like and when you lie, you got a
- 8:23Speaker 3: lie big, you know.
- 8:25Speaker 2: So this Correspondent's Dinner shooting happened April twenty fifth, twenty
- 8:29Speaker 2: twenty six, Washington, DC.
- 8:31Speaker 3: Right, that's my tacky dream as a writer. I would
- 8:33Speaker 3: love to write for the White House Correspondent Center. I
- 8:35Speaker 3: think it's ghosh and we probably shouldn't have it, but
- 8:38Speaker 3: I want to write for it.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that it would be fun as shit to
- 8:42Speaker 2: write jokes for that. Do they still do it the
- 8:44Speaker 2: same way? Though?
- 8:45Speaker 3: I didn't even hear about. Like a comedian host, usually
- 8:47Speaker 3: there's some buzz about they have like some host and
- 8:50Speaker 3: they kind of announce it. Like I heard there was
- 8:52Speaker 3: some kind of like magician or mentalist on stage when
- 8:55Speaker 3: this was happening or something like that. Like I don't
- 8:57Speaker 3: know it sounds it didn't sound too good.
- 9:00Speaker 2: I wonder if they were trying to just get doctor
- 9:03Speaker 2: Oz to say something, and maybe they accidentally booked that
- 9:06Speaker 2: doctor O's guy who is a mentalist who spells his
- 9:10Speaker 2: name the same way, but they pronounce it Oh's instead
- 9:13Speaker 2: of Oz. Maybe it was that guy.
- 9:14Speaker 3: I want to be doctor Ooz and I can make
- 9:17Speaker 3: you come without touching you.
- 9:19Speaker 2: Hell yeah, so President Trump, the president of peace, someone
- 9:23Speaker 2: tried to assassinate him. If you can believe that your
- 9:26Speaker 2: suspect is a thirty one year old Torrance, California man
- 9:29Speaker 2: named Cole Tomas Allen. I know Torrance. That's right next
- 9:33Speaker 2: to where I live.
- 9:34Speaker 3: My least favorite city in North America.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Really, why is that?
- 9:38Speaker 3: I dated a girl lived in Torrance and it was
- 9:40Speaker 3: just everything was expensive, but there was nothing to do,
- 9:43Speaker 3: and there was traffic, and it was dirty and it
- 9:47Speaker 3: was just bad in every way. It was like San
- 9:49Speaker 3: Francisco without any cool landmark.
- 9:53Speaker 2: I didn't hate living in Torrance, but I'm in San
- 9:56Speaker 2: Pedro now and I like it way, way, way way better.
- 9:59Speaker 3: It's a better city, yeah, much better.
- 10:01Speaker 2: So yeah, this guy, he's from Torrance. As far as
- 10:04Speaker 2: assassination attempts go. This was pretty mundane.
- 10:07Speaker 3: If I lived in Torrance after thirty one years, I'd
- 10:09Speaker 3: be like, I'm going to fucking kill somebody.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it'll drive you to that. This guy just ran
- 10:15Speaker 2: through a security checkpoint. He had a stockpile of weapons,
- 10:18Speaker 2: exchanged some gunfire with law enforcement, and then he was arrested.
- 10:23Speaker 2: If you want all the ins and outs, you can
- 10:26Speaker 2: consult your LAMB stream media sources for more details. It's
- 10:30Speaker 2: not what we're here for. We are not a detail
- 10:33Speaker 2: oriented bunch. We're here to talk about the idea that
- 10:36Speaker 2: they are faking these attempts.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Unless we're talking about the shooting of RFK, then we're
- 10:41Speaker 3: gonna go forty five degree angle by forty five degree angle.
- 10:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I still have to dig through more of those files.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I'm not done talking about RFK. I still think it's
- 10:52Speaker 2: the most fascinating of those assassinations from back then.
- 10:56Speaker 3: Yeah, the woman in the dress, there's a lot of
- 10:58Speaker 3: stuff going on. This guy, I had no symbolism with
- 11:01Speaker 3: his He didn't bring any artistic flair to his assassination.
- 11:05Speaker 2: Yeah, no one saw him hanging out with the polka
- 11:07Speaker 2: doott dress.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Lady zero style points.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Yeah, except that red tie was pretty snazzy.
- 11:12Speaker 3: I think that's the tie.
- 11:14Speaker 2: There's a selfie of him right before he went down
- 11:17Speaker 2: to carry this out, and he's got a red tie on.
- 11:21Speaker 2: He's wearing all black and has a red tie, and
- 11:23Speaker 2: he's just got shit ton of weapons and he's got
- 11:26Speaker 2: that dorky selfie smile like he's thinking he's going to
- 11:29Speaker 2: put this on tinder later.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Like he's like, it's so quirky that I've got a
- 11:33Speaker 3: k bar knife.
- 11:35Speaker 2: It's like, you are either going to prison or you're
- 11:37Speaker 2: going to die after this. That picture's not going to
- 11:40Speaker 2: get you any dates.
- 11:41Speaker 3: I've seen a lot of semi professional magic in my time,
- 11:45Speaker 3: and this is he's dressed like every magician I've ever
- 11:48Speaker 3: done a gig in a Mexican restaurant with.
- 11:50Speaker 2: Maybe that's how he got so far through security. They
- 11:53Speaker 2: were like, Oh, this must be the magician who's performing.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Honestly, look that tie. If you had a tie with
- 11:59Speaker 3: like the planets on it or something like, you know,
- 12:02Speaker 3: you'd be in Yeah.
- 12:03Speaker 2: So what's interesting about this theory is that everyone seems
- 12:08Speaker 2: to believe it. Maga believes it, People on the left
- 12:11Speaker 2: seem to believe it. The Libs believe it. Everyone, it
- 12:14Speaker 2: seems like, is unified in their belief that Trump is
- 12:18Speaker 2: absolutely faking this shit.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Well, it's just there's been so many of them. A.
- 12:23Speaker 3: They appear at opportune times. B. And this just only
- 12:26Speaker 3: applies to this last shooting. But I think it's relevant.
- 12:29Speaker 3: He fucking loves that ballroom. I do think he would
- 12:31Speaker 3: move heaven and earth to get the ballroom made.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think one of the things that's frustrating
- 12:37Speaker 2: about this is we're talking about this conspiracy theory as
- 12:42Speaker 2: it pertains to the ballroom. What about the one that's
- 12:45Speaker 2: going around on Instagram only by way of a quirky
- 12:49Speaker 2: ass song that a dude recorded in his car, about
- 12:54Speaker 2: all of the defense and intelligence contractors that are investing
- 12:59Speaker 2: in the ballroom. Why would Pallenteer want to build a ballroom,
- 13:03Speaker 2: Why would Booz Allen want to build a ballroom?
- 13:06Speaker 4: Like?
- 13:06Speaker 2: What the fuck is in it for them that they're
- 13:08Speaker 2: just investing in it? Are we going to question that
- 13:11Speaker 2: at all? Or is it just Oh, Trump's facing assassination
- 13:14Speaker 2: attempts so we can build it.
- 13:15Speaker 3: It seems like, you know, Gordon Variety pay to play.
- 13:18Speaker 3: But what if polunteers investing because they want to make
- 13:21Speaker 3: this the most secure surveiled ballroom ever. They want photo
- 13:26Speaker 3: recognition at the door, with like cameras at every bathroom.
- 13:30Speaker 2: I have seen some suggestions that it's actually going to
- 13:34Speaker 2: be a data center, which would be interesting.
- 13:37Speaker 3: God if it couldn't be tack here, Jesus, just going
- 13:40Speaker 3: to be a bunch of servers humming along.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Yeah, but decorated real nice, so you can still do
- 13:46Speaker 2: shit down there.
- 13:47Speaker 3: You're all going to have like gold foil around gold leaf.
- 13:51Speaker 2: So this is frustrating for me because the conspiracy podcast
- 13:55Speaker 2: space is a lonely one for folks who aren't right wingers.
- 14:00Speaker 2: I've actually interviewed people on this podcast who were like,
- 14:03Speaker 2: it's so refreshing that you're not a Trump supporter. Yeah,
- 14:08Speaker 2: a guy wrote a book about the assassination of John
- 14:12Speaker 2: Lennon and with something like that, you kind of gotta
- 14:15Speaker 2: go on the conspiracy theory podcast rounds and push your shit.
- 14:19Speaker 2: And he's like, everyone I talk to is a fucking
- 14:22Speaker 2: Trump supporter. And then me, and here's the thing, I
- 14:26Speaker 2: doubt that I'm the only person who's not a Trump
- 14:29Speaker 2: supporter who's doing conspiracy theory podcasts, but I bet this
- 14:33Speaker 2: podcast takes them more seriously than a lot of other
- 14:37Speaker 2: conspiracy theory podcasts that aren't right wing conspiracy theory podcasts.
- 14:42Speaker 2: It's interesting to me that this is the conspiracy that
- 14:46Speaker 2: so many people who have been vehemently anti conspiracy theory
- 14:50Speaker 2: for so long, this is the one where they're like, yeah,
- 14:53Speaker 2: fuck it, I believe conspiracy theories now.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Charlie Kirk was the primer, yeah.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Or the first Trump assassination, because that happened before Charlie Kirk, right.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Yes, and Charlie Kirk had the holographic chair, which I've
- 15:06Speaker 3: yet to see anyone answer for that.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Yeah, the chair thing is weird, the chair just falling
- 15:12Speaker 2: through the table.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Like an unrendered table in a bad Half life mod.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Yeah, even Charlie Kirk. I feel like there's more weirdness
- 15:22Speaker 2: around that shooting than there is around Trump. I don't
- 15:27Speaker 2: think they faked it. I do think Charlie Kirk is dead.
- 15:30Speaker 2: If he's not, that man deserves a fucking Academy Award
- 15:33Speaker 2: for that performance.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Yeah, and the makeup team definitely as well.
- 15:38Speaker 2: There's still I think unexplained shit about that. The guy
- 15:42Speaker 2: doing the hand signals, they only ever explained the guy
- 15:45Speaker 2: in white. No one ever explained what the guy in
- 15:47Speaker 2: black next to him was doing.
- 15:48Speaker 3: And it's got the most conspicuous confession of all time,
- 15:51Speaker 3: like he'sing cop language, Like I left the vehicle by
- 15:55Speaker 3: the scene and now I'm walking southeast with these exact weapons.
- 16:00Speaker 2: No one talks that way except the fucking police. Yep,
- 16:03Speaker 2: but here we are talking about Trump. So, yeah, the
- 16:07Speaker 2: conspiracy space only place to be if you're not a
- 16:10Speaker 2: right winger.
- 16:11Speaker 3: But that's our niche Yeah, that is kind of the thing.
- 16:14Speaker 3: We got that email not that long ago that said
- 16:17Speaker 3: we were like the thirteenth best conspiracy show on me
- 16:19Speaker 3: in your thirteenth most popular or something like that, and
- 16:23Speaker 3: I was like, that actually sounds about right.
- 16:24Speaker 2: Yeah, that's probably a good place to be. We're probably
- 16:27Speaker 2: off the government list.
- 16:30Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't want to smoke. That's one thing about
- 16:32Speaker 3: me is like some people they say I want to smoke,
- 16:35Speaker 3: I do not want to smoke.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. Again, I don't believe this. I
- 16:39Speaker 2: don't believe Trump is faking these assassination attempts. And if
- 16:45Speaker 2: you're one of these people on the left or Democrat whatever,
- 16:49Speaker 2: who's like, now, yes, now I'm willing to talk about
- 16:53Speaker 2: conspiracy theories. I don't know, fuck off a little bit,
- 16:56Speaker 2: Like I feel sort of the same way I feel
- 16:59Speaker 2: when I hear someone's like, oh, man, I really regret
- 17:02Speaker 2: voting for Trump. It's like, yeah, I bet you do,
- 17:04Speaker 2: but you still did it. Fuck you. And I've said
- 17:08Speaker 2: a million times writing off all government dissent as conspiracy
- 17:12Speaker 2: theory just enables the government to get away with so
- 17:16Speaker 2: much shit.
- 17:17Speaker 3: Well, government came up with the term conspiracy theory for
- 17:20Speaker 3: the JFK assassination in order to disenfranchise these perfectly legitimate ideas.
- 17:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that is one of the biggest conspiracy
- 17:29Speaker 2: theories of all or biggest, because we know that happened
- 17:32Speaker 2: and now like they did a great job labeling anything
- 17:36Speaker 2: that questions the official government version of events as conspiracy theory.
- 17:41Speaker 2: And a lot of people have engaged in that and
- 17:44Speaker 2: enabled that for a long long time. So when I
- 17:48Speaker 2: see people finally latching onto this one, it doesn't make
- 17:52Speaker 2: me feel like, oh, hell yeah, welcome to the party.
- 17:54Speaker 2: It makes me feel like, no, you're latching onto the
- 17:57Speaker 2: same stupid shit that right wingers have been latching onto forever.
- 18:02Speaker 2: And I also keep seeing suggestions that so many people
- 18:05Speaker 2: believing that these are staged is a sign of how
- 18:08Speaker 2: mistrusting people are of the Trump administration. And I feel
- 18:12Speaker 2: like you need to take the American government as a whole.
- 18:16Speaker 2: And when you do that, at what point in history,
- 18:19Speaker 2: at least recent history, I'd say since World War Two?
- 18:22Speaker 2: Where along that timeline are we a trustworthy government that's
- 18:26Speaker 2: doing really cool shit? We're lying to get into the
- 18:29Speaker 2: Vietnam War. That's how we kick off the fucking sixties
- 18:33Speaker 2: and seventies. Where from there do we start being on
- 18:37Speaker 2: the up and up and a good government that doesn't lie.
- 18:39Speaker 3: Well, you know, I have to give it up to
- 18:42Speaker 3: my favorite president, Richard Nixon. He did during this time
- 18:45Speaker 3: found the FDA and the EPA, which were you know,
- 18:48Speaker 3: you gotta love that, you know, clean food, clean air.
- 18:51Speaker 2: Yeah. Nixon would be a Republican in name only today.
- 18:55Speaker 3: Yeah, he's our last great liberal president. Unfortunately, if you
- 18:59Speaker 3: look at he kind of is.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Yeah. Or I mean, I give Jimmy Carter credit as
- 19:04Speaker 2: being probably the last president who tried, but that's also
- 19:08Speaker 2: why I didn't get elected again.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, you know, we all love Jimmy Carter, but
- 19:12Speaker 3: he was he was not. Really he was a better
- 19:14Speaker 3: idea than he was a governor.
- 19:16Speaker 2: Yeah. So I think what really bothers me about the
- 19:21Speaker 2: lifelong skeptics finally deciding this is the theory they want
- 19:24Speaker 2: to embrace is how dumb it is and how it
- 19:28Speaker 2: doesn't hold up to any of those classic rebuttals that
- 19:32Speaker 2: people like myself have been hearing from the skeptics of
- 19:36Speaker 2: the world when mentioning literally any conspiracy theory. So let's
- 19:40Speaker 2: run through a couple of them. You already mentioned this
- 19:42Speaker 2: one timeless classic Ockham's razor. I've had Ocham's razor thrown
- 19:47Speaker 2: in my face for so many things.
- 19:50Speaker 3: Honestly, people just love to say Okham's razor before they
- 19:53Speaker 3: say anything. Yeah, honestly, Oukham's razors. Dude, Nazis are on
- 19:57Speaker 3: the dark side of the moon, Okay, and.
- 20:00Speaker 2: So let's Ockham's raiser. This What is more likely that
- 20:05Speaker 2: Trump is crazy enough that on multiple occasions his answer
- 20:12Speaker 2: to all right, we got a crisis on our hands.
- 20:15Speaker 2: We need to change public opinion. Who's got some ideas
- 20:19Speaker 2: and someone raises their hand and goes, what if we
- 20:22Speaker 2: shoot at you? And more than once now he's been like, yeah, yeah,
- 20:26Speaker 2: that sounds good. Or is it more likely that people
- 20:30Speaker 2: want to kill one of the most hated presidents of all.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Time that a man from Torrence does not value his life.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Yeah, it's way easier to imagine. Yeah, people hate this guy,
- 20:42Speaker 2: and of course people are going to try and kill him.
- 20:45Speaker 2: He's an American president. We'll talk about it more later.
- 20:48Speaker 2: People try to kill American presidents all the fucking time.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Yeah, you get a lot of points for that.
- 20:53Speaker 2: The difference is most of them don't whine about it
- 20:58Speaker 2: the way Trump does.
- 21:00Speaker 3: Well, Teddy finished the speech, you know, famously.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Yeah, we're going to talk about an Obama one later,
- 21:06Speaker 2: where he absolutely could have capitalized on that shit he
- 21:10Speaker 2: was still running for president, and instead they were like,
- 21:12Speaker 2: the guy didn't even get close to fucking killing Obama,
- 21:16Speaker 2: so why would we charge him? Can you imagine because
- 21:19Speaker 2: this guy didn't get close to killing Trump.
- 21:21Speaker 3: Didn't didn't any of rama manuel around to say, never
- 21:25Speaker 3: let a good crisis go to waste hand that shit up, dude.
- 21:28Speaker 3: Come on, if anyone ever tried to assassinate me, do
- 21:30Speaker 3: you think I would ever shut up about it?
- 21:32Speaker 2: No? And why would you?
- 21:33Speaker 3: Every episode I'd be like, well, that reminds me when
- 21:35Speaker 3: someone tried to assassinate me.
- 21:37Speaker 2: That's such a cool story to be able to pull
- 21:39Speaker 2: out of your pocket. Yeah, especially if it's just an
- 21:42Speaker 2: assassination and not oh well, I'm such an asshole. Someone
- 21:45Speaker 2: tried to kill me.
- 21:46Speaker 3: Yeah. Anyone can get murdered.
- 21:48Speaker 2: Yeah, but if the state's trying to murk you, oh
- 21:51Speaker 2: that's fun, that's exciting. So the next classic conspiracy theory
- 21:56Speaker 2: rebuttal that I think this particular conspiracy has a hard
- 22:00Speaker 2: time overcoming exactly how many people do you think we're
- 22:03Speaker 2: in on this? If this is a coordinated thing, This
- 22:07Speaker 2: is fucking a combination of ballet but also ballet performed
- 22:12Speaker 2: by people with like broken ankles.
- 22:15Speaker 3: Yeah, and just a heroic effort of line producing. Yeah,
- 22:19Speaker 3: you know, like just getting all these people in the
- 22:21Speaker 3: same place, on the same page.
- 22:23Speaker 2: And I have the same question about the assassination attempt
- 22:27Speaker 2: in Butler, how many people do you think we're in
- 22:30Speaker 2: on it? With my follow up question being do you
- 22:33Speaker 2: think the two people who actually got shot were in
- 22:36Speaker 2: on it? Because people did get shot in both of
- 22:39Speaker 2: these attempts. One guy died in front of his family
- 22:42Speaker 2: in the Butler assassination, And so if your argument is, oh,
- 22:47Speaker 2: everyone's in on it. Who shot the guy in Butler?
- 22:51Speaker 2: Did the guy on the roof do it? Because also,
- 22:54Speaker 2: aren't we arguing that Trump wasn't shot, So then who
- 22:57Speaker 2: had the gun that actually killed someone on that stage?
- 23:01Speaker 2: Because another thing that has come up in this that
- 23:04Speaker 2: we'll touch on more later is, oh, well, there were
- 23:06Speaker 2: so many people in the crowd with phones filming. That's suspicious. Okay,
- 23:11Speaker 2: well's a White House correspondence dinner, So no, it's not
- 23:14Speaker 2: suspicious everyone there's a reporter. But it was the same
- 23:16Speaker 2: thing in Butler. Everyone was filming. In Butler. There were
- 23:20Speaker 2: people walking up to the roof going, hey, look, that
- 23:22Speaker 2: guy on the roof has a gun and he's probably
- 23:24Speaker 2: going to shoot the president. So where were the people
- 23:27Speaker 2: filming the person who actually shot the guy on stage?
- 23:30Speaker 2: If Trump wasn't shot at and wasn't raised by a
- 23:33Speaker 2: bullet or glass either way.
- 23:35Speaker 3: Okay, So the gun is loaded with blanks, and when
- 23:39Speaker 3: you fire it, it sets off an electronic signal that
- 23:42Speaker 3: goes to the blood pack that's been planted in Trump's ear.
- 23:46Speaker 3: It explodes at the same time the blank goes off
- 23:48Speaker 3: to create the illusion that he's been shy Okay, then
- 23:51Speaker 3: he falls to the ground, secret Service pile on top
- 23:53Speaker 3: of him. I mean, does the fight fight fight? The
- 23:55Speaker 3: rest is history.
- 23:56Speaker 2: I still need to know who killed the guy in
- 23:58Speaker 2: the audience.
- 23:59Speaker 3: Oh that was the that was the Secret Service to
- 24:02Speaker 3: make it look real. Oh okay, they don't give a fuck.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Yeah, and no one got that on video.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Uh the blood, But I mean we'd watched it. It
- 24:09Speaker 3: was very good practical effects. It's like they're doing the
- 24:12Speaker 3: thing over there.
- 24:13Speaker 2: I mean, I'm just saying that crowd in Butler, there
- 24:17Speaker 2: were a lot of cameras rolling, there were a lot
- 24:18Speaker 2: of people with phones. Even if the government orchestrated something
- 24:24Speaker 2: in that case, don't you think someone would have come
- 24:26Speaker 2: out and been like, actually I saw Secret Service shooting
- 24:30Speaker 2: from the crowd.
- 24:31Speaker 3: Yeah, that would probably come out.
- 24:33Speaker 2: Yeah, and same thing here.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Well, here's the thing, the guy on the roof, Only
- 24:38Speaker 3: that first shot is a blank. The rest of them
- 24:40Speaker 3: are those are real, real slugs? Brother, He's those are
- 24:43Speaker 3: coming right right for your ass.
- 24:45Speaker 2: Oh okay, Well yeah, that makes sense then, And that
- 24:48Speaker 2: wouldn't be a risky gamble at all. If you're what
- 24:53Speaker 2: hoping to at that point just get Trump re elected,
- 24:56Speaker 2: you're going to mix lanks with real bullets and then
- 25:02Speaker 2: hope this dude on the roof fires the right one
- 25:05Speaker 2: at the right person.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Well, the first shot is the Trump shot, and then
- 25:09Speaker 3: after that's those are just the collateral damage. Just shoot
- 25:13Speaker 3: a few people to make it look real shots.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Yeah, you're also putting a lot of faith in that shooter.
- 25:20Speaker 3: You saw a time with Thomas Maclcruz. That guy was
- 25:22Speaker 3: a cold operator, you know what I mean. He was
- 25:24Speaker 3: a real soldier of fortune.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Yeah, seemed like it.
- 25:27Speaker 3: Yeah, tough guy, Yeah, absolutely, In no way did he
- 25:31Speaker 3: look like young dilvert.
- 25:33Speaker 2: I would also for the Butler attempt and this most
- 25:37Speaker 2: recent one, which I think are the two biggest, to
- 25:39Speaker 2: what end? What did it accomplish? If your argument for
- 25:43Speaker 2: Butler is while they were doing it to get Trump reelected,
- 25:47Speaker 2: then my pushback is going to be the same as
- 25:49Speaker 2: the pushback I have for people who say shit like
- 25:52Speaker 2: the Democrats created a hurricane in North Carolina to impact
- 25:56Speaker 2: the twenty twenty four election. Okay, well why didn't they
- 25:58Speaker 2: do it closer to the election. If that's the case.
- 26:01Speaker 3: Well, because notable Democrat storm from X men. Your schedule
- 26:07Speaker 3: was pretty busy, So yeah, that.
- 26:10Speaker 2: Makes sense and did it work. Trump obviously got elected,
- 26:14Speaker 2: But I don't think that assassination attempt in Butler had
- 26:18Speaker 2: much to do with it. I think Kamala Harris had
- 26:21Speaker 2: more to do with it than anything. And Joe Biden
- 26:24Speaker 2: not sticking to his promise to not run again.
- 26:26Speaker 3: I think everyone that was like moved to tears by
- 26:29Speaker 3: him surviving that Butler attempt was like already gonna vote
- 26:32Speaker 3: for him. Yes, yeah, absolutely, just good optics though, one
- 26:37Speaker 3: of the best usages of a moment for a political gain.
- 26:41Speaker 3: He stops for a second and he realizes like, oh,
- 26:43Speaker 3: this would be a sick picture, Like let me do
- 26:45Speaker 3: a couple.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Yeah. And with this most recent shooting, the argument is, oh,
- 26:50Speaker 2: he's doing it to get the ballroom built. Does it
- 26:52Speaker 2: really seem like he's not going to get that ballroom?
- 26:54Speaker 2: Bill motherfucker tore the East wing down already, They're gonna
- 26:58Speaker 2: have to replace that with something.
- 27:01Speaker 3: I honestly can't believe there's been such a hullabaloo about it.
- 27:04Speaker 3: I'm wondering now, is this more diversion somehow?
- 27:08Speaker 2: Yeah? I mean the ballroom itself seems weird. It seems
- 27:13Speaker 2: like that is probably more of the conspiracy theory than
- 27:17Speaker 2: what Trump's doing to get it built.
- 27:19Speaker 3: Well, yeah, I've heard about all this Silicon Valley money
- 27:22Speaker 3: coming in and basically like you know, using this as
- 27:25Speaker 3: another like way to back channel money directly to Trump
- 27:29Speaker 3: to curry favor.
- 27:31Speaker 2: I still think the idea that this would be the
- 27:34Speaker 2: plan to get a ballroom built is We're gonna have
- 27:37Speaker 2: a guy shoot at you and that'll take care of it.
- 27:41Speaker 2: That is so risky, so many things could go wrong.
- 27:45Speaker 2: How many people are in on it is the entire
- 27:47Speaker 2: Secret Service in on it is, all of law enforcement
- 27:50Speaker 2: in on it. Is everyone at the White House, correspondents
- 27:53Speaker 2: dinner in on it. Just to get a ballroom built
- 27:55Speaker 2: seems like a stretch.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Yeah, as much as I love it as on paid, you.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Know, Yeah, I mean I love a false flag theory,
- 28:04Speaker 2: and I think they happen. We know they happen. The
- 28:07Speaker 2: Gulf of Tonkin was a false flag operation that got
- 28:10Speaker 2: us into the Vietnam War. We know that now, Like
- 28:13Speaker 2: they lied about the Gulf of Tonkin, So we do it.
- 28:16Speaker 2: I just don't think we're doing it here.
- 28:17Speaker 3: He just seized upon an opportunity to make it about
- 28:20Speaker 3: his ballroom.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:22Speaker 3: Once more, as he does quite often.
- 28:25Speaker 2: And the last I guess classic objection that I want
- 28:29Speaker 2: to run this theory through this is one. I feel
- 28:33Speaker 2: like it is kind of the last bastion for people
- 28:36Speaker 2: when they've run out of arguments for why conspiracy theories
- 28:40Speaker 2: aren't real or why the particular conspiracy you might be
- 28:43Speaker 2: asking them about isn't real. So many times you'll hear
- 28:47Speaker 2: people fall back on, well, I don't think the American
- 28:50Speaker 2: government is competent enough to pull off something like this.
- 28:55Speaker 2: I actually had someone tell me that in regards to
- 28:58Speaker 2: the government maybe assassinating civil rights leaders in the nineteen sixties.
- 29:05Speaker 2: They were like, I don't think the government is competent
- 29:07Speaker 2: enough to do that and get away with it. But
- 29:10Speaker 2: you do think that same series of governments put a
- 29:13Speaker 2: man on the moon. So we're competent enough to go
- 29:17Speaker 2: to fucking space in the sixties and seventies, but not
- 29:21Speaker 2: competent enough to kill MLK and get away with it
- 29:24Speaker 2: as a government. Okay, that's valid. That's a valid excuse.
- 29:28Speaker 3: Do you really think the government could kill a guy
- 29:31Speaker 3: at a motel?
- 29:33Speaker 2: I guess when you put it that way, seems unbelievable.
- 29:38Speaker 2: And yeah, in this case, this is the administration you
- 29:42Speaker 2: think is savvy enough to keep pulling off multiple hoaxes
- 29:46Speaker 2: and getting away with it. This assemblage of fucking stumble
- 29:50Speaker 2: muffins you think are the ones finally that are competent
- 29:54Speaker 2: enough to do some shit like this. Get the fuck
- 29:57Speaker 2: out of here. That's insane. But now let's talk about
- 30:00Speaker 2: some of the evidence. People are pushing. Newsweek, which I
- 30:03Speaker 2: still think is one of the good ones out there.
- 30:05Speaker 2: You can tell by the shit outlets report on whether
- 30:09Speaker 2: they're relying on fucking government access to do their job,
- 30:12Speaker 2: and it seems like Newsweek is not. They ran an
- 30:15Speaker 2: op ed about how dumb these theories are, and we'll
- 30:19Speaker 2: link to that, but we'll also link to where they
- 30:21Speaker 2: posted this on Facebook, because the comments people are leaving
- 30:26Speaker 2: really tell you all you need to know about how
- 30:28Speaker 2: sound this theory is. And if you dig around, it's
- 30:32Speaker 2: not right wingers making these rebuttals. It's not people you
- 30:36Speaker 2: would call conspiracy theorists. Again, this is people clearly who
- 30:39Speaker 2: are voting for Joe Biden. Shit like that. People were
- 30:42Speaker 2: standing around and laughing afterward. That is one of the
- 30:46Speaker 2: pieces of evidence people are pointing to. There's a picture
- 30:49Speaker 2: of Pete hag Seth and someone else like standing at
- 30:52Speaker 2: a table smiling after this. Have you seen any of
- 30:56Speaker 2: these people?
- 30:56Speaker 3: They're just like, we're so cool. We survived your shooting.
- 30:58Speaker 3: We're so cool. Yeah, We're like, this makes us like
- 31:02Speaker 3: even more hardcore than we already were.
- 31:04Speaker 2: And I hate to break it to people, but if
- 31:06Speaker 2: that is the argument you're leading on, you're making the
- 31:09Speaker 2: exact same argument Sandy Hook deniers, mate. That is a
- 31:13Speaker 2: big basis of that whole theory is why are these
- 31:17Speaker 2: people who just happen to be in a highly stressful
- 31:21Speaker 2: situation that I myself have never been in. Why are
- 31:24Speaker 2: they acting so weird? That's a big part of Sandy Hook.
- 31:27Speaker 2: There is a video of one of those parents about
- 31:30Speaker 2: to address the media and he like giggles a little
- 31:33Speaker 2: bit before he starts to talk, and just that people
- 31:37Speaker 2: have seized on it and been like, see that guy's
- 31:40Speaker 2: crisis actor, And it's like, are you sure he's just
- 31:43Speaker 2: not under a ton of stress because there's a school
- 31:47Speaker 2: full of dead kids behind him.
- 31:49Speaker 3: And to bring it back to the talking about the Simpsons,
- 31:52Speaker 3: the show podcasts, who among us doesn't enjoy Doctor Hibbert
- 31:56Speaker 3: who has to giggle a little bit before he says anything, Yeah,
- 32:00Speaker 3: just a little tick.
- 32:01Speaker 2: My grandfather died when I was in seventh grade, and
- 32:06Speaker 2: we had a funeral like every family does. But afterwards
- 32:09Speaker 2: we had like a family gathering at my grandparents' house,
- 32:13Speaker 2: Like we cooked food and it was nice out, so
- 32:15Speaker 2: we were outside. People were drinking, people were having fun,
- 32:18Speaker 2: people were laughing. It doesn't mean we murdered my grandpa.
- 32:22Speaker 2: It doesn't mean we weren't sad. You fucking react to
- 32:25Speaker 2: shit the way you react. And if this is your
- 32:29Speaker 2: compelling evidence, why is Pete hegg Seth smiling. I don't know,
- 32:33Speaker 2: Probably because he just saw a brown person get tackled
- 32:35Speaker 2: by the police.
- 32:36Speaker 3: I swear to god, he thinks it's cool that he
- 32:38Speaker 3: was in a shooting, like that's he thinks it's badass. Yeah,
- 32:42Speaker 3: he's like, I totally knew what to do the way
- 32:44Speaker 3: I tactically got out of the room with my tactics,
- 32:47Speaker 3: and I.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Forgot to put it in the notes. But he's obviously
- 32:51Speaker 2: he's just joking. But comedian Blaine Capatch, who is great, dude,
- 32:55Speaker 2: love blank Patch.
- 32:56Speaker 3: One of the funniest people.
- 32:58Speaker 2: Yeah, he's so fucking great. A thing on Blue Sky
- 33:01Speaker 2: and said and I'm paraphrasing. If this was staged, people
- 33:05Speaker 2: would have placed insider bets on it. Now he's joking,
- 33:08Speaker 2: but is that not also kind of true?
- 33:11Speaker 3: I mean, honestly, there's got to be Trump assassination fucking
- 33:16Speaker 3: Maybe they don't have assassination markets. I don't know.
- 33:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I would be surprised if you can bet on
- 33:21Speaker 2: the death of someone, because then you're justiz.
- 33:25Speaker 3: Just creating a like a bounty.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Yeah, you're incentivizing people to murder someone. So yeah, maybe not.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Maybe there wouldn't be that exactly.
- 33:34Speaker 3: That'd be a good plot for my cyberpunk novella. Yeah,
- 33:38Speaker 3: does the government legalizes death bounties? There is? Is it
- 33:42Speaker 3: a black mirror episode there? Or is it a whole
- 33:46Speaker 3: ass movie? But there's something along those lines where you
- 33:50Speaker 3: win the lottery. I think it's a comedy.
- 33:52Speaker 2: You win the lottery, but the catch is anyone in
- 33:56Speaker 2: the world has twenty four hours to murder you and
- 33:59Speaker 2: take your mond money. Legally, if you survive that, you
- 34:02Speaker 2: win the money. If not, the person who kills you
- 34:04Speaker 2: gets it.
- 34:04Speaker 3: Well, this sounds like a Jason Statham vehicle.
- 34:08Speaker 2: It does. But I feel like it was a comedy
- 34:11Speaker 2: and I'm not going to google it. Someone at home
- 34:13Speaker 2: to it. But back to this idea that, oh, people
- 34:15Speaker 2: are laughing, so it's not it's not real. That's dumb.
- 34:20Speaker 2: The other people beside Sandy hook deniers who you hear
- 34:23Speaker 2: make that argument are shitty cops, the kind who send
- 34:27Speaker 2: innocent people to prison, the kind who are like, well,
- 34:30Speaker 2: I know how I would react if my child was murdered. No,
- 34:34Speaker 2: you fucking don't. Your child's never been murdered. You have
- 34:38Speaker 2: no idea how you would fucking react. And that has
- 34:41Speaker 2: been such a big part of like true crime TV,
- 34:45Speaker 2: especially when Nancy Grace and Court TV was a big thing.
- 34:48Speaker 2: So many of those cases they would cover revolved around
- 34:51Speaker 2: why does this guy why is he so calm? There's
- 34:54Speaker 2: a guy who I think is still in prison for
- 34:57Speaker 2: driving his car into a river. His kids die, but
- 35:00Speaker 2: he and his wife were able to get out, and
- 35:03Speaker 2: one of the things that sent him to prison is
- 35:05Speaker 2: in all of his interviews on TV after he was
- 35:08Speaker 2: really calm and subdued and showed almost no emotion, and
- 35:12Speaker 2: people were like, well, I know if my babies just died,
- 35:15Speaker 2: I wouldn't react that way. He was prescribed valium. If
- 35:18Speaker 2: you've ever taken valuum. It doesn't matter what you're going through,
- 35:22Speaker 2: you don't feel it. That shit shuts your emotions down.
- 35:26Speaker 2: But because everyone knows how they would react in that situation,
- 35:31Speaker 2: and that guy wasn't reacting the way they know they would,
- 35:34Speaker 2: he's in fucking prison now. So no, a picture of
- 35:37Speaker 2: Pete hag Seth laughing afterwards is not actually enough evidence
- 35:42Speaker 2: that this was staged.
- 35:44Speaker 3: Sorry, could you repeat that? I've been thinking about valuum
- 35:46Speaker 3: for the last forty five seconds?
- 35:48Speaker 2: Isn't it nice? Oh? I had to stop taking it
- 35:53Speaker 2: it it's been like ten years since I took valium.
- 35:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I haven't had one in a while either.
- 35:58Speaker 2: Not to be trifled with another common thing you're hearing,
- 36:03Speaker 2: especially now it's coming up. It relates to the Butler attempt.
- 36:08Speaker 2: But it's coming back up now. Is Oh his ear
- 36:11Speaker 2: healed too fast the first time around, so it's obviously fake.
- 36:15Speaker 2: You also see stuff like, oh, so cartilage grows back.
- 36:19Speaker 2: I don't know, doctor, does it? Have you looked into it?
- 36:22Speaker 2: Have you checked? Or is this just group think? Because
- 36:26Speaker 2: that's kind of what it feels like. If this is
- 36:29Speaker 2: your argument. First, I need you to tell me what
- 36:31Speaker 2: kind of wound he had if there was no wound
- 36:34Speaker 2: and it was just a blood squib, I go back
- 36:37Speaker 2: to my original question, who shot the guy in the audience?
- 36:40Speaker 2: Where'd that gun come from? Unless Connor's multiple bullets theory
- 36:45Speaker 2: is correct?
- 36:46Speaker 3: Well, and also there a gun remote controlled ear blood pack. Yeah.
- 36:50Speaker 2: That Also, there is an article out there that we
- 36:54Speaker 2: will link to. It's a plastic surgeon. This is not
- 36:57Speaker 2: on a government website. It is on Weneger plasticsurgery dot com.
- 37:01Speaker 2: Does not seem like a government sponsored report. This guy
- 37:05Speaker 2: is a plastic surgeon. He examined photos of Trump a
- 37:08Speaker 2: year after the Butler attempt and he's like, yeah, it
- 37:12Speaker 2: looks like the ear on the other side is different
- 37:16Speaker 2: than the ear on the left. It looks like there's
- 37:18Speaker 2: a section in the back that's like a little bumpy,
- 37:21Speaker 2: as if it like healed but didn't heal properly. The
- 37:24Speaker 2: dude had a two centimeter wound on his ear that
- 37:27Speaker 2: didn't require stitches. How much growing back are you expecting?
- 37:31Speaker 3: I liked that there's a guy like and you know
- 37:34Speaker 3: pond Stars that they always got an expert to call in. Well,
- 37:36Speaker 3: let me get my guy that does vintage toys to
- 37:38Speaker 3: come over. I like that in the grand scheme of things,
- 37:42Speaker 3: there's a cosmetic ear surgery guy that you can dial
- 37:46Speaker 3: up and be like, hey, can you take a look
- 37:48Speaker 3: at these pictures? We want and we want an expert opinion.
- 37:51Speaker 2: Here's a theory. If he did get a significant chunk
- 37:54Speaker 2: of his ear blown off, he was in Butler, Pennsylvania,
- 37:57Speaker 2: which we know is home to at least one medbed hotel. Oh,
- 38:03Speaker 2: with medbeds being those beds you just lay in and
- 38:06Speaker 2: it fucking.
- 38:07Speaker 3: Oh I remember the med beds.
- 38:08Speaker 2: Yeah, there's one in Butler, Pennsylvania. There is a MEDBD hotel.
- 38:13Speaker 2: So maybe he just hopped in one of those overnight
- 38:16Speaker 2: and that's how the ear came back.
- 38:18Speaker 3: Well, you don't think that Donald has access to his
- 38:20Speaker 3: own medbed technology and some kind of tour bus or something.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I mean, if they're real, he's got one
- 38:25Speaker 2: and he did tweet about it for me.
- 38:27Speaker 3: He's got a gold one.
- 38:28Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 38:30Speaker 3: I know a few old guys with gigantic ears. Do
- 38:32Speaker 3: you think this ear surgery guy could do an ear reduction?
- 38:35Speaker 2: Yeah? Aren't ears one of the only parts of your
- 38:38Speaker 2: body that never stopped growing?
- 38:39Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure they are.
- 38:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it's ears and nose both never stop growing.
- 38:44Speaker 3: Nice.
- 38:45Speaker 2: Yeah, so yeah, is this doctor in on it?
- 38:48Speaker 3: Now?
- 38:48Speaker 2: Is that what this is? Is he just a cog
- 38:51Speaker 2: in the machine who's helping the Trump administration perpetrate this fraud.
- 38:57Speaker 2: If so, why aren't they making a bigger deal out
- 38:59Speaker 2: of this guy. I wouldn't the government wheel this guy
- 39:02Speaker 2: out and be like, no, how about you listening to
- 39:04Speaker 2: this fucking expert over here? I mean, this article, I'm
- 39:07Speaker 2: sure ranks well in search results because there aren't a
- 39:12Speaker 2: lot of people writing shit like this, But I don't know.
- 39:15Speaker 2: I trust the plastic surgeon more than I trust you
- 39:18Speaker 2: on Facebook, everybody.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Plastic surgeon never started a Warren Iran.
- 39:23Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, and I should clarify, not you, Connor. I
- 39:25Speaker 2: trust you more than any plastic surgeon.
- 39:28Speaker 3: Thank you. Yeah. I was not going to say it,
- 39:30Speaker 3: but I appreciate that I trust you more than several anesthesiologists.
- 39:34Speaker 2: Random people in the crowd filming with their phones is
- 39:38Speaker 2: another piece of evidence people are using. And I've already
- 39:42Speaker 2: talked about this one a little bit. Yeah, bitch, it
- 39:45Speaker 2: was the White House correspondence dinner. That was a room
- 39:48Speaker 2: full of reporters that was all media in there.
- 39:51Speaker 3: That was the hot ticket in two thousand and five.
- 39:53Speaker 2: Yeah, and there were a few seconds of shooting followed
- 39:58Speaker 2: by I'm assuming a much longer struggle. You think people
- 40:02Speaker 2: aren't going to get up and start filming, that these
- 40:04Speaker 2: are reporters, that is people doing their jobs. But now somehow,
- 40:09Speaker 2: oh well, there were people filming in the audience, so
- 40:12Speaker 2: obviously it's staged. What the fuck were they filming? Why
- 40:15Speaker 2: would they film it and get video evidence of them
- 40:19Speaker 2: faking an assassination attempt? Are they just going to watch
- 40:22Speaker 2: it for posterity later? Why would they be filming it.
- 40:25Speaker 2: That doesn't make sense. I have more evidence out there
- 40:27Speaker 2: that people could possibly incriminate them with cloud.
- 40:30Speaker 3: These people just wanted cloud.
- 40:32Speaker 2: I did see a few funny Instagram posts where there
- 40:36Speaker 2: were reporters from the White House correspondence dinner and they
- 40:41Speaker 2: were in there when it was happening, and their caption
- 40:45Speaker 2: was active shooting happening right now, blah blah blah. But
- 40:47Speaker 2: the picture was just them pointing the camera at their
- 40:50Speaker 2: face looking worried. It's like, man, pointed at this shit
- 40:54Speaker 2: that's happening. You're doing the wrong thing right now.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Your narcissism is blinded you to what content actually demands.
- 41:01Speaker 2: Yeah, and one of my favorite arguments I've seen people make,
- 41:05Speaker 2: especially in the comments thread for this news Week article. Well,
- 41:09Speaker 2: they immediately started pushing the ballroom after this happened, which
- 41:13Speaker 2: proves this was planned in advance. This was just meant
- 41:17Speaker 2: to push the ballroom agenda. And one Connor already mentioned
- 41:21Speaker 2: this a little bit. What does this administration not try
- 41:25Speaker 2: to capitalize on for their own benefit? Oh wait, if
- 41:28Speaker 2: anyone wants to try and come up with an answer,
- 41:31Speaker 2: but everything that happens in the fucking world, Trump gets
- 41:35Speaker 2: on truth social and is like, this means we need
- 41:38Speaker 2: this obviously, no matter how fucking crazy it is. This
- 41:41Speaker 2: seems like just another example of that.
- 41:43Speaker 3: And the ballroom specifically is just at the front of
- 41:46Speaker 3: his mind at all times.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Yeah. Also, I mentioned earlier that the demeanor conviction, Oh
- 41:53Speaker 2: why is everyone looking so funny and acting weird in
- 41:57Speaker 2: this situation? Stuff kind of is how the Sandy Hook
- 42:01Speaker 2: conspiracy works, at least part of it. If this is
- 42:04Speaker 2: your argument, they immediately started pushing the ballroom, which proves
- 42:07Speaker 2: this was planned in advance. Oh buddy, we should probably
- 42:10Speaker 2: talk about nine to eleven then, or you're willing to
- 42:12Speaker 2: go revisit that because one did you know, there's an
- 42:17Speaker 2: entire Wikipedia page just about the various warnings people in
- 42:22Speaker 2: the American government received in the lead up to nine
- 42:25Speaker 2: to eleven. That's something like nine to eleven was about
- 42:28Speaker 2: to happen.
- 42:29Speaker 3: I've laved the headline in one of the reports was
- 42:31Speaker 3: literally been laud and determined to attack within the United States.
- 42:35Speaker 2: Yep, there were dozens of these warnings before nine to eleven.
- 42:40Speaker 2: And what did the Bush administration do immediately after nine
- 42:43Speaker 2: to eleven? They immediately start pursuing the agenda that was
- 42:48Speaker 2: laid out in a document called the Project for a
- 42:51Speaker 2: New American Century. I've talked about it a billion times.
- 42:55Speaker 2: It is a report that was written in part by
- 42:59Speaker 2: Donald Rumsfeld other people in the Bush administration. It was
- 43:03Speaker 2: about all the countries that the United States is going
- 43:06Speaker 2: to have to engage in war with over the next
- 43:09Speaker 2: decade or so in order to achieve or maintain our
- 43:12Speaker 2: dominance on the world stage. In that document, it explicitly
- 43:17Speaker 2: says all of this would be a lot easier if
- 43:20Speaker 2: we had another Pearl Harbor type of event. And then
- 43:24Speaker 2: nine to eleven happens after at least a dozen warnings
- 43:27Speaker 2: that nine to eleven might happen. It happens, and what
- 43:31Speaker 2: does George Bush do invades the country that didn't do it,
- 43:36Speaker 2: but it was one of the countries on that project
- 43:39Speaker 2: for a New American Century list.
- 43:41Speaker 3: Because you can invade Saudi Arabia bad for.
- 43:43Speaker 2: Business exactly, And if you're willing to accept that, oh well,
- 43:49Speaker 2: they started pushing the ballroom right away. So obviously this
- 43:52Speaker 2: is planned in advance. Are you willing to revisit nine
- 43:55Speaker 2: to eleven because people have been getting laughed out of
- 43:58Speaker 2: the fucking room by the same people now who are like, yeah,
- 44:02Speaker 2: this was obviously stage just obviously a false flag. People
- 44:05Speaker 2: on the left Democrats now believe this shit. But for
- 44:09Speaker 2: something legitimately beneficial to the Bush administration and the American government.
- 44:14Speaker 2: Nine to eleven absolutely was the catalyst for us doing
- 44:18Speaker 2: everything we did in the Middle East over the course
- 44:21Speaker 2: of the two thousands, one hundred percent.
- 44:24Speaker 3: It is literally the reason we call October seventh October
- 44:27Speaker 3: seventh because of just it's you know, when the day
- 44:29Speaker 3: is supposed to be so bad, it's just a date.
- 44:31Speaker 2: Yeah, And the administration that kicked that off, several key
- 44:36Speaker 2: figures in the administration were instrumental in crafting a document
- 44:42Speaker 2: that said, if we get another Pearl Harbor, everything we
- 44:46Speaker 2: want to do is going to be a lot easier.
- 44:47Speaker 2: And then they got that Pearl Harbor and everything they
- 44:49Speaker 2: wanted to do happened.
- 44:51Speaker 3: Well that's convenient.
- 44:52Speaker 2: Yeah, but you're a fucking conspiracy theorist if you believe
- 44:56Speaker 2: the government would stoop to such lows. Because here's the
- 45:00Speaker 2: then Connor people died. The government wouldn't lie and let
- 45:03Speaker 2: people die, except again, the Gulf of Tonkin, which we
- 45:06Speaker 2: lied about to get into Vietnam, and then hundreds of
- 45:09Speaker 2: thousands of people died.
- 45:10Speaker 3: Wait, raging against machine told me that those who died
- 45:13Speaker 3: are justified. Oh sure, I'm not sure what that has
- 45:16Speaker 3: to do with it.
- 45:18Speaker 2: So yeah, this idea that, oh well, they started pushing
- 45:22Speaker 2: an agenda right away, so it's obviously staged. Okay, then
- 45:25Speaker 2: I'm going to have to ask you to agree the
- 45:27Speaker 2: same thing about nine to eleven.
- 45:29Speaker 3: I mean, it only makes sense.
- 45:32Speaker 2: The pieces are there, and so yeah, the same people
- 45:35Speaker 2: who've been laughing people out of the room when they
- 45:37Speaker 2: bring up maybe the Bush administration knew nine to eleven
- 45:40Speaker 2: might happen, and that's not even saying they did it
- 45:43Speaker 2: or that they planned it, just that, oh, well, if
- 45:46Speaker 2: this does happen, that's going to be pretty convenient. They
- 45:48Speaker 2: just look the other way, even suggesting that people are like, no,
- 45:52Speaker 2: al Qaeda did it, You're a conspiracy theorist. Now, those
- 45:55Speaker 2: same people are in the comments of this Newsweek article
- 45:59Speaker 2: call this motherfucker a boot liquor for not believing Trump
- 46:04Speaker 2: is staging these assassination attempts. Get the fuck out of here.
- 46:08Speaker 2: That is ballsy.
- 46:10Speaker 3: Well, he just made the cover of the most assassinatable magazine.
- 46:14Speaker 2: That's the other thing. Suggesting that these attempts are being
- 46:17Speaker 2: staged ignores the fact that people try to kill the
- 46:20Speaker 2: president all the goddamn time, especially if we're talking about
- 46:23Speaker 2: an especially divisive president. Obama and Trump both have again,
- 46:29Speaker 2: entire Wikipedia pages that just list the litany of plots
- 46:33Speaker 2: and attempts against their lives. Biden doesn't have one. It's
- 46:37Speaker 2: because no one fucking cared about Biden.
- 46:40Speaker 3: They were like, well, just let father Time assassinate Joe Biden.
- 46:45Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, everyone just felt sorry for Biden, so they
- 46:49Speaker 2: mostly left him alone. Meanwhile, the plots against Obama started
- 46:53Speaker 2: before he was even elected Trump too. With Obama. For example,
- 46:57Speaker 2: three men were arrested shortly before the two two thousand
- 47:00Speaker 2: and eight Democratic National Convention in Denver. One of them
- 47:03Speaker 2: had a truck full of explosives. They had all traveled
- 47:06Speaker 2: to Denver specifically to assassinate Obama. And again this is
- 47:10Speaker 2: where the difference between these two administrations is really on display.
- 47:15Speaker 2: The men who were arrested were actually never charged with
- 47:18Speaker 2: a federal crime for threatening the president because after it
- 47:22Speaker 2: was investigated, they decided their plan had no chance of working.
- 47:26Speaker 2: The government decided that, so they were like, well, we
- 47:29Speaker 2: can't charge them with threatening the president because their plan
- 47:33Speaker 2: wouldn't have worked anyway.
- 47:34Speaker 3: That seems insane that nothing could happen to them.
- 47:38Speaker 2: They got like time for drug and weapons charges, but
- 47:42Speaker 2: they didn't get any federal charges for threatening the president.
- 47:46Speaker 3: That has got to be the best and he would
- 47:49Speaker 3: be assassin has ever gotten off in this country? That's crazy?
- 47:52Speaker 2: Yeah, And do you think it would go that way
- 47:54Speaker 2: under Trump? No. Trump would milk that shit for publicity
- 47:58Speaker 2: to try and push an agenda. He would have this
- 48:00Speaker 2: motherfucker arrested for sure.
- 48:02Speaker 3: He had poisoned arts in a blowgun. He was going
- 48:05Speaker 3: to assassinate me. He had an exploding cigar.
- 48:09Speaker 2: So that's one of the reasons this Trump shit feels
- 48:13Speaker 2: so unusual. It's because he's taking the unusual step of
- 48:16Speaker 2: publicizing it, which I would understand why a president wouldn't
- 48:20Speaker 2: want to do that, because why put it in people's heads? Yeah,
- 48:23Speaker 2: because copycat crimes are a thing. Why put it out
- 48:27Speaker 2: there that, hey, people hate me enough that they're trying
- 48:29Speaker 2: to kill me. It's just gonna make other people want
- 48:31Speaker 2: to try and kill you.
- 48:31Speaker 3: Now, I guess I gotta wonder if you're a would
- 48:33Speaker 3: be assassin typed, do you see, like, Okay, three failed.
- 48:37Speaker 3: I want to be the guy that does goes where
- 48:39Speaker 3: those three couldn't go. Is that part of it?
- 48:42Speaker 2: I bet it is? Like at some point there is
- 48:45Speaker 2: gonna be someone who's like, I'm gonna get it done.
- 48:48Speaker 2: Though these other motherfuckers were faking it, I'm gonna do.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Remember when we covered the fucking RFK assassination program, and
- 48:56Speaker 2: there's that whole section about the Kennedy family and then
- 49:00Speaker 2: at the end there's just a big close up picture
- 49:03Speaker 2: of Ted Kennedy and it says there's one brother left,
- 49:07Speaker 2: and then there's an article about how crazy it is
- 49:10Speaker 2: that you can still buy guns through the mail. It's like,
- 49:13Speaker 2: what was that? That was the government trying to get
- 49:15Speaker 2: someone to kill a fucking Kennedy. Absolutely, but this.
- 49:19Speaker 3: I know, it's so funny to think that you could
- 49:21Speaker 3: have influenced the American publics through like magazines.
- 49:25Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, good luck with that now.
- 49:28Speaker 3: Like trying to get someone to read something that's more
- 49:30Speaker 3: than two hundred and fifty words.
- 49:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm going to go to what Barnes and
- 49:34Speaker 2: Noble to find it. We're to even get a magazine anymore?
- 49:37Speaker 3: Yeah? Magazine? Fuck, I couldn't tell you. There's like there's
- 49:40Speaker 3: like three newsstands left in LA and they mostly just
- 49:43Speaker 3: sell gatorade.
- 49:44Speaker 2: Yeah. Another attempt on Obama's life, fucking wild one. We
- 49:50Speaker 2: talked about it a little bit already. On the last
- 49:53Speaker 2: episode in twenty thirteen, there was a plot where two
- 49:58Speaker 2: men in upstate New York were rested by the FBI.
- 50:01Speaker 2: The FBI absolutely did that thing where they show up
- 50:04Speaker 2: and are like, hey, you want to get in some trouble,
- 50:06Speaker 2: and then when the people are like yes, the FBI
- 50:08Speaker 2: helps them create that trouble and then at the end
- 50:10Speaker 2: is like gotcha you're under arrest.
- 50:13Speaker 3: The old give them some AK forty sevens to fight
- 50:15Speaker 3: for their freedom, and then go fight them later because
- 50:18Speaker 3: they have AK forty sevens.
- 50:19Speaker 2: Yeah, it is the American way, except in this case,
- 50:22Speaker 2: the people weren't trying to build a bomb. They were
- 50:25Speaker 2: building a death ray device that they planned to use
- 50:29Speaker 2: against Obama and others that they deemed enemies of the US.
- 50:33Speaker 2: An actual court affidavit described the device as quote a
- 50:37Speaker 2: mobile remotely operated radiation emitting device capable of killing human
- 50:43Speaker 2: targets silently and from a distance, with lethal doses of
- 50:48Speaker 2: radiation and with a ray of death that is metal
- 50:52Speaker 2: as fuck.
- 50:54Speaker 3: Wow, that is really sick.
- 50:55Speaker 2: And don't worry. The FBI disabled it and through that
- 50:59Speaker 2: yuck thing in a river forever probably gross. Get it
- 51:03Speaker 2: away from us. They probably have so many of those
- 51:05Speaker 2: things now.
- 51:06Speaker 3: Yeah, they're like, we have a this is cute that
- 51:08Speaker 3: you made a homemade one, but we have a much
- 51:10Speaker 3: more evil version of this.
- 51:12Speaker 2: Speaking of people giving me flimsy rebuttals when it comes
- 51:16Speaker 2: to conspiracy theories, I actually had someone tell me, I
- 51:19Speaker 2: think on a conspiracy podcast once that well, if the
- 51:23Speaker 2: government was building secret weapons, we would know because they
- 51:27Speaker 2: would tell us yeah, based on what, based on when?
- 51:30Speaker 2: When do they do that? When do they just tell
- 51:32Speaker 2: us what they're up to?
- 51:33Speaker 3: Me and my girlfriend tell each other everything, So if
- 51:35Speaker 3: she was cheating on me, I would know.
- 51:37Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the same fucking reasoning, Like, why would they
- 51:41Speaker 2: tell you?
- 51:42Speaker 3: That?
- 51:42Speaker 2: Can't be Your pushback is the government would tell us, No,
- 51:45Speaker 2: they won't. I had someone tell me they don't believe
- 51:48Speaker 2: conspiracy theories because the Freedom of Information Act exists.
- 51:52Speaker 3: Oh God, grow.
- 51:53Speaker 2: Up, and that would sus everything out. It's like, get
- 51:56Speaker 2: a fucking grip, what are you talking about? So also
- 52:00Speaker 2: in twenty thirteen, a wild fucking attempt on Obama's life.
- 52:05Speaker 2: An actress named Shannon Richardson, who apparently worked on The
- 52:09Speaker 2: Walking Dead for a while, mailed a letter laced with
- 52:13Speaker 2: risin to Obama Rice and what get it? Wordplay twist.
- 52:20Speaker 2: She was actually trying to frame her husband for it.
- 52:22Speaker 2: Didn't give a shit about Obama, just wanted her husband
- 52:26Speaker 2: to go to prison.
- 52:26Speaker 3: Wow. Imagine using the president as a plot in your
- 52:30Speaker 3: divorce proceedings.
- 52:31Speaker 2: Yeah, that is a bold maneuver, just poising your husband
- 52:36Speaker 2: cut out the middleman. Yeah, do it investigation discovery style
- 52:39Speaker 2: like an adult try to get away with an insurance scheme,
- 52:42Speaker 2: but she did not get away. She ended up getting
- 52:44Speaker 2: sentenced to eighteen years in prison. And Obama and Trump
- 52:48Speaker 2: both if we'll link to these pages that list their
- 52:53Speaker 2: various plots and attempts against them. It happens all the time,
- 52:57Speaker 2: and I imagine the reason people don't publicize it much
- 53:01Speaker 2: just because it's a bad idea. It is just going
- 53:04Speaker 2: to inspire more people to want to do it. So
- 53:07Speaker 2: I get why Obama wasn't in front of the public
- 53:10Speaker 2: every time, being like, can you believe someone else tried
- 53:12Speaker 2: to kill me? Haha, fuck you, never going to happen.
- 53:15Speaker 3: I would love it if I could hear Barack Obama say, ah,
- 53:18Speaker 3: fuck you never going to happen.
- 53:20Speaker 2: Yeah, that would be great.
- 53:22Speaker 3: U fuck you.
- 53:23Speaker 2: So yeah, people try to kill the president all the time.
- 53:25Speaker 2: There has been another person arrested for threatening Trump since
- 53:30Speaker 2: the White House Correspondence dinner. It was a guy parked
- 53:34Speaker 2: outside like a car wash that had a bunch of
- 53:36Speaker 2: Trump threats written outside his car. The fucking bomb squad
- 53:39Speaker 2: showed up whole fucking thing. There are constantly people threatening
- 53:43Speaker 2: the president.
- 53:44Speaker 3: This sounds like a guy with just some pleasant schizophrenia
- 53:47Speaker 3: trying to decorate his car.
- 53:49Speaker 2: Even with Trump, the attempts, we're not even hearing about
- 53:53Speaker 2: the truly entertaining ones. Apparently, in twenty seventeen, a guy
- 53:57Speaker 2: in North Dakota tried to ram the presidential motorcade with
- 54:01Speaker 2: a forklift with the intention of flipping Trump's limousine.
- 54:07Speaker 3: I like this as a very BattleBots plan.
- 54:09Speaker 2: Yeah. I love the part where it's relying on the
- 54:13Speaker 2: presidential limousine to not be able to survive a rollover crash.
- 54:17Speaker 3: Yeah, that's another good point.
- 54:19Speaker 2: That thing is going to roll over once and turn
- 54:21Speaker 2: into a fucking decepticon.
- 54:24Speaker 3: It's going to have like a little thing on the
- 54:26Speaker 3: roof that flips it back over.
- 54:28Speaker 2: So yeah, this shit happens all the time, even more
- 54:31Speaker 2: so when it involves a president people have really strong
- 54:34Speaker 2: feelings about. And that's the other thing. The last thing
- 54:37Speaker 2: I want to mention this argument is denying Trump the
- 54:40Speaker 2: credit he deserves for being one of the absolute most
- 54:44Speaker 2: hated American presidents in history, which is especially true right now.
- 54:50Speaker 2: His numbers are as low as they've ever been. It
- 54:54Speaker 2: is no surprise he's got a lot of his fan
- 54:57Speaker 2: base that feels betrayed by him. He's got people on
- 55:00Speaker 2: the left who hate him. This man is fucking despised.
- 55:04Speaker 2: It is not surprising that people are attempting to kill him.
- 55:09Speaker 3: He was supposed to bring back gatorade in the glass bottle.
- 55:11Speaker 3: That's what he ran on.
- 55:13Speaker 2: That might have got my vote. It's the only thing.
- 55:15Speaker 2: And if you think Trump is staging all this, does
- 55:18Speaker 2: that mean you think no one is mad or crazy
- 55:21Speaker 2: enough to want to do something like this, because then
- 55:25Speaker 2: you're kind of getting into the outside agitator's argument. That's
- 55:28Speaker 2: what governments love to say. Whenever there's a protest that
- 55:31Speaker 2: gets especially rambunctious. They're like, ah, that was just outside
- 55:36Speaker 2: agitators coming in to rile people up. And what they're
- 55:40Speaker 2: secretly implying or getting at is people aren't that mad
- 55:45Speaker 2: about what we're doing. That's just all for show. It's
- 55:49Speaker 2: just outsiders trying to make it look like people are
- 55:52Speaker 2: angrier than they are when no, Sometimes people are just
- 55:55Speaker 2: mad enough to burn a fucking AutoZone down, although it
- 55:57Speaker 2: was the cops that did that, in many mad enough
- 56:01Speaker 2: to burn a target down. People get that mad sometimes,
- 56:04Speaker 2: And I think you're crazy if you think people aren't
- 56:07Speaker 2: this mad at Trump. Right now, there are going to
- 56:11Speaker 2: be people just based on the fact that he's the
- 56:14Speaker 2: American president. There's going to be people threatening his life,
- 56:17Speaker 2: tempting to take his life. And then when you add
- 56:20Speaker 2: in the low approval rating, all the war in Iran, Palestine,
- 56:25Speaker 2: so many things happening right now that might motivate a
- 56:28Speaker 2: person to do something like this. And you know, I
- 56:31Speaker 2: don't fucking love Trump. I would never vote for Trump.
- 56:34Speaker 2: He maybe has surpassed Reagan as the worst fucking president
- 56:38Speaker 2: we've ever had.
- 56:39Speaker 3: Oh definitely.
- 56:40Speaker 2: But I know a bullshit theory when I see one,
- 56:43Speaker 2: And this White House Correspondence dinnershit is nonsense.
- 56:46Speaker 3: He just can't get this ball room built that he
- 56:49Speaker 3: just really can't.
- 56:49Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, does it seem like he needs to manufacture consent?
- 56:52Speaker 3: He went to the war in Iran. He didn't even
- 56:55Speaker 3: send Colin Powell to the un to make a speech
- 56:57Speaker 3: about aluminum rods.
- 56:59Speaker 2: No, I was gonna wake up one day in the
- 57:01Speaker 2: ballroom's going to be there and Trump's going to be like,
- 57:03Speaker 2: take me to court.
- 57:04Speaker 3: Did we even make a wall in California? I totally
- 57:07Speaker 3: don't remember.
- 57:08Speaker 2: I know, he just tore through a bunch of like
- 57:12Speaker 2: sacred indigenous land to build another border wall somewhere. I
- 57:17Speaker 2: just saw that headline. It could be completely false, but
- 57:19Speaker 2: I said it very authoritatively, so.
- 57:22Speaker 3: He sounds in character.
- 57:23Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't know. If we ever got
- 57:26Speaker 2: the entire wall built, I feel like we would have known.
- 57:29Speaker 2: There would have been like a celebratory concert.
- 57:32Speaker 3: Yeah. Ted Nugent would have kicked ass in front of
- 57:34Speaker 3: the wall and Trump would have hit with a bottle
- 57:36Speaker 3: of champagne.
- 57:37Speaker 2: Yeah, Kid Rock would have been there. So yeah, I
- 57:39Speaker 2: don't think so. I think we still haven't built the
- 57:42Speaker 2: entire wall.
- 57:43Speaker 3: What about the ocean. He's got to extend the wall
- 57:45Speaker 3: out to the ocean so they can't just swim around.
- 57:47Speaker 2: Yeah, that makes sense. Can't get here on boats?
- 57:50Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'm gonna have a word with him.
- 57:52Speaker 2: Good idea, good idea. So yeah, sorry everybody, but I
- 57:56Speaker 2: don't believe this shit. And I think that's our episode. Connor,
- 58:00Speaker 2: thank you so much for doing the pod. What do
- 58:02Speaker 2: we have to plug before we get out of here? Hey,
- 58:05Speaker 2: I got a new true crime podcast coming out. All
- 58:07Speaker 2: True Crime Is History. It's about the history of true crime,
- 58:10Speaker 2: and a podcast about the TV show fear Thy neighbor.
- 58:14Speaker 2: That podcast is called Stupid Flanders. If you don't get
- 58:17Speaker 2: that reference, God help you, Connor. What do you want
- 58:19Speaker 2: to plug?
- 58:20Speaker 3: I want you guys to donate to my gofund me
- 58:22Speaker 3: to help me reopen the George Floyd target. I think
- 58:26Speaker 3: they're doing some good work.
- 58:28Speaker 2: We're going to reopen a woke version of it.
- 58:30Speaker 3: Yeah, where all the deodorant is locked up unless you're Asian,
- 58:35Speaker 3: and then it opens right up.
- 58:37Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think that's it. Let's get the fuck
- 58:40Speaker 2: out of here. Connor say goodbye, goodbye, goodbye, everybody.
- 58:43Speaker 4: We love you, love mother, love mother, love nather of loam.
